The Ben Shapiro Show - MORE WINNING! Trump Goes Full PEACE THROUGH STRENGTH

00:00:00.000 Well, folks, I am not yet tired of winning.

00:00:02.000 The winning just continues.

00:00:03.000 We'll get to all the winning in just one second.

00:00:05.000 First, it's official.

00:00:06.000 Am I Racist, the number one documentary of the decade, is now submitted for an Academy Award.

00:00:10.000 That's right.

00:00:11.000 It's submitted.

00:00:12.000 You can only watch Am I Racist with a Daily Wire Plus membership.

00:00:15.000 Don't have one?

00:00:16.000 Go to dailywire.com slash subscribe.

00:00:17.000 Use code Trump for 47% off today.

00:00:20.000 So, I've got a fever, and the only prescription is more winning.

00:00:25.000 Really, really enjoying the staffing of the new Trump administration.

00:00:28.000 According to the Wall Street Journal, there are a couple of picks that have been made.

00:00:33.000 One is presumably going to be confirmed today, you would imagine, by the Trump campaign.

00:00:38.000 The other one already has been confirmed.

00:00:40.000 According to the Wall Street Journal, President-elect Donald Trump is expected to nominate Senator Marco Rubio of Florida as Secretary of State and has asked Representative Mike Waltz, a Green Beret veteran, to be his White House National Security Advisor, according to people familiar with his thinking.

00:00:52.000 People familiar with the Rubio decision said Trump feels good about going with him, although there's always the possibility that Trump, until he confirms something, it's not totally confirmed, but spoke to people for the Trump transition and Rubio did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

00:01:04.000 So President Trump is moving fast.

00:01:06.000 He is staffing professionally.

00:01:08.000 He is not taking his time.

00:01:10.000 He He's finding people who are loyal to the Trump vision, the peace through strength vision.

00:01:15.000 Listen, President Trump was on this show two weeks before Election Day, and I specifically asked him about his foreign policy.

00:01:21.000 And he said repeatedly, peace through strength is his foreign policy.

00:01:24.000 That is the Trump 1.0 foreign policy.

00:01:26.000 It's what 75 million Americans voted for.

00:01:29.000 It's going to be 77 million Americans by the time this is all said and done will have voted for Trump's peace through strength, Trump 1.0 foreign policy.

00:01:36.000 These are all picks who are loyal to President Trump.

00:01:38.000 These are all picks who are going to do his bidding in the foreign policy realm, and they are all going to reinforce his Trump doctrine.

00:01:44.000 The Trump doctrine, again, is cross this line and I will punch you so hard in the face you will not want to do it again.

00:01:49.000 That is the Trump doctrine. 0.97

00:01:51.000 And it is a great Trump doctrine.

00:01:53.000 It is an excellent foreign policy doctrine, which is why you got four years with no wars.

00:01:56.000 Contrary to certain popular opinions, war is only prevented by preparing for war.

00:02:02.000 Prepare for war so you don't have to do it is the actual way that you prevent war.

00:02:08.000 Submission, cowardice.

00:02:10.000 We tried that with Joe Biden.

00:02:12.000 It didn't go particularly well.

00:02:14.000 Donald Trump does precisely the reverse.

00:02:16.000 So as I said on Fox Business, President Trump is the best foreign policy president of my lifetime, bar none.

00:02:22.000 So again, those two picks are excellent picks by President Trump.

00:02:25.000 If you don't know much about Marco Rubio, Senator Rubio from Florida, of course, he entered with sort of the Tea Party wave back in 2010.

00:02:32.000 And then he ran for president, as you'll recall, in 2016.

00:02:36.000 He ran for president against Donald Trump at the time.

00:02:39.000 Now, Trump does have a unique capacity to let bygones be bygones, which is why, of course, J.D. Vance is his vice president, despite the fact that J.D. Vance said some pretty not nice things about him back in 2016.

00:02:49.000 Rubio has proved himself to be a formidable asset on the campaign trail, was loyal to President Trump's vision, is an early Trump endorser.

00:02:56.000 Not only that, Rubio has proved himself on foreign policy.

00:03:00.000 He's on the Senate Intelligence Committee.

00:03:02.000 He's great on TV.

00:03:03.000 He knows all the players.

00:03:05.000 Here, for example, with Senator Rubio, he was walking down the hallway and he was being harassed by a pro Hamas heckler from Code Pink.

00:03:11.000 It didn't go well for the heckler.

00:03:14.000 Senator Rufio, will you call for Ciswag Hamaza?

00:03:17.000 No, I will not.

00:03:17.000 On the contrary, are you filming it?

00:03:19.000 I want you guys to get this. 0.97

00:03:20.000 I want them to destroy every element of Hamas they can get their hands on. 1.00

00:03:23.000 These people are vicious animals who did horrifying crimes. 0.99

00:03:26.000 And I hope you guys post that.

00:03:28.000 And what about the civilians that are being killed every day?

00:03:31.000 Hamas has stopped hiding behind civilians, putting civilians in the way.

00:03:34.000 Hamas knew that this was going to lead to this.

00:03:36.000 Hamas has stopped building their military installations underneath hospitals.

00:03:40.000 So you don't care that 15,000 have died?

00:03:42.000 You don't care about the babies that are being killed every day?

00:03:45.000 I think it's terrifying.

00:03:45.000 I think it's terrible, and I think Hamas is 100% to blame.

00:03:47.000 That's what I think.

00:03:49.000 Make sure you post that.

00:03:51.000 Good for possible Secretary of State Marco Rubio.

00:03:55.000 Of course, Rubio has also said that if you come to the United States on a visa and you then proceed to spew anti-American, anti-Semitic nonsense, then you should be gone.

00:04:03.000 We didn't bring you in here to make America a worse place.

00:04:05.000 Here is Senator Rubio from the floor.

00:04:08.000 What I am saying is common sense.

00:04:10.000 You're a visitor.

00:04:11.000 You're not even an American. 0.96

00:04:13.000 You're a foreign national.

00:04:14.000 You're here because we gave you a visa to be here temporarily.

00:04:16.000 And now you're out there defending and supporting Hamas, a terrorist organization?

00:04:20.000 You need to go.

00:04:21.000 That's what this resolution asks the administration to do.

00:04:24.000 And I hope we can get a vote on the Senate, so at least everyone will know where everybody here stands.

00:04:29.000 So, great stuff there.

00:04:31.000 Sounds like a great Secretary of State pick.

00:04:33.000 Also, with regard to Ukraine, Senator Rubio is repeating the Trump line with regard to Ukraine.

00:04:39.000 Okay, Trump's line with regard to Ukraine, contrary to popular opinion, is not that the United States is going to cut and run from Ukraine.

00:04:44.000 Here's the thing.

00:04:44.000 Donald Trump does not like losing.

00:04:46.000 He does not like losing.

00:04:47.000 He likes to win, as we have noticed.

00:04:49.000 And what does that mean?

00:04:50.000 It doesn't mean endless war in Ukraine.

00:04:52.000 What it means is that the United States supports Ukraine sufficient to prevent a Russian invasion of Kiev, but also looks for an off ramp with Putin settling the lines where they are already settled.

00:05:02.000 That is what a deal has looked like since 2022.

00:05:05.000 Henry Kissinger said it in August 2022.

00:05:07.000 I agreed with him then.

00:05:08.000 I agree with him now.

00:05:09.000 Not because, in the best of all possible worlds, Russia would end up in control of Donbass and Crimea, but just because that is the reality. 0.81

00:05:17.000 And the reality on the ground is not changing.

00:05:20.000 Here is Senator Rubio making the point the Biden administration has no plan in Ukraine.

00:05:23.000 This is true.

00:05:24.000 They don't have a plan in Ukraine.

00:05:26.000 Their plan in Ukraine was to slow-walk aid to Ukraine while declaring that there were no end goals in the war, which is not a plan at all.

00:05:33.000 That is an actual recipe for a stalemate.

00:05:36.000 Here is Senator Rubio talking about that.

00:05:39.000 But if you ask the Biden decision, they will tell you we are funding a stalemate.

00:05:42.000 I think the Ukrainians have been incredibly brave and strong and standing up to Russia.

00:05:46.000 But at the end of the day, what we are funding here is a stalemate war.

00:05:49.000 It needs to be brought to a conclusion because that country is going to be set back 100 years.

00:05:54.000 Now, that doesn't mean that we celebrate what Vladimir Putin did or are excited about it.

00:05:58.000 But I think there has to also be some common sense here.

00:06:01.000 And that is that right now, what we are funding is a stalemate that's costing lives.

00:06:05.000 It's going to take 100 years to rebuild that poor country with everything they are facing.

00:06:09.000 Now, again, he is not wrong about that, and that is why President Trump is attempting to seek an offer up there.

00:06:14.000 So, Marco Rubio, excellent pick for Secretary of State if all the reporting is correct.

00:06:18.000 The winning continues.

00:06:19.000 Meanwhile, Mike Waltz, a representative from Florida, he's being picked, apparently, as the National Security Advisor.

00:06:25.000 Waltz has been a bulldog on national security.

00:06:27.000 Here, for example, was Representative Waltz going after Secretary of State Antony Blinken as well as the Biden National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan.

00:06:37.000 Has deterrence failed Iran supporting terrorism and its terrorist organizations and attacking Israel?

00:06:45.000 Unfortunately, horrifically, Iran has supported terrorism for decades. 0.64

00:06:47.000 Mr.

00:06:47.000 Secretary, I have here the disastrous Afghanistan withdrawal, the invasion of Ukraine, the unholy alliance between Russia and China, Hamas and Hezbollah attacks on Israel, Houthi attacking international shipping, hostages in Gaza, Iran flush with cash.

00:07:05.000 The re-emergence of ISIS-K now, six thwarted attacks in Europe, increased Chinese aggression, and the collapse of our influence in Central Africa and the Sahel.

00:07:18.000 We get five minutes for the million people I represent in a public hearing, and you're going to tell the American people with this list they're safer? 0.76

00:07:27.000 Again, Walt is a bulldog.

00:07:29.000 He is a peace through strength advocate.

00:07:30.000 And that, again, is the byword.

00:07:32.000 Peace through strength.

00:07:33.000 You cross this line and we will clock you into next week as an excellent foreign policy.

00:07:36.000 So, more stellar picks from the Trump transition team.

00:07:40.000 Really good stuff.

00:07:41.000 Good stuff happening.

00:07:43.000 Lots of winning.

00:07:44.000 Enjoying the winning.

00:07:45.000 Okay, Trump has also apparently picked his next Department of Homeland Security head.

00:07:49.000 This is the person who will be working alongside Tom Homan, who's going to be his borders are.

00:07:53.000 We talked about Tom Homan yesterday.

00:07:54.000 You want to talk about a bulldog in both personality as well as personal appearance.

00:07:58.000 Tom Homan, as your borders are, is going to be the guy.

00:08:00.000 He's now picked Kristi Noem, the governor of South Dakota, as his homeland security secretary.

00:08:05.000 Now, when she is not shooting dogs in gravel pits, I know that was a big controversy during the last election cycle, Kristi Noem is really tough on the border.

00:08:12.000 And that's the job of the homeland security secretary.

00:08:14.000 Alejandro Mayorkas has completely abdicated his duty to solidify the southern border.

00:08:19.000 That's on Mayorkas. 0.98

00:08:20.000 Hey, that's the job of the Homeland Security Secretary.

00:08:22.000 Border Patrol answers to the Department of Homeland Security.

00:08:24.000 When I went down personally earlier this year and I visited our southern border and I did a ride-along with members of Border Patrol, they were telling me that Homeland Security was not giving them the permission to do their jobs.

00:08:35.000 We were sitting there on the border in a Border Patrol vehicle and we were looking up at the sky and there was a drone overflying the area that we were sitting.

00:08:43.000 And I asked the guys from Border Patrol...

00:08:46.000 I assume that's ours.

00:08:47.000 We're on the border.

00:08:48.000 They said, no, that's a drug cartel drone.

00:08:48.000 We're on the American side.

00:08:50.000 I said, why don't you shoot that down?

00:08:52.000 They said, we would have to get explicit individual permission from Alejandro Mayorkas directly in order to shoot down that drone.

00:08:59.000 Well, I feel like Kristi Noem, she's pretty good with shooting things. 0.93

00:09:02.000 So Kristi Noem, as Homeland Security Secretary, will do a good job.

00:09:06.000 She will again work with Tom Homan in that role to solidify America's Southern border.

00:09:10.000 If you're worried about Kristi Noem with regard to illegal immigration, well, you shouldn't be.

00:09:14.000 Here was Kristi Noem talking about terrorists and human traffickers entering the country.

00:09:18.000 But today, many of those who are entering our country under the current policies of the Biden administration are known terrorists, they're criminals, they're human traffickers, and they're drug cartel members.

00:09:30.000 Because the federal government's facilitating this violation of our federal law, vulnerable people from over 100 different countries have heard the story of our open border.

00:09:40.000 They've put their families in jeopardy, and they've fallen victim to the atrocities of the Mexican cartels.

00:09:46.000 Countries such as Venezuela are known to be emptying out their prisons and their mental institutions and they're sending them to America.

00:09:54.000 They're happy to let our open border be the solution to their problems and their responsibilities.

00:10:00.000 Well, folks, President Trump is assembling an excellent cabinet.

00:10:03.000 Have you ever thought about what charities and cause of the brands you give your hard-earned money actually support?

00:10:08.000 Well, Pure Talk, my cell phone company, supports veterans.

00:10:10.000 They are leading the fight against woke corporations.

00:10:13.000 Pure Talk is veteran-led.

00:10:14.000 They actually put their money where their mouth is.

00:10:15.000 They've alleviated $10 million in veteran debt.

00:12:10.000 Again, Donald Trump is making great picks, and he's doing it fast, by the way.

00:12:13.000 Again, he is not wasting time.

00:12:15.000 This is not a lame duck second term.

00:12:17.000 This is a very activist second term, and you can tell by the people he is picking.

00:12:21.000 By the way, this is a constellation of stars.

00:12:22.000 These are all very famous people.

00:12:24.000 And the people that he is picking for these various roles...

00:12:27.000 These are all people who were thinking about running for president or have run for president in the past.

00:12:32.000 It's like a constellation of people who are going to be the future of the Republican Party.

00:12:36.000 Not just, of course, the Vice President, J.D. Vance, who's sort of the heir apparent, but also people like Kristi Noem or people like Senator Rubio.

00:12:44.000 These are all picks that are going to have a long future inside the Republican Party.

00:12:48.000 They are Waltz.

00:12:49.000 These are all young people.

00:12:50.000 Waltz is only 50.

00:12:52.000 Marco Rubio is 53.

00:12:55.000 Kristi Noem is 52.

00:12:57.000 This is a younger generation of Republican leadership that is now being brought under the tent of President Trump.

00:13:04.000 These are great picks.

00:13:05.000 Really, really great.

00:13:07.000 Lee Zeldin, by the way, was just picked for the EPA administrator.

00:13:11.000 That is good news as well.

00:13:13.000 Lee Zeldin, of course, ran a very competitive campaign in New York that basically won Republicans the House back in 2022.

00:13:21.000 If it had not been for Lee Zeldin's very strong run in New York, where he barely lost to Kathy Hochul in a heavy blue state, and really presage the rise of Donald Trump's numbers in the state of New York.

00:13:30.000 If it had not been for Zeldin, it's very possible that his coattails won Republicans the House in 2022, which was supposed to be a red wave year and really never arrived.

00:13:38.000 Well, now Zeldin Again, he's a young up-and-coming star.

00:13:42.000 He's 44 years old.

00:13:44.000 He served four terms as a Republican congressman, repping Eastern Long Island before losing to Kathy Hochul in a shockingly close race.

00:13:51.000 He is now going to be serving as administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency.

00:13:56.000 He is a pro-markets person.

00:13:59.000 He is going to undo many of the terrible regulations that have been promulgated by the Biden administration.

00:14:06.000 He's going to have a hand, as the New York Post says, in the regulation of new power facilities and transmission lines needed for artificial intelligence.

00:14:12.000 He's also going to be overseeing billions in funding for environmental programs passed under Biden, and he is not going to be handing those out to green boondoggles.

00:14:19.000 President Trump put out a statement.

00:14:20.000 Lee, with a very strong legal background, has been a true fighter for America First policies.

00:14:24.000 He will ensure fair and swift deregulatory decisions that will be enacted in a way to unleash the power of American businesses, while at the same time maintaining the highest environmental standards, including the cleanest air and water on the planet.

00:14:36.000 He added he will set new standards on environmental review and maintenance that will allow the United States to grow in a healthy and well-structured way.

00:14:41.000 Again, this is...

00:14:42.000 Trump is being so pragmatic.

00:14:43.000 He's being so practical about this stuff.

00:14:45.000 You remember that on election night, he name-checked Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

00:14:49.000 in the room.

00:14:49.000 He was very complimentary of Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

00:14:52.000 And you'll recall that he did say, Bobby, don't touch the oil.

00:14:52.000 in the room.

00:14:57.000 This is the thing.

00:14:58.000 President Trump, because he likes the winning, he is following policies that are geared toward winning.

00:15:03.000 He's also bringing back a lot of loyalists who are going to do what he wants them to do.

00:15:05.000 That includes, of course, Stephen Miller, who had a big role in the first Trump administration.

00:15:09.000 Stephen Miller is widely known as an incredibly strong border hawk.

00:15:13.000 According to the New York Times, Stephen Miller, an immigration hardliner and advisor to Trump, is taking over policy planning for the transition and is expected to be named deputy chief of staff in his administration.

00:15:23.000 Which again, he'll be serving under Susie Wiles.

00:15:25.000 This is such a good team.

00:15:27.000 Honestly, it's a really, really good team.

00:15:29.000 Miller's views are favored by Mr.

00:15:31.000 Trump's hardline base.

00:15:32.000 VP-elect J.D. Vance and Donald Trump Jr., who has been influential in the transition, praised the prospective choice on X. Again, this is a unity party, and Trump is building a unity party among all various aspects of the coalition.

00:15:43.000 Honestly, it's hard for me to think how he could be doing better so far.

00:15:46.000 This is really, really a solid Trump transit.

00:15:50.000 I'm loving the winning, and these are all competent people.

00:15:53.000 These are all competent people who are being put in charge of departments that are important, and they're going to clean house.

00:15:59.000 And they should clean house.

00:16:01.000 I expect that the State Department will be cleaned by Marco Rubio.

00:16:05.000 I expect that Homeland Security will be cleaned by Kristi Noem.

00:16:08.000 All of these departments need to be cleaned of deep state employees who hate Trump and hate his administration and hate what he's about to do.

00:16:16.000 And by the way, they do have plans in place to thwart Trump.

00:16:18.000 So all of that's going to be deeply necessary on the part of Team Trump.

00:16:23.000 Speaking of which, Democrats know they are in deep trouble.

00:16:26.000 Democratic turnout dramatically dropped, actually, in the last election cycle.

00:16:32.000 Now, again, I had predicted this.

00:16:34.000 I didn't get everything right in this election cycle, but I got some things right.

00:16:37.000 One of the things that I got right in this election cycle, I've been saying, if you listen to the show a lot, I've been saying for years that in 2020, we had an unprecedented increase in the number of voters.

00:16:47.000 The number of voters increased from 2016 to 2020 by something like 22 million additional voters.

00:16:54.000 Okay, that is unprecedented.

00:16:55.000 Usually, It's four to six million in any given election cycle that are added to the voter rolls.

00:17:01.000 So my suggestion was that you would see an increase in voter turnout from 2016, but it would be down from 2020.

00:17:08.000 Why?

00:17:09.000 Well, because 2020 was an insane year.

00:17:10.000 As you recall, it was pandemic year, it was BLM year, and everybody was voting by mail.

00:17:16.000 So that allowed ballot harvesters to basically go around to every single house and just pick up ballots.

00:17:21.000 Very little day of voting in terms of percentage in 2020.

00:17:24.000 Well, now people are asking, where did all the Democratic turnout go?

00:17:28.000 And the answer is, in a non-pandemic year where you don't change the rules specifically to allow for widespread, extremely early mail-in voting and ballot harvesting, it turns out that the people on the Democratic side who are low propensity voters aren't necessarily going to turn out.

00:17:43.000 And the people on the Republican side who are low propensity voters did turn out because they like President Trump specifically.

00:17:48.000 By the way, you can see that Trump is more beloved by the low propensity Republican voters than any other Republican.

00:17:54.000 We can see that in many of the Senate races where Trump outpaced the Senate candidates in places like, for example, Wisconsin and Nevada by tens of thousands of votes.

00:18:02.000 That's something Republicans should remember going forward.

00:18:04.000 It's very easy to overread election victories as a complete referendum, a successful referendum on everything your party is presenting.

00:18:12.000 In reality, every election is a referendum on the candidate.

00:18:17.000 And I think Democrats overread the power and mystique of Barack Obama as a referendum on the wonder of their programming, and they went totally off the rails.

00:18:25.000 I think Republicans theoretically could do that with Trump.

00:18:27.000 Although, again, I don't think that many people in the Republican Party are under the illusion that Trump's popularity is immediately transferable to any other candidate.

00:18:35.000 It isn't.

00:18:35.000 He's one of one.

00:18:36.000 As we can all see clearly, I mean, there's no one of one quite like the Donald Trump who is one of one.

00:18:42.000 But for Democrats, they had a major voter drop-off.

00:18:45.000 And they're trying to figure out why.

00:18:47.000 According to the New York Times, voters in liberal strongholds across the country, from city centers to suburban stretches, failed to show up to vote for VP Kamala Harris at the levels they even had for Joe Biden four years earlier, contributing significantly to her defeat by Donald Trump.

00:18:59.000 The numbers helped fill in the picture of Mr.

00:19:01.000 Trump's commanding victory, showing it may not represent the resounding endorsement of his agenda the final Electoral College vote suggests.

00:19:06.000 They're trying to convince themselves that don't worry, if we just get the right person, all the people who voted for Biden will show up again.

00:19:11.000 But they don't understand.

00:19:12.000 2020 was an outlier year.

00:19:14.000 Barack Obama was an outlier candidate.

00:19:16.000 Kamala Harris looks more like baseline.

00:19:18.000 She looks more like, say, Hillary Clinton 2016 than anybody else.

00:19:22.000 And that is going to be what future Democratic candidates look like.

00:19:25.000 If you think Josh Shapiro is going to wildly outdraw, for example, Kamala Harris or Hillary Clinton, I don't know what you've been smoking, but I think everybody deserves some.

00:19:34.000 The drop-off span demographics and economics, according to the New York Times.

00:19:37.000 It was clear in counties with the highest job growth rates, counties with the most job losses, counties with the highest percentage of college-educated voters.

00:19:43.000 Turnout was down, too, across groups that are traditionally strong for Democrats.

00:19:48.000 The decline in key cities, including Detroit and Philadelphia, made it exceptionally difficult for Harris to win the battlegrounds of Michigan and Pennsylvania.

00:19:54.000 That, of course, was the early indicator.

00:19:55.000 If you watched our election night coverage here at Daily Wire, you could see me looking at the returns from big cities in North Carolina and Georgia, and immediately I thought Trump was going to win.

00:20:05.000 I started asking Brent Buchanan, who is our elections analyst from Signal, I started asking him, if the turnout mirrors what we are seeing in the big cities in the Rust Belt, He's going to win, right?

00:20:16.000 And Brent was like, yeah, that's right.

00:20:18.000 Okay, so the turnout was down for Democrats.

00:20:20.000 As Steve Kornacki of MSNBC points out, the Republican coalition here is much more diverse and much more durable than it has historically been.

00:20:28.000 There's some striking changes here from when he first came on the scene and ran eight years ago.

00:20:33.000 The Republican coalition that elected Trump last Tuesday, it's younger, it's more diverse, it's more blue collar than before for Trump and really than at any point for the Republican Party in modern history.

00:20:46.000 He is right about that.

00:20:48.000 CNN's Harry Enten says, listen, Democrats are looking for sort of a quick fix, easy answer.

00:20:52.000 There is no quick fix, easy answer, according to Harry Enten at CNN. There's no heir apparent, you know, and we can see this perhaps best by let's taking a look at the early poll leader for 2028.

00:21:04.000 There isn't one.

00:21:04.000 There's no early favorite.

00:21:06.000 There's no early clear favorite.

00:21:08.000 And that is really unusual because the bottom line is when you have no incumbent Democratic president following this year, we've looked back at similar situations.

00:21:16.000 Back in 2017, Joe Biden was the clear heir apparent.

00:21:19.000 And heading into 2005 and then 2013, heading into the 16th campaign, Hillary Clinton was way up in the national polls. 0.99

00:21:26.000 It was pretty clear she was the heir apparent.

00:21:28.000 How about Al Gore going into the 2000 campaign or 04?

00:21:32.000 Again, the clear heir apparent.

00:21:33.000 You have to go all the way back, all the way back to the 1992 campaign with this giant question mark over here.

00:21:40.000 Let's see if I can draw it in.

00:21:40.000 And there we go, where there was no clear air apparent.

00:21:43.000 This is going to be the first cycle, it seems, since going back all the way to the late 80s, early 1990s, in which there is no clear early frontrunner for the next Democratic nomination.

00:21:53.000 And by the way, you'll recall that in 1992, there was a really brutal interior battle, a massive interior battle inside the Democratic Party.

00:22:00.000 Bill Clinton emerged victorious, basically running as a slightly more liberal Republican.

00:22:06.000 If you look at Bill Clinton's program in 1992, how he ran in 1996, I mean, it was Bill Clinton who did welfare reform with Newt Gingrich.

00:22:12.000 So Democrats can either moderate or Democrats can wither on the vine.

00:22:16.000 Democrats have a rough road ahead of them.

00:22:17.000 I'll tell you, this election season was a rough road.

00:22:19.000 I visited six different swing states between campaign stops, media hits, another podcast, our very own election coverage in Nashville.

00:22:25.000 I was on the go all the time.

00:22:27.000 And somewhere in between all of that, I needed to maintain my health, hit the gym, spend time with the family.

00:22:31.000 When I was younger, I used to think I could just power through on pure conservative willpower and some caffeine.

00:22:36.000 I learned pretty quickly, peak performance requires peak nutrition, which means eating enough veggies.

00:22:40.000 That's why I'm thankful to have balance of nature, which fits right into even the busiest of days.

00:22:44.000 Imagine trying to eat 31 different fruits and veggies every day.

00:22:46.000 Sounds miserable and time-consuming.

00:22:48.000 With Balance of Nature fruits and veggies, there's never been a more convenient dietary supplement to ensure you get a wide variety of fruits and veggies daily.

00:22:54.000 Balance of Nature takes fruits and veggies, they freeze-dry them, they turn them into a powder, and they put them into a capsule.

00:22:59.000 You take your fruit and veggie capsules every day, and then your body knows precisely what to do with them.

00:23:03.000 It's kosher, which means I can stuff that into the protein smoothie every day.

00:23:06.000 Let me break this down for you with facts and logic.

00:23:08.000 You're getting the nutrients from 31 different fruits and veggies in convenient form without having to spend hours in the grocery store or kitchen.

00:23:13.000 This is exactly the kind of efficiency the free market provides.

00:23:25.000 Also, you know what the radical left will never understand?

00:23:27.000 The profound, unshakable bond between Christian and Jewish communities in the United States. 1.00

00:23:31.000 While the secular left pushes an anti-religious agenda, Christians and Jews have stood together defending our shared values and religious liberties.

00:23:37.000 That's why I'm proud to partner with the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews.

00:23:41.000 For over 40 years, they've been doing something remarkable, building bridges between our communities through faith, shared values, mutual respect.

00:23:47.000 The fellowship doesn't just talk, they act.

00:23:48.000 Right now, they're on the ground providing real help to vulnerable Jewish families and elderly around the globe.

00:23:52.000 We're talking about food, medical care, emergency assistance, and security to people who need it most.

00:23:56.000 Look, as someone who spent years talking about Judeo-Christian values, I can tell you, this organization represents exactly what makes the Alliance so powerful.

00:24:03.000 It's about Christians and Jews coming together to do what our faiths command, helping people in need.

00:24:07.000 If you want to be part of this amazing mission, visit BenForTheFellowship.org.

00:24:11.000 That's BenForTheFellowship.org.

00:24:13.000 Your support makes a real difference in people's lives.

00:24:16.000 A lot of suffering people on the ground in the Holy Land.

00:24:18.000 Right now, the fellowship is helping them out.

00:24:20.000 You can help out too.

00:24:21.000 BenForTheFellowship.org.

00:24:22.000 That's BenForTheFellowship.org.

00:24:24.000 God bless and thank you.

00:24:26.000 So, naturally, they're freaking out.

00:24:28.000 MSNBC's Jonathan Capehart, totally freaking out.

00:24:30.000 He goes, I don't even know how I'm going to share a country with these people.

00:24:32.000 Okay, you know, keep going with this.

00:24:33.000 Seriously, good luck.

00:24:34.000 Good luck.

00:24:35.000 The thing that I'm grappling with is that someone was elected who ran a campaign that was openly hostile.

00:24:48.000 Openly racist, xenophobic, misogynistic, transphobic, everything.

00:24:53.000 And yet now, the election's over.

00:24:56.000 Folks accept the results.

00:24:58.000 But now, how do we move forward when we know you have people in their families who voted for him?

00:25:05.000 They work with people who voted for him.

00:25:08.000 They live next to people who voted for him.

00:25:11.000 I mean, honestly, you're panicked.

00:25:13.000 Maybe you should try talking to people who voted for Trump.

00:25:15.000 Maybe.

00:25:16.000 It's not all that mysterious, considering there are probably 75 to 80 million of them.

00:25:20.000 They're hard to find.

00:25:22.000 Meanwhile, lawyer Mark Zaid is advising some of his left-wing clients to flee the country.

00:25:26.000 To flee.

00:25:28.000 Well, I mean, if it's legal, I'll help pay some of their...

00:25:31.000 If they want to revoke their American citizenship, we can talk about how I help them buy a one-way ticket out if you want to leave. 0.82

00:25:38.000 I was reading an article where you said you were counseling some people to leave the country.

00:25:44.000 Why?

00:25:46.000 Well, look, Donald Trump and those in his inner circle have been very clear over the period of time, and especially during the campaign, that they do intend to retaliate.

00:25:57.000 And they do intend to retaliate swiftly.

00:26:00.000 They've made those promises.

00:26:01.000 He said That he intends to have his second administration, one that fulfills promises.

00:26:07.000 So it would be naive and foolish for us not to take any of this seriously.

00:26:13.000 You gotta be kidding me.

00:26:14.000 Fine, do it.

00:26:14.000 Really, go.

00:26:15.000 Go?

00:26:16.000 Don't let the door hit you where the good Lord split you, as they say.

00:26:19.000 Meanwhile, again, Democrats are having a hard time coming to grips with reality.

00:26:23.000 So Joy Reid, again, not a lot of joy in Joy Reid land.

00:26:27.000 Joy Reid is saying that she's no longer going to focus on American interests.

00:26:30.000 She's going to focus in on black interests. 0.99

00:26:32.000 So again, it's this sort of intersectional racism that got you where you're going.

00:26:36.000 So keep going.

00:26:37.000 Keep digging that hole.

00:26:38.000 See how it goes.

00:26:40.000 Hey, I just want to give some free advice to the white progressives, particularly white progressive women who may be thinking about marching against the Trump victory, maybe putting back on the P word hats and doing that thing.

00:26:54.000 I would just say probably don't send any of those invites to any black women you know. 0.65

00:27:01.000 I'm just going to tell you right now, they're not coming.

00:27:05.000 I'm pretty sure Black women have resigned from the Save America Coalition, Save Democracy Coalition, and definitely the Save the Democratic Party Coalition. 1.00

00:27:14.000 I think that's probably not happening.

00:27:15.000 I would just keep those invites maybe Among your own friends, because I don't think they're coming.

00:27:22.000 But yeah, I think Black women are now on the save Black women, prioritize Black men, and prioritize Black communities, Black businesses, and the Black spaces, but save America, save the Democratic Party. 0.70

00:27:37.000 Yeah, I don't think that's happening.

00:27:39.000 Amazing, amazing stuff.

00:27:40.000 Keep going with this.

00:27:41.000 See how it works for you, Joy Reid.

00:27:43.000 By the way, an outside share of black men voted for Donald Trump.

00:27:45.000 Keep going with this. 0.98

00:27:46.000 It turns out you know what a lot of black Americans don't like?

00:27:49.000 Being treated in the way that Joy Reid is treating them.

00:27:51.000 But, you know, you still got big voices in the Democratic Party calling for more intersectional wokeness.

00:27:56.000 Among them, Jon Stewart, who is now rapidly aging.

00:27:59.000 He is, at last, at last check, Jon Stewart is...

00:28:02.000 200,000 years old.

00:28:04.000 Here's Jon Stewart still pretending to be 40 on Comedy Central and talking about how people need to stop talking about wokeness.

00:28:10.000 Wokeness is great, says Jon Stewart.

00:28:15.000 Everyone's talking about this wokeness theory.

00:28:18.000 From cable news to the op-ed section.

00:28:21.000 And sometimes the op-ed section being read on cable news.

00:28:25.000 We want to get to the Maureen Dowd piece.

00:28:27.000 Maureen Dowd's piece for the New York Times entitled Democrats and the Case of Mistaken Identity Politics.

00:28:34.000 Ooh! 0.96

00:28:35.000 That was Morning Joe host Mika Brzezinski discussing a New York Times column by Maureen Dowd on how to escape the liberal bubble.

00:28:45.000 I guess I'll just have to get the Times and read it myself unless there's another way to make this less entertaining.

00:28:56.000 We're going to read the entire piece, but it's worth it.

00:29:00.000 About wokeness? 0.82

00:29:10.000 I couldn't even stay woke through that whole f***ing thing.

00:29:12.000 So Jon Stewart's critique is, guys, you just don't understand the woke. 0.79

00:29:15.000 We need more wokeness.

00:29:17.000 Good luck to you.

00:29:18.000 Meanwhile, Democrats trying as a last-ditch effort to enshrine Joe Biden's policy.

00:29:23.000 Where is Joe Biden, by the way?

00:29:24.000 Remember that time he was president?

00:29:25.000 I know.

00:29:26.000 It was so long ago when we were pretending he was president.

00:29:28.000 And then, of course, he was thrown over for Kamala Harris, who proceeded to lose to Donald Trump in one of history's greatest ironies.

00:29:35.000 It's such a wonderful story.

00:29:36.000 Honestly, I didn't know God was going to stick the landing so hard on Trump Season 8.

00:29:39.000 But man, did he stick the landing on this.

00:29:41.000 Anyway, Joe Biden is still out wandering the landscape.

00:29:44.000 When I say wandering the landscape, I mean he's literally having trouble keeping his footing on a beach.

00:29:49.000 Here was Joe Biden the other day at the beach and having trouble with the sand.

00:29:56.000 Ooh, boy.

00:29:57.000 Yeah, so Joe Biden, he's like slipping and sliding on that sand, having some trouble.

00:30:02.000 Jill is like navigating it no problem because she's younger than he is. 0.94

00:30:05.000 Yeah, the best tweets were all about how Joe Biden wasn't actually slipping.

00:30:09.000 He was just sandwalking to prevent the creatures from dune from eating him.

00:30:14.000 And you just have to understand that he is an expert in the ways of the Fremen.

00:30:18.000 In order to understand what Joe Biden is doing right there.

00:30:21.000 Well, yesterday, Joe Biden, it was Veterans Day, and so he spoke about how this was his last speech as president at Arlington.

00:30:27.000 And, you know, again, not a lot going on for the president of the United States.

00:30:33.000 This is the last time I will stand here at Arlington as commander-in-chief.

00:30:38.000 It's been the greatest honor of my life to lead you, to serve you, to care for you, to defend you.

00:30:47.000 Just as you defended us, generation after generation after generation.

00:30:53.000 You are the greatest fighting force, and this is not hyperbole, the finest fighting force in the history of the world.

00:31:01.000 It would have been awesome if you hadn't lowered all the standards and then tried to woke the military.

00:31:05.000 That would have been awesome, sir.

00:31:06.000 So, what exactly are Democrats going to try to do to stop the incoming Trump train?

00:31:11.000 John Podesta, top advisor to Joe Biden, he says we're going to Trump-proof Joe Biden's policies.

00:31:15.000 They're going to try and enshrine it.

00:31:16.000 He's saying that it's at the United Nations Climate Change Summit COP29 in Azerbaijan.

00:31:21.000 Here's John Podesta saying they're going to Trump-proof all the policies to prevent Trump from actually being president.

00:31:27.000 So my team back in Washington is hard at work ensuring that we solidify the investments that, as I noted, are powering jobs and investment all across the country, north, south, east, west.

00:31:44.000 And we think that is likely to be one of the best protections So, again, they're going to try and enshrine this.

00:32:04.000 And they're pretty open about this.

00:32:06.000 According to Axios, House Democrats are strategizing ways to put a damper on the Trump administration's sweeping plans while their party still retains some control in Washington.

00:32:14.000 Many Democrats fear that full GOP control of Congress will allow Trump to roll back many of the gains they made under the Biden administration.

00:32:21.000 House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries is already telling allies how he's preparing to lead the resistance to Trump.

00:32:26.000 Yeah, I'm sure he would love to.

00:32:28.000 Outgoing Congressional Progressive Caucus Chair Pramila Jayapal said, quote, a lot of things can be undone, but it can take longer to undo them.

00:32:34.000 It will force a priority from then on, what they want to focus on.

00:32:36.000 The talks mainly involve members of the Progressive, Black, Hispanic, Asian, Pacific, American, and Equality Caucuses, according to multiple lawmakers engaged in the discussions.

00:32:45.000 Apparently, there are conversations, according to Emanuel Cleaver, Democrat of Missouri, that are taking place where people are trying to figure out if there are some steps that can be taken that can reduce the damage.

00:32:53.000 Hispanic Caucus Chair Nanette Baragon of California pointed to immigration policy as a key focus, noting Republicans, quote, have promised mass deportations.

00:33:01.000 The president-elect has even admitted that women and children could get caught up in these operations.

00:33:06.000 Jayapal said one plan is to propose a raft of executive orders Biden could issue to, quote, protect existing structures such as shielding career civil servants and Justice Department officials.

00:33:15.000 I mean, Trump can come in and just rip those up.

00:33:17.000 I mean, if there's an executive order, it can't bind the future president.

00:33:20.000 It's an executive order.

00:33:21.000 It's not the way executive orders work, but they're going to do whatever they can to throw roadblocks in the way of President Trump's agenda.

00:33:27.000 And then they're going to look for a consolidation point against Trump's agenda.

00:33:30.000 And they think they've already found it.

00:33:32.000 They think they've already found it, and they are so wildly mistaken in this assessment.

00:33:36.000 They think that when the deportations begin, they are going to be able to ramp up public anger at the deportations under Tom Homan or Kristi Noem or whomever in the Trump administration is heading that up.

00:33:47.000 That is a category error.

00:33:49.000 Donald Trump ran on mass deportations, and he won 47% of the Latino vote in this election cycle.

00:33:55.000 The idea that Americans are in any way, shape, or form upset with the, for example, deportation of criminal illegal immigrants or newly crossed illegal immigrants who are falsely claiming amnesty?

00:34:07.000 I don't know.

00:34:08.000 I don't think this is going to go how Democrats think this is going to go.

00:34:10.000 But this is the place where the resistance is going to make their last stand.

00:34:14.000 We'll get to that in just one moment.

00:34:16.000 First, folks, I've been reliably informed Christmas is coming.

00:35:25.000 So Democrats believe that they're going to make their resistance stand against deportations.

00:35:30.000 Here's the thing.

00:35:31.000 Most Americans are fine with deportations.

00:35:32.000 I mean, by polling data, most Americans are fine with deportations.

00:35:35.000 Tom Homan, who is the bulldog New Borders are under President Trump, he says, listen, I don't care what people think about me.

00:35:41.000 I'm not here to make friends.

00:35:42.000 I'm here to actually do my job.

00:35:44.000 Frankly, I don't care what people think about me, especially on the left.

00:35:48.000 Again, you know, when you have a historic crisis, a crisis this big, here's what they need to know.

00:35:53.000 When you have a crisis this big that overwhelms the Border Patrol, where the majority of Border Patrol are no longer on patrol, they're making sandwiches, they're changing diapers, they're making baby forms, they're making hospital runs, they're making airport runs.

00:36:05.000 When you take most abortions off the border to deal with humanitarian crisis, that's when a fentanyl comes across to kill a quarter million Americans.

00:36:13.000 That's when the sex trafficking has increased 600%.

00:36:15.000 That's when no suspected terrorists across this country.

00:36:18.000 They've had a record of people on terrorist swaths that have been arrested at the southern border.

00:36:22.000 That's why you have over two million gotaways.

00:36:24.000 How many of them came from a country sponsoring terror? 0.64

00:36:26.000 So I don't care what anybody's opinion is on illegal immigration.

00:36:29.000 When you create a crisis this big, all these other bad things happen.

00:36:32.000 That's why you have to secure the border.

00:36:34.000 I don't care if you're Republican or Democrat or Independent.

00:36:37.000 Border security is national security.

00:36:40.000 We should all be on the same side of that.

00:36:42.000 You know, anybody who thinks that that is somehow going to be a controversial position, they've got another thing coming.

00:36:48.000 Well, The View, of course, does not have a lot of thinks coming ever.

00:36:51.000 So The View was freaking out yesterday, of course, about Homan and mass deportations and all the rest.

00:36:57.000 You realize, I mean, it's chilling what he just said.

00:36:59.000 You realize that when he says, yes, families can be deported together, what he is saying is that U.S. citizens can be deported.

00:37:07.000 What he is saying is, if the parent is undocumented and they have U.S. citizen children or U.S. citizen spouses, and you don't want to separate them, then let's deport the U.S. citizens.

00:37:20.000 And when you talk about mass deportations, people think, oh, it's just gonna be the criminals.

00:37:25.000 There's not enough criminals, aliens in the federal prison system for it to be mass deportations.

00:37:33.000 What it means is grandmothers.

00:37:35.000 What it means is brothers and aunts.

00:37:37.000 What it means is abuelos y abuelas.

00:37:40.000 It means dreamers.

00:37:41.000 It means family members.

00:37:43.000 It means your colleagues.

00:37:45.000 It means your friends.

00:37:46.000 It means people who are part of the society.

00:37:48.000 And look, America.

00:37:50.000 You know, those of you who voted for Trump, this is what you wanted.

00:37:54.000 This is what you voted for. 0.92

00:37:56.000 You screwed around and you're about to find out.

00:37:59.000 Well, I mean, this idea that somehow Latinos are going to be shocked by what Trump is proposing, they are not. 0.86

00:38:06.000 And as far as deportations of people in the United States, if you are here illegally, then you can be deported.

00:38:12.000 If you have children who are citizens of the United States, they have a right to be here.

00:38:15.000 They're citizens of the United States.

00:38:16.000 But you may choose that you wish to live with your child elsewhere rather than you being deported and your child staying.

00:38:22.000 That's a decision that families are going to have to make, as Tom Homan has said.

00:38:26.000 If you commit a crime and you go to jail, you are separated from your child.

00:38:29.000 That's just the way it works, and it is in fact a crime to illegally cross America's border and lie about your asylum status.

00:38:35.000 That's quite real.

00:38:37.000 Again, if they think that this is...

00:38:38.000 Just wait.

00:38:39.000 This is where the media is going to go.

00:38:40.000 The media is going to wait for the first story where a family is broken up and they're going to bring all the cameras and there's going to be weeping and wailing and gnashing of teeth.

00:38:47.000 Which is why, by the way, Trump ain't going to focus on that first.

00:38:49.000 I promise you, Tom Homan, Kristi Noem, the people he's bringing in, they're smart enough to focus on the criminal illegal aliens first and build up momentum for larger scale activity.

00:38:59.000 And they're going to be focusing largely on the people who recently entered.

00:39:01.000 Why?

00:39:02.000 Because they probably did not have children who are American citizens yet.

00:39:05.000 They have not had time to have children in the United States yet.

00:39:09.000 Well, here's CNN's Maria Cardona going off also on Trump's mass deportation flag, and this is going to be the point of their resistance.

00:39:14.000 They're looking for, wait for the AOC photos outside, some sort of empty parking lot in white, crying again.

00:39:21.000 Get ready for all of it.

00:39:23.000 I'm saying if this is what you all think you have the mandate for, go for it.

00:39:27.000 You're going to see very quick and very horrifically the kind of backlash you're going to get.

00:39:34.000 I don't think people voted for a cost of almost $100 billion that you all are going to spend if in fact you are going to deport the 12 to 15 million, some people in your party think it's 20 million undocumented immigrants that are here.

00:39:49.000 Go after the criminals.

00:39:51.000 Absolutely.

00:39:51.000 And in fact, that's what every administration has done.

00:39:55.000 Again, when you suggest that Trump isn't going to do anything different or that it's going to be wildly unpopular, Trump has not been shy about this.

00:40:01.000 He has not been shy about this because the alternative provided by the Democratic Party was a wide open border.

00:40:06.000 This is the part that's crazy.

00:40:07.000 All that Joe Biden had to do was maintain Donald Trump's policies and everything would have been fine with regard to border policy.

00:40:13.000 Instead, For reasons both ideological and practical, because he wanted more illegal immigrants in the country, obviously, Joe Biden opened the border wide and he got 7.5 to 10 million illegal immigrants entering the country under Joe Biden.

00:40:24.000 So the backlash is coming and it's coming strong.

00:40:26.000 Now, the other angle that members of the resistance are taking is personally attacking members of the Trump administration.

00:40:31.000 Stephen Miller, of course, has always been sort of a focal point of their hatred.

00:40:34.000 He's being brought back in as a top advisor.

00:40:36.000 That's not a shock.

00:40:37.000 Stephen Miller is very close with President Trump.

00:40:39.000 Here is CNN going after Stephen Miller, not on the basis of his policy, but by suggesting that he has personal issues with extended members of his family.

00:40:46.000 I'm sorry, this is not media coverage. 0.99

00:40:48.000 This is just trash. 0.58

00:40:50.000 I suggest lots of folks who voted for Donald Trump go back and watch a lot of interviews and media appearances by Stephen Miller. 0.98

00:40:58.000 And you see who he is. 0.99

00:41:00.000 He's a despicable human being that is a racist and a xenophobe, and his own family has disowned him. 0.98

00:41:06.000 And this is now who has proximity to power in the White House, basically number two next to Susie Wiles, in the ear of the president of the United States. 0.98

00:41:16.000 Well, I guess the upside is at least he won't be DHS secretary or attorney general.

00:41:22.000 Again, that attempt, that attempt to trash somebody like Stephen Miller on a personal basis, if you think that's going to somehow increase the popularity of Democrats, you have another thing coming.

00:41:31.000 Meanwhile, again, attacking Trump's allies is going to be sort of the mode of operation for the Democratic Party because they can't win on policy.

00:41:39.000 The latest person who they are putting in the crosshairs, shock of shocks, is of course Elon Musk.

00:41:43.000 You knew this was going to happen.

00:41:45.000 So Kara Swisher, who does a tech podcast, she's always been relatively anti-Musk, Well, now she's suggesting that the reason that Musk bought Twitter is to create autocratic power on behalf of Donald Trump or something.

00:41:57.000 This is not someone with any foreign policy expertise, even though he has companies that are around the world.

00:42:03.000 And one of the reasons he bought Twitter is so he would have more impact with his other businesses, like Starlink, like Tesla, so that, you know, when he walked in the room, he wasn't just the car guy, he was the Twitter-slash-X guy.

00:42:16.000 It's very important globally, especially with autocratic leaders, to have that power.

00:42:21.000 Again, this idea that Elon Musk is an autocrat.

00:42:24.000 Elon Musk is providing Starlink for free to Ukraine right now.

00:42:27.000 He's doing that so that Ukraine can fend off the Russians. 0.99

00:42:30.000 Elon Musk as autocrat, it just doesn't work.

00:42:33.000 He made X significantly more open.

00:42:36.000 He opened the doors to tons of people who could not speak before, covering the news in a new way.

00:42:43.000 It is the left that's constantly attempting authoritarian shutdowns of informational dissemination.

00:42:48.000 Musk is not the authoritarian.

00:42:49.000 It is the projection of authoritarian onto anybody conservative truly is astonishing.

00:42:54.000 Meanwhile, the New York Times is trying to generate dissent between Musk and Trump.

00:42:59.000 David Nassau, he has a piece in the New York Times today titled, quote, Trump and Musk, the bromance that cannot last.

00:43:05.000 Quote, so sorry, Elon Musk, but the bromance is not going to last.

00:43:08.000 I know the president-elect put you on the phone with President Vladimir Zelensky of Ukraine the night after the election.

00:43:12.000 And I know that in Donald Trump's victory speech after obligatory but abbreviated nods to his beautiful wife, his amazing children, and his feisty vice president-elect, he celebrated your super genius as only he could in a disjointed, discombobulated, wildly overextended pain and declaration of love.

00:43:26.000 Oh, let me tell you, we have a new star.

00:43:27.000 He said, a star is born, Elon, yet therein lies your problem, Mr.

00:43:30.000 Musk.

00:43:30.000 There's room for only one star, one genius in the Trump White House.

00:43:33.000 As the president-elect has told us time and again, he is one smart fellow and a very stable genius.

00:43:37.000 He's not going to share his victory and center stage with anyone.

00:43:40.000 Mr.

00:43:41.000 Trump may be mercurial, but in this situation, he is highly unlikely to break historical precedent.

00:43:45.000 I predict he will probably join the long list of genius businessmen, donors, who are casually discarded after they'd served their purpose.

00:43:52.000 Attempting to speculate out the idea that somehow Musk and Trump are going to have a falling out, this is just wishful thinking.

00:43:59.000 So here's what we've got from the Democrats.

00:44:00.000 We have attempts to actually prevent the—we have attempts to stop the Trump agenda through House manipulation.

00:44:09.000 We have crazy resistance talk over immigration, and we have people trying to sow seeds of dissent between Trump and Elon Musk.

00:44:14.000 So far, you ain't got much.

00:44:15.000 Well, folks, one of the reasons Donald Trump was elected was to clean out the deep state in a wide variety of agencies.

00:44:20.000 One of those agencies, of course, is FEMA. You remember our reporting earlier this week about a FEMA official telling people not to visit homes with Trump flags or Trump signs in Florida after Hurricane Helene in an attempt to deprive them of their ability to apply for federal aid.

00:44:34.000 You know, that kind of stuff is the reporting we do here at Daily Wire.

00:44:36.000 If you've got a tip worth investigating, yes, you, Your information could be the missing piece to an important story.

00:44:41.000 Submit your tip today.

00:44:42.000 Make a difference at tips.dailywire.com.

00:44:44.000 Meanwhile, you'll recall that many of the usual anti-Semitic suspects on X were suggesting that the giant anti-Semitic riot that took place in Amsterdam in which Israeli and Jewish fans of a Maccabi soccer team in Amsterdam were chased down in the streets and beaten up.

00:45:01.000 That was all the fault of Israeli soccer hooligans who days before had ripped down Palestinian flags in the streets of Amsterdam enchanted some anti-Arab slogans.

00:45:09.000 Well, it turns out it's a little more than that.

00:45:11.000 It turns out that now we have ongoing days of riots in the center of Amsterdam with people chanting cancer Jews and burning trains.

00:45:17.000 Here is some video from Amsterdam of precisely that.

00:45:20.000 These are obviously the populations that Amsterdam needs more of. 0.94

00:45:30.000 They're literally setting trains on fire and they're screaming cancer Jews. 0.99

00:45:37.000 They're screaming cancer Jews as they break the windows. 1.00

00:45:40.000 Apparently, according to the Wall Street Journal and other organizations, these are all organized riots. 0.82

00:45:44.000 They've been going on for days at a time at this point.

00:45:47.000 Dutch authorities are warning the anti-Semitic riots in Amsterdam have a high chance of continuing.

00:45:52.000 But I thought it was just about a soccer game.

00:45:54.000 I thought it was just about soccer hooligans.

00:45:56.000 Wait, you mean that anti-Semites from radical Muslim countries are doing anti-Semitic things in Western countries?

00:46:03.000 I've never heard such a thing. 0.89

00:46:03.000 That's crazy. 0.89

00:46:06.000 Meanwhile, John Fetterman, the senator from Pennsylvania, Democratic senator from Pennsylvania, has been very pro-Israel.

00:46:11.000 He's found himself on the wrong side of a mayor from Michigan, His name is Abdullah Hamoud, ripping Fetterman and suggesting he's doing more for Israel than for Pennsylvania, which is weird since Fetterman is currently carrying about a 60% approval rating in Pennsylvania.

00:46:25.000 I think Fetterman has done more for the state of Israel than he has for the residents of Pennsylvania.

00:46:30.000 And obviously you saw the election results in Pennsylvania, so that also speaks for itself.

00:46:33.000 Tell us today why it was worth the risk of a Donald Trump presidency for you to stand in strong alignment with Benjamin Netanyahu and his cabinet of war criminals.

00:46:43.000 Again, this is the pitch.

00:46:45.000 This is the pitch.

00:46:46.000 Democrats can embrace that and then we'll see how it goes for them.

00:46:50.000 Meanwhile, the world is already changing.

00:46:52.000 Iran is trying to woo Trump. 0.79

00:46:54.000 They're trying to...

00:46:56.000 Reach out, apparently, to President Trump.

00:46:58.000 They're considering whether maybe they can make concessions.

00:47:01.000 According to the New York Times, Iran debates whether it could make a deal with Trump.

00:47:04.000 Some in Iran's new, more moderate government think the result of the presidential election provides an opportunity to make a lasting deal with the United States.

00:47:10.000 Now, this is the usual routine of the New York Times, is where they proclaim that there is a moderate government in Tehran.

00:47:14.000 There is not.

00:47:15.000 The Ayatollah is still running.

00:47:16.000 They used to do this routine with Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.

00:47:18.000 Originally, they suggested he was a moderate.

00:47:20.000 Then they suggested that Hassan Rouhani was a moderate.

00:47:22.000 Now they're suggesting...

00:47:24.000 That the new leader of Iran, the moderate president, Masoud Pazeshkin, is somehow a moderate.

00:47:29.000 Okay, that's not real.

00:47:30.000 They're hoping that this will somehow lead President Trump to make concessions to the Iranians. 1.00

00:47:34.000 That is not going to happen.

00:47:35.000 There will be a maximum pressure campaign with regard to the terror regime in Iran.

00:47:41.000 And Iran is not going to be able to escape that unless they start making some very serious, not minor, very serious concessions to the United States.

00:47:49.000 That is the only way they avoid what's coming next.

00:47:51.000 All right, folks, we're going to jump into the mailbag coming up.
