00:00:00.000 Too many students are packed into overcrowded classrooms in Ontario schools, and it's hurting their ability to learn.
00:00:07.800 But instead of helping our kids, the Ford government is playing politics, taking over school boards and silencing local voices.
00:00:15.060 It shouldn't be this way.
00:00:16.680 Tell the Ford government to get serious about tackling overcrowded classrooms, because smaller classes would make a big difference for our kids.
00:00:25.360 Go to buildingbetterschools.ca.
00:00:27.260 A message from the Elementary Teachers Federation of Ontario.
00:00:30.460 Hey, everybody. How's it going? Thanks for joining me this afternoon.
00:00:33.580 I am Oren McIntyre.
00:00:36.040 Unsurprisingly, Democrats have paid little to no price for their continued execution of violence against the American people,
00:00:45.060 their continued championing of terrorism, their increase in violent rhetoric.
00:00:50.500 And shocking, I know, but this lack of consequences has led the Democrats to doubling down on more violence, more rhetoric, more threats.
00:01:00.000 More supportive terrorism.
00:01:01.620 We've got many examples today from a Democratic candidate who is directly wishing death on his political opponents, talking about how much you can't wait to see their children die in their arms.
00:01:12.120 We've got ICE agents being assaulted in Chicago with what would appear to be the assistance of the state and local government.
00:01:20.880 And, of course, we have Hassan Piker, someone we did a show on here recently, obviously a violent, narcissistic, sociopathic leftist, but also a animal abuser.
00:01:33.980 Shock, shock. I'm surprised.
00:01:35.700 Well, it's sadly a pun because he's shocking his dog, allegedly.
00:01:39.780 But we'll get into all of this, why the left is ramping up its violence.
00:01:44.000 But before we do, guys, let's hear from today's sponsor.

00:02:47.040 All right, guys, we're going to start here with the story of Jay Jones, the Democratic nominee for Attorney General in Virginia.
00:02:55.460 Of all places, the National Review actually broke this story.
00:02:59.300 I know.
00:02:59.680 I'm shocked as you that they did something very useful.
00:03:02.820 But they uncovered the story of Jones sending out these text messages to his colleagues who were, in their defense, completely shocked and surprised at the level of violence and vitriol he had for his opponents.
00:03:16.660 He was just dripping with the desire to murder anyone who disagreed with them, to watch their children suffer.
00:03:23.240 And despite multiple of these people calling him up, saying, hey, we're worried about you.
00:03:28.160 You shouldn't talk like this.
00:03:29.420 He was adamant to make it clear.
00:03:31.240 No, no, no.
00:03:31.860 I'm not walking this back.
00:03:33.140 This is what I believe.
00:03:34.260 I want these people dead.
00:03:36.000 They're fascists, and I want them killed, and they want their child to, like, bleed out in front of them.
00:03:40.080 So we're just going to kind of go through the story real quick to get the gist of what's going on here.
00:03:45.160 It says, on August 8, 2022, a Republican state legislator received a disturbing string of early morning text message from a former colleague, Jay Jones, this year's Democratic nominee for Virginia Attorney General.
00:03:57.440 Jones, who at the time was recently resigned from the state house after a brief stint as representing Norfolk, had strong feelings about the political class,
00:04:06.540 was eulogizing recently deceased former legislator Joe Johnson, Jr., a moderate Democrat with a long tenure in Virginia politics.
00:04:16.080 Republican legislators, like House Speaker Todd Gilbert, had begun making public statements honoring Johnson's memory and political legacy,
00:04:23.260 and some of those statements were making the rounds in the state legislative group chats.
00:04:26.740 Around 8 a.m., Jones shared those feelings with former state legislative colleague Republican House Delegate Kerry Conner.
00:04:35.140 In a series of text messages obtained by National Review, Jones derided Johnson's political centrism and scoffed at the glowing tribute that were being made in his honor by Republicans in the wake of his death.
00:04:47.520 Damn, that was for Mark, he wrote to Coyer, suggesting he meant to send the text to someone else.
00:04:53.660 And yet that realization didn't stop Jones from joking about what a P.O.S. Gilbert would say about me if I died.
00:05:00.700 Then the conversation took a dark turn.
00:05:03.020 So he's sending this to a Republican colleague when he meant to send it to someone else.
00:05:07.740 But even though he recognizes that he sent it to the wrong person and this might not be the person to make this point to,
00:05:13.680 instead of backing it up and saying, OK, sorry, no, he decided to go deeper in and attack all of these people, wish death upon them.
00:05:22.400 He says, if these guys died before me, Jones wrote, referencing the Republican colleagues who are publicly honoring the deceased Johnson's memory,
00:05:30.320 I'd go to their funeral and piss on their grave to send them out awash in something.
00:05:35.820 Jones then suggested that presented with a hypothetical situation in which there were only two bullets,
00:05:40.720 I was faced with the choice of murdering then speaker, House Speaker Todd Gilbert, or two dictators.
00:05:45.700 He would shoot Gilbert every time, prompting pushback from his former colleague.
00:05:49.920 Jones, quote, these three people, two bullets, Gilbert, Hitler, Pol Pot, Gilbert gets two bullets to the head.
00:05:58.420 Spoiler, but Gilbert in the crew with the two worst people you know, he receives the bullets every time.
00:06:03.580 So already, I believe that my Republican opponents are more evil than Pol Pot and Adolf Hitler.
00:06:11.940 So when I tell you that when they say fascist, what they mean is, I want to kill you, this is what I'm talking about.
00:06:18.440 When these guys are talking between each other, and remember, he's sending this to a Republican, right?
00:06:23.420 Now, I have no idea how Republican she is.
00:06:26.380 I don't know her background.
00:06:27.740 Maybe he thought he was ultimately in safe company communicating this, because some Republicans aren't very Republican at all.
00:06:33.720 But ultimately, she says, Jay, please stop, right?
00:06:37.840 And then he says, lol, okay.
00:06:39.940 Then she says, it really bothers me when you talk about hurting people or wishing death on them.
00:06:44.820 It's not okay, no matter who they are.
00:06:47.940 So, you know, just the most human response in the world.
00:06:51.140 Look, I get it.
00:06:52.100 You don't like these people.
00:06:53.280 Maybe even she doesn't like these people, despite her being a Republican.
00:06:55.980 But we don't talk about people like that, even in private.
00:06:59.360 Like, even just two people, like, we don't start talking about murdering these people because they disagree with us.
00:07:06.540 Like, that is not the way that we should be conducting ourselves.
00:07:09.460 The private messages offer a disturbing glimpse into how Jones, who's looking to oust incumbent Republican Attorney General Jason Mears this fall,
00:07:21.600 describes his political adversaries in private conversations.
00:07:24.320 The violent rhetoric complicates an already contentious and competitive race roughly a month out from Election Day in Virginia,
00:07:32.440 where voting began on September 19th.
00:07:36.760 Asked about the years-old text exchange, Coyer condemned Jones' rhetoric and said she sent screenshots to the conversation to Gilbert that day.
00:07:46.340 She said that she and Jones haven't spoke since, aside from a brief conversation about policy issues.
00:07:52.700 On October 8th, 22, she describes the text and why she was disturbed by them.
00:07:58.420 Jones and his campaign spokesman did not respond to repeated requests for comment.
00:08:02.580 Gilbert also did not respond to requests for comment.
00:08:05.480 Following publication, other outlets published a reaction from Jones where he says,
00:08:09.740 Like all people, I sent text messages that I regret, and I believe the violent rhetoric has no place in our politics, he said,
00:08:15.860 after his campaign ignored repeated requests for comment from National Review.
00:08:21.040 Let's be clear about what is happening in the jury general race right now.
00:08:25.820 Jason Mears is dropping smears through Trump-controlled media organizations to assault my character and rescue his desperate campaign.
00:08:34.080 This is a strategy that ensures that Jason Mears will continue to be accountable to Donald Trump, not the people of Virginia.
00:08:40.480 This race is about whether Trump can control Virginia, Virginians, whether Trump can control Virginia or Virginians control Virginia, end quote.
00:08:50.260 So you'll notice here, yet again, we see the Democratic non-apology, right?
00:08:55.020 This guy said something that was absolutely atrocious, absolutely horrific, disqualifying on every level, right?
00:09:02.720 On every level, but we're in a post-Charlie Kirk assassination era, right?
00:09:10.680 Now, I get that in 2022, that was not the case, but we are in a situation where the President of the United States has been shot.
00:09:18.580 Corey Compator was killed.
00:09:20.880 Charlie Kirk was killed.
00:09:22.640 ICE agents have been shot at by snipers.
00:09:25.040 That is where we are at right now.
00:09:28.680 So this language should have been disqualifying at any time for anyone, but it's especially disqualifying now.
00:09:35.600 And if you're the candidate who said this, then you, if you gave a crap about your country at all, like just the smallest, minutest detail about your country, you would step down.
00:09:45.440 Knowing that this rhetoric is incendiary, that at this time, maintaining that type of rhetoric is completely unacceptable, right?
00:09:54.060 If you cared about the country even a little bit, you would say, okay, I understand.
00:09:59.040 Maybe I didn't mean this.
00:10:00.760 Maybe ultimately I shouldn't have said these things, but you know what?
00:10:05.000 For the good of the country, I'm going to step back in this one.
00:10:08.140 That's not what he does at all.
00:10:09.480 Not only does he not apologize at all for what he said, right?
00:10:13.220 He says, well, you know, like a lot of people, I've sent some texts I don't, I didn't mean.
00:10:19.260 That's not what happened here.
00:10:20.380 You didn't just, oops, I sent a text.
00:10:22.080 Like you sent the text to a wrong person and then they turned around and they told you this is wrong and you shouldn't say this.
00:10:29.320 And you went ahead and told them more anyway, right?
00:10:31.920 Like that's where you're at here.
00:10:34.140 Also, didn't apologize for what he said.
00:10:37.820 He didn't apologize in the slightest for what he said.
00:10:40.460 He says, I just oppose political violence.
00:10:42.300 Well, actually, you clearly don't because you were fantasizing about it repeatedly.
00:10:48.200 But on top of that, you did not apologize for espousing the political violence in the tweet.
00:10:53.920 Saying some blanket catchphrase like I oppose political violence is not an apology for the time when you actively supported political violence, which is the same thing Jimmy Kimmel did.
00:11:05.600 Right?
00:11:05.800 This is the line.
00:11:06.640 This is the left's move.
00:11:07.660 Now, Jimmy Kimmel goes on explicitly says, you know, the shooter was a MAGA guy and Maggie's just trying to lie about that.
00:11:16.500 Says it point blank for everyone to hear.
00:11:18.360 Then when he's required to come back and say something about it, he gives a non-apology where he lies and says, oh, well, I never meant that, even though that's obviously clearly exactly what he meant.
00:11:30.640 And if you heard that from me, well, that was your mistake.
00:11:33.540 I understand why you would make that mistake, but it's your mistake.
00:11:36.040 Because I condemn political violence, even though I literally just covered four political assassins.
00:11:44.000 This is what the left is doing now, right?
00:11:45.880 There's no there's no apology here.
00:11:47.240 They're not backing away from the rhetoric, but it gets even worse.
00:11:53.320 Coiner's alarm at her former colleague's violent rhetoric towards Gilbert prompted Jones to call her and explain his reasoning over the phone.
00:12:00.980 So it's even a step further.
00:12:02.560 Look, yes, I know I sent something to you that is completely abhorrent.
00:12:08.160 And you said, don't say that.
00:12:09.720 And maybe I could have just left it there.
00:12:10.980 But no, I want to call you again, a Republican and tell you specifically why I said that.
00:12:17.800 And did he then say, look, I apologize.
00:12:20.500 I abhor all the violent rhetoric.
00:12:22.360 No, no, no.
00:12:23.460 According to the source, the Democratic former legislator doubled down on the call,
00:12:28.700 saying that the only way public policy changes is when policymakers feel pain themselves,
00:12:34.360 like the pain that parents feel when they watch their children die from gun violence.
00:12:38.380 He also asked her to provide counterexamples to disprove this claim.
00:12:42.380 Then at one point, the source said he suggested he wishes Gilbert's wife could watch their own child die in her arms
00:12:50.020 so that Gilbert might reconsider his political views, prompting Coyner to hang up the phone in disgust.
00:12:57.920 Afterward, Jones continued his barrage of text messages, saying that he was just asking questions.
00:13:05.640 Coyner dismissed his excuses via chat, chastising him, hoping Jennifer Gilbert's children would die.
00:13:11.520 Rather than deny that, he had wished death on the children.
00:13:15.620 Jones responded by saying, yes, I told you before, only when people feel pain personally do they move on from policy.
00:13:24.160 So again, multiple times, multiple times, he's encouraged both in text and on the call to back this away.
00:13:33.960 Say, oh, I didn't mean this, right?
00:13:35.560 Oh, I didn't mean this.
00:13:36.820 Something, something, anything.
00:13:38.540 He had the opportunity to back away and say, and at every opportunity, he doubled down and said, no, I really want these people dead.
00:13:45.060 I really want their children dead.
00:13:46.860 Only when I watch their children die in their arms will they finally agree with me.
00:13:50.920 Faced with more pushback from his frazzled former colleague, Jones somehow took the conversation even a step further.
00:13:58.560 Quote, I mean, do I think Todd and Jennifer are evil, that they're breeding little fascists?
00:14:03.460 Yes, he wrote, referring to Gilbert's wife and two young children.
00:14:06.820 These people want to kill you.
00:14:11.580 These people want to kill you.
00:14:15.100 This is not a joke.
00:14:17.120 This guy is not stepping away from political violence.
00:14:19.720 He's not denouncing political violence.
00:14:21.560 He wants you dead.
00:14:23.080 And he will say it over and over and over and over again, both over the phone and in text to a Republican colleague.
00:14:33.080 He wants you dead.
00:14:34.940 You're raising little fascists.
00:14:38.100 They deserve to die.
00:14:39.440 I want to see you watch them die in your arms.
00:14:44.400 He is not walking away from this.
00:14:47.660 That's the amazing thing, guys.
00:14:49.300 He's not stepping down.
00:14:50.520 And not only is he not stepping down, every Democrat is silent on this issue.
00:14:54.960 They might say, oh, I condemn the rhetoric, but none of them are saying he needs to get out of the race.
00:15:00.440 Charlie Kirk died in front of his children.
00:15:04.660 Bullet through his neck.
00:15:08.160 This guy is saying, I want my opponents dead.
00:15:11.040 I can confirm it over and over again.
00:15:12.960 I will call you up and berate you about the fact that I want these people's children dead.
00:15:18.140 They're raising little fascists because fascists means people I can kill.
00:15:25.300 That's it.
00:15:26.140 Jay Jones is saying these children are fascists and they deserve to die.
00:15:30.640 I hope they die.
00:15:31.620 The charge of fascism is a whistle to murder you.
00:15:39.880 That's it.
00:15:41.480 That's all it is.
00:15:43.280 It is otherwise content free.
00:15:45.240 It's not about an ideology.
00:15:47.080 It's about a political discussion.
00:15:48.840 They don't care if you disprove their argument with facts and logic.
00:15:52.060 They just say fascists before they shoot you.
00:15:56.560 And this guy is running as the Democratic AG and no one is telling him to step down.
00:16:01.620 He's going to run law enforcement in one of the most important states in the country.
00:16:12.720 And he is fantasizing about murdering Republicans and their children because they're all little fascists and they deserve it anyway.
00:16:19.700 This is genocidal language.
00:16:22.000 This is mass murder language.
00:16:24.960 This is I'm sending death squads to your door language.
00:16:28.860 And it is now acceptable in the Democratic Party.
00:16:34.100 I don't care what they oh, we did.
00:16:36.800 We abhor the language.
00:16:38.080 Are you going to tell him to step down?
00:16:39.160 Well, no.
00:16:40.120 So you don't abhor the language.
00:16:41.440 There is no consequence.
00:16:42.920 He says whatever he wants and you don't care.
00:16:45.380 Because winning an AG race is more important to you than holding the country together.
00:16:49.760 The left is not dialing down the temperature.
00:16:51.980 They are putting more and more people into power who want to kill you.
00:16:56.500 While you debate whether or not they should have freedom of speech to call for your death, they are putting more and more people in power.
00:17:04.000 While you're sending a few more guys, a few more conservative personalities to debate people on folding tables on college campuses, the left is putting people in power to murder you.
00:17:17.140 Who openly discuss their desire to murder you, who feel no guilt, even when their calls for murder of children are exposed and who face no consequences and will not step down and will not be asked to step down by any of their colleagues.
00:17:34.100 Because these people are absolutely murderous and insane.
00:17:40.320 It's just straight evil, guys, and there's too many of these people in the left.
00:17:45.100 It's not everybody.
00:17:46.400 There are Democrats who ultimately don't agree with this, but it's less and less every year to the point where now you can just say this stuff openly.
00:17:56.300 I mean, this is just straight up civil war language, right?
00:17:58.800 There's no other way to put this, right?
00:18:01.360 This is a guy who is fantasizing as soon as he has power about murdering his opponents.
00:18:07.420 What else is there to say at this point?
00:18:10.060 Where else is there left to go?
00:18:11.960 If you let people like this into power, they will kill you.
00:18:15.600 They've told you so.
00:18:18.140 Like, this is, like, I've had people accuse me of, oh, you know, you're heating things up and you're driving rhetoric.
00:18:25.340 No, I am just reading what these people believe and say out loud, and you should believe them when they say it.
00:18:33.100 Stop making up excuses from people who are going to try to kill you.
00:18:37.940 Are you insane?
00:18:39.100 Have you lost your mind?
00:18:40.240 Have you so little self-preservation that you would let these people openly talking about how they would revel in the murder of your children and then install them into power?
00:18:50.280 Because that's your principles or something.
00:18:55.880 Sorry, my principles are not having people who want to murder me in power.
00:18:59.720 If that is a problem for you, if that's some kind of violation of your deeply held principles, we have a problem.
00:19:04.920 We have principles that are at odds.
00:19:06.300 Because my principles are not installing murderous people to be in charge of armed officers who will come to your door and kill you.
00:19:15.740 Who will not be in charge of the prosecution of the Antifa foot soldiers who will inevitably come and burn down your neighborhood and try to kill you and then get off scot-free.
00:19:26.060 Because the guy who is in charge of deciding whether or not charges are leveled at them agrees with them entirely.
00:19:32.600 Is directing them and calling for the very violence he's supposed to prevent.
00:19:37.660 This is where we're at, guys.
00:19:39.460 Like, this is not...
00:19:40.340 Like, I hear it.
00:19:41.420 I hear somewhere, you know, guys are like, oh, it's overhyped.
00:19:44.840 Nothing ever happens.
00:19:46.980 Yeah, okay.
00:19:47.800 Keep putting these guys in power.
00:19:49.120 Nothing ever happens.
00:19:49.940 Nothing ever happens like Charlie gets shot through the threat, through the neck, right?
00:19:55.300 Nothing ever happens like ICE agents getting fired on by snipers.
00:19:58.980 We're going to be going deeper into this, guys.
00:20:00.760 This is far from the only advancement in left-wing violence this week.
00:20:05.060 There have been plenty more steps towards complete lawlessness by the left and complete violent, you know, just unhinged action by the left in the last week.
00:20:15.720 This is not stopping.
00:20:16.900 This is not slowing down.
00:20:18.160 The rhetoric is terrible, but it's only one piece of the puzzle.
00:20:23.220 Trust me.
00:20:24.220 This guy is just one of many who's going to be pushing this stuff.
00:20:27.640 We're going to be looking at places like Chicago where this isn't just words, it's actions.
00:20:31.940 And if you've got guys like Jay Jones, who are the ones who are actually running the AG's office in those states, guess what?
00:20:38.620 It's open season on you.
00:20:40.820 Because Antifa's going to do whatever they want.
00:20:43.520 This guy isn't going to do anything about it because he agrees with everything they're doing.
00:20:46.760 This is, it's just not America anymore.
00:20:50.320 You've literally lost it.
00:20:52.120 It's over.
00:20:52.640 Like the Republic is over with that kind of stuff, guys.
00:20:56.380 I don't know what else to tell you.
00:20:57.900 I have to keep hearing people tell me it's overblown.
00:21:00.480 I don't understand how you can look at this and think any of this is overblown.
00:21:03.460 But we'll get to all those other examples in just a moment.
00:21:05.960 Let's hear about Share the Arrows.
00:21:07.740 You know, we spend a lot of time here talking about what's going on in culture and politics, the battles, the noise, the craziness.
00:21:14.100 But here's something different.
00:21:15.640 If you're a woman listening right now or if there's a woman in your life that you care about, you need to hear this.
00:21:20.600 It's called Share the Arrows and it's happening on October 11th in Dallas, Texas.
00:21:24.960 It's hosted by Blaze TV's own Allie Beth Stuckey and it's designed to encourage, equip, and speak truth into the lives of women who are trying to stand firm in this world.
00:21:34.320 This is a day full of worship, teaching, and real conversations.
00:21:37.380 So if you're a woman who's been craving encouragement and biblical truth, this is for you.
00:21:42.680 And if you're a husband or a dad or a brother listening, think about your wife, daughter, or sister who needs this.
00:21:48.940 In a culture that's constantly pulling in the wrong direction, this is a chance to stop, reset, and get grounded in biblical truth.

00:22:32.160 All right, so let's take a look at some of the other ways in which the left has completely gone off the rails.
00:22:40.600 We have the report here.
00:22:43.720 Breaking DHS announces federal agents in Broadview, Illinois were rammed and boxed in by 10 cars.
00:22:50.040 So for those who aren't familiar, this is a classic possible death trap, right?
00:22:55.500 If you ram into people's cars and freeze them into place, you're boxing people in like this, this could easily be a setup for another sniping event.
00:23:03.020 Luckily, that was not the case here.
00:23:05.420 But ICE agents should have been, you know, there is honestly no reason an ICE agent wouldn't expect they need to shoot themselves out of this situation.
00:23:12.380 You have multiple, you have someone ramming and boxing in your cars.
00:23:18.540 Well, you have a history of other Antifa troops sitting on roofs, sniping people.
00:23:23.680 Like this very easily could have turned into fish in a barrel where they where they block these people in and they just start opening fire.
00:23:32.400 And at that point, anyone who, you know, drives up on a DHS or ICE officials or anything like that, you have to assume they're just going to kill you.
00:23:42.620 Which means that now the agents have to consider the fact that they might need to just completely open fire on anyone doing this kind of stuff.
00:23:49.840 This included a woman armed with a semi-automatic gun who has was posted online threats saying F ICE was flagged by a CBP Intel Bulletin.
00:24:01.360 DHS says the feds were fired on the feds fired on her defensively.
00:24:07.120 DHS, quote, Pritzker's Chicago Police Department is leaving the shooting scene and refuses to assist us in securing the area.
00:24:15.740 There's a crowd growing and we deployed a special operations to control the growing crowd.
00:24:20.800 So not only do you have these initial terror attacks, but on top of this, you have a completely uncooperative Chicago police and wider Illinois police apparatus.
00:24:33.960 They've been told specifically by the by the mayor of Chicago and the and the governor of Illinois to not involve themselves, to not help, to not assist.
00:24:45.840 So you have a complete breakdown and cooperation between any local law enforcement and the agents themselves.
00:24:53.560 So the agents can't do their job specifically because there are terrorist attacks going on in Illinois.
00:24:59.580 And basically the police are being told, whatever you do, don't stop the terrorist attacks, which means functionally the state of Illinois and the city of Chicago are aiding and abetting, if not directly assisting in terrorist attacks on federal officers.
00:25:15.640 Like, I don't know, again, yes, no one's coming out and saying, oh, the civil war has started.
00:25:24.280 But when you have people again, I'm trying not to use incendiary rhetoric here, but I'm running low on ways to describe the situation that don't make it clear that the rule of law, the monopoly on violence, the degree of order provided by the American system is completely gone.
00:25:43.300 You have a state that is that is in direct defiance in every way of basic immigration law.
00:25:50.940 And when federal officers come in order to try to enforce that law, the state government and the city governments specifically go out of their way to ensure that those people meet the maximum amount of violence that these Antifa foot soldiers can produce.
00:26:07.560 Yeah, they're not opening fire on the ICE agents as, you know, Chicago PD, I guess we're not at that level yet, but they are functionally allowing Antifa foot troops, this like semi-militaristic force to go on the ground, act as the foot soldiers of the left, of the Democratic Party, and do violence in the name of these people.
00:26:32.920 But just because they don't have badges on, because they're not officially part of the state, because they're a paramilitary organization instead of a formal military organization, well, we're not there yet.
00:26:46.540 Okay, I guess we're pretty close, though.
00:26:50.640 We're pretty close.
00:26:51.720 None of this is great, but there are, of course, more examples.
00:26:55.360 So here we have John Oliver, ever a horrific person, cheering on terrorist attacks on ICE here.
00:27:04.520 And in Rochester last month, ICE cornered some men working on a roof and were waiting for them to come down to arrest them.
00:27:10.740 But a local pastor went on social media to summon people to protest.
00:27:14.160 And just watch what happened next.
00:27:16.480 A chaotic scene on Westminster Road Tuesday morning in Rochester as federal agents were carrying out an ICE enforcement and removal operation.
00:27:25.360 So, basic law enforcement, you have to go in and remove illegal aliens.
00:27:35.160 They're working on the roof.
00:27:36.440 We see they're there.
00:27:37.920 We're going to take you in.
00:27:40.180 And in the time it takes to get these guys off the roof and start to arrest them, the citizens suddenly show up, surround the ICE enforcement.
00:27:52.700 And you can see here, their tires have been slashed.
00:27:56.300 So this is an attack, right?
00:27:58.960 This is clearly, we're no longer, this is not some peaceful protest.
00:28:03.320 They have, they have assaulted, or I don't, I'm not sure, I guess vandalized at the very least, the police vehicle.
00:28:12.700 These people should have been arrested immediately because obviously they're committing a crime.
00:28:18.760 They're not just standing there protesting, though that would be enough, right?
00:28:22.060 Like, if you have a situation where the people of the city are rallying and bringing people in to try to stop legitimate police actions on a regular basis, you already have a lawless situation.
00:28:33.100 But we're not just seeing the attempt to, like, bring cameras and bring protests.
00:28:37.820 We're seeing violence.
00:28:39.320 They're slashing the tires of the car.
00:28:41.480 Well, in one sense, you could say, okay, it's just the slashing of the tires of the car.
00:28:44.500 But that means, again, the car can't go anywhere.
00:28:46.460 So if some guy's on the roof, deciding he wants to start sniping Border Patrol agents, decides he wants to start shooting at ICE agents.
00:28:55.200 If some woman with a gun on her decides to ram this car and hop out with her gun, the tires are flat.
00:29:04.320 They can't make a getaway.
00:29:05.900 This is just insane.
00:29:07.840 They're here putting on a roof, trying to make a dollar and paying taxes on that dollar.
00:29:13.880 And ICE was here bothering them.
00:29:16.460 So I came to bother ICE.
00:29:20.860 So just John Oliver leading his audience in a ritual where they cheer for these officers having their tires slashed, having their ability to enforce the law stopped.
00:29:32.720 They are cheering openly.
00:29:34.340 And Oliver is leading them in this on purpose.
00:29:36.840 He wants leftists to think that going and trying to stop law enforcement from doing their job and slashing their tires and boxing them in.
00:29:44.860 This is all normal.
00:29:45.820 This is all fine.
00:29:46.720 This is just peaceful protesting until someone opens fire.
00:29:50.260 But our cameras captured a boarding patrol vehicle at the scene with flat tires.
00:29:55.200 In response to the large crowd, agents left Westminster and the SUV was towed a few blocks away.
00:30:05.500 Perfect.
00:30:06.260 Well done to everyone involved.
00:30:08.080 John Oliver is not hiding it any more than Jimmy Kimmel was hiding it any more than Hasan Piker was hiding it any more than Ilhan Omar is hiding it any more than AOC is hiding it any more than Jay Jones is hiding it.
00:30:28.040 These people want you dead and they are training crowds of people to kill you today.
00:30:35.420 Today, it's just boxing you in preventing the lawful arrest of people chanting and blocking your ability to do your job.
00:30:43.460 Can you get out when they start firebombing you, which has already been something they've tried to do?
00:30:54.560 Can you get out once the sniper opens fire on you?
00:30:57.420 Will John Oliver be cheering then?
00:31:00.420 Not out loud, but he'll be sending those text messages.
00:31:02.780 You know he will be.
00:31:04.200 In fact, if there aren't text messages exactly like the one that Jay Jones sent on John Oliver's phone, I would be shocked.
00:31:11.000 Because these people all agree.
00:31:14.320 Violence against you is fine.
00:31:17.340 Violence against you is their political right.
00:31:21.000 They believe they have the open right to violence against you and they expect nothing to happen.
00:31:28.200 And with good reason.
00:31:29.820 We have seen the Trump administration, to be fair, start picking up some of its arrests in these scenarios.
00:31:35.140 They're no longer just completely turning this stuff over to people.
00:31:38.200 But man, this is not great.
00:31:42.200 The left is in no way backing up from this.
00:31:45.000 Here we see Governor Pritzker saying,
00:31:47.280 This morning the Trump administration's Department of War gave me an ultimatum.
00:31:51.240 Call up your troops or we will.
00:31:53.540 It's an absolutely outrageous un-American to demand a governor send military troops within their own borders and against our will.
00:32:00.340 Isn't it amazing how all of a sudden every Democratic governor becomes John C. Calhoun?
00:32:10.900 All of a sudden they've recognized the importance of states' rights and the Tenth Amendment.
00:32:15.860 All of a sudden they grasp the need
00:32:18.080 to have this kind of restriction on power.
00:32:22.440 But of course it's a joke, right?
00:32:24.820 Because we know that this isn't the case.
00:32:27.780 We know the National Guard gets sent in all the time.
00:32:31.260 The left has done this on several occasions.
00:32:37.340 We have seen this across the board.
00:32:39.460 And of course, let's not forget,
00:32:40.720 Like, all of these guys love the Civil War.
00:32:45.140 Uh, hello?
00:32:48.460 Right?
00:32:49.020 Like, all of a sudden, you know,
00:32:51.040 Pritzker is, what, a neo-Confederate?
00:32:53.780 Look, I've seen this from all kinds of people.
00:32:56.420 I've seen this from Hillary Clinton.
00:32:58.060 I've seen this from several politicians.
00:33:00.500 Oh, states' rights.
00:33:01.520 Oh, you can't send the military into the states.
00:33:03.740 You can't send the National Guard in.
00:33:05.420 You can't send troops in.
00:33:06.660 That's a violation of our rights.
00:33:08.080 It's, look, as a proud senator of the South,
00:33:10.700 I'm glad that all of a sudden
00:33:12.120 these people recognize the tyranny of Abraham Lincoln.
00:33:15.580 But come on!
00:33:17.860 You're, what a joke.
00:33:18.980 Like, you really think that all of a sudden
00:33:20.440 we believe that you agree with states' rights,
00:33:23.620 that you care desperately
00:33:24.600 about the lawful application of force
00:33:26.920 in these situations?
00:33:28.760 Are you kidding me?
00:33:32.440 I mean, in the South,
00:33:34.360 did you have people going to attack federal agents
00:33:36.840 during segregation or integration?
00:33:40.380 If you did, well, guess what?
00:33:41.740 They sent the 101st Airborne
00:33:43.280 to escort you to school at gunpoint.
00:33:46.400 And I don't even think there was the level
00:33:47.580 of assaults on federal officers happening
00:33:49.960 then than they're happening now,
00:33:50.900 but they certainly were sending troops in
00:33:53.940 to make that happen.
00:33:56.340 So you're telling me this just can't be done?
00:33:58.520 There's just no precedent for this?
00:34:01.940 I mean, come on.
00:34:03.260 Who do they think they're fooling?
00:34:04.380 But we see this all over the place, right?
00:34:06.460 Absolutely all over the place.
00:34:08.080 Here is the mayor of Chicago,
00:34:10.700 again, bringing more and more of this stuff.
00:34:11.900 They want to divide, trying to divide us
00:34:14.180 and pit people, groups against one another.
00:34:16.980 They want to divide and conquer.
00:34:19.380 And as I said, in the South Shore,
00:34:22.900 and this has been said very clearly,
00:34:25.960 black people in one van and immigrants in another,
00:34:28.120 in the face of this unprecedented threat,
00:34:31.800 this moment calls for unity.
00:34:34.620 Black, brown, white, Asian, young, old,
00:34:37.280 North Side, West Side, South Side,
00:34:39.340 we must all pull aside our differences
00:34:41.400 and defend one another,
00:34:42.740 because if we allow this to continue to be unchecked,
00:34:45.720 by the time we realize what's happening,
00:34:48.060 it'll be too late.
00:34:49.660 This executive order is a step towards accountability
00:34:51.860 and is calling for the basic rule of law.
00:34:54.340 In the coming days and weeks,
00:34:56.840 we may be pushed, if not forced,
00:34:59.640 to take even more dramatic action
00:35:01.400 if this administration continues to escalate
00:35:04.000 and provoke our people.
00:35:06.380 In closing, last night I spoke with the governor,
00:35:09.780 and he informed me that the Trump administration
00:35:11.920 is deploying Texas National Guard to our city.
00:35:16.220 We will speak to our response later today.
00:35:20.400 We'll do that with the governor
00:35:21.940 as well as the attorney general.
00:35:23.120 For now, let me just say
00:35:26.000 that we are unequivocally going to continue
00:35:28.380 to reject the military occupation of our city.
00:35:32.020 So here we have it.
00:35:33.200 He's framing this as like the,
00:35:34.480 you know, it's the reconstruction of Chicago, right?
00:35:37.760 The South is sending troops to Chicago
00:35:40.020 and they are military occupying force.
00:35:42.420 Again, hilarious.
00:35:43.860 We have a period of that in America.
00:35:46.220 It's called reconstruction.
00:35:47.680 So there's actually quite a bit of precedent
00:35:49.520 for exactly this type of thing
00:35:51.940 when you think that the other half of the nation
00:35:55.240 is not going to enforce the law
00:35:57.000 as you have passed it.
00:35:58.480 Now, I have my own problems with this,
00:36:00.860 but pretending that all of a sudden
00:36:02.880 he recognizes the evil of this
00:36:05.780 and has changed his ways.
00:36:06.820 No, not even for a moment.
00:36:08.300 None of his principles have changed.
00:36:10.040 It's good when they do it
00:36:11.080 and it's bad when we do it.
00:36:12.280 The end.
00:36:13.500 They do not care.
00:36:14.560 The fact that these people
00:36:16.420 are completely violating the law,
00:36:19.580 openly sabotaging attempts to enforce the law.
00:36:22.600 He's talking about organizing against ICE,
00:36:25.600 taking action against them,
00:36:27.360 standing together.
00:36:28.180 We're going to have to take even more extreme action.
00:36:29.860 What does that mean?
00:36:31.300 What does it mean to take extreme action
00:36:33.480 against the National Guard, governor?
00:36:36.720 Mayor?
00:36:37.200 What does it mean
00:36:38.900 to take extreme action
00:36:41.260 against United States military personnel?
00:36:43.780 Because that's what he's talking about here.
00:36:46.120 The Trump administration must end
00:36:48.280 the war on Chicago.
00:36:51.500 The Trump administration
00:36:52.860 must end this war against Americans.
00:36:57.780 The Trump administration
00:36:58.740 must end its attempt
00:37:01.320 to dismantle our democracy.
00:37:03.100 Right as we are making historic progress
00:37:06.920 in reducing violence,
00:37:08.480 the Trump administration
00:37:09.380 is seeking to destabilize our city
00:37:12.060 and provoke chaos.
00:37:14.300 We said that they would use ICE
00:37:16.860 as a pretext to send in the National Guard.
00:37:20.020 And now they are doing just that.
00:37:22.000 I've also said
00:37:22.880 for the last couple of years
00:37:23.940 that the extreme right in this country
00:37:25.820 refused to accept the results
00:37:28.340 of the Civil War.
00:37:30.080 They have repeatedly called for a rematch.
00:37:33.100 There you go.
00:37:35.320 This is a rematch of the Civil War.
00:37:36.960 I see the basic enforcement of law
00:37:39.600 by the Trump administration
00:37:40.340 as an opening for another Civil War.
00:37:43.520 A rematch in the Civil War.
00:37:48.760 This is not...
00:37:50.000 Look, I get...
00:37:51.060 People love dunking on Tim Pool
00:37:52.460 for this, guys,
00:37:53.200 but, like,
00:37:54.080 what else do you say?
00:37:56.260 Where else does this go?
00:37:58.840 What outs are left in this rhetoric?
00:38:00.700 Where other direction can you head?
00:38:05.040 Like, this is where the Democrats
00:38:06.480 are putting us
00:38:07.080 and they're doing it on purpose
00:38:08.080 because there is no cost.
00:38:10.240 There is no cost
00:38:11.420 to this continuous action.
00:38:13.740 All right.
00:38:14.660 I wanted to also play for you
00:38:17.000 this Hassan Piker story.
00:38:19.400 So, obviously,
00:38:21.040 we did an episode last week
00:38:23.060 about what a horrific human being
00:38:24.480 Hassan Piker is.
00:38:25.780 Went through his interview
00:38:27.160 with Ross Douthat
00:38:28.480 of the New York Times.
00:38:30.080 It's very clear
00:38:31.040 from Hassan's actions,
00:38:32.940 despite whatever he might have
00:38:34.160 tried to tell Douthat,
00:38:35.820 and Douthat, I think,
00:38:37.300 challenged him correctly,
00:38:38.600 repeatedly on this issue.
00:38:40.060 Despite what he tried
00:38:40.740 to tell Douthat,
00:38:41.600 it's very clear
00:38:42.420 that he has openly
00:38:44.180 called for violence.
00:38:45.080 He does so on a regular basis.
00:38:46.740 He's talked about
00:38:47.340 how he wants the blood
00:38:48.360 of capitalist pigs
00:38:49.680 to flow in the streets.
00:38:51.040 He wants to see
00:38:51.720 Republicans gutted,
00:38:53.260 eviscerated.
00:38:54.440 He wants to see their guts
00:38:55.740 holding their guts.
00:38:57.000 He's talked about
00:38:58.020 the different need
00:38:59.540 for violence
00:39:01.020 against people
00:39:02.160 who own land
00:39:03.100 but don't rent it.
00:39:04.140 You need to kill them.
00:39:05.040 You need to murder those people.
00:39:06.140 He has said all of these things, right?
00:39:08.040 He's called for the death
00:39:09.220 of Rick Scott of Florida.
00:39:11.420 You know,
00:39:11.600 this is something
00:39:12.360 that he has done
00:39:12.940 over and over again.
00:39:13.620 And yet, somehow,
00:39:15.040 despite all of this
00:39:15.960 insanely violent rhetoric,
00:39:18.840 Hassan has platforms.
00:39:20.180 He's on everything.
00:39:21.260 He can stream everywhere.
00:39:22.860 He can have bank accounts.
00:39:24.120 No debanking.
00:39:24.640 No debanking.
00:39:25.740 If you're too far to the right
00:39:27.840 in any way, shape, or form,
00:39:29.420 you're never going to be
00:39:30.800 on a platform.
00:39:31.460 You're never going to be able
00:39:32.220 to have a bank account.
00:39:33.060 But Hassan,
00:39:34.300 you know,
00:39:34.520 he can just call
00:39:35.100 for the death of people
00:39:35.860 on a regular basis
00:39:36.640 and nothing happens to him.
00:39:38.100 But you know what?
00:39:38.900 I think this time
00:39:39.700 something might actually
00:39:41.260 happen to him
00:39:41.860 because people are
00:39:43.140 really outraged about this.
00:39:44.380 I'll play it for you
00:39:45.100 real quick.
00:39:49.960 I hate this fucking country
00:39:51.640 so much.
00:39:54.640 Go home!
00:39:55.740 Go home!
00:39:57.840 You piece of crap
00:39:58.740 nobody wants you here.
00:40:00.560 Go home.
00:40:02.420 Well, I will
00:40:03.680 put you on the first catapult
00:40:05.520 out of here.
00:40:06.640 The first rocket
00:40:07.700 we can strap you to.
00:40:10.260 Okay?
00:40:11.180 You hate this country?
00:40:12.260 No problem.
00:40:13.800 Bye.
00:40:14.760 See ya.
00:40:15.220 You can be on a fucking mountain
00:40:19.880 in the middle of Norway
00:40:21.140 and get better internet
00:40:22.940 than Los Angeles, California.
00:40:27.600 And this is just like
00:40:28.980 a moment of anger.
00:40:32.040 This is a moment of fucking anger
00:40:33.420 for like something
00:40:34.240 that is just so routine,
00:40:35.700 so silly,
00:40:36.800 such a first world problem.
00:40:38.280 But it is emblematic
00:40:39.840 of all of America's
00:40:41.480 much more consequential
00:40:42.960 violence.
00:40:45.120 Okay?
00:40:45.860 It's the same reason
00:40:47.420 as to why America,
00:40:49.140 Kaya,
00:40:49.540 please just fucking
00:40:50.920 go,
00:40:51.420 just stop.
00:40:54.220 Alright,
00:40:54.940 so you can see here
00:40:56.320 that the dog
00:40:57.440 gets up.
00:40:59.040 Now,
00:40:59.660 I don't watch
00:41:00.520 a lot of Hassan Piker
00:41:01.640 except when I absolutely
00:41:02.540 have to for stuff like this.
00:41:03.920 I don't,
00:41:04.300 I'm not familiar
00:41:04.820 if he's always got his dog
00:41:06.780 behind me here.
00:41:09.100 But clearly,
00:41:10.020 he expects this dog
00:41:11.120 to just stay
00:41:11.700 in exactly one place
00:41:13.040 the entire time,
00:41:14.840 right?
00:41:15.640 Like,
00:41:16.100 the dog gets up
00:41:16.660 for a second,
00:41:17.660 stands up,
00:41:18.300 kind of looks around.
00:41:20.060 Something pretty much
00:41:20.880 any dog is gonna do
00:41:22.140 all the time,
00:41:23.660 right?
00:41:23.880 They don't want to lay
00:41:25.160 in the same place
00:41:26.400 for hours
00:41:27.760 without at least standing up.
00:41:28.900 Sometimes they'll stand up,
00:41:29.820 turn right back around,
00:41:30.580 and lay back down
00:41:31.360 where they were,
00:41:32.220 but they want to stand up
00:41:32.960 and move around.
00:41:34.820 So he's got this dog
00:41:36.320 back here,
00:41:36.920 and the minute the dog
00:41:38.720 stands up and starts
00:41:39.440 moving around,
00:41:40.500 it's very clear
00:41:41.280 that Hassan leans over,
00:41:42.720 he seems to be pushing
00:41:43.560 something in his hand,
00:41:45.300 right?
00:41:45.720 All of a sudden,
00:41:46.420 the dog yelps,
00:41:48.120 and then he starts
00:41:49.860 yelling at the dog again.
00:41:54.220 Jesus Christ,
00:41:55.460 what are you doing?
00:41:56.540 Here,
00:41:56.780 let me back this up
00:41:57.520 just so we can see
00:41:58.180 the actual dog
00:41:59.980 moving around
00:42:00.420 in his response.
00:42:01.000 That's the why,
00:42:01.420 America,
00:42:02.360 Kaya,
00:42:02.640 please just fucking go,
00:42:04.520 just stop.
00:42:09.800 Jesus Christ,
00:42:11.100 what are you doing?
00:42:12.560 You're being such a baby.
00:42:16.400 It's just,
00:42:17.320 you're making her stressed.
00:42:21.020 I,
00:42:21.360 I,
00:42:21.720 I,
00:42:22.140 she just literally
00:42:23.380 is,
00:42:23.800 is so incredible.
00:42:26.600 Now,
00:42:27.340 the people have zoomed in,
00:42:29.820 and of course,
00:42:30.420 it's got to go to the,
00:42:31.160 the cruelty of the Palestine
00:42:32.360 protest.
00:42:33.540 Anyway,
00:42:34.380 so,
00:42:35.320 people have zoomed in
00:42:36.760 on the dog here,
00:42:37.800 and,
00:42:38.260 and have highlighted
00:42:39.760 that they're clear
00:42:40.440 he is something electric
00:42:41.440 on the collar,
00:42:42.400 right?
00:42:43.520 So,
00:42:44.120 from what it looks like,
00:42:45.280 it looks like this guy
00:42:46.480 is shocking his dog
00:42:48.820 just because it starts
00:42:50.400 moving around
00:42:51.080 on stream.
00:42:52.360 It's supposed to stay
00:42:53.140 in one place
00:42:53.600 the entire time,
00:42:54.300 and if it gets up at all,
00:42:55.700 he's leaning over,
00:42:56.480 hitting something,
00:42:57.360 the dog screams out in pain,
00:42:58.620 and then lays back down,
00:43:00.660 and it looks like
00:43:01.480 it has a shock collar on.
00:43:02.620 Now,
00:43:03.540 again,
00:43:04.040 I don't know everything
00:43:05.180 for sure,
00:43:05.840 right?
00:43:06.120 We're working off
00:43:06.940 limited video evidence here.
00:43:08.340 Maybe there's
00:43:09.000 some other explanation,
00:43:10.320 but it really looks like
00:43:12.480 Hassan Piker
00:43:13.020 is just torturing this dog
00:43:14.660 because it's not being
00:43:16.740 a good prop
00:43:17.920 for the background
00:43:18.920 of his video.
00:43:19.940 Right?
00:43:22.080 I mean,
00:43:22.820 don't get me wrong,
00:43:23.720 I'm not surprised
00:43:24.480 that this completely,
00:43:25.620 you know,
00:43:26.480 foreign communist
00:43:27.800 who's calling for my murder
00:43:29.440 on stream,
00:43:31.040 like,
00:43:31.260 it's not exactly a shock
00:43:32.280 that this guy
00:43:33.040 is also an animal abuser,
00:43:35.100 allegedly.
00:43:36.280 Right?
00:43:37.220 It's not exactly a shock here,
00:43:39.100 but it's exactly
00:43:40.440 who you expect this guy
00:43:41.280 to be,
00:43:41.780 right?
00:43:42.440 I think it's time
00:43:43.060 for him and Sam Hyde
00:43:43.860 to figure this out.
00:43:46.100 Just,
00:43:46.720 let's get this over with,
00:43:48.860 right?
00:43:49.560 But,
00:43:50.160 it truly is amazing
00:43:52.000 that ultimately
00:43:54.000 this probably will be,
00:43:56.340 if anything,
00:43:57.060 the thing that gets
00:43:57.700 this guy actually canceled.
00:43:59.600 He can call for the murder
00:44:00.900 of conservatives,
00:44:02.400 but I think even his own audience
00:44:04.220 is pretty angry at him
00:44:05.400 hurting his dog.
00:44:08.040 Like,
00:44:08.480 even the liberals are like,
00:44:09.460 hey,
00:44:09.720 not okay.
00:44:11.000 So,
00:44:11.320 good to know
00:44:11.920 you can murder conservatives
00:44:13.120 or call for their murder
00:44:14.620 and,
00:44:14.980 you know,
00:44:15.440 whatever.
00:44:16.080 Maybe we'll even celebrate you.
00:44:18.020 But if you,
00:44:18.920 you know,
00:44:19.280 use a shock collar
00:44:20.080 or an animal,
00:44:20.520 which,
00:44:21.080 to be clear,
00:44:21.620 I 100% oppose.
00:44:23.800 But if you use that
00:44:24.860 on a dog,
00:44:26.060 oh,
00:44:26.280 well,
00:44:26.440 that's the thing.
00:44:27.200 That's the thing
00:44:27.740 that's going to get you
00:44:28.400 at the end of the day.
00:44:29.260 That kind of puts
00:44:30.480 in perspective
00:44:31.100 where we are
00:44:31.780 as a country,
00:44:32.440 right?
00:44:33.120 When this guy
00:44:33.800 can call for the open
00:44:35.520 murder of conservatives
00:44:36.500 and it's got
00:44:37.740 no real consequence,
00:44:38.740 but if he shocks a dog,
00:44:40.520 then all of a sudden
00:44:41.920 people finally recognize
00:44:43.180 what an evil guy he is
00:44:44.280 because he really is
00:44:45.220 truly evil.
00:44:45.800 And the fact
00:44:46.660 that he has a platform
00:44:47.820 that he's allowed
00:44:48.660 to continue to stream,
00:44:50.800 that he's continued,
00:44:51.640 that he's facing
00:44:52.300 none of the
00:44:53.480 pushback
00:44:55.700 that any radical
00:44:56.960 right-winger would get
00:44:58.140 and has received
00:44:59.200 on a regular basis
00:45:00.060 from the institutions,
00:45:01.320 from the social media platforms,
00:45:02.980 from the banks,
00:45:03.840 from everything else.
00:45:05.880 I mean,
00:45:06.540 you just have to recognize
00:45:07.520 that this is
00:45:08.420 why we are
00:45:09.280 where we're at.
00:45:11.260 Piker thinks
00:45:11.780 he can just do
00:45:12.440 whatever he wants
00:45:13.320 and he seems
00:45:14.520 to be right about that.
00:45:15.800 There just never seems
00:45:17.160 to be any kind
00:45:17.920 of consequence.
00:45:19.100 Calling for murders,
00:45:20.400 abusing animals,
00:45:21.740 whatever, right?
00:45:23.520 Being on the left
00:45:24.200 means being in power
00:45:25.260 even when you lose
00:45:26.220 the election.
00:45:28.040 Make no mistake,
00:45:29.280 the reason that Hassan
00:45:30.180 is ultimately not worried
00:45:31.180 is he doesn't think
00:45:32.620 Donald Trump's in power.
00:45:34.180 He doesn't really believe
00:45:35.440 the Republicans are in power.
00:45:37.140 He doesn't believe
00:45:37.840 conservatives are in power.
00:45:39.380 And he knows that
00:45:40.060 because guys like Jimmy Kimmel
00:45:41.100 can just walk around,
00:45:42.600 cover up for violence.
00:45:43.580 Guys like Piker
00:45:44.220 can openly call for violence.
00:45:46.340 Jay Jones
00:45:46.920 can talk about
00:45:47.680 watching your children
00:45:48.520 die in your arms
00:45:49.620 and gleefully,
00:45:50.640 you know,
00:45:51.400 push that idea
00:45:53.260 and nobody
00:45:54.860 will have any consequences.
00:45:58.100 So they're just
00:45:58.860 going to keep doing it.
00:46:00.480 All right.
00:46:00.840 Finally,
00:46:01.600 I'd like to
00:46:02.640 go here.
00:46:06.340 We have,
00:46:07.200 oh no,
00:46:07.520 that was
00:46:07.960 more of that comment.
00:46:09.840 Here we have Vivek.
00:46:14.300 Vivek,
00:46:14.820 of course,
00:46:15.260 running for governor
00:46:15.880 of Ohio,
00:46:16.520 I believe.
00:46:17.500 And he did his best
00:46:18.500 to try to answer
00:46:19.120 the what is an American
00:46:20.300 question.
00:46:22.280 By the way,
00:46:23.560 I would like,
00:46:24.580 I don't know if I,
00:46:25.460 I certainly didn't do this
00:46:26.440 on my own,
00:46:27.140 but I would like to take
00:46:28.360 some degree of credit
00:46:29.380 for forcing
00:46:30.060 this discussion,
00:46:32.000 especially for guys
00:46:33.320 like Vivek
00:46:33.900 who obviously
00:46:34.620 have come out
00:46:35.620 and talked about
00:46:36.080 how much they hate
00:46:36.740 our culture
00:46:37.220 and how much
00:46:37.760 he thinks
00:46:38.160 his culture
00:46:38.900 is superior.
00:46:40.460 But let's,
00:46:41.380 let's hear his attempt
00:46:42.720 to,
00:46:43.980 to give this answer.
00:46:47.260 So what does it mean
00:46:47.940 to be an American
00:46:48.600 in the year 2025?
00:46:50.220 It means we still
00:46:51.320 believe in those ideals
00:46:52.740 of 1776.
00:46:54.600 It means we believe
00:46:55.420 in merit,
00:46:56.020 that the best person
00:46:57.500 gets the job
00:46:58.400 regardless of
00:46:59.560 their genetics.
00:47:03.500 So right of the way,
00:47:05.280 what does it mean
00:47:05.740 to be an American?
00:47:06.440 Well,
00:47:06.840 it's an idea.
00:47:07.900 It means you believe
00:47:08.860 in the ideas
00:47:09.580 of 1776.
00:47:12.800 Well,
00:47:13.240 what are the ideas
00:47:13.840 of 1776?
00:47:16.240 Merit.
00:47:18.240 You get,
00:47:18.880 you get the job
00:47:19.500 despite the color
00:47:20.140 of your skin.
00:47:24.860 Look guys,
00:47:25.860 you may say
00:47:27.480 ultimately
00:47:27.880 that those are
00:47:28.400 the correct ideas.
00:47:30.680 Those are the correct
00:47:31.480 values.
00:47:33.000 That that's,
00:47:33.440 that's what the founders
00:47:34.280 should have meant.
00:47:35.020 But that is not
00:47:36.940 what the law
00:47:37.360 was in 1776.
00:47:40.100 The first
00:47:40.700 Immigration Act
00:47:41.420 passed in 1790
00:47:42.360 said only white
00:47:43.420 men of good character
00:47:44.260 should be entering
00:47:44.920 into the United States.
00:47:47.660 That is not
00:47:48.380 what the founders
00:47:48.980 said at all,
00:47:51.260 actually.
00:47:53.060 It is not what
00:47:53.780 they did.
00:47:54.380 It is not what
00:47:54.860 they believed.
00:47:56.020 Now,
00:47:56.420 they believed in merit.
00:47:58.500 I think that's true.
00:47:59.920 I think there are
00:48:00.580 a lot of people
00:48:01.080 who believe in merit.
00:48:01.760 I don't think
00:48:02.040 the founders
00:48:02.420 would have said,
00:48:03.300 hey,
00:48:03.680 we have some
00:48:04.680 exclusive ownership
00:48:06.080 on the idea of merit
00:48:07.200 or that's uniquely
00:48:08.660 American.
00:48:09.280 No other country
00:48:09.860 has ever thought
00:48:10.480 about being,
00:48:12.240 having merit.
00:48:13.680 For pretending
00:48:14.440 that in the 1776,
00:48:16.240 the person for the job
00:48:17.460 was the guy who,
00:48:18.460 you know,
00:48:19.100 had the best ability
00:48:20.740 and not correct
00:48:21.880 skin color.
00:48:23.220 I mean,
00:48:23.740 that's just not true.
00:48:24.740 So already,
00:48:25.620 it's like a historical
00:48:26.760 on top of being ridiculous,
00:48:30.380 but it only gets worse
00:48:31.320 from here.
00:48:32.160 That you are judged
00:48:33.120 not on the color
00:48:33.960 of your skin,
00:48:34.760 but on the content
00:48:36.000 of your character
00:48:36.900 and your contributions.
00:48:39.020 Can someone tell
00:48:40.420 people that Martin
00:48:41.920 Luther King Jr.
00:48:42.780 was not a founding father?
00:48:44.980 Please?
00:48:46.360 Can someone tell
00:48:47.620 everyone
00:48:49.200 that he was not
00:48:51.180 in the founding?
00:48:52.480 So when you say
00:48:53.200 being an American
00:48:54.280 is having these values
00:48:55.360 and then you quote
00:48:56.040 someone from the 1960s,
00:48:57.920 I think what you mean is
00:49:00.040 actually,
00:49:00.800 I don't care about
00:49:01.580 the values of 1776.
00:49:03.680 I care about the values
00:49:04.900 of 1967.
00:49:10.060 Right?
00:49:10.620 Ultimately,
00:49:11.180 that's where he is.
00:49:13.520 And by the way,
00:49:14.500 Martin Luther King,
00:49:15.420 yes,
00:49:15.760 I like that line too.
00:49:16.900 Good line.
00:49:17.400 Great line.
00:49:18.300 Martin Luther King Jr.
00:49:19.140 said a lot of other stuff,
00:49:20.280 which I've gone over
00:49:21.260 in detail on streams
00:49:23.240 on my channel.
00:49:24.880 Martin Luther King Jr.
00:49:25.620 did not believe
00:49:26.280 in meritocracy.
00:49:27.600 He explicitly believed
00:49:28.860 in affirmative action.
00:49:30.040 He believed in DEI.
00:49:33.120 Now you should say,
00:49:34.440 well,
00:49:34.760 I just want to take
00:49:35.480 that one part
00:49:36.140 of Martin Luther King Jr.'s
00:49:37.320 legacy and leave the list.
00:49:38.460 Fine.
00:49:40.040 But stop holding him up
00:49:41.240 as some kind of champion
00:49:42.700 for this idea.
00:49:43.980 He was not.
00:49:45.580 And so you've already
00:49:46.260 failed on two fronts.
00:49:48.040 You said America
00:49:49.040 is these things
00:49:50.400 because this is what
00:49:51.260 our founders believed
00:49:51.740 in 1776.
00:49:53.460 They didn't.
00:49:53.980 And here are some
00:49:57.180 other ideas
00:49:57.700 from 1776.
00:49:58.780 Oh, actually,
00:49:59.260 they're from some guy
00:50:00.040 in the 1960s
00:50:01.340 who didn't believe
00:50:01.940 them either.
00:50:03.540 Not exactly helping us
00:50:04.760 to define an American here.
00:50:06.180 It means we believe
00:50:07.800 in the rule of law.
00:50:09.420 And I say this
00:50:10.100 as the proud son
00:50:11.060 of legal immigrants
00:50:12.400 to the United States.
00:50:14.380 That means your first act
00:50:16.020 of entering this country
00:50:17.060 cannot break the law.
00:50:18.920 It means we believe
00:50:19.560 in free speech
00:50:20.380 and open debate
00:50:21.420 without censorship.
00:50:22.300 Whether you're
00:50:23.460 Nick Fuentes
00:50:24.140 or Alex Jones
00:50:25.300 or Jimmy Kimmel,
00:50:26.460 it means that words
00:50:27.520 are not violence,
00:50:28.840 that violence is violence
00:50:30.340 and violence is never
00:50:32.060 an acceptable response
00:50:33.800 to words.
00:50:35.440 All right.
00:50:36.140 So, so far we have
00:50:37.460 Americans believe
00:50:38.600 in meritocracy,
00:50:40.060 free speech,
00:50:40.880 and they should come
00:50:41.600 here legally.
00:50:43.900 So everyone's an American.
00:50:45.660 Everyone's a potential American.
00:50:49.740 This doesn't tell us anything
00:50:51.080 about what an American is.
00:50:53.440 An American is anyone
00:50:54.780 who ascends to the,
00:50:55.860 or who, you know,
00:50:57.160 gives some kind of confirmation
00:50:58.420 to these principles
00:50:59.320 for 10 minutes
00:51:00.760 and comes here legally.
00:51:02.700 And then immediately
00:51:03.560 turns around and what?
00:51:04.700 Uses that free speech
00:51:05.600 to say,
00:51:06.220 I hate this country
00:51:07.060 like Hassan Piker?
00:51:10.160 How's that working out?
00:51:12.820 Just because you believe
00:51:13.880 in meritocracy,
00:51:14.800 you must believe
00:51:15.300 in all the other values
00:51:16.220 of the United States?
00:51:17.120 No, that just doesn't hold.
00:51:18.580 It's not just about
00:51:19.540 our constitutional principles.
00:51:20.780 Thank you.
00:51:21.900 That's America.
00:51:23.160 That's who we are.
00:51:27.640 It's about our constitution,
00:51:29.140 but it's about
00:51:29.500 even more than that.
00:51:30.180 It's about a culture
00:51:30.980 that is distinctive
00:51:32.020 to our nation.
00:51:33.440 It means we believe
00:51:33.960 in accountability.
00:51:35.440 It means that we are courageous,
00:51:37.060 that we're brave,
00:51:37.780 even heroic,
00:51:39.320 when called upon
00:51:40.140 to serve our country,
00:51:41.300 that we take...
00:51:41.780 So, again,
00:51:44.260 none of these are things,
00:51:45.860 these are all just
00:51:46.560 empty catchphrases.
00:51:48.360 None of these things
00:51:48.920 are specific
00:51:49.620 to the United States.
00:51:50.760 This is not about
00:51:51.280 the culture
00:51:51.700 of the United States.
00:51:52.660 We believe in serving
00:51:53.720 the country when called.
00:51:54.780 Okay, there's like
00:51:55.720 a thousand countries
00:51:56.620 that have a military, right?
00:52:01.040 Like, there's nothing
00:52:02.460 specifically American
00:52:03.800 about having people
00:52:05.120 who respond
00:52:05.820 to a military draft
00:52:07.540 or sign up
00:52:08.220 to serve in the military.
00:52:09.780 It's a good thing,
00:52:10.900 but, like,
00:52:11.300 that's not uniquely American.
00:52:13.520 And accountability?
00:52:15.300 Okay?
00:52:15.620 I mean, I guess
00:52:16.380 that's a little better.
00:52:17.800 Like, not every country
00:52:18.700 has some level
00:52:19.420 of accountability
00:52:19.860 for their government,
00:52:20.720 but that's, again,
00:52:21.860 not uniquely American.
00:52:23.860 He's struggling
00:52:24.540 to find anything
00:52:25.420 about our culture
00:52:26.480 that he actually likes
00:52:27.600 that's unique to us.
00:52:30.300 Because that's kind
00:52:31.180 of the point.
00:52:32.900 What is an American
00:52:33.520 is an exclusive question.
00:52:36.900 I know that's
00:52:37.620 a dangerous phrase
00:52:38.440 for people,
00:52:38.940 but that's just
00:52:39.520 what it is.
00:52:40.960 To say what is an American
00:52:41.920 is who is excluded
00:52:43.300 from being an American.
00:52:45.620 And for Vivek,
00:52:47.740 the answer is
00:52:48.520 pretty much nobody.
00:52:52.160 You ever thought
00:52:52.740 meritocracy was good?
00:52:54.440 You like free speech
00:52:55.140 a little bit?
00:52:56.540 Think that there should be,
00:52:57.700 you should serve the country
00:52:58.820 if they ask you to?
00:53:00.500 Congratulations.
00:53:01.980 You're an American.
00:53:04.060 Now, it's funny
00:53:05.040 because even Nikki Haley's
00:53:07.220 son ended up
00:53:09.040 dunking on Vivek
00:53:10.060 and saying,
00:53:10.860 no, this is not,
00:53:12.040 it's not about
00:53:12.880 a country
00:53:14.120 just being an idea.
00:53:16.060 So when you have
00:53:17.040 Nikki Haley's son
00:53:18.080 dunking on you
00:53:18.980 live on Twitter
00:53:20.140 about America
00:53:21.520 not being an idea,
00:53:23.220 that's a gem
00:53:24.300 right there, guys.
00:53:25.080 That's a gem
00:53:25.500 right there.
00:53:25.960 That's some
00:53:26.340 inter-Indian conflict
00:53:27.960 that you did not expect.
00:53:31.800 All right,
00:53:32.340 let's get to the
00:53:33.520 questions of the people
00:53:35.360 here real quick.
00:53:40.080 Cooper Weirdo says,
00:53:40.900 but Oren,
00:53:41.440 what about Jimmy Kimmel
00:53:42.260 and free speech?
00:53:43.520 Yes, once again,
00:53:44.400 we see that free speech
00:53:45.800 means being able
00:53:46.860 to wish death
00:53:48.240 upon your political opponents
00:53:49.420 without any kind
00:53:50.280 of consequence.
00:53:52.240 That is freedom of speech
00:53:53.280 for us today,
00:53:54.680 I guess.
00:53:56.160 The Cooper Weirdo says,
00:53:56.860 crazy though,
00:53:57.440 hurting children
00:53:57.940 is wrong, actually.
00:53:58.940 Right, like,
00:53:59.780 again,
00:54:00.500 people are going to be
00:54:01.420 far more outraged
00:54:02.260 about Hassan Piker
00:54:03.000 hurting his dog,
00:54:03.880 which again,
00:54:04.300 he very much should not do.
00:54:05.340 That makes him a horrific person.
00:54:06.920 But they're going to be
00:54:08.000 angrier about him
00:54:08.800 hurting his dog
00:54:10.360 than a Democrat,
00:54:12.000 you know,
00:54:12.360 wishing the death
00:54:13.360 of children, right?
00:54:14.760 These are both evil things,
00:54:16.040 but for some reason,
00:54:17.140 we're only going to get
00:54:17.760 outraged about one of them.
00:54:20.460 Michael Gray says,
00:54:21.220 if Jay Jones' words
00:54:22.140 aren't disqualified
00:54:22.820 of fire,
00:54:23.320 then nothing is.
00:54:24.340 From now on,
00:54:24.900 when the leftist outrage
00:54:25.600 machine tries to cancel
00:54:26.760 someone,
00:54:27.440 just repost the test
00:54:28.120 and say,
00:54:28.460 sorry, your rules.
00:54:29.180 Yeah, this is absolutely right.
00:54:30.740 And this is kind of
00:54:31.840 the problem, right?
00:54:32.880 Is that ultimately,
00:54:34.060 Republicans are going
00:54:34.840 to continue to go around
00:54:36.080 canceling people
00:54:37.180 on their side
00:54:38.140 that say no,
00:54:39.080 no words
00:54:39.700 or bad things
00:54:40.580 or have mean thoughts.
00:54:41.840 And the left is not.
00:54:43.280 And that dichotomy
00:54:44.320 is going to work out
00:54:45.080 for the left
00:54:45.580 because they're going
00:54:46.040 to win elections.
00:54:46.940 They're going to win
00:54:47.840 in places that they
00:54:49.740 otherwise wouldn't
00:54:50.480 because there's no consequence
00:54:51.800 for what they say
00:54:52.680 or what they do.
00:54:54.520 And yeah,
00:54:55.280 if there is,
00:54:56.240 if this guy saying,
00:54:57.280 hey, I want your children dead
00:54:58.460 is not disqualifying,
00:54:59.380 then yeah,
00:54:59.960 I don't care what some
00:55:01.060 right wing guy
00:55:02.380 and on's,
00:55:03.300 you know,
00:55:04.000 positions are
00:55:05.180 when he tries to run
00:55:06.000 for office
00:55:06.640 or get a job somewhere.
00:55:08.340 Like, screw that.
00:55:09.640 I don't care what he said
00:55:10.760 because you don't care
00:55:11.900 what they said, right?
00:55:14.280 Like you,
00:55:15.020 like maybe ultimately
00:55:16.580 I'll police someone
00:55:17.340 because I feel like
00:55:18.040 I have to
00:55:18.660 because they violated something,
00:55:20.200 but I'm surely not allowing
00:55:21.580 the left to tell me
00:55:22.940 what's beyond the pale.
00:55:24.400 I'm sure you're not
00:55:25.280 letting them dictate to me
00:55:26.900 what I'm going to denounce
00:55:28.720 people for
00:55:29.260 because they literally
00:55:29.860 wouldn't denounce
00:55:30.320 anyone for anything.
00:55:33.300 Florida Henry says,
00:55:33.880 cops are not going
00:55:34.620 to jeopardize
00:55:35.280 their pensions to help.
00:55:36.240 Yep, unfortunately
00:55:37.060 that's exactly correct.
00:55:38.200 Like most cops
00:55:39.100 probably don't like
00:55:40.380 this situation
00:55:40.980 but are absolutely
00:55:41.680 not going to put themselves
00:55:42.580 in harm's way
00:55:43.320 and I get it
00:55:45.040 to some extent
00:55:46.220 but ultimately
00:55:47.260 you know,
00:55:48.940 you can't have
00:55:49.680 a country this way.
00:55:50.700 You can't have a country
00:55:51.380 where the police stand by
00:55:53.000 and basically aid and abet
00:55:54.800 terrorist attacks
00:55:56.600 against ICE officers.
00:55:58.300 Like, again,
00:55:59.300 the left is using
00:56:00.600 civil war language.
00:56:01.980 They're talking about
00:56:03.040 civil war.
00:56:04.640 This is not just
00:56:05.320 Tim Poole.
00:56:06.600 Like, this is
00:56:07.220 the left, openly,
00:56:08.640 leaders,
00:56:09.340 people in public power
00:56:11.040 who have people
00:56:12.780 with a badge
00:56:13.660 and a gun
00:56:14.120 who work for them.
00:56:15.340 They are talking
00:56:16.140 about this stuff.
00:56:18.460 Kruber Weirdo says,
00:56:19.160 the terrorists
00:56:19.500 are the real patriots,
00:56:20.700 the left.
00:56:21.160 Yeah, that is
00:56:21.840 exactly what the,
00:56:22.800 if, I don't even think
00:56:23.520 they call them patriots
00:56:24.520 because they hate
00:56:24.980 patriotism, right?
00:56:26.260 The real soldiers
00:56:28.380 of humanity
00:56:29.040 or whatever.
00:56:30.500 Herb Seasoning says,
00:56:31.260 what's your favorite
00:56:31.780 Rush album?
00:56:32.480 Mine is Grace
00:56:33.080 Under Pressure.
00:56:34.080 Sad that so much
00:56:34.840 contemporary prog metal
00:56:35.840 scene is so deeply
00:56:37.120 paused.
00:56:37.600 I'm going to be honest,
00:56:38.780 I'm not a big Rush fan.
00:56:40.300 I appreciate the
00:56:41.740 musicianship,
00:56:43.840 but it just never
00:56:45.760 really spoke to me.
00:56:46.780 Like, if you've got
00:56:47.420 a song on
00:56:48.580 that's good,
00:56:49.620 I'll enjoy it.
00:56:50.380 Like, I'm not like,
00:56:50.960 oh, this is so bad,
00:56:51.800 I have to go turn it off.
00:56:53.220 But I couldn't name
00:56:54.120 a Rush album
00:56:54.680 if you put a gun
00:56:55.440 to my head.
00:56:56.420 If we're looking
00:56:57.240 at more prog rock,
00:56:58.180 I'd say I'm a little
00:56:58.800 more Genesis,
00:57:00.920 if anything else.
00:57:02.600 But again,
00:57:03.340 just not necessarily
00:57:04.480 my genre
00:57:05.100 on a consistent basis.
00:57:07.540 Herb Seasoning says,
00:57:08.360 didn't someone else
00:57:09.240 write MLK's speeches
00:57:10.400 anyway?
00:57:11.040 Yes, yes.
00:57:11.800 Turns out MLK
00:57:12.520 was not the writer
00:57:14.320 of many of his speeches
00:57:15.240 or, in many cases,
00:57:16.460 of his academic work
00:57:17.820 that got him his degrees.
00:57:20.180 Tiny Stupid Demon says,
00:57:21.180 how about I can hire
00:57:22.080 anyone I want
00:57:22.820 and Vivek can absolutely
00:57:23.680 no say in it whatsoever.
00:57:25.280 Has anyone fallen
00:57:25.940 behind the vibe
00:57:26.620 faster than Vivek?
00:57:28.760 Again,
00:57:29.460 it's one of those scenarios
00:57:30.460 where I think Vivek
00:57:31.620 is not well-liked online,
00:57:33.380 but honestly,
00:57:34.300 most kind of
00:57:35.020 boomer conservatives
00:57:35.740 are still somewhat
00:57:37.140 pro-Vivek.
00:57:38.320 They haven't really
00:57:39.020 thought deeply
00:57:40.060 about the implications
00:57:41.200 of kind of what he's doing
00:57:42.220 and what he's saying.
00:57:44.240 But, you know,
00:57:45.220 I think he certainly
00:57:46.440 fell out of
00:57:47.440 the good graces
00:57:49.380 of the administration,
00:57:50.600 which, you know,
00:57:51.500 again,
00:57:52.080 whatever small part
00:57:52.780 we played in that,
00:57:53.840 more than happy
00:57:54.260 to be a part of that.
00:57:55.680 And I think that's
00:57:56.140 kind of the best
00:57:56.620 we can ask for,
00:57:57.320 unfortunately,
00:57:57.840 at this time.
00:57:59.000 But hopefully,
00:57:59.960 you know,
00:58:01.240 rhetoric like Vivek's
00:58:02.420 will continue
00:58:02.880 to look dated,
00:58:03.720 will continue
00:58:04.140 to look ridiculous,
00:58:05.500 will continue
00:58:05.920 to be left behind
00:58:06.740 by the coming generations.
00:58:08.360 I think that's probably
00:58:09.000 going to be the case,
00:58:10.160 and I really can't wait
00:58:10.940 for that to happen.
00:58:11.600 All right, guys,
00:58:13.440 we're going to go ahead
00:58:14.040 and wrap this up.
00:58:15.060 As always,
00:58:15.580 it was a pleasure
00:58:16.540 talking with you.
00:58:17.720 If it's your first time

00:58:19.320 you need to go ahead

00:58:21.200 the bell,
00:58:21.520 notifications,
00:58:22.500 all that,
00:58:23.040 so you know
00:58:23.420 when we go live.
00:58:24.720 If you want to get
00:58:25.200 these broadcasts
00:58:25.960 as podcasts,
00:58:26.700 you need to subscribe
00:58:27.260 to Orr McIntyre's show
00:58:28.200 on your favorite
00:58:28.640 podcast platform.
00:58:29.680 And when you do,
00:58:30.660 leave a rating or review.
00:58:32.060 It helps with
00:58:32.560 the algorithm magic.
00:58:33.400 Thank you,
00:58:33.660 everybody,
00:58:33.900 for watching.

00:58:38.740 We'll see you next time.
