Summary

Joe Biden wants to debate Donald Trump not just once, but twice, and he wants to do it in the worst convincing fashion possible. Joe Biden has no idea what he's asking for, but Donald Trump is more than willing to take him on stage and ask him about his failures on every possible score. And if Donald Trump shows up and is muted, Joe Biden is toast because Joe Biden will literally fall asleep on the stage because he knows he's not going to make it through a two-hour debate with Donald Trump. And Donald Trump has to do something about it, or he's going to be the yelly, screamy boar that he was during his first debate with Joe Biden in 2020. And Joe Biden thinks he can do it because he's losing and wants to make sure he doesn't lose again. And he'll even do it on the same day that he did it in 2016, which is a good thing because that's when Donald Trump finally showed up and did what he was supposed to do. and Joe Biden knows that Donald Trump will not show up and do what he needs to do to be a good president. And now he's acting like he wants it again because he thinks he might be able to do so, and maybe he'll do it better than he did the last time they met in 2016. And that's not even close to what he did in 2016 and it was a good enough debate, which isn't even remotely close to being good enough, let alone good enough to beat him. . . . well, at least he's willing to debate him on the first time, right? at least and maybe do it twice . I mean, let's see if he can actually do it, you know what? I guess we'll see what we can do, shall we? Let's see what he does or maybe not? (Note: I don't know what we'll do, but we'll figure it out together, and see if we can figure out how to make this thing out in a couple more times, right away right? We'll see how this is going to work out? - Tom and I'll talk about that in a bit later. - - John Harwood - The New York Times - What do you think of this? - Is this a good idea? - What's the best way to debate a guy who's losing? - Which is better than the other guy?

00:00:00.000 Alrighty folks, it is on like Kong because apparently Joe Biden now wants to debate Donald Trump.
00:00:06.000 Now, the number one way you know that Joe Biden knows he's losing is because now he wants to debate Trump.
00:00:11.000 If he were ahead 10 points in the polls, there is no way in hell he would even consider getting on a stage with Donald Trump.
00:00:17.000 In fact, He has set the predicate for no debates for several years at this point.
00:00:21.000 He said that Donald Trump is effectively a traitor to the country, a threat to democracy, a person you can't have a reasonable conversation with.
00:00:28.000 He is a convicted felon is what he would plan to say after this New York trial.
00:00:33.000 And so I won't debate him.
00:00:34.000 He's a person who tried to overthrow the entire country on January 6th.
00:00:37.000 And so I won't debate him.
00:00:38.000 And now Joe Biden is saying that he will, in fact, debate Donald Trump not just once, But twice.
00:00:44.000 The only reason that he wants the debate is because he is losing and he knows he is losing.
00:00:48.000 So today, Joe Biden released a video in which he challenged Donald Trump to two debates.
00:00:54.000 And here is what it looked like.
00:00:57.000 My God, he's old.
00:00:59.000 First off, make sure your eyeline is on the camera, my dude.
00:01:03.000 His eyeline is off camera because he's obviously reading from a teleprompter.
00:01:06.000 Now, if you can't watch this, if you're just listening to this, you should understand that this is a 14 second video.
00:01:13.000 There are five cuts in 14 seconds to say 51 words.
00:01:19.000 That's the stats here.
00:01:20.000 It took them five cuts for him to make it through perhaps three sentences containing a grand total, I counted them, of 51 words.
00:01:29.000 And this dude thinks he's going to make it through a two-hour debate with Donald Trump.
00:01:32.000 All Donald Trump has to do is not show up and be the yelly, screamy boar that he was during his first debate with Joe Biden in 2020.
00:01:38.000 If he shows up and he is muted, Donald Trump, Joe Biden is toast because Joe Biden will literally fall asleep on the stage.
00:01:45.000 Joe Biden might in fact, I mean, they'll pump him up with as much adrenaline as humanly possible without bursting his heart.
00:01:51.000 They'll have him in the back room giving him transfusions of blood from younger people in order to keep him propped up.
00:01:57.000 But this is not a sentient, healthy person.
00:02:00.000 Here is Joe Biden announcing that he wants a debate in the least convincing fashion humanly possible.
00:02:05.000 This man is less lifelike than the animatronic of him over at the Hall of Presidents at Disneyland.
00:02:11.000 Donald Trump lost two debates to me in 2020.
00:02:13.000 Since then he hasn't shown up for debates.
00:02:15.000 Now he's acting like he wants to debate me again.
00:02:17.000 Well, make my day, pal.
00:02:19.000 I'll even do it twice.
00:02:21.000 So let's pick the dates, Donald.
00:02:23.000 I hear you're free on Wednesday.
00:02:26.000 I love the drums in the background.
00:02:28.000 Because it has to be hip, you see?
00:02:30.000 Like, for the kid.
00:02:32.000 I just wanna... I'll do it twice.
00:02:35.000 I'm free on Wednesday.
00:02:37.000 The joke about him being free on Wednesdays is because he's in court the rest of the week.
00:02:41.000 Alrighty, so if this is what Biden wants, this is what Biden is going to get because Trump would be a fool not to take him up on the opportunity to get him on stage and ask him about his gigantic failures on every possible score.
00:02:55.000 All Biden will focus on, by the way, is January 6th and the election denial.
00:02:58.000 That's all Biden will focus on.
00:03:00.000 And all Trump has to do is say, listen, we disagree on all of those things, but you're a terrible president and everyone knows it.
00:03:06.000 Because he is a terrible president and everyone knows it.
00:03:09.000 According to the New York Times, President Biden is willing to debate former President Trump at least twice before the election, and as early as June.
00:03:16.000 But his campaign is rejecting the nonpartisan organization that has managed presidential debates since 1988, according to a letter obtained by the New York Times.
00:03:22.000 Now, again, if you're complaining about the refs, typically you're losing.
00:03:25.000 Now, that's been the preserve of Republicans for a very long time, because it turns out that the Presidential Debate Commission has always been biased toward Democrats.
00:03:32.000 Usually the moderators are members of the political left who are incredibly friendly to the Democratic candidates, most famously in 2012 when Candy Crowley of CNN literally intervened in a debate between Barack Obama and Mitt Romney in order to falsely fact-check Mitt Romney in favor of Barack Obama.
00:03:48.000 But there's a long history of this sort of stuff.
00:03:49.000 John Harwood moderated a debate that was absolutely terrible.
00:03:52.000 There's a long history of mainstream media journalists who have treated the debate as their own personal political preserve.
00:03:59.000 And so the fact that it's not Trump saying he doesn't want the commission on presidential debates, it's Biden saying it shows that he thinks he's weak here.
00:04:06.000 Biden and his top aides want the debates to start much sooner than the dates proposed by the commission on presidential debates.
00:04:11.000 So voters can see the two candidates side by side well before early voting begins in September.
00:04:15.000 The actual reason they want to do it early is because they're desperately hoping to shift the narrative before they hit the conventions.
00:04:21.000 Because the convention for the Democrats happens in August.
00:04:23.000 There are likely to be massive protests outside the convention.
00:04:27.000 Joe Biden's Steering of this country has been so terrible that he's figuring if he doesn't course correct and write fast, he's in serious, serious trouble here.
00:04:36.000 They want the debate to occur inside a TV studio.
00:04:40.000 Right?
00:04:40.000 They don't want a crowd because they're afraid that if there's a crowd, then people might actually laugh at Trump's lines.
00:04:45.000 They want microphones that automatically cut off when a speaker's time limit elapses to prevent Trump from being able to jab in and ask any questions to Joe Biden, presumably.
00:04:56.000 They want it to be just the two candidates and the moderator.
00:04:59.000 They don't want Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
00:05:01.000 or any other independent or third-party candidates included, which is kind of incredible considering that RFK Jr.
00:05:06.000 is polling in the double digits.
00:05:07.000 And by any normal stretch of the imagination, he probably should be included in a debate between the two lead candidates.
00:05:13.000 You got a third-party candidate who's earning upwards of 15% in many of the national polls, that person should be included in such a debate.
00:05:20.000 We'll get to more on this in one moment.
00:05:21.000 First, diversification is key to your investment.
00:05:24.000 One person who learned this the hard way was Isaac Newton.
00:05:26.000 He invested a large sum of money in the South Sea Company.
00:05:29.000 Unfortunately, when the South Sea bubble burst in 1720, Newton lost a lot of money.
00:05:32.000 So even smart people can scrub diversification.
00:05:35.000 While during times of economic uncertainty or market volatility, investors tend to flock to gold as a safe haven asset.
00:05:40.000 Its value tends to increase during turbulent times, providing a buffer against market downturns.
00:05:44.000 This is why people are turning to gold right now and why Birchgold is busier than ever.
00:05:48.000 Birchgold understands that navigating financial decisions can be daunting.
00:05:51.000 That's why their dedicated in-house IRA department is there to guide you every step of the way.
00:05:55.000 Birchgold is committed to addressing your questions and concerns promptly.
00:05:58.000 Their team is always ready to provide answers and clarity.
00:06:00.000 Whether it's about fees, taxes on rollovers, or the timing of the process, they're here to ensure you feel valued and well-informed.
00:06:06.000 Text Ben to 989898 to talk to one of Birchgold's experts and claim your free info kit on gold.
00:06:11.000 You'll learn how to convert an existing IRA or 401k into a tax-sheltered IRA in gold.
00:06:15.000 The best part is, it's not going to cost you a penny out of pocket.
00:06:17.000 Text Ben to 989898 to get started.
00:06:18.000 That's Ben to 989898.
00:06:22.000 According to the New York Times, the proposal suggests Biden is willing to take some calculated risks to reverse his fortunes in a race in which most battle state ground polls show the president trailing Trump and struggling to persuade voters he's an effective leader and steward of the economy.
00:06:35.000 In other words, Biden is counting on Trump to blow himself up during one of these debates the same way that he did in 2020.
00:06:41.000 Remember, there was that first presidential debate between Trump and Biden and Trump came out incredibly aggressive and he wouldn't let Biden get a word in edgewise and eventually Biden just said, oh, shut up.
00:06:51.000 And even though Biden was a terrible candidate and Trump was a better president than Joe Biden would be, the dynamic was such that it did not cut in Trump's favor.
00:07:00.000 If Donald Trump comes in in any way under control, Joe Biden is in serious trouble.
00:07:04.000 And the reason, again, that Biden is doing this is because he's counting on the focus shifting to Trump.
00:07:09.000 He wants to be on a stage with Trump to shift the focus to Trump.
00:07:13.000 Now, the reality is that, again, Biden is basically counting on the fact that he's gotten rich Massages from the media every time he's appeared on a public dais for the last three and a half years.
00:07:25.000 And when he does a State of the Union address, so long as he doesn't actively keel over, the media treat it as a victory for Joe Biden.
00:07:31.000 The standard is really low.
00:07:32.000 All he has to do is surpass that.
00:07:33.000 But if he is asked on a stage about Afghanistan, about Gaza, about Ukraine, about inflation, about transgenderism, if he's asked about any of the hot button issues in this election cycle, he's in serious trouble.
00:07:48.000 I will reiterate, the only reason Joe Biden is doing this is because he knows he is losing right now.
00:07:52.000 It is the first formal offer by the Biden campaign, according to the New York Times, for debates with Trump, who has repeatedly declared he will debate his successor anytime, anywhere, and has demanded as many debates as humanly possible.
00:08:01.000 The letter has been signed by Biden's campaign chair, Jennifer O'Malley Dillon, and addressed to the commission on presidential debates.
00:08:07.000 And they said that Biden will not participate in the three general election debates sponsored by the commission, scheduled September 16th, October 1, October 9.
00:08:15.000 Now again, notice that he's trying to push this up early.
00:08:17.000 Why?
00:08:17.000 Because he's hoping that if the debate is really bad, he'll still have time to recover.
00:08:21.000 So he wants the debates as soon as possible to sort of course-correct his campaign, and he also wants it as soon as possible so people will forget about it by the time it comes to the voting.
00:08:31.000 O'Malley Dillon says Biden will participate in debates hosted by news organizations.
00:08:35.000 The move opens doors for the Biden team and potentially the Trump team to negotiate directly with the networks for possible debates.
00:08:43.000 Again, they say in early September, at the start of the fall campaign season, early enough to influence early voting, but not so late as to require candidates to leave the campaign trail.
00:08:51.000 No.
00:08:51.000 The reason they're doing that is because they are afraid that if every day that goes by Joe Biden gets older, the clock does not reverse itself.
00:08:59.000 So this is a fascinating proposal by Biden.
00:09:02.000 It betrays weakness in Joe Biden.
00:09:03.000 That weakness is very real because let's face it, the biggest reason that Joe Biden is flailing in the polling is because not only is he a bad president, the economy continues to stagnate.
00:09:14.000 The newest consumer price index data came out.
00:09:17.000 Consumer prices rose 3.4%.
00:09:17.000 The media are treating this as some sort of bizarre win for Joe Biden.
00:09:22.000 Remember, CPI year on year is supposed to increase 2%.
00:09:25.000 So we are now running at Well over 50% higher than what the inflation rate should be.
00:09:35.000 The Federal Reserve openly aims for a 2% rate.
00:09:38.000 They're running nearly double that at 3.4%.
00:09:40.000 The media are treating that as some sort of big victory, but we are now three years into an inflationary spiral that sees no signs of going away anytime soon.
00:09:51.000 The New York Times tries to play it off as a big win.
00:09:53.000 They say, I would characterize it as a small step in the right direction, said Stephen Stanley, chief U.S.
00:09:57.000 to policymakers at the Federal Reserve who have been concerned they were losing ground
00:10:00.000 in their fight against inflation.
00:10:01.000 But economists cautioned one month of encouraging data was far from enough to set those worries to rest.
00:10:05.000 "'I would characterize it as a small step in the right direction,' said Stephen Stanley,
00:10:08.000 chief U.S. economist at Santander."
00:10:10.000 Okay, but this, again, is not going to lead to a Federal Reserve interest rate cut,
00:10:19.000 which is what Joe Biden needs in order to jog the economy.
00:10:22.000 Because we are settling into a stagflationary cycle in which economic growth is starting to peter out and inflation remains entrenched in the economy.
00:10:32.000 Remember, we've spent our entire lives at a 2% inflation rate in the United States.
00:10:37.000 It's literally been 40 years since we've seen anything remotely like this.
00:10:41.000 Early indicators that things are going to get worse, not better, before the election.
00:10:44.000 Walmart is now cutting hundreds of corporate jobs, according to the Wall Street Journal, and asking most remote workers to move to offices.
00:10:51.000 In addition, workers in small tech-focused offices in Dallas, Atlanta, and Toronto are being asked to relocate to other central hubs, like the corporate headquarters in Arkansas or Hoboken, New Jersey or Northern California.
00:11:03.000 Walmart remains the country's largest private employer.
00:11:06.000 If they are cutting jobs, that is obviously not a good indicator as to where they think the economy is going.
00:11:12.000 Meanwhile, Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell, he continues to maintain a wait-and-see posture on inflation.
00:11:19.000 He said, during a moderated discussion in Amsterdam on Tuesday, we're just going to have to see where the inflation data fall out.
00:11:25.000 He said, we didn't expect this to be a smooth road, but these were higher than I think anybody expected.
00:11:28.000 That would be the last three inflation reports.
00:11:32.000 He repeated his view that interest rates by many, many measures are high enough to slow demand, meaning we'll need to be patient and let restrictive policy do its work.
00:11:40.000 But remember, we haven't even hit the point where you can discuss a cut in the interest rates.
00:11:44.000 You'd have to be at probably 2% for maybe three running months before the Federal Reserve would consider cutting those interest rates.
00:11:50.000 Because if it gets down to 2% for even one month and you cut the interest rates, presumably that will then boost the number back up well above 2%.
00:11:59.000 So Joe Biden has a serious problem on his hands, economically speaking.
00:12:03.000 He continues to maintain that they just have to quote-unquote maintain the course, but they've been maintaining the course for three and a half years.
00:12:09.000 It ain't working.
00:12:10.000 That's why 40% of Americans now name inflation as their top economic problem.
00:12:14.000 Here is Joe Biden trying to claim that he's going to keep walking his way through this minefield.
00:12:19.000 We've got to be steady, stay the course, and continue to produce these incredible jobs.
00:12:25.000 And by the way, the pay for the jobs are outpacing the inflation rate they're paying.
00:12:31.000 We're going to be able to deal with this.
00:12:33.000 It's going to take a little more time, but we're just focused on it.
00:12:35.000 Now remember, they've been saying give us more time literally since Joe Biden took office.
00:12:39.000 They've been saying the inflation was transitory since Joe Biden took office.
00:12:44.000 It is entrenched in the economy.
00:12:46.000 Prices since Joe Biden took office in many areas of the economy are up well up over 20%.
00:12:51.000 Wage increases are not going to make up for that for quite a while.
00:12:55.000 So that means that Joe Biden has to lie, and he continues to lie.
00:12:57.000 He knows it's a lie, but he's lying.
00:12:59.000 Daniel Dale at CNN, they put his picture on the milk carton because he's completely missing as a fact-checker for the president.
00:13:05.000 He only shows up to fact-check Trump every so often.
00:13:07.000 Joe Biden lies through his teeth on a routine basis, and Daniel Dale has been missing in action.
00:13:12.000 They chained him up in a basement somewhere.
00:13:13.000 We'll get to more on this in just a moment.
00:13:15.000 First, despite everything the Fed has been trying to do, inflation, you can still feel it.
00:13:19.000 Filling up your car, grocery shopping, home repairs, all that's more expensive.
00:13:23.000 Most of you are paying these bills with a credit card.
00:13:25.000 Credit card debt is at an all-time high.
00:13:26.000 If you're a homeowner, there is a way out.

00:14:10.000 Trust me, this is something you'll want to take care of sooner rather than later.
00:14:13.000 Pick up that phone.
00:14:14.000 Call right now.
00:14:15.000 NMLS 182334 NMLSConsumerAccess.org.
00:14:18.000 Anyway, here is Joe Biden claiming that when he came into office, inflation was 9%.
00:14:21.000 That is a lie.
00:14:22.000 It was not.
00:14:24.000 I think inflation has gone slightly up.
00:14:26.000 It was at 9% when I came in, and it's now down about 3%.
00:14:31.000 Again, the entire federal government is now saying, we need to remain patient.
00:14:35.000 Or alternatively, you could pursue a policy that doesn't suck, namely pouring money into the economy via giant boondoggle programs like the so-called Inflation Reduction Act, like getting rid of all the regulations that would allow for productivity to actually increase in the United States, thus driving up wages and driving down prices.
00:14:52.000 But Joe Biden isn't doing any of that.
00:14:54.000 Again, this sort of be patient routine from Jerome Powell.
00:14:56.000 It's getting old.
00:14:57.000 We're three and a half years in.
00:14:58.000 Here's Jerome Powell.
00:15:01.000 The first quarter in the United States was notable for its lack of further progress on inflation.
00:15:05.000 We had higher readings in the first quarter and higher than we expected.
00:15:11.000 We did not expect this to be a smooth road, but these were higher than I think anybody expected.
00:15:15.000 And so what that has told us is that we'll need to be patient and let restrictive policy do its work.
00:15:23.000 That is not a great indicator that the Federal Reserve is going to intervene for Joe Biden anytime in the near future.
00:15:29.000 So meanwhile, Joe Biden is now trying to adopt Donald Trump's trade policies in order to fight Donald Trump.
00:15:36.000 So yesterday, Joe Biden announced new tariffs on China.
00:15:40.000 Now, I will remind you that Joe Biden once suggested in 2019 that this was a terrible idea.
00:15:46.000 Donald Trump put tariffs on Chinese products, not just because he sought to protect American domestic manufacturing.
00:15:51.000 That was sort of a side effect.
00:15:52.000 It was mostly because China actively manipulates its own market, and in doing so, props up a regime that is opposed to that of the United States.
00:16:01.000 The Chinese are, in fact, a geopolitical opponent of the United States.
00:16:04.000 But Joe Biden at the time was very angry at Donald Trump for putting tariffs on Chinese products.
00:16:07.000 In 2019, he tweeted this, quote, Trump doesn't get the basics.
00:16:10.000 He thinks his tariffs are being paid by China.
00:16:12.000 Any freshman econ student could tell you that the American people are paying his tariffs.
00:16:16.000 The cashiers at Target see what's going on.
00:16:17.000 They know more about economics than Trump.
00:16:19.000 Hashtag Team Joe.
00:16:20.000 Well, yesterday, Joe Biden came out and announced a series of new tariffs
00:16:25.000 on goods made in China.
00:16:26.000 25% off.
00:16:27.000 25% on steel and aluminum.
00:16:29.000 Ready for your prices to go up on pretty much everything?
00:16:31.000 Get ready.
00:16:32.000 25% on steel and aluminum.
00:16:34.000 50% on semiconductors.
00:16:35.000 100% on electric vehicles.
00:16:38.000 50% on solar panels.
00:16:39.000 China is determined to dominate these industries.
00:16:41.000 I'm determined to ensure America leads the world in them.
00:16:44.000 Well, as it turns out, tariffs on those products does not mean that America will dominate those industries.
00:16:50.000 It means that we will produce bloated versions of those particular products on an economic level.
00:16:55.000 Now again, there may be excellent reasons to tariff China for national security reasons, but the idea that it is economically helpful to the United States to engage in tariffing of these products is absurd.
00:17:06.000 It's not true.
00:17:07.000 Tariffs harm the party that ends up footing the bill, which is the American consumer.
00:17:12.000 Effectively, tariffs are a subsidy from the American consumer to particular types of American producer.
00:17:18.000 Now, there are reasons sometimes to implement tariffs.
00:17:21.000 Again, those reasons have to do with national security or key industries that are necessary for national security.
00:17:27.000 That's not what Joe Biden is doing here.
00:17:28.000 Understand that's not what Joe Biden is doing here.
00:17:30.000 Joe Biden is attempting to backfill the fact that he has regulated American business out of competitiveness.
00:17:36.000 That's what's actually happening here.
00:17:39.000 So you'll notice that the products that Joe Biden mentions right there with regard to the tariffs, they're largely having to do with the production of, for example, electric vehicles, right?
00:17:50.000 And solar panels and green tech.
00:17:53.000 Why is he having to tariff the goods made in China in this industry?
00:17:56.000 Because he is regulating that Americans use those products.
00:18:01.000 So the reality is that Americans are not in love with electric vehicles.
00:18:04.000 One of the reasons that Joe Biden is having a really tough time in the Rust Belt states is because those states are big producers.
00:18:10.000 Pennsylvania is a big producer of shale oil, for example, and Joe Biden is fighting against shale oil.
00:18:16.000 Michigan is a producer of cars, and Joe Biden is killing the car industry by mandating EVs.
00:18:22.000 He's driving up prices on American consumers.
00:18:24.000 And then China's coming in and undercutting those prices, robbing Michigan of those jobs.
00:18:29.000 That is because of Joe Biden's regulatory structure.
00:18:31.000 If Joe Biden didn't have that regulatory structure, Michigan would compete with China by putting out gas-powered vehicles that are cheaper and that people seem to want more.
00:18:41.000 And yet Joe Biden is still attempting to maintain that this is some sort of win for the American consumer.
00:18:45.000 Again, this is a problem created by Joe Biden.
00:18:49.000 Unlike Trump's tariffs, which were national security designed, what Joe Biden is doing here is economically driving up the costs on American business by creating environmental regulations and EV demand.
00:19:02.000 From the government.
00:19:04.000 And then, in order to fight the fact that those prices get undercut by China, which is subsidizing the industry, he tariffs that.
00:19:09.000 So now we all pay more for our electric vehicles.
00:19:11.000 And he's gonna do that to drive down prices in the middle of an inflationary spiral?
00:19:15.000 That makes no sense.
00:19:16.000 Tariffs increase prices.
00:19:18.000 That's what they do.
00:19:19.000 They're designed to do that.
00:19:21.000 So you're in the middle of an inflationary spiral in which prices are too high and people are paying more for pretty much everything, and Joe Biden is driving up regulations, and then to compensate for his over-regulation, he is then tariffing imports.
00:19:32.000 Genius-level stuff.
00:19:33.000 Remember, it is Joe Biden's EPA that decided that they were going to push forward an electric vehicle mandate.
00:19:43.000 According to the Wall Street Journal, this is back in March, the EPA's new tailpipe emissions rule is a plan to eliminate gas-powered cars.
00:19:51.000 EVs made up less than 8% of new auto sales last year, more than half were Tesla.
00:19:56.000 They accounted for less than 4% of general motors and Ford sales.
00:19:59.000 Foreign luxury automakers like BMW, Mercedes, Porsche will have an easier time meeting the Biden mandates because their affluent customers can more easily afford EVs.
00:20:07.000 The average price of a new EV is roughly $50,000.
00:20:09.000 Only two cost less than $40,000 as of December.
00:20:12.000 The Chevy Bolt and the Nissan Leaf.
00:20:14.000 The companies are heavily subsidizing EVs with profits from gas-powered cars, which means the middle-class Americans are paying more for their gas-powered vehicles to subsidize the price on EVs.
00:20:25.000 So Joe Biden is crushing the car industry.
00:20:29.000 According to the Wall Street Journal, not long ago, it was cheaper to fuel up an EV than a gas-powered car.
00:20:33.000 No longer, thanks to the government's force-fed renewable transition, which is raising electricity prices.
00:20:38.000 Fueling up a Ford F-Series truck now costs about $17 per 100 miles on average, compared with $17.75 for an F-150 Lightning with mostly home charging, and $26.39 with mostly commercial chargers.
00:20:51.000 Again, this is what democratic, left-wing economic policy looks like.
00:20:57.000 What it looks like is creating massive barriers to productivity and innovation, and then compensating with yet more regulation that increases the prices in the middle of an inflationary spiral.
00:21:09.000 Absolutely ridiculous policy here from Joe Biden.
00:21:11.000 We'll get to more on that in a moment.
00:21:13.000 First, it's been just over a week since Responsible Man's launch.

00:22:16.000 Here is U.S.
00:22:16.000 Trade Representative Katherine Tai say, oh yeah, by the way, yeah, sure, Joe Biden reversed himself on tariffs, but you know, he had to.
00:22:23.000 I know that these new tariffs are seen as more targeted and strategic, but the administration has chosen to keep in place those Trump-era tariffs on some $300 billion worth of goods, which Biden himself had said in 2019 that Americans are paying for.
00:22:36.000 So why make that decision to keep it in place, and aren't you concerned that it's going to keep prices Elevated.
00:22:42.000 So, first of all, let me say a couple things.
00:22:44.000 In terms of the price that Americans paid for in the previous era, some of that, maybe a lot of it, was about the chaos and unpredictability that it created.
00:22:56.000 And not only have we not seen the problematic practices subside, in some areas we have seen them get worse.
00:23:05.000 And in that light, there is actually no reason for us, no justification to relieving the tariff burdens on the trade with Beijing.
00:23:15.000 So that is an admission that Donald Trump was right when he did it, according to the Biden administration, but he's still wrong somehow.
00:23:22.000 Joe Biden tried to play this off as a win yesterday.
00:23:24.000 He said Trump failed to boost exports.
00:23:26.000 Can we be clear about something?
00:23:28.000 You're not boosting exports when you ban imports.
00:23:31.000 That's not how that works.
00:23:33.000 When you tariff imports, all you are doing is maintaining the too high cost structure of domestic production.
00:23:41.000 Tariffs are a protectionary measure on behalf of certain industries at the expense of the American consumer.
00:23:46.000 That is what they are.
00:23:47.000 And yet here he is saying that it's supposed to boost our export market.
00:23:50.000 How?
00:23:51.000 Please explain how tariffs are going to boost the American export market.
00:23:55.000 Folks, these key sectors, my administration is combining investments in America with tariffs that are strategic and targeted.
00:24:03.000 It's a smart approach.
00:24:04.000 Compare that to what the prior administration did.
00:24:08.000 My predecessor promised increased American exports and boost manufacturing.
00:24:12.000 But he didn't either.
00:24:13.000 He failed.
00:24:14.000 Okay, so he failed, supposedly, which is why his economy was leaps and bounds better than Joe Biden's.
00:24:20.000 We didn't have 40-year highs in inflation.
00:24:22.000 We didn't have stagnation in terms of the employment market.
00:24:27.000 Joe Biden is a terrible president on the economy, and it is why he is sinking in the polls.
00:24:31.000 Between that and the fact that he's an absolute coward on foreign policy, there are a lot of reasons why Joe Biden is deeply unpopular and now forced to debate Donald Trump in a way that, frankly, I didn't think he was going to.
00:24:41.000 So yesterday, the Biden administration, again, they're trying to be all things to all people, and it's a total fail.
00:24:46.000 So yesterday, the Biden administration put out a leak suggesting they don't think that Israel can fully win in the Gaza Strip.
00:24:52.000 According to Politico, a top U.S.
00:24:54.000 official's recent statement that Israel is, quote, unlikely to achieve total victory in Gaza was not a mistake or an off-the-cuff remark.
00:25:00.000 It's how the Biden administration now assesses the situation on the ground.
00:25:04.000 Now, I don't even know what that's supposed to mean.
00:25:07.000 Israel certainly can establish military control over the Gaza Strip.
00:25:10.000 It will be a counterinsurgency and military control over the Gaza Strip for the foreseeable future.
00:25:14.000 How do I know that Israel can do that?
00:25:15.000 Because that's literally what they've been doing in Jenin and Nablus and Hebron and so many other cities in the West Bank for literally three generations.
00:25:26.000 Because as it turns out, you sometimes have to go in and kill terrorists in areas that foster terrorism.
00:25:31.000 And handing those areas off to other forms of regime has not exactly been a boon to Israel.
00:25:37.000 So yes, Israel can achieve victory.
00:25:41.000 The Biden administration is actively attempting to undermine that victory by redefining victory to, Israel's going to exterminate the ideology of Hamas.
00:25:47.000 There's literally no way to do that because the civilian population in Gaza agrees with Hamas.
00:25:53.000 The Biden administration, whenever they say this sort of stuff, they're admitting the quiet part out loud, which is that the real problem in the Middle East is that you have a radicalized population that hates Jews.
00:26:02.000 That is the real problem in Gaza.
00:26:04.000 This is not a situation like Iran, actually, where you have a fairly moderate population presided over by a tyrannical terrorist group.
00:26:12.000 This is a situation where the terrorist group is largely supported by the civilian population.
00:26:17.000 But Politico reports that the Biden administration is attempting to undermine even the concept of victorious war here.
00:26:22.000 Every time a senior aide to President Joe Biden talked about how Israeli weapons can't destroy Hamas' ideology or describe the need for a day-after plan, they were obliquely making a point that Israel's goal of an absolute victory is out of reach, the officials said.
00:26:35.000 So they keep pushing Israel for some sort of governance plan afterward.
00:26:38.000 The problem, of course, is that the one possible durable governance plan for the Gaza Strip is the one the United States is pushing against.
00:26:48.000 It also happens to be the one governance plan that was never tried.
00:26:52.000 meaning Israel handed over the Gaza Strip to the Palestinians in 2005.
00:26:55.000 They promptly elected Hamas.
00:26:57.000 Hamas promptly killed the members of the Palestinian Authority
00:26:59.000 and established tyrannical rule.
00:27:01.000 The population supports them, hides them, joins with them.
00:27:06.000 How enmeshed is Hamas in the infrastructure of the Gaza Strip?
00:27:09.000 They're so enmeshed that yesterday, Israel released footage of Hamas openly working with the United Nations.
00:27:15.000 You can see these are UN marked vehicles.
00:27:17.000 Directly next to the UN marked vehicles are Hamas terrorists.
00:27:21.000 These are Hamas terrorists carrying weapons, interacting with people from the UN vehicles.
00:27:27.000 Pretending that the UN and Hamas are two separate entities in the Gaza Strip is a lie.
00:27:31.000 It is not true.
00:27:32.000 The UN and Hamas are one and the same.
00:27:34.000 The UNRWA is another name for Hamas.
00:27:37.000 They all work together.
00:27:39.000 Pretending otherwise is ridiculous.
00:27:41.000 And so when the Biden administration says they want a transition plan, what they actually really want is Hamas or its allies back in control, which Israel can never allow.
00:27:49.000 That is the real impasse here.
00:27:51.000 The Biden administration wants to please its left-wing base by suggesting that Israel cannot quote-unquote occupy the Gaza Strip.
00:27:57.000 Maintaining a military presence so as to protect your own citizenry is not, in fact, a quote-unquote occupation.
00:28:03.000 There is no right to establish a terror state.
00:28:05.000 There is no right to establish a regime that is pro-extermination of Jews.
00:28:09.000 That is not- There is no- Please name me the moral or international right to do this thing.
00:28:15.000 It doesn't exist.
00:28:17.000 And yet the Biden administration keeps suggesting that somehow it's Israel's job to prop up people that want to destroy it, which is totally insane.
00:28:24.000 In fact, the Times of Israel reported yesterday That the US appears to be laying the groundwork for declaring that Israel has already weakened Hamas sufficiently to justify an end to the war.
00:28:34.000 What exactly does that mean?
00:28:38.000 Apparently, the United States has signaled its tepid support for China's recent efforts to strike a long, elusive deal between Hamas and Fatah, which is the military arm of the Palestinian Authority.
00:28:48.000 That would likely mean a degree of Hamas approval of the individuals tapped to lead the transitional Palestinian government in Gaza, but the American source said no Hamas members would be allowed in the government.
00:28:57.000 That's insane!
00:28:58.000 That is, Hamas launches a war against Israel, gets their asses kicked, and then the United States is like, wait, how about if Hamas picked the government of the PA, and then the PA ruled Gaza?
00:29:08.000 So that's the United States actively standing for a terrorist coalition to run Gaza, While funding both sides of the war, which is nuts!
00:29:17.000 It's nutso!
00:29:17.000 We'll get to more on this in a moment.
00:29:19.000 First, Grand Canyon University.
00:29:20.000 It's a private Christian university in beautiful Phoenix, Arizona.
00:29:23.000 GCU believes our creator has endowed us with certain unalienable rights.

00:29:42.000 GCU has over 330 academic programs as of September 2023.
00:29:46.000 Find your purpose today at GCU Grand Canyon University, private christian
00:29:50.000 affordable, that's gcu.edu.
00:29:52.000 you.
00:29:53.000 When the Palestinians get to a point where they are in a position to hold elections,
00:29:56.000 source said, the goal is for Hamas alternatives to demonstrate results in governing that can be weighed against the destruction the terror group unleashed on the enclave.
00:30:04.000 That's totally crazy.
00:30:05.000 So they're saying, OK, then we'll get to an election.
00:30:07.000 What if Hamas gets elected?
00:30:08.000 Don't worry, Hamas won't be elected.
00:30:10.000 Because Hamas has shown they can't govern.
00:30:11.000 And the people of Gaza desperately want excellent governance from the Palestinian Authority.
00:30:16.000 So that's plan number one presented by the United States.
00:30:18.000 Is that Hamas joins with the Palestinian Authority.
00:30:21.000 They don't call themselves Hamas anymore.
00:30:23.000 They name themselves the Happy Dappy Do Terrorists.
00:30:26.000 And then the Happy Dappy Do Terrorists, together with the PA, they run the Gaza Strip.
00:30:30.000 And then, eventually when there's an election, which there never will be, eventually when there's an election, The PA will have done such an extraordinary job of running Gaza that they will be overwhelmingly elected over the more radical Hamas, which has widespread support in the Gaza Strip.
00:30:42.000 And by the way, in Judea and Samaria, the West Bank, if elections were held today in the West Bank, Hamas would win.
00:30:48.000 They would defeat the Palestinian Authority.
00:30:51.000 And the undying problem in the Middle East is a radicalized population.
00:30:55.000 The terrorists are representative of the population in terms of democratic representation, in terms of just popular support.
00:31:03.000 That is a reality.
00:31:04.000 And the United States refusing to acknowledge that because the United States under Joe Biden has this perverse view that somehow people who love terrorism and hate Jews are driven to that by the Jews.
00:31:17.000 That perverse perspective is going to lead to more dead Palestinians and more dead Israelis.
00:31:22.000 So they have an alternative proposal.
00:31:23.000 According to the Financial Times, the Biden administration is seeking to build support among Arab states for a peacekeeping force that would deploy to Gaza to fill the power vacuum once the Israel-Hamas war ends.
00:31:33.000 Egypt, the UAE, and Morocco are considering the initiative.
00:31:37.000 Other states, including Saudi, have rejected putting boots on the ground, fearing being seen as complicit with Israel.
00:31:44.000 The White House is not going to deploy U.S.
00:31:46.000 troops, thank God.
00:31:48.000 It is unclear whether Israel will be willing to agree to the initiative.
00:31:51.000 The answer is, of course not!
00:31:52.000 Because the minute that an international force is put on the ground without Israeli oversight, it will turn into the UNRWA.
00:31:59.000 How do we know?
00:32:00.000 Because there's an international force on the ground right now.
00:32:02.000 It's called the UNRWA.
00:32:03.000 And it's run by Hamas.
00:32:06.000 This is totally insane.
00:32:07.000 By the way, there is a reason that Egypt is super, super angry with Israel going into Rafah.
00:32:13.000 The reason they're angry with Israel going into Rafah is for two reasons.
00:32:16.000 One, Palestinians want to leave Gaza and go into Egypt.
00:32:19.000 Egypt wants nothing to do with them.
00:32:21.000 So the idea that Egypt wants to participate in governance of the Gaza Strip is a total fanfic nonsense garbage idea.
00:32:27.000 Egypt wants nothing to do with it.
00:32:29.000 The other reason is because there are a bunch of tunnels, everyone knows this, that go from Rafah into Egypt and they're afraid the Israelis are going to uncover that and it's going to create serious international pressure on the Egyptians not to pay off Palestinian terrorists in the Gaza Strip.
00:32:43.000 That is why Egypt is so all fired angry.
00:32:46.000 The current standoff began when Israel gave Egypt just hours notice before launching the military operation last week in which the Israeli military seized control of the Gazan side of the Rafah border crossing with Egypt, according to Egyptian officials.
00:32:58.000 Israel had previously briefed Egypt about its plans for Rafah, according to the Wall Street Journal.
00:33:04.000 The Israeli Foreign Ministry has not responded to a request for comment.
00:33:10.000 Egypt is trying to mediate these talks because, again, they want to play sort of happy middleman here.
00:33:16.000 But the reality, of course, is that Egypt is objecting to this for a lot of very bad reasons.
00:33:22.000 Meanwhile, again, Joe Biden cannot make up his mind.
00:33:24.000 He is trying to give signals to every side of the political aisle.
00:33:28.000 Again, Joe Biden's guiding principle is be at the center of the Democratic Party.
00:33:31.000 The problem is the Democratic Party is split between people who hate Israel and people who kind of like Israel, between the radicals and the moderates.
00:33:37.000 And so at the same time, he's attempting to deny Israel weaponry in his fight in Rafah The administration notified Congress of a large arms package after withholding shipment of bombs last week.
00:33:47.000 They notified Congress on Tuesday they were moving forward with more than a billion dollars in new weapons deals for Israel, according to U.S.
00:33:54.000 and congressional officials.
00:33:56.000 Now, with that said, not totally clear that Biden is reversing course here.
00:34:01.000 Because just because he's telling Congress that he's moving forward with a thing doesn't mean that he's actually done the thing.
00:34:06.000 He said the same thing about the last arms shipment and then held up the arms shipment.
00:34:12.000 But this is obviously them on a PR level attempting to split the baby.
00:34:15.000 Because they legitimately have no foreign policy in this region other than futzing around.
00:34:21.000 It's totally crazy.
00:34:22.000 Now in just one second, we'll get to the latest on the army of losers at our college campuses.
00:34:26.000 First, we cut through the noise from the left with facts, logic, and today.
00:34:33.000 Razors, yes!
00:34:34.000 There are two of them, see?
00:34:35.000 Behold.
00:34:36.000 Now, let's get real.
00:34:37.000 We've all seen that these Jeremy's razors are awesome.
00:34:40.000 We've also seen Father's Day gifts that are plain lazy.
00:34:42.000 Another time, more socks?
00:34:43.000 That's not good.
00:34:44.000 Let's talk about something your dad will actually appreciate.
00:34:46.000 Forget those woke brands pushing ideologies.
00:34:48.000 Jeremy's razors is here to shave faces, yes, and leave politics out of your bathroom.
00:34:52.000 Jeremy's just launched their second generation razors.
00:34:54.000 These are actually really good.
00:34:55.000 We have the Precision 5 for the dad who approaches shaving with the precision of a neurosurgeon.
00:34:59.000 For the dads who think a three-minute microwave meal is an eternity, we've got that Sprint 3.
00:35:03.000 Quick, efficient, it's not going to lecture you on gender theory.
00:35:05.000 And of course, we have a deal perfect for dad.
00:35:07.000 Use code DAD15 for 15% off Jeremy's Gen 2 Razor.
00:35:11.000 Head on over to jeremysrazors.com, enter code DAD15, get your dad a gift.
00:35:15.000 He actually wants.
00:35:17.000 And meanwhile...
00:35:18.000 Over on our college campuses, the administrators are doing what they do best.
00:35:21.000 They are cowering in fear at a bunch of left-wing radicals who they should simply expel from the university for violating university rules.
00:35:27.000 My alma mater, Harvard, the latest university to cave to a bunch of student radical idiots.
00:35:32.000 According to the Wall Street Journal, Harvard University reached an agreement with pro-Palestinian protesters to clear out their encampment on Tuesday, one week before commencement.
00:35:39.000 Now, you know what that agreement should have looked like?
00:35:41.000 It should have looked like either agree to leave or the cops are coming in to remove you.
00:35:47.000 Here in Florida, that's how it works, by the way.
00:35:48.000 There are a bunch of people from Queers for Palestine who tried to hold up one of the highways near Disneyland the other day.
00:35:53.000 It took the cops 11 minutes to clear them.
00:35:55.000 You know what they didn't do?
00:35:56.000 Have a sit-down session where all of their concerns were heard.
00:35:59.000 In a letter to the Harvard community, President Alan Garber said the university would begin reinstatement proceedings for students placed on involuntary leaves of absence.
00:36:07.000 So they're going to give a pardon to all the people violating the rules and evaluate disciplinary cases of those who participated in the encampment.
00:36:13.000 University officials would also meet with students to address questions about the endowment of the school.
00:36:17.000 Why a bunch of people who are paying for a service and then violate the terms of service should be allowed to have discussions about the deployment of the endowment.
00:36:27.000 The multi-billion dollar endowment of Harvard University is ridiculous.
00:36:31.000 Alan Garber is a disgrace.
00:36:34.000 So are all these administrators.
00:36:35.000 They're just pathetic.
00:36:35.000 They're honestly super pathetic.
00:36:38.000 The peaceful end to Harvard's three-week encampment differs from the scenes of many other schools where thousands of arrests have taken place since last month.
00:36:44.000 A Cambridge, Massachusetts school suspended more than 20 students and referred more than 60 for further disciplinary charges.
00:36:49.000 But now, apparently, the students were placed on involuntary leave, not suspensions.
00:36:54.000 It won't go on their permanent record, even.
00:36:57.000 Garber said, quote, we are under no illusions.
00:36:59.000 We do not believe these meetings are divestment wins.
00:37:01.000 These side deals, this is the student protester group, these side deals are intended to pacify us away from full disclosure and divestment.
00:37:07.000 Rest assured, they will not.
00:37:10.000 This is very similar to what happened at Cornell University where the president, Martha Pollack, announced she would retire and then said the school would pause issuing suspensions and would promptly and carefully review existing cases.
00:37:23.000 At Princeton University, they decided to cave as well.
00:37:27.000 At Princeton University, they decided that they would create a committee to consider issues related to the school endowment to discuss an initial assessment on student requests for divestment.
00:37:36.000 University of Chicago vowed to hire Palestinian professors and give full scholarship to Palestinians.
00:37:43.000 Now, where is the demand for this?
00:37:46.000 Where is the pressure?
00:37:47.000 There is no pressure.
00:37:48.000 It's all internal.
00:37:49.000 It's all in the heads of the progressive leftists who run the universities and the agitators with whom they wore cannon glove.
00:37:55.000 There is no external donor pressure for them to cave to the protesters.
00:37:59.000 None.
00:37:59.000 Who are the people who are the donors who are like, yeah, you should cave to the protesters.
00:38:02.000 Deeply important that that master's in gender studies is ripping up her diploma.
00:38:06.000 You got to appease her.
00:38:08.000 No one believes that, and yet these universities are doing it, which is just another reason that federal funding should be cut immediately to these little left-wing activist factories.
00:38:19.000 If you want to give money to their research facilities, earmarked, non-fungible, do it.
00:38:24.000 But certainly defund all of these universities that have decided to turn themselves into activist factories rather than institutes of education.
00:38:33.000 Meanwhile, in other failings of the Biden administration, tape has now emerged of Tony Blinken jamming in Kiev.
00:38:40.000 Now, I'll just point out here that you would never see Tony Blinken jamming in Tel Aviv.
00:38:45.000 There are two ongoing major wars in the world right now, Israel versus Hamas and Ukraine versus Russia.
00:38:50.000 The Biden administration's position on Ukraine has been aid, aid, aid, no conditions on the aid, no attempt to get to an off-ramp, no discussions of an off-ramp, no pressure on the Ukrainians to reach an off-ramp, nothing.
00:39:03.000 Now I'm a supporter of aid to Ukraine sufficient to pressure Ukraine to pressure Russia into coming to the table.
00:39:09.000 If you have a military collapse on the front, Russia ain't gonna negotiate.
00:39:11.000 But the idea that Tony Blinken has provided effectively a blank check to Ukraine in its negotiating status, while simultaneously demanding that Israel, which has complete military superiority over the Gaza Strip, ought to somehow cut a deal with Hamas while hostages are being held, is totally nuts.
00:39:29.000 Where is the demand for an endgame from Zelensky?
00:39:33.000 Is there any demand for an endgame?
00:39:35.000 What is the strategic endgame?
00:39:37.000 The White House has said there is none.
00:39:38.000 But Tony Blinken's over there playing rock songs at bars in Kiev.
00:39:42.000 Here's our Secretary of State.
00:39:44.000 The adults are back in charge.
00:39:52.000 Good night.
00:40:03.000 So first of all, let me just point out that Neil Young sucks.
00:40:05.000 I'm just gonna start with that.
00:40:07.000 His stuff is trash.
00:40:09.000 But, beyond that, it may be worth pointing out that this song was actually about how the George H. W. Bush administration was bad.
00:40:23.000 And, you know, there's that.
00:40:26.000 So, again, this is our very adult administration.
00:40:31.000 It really is pathetic.
00:40:33.000 And meanwhile, again, the media are trying to put all their focus on Stormy Daniels and Michael Cohen.
00:40:37.000 So Michael Cohen was in court yesterday, and it is amazing how they simply cannot help themselves.
00:40:42.000 They have to make everyone a hero of the resistance, including corrupt lawyer, convicted perjurer, Michael Cohen.
00:40:48.000 So the defense brought out a video of Michael Cohen saying that Trump belongs in a cage to point out that he has some nefarious motivations in his testimony, which of course is true.
00:40:56.000 Here is that tape of Michael Cohen, Trump's former lawyer, So here with the gag water.
00:41:02.000 Yes.
00:41:03.000 The other day, Donald, once again, he comes out, you know, he comes out of the courtroom and goes right into that little cage, which is where he belongs in a cage like an animal.
00:41:18.000 He belongs in a cage like that's the that's the key witness for the prosecution in this particular case.
00:41:24.000 Also, he is pitching a new reality TV show right now.
00:41:27.000 So your chief witnesses, if you are the prosecutors in the Donald Trump case, are a star who had sex on camera for money, who then attempted to spin her tale of tawdry Awkward sex with Donald Trump into a story of assault.
00:41:42.000 You tried to do that on the stand and it failed.
00:41:44.000 That's one of your big witnesses.
00:41:46.000 The other big witness is Michael Cohen, convicted perjurer, who is currently pushing a new show called The Fixer, a reality TV show he is shopping to studios and streamers.
00:41:56.000 In which he says, quote, for years, I was the personal lawyer for a notoriously bad man.
00:42:00.000 I fixed his problems, both professionally and personal, gaining power, wealth, and notoriety for myself in the process.
00:42:05.000 And I paid the price for it.
00:42:06.000 Since then, I've been on a journey of redemption, working to set things right with my family, my friends, my country, speaking truth to power and calling it like I see it.
00:42:13.000 Now I'm paying it forward, wielding the tools I've learned for regular people in trouble.
00:42:19.000 It's supposed to be a riff on The Apprentice.
00:42:22.000 These are the witnesses against Donald Trump in this particularly stupid case.
00:42:26.000 So Donald Trump yesterday, he did a big appearance outside the courtroom in which he essentially activated many of his political allies to say all the things that he's banned from saying by gag order.
00:42:37.000 So here was Donald Trump saying that Judge Mershon should give a directed verdict in this case because the charges are insufficient to sustain a conviction.
00:42:45.000 Here's Trump.
00:42:47.000 This is the whole case.
00:42:49.000 Are you allowed to call a legal expense a legal expense?
00:42:51.000 I don't know what else you'd call it, actually.
00:42:54.000 But he brings it up here, the legal expense.
00:42:56.000 It was, you know, what's the problem?
00:42:59.000 I never thought that, as an attorney, I could see a system like New York's, one of the most sophisticated legal bars in the world, really debase itself so badly.
00:43:09.000 This judge should not be allowed on the case.
00:43:11.000 He should not allow this case to go forward.
00:43:14.000 Mershad should rule in favor of a directive verdict immediately.
00:43:19.000 There is an insufficient amount of evidence.
00:43:22.000 No crime has been shown.
00:43:24.000 No crime has been committed.
00:43:25.000 Okay, then he says he's going to go sit in the icebox, meaning I'm not, I'm going to go back in court.
00:43:30.000 I can't say any of the stuff I want to say.
00:43:31.000 And then a bunch of his allies say the stuff he wants to say.
00:43:34.000 So here was Trump yesterday at the courthouse.
00:43:36.000 The gag order has to come off.
00:43:38.000 So when you ask me a question about the people that we're talking about, I'm not allowed to answer.
00:43:45.000 There's never been anything like this in the history of our country.
00:43:48.000 It's a scam.
00:43:50.000 It's election interference at a level that's never taken place before.
00:43:54.000 And now, if you don't mind, I'm going to go into the Well, all of that preceded what actively is season 20 of The Apprentice.
00:44:06.000 We'll get to more on this in a moment.
00:44:07.000 First, we over here know what it's like to start and run a business.
00:44:10.000 Let me tell you, you got to save time, which is why I'm excited to introduce you to RAMP.

00:45:03.000 Terms and conditions to apply ramp.com slash Shapiro to get started.
00:45:08.000 So the Veep stakes are obviously ongoing.
00:45:11.000 And people gave their opening statements yesterday as to why they should be Donald Trump's vice president.
00:45:16.000 So basically his court case, it's honestly smart politics by Trump.
00:45:20.000 He's getting a bunch of people to say the stuff that he can't say under gag order from Judge Merchant yesterday.
00:45:24.000 Byron Donalds, congressman from Florida, ally of the president, he was out there in front of that courthouse doing his rip on the trial yesterday.
00:45:33.000 Ladies and gentlemen of America, this trial is a joke.
00:45:37.000 This thing is a farce.
00:45:39.000 We were in there all morning.
00:45:41.000 Michael Cohen basically sat there and said, yeah, he invoiced legal expenses.
00:45:46.000 The Trump campaign, the Trump organization, not the campaign, paid out money in legal expenses.
00:45:51.000 Where's the crime?
00:45:53.000 There is no crime.
00:45:54.000 The only crime that's happening here is this Democrat judge and the Democrat party prosecuting their political rival right in the middle of a presidential election.
00:46:04.000 I ain't wrong.
00:46:05.000 Other guests included J.D.
00:46:07.000 Vance, who showed up.
00:46:07.000 Tommy Tuberville from Alabama, who showed up.
00:46:09.000 Rick Scott from Florida, who showed up.
00:46:11.000 So it's a tourist destination now.
00:46:12.000 Vivek Ramaswamy, he did what he does best here.
00:46:16.000 This is like classic grade A Vivek.
00:46:19.000 I will say that Vivek untethered is good watching.
00:46:23.000 Here is Vivek going after the trial.
00:46:26.000 This is a sham.
00:46:27.000 This is not the United States of America.
00:46:29.000 This is some third-rate banana republic.
00:46:31.000 If this were happening in another country, we would be laughing at them as a sham democracy.
00:46:37.000 I am ashamed as an American citizen to sit here in a courtroom watching the former leader of the free world, and let's be honest, likely next leader of the free world, sitting with the indignity in this dingy third-rate courtroom with fourth-rate prosecutors and a fifth-rate lawyer on the stand as a witness.
00:46:54.000 Who actually is violating attorney-client privilege left and right.
00:46:56.000 Nobody's even talking about that.
00:46:58.000 Okay, Vivek is not wrong about that.
00:47:00.000 Again, these are the ongoing veepstakes, so we'll see.
00:47:02.000 We'll have to grade performances here.
00:47:03.000 Speaker of the House Mike Johnson also went to New York in order to talk about the trial, and people were very upset about this.
00:47:10.000 Like, how could he inject himself into something as crucial as a trial?
00:47:15.000 I don't know.
00:47:15.000 How did Joe Biden inject himself directly into the Derek Chauvin trial?
00:47:19.000 How is it that Joe Biden injected himself directly into the Hunter Biden trial?
00:47:22.000 How's it that Nancy Pelosi's injected herself into half a dozen high-profile criminal cases?
00:47:26.000 Here's Speaker Johnson going off on the trial as well.
00:47:30.000 I'm here speaking with you outside because the court won't allow us to speak inside the building.
00:47:36.000 That's just one of the many things that are wrong here.
00:47:38.000 This is the fifth week that President Trump has been in court for this sham of a trial.
00:47:44.000 They are doing this intentionally to keep him here And keep him off of the campaign trail.
00:47:49.000 And I think everybody in the country can see that for what it is.
00:47:53.000 Well, that obviously is true as well.
00:47:56.000 If Joe Biden's relict hopes rest on a conviction in New York courtroom on a trumped up charge, good luck to him.
00:48:02.000 Meanwhile, elsewhere in New York, there's a big primary battle last night inside the Democratic Party targeting Jamal Bowman, a man so stupid that he believes that a fire alarm somehow releases doors or something.
00:48:15.000 Jamal Bowman is actively anti-Semitic as well.
00:48:18.000 I mean, he has supported literally every anti-Semitic proposition brought forward in Congress.
00:48:22.000 Big supporter of Rashida Tlaib and Ilhan Omar, the Hamas caucus in the Congress.
00:48:26.000 Last night, he debated with centrist Democrat George Latimer in the 16th congressional district.
00:48:33.000 It is very likely Jamal Bowman is in serious danger in this district.
00:48:36.000 Here was Jamal Bowman maintaining that from the river to the sea, a chance calling for the extermination of the state of Israel somehow is not racist or anti-Semitic.
00:48:46.000 Do you consider the phrase, from the river to the sea, hate speech and or advocating for the eradication of the state of Israel?
00:48:54.000 Congressman Bowman, let's get your take.
00:48:56.000 I know some do, others don't.
00:48:59.000 I do not.
00:49:00.000 Oh, well, okay.
00:49:01.000 That's going to go over well in that district.
00:49:03.000 Also, he then tried to play the race card.
00:49:04.000 So after George Latimer criticized Bowman for being a radical jackass, Bowman was like, you're only saying that because I'm black.
00:49:11.000 Well, no, actually he's saying that because you're a radical jackass, as it turns out.
00:49:14.000 You work in a legislative body.
00:49:16.000 You need to form coalitions with people.
00:49:18.000 You need to have their respect.
00:49:20.000 You need to talk to them as normal people.
00:49:21.000 You can't preach and scream at them on the steps of the Capitol.
00:49:25.000 Okay.
00:49:25.000 He's ineffective as a congressman for this very reason that you've just seen.
00:49:28.000 We're going to have a lot of disappointed viewers if I don't reign this in.
00:49:31.000 The angry black man.
00:49:33.000 The angry black man.
00:49:35.000 Let's stay on topic, please.
00:49:35.000 It's the southern strategy in the north.
00:49:38.000 Let's stay on topic.
00:49:39.000 And they expect us to be quiet about it.
00:49:40.000 We're not going to be quiet about it.
00:49:43.000 So pathetic.
00:49:44.000 So pathetic.
00:49:45.000 These are Democrats arguing with each other and he's calling his opponent racist for pointing out that he's a radical who's done nothing of consequence or use in Congress.
00:49:54.000 Getting rid of Jamal Bowman would be an IQ increase for the state of Congress.
00:49:59.000 The average IQ would rise by at least five points if Jamal Bowman were not in Congress.
00:50:03.000 And that's saying a lot, because the average IQ in Congress is super duper duper low.
00:50:07.000 Joining us online is Kyle Dunnigan, MEP body and Writers Guild Award-winning comedy writer and stand-up comic.
00:50:13.000 And of course, he is now playing Eddie Burcham in our new animated series, Mr. Burcham.
00:50:16.000 He plays Adam Carolla's son, actually, Kyle.
00:50:19.000 Thanks so much for joining the show.
00:50:21.000 Thanks for having me.
00:50:22.000 I'm worried I might be the person with the lowest IQ ever on your show, so I'm just- Oh no, don't worry, we've had some people with very low IQs on the show before, so you're- Okay, good.
00:50:32.000 You should be good.
00:50:33.000 I mean, literally just a few minutes ago we played a clip of Jamal Bowman, so you're probably fine.
00:50:38.000 So let's talk about how you got on the Mr. Bertram team.
00:50:41.000 How did this thing happen?
00:50:43.000 I was on Adam Carolla's show a lot, just as a guest, and he just asked me and I just said yes right away because I've always been a big fan.
00:50:52.000 I actually got to know Adam because of his Bertram character.
00:50:56.000 That was the first I saw him on the Comedy Central show with the puppets, Crank Yankers.
00:51:03.000 Did you see that?
00:51:03.000 Yep, of course.
00:51:05.000 And I was like, this guy is so funny.
00:51:07.000 And I just was a big fan.
00:51:08.000 And then I was excited to be on a show.
00:51:10.000 And I never dreamed I would be on something with him.
00:51:13.000 So I just said yes right away.
00:51:14.000 And yeah, so I auditioned for anything you don't get.
00:51:19.000 I just have to be told you're on this.
00:51:21.000 So you know, you have a long standing relationship with Adam.
00:51:25.000 What's it been like working with him?
00:51:26.000 And what's it like to be his son?
00:51:29.000 I mean, I'd say it was a dream come true, but I actually never dreamed it.
00:51:33.000 But if I thought about it, he'd probably be a pretty cool dad.
00:51:35.000 I never really worked with him when we shot this.
00:51:39.000 It was just sort of like all remote, but they would just show, you know, clips.
00:51:44.000 We all did it like in separate rooms.
00:51:45.000 I'd like to, and I propose we all do it together somehow, but I think it's logistically impossible.
00:51:52.000 So let's talk about your particular character.
00:51:55.000 What is your character?
00:51:56.000 How do you craft that character?
00:51:59.000 Well, I play his son, as you said, who's like a, he's a video gamer and he makes money just playing video games.
00:52:05.000 I don't relate to that at all.
00:52:09.000 It sounds like a good job.
00:52:10.000 He's from Southern California, so I sort of gave him like a Southern California sort of accent.
00:52:17.000 And yeah, and that's basically it.
00:52:20.000 I really didn't do too much research, sorry to say.
00:52:24.000 So how did you get into comedy in the first place?
00:52:26.000 It's not like the usual career path.
00:52:29.000 Yeah, I was really pushed by my mother to like perform and I was pretty shy.
00:52:35.000 And people sort of laughed at me when I was younger.
00:52:38.000 I was like tiny.
00:52:39.000 And I was kind of, I didn't like it.
00:52:43.000 But I think eventually I did like the attention of it.
00:52:49.000 And it was a way for girls to pay attention to me, I guess.
00:52:53.000 And then, when I got out of college, I just kept getting fired.
00:52:59.000 And then it became, oh, you have to do this.
00:53:02.000 You have to do this to make money.
00:53:04.000 But I do a bunch of different stuff.
00:53:05.000 I also do music, too.
00:53:07.000 I started off doing improv and sketch, and there was no money in that.
00:53:10.000 So I did stand-up because there was money there.
00:53:14.000 Well, that makes perfect sense, and obviously you're now earning the big bucks over at Mr. Burcham.
00:53:18.000 So, what's been your favorite part about working on the series?
00:53:22.000 Honestly, like, when we get together and, you know, just, like, we just had the premiere and just meeting everybody.
00:53:31.000 I love, like, the cast is just a really nice, fun group.
00:53:37.000 I love Megyn Kelly, who plays my mom.
00:53:40.000 Um, she's not leaving her husband, she said very directly.
00:53:45.000 Um, Roseanne I met, uh, who was really sweet to me.
00:53:50.000 Um, in the, you know, when we recorded it, I mean, Nate, who, um, wrote it is great, Nate Adams, but he was really the only one there.
00:53:59.000 Most of the time.
00:54:01.000 Well, that is Kyle Dunnigan.
00:54:02.000 You can go check out his work over at Mr. Bertram, which is now available first couple episodes of Daily Wire+.
00:54:07.000 Make sure that you go subscribe and check him out over there.
00:54:09.000 It's an amazing cast on this show.
00:54:12.000 Well done on the show, Kyle, and thanks so much for joining the show.
00:54:14.000 Great to talk to you.
00:54:15.000 Thank you.
00:54:15.000 Thank you, Ben.
00:54:16.000 Appreciate it.
00:54:17.000 Alright, coming up, Bernie Sanders is suggesting that we need more black Latino doctors because black and Latino doctors are better for black and Latino people.
