Joe Biden wants to debate Donald Trump not just once, but twice, and he wants to do it in the worst convincing fashion possible. Joe Biden has no idea what he's asking for, but Donald Trump is more than willing to take him on stage and ask him about his failures on every possible score. And if Donald Trump shows up and is muted, Joe Biden is toast because Joe Biden will literally fall asleep on the stage because he knows he's not going to make it through a two-hour debate with Donald Trump. And Donald Trump has to do something about it, or he's going to be the yelly, screamy boar that he was during his first debate with Joe Biden in 2020. And Joe Biden thinks he can do it because he's losing and wants to make sure he doesn't lose again. And he'll even do it on the same day that he did it in 2016, which is a good thing because that's when Donald Trump finally showed up and did what he was supposed to do. and Joe Biden knows that Donald Trump will not show up and do what he needs to do to be a good president. And now he's acting like he wants it again because he thinks he might be able to do so, and maybe he'll do it better than he did the last time they met in 2016. And that's not even close to what he did in 2016 and it was a good enough debate, which isn't even remotely close to being good enough, let alone good enough to beat him. . . . well, at least he's willing to debate him on the first time, right? at least and maybe do it twice . I mean, let's see if he can actually do it, you know what? I guess we'll see what we can do, shall we? Let's see what he does or maybe not? (Note: I don't know what we'll do, but we'll figure it out together, and see if we can figure out how to make this thing out in a couple more times, right away right? We'll see how this is going to work out? - Tom and I'll talk about that in a bit later. - - John Harwood - The New York Times - What do you think of this? - Is this a good idea? - What's the best way to debate a guy who's losing? - Which is better than the other guy?
00:00:00.000Alrighty folks, it is on like Kong because apparently Joe Biden now wants to debate Donald Trump.
00:00:06.000Now, the number one way you know that Joe Biden knows he's losing is because now he wants to debate Trump.
00:00:11.000If he were ahead 10 points in the polls, there is no way in hell he would even consider getting on a stage with Donald Trump.
00:00:17.000In fact, He has set the predicate for no debates for several years at this point.
00:00:21.000He said that Donald Trump is effectively a traitor to the country, a threat to democracy, a person you can't have a reasonable conversation with.
00:00:28.000He is a convicted felon is what he would plan to say after this New York trial.
00:02:37.000The joke about him being free on Wednesdays is because he's in court the rest of the week.
00:02:41.000Alrighty, so if this is what Biden wants, this is what Biden is going to get because Trump would be a fool not to take him up on the opportunity to get him on stage and ask him about his gigantic failures on every possible score.
00:02:55.000All Biden will focus on, by the way, is January 6th and the election denial.
00:03:00.000And all Trump has to do is say, listen, we disagree on all of those things, but you're a terrible president and everyone knows it.
00:03:06.000Because he is a terrible president and everyone knows it.
00:03:09.000According to the New York Times, President Biden is willing to debate former President Trump at least twice before the election, and as early as June.
00:03:16.000But his campaign is rejecting the nonpartisan organization that has managed presidential debates since 1988, according to a letter obtained by the New York Times.
00:03:22.000Now, again, if you're complaining about the refs, typically you're losing.
00:03:25.000Now, that's been the preserve of Republicans for a very long time, because it turns out that the Presidential Debate Commission has always been biased toward Democrats.
00:03:32.000Usually the moderators are members of the political left who are incredibly friendly to the Democratic candidates, most famously in 2012 when Candy Crowley of CNN literally intervened in a debate between Barack Obama and Mitt Romney in order to falsely fact-check Mitt Romney in favor of Barack Obama.
00:03:48.000But there's a long history of this sort of stuff.
00:03:49.000John Harwood moderated a debate that was absolutely terrible.
00:03:52.000There's a long history of mainstream media journalists who have treated the debate as their own personal political preserve.
00:03:59.000And so the fact that it's not Trump saying he doesn't want the commission on presidential debates, it's Biden saying it shows that he thinks he's weak here.
00:04:06.000Biden and his top aides want the debates to start much sooner than the dates proposed by the commission on presidential debates.
00:04:11.000So voters can see the two candidates side by side well before early voting begins in September.
00:04:15.000The actual reason they want to do it early is because they're desperately hoping to shift the narrative before they hit the conventions.
00:04:21.000Because the convention for the Democrats happens in August.
00:04:23.000There are likely to be massive protests outside the convention.
00:04:27.000Joe Biden's Steering of this country has been so terrible that he's figuring if he doesn't course correct and write fast, he's in serious, serious trouble here.
00:04:36.000They want the debate to occur inside a TV studio.
00:04:40.000They don't want a crowd because they're afraid that if there's a crowd, then people might actually laugh at Trump's lines.
00:04:45.000They want microphones that automatically cut off when a speaker's time limit elapses to prevent Trump from being able to jab in and ask any questions to Joe Biden, presumably.
00:04:56.000They want it to be just the two candidates and the moderator.
00:05:07.000And by any normal stretch of the imagination, he probably should be included in a debate between the two lead candidates.
00:05:13.000You got a third-party candidate who's earning upwards of 15% in many of the national polls, that person should be included in such a debate.
00:05:20.000We'll get to more on this in one moment.
00:05:21.000First, diversification is key to your investment.
00:05:24.000One person who learned this the hard way was Isaac Newton.
00:05:26.000He invested a large sum of money in the South Sea Company.
00:05:29.000Unfortunately, when the South Sea bubble burst in 1720, Newton lost a lot of money.
00:05:32.000So even smart people can scrub diversification.
00:05:35.000While during times of economic uncertainty or market volatility, investors tend to flock to gold as a safe haven asset.
00:05:40.000Its value tends to increase during turbulent times, providing a buffer against market downturns.
00:05:44.000This is why people are turning to gold right now and why Birchgold is busier than ever.
00:05:48.000Birchgold understands that navigating financial decisions can be daunting.
00:05:51.000That's why their dedicated in-house IRA department is there to guide you every step of the way.
00:05:55.000Birchgold is committed to addressing your questions and concerns promptly.
00:05:58.000Their team is always ready to provide answers and clarity.
00:06:00.000Whether it's about fees, taxes on rollovers, or the timing of the process, they're here to ensure you feel valued and well-informed.
00:06:06.000Text Ben to 989898 to talk to one of Birchgold's experts and claim your free info kit on gold.
00:06:11.000You'll learn how to convert an existing IRA or 401k into a tax-sheltered IRA in gold.
00:06:15.000The best part is, it's not going to cost you a penny out of pocket.
00:06:22.000According to the New York Times, the proposal suggests Biden is willing to take some calculated risks to reverse his fortunes in a race in which most battle state ground polls show the president trailing Trump and struggling to persuade voters he's an effective leader and steward of the economy.
00:06:35.000In other words, Biden is counting on Trump to blow himself up during one of these debates the same way that he did in 2020.
00:06:41.000Remember, there was that first presidential debate between Trump and Biden and Trump came out incredibly aggressive and he wouldn't let Biden get a word in edgewise and eventually Biden just said, oh, shut up.
00:06:51.000And even though Biden was a terrible candidate and Trump was a better president than Joe Biden would be, the dynamic was such that it did not cut in Trump's favor.
00:07:00.000If Donald Trump comes in in any way under control, Joe Biden is in serious trouble.
00:07:04.000And the reason, again, that Biden is doing this is because he's counting on the focus shifting to Trump.
00:07:09.000He wants to be on a stage with Trump to shift the focus to Trump.
00:07:13.000Now, the reality is that, again, Biden is basically counting on the fact that he's gotten rich Massages from the media every time he's appeared on a public dais for the last three and a half years.
00:07:25.000And when he does a State of the Union address, so long as he doesn't actively keel over, the media treat it as a victory for Joe Biden.
00:07:33.000But if he is asked on a stage about Afghanistan, about Gaza, about Ukraine, about inflation, about transgenderism, if he's asked about any of the hot button issues in this election cycle, he's in serious trouble.
00:07:48.000I will reiterate, the only reason Joe Biden is doing this is because he knows he is losing right now.
00:07:52.000It is the first formal offer by the Biden campaign, according to the New York Times, for debates with Trump, who has repeatedly declared he will debate his successor anytime, anywhere, and has demanded as many debates as humanly possible.
00:08:01.000The letter has been signed by Biden's campaign chair, Jennifer O'Malley Dillon, and addressed to the commission on presidential debates.
00:08:07.000And they said that Biden will not participate in the three general election debates sponsored by the commission, scheduled September 16th, October 1, October 9.
00:08:15.000Now again, notice that he's trying to push this up early.
00:08:17.000Because he's hoping that if the debate is really bad, he'll still have time to recover.
00:08:21.000So he wants the debates as soon as possible to sort of course-correct his campaign, and he also wants it as soon as possible so people will forget about it by the time it comes to the voting.
00:08:31.000O'Malley Dillon says Biden will participate in debates hosted by news organizations.
00:08:35.000The move opens doors for the Biden team and potentially the Trump team to negotiate directly with the networks for possible debates.
00:08:43.000Again, they say in early September, at the start of the fall campaign season, early enough to influence early voting, but not so late as to require candidates to leave the campaign trail.
00:08:51.000The reason they're doing that is because they are afraid that if every day that goes by Joe Biden gets older, the clock does not reverse itself.
00:08:59.000So this is a fascinating proposal by Biden.
00:09:03.000That weakness is very real because let's face it, the biggest reason that Joe Biden is flailing in the polling is because not only is he a bad president, the economy continues to stagnate.
00:09:14.000The newest consumer price index data came out.
00:09:17.000The media are treating this as some sort of bizarre win for Joe Biden.
00:09:22.000Remember, CPI year on year is supposed to increase 2%.
00:09:25.000So we are now running at Well over 50% higher than what the inflation rate should be.
00:09:35.000The Federal Reserve openly aims for a 2% rate.
00:09:38.000They're running nearly double that at 3.4%.
00:09:40.000The media are treating that as some sort of big victory, but we are now three years into an inflationary spiral that sees no signs of going away anytime soon.
00:09:51.000The New York Times tries to play it off as a big win.
00:09:53.000They say, I would characterize it as a small step in the right direction, said Stephen Stanley, chief U.S.
00:09:57.000to policymakers at the Federal Reserve who have been concerned they were losing ground
00:10:10.000Okay, but this, again, is not going to lead to a Federal Reserve interest rate cut,
00:10:19.000which is what Joe Biden needs in order to jog the economy.
00:10:22.000Because we are settling into a stagflationary cycle in which economic growth is starting to peter out and inflation remains entrenched in the economy.
00:10:32.000Remember, we've spent our entire lives at a 2% inflation rate in the United States.
00:10:37.000It's literally been 40 years since we've seen anything remotely like this.
00:10:41.000Early indicators that things are going to get worse, not better, before the election.
00:10:44.000Walmart is now cutting hundreds of corporate jobs, according to the Wall Street Journal, and asking most remote workers to move to offices.
00:10:51.000In addition, workers in small tech-focused offices in Dallas, Atlanta, and Toronto are being asked to relocate to other central hubs, like the corporate headquarters in Arkansas or Hoboken, New Jersey or Northern California.
00:11:03.000Walmart remains the country's largest private employer.
00:11:06.000If they are cutting jobs, that is obviously not a good indicator as to where they think the economy is going.
00:11:12.000Meanwhile, Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell, he continues to maintain a wait-and-see posture on inflation.
00:11:19.000He said, during a moderated discussion in Amsterdam on Tuesday, we're just going to have to see where the inflation data fall out.
00:11:25.000He said, we didn't expect this to be a smooth road, but these were higher than I think anybody expected.
00:11:28.000That would be the last three inflation reports.
00:11:32.000He repeated his view that interest rates by many, many measures are high enough to slow demand, meaning we'll need to be patient and let restrictive policy do its work.
00:11:40.000But remember, we haven't even hit the point where you can discuss a cut in the interest rates.
00:11:44.000You'd have to be at probably 2% for maybe three running months before the Federal Reserve would consider cutting those interest rates.
00:11:50.000Because if it gets down to 2% for even one month and you cut the interest rates, presumably that will then boost the number back up well above 2%.
00:11:59.000So Joe Biden has a serious problem on his hands, economically speaking.
00:12:03.000He continues to maintain that they just have to quote-unquote maintain the course, but they've been maintaining the course for three and a half years.
00:14:24.000I think inflation has gone slightly up.
00:14:26.000It was at 9% when I came in, and it's now down about 3%.
00:14:31.000Again, the entire federal government is now saying, we need to remain patient.
00:14:35.000Or alternatively, you could pursue a policy that doesn't suck, namely pouring money into the economy via giant boondoggle programs like the so-called Inflation Reduction Act, like getting rid of all the regulations that would allow for productivity to actually increase in the United States, thus driving up wages and driving down prices.
00:14:52.000But Joe Biden isn't doing any of that.
00:14:54.000Again, this sort of be patient routine from Jerome Powell.
00:15:52.000It was mostly because China actively manipulates its own market, and in doing so, props up a regime that is opposed to that of the United States.
00:16:01.000The Chinese are, in fact, a geopolitical opponent of the United States.
00:16:04.000But Joe Biden at the time was very angry at Donald Trump for putting tariffs on Chinese products.
00:16:07.000In 2019, he tweeted this, quote, Trump doesn't get the basics.
00:16:10.000He thinks his tariffs are being paid by China.
00:16:12.000Any freshman econ student could tell you that the American people are paying his tariffs.
00:16:16.000The cashiers at Target see what's going on.
00:16:17.000They know more about economics than Trump.
00:16:39.000China is determined to dominate these industries.
00:16:41.000I'm determined to ensure America leads the world in them.
00:16:44.000Well, as it turns out, tariffs on those products does not mean that America will dominate those industries.
00:16:50.000It means that we will produce bloated versions of those particular products on an economic level.
00:16:55.000Now again, there may be excellent reasons to tariff China for national security reasons, but the idea that it is economically helpful to the United States to engage in tariffing of these products is absurd.
00:17:39.000So you'll notice that the products that Joe Biden mentions right there with regard to the tariffs, they're largely having to do with the production of, for example, electric vehicles, right?
00:17:53.000Why is he having to tariff the goods made in China in this industry?
00:17:56.000Because he is regulating that Americans use those products.
00:18:01.000So the reality is that Americans are not in love with electric vehicles.
00:18:04.000One of the reasons that Joe Biden is having a really tough time in the Rust Belt states is because those states are big producers.
00:18:10.000Pennsylvania is a big producer of shale oil, for example, and Joe Biden is fighting against shale oil.
00:18:16.000Michigan is a producer of cars, and Joe Biden is killing the car industry by mandating EVs.
00:18:22.000He's driving up prices on American consumers.
00:18:24.000And then China's coming in and undercutting those prices, robbing Michigan of those jobs.
00:18:29.000That is because of Joe Biden's regulatory structure.
00:18:31.000If Joe Biden didn't have that regulatory structure, Michigan would compete with China by putting out gas-powered vehicles that are cheaper and that people seem to want more.
00:18:41.000And yet Joe Biden is still attempting to maintain that this is some sort of win for the American consumer.
00:18:45.000Again, this is a problem created by Joe Biden.
00:18:49.000Unlike Trump's tariffs, which were national security designed, what Joe Biden is doing here is economically driving up the costs on American business by creating environmental regulations and EV demand.
00:19:21.000So you're in the middle of an inflationary spiral in which prices are too high and people are paying more for pretty much everything, and Joe Biden is driving up regulations, and then to compensate for his over-regulation, he is then tariffing imports.
00:19:33.000Remember, it is Joe Biden's EPA that decided that they were going to push forward an electric vehicle mandate.
00:19:43.000According to the Wall Street Journal, this is back in March, the EPA's new tailpipe emissions rule is a plan to eliminate gas-powered cars.
00:19:51.000EVs made up less than 8% of new auto sales last year, more than half were Tesla.
00:19:56.000They accounted for less than 4% of general motors and Ford sales.
00:19:59.000Foreign luxury automakers like BMW, Mercedes, Porsche will have an easier time meeting the Biden mandates because their affluent customers can more easily afford EVs.
00:20:07.000The average price of a new EV is roughly $50,000.
00:20:09.000Only two cost less than $40,000 as of December.
00:20:14.000The companies are heavily subsidizing EVs with profits from gas-powered cars, which means the middle-class Americans are paying more for their gas-powered vehicles to subsidize the price on EVs.
00:20:25.000So Joe Biden is crushing the car industry.
00:20:29.000According to the Wall Street Journal, not long ago, it was cheaper to fuel up an EV than a gas-powered car.
00:20:33.000No longer, thanks to the government's force-fed renewable transition, which is raising electricity prices.
00:20:38.000Fueling up a Ford F-Series truck now costs about $17 per 100 miles on average, compared with $17.75 for an F-150 Lightning with mostly home charging, and $26.39 with mostly commercial chargers.
00:20:51.000Again, this is what democratic, left-wing economic policy looks like.
00:20:57.000What it looks like is creating massive barriers to productivity and innovation, and then compensating with yet more regulation that increases the prices in the middle of an inflationary spiral.
00:21:09.000Absolutely ridiculous policy here from Joe Biden.
00:21:11.000We'll get to more on that in a moment.

00:22:04.000Well, with so much chaos and uncertainty, it's crucial to take charge of your life and responsibilities.
00:22:09.000Take charge by visiting ResponsibleMan.com.
00:22:16.000Trade Representative Katherine Tai say, oh yeah, by the way, yeah, sure, Joe Biden reversed himself on tariffs, but you know, he had to.
00:22:23.000I know that these new tariffs are seen as more targeted and strategic, but the administration has chosen to keep in place those Trump-era tariffs on some $300 billion worth of goods, which Biden himself had said in 2019 that Americans are paying for.
00:22:36.000So why make that decision to keep it in place, and aren't you concerned that it's going to keep prices Elevated.
00:22:42.000So, first of all, let me say a couple things.
00:22:44.000In terms of the price that Americans paid for in the previous era, some of that, maybe a lot of it, was about the chaos and unpredictability that it created.
00:22:56.000And not only have we not seen the problematic practices subside, in some areas we have seen them get worse.
00:23:05.000And in that light, there is actually no reason for us, no justification to relieving the tariff burdens on the trade with Beijing.
00:23:15.000So that is an admission that Donald Trump was right when he did it, according to the Biden administration, but he's still wrong somehow.
00:23:22.000Joe Biden tried to play this off as a win yesterday.
00:23:24.000He said Trump failed to boost exports.
00:24:14.000Okay, so he failed, supposedly, which is why his economy was leaps and bounds better than Joe Biden's.
00:24:20.000We didn't have 40-year highs in inflation.
00:24:22.000We didn't have stagnation in terms of the employment market.
00:24:27.000Joe Biden is a terrible president on the economy, and it is why he is sinking in the polls.
00:24:31.000Between that and the fact that he's an absolute coward on foreign policy, there are a lot of reasons why Joe Biden is deeply unpopular and now forced to debate Donald Trump in a way that, frankly, I didn't think he was going to.
00:24:41.000So yesterday, the Biden administration, again, they're trying to be all things to all people, and it's a total fail.
00:24:46.000So yesterday, the Biden administration put out a leak suggesting they don't think that Israel can fully win in the Gaza Strip.
00:24:54.000official's recent statement that Israel is, quote, unlikely to achieve total victory in Gaza was not a mistake or an off-the-cuff remark.
00:25:00.000It's how the Biden administration now assesses the situation on the ground.
00:25:04.000Now, I don't even know what that's supposed to mean.
00:25:07.000Israel certainly can establish military control over the Gaza Strip.
00:25:10.000It will be a counterinsurgency and military control over the Gaza Strip for the foreseeable future.
00:25:14.000How do I know that Israel can do that?
00:25:15.000Because that's literally what they've been doing in Jenin and Nablus and Hebron and so many other cities in the West Bank for literally three generations.
00:25:26.000Because as it turns out, you sometimes have to go in and kill terrorists in areas that foster terrorism.
00:25:31.000And handing those areas off to other forms of regime has not exactly been a boon to Israel.
00:25:41.000The Biden administration is actively attempting to undermine that victory by redefining victory to, Israel's going to exterminate the ideology of Hamas.
00:25:47.000There's literally no way to do that because the civilian population in Gaza agrees with Hamas.
00:25:53.000The Biden administration, whenever they say this sort of stuff, they're admitting the quiet part out loud, which is that the real problem in the Middle East is that you have a radicalized population that hates Jews.
00:26:04.000This is not a situation like Iran, actually, where you have a fairly moderate population presided over by a tyrannical terrorist group.
00:26:12.000This is a situation where the terrorist group is largely supported by the civilian population.
00:26:17.000But Politico reports that the Biden administration is attempting to undermine even the concept of victorious war here.
00:26:22.000Every time a senior aide to President Joe Biden talked about how Israeli weapons can't destroy Hamas' ideology or describe the need for a day-after plan, they were obliquely making a point that Israel's goal of an absolute victory is out of reach, the officials said.
00:26:35.000So they keep pushing Israel for some sort of governance plan afterward.
00:26:38.000The problem, of course, is that the one possible durable governance plan for the Gaza Strip is the one the United States is pushing against.
00:26:48.000It also happens to be the one governance plan that was never tried.
00:26:52.000meaning Israel handed over the Gaza Strip to the Palestinians in 2005.
00:27:41.000And so when the Biden administration says they want a transition plan, what they actually really want is Hamas or its allies back in control, which Israel can never allow.
00:28:17.000And yet the Biden administration keeps suggesting that somehow it's Israel's job to prop up people that want to destroy it, which is totally insane.
00:28:24.000In fact, the Times of Israel reported yesterday That the US appears to be laying the groundwork for declaring that Israel has already weakened Hamas sufficiently to justify an end to the war.
00:28:38.000Apparently, the United States has signaled its tepid support for China's recent efforts to strike a long, elusive deal between Hamas and Fatah, which is the military arm of the Palestinian Authority.
00:28:48.000That would likely mean a degree of Hamas approval of the individuals tapped to lead the transitional Palestinian government in Gaza, but the American source said no Hamas members would be allowed in the government.
00:28:58.000That is, Hamas launches a war against Israel, gets their asses kicked, and then the United States is like, wait, how about if Hamas picked the government of the PA, and then the PA ruled Gaza?
00:29:08.000So that's the United States actively standing for a terrorist coalition to run Gaza, While funding both sides of the war, which is nuts!

00:29:53.000When the Palestinians get to a point where they are in a position to hold elections,
00:29:56.000source said, the goal is for Hamas alternatives to demonstrate results in governing that can be weighed against the destruction the terror group unleashed on the enclave.
00:30:23.000They name themselves the Happy Dappy Do Terrorists.
00:30:26.000And then the Happy Dappy Do Terrorists, together with the PA, they run the Gaza Strip.
00:30:30.000And then, eventually when there's an election, which there never will be, eventually when there's an election, The PA will have done such an extraordinary job of running Gaza that they will be overwhelmingly elected over the more radical Hamas, which has widespread support in the Gaza Strip.
00:30:42.000And by the way, in Judea and Samaria, the West Bank, if elections were held today in the West Bank, Hamas would win.
00:30:48.000They would defeat the Palestinian Authority.
00:30:51.000And the undying problem in the Middle East is a radicalized population.
00:30:55.000The terrorists are representative of the population in terms of democratic representation, in terms of just popular support.
00:31:04.000And the United States refusing to acknowledge that because the United States under Joe Biden has this perverse view that somehow people who love terrorism and hate Jews are driven to that by the Jews.
00:31:17.000That perverse perspective is going to lead to more dead Palestinians and more dead Israelis.
00:31:23.000According to the Financial Times, the Biden administration is seeking to build support among Arab states for a peacekeeping force that would deploy to Gaza to fill the power vacuum once the Israel-Hamas war ends.
00:31:33.000Egypt, the UAE, and Morocco are considering the initiative.
00:31:37.000Other states, including Saudi, have rejected putting boots on the ground, fearing being seen as complicit with Israel.
00:31:44.000The White House is not going to deploy U.S.
00:32:29.000The other reason is because there are a bunch of tunnels, everyone knows this, that go from Rafah into Egypt and they're afraid the Israelis are going to uncover that and it's going to create serious international pressure on the Egyptians not to pay off Palestinian terrorists in the Gaza Strip.
00:32:43.000That is why Egypt is so all fired angry.
00:32:46.000The current standoff began when Israel gave Egypt just hours notice before launching the military operation last week in which the Israeli military seized control of the Gazan side of the Rafah border crossing with Egypt, according to Egyptian officials.
00:32:58.000Israel had previously briefed Egypt about its plans for Rafah, according to the Wall Street Journal.
00:33:04.000The Israeli Foreign Ministry has not responded to a request for comment.
00:33:10.000Egypt is trying to mediate these talks because, again, they want to play sort of happy middleman here.
00:33:16.000But the reality, of course, is that Egypt is objecting to this for a lot of very bad reasons.
00:33:22.000Meanwhile, again, Joe Biden cannot make up his mind.
00:33:24.000He is trying to give signals to every side of the political aisle.
00:33:28.000Again, Joe Biden's guiding principle is be at the center of the Democratic Party.
00:33:31.000The problem is the Democratic Party is split between people who hate Israel and people who kind of like Israel, between the radicals and the moderates.
00:33:37.000And so at the same time, he's attempting to deny Israel weaponry in his fight in Rafah The administration notified Congress of a large arms package after withholding shipment of bombs last week.
00:33:47.000They notified Congress on Tuesday they were moving forward with more than a billion dollars in new weapons deals for Israel, according to U.S.
00:35:18.000Over on our college campuses, the administrators are doing what they do best.
00:35:21.000They are cowering in fear at a bunch of left-wing radicals who they should simply expel from the university for violating university rules.
00:35:27.000My alma mater, Harvard, the latest university to cave to a bunch of student radical idiots.
00:35:32.000According to the Wall Street Journal, Harvard University reached an agreement with pro-Palestinian protesters to clear out their encampment on Tuesday, one week before commencement.
00:35:39.000Now, you know what that agreement should have looked like?
00:35:41.000It should have looked like either agree to leave or the cops are coming in to remove you.
00:35:47.000Here in Florida, that's how it works, by the way.
00:35:48.000There are a bunch of people from Queers for Palestine who tried to hold up one of the highways near Disneyland the other day.
00:35:53.000It took the cops 11 minutes to clear them.
00:35:56.000Have a sit-down session where all of their concerns were heard.
00:35:59.000In a letter to the Harvard community, President Alan Garber said the university would begin reinstatement proceedings for students placed on involuntary leaves of absence.
00:36:07.000So they're going to give a pardon to all the people violating the rules and evaluate disciplinary cases of those who participated in the encampment.
00:36:13.000University officials would also meet with students to address questions about the endowment of the school.
00:36:17.000Why a bunch of people who are paying for a service and then violate the terms of service should be allowed to have discussions about the deployment of the endowment.
00:36:27.000The multi-billion dollar endowment of Harvard University is ridiculous.
00:36:38.000The peaceful end to Harvard's three-week encampment differs from the scenes of many other schools where thousands of arrests have taken place since last month.
00:36:44.000A Cambridge, Massachusetts school suspended more than 20 students and referred more than 60 for further disciplinary charges.
00:36:49.000But now, apparently, the students were placed on involuntary leave, not suspensions.
00:36:54.000It won't go on their permanent record, even.
00:36:57.000Garber said, quote, we are under no illusions.
00:36:59.000We do not believe these meetings are divestment wins.
00:37:01.000These side deals, this is the student protester group, these side deals are intended to pacify us away from full disclosure and divestment.
00:37:10.000This is very similar to what happened at Cornell University where the president, Martha Pollack, announced she would retire and then said the school would pause issuing suspensions and would promptly and carefully review existing cases.
00:37:23.000At Princeton University, they decided to cave as well.
00:37:27.000At Princeton University, they decided that they would create a committee to consider issues related to the school endowment to discuss an initial assessment on student requests for divestment.
00:37:36.000University of Chicago vowed to hire Palestinian professors and give full scholarship to Palestinians.
00:38:08.000No one believes that, and yet these universities are doing it, which is just another reason that federal funding should be cut immediately to these little left-wing activist factories.
00:38:19.000If you want to give money to their research facilities, earmarked, non-fungible, do it.
00:38:24.000But certainly defund all of these universities that have decided to turn themselves into activist factories rather than institutes of education.
00:38:33.000Meanwhile, in other failings of the Biden administration, tape has now emerged of Tony Blinken jamming in Kiev.
00:38:40.000Now, I'll just point out here that you would never see Tony Blinken jamming in Tel Aviv.
00:38:45.000There are two ongoing major wars in the world right now, Israel versus Hamas and Ukraine versus Russia.
00:38:50.000The Biden administration's position on Ukraine has been aid, aid, aid, no conditions on the aid, no attempt to get to an off-ramp, no discussions of an off-ramp, no pressure on the Ukrainians to reach an off-ramp, nothing.
00:39:03.000Now I'm a supporter of aid to Ukraine sufficient to pressure Ukraine to pressure Russia into coming to the table.
00:39:09.000If you have a military collapse on the front, Russia ain't gonna negotiate.
00:39:11.000But the idea that Tony Blinken has provided effectively a blank check to Ukraine in its negotiating status, while simultaneously demanding that Israel, which has complete military superiority over the Gaza Strip, ought to somehow cut a deal with Hamas while hostages are being held, is totally nuts.
00:39:29.000Where is the demand for an endgame from Zelensky?
00:40:33.000And meanwhile, again, the media are trying to put all their focus on Stormy Daniels and Michael Cohen.
00:40:37.000So Michael Cohen was in court yesterday, and it is amazing how they simply cannot help themselves.
00:40:42.000They have to make everyone a hero of the resistance, including corrupt lawyer, convicted perjurer, Michael Cohen.
00:40:48.000So the defense brought out a video of Michael Cohen saying that Trump belongs in a cage to point out that he has some nefarious motivations in his testimony, which of course is true.
00:40:56.000Here is that tape of Michael Cohen, Trump's former lawyer, So here with the gag water.
00:41:03.000The other day, Donald, once again, he comes out, you know, he comes out of the courtroom and goes right into that little cage, which is where he belongs in a cage like an animal.
00:41:18.000He belongs in a cage like that's the that's the key witness for the prosecution in this particular case.
00:41:24.000Also, he is pitching a new reality TV show right now.
00:41:27.000So your chief witnesses, if you are the prosecutors in the Donald Trump case, are a star who had sex on camera for money, who then attempted to spin her tale of tawdry Awkward sex with Donald Trump into a story of assault.
00:41:42.000You tried to do that on the stand and it failed.
00:41:46.000The other big witness is Michael Cohen, convicted perjurer, who is currently pushing a new show called The Fixer, a reality TV show he is shopping to studios and streamers.
00:41:56.000In which he says, quote, for years, I was the personal lawyer for a notoriously bad man.
00:42:00.000I fixed his problems, both professionally and personal, gaining power, wealth, and notoriety for myself in the process.
00:42:06.000Since then, I've been on a journey of redemption, working to set things right with my family, my friends, my country, speaking truth to power and calling it like I see it.
00:42:13.000Now I'm paying it forward, wielding the tools I've learned for regular people in trouble.
00:42:19.000It's supposed to be a riff on The Apprentice.
00:42:22.000These are the witnesses against Donald Trump in this particularly stupid case.
00:42:26.000So Donald Trump yesterday, he did a big appearance outside the courtroom in which he essentially activated many of his political allies to say all the things that he's banned from saying by gag order.
00:42:37.000So here was Donald Trump saying that Judge Mershon should give a directed verdict in this case because the charges are insufficient to sustain a conviction.
00:42:59.000I never thought that, as an attorney, I could see a system like New York's, one of the most sophisticated legal bars in the world, really debase itself so badly.
00:43:09.000This judge should not be allowed on the case.
00:43:11.000He should not allow this case to go forward.
00:43:14.000Mershad should rule in favor of a directive verdict immediately.
00:43:19.000There is an insufficient amount of evidence.
00:45:00.000Cards issued by Sutton Bank and Celtic Bank members, FDIC.
00:45:03.000Terms and conditions to apply ramp.com slash Shapiro to get started.
00:45:08.000So the Veep stakes are obviously ongoing.
00:45:11.000And people gave their opening statements yesterday as to why they should be Donald Trump's vice president.
00:45:16.000So basically his court case, it's honestly smart politics by Trump.
00:45:20.000He's getting a bunch of people to say the stuff that he can't say under gag order from Judge Merchant yesterday.
00:45:24.000Byron Donalds, congressman from Florida, ally of the president, he was out there in front of that courthouse doing his rip on the trial yesterday.
00:45:33.000Ladies and gentlemen of America, this trial is a joke.
00:45:54.000The only crime that's happening here is this Democrat judge and the Democrat party prosecuting their political rival right in the middle of a presidential election.
00:46:27.000This is not the United States of America.
00:46:29.000This is some third-rate banana republic.
00:46:31.000If this were happening in another country, we would be laughing at them as a sham democracy.
00:46:37.000I am ashamed as an American citizen to sit here in a courtroom watching the former leader of the free world, and let's be honest, likely next leader of the free world, sitting with the indignity in this dingy third-rate courtroom with fourth-rate prosecutors and a fifth-rate lawyer on the stand as a witness.
00:46:54.000Who actually is violating attorney-client privilege left and right.
00:47:56.000If Joe Biden's relict hopes rest on a conviction in New York courtroom on a trumped up charge, good luck to him.
00:48:02.000Meanwhile, elsewhere in New York, there's a big primary battle last night inside the Democratic Party targeting Jamal Bowman, a man so stupid that he believes that a fire alarm somehow releases doors or something.
00:48:15.000Jamal Bowman is actively anti-Semitic as well.
00:48:18.000I mean, he has supported literally every anti-Semitic proposition brought forward in Congress.
00:48:22.000Big supporter of Rashida Tlaib and Ilhan Omar, the Hamas caucus in the Congress.
00:48:26.000Last night, he debated with centrist Democrat George Latimer in the 16th congressional district.
00:48:33.000It is very likely Jamal Bowman is in serious danger in this district.
00:48:36.000Here was Jamal Bowman maintaining that from the river to the sea, a chance calling for the extermination of the state of Israel somehow is not racist or anti-Semitic.
00:48:46.000Do you consider the phrase, from the river to the sea, hate speech and or advocating for the eradication of the state of Israel?
00:48:54.000Congressman Bowman, let's get your take.
00:49:45.000These are Democrats arguing with each other and he's calling his opponent racist for pointing out that he's a radical who's done nothing of consequence or use in Congress.
00:49:54.000Getting rid of Jamal Bowman would be an IQ increase for the state of Congress.
00:49:59.000The average IQ would rise by at least five points if Jamal Bowman were not in Congress.
00:50:03.000And that's saying a lot, because the average IQ in Congress is super duper duper low.
00:50:07.000Joining us online is Kyle Dunnigan, MEP body and Writers Guild Award-winning comedy writer and stand-up comic.
00:50:13.000And of course, he is now playing Eddie Burcham in our new animated series, Mr. Burcham.
00:50:16.000He plays Adam Carolla's son, actually, Kyle.
00:50:22.000I'm worried I might be the person with the lowest IQ ever on your show, so I'm just- Oh no, don't worry, we've had some people with very low IQs on the show before, so you're- Okay, good.
00:50:43.000I was on Adam Carolla's show a lot, just as a guest, and he just asked me and I just said yes right away because I've always been a big fan.
00:50:52.000I actually got to know Adam because of his Bertram character.
00:50:56.000That was the first I saw him on the Comedy Central show with the puppets, Crank Yankers.
00:54:17.000Alright, coming up, Bernie Sanders is suggesting that we need more black Latino doctors because black and Latino doctors are better for black and Latino people.
