The Ben Shapiro Show - Ep. 202 - Hillary Receives A Halloween Surprise

00:00:00.000 The Democrats are in full-scale panic, and they should be.

00:00:04.000 Hillary Clinton has been dropping like a stone in the polls. 0.99

00:00:07.000 Weeks ago, she was up well over seven points in the RealClearPolitics poll average.

00:00:11.000 She's now down to a 2.8% lead in a four-way race. 1.00

00:00:14.000 In the state polls, Trump has been gaining steadily, to the point where Axiom Strategies now has Trump down just one point in Colorado and two in Pennsylvania, and up four in Florida, four in Nevada, two in North Carolina, five in Ohio.

00:00:25.000 If that's anywhere close to right, this election is now on a knife's edge.

00:00:28.000 And all of it is hilarious.

00:00:30.000 Every accusation Democrats made about Trump during this election cycle is now blowing up in their faces.

00:00:36.000 And Democrats are running around like Joe Biden, drunk with a shotgun, endangering themselves and others.

00:00:42.000 Here are five reasons this news cycle is the greatest news cycle actually in human history.

00:00:46.000 First, Hillary has now told the FBI to come clean. 1.00

00:00:49.000 Yes, really.

00:00:50.000 She told the FBI to come clean.

00:00:51.000 Hillary has now said the FBI should reveal what it knows about Anthony Weiner's emails.

00:00:56.000 They have to come clean to demonstrate to the American public there's either something there or there isn't.

00:01:01.000 It turns out that there is someone else who knows whether there's something there or not.

00:01:05.000 Lady named Hillary Clinton, you may have heard of her. 1.00

00:01:07.000 Her pathological need to hide information led to this entire bizarre scenario.

00:01:10.000 She set up the private server, she hid the existence, she deleted thousands of emails, and now she wants the FBI to come clean? 0.98

00:01:17.000 This is the equivalent of the Menendez brothers killing their parents and then falling on the mercy of the court because they're orphans.

00:01:24.000 Anthony Weiner, second thing about this that's amazing.

00:01:26.000 Yes, Anthony Weiner.

00:01:27.000 Hillary spent her entire political career worrying about Rogue Weiner, only to be laid low by Rogue Weiner. 1.00

00:01:35.000 Bill Clinton officiated Wiener's wedding to Hillary aide Huma Abedin, who's been paid by literally every Clinton-associated group in history.

00:01:41.000 Teneo, the Clinton Foundation, the State Department. 0.88

00:01:43.000 Now, Wiener's unfortunate tendency to explode and send pictures of his junk to random females, allegedly including underage females, has come back to bite Hillary Clinton after Huma already decided to publicly dump him. 0.97

00:01:55.000 Oh, the hilarity! 0.94

00:01:56.000 And if you don't think that's funny, you should just watch Joe Biden's reaction to Wiener's involvement in a moment.

00:02:00.000 We'll show it.

00:02:00.000 It's pretty amazing.

00:02:02.000 Third, Democrats hate James Comey all of a sudden.

00:02:04.000 The New York Daily News accused FBI Director Comey of being a bomber, really.

00:02:08.000 New York Times columnist Charles Blow, who does blow, essentially stated that Comey had rigged the election on behalf of Donald Trump.

00:02:14.000 After months of complaining that Trump undermined democracy itself by calling into question the decency of American institutions like the FBI and saying that Republican attacks on Comey specifically undercut the country's best interests, now the Democrats want to take Comey out and pound on him with a shovel

00:02:30.000 In Iowa, like Joe Pesci at the end of Casino.

00:02:34.000 Fourth, Democratic spokespeople on Comey are seriously the worst people in the world.

00:02:37.000 So, who are the Democrats trotting out to yell at Comey?

00:02:40.000 Well, they've decided to unleash former AG Eric Holder, the most corrupt attorney general in American history, a dude under contempt of Congress, who facilitated gunrunning in Fast and Furious and lied about it,

00:02:50.000 Who oversaw the transition of the DOJ into a racial grievance squad, who used the DOJ to target journalists like James Rosen, who labeled Fort Hood workplace violence.

00:02:59.000 He's their go-to guy, criticizing James Comey on ethics.

00:03:02.000 And then there's Senator Harry Reid, a sociopathic liar who once said that Mitt Romney paid no taxes, without any evidence, and then said that was fine, just so long as Romney lost.

00:03:11.000 Now Reid is accusing Comey of violating the Hatch Act, he isn't, and stating that Comey is covering up Trump's relationship with Russia, with no evidence, and the media naturally are taking it seriously, because of course they are.

00:03:22.000 Finally!

00:03:23.000 President Obama is now openly campaigning for someone under three FBI investigations.

00:03:28.000 Hillary's private server remains under investigation.

00:03:30.000 Anthony Weiner's device, his other device, is now under investigation.

00:03:34.000 And the Clinton Foundation, the Clinton Foundation is under investigation too.

00:03:39.000 Barack Obama is going around telling Americans Hillary is the most qualified president ever.

00:03:43.000 Yes, for prison, this is the best.

00:03:46.000 It's hilarious.

00:03:47.000 Should Comey have dropped this bombshell?

00:03:48.000 Well, he had no other choice after killing the private server investigation for political reasons back in July.

00:03:53.000 If he'd waited two weeks to drop this information, people would rightly have said that he stopped the investigation back in July for Hillary and started up again after her election.

00:04:01.000 Well, now Hillary's got troubles, and it sure is sweet. 1.00

00:04:05.000 I'm Ben Shapiro.

00:04:05.000 This is The Ben Shapiro Show.

00:04:13.000 All righty.

00:04:15.000 Here we are.

00:04:15.000 Happy Halloween to everyone.

00:04:17.000 We love you all.

00:04:18.000 First, we have to start.

00:04:19.000 So much to get to.

00:04:20.000 Wonderful weekend, because it was hysterically funny and awesome.

00:04:24.000 But we begin with saying hello to our friends over at Birch Gold.

00:04:27.000 If you fear for the future of the universe and the human race, which during this election cycle, why wouldn't you?

00:04:32.000 You need to talk to our friends over at Birch Gold Group.

00:04:34.000 If you think the stock market is inflated, because it is, or the real estate market is inflated, because it sort of is, then you need to talk to Birch Gold about getting into precious metals.

00:04:42.000 Now, not your

00:04:42.000 Whole portfolio should be in precious metals, obviously.

00:04:45.000 But these are folks who will help you shift over your IRA or 401k, if that's something you want to do, into precious metals without the tax consequences.

00:04:51.000 You go to birchgold.com.

00:04:55.000 They're the people I would trust to buy precious metals, and they have an A-plus rating with the Better Business Bureau.

00:05:00.000 So, let's start.

00:05:01.000 Let's start.

00:05:17.000 with all of the things that you need to know about this scandal, because it feels like a tsunami.

00:05:22.000 It's like drinking from a fire hose.

00:05:24.000 Last Friday, we started the show right as this was breaking, so now we know a little bit more, but here, let's break it down into discrete parts.

00:05:32.000 First,

00:05:33.000 The new emails were uncovered by the FBI in the Wiener probe.

00:05:36.000 And I just, I love the fact that we use the phrase Wiener probe in political parlance now.

00:05:41.000 It's kind of awesome. 0.64

00:05:42.000 So Anthony Wiener's penis troubles have become kind of well known at this point. 0.99

00:05:45.000 He has a habit of sending his pictures of his penis to every female within a 3,000 mile radius of any age. 0.99

00:05:51.000 And I have to acknowledge that the FBI agent who is tasked with the responsibility for looking at these emails has the unluckiest job in the world. 0.99

00:05:58.000 Because basically, he's going through the emails, and it's like, penis, penis, penis, classified information, penis, penis, yoga email, wedding email, penis. 0.99

00:06:06.000 I mean, that's a really crappy job. 0.99

00:06:08.000 The FBI was investigating Wiener's magic devices and found emails related to Clinton investigations.

00:06:13.000 That's the first thing you need to know.

00:06:14.000 Second, the Wiener device, yes, the Wiener device, has 650,000 emails on it, according to the Wall Street Journal, and they say the metadata suggests thousands of those messages could have been sent to or from Hillary Clinton's private server.

00:06:27.000 FBI Director Comey's letter didn't really say much.

00:06:29.000 We pointed this out last week.

00:06:31.000 There wasn't a lot there in the letter.

00:06:33.000 It basically just said, we found some new information and I'm letting you know about it.

00:06:36.000 He has sent a letter by now to all of the FBI employees and it says, quote, because those emails appear to be pertinent to our investigation, I agreed we should take appropriate steps to obtain and review them.

00:06:48.000 Of course,

00:06:49.000 We don't ordinarily tell Congress about ongoing investigations, but here I feel an obligation to do so, given that I testified repeatedly in recent months that our investigation was complete.

00:06:59.000 Fourth, this is amazing.

00:07:00.000 FBI agents knew for weeks that these emails were on the Weiner server.

00:07:04.000 And now, I mean, Weiner has a private server, a server for money.

00:07:07.000 Do what he wants it to do.

00:07:08.000 But the FBI agents

00:07:11.000 They say that they have found, they found these emails weeks ago and they only let Comey know about it on Thursday.

00:07:16.000 So Comey didn't want to look, he didn't want to be a perjurer, so he immediately let Congress know and then it went public.

00:07:21.000 Fifth, Huma Abedin has already testified under oath she'd give up any device with any Hillary Clinton email on it.

00:07:26.000 So, that's not true, right?

00:07:28.000 So that's not true, and that's gonna come back to bite her, obviously, sixth.

00:07:33.000 The DOJ, and this really is amazing, according to the Wall Street Journal, the FBI was investigating the Clinton Foundation, and Loretta Lynch, or as Andrew Clavin likes to call her, the blandly sinister Attorney General, tried to shut it down.

00:07:44.000 Now, lest we forget, Loretta Lynch met with Bill Clinton on the tarmac at an Arizona airport just before James Comey decided not to push for indictment on Hillary's private server. 0.56

00:07:53.000 Here's what the Journal says, quote,

00:07:55.000 The Justice Department was stern, icy, dismissive of the Clinton Foundation case.

00:08:00.000 Anti-corruption prosecutors at the Justice Department told the FBI at the meeting they would not authorize more aggressive investigative techniques such as subpoenas, formal witness interviews, or a grand jury testimony.

00:08:11.000 Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe was the guy responsible for shutting down the investigation under severe pressure.

00:08:17.000 from the DOJ.

00:08:18.000 And finally, Democrats are absolutely losing their minds, and that's the theme of today's show.

00:08:22.000 So, I thought last Friday, I said that this week would be nuts, because you would see the Democrats drump every piece of terrible oppo on Trump they had. 0.99

00:08:30.000 If they had a tape, a sex tape of Trump with a horse, they would use it, right? 0.98

00:08:34.000 This would be the time to do it. 0.96

00:08:36.000 They apparently don't, because they're panicking.

00:08:38.000 I mean, that's the dead giveaway, is that they are running around with their hair on fire.

00:08:42.000 They are losing their minds.

00:08:45.000 It's like Rosie O'Donnell after a three-day starvation diet.

00:08:49.000 They've lost whatever tenuous connection they had to reality, and it's over for them.

00:08:54.000 They don't have anything else. 0.98

00:08:55.000 So, they just have to wait this sucker out and hope that everything goes OK. 0.98

00:09:00.000 That's it, right? 0.99

00:09:02.000 They have to wait this sucker out and hope that they have enough of a lead 0.98

00:09:06.000 That it's enough going into Election Day. 0.98

00:09:08.000 Now, as I say, the polls have been tightening.

00:09:09.000 They were tightening even before this revelation.

00:09:11.000 Hillary was down to, like, three points in the national lead, and it was very tight in a lot of states.

00:09:15.000 Now, is this enough to put Trump over the top?

00:09:17.000 Unlikely, but it depends how this week goes.

00:09:19.000 Because there's still enough of a gap in most of these states, and enough red states in play, or purple states in play for Hillary, that she still has a pretty sizable advantage. 1.00

00:09:27.000 That's why the odds makers still say that she has about a 3-to-1 advantage on him in terms of winning the presidency.

00:09:33.000 But she's handling this about as badly as you can handle this.

00:09:36.000 Hillary Clinton, this news breaks last Friday, and then Hillary Clinton does a presser, and here's what she had to say at her press conference.

00:09:44.000 So the American people deserve to get the full and complete facts immediately.

00:09:50.000 The director himself has said he doesn't know whether the emails referenced in his letter are significant or not.

00:09:58.000 I'm confident, whatever they are, will not change the conclusion reached in July.

00:10:04.000 Therefore, it's imperative that the Bureau explain this issue in question, whatever it is, without any delay.

00:10:16.000 It's the best!

00:10:17.000 Okay, so now we got Hillary Clinton telling the FBI, you need to release my emails! 0.56

00:10:21.000 Uh, lady, I know someone else who had access to your emails.

00:10:25.000 I'm looking at her, unfortunately.

00:10:27.000 Like, she's right there.

00:10:28.000 She's wearing blue.

00:10:29.000 I have a hint, she's wearing also a necklace that appears to be made of dragon's eggs from Game of Thrones, but

00:10:34.000 Hillary Clinton, you know, like, really?

00:10:36.000 You're saying the FBI, they need to release what they've got?

00:10:38.000 If you had just released what you had, none of this would be an issue in the first place.

00:10:42.000 Then Hillary goes on and she just starts lying. 1.00

00:10:43.000 So here's Hillary lying about how the FBI is politicized, basically. 1.00

00:10:47.000 No, we have not been contacted by anyone.

00:10:51.000 First we knew about it is, I assume, when you knew about it, when this letter sent to Republican members of the House was released.

00:11:00.000 So we don't know the facts, which is why we are calling on the FBI to release all the information that it has.

00:11:10.000 Even Director Comey noted that this new information may not be significant, so let's get it out.

00:11:17.000 Okay, so she's obviously desperate at this point.

00:11:19.000 When she says only Republicans received the letter, by the way, she said that at one point during this press conference.

00:11:24.000 That's just, it's not true.

00:11:25.000 I mean, Democrats got the letter, too.

00:11:27.000 So that's all imploding.

00:11:28.000 Hillary sends out one of her campaign representatives to cut an online video, and this is the weakest routine I have seen in a very long time.

00:11:37.000 Director James Comey released to Congress an unbelievably vague letter that was light on facts and heavy on innuendo.

00:11:43.000 And it only serves to give Republicans a new line of attack against Hillary Clinton. 1.00

00:11:46.000 But the more information that has come out, the more overblown this all seems, and the more concern it has created about Director Comey's actions.

00:11:53.000 Let's walk through what we know.

00:11:54.000 Republicans said at the beginning of this that the FBI case that was closed in July had been reopened, but that's been debunked.

00:12:01.000 And law enforcement sources say that the emails in question were never withheld by Hillary Clinton or the Clinton campaign.

00:12:06.000 Reports say that the emails were not to or from Hillary Clinton, or even ever on her server.

00:12:12.000 In fact, it's entirely possible that they are all duplicates of emails the FBI already looked at months ago.

00:12:17.000 So if that's the case, why send this letter in the first place?

00:12:20.000 You're probably just as puzzled and outraged as we are.

00:12:23.000 Okay, so we can stop this here.

00:12:25.000 So you've got Blocky McBlock of wood telling us that there's nothing to see here.

00:12:29.000 The real reason, as I said last week, that James Comey did this is because he got the notice that these emails were there.

00:12:34.000 He was afraid that if he waited for three weeks to announce it, it would look like he shut down the investigation in July, held it off until Hillary was elected, and then released all of the emails after she was already the president-elect.

00:12:44.000 So he let it go now.

00:12:45.000 And the Hillary people are just fighting mad about this. 1.00

00:12:48.000 They're very, very upset.

00:12:50.000 Meanwhile, Donald Trump is on cloud nine and with his usual sort of subtlety, he goes forward and he thanks Anthony Weiner.

00:12:58.000 We never thought we were going to say thank you to Anthony Weiner.

00:13:08.000 Okay, first of all, thank you, Wiener, is also Trump's secondary campaign slogan.

00:13:13.000 But I love the fact that he's right, by the way.

00:13:16.000 Of course he should be thanking Anthony Wiener.

00:13:18.000 It's kind of amazing.

00:13:18.000 But the most amazing video of the day, actually, is Joe Biden's.

00:13:21.000 Here's Joe Biden's reaction when he finds out that all of these emails were found on Anthony Wiener's private device.

00:13:29.000 Well, oh, God.

00:13:32.000 Anthony Weiner.

00:13:35.000 I should not comment on Anthony Weiner.

00:13:36.000 I'm not a big fan.

00:13:38.000 And I wasn't before he got in trouble, so I shouldn't comment on Anthony Weiner.

00:13:42.000 I love that.

00:13:43.000 I like when he starts lecturing himself.

00:13:45.000 I shouldn't comment on this, but I'm going to comment on it.

00:13:47.000 He has no filter between his brain and his mouth. 0.99

00:13:49.000 And you can see they're all going nuts. 1.00

00:13:52.000 Even Obama's going nuts.

00:13:52.000 So it just came out right before the show.

00:13:54.000 We didn't have time to cut this.

00:13:55.000 But Josh Earnest over at the White House

00:13:57.000 He has now come out and he has said that the White House doesn't really have any criticism for James Comey.

00:14:04.000 So they're throwing Hillary right under the bus. 1.00

00:14:05.000 They figure she's got enough of a lead she'll survive, but it's bad news for Hillary.

00:14:09.000 People are abandoning her on all sides of her.

00:14:12.000 Now, Democrats stick with her, and this is a point that I'm going to talk about a little bit later in the program, that Democrats, no matter what, stick with their woman. 0.77

00:14:19.000 No matter how corrupt she is. 0.85

00:14:20.000 Now that's either a good thing for you or a bad thing for you.

00:14:22.000 I understand the argument.

00:14:23.000 It's a good thing because Democrats are unified, Republicans haven't been.

00:14:26.000 On the other hand, it just demonstrates that Democrats have no values and Republicans actually do.

00:14:30.000 So that's worth noting here.

00:14:33.000 But the media have been trying to, they've been trying, struggling for a way to let Hillary off the hook and they're having a tough time doing it. 1.00

00:14:40.000 Because the truth is that the Clinton people just don't have any answers.

00:14:43.000 So John Podesta was on with, I think it was with Chris Wallace, and he says, you know, Huma Abedin, it wasn't that she was hiding emails.

00:14:51.000 She tried to comply.

00:14:52.000 She did her very best.

00:14:52.000 She's on with Jake Tapper.

00:14:53.000 Have you asked?

00:14:55.000 Abedin, why she did not turn over this computer that is now being reviewed by the FBI?

00:15:01.000 Look, I think Huma's been completely cooperative with the authorities, and they've recognized that.

00:15:08.000 She's worked with her attorneys to turn over relevant material.

00:15:12.000 But we don't know what this is all about, really.

00:15:14.000 So it's very hard... John, she hasn't been completely cooperative if she didn't turn over every device that had

00:15:20.000 I think it's clear that she complied to the best of her ability to turn everything over that she had in her possession.

00:15:30.000 I don't know anything more than the speculation that's running wild in the press now about what this is about.

00:15:38.000 I've talked to her, of course.

00:15:40.000 Have you asked Huma Abedin what is on that computer and why she didn't turn it over when she said she had divided all the devices?

00:15:46.000 We don't know what computer Mr. Comey is talking about.

00:15:48.000 You're assuming a lot of facts that we don't know.

00:15:51.000 Okay, John Podesta is so confused and angry at this point that his head is actually shrinking into two dimensionality.

00:15:58.000 It's pretty amazing.

00:15:58.000 So, they have no good answers on this.

00:16:01.000 We'd take a break really quick and say hello to our sponsors over at NatureBox.com.

00:16:06.000 So, if you're one of these people who eats a lot of crap at the office, and I'm one of the people who eats a lot of crap at the office, and so does everybody else here. 0.96

00:16:11.000 That's why we're all fat. 0.85

00:16:12.000 So, NatureBox.com is the solution to all of that because NatureBox.com has all these really healthy snacks.

00:16:17.000 They have like a hundred delicious snacks to choose from.

00:16:19.000 They have healthy, they have indulgent with artificial.

00:16:21.000 Look at this box.

00:16:22.000 I mean, this is good stuff over here.

00:16:24.000 So, we've got the crispy snickerdoodles, which obviously, I mean, come on.

00:16:28.000 And we've got berry fruit peels.

00:16:31.000 This all looks like solid stuff.

00:16:33.000 We're going to have a tasting a little bit later this week on the podcast with all the members of the Daily Wire crew, including Taylor, who was joining us a little bit earlier.

00:16:41.000 And yes, the tattoos are real.

00:17:06.000 And people in the office have already tried them, and they say that they're really fantastic.

00:17:09.000 So, naturebox.com slash ben.

00:17:11.000 OK, so, you want to see more John Podesta struggling around like a guy blundering into... I mean, he's like...

00:17:18.000 He's sort of like a character in an old horror novel where he blunders into the moors and there's some sort of monster in the moors that's going to eat him.

00:17:26.000 Here it is with Jake Tapper and you're going to watch him blunder right into an abyss in the moors.

00:17:31.000 But it's not that they haven't read any of them.

00:17:33.000 Obviously the FBI agents who stumbled upon them read some of them and determined them to be pertinent.

00:17:39.000 Do you know that, Jake?

00:17:41.000 Do you know that?

00:17:42.000 We don't know anything!

00:17:44.000 I'm telling you, according to the reporting of Evan Perez, our Justice Department correspondent, it's not as though they didn't know anything in the emails.

00:17:51.000 They stumbled upon them, found that they seem to be pertinent to the Clinton email server investigation, and that is why.

00:17:58.000 Seem to be pertinent, might not be significant, 11 days before the election.

00:18:03.000 Is that something you toss on the table, or do you take the time to do what other prosecutors have done in the past and make sure that

00:18:13.000 That it is so significant that you had to go forward with it.

00:18:16.000 So, I don't fault him for taking a look at whatever he's found.

00:18:19.000 We don't really know what that is.

00:18:21.000 But at this stage, having taken this step, then he at least ought to explain, you know, if he thinks they're significant or not significant, let's let him come forward and say why.

00:18:31.000 John Podesta's voice rising into dog range as he realizes there's no way to explain away why it is that Hillary Clinton hid all these emails, but now it's James Comey's fault that he's not revealing all of the emails before he's had a chance to review all of them.

00:18:42.000 Well unfortunately we have to say goodbye to all of our folks over at Facebook.com as well as YouTube.

00:18:48.000 But if you go over to dailywire.com and become a subscriber, then you can join all of the fun.

00:18:51.000 We have more Halloween fun planned a little bit later here.

00:18:54.000 Dailywire.com.

00:18:56.000 And it's $8 a month.

00:18:56.000 You get a free copy of my new book, which comes out in print tomorrow, True Allegiance.

00:19:01.000 And I will sign it for you as well.

00:19:04.000 So make sure that you head over to dailywire.com and join the most popular conservative podcast in America.

00:19:14.000 All righty.

00:19:14.000 So, meanwhile, I love the fact that the Democrats have literally no answers to this simple question.

00:19:19.000 Why are you complaining when it was Hillary's fault that these emails were hidden in the first place?

00:19:23.000 Here's Chris Wallace asking Robby Mook, who is Hillary's campaign communications director.

00:19:29.000 Robby Mook, by the way, has now deleted all of his tweets because there are a bunch of tweets praising James Comey from earlier.

00:19:33.000 We're going to get to the hypocrisy of the Democrats in just a moment.

00:19:37.000 It is pretty incredible.

00:19:38.000 But here is Chris Wallace with Robby Mook.

00:19:41.000 Robby, why would she say something that is so flatly untrue?

00:19:45.000 I have a copy here.

00:19:46.000 It's not very long.

00:19:47.000 It's the letter that Comey sent to Congress.

00:19:50.000 On the front page, it's got the eight Republican chairmen of the committees.

00:19:54.000 If you just turn it over, next page, you got the eight top Democrats on the committee.

00:19:59.000 Why would she say that it was just sent to the Republicans when in fact it was sent to the Republicans and Democrats?

00:20:06.000 You know, Chris, this has been really overhyped.

00:20:09.000 Well, she said it and I didn't.

00:20:11.000 We were all surprised by this letter.

00:20:13.000 She looked at the front page, and as you just said yourself, on the front page of that memo, it lists those Republican shares.

00:20:19.000 Were the Democrats CC'd at the end of the letter?

00:20:22.000 Absolutely.

00:20:22.000 She looked at the front page of the letter.

00:20:24.000 She has acknowledged, we all acknowledge, this was sent to everybody.

00:20:27.000 Again, what we're concerned and disturbed by is that Director Comey sent a letter saying, we have some information.

00:20:34.000 I don't know if it's significant.

00:20:35.000 I don't know if it isn't.

00:20:36.000 He didn't say where it came from.

00:20:37.000 He didn't say what it was about.

00:20:38.000 He didn't even say whether these emails were sent or received by Hillary Clinton.

00:20:42.000 And furthermore, another hypothetical that's out there is that these are duplicates that have already been released.

00:20:48.000 We need all the information and Director Comey needs to get it out fast.

00:20:51.000 But Robbie, I want to make one more point about this letter.

00:20:52.000 You say it's hype.

00:20:55.000 Comey sent the letter about 1 p.m.

00:20:57.000 Eastern Time on Friday.

00:20:59.000 Your campaign chairman, John Podesta, put out a statement at 3.45 p.m.

00:21:04.000 in which he's made exactly the same charge that this letter had been sent just to the Republicans, not to the Democrats.

00:21:11.000 Three hours and 15 minutes later, Hillary Clinton makes the same charge. 0.91

00:21:16.000 This was a dishonest talking point of your campaign, and frankly, it was a dishonest talking point.

00:21:22.000 Chris, if your question is whether Democratic leaders were cc'd on that letter, the answer is absolutely yes.

00:21:29.000 What's disturbing about- He's having a tough time here.

00:21:31.000 He's flailing around.

00:21:31.000 At one point, Wallace asks him straight out, you know, why are you complaining about this when all of this was your fault?

00:21:39.000 I think so.

00:21:56.000 Let's flashback a few months to see what Democrats thought of James Comey, the director of the FBI, when he was wrongly letting Hillary Clinton off the hook.

00:22:03.000 When we talked about this at the time, there were some, like my friend Andrew Klavan, who gave him the benefit of the doubt.

00:22:07.000 I, however, did not.

00:22:08.000 I thought that it was political.

00:22:10.000 I always thought it was political.

00:22:11.000 I had read the law.

00:22:12.000 It was very clear that Hillary Clinton had violated the law. 0.76

00:22:14.000 But the Democrats were just over the moon with the wonders, with the absolute genius of James Comey.

00:22:19.000 Here's President Obama at the time talking about James Comey.

00:22:23.000 That investigation is now closed, and I hope that I could ask you about some of the comments that FBI Director Comey made a few days ago.

00:22:31.000 As you know... You may, Mark, but I want you to make sure you're not wasting your question.

00:22:35.000 I'm going to continue to be scrupulous about not commenting on it, just because I think Director Comey could not have been more exhaustive.

00:22:44.000 My understanding is not only did he make a full presentation, but while we were over here, or at least flying, he was presenting to Congress for hours on end.

00:22:55.000 But I just wanted to give you a chance, just in case you didn't want to burn your question.

00:22:59.000 I actually have a backup.

00:23:03.000 It's amazing.

00:23:04.000 So he says it's an exhaustive investigation, everything is great.

00:23:06.000 Here's the current vice presidential candidate for the Democrats, Tim Kaine, praising James Comey back in July.

00:23:12.000 There was an extensive, as you know, Brett, investigation by the FBI under the direction of a wonderful and tough career public servant, Jim Comey.

00:23:22.000 Jim was in the U.S.

00:23:23.000 Attorney's Office in the Eastern District of Virginia when I was the mayor of Richmond, and he's somebody with the highest standards of integrity.

00:23:31.000 Okay, so that is pretty spectacular.

00:23:33.000 He thinks that James Comey is the highest standards of integrity.

00:23:36.000 Wonderful, wonderful guy.

00:23:37.000 James Comey is the best.

00:23:39.000 Nancy Pelosi also has said, she also said James Comey is just a wonderful, he's a great man, a great man.

00:23:45.000 Let me just say this about Director Coleman first.

00:23:49.000 This is a great man.

00:23:50.000 We are very privileged in our country to have him be the director of the FBI.

00:23:55.000 I say that as first getting to know him when he was part of the Bush administration.

00:24:00.000 And so he comes from the Bush administration to the position that he now holds.

00:24:09.000 And even Chairman Chaffetz has said on him, because we do believe in James Comey, I do think that in all of the government, he is a man of integrity and honesty.

00:24:20.000 His finger is on the pulse of this.

00:24:23.000 Nothing happens without him.

00:24:24.000 And I think he's going to be the definitive person to make the determination or the recommendation.

00:24:30.000 Okay, I love it so, so, so much.

00:24:32.000 The Democrats loved James Comey.

00:24:34.000 He wasn't just great.

00:24:35.000 He was the greatest man who ever lived.

00:24:36.000 The guy was like the Pope.

00:24:37.000 He was unbelievable.

00:24:38.000 It was like the second coming of Jesus came as a 6'8 FBI director.

00:24:41.000 It was incredible.

00:24:43.000 Eli Cummings, who's the, Elijah Cummings, rather, who is the House Judiciary, not director, but the second over there, the Democrat over there.

00:24:53.000 He also thought James Comey is just spectacular.

00:24:56.000 He thought James Comey was a wonderful, wonderful dude.

00:24:58.000 for being here today, especially on such a short notice.

00:25:02.000 You and your staff should be commended for the thorough and dedicated review you conducted.

00:25:07.000 Unfortunately, some of my colleagues are now attacking you personally because your final recommendation conflicted with their preconceived political outcome in this case.

00:25:17.000 Some have tried to argue that this case is far worse than the case of General David Petraeus.

00:25:25.000 Who was convicted in 2015 of knowingly and intentionally compromising highly classified information.

00:25:32.000 In fact, one very vocal politician we all know said this, and I quote, if she isn't indicted, the only reason is because the Democrats are protecting her.

00:25:41.000 She is being protected 100%.

00:25:43.000 Because you look at David, General Petraeus, you look at all- Elijah Cummings praised him.

00:25:47.000 So, what are Democrats saying now?

00:25:49.000 All you have to do is- This just shows you that people have no principles in politics.

00:25:53.000 They don't even have real opinions in politics.

00:25:55.000 They just go wherever it is beneficial for them to go.

00:25:57.000 Representative Elijah Cummings of Maryland today, quote, Members of Congress have asked four months for the FBI to provide us with info regarding Trump and Russian government connections.

00:26:07.000 And now he's accusing Comey of corruption

00:26:09.000 We're good to go.

00:26:35.000 Rather than allowing Republicans to stoke innuendo and falsehoods 11 days away from a presidential election.

00:26:40.000 So she's very upset with James Comey as well, and she's not the only one.

00:26:44.000 Harry Reid is slamming James Comey.

00:26:46.000 Here is the ex—I mean, Harry Reid is legitimately the worst guy in the Senate. 0.99

00:26:50.000 He's an awful, awful human being.

00:26:51.000 Here's Harry Reid, Democrat of Nevada, the same guy who just said openly that Mitt Romney cheated on taxes without any evidence. 0.98

00:26:58.000 Here he is going after the ethics of James Comey.

00:27:02.000 Here's part of the letter. 0.92

00:27:25.000 Okay, this is a bunch of crap that the Hatch Act bars federal authorities from influencing an election purposely, okay? 0.99

00:27:31.000 The idea that James Comey did this because he wants Trump to win is asinine. 0.99

00:27:35.000 What happened here, this is what we call in sports a make-up call. 0.68

00:27:38.000 He made a bad call in July, new evidence emerged, he had to say it now, otherwise it would look like the FBI was going completely political for Hillary Clinton.

00:27:45.000 What's amazing, there is, I think, a larger point to be made here, which is that when you do ethically compromise things in order to protect an institution,

00:27:53.000 You end up destroying yourself and the institution.

00:27:55.000 So John Roberts on Obamacare, he basically acknowledged that the reason that he made the Obamacare decision in favor of Obamacare was because he didn't want to get the Supreme Court into severely hot water.

00:28:04.000 He wanted to uphold the traditions of the institution.

00:28:07.000 Instead, he ended up destroying the legitimacy of the institution, whatever limited legitimacy it ever had.

00:28:13.000 Right?

00:28:13.000 It was like Roger Goodell with the NFL.

00:28:14.000 He would protect the shield, but the way he protected the shield was by covering up some really, really bad stuff, and then it turns out the bad stuff comes out anyway and destroys the image of the NFL.

00:28:22.000 Comey was trying to protect the FBI from looking like it was politicized with Hillary Clinton.

00:28:27.000 Instead, he made it look super politicized, and now he's trying again to make it look not political, and so it looks doubly politicized.

00:28:33.000 The Republicans are ticked at him because he shouldn't have basically acquitted Hillary back in July, and now Democrats are mad at him because he's saying, well, there's new evidence and now I have to release

00:28:41.000 We're good.

00:28:56.000 Trump says now that he made a big mistake in July, but he's glad to see that Comey's corrected it.

00:29:00.000 What an honorable guy.

00:29:01.000 Amazing how his honor moves up and down based on whether you like what he's doing or not.

00:29:05.000 Eric Holder has also been trotted out.

00:29:07.000 The former Attorney General of the United States, who's in contempt, been held in contempt by Congress.

00:29:11.000 Eric Holder says that James Comey's a good man, but he made a serious mistake.

00:29:15.000 Eric Holder is the worst Attorney General in modern American history.

00:29:18.000 And Eric Holder is ripping James Comey's ethics?

00:29:21.000 Yeah, right.

00:29:22.000 Okay, every Democrat is doing this.

00:29:23.000 Tim Ryan, a congressperson, he's come out and he says, really, it's Russia's fault that this entire thing was opened in the first place.

00:29:31.000 I don't think it's going to have a whole lot of effect on the current electorate, but I will say this, where have these documents, where did they come from?

00:29:38.000 How did the FBI get to them?

00:29:41.000 Where are they?

00:29:41.000 We have all this stuff going on with Russia right now.

00:29:44.000 All of the WikiLeaks issues of stolen documents that we don't really even know if some have been manipulated or not manipulated.

00:29:51.000 Why didn't the FBI have these documents through all of the different investigations that they went through on this, where the FBI said that, you know, she didn't do anything wrong, that it may be careless, but that was it.

00:30:04.000 And that there would have had to been this huge conspiracy of 300 people in the State Department that would have been conspiring to, you know, release confidential information.

00:30:13.000 Why didn't it come up in all of this?

00:30:15.000 Hillary Clinton has been thoroughly vetted on this issue.

00:30:19.000 The FBI chose not to do anything with the information, and we have all moved on.

00:30:26.000 So the question is, where did these documents come from?

00:30:29.000 How did they get to the FBI?

00:30:31.000 Is Russia involved in this?

00:30:33.000 We don't have any clue of where this stuff is coming from.

00:30:36.000 So now we've got the McCarthyists, the McCarthyites are on the Democratic side.

00:30:39.000 They're very upset with Russia.

00:30:40.000 So after handing Russia full power in the Middle East and Ukraine, now they think the Russians are nefarious work on behalf of Donald Trump.

00:30:46.000 It really is truly amazing the hypocrisy that's been exposed by this election cycle.

00:30:51.000 Now, all of this said, should Comey have done this?

00:30:54.000 I'm not sure that Comey had a choice.

00:30:55.000 He made such a bad call in July that now, again, if he says three weeks from now we have new emails and I didn't reveal them to the public, then people are going to want his head on a platter and they're not going to trust the FBI ever again.

00:31:06.000 So he sort of had to do this because he made the mistake in the first place

00:31:10.000 That said, it is pretty amazing.

00:31:12.000 It's pretty incredible.

00:31:13.000 Now, by the way, on another note, and we'll talk about this a little bit more tomorrow when we have more time, but Donna Brazile, this is breaking news, Donna Brazile has now been fired from CNN. 0.93

00:31:21.000 She's been suspended because she's at the DNC.

00:31:23.000 She's the new head of the DNC.

00:31:24.000 You remember Donna Brazile had said repeatedly that she did not leak questions from the Bernie Sanders-Hillary Clinton debates to Hillary Clinton?

00:31:31.000 There's a new email that proves that she absolutely leaked

00:31:34.000 Questions from CNN to Hillary Clinton, demonstrating once again that when Trump says that CNN is the Clinton News Network, that's exactly right. 0.58

00:31:43.000 I mean, they actually created these questions, and then somehow, just somehow, no one knows how, these questions ended up in Donna Brazile's inbox, and she could send them directly to Hillary Clinton.

00:31:52.000 It is amazing how corrupt the Democrats are.

00:31:54.000 It's astonishing, actually, all the way through. 0.52

00:31:57.000 And they don't feel one iota of remorse about this.

00:31:59.000 It's funny, when you talk to Hillary supporters, the vast majority of Hillary supporters obviously hate Trump, but very, very few of them seriously have considerations about Hillary at all.

00:32:10.000 When's the last time they had a second thought about the corruption of their own candidate?

00:32:17.000 I'm proud of the fact that my party has people who agonize over Donald Trump.

00:32:20.000 I think Democrats should be a little bit ashamed that they have such a corrupt candidate and very few of them are thinking about it in a serious way because after all Donald Trump is the worst and therefore Hillary must be president of the United States and have full power to run the federal government like her private server was run. 0.74

00:32:35.000 Now, on to the next question.

00:32:36.000 Do the Democrats have any oppo?

00:32:38.000 I don't think they do.

00:32:38.000 As I say, I don't think the Democrats have any oppo at all.

00:32:41.000 I think they're out.

00:32:41.000 I think they've run the gamut.

00:32:43.000 I think that they are empty on ammo, and that means they have some troubles, because it's only Monday today, and the polls haven't even really reflected the entire fallout from this renewed FBI investigation.

00:32:53.000 They're trying to drop some oppo, but it's real weak tea.

00:32:56.000 So, for example, they're dropping oppo from Trump in 1990, saying adultery isn't a sin.

00:33:00.000 They have this tape.

00:33:01.000 I mean, this is from the Daily Beast, where apparently he said that adultery is not a sin.

00:33:06.000 Anybody who is shocked by this hasn't been watching Donald Trump his entire career, or lately, Donald Trump is a scuzzbucket.

00:33:11.000 But, if this is the best they can do, they got nothing, because it's already baked into the cake with Donald Trump.

00:33:16.000 We already know what Donald Trump is, and we already know who and what he does.

00:33:20.000 So, that is what it is.

00:33:21.000 That means that everything's up in the air, and it's gonna be a wild week.

00:33:25.000 Alrighty, with that said, time for some things I like and some things that I hate.

00:33:28.000 So, things I like, we have a happy Halloween message from our folks here at the Daily Wire, so let's play that.

00:33:34.000 Announcing the commencement of the annual purge.

00:33:38.000 All government and emergency services will be suspended for 12 hours.

00:33:43.000 All crime is legal.

00:33:48.000 Hurry up, boys!

00:33:49.000 We only have 12 hours before the government shuts this project down. 1.00

00:33:54.000 Ha ha ha, let's kill Ethan Hawke. 1.00

00:33:57.000 No time. 0.94

00:33:58.000 Reg 14b section 249Q is only suspended for 12 hours.

00:34:03.000 But, uh, anything... I mean, we can do anything.

00:34:06.000 Murder?

00:34:07.000 Sorry, son.

00:34:08.000 12 small businesses to start after this.

00:34:11.000 Plus, it's the only day of the year I can smoke a cigarette.

00:34:13.000 In the bar.

00:34:15.000 Gotta open a lemonade stand with my kid.

00:34:18.000 I'm gonna ride a bike without a helmet.

00:34:19.000 Woo-hoo! 1.00

00:34:23.000 And that is how Republicans think.

00:34:28.000 Well done, guys.

00:34:29.000 So that's Happy Halloween from us.

00:34:32.000 And make sure that if you're going to violate a regulation, it's a regulation on business.

00:34:35.000 OK.

00:34:36.000 Other things that I like.

00:34:37.000 So in honor of Halloween, I'm not a big Halloween fan.

00:34:40.000 So first of all, let me just say this.

00:34:41.000 I'm not a Halloween fan.

00:34:42.000 When I was a kid, before I was Orthodox, Orthodox Jews don't really do Halloween.

00:34:46.000 It's sort of a pagan holiday.

00:34:48.000 But when I was young, before we were Orthodox, we used to dress up and we used to do Halloween.

00:34:53.000 And go door-to-door.

00:34:54.000 And as I recall, when I was a kid, maybe just because I was a kid, Halloween used to be about children.

00:34:58.000 It used to be about the fun of dressing up and going door-to-door and getting candy for your kids.

00:35:03.000 And everybody thought, oh, what cute kids these are.

00:35:04.000 They're really wonderful.

00:35:05.000 And now it turns out that Halloween is all about the adults. 0.94

00:35:07.000 It's about the slutty nuns, and it's about how heavily can you drink, and it's about throwing off all of the shackles of Western civilization for a night. 1.00

00:35:15.000 I hate that crap. 1.00

00:35:16.000 I think it's garbage. 1.00

00:35:17.000 And when it comes to horror, I think horror is not my favorite thing in the world, in general, as a genre. 0.96

00:35:24.000 There are some good horror novels.

00:35:26.000 The Exorcist is actually a really good novel.

00:35:27.000 But there's a worship of death that is inherent to how we've made Halloween.

00:35:32.000 We take Halloween too seriously, and we don't take Christmas seriously enough, is the way that I'd put it.

00:35:36.000 And the emphasis is all on adults acting like children on Halloween.

00:35:40.000 And so, you know, you've got 40-year-olds dressing up like superheroes.

00:35:45.000 OK, that's not the biggest deal.

00:35:46.000 A lot of people are critical of that.

00:35:47.000 I don't think that's the biggest deal.

00:35:49.000 I think the bigger deal is the idea that adult Halloween is like a gentleman's club.

00:35:55.000 I hate euphemisms generally. 0.95

00:35:56.000 When people say a gentleman's club, they mean a really gross place where a bunch of losers go to pleasure themselves while watching women who probably have a drug problem. 0.95

00:36:03.000 That's what a gentleman's club is. 0.98

00:36:05.000 And adult Halloween is really just you getting drunk and jerking your responsibilities because, hey, why not?

00:36:10.000 I hate that kind of stuff as a general matter.

00:36:12.000 Halloween should be about the kids.

00:36:14.000 And that is why, you know, even though we are Orthodox, we obviously still are happy to give candy to the kids who come to our house.

00:36:21.000 Some of it is poison, but most of it is not.

00:36:23.000 Okay.

00:36:24.000 Things that I hate.

00:36:25.000 Let's do it.

00:36:28.000 Do we have a things that I hate?

00:36:32.000 Well done guys, you're really on top of it today.

00:36:34.000 Okay, so things that I hate.

00:36:35.000 John Oliver of HBO, he's coming in for a lot of criticism lately because he is just awful all the way through.

00:36:41.000 So John Oliver did a segment, and I think it's really fascinating to break down what the left does when they conflate a bunch of different myths all together.

00:36:47.000 So, John Oliver is very upset with what he terms school segregation.

00:36:51.000 Now he doesn't mean formal school segregation, as in black people are not allowed to go to this school, only white people can go to this school.

00:36:57.000 He's talking about informal segregation.

00:36:59.000 And he talks about some of the problems with it without, of course, paying any attention to the real reason this is happening.

00:37:04.000 It would still be problematic, even if these schools were roughly equivalent academically, as that would still be a violation of the principle of Brown v. Board of Education that separate educational facilities are inherently unequal.

00:37:16.000 But in practice, they are very rarely equal in any way.

00:37:20.000 Black and Latino children are more likely to attend schools with inexperienced teachers, which are then less likely to offer a college prep curriculum.

00:37:28.000 On top of which, because race and class are inextricably linked, those students are six times as likely to be in high-poverty schools.

00:37:35.000 And while there are teachers and students working incredibly hard in those places, they are often doing so with fewer resources, as one student learned during a school exchange program.

00:37:45.000 So, how is it possible that our nation's schools are by some measures more segregated now than they have been in over four decades?

00:37:52.000 Well, it turns out, places like New York haven't so much re-segregated as never really bothered integrating in the first place.

00:37:59.000 Because the 1964 Civil Rights Act

00:38:01.000 It was very carefully crafted by Northern lawmakers.

00:38:04.000 It targeted the kind of segregation by law which existed in the South, so you couldn't have a school that was officially designated whites only, but it exempted the so-called racial imbalance of Northern schools.

00:38:17.000 So if a New York school was all white because it was drawing from an all-white area,

00:38:21.000 Even if that area had been kept that way due to a host of explicitly racist housing policies, that was somehow fine. 0.99

00:38:29.000 And if you're thinking, that is some hypocritical bullshit, you are not alone. 0.98

00:38:33.000 Malcolm X was pointing this out in New York at the time. 0.99

00:38:37.000 So we can stop it there.

00:38:38.000 So he goes on along these lines.

00:38:39.000 So there are a couple of things he's conflating.

00:38:41.000 First of all, he's conflating the idea of voluntary segregation with involuntary segregation.

00:38:46.000 He does it right there.

00:38:47.000 He says there's no difference.

00:38:48.000 You know, the Civil Rights Act didn't force racial balance in schools that were racially imbalanced before.

00:38:55.000 Right, because if there's nothing prohibiting a black person from joining the white school, and it's illegal to prohibit that black person from renting in that area, then what's the issue exactly?

00:39:06.000 The real reason there's segregation in a lot of these schools, de facto segregation, not de jure, not in law, de facto segregation, the reason that there's de facto segregation in a lot of these schools is because, unfortunately, there's been a lot of white flight from inner cities, and the reason there's been a lot of white flight from inner cities is because of democratic tax policy, which has increased taxes on people,

00:39:24.000 We're good.

00:39:44.000 The union negotiates on behalf of the more experienced teachers.

00:39:47.000 The more experienced you get, the cushier the job is supposed to be, and there's no market incentive to teach in a really bad, downtrodden inner-city school.

00:39:55.000 If you're a top teacher, what you really want is the top teachers at the crappy schools, presumably, and you want less experienced teachers at the better schools because the students are easier to deal with, you can learn how to deal with them there, and then you can go into a school that really needs more help,

00:40:08.000 And you get paid a lot of money to do that.

00:40:09.000 Michelle Rhee tried to do this in Washington, D.C. 1.00

00:40:11.000 and the teachers union would have nothing to do with it.

00:40:13.000 So instead what you get is the least qualified teachers teaching in the worst possible areas and the most qualified teachers teaching in the really, really nice areas.

00:40:21.000 Now, one of the arguments that Oliver and the left make is that the tax money that's paid in a lot of downtrodden areas is not equal to the amount that's paid in a lot of local areas that are more upper crust.

00:40:32.000 That's true, because richer areas tend to take in more tax revenue.

00:40:36.000 But the money is not the solution.

00:40:37.000 Because, for example, LAUSD spends about $10,000 per year per student, and that's not improving its educational metric at all.

00:40:44.000 We've increased spending on education in the United States multiple times over.

00:40:48.000 We spend a lot of money on education here in the United States.

00:40:50.000 And it doesn't match up with the amount of accomplishment in education because education really comes down to a couple of factors.

00:40:56.000 One, good teachers who are being paid properly for their services, and that means market rate for their services.

00:41:01.000 And two, parents who care enough to ensure that their kids get a good education in spite of all the challenges that surround them. 0.97

00:41:08.000 So this is not an excuse for bad public schools, but to suggest that it's white people being racist against black people, and that's why predominantly black schools in the inner city are really crappy.

00:41:16.000 No, it's government policy that drove people out of these cities. 0.92

00:41:19.000 It's government policy that attempted to force people into associations they didn't want to be in, that drove people further and further out into the suburbs.

00:41:26.000 It's why you saw white flight into the suburbs.

00:41:29.000 The reality is that if you had a school voucher program where students of any race and any age could move into schools that were better,

00:41:36.000 All right.

00:42:06.000 Why?

00:42:06.000 Because there's a market for McDonald's in inner-city communities.

00:42:08.000 People are willing to pay for it, and so they get it.

00:42:11.000 You actually don't see segregation in higher universities.

00:42:14.000 Why?

00:42:14.000 Because state schools are basically open admittance, right?

00:42:18.000 Now, they'll say that there's more segregation than ever in higher education, too, because there aren't enough black and Hispanic people qualifying for the kind of minimum qualifications to get into these universities.

00:42:28.000 But again, that's not a result

00:42:30.000 of legal barriers.

00:42:31.000 That's a result of all these other informal barriers that we're talking about, including barriers—well, some of them are legal barriers, like not being able to go to the public school you want to go to.

00:42:40.000 And part of them are informal barriers, like having a culture that doesn't value education in the same way that other cultures do.

00:42:46.000 I mean, if you look at the difference between—and it's true even within—it's not even a black and white issue.

00:42:50.000 I mean, this is true even within different subsets of the Asian community.

00:42:52.000 There are various cultures in the Asian community, some of which value education more than others.

00:42:57.000 So, this is not as easy a solution as John Oliver is basically suggesting here.

00:43:02.000 Just get the government in to mandate that a certain number of black people go to a white school, a certain number of white people go to a black school. 0.62

00:43:07.000 They tried this in the 1960s, and it ended up devastating virtually all of the school system.

00:43:12.000 Well, we'll talk more about issues like this tomorrow. 0.94

00:43:14.000 We'll also talk about Donna Brazile being ousted at CNN because it turns out she's a pathological liar, too. 0.99

00:43:19.000 And, of course, more fallout from Hillary's FBI investigation as we continue tomorrow here on The Ben Shapiro Show.

00:43:24.000 And we will see you then.
