00:00:22.680 before we get started i just wanted to let you know that the new stew and dave does america show
00:00:28.540 is premiering on the blaze and stew is one of the nicest guys in the business he's always thoughtful
00:00:34.200 he's always insightful dave is hilarious together they're going to be a great team so make sure to 0.95
00:00:39.060 check out the new show stew and dave do america all right illegal immigration we know it we hate
00:00:46.520 it the trump administration has done a great job of really shutting it down the border crossings
00:00:51.820 have plummeted. However, there is another issue, one that is just as serious, but is also continuing
00:00:58.560 to impact and transform the United States. That is legal immigration. And one of the most important 0.80
00:01:03.940 ways that is happening is through the H-1B visa program. Somebody who's doing great work on this
00:01:09.900 has had several different exposés about it is Sarah Gonzalez, my colleague at The Blaze. And
00:01:15.160 she joins me today to discuss it. Sarah, thank you so much for coming on. Yeah, thank you for
00:01:20.120 Thank you for having me on to talk about this very important topic.
00:01:23.780 Of course.
00:01:24.800 And like I said, there are a lot of people out here right now, Tyler Olivera, Nick Shirley,
00:01:30.600 and you are just doing great work exposing how obvious and lazy most of these scams are.
00:01:37.020 I want to play a little bit of footage from your investigation to show people what's going on.
00:01:42.440 BBs technologies.
00:01:43.760 Now, there were actually 27 H-1B visas approved in 2022 through 2025 for this particular company.
00:01:51.640 The jobs include software developer, software engineer, IT project manager.
00:01:57.100 So I'm thinking like very high tech hub for 3Bs technologies.
00:02:02.260 Let's see what we find out.
00:02:03.560 Are we sure? Do we have the right address here?
00:02:07.040 This is 27 H-1B visas for this location, and it's a residential home.
00:02:16.920 Doorbell's broken.
00:02:19.040 How are you going to...
00:02:20.740 Looks like they boarded up the window.
00:02:23.260 Hello? 1.00
00:02:26.220 I'm looking for 3Bs.
00:02:32.660 Hello?
00:02:34.320 So, very strange.
00:02:35.820 3B's Technologies. Is that a house, as it turns out? And the ring doorbell's broken, so I can't
00:02:43.000 even press it. I'm not. They're probably watching me right now because they've got security cameras
00:02:47.540 all over the place. No one at the door. No sign of life for the 27 H-1B workers at 3B's Technologies.
00:02:58.300 And I think it's safe to assume that this business is not being run out of the home that we just
00:03:02.420 visited but when you go to this company's website it now says after they've scrubbed the page that
00:03:08.320 their address is 7300 Lone Star Drive Suite C200 in Plano, Texas even though in certain places
00:03:17.040 on their website it still says Darbon Lane which seems kind of odd for like this high tech highly
00:03:23.480 skilled workers that they wouldn't even understand how to edit a website properly. So we decided let's
00:03:29.280 Come check out the second address and see what we find.
00:03:32.320 Lone Star Drive.
00:03:39.040 Okay, there's literally no one here.
00:03:44.420 An unfinished building.
00:03:52.600 There's nothing here.
00:03:55.160 so sarah you do this over and over again there's one where you show up to a guy's house where he's
00:04:02.760 registered these h1b workers and he's just standing there in his boxers calling the police on you
00:04:08.480 i mean this seems so obvious you know you're you're doing just basic due diligence the the 1.00
00:04:15.400 bare minimum of reporting that to besmirch your work it's great work but you see what i'm saying
00:04:20.380 here like this is not something that's well hidden these people are doing this out in the open
00:04:24.980 And isn't it just clear that none of them ever expect to meet any resistance, any level
00:04:30.120 of regulation ultimately?
00:04:32.360 Yes, you're absolutely right.
00:04:33.640 And I don't take offense to it at all because it's the kind of the most frustrating thing
00:04:37.220 that I've experienced when I started investigating all of this.
00:04:41.400 All of it stinks.
00:04:42.460 I always use the analogy of an onion of just like you peel back the layer and it just stinks
00:04:46.620 more and more and more every layer that you peel back.
00:04:48.820 But you're right because ultimately these people have been so empowered and so emboldened
00:04:53.500 and apparently have been scamming the system for so long that they don't expect anyone to even do
00:04:59.520 the basic level of digging. They don't expect anyone within the federal government to check
00:05:04.640 and make sure that these addresses actually go somewhere, to check and make sure that it's not
00:05:08.880 a mailbox, to check and make sure that this is an actual legit business. I'm doing basic things like
00:05:14.600 I will go to a business's website that is on my hit list and I will call the phone number and
00:05:20.480 it's not a working number and it's like guys this took me 20 seconds to do that right there is a red
00:05:26.480 flag that there's something weird going on i'll get no phone number connected i'll get sorry this
00:05:32.100 mailbox has not been set up i'll get all of these weird answers and there are so many red flags in
00:05:38.640 doing basic levels of digging that it really makes you wonder what in the world our federal government
00:05:44.240 with these appropriate departments that are supposed to be checking on these things before
00:05:48.080 they're rubber stamping them it really makes you wonder what in the world they're doing well and
00:05:52.840 again it shows you how entitled these people are because you show up to this guy's house you're
00:05:58.760 you have evidence of a crime you have evidence of fraud he is committing fraud and he's calling the
00:06:05.660 police on you he expects them to protect him from you the american who is showing what he is doing
00:06:13.720 Another one you have where there's this guy and he's in this truck and he's on an H-1B, but he's helping his wife run this business, which he's not allowed to do under the H-1B regulations.
00:06:25.120 And he's just lying to your face. He's threatening like it's, again, just very clear that these people feel like they deserve to be here.
00:06:33.600 They deserve to be scamming you. And the only reason that they should contact the federal government is to protect themselves from Americans who want to know what's happening in my country. They feel like your investigation is the problem and they are completely unashamed of what they're doing.
00:06:49.220 Yeah, you're absolutely right. And, and, you know, the, the calling the police really got to me as well, because I was like, I, in fact, I think there's a part in the documentary where I just say like the audacity of this man to use my taxpayer money that funds the police and emergency services to call 9-1-1 because I came to his door and asked him one question, which was, is this Qubit's technologies?
00:07:13.620 I simply just asked, like, is this the business that you say that it is on paper filed with the federal government and you're going to turn around and use taxpayer money, my taxes to call the police on me?
00:07:27.500 Imagine if there was an actual emergency that was taking place and they had to divert the call to take an H-1B visa scammers call to call the cops on me for coming in and asking a simple question.
00:07:40.380 And by the way, to add insult to injury, we pulled the body cam footage on that one, and he just blatantly lied to the police and said that I came up to him and I was threatening him and I tried to come inside his house. I mean, they are so emboldened. All these people know how to do is lie. But in a certain sense, you almost can't even blame them for having that attitude because if it was so easy for them to scam the system to get in, of course they'd feel entitled.
00:08:04.780 It's very similar, in my opinion, are into the all of the illegal immigrants who come in. 1.00
00:08:10.120 They have no respect for this country. 1.00
00:08:11.600 They have no respect for the laws because they broke the laws upon entering.
00:08:15.400 So how can you expect them to have the basic respect and basic decency to do, you know, to do anything other than that at this point?
00:08:22.700 Because apparently this country has taught them that that's the way that they can just behave and we'll just tolerate it and accept it.
00:08:28.920 And I think it's gotten to a certain point where there's no there's no coming back from this.
00:08:33.340 I think Americans have woken up about this issue. I think they're seeing their communities change
00:08:37.880 and not for the better. And I think they're they're finally like, hold on here. This is
00:08:42.500 this is not right. And by the way, on top of that, they're all stealing American jobs.
00:08:49.620 It's so important because obviously we're rooting for the case in front of the Supreme Court,
00:08:54.660 but it's not looking great. That birthright citizenship will not be overturned. And that
00:08:59.060 makes what you're doing so much more important because that means that every single h1b visa 0.73
00:09:05.300 is basically a free pass to become an american citizen as long as you can have a kid on american
00:09:11.220 soil every single person here can never be a temporary worker and i think that's really what
00:09:16.460 reveals the lie in our immigration system we simply do not have the legal structure to have
00:09:22.700 guest workers in the united states because once you're over the border there's basically a thousand 0.83
00:09:28.360 ways for you to stay here. You can scam the system. You can steal. You can get access to
00:09:33.040 business loans. You get access to health care, education. You can get preference in ways that
00:09:37.820 American citizens don't receive. And there's nothing we can do about it because it looks
00:09:43.320 like the Supreme Court is going to uphold the idea that these people are basically entitled to it, 0.51
00:09:48.140 which means the only way to end this is to address the legal immigration scenario. Because as you
00:09:54.560 said these neighborhoods are transforming i go to you know the blaze headquarters in dallas where
00:10:00.400 you were kind of around as you're you're you're doing these investigations and it is radically
00:10:06.480 radically different it's like you stepped into little india it's little mumbai you you get into
00:10:11.660 an uber it's people sitting on phone calls back to pakistan or to india all day every day these
00:10:18.840 people have entire communities they never have to leave with you know where they can practice their
00:10:24.660 religion uh only speak to people from their uh hometown in many cases like entire cities in india
00:10:31.500 are just moving collectively to the united states this is in no way acceptable these people have no
00:10:37.780 interest in assimilating they have no interest in becoming americans they are looking to take
00:10:42.820 over and extract as much wealth as they can. It's shameless.
00:10:47.440 Yeah, no, you're absolutely right. And I appreciate you mentioning there's this one
00:10:52.320 particular region. And once we started doing these exposés, we opened up a tip email address,
00:10:57.020 a tip line, so to speak, and we started receiving thousands of emails. But a lot of them were
00:11:01.620 actually from Indian nationals who were like, hey, look up Hyderabad. This is the region in
00:11:09.100 India where this is, it's like 90% of them are just total scam artists. They've learned how to 1.00
00:11:14.100 work the system there. They have fake resumes. They have, you know, fake work experience. They
00:11:18.980 have fake certifications. They have fake college degrees and they're coming in here by way of 1.00
00:11:24.100 scams and scamming Americans out of jobs. I mean, it's so bad. And, and, and I want to make one other
00:11:29.480 point on something that you said there at the beginning, which is so important for Americans
00:11:33.140 to understand the h1b visa is in a category that is called the non-immigrant visa it is a non-immigrant
00:11:41.680 visa and somehow our system is allowing them to come into this country as a non-immigrant visa 0.96
00:11:48.500 holder for a temporary job and allow them to be on our soil and apply for a green card apply for 0.51
00:11:56.700 citizenship and eventually become naturalized how in the world is it possible that our system is so 0.97
00:12:02.160 flawed that they can come here on a non it's in the title right a non-immigrant visa so they're 0.97
00:12:08.600 like I super pinky promise that I'm not going to come in here and try to become an immigrant and 0.97
00:12:13.960 then they immediately just start applying to to work their way through the system to become a 1.00
00:12:18.700 naturalized citizen it's outrageous that our system even allows them to do that there are a
00:12:24.600 lot of changes that we need to make and you know I'm hopeful but yeah I mean it the entire thing 1.00
00:12:29.920 is absolutely ridiculous it's it's it's very blackpilling in a sense to see all of these
00:12:35.420 things happening and to to go out there to these places and to have the cops called on me and to
00:12:39.620 have the food truck owner who is you know you're trespassing on my property you need to leave and
00:12:45.800 all this and it's just like it's so blackpilling because these people are coming here they know
00:12:50.840 the scam they're teaching their friends the scam they're bringing their scammer buddies over and
00:12:55.840 in the meanwhile, I'm getting emails from all of these American workers who are saying to me,
00:13:01.420 it's the same sad story every single time. I can't find a job. I am in IT. I am very skilled.
00:13:08.640 I'm very experienced. I'm very good at my job. And I had to train the new Indian replacements
00:13:14.980 that my company brought over. And they made us, they forced us. And they said, if you quit and 1.00
00:13:20.900 you don't train these people, you won't have access to all of these benefits that we're going
00:13:25.300 to give you if you just stay and train them before we fire you it's really sad and it's really
00:13:31.580 devastating for all of these american workers who do things the right way they go to school
00:13:35.940 they learn they they develop a skill set and then to have cheap labor just being imported and
00:13:42.420 replacing them is just really devastating to to all of these american workers it's radicalizing
00:13:49.740 And it should, you know, you know, I look at the way that this is handled and it's absolutely infuriating. You see Maria Salazar and her new, you know, amnesty act. That's definitely not amnesty. Look, people are furious about that. I'm really glad they are. I'm glad that we're not falling for this anymore, that the immediate reaction of the base was shut up. You're a traitor. You know, she should be blackmarked out of the GOP.
00:14:15.940 She shouldn't have an existence in the party. Nobody should go near her. She should not get any donors. She should be completely stripped of her committee assignments like she is. She is treasonous. And I mean that in the most real sense. However, people should be just as animated because the H-1B program is just amnesty for Indians. It's just amnesty for Indians. And this is something we can't avoid. 1.00
00:14:39.440 I know this makes people really touchy. They don't want to talk about it. We're going to talk about race. We're going to talk about ethnicity. Sorry, guys, we have to discuss this. 70% of H-1Bs go to Indians. I'm sorry, but that is not some kind of coincidence.
00:14:56.960 This is an ethnic cartel. This is people who recognize and see themselves as an alien people working together in a conspiracy to extract wealth from your country and take your jobs. That's what it is. This is not a mistake. As you point out, these people are scammers. 0.78
00:15:14.960 It is not a bunch. This is why the Vivek Ramaswamy blow up was so important because it was so infuriating to see him say, well, it's you know, we're excelling because Indian culture is better than American culture.
00:15:27.700 We work hard. You watch football. You care about going to the prom. We care about spelling these. No, what's happening is you're an ethnic cartel who hires people who look like you on fake degrees.
00:15:40.260 you know are fake you tell people that these people are highly qualified we can't find anyone 0.88
00:15:45.180 no you're setting up jobs specifically to remove americans from the applicant pool and then you're
00:15:51.120 bringing in every one of your relatives from you know wherever you came from that's what's
00:15:56.720 happening here it's not because americans are lazy it's not because americans are stupid it's
00:16:00.880 not because americans are weak it's because you are running a race-centered cartel in the united
00:16:06.240 States in full view of everybody and then denigrating the very Americans you're stealing
00:16:10.540 from. I mean, I couldn't have said it better myself. You're absolutely right. And, you know,
00:16:15.260 I always ask this, too, because I get that all the time is I have these accounts from, you know,
00:16:20.820 like Pajit Singh or whatever on X. And they're like, well, actually, we're just smarter than
00:16:26.400 you. And I'm like, actually, you're not. And by the way, if India is so great, if you guys are
00:16:31.600 producing so many, you know, bright and brilliant people. Like, why, why can't, why can't you just
00:16:36.900 stay there? Why don't you just want to stay there? I mean, if you guys are capable of all of these
00:16:41.020 amazing things, why are you a third world country, right? Like, well, I, I, you can't explain that 1.00
00:16:47.080 to me. It's, it is inexplicable why they would need to come over here if they had all the resources
00:16:53.320 and capabilities over there. It is absolutely disgusting. And when, whenever I get accused of
00:16:58.920 being racist about this. I'm like, statistics aren't racist. Okay. Statistics don't lie. You
00:17:03.200 bring up the 70% number that is actually act absolutely factual that it is coming. They are
00:17:09.000 the ones who are overwhelmingly flooding the system when it comes to the H1B lottery. So
00:17:14.880 stats are racist, I guess you can argue, but what is happening is happening right before our very
00:17:21.140 eyes, whether we like to, you know, address it or not, whether it feels icky to be like, 1.00
00:17:25.300 oh it's all the indians the stats don't lie it is overwhelmingly indians from this one particular
00:17:31.960 region and it's just devastating our country i love when they call me a racist over this
00:17:38.680 i just know that like i'm over the target um but again the the idea that america right america 0.92
00:17:46.260 because you've got all of these indians who are coming in and most of these are it jobs they're
00:17:50.320 like software engineer, Java developer, all of these IT jobs. You're telling me that America,
00:17:57.320 the land of Silicon Valley, the place where Mark Zuckerberg created what he did, the place where,
00:18:03.460 you know, Bill Gates created what he did, who, you know, he's got some personal issues right now,
00:18:08.060 so I won't speak to those, but he did. There's no denying that he created all of this big tech,
00:18:14.000 you know, hub, all of this innovation. You have, you know, all of these people, Steve Jobs,
00:18:18.680 you're telling me that we can't handle the software developers and the java developers
00:18:25.020 and the engineers you're telling me that america the greatest country in the world with all of
00:18:30.600 these schools that people send their kids to foreign nationals send their kids to you're
00:18:35.660 telling me that we're not capable of producing people to go in and fill these jobs that it's 1.00
00:18:41.500 just it's laughable to even try to pretend like that's even a thing that would be possible 0.89
00:18:47.960 Well, and as you say, Sarah, if India was full of these genius computer programmers, wouldn't, I don't know, they develop one major tech company, wouldn't India be leading the tech sector? 0.99
00:19:00.660 What is it about the magical soil of America where Indians who can't get a job and can't make any of themselves, things of themselves and can't improve their own country while they're in Indian soil, magically touch down somewhere in Texas and transform into these just unreplaceable tech geniuses? 1.00
00:19:17.760 It's obvious garbage. And the most important part, as you are pointing out here, is the way that the ethnic cartel operates inside different industries. 1.00
00:19:27.080 So, for instance, we know that the trucking industry is being taken over by Sikh Indian immigrants right now, that there is a high percentage of Sikhs who are taking those jobs illegally. 0.87
00:19:37.600 They've been busted. My state in Florida has been a part of that, which I'm very grateful about. 1.00
00:19:41.780 but they are killing people on our roadways when we look at hotels the patel cartel is famous for
00:19:47.780 this right owning buying up these uh hotel chains we see this with liquor stores there's a very 0.58
00:19:53.700 specific set of gas stations and tech jobs once indians move into a sector they work together
00:20:03.120 ethnically as a cartel to bring in as many people as they can regardless of their qualifications 0.96
00:20:09.040 regardless of their ability just because they look like them just because they come from the
00:20:13.960 same place with them and they come to dominate that industry they are not selecting for ability
00:20:19.160 it is very obvious they're not selecting for need that's obvious what is happening is they are
00:20:24.800 taking specific industries targeting them and as soon as you get a critical mass of people in that
00:20:29.460 industry they completely control it and they shut everyone else out i know multiple people in tech
00:20:34.340 who have told me point blank i cannot continue to do what am i what i am doing because i am not
00:20:39.540 indian and i just know that the hiring managers from here up are all indian and they only hire
00:20:44.660 indians and they will replace me if i happen to get the job as soon as possible there is simply 0.79
00:20:49.800 no reason for me to continue that industry why in the united states of america are we allowing 0.98
00:20:54.440 legal control of these different industries by foreign nationals who are clearly clearly 0.96
00:21:02.400 violating every possible spirit and letter letter of things like civil rights law to favor their 1.00
00:21:07.900 own ethnicity over people born in the United States. You think this would be pretty much 0.97
00:21:12.660 the largest scandal, massive lawsuits, class actions everywhere. And yet we see little to
00:21:18.120 nothing about this. Yeah, I mean, you're absolutely right. And I don't know if it's
00:21:22.220 because the the ethnic cartel that I love that. I love that. That name for it. I'm going to steal 0.97
00:21:28.000 it, Aaron. Um, I think maybe the, the ethnic cartel is like big lobbying groups that are 0.71
00:21:34.040 trying to influence. I don't, I don't quite know, but it's really, really reprehensible
00:21:38.980 that we can be living in a place where we're just watching this happen and we're just allowing it
00:21:43.560 to happen. I mean, you, you know, people, I know people, and I've been getting so many people
00:21:48.800 emailing me saying the exact same thing that you're talking about, uh, your friends experiencing, 1.00
00:21:53.260 which is once an Indian got into management and had hiring abilities, there was never another 0.74
00:22:00.400 American worker hired again. They brought in their buddies on H-1B to the extent, Aaron, 0.99
00:22:06.480 where you have, I've got a bunch of these people in my inbox, Indians who are now naturalized
00:22:13.680 citizens of this country. And they're now telling me, this is how crazy it's gotten. They're now 0.99
00:22:18.920 telling me they can't find a job they came in on h1b 25 years ago whatever they came in on h1b they
00:22:26.480 worked in big tech and now they're being pushed out because they're naturalized citizens and
00:22:31.600 they're not part of the scam anymore so i don't even know where this is going to leave us because
00:22:36.080 even the ones that are naturalized who did it the right way are like i'm i got brown skin too and i
00:22:41.260 can't find a job yeah because because you get to this point where the the scam is the whole reason 0.96
00:22:46.800 to operate this right we know that one of the reasons these people are setting up these h1b 0.97
00:22:51.900 farms in their home or whatever you know filing these false documents is they're getting kickbacks 0.97
00:22:56.840 so for people who don't know what happens is someone applies for this they get the job guarantee
00:23:02.480 through these h1b cutouts they kick a percentage of that uh pay that would be way more than they
00:23:09.480 could ever make in india back to the guys who are running the false paperwork and so everyone is 0.57
00:23:14.240 getting rich yeah it's still a lot less for the person coming in but it's still yeah triple
00:23:18.840 quadruple many many times over whatever they would have made plus once they're here they get 0.63
00:23:24.520 all those benefits that you don't get as an american they're a minority they're somebody
00:23:28.500 who isn't making enough money they're somebody who's suddenly advantaged when it comes to business
00:23:32.600 loans when it comes to health care when it comes to all these things that you don't get in as an
00:23:36.600 american and you know one of the most shocking things i saw on the the tyler olivera uh documentary
00:23:43.660 is he's uh he's interviewing a woman from uh Hyderabad right that's the the place you're
00:23:49.340 talking about that you've also seen so many people you know you uh talk about coming from
00:23:53.680 and she just says it plainly uh no obviously I'm loyal to India I'm loyal to Hyderabad that's home 0.80
00:23:59.880 uh this is just a place for me to make money that's what all people who are here from Hyderabad 0.63
00:24:04.240 are doing none of us care about the United States actually we really don't like it here we're just 1.00
00:24:08.780 here to extract your wealth and and take it back as as quickly as possible in many cases they're
00:24:13.360 like we're looking forward to, to, to, you know, to, to going home and we're just going to take
00:24:18.140 all this cash with us. And so once again, it's very clear that everyone is getting rich off of

00:24:53.460 SUVW, German-engineered for all.
00:24:56.200 You are doing just yeoman's work on this, you and several other people.
00:25:01.300 Why isn't the government doing this?
00:25:03.860 Again, there's very little that would be required
00:25:06.920 other than basic due diligence, phone calls, a quick drive out there.
00:25:11.280 There's obviously a problem here.
00:25:13.640 The Trump administration, again, has been good on so much other stuff, and I know they've
00:25:16.600 got a lot on their plate, but why aren't we seeing agents out there chasing this stuff
00:25:21.060 down?
00:25:21.360 It's really basic.
00:25:22.280 It's a knock on the door and a phone call.
00:25:24.300 This should be small ball, easy wins for the Trump administration, and yet very little
00:25:29.020 being done in this area.
00:25:31.100 Yeah, I completely agree.
00:25:32.860 It's one of my constant frustrations.
00:25:34.380 I will say this.
00:25:35.520 i was getting a little bit depressed about that because i had been i had been given contacts
00:25:42.000 within uscis and i had been given contacts within the department of labor and they were accepting
00:25:46.380 my information and we had the zoom calls so you know we had the meetings and we're going through
00:25:50.600 all of these things and you know we got to a certain point where i've given them all of these
00:25:55.580 tips and then it's like okay can you give me an update and it's like well we're in the middle of
00:26:00.340 investigation so we can't share the details and i'm like okay but americans need an update like
00:26:06.600 america is ready to hear there's some progress being made someone's been served that you're
00:26:12.180 going through the process right like we need a win on this because it feels like we're just giving
00:26:17.300 you guys all of this proof and you do nothing with it you did the mass deportations for all
00:26:22.520 of the illegals why does this seem to be a protected group of people but i i just i was
00:26:28.400 getting a little depressed about that. By the way, USCIS and DOL are about to be on my naughty
00:26:34.460 list. I don't know if you curse on this program, Oren, so I won't. I'll be good. So I'll call it
00:26:38.860 the naughty list. They're about to be on my naughty list because they don't seem to be interested.
00:26:44.120 They seem to be interested in other things. I will say I am a little bit hopeful with J.D. Vance's
00:26:53.080 anti-fraud task force team that they just created. They just launched. The White House sent me an
00:26:58.340 email about it. And I am going over to D.C. to the White House to talk to cabinet officials about
00:27:04.880 fraud. So about for me, it's this particular issue. Right. That's why they invited me to talk
00:27:10.640 to them. So I'm hoping to get more clarification on what what is going to be done. What's what's
00:27:16.860 the plan? How can I help? Because if I'm it, me, Sarah Gonzalez, random girl in Texas can funnel
00:27:23.300 you these leads and I'm setting it up for you on a silver platter. Surely the government workers
00:27:28.700 whose salary is paid for by our taxpayer money can just go, just go do the slam dunk, right? 0.92
00:27:35.040 Like I've set it up for you. It's, it's teed up. Surely you can just get it over the finish line.
00:27:40.220 And those are going to be the questions that I'm asking them. I mean, I'm, I'm grateful that we're
00:27:44.160 having the conversation. I'm grateful that they set up the task force. I think it's so new that
00:27:48.420 we have to give them a little bit more time before we say, okay, whatever, you just set this up for
00:27:53.220 optics. But it is something like the elephant in the room with the Trump administration, who of
00:27:58.980 course I love dearly, and I love a lot of the things that he has done. He makes mistakes. He's
00:28:03.820 a flawed man. We all are. But this particular issue, it just seems so easy, Oren, right? Like
00:28:11.660 with a swipe of a pen. He could just, to my understanding, we could just pause all of the
00:28:17.880 H-1Bs. Now, my opinion is there should be a total moratorium on all immigration. I don't think 1.00
00:28:22.620 there's a reason that you could convince me of that we would need any single person to enter 0.92
00:28:26.540 this country right now. We need to figure out how to get all of these people out before we even have 1.00
00:28:31.600 that conversation of letting anyone in. But at the very least, you could at least just pause the
00:28:36.580 program they put a hundred thousand dollars fee in the um so the the sponsors the companies have
00:28:42.200 to now pay a hundred thousand dollars in order to get these visa workers in however there was a
00:28:47.080 study that was just done that has already shown that that actually isn't a deterrent because
00:28:52.100 they're saving so much money by importing the cheap labor that they're still going to make
00:28:57.800 the decision to hire the h1b worker anyway so there is a lot of work that the trump administration
00:29:03.360 can that the Trump administration still needs to do. And I would say it's easy. It's easy to 0.51
00:29:10.380 make progress on this. And it would go so far with the base. It's just difficult to understand
00:29:16.740 why it hasn't happened yet. Yeah, I mean, I'm really glad to hear that they're bringing you
00:29:21.220 in, that you're having those discussions. I know you just took a scalp, got a big fine leveled
00:29:27.020 against one of these scammers. So I'm very glad that that's happening. But you're absolutely
00:29:32.080 right that we should just see more. This is an easy win. Again, the administration could really
00:29:38.320 use an easy win right now. They're in a scenario where they could use some positive press. They
00:29:43.320 could use some positive momentum. They could use something that shows we're refocusing back on the
00:29:48.340 domestic agenda, the things that we promised war. We're trying to end that, wrap that up. Let's get 0.61
00:29:52.600 back and get to what we were supposed to be doing in the first place. I think that's a big part of
00:29:57.160 why they're encouraging jd vance in this project but ultimately as you say there are obvious steps
00:30:03.120 when the negotiation for that hundred thousand dollar fee was first there it was supposed to be
00:30:08.380 yearly and everyone was celebrating because that's a true opportunity cost right that really actually
00:30:14.180 makes you say do i need this worker is it going to be someone who's really valuable when you turn
00:30:19.020 it as you say though into just a one-time fee all of a sudden the amount of money they're saving
00:30:23.580 over time makes it well worth paying, which was the intention in the first place. And that concerns
00:30:28.100 me when the Trump administration says, actually, we're going to dial back the fee so that it is
00:30:32.460 payable and it is workable and it is exploitable because that's the issue, Sarah. Again, I
00:30:38.100 understand why you have a certain level of, you know, lag in the system, this kind of thing,
00:30:43.960 right? But, but ultimately we have to recognize that these scams, just like with illegal immigration
00:30:51.320 and birthright citizenship, these scams are set up specifically so that the people who violate can
00:30:57.640 outpace any kind of regulation or enforcement. So while the Trump administration is trying to
00:31:03.380 do their due diligence and get all the paperwork done and do the investigations, you get thousands
00:31:08.760 and thousands and thousands and thousands of new scammers coming in every single day. And so,
00:31:13.880 yeah, you shut down one, you shut down another. Great. But ultimately, you have a system where
00:31:18.740 your ability to actually force compliance is specifically hindered in a way where they can
00:31:24.180 always outpace you the very necessity of going through the process means that you will always
00:31:30.680 be behind the people who are violating the process at scale and so i really need the trump
00:31:36.320 administration to move fast and break things on this because i'm sorry eventually oh well judge
00:31:41.500 said no takes too long got us you know get you know cross all our t's and dollar eyes at some
00:31:47.300 point, that's no longer an excuse because we're still losing. And if following the procedure
00:31:52.080 loses us the game, then what's the point of having the procedure at all? Exactly. No,
00:31:57.700 you're exactly right. And by the way, because these people, most of them are inherently scammers
00:32:01.960 by nature, they're constantly looking for how they can find the loopholes in the system.
00:32:06.120 So they've already decided, they've already figured out that as far as I know, the $100,000
00:32:12.100 fee only applies to new ones. It doesn't apply to the people who are already here. So when you
00:32:16.940 renew the h1b for workers who are already here you don't actually have to pay that fee you can
00:32:22.100 bypass it and on top of that what they've learned we're all in the uh the indian uh community boards
00:32:28.780 the reddits all of that so we're like constantly monitoring this stuff and one of the one of the
00:32:34.000 things that has come up is that you can still come to this country on an f1 student visa come to this 0.97
00:32:39.700 country on an f1 student visa then you can transfer over to h1b and you can avoid paying the hundred
00:32:45.200 thousand dollars so there's multiple different ways that these visas are being scammed when i
00:32:49.660 found out by the way how many visas actually exist like how many different categories it's it's
00:32:55.420 completely absurd how many different categories like we there's so much redundancy we don't need
00:33:01.220 the h1b at bare minimum um but you see how they're exploiting it and trying to get around it 0.60
00:33:06.820 and the system was just created with so many flaws which you would expect in a big bloated
00:33:13.140 bureaucracy. And it's just time and time again, it's like, how much more proof do we need? How
00:33:19.080 much more proof do the Tyler Oliveras of the world or the Sarah Gonzalez's of the world need to go 0.77
00:33:23.880 and put in front of your face to say, hey, you know what? Even if it's just a fraction of the
00:33:28.900 amount of H-1B workers that are here, it's not worth displacing American workers, period, end of
00:33:35.120 story. Well, and again, it's in every arena. As you say, yourself, Nick Shirley, Tyler Olivera,
00:33:43.140 it's not just indians obviously somalians like what we're seeing is america is increasingly
00:33:49.240 a set of ethnic enclaves being moved in and taking over neighborhoods we you know we look at uh you
00:33:56.100 know the little somalias being set up in in the midwest we look at you know there was just a woman
00:34:02.340 beaten to death by an illegal haitian man in my area like i've been to the gas station where that
00:34:08.100 happen i have probably taught the kids that were related to this guy like in the haitian community 0.90
00:34:13.420 in you know in this area like that's how immigration is impacting our people and we see
00:34:20.040 no interest at large in resolving this issue having any real interest in enforcement and it's
00:34:28.220 all typed up tied up to this question of being too careful around issues of race and ethnicity
00:34:34.880 It is okay to notice when a large group of people work together to do bad things to your country. 0.86
00:34:40.980 It is okay to notice when the mayor of Minneapolis is playing two different tribes of Somalians off against each other to see how he can stay in power because tribal politics of Somalians are key to winning in Minnesota. 1.00
00:34:57.240 We can notice this and say it's a disaster.
00:34:59.900 That's not racist.
00:35:01.040 And if it is, I don't care.
00:35:02.860 I don't care.
00:35:03.600 Yeah.
00:35:03.760 I actually don't care. I'm completely radicalized on this. And let's not forget about all of the
00:35:08.140 Muslims who are coming in here. They're creating little all-inclusive Muslim communities. I mean, 1.00
00:35:13.000 my friend Savannah Hernandez with Frontlines, we went out to one. And it was not the epic city that
00:35:19.360 everyone talks about that has not actually been built yet. But it is just this community. And
00:35:23.980 it's called something, I wish I remembered what it was called, but it's something very benign.
00:35:28.720 It's like rainbow estates or whatever, you know, just something that you wouldn't think.
00:35:31.880 And then you start looking and all of the street signs are like Ali Akbar Lane. And, you know, it's just all these Muslim names on the streets. And so while they're not outwardly saying, just like Epic City is saying, oh, you can only live here if you're Muslim, basically, they are putting it on the street signs.
00:35:52.600 they've got every almost every single house when we went through it had like Arabic writing on the
00:35:58.060 houses and you know the the little moon and Ramadan celebrations on the houses and it's like oh okay
00:36:06.600 well I don't know I don't think that John Smith an American citizen is going to want to buy a 0.93
00:36:10.600 property on Allahu Akbar lane so they know what they're doing they're just creating their own 1.00
00:36:15.920 communities I just personally I think it's a really bad idea to bring in and import an entire 1.00
00:36:21.000 you know uh people whose ideology wants to like unalive you i think that's a really bad idea some 0.98
00:36:27.020 say maybe i have high standards on that but i think it's just a really bad idea to be importing 1.00
00:36:31.480 any of these foreign nationals who come in they set up shop they're taking your resources they're 1.00
00:36:36.640 taking your homes they're they're siphoning off your money they're sending it back in remittances 1.00
00:36:41.120 and on top of that they really hate you and don't want to assimilate like it's it is just
00:36:46.060 a terrible plan. It is suicide. It is national suicide for us to continue doing that.

00:37:07.400 Well, and we're already seeing, you know, Muslims come out and say in the New York Times,
00:37:11.980 maybe we shouldn't assimilate we don't we don't need to do that why do we need to prove we're
00:37:17.220 american when you don't have to prove that oh i'll tell you why because my ancestors have been here
00:37:21.320 since the 1790s they were protestant christians they were part of the foundation of this country 0.96
00:37:26.580 and you are a foreign interloper with a heathen sand demon that you worship and i don't need your 0.96
00:37:31.980 garbage in my country i've seen what you have done to europe i have seen the rape game scandals and 0.91
00:37:38.240 if you don't think that can happen in the united states watch these people move in and tell me 0.89
00:37:42.580 that the same people who won't deport them as they scam us won't ignore them once they rape
00:37:47.340 your daughter because they will they absolutely will and that is not going to happen in my country 0.93
00:37:53.100 i'm sorry it is not going to happen in my country i have people you know talking about banning sharia 0.98
00:37:58.240 law and great right like i'm for you know ron de santis just signed a bill banning sharia law fine 0.86
00:38:02.580 But you cannot ban Sharia law and import Muslims. Guess where Sharia law comes from? It's not again, this is this is why I'm so done with conservatives being assessed about ideology, Islam, you know, communism. 0.91
00:38:16.780 Yes, they're all bad. But guess what? If you bring the people here who believe in that stuff, that's the problem. You can ban all the ideologies you want. You can ban communism. You can ban Islam. But once you move people who are Islamic and live in the way of Islam into your country, you're going to get Sharia law. 0.98
00:38:35.060 You can formally ban whatever you want, but it's going to come in through the back door because the problem is the people. 1.00
00:38:41.460 When you move a bunch of people in here from India who aren't Christian, who don't have any connection to our history, who have no appreciation for our culture, they're not going to live the way you want them to live. 1.00
00:38:52.020 Maybe they're slightly better than the Muslims, but I don't want any of them here. 1.00
00:38:55.340 They don't belong here. 1.00
00:38:56.100 They shouldn't be transforming the country.
00:38:57.520 And we should not be ignoring the consequences because, again, we've seen what this has done to Europe.
00:39:02.660 We've seen the nightmare that it is.
00:39:05.060 just tens of thousands of women raped as the government basically protects the rapists.
00:39:11.060 Why? Because they went down the same road we're going down now. We cannot involve ourselves,
00:39:15.640 as you say, in this national suicide. It's insane. Yeah. I'm glad that you mentioned
00:39:20.340 the lack of significance with the ban Sharia law. It's like, okay, I get it. It's a good 0.99
00:39:27.180 virtue signal. It gets your people riled up. We had that on our ballot here in the Republican
00:39:32.480 Party in the primary as a ballot proposition. So it's like, do you want the GOP to push banning
00:39:39.020 Sharia law? And I tried to tell people like, yeah, OK, sure. Like, go and vote. Yes, we want to ban 1.00
00:39:44.200 Sharia. But at the same time, don't expect that that's going to solve the problem because the 1.00
00:39:48.440 problem is much more than words on a piece of paper. So unless that's a follow up, unless there's
00:39:53.640 a follow through of actually, you know, clamping down on just bringing these people into our 0.93
00:40:00.000 country and letting them set up shop and letting them dominate and letting them stand on the 0.97
00:40:03.980 streets and say, we're going to conquer you. We're going to outpopulate you. We are going to, 0.88
00:40:08.400 you know, eliminate your way of life. They're saying all the quiet parts out loud. We don't
00:40:12.600 even have to like go spy on them and like go, you know, put a hidden security cameras in there to
00:40:18.040 hear what they say. And in internal meetings, they're just literally saying it out loud for
00:40:21.980 you to hear. And they're posting it on the internet. And somehow we think that we're immune
00:40:25.840 to this, even though, as you mentioned, we just have Europe as the blueprint. We just have the
00:40:31.540 UK as the blueprint. We're doing it to ourselves because all of these people have told us for so
00:40:37.000 long. And I know you and I, and I'm sure your viewers know this not to be true, but for so
00:40:41.440 long, so much of America has been brainwashed into thinking diversity is our strength. Diversity is
00:40:45.640 our strength. You have to be inclusive. And it's like, no, actually, if you extrapolate that
00:40:49.920 diversity has never been a strength. And it's not about, it's not about the color of your skin,
00:40:54.440 But it's about the fact that even if you look at that in like like just microscopically, OK, even if you look at diversity in just a community, in a neighborhood, if you have all different types of people with different cultures, different values, different principles, different ways of life, you've got neighbors that are playing their their music too loud.
00:41:15.840 They're on the lawn. They're having parties right next to an older couple who's retired, who doesn't want that. And that's never a good thing. You have to share culture. You have to share values. Then you extrapolate that out into a macrocosm where you've got an entire country. And, you know, as much as they like to say, oh, America is a melting pot. OK, well, the whole point of a melting pot is at least that you have all of these ingredients that are assimilating into one another.
00:41:40.840 That's the whole point of the saying. Now they want to, as I think it was the Dearborn, Michigan mayor said, he doesn't like the term melting pot. He likes to use the term a salad because you've got all the different ingredients and they don't actually meld into one another. They just stay separate. These people are just telling us out loud what their plans are. I hope that America takes them seriously before it's too late.
00:42:02.960 Well, and it's just not our job to bring in the entire world and try to assimilate them. Look, we had serious problems trying to get Germans to assimilate in the United States to the point where we basically had to go in and break up their their communities and force them to send their kids to school and learn English because there are too many strictly German speaking enclaves. 1.00
00:42:26.640 and they were at least european peoples who are christian had some connection to the you know to 0.76
00:42:31.140 our heritage to our tradition at some level we i'm sorry if we have trouble assimilating the germans
00:42:37.180 we can't just assimilate everyone i'm sorry there are just communities that are too culturally
00:42:42.700 distinct to assimilate into the united states and it's okay to say that it's okay to prefer
00:42:47.300 that you keep the communities that are assimilable and you send the other ones home you ban them
00:42:51.880 from coming in that is what any sane rational civilization would do and by the way since we 0.98
00:42:58.580 are conservatives and we like the idea of small government the way you keep small government the
00:43:02.880 way you actually get small government is not diversity it's unity this is what aristotle said
00:43:08.340 about a community by having that diversity as you say you get diverse ways of life and that means
00:43:14.880 the government has to step in and settle disputes so the guy from india the guy from pakistan the
00:43:20.280 guy from uh israel the guy from uh palestine they all have these like previous commitments that they
00:43:27.260 care about that they're bringing to the u.s and their cultures clash and then the government has
00:43:31.160 to go in and say well you can't protest that and i need to have stricter you know uh regulations on
00:43:36.020 this and i have to get involved in this dispute and the government grows because it becomes
00:43:40.080 basically this way to settle all these ethnic differences inside your country but if you have
00:43:44.260 a unified understanding of the way you should live hey we're american we believe in this free speech
00:43:48.660 We're Christian. We want to follow this understanding. We want high trust societies. We want clean neighborhoods. We care if there's trash in our streets. We don't want to hear a call to Muslim prayer. We don't want our beef butchered in some horrific way to appease you. If you don't have all those diverse understandings, then the government doesn't have to get involved.
00:44:07.080 then the people can actually just live in accord they can have this harmonious existence because
00:44:11.880 they naturally understand what they should be doing they don't need the government to rush in
00:44:15.620 and settle the dispute so if you're a conservative who cares about this you got to start caring
00:44:20.600 about well reducing diversity because without it you can't get small government that's where
00:44:25.760 small government actually comes from the understanding of a shared culture yeah no
00:44:31.140 you're absolutely right and i would also just point out i mean if you do believe that america
00:44:36.100 is the greatest country in the world, which I would hope that most conservatives believe,
00:44:40.660 if you do believe that America is the greatest country in the world, why would you make it easy
00:44:45.760 to just come here? Why would you make it easy for random foreigners to just come set up shop 1.00
00:44:51.120 in our country? That's just a recipe for disaster. Of course, if you believe that this is the greatest 1.00
00:44:55.640 country in the world, it should be the hardest place to get into. It should be like we should
00:45:00.660 make it so hard for people to even visit if you do believe that this is the greatest country
00:45:06.500 we will both of those things cannot be true at the same time right like if you think that this
00:45:09.860 is the greatest country why what you're just going to make it super easy and just just trust
00:45:13.920 that people have uh you know not ill intent that's ridiculous 100 and and you know sarah again
00:45:21.940 i think your work is fantastic i think it's really important i'm glad you're doing it i hope more
00:45:26.680 people do it again this is something that doesn't take a lot you know you need a camera you need a
00:45:32.920 internet the ability to search the internet you need to be able to drive around that's really all
00:45:36.520 there is to it we need to be shaming the government into taking these actions there needs to be so
00:45:40.880 many overwhelming cases as you say you're serving them up tyler olivera serving up there's so much
00:45:45.820 out there already but the government could just spend the next year chasing down all the people
00:45:49.340 you guys are uncovering just by yourselves don't even hire you know new investigators they can
00:45:53.900 literally just operate off of the citizen journalism that is happening, uh, with you
00:45:58.520 and others. So I just think it's absolutely critical that people are out there and doing
00:46:02.100 it. If people want to be able to find your work, see more of what you're doing, where should they
00:46:05.840 be looking? Yes, I appreciate that. So, uh, we post all of these on X where you can follow me
