00:00:28.000So, for example, October 4th, he tweeted out, quote, During the Salem witch trials, a man could point at a woman with a baseless accusation and destroy her life.
00:00:35.000During 2026, a woman can point at a man with a baseless accusation and destroy his life.
00:00:42.000But Andrew Tate then uses that in order to push the idea that men should victimize women, that they basically have a duty or an obligation to treat women as some form of animal life.
00:00:53.000And so it's not a giant surprise that he found himself actually in jail.
00:01:00.000And now he's trying to proclaim he's a martyr, by the way.
00:01:02.000He says, if you won't go to jail for it, you don't believe in it.
00:01:05.000You're in jail for rape, so do you believe in it?
00:01:07.000Like, what is the thing he believes in?
00:01:09.000According to his UK extradition package, which was released yesterday, Tate was arrested in Miami on July 18th on a provisional British extradition request.
00:01:17.000He's remained in custody while fighting his return to the UK, according to the filing.
00:01:21.000The newly filed records don't determine Tate's guilt.
00:01:23.000They just lay out the evidence that British authorities say supports the criminal charges.
00:01:26.000So, what exactly is in the criminal charges?
00:01:34.000Quote On 5 January 2015, WhatsApp messages recovered.
00:01:39.000From exhibit AT01, demonstrate that messages were exchanged between Andrew Tate and a female child.
00:01:44.000This is a 17 year old girl, in which she explains that her parents have discovered that she is doing webcam and believes that Andrew Tate is using her as a prostitute.
00:01:52.000In particular, her father wants her to stop and return home.
00:01:55.000Andrew Tate asks, What will he, her father, do if I tell him you're not coming home?
00:01:59.000The female child replied, Fly his ass with his police and start a court case.
00:02:09.000So, full on understanding what he was doing.
00:02:12.000Quote Complainant two recalls there being a point for the first time she came around when she forgot what she was doing and who she was for a brief moment.
00:02:19.000She then remembered waking up because Andrew Tate's tears were splashing on her face and he was crying, saying, I love you.
00:02:23.000That is why I am raping you because I love you.
00:02:26.000She remembers thinking he was a psychopath and that she had led a serial killer in her house.
00:02:31.000Now, again, there's also some information that's kind of yucky about that extradition package.

00:02:44.000Apparently, he had pornography on his phone involving, I'm not even kidding you, horses and eels.
00:02:59.000In relation to the charges of possession of extreme pornographic images, there is evidence the relevant images were stored on devices attributable to Andrew Tate.
00:03:06.000On or before July 18, 2015, Andrew Tate possessed, within exhibit SJB1, an extreme pornographic image which portrayed, in an explicit and realistic way, a person performing an active intercourse with a live animal.
00:03:18.000Namely, an eel, which was grossly offensive, disgusting, or otherwise of an obscene character.
