Summary

The story of the current Israel-Hamas conflict happens to be extremely simple. Hamas is a genocidal, Jew-hating organization that openly seeks the extermination of Israel. This makes it only the latest and most radical iteration of a radical Muslim movement that has sought Israel s destruction since long before Israel was even born. That mission has not waned in the 76 years of modern Israel s existence. Unfortunately, that mission is also the passionate belief of a vast majority of Muslims living in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank. Israel, by contrast, is a democracy, the world s only Jewish state, and has repeatedly sought to make land for peace deals with Arab countries and organizations. Those concessions have brought Israel no friends in the Palestinian West Bank or Gaza Strip. Far from it. Concessions have generally emboldened Israel s enemies. That s exactly what happened in the Gaza Strip on October 7th, 2011, when more than 1,500 Hamas terrorists crossed the Israeli border by breaching the border wall around Gaza and killed some 1,200 Israelis in their beds at a music festival and elsewhere. Here is a partial list of those who have been extraordinarily weak in their condemnations of Hamas, or who have engaged in a full-scale moral equivalence with Hamas. UNICE Chief Catherine Russell, UNICEF Chief Catherine Russel, WHO Chief Catherine Graves, WHO Director-General, Prof. Francesca Volca, UNRWA Chief Dr. Tedros Volchiv, and WHO Chief Commissioner for Children's Rights and Emergency Preparedness, Dr. Kavell Vellian Ted Gross, all make their voices heard loud and clear in the world. 00:00:11.000 The story of the current Israel-Hamas conflict happens to be extremely simple.
00:00:15.000 Hamas is a genocidal Jew-hating organization that openly seeks the extermination of Israel.
00:00:20.000 This makes it only the latest and most radical iteration of a radical Muslim movement that has sought Israel's destruction since long before Israel was even born.
00:00:28.000 That mission has not waned in the 76 years of modern Israel's existence.
00:00:32.000 Unfortunately, that mission also happens to be the passionate belief of a vast majority of Muslims living in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank.
00:00:40.000 Israel, by contrast, is a democracy, the world's only Jewish state, and has repeatedly sought to make land for peace deals with Arab countries and organizations.
00:00:48.000 Those concessions have brought Israel no friends in the West Bank or Gaza Strip.
00:00:52.000 Far from it.
00:00:52.000 Concessions have generally emboldened Israel's enemies.
00:00:55.000 That's exactly what happened in the Gaza Strip.
00:00:57.000 In 2005, Israel pulled out of Gaza in an attempt to stop the costs in blood and treasure associated with policing the area.
00:01:04.000 All Jewish assets in the Gaza Strip were promptly destroyed by Palestinian Arabs.
00:01:08.000 Elections were then held in the Gaza Strip, and Hamas was elected.
00:01:11.000 To lead the Gaza Strip, they promptly consolidated their control by killing members of the Palestinian Authority.
00:01:16.000 They then stole as much international aid as they could to build rockets and terror infrastructure, ignoring the needs of their population entirely.
00:01:23.000 And then they launched repeated rocket attacks on Israeli civilians.
00:01:26.000 For the last two and a half years or so, as Hamas itself says, the organization attempted to deceive Israel into believing it had been deterred from large-scale terrorist action.
00:01:34.000 Then, on October 7th, Simchat Torah, the happiest day in the Jewish calendar, at least 1,500 Hamas terrorists and many civilian fellow travelers crossed the Israeli border by breaching the border wall around Gaza and killed some 1,200 Israelis in their beds at a music festival and elsewhere.
00:01:49.000 They raped women, then murdered them or dragged them in captivity back to Gaza.
00:01:53.000 They kidnapped or slaughtered babies.
00:01:54.000 Here is video from the Gaza Strip as members of Hamas arrived back in the Strip with their captives.
00:01:59.000 If you can't see this, this is enormous crowds of people cheering and celebrating,
00:02:09.000 excited at the slaughter of civilians and the kidnapping of other civilians.
00:02:17.000 Does this look like a... Does this look like a peaceful population?
00:02:22.000 A population seeking peace and coexistence?
00:02:26.000 Look at the excitement, look at the celebration.
00:02:30.000 People screaming Allahu Akbar as hostages are driven away, including the bodies of people being beaten in the streets.
00:02:38.000 Gaza and the West Bank are not filled with moderate Muslims.
00:02:41.000 Far from it.
00:02:42.000 Gaza and the West Bank are filled with people who despise the state of Israel and agree wholeheartedly with Hamas's genocidal aims.
00:02:48.000 This is, in essence, the entire problem.
00:02:51.000 Were these areas filled with moderate Muslims, Israel might find a peace partner.
00:02:54.000 That peace partner does not exist.
00:02:56.000 As a new poll from the Arab World for Research and Development shows, 75% of those polled in the Gaza Strip and West Bank supported the October 7th massacre.
00:03:05.000 76% support Hamas.
00:03:07.000 98% have a negative view of America.
00:03:10.000 78% believe in the total extermination of Israel altogether.
00:03:13.000 As the old song goes, if the Palestinians were to put down their arms tomorrow, they would have a state.
00:03:17.000 If Israel were to put down its arms tomorrow, all the Jews would be dead.
00:03:21.000 So, if the conflict is that clear-cut, why does it seem so complex?
00:03:26.000 The answer is a strategy undertaken by the radical Muslim world, its far-left allies, some far-right allies, and the international media.
00:03:33.000 The strategy is called baffling with bulls**t. Here's how it works.
00:03:37.000 First, you construct institutions that mirror your perspective so as to create an echo chamber.
00:03:41.000 For example, you take over or create pseudo-human rights organizations dedicated to promoting the anti-Israel point of view.
00:03:48.000 Then you trot them out routinely in order to claim that, despite all evidence, Israel is the real threat to human rights.
00:03:53.000 So how can you tell which human rights organizations are biased and illegitimate?
00:03:57.000 It's not that hard.
00:03:58.000 If you're a human rights organization, presumably you should have had some pretty strong condemnation of Hamas's assault on Jews, the worst assault since the Holocaust, or Hamas's handling of the Gaza Strip, which is terroristic and fascistic.
00:04:10.000 Here is a partial list of those who have been extraordinarily weak in their condemnations of Hamas, or who have engaged in full-scale moral equivalence with Israel's defensive actions in Gaza.
00:04:18.000 UNICEF Chief Catherine Russell, Amnesty International, WHO Chief Tedros Ghebreyesus, the International Committee of the Red Cross, UN Commissioner on Human Rights Volgur Turk, the UN Relief and Works Agency, Save the Children, Doctors Without Borders, UN Special Rapporteur Francesca Albanese, Human Rights Watch, Oxfam, the Open Society Foundations.
00:04:37.000 The list of such organizations goes on and on and on.
00:04:41.000 And of course, this sort of attitude is extraordinarily common in the legacy media, as we've been detailing for weeks on this program.
00:04:47.000 Now, once you have your mouthpieces, the true magic begins.
00:04:51.000 You begin the baffling.
00:04:53.000 Here's how you do it.
00:04:54.000 You obscure the main story entirely.
00:04:57.000 Instead, you focus in on the details, so as to avoid discussing the main story altogether.
00:05:02.000 You try to discredit a single detail from Israel, and then you use it to suggest that everything emerging from Israel is false, despite the fact that Israel has a robust free press, and routinely admits to mistakes, and despite the even more obvious fact that Israel's enemies routinely lie.
00:05:15.000 That is, lying, in fact, is a key part of their strategy.
00:05:19.000 Take, for example, MSNBC's Mehdi Hassan, a consistently propagandistic opponent of Israel all the way back to his days at Al Jazeera.
00:05:26.000 Here he was last week, suggesting that because the Israel government's public relations team may have mislabeled a calendar in their expose on Hamas's terror tunnels beneath Al Shifa Hospital, this means that Israel is a totally unreliable source on everything.
00:05:39.000 Here he is.
00:05:40.000 I agree with you.
00:05:41.000 We shouldn't blindly believe anything Hamas says.
00:05:43.000 But why should we believe what your government says either?
00:05:46.000 Your military spokesman on Monday pointed to an Arabic document in the basement of a Gaza hospital and claimed it was a guardian list on which every terrorist writes his name.
00:05:55.000 But that was false.
00:05:56.000 It was just a calendar with the days of the week on it.
00:05:58.000 Your colleague in the prime minister's office, Ofir Gendelman, posted behind-the-scenes footage from a Lebanese short film and claimed it was Palestinians in Gaza Faking their own injuries.
00:06:07.000 That tweet is still up a week later.
00:06:09.000 That is endless disinformation from your government, is it not?
00:06:12.000 Endless disinformation and misinformation, according to Mehdi Hassan.
00:06:15.000 Endless.
00:06:15.000 The goal there, of course, is to create an equivalence between Israel's sources of information and Hamas's.
00:06:21.000 And to minimize what al-Shifa was.
00:06:23.000 Remember, the thing he's talking about there is a calendar found in a terror tunnel below al-Shifa hospital.
00:06:28.000 And this has been a bugaboo for the media for a long time.
00:06:30.000 They've been claiming that al-Shifa is not a military site, that it is in fact a civilian site.
00:06:35.000 And that Israel has no actual military interest in al-Shifa other than human rights violation.
00:06:40.000 Why do they believe that?
00:06:41.000 Because they just listen to whatever Hamas says and then repeat it.
00:06:44.000 And then when Israel claims differently, they say, well, we just don't know.
00:06:46.000 Now, here's the thing.
00:06:47.000 Of course, al-Shifa was a military site.
00:06:50.000 It was used as such.
00:06:51.000 Here is surveillance footage from the day of the attacks.
00:06:54.000 These, you will see, are hostages being ushered into the hospital by the terrorists into this amazing hospital that is a pure medical site, a civilian site.
00:07:04.000 These are hostages.
00:07:05.000 who are being ushered into this hospital.
00:07:07.000 One of these hostages, by the way, was an Israeli soldier, a female Israeli soldier,
00:07:10.000 who was slightly wounded.
00:07:12.000 They found her body the other day.
00:07:13.000 She'd been murdered by Hamas.
00:07:14.000 Here you can see the medical personnel helping to usher these people in.
00:07:18.000 These people wearing scrubs, ushering in members of Hamas with hostages.
00:07:23.000 By the way, they drove past a bunch of hospitals to get to Al-Shifa.
00:07:28.000 This is not a bunch of medical personnel who are deeply concerned about helping the medical situation of the hostages, who, by the way, would have been much better off if they'd been left in Israel.
00:07:38.000 Which is why when Yahya Sinwar, the head of Hamas, had brain cancer, Israel treated him and then released him.
00:07:45.000 In any case, you can see these are members of the medical personnel at Al-Shifa who are helping Hamas.
00:07:52.000 And then we're lying to the media about it, pretending that it was a pure medical site.
00:07:56.000 They were all complicit.
00:07:57.000 The International Red Cross knows about this.
00:07:59.000 Human Rights Watch knows about this.
00:08:01.000 They all lie.
00:08:02.000 They all know that Hamas is operating from al-Shifa.
00:08:04.000 They worked with them.
00:08:06.000 And then they told the media lies about it.
00:08:08.000 And then the media ran with that story.
00:08:10.000 Here are witnesses from al-Shifa, whose names cannot be revealed because they will be killed, talking about how the base was used as a base by Hamas.
00:08:21.000 Says if the Jews dropped an atom bomb on Shifa Hospital, it would be a slaughter of global proportions.
00:08:26.000 But they don't do such things.
00:08:27.000 So Hamas's Qassam fighters enter among us civilians, so the Jews can't get to them.
00:08:32.000 And nobody can tell on them.
00:08:36.000 When I went to Shifa, I found Qassam fighters all around us.
00:08:38.000 That's Hamas.
00:08:40.000 Next to us, in front of us, behind us, over and under us.
00:08:45.000 Isn't that forbidden in Islam?
00:08:47.000 Isn't that oppression of civilians?
00:08:50.000 Every Palestinian knows Shifa Hospital is full of them.
00:08:54.000 But nobody can talk.
00:08:56.000 Death by the Jews is better than death by ISIS.
00:08:59.000 The night I spent at Shifa, I thought would be the last night of my life.
00:09:05.000 Judging from the terrible carnage that happened and the shelling around us.
00:09:09.000 They felt it was our day of judgment, only we were being judged on account of people
00:09:13.000 who had never protected us.
00:09:15.000 They only protected their families and children, whom they brought to safety outside of Gaza
00:09:19.000 or underneath us, God knows where, while everything always fell on us.
00:09:23.000 Let me tell you for certain, our people will bear poverty, hunger and thirst as long as
00:09:30.000 Hamas gets out of here.
00:09:32.000 From the day they arrived, we've endured catastrophe.
00:09:34.000 That's what people in Gaza, some of them at least, actually think about Hamas, but they'll never say it.
00:09:40.000 And the truth is, that when it comes down to it, this is a minority viewpoint.
00:09:43.000 This is a minority viewpoint.
00:09:45.000 But the big story, obviously, For Mehdi Hassan, it's whether Israel is disseminating endless misinformation about a calendar on the wall of a terror tunnel, and whether it kept track of terrorist hostage handlers or not.
00:09:57.000 It's not just Mehdi Hassan playing the baffling with bulls**t game, it's the usual suspects at CNN too.
00:10:01.000 CNN reported over the weekend that the IDF, in showing the media the weaponry found at al-Shifa, quote, might have rearranged weaponry prior to exposing that weaponry to the media.
00:10:11.000 The implication from CNN is that Israel is falsifying something, which is absurd.
00:10:15.000 Anytime the DEA makes a bust and then shows the drugs on the table, they have rearranged the drugs.
00:10:20.000 Were Israel to leave all weaponry in place, that would be dangerous, given that booby traps have already killed or wounded a high number of Israeli soldiers.
00:10:28.000 We've seen this sort of game laundered into false accusations by pro-Hamas forces that real photos of burned babies are in fact AI-generated images.
00:10:36.000 The insistence by pro-Hamas propagandists that if babies were mostly burned alive rather than beheaded, this somehow means Israel is dishonest and Hamas is its moral equivalent.
00:10:45.000 And now, most amazingly, people are claiming that Hamas didn't even conduct the massacre at all.
00:10:51.000 That is a contention making its way around the internet and the Arabic world thanks to a report from Haaretz, a far-left disgrace of an Israeli publication.
00:10:58.000 That story from Haaretz states that according to Israeli officials, Hamas terrorists initially did not know about the music festival they ended up devastating.
00:11:05.000 That instead, they quote, found out about the Nova festival through drones or from those flying in parachutes and directed terrorists to the location using their comms system.
00:11:14.000 That report also included a single unsourced police allegation that an IDF helicopter targeting terrorists at the site, quote, apparently harmed a few partygoers who are in the area.
00:11:22.000 The police have, by the way, denied the report, saying, quote, the police investigation does not refer to the activity of IDF forces and therefore no indication was given of harm to civilians as a result of aerial activity at the site.
00:11:33.000 Nonetheless, that Haaretz report has now metastasized into the pro-Hamas lie that Israel slaughtered its own citizens en masse.
00:11:40.000 The most viral Twitter account on Twitter tweeted yesterday, quote, Will you condemn Israel now, given they have admitted to Haaretz that Israeli helicopters murdered Israeli civilians on October 7th?
00:11:52.000 Yesterday, the Palestinian Authority, this is the supposedly moderate peace partner the Biden administration is pushing, announced that Israeli helicopters had killed all 364 people at the music festival citing the report in Haaretz.
00:12:03.000 No surprise there.
00:12:04.000 The leader of the Palestinian Authority, again, a supposed moderate, Mahmoud Abbas, is a full-scale Holocaust denier.
00:12:11.000 The baffling with bulls**t isn't relegated to focusing on details and then blowing them up into entire false narratives.
00:12:16.000 It also extends to giving credence to total liars.
00:12:19.000 That's precisely why the legacy media claims that Israel had bombed a hospital early in the conflict when it was Palestinian-Islamic Jihad.
00:12:26.000 Why the legacy media have claimed each and every day that electricity was out at al-Shifa, when clearly by contemporaneous footage it was not.
00:12:33.000 That Israel is targeting civilians when it isn't.
00:12:36.000 In fact, as journalist David Collier points out, the media routinely use accounts from open terror supporters for their Gaza coverage.
00:12:44.000 Dr. Khaled Abu Samra, who claimed that Israel was shooting at those waving white flags, posted that, quote, history is being made on October 7th.
00:12:50.000 Mohammed Abu Salmia, head of Shifa Hospital, who routinely praises terrorists on his social media, is also routinely quoted by the press.
00:12:57.000 Munir al-Borsh, director general of the Palestinian Health Ministry, who claimed dogs were eating bodies of civilians.
00:13:03.000 That guy is literally part of the Hamas government.
00:13:06.000 And there's one other element to baffling with bulls**t. Pretending you just don't know enough to make a judgment between Israel and its enemies.
00:13:13.000 Who knows what's true and what's not?
00:13:15.000 It's all just too complicated to say.
00:13:19.000 This allows journalists, who are supposed to be focused on truth, to give equal credence to propagandists and truth-tellers.
00:13:24.000 Both sides, they cry as they host people who openly call for the destruction of the State of Israel and valorize Hamas.
00:13:30.000 It doesn't take much to turn a clear narrative into a muddy one.
00:13:33.000 Just some lies, some laser-like focus on irrelevant detail, an echo chamber, some shoulder-shrugging ignorance when questioned, and a lot of radical and fellow travelers to promote all of that bulls**t.
00:13:45.000 From these elements, truth can be turned to falsehood, and we're watching it happen in real time.
00:13:49.000 In just a second, we'll get some actual good news from Argentina.

00:16:00.000 Okay, so in actual good news, last night, Argentina shocked the world by electing a
00:16:06.000 libertarian outsider named Javier Mille.
00:16:09.000 Now, Mele is by far the most entertaining person in the world.
00:16:13.000 I mean, like, on the planet.
00:16:15.000 Javier Mele.
00:16:15.000 This guy is wildly entertaining.
00:16:17.000 Not only because he happens to be extremely conservative.
00:16:21.000 And we say he's libertarian.
00:16:22.000 Not an abortioniate.
00:16:24.000 He is a full-scale proponent of the pro-life position.
00:16:27.000 For example, He also does not have any particular libertarian on certain forms of drug use, for example.
00:16:33.000 So, the description of him as a libertarian is not quite right.
00:16:36.000 He's actually just a classical liberal with very conservative undertones in terms of religion and the importance of culture.
00:16:42.000 He's great, in other words.
00:16:44.000 So, he won a huge victory yesterday in Argentina's presidential election, vowing to halt decades of economic decline in a country reeling from triple-digit inflation.
00:16:52.000 Inflation right now is at 143%.
00:16:55.000 Which means that pretty much every day, everything gets more expensive.
00:17:00.000 And that becomes a spiral.
00:17:01.000 This is according to the AFP.
00:17:04.000 With 55.7% of the vote, Millet thumped his rival, Economy Minister Sergio Massa, who won 44% of the vote and rapidly conceded defeat.
00:17:11.000 Millet said in his victory speech, quote, Today begins the reconstruction of Argentina.
00:17:14.000 Today begins the end of Argentina's decline.
00:17:16.000 The model of decadence has come to an end.
00:17:18.000 There is no way back.
00:17:20.000 Latin America's third biggest economy has suffered decades of crises under interventionist governments big on welfare that resort to printing money to finance spending, fueling inflation, while borrowing heavily only to default on their debt.
00:17:30.000 Access to dollars is strictly controlled, leading to a thriving black market for greenbacks.
00:17:34.000 Analysts warn the peso is ripe for a sharp devaluation.
00:17:36.000 So despite all of the inflation that's been taking place, actually the peso is still worth too much money.
00:17:42.000 Because you can't trade it for U.S.
00:17:43.000 dollars.
00:17:43.000 If you could trade it for U.S.
00:17:44.000 dollars, that means the peso is worth even less money.
00:17:48.000 Miley's main platform has been a plan to ditch the peso for the U.S.
00:17:51.000 dollar and dynamite the central bank to do away with the cancer of inflation.
00:17:55.000 Now, the problem is they don't have enough dollars to inject into the economy right away.
00:17:58.000 So in order to really do that, they're going to have to re-establish credit worthiness.
00:18:01.000 They're probably going to have to borrow a bunch of new money from the IMF, from the International Monetary Fund.
00:18:07.000 However, Millet is just the guy to do this sort of stuff.
00:18:10.000 He is incredibly bold.
00:18:12.000 He also has suggested that he wants to cut ties on a governmental level with Brazil and China, saying he would not do business with communists.
00:18:22.000 Now, it's going to be rough on an interpersonal and business level to do that sort of thing, and he is sad that he's not going to do that.
00:18:29.000 However, he is very much oriented toward the West, which means that the press hate him.
00:18:33.000 That's the way that this works.
00:18:34.000 If you're Yair Bolsonaro and you're very oriented toward the West, you like the United States, for example, you like Israel, you like Europe, that means that you're super bad.
00:18:41.000 If you're Lula da Silva, who is an actual tyrant in Brazil, and who loves Russia, and who loves China, and who loves Iran, then you're good, according to the international press.
00:18:50.000 Again, the media, the international media, they are a smoking garbage heap.
00:18:55.000 Or run by activists from the left, which is why they hate Javier Mille.
00:18:58.000 We're gonna bring you more on Javier Mille in a second because this dude is just spectacular.

00:20:29.000 Okay, so I wanna play some clips of Javier Mille because he is wildly entertaining.
00:20:35.000 So I'm gonna translate, not that I speak Spanish, but the translations are available.
00:20:38.000 So here is Javier Mille recently in an interview about the left.
00:20:43.000 And man, he's the most memable person alive.
00:20:47.000 I said you can't give sh** leftards an inch.
00:20:53.000 Can you define?
00:20:54.000 Leftists is all collectivists.
00:20:56.000 All kinds of collectivists.
00:20:58.000 But why do you call them sh**, she asks.
00:21:01.000 Because they are sh**, he says.
00:21:06.000 If you think differently from them, she says.
00:21:07.000 He says they will kill you.
00:21:09.000 This is the point.
00:21:10.000 You can't give **** leftists an inch.
00:21:13.000 If you give them an inch, they will use it to destroy you.
00:21:17.000 You can't negotiate with leftards.
00:21:19.000 You don't negotiate with trash because they will end you.
00:21:24.000 Okay, so that is who just got elected the president of Argentina.
00:21:28.000 Again, very much oriented toward the United States.
00:21:31.000 Here he was talking about his agenda.
00:21:33.000 This one is a little bit less colorful.
00:21:35.000 He said our fundamental axes are free trade, peace, freedom, and aligning ourselves with the West.
00:21:45.000 Where the highest references in this, for us, are the United States and Israel.
00:21:50.000 And as for China, asked Bloomberg News, is it one of the main trading partners?
00:21:53.000 As well, they will be business partners.
00:21:55.000 Of the private sector.
00:21:57.000 We do not make a pact with communists.
00:21:59.000 He says, but then what would you do?
00:22:01.000 In other words, would you not close Argentina's relations with China?
00:22:04.000 He says, I would not promote relations with communists, nor with Cuba, nor with Venezuela, nor with North Korea, nor with Nicaragua, nor with China.
00:22:13.000 He says, so for Venezuela, you're changing policies.
00:22:16.000 He says, obviously.
00:22:19.000 Love it.
00:22:20.000 Love it.
00:22:21.000 And by the way, it's going to be a test of the Biden administration as to what they do with this guy, because if they do not immediately bring Millet and Argentina into the fold, it is proof positive that this administration does not give a damn about pro-America sentiments in Latin and South America.
00:22:35.000 This guy is begging for Argentina to make great friends with the United States.
00:22:39.000 If Biden somehow rejects that on behalf of the international leftism, it demonstrates full scale the impact of a foreign policy rooted in leftist nonsense.
00:22:48.000 Meanwhile, here's Millet on dollarization.
00:22:50.000 That, of course, would be the transfer away from the absolutely worthless Argentinian peso and toward the American dollar.
00:22:59.000 I think there's a previous discussion about dollarization.
00:23:02.000 Actually, strictly speaking, it's to get rid of the central bank.
00:23:06.000 The dollarization is an instrumental issue at the end of the day.
00:23:09.000 There are four argumentative axes.
00:23:11.000 One has to do with a moral issue, which is that stealing is wrong, and seniorage is nothing more or less than a swindle by politicians against good people.
00:23:21.000 Therefore, let's say, if we consider that stealing is wrong, one of the greatest thieves in the history of mankind is the central bank.
00:23:28.000 The second point has to do with a technical issue, because in the Argentine case, it is more evident when a product has no demand, its price is zero.
00:23:36.000 So, if the local currency has no demand, and its price should be zero, the equilibrium real balances are zero.
00:23:43.000 Whatever amount of money a central bank wishes to impose, the counterpart is that the price level is infinite.
00:23:50.000 Demand and its price should be zero.
00:23:52.000 Equilibrium, real balances are zero.
00:23:55.000 Whatever amount of money a central bank wants to impose, the flip side is that the price level has infinity.
00:24:03.000 Okay, this is correct.
00:24:04.000 What he's saying is you can't just pump money into the economy and then pretend that the money is worth anything.
00:24:08.000 It isn't.
00:24:09.000 He's staunchly anti-abortion.
00:24:10.000 He favors looser gun laws.
00:24:12.000 He's criticized Pope Francis in the most colorful of terms.
00:24:14.000 He makes me look like a piker in that particular department.
00:24:17.000 He used to carry around a chainsaw in a symbol of his plans to the government, which is just the best.
00:24:22.000 It's just the best.
00:24:23.000 And again, here's maybe my favorite Millet video.
00:24:26.000 There are a bunch of them that are just spectacular.
00:24:28.000 And if you've never seen a picture of Millet, he looks like Dorky Wolverine.
00:24:32.000 It's amazing.
00:24:33.000 He's got like the big hair and he's got mutton chops and he's famously suggested that he's not cut his hair since high school.
00:24:40.000 He's a very kind of Trumpy character in his own personal life.
00:24:44.000 He used to talk pretty openly about being like a tantric sex guru and all the rest of this kind of stuff.
00:24:48.000 It's hysterical stuff.
00:24:49.000 This is the video that probably of him has gone the most viral.
00:24:52.000 And for those who can't see, he is standing next to a whiteboard with taped up on the whiteboard are the names of the
00:24:58.000 various ministries in Argentina.
00:25:00.000 And he's just going through and ripping them down and saying that he's going to throw them out.
00:25:03.000 Here we go.
00:25:04.000 The Ministry of Sports and Tourism out.
00:25:09.000 Minister of Culture.
00:25:13.000 ¡Fuera!
00:25:14.000 Ministry of the Environment and Sustainable Development.
00:25:16.000 ¡Out!
00:25:17.000 Ministry of Women, Genders, and Diversity.
00:25:20.000 ¡Out!
00:25:21.000 Ministry of Public Works.
00:25:23.000 It's even a few recesses because it's stuck to the board.
00:25:26.000 Ministry of Science, Technology, and Innovation.
00:25:29.000 Ministry of Labor, Employment, and Social Security.
00:25:32.000 Minister of Education.
00:25:33.000 Indoctrination.
00:25:34.000 ¡Out!
00:25:35.000 Ministry of Transport.
00:25:36.000 ¡Out!
00:25:36.000 Ministry of Health.
00:25:37.000 ¡Out!
00:25:39.000 Ministry of Social Development.
00:25:42.000 The theory of politics is over.
00:25:46.000 Long live damn liberty!
00:25:49.000 He's great.
00:25:51.000 Now, the reality is that he can do this.
00:25:54.000 So people in America can say, why can't we do this here?
00:25:56.000 And the answer is because we don't have 143% inflation.
00:25:59.000 The reason that he is able to say the truth about government spending is because it has reached such an exorbitant and insane proportion that they've bankrupted the country no less than three times.
00:26:09.000 They've defaulted on their debts repeatedly, which means it's impossible to raise new debt.
00:26:13.000 When you keep defaulting on your debt, nobody wants to lend you money in the future.
00:26:16.000 Right now, the big question is how they're going to pay back the IMF.
00:26:18.000 The IMF has like a $43 billion loan out to Argentina right now.
00:26:22.000 In order for Argentina to get back on some sort of decent track, they are going to have to take some new debt.
00:26:27.000 The guarantee of that debt is going to be Millet's ability and willingness to cut future government spending.
00:26:32.000 And this means dumping the garbage philosophy of Peronism.
00:26:35.000 Now, the reason that Peronism is so important for people to understand is because Peronism is almost identical with the kind of economic policy that has been pursued by the left wing in the United States.
00:26:46.000 Peronism is not communism.
00:26:48.000 Peronism is not quite socialism.
00:26:49.000 It's really more economic corporatism.
00:26:51.000 It's the sort of thing you're seeing China pursue right now, or that you saw, for example, Nazi Germany pursue.
00:26:57.000 It is state-led enterprise.
00:26:58.000 So the basic idea is, sure, there will still be private businesses, but we will give them subsidies.
00:27:02.000 We'll tell them how to do their business.
00:27:04.000 We will protect a few core businesses and business sectors, and we will fund them.
00:27:08.000 All of our friends will get super duper rich.
00:27:11.000 And if this sounds a lot like the Democratic Party policy on economics, and part of the Republican Party policy on economics, frankly, that's because it is.
00:27:18.000 It turns out That whether you are right or whether you are left, subsidies to political friends in order to protect particular industries, not core national security industries, but just industries that you think are special, to protect certain segments of the population, it turns out they bankrupt the country.
00:27:33.000 If you go back to the original Peronist philosophy of Juan Perón, Who was the left-leaning Argentinian who ran Argentina until his wife took over and then they wrote a musical about her with Madonna and all the rest of it.
00:27:50.000 Peronist philosophy has dominated Argentina for literally decades.
00:27:53.000 And if you go back and you actually look at the principles of Peronism, they sound very much like the modern Democratic Party.
00:27:58.000 Quote, A true democracy is that in which the government does what the people want and defends only one interest, the people's.
00:28:05.000 Peronism is essentially of the common people.
00:28:07.000 Any political elite is anti-people and thus not Peronist, right?
00:28:10.000 It's a populist left-wing movement.
00:28:12.000 A Peronist works for the movement.
00:28:13.000 Whoever in the name of Peronism serves an elite or a leader is a Peronist in name only.
00:28:17.000 For Peronism, there's only one class of person, those who work.
00:28:20.000 Working is a right that creates the dignity of men.
00:28:22.000 It's a duty because it's fair that everyone should produce as much as they consume at the very least.
00:28:28.000 And then Peronism talks about how, essentially, you need to balance the right of the individual and society as an economic doctrine, a social market, putting capital to the service of the economy and the well-being of the people.
00:28:40.000 Anybody who you've heard, by the way, right or left, talk about the idea that capitalism is really a tool, right?
00:28:47.000 The markets ought to work for the people, not the other way around.
00:28:51.000 That philosophy is, in essence, a Peronist philosophy.
00:28:55.000 It's not the job of quote-unquote markets to work for.
00:28:58.000 Markets are not an instrument of the government.
00:29:00.000 Markets are a description of relations between human beings.
00:29:04.000 Markets are a description of how people trade with one another and under what conditions.
00:29:08.000 Suggesting that the markets should work for the people is a Rousseauian way of describing a vague general will and then directing government power at achieving that supposed general will.
00:29:16.000 And what it ends up with is massive amounts of debt.
00:29:19.000 In reality, it amounts to tremendous economic inefficiency, Redistribution of resources, tremendous economic controls on industry, and, as always, huge debt.
00:29:30.000 Back in October, Reuters reported on the problems for Argentina.
00:29:36.000 They pointed out that the $600 billion economy has been engulfed by a deep crisis that involves runway inflation, a dearth of U.S.
00:29:42.000 dollar reserves, and an electorate with little trust in its currency.
00:29:47.000 The country could be in danger of defaulting on that $43 billion program with the International Monetary Fund.
00:29:53.000 That would actually be Argentina defaulting on its debt, not for the third time in the last couple decades, but for the 10th time overall.
00:30:00.000 The government keeps on spending and spending and spending.
00:30:03.000 They keep on just blowing out the debt.
00:30:07.000 The ballooning debt pile is enormous.
00:30:09.000 I mean, right now, the total outstanding government debt, as of like 2023, is about $400 billion, and it's rising rapidly.
00:30:21.000 So, Millet is going to have his work cut out for him.
00:30:25.000 Since 1980, they've been spending like drunken sailors.
00:30:27.000 They've been monetizing that debt by simply issuing more pesos, and then they've been defaulting on that debt.
00:30:33.000 And now Millet is going to have to come in with that chainsaw.
00:30:36.000 He's really not going to have a choice but to do that.
00:30:38.000 And watch as the left kicks and screams, and the United States also, because they see what's coming.
00:30:42.000 They see what's coming.
00:30:43.000 The reality is that once you hit the situation that Argentina has now hit, you don't have a choice but to go for the chainsaw.
00:30:48.000 So best of luck to Javier Mille.
00:30:50.000 And again, the West ought to be embracing this guy.
00:30:53.000 It is an incredible judgment on the media and on the West that many of them are more comfortable with Lula da Silva in Brazil than they are with Javier Mille, an open ally of the United States who is desperately seeking a better relationship with the United States.
00:31:07.000 The fact the media Find it easier to sympathize with Lula, tells you everything you need to know about the media and our modern left-wing political leadership.
00:31:15.000 Millet is precisely the kind of leader that Ronald Reagan was begging for during his presidency.
00:31:20.000 A democratically elected classical liberal who is seeking economic openness and freedom and to pay back the country's debts.
00:31:26.000 And the media are like, I don't know, this guy seems kind of crazy.
00:31:29.000 This guy seems too, you're hearing him described as an anarcho-capitalist, as a far-right character.
00:31:35.000 I noticed that Argentina has 143% inflation because of the program you guys like.
00:31:41.000 So now it's time to try something different.
00:31:42.000 So good on Argentinians for realizing that.
00:31:44.000 By the way, he was boosted to power by young people.
00:31:47.000 So for all the talk about how young people have lost it, again, young people are fat and happy when the country is fat and happy.
00:31:53.000 Leftism is a luxury good.
00:31:55.000 You can afford leftism when your country is fat and happy.
00:31:57.000 And when the rubber meets the road, reality tends to intrude rather strongly.
00:32:01.000 Okay, in just one second, Elon Musk is now going to war with Media Matters, and I am here for it.
00:32:05.000 We'll get to that momentarily first.
00:32:06.000 Sleep.
00:32:07.000 Hard to come by these days.

00:34:17.000 Okay, meanwhile.
00:34:18.000 Elon Musk is now at war with a huge swath of the left.
00:34:21.000 That includes, of course, the Anti-Defamation League.
00:34:23.000 That's been true for a long time.
00:34:24.000 But now with Media Matters.
00:34:25.000 Media Matters, for those who don't know, was a group that was founded by Hillary Clinton's close advisor, David Brock.
00:34:30.000 It was specifically designed at the time to be an anti-right-wing messaging machine designed to rob any sort of right-wing outlet of advertisers and profits.
00:34:38.000 That is what it was designed to do.
00:34:39.000 It's been very effective in that goal.
00:34:42.000 And they've been going after Elon Musk, Hammer, and Tong, and particularly ratcheting things up over the course of the last few months because Elon is so active on Twitter.
00:34:51.000 And as we talked about a little bit last week, Elon embroiled himself in a controversy because, again, he's very active on Twitter and he Sort of retweeted and restated another tweet from somebody that many people then accused of being anti-semitic.
00:35:03.000 And then he obviously clarified.
00:35:04.000 He said, listen, I'm talking about the ADL.
00:35:06.000 I'm talking about left-wing Jews who have been very big on open borders and then suddenly are very big on not open borders the minute that it turns out a lot of people got imported hate Jews.
00:35:16.000 And he obviously was not talking about the entire Jewish community or all Jews or anything remotely like that.
00:35:20.000 That is not who Elon is.
00:35:21.000 I mean, I know Elon just a little bit, but the implication that Elon Musk is anti-Semitic, like the implication that Donald Trump is anti-Semitic, I find it very weird that many of the people who are jumping on that bad wagon, people like Media Matters, are very soft on actual Hamas If you're a fan of Hamas, if you're a person who's from the
00:35:39.000 river to the sea, Rashida Tlaib, places like Media Matters will defend you.
00:35:43.000 If you are a person who actively promotes terrorist entities, who actively sides with
00:35:50.000 those terrorists, if you're Linda Sarsour or something, then Media Matters, you're the
00:35:54.000 You're great.
00:35:55.000 But if you're Elon Musk, then all of a sudden... So, what that says to me is ulterior motive.
00:35:58.000 They hate Elon Musk because Elon Musk just does not mirror the woke priorities of the left.
00:36:02.000 So, what we saw last week was yet another attempt to un-person Elon Musk, which is not going to work because he's incredibly rich, he's incredibly famous, and he's incredibly valuable to a wide variety of human beings, ranging from Tesla owners to the federal government with regard to SpaceX.
00:36:18.000 And so now they've been attempting to undercut him with advertisers on Twitter, now known as X. And so Elon is now pushing back on all of that.
00:36:28.000 He's pushing back on all that in a few different ways.
00:36:29.000 First of all, again, the implication that Elon Musk is an anti-Semite is, to me, quite absurd based on the record that is currently available.
00:36:39.000 He literally tweeted out just three days ago, quote, That seems like a lot more pro-Jewish than a huge majority of the people on the left who are ripping on Elon Musk.
00:36:47.000 necessarily imply genocide.
00:36:48.000 Clear calls for extreme violence are against our terms of service
00:36:51.000 and will result in suspension.
00:36:52.000 That seems like a lot more pro-Jewish than a huge majority of the people on the left
00:36:59.000 who are ripping on Elon Musk.
00:37:01.000 Well, now he has said that he is going to go nuclear on Media Matters.
00:37:06.000 According to Politico, Musk said on Saturday, he will file a thermonuclear lawsuit
00:37:10.000 against non-profit watchdog Media Matters and others as companies including Disney, Apple, and IBM
00:37:14.000 reportedly have paused advertising on X, amid an anti-Semitism storm around the social media
00:37:19.000 platform.
00:37:19.000 Again, Disney, Apple, IBM, they will continue to advertise on MSNBC,
00:37:23.000 which does cover for Hamas on a daily basis, presumably.
00:37:27.000 Media Matters, a U.S.
00:37:28.000 group that describes itself as a progressive research and information center, published earlier this week research showing that X had posted ads appearing next to neo-Nazi posts.
00:37:37.000 Ex-CEO Linda Giaccarino previously said brands are now protected from the risk of being next to potentially toxic content on the platform, but Musk said the split-second court opens on Monday.
00:37:45.000 ExCorp will be filing a thermonuclear lawsuit against Media Matters and all those who colluded in this fraudulent attack on our company.
00:37:52.000 He posted a statement with the headline, And here's what he said, quote,
00:37:58.000 this week, Media Matters for America posted a story that completely misrepresented the real user experience on
00:38:02.000 X in another attempt to undermine freedom of speech
00:38:04.000 and mislead advertisers.
00:38:05.000 Above everything, including profit, X works to protect the public's right to free speech.
00:38:09.000 But for speech to be truly free, we must also have the freedom to see or hear things
00:38:12.000 that some people may consider objectionable.
00:38:14.000 We believe that everyone has the right to make up their own minds about what to read,
00:38:17.000 watch or listen to, because that's the power of freedom of speech.
00:38:20.000 Despite our clear and consistent position, X has seen a number of attacks from activist groups
00:38:23.000 like Media Matters and legacy media outlets who seek to undermine freedom of expression on our platform
00:38:28.000 because they perceive it as a threat to their ideological narrative
00:38:30.000 and those of their financial supporters.
00:38:32.000 This, of course, is 100% true.
00:38:33.000 It is why I see Kara Swisher spending every waking moment of her life going after Elon Musk, going after, it was Mark Zuckerberg before.
00:38:41.000 Any social media platform that does not mirror the priorities of Kara Swisher becomes a bad social media network that must be hit with advertiser boycotts.
00:38:49.000 Here are the facts on Media Matters research.
00:38:51.000 This is what Elon says.
00:38:52.000 To manipulate the public and advertisers, Media Matters created an alternate account and curated the posts and advertising appearing on the account's timeline to misinform advertisers about the placement of their posts.
00:39:01.000 These contrived experiences could be applied to any platform.
00:39:04.000 So in other words, Media Matters created a false account.
00:39:06.000 Then they proceeded to algorithmically figure out which tweets would be the most likely to appear in their Twitter feed if they kept accessing pro-Nazi tweets.
00:39:15.000 And then when ads were served to them, they then screen-capped that.
00:39:18.000 Once they curated their feed, he says, they repeatedly refreshed their timelines to find a rare instance of ads serving next to the content they chose to follow.
00:39:25.000 Our logs indicate they forced a scenario resulting in 13 times the number of ads served compared to the median ads served to an X user.
00:39:31.000 Of the 5.5 billion ad impressions on X that day, less than 50 total ad impressions were served against all of the organic content featured in the Media Matters article.
00:39:39.000 Which is an insane rate of success if you're hoping to prohibit advertising content from appearing next to really disgusting posts.
00:39:46.000 For one brand showcased in the article, one of its ads ran adjacent to a post two times.
00:39:50.000 That ad was seen in that setting by only two users, one of which was the author of the Media Matters article.
00:39:54.000 For another brand showcased in the article, two of the ads served adjacent to two posts three times.
00:39:59.000 That ad was only seen in that setting by one user, the author of the Media Matters article.
00:40:02.000 In other words, they totally created an account just to manufacture a story that this is a thing that is happening all over Twitter, when in fact it's happening because Media Matters basically gamed the system to achieve an end where they can then say to advertisers that if you're Honda, you're at risk of appearing next to a neo-Nazi post.
00:40:17.000 Media Matters article highlights nine posts they believe should not be allowed on X. Upon evaluation, only one of the nine organic posts featured in the article violated our content policies.
00:40:25.000 We've taken action on it under our freedom of speech, not reach enforcement approach.
00:40:28.000 So here's the summary.
00:40:29.000 X will protect the public's right to free expression.
00:40:31.000 We will not allow agenda-driven activists or even our own profits to deter our vision.
00:40:34.000 Everyone has a choice on X. User and brand control on X is superior to a year ago.
00:40:38.000 And data wins over allegations.
00:40:40.000 Media Matters does not reflect the user experience on X.
00:40:44.000 So, he is now filing this lawsuit against Media Matters, presumably for what he is going to accuse them of is some form of fraud, some legal form of fraud, in an attempt to artificially interfere with business contract.
00:40:56.000 A tortious interference with contract would probably be the basis of the lawsuit here.
00:41:03.000 And this is part and parcel a broader attempt to de-platform Musk from his own platform.
00:41:07.000 This is why they were so angry when Twitter got taken away from Jack Dorsey.
00:41:10.000 When Musk bought Twitter, at the expense of like 20 billion dollars, that is just down the toilet.
00:41:14.000 I mean, Twitter is now worth maybe half of what it was when Musk bought it at the then-going price.
00:41:19.000 They're now attempting to essentially destroy Musk over all of this by claiming falsely that he is an anti-Semite.
00:41:29.000 And again, you have to consider the source.
00:41:31.000 You have to consider the source.
00:41:32.000 When you see people on MSNBC who are hot and bothered over Elon Musk's supposed antisemitism, and in the very next segment, they are having on some wild anti-Israel prognosticator accusing Israel of genocide and war crimes, and making excuses for Hamas, you have to wonder, what is the real agenda there?
00:41:48.000 It doesn't feel like the real agenda has anything to do with Jew hatred, per se.
00:41:53.000 Okay, in just one second, We'll get to the actual latest news in Israel.
00:41:57.000 The Houthis are ramping up their attacks from Yemen because, again, Iran is making all sorts of trouble in the region.
00:42:02.000 First, with Thanksgiving just a few days away, I want to show some gratitude for some of the people on my team.
00:42:07.000 Justin, who makes sure that the show is top quality.

00:42:32.000 And Fabby, of course, for being an amazing makeup artist and also being literally willing to kill on my behalf.
00:42:37.000 It takes an amazing team of people to make this show successful, just like it takes an amazing team to make any business successful.

00:43:24.000 ZipRecruiter is indeed the smartest way to hire.
00:43:26.000 Well, meanwhile, the media continued to be really, really terrible at their jobs.
00:43:30.000 This is particularly true on Israel, of course.
00:43:31.000 They claimed yesterday, it was the biggest headline of the day, that Israel was about to strike some sort of ceasefire deal with Hamas in the Gaza Strip.
00:43:38.000 Then they had to walk that back because it was denied by both Israel and the United States.
00:43:41.000 It turned out not to be true, this giant pause.
00:43:44.000 Now, the Biden administration is trying to push the idea that they're getting closer to a deal, but they really shouldn't be talking about anything.
00:43:50.000 What is the state of negotiations as of this morning?
00:43:51.000 are you talking about any of that publicly?
00:43:53.000 John Finer, who is the deputy national security advisor, he was saying on national TV,
00:43:57.000 they're getting closer to a deal.
00:43:58.000 What does that even look like?
00:43:59.000 Why is he talking about that?
00:44:00.000 Like, this is not how negotiations typically work.
00:44:02.000 What is the state of negotiations as of this morning?
00:44:06.000 Is there a deal imminent?
00:44:11.000 Thanks, Jake.
00:44:12.000 So I think you heard probably the Prime Minister of Qatar speak to this earlier today.
00:44:16.000 They have been extremely close, obviously, to these negotiations, as we have.
00:44:21.000 The United States has been following this minute by minute, hour by hour, up to the level of the President, for whom this is a major overriding priority, obviously in part because there are a number of Americans who are in this horrific situation.
00:44:34.000 What I can say about this at this time is we think that we are closer than we have been perhaps at any point since these negotiations began weeks ago.
00:44:42.000 That there are areas of difference and disagreement that have been narrowed, if not closed out entirely.
00:44:50.000 Okay, so why is he talking about that publicly?
00:44:52.000 Nobody really, really knows.
00:44:54.000 Meanwhile, the Israeli ambassador to the United States, Michael Herzog, is like, we're not doing a ceasefire.
00:44:57.000 Why would we do a ceasefire when we are literally attempting to track down our hostages in real time?
00:45:03.000 And again, tape was released yesterday of the hostages being dragged into Al Shifa Hospital.
00:45:07.000 The tape is absolutely sickening.
00:45:08.000 We showed it earlier on the show.
00:45:10.000 And the fact that there's still people in the international media who believe that Israel has some sort of responsibility to Hamas under these circumstances is insane, absurd, and disgusting.
00:45:20.000 Prime Minister Netanyahu said a pause in combat is exactly what Hamas wants so they can regroup.
00:45:26.000 So I want to distinguish within a pause for a few days in order to get hostages released and a ceasefire.
00:45:33.000 The Prime Minister was referring to a ceasefire.
00:45:36.000 We are against a ceasefire because that would allow Hamas to retain power, to regroup, to rearm and strike again.
00:45:43.000 But it would be a ceasefire for a few days?
00:45:46.000 This is... Is that the difference?
00:45:48.000 We're talking about pausing the fighting for a few days so we can get the hostages out.
00:45:54.000 But all sides?
00:45:54.000 It's not a ceasefire because we will continue to push against Hamas to dismantle their military infrastructure and their terror infrastructure.
00:46:03.000 We're not going to stop that.
00:46:05.000 Meanwhile, Iranian-backed Houthis in Yemen have now seized a ship in the Red Sea.
00:46:11.000 This stuff is really dangerous, because when you start endangering the world's choke points in terms of trade, that is a major problem.
00:46:18.000 It led to the Suez Canal crisis of 1956, for example.
00:46:21.000 The Straits of Hormuz are another example of a place where oil ships out, and if the Iranians were to make serious trouble over there, that'd be a real problem for the world economy.
00:46:27.000 Folks who are isolationists on foreign policy seem to forget that there is in fact a globe, and on that globe there are certain choke points in terms of trade.
00:46:35.000 And when those choke points get owned by nefarious powers, their prices at the grocery store go up.
00:46:40.000 Their jobs may go away.
00:46:41.000 Inflation hits.
00:46:42.000 We have a very interconnected world economy.
00:46:45.000 And the simple fact is that it does make a very large difference to you exactly who owns those choke points and how those choke points get run.
00:46:52.000 So, yesterday, a cargo ship partially owned by an Israeli business person was hijacked by Yemen's Houthi rebels in the Red Sea on Sunday.
00:46:58.000 The cargo ship, the Bahamas-flagged Galaxy Leader, was leased from a British company partially owned by an Israeli named Dharami Ungar to a Japanese company.
00:47:05.000 The ship left a port in Turkey, was headed for India, and was sailing under the Bahamanian flag.
00:47:10.000 There are apparently 25 crew members of different nationalities, including Ukrainians, Bulgarians, Filipinos, and Mexicans.
00:47:16.000 There are no Israelis on board.
00:47:18.000 No crew members were injured, but it did receive minor damage.
00:47:22.000 The Prime Minister's office condemned the seizure, highlighting the ship was not Israeli or owned by Israelis.
00:47:27.000 The Houthis have been attempting, obviously, to attack the waters surrounding the Persian Gulf.
00:47:34.000 They've been attempting to create naval problems in these areas.
00:47:38.000 That is Iran.
00:47:38.000 That is obviously Iran.
00:47:40.000 Now, all of this is contributing to a larger sense of democratic panic.
00:47:43.000 Why?
00:47:43.000 Well, because the media are pushing this idea that unless Joe Biden swivels and becomes wildly anti-Israel, that he's going to lose the next election.
00:47:50.000 I'd love to see the data that support the idea that if he swivels on behalf of Hamas, that suddenly he's going to win the election.
00:47:56.000 Joe Biden is unpopular because Joe Biden is deeply unpopular.
00:47:59.000 Brand new polling out yesterday shows that Joe Biden's approval rating is down to 40%.
00:48:04.000 Strong majorities of all voters disapprove of his handling of foreign policy.
00:48:08.000 Now it does say that they also disapprove of his handling of the Israel-Hamas war.
00:48:12.000 But what's weird about that particular question is that that means a bunch of people who are on the right, meaning people who love Israel very often, a lot of those people disapprove of his handling of the Israel-Hamas war.
00:48:25.000 But they do so from the right.
00:48:26.000 So in other words, to suggest that everybody is mad at Biden because he's too pro-Israel is to ignore the reality, which is that by the same poll of all entities in the poll, ranging from Israel to Hamas to Donald Trump to Joe Biden to the Republicans in Congress, the single most popular entity in the poll was actually the state of Israel.
00:48:44.000 So it'd be very weird for, for example, Joe Biden to sort of abandon Israel in the face of all of that.
00:48:50.000 Again, by the same poll that is showing Joe Biden unpopular, it shows that Israel has a plus 23 rating.
00:48:57.000 Ukraine still has a plus 21 rating.
00:48:59.000 And then you get to the politicians.
00:49:01.000 Nikki Haley's at minus four.
00:49:02.000 Mike Johnson's at minus nine.
00:49:03.000 Donald Trump's at minus 16.
00:49:05.000 Joe Biden's at minus 17.
00:49:06.000 Palestine is at minus 18.
00:49:08.000 Russia is at minus 74.
00:49:10.000 And Hamas is at minus 80.
00:49:13.000 So if the implication there is that Joe Biden is supposed to swivel on behalf of Hamas, I'm not sure exactly how you make that case.
00:49:18.000 Particularly this is something that Nate Silver, the pollster, has pointed out.
00:49:21.000 Nonetheless, Joe Biden is seeking to start to militate between two positions.
00:49:27.000 This, for example, Is why President Biden has now said that he's going to issue visa bans on quote-unquote Israeli extremists attacking Palestinians in the West Bank.
00:49:35.000 Unclear exactly who he's talking about.
00:49:37.000 Obviously no criminal should enter the United States.
00:49:39.000 So if somebody is committing a criminal act, Jew or not Jew, they should not be entering the United States.
00:49:43.000 Period.
00:49:43.000 End of story.
00:49:44.000 But the idea that there is like this vast criminal underclass in the West Bank that is pursuing extraordinary acts of violence is not actually told out by the data.
00:49:54.000 There are some people who are doing that and they should be arrested.
00:49:57.000 The notion this is anywhere on par with a massive problem that there are hundreds of thousands, 10,000, 8,000, 800 people who are attempting to immigrate from Israel to the United States after conducting criminal activities against Arabs in the West Bank.
00:50:13.000 Like, those numbers don't exist.
00:50:17.000 It's a very weird take and it's mostly directed toward public consumption at this point.
00:50:22.000 Meanwhile, you can tell that the Democrats are deeply fearful of Biden.
00:50:25.000 He's celebrating his 81st birthday.
00:50:27.000 He clearly is not with it anymore.
00:50:28.000 You can tell this because SNL is finally turning on Joe Biden, which is shocking, right?
00:50:34.000 When SNL turns on Joe Biden, he's got a real problem because SNL, they have been massaging Biden.
00:50:39.000 They've been massaging the Democrats literally for basically since 2008.
00:50:43.000 Since Barack Obama became president, they've made it their permanent full-time job to massage Democrats.
00:50:48.000 Now they're finally starting to knock Biden.
00:50:49.000 That is bad news for him, obviously.
00:50:53.000 It's me, your old boy, Joe.
00:50:55.000 Now, let's get started.
00:50:57.000 Uh, to keep things on the rails, I'm gonna read from the teleprompter.
00:51:00.000 Uh, all right, great meeting with, uh, President Roman Numero 11.
00:51:06.000 Excuse me, President Xi.
00:51:10.000 Uh, this meeting was a total win.
00:51:13.000 Sure, we made agreements about communications, fentanyl, climate change, but most importantly, we got the thing America really needs right now.
00:51:22.000 More pandas!
00:51:24.000 All right.
00:51:27.000 I'd like to open up to questions.
00:51:30.000 First up, Wall Street Journal.
00:51:32.000 Thank you, Mr. President.
00:51:34.000 China relations broke off this past year partly because you called President Xi a dictator?
00:51:39.000 Yeah, that's right.
00:51:41.000 But your summit last week saw remarkable strides in mending that relationship.
00:51:45.000 Would you like to completely undo your accomplishment by calling him a dictator again?
00:51:49.000 I would.
00:51:51.000 Next question, L.A.
00:51:52.000 Times.
00:51:54.000 Thank you, Mr. President, and congratulations on your historic and productive summit.
00:51:58.000 I have a question.
00:51:59.000 You're old.
00:52:02.000 Okay, alright.
00:52:05.000 Not sure how that's a question, but... I mean, man, why can't we talk about things that are going well, like the economy?
00:52:11.000 We outpaced China for the first time in 40 years!
00:52:15.000 Or how I created the most jobs since FDR, alright?
00:52:19.000 Go ahead, Washington Post, ask away.
00:52:22.000 Mr. President, I'd like to ask you about the handling of the border crisis.
00:52:26.000 Oh, good!
00:52:27.000 Yay!
00:52:28.000 All right!
00:52:29.000 The border!
00:52:30.000 All right, I gotta get something.
00:52:33.000 Let me take the elevator real quick.
00:52:35.000 Just one sec.
00:52:35.000 Sorry.
00:52:40.000 So, again, now that they're starting to mock him, it's pretty obvious that a lot of the Democratic base is unhappy with Joe Biden.
00:52:46.000 The problem is, ain't got anybody else lined up.
00:52:48.000 All right, guys, the rest of the show continues right now.
00:52:49.000 You're not going to want to miss it.
