Summary

The problem with mass migration is that it destroys communities, it destroys social fabric, it overloads social services, and it increases crime. It does all the things that people knew that it did to communities, but liberals just didn t care about.

00:00:30.000 So New York Mayor Eric Adams made headlines recently when at an event he announced that
00:00:43.340 migration is going to destroy New York City.
00:00:47.440 Yeah, it turns out it's not our strength.
00:00:49.880 It's not a blessing of liberty.
00:00:51.800 It's not something that we as compassionate people have to accept.
00:00:55.940 Actually, it destroys communities.
00:00:58.440 It destroys cities.
00:00:59.720 It destroys social fabric.
00:01:01.760 It overloads the social services, the schools.
00:01:05.120 It increases crime.
00:01:06.100 It does all the things that people knew that it did to communities, but liberals just didn't
00:01:12.480 care about.
00:01:13.340 See, Adams is, of course, a massive leftist.
00:01:16.740 He's somebody who talked constantly about how diversity is our strength.
00:01:20.760 He talked about how important it was to be compassionate to migrants, how they had to be given every
00:01:25.560 opportunity.
00:01:26.180 He declared New York a sanctuary city.
00:01:28.780 But, of course, he didn't mean any of those things.
00:01:32.180 That was all nice to declare when it didn't actually impact his community.
00:01:37.160 And he never expected to really have to deal with it because New York is so far away from where most illegal immigrants are entering the country.
00:01:46.340 But, of course, we have the governors of places like Florida and Texas who are getting fed up with this stuff.
00:01:51.900 And they decided to start sending busloads of these migrants saying, okay, if you guys are just going to leave borders open, if you're just going to inflict this onto border states on a regular basis just because they're red states and you don't care about them, well, guess what?
00:02:06.180 Now these people are coming to your town.
00:02:08.180 Now they're coming to your city.
00:02:09.720 Now they're going to your kid's school.
00:02:11.540 Now they're living on your streets.
00:02:13.300 Let's see how you like that.
00:02:14.640 And it turns out they don't like it at all.
00:02:17.260 Adams was talking about how tens of thousands of migrants are showing up to New York City on a constant basis and how it's overloading every aspect of their infrastructure, how it's making community life impossible, how it's a very dangerous situation.
00:02:33.320 And, you know, of course it is.
00:02:35.240 This is a constant thing.
00:02:36.680 Everybody knows this throughout history.
00:02:39.460 All you have to do, you can look at the from the Roman Empire up to today.
00:02:43.920 Mass migration on a regular basis is absolutely toxic to any political body, to any country, to any city, to any state, any community.
00:02:56.880 It fundamentally changes all kinds of things about that community.
00:03:01.640 You have a lot of people coming in who don't speak the language, a lot of people who are completely unestablished in the community.
00:03:08.360 They have no family there.
00:03:09.660 They have no ties.
00:03:10.980 They have no churches.
00:03:12.440 They have no one to fall back on except, of course, the government.
00:03:17.080 You have some people, of course, who are going to be criminal because you don't know who is coming in that border.
00:03:21.960 You don't know where they're coming from.
00:03:23.780 There's no real background checks.
00:03:25.500 There's no actual control.
00:03:27.060 So you're, of course, going to introduce some amount of criminal element into the situation.
00:03:31.320 You're going to have a lot of people who can't communicate in your community that are going to need services that are in many different languages.
00:03:38.480 Again, Adams pointed out during these comments that so many of these people aren't even from countries that would traditionally be thought of as next to the United States.
00:03:48.540 It's not just people coming from Mexico or Venezuela or some of the areas that we usually think in Central America that would cross over into the United States.
00:03:58.640 You've got people coming from all around the world through the southern border because they know the southern border is just completely wide open.
00:04:06.880 And they're all moving up now into not just the south, but now they're actually moving into places where liberals are affected by this.
00:04:15.540 And all of a sudden, all that high-minded talk about tolerance, all that high-minded talk about compassion, all that high-minded talk about accepting people into your community, it turns out that there's just a logistical problem.
00:04:30.120 At the very least, even if you want to ignore everything else about the impacts of mass migration, there's simply not power grids, there's not sewage systems, there's not roads, there's not healthcare facilities, there aren't schools, there aren't all of these things that have the capacity you need to take on a constantly swelling population of people who are, by definition, going to be on the lowest rung of the socioeconomic ladder.
00:04:57.460 Look, people come to countries, and they usually are in a situation where they've got to make their fortune.
00:05:03.200 They came there for a reason, right?
00:05:05.660 They're coming there because whatever country they were from usually doesn't have as good of conditions as the one they're going to.
00:05:12.980 And so they're there because they're going to be at kind of the bottom of that status, no matter what that society's like.
00:05:19.840 So when they come in, they're always going to be at that level where they need a large amount of services, a large amount of care.
00:05:27.040 And again, because they don't have a natural community already existing in the places they're moving to, the only thing that's going to be able to provide that is really going to be the government.
00:05:37.300 So it's a massive strain on the government.
00:05:40.300 It's a massive strain on tax dollars.
00:05:41.940 It's a massive strain on infrastructure that all of a sudden has to mold itself around this.
00:05:46.400 Now, of course, we who live down in these border states or in these high immigration states, we, of course, have known this for a very long time.
00:05:54.920 Vladimir Putin called the U.S. dollar's drop in dominance objective and irreversible during the recent BRICS summit in South Africa, as Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa formally agreed to use local currencies instead of the U.S. dollar.
00:06:11.400 It's the first shoe to fall.
00:06:13.000 As demand for the dollar weakens, the buying power of the dollar weakens.
00:06:16.360 And that's why Birch Gold Group is busier than ever.
00:06:19.040 Investors and savers are looking to harness the power of physical gold held in a tax-sheltered IRA.

00:07:00.800 I've lived in Florida most of my life.
00:07:04.060 And of course, the immigration here has just been radical for a very long time.
00:07:09.400 It started, of course, really in earnest with the large amounts of Cubans who came in to the area post the Castro regime taking over.
00:07:18.920 But there's been a constant flood of people from Central and South America on a regular basis.
00:07:24.000 But just as Adams is now finding out, we've known for decades that it's not just people from Central and South America coming across the border.
00:07:32.460 We now have people from all over the place.
00:07:34.600 We have people from all of the Caribbean islands.
00:07:36.760 We have people from Haiti.
00:07:37.860 We have people coming over from Africa.
00:07:39.960 We have people from Russia.
00:07:41.340 We have people from all over the world, all flooding through the southern border or, you know, these other easy access places in the United States because there's simply no real border enforcement.
00:07:55.680 Everybody knows it.
00:07:56.620 Everybody's aware.
00:07:57.480 And they're coming through for that reason.
00:07:59.800 And that means that all of our services are radically altered.
00:08:04.500 I mean, I was in education.
00:08:06.140 So just to give you one scenario of what happens, we get a large number of students who don't speak English at all when they come into the school.
00:08:15.640 And those kids get put directly into the system because the idea is that the first priority is for these kids to learn English.
00:08:22.920 And to be fair, that's kind of true.
00:08:24.960 It's more important for the kids to speak the language than it is for them to necessarily understand the nuances of some particular book they're reading, but they can't even read it in the actual language of the people who are speaking next to them in all their classes.
00:08:38.820 And so all of a sudden, there's a large number of people in your normal classrooms where American students are normally learning English who don't speak the language, don't share the culture, don't know what's going on.
00:08:52.200 And those kids have to receive an education.
00:08:56.140 So, of course, you have to add different parts to your lesson.
00:08:59.400 You have to have people coming in to help out.
00:09:01.640 You have to translate everything.
00:09:03.420 You have to work on special strategies.
00:09:06.060 You get special trainings to do all of this stuff.
00:09:08.640 But let's be honest.
00:09:10.020 Most of these kids aren't necessarily coming in right away, fired up, ready to go to learn English and integrate into the classroom.
00:09:17.720 That's actually not what happens.
00:09:19.120 Most of the times, they all end up sitting together, continuing to speak mostly Spanish or whatever other language they tend to share on a constant basis, not really interacting with the wider class or with the wider curriculum.
00:09:32.940 And so they end up just kind of copying what goes up on the board, filling in notes, whatever, and then moving on.
00:09:40.040 And because these kids aren't really allowed to fail, you're not allowed to fail these kids because if you fail a...
00:09:47.040 When does fast grocery delivery through Instacart matter most?
00:09:51.600 When your famous grainy mustard potato salad isn't so famous without the grainy mustard.
00:09:56.440 When the barbecue's lit, but there's nothing to grill.
00:09:59.120 When the in-laws decide that, actually, they will stay for dinner.
00:10:02.840 Instacart has all your groceries covered this summer.
00:10:05.460 So download the app and get delivery in as fast as 60 minutes.
00:10:09.040 Plus, enjoy $0 delivery fees on your first three orders.
00:10:12.740 Service fees exclusions and terms apply.
00:10:14.580 Instacart, groceries that over-deliver.
00:10:17.920 English as a second language kid, if you fail someone who doesn't speak English, that is reflective on you.
00:10:24.840 If you're failing these kids, what they do, what the administration does, is they go and they search for all of the strategies you were supposed to use.
00:10:33.760 And if there's one strategy you didn't use, if you can't show that you sufficiently used every strategy and gave every opportunity,
00:10:39.620 then they'll basically threaten you and say, well, these people could come back and say that you did not provide the accommodations for this kid.
00:10:46.560 So you better just socially pass them along so that we don't have to worry about it.
00:10:50.480 And so what happens is all these kids get at least C's, usually higher, and they get forced through the system.
00:10:56.080 Which means a lot of kids who speak English who are American end up getting lower grades than kids who can't even read or write in the language you're talking about,
00:11:06.400 that can't even do the work that you're talking about.
00:11:09.220 But they get, those kids who can't speak English get higher grades just because they have to get socially promoted because otherwise you'll get in trouble.
00:11:17.080 Now this is just one example in the education system, but of course this happens throughout social services.
00:11:24.160 You have so many people pouring in, and again, they all need housing, they all need food, they all need healthcare, and they're not getting it right away.
00:11:33.340 These people are generally not getting jobs at Fortune 500 companies with great healthcare systems.
00:11:39.440 So what are they doing?
00:11:40.540 They're going to emergency rooms and they're not paying their bills.
00:11:43.540 They're showing up to government-run healthcare facilities.
00:11:47.360 That means that your hospitals are flooded, your emergency rooms are shut down.
00:11:50.860 And of course, if these people aren't paying for their healthcare, you're paying for their healthcare through your own medical insurance, your bills, your rates get jacked up,
00:12:00.800 your ability to actually get service goes down, and all of these people get free healthcare without any real liability
00:12:07.880 because they don't care about the rules of the system because there's not really anything for them to lose in this scenario.
00:12:14.600 Again, this happens over and over again.
00:12:16.580 Housing prices go up because housing becomes harder and harder to get.
00:12:21.360 More people are here.
00:12:22.100 They're all competing for it.
00:12:23.580 The kind of starter homes that people might try to get a hold of start disappearing off the market
00:12:28.800 because a bunch of people get together and buy these up and split them up.
00:12:33.520 What happens is a number of migrant families will buy a house simultaneously, and then they'll all live in it together.
00:12:41.740 You'll see the push for a lot more multifamily housing, which unfortunately often follows with crime in it.
00:12:47.700 So those things that should be there for starting families, for poorer families, for individuals who have a harder time getting into housing,
00:12:57.380 all of those things vanish as migrant populations move in.
00:13:01.300 The prices for everything is driven up.
00:13:03.940 These are all problems that are well-known.
00:13:06.800 Obviously, just the cultural problem of having everybody in an area not speaking the same language.
00:13:12.800 People walk in a store.
00:13:13.780 They don't know what they're asking for.
00:13:15.240 They don't know how to get it.
00:13:16.560 That means stores need to start prioritizing hiring foreign language speakers over English speakers.
00:13:23.060 All of a sudden, you've got a preference for people speaking non-English languages in your stores just to get work done.
00:13:29.780 Your signs are in two languages.
00:13:31.500 Everything becomes a mess.
00:13:32.980 You can't go to the DMV or you can't go to any other government facility without having nine different languages being spoken at the counter.
00:13:41.260 You've got to pull somebody up who can speak Haitian Creole,
00:13:44.080 somebody who can speak, you know, different Vietnamese or other languages like that, Spanish.
00:13:50.240 All of this stuff adds to the inability of things to just have a natural flow, a natural community.
00:13:57.340 Now, of course, there are people who do integrate into these communities.
00:14:00.960 There are people who find great futures.
00:14:04.200 There are people who end up being big net positives to these communities.
00:14:08.680 That, of course, happens.
00:14:09.820 This isn't to say that it doesn't, of course.
00:14:11.700 But having this mass migration where there's no chance that everyone is going to integrate,
00:14:17.160 where everyone is going to learn the language, where everyone is going to be brought in and made a part of that community,
00:14:23.960 that's just a reality that is going to happen and is always going to be harmful.
00:14:28.200 And there's also the fact that people have the right to decide who's going to be in their community.
00:14:33.440 People should not have to have massive influxes of people into their community from anywhere if they don't want to.
00:14:40.140 That is something that they should have the right to speak on.
00:14:42.880 But, of course, that's being actively denied by the government, not just denied,
00:14:47.180 but they are ignoring basically all laws when it comes to how people should be moved into the country.
00:14:53.820 And now that this is finally hitting these more liberal northern cities and states,
00:15:00.440 all of a sudden they see the problem.
00:15:02.080 Now that they're having to house migrants in hotels,
00:15:05.860 now that they have them, you know, homeless camps on the streets,
00:15:08.860 now that they have their schools flooded and unable to teach,
00:15:12.380 all of a sudden they see the problem, the fact that they can't provide medical care.
00:15:16.600 All of a sudden these problems that have been very real in all these other states,
00:15:20.920 but didn't matter because those were red states and they were the bad ones and they're the bigoted ones.
00:15:25.220 So they sure deserve that diversity.
00:15:27.520 Now it's a problem.
00:15:28.800 Now, of course, the Democrats always knew that these were issues that were created by mass migration.
00:15:36.000 But in many ways they were counting on it.
00:15:38.060 Remember, states like Florida and Texas are red right now,
00:15:41.760 but the Democrats have constantly joked, constantly bragged about how they will flip the demographics of those states
00:15:48.660 by basically just having open border policies.
00:15:51.440 And they're counting on the fact that those shifting demographics will basically shift the whole state blue and secure it.
00:15:57.480 Now, that seems to be true to a good extent in Texas.
00:16:01.060 However, in Florida, we've seen a little different thing happening there when we had Ron DeSantis win with a big victory in many places,
00:16:09.820 even places that are usually more Hispanic, places like Miami-Dade.
00:16:13.740 When we see those big shifts, maybe that means that the Democrats counting on that demographic transformation for their long-term victory.
00:16:22.640 Maybe that's not as cut and dry as they hope.
00:16:25.000 But either way, they were happy to inflict all of the things that come with mass migration onto those red states
00:16:32.160 in the hopes that, one, it would punish those states,
00:16:34.820 and two, it would transform those states into something that is more politically amenable to them.
00:16:41.240 And so they were more than happy to leave those borders open
00:16:43.760 and let the consequences fall on states that they didn't think were going to matter to them.
00:16:49.080 Now that it's all of a sudden heading to the north, they notice, right?
00:16:52.800 So we've had people like Eric Adams say,
00:16:55.360 well, we don't have the infrastructure like Florida and Texas to handle this.
00:16:58.800 Well, guess what?
00:16:59.280 We never had that infrastructure either.
00:17:01.060 This is all just a burden that was dumped on our doorstep by people who didn't care,
00:17:05.740 who didn't pay the consequences,
00:17:07.520 and thought it was funny or thought it was politically advantageous to them
00:17:11.680 to go ahead and visit this problem on those southern states.
00:17:16.140 So where does this put us?
00:17:18.140 Do we think that the liberals are actually going to learn a lesson from this?
00:17:21.960 Well, I think the short answer is probably not.
00:17:24.480 They care more about open borders.
00:17:27.040 They care more about cheap labor.
00:17:28.420 They care about more politically advantageous demographic transformation
00:17:32.560 than they do about the well-being of states.
00:17:35.300 But what we are seeing is that we heard a headline here recently
00:17:39.400 that inside the Biden administration,
00:17:41.620 they're floating an idea of requiring illegal immigrants to stay in states like Texas.
00:17:48.120 So now that the red states found a way for them to actually have to suffer the consequences,
00:17:54.240 at least to some degree, of their policies,
00:17:57.100 rather than change the policies,
00:17:59.440 they just say,
00:18:00.460 well, we're going to make it illegal for the red states
00:18:02.900 to allow those consequences to go anywhere else.
00:18:06.300 So we're going to allow the open borders to continue,
00:18:09.060 but we're going to contain legally the consequences
00:18:12.240 to just the states that we wanted to happen.
00:18:14.820 Now, we know for a fact that the Biden administration
00:18:18.400 flies immigrants out of these states often
00:18:23.280 and even into other red states
00:18:25.340 to make sure to spread out the kind of the migrant impact
00:18:29.780 and allow it to go into other red states that they don't like.
00:18:32.960 So I don't know where this is going to go.
00:18:35.000 I don't know if they're going to try to contain it inside of Texas.
00:18:37.760 I don't know if they're going to try to redistribute more of those migrants
00:18:42.040 to other red states instead of letting them go to blue states
00:18:45.620 if they're going to try to pass these laws that are going to lock them in.
00:18:48.580 I don't know where they're going to try to go with this.
00:18:50.980 But one thing I do think is going to be true,
00:18:53.280 even though they are feeling the actual pain of this,
00:18:56.320 even though the actual consequences are coming home to roost,
00:18:59.540 I don't think that's going to actually change the worldview of most of these people.
00:19:02.620 We see how crime in San Francisco
00:19:04.980 and these other places that have decided to get rid of police
00:19:07.780 or defund the police or remove the criminal penalties
00:19:11.140 for things like shoplifting.
00:19:12.860 We've seen how even though the populations get angry about what happens,
00:19:17.180 they see the destruction, they see the businesses leaving,
00:19:19.660 they see the violence on the streets.
00:19:21.340 Even though they see the social degradation,
00:19:23.680 they still vote for Democrats.
00:19:25.460 They still support these blue state policies.
00:19:28.220 They just find some other way to blame it on red America.
00:19:32.120 I think the same thing will probably happen here.
00:19:34.220 We might get one of those little kickbacks.
00:19:37.020 You know, there's always these conservative containment cycles
00:19:40.120 where crime gets really bad.
00:19:42.100 And then for like maybe a decade,
00:19:43.740 they'll let somebody like Rudy Giuliani run New York City
00:19:46.280 and kind of tamp things back down again.
00:19:48.320 They'll let somebody like Ronald Reagan come into power
00:19:50.840 and, you know, maybe cut down on a little bit of crime.
00:19:53.420 But they always go back to this.
00:19:55.520 At the end of the day, this is their religion.
00:19:57.920 This is their set of beliefs.
00:19:59.240 The evidence of what mass migration actually does to the community
00:20:03.800 doesn't matter to them at all.
00:20:05.980 At the end of the day,
00:20:06.900 they just hope that it continues to punish their enemies,
00:20:10.540 but they are going to leave those borders open.
00:20:13.380 Thank you.
00:20:19.120 How much did you go?
00:20:20.180 You did a good فetina.
00:20:20.380 I did not know.
00:20:22.120 This is my voltage,
00:20:23.340 but at the end of the day,
00:20:23.680 I'm the guy that has not been doing a lot more.
00:20:26.480 How much did I get on?
00:20:27.720 I did a good job,
00:20:28.340 I did not know.
00:20:28.780 You did not know.
00:20:30.340 I'm the guy that I was busy at a Dustin.
00:20:32.120 I did a good job and I had another 10 look at this moment
00:20:33.040 with urges.
00:20:33.920 Yeah.
00:20:35.340 So glad to be good.
00:20:36.340 I did not know.
00:20:37.600 I did not know.
00:20:38.580 I didn't know.
00:20:39.340 I'm the guy that I killed him.
