00:00:30.000 Hey everybody, how's it going?

00:00:31.680 Thanks for joining me this afternoon.

00:00:33.520 I am Oren McIntyre.

00:00:36.020 So you think that it can't get any worse.

00:00:38.640 There's no way that American politicians could be even more horrendous than they already are.

00:00:44.660 And there's no way that the Mono Party could betray the United States any more than it already has. 1.00

00:00:52.540 But, you were wrong if you bet on that.

00:00:55.500 Because, of course, the Senate has revealed its new deal on immigration. 0.98

00:01:01.960 And the new deal on immigration is, you're screwed. 0.98

00:01:05.420 That's the deal. 0.98

00:01:06.240 That's the deal they have for you.

00:01:07.720 You can be invaded. 0.95

00:01:09.280 You can be destroyed.

00:01:10.240 And we will take a bunch of your money so that you can pay for the defense of other countries while we watch an invasion occur across the southern border.

00:01:20.260 It's horrible.

00:01:21.260 And it's supported by both Republicans and Democrats.

00:01:25.260 Because, of course, it is.

00:01:27.320 Imagine a Republican Party that actually cared about the people of the United States.

00:01:31.300 They might actually oppose something the Democrats did.

00:01:35.180 We'll get into that, guys.

00:01:36.820 There's a lot to break down about this border betrayal.

00:01:39.260 But before we do that, let's go ahead and hear from today's sponsor.

00:01:44.140 Hey, guys.

00:01:44.900 I need to tell you about today's sponsor, New Founding Talent.

00:01:48.240 Look, we all know that the job market is a disaster right now.

00:01:52.000 Based people can't find good companies to work for. 1.00

00:01:55.500 And good companies can't find anybody to get the job done.

00:01:59.340 The competency crisis is very, very real.

00:02:02.420 So how do we get these two incredibly important groups together?

00:02:06.140 We need organizations like New Founding.

00:02:09.040 New Founding has created a network of high-excellence professionals who are seeking to join grounded American businesses.

00:02:15.820 These are individuals, often in elite organizations, who are ready for a team and a mission that supports their values instead of working against them.

00:02:24.240 Aligned companies are already using this network to hire high-trust, exceptional individuals who can match the culture and mission of their teams.

00:02:32.280 So if you're looking for better employees to build a better world, you need to go ahead and apply for access to the New Founding Talent Network at newfounding.com backslash talent.

00:02:42.560 You'll get connected with candidates who will build your business.

00:02:45.760 That's newfounding.com backslash talent.

00:02:49.640 Check it out today.

00:02:50.320 And guys, just to back that up, if you own a business, if you are a conservative or a right-winger who owns a business, it's time to put your money where your mouth is.

00:03:01.480 Whether you use New Founding or something else, but you should use New Founding.

00:03:06.160 Maybe you know some people in your own life who are conservative.

00:03:08.620 You need to be hiring those people. 0.88

00:03:10.100 You need to be preferring base people inside your own company.

00:03:13.760 Don't talk about the culture war and not hire people who share your values.

00:03:19.280 Fix it now.

00:03:20.340 Plug into something like New Founding.

00:03:22.520 Find qualified candidates who agree with you.

00:03:25.380 All right.

00:03:25.780 So let's talk about this horrendous bill.

00:03:29.360 Now, this is a bipartisan bill.

00:03:31.880 It is supported by, it's got three co-sponsors.

00:03:35.800 It's got Murphy, who's a Democrat.

00:03:38.500 It's got Sinema, who was a Democrat, but is now technically an Independent because she pissed off enough. 1.00

00:03:43.600 People, and then you've got Lankford on the Republican side, and this thing is an abomination.

00:03:50.980 It's $118.2 billion.

00:03:54.360 We're spending all kinds of more money we don't have, and the deal, the deal part of this deal,

00:04:01.760 is that we're going to send $60 billion more to Ukraine, putting our Ukraine funding at just astronomical amounts of money.

00:04:11.180 We could have cured all kinds of problems inside the United States with the kind of insane money that we have sent to Ukraine. 0.98

00:04:18.460 And, of course, we don't have any of this money.

00:04:20.100 This money is all stolen from the American people, to be very clear.

00:04:24.160 This isn't any kind of legitimate tax.

00:04:26.360 This is pure deficit spending designed to go ahead and drive future generations of Americans into constant debt.

00:04:35.800 This is just a blind theft.

00:04:38.300 Like, for all my libertarians out there, taxation here, it's not even taxation as theft.

00:04:44.020 This is just pure debt theft that is occurring on the backs of Americans.

00:04:50.040 And this money is where $60 billion is going to Ukraine.

00:04:54.800 Another $14 billion is supposed to go to Israel.

00:04:58.460 I don't know why it is so important for people that need to send money to Israel.

00:05:04.400 It's a first world country, guys.

00:05:07.680 It has one of the most powerful militaries for a state of its size.

00:05:11.900 It has one of the highest GDPs in the world.

00:05:15.320 It's got military technology that nobody else has or very few other nations have.

00:05:22.080 For some reason, they need $14 billion of our dollars.

00:05:25.100 Why?

00:05:25.760 Why do they need that? 0.57

00:05:26.920 No reason.

00:05:28.120 We just have to give this money away.

00:05:30.060 We need to give American taxpayer money away to foreign countries for their defense, defend their borders, not ours, defend their borders. 0.96

00:05:37.840 So $14 billion is supposed to go to Israel.

00:05:40.600 And to be clear, both Republicans and Democrats want to spend that money no matter what.

00:05:46.740 Mike Johnson has already said that this bill is an abomination and he doesn't want to pass it in the House.

00:05:52.160 So that's the good news is that at least at least the House has said that this bill is ridiculous and they prefer not to pass it.

00:06:00.560 But of course, Mike Johnson still wants to pass a clean bill of funding to Israel.

00:06:05.420 And it was really funny because, you know, Thomas Massey, God bless him, said, I don't want to send American taxpayer money to anybody, any foreign nation, especially one that can defend itself. 0.98

00:06:17.400 Look, we should not spend one more dime in Ukraine, not one single red cent in Ukraine.

00:06:23.460 But at least in Ukraine, there's an argument that, OK, this is a nation that is much poorer and much less military advance than the nation.

00:06:35.020 It's fighting Russia, right? 0.96

00:06:36.560 Russia is a nation with more with a larger military and and far more military funding, far more military technology and material.

00:06:47.340 Right. At least there you could say, OK, well, we're spending that money to fight a much larger force, even though you're not like a lot of money is going to places like funding the the retirement of Ukrainian bureaucrats and not that we should spend the money to fight Russia, even if that was where all the money is going, which it isn't.

00:07:07.220 However, at least you could make the logical argument that there is there's some, you know, there's no parity in force and that Ukraine needs the money.

00:07:16.780 This is not the case with Israel. They have more than enough money. 0.98

00:07:20.580 And, you know, by the way, you know, they have the right to defend their borders.

00:07:23.960 You know, I a lot of people are going to have problems with what you're doing over there.

00:07:28.220 It's just not my business. I don't it's not, you know, let let them defend themselves against terrorism if that's what they're going to do.

00:07:35.040 They don't need our money for it. There's just no reason that a first world nation that is as rich as Israel needs the money that they need to persecute the war that they're doing right now. 0.58

00:07:47.640 There's no reason for that, because the people they're fighting are like guys with AK-47s who have to shoot mortars out of sewer pipes.

00:07:56.440 OK, like this is this is not something they like they can't afford this.

00:08:00.640 So there's no reason to send this money to Israel other than that's that's just part of the global American empire. 0.71

00:08:07.480 And that's that's what we do. Most important thing to Republicans is to make sure that I guess they get this money with or without border security.

00:08:15.300 So that's that's what Mike Johnson wants to do. But on top of this, that in this bill, there's also another 10 billion to Gaza.

00:08:24.060 So it's not just it's not just the money going to Ukraine is not just the money going to Israel.

00:08:29.440 It's also going to go to Palestinians as well. And so this is just a fire hose of American taxpayer money sent to everybody around the world.

00:08:39.720 What what are we supposed to get about from this? What's the deal in this? Oh, 20 billion dollars of funding for the United States border.

00:08:48.560 Isn't that nice? Isn't that nice? We almost get as much money as Israel and Palestine in that.

00:08:56.480 So kind of them that the American people might be able to get just a fraction of the money being sent to Ukraine, Israel and in Palestine at the moment.

00:09:06.920 Isn't that just so nice of them that we might be able to have a little bit of that money to secure a border?

00:09:11.420 But of course, that money is not going to secure a border, as you could probably guess, because they don't want to secure a border.

00:09:18.240 The Democrats have no interest in securing a border. Joe Biden has no interest in securing a border.

00:09:22.320 If Joe Biden wanted to secure a border, he could do it right now.

00:09:24.960 He has all the laws he needs on the books.

00:09:26.680 He has everything he needs to significantly reduce or stop the flow of immigration, illegal immigration into the United States, though hopefully at some point we stop the flow of legal immigration as well.

00:09:39.580 But he has the power to do that right now.

00:09:42.480 He doesn't need a single law.

00:09:44.200 He doesn't need a single dollar of funding.

00:09:46.480 Now, don't get me wrong.

00:09:47.500 If there was some more funding to things like a border wall, that would help.

00:09:50.680 But of course, that's not in the bill, because why would it be?

00:09:53.740 Because that would be effective, and we don't want effectiveness.

00:09:58.220 In fact, the entire law is designed not to reduce immigration, as we will see.

00:10:03.580 This is just treachery.

00:10:06.900 This is backstabbing.

00:10:08.260 This is a complete betrayal of the American people by everybody involved, and they should really probably all be in jail, but instead they run our country.

00:10:18.880 So let's go ahead and break down some of this, guys.

00:10:21.220 I'm going to start with a thread from Chris Murphy about what he thinks is great in this bill.

00:10:28.280 I'm going to read it because he's bragging about this.

00:10:30.560 That's the best part about Chris Murphy's thread here.

00:10:33.260 He is going to brag about all of the amazing things that he has included in this bill because he's a Democrat, and of course, he's proud of this bill.

00:10:43.080 Why wouldn't it be?

00:10:44.180 It gives him everything he could possibly want.

00:10:47.760 Let me go ahead and show you this thread here.

00:10:50.300 So he says, minutes ago, the text of the Bipartism and National Security Funding Bill was released.

00:10:55.760 It funds Ukraine, Israel, and humanitarian relief.

00:10:58.300 Of course it does because that's the first thing we do before anything else is send more American taxpayer money over to foreign nations than we do to defend our own borders.

00:11:09.760 The defense of Ukraine, the defense of Israel, you know, humanitarian efforts in Palestinian territory.

00:11:16.820 These are all far more important than America's borders because the American government doesn't want to defend America's borders.

00:11:24.360 The entire point is to not do that.

00:11:26.820 And he'll explain that further as we go.

00:11:28.620 First, he says, first, it would be easy to just keep immigration and border policy as a political cudgel for another 40 years.

00:11:36.680 But politics is at its best when it's about finding bipartisan compromise on the toughest issues. 0.97

00:11:42.200 Garbage. 1.00

00:11:43.260 They hate you. 1.00

00:11:44.640 The Democrats don't care about bipartisanship. 0.91

00:11:47.900 They hate the Republicans. 0.82

00:11:49.440 They say that the Republicans are the party of semi-fascists, as Joe Biden called them. 0.98

00:11:57.660 You know, which is just cartoonish because, of course, Republicans are incredibly weak.

00:12:03.020 But this, you know, he's going to pretend that he likes bipartisanship for the moment.

00:12:07.880 Also, the language here of a political cudgel is rather convenient because guess what?

00:12:13.600 Joe Biden is not doing great in the polls right now.

00:12:17.020 He's looking really bad.

00:12:18.020 And the reason he's looking really bad is because immigration is a nightmare. 1.00

00:12:24.000 Immigration is a nightmare for everybody. 1.00

00:12:25.920 It used to just be a nightmare that border states like mine had to deal with.

00:12:31.480 But now, and, you know, I know a lot of people are angry about this, but feel however you want.

00:12:35.760 Do a little bit of busing.

00:12:37.560 You know, everyone gets to share in this problem, especially very liberal places like New York City get to enjoy the diversity that they love so much.

00:12:47.760 And so, you know, this is now everywhere.

00:12:50.980 And so it turns out, actually, this is really unpopular.

00:12:53.700 It turns out that no one actually likes illegal immigration.

00:12:58.060 No one likes mass immigration, period, into their area.

00:13:02.760 Nobody likes it.

00:13:04.060 Everyone hates it.

00:13:05.540 Everyone.

00:13:06.760 And, of course, the Democrats are feeling that.

00:13:09.660 You know, you've got Eric Adams in New York who's trying his best to pretend like his desire for a sanctuary city hasn't basically doomed his city to be just a terrible wasteland.

00:13:20.100 Right?

00:13:20.280 And so this is a very unpopular issue.

00:13:23.520 And that means that Joe Biden is losing on it.

00:13:26.600 And that's why one of the many reasons that this deal is a disaster.

00:13:30.240 Because if the Democrats can just get Republicans to sign on to a deal, they can pretend like they did something.

00:13:36.540 And if it's a bipartisan deal, then they get to say that the Republicans have already agreed to this and this is going to work.

00:13:44.620 And so that takes away one of the biggest issues for the Democrats in this upcoming election.

00:13:50.180 They want to get this deal done so they can say they took action and the problem is going to be solved.

00:13:54.640 And it's okay to go ahead and vote for Biden or whoever else they throw up in front of the American people this time around.

00:14:01.760 Because, really, it's not going to be an issue anymore.

00:14:05.020 We've already signed a deal for it.

00:14:06.020 Of course, as we'll see, this deal will fix nothing.

00:14:08.720 But it'll give them a nice propaganda piece and they can wave it around in front of the Republicans and say, look, you signed a deal.

00:14:13.560 We solved this problem.

00:14:14.920 What are you campaigning on?

00:14:16.100 And as Mark Hemingway pointed out on Twitter, and I think this is a really good point by him, it almost looks like this deal is designed primarily to handcuff Donald Trump rather than solve this problem.

00:14:28.280 If Donald Trump manages to win and get into office, it looks a lot like this deal is designed mainly to keep him from taking effective action rather than solve the problem.

00:14:39.480 And he's exactly right about that.

00:14:40.980 It's also made to make this issue much less of an issue during the campaign season because they already know it's going to be huge.

00:14:48.120 So, actually, this should be a political cudgel.

00:14:50.380 And you see a lot of people saying, oh, that's cynical.

00:14:53.640 Whatever.

00:14:54.480 The Democrats use politics as a weapon.

00:14:56.960 I wrote an article about this.

00:14:58.820 I did a video about this.

00:14:59.800 You can check that episode out.

00:15:01.320 The Democrats use this as a political weapon.

00:15:04.040 They're using it to destroy the United States.

00:15:05.620 They're using it to destroy communities.

00:15:06.840 They're using it to transform the United States demographically.

00:15:10.120 And they do so with the explicit intention of changing the voting patterns in the United States to secure a permanent electoral majority.

00:15:19.940 That is what they are doing.

00:15:21.600 And that's the reason they're putting stuff like this out.

00:15:24.160 Because the longer they can keep the hope alive that there's a fix at this level, then the more they can keep people like Greg Abbott from taking direct action at the border.

00:15:34.820 Now, Greg Abbott's not stopping every illegal immigrant from coming in, not even in Texas, right?

00:15:40.520 But it's a step in the right direction.

00:15:42.480 Much bigger step than anything that's happening in the Senate right now.

00:15:45.760 But let's go ahead and get deeper in here.

00:15:47.720 Again, this is Chris Murphy bragging about the changes that he's going to bring.

00:15:52.720 First, he says, there'll be a quicker and fair asylum process.

00:15:55.900 No more tenure wait.

00:15:57.060 Claims processed, non-detained, non-adversarial way in six months.

00:16:02.760 Oh, great.

00:16:03.900 So this asylum system, which was never supposed to be used to vet every single person who ever wants to get into the United States,

00:16:13.220 which is already being abused by people who are moving across multiple nations in an attempt to get to the United States.

00:16:20.980 They're not seeking asylum.

00:16:22.960 Instead, they're not stopping in the first country where they would be safe, like you're supposed to do in an asylum situation. 0.54

00:16:30.100 Instead, they are traveling through all of these different countries in an attempt to get to the United States.

00:16:34.440 Why?

00:16:34.700 Because they know that they will get free stop.

00:16:37.340 And it's nicer to live here than it is in, say, Mexico.

00:16:40.760 Or, you know, one of these other places that they are passing through right now.

00:16:45.880 Panama, right?

00:16:46.940 And they're abusing the system.

00:16:51.820 It's completely broken.

00:16:53.160 But the good news, we're going to fix it by making it even easier to abuse the system.

00:16:57.660 And instead of a long wait, we're going to make this a much shorter wait with no detention.

00:17:04.000 So that means you come in on a false asylum claim.

00:17:07.320 And we're just not going to detain you, which means you're probably going to be free the minute you walk in anyway,

00:17:12.000 which is kind of already the case.

00:17:13.960 But making that the legal scenario.

00:17:16.940 Also, no more waiting for work permits.

00:17:19.220 Most asylum seekers can work immediately.

00:17:21.620 Oh, great.

00:17:22.840 Remember, the Democrats are supposed to be the party of the poor and the working class.

00:17:27.540 The people who are struggling.

00:17:28.940 The people who are trying to get ahead.

00:17:31.420 But, of course, they don't really care about any of that.

00:17:34.320 Neither do the Republicans, unfortunately.

00:17:35.900 But the Democrats are explicitly trying to import a class of workers who should not be here and will compete with American labor.

00:17:45.220 And no longer do these people have to work illegally.

00:17:47.920 No longer do they have to break the law.

00:17:49.820 No longer do the companies having to hire them break the law.

00:17:53.580 We'll just make them all legal.

00:17:54.740 Bill, that's the solution.

00:17:57.020 That's the solution.

00:17:58.060 David Horowitz made a great point in his piece today.

00:18:01.240 This bill's entire solution to the illegal immigration invasion is just to make it all legal. 0.74

00:18:06.340 This is just amnesty on steroids.

00:18:08.220 That's all this is.

00:18:10.060 This makes the Reagan amnesty look like nothing.

00:18:13.820 Nothing.

00:18:14.480 And you'll see why as we get deeper.

00:18:16.580 But, yeah.

00:18:17.180 Everybody gets to work.

00:18:18.760 Nobody has to worry.

00:18:19.640 You come in on false claims of asylum.

00:18:21.880 You can immediately start working in the United States legitimately.

00:18:24.700 This means that there's nothing that red states that want to impose stricter restrictions on businesses that are hiring illegals could do because they would all suddenly become legal workers. 0.69

00:18:35.920 Poof.

00:18:36.880 Oh, it's a solution.

00:18:37.820 Yeah, the solution is to just say this is no longer a problem and remove the tools that red states might have used to hold back this tide. 0.96

00:18:46.360 It says even better.

00:18:47.580 It gets even better, guys.

00:18:48.520 A brand new right to legal representation for all immigrants.

00:18:52.680 Great news.

00:18:53.160 The Sixth Amendment now applies to everyone across the world.

00:18:57.800 The entire globe has the Sixth Amendment, which really which, again, the abuse of the Bill of Rights is just insane.

00:19:07.000 The abuse of the Bill of Rights, the minute it went beyond American citizens, which, of course, it has for a very long time.

00:19:15.540 Even some founding fathers argued that it did.

00:19:17.500 But the minute that it did, it was absolutely insane, right?

00:19:21.900 Absolutely insane.

00:19:22.780 Because now the entire globe is American citizens, and all of them are entitled to your money. 0.97

00:19:28.880 Legal counsel on your dime.

00:19:30.460 Remember, the Supreme Court has decided the Sixth Amendment says that the state has to pay for your legal counsel.

00:19:35.780 It's not just that you have the right to legal counsel.

00:19:37.380 It's that you have to have the state pay for it.

00:19:39.740 And so that means that the legal immigrants will get free legal counsel from you. 0.81

00:19:43.760 You will pay for them for being here.

00:19:45.960 So these asylum abusers will get a work permit and a free lawyer just because they put their toe across into the United States. 0.74

00:19:56.580 Maybe they'll have a kid or two while they wait.

00:19:58.740 You know, those kids are automatically citizens due to birthright citizenship.

00:20:02.400 It's an unmitigated disaster.

00:20:05.700 This bill is just disaster after disaster.

00:20:08.540 And again, Chris Murphy is excited about this, and Republicans like Dan Crenshaw are saying this is a real solution, right?

00:20:17.320 A requirement that the president to funnel asylum claims to the land ports of the entry when more than 5,000 people cross a day.

00:20:27.960 The border never closes, but claims must be processed at the ports.

00:20:33.840 This is his explicit celebration that the border never closes to illegal immigrants, no matter what. 0.63

00:20:45.880 Never.

00:20:46.980 The border never closes.

00:20:49.980 When I found out my friend got a great deal on a designer dress from Winners, I started wondering,

00:20:55.240 Is every fabulous item I see from Winners?

00:20:58.860 Like that woman over there with the Italian leather handbag. 1.00

00:21:01.800 Is that from Winners?

00:21:02.980 Ooh, or that beautiful silk skirt. 0.99

00:21:05.520 Did she pay full price?

00:21:06.740 Or those suede sneakers?

00:21:08.320 Or that luggage?

00:21:09.420 Or that trench?

00:21:10.560 Those jeans?

00:21:11.240 That jacket?

00:21:11.980 Those heels? 1.00

00:21:12.860 Is anyone paying full price for anything?

00:21:15.800 Stop wondering.

00:21:17.100 Start winning.

00:21:18.020 Winners.

00:21:18.580 Find fabulous for less.

00:21:20.860 No matter what.

00:21:22.060 The most the president can do is use some level of restriction after 5,000 people cross a day.

00:21:32.960 A day.

00:21:34.000 That's 1.8 million people a year could come in illegally before an emergency is even declared.

00:21:42.080 And we'll get more into why that doesn't even matter in a minute.

00:21:46.240 But the but the before it's even considered an emergency, 1.8 million people would be allowed to cross illegally every single year.

00:21:54.660 That means every couple of years you have a new blue state added to the United States.

00:22:00.840 Every couple of years.

00:22:03.040 A new blue state every couple of years.

00:22:05.560 Added to the United States.

00:22:06.940 The border never closes.

00:22:09.720 Because that's not what this bill is for.

00:22:11.900 And yet we have Republicans happily saying this is a solution, guys.

00:22:16.140 We have to have a solution.

00:22:17.420 This is it.

00:22:18.020 But important checks on this power.

00:22:21.520 So don't worry, guys.

00:22:22.920 I know the president might have some emergency powers if we're only letting in.

00:22:27.100 If we let it any more than 1.8 million people a year.

00:22:31.280 However, don't worry.

00:22:32.440 There's a check on this power.

00:22:33.820 It can only be used for a limited number of days per year.

00:22:36.240 It sunsets in three years.

00:22:37.460 Emergency cases that show up in between the ports still need to be accepted.

00:22:40.920 So it does nothing.

00:22:42.940 So it does nothing.

00:22:44.720 It just does nothing.

00:22:45.960 But you can't reduce arrivals at the border without allowing for more legal immigration.

00:22:53.460 Yes, you can.

00:22:55.020 False.

00:22:55.800 That is wrong.

00:22:57.420 I 100% can and could immediately reduce illegal immigration without increasing legal immigration. 0.54

00:23:05.480 You just don't let them in.

00:23:06.860 You just have effective border security.

00:23:08.540 But, of course, the whole point here is to open up the borders as possible.

00:23:13.560 This is an open borders bill.

00:23:15.180 That's all this is.

00:23:15.960 This is just the legalization of open borders.

00:23:18.640 This is the codification of what is already happening on the border.

00:23:22.820 So more visas.

00:23:23.880 50,000 extra employment and family reunification visas each year for the next five years.

00:23:31.600 So even more people competing for American jobs.

00:23:34.200 Even more people bringing down the wages of people in the United States.

00:23:37.100 Even more people competing for housing, competing for medical care, competing for educational opportunities in the United States.

00:23:46.100 Oh, boy.

00:23:47.300 On top of the 1.8 million illegal immigrants that could enter without it even being considered an emergency.

00:23:53.320 We get an extra 50,000 legitimate visas for all of this.

00:23:59.420 Because, again, the borders never close.

00:24:02.920 So, oh, and he also goes ahead and boosts about the fact that we're going to have more Afghan refugees coming in.

00:24:13.900 But, yeah, additional Afghan refugees coming in.

00:24:17.480 All right, guys.

00:24:17.920 So that's Chris Murphy's excited thread about all the amazing things that this is going to do for you as an American citizen.

00:24:26.520 I want to go ahead and show you a few other responses to this because there are even more, if you can believe it.

00:24:31.860 This is just the stuff he's bragging about.

00:24:33.720 Of course, this isn't even real.

00:24:35.460 The thing he's talking about here isn't even real.

00:24:37.040 It really gets much, much worse than this.

00:24:38.440 And I want to show you some of these, the many holes that exist in this already atrocious bill.

00:24:44.880 But before we do, let me tell you a little bit about ISI.

00:24:48.420 Universities today aren't just neglecting real education.

00:24:51.360 They're actively undermining it.

00:24:52.720 And we can't let them get away with it.

00:24:54.380 America was made for an educated and engaged citizenry.

00:24:57.940 The Intercollegiate Studies Institute is here to help.

00:25:00.760 ISI offers programs and opportunities for conservative students across the country.

00:25:05.360 ISI understands that conservatives and right-of-center students feel isolated on college campuses

00:25:11.020 and that you're often fighting for your own reputation, dignity, and future.

00:25:15.900 Through ISI, you can learn about what Russell Kirk called the permanent things,

00:25:20.080 the philosophical and political teachings that shaped and made Western civilization great.

00:25:25.020 ISI offers many opportunities to jumpstart your career.

00:25:28.120 They have fellowships at some of the nation's top conservative publications like National Review,

00:25:32.460 The American Conservative, and The College Thinker.

00:25:34.900 If you're a graduate student, ISI offers funding opportunities to sponsor the next great generation of college professors.

00:25:41.240 Through ISI, you can work with conservative thinkers who are making a difference.

00:25:45.120 Thinkers like Chris Ruffo, who currently has an ISI researcher helping him with his book.

00:25:50.140 But perhaps most importantly, ISI offers college students a community of people that can help them grow.

00:25:55.580 If you're a college student, ISI can help you start a student organization,

00:25:58.940 or a student newspaper, or meet other like-minded students at their various conferences and events.

00:26:05.080 ISI is here to educate the next generation of great Americans.

00:26:08.580 To learn more, go to ISI.org.

00:26:11.520 That's ISI.org.

00:26:13.300 All right.

00:26:15.340 So, like I said, it's already bad.

00:26:17.920 The bill is already a joke.

00:26:19.460 The stuff that they're bragging about is already a disaster.

00:26:22.680 But, of course, hidden in the bill are things that are much worse.

00:26:25.940 Because, of course, it's much worse.

00:26:28.320 So, Dan Bishop here points out that illegal aliens that aren't from Mexico or Canada,

00:26:35.120 or illegal aliens not from Mexico or Canada, wouldn't be counted towards the encounters.

00:26:40.000 Because in the bill, it says aliens that are from non-contiguous countries

00:26:43.640 shall not be included in calculating the sum of aliens encountered.

00:26:48.060 So, yeah, you can only count it as an emergency if 5,000 people enter.

00:26:53.860 But, anybody who's not from Mexico or Canada doesn't count.

00:26:59.240 So, if they're not from the immediate area, they don't count.

00:27:03.420 Now, we know that because Joe Biden has declared open borders,

00:27:06.640 and because everyone around the world knows that the southern border is wide open,

00:27:10.580 that we have people from Africa, that we have people from the Middle East,

00:27:13.740 that we have people from China, all coming in through the southern border.

00:27:18.000 More and more every year, we have Chinese apps designed to tell Chinese people

00:27:23.620 how to sneak into America.

00:27:26.980 All of this is happening right now.

00:27:29.660 And this bill doesn't even care.

00:27:31.620 It doesn't even count.

00:27:32.760 These people aren't even real.

00:27:34.000 So, that 5,000 number isn't even real.

00:27:35.860 That 1.8 million people who can illegally enter the country

00:27:40.360 without triggering any of the emergency protections.

00:27:44.740 It doesn't even count if they're not from Mexico or Canada,

00:27:47.780 if they're not from contiguous countries.

00:27:49.760 So, that means that these numbers aren't real, and the bill does nothing, of course.

00:27:55.080 The bill does absolutely nothing except send all of your money to Israel, Ukraine, and Palestine.

00:28:02.460 Now, I want to show you another exciting carve-out that they have,

00:28:07.040 because, you know, just wait.

00:28:08.960 There's more.

00:28:10.700 Where's my other one here?

00:28:11.660 So, the other exciting carve-out we have is this one.

00:28:18.980 Daniel Horowitz pointed out that, of course, on top of the fact that we have 1.8 million people entering

00:28:27.060 before we even get an emergency, and they all get this asylum treatment, 0.96

00:28:33.900 they all get the green cards, they get everything else.

00:28:35.800 On top of this, it's not even real.

00:28:38.700 Oh, and the contiguous countries.

00:28:40.900 Don't forget that we don't count people who aren't from right next to the United States.

00:28:44.700 On top of all of those caveats, on top of that, in the bill,

00:28:49.760 it says that the president may direct the secretary to suspend the use of the border emergency authority

00:28:54.560 on an emergency basis.

00:28:56.620 Now, I have some people, specifically guys like Jane Lindsay,

00:29:02.480 who get real, real, real butthurt over the fact that I point out some things that Carl Schmitt said,

00:29:13.340 because they don't like Carl Schmitt.

00:29:14.800 And I get it.

00:29:15.480 Carl Schmitt wasn't a nice guy.

00:29:17.460 But Carl Schmitt understood something that guys like Jane Lindsay don't

00:29:21.060 about the constitutional crisis that we're in.

00:29:23.760 And you can whinge, and you can cry, and you can complain all you want about Carl Schmitt,

00:29:30.220 and you can cry to smear anybody who points out that he's right about a few things

00:29:33.900 when it comes to the constitutional crisis.

00:29:35.920 But that won't help you solve the problem you're in,

00:29:38.520 because the constitutional crisis you're facing defies everything you know about a constitutional order.

00:29:44.300 You don't understand a problem.

00:29:45.700 And because you don't understand the problem, you can't possibly grasp the solution.

00:29:49.800 What's written into this law?

00:29:52.340 The people who've been watching this show for a long time,

00:29:54.940 who've been following me a long time,

00:29:56.200 kids in the back, let me see it in chat.

00:29:58.480 What's in this law?

00:29:59.680 What does Carl Schmitt tell us in this law?

00:30:02.100 That's right, kids.

00:30:03.280 It's the state of exception.

00:30:06.020 Now, normally we understand that the state of exception

00:30:08.940 is the suspension of the Constitution in times of emergency.

00:30:14.220 Most constitutions don't even write this in.

00:30:16.760 It's just a truth that happens.

00:30:18.340 And Carl Schmitt points that out,

00:30:20.600 that the sovereign is ultimately he who decides on the exception,

00:30:25.340 the person who decides when the rules of the Constitution apply and when they don't,

00:30:29.260 when the rules of the law apply and when they don't.

00:30:34.200 And here we see an amazing thing.

00:30:36.260 This is a new piece of constitutional technology.

00:30:39.260 Not only did they build the emergency exception in,

00:30:43.320 but they also built an emergency exception to govern the emergency exception.

00:30:47.220 Look, at any time, the president can suspend this law and it doesn't matter.

00:30:52.760 At any time, he can just say, emergency powers, we don't need them.

00:30:55.900 This is fine.

00:30:56.920 We think it's better if these people come in.

00:30:59.780 So there's literally, no matter what,

00:31:02.560 never a time where Joe Biden actually has to enforce the border.

00:31:05.900 As he said, the border never closes.

00:31:09.640 It never closes.

00:31:11.980 And this bill makes that legally ironclad.

00:31:16.620 It puts multiple states of exception, stacks them on top of each other to make sure that we are never governed by laws,

00:31:24.680 including this one, and instead are governed by the state of exception.

00:31:28.740 So this isn't real.

00:31:30.680 This law does nothing.

00:31:32.400 This is all smoke and mirrors, right?

00:31:34.360 This is all smoke and mirrors.

00:31:35.680 So if this is all smoke and mirrors, why are we doing this?

00:31:41.280 Right?

00:31:41.540 If this is all smoke and mirrors, if this is all the Republican Party making this up to go along with the Democrats.

00:31:47.920 And again, the House says they'll stand against this.

00:31:50.240 But you need to understand a couple of things are happening while we debate this.

00:31:54.960 First, the Democrats, this is a starting point.

00:31:58.980 They're going to dicker this down.

00:32:00.280 They're going to renegotiate this.

00:32:02.400 Because, man, we really got to get that $14 billion to Israel.

00:32:05.880 Like, that's literally the carrot being held out for the Republicans.

00:32:09.460 Not anything that would help their voters.

00:32:11.240 Not anything that would improve the United States.

00:32:13.920 But that really is the thing in this insane clown world country that we now live in that is being used to try to drive this whole thing.

00:32:23.700 Is money to Israel that motivates an entire half of the American political machine to make deals on behalf of the United States to open its borders and legalize its invasion.

00:32:35.980 The House has said that they don't want to do this.

00:32:37.900 So that's good, at least.

00:32:39.700 Right?

00:32:40.040 They said that they don't want to do this.

00:32:41.960 That's good, at least.

00:32:43.420 But there's going to be a negotiation.

00:32:45.060 They're going to try to come to some kind of deal on this.

00:32:46.920 And we may not get exactly this.

00:32:48.400 But we're going to probably get some version of this.

00:32:50.740 Because here's the game that's being played.

00:32:53.700 Biden already has what it takes to close the border.

00:32:59.660 He already has it.

00:33:00.680 Nothing needs to be done.

00:33:01.820 No action legislatively needs to get taken.

00:33:04.960 Now, Dan Crenshaw lied about this on Twitter yesterday.

00:33:11.040 He said that, of course, we need to pass more laws.

00:33:13.000 Of course, we have to do this.

00:33:14.260 That's wrong.

00:33:15.500 And I don't know why he's saying that.

00:33:17.420 Many people have theories.

00:33:19.180 But that's not true.

00:33:20.000 I don't know why Texas is electing a guy who treats America like this.

00:33:25.360 But it's not the case.

00:33:26.920 We don't need one additional law to protect the United States.

00:33:30.040 Now, don't get me wrong.

00:33:31.240 It would be nice if we had some more that actually did do that.

00:33:34.540 But that's not what this bill does.

00:33:35.600 If Biden wanted to close the border, he could do so right now.

00:33:39.860 He has the authority to do so legally.

00:33:41.980 Not only is the authority he's required to.

00:33:44.140 And he just ignores it.

00:33:45.480 They just break the law.

00:33:47.040 That's what they do.

00:33:48.380 They are already breaking the law.

00:33:49.980 And writing more laws to him in an administration that is already breaking the law on purpose is the definition of insanity.

00:33:57.760 It is insanity, right?

00:33:59.940 But this is all the Republicans know how to do because participation in the process is the point, right?

00:34:07.160 That for them, if you want to keep your legitimacy, if you're the GOP and you're fundraising off of people and you're pretending like you're a real political opposition, then you've got to pretend like the things you do matter.

00:34:18.640 The legislative process is going to fix this problem, right?

00:34:21.360 Of course, there is no legislative fix to this.

00:34:24.000 I want to be really clear.

00:34:25.020 There is no legislative fix to this problem.

00:34:28.200 Now, I'm not saying there's no political solution to this problem, but there is no legislative solution to this problem.

00:34:32.880 Not because you can't pass legislation that could actually solve this problem, but because they won't.

00:34:38.720 And because even if they did, the legislation we have now, the laws we have in the books now are not being enforced.

00:34:44.400 For some reason, Republicans get this when it comes to gun laws, but they don't get it when it comes to immigration laws.

00:34:48.820 They're always saying, well, if we just enforce the gun laws we have now, we would reduce gun crime.

00:34:55.140 And that's true.

00:34:55.760 We would.

00:34:56.800 But Democrats don't want to enforce gun laws now because they fall disproportionately on groups that elect Democrats.

00:35:02.780 Democrats that are part of the DEI coalition that are part of the entire diversity network that keeps the Democrats going.

00:35:11.520 So they don't want to enforce those laws.

00:35:14.000 And Republicans seem to understand this on some level that you don't need to write more gun laws.

00:35:19.460 You just need to actually enforce the ones we have now on criminals, which the left doesn't do.

00:35:24.800 But they don't seem to understand this with the border.

00:35:27.980 We already have laws.

00:35:29.700 We already have a border agency tasked with doing this.

00:35:32.340 If you listen to border agents, if you talk to border agents, if you listen to interviews with retired border agents,

00:35:37.940 all they talk about is how frustrated they are that they're not allowed to do their job.

00:35:41.720 They're explicitly kept from doing their job.

00:35:44.620 It's not that the job couldn't be done.

00:35:46.160 It's that they are not allowed to do it.

00:35:48.600 Does that mean we have every resource?

00:35:50.880 We need to stop every illegal immigrant? 1.00

00:35:52.840 No, probably not.

00:35:53.900 We could have things like a wall.

00:35:56.200 We could certainly build a lot of wall for $20 billion.

00:36:00.360 But of course, we're not going to do that because much of the funding that is supposed to go into the border security as part of this bill isn't even part of border security.

00:36:12.540 There's $1.3 billion that goes to detention alternatives, which means ways to keep illegal immigrants from actually being restricted

00:36:23.620 protected from invading the United States.

00:36:25.880 So of the $20 billion, which is already a small portion of the money already going to Ukraine, Israel, Gaza, even though that's already a small portion, that $20 billion is like way less.

00:36:41.020 A quarter of what's going out of what's going out of the United States is being used to protect the border.

00:36:45.640 But that's not even being used to protect the border because a billion of that dollar of that $20 billion is going to fund basically NGOs that aren't going to do this job and are going to find detention alternatives.

00:36:57.020 And then there's another $2.3 billion that goes to the Refugee Resettlement Bureau.

00:37:07.100 And so that's the part of the government that makes sure to get all of these people deep into the United States to basically colonize red areas so they can change the way that they vote. 0.91

00:37:19.220 And so of this $20 billion that's already much smaller than the amount going to foreign countries to secure their borders, three of the $20 billion doesn't even go to any kind of border enforcement at all, period.

00:37:34.220 And that's just on two line items, just on two issues, right?

00:37:39.040 And so this is never going to get done at a legislative level.

00:37:44.080 This is designed not to get done at a legislative level.

00:37:46.760 So what are we doing?

00:37:47.940 What's happening here?

00:37:49.220 This is a shell game.

00:37:50.940 Okay, I've said this before and I'll say it again because it's critical people understand this.

00:37:56.240 The left don't have to win on this issue.

00:37:59.800 They just have to run out the clock.

00:38:03.940 Millions of people are coming across the border every year who shouldn't be.

00:38:08.300 And they all know that the Democratic Party is the reason they're here.

00:38:11.520 And they all know that the Democrat Party is who's going to hand out things to them.

00:38:16.260 They all know that the Democratic Party is the one that's going to pander to them as minorities in the United States.

00:38:23.220 Democrats have already been very clear that their strategy is to demographically transform the United States.

00:38:30.100 So you can watch a super cut of many different people, including Joe Scarborough and MSNBC talking about how demographic, how demographics is destiny.

00:38:40.320 This is what the left believes.

00:38:41.900 This is not some crazy conspiracy from the right.

00:38:44.240 This is what the left says openly about what's going on in the United States and what they're facilitating.

00:38:51.140 They believe with every fiber of their beating that people who come here from outside the United States will vote for them in perpetuity.

00:39:00.780 Now, we've seen some evidence that Hispanics might shift to some degree to the Republicans.

00:39:07.080 Ron DeSantis had a lot of had a lot of inroads in Florida with that.

00:39:12.200 Donald Trump certainly had some inroads with Hispanic community.

00:39:14.740 But overall, immigrants who come in vote Democrat and these people will be amnestied. 0.84

00:39:21.880 Make no mistake.

00:39:24.240 These people will be amnestied.

00:39:25.700 I hear people, you know, good natured.

00:39:28.460 Dan over at the Lotus Eaters was confused.

00:39:31.340 He's like, look, I understand you don't want these guys in their country, but how does this impact your elections? 0.97

00:39:35.780 Like, Dan, buddy, we've been through this before.

00:39:38.460 These people are going to get amnestied.

00:39:39.880 And even if they weren't, even if they didn't get amnestied, the voter initiatives that are being implemented by the Democrats, be it mail-in ballots or ID-less voting in a lot of places, you don't need a voter ID to vote, make it very easy to turn these people into legal voters.

00:39:59.040 And on top of that, even if that doesn't work, even if all the election shenanigans used to manipulate and turn these people into legal voters don't work and amnesty doesn't come down the pipeline, these people's children will be legal voters because of how America's laws work.

00:40:15.620 And so this is a electoral strategy.

00:40:19.200 It's the best electoral strategy in democracy.

00:40:21.680 If you can't win elections legitimacy, legitimately just import new voters, just to loot the voters that are already here, erase their loyalty to the United States and their impact on the United States by bringing in people who are entirely dependent on the Democratic Party.

00:40:38.500 This is low and high versus middle, a classic strategy straight out of Bertrand to juvenile.

00:40:44.180 What do you do if you are the sovereign, if you are the power, the state power, and you want to centralize power?

00:40:50.280 Well, you need to get rid of that middle class. 1.00

00:40:53.040 The middle class is the problem because they have ties to the country. 1.00

00:40:55.860 They have loyalties to communities.

00:40:57.980 They have loyalties to organizations that are not the state.

00:41:01.960 And so what do you need to do if you want to get rid of those people, if you want to secure power?

00:41:08.020 Well, the best thing to do is bring in a client class, especially in a democracy, who can just outvote them. 0.58

00:41:14.280 People who aren't tied to the traditions of the United States, who aren't tied to these organizations,

00:41:19.080 who aren't tied to these communities and can be instead put on the grain dole, put on the welfare

00:41:25.480 system, be given benefits and be told that the only way that they're going to survive in the United 0.95

00:41:30.020 States is if the Democrats, if the left protect them from the evil, racist white people in the 0.99

00:41:36.480 United States. 0.98

00:41:38.220 Joe Biden tells a story all the time.

00:41:40.260 I'm not making any of this up.

00:41:41.420 No, this is crazy conspiracy theory.

00:41:43.060 This is exactly what the Democrats say.

00:41:45.160 This is literally what they tell people over and over again.

00:41:48.240 And they brag about this strategy all the time.

00:41:51.620 They scream about Tucker or Elon Musk mentioning the great replacement.

00:41:56.580 But it is literally the strategy that they espouse every single time they think Republicans aren't

00:42:03.220 watching.

00:42:03.940 Again, you can watch Joe Scarborough talk about it gleefully on a regular basis.

00:42:08.400 So the Democrats are doing this for a very simple reason, because they don't need to have

00:42:16.180 any wins on the border.

00:42:17.960 They don't need to have a single win, because the win is happening right now.

00:42:22.040 The immigrants that will permanently change the face of the United States, that will permanently 1.00

00:42:26.540 alter the culture of the United States, and will permanently change the voting of the United

00:42:31.840 States are already coming in.

00:42:33.860 And so all they have to do is draw this out a little longer.

00:42:39.400 They just need to get past the tipping point.

00:42:42.360 Maybe they're already there.

00:42:43.420 I don't know.

00:42:44.520 But they certainly think they need to pad those numbers, because, you know, some of these

00:42:48.000 people might decide that actually the left is destroying the country, and they might move

00:42:52.080 over to the right.

00:42:52.760 Some of them already have.

00:42:54.100 So maybe they need to make sure there's enough people here.

00:42:56.280 Things are changed significantly enough where some of these people who move over to the

00:43:00.760 right won't impact things enough.

00:43:02.700 Maybe that's the key.

00:43:04.480 But either way, that's what they're doing right now.

00:43:07.220 And if they can just keep the Republicans engaged in this pantomime of actual politics,

00:43:14.400 then they win.

00:43:15.960 They're going to win, inevitably.

00:43:17.700 And that's why actions like Greg Abbott's are so critical.

00:43:20.800 You need to force the action down to the state level.

00:43:24.000 You need to put the pressure not on GOP legislators who are always going to prioritize getting money

00:43:30.480 to Ukraine or Israel or Palestine or whoever instead of actually taking action on the border.

00:43:37.020 And you need to get that down to the states, because guess what?

00:43:39.260 Greg Abbott is actually putting barriers in front of the legal immigrants.

00:43:43.080 Again, some people say it's not enough.

00:43:44.620 They're right.

00:43:45.260 Some people say that border crossings are still occurring.

00:43:47.480 They're correct.

00:43:48.380 Some people are saying that this is still going to be a unmitigated disaster as people pour

00:43:53.880 over the border.

00:43:54.260 Yes, 100%.

00:43:55.580 But at least it's some step in the right direction.

00:43:58.660 It's an exercise of authority to do something that actually makes some level of difference.

00:44:04.020 You can tell that this bill is a joke because while there's $20 billion in theoretical funding

00:44:09.520 for the border, not a cent of it goes to a border wall.

00:44:12.760 And that's the main thing that's going to make a difference.

00:44:16.400 A lot of things can make a difference.

00:44:18.040 As I've said before, just the simple things that Donald Trump did, the simple things that

00:44:22.880 he did, the simple policy changes he made significantly reduced the number of people

00:44:27.260 coming over the border.

00:44:28.480 It was still too many.

00:44:29.540 It was still a serious crisis.

00:44:30.880 He still should have built the wall.

00:44:32.200 It's still a failure on his part that he didn't get that done.

00:44:34.680 And I desperately hope that he would change that if he got another shot out of it, though

00:44:39.240 it's entirely possible that he could fail at that again.

00:44:41.260 But the point is that the border wall was a critical piece of permanent change that could

00:44:53.460 have helped reduce this.

00:44:54.560 But even though Trump didn't get that done, he still made policy changes that reduced illegal

00:45:00.080 immigration.

00:45:00.920 Because the very sad and very real truth about illegal immigration is that it's very dangerous 1.00

00:45:07.540 for the people who involve themselves in it.

00:45:09.880 It's very expensive for them.

00:45:11.040 They often give their life savings over to people like coyotes who work for the cartel

00:45:15.360 and control this process.

00:45:17.480 And really horrifically, it facilitates a large amount of sex trafficking and child trafficking 0.85

00:45:24.060 and sexual abuse of women and minors.

00:45:27.420 Lots of women, probably it's hard to say, we don't have any authority, but probably most 1.00

00:45:31.700 who come across the border were at some point sexually violated in this process.

00:45:37.480 A horrific number of children will be two.

00:45:42.360 This is a very costly process.

00:45:44.480 And if people know that they're going to come across that border and they're going to attempt

00:45:49.440 to do that and they're going to be stopped and they're going to be sent home and they're

00:45:52.600 going to be separated and they're going to be turned around, they're a lot less likely

00:45:56.240 to attempt to make the trip all the way up from wherever they're coming from.

00:46:00.220 All those non-contiguous states that don't count for illegal immigration when it comes to

00:46:06.220 the emergency, if they have a real barrier between them, a real restriction between them

00:46:11.120 and entering the United States, they're just not going to try to enter.

00:46:16.660 And so just by having basic policies, a rational attempt to reduce this open border madness,

00:46:25.340 you can do that very easily without even building a border wall.

00:46:28.780 But you definitely should build a border wall.

00:46:30.660 We 100% should do that.

00:46:31.940 That should be in this bill. 0.92

00:46:32.900 And the fact that it's not shows you how ridiculous this is.

00:46:37.540 Now, again, some GOP people are on side with this, but not everyone.

00:46:43.300 Obviously, the House has already said they're not going to take this up.

00:46:46.380 They're not going to do this.

00:46:47.340 But there will be a negotiation.

00:46:49.380 And they will try to get something done.

00:46:51.720 And the Republicans will feel compelled to do something, right?

00:46:55.200 The participation in the process.

00:46:56.980 They will feel compelled to do something about this.

00:46:59.060 And that's the most dangerous thing, because they're not going to get a win here, because

00:47:03.480 they're too weak.

00:47:05.220 That's it. 0.86

00:47:05.820 They're just too weak.

00:47:07.560 It's not that they couldn't get a win, though it would be very difficult. 0.97

00:47:10.700 But they're certainly not going to get a win, because Republicans are just too weak.

00:47:14.540 They just don't care.

00:47:16.100 Most of them don't care about what's happening at the southern border.

00:47:19.040 They don't care about their voters.

00:47:20.800 They don't care about the horrific fentanyl crisis coming across the border.

00:47:25.600 They don't care about the horrific abuse occurring.

00:47:29.180 They just don't care.

00:47:32.360 It's too hard.

00:47:34.000 They need to go back and sit down and sit on a pillow somewhere, because it's just too

00:47:38.640 hard to protect the people who are supposed to be voting for them.

00:47:43.140 They just can't be bothered to do it.

00:47:45.880 And so instead, they're going to negotiate something, and they're going to try to get

00:47:48.560 something done.

00:47:49.320 And the most beautiful thing about that is if they do manage to do that, even if they feel

00:47:52.780 like they got a good deal, all the dealers do is take the most powerful issue that they

00:47:58.000 have in this presidential election and throw it away.

00:48:01.760 Just waddle up, throw it away.

00:48:05.000 That's what will happen.

00:48:07.100 And anybody who points it out will be called cynical and will say, oh, you don't believe

00:48:10.760 in the process.

00:48:11.340 That's right, I don't.

00:48:13.480 I don't at all.

00:48:14.300 The process is broken, okay?

00:48:17.000 You know what can save the border situation right now?

00:48:21.300 The governor standing up.

00:48:22.780 Challenging what's happening here.

00:48:26.800 States that are willing to enforce border laws on their own, in their own jurisdictions,

00:48:32.700 and tell the federal government, the Supreme Court, and whoever else that they need to

00:48:37.140 to go pound sand.

00:48:38.880 That's what can actually change this situation.

00:48:41.560 And maybe if we elect a guy like Donald Trump, or hopefully an even better Republican, down

00:48:47.760 the line, who can really galvanize things, that would be great.

00:48:50.720 But at this moment, this is not getting solved in the legislative session.

00:48:56.260 This is all a shell game.

00:48:57.740 The bill is designed to legalize the invasion.

00:49:00.720 That's all there is to it.

00:49:01.880 And the fact that we've been betrayed by the Republicans and Democrats, like this again,

00:49:08.480 is just insane.

00:49:10.040 All right, guys, I'm going to go ahead and take a few super chats here.

00:49:13.060 I've got sitting on the side.

00:49:14.740 Let me get to you guys real quick.

00:49:16.900 Reese here, just with a super chat.

00:49:18.600 Thank you very much, man.

00:49:19.380 I appreciate you supporting the show.

00:49:22.760 Jacob Zendel here says, red governors busting maggots into virtue signal blue sanctuary cities

00:49:28.800 is brilliant political theater.

00:49:30.920 What do you think of people from diverse communities in Chicago press testing against their own

00:49:35.600 replacement?

00:49:36.340 Yeah.

00:49:36.700 So again, I think I understand why people get angry about this.

00:49:39.980 I really do.

00:49:40.840 Because they're they're playing.

00:49:42.800 They're thinking very rationally and logistically.

00:49:46.760 They're like, oh, well, if someone's deeper into the country, it's harder to get them back

00:49:50.680 out, which, you know, Chicago is also you could get people out of the northern border.

00:49:55.600 Southern border is not the only way you can send people out.

00:49:57.640 But I get what they're saying, right, is if you send these people deeper into the country, 0.99

00:50:01.320 then it's harder to extract them.

00:50:03.600 First, it's already impossible to extract.

00:50:05.980 OK, I'm sorry, but I mean, I'm hoping for the day when we do get the deportations of illegal 1.00

00:50:11.640 immigrants, they need to go back. 1.00

00:50:13.000 They shouldn't be here. 0.99

00:50:13.760 They broke the law.

00:50:14.860 We need to be talking about deportations. 0.98

00:50:16.520 We need to normalize the idea of deportations. 0.64

00:50:19.140 If you've been here illegally, you need to go. 1.00

00:50:22.120 That's all there is to it.

00:50:23.480 You know, that that that's the solution to that problem.

00:50:26.360 However, we can deport people from New York just as easily as we can deport them from Texas 0.87

00:50:31.580 or Florida, guys.

00:50:32.960 And in a lot of ways, you're just saying, I just I just don't want it in my backyard.

00:50:38.080 And I get it.

00:50:38.680 But, you know, I don't want it in my backyard either.

00:50:40.640 But this this has worked in some ways.

00:50:43.380 And when you see the way that this is impacting these large cities, you start to see that

00:50:48.640 there is a real crisis happening here.

00:50:51.080 All of a sudden, the fact that this load is shared instead of concentrated in some of

00:50:54.920 these red states that have to bear the brunt of this.

00:50:57.980 Well, that kind of wakes some people up.

00:50:59.640 Now, do I think that that wakes the majority of people up?

00:51:02.120 Do I think this is a long term solution?

00:51:03.840 Do I think you can just bust people infinitely into blue areas?

00:51:07.560 No, that's obviously not a solution.

00:51:10.480 However, I think that there was an effective use of this.

00:51:15.000 Its time has probably come and gone.

00:51:16.920 But I think there was an effective use of this.

00:51:19.160 And I think there is some legitimacy to forcing specifically cities to call themselves sanctuary

00:51:24.460 cities to feel this.

00:51:26.040 I think that does actually matter.

00:51:28.400 I think it does build some momentum against this.

00:51:30.760 I think you're already seeing some people noticing from the left how out of control the

00:51:35.440 immigration issue is.

00:51:36.900 And I don't think that's in any small part to the fact that all of a sudden they have

00:51:39.980 to deal with a lot more of these people than they used to before.

00:51:43.640 And so I think there is some value here.

00:51:45.060 I don't think it single handedly solves the problem.

00:51:47.740 But yeah, I think that many communities who may not have been worried about replacement

00:51:52.000 suddenly worry when all of a sudden their children aren't in school because there are illegal

00:51:56.840 immigrants being housed in their school.

00:51:59.180 And there's no room in the shelter for, you know, the people in their neighborhood because

00:52:04.420 now it's a bunch of illegal immigrants in all of the shelter.

00:52:07.440 I think that does make people take notice.

00:52:09.800 I think there was a value to that, even though I know it does make a number of people angry

00:52:13.680 because, hey, I get it.

00:52:15.200 Like, you just don't want a lot of people who shouldn't be there in your neighborhood.
