00:00:05.000 Joe Biden makes some incredibly tone-deaf comments about it.

00:01:55.000 That is black rifle coffee.com slash Shapiro code Shapiro.

00:01:59.000 Alrighty, well.

00:02:00.000 There is a man who needs a drink.

00:02:01.000 That man's name, Andrew Cuomo.

00:02:03.000 He is no longer going to be governor of New York.

00:02:06.000 He's giving himself 14 days to slow the spread.

00:02:09.000 Apparently he is not going to resign for another two weeks, but he says he is leaving right as of now.

00:02:15.000 He said on Tuesday he will resign, relinquishing under extraordinary pressure his decade-long grip on power, heading off a potential impeachment by New York's Democratic-led legislature a week after the release of a report by the state AG found that he had sexually harassed 11 women.

00:02:30.000 Here is what it sounded like when Andrew Cuomo announced his resignation.

00:02:35.000 I think that given the circumstances, the best way I can help now is if I step aside and let government get back to governing.

00:02:47.000 And therefore, that's what I'll do.

00:02:49.000 Because I work for you.

00:02:52.000 And doing the right thing is doing the right thing for you.

00:02:59.000 Because as we say, it's not about me.

00:03:02.000 It's about we.

00:03:04.000 Oh my god.

00:03:06.000 It's not about me.

00:03:07.000 It's about we. 0.97

00:03:08.000 And by we, he means your breasts. 0.98

00:03:11.000 That is Andrew Cuomo. 0.99

00:03:14.000 Honestly, the guy's gonna have to step down from office after killing every old person in the state of New York and then covering it up because he allegedly groped a woman's breasts. 0.95

00:03:23.000 That's really what this is about.

00:03:25.000 Like, that's a bad thing to do.

00:03:27.000 But it seems like, you know, killing every elderly person in New York and then covering it up is a much worse thing to do.

00:03:32.000 And this is the thing that's so amazing.

00:03:35.000 There are really only two reasons why Cuomo is going down here.

00:03:39.000 One is because Cuomo is an inconvenient figure for Democrats at this time.

00:03:43.000 He's inconvenient because he actually did an unbelievably crappy job over the course of the last year during the pandemic.

00:03:48.000 New York, by all available statistics, still has the second highest death per million rate in the nation slightly after New Jersey.

00:03:56.000 Right now, New York has the fourth highest unemployment rate in America.

00:04:01.000 Hey, so those are not good stats from the governor of New York, who was championed as this wonderful, wonderful dude last year.

00:04:07.000 And so Democrats had a choice.

00:04:09.000 They could either rethink how they approach the pandemic and throw Cuomo under the bus on that score, or they could find another reason to throw him under the bus. 0.99

00:04:16.000 And conveniently enough, earlier this year, out came these allegations that he had been grabbing people's asses. 0.98

00:04:21.000 And that was a perfect excuse to go after Andrew Cuomo. 0.97

00:04:24.000 Beyond that, Andrew Cuomo has no allies, because here's the thing.

00:04:27.000 The media spent a year treating Andrew Cuomo like he was some sort of beloved figure in New York.

00:04:32.000 People HATE Andrew Cuomo in New York.

00:04:35.000 I'm talking about the political class.

00:04:36.000 The political class in New York, they despise Andrew Cuomo.

00:04:40.000 And there's a reason that Bill de Blasio hates him.

00:04:42.000 There's a reason that the entire New York State Legislature hates Andrew Cuomo. 1.00

00:04:45.000 He is a jerk. 1.00

00:04:47.000 Everybody who is in a position of power to save him It was like Batman. 1.00

00:04:50.000 At the end of Batman Begins, right?

00:04:52.000 They're not going to kill him, but they also don't have to save him.

00:04:55.000 Except this time, they actually were going to kill him.

00:04:57.000 And so he had to step back and step down.

00:04:59.000 And even now, he's still making it about himself.

00:05:01.000 Even as he steps down, he can't just apologize.

00:05:04.000 He has to just say, you know, it's it's it's not I'm not doing this for me.

00:05:07.000 I'm doing this for me.

00:05:09.000 And then he continues by saying that he apologizes for offending the women.

00:05:14.000 At no point does he ever say he did anything wrong, by the way.

00:05:16.000 See, the real reason that he's resigning here is because, you watch, within four years they're going to be talking about him coming back.

00:05:22.000 In fact, as we will see, members of the media are already talking about him coming back, and he's not even gone yet!

00:05:27.000 Like, give us a little time to miss him, gang!

00:05:30.000 But here is Andrew Cuomo apologizing for women being offended.

00:05:35.000 The most serious allegations made against me had no credible factual basis in the report.

00:05:42.000 And there is a difference between alleged improper conduct and concluding sexual harassment.

00:05:53.000 Now, don't get me wrong, this is not to say that there are not 11 women who I truly offended.

00:06:01.000 There are.

00:06:03.000 And for that, I deeply, deeply apologize.

00:06:06.000 Okay, so his line here is that he is very, very sorry that somebody was offended, but also he didn't do anything wrong.

00:06:12.000 He just sort of breached some etiquette by allegedly grabbing women and kissing them on the lips and touching them in weird ways and asking them weird questions and all the rest.

00:06:22.000 And this was his line throughout the presser, right?

00:06:24.000 He said, my sense of humor can offend people sometimes.

00:06:27.000 He just, you know, it's really on them because they get offended.

00:06:30.000 It's really not on Andrew Cuomo.

00:06:31.000 At no point here does he actually take full blame for anything that he has allegedly done, right?

00:06:36.000 Which is why he's leaving the door open.

00:06:39.000 Here's the thing.

00:06:40.000 Once it became clear he was going to be impeached, he had to resign because if he had been impeached, he could never come back.

00:06:45.000 But if he resigned, he could theoretically come back four years from now saying, well, you know, those allegations really never panned out.

00:06:52.000 And I stepped down because it was necessary for me to step down at the time.

00:06:56.000 But now that we know that those things didn't pan out, well, I think maybe I'll come back.

00:07:00.000 This is what happened with, for example, Senator Al Franken, right?

00:07:03.000 When Al Franken stepped down as senator from Minnesota over allegations of grasping women's behinds and rope lines. 0.99

00:07:09.000 We made New York State the progressive capital of the nation.

00:07:11.000 No other state government accomplished more to help people.

00:07:13.000 Andrew Cuomo then going on to try and defend his legacy, right? So even as he's leaving, he's defending his garbage legacy. We made New York State the progressive capital of the nation. 0.98

00:07:24.000 No other state government accomplished more to help people.

00:07:29.000 And that is what it's all about.

00:07:31.000 Just think about what we did. We passed marriage equality, creating a new civil right, legalized love for the LGBTQ community, and we generated a force for change that swept the nation.

00:07:46.000 Um...

00:07:48.000 you Really? 1.00

00:07:50.000 So your legacy is gay marriage and killing all the olds. 1.00

00:07:54.000 And lots of people leaving the state. 0.98

00:07:56.000 Like so many people leaving the state that you couldn't even raise taxes anymore because you were afraid that if you raised taxes anymore, every wealthy person in the state of New York was going to leave.

00:08:05.000 Again, What he's really doing here is he's just attempting to preserve a future political lifeline.

00:08:10.000 So don't take this the way the Democrats are taking this.

00:08:12.000 Look how wonderful we are.

00:08:14.000 We were going to stop him because we have principles.

00:08:16.000 And Andrew Cuomo resigned because Andrew Cuomo has... No, none of you people have principles because you're all politicians. 0.98

00:08:20.000 So shut up. 1.00

00:08:21.000 Okay, we'll get to more of this in just one second. 0.95

00:09:22.000 Once more, ring.com slash ben.

00:09:24.000 All right, just as the proof that Andrew Cuomo is not actually apologetic about any of this, let's recall that before Andrew Cuomo actually resigned, his personal lawyer, a woman named Rita Glavin, Give a 42-minute monologue in which you just tore into everybody who had made an allegation about Andrew Cuomo.

00:09:41.000 So, for example, Cuomo's attorney trashed two accusers specifically.

00:09:45.000 One was named Brittany Camiso. 0.93

00:09:46.000 She, of course, is the woman who alleged that Andrew Cuomo had rubbed her butt and that he had then called her into his office and stuck his hand up her shirt.

00:09:55.000 And Lindsey Boylan, who had suggested that he had kissed her on the lips and then he had made inappropriate comments, Cuomo's attorney just There was also testimony by several witnesses about potential motives in what was going on with Ms.

00:10:04.000 about Andrew Cuomo actually admitting fault is precisely the opposite, right?

00:10:08.000 He wants to leave on his own terms before his impeachment sort of seals his record into stone.

00:10:14.000 There was also testimony by several evidence, by several witnesses about potential motives and what was going on with Ms. Camiso in late 2020 and early 2021.

00:10:28.000 And concerns she had about her job, that she had been turned down for a raise, and concerns that there was a possibility that because her work hours might change, she could be transferred.

00:10:40.000 You see, Ms.

00:10:41.000 Boylan had ran in a primary against Congressman Jerry Nadler.

00:10:46.000 And in March of 2020, when COVID started, the governor issued an executive order which narrowed the timeframe for people to get petitions so they could get on the ballot.

00:10:59.000 Boylan was very unhappy about this and felt that that had been directed at her.

00:10:59.000 Ms.

00:11:05.000 So why not stay and fight it out?

00:11:07.000 Really, I mean, you've got your lawyer out there making a 40-minute presentation about why all the accusers are not credible.

00:11:12.000 Why not stay and fight it out?

00:11:13.000 And the answer, of course, is that Cuomo had alienated so many people inside the Democratic Party that it didn't matter what evidence he provided on the other side.

00:11:21.000 He was going to be impeached.

00:11:23.000 I mean, Cuomo's attorney basically acknowledged this, and she said the investigators brought their own bias.

00:11:27.000 I mean, she's going after Attorney General Letitia James here, pointing out that Letitia James has her eye on the governor's seat, which of course is true. 0.99

00:11:34.000 The two investigators that were charged with this report, certainly, and it comes through when you read it, they brought their own biases.

00:11:46.000 Mr. Kim had pursued and supervised criminal investigations against the governor for years at that office.

00:11:54.000 And he actually personally interviewed him.

00:11:57.000 Personally interviewed Governor Cuomo in one of the criminal investigations.

00:12:01.000 And with respect to Ms.

00:12:02.000 Clark, as an attorney, her practice is focused on bringing sexual harassment and discrimination lawsuits on behalf of employees.

00:12:15.000 Okay, by the way, no one ever really goes away.

00:12:19.000 No one ever really dies when it comes to politics. 0.83

00:12:21.000 Unless you're dead.

00:12:22.000 And even then, maybe not.

00:12:24.000 It's like The Last Jedi.

00:12:25.000 Nobody ever really goes away.

00:12:27.000 It's not just Andrew who's not going to go away.

00:12:29.000 Apparently Chris is going to stick around too.

00:12:31.000 You know Chris is still advising him from CNN?

00:12:34.000 There's a report in the Washington Post that mentions, buried in paragraph 11, that Chris Cuomo is still advising his brother, despite the fact that basically he's been suspended from duty for advising his brother.

00:12:43.000 Now, the angle that Democrats are taking with regard to Cuomo leaving, it's a really strange angle.

00:12:50.000 Normally when somebody leaves, you don't celebrate them.

00:12:52.000 You don't talk about what a wonderful job they did.

00:12:54.000 Letitia James just put out 168 page report about what a terrible person Andrew Cuomo is.

00:12:59.000 And then she put out a statement saying, I thank Governor Cuomo for his contributions to our state.

00:13:05.000 I mean, like, what?

00:13:07.000 Joe Biden did the same thing, by the way.

00:13:09.000 He started off by saying he respected Cuomo's decision, and then he had to be told what Cuomo's decision was, and also who Andrew Cuomo was, because obviously the President of the United States is no longer with us, unfortunately.

00:13:19.000 But as we say, no one ever really dies.

00:13:20.000 Here is Joe Biden saying that he respects Andrew Cuomo's decision.

00:13:24.000 What is your reaction to Governor Cuomo's, uh, his announcement that he's stepping down?

00:13:29.000 You called on him to resign.

00:13:30.000 Did you think he would?

00:13:33.000 I respect the governor's decision and I respect the decision he made.

00:13:39.000 Okay, but the best comment here from Joe Biden is the most telling comment.

00:13:44.000 And that is when Biden feels the necessity to praise Cuomo.

00:13:48.000 Again, understand Democrats really wanted to cap Cuomo here.

00:13:52.000 For a couple of reasons. 0.99

00:13:53.000 One is that he's a jerk, but the other is that Cuomo is a really inconvenient figure for them. 0.99

00:13:57.000 They made a hero out of the guy and he was awful on COVID. 1.00

00:14:01.000 I cannot express this enough.

00:14:02.000 Andrew Cuomo had a COVID policy by which he shipped COVID positive elderly patients back into nursing homes, who then went on to infect everybody in the nursing homes.

00:14:12.000 And then, when these people got so sick they had to be shipped to the hospitals, he promptly had his death count not count them as nursing home patients.

00:14:20.000 Instead, they were counted as people who died outside nursing homes.

00:14:24.000 That was like somewhere between 9,000 and 11,000 elderly people who were counted as non-nursing home patients when they were actually nursing home patients when they got the disease and they were shipped out like a day before they died to the local hospital.

00:14:37.000 He was a bleep show on this stuff.

00:14:39.000 And he was treated as this sort of magical figure by the media.

00:14:43.000 And the Democrats can't let this go, because here's the thing.

00:14:45.000 Cuomo's model, which failed, and it did, it failed.

00:14:49.000 Cuomo's model is still the model Democrats are pursuing today.

00:14:53.000 Democrats like to purport that they have an answer to COVID.

00:14:55.000 They do not have an answer to COVID because no one has an excellent answer to COVID.

00:14:58.000 The only answer to COVID, so far as anyone is aware at this point, is the vaccine.

00:15:02.000 That's it.

00:15:02.000 The masks are not a long-term, or even medium-term, or maybe even short-term answer when it comes to the Delta variant.

00:15:08.000 There are no other answers.

00:15:09.000 You're not going to lock down forever.

00:15:10.000 You can't do that.

00:15:12.000 You're not going to tell people they can't go out of their houses forever.

00:15:14.000 You can't do that.

00:15:15.000 People are not up for that anymore.

00:15:17.000 And so if they cannot dissociate from Andrew Cuomo's actual record on COVID, they will dissociate from Andrew Cuomo on other grounds.

00:15:24.000 That is what we are seeing right here.

00:15:25.000 And that brought Joe Biden to this bizarre impasse where he had to talk about what a wonderful person and governor Andrew Cuomo was, and then express that that's why his personal behavior was sad.

00:15:35.000 Sad?

00:15:36.000 Like, did it just happen to him?

00:15:38.000 Sad is when, like, your puppy gets run over by a car.

00:15:41.000 Sad is not when the governor of the state of New York decides that he is going to grab some boob of a subordinate.

00:15:47.000 That's perverse.

00:15:47.000 That's not sad.

00:15:49.000 Here's Joe Biden making a rather large boo-boo.

00:15:53.000 How would you assess his ten and a half years as governor of the state?

00:15:58.000 In terms of his personal behavior or what he's done as a governor?

00:16:01.000 What he's done as a governor.

00:16:02.000 I thought he's done a hell of a job.

00:16:03.000 I thought he's done a hell of a job.

00:16:07.000 And, uh, I mean, both on everything from access to voting to infrastructure to a whole range of things.

00:16:15.000 That's why it's so sad.

00:16:16.000 That's why it's so sad.

00:16:17.000 It's so sad.

00:16:18.000 By the way, he didn't do a hell of a job. 0.97

00:16:20.000 He did a crappy job. 0.87

00:16:21.000 That's why all the other New York legislators are looking forward to dumping his body in a shallow grave in Iowa, politically speaking. 0.84

00:16:28.000 We'll get to more of this in just one second.

00:16:29.000 First, let's talk about a simple fact.

00:16:31.000 If you've got a medical problem, you need to go get it solved.

00:16:32.000 Sitting around waiting for it to go away?

00:16:34.000 That is not going to help, particularly if it's a life-changing problem like erectile dysfunction.

00:17:34.000 Okay, so...

00:17:36.000 Biden makes that amazing statement where he says that Cuomo's done an amazing job, and that's why his behavior is sad.

00:17:40.000 Caitlin Collins, to her credit, from CNN, did a bit of actual journalism.

00:17:44.000 Not journalism-ing.

00:17:46.000 And she followed up with Biden, and she said, um, you know, you said he did an amazing job, but, um, he did sexually harass half the women he ever met in the office.

00:17:46.000 Actual journalism.

00:17:55.000 Can you really say that he has done, quote, hell of a job, that he's accused of sexually harassing women for a job?

00:18:01.000 The question is, did he do a good job on infrastructure?

00:18:05.000 That was the question.

00:18:06.000 He did.

00:18:06.000 The question was, how did he do as a governor?

00:18:09.000 No, the question was, correct me if I'm wrong.

00:18:13.000 How was he as a governor generally?

00:18:15.000 Outside of his personal behavior.

00:18:19.000 Outside of his personal behavior.

00:18:20.000 Okay.

00:18:20.000 Can you separate the two?

00:18:22.000 No, I'm not.

00:18:23.000 I was asked a specific question.

00:18:25.000 Okay, so, no, no, no.

00:18:26.000 You can't separate the two, but you can separate the two.

00:18:29.000 Weird, because we were told when Trump was president, you definitely could not separate the two. 0.99

00:18:32.000 Remember, this was Joe Biden's pitch for the presidency, is that his character made him fit for the presidency, unlike that evil, dullard Donald Trump, who was so terrible to women.

00:18:41.000 Also, we were supposed to ignore the Terry Reid allegations, because Joe Biden is obviously a wonderful, wonderful person.

00:18:46.000 Jen Psaki then tried to explain her way out of this little conundrum. 1.00

00:18:50.000 She tweeted out, President responded to a specific question today about New York Governor Cuomo's work on infrastructure.

00:18:55.000 He also made clear it was right for Cuomo to step down, reiterated his support for women who come forward, and made clear he can't separate personal behavior from other work.

00:19:02.000 Okay, unless we're talking about Tara Reid alleging that back in the 1990s, Joe Biden, then a senator from Delaware, actively digitally raped her.

00:19:12.000 I mean, that's her actual allegation, Tara Reade, from the 1990s.

00:19:15.000 And we're supposed to pretend that that never happened, of course.

00:19:17.000 Okay, so Democrats felt that this was a time to celebrate their own incredible moral compass.

00:19:25.000 So, Mehdi Hasan from MSNBC, he led the way.

00:19:28.000 He gave this whole impassioned monologue about, this just shows that Democrats are amazing at policing their own.

00:19:35.000 Now, let's just be real about this.

00:19:37.000 No, they are 100% not.

00:19:41.000 Okay, Teddy Kennedy was the lion of the Senate after leaving a woman to drown at the bottom of a river.

00:19:47.000 He ran for president again after doing that.

00:19:50.000 I believe twice.

00:19:52.000 So no, actually, it turns out you're not good at this.

00:19:55.000 Okay, he was, he was, Teddy Kennedy was doing waitress sandwiches with other esteemed members of the Democratic caucus in the Senate.

00:20:05.000 Okay, and he was the lion of the Senate.

00:20:08.000 You know what truly broke American politics when it came to forcing resignations?

00:20:11.000 I mean, that was one of them.

00:20:12.000 The other one would have been Bill Clinton.

00:20:14.000 You'll remember that Bill Clinton was impeached by the Republican House.

00:20:17.000 And the Democrats stood with him. 0.95

00:20:19.000 In fact, you had Democratic commentators like Nina Brulé from Time Magazine saying that she literally would have performed oral sex on Bill Clinton to keep abortion legal. 0.98

00:20:28.000 So no, I mean, you guys broke it. 0.75

00:20:30.000 And now you don't get to pretend that you're putting it back together.

00:20:32.000 You're the party of values?

00:20:33.000 Excuse me?

00:20:34.000 But here's Mehdi Hassan playing this game.

00:20:36.000 Republicans have been all over the Andrew Cuomo story.

00:20:39.000 But have they looked in the mirror recently?

00:20:42.000 Just take former Missouri Republican Governor Eric Greitens, who resigned in 2018 amidst an ethics probe, two criminal charges, reports he had an affair, and allegations of blackmail.

00:20:53.000 He's now running again.

00:20:54.000 It's time for the Senate.

00:20:56.000 We have even seen this on the Supreme Court.

00:20:58.000 Clarence Thomas was confirmed despite Anita Hill's accusation of sexual harassment.

00:21:03.000 So was Brett Kavanaugh more recently after Christine Blasey Ford's accusation of sexual assault.

00:21:09.000 Not a single Republican voted no on Kavanaugh's confirmation.

00:21:13.000 I like some of the examples he uses here.

00:21:14.000 He says, well, how about Eric Greitens?

00:21:16.000 Eric Greitens is going to run for Senate again.

00:21:18.000 You'll recall that in 2018, he was the governor of Missouri and he resigned in the same way that Andrew Cuomo resigned.

00:21:24.000 He also mentions in the same breath as Andrew Cuomo, about whom there was a 168 page attorney general report detailing all of the allegations.

00:21:32.000 Meri Hassan puts that in the same breath as Brett Kavanaugh, for which there was zero actual evidence of contemporaneous evidence that any of the allegations about him were true.

00:21:42.000 And also Clarence Thomas, which was rooted in one woman testifying that he said a thing to her which was unsubstantiated by any outside conduct.

00:21:53.000 So that's exactly like Andrew Cuomo, according to Meri Hassan.

00:21:56.000 No, you guys do not get to do this routine where you pretend that you have the moral high ground.

00:22:01.000 But Joy Reid is doing this.

00:22:03.000 Joy Reid?

00:22:05.000 Having the moral high ground?

00:22:07.000 Excuse me?

00:22:08.000 Joy Reid still has a job on MSNBC after it came out that she had all sorts of old blog posts that were openly homophobic. 1.00

00:22:15.000 And then she claimed, like all good journalists do, that she had been hacked.

00:22:18.000 That retroactively, somebody went back, retroactively hacked her.

00:22:21.000 That lady still has a show on MSNBC. 1.00

00:22:24.000 Here she was saying, we hold our own accountable, but the Republicans don't.

00:22:27.000 Weird, because Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib are still well-established members of the Congress of the United States.

00:22:32.000 Ilhan Omar's still on the Foreign Affairs Committee, I noticed.

00:22:35.000 And Steve King ain't in Congress anymore.

00:22:36.000 Anyway, here's Joy Reid.

00:22:39.000 Cuomo's announcement and his exit, it actually highlights a glaring double standard that we've got to discuss.

00:22:45.000 As Republicans, who for four years excused Donald Trump trying to join in on the outrage and even claim a sort of victory.

00:22:53.000 But honestly, the truth is, Cuomo's exit was entirely, 100%, the product of Democratic pressure.

00:23:00.000 Because Democrats hold their own to a higher standard of conduct.

00:23:04.000 Meanwhile, we still await the resignation announcements from alleged teen sex trafficker Matt Gaetz, creepy car guy Madison Cawthorn, and Jim Jordan.

00:23:12.000 Okay, when it comes to Jim Jordan, the allegations were that he was a member of the coaching staff at like Ohio State when one of the upper-level coaches was sexually abusing some of the people who were there.

00:23:22.000 There is no evidence he was involved in a cover-up.

00:23:26.000 And again, Democrats are somehow the people who we are supposed to believe have a higher moral hierarchy.

00:23:31.000 By the way, who else would have pressured Andrew Cuomo in New York?

00:23:34.000 Democrats literally have a supermajority in the state Senate.

00:23:38.000 There are 63 seats in the state Senate in New Jersey, in New York rather, and 43 of them are Democrats.

00:23:44.000 Who else would it have been?

00:23:45.000 Republicans?

00:23:45.000 They don't even have the capacity to bring that kind of pressure.

00:23:49.000 All of this is insane on its face.

00:23:51.000 Okay, in just a second though, I want to remind you, I just want to remind you, that while we all knew what Andrew Cuomo had done to the olds in New York, the entire Democratic Party and media establishment were celebrating him.

00:24:00.000 So don't give me the, we have high moral standards routine.

00:24:02.000 It's just nonsense.

00:24:03.000 We'll get to more of this in one second.

00:24:04.000 First, No matter how you are feeling about getting back out there this summer, there's no denying it's an adjustment for everyone.

00:24:10.000 And when the world can get too loud, something I love to do is create my own soundtrack.

00:24:13.000 I pop in my Raycon wireless earbuds.

00:24:16.000 Sometimes you need some upbeat music to pump you up before you see people or to stay calm with some guided meditation.

00:24:21.000 Let me tell you right now, Raycons are the best way to listen. 1.00

00:24:23.000 They come with a bunch of gel tips for your comfort.

00:24:25.000 Unlike some other brands, they don't stick out of your ears.

00:24:27.000 Raycons have a 32-hour battery life, so you can listen to what you want, when you want, for a really long time.

00:24:32.000 They start at half the price of other premium audio brands, but they sound just as good.

00:24:35.000 And Raycons come with a 45-day happiness guarantee as well.

00:24:38.000 So you really can't lose them.

00:24:39.000 You try them, you see if they work for you, and then if you don't like them, you send them back.

00:24:43.000 Give them a try.

00:24:43.000 You're going to want to keep them.

00:24:45.000 Create your own soundtrack with Raycon.

00:24:46.000 Right now, my listeners can get 15% off their Raycon order at BuyRaycon.com slash Ben.

00:24:51.000 That is B-U-Y-R-A-Y-C-O-N.com slash Ben to save 15% on Raycons.

00:24:55.000 BuyRaycon.com slash Ben.

00:24:58.000 Again, that is BuyRaycon.com slash Ben to save 15% on your Raycon order today and get a great pair of wireless earbuds to carry you through.

00:25:06.000 A summer where you will be back out there once more.

00:25:09.000 Alrighty, so just a reminder, the same people who are proclaiming themselves the great moral standard bearers for the United States spent the entire last year pretending that Andrew Cuomo was a great governor while he was killing all the old people and covering it up. 0.77

00:25:20.000 We knew that he was doing this, by the way, last summer.

00:25:21.000 I mean, there was open reporting from a wide variety of right-wing sources about how Andrew Cuomo had changed the reporting standards in New York with regard to nursing home deaths.

00:25:31.000 But that was the exact same time the media were too busy fawning over the so-called LoveGov.

00:25:35.000 They literally called him the LoveGov.

00:25:37.000 I mean, the irony of this is just beyond the pale. 1.00

00:25:38.000 They called him the LoveGov while he was grabbing his subordinate's ass. 1.00

00:25:42.000 That's unbelievable. 0.99

00:25:43.000 Okay, here is the, just a flashback media montage of all of these people performing the human centipede on Andrew Cuomo.

00:25:52.000 Governor Cuomo out there day after day after day.

00:25:56.000 Everything Trump isn't.

00:25:57.000 Honest, direct, brave.

00:25:59.000 Real leadership of the kind the President of the United States should have provided.

00:26:03.000 Governor Cuomo is clearly living in a totally different reality, the actual one, than the President of the United States.

00:26:11.000 Governor Cuomo has become a national leader.

00:26:12.000 For a lot of people, Angel Cuomo has become the leader of the Democratic Party.

00:26:16.000 He is conveying incredible strength.

00:26:18.000 You spoke to National Guard troops today in a stirring speech that, if I wasn't listening carefully, I thought you were sending soldiers off to war.

00:26:27.000 I mean, so inspirational.

00:26:29.000 You'll recall that Trevor Noah called himself a quomosexual on air.

00:26:33.000 The one governor who's crushing it the most right now is Andrew Cuomo.

00:26:37.000 Yes.

00:26:38.000 Thanks to his handling, his approval rating has soared to a seven-year high.

00:26:44.000 And he's even becoming something of a crush for many people.

00:26:49.000 Yeah, people online are falling in love with him.

00:26:53.000 I'm not gonna lie, those people include me.

00:26:55.000 My Tinder profile now lists me as a Cuomo sexual. 0.98

00:26:59.000 Okay, Randy Rainbow, who of course puts together these very uncomfortable videos on TikTok and YouTube and Twitter, he had an entire video about how much he wanted to have sex with Andrew Cuomo. 0.98

00:27:13.000 From now on I identify as Cuomo sexual. 0.98

00:27:13.000 Randy Rainbow, you're so strong and rational. He's a smarty. 0.98

00:27:30.000 You're kind and smart. You touch my heart. Your polo shirts are nice. So I'm glad we've had my Andy.

00:27:47.000 Yeah, man.

00:27:52.000 Spent a year doing that.

00:27:54.000 Doing that.

00:27:54.000 But now I'm supposed to believe that you guys were... It was all morality all the time.

00:27:59.000 He was just so good at this.

00:28:00.000 Now, my favorite thing is that even amidst their newfound moral fervor for getting rid of Andrew Cuomo and their apparent hatred It is so funny how they bounce around on the Me Too stuff.

00:28:11.000 If it's Joe Biden, we don't pay attention to any of the Me Too stuff.

00:28:13.000 If it's Donald Trump, we pay super a lot of attention to the Me Too stuff.

00:28:17.000 If it's Andrew Cuomo, and there were sort of these dark rumors last year, then we don't pay attention to it too much.

00:28:23.000 And in fact, we actually mobilized some people who were involved with Time's Up to attack his accusers.

00:28:28.000 If, however, he becomes inconvenient, then we all remember that Me Too is still a thing.

00:28:31.000 It's really fun how that works.

00:28:33.000 Well, Democrats are having trouble right now determining whether they're actually happy or sad that Andrew Cuomo is going.

00:28:38.000 Alec Baldwin, for example, he says this is a tragic day.

00:28:41.000 He put out a statement on Twitter, quote, regardless of what you think of Cuomo, this is a tragic day.

00:28:45.000 Party politics in this country draw ambitious, but ultimately isolated, even socially maladjusted men and women who, given the current cancel culture, will likely have their shortcomings exposed and magnified.

00:28:57.000 Tragic day.

00:28:58.000 So, so tragic.

00:28:59.000 What will we do without Andrew Cuomo?

00:29:01.000 Chuck Todd was already talking comeback.

00:29:03.000 He ain't even gone yet, Chuck.

00:29:05.000 Again, give us like a minute here.

00:29:07.000 He like, he literally did not leave.

00:29:09.000 He resigned.

00:29:10.000 He's still going to be there for two weeks, presumably hoping that there'll be some miracle and he will reinstate himself.

00:29:16.000 Here is Chuck Todd suggesting a comeback already.

00:29:19.000 His career was either permanently over or almost permanently over, and he chose the path of almost permanently over.

00:29:25.000 Right? The resignation gives him, you know, we know the way our world works.

00:29:30.000 It's amazing the people we've seen make political comebacks.

00:29:35.000 You know, you can't ever rule it out.

00:29:37.000 Look, I expect in my lifetime, Andrew Cuomo to probably run for office again.

00:29:43.000 What that office is, I don't know, but that's what this resignation tells me today.

00:29:47.000 Okay, by the way, I don't think he's wrong.

00:29:48.000 I'm making fun of Chuck Tabb, but I don't think he's wrong.

00:29:50.000 I think that's why Andrew Cuomo did it.

00:29:52.000 Okay, the best take, you can always count on Jennifer Rubin for the best take. 0.73

00:29:56.000 Remember that time when Jennifer Rubin was the in-house conservative at the Washington Post? 0.73

00:29:59.000 Remember how silly that was? 0.97

00:30:02.000 Now she's just the crazy person at the Washington Post, one of many. 0.96

00:30:05.000 She tweeted out, the first New York woman governor ever. 0.97

00:30:12.000 Now, see here's...

00:30:15.000 Here's the thing, Jennifer. 0.99

00:30:17.000 You don't get to celebrate the first New York woman governor ever if she assumed the office because a man had to resign for grabbing ass. 1.00

00:30:28.000 That is not how that works. 0.97

00:30:30.000 Normally, when you talk about the first New York woman governor or something, that person has to be elected.

00:30:37.000 If you don't elect the person, we don't all get credit for that.

00:30:41.000 There is a certain irony, by the way, to the fact that the person who is taking over for Andrew Cuomo is a woman named Kathy Hochul.

00:30:47.000 So, she is an ex-representative, ex-congressional representative, Kathy Hochul.

00:30:51.000 What's hilarious about this is that the way that she apparently rises in the world, through no fault of her own, this is not her fault, is that she just comes in after a dude can't keep it in his pants and takes over his office. 0.94

00:31:04.000 That's like her actual career history.

00:31:06.000 It's really, really funny.

00:31:08.000 She became the first Democrat to represent New York's 26th congressional district in decades.

00:31:12.000 How?

00:31:13.000 Well, Republican Representative Chris Lee was caught sending shirtless selfies to a woman he met through Craigslist.

00:31:18.000 Okay, so she ended up winning that race because her Republican opponent was sending shirtless pictures on Craigslist while running for office. 1.00

00:31:26.000 So she ended up winning that race. 0.67

00:31:28.000 Then, of course, she ended up losing subsequent races. 0.99

00:31:31.000 She rebounded from there into the lieutenant governor's office and all she had to do was wait for another dude who couldn't keep it in his pants, Andrew Cuomo.

00:31:37.000 So that's pretty, I mean, listen, it does say something about male politicians that a pathway toward victory is Just be second in line behind a male politician.

00:31:48.000 Like that's pretty rich.

00:31:50.000 I'm kind of admitting to enjoying that a little bit.

00:31:52.000 But here is the bottom line.

00:31:54.000 In the end, what Andrew Cuomo's resignation says is not much about the status of democratic morality or about the status of the MeToo movement or anything like that.

00:32:04.000 It says a lot about the politically expedient way in which Andrew Cuomo was capped off the side of the road.

00:32:11.000 They shot Sonny on the causeway.

00:32:13.000 I mean, that's all that happened here.

00:32:15.000 And we can pretend that this is an act of moral virtue by Democrats or that it matters all that much.

00:32:20.000 But in the end, it really doesn't.

00:32:22.000 It doesn't.

00:32:22.000 He was inconvenient, so they got rid of him.

00:32:25.000 Okay, in just one second, we're going to be getting to the latest on COVID because the Democrats are now in full-scale Totalitarian centralization of power mode.

00:32:34.000 We'll get to that in one second.

00:32:35.000 First, let's talk about a simple fact.

00:32:37.000 You don't want to go to the auto parts store because who does?

00:32:39.000 Who's like, you know what?

00:32:40.000 Let's go hang out at the auto parts store today.

00:32:42.000 You finally get to the front of the line.

00:32:42.000 You want to wait in line.

00:32:44.000 You go through a series of questions you didn't know the answers to.

00:32:47.000 And then finally, when you get to the front of that line, then they tell you they have the part, but not in stock, and they will have to order it and upcharge you.

00:32:55.000 Or, you could just skip all of that and do all of this from home anyway with rockauto.com.

00:32:58.000 Rockauto.com always offers the lowest prices possible rather than changing prices based on what the market will bear, like airlines do.

00:33:04.000 Well, I spent up to twice as much for the same part.

00:33:06.000 They're a family business, serving auto parts customers online for 20 years.

00:33:09.000 Go to rockauto.com to shop for auto and body parts from hundreds of manufacturers.

00:33:13.000 The catalog's unique and remarkably easy to navigate.

00:33:16.000 You can quickly see all the parts available for your vehicle.

00:33:18.000 Choose the brands, specifications, and prices you prefer.

00:33:21.000 Go to rockauto.com right now.

00:33:22.000 See all the parts available for your car or truck.

00:35:24.000 you are listening to the largest, fastest growing conservative podcast and radio show in the nation.

00:35:33.000 Alrighty.

00:35:33.000 Meanwhile, Democrats across the land are calling for centralization of power in the federal government.

00:35:38.000 Particularly Joe Biden came out yesterday and said that he is now investigating whether he has the federal capacity to crack down on states and essentially issue a national mask mandate.

00:35:48.000 Here is the president of the United States trying to centralize the power to tell Texas and Florida that they're not allowed to tell schools exactly how to operate and allow students to go to school unmasked.

00:36:01.000 I don't believe that I do thus far we're checking that we but there are on federal workforce I can't and I think that people should understand seeing little kids I mean four or five six years old in hospitals on ventilators and some of them passing not many but some of them passing

00:36:30.000 It's almost, I mean, it's just... Well, I should not characterize beyond that.

00:36:37.000 Okay, well, you shouldn't characterize it beyond that because it's factually incorrect.

00:36:40.000 Okay, there are small children who have died of COVID.

00:36:44.000 The number who died who didn't have a severe underlying condition before dying, so far as I'm aware, is currently zero.

00:36:52.000 That's according to Johns Hopkins University statistics.

00:36:55.000 As Phil Kirpin points out from American Communications, the 2009-2010 swine flu was five times deadlier to kids than COVID has been.

00:37:05.000 But nobody talks about masking up kids in schools.

00:37:07.000 The only reason we're even talking about this right now is because you have a bunch of freaked out adults and they don't understand how to read data.

00:37:13.000 And Democrats are trying to scare the living hell out of everybody so you all get vaccinated.

00:37:17.000 Listen, I would love for more people to get vaccinated.

00:37:19.000 I am very pro-vaccine.

00:37:20.000 I've had the vaccine.

00:37:21.000 My wife's had the vaccine. 0.89

00:37:22.000 My parents have had the vaccine.

00:37:23.000 I've encouraged everyone I know to get the vaccine.

00:37:26.000 But in the end, it's up to you.

00:37:28.000 You get to make the decision as to whether you think the vaccine is going to do you more harm than good.

00:37:32.000 I can, all I can do is provide you the data and then allow you the ability to make an independent decision because this is still a free country.

00:37:38.000 But Joe Biden is saying that he, like when he says he doesn't think he has the authority to do the national mask mandate stuff, but he's going to check into it.

00:37:46.000 I am less than assured considering that one week ago he said he did not have the authority to issue an eviction moratorium and then he went ahead and issued an eviction moratorium.

00:37:55.000 So I don't trust that his belief in the constitutionality of what he's doing matters one iota to Joe Biden.

00:38:03.000 So what is this?

00:38:04.000 What this is really about is pretending that Democrats have a solution when they very clearly do not have a solution.

00:38:09.000 And again, the data that that this is really dangerous for kids does not exist.

00:38:15.000 There is no data suggesting that this is a wildly dangerous virus for children.

00:38:19.000 Okay, the NIH director says this.

00:38:21.000 Here's the current, this isn't me, this is Francis Collins, the current NIH director, saying there is no rigorous data showing that the Delta variant is more dangerous to kids than the Alpha variant, and the Alpha variant is responsible for the deaths of under 400 children in the United States out of a subpopulation of 75 plus million.

00:38:38.000 Here is NIH director Francis Collins.

00:38:41.000 Is the Delta variant more serious for children?

00:38:46.000 You know, we don't have rigorous data to show for sure that they are, but I certainly am hearing from pediatricians that they're concerned that this time the kids who are in the hospital are both more numerous and more seriously ill.

00:39:01.000 We'll have to get better comparisons to be sure of that.

00:39:05.000 So, no, you don't have data.

00:39:07.000 Your anecdotal evidence is virtually meaningless.

00:39:11.000 As the Delta variant is more contagious, that means more people are going to get it.

00:39:14.000 If more people get it, more people are going to become hospitalized from it.

00:39:18.000 But that does not mean that it is more dangerous on a raw one-to-one level.

00:39:21.000 It just means more people are getting it.

00:39:24.000 What this is really about is the false suggestion that Democrats have the solution.

00:39:28.000 And this is a point of high irritation to me.

00:39:29.000 It really is.

00:39:31.000 Israel is seeing a major spike right now.

00:39:32.000 Israel went crazy with the vaccinations.

00:39:35.000 They went crazy with the lockdowns.

00:39:36.000 They are still seeing record spikes right now in Israel.

00:39:39.000 California is seeing a major spike right now in cases.

00:39:43.000 I'm vacationing in Hawaii right now, and let me tell you, Hawaii has seen a spike in cases.

00:39:47.000 And Hawaii has been locked down.

00:39:49.000 Hawaii is a mask mandate state.

00:39:52.000 I'm looking at the Hawaii case rate right now, and right now, Hawaii has been experiencing a massive spike.

00:39:57.000 Okay, as of August 9th, their seven-day rolling average is 514 cases.

00:40:04.000 Just about a month ago, it was 40 cases a day.

00:40:08.000 So what happened?

00:40:08.000 Is that Governor Ron DeSantis' fault in Florida?

00:40:11.000 Or does it turn out that this thing is really contagious, a lot of people are getting it, and that's pretty much it?

00:40:16.000 But again, Democrats have to suggest that they have the solution if only you would listen to them.

00:40:20.000 So here's Jen Psaki ripping Ron DeSantis, of course. 1.00

00:40:23.000 If you're not interested in following the public health guidelines to protect the lives of people in your state, to give parents some comfort as they're sending their kids to school.

00:40:34.000 Schools are opening in Florida this week, I know, in many parts of Florida.

00:40:38.000 Then get out of the way and let public officials, let local officials do their job to keep students safe.

00:40:45.000 This is serious and we're talking about people's lives.

00:40:49.000 Okay, no, there's no evidence that masking in schools has a huge impact.

00:41:03.000 There really isn't.

00:41:04.000 Okay, I'll give you an example.

00:41:05.000 So today, there's an article in the New York Times, and if you read the headline, You would assume that what Saki is saying is true, right?

00:41:11.000 That there's actual evidence.

00:41:12.000 Here is what the essay says.

00:41:14.000 We studied one million students.

00:41:16.000 This is what we learned about masking.

00:41:18.000 This is by Dr. Kinesia Zimmerman and Dr. Danny Benjamin.

00:41:22.000 One is an associate professor of pediatrics at Duke.

00:41:25.000 The other is a pediatric infectious disease specialist at Duke.

00:41:28.000 Here's what they say.

00:41:29.000 They say for more than a year, we've worked with North Carolina school districts and charter schools, studying the rate of new COVID cases, the efficacy of mitigation measures, such as masking, and the increased risks of participating in school-sponsored sports.

00:41:41.000 We have learned a few things for certain.

00:41:43.000 Although vaccination is the best way to prevent COVID-19, universal masking is a close second.

00:41:47.000 And with masking in place, in-school learning is safe and more effective than remote instruction, regardless of community rates of infection.

00:41:53.000 Okay, then they actually get to the data and the data don't show any of that.

00:41:58.000 They say vaccination is the strongest method for preventing the ill effects of COVID, but students under 12 are ineligible for the vaccines.

00:42:03.000 Masking, then, is one of the best, most readily available methods to protect them from disease, with universal masking being one of the most effective and efficient strategies for preventing SARS-CoV-2 transmission in schools.

00:42:14.000 So how do they know this?

00:42:16.000 According to these scientists, in July 2020, we and our colleagues developed the ABC Science Collaborative to pair scientists with school and community leaders to make sure that school leaders had the most up-to-date scientific information pertaining to COVID-19 in K-12 schools.

00:42:32.000 In conjunction with North Carolina, our collaborative collected data from more than 1 million students and staff members in the state's schools from March to June of 2021.

00:42:40.000 During that time, more than 7,000 children and adults acquired the coronavirus and attended school while infectious.

00:42:45.000 Because of close contact with those cases, more than 40,000 people required quarantine.

00:42:49.000 Through contact tracing and testing, however, we found only 363 additional children and adults acquired the coronavirus.

00:42:56.000 We believe this low rate of transmission occurred because of the mask-on-mask school environment.

00:43:01.000 Both the infected person and the close contact wore masks.

00:43:05.000 But here's the key.

00:43:06.000 Okay, this is buried way down in the article.

00:43:08.000 Because North Carolina had a mask mandate for all K-12 schools, we could not compare masked schools to unmasked schools.

00:43:19.000 Let me repeat that.

00:43:21.000 The entire article is about how masking is deeply effective.

00:43:24.000 Quote, because North Carolina had a mask mandate for all K-12 schools, we could not compare masked schools to unmasked schools.

00:43:35.000 That's the only thing we care about!

00:43:37.000 If you have no comp, what the hell are you talking about?

00:43:39.000 How am I supposed to know whether the masking was effective or not when I don't know whether an unmasked school would have done worse? 1.00

00:43:44.000 You literally have no comp.

00:43:46.000 So what did they do?

00:43:48.000 Instead, they just pulled a bunch of, like, outlying cases from Israel, for example.

00:43:54.000 They say, by contrast, one school in Israel without a mask mandate or proper social distancing protocols reported an outbreak of COVID-19 involving 153 students and 25 staff members.

00:44:04.000 So you had no comp, so you just picked an outlier and used that as your comp?

00:44:10.000 Okay, so there's a really interesting Twitter thread from a columnist, science columnist for Wired and the New York Times and the Atlantic named David Zweig.

00:44:19.000 He said, I corresponded with the authors of the Duke study behind this opinion piece weeks ago.

00:44:24.000 A top line finding of the Duke-ABC Science Collaborative report and what they claim here is that masks in schools help lower transmission.

00:44:31.000 Except all their schools were under a mask mandate.

00:44:33.000 I asked the authors how they could make a claim on masks when there was no control.

00:44:37.000 In order to claim an effect, you have to compare one group with an intervention to a second group without the intervention, which they didn't do.

00:44:44.000 Instead, they talked about this Israeli school, but... 1.

00:44:48.000 You cannot use another study as evidence for a claimed finding in your study.

00:44:52.000 You didn't do the study.

00:44:53.000 2.

00:44:53.000 The Israeli study was of grades 7 through 12.

00:44:56.000 Windows were closed.

00:44:57.000 All schools were exempt from masks.

00:45:00.000 All in Israel. 0.99

00:45:01.000 If anything, the fact that there was only one outbreak suggests the lack of effectiveness of masks.

00:45:06.000 This is absurd.

00:45:09.000 The schools in Florida and more so throughout many parts of Europe did not and do not have mask mandates for kids with varying age cutoffs.

00:45:14.000 There is no correlated explosion of cases originating in those schools.

00:45:20.000 When this particular columnist for Wired and the New York Times, this doesn't sound like a conservative columnist, when this person emailed the people who wrote for the New York Times and mentioned these points about the Israeli study, they cut off all communications.

00:45:35.000 But based on the skimpy data, we're supposed to believe that it's time to mask up all students, and if you don't, this is because you're evil, like Rhonda Tantus is evil.

00:45:44.000 See, Dr. Anthony Fauci sums it up.

00:45:45.000 Here's Dr. Fauci, the greatest of all doctors outside of Joe Biden, saying that the Florida surge was quote-unquote entirely preventable.

00:45:52.000 Okay, here we go.

00:45:53.000 Scientifically, they're going to take us continuing to escalate up and the people of Florida are going to suffer unnecessarily.

00:46:01.000 There will be unnecessary hospitalization and tragically unnecessary deaths.

00:46:08.000 That's exactly what is going to happen.

00:46:11.000 It is entirely predictable on the one hand and entirely preventable on the other hand.

00:46:19.000 If what he's talking about there is vaccines, Agree.

00:46:22.000 If what he is talking about there is the evils of Florida for not doing mask mandates, which again, do not correlate with high death rates or low death rates.

00:46:30.000 There's just no correlation.

00:46:32.000 Then he doesn't know what he's talking about.

00:46:33.000 By the way, it is worth noting that it appears that Florida has already hit its peak.

00:46:38.000 Hey, so in two weeks, nobody's going to be talking about Florida anymore.

00:46:41.000 So they may already have hit their peak.

00:46:42.000 Scott Gottlieb from the FDA says the same thing, by the way.

00:46:44.000 count by date for Florida Friday 21,500 Saturday 19,500 Sunday 15,300 and 319 so they may already have hit their peak Scott Gottlieb from the FDA says the same thing by the way so it'll be a trailing peak in hospitalizations and deaths okay but again the key comes down to here's Anthony But you're not going to get mandates centrally from the federal government.

00:47:08.000 You know what? Here's the thing.

00:47:09.000 He gets to decide for you what sort of freedoms you get to enjoy.

00:47:13.000 You would wish that people would see why it's so important to get vaccinated, but you're not going to get mandates centrally from the federal government.

00:47:24.000 But when you're talking about local mandates, mandates for schools, for teachers, for universities, for colleges, I'm sorry.

00:47:32.000 I mean, I know people must like to have their individual freedom and not be told to do something, but I think we're in such a serious situation now that under certain circumstances, mandates should be done.

00:47:45.000 Okay, that sentence right there.

00:47:47.000 I know people must like to have their individual freedom, but... There shouldn't be a but at the end of that sentence.

00:47:53.000 I know people like to have their individual freedom, Is the end of the sentence.

00:47:57.000 There's a period at the end of that sentence.

00:47:58.000 People still have a right to their individual freedom.

00:48:00.000 And yes, they bear the consequences.

00:48:03.000 Again, I'm not hearing from a lot of people who believe that they don't have to get the vaccine.

00:48:07.000 And also everybody else has to mask up around them because they have to be kept in a bubble.

00:48:12.000 Individual rights still matter in this country.

00:48:15.000 I know they don't seem to matter for an awful lot of Democrats these days.

00:48:18.000 But they still matter.

00:48:20.000 And if Democrats keep pursuing these mask mandates and lockdowns and vaccine mandates, I don't think the American people are going to respond well to this, nor do I think that they should respond well to it, frankly.

00:48:30.000 I think they should be resisting a lot of this stuff.

00:48:33.000 Because it is not rooted in reason and it is not rooted in any sort of real moral sensibility that allows for the individuality of human choice making that you don't like personally.

00:48:43.000 Alrighty, we'll be back here tomorrow with much, much more.
