00:00:53.520 in arizona the day of maricopa county vote has not been fully brought in that was a vote that was

00:01:01.160 going substantially toward the president the model that the trump campaign just provided to me

00:01:08.320 showed that we could win arizona by about 30 000 votes when all of the votes are counted that brings

00:01:16.020 us to nevada nevada is a state that a lot of people didn't think the president would really be

00:01:21.000 competitive in obviously his improved position with hispanic voters brought him into a competitive

00:01:27.800 posture in the state of nevada and the late mail-in ballot in nevada seems to be coming the president's

00:01:35.440 way down about 8 000 votes now so it is a narrow path in nevada but there remains a path in nevada for

00:01:43.000 the president to be able to take those electoral votes that brings us to the midwest right now in

00:01:47.440 michigan and wisconsin we are in recount territory the reason that's important is because the trump

00:01:53.380 campaign has confirmed to me that there were ballot drops in michigan where joe biden got 100 percent of

00:02:01.900 the vote that is just statistically impossible and so as we get into recounts we will be able to

00:02:08.640 ascertain the legitimacy of ballots to a greater extent we'll be prepared to litigate with great vigor

00:02:43.920 splits than he's doing now in pennsylvania to win it so there needs to be improvement in pennsylvania

00:05:18.180 evening to receive such an overwhelming victory validates i think a lot of the policy choices we've made

00:05:24.800 in serving this community but also the style the fighting style the individual who ran against me in the

00:05:31.620 election ran almost exclusively a negative campaign he raised more than 1.6 million dollars and we didn't

00:05:39.040 run a single advertisement because i trust the people of northwest florida and it appears they trust me

00:05:44.840 so i guess you know to err is human but to whoop your opponent by 25 points or more certainly divine

00:05:53.080 uber and lyft drivers will remain independent contractors in the state of california this is a

00:06:02.720 major development actually because uber is pulling out of markets where state governments have passed

00:06:08.420 laws designating their drivers employees and then subjecting them to all of the employer employee

00:06:15.080 regulations in those states but the way i view an independent contractor is someone who gets to choose
