00:01:25.000 Already, folks, so it's down to the wire.

00:01:27.000 It's the day before the election.

00:01:28.000 According to the latest real clear politics polling average, Donald Trump is up in national polling.

00:01:34.000 By 0.1%.

00:01:36.000 In Georgia, according to RealClearPolitics, he's leading by 2.3%.

00:01:40.000 In North Carolina, by 1.5%.

00:01:42.000 In Pennsylvania, by 0.3%.

00:01:45.000 In Arizona, by 2.6%.

00:01:47.000 And Nevada, by 1%.

00:01:48.000 Meanwhile, according to that same RealClearPolitics polling average, Kamala Harris is leading in Michigan, by 0.6%.

00:01:55.000 And in Wisconsin, by 0.3%.

00:01:59.000 Well, suffice it to say, every single one of these battleground states is well within the margin of error.

00:02:04.000 Well, it means a significant polling error in Trump's favor turns what appears to be a dead heat election into a blowout for him.

00:02:04.000 What does that mean?

00:02:10.000 And a significant polling error in Kamala Harris's direction turns it into a blowout for her. 1.00

00:02:15.000 And the polls are all over the place.

00:02:16.000 According to Atlas Intel, Trump is currently leading in every single one of the swing states.

00:02:20.000 By contrast, according to the New York Times-Siena poll...

00:02:24.000 Trump is behind in Nevada, but ahead in Arizona, and all the other swing states are essentially dead, even with Harris up just like a point or two in Georgia, Wisconsin, and North Carolina.

00:02:32.000 The bottom line is, nobody knows anything.

00:02:34.000 As Nate Cohn of the New York Times points out, quote, across these final polls, white Democrats were 16% likelier to respond than white Republicans.

00:02:42.000 That's a large disparity than our earlier polls this year.

00:02:45.000 It's not much better than our final polls in 2020, even with the pandemic over.

00:02:49.000 It raises the possibility the polls could underestimate Trump yet again.

00:02:53.000 How about those early votes?

00:02:54.000 You're hearing a lot about the early voting.

00:02:55.000 Well, the early votes tell us pretty much nothing.

00:02:58.000 They show the Republicans, unlike in 2020, when they idiotically told people not to show up early to vote, they've done a way better job than in 2020 of getting out the early vote.

00:03:06.000 But those may be high-propensity voters who are already going to vote for Trump.

00:03:10.000 It's called cannibalizing the day of vote. 0.96

00:03:12.000 Meanwhile, female voters are indeed showing up in droves, but the same story may apply for the Democrats. 0.71

00:03:17.000 Those people may have voted day of, and now they're voting early.

00:03:20.000 So everyone is now relegated to reading chicken entrails.

00:03:23.000 When Ann Seltzer, widely respected as one of the best pollsters in the country, came out with a shocking poll on Saturday that had Kamala Harris leading Trump in Iowa by three, Democrats erupted into spasms of ecstasy.

00:03:34.000 At last, here finally was the evidence that Trump will be subdued.

00:03:38.000 The Trump monster will be chained up and Kamala Harris will emerge victorious like a beautiful butterfly. 1.00

00:03:43.000 But here's the thing.

00:03:44.000 It's not quite that simple.

00:03:46.000 So the Seltzer poll is pretty clearly an outlier.

00:03:48.000 Emerson, for example, has Trump up nearly 10 points in the state right now.

00:03:51.000 And Iowa is a Republican state at this point.

00:03:54.000 The Republican Party has a registered voter advantage over the Democratic Party of some 173,000 voters.

00:03:59.000 So here's the bottom line on that poll.

00:04:01.000 We should take it with a giant grain of salt.

00:04:03.000 Nate Silver says, quote, releasing this poll took an incredible amount of guts because, let me state this as carefully as I can, if you had to play the odds, this time Ann Seltzer will probably be wrong.

00:04:13.000 So, here's the bottom line.

00:04:15.000 Stop reading the chicken entrails.

00:04:17.000 Stop worrying about the polls.

00:04:18.000 Go vote now if you have not already.

00:04:22.000 So, on Friday, I voted early, said my wife, and I voted, of course, for President Donald J. Trump.

00:04:29.000 Now, for the final time before the election, let me explain just why.

00:04:33.000 Now, here's the thing.

00:04:34.000 I want to explain why I voted for Trump not to the ardent Trump voter.

00:04:36.000 You already know the case for Trump, obviously, if you voted for him or if you're planning to vote for him.

00:04:40.000 And I'm not explaining it to the person who believes that Donald Trump is a Hitlerian menace.

00:04:44.000 If you believe that, forget about me connecting you to Trump.

00:04:48.000 Nothing I say can reconnect you to reality itself.

00:04:50.000 I'm addressing people who might have holdups about Donald Trump on character grounds, but like his policy.

00:04:56.000 Or people who think that Kamala Harris is a change candidate for some reason.

00:04:59.000 Or people who are worried about the supposed threat to institutions from Trump but aren't crazy enough to stay up nights worrying about concentration camps or boxcars from a second Trump administration.

00:05:09.000 For all you folks who are thinking about staying home, if you're wavering, I think it's necessary to explain my reasoning.

00:05:13.000 After all, I went from somebody who did not vote in 2016 for either Trump or Hillary.

00:05:18.000 That was my first time ever abstaining from a presidential vote because I felt that both were unfit for office.

00:05:23.000 And then I voted for Trump in 2020.

00:05:25.000 And then this year, I voted for, campaigned with, and gave money to Donald Trump.

00:05:29.000 So there are essentially three reasons that I support Donald Trump.

00:05:32.000 The first is Trump himself.

00:05:34.000 The second is Kamala Harris.

00:05:36.000 And the third is the institutions.

00:05:37.000 Now I'm going to go through them one by one.

00:05:40.000 So let me begin by acknowledging many of the concerns of those of you who are hesitant about Donald Trump on character grounds.

00:05:47.000 As you know from listening to the show consistently, I don't like a lot of the stuff that Donald Trump says.

00:05:50.000 I'm not in love with the wild statements on Truth Social about various controversies of the day.

00:05:55.000 I'm not voting because I care about his hot take on Taylor Swift or Robert Pattinson dating Kristen Stewart or something.

00:06:02.000 I'm not big on the bull bleepery that Trump often bandies about with regard to topics large and small.

00:06:07.000 So, for example, I think the evidence is skimpy.

00:06:09.000 There's widespread pet barbecuing in Springfield.

00:06:12.000 But here's the thing about Trump.

00:06:14.000 Underlying a lot of the BS-ery This is just how Trump talks.

00:06:19.000 He speaks in superlatives.

00:06:20.000 He exaggerates for effect.

00:06:21.000 He tells stories he's half heard, and then he repeats them in inflated fashion.

00:06:24.000 It's what he does. 0.97

00:06:25.000 That's why taking him totally literally is silly.

00:06:27.000 But he's generally correct on the central point.

00:06:31.000 So, for example...

00:06:33.000 Whether or not there's widespread eating of the pets in Springfield, illegal immigration is out of control and it is changing small towns.

00:06:39.000 The regulatory and tax regime of the Biden-Harris regime has generated historic inflation and burdened America with the future of economic stagnation.

00:06:46.000 Joe Biden and Kamala Harris are unprecedentedly cowardly and weak on foreign policy.

00:06:52.000 I'm not voting for Donald Trump because I need some sort of moral exemplar. 0.96

00:06:52.000 Here's the biggest thing. 0.96

00:06:56.000 I am not a child.

00:06:57.000 I'm an adult human voter.

00:06:59.000 I have plenty of people in my life I use as moral guides and sounding boards.

00:07:03.000 I've got my parents.

00:07:04.000 I've got members of my community.

00:07:06.000 I've got great philosophers and thinkers I talk to regularly.

00:07:08.000 To me, politicians aren't gods.

00:07:10.000 They're not great leaders, at least not very often.

00:07:13.000 They're plumbers.

00:07:14.000 The question is whether they will fix the toilet.

00:07:16.000 Donald Trump fixes the toilet.

00:07:18.000 Kamala Harris throws a cherry bomb in it.

00:07:21.000 We don't have to speculate about this.

00:07:22.000 We know it's true because Trump has already been president.

00:07:24.000 And he was a hell of a lot better than Kamala Harris has been as vice president.

00:07:28.000 So let's talk policy.

00:07:30.000 Let's begin with general governing worldview.

00:07:32.000 Donald Trump believes that America's founding principles are great.

00:07:35.000 When he says make America great again, that's what he means.

00:07:37.000 He means America's founding principles, we should restore them.

00:07:39.000 He doesn't believe that America was built on racism and sexism and bigotry and homophobia and all the rest of that litany.

00:07:45.000 He believes America is a land of opportunity for everyone and should be.

00:07:48.000 He doesn't identify winning with exploitation or losing with victimhood. 0.82

00:07:52.000 He doesn't believe in the morally idiotic oppressor-oppressed matrix by which we can determine solely based on someone's failure whether society has been mean to them.

00:08:01.000 This, by the way, is actually the great battle of our time because, as we will discuss, Kamala Harris is an ardent devotee of wokeness, the belief that those who fail are oppressed and those who succeed in America are oppressors. 0.77

00:08:12.000 That worldview means incentivizing failure and punishing success in every area of human life.

00:08:17.000 I've called it the morality of scavenging before, and that's what it is.

00:08:21.000 So what does that mean?

00:08:22.000 Well, it means that Donald Trump generally believes in economic meritocracy.

00:08:25.000 Now, if there's one thing you know about Donald Trump, the dude loves winning.

00:08:28.000 He's all about winning.

00:08:29.000 We know it, right?

00:08:30.000 Like it or hate it, that is his gauge of success in every endeavor of human achievement.

00:08:36.000 What that means is that generally he values merit.

00:08:39.000 So, for example, he wants an economy where innovators and entrepreneurs like Elon Musk are given the freedom and incentive to take us to Mars, not an economy where Kamala Harris's Department of Justice sues Elon Musk for failure to hire enough refugees or immigrants on new visas.

00:08:51.000 Donald Trump wants an economy where businesses are worried about creating the best goods, products and services for the lowest price, not about the dumb regulations coming from the EPA or the diversity, equity and inclusion regime of the corporate office.

00:09:04.000 This is why Donald Trump wants lower taxes and less regulation and more dynamic business as a result.

00:09:09.000 So what about all the talk about tariffs?

00:09:10.000 Yes, tariffs are generally bad economic policy.

00:09:13.000 But Trump is transactional.

00:09:15.000 This is his thing about tariffs.

00:09:16.000 Look how he did it in the first term.

00:09:17.000 He uses tariffs as a way to cudgel other countries to behave according to the basic rules of the road in international markets.

00:09:24.000 Tariffs, he thinks, I think correctly, are a great way of ensuring that countries like China don't simply dump endless amounts of money into industries that threaten American safety while stealing American technology.

00:09:34.000 And Trump isn't wrong about this.

00:09:35.000 This is why Donald Trump had a thriving economy.

00:09:38.000 Wage growth beat inflation over his term by 15%.

00:09:41.000 Inflation grew at just 1.9% per annum, which is below what the Federal Reserve seeks, which is about 2%.

00:09:47.000 There is a reason people are nostalgic for the Donald Trump economy and really don't like the Biden-Harris economy.

00:09:52.000 Now, because Trump is not a devotee of the evil oppressor oppressed matrix, he knows that other countries have interests that are not ours.

00:10:00.000 When Donald Trump says America first, he doesn't mean isolationism.

00:10:03.000 I know that because he told me that on this show, and you heard him do it.

00:10:07.000 He doesn't mean Charles Lindbergh or Father Coughlin.

00:10:10.000 He means that America's interests ought to be first and foremost, and that very often those interests can be protected only through the credible threat of the use of force. 0.51

00:10:19.000 Donald Trump innately understands deterrence.

00:10:22.000 I've told this story before, but it's worth telling it again.

00:10:24.000 So I held a fundraiser for Donald Trump a few months ago, and he told this story.

00:10:27.000 He said, you want to know why Vladimir Putin never invaded Ukraine on my watch?

00:10:27.000 Here's what he said.

00:10:31.000 Because I called him and I told him, Vlad, Vlad, don't you, Vlad, don't you do it.

00:10:35.000 And Vlad said, Vladimir, I said, why not, Mr.

00:10:38.000 President? 0.97

00:10:38.000 And I said, because Vlad, if you do, I'm going to bomb the bleep out of you. 0.97

00:10:43.000 And he said, no you aren't, Mr. 0.91

00:10:45.000 President.

00:10:45.000 And I said, well, I might.

00:10:48.000 So then Trump turns to me and he knows exactly what he's doing.

00:10:50.000 He says, quote, and you know what?

00:10:52.000 If there's even a 5% chance the U.S. military, the most powerful military in the history of the world is going to bomb the bleep out of you, you don't do it.

00:10:59.000 See, Trump knows that innately, which is why the world became far more peaceful under Donald Trump.

00:11:05.000 China, for the first time, saw perhaps it didn't have a patsy in Donald Trump.

00:11:08.000 Believe it or not, bipartisan opposition to Chinese aggression grew radically under Trump.

00:11:13.000 Democrats went anti-China under Trump.

00:11:15.000 Russia did not invade Ukraine under Donald Trump.

00:11:18.000 They kept calling him a Russian tool.

00:11:20.000 Russia did not invade Ukraine under Donald Trump.

00:11:22.000 It did under both Joe Biden before him and Joe Biden after him.

00:11:25.000 And of course, while Obama and Biden radically incentivized the growth of the evil terror regime in Iran, it was Donald Trump who contained Iran, impoverished it, brokered the Abraham Accords, the first blossoming of peace in the Middle East in decades. 0.83

00:11:38.000 Trump gets it.

00:11:39.000 Okay, so that's the positive case for Trump.

00:11:41.000 That's why I'm voting for Trump.

00:11:42.000 Now, the case against Kamala.

00:11:44.000 Why I'm voting against Kamala Harris.

00:11:46.000 So here's the thing.

00:11:47.000 Kamala Harris, it's hard to demonize her because she's not important. 0.99

00:11:50.000 She's not an important figure in and of herself.

00:11:52.000 She's been an empty vessel literally her entire political career. 1.00

00:11:56.000 She's actually not good at the game. 1.00

00:11:57.000 I know people try to portray her as good at the game.

00:11:59.000 She's great about it.

00:11:59.000 No, she isn't.

00:12:00.000 She couldn't speak straight to the point of her life depended on it. 0.98

00:12:03.000 She spews a ghastly word vomit that would put the fat kid from stand-by-me pie-eating contest to shame. 1.00

00:12:10.000 She vacillates wildly between insane leftism, like when she ran for president in 2020, to faux hawkish tough-fun-crime prosecutor. 0.98

00:12:17.000 That's what she's been trying to do in this campaign. 1.00

00:12:19.000 And none of it washes. 0.59

00:12:21.000 It's all totally fake.

00:12:22.000 She's insincere.

00:12:23.000 She's charmless. 0.73

00:12:24.000 She's terrifically inauthentic. 0.79

00:12:26.000 She's the polar express of political candidates. 1.00

00:12:28.000 She inhabits the Uncanny Valley full time.

00:12:30.000 She bought a full scale vacation home there and she leaves in the Uncanny Valley.

00:12:33.000 She surrounded herself with other residents of the island of misfit, cloying and uber irritating tools. 0.99

00:12:40.000 Doug Emhawk, her allegedly nanny impregnating, religious Jew impersonating, allegedly ex-girlfriend slapping husband. 0.94

00:12:47.000 Tim Walls, pretend Ultraman. 0.92

00:12:50.000 Who pretends to be a gun fanatic but can't load one.

00:12:53.000 Who play acts of being a football coach but can't even use football terminology properly. 0.99

00:12:57.000 And all the rest of this ridiculous crew. 0.79

00:13:00.000 And of course, Kamala Harris would not be there if she weren't just a tool of the Democratic machine. 1.00

00:13:06.000 She was put in place in 2020 by Barack Obama and the rest of the Democratic upper echelon, who decided that Joe needed a woman of color on the ticket. 1.00

00:13:14.000 Then, after she failed dramatically as vice president, most unpopular VP in modern American history, she failed at every job she was given.

00:13:21.000 Then she was jabbed into the presidential nomination by the same machine, which suddenly realized that Joe Biden's brain had died some years before.

00:13:29.000 Kamala Harris is not Joy.

00:13:30.000 She's not brat.

00:13:32.000 She's an empty pantsuit, and she always was.

00:13:35.000 Always.

00:13:36.000 Dating all the way back to Willie Brown.

00:13:38.000 But that doesn't mean she isn't dangerous. 0.71

00:13:40.000 Because, like Joe Biden, she's actually just an inept weathervane for the Democratic Party as a whole. 0.96

00:13:45.000 And that party has embraced the failure and radicalism of its most insane members.

00:13:50.000 Well, folks, as you may know, we have a big election coming up.

00:13:52.000 Let me tell you, there's a lot at stake.

00:13:53.000 If Kamala gets into office, it's like throwing gas on a dumpster fire that's already visible from space. 1.00

00:15:55.000 Yellowstone, The Epic Return, Sunday, November 10th, 8, 7 Central, only on Paramount Network.

00:16:00.000 Okay, so back to why I'm voting against Kamala Harris.

00:16:03.000 Let's begin with her worldview.

00:16:04.000 Kamala Harris, like Joe Biden before her, has said that equity, equity, ought to be at the center of all of her policy. 0.71

00:16:11.000 She doesn't mean equality of rights.

00:16:13.000 She means equality of outcome.

00:16:15.000 That's what she means by equity.

00:16:16.000 She hasn't been shy about this.

00:16:18.000 She's put out videos about this.

00:16:19.000 She has said it repeatedly in different contexts for literally years.

00:16:23.000 She really truly believes that virtually all disparities are a result of discrimination, which means that any group that underperforms has been exploited by an evil system that requires an uprooting.

00:16:35.000 The world is a system of oppressors and oppressed, and it is the job of the federal government to rectify those imbalances both domestically and abroad.

00:16:42.000 For some groups, no evidence need be shown to demonstrate victimization, say women in the United States, who currently constitute a majority of college graduates.

00:16:50.000 We just label them victimized because historic victimization is enough.

00:16:52.000 For other groups, even evidence of current victimization must be ignored, so long as members of those groups are disproportionately successful.

00:16:59.000 And here I'm looking at Asians and Jews.

00:17:00.000 Asians can be barred from college because, of course, they are white adjacent. 1.00

00:17:03.000 And Jews, despite being the most targeted group in America by hate crimes on a per capita basis, they're too successful. 1.00

00:17:08.000 They're actually victimizers. 0.99

00:17:10.000 Well, this is an evil worldview.

00:17:12.000 It incentivizes failure.

00:17:13.000 It punishes success.

00:17:14.000 It treats people not as individuals, but as members of classes.

00:17:17.000 It is entirely, 100% grade A anti-Americanism.

00:17:22.000 It tears Americans apart on the basis of identity, on the basis of characteristics they can't control. 0.99

00:17:27.000 And no, it is not going away.

00:17:29.000 She's trying to hide it, but it's the essence of her entire campaign, which treats women and men as enemies. 1.00

00:17:34.000 This campaign has been so anti-male, it's insane.

00:17:37.000 I mean, from the ads that say that women should lie to their husbands and have to lie to their husbands, to the trotting out of the lie that Donald Trump and all of his supporters somehow want to make it so that women can't live in America, it's like a line they use repeatedly.

00:17:49.000 This campaign ignores hatred of Jews so long as it comes from intersectional communities.

00:17:52.000 There's a full-scale terror attack in Chicago by an illegal immigrant who was Muslim shouting Allahu Akbar and the Kamala Harris campaign had nothing to say.

00:18:01.000 And this campaign promises endless benefits, including the very redefinition of reality to marginalized groups. 0.98

00:18:06.000 That's how Tim Walz ends up stumping for tampons in the boys' bathroom, pretending boys are girls as a sop to a marginalized group.

00:18:13.000 This is how the Biden-Harris White House has repeatedly attempted to enshrine racism in law.

00:18:17.000 It's why Kamala Harris, for example, has suggested like $20,000 giveaways to various racial and ethnic groups.

00:18:23.000 Okay, that is racist and it's wrong and it's violative of the Constitution.

00:18:27.000 Harris's economic policies are rooted in the same worldview.

00:18:29.000 So are the Democratic parties as a whole.

00:18:31.000 Thus, businesses that are successful are definitionally, according to her and her party, exploiters.

00:18:36.000 They should have their wealth expropriated and spent as Kamala Harris and her friends see fit. 0.98

00:18:40.000 They've never run a business, by the way, so they have no clue how to spend money, but they're going to spend it better than business people.

00:18:45.000 And they're going to spend it on groups they seek to politically cultivate.

00:18:48.000 Regulations are simply ways to establish equality of outcome.

00:18:51.000 Innovators must be punished as oppressors. 1.00

00:18:53.000 They're bad.

00:18:55.000 The rich are seen as a separate class from everyone else, despite the fact that income mobility remains the hallmark of the American economy.

00:19:01.000 Again, I know many, many, many rich people.

00:19:03.000 I'm talking billionaires.

00:19:04.000 Virtually none of them started even as millionaires.

00:19:07.000 This is one of my bugaboos.

00:19:08.000 I hate this.

00:19:09.000 This basic idea that there is like the rich and then everyone else.

00:19:12.000 In my life, I've gone from very not rich to very rich.

00:19:15.000 I'm the same person.

00:19:16.000 There may be a point in the future where I go back from very rich to not very rich again.

00:19:20.000 That is how it works in an income mobile economy.

00:19:22.000 But everything is based in this Marxist lie that there are classes in American society that are uncrackable and unshakable and so the system has to be torn down.

00:19:30.000 The answer to everything for Kamala Harris and her team...

00:19:33.000 Control.

00:19:34.000 Top-down control.

00:19:36.000 Higher taxes, more spending, more regulation, giveaways, takings, borrowing.

00:19:41.000 That's Kamala Harris' program. 1.00

00:19:43.000 And that's why Joe Biden brought about 20% inflation, the worst inflation in 40 years.

00:19:48.000 It's why inflation outpaced wages for the vast majority of his tenure.

00:19:52.000 It's also why even before Joe Biden launched his massive spending initiatives, his White House forecast stagnating growth a decade into the future.

00:19:58.000 Understand, that's not a bug of the Democratic program.

00:20:02.000 That is a feature.

00:20:03.000 They would rather have equality in stagnation than inequality in prosperity. 0.97

00:20:08.000 And now, extend this crap worldview to the realm of foreign policy. 0.88

00:20:12.000 The woke ideology means weakness and surrender in the face of foreign predations. 0.98

00:20:15.000 That's what it means.

00:20:17.000 It treats muscular and self-confident American defense as a weakness and cowardice and surrender as a virtue.

00:20:23.000 Kamala Harris says she was the last person in the room on Afghanistan.

00:20:27.000 You know what?

00:20:28.000 I believe her.

00:20:29.000 Both she and Joe Biden still brag about the worst foreign policy embarrassment of our lifetimes.

00:20:35.000 The pull-up from Afghanistan was hideous. 0.94

00:20:37.000 It was ugly.

00:20:39.000 It was un-American, in which billions in military equipment was left behind for the Taliban, one of the worst groups on earth, as erstwhile allies, people we had worked with and given promises to, were hunted down by the Taliban or were falling off wheel wells at Bagram Air Base. 0.53

00:20:54.000 A pullout in which 13 American service members were blown up while they were trying to help innocent civilians escape.

00:21:01.000 A pullout that ended with 19 million women stuffed into burqas in basements, deprived of any hope of a normal or decent life, and with no capacity for us to do anti-terror operations anywhere in the region. 1.00

00:21:11.000 They were lying the entire time, our over-the-horizon capacity.

00:21:14.000 It didn't exist.

00:21:16.000 It was the weakness in Afghanistan that led Vladimir Putin to invade Ukraine.

00:21:20.000 And Joe Biden's first move, by the way, was to offer Vladimir Zelensky a plane ride out.

00:21:23.000 Then Joe Biden and team pursued the dumbest foreign policy available, a commitment to unspecified victory while slow walking the actual aid that might attain something resembling it.

00:21:34.000 Meanwhile, the Chinese are on the move. 1.00

00:21:35.000 They've been building steadily in the South China Sea, increasing the actual building of military bases in territory they don't own, threatening Taiwan, moving forward with every possible aggressive act short of war.

00:21:44.000 Moving on over to the Middle East, it It is the same story, except much worse. 0.93

00:21:48.000 Joe Biden came into office.

00:21:49.000 He immediately alienated the Saudis and the Israelis, our actual allies in the region, in a misguided attempt to establish parity with Iran, simultaneously freeing up billions of dollars to Iran to spread terrorism and build up ballistic missile technology.

00:22:01.000 All of that culminated in the current seven-front war launched on Israel, our ally, by Iranian proxies, which began with the slaughter of 1,200 Israelis and the kidnapping of 250 people, including American hostages, on October 7th.

00:22:14.000 So what did Joe Biden and Kamala Harris do?

00:22:16.000 They slow walked into the Israelis. 1.00

00:22:18.000 They criticized them.

00:22:19.000 They said that it was the Israelis who were doing terrible things.

00:22:22.000 They undermined the government of Israel openly attempting to oust the sitting prime minister of Israel.

00:22:26.000 They openly threatened Israel with cutoffs in military shipments.

00:22:29.000 They're doing it right now.

00:22:30.000 Literally right now.

00:22:31.000 They're threatening a full cutoff in military shipments to Israel by November 13th.

00:22:35.000 If they don't take Joe Biden and Kamala Harris's advice on fighting Hamas or Hezbollah or Iran. 0.97

00:22:39.000 Advice from dullards. 0.98

00:22:41.000 And most of all, Joe Biden and Kamala Harris have been total, utter, complete cowards in standing up to the massive tsunami of Jew hatred that has emerged from their own support base. 0.98

00:22:51.000 They've said nothing about Rashida Tlaib, nothing about Ilhan Omar, nothing about what's happening on college campuses, nothing. 0.79

00:22:56.000 They have nothing to say about it.

00:22:58.000 They'll say, obviously, well, we don't want people, you know, messing up the university, but they will never say that what these people are protesting for is wrong and bad and evil.

00:23:06.000 Instead, Kamala Harris and company have implied that Israel is the problem, that Israel is committing a genocide, which it is not, and that those protesting American support for Israel have a solid case.

00:23:16.000 She has said that herself.

00:23:18.000 And then, of course, there's the border, which really is a foreign policy issue because Kamala Harris believes That America is rooted in xenophobia and racism. 0.94

00:23:25.000 She has presided over a wide open, wide open, unprecedented in the history of the country.

00:23:30.000 There are only two reasons anyone in high office would open the border this wide.

00:23:34.000 First, in order to change the voting demographic of the country.

00:23:37.000 I'm just speaking logically here.

00:23:38.000 These are the only reasons you would do this.

00:23:40.000 Second, because they believe the United States somehow owes citizens of other countries, residents in America, because America bears some sort of blood guilt for everything happening around the world, which is an aspect of wokeness.

00:23:51.000 For Kamala Harris, probably both are true.

00:23:54.000 Okay, finally, the third reason I'm voting for Donald Trump is because of the institutions.

00:23:57.000 Now, I know, for those who are moderates, who are thinking about Trump, or a little wary, I know this one seems to boggle minds.

00:24:03.000 Because everyone on the left talks non-stop about January 6th, 2021.

00:24:07.000 I get it.

00:24:08.000 Thanks to Donald Trump's legal and public relations maneuvering between November 2020 and January 6th, 2021, this is where the left has made their head.

00:24:15.000 Now, listen, I saw no evidence of Trump's contentions at the time on electoral fraud, on widespread electoral fraud.

00:24:20.000 I said so.

00:24:21.000 He had every right to challenge this stuff in court.

00:24:23.000 He had to show the evidence.

00:24:24.000 I didn't think he did.

00:24:25.000 I thought his statements about Mike Pence's ability to single-handedly refuse to certify votes from the state was both morally and factually wrong.

00:24:32.000 By the way, I thought January 6th was morally wrong as well and tragic, although to be sure, many of the people who are prosecuted have certainly been over-prosecuted.

00:24:40.000 I know some of them.

00:24:41.000 There are people who have been prosecuted to the full extent of the law for basic trespassing into the Capitol in ways that BLM rioters were burning down cities or not.

00:24:50.000 But listen, Donald Trump is not the threat to the institutions of the United States.

00:24:55.000 Here's the thing that nobody wants to talk about with regards to January 6th, 2021.

00:24:58.000 There's another date that happened, January 20th, 2021.

00:25:02.000 Okay?

00:25:03.000 And that's when Donald Trump left office.

00:25:05.000 All the institutions survived Donald Trump with flying colors.

00:25:08.000 Those who say there wasn't a peaceful transfer of power in January 2021, they are lying.

00:25:12.000 They're lying.

00:25:13.000 A riot that was in January 6th does not mean there was a non-peaceful transfer of power.

00:25:17.000 That's not how transfer of power works, okay?

00:25:19.000 There was.

00:25:20.000 That is why Joe Biden took office without a military operation.

00:25:23.000 It's why Donald Trump left office as constitutionally specified, right?

00:25:27.000 He wasn't holed up in the White House like Al Pacino in Scarface snorting bags of Coke.

00:25:33.000 And saying hello to my little friend.

00:25:34.000 That's not what happened.

00:25:35.000 The constitutional checks and balances held up.

00:25:39.000 And here's the thing.

00:25:39.000 If Donald Trump were to win, those particular checks and balances would never even be implicated.

00:25:43.000 Specifically because Trump would have won, there would be no further challenge to an election.

00:25:48.000 Democrats have far graver plans for our institutions, and they say it openly.

00:25:54.000 What's worse, they also plan to uphold the power of institutions that totally lost their legitimacy and should actually be torn down.

00:26:01.000 So let's start with the institutions that need to be preserved, and who is the threat to them?

00:26:05.000 Let's start with the Supreme Court.

00:26:06.000 The Supreme Court of the United States remains a bulwark institution in our constitutional structure, of course, and so long as it is doing the bidding of the left, the left agreed.

00:26:13.000 The power of judicial review is embedded in all of our legal structures, but it was Democrats who killed the judicial filibuster and then whined when Mitch McConnell did the same in order to confirm Trump's Supreme Court nominees.

00:26:24.000 It is not Republicans who threaten the Supreme Court.

00:26:26.000 It is Kamala Harris who has pledged to kill the filibuster to try to pack the courts or institute term limits. 1.00

00:26:32.000 The Supreme Court is no longer the plaything of the left, thanks to Donald Trump.

00:26:36.000 And so the left is going to take its ball and go home, meaning they just want to wreck it.

00:26:40.000 They want to destroy it.

00:26:41.000 You see them doing this on a day-to-day basis.

00:26:43.000 They tell about how the justices are corrupt.

00:26:44.000 They're not.

00:26:45.000 They talk about how the justices need to be termed out.

00:26:47.000 Name the justice.

00:26:48.000 They didn't feel that way about Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

00:26:50.000 Then there's Congress.

00:26:51.000 Start with the Senate.

00:26:53.000 Kamala Harris has already said she would kill the filibuster in the Senate, thus allowing controversial legislation to pass with a bare majority, with 51 votes. 0.97

00:27:00.000 Now, that is a bad idea.

00:27:02.000 The reason that's a bad idea is because the founders created a system of checks and balances that requires near-unanimity in the United States in order to do big things.

00:27:09.000 That's good, because the status quo ante generally is what most Americans like.

00:27:14.000 In order to make a big change, you should have to have, you know, like a big and durable majority.

00:27:19.000 Democrats want to get rid of that. 0.97

00:27:21.000 They want a bare majority in the Senate to do big things.

00:27:23.000 Presumably, this would include the creation of two new states, Washington, D.C. and Puerto Rico, in an attempt to add four new Democratic senators, thus permanently stacking the Senate in favor of Democrats.

00:27:32.000 They also want to ram through the so-called Equality Act, which is an LBGTQ plus minus divided by sign giveaway. 0.90

00:27:40.000 It's really a grave violation of religious liberty.

00:27:43.000 They want to ram through the John Lewis Voting Rights Act, which federalizes election procedures and loosens protections against fraud and ballot harvesting.

00:27:49.000 They want to push all sorts of other radical pieces of legislation.

00:27:52.000 By the way, it was Democrats who started the process of barring Republicans from committee assignments in the House.

00:27:57.000 Look for them to continue that practice and exacerbate it.

00:28:00.000 How about the Department of Justice?

00:28:02.000 So there's been tons of talk in this election cycle about how Trump will weaponize the DOJ against his enemies.

00:28:07.000 Here's the thing.

00:28:08.000 He was already president and he didn't.

00:28:10.000 Remember that time when everybody at his rallies was chanting, lock her up about Hillary Clinton?

00:28:14.000 You know, it's a thing that didn't happen.

00:28:16.000 Hillary Clinton being locked up.

00:28:18.000 Joe Biden was not investigated by the DOJ under Donald Trump.

00:28:21.000 But Joe Biden has activated the DOJ personally against Trump.

00:28:25.000 Not that he's activated it personally and made the call, but he has activated it against Donald Trump personally.

00:28:29.000 Democrats would certainly use the DOJ to target any political opponent they could, as they have Donald Trump.

00:28:35.000 By the way, that would only be the tip of the iceberg.

00:28:37.000 The dirty secret is that this is nothing new.

00:28:39.000 Barack Obama's IRS targeted his opponents as well.

00:28:41.000 The executive branch is large, and it is powerful, and it is Democrats who have used it against their opponents.

00:28:48.000 Kamala Harris would also be an opponent of federalism. 0.70

00:28:51.000 The American system is built, again, on the idea of consensus, which means most things happen at the state level.

00:28:56.000 Okay, that's good.

00:28:57.000 Democrats don't want that. 0.99

00:28:58.000 Many people are worried about the implications of the Supreme Court overruling Roe vs.

00:29:02.000 Wade.

00:29:02.000 But all that did is send the issue of abortion back to the states, where it started in the first place.

00:29:07.000 Democrats want to refederalize abortion, have the federal government regulate it, and then they want to do the same on nearly every issue.

00:29:13.000 Democrats see the states, at least red states, as the enemy.

00:29:16.000 They want a homogenous rule of law all over the country.

00:29:18.000 They want the entire country governed like California.

00:29:20.000 There are few policies better prone to lead to a breakdown of the United States itself than doing that, than coming after the states.

00:29:27.000 And then, finally, there are the institutions that matter most and require preservation.

00:29:31.000 Church and family.

00:29:34.000 What Edmund Burke called the little platoons of society.

00:29:36.000 These are the institutions that actually build social fabric.

00:29:39.000 You know, the places where we make friends and share family, where we build lives together.

00:29:43.000 The lives we actually live together, right?

00:29:45.000 We don't spend most of our day reading the congressional record.

00:29:48.000 We spend most of our day being with our family, being at church, meeting members of our community, doing things for them, doing things with them.

00:29:55.000 Kamala Harris's federal government vision crowds these institutions out.

00:30:00.000 Churches, in the Kamala Harris view, so long as they're not just propagandists for the progressive worldview, flying LGBTQ plus minus divided by sign flags instead of, you know, the cross, are barriers to the rule of the elite.

00:30:10.000 They have to be torn away.

00:30:12.000 They should be targeted with tax law.

00:30:14.000 They should be broken in favor of abortion on demand. 0.86

00:30:16.000 It's Kamala Harris herself who has said no religious exemptions with regard to abortion law.

00:30:20.000 Catholic charities should be forced to participate in the abortion machine. 0.98

00:30:24.000 Families, too, are a danger.

00:30:25.000 They might, in fact, re-inculcate traditional virtue.

00:30:29.000 There's nothing new in this.

00:30:30.000 The left has always seen families as little repression chambers for traditional value.

00:30:34.000 Thus, federal policy has to favor the destruction of the family in favor of values taught by, say, Randy Weingarten at the National Education Association.

00:30:43.000 Children actually have to be protected from their parents because parents are bad.

00:30:46.000 Parents might be religious.

00:30:48.000 Parents might have traditional values.

00:30:49.000 Instead, they have to be indoctrinated by members of the state so they can emerge from the chrysalis of left-wing values, a full-fledged butterfly of wokeness.

00:30:57.000 This is precisely why Tim Walz's Minnesota is a sanctuary state for so-called transgender children.

00:31:04.000 Parents are the problem, and the state knows better than the parents.

00:31:07.000 Okay, then there's the other side of the coin.

00:31:08.000 The institutions that deserve to be brekked, but which Kamala Harris would totally preserve. 0.95

00:31:12.000 Let's start with the universities.

00:31:13.000 The universities are the biggest scam in American life.

00:31:17.000 The biggest, bar none.

00:31:18.000 Liberal arts studies have become indoctrination centers for the left.

00:31:22.000 Colleges are there now to teach students to protest their civilization, become good little left-wing apparatchik activists.

00:31:28.000 That's what they are, rather than to be good citizens.

00:31:30.000 The left encourages this.

00:31:32.000 They want it.

00:31:32.000 It is not a coincidence that Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer was recently caught on email telling the president of Columbia University to ignore Jew hatred on campus, since he said only Republicans were upset.

00:31:44.000 Universities are the corrupt preserve of the radical left.

00:31:46.000 They're the breeding ground for democratic donors and leaders.

00:31:49.000 They are the engine of wokeness. 0.98

00:31:51.000 They ought to be torn down as they currently stand.

00:31:53.000 I'm not talking about the STEM program at MIT. I'm talking about the liberal arts aspects of these universities that are there only to churn out good little left-wing activists.

00:32:03.000 Kamala Harris wouldn't just preserve these universities. 1.00

00:32:06.000 She would strengthen them infinitely by giving them billions of dollars in student loan bailout money.

00:32:11.000 Donald Trump would not.

00:32:13.000 Then, of course, there is the legacy media.

00:32:16.000 Now, as I've said before, the legacy media are the tail end of the Democrat media human centipede.

00:32:20.000 They just whatever Democrats tell them, and then they excrete the adjusted product onto the American people.

00:32:24.000 That's how the media spent, for example, two years telling us that Joe Biden was mentally competent.

00:32:30.000 If you didn't believe it, you were engaging in cheap fakes.

00:32:33.000 Only to flip when they got embarrassed and he died on stage with Donald Trump.

00:32:36.000 And they told us he had to go for two weeks.

00:32:38.000 And then as soon as Kamala Harris was put back in place, they went right back to ignoring the fact that our president is non-compos mentis so as to preserve him in the presidency.

00:32:46.000 There's not a day that goes by in which the legacy media don't prove that they are stenographers for Democrats.

00:32:51.000 Now, the entire lie that was told the end of last week that Donald Trump wanted Liz Cheney executed is trotted out there by the entire legacy media.

00:32:58.000 And it was a lie because, again, the media work effectively speaking for the Democrats.

00:33:03.000 The same simply isn't true for Republicans.

00:33:05.000 When Republicans are in power, the legacy media actually try to hold them to account, and they treat them as the enemy.

00:33:10.000 The legacy media will, by the way, be wrecked by the free market.

00:33:13.000 That's happening.

00:33:14.000 Trust in legacy media is at all-time lows.

00:33:16.000 But it will not happen if Kamala Harris and her friends work to enshrine the legacy media's monopolistic dominance by cracking down on the social media platforms that allow alternative media to thrive. 0.84

00:33:26.000 That's precisely what they plan to do.

00:33:28.000 The goal for the left is to pressure social media to remove alternatives so you are just stuck permanently with the legacy media in control.

00:33:35.000 That is the goal.

00:33:37.000 Okay, so I've made the case here for Donald Trump and against Kamala Harris.

00:33:41.000 There are good reasons to vote for Trump other than disliking Harris.

00:33:44.000 I've made that clear.

00:33:45.000 I gave you independent reasons why I would vote for Trump, even against another Democrat.

00:33:49.000 But here is the funny thing about this particular election.

00:33:52.000 Almost no one thinks the opposite.

00:33:55.000 Most Democrats believe that voting for Kamala is worthwhile not because they can actually make an affirmative case for Kamala Harris.

00:34:00.000 That case is not makeable.

00:34:02.000 She's awful.

00:34:03.000 They can only make a case against Trump. 0.94

00:34:06.000 And that should worry you.

00:34:07.000 See, here's the thing.

00:34:08.000 The case against Trump is speculative.

00:34:11.000 Back before Donald Trump was ever president, I might even have agreed with that case.

00:34:14.000 As I've said already, I didn't vote for either candidate in 2016 because the case for both was speculative.

00:34:19.000 But then, here's the funny thing that happened.

00:34:21.000 Donald Trump was the president.

00:34:22.000 And so I know what his presidency will be.

00:34:26.000 A solid economy, an excellent foreign policy, a fight against woke ideology that endangers our future.

00:34:31.000 And I know what Kamala Harris will be too.

00:34:33.000 That's not speculative either.

00:34:35.000 She is not some sort of cipher who emerged from the clouds.

00:34:39.000 She's the sitting vice president of the United States, and she cannot name a single way she disagrees with Joe Biden.

00:34:45.000 Not one.

00:34:46.000 Joe Biden was a tool of the woke left.

00:34:48.000 He presided over economic stagnation, foreign policy collapse, the continued fraying of our social compact.

00:34:53.000 She would do precisely the same thing.

00:34:56.000 And that's why you should ignore all the alarmists.

00:34:58.000 If you're on the fence, you should ignore all the alarmism on all sides.

00:35:01.000 There's no mystery to this election.

00:35:02.000 We know what Trump, too, would look like.

00:35:05.000 Trump won.

00:35:05.000 And we know Kamala Harris would look like.

00:35:08.000 Biden, too.

00:35:08.000 That's the call.

00:35:10.000 That's the whole thing.

00:35:11.000 Ain't no more.

00:35:12.000 That's the whole thing.

00:35:14.000 So here's the thing.

00:35:15.000 Again, you don't have to love Donald Trump.

00:35:16.000 You don't even have to like Donald Trump.

00:35:18.000 You don't have to like what he says.

00:35:19.000 You don't have to like the truth social.

00:35:20.000 You don't have to like all the weird stuff that he does.

00:35:22.000 But you do need someone to fix the problems that plague the country, not make them worse, not exacerbate them, not set the country on fire.

00:35:31.000 The person who's going to fix those problems is Donald Trump.

00:35:34.000 That's why on Friday, I voted for him.

00:35:37.000 Alright folks, in a second we'll get to the actual news of the day, the closing stretcher.

00:37:04.000 Did you miss that deadline to file for the extension?

00:37:05.000 Now that October 15th is behind us, the IRS, in all of their glory, may be ramping up enforcement.

00:37:11.000 Let me tell you, they do not play around.

00:37:12.000 It could face wage garnishments, frozen bank accounts, even property seizures if you haven't taken action yet.

00:38:27.000 Bye.

00:38:28.000 We are now in the closing stretch.

00:38:30.000 And Kamala has a couple of closing arguments. 1.00

00:38:33.000 And they're both fake.

00:38:34.000 So Kamala closing argument, number one, she's still trying to do the brat routine. 1.00

00:38:38.000 As we discussed, Kamala Harris is a total empty suit. 0.99

00:38:40.000 Ain't nobody excited about Kamala Harris.

00:38:42.000 Seriously.

00:38:42.000 I know tons of Democrats.

00:38:43.000 None of them are like, oh my god, she is so fetched. 0.98

00:38:47.000 She is so brat. 1.00

00:38:48.000 I'm still feeling the joy.

00:38:50.000 Listen, you know what that joy was?

00:38:51.000 That joy was the glee that you got away with murdering the current president of the United States politically.

00:38:55.000 That is the joy that you felt.

00:38:57.000 That moment of just ecstasy that you felt when you realized that Joe Biden was not going to be the nominee.

00:39:03.000 It was not about Kamala Harris.

00:39:04.000 It was about not Joe Biden.

00:39:06.000 That's what that was.

00:39:07.000 But she's still trying to do it. 0.95

00:39:08.000 She's still trying to make Fetch happen. 0.99

00:39:10.000 So...

00:39:11.000 On Saturday night, she did a surprise cold open in violation of FCC regulations, actually, on Saturday Night Live.

00:39:18.000 And it was, predictably, not good.

00:39:21.000 Not good at all.

00:39:22.000 So here she was doing the routine on Saturday Night Live.

00:39:25.000 She is so bad.

00:39:26.000 God, she's bad at this. 1.00

00:39:27.000 She's so bad at this. 1.00

00:39:32.000 This is it.

00:39:34.000 The last campaign stop in Pennsylvania.

00:39:37.000 Gosh, I just, I wish I could talk to someone who's been in my shoes, you know?

00:39:41.000 a black South Asian woman running for president, preferably from the Bay Area.

00:39:48.000 We got you, Rafa. 0.99

00:39:55.000 I know she's so terrible.

00:39:56.000 Can you imagine these cackles for, like, four years?

00:39:59.000 Can you imagine it?

00:40:01.000 Maya Rudolph is less insufferable. 1.00

00:40:04.000 Wow.

00:40:06.000 Still laughing.

00:40:07.000 Still grinning crazily.

00:40:10.000 Boy, she's so awkward.

00:40:12.000 She's just awkwardness embodied in a human being.

00:40:15.000 Goodness gracious.

00:40:17.000 You and me both, sister.

00:40:20.000 It is nice to see you, Kamala.

00:40:22.000 It is nice to see you, Kamala.

00:40:24.000 And I'm just here to remind you, you got this.

00:40:28.000 Because you can do something your opponent cannot do.

00:40:31.000 You can open doors.

00:40:35.000 Wow, this is hilarious.

00:40:37.000 This is hilarious stuff.

00:40:37.000 Top notch.

00:40:38.000 Top notch comedy writing.

00:40:39.000 I see what you did there.

00:40:40.000 They're like a garbage truck, right?

00:40:42.000 I don't really laugh like that, do I?

00:40:50.000 A little bit.

00:40:52.000 Now, Kamala, take my Pamala. 1.00

00:40:55.000 Oh, they're going to do rhymes. 1.00

00:40:57.000 The American people want to stop the chaos and end the Dramala.

00:41:03.000 Rhymes, wow.

00:41:04.000 With a cool new step-mamala.

00:41:06.000 Get back in our pajamas and watch a Ram Kamala. 0.84

00:41:12.000 Like Legally Blondila. 1.00

00:41:15.000 And stop decorating for Christmas.

00:41:17.000 Follow La La La.

00:41:20.000 Because what do we always say?

00:41:22.000 Keep Kamala and carry on-a-la! 1.00

00:41:26.000 Oh no.

00:41:28.000 Oh, so many awkward vibes.

00:41:32.000 I can't take it anymore.

00:41:33.000 I can't, I can't, I can't, I can't.

00:41:34.000 No, no, no, no more.

00:41:35.000 Let's make it stop.

00:41:35.000 Make it stop!

00:41:36.000 I think a lot of Americans are going to think that, you know, when they get into the actual voting booth, they're going to make it stop.

00:41:36.000 Make it stop!

00:41:41.000 Just make it stop.

00:41:42.000 Whatever you do, make it stop.

00:41:44.000 Please.

00:41:44.000 It actually has vibes of 2016.

00:41:46.000 So, I don't know if you recall this, but back in 2016, there was a full-scale SNL tribute to Hillary Clinton right before the election.

00:41:54.000 In retrospect, one of the most hilarious things that ever happened.

00:41:56.000 At the time, it was insufferable.

00:41:57.000 Now it's hilarious.

00:41:58.000 Just like that tweet where she said...

00:42:00.000 Happy birthday to this future president.

00:42:02.000 Here, you'll recall, it was Kate McKinnon as Hillary Clinton singing Hallelujah.

00:42:06.000 There's nothing funny about it, except that now, in retrospect, since she lost to Donald Trump, it's one of the funniest things that ever happened in the history of Earth.

00:42:12.000 I heard there was a secret chord that David played and it pleased the Lord.

00:42:30.000 But you don't really care for music, do you?

00:42:35.000 Oh, no.

00:42:38.000 Hallelujah.

00:42:43.000 Oh, boy.

00:42:44.000 That was actually right after Hillary lost.

00:42:46.000 I'm not giving up, and neither should you.

00:42:48.000 And live from New York, it's Saturday night.

00:42:51.000 So bad, so bad.

00:42:52.000 And you can see Kate McKinnon was basically trying not to cry at the time.

00:42:55.000 Yeah, you get that same sort of vibe.

00:42:57.000 That vibe was rolling off of them.

00:42:58.000 Well, it turns out that this was in violation of law.

00:43:00.000 You can't just give one candidate right before an election a bunch of airtime.

00:43:04.000 Brendan Carr, who is the former GOP commissioner of the FCC, said, Well, yeah, it is a violation.

00:43:24.000 So that meant that actually the network had to offer the same time to Donald Trump.

00:43:30.000 So Donald Trump put together a one-minute response ad that looked something like this.

00:43:38.000 Hello to our great sports fans, and I hope you're having a fantastic time.

00:43:43.000 We're two days away from the most important election in the history of our country.

00:43:48.000 We've got to save our country, and it needs saving.

00:43:51.000 It's in very bad shape.

00:43:52.000 The worst economic numbers in generations were just announced two days ago.

00:43:59.000 We're losing jobs.

00:44:01.000 We're losing everything, including viability.

00:44:04.000 We're going to end up in a depression based on what's been happening.

00:44:09.000 We've never seen anything like it, at least for the last 40 years.

00:44:13.000 We have to straighten out our country.

00:44:15.000 We have to close our borders.

00:44:17.000 We have to lower our taxes.

00:44:18.000 We have to get rid of inflation.

00:44:20.000 And we're going to do it.

00:44:21.000 Just remember, Kamala and her friends broke it.

00:44:25.000 I'll fix it.

00:44:26.000 Most important election in the history of our country.

00:44:29.000 Go and vote.

00:44:34.000 I'll do a much better job.

00:44:35.000 That is the essence of the Donald Trump argument, and you know it's a pretty good argument.

00:44:39.000 But here's the thing. 0.97

00:44:40.000 Her closing argument is, number one, that she is incredibly brat, so brat, unbelievably brat, right? 1.00

00:44:45.000 That's why she trotted out, for example, Cardi B to do an endorsement.

00:44:50.000 So, I mean, whatever you do, don't go on Twitter and try to find the video of her talking about particular techniques, shall we say.

00:44:58.000 Let's just say that Cardi B is the least appropriate person to ever do a presidential endorsement, and it ain't particularly close.

00:45:03.000 She actually had an awkward moment where her teleprompter went out.

00:45:06.000 Cardi B without this teleprompter, man, she is just lost.

00:45:10.000 I mean, she is gone.

00:45:11.000 And so she stood there for fully one minute saying nothing before somebody realized they had to bring her a thing to try to read from.

00:45:18.000 Because, again, I don't think she reads very well either.

00:45:19.000 Here was Cardi B's endorsement.

00:45:21.000 Again, this is so brat.

00:45:22.000 It's so hot.

00:45:23.000 It's so joy.

00:45:24.000 Or, alternatively, it's so forced.

00:45:26.000 I'm not giving Donald Trump a second chance. - Nope!

00:45:33.000 Nope!

00:45:34.000 I'm not taking any chances with my future and not damn sure, and taking no chances with the future of my children.

00:45:42.000 All three of them!

00:45:44.000 All three of them!

00:45:46.000 I'm not giving him the chance!

00:45:48.000 You're not giving him the chance!

00:45:50.000 Yeah!

00:45:51.000 Oh boy.

00:45:53.000 Oh boy.

00:45:54.000 I'm with Kamala.

00:45:59.000 I believe in her!

00:46:01.000 In America, I believe in you to turn now on Tuesday.

00:46:07.000 I can't, I can't.

00:46:07.000 Turn now and turn up on Tuesday.

00:46:08.000 They're so insufferable.

00:46:09.000 You want this?

00:46:09.000 You really want this?

00:46:10.000 Turn the page!

00:46:12.000 Oh, good.

00:46:13.000 So, the lady who is most famous for performing particularly sexual acts with Megan Thee Stallion live on stage at the Video Music Awards. 1.00

00:46:21.000 That one.

00:46:22.000 That one.

00:46:22.000 But don't worry, it's not just her.

00:46:24.000 Apparently, Kamala Harris will be joined by an array of superstars on Monday evening at her final rallies in Philadelphia and Pittsburgh.

00:46:29.000 Katy Perry, who has outlived her usefulness.

00:46:32.000 Katy Perry is aging like Joe Biden.

00:46:35.000 Andra Day and D-Nice, I didn't even know those were humans, are performing at her rally in Pittsburgh.

00:46:40.000 I'm sure that D-Nice, that was his given name, or her name. 0.99

00:46:42.000 I don't know who that is.

00:46:43.000 In Philadelphia, the campaign said there will be performances or remarks.

00:46:46.000 I love that.

00:46:46.000 Performances or remarks.

00:46:47.000 They're just going to fool you again.

00:46:49.000 By Lady Gaga.

00:46:50.000 So Lady Gaga is not going to perform.

00:46:51.000 Lady Gaga, we're going to bring forth musicians to say things, which is the last thing you want from musicians. 0.94

00:46:57.000 You don't want them talking, you want them singing.

00:46:58.000 They already did this with Beyonce. 0.94

00:46:59.000 So you're going to get Lady Gaga, Fat Joe, as opposed to his brother Skinny Joe, Ricky Martin, Who was last relevant in, what, 1998?

00:47:06.000 The Roots, Freeway, Just Blaze, DJ Jazzy Jeff, DJ Cassidy, Jasmine Sullivan, and Adam Blackstone.

00:47:14.000 I must be old.

00:47:15.000 I have no idea who any of those people are, but that's definitely going to move the woke young vote in Philadelphia and Pittsburgh.

00:47:23.000 This is where she is.

00:47:24.000 Okay, so, again, fake closer number one. 0.95

00:47:26.000 She's brat. 1.00

00:47:26.000 She's joy. 1.00

00:47:28.000 She's got it going on.

00:47:29.000 Okay, and then there's fake closure number two.

00:47:31.000 She is all about togetherness.

00:47:33.000 Do you understand?

00:47:34.000 Togetherness.

00:47:34.000 You will have unity and you will love it.

00:47:37.000 Now, I might have believed this in 2020 if I was a fool.

00:47:41.000 When Joe Biden said it, you remember Joe Biden tried to run the same campaign.

00:47:43.000 He was going to bring us all together, Emily.

00:47:50.000 And then, five minutes later, he's like, oh, that's what you meant by unity.

00:48:03.000 What you meant by unity is we should all just do what you want us to do.

00:48:06.000 Well, Kamala Harris' closing ad is that she wants us to get together.

00:48:10.000 She wants us to get together like Hayley Mills in The Parent Trap.

00:48:14.000 Here we go.

00:48:16.000 Here we go.

00:48:42.000 You deserve better.

00:48:44.000 As president, I'll bring a new generation of leadership.

00:48:47.000 I'll take on price gouging and bring down the cost of groceries and housing and prescriptions.

00:48:53.000 I'll fight for your freedom to make your own choices, and I will protect your health care and your benefits, not take them away.

00:49:02.000 The vast majority of people in our country have so much more in common than what separates them.

00:49:08.000 Good people.

00:49:10.000 Hard-working people.

00:49:12.000 We see in our fellow Americans neighbors, not enemies.

00:49:18.000 We believe in each other.

00:49:21.000 We believe in our country.

00:49:24.000 We're not falling for these folks who are trying to divide us.

00:49:28.000 Okay, I can't. 1.00

00:49:29.000 Again, when I keep saying I can't about Kamala, there is no way to believe her because she's a liar. 0.59

00:49:35.000 Go check out our four-part series, Scamala, if you don't believe it. 1.00

00:49:38.000 She is a liar. 0.99

00:49:39.000 I love it. 1.00

00:49:40.000 She's campaigning now on cops and the American flag. 0.99

00:49:43.000 She literally said we shouldn't say Merry Christmas to people because of all the suffering to the underprivileged in the United States, to illegal immigrant populations. 1.00

00:49:52.000 This is a person who contributed to a bail fund for rioters in Minneapolis.

00:49:57.000 And she's out there with ads with cops in them. 0.97

00:50:01.000 Just ridiculous. 0.59

00:50:02.000 Okay, so what is her actual closer? 0.67

00:50:03.000 What is her actual closer in the end?

00:50:05.000 Her actual closer, as you always knew it was, is that Donald Trump is a grave threat. 0.99

00:50:10.000 That he isn't fucked. 1.00

00:50:12.000 Wait for it, wait for it, wait for it. 1.00

00:50:13.000 A Nazi!

00:50:14.000 Yes, that's the closer. 0.54

00:50:16.000 We'll get to that momentarily.

00:50:19.000 First, folks, let's talk about something the radical left does not want you to think about this Thanksgiving, where your meat actually comes from.

00:50:25.000 While they're busy promoting their plant-based agenda, most grocery stores are quietly filling their shelves with imported meat from who knows where.

00:50:31.000 Here is the thing.

00:50:43.000 When you're gathering around the table with your family this Thanksgiving, shouldn't you know exactly where your food comes from?

00:50:43.000 That's why I trust Good Ranchers.

00:50:43.000 They partner exclusively with American farmers and ranchers to deliver 100% American meat directly to your door.

00:50:48.000 It's local, which means you can trust the American process.

00:50:50.000 We are talking genuine steakhouse quality.

00:50:53.000 Good Ranchers made me a kosher steak one time.

00:50:54.000 Oh boy, that was really good.

00:50:56.000 Right now, Good Ranchers is making an incredible offer.

00:50:58.000 Subscribe to any Good Ranchers box.

00:51:00.000 They'll add a free Thanksgiving ham to your first delivery.

00:52:17.000 Okay, so Kamala Harris' actual closer.

00:52:20.000 What is it?

00:52:20.000 You know what it is.

00:52:22.000 You know what it is. 0.99

00:52:22.000 He's a Nazi. 0.99

00:52:24.000 He's a Nazi. 0.98

00:52:25.000 And now here's the thing, as I said at the very open... 0.96

00:52:28.000 No, he isn't.

00:52:29.000 You know how I know?

00:52:29.000 Not only because I know Donald Trump.

00:52:31.000 Not only because, you know, I commemorated October 7th with Donald Trump.

00:52:34.000 Not only because, you know what Nazis don't tend to get?

00:52:37.000 The support of Hasidic communities in New Jersey.

00:52:40.000 There's a tape going around right now of buses playing in Yiddish.

00:52:44.000 A call for Jews to get out and vote for Donald Trump by name.

00:52:48.000 That's happening in like Williamsburg, New Jersey.

00:52:52.000 That's something that typically Nazis don't receive.

00:52:54.000 Also, the Nazis in this election, they seem not to like him very much because they think he's too philo-Semitic.

00:52:58.000 But that's their case anyway.

00:52:59.000 So Tim Walls, the weirdest man ever to run for vice president.

00:53:02.000 And that's saying a lot because Spiro Agnew was once the vice president of the United States.

00:53:05.000 Here was Tim Walls saying, you'll be asked what you did to stop Trump.

00:53:12.000 One day from our concentration camps, you'll be asked, Daddy, did you do enough to stop Trump?

00:53:16.000 And you'll say, no, no, son. 0.96

00:53:19.000 Here's Tim Walls, goofball. 0.60

00:53:22.000 Trust me, they'll come a day. 0.92

00:53:24.000 Someday you're going to be sitting on that porch.

00:53:26.000 You're going to be in that rocking chair.

00:53:28.000 And a little one's going to come up to you after been in school where they've been studying the 2024 election.

00:53:34.000 And they're going to ask, when everything was on the line and the American experiment was on the line and there was somebody running who asked to be a dictator and to overturn the Constitution and talk about using the military against our own people.

00:53:51.000 What did you do to stop that from happening? 0.89

00:53:53.000 And you're going to be able to say every damn thing we could. 0.97

00:53:57.000 Every damn thing we could. 0.99

00:53:59.000 He's authentic because he says damn sometimes, guys. 0.99

00:54:01.000 Meanwhile, over at MSNBC, they're like, Trump is going to bring us back to Jim Crow. 0.99

00:54:04.000 And then even worse, he's going to go back even worse.

00:54:07.000 So, Ayanna Pressley, who's the Ringo star of the squad, you know, the member that nobody cares about or notices, but she's there.

00:54:11.000 So, she says that Trump is going to bring us back to Jim Crow.

00:54:14.000 Now, here's the thing.

00:54:15.000 I've heard this argument before because they said it about Mitt Romney and John McCain.

00:54:18.000 And you know what happened?

00:54:19.000 Donald Trump was already president.

00:54:20.000 You know what didn't happen?

00:54:21.000 Jim Crow.

00:54:22.000 I still think it's hilarious that Democrats have been allowed to get away with the lie that Georgia's election law was Jim Crow 2.0. 1.00

00:54:28.000 You want to talk about a lie like a stupid lie? 1.00

00:54:30.000 That is a stupid lie. 1.00

00:54:31.000 The early voting for black voters in Georgia? 1.00

00:54:33.000 Very high.

00:54:35.000 It turns out black voters have been able to come out to the polls very easily in Georgia.

00:54:38.000 Doesn't matter. 0.98

00:54:39.000 They can lie as much as they want.

00:54:40.000 They're Democrats.

00:54:40.000 Here's Ayanna Pressley.

00:54:43.000 Donald Trump and J.D. Vance, they mean to take us back to Jim Crow and then some.

00:54:48.000 They want to control our wombs. 1.00

00:54:50.000 They want to control the classrooms.

00:54:52.000 They want to control our bedrooms. 0.98

00:54:53.000 They mean to control every aspect of our lives.

00:54:56.000 They mean harm to every person that calls this country home.

00:54:59.000 They mean harm to everyone.

00:55:01.000 To everyone who calls the country home.

00:55:02.000 Everyone.

00:55:03.000 They're going to come into your...

00:55:03.000 Wow.

00:55:04.000 Whoa.

00:55:05.000 I mean, wow.

00:55:06.000 That's probably true. 0.99

00:55:07.000 Or alternatively, these people are totally, totally crazy. 0.96

00:55:10.000 Meanwhile, Democrats are still trying to appeal to male voters because there is a gender gap for the Democrats. 0.97

00:55:14.000 A very wide gender gap.

00:55:16.000 And so they have deployed uber male Doug Emhoff.

00:55:19.000 Yes, everyone's favorite, Doug Emhoff.

00:55:21.000 Yay! 0.99

00:55:22.000 Remember that guy?

00:55:23.000 He pretends to be both a man and a Jew. 0.55

00:55:24.000 Anyway, Doug Emhoff, here he is, explaining that he knows young men who are voting for Kamala.

00:55:29.000 Not many, for sure.

00:55:31.000 But all it took was them getting off of the UFC and podcasts.

00:55:35.000 By the way, you can see why they're trying to crack down on podcasts, can't you?

00:55:38.000 Here is Doug Emhoff, fresh off of allegedly beating up his ex-girlfriend years ago.

00:55:42.000 Anyway, here we go.

00:55:44.000 What I talked to young men about who might be taken by the fun side of Donald Trump, such as it is, the dancing, the going to the wrestling matches, going on the podcasts, and trying to portray himself as someone who he really is.

00:56:01.000 And I think Cardi B called this out and said, it's just all a hustle.

00:56:05.000 And so I'm trying to implore young men in particular to do the research.

00:56:09.000 He's not your friend.

00:56:11.000 You know, the policies that he's talking about will not help them in the economy.

00:56:16.000 That's my favorite thing.

00:56:17.000 He's trying to appeal to young men.

00:56:18.000 He's like, let me quote a famous person who young men particularly are fond of.

00:56:23.000 Cardi B. Nailed it.

00:56:26.000 Just nailed it.

00:56:27.000 Nailed it.

00:56:28.000 Meanwhile, Democrats are rolling out a new ad to seek male voters.

00:56:30.000 It is amazing how in this election cycle, they really believe.

00:56:33.000 They must believe they're losing because in this election cycle, they've rolled out two ads.

00:56:36.000 One to women, one to men. 0.96

00:56:37.000 Both basically say the same thing.

00:56:38.000 You have to secretly vote for Kamala.

00:56:41.000 Because apparently, you know, the Handmaid's Tale will be visited upon you if you openly vote for Kamala. 0.98

00:56:48.000 It's just ridiculous. 0.97

00:56:49.000 Here we go. 0.93

00:56:51.000 Come on, boys.

00:56:52.000 Let's make America great again.

00:56:55.000 It's your turn, buddy.

00:56:56.000 Before you cast your vote in this election, think about how it'll impact the people you care about the most.

00:57:03.000 Daddy! 0.96

00:57:06.000 Remember, you can vote any way you want.

00:57:09.000 And no one will ever know.

00:57:11.000 Do your patriotic duty.

00:57:14.000 You better than, brother.

00:57:15.000 What happens in the booth stays in the booth.

00:57:17.000 He's voting so one day that little girl can abort his grandbabies. 0.99

00:57:21.000 Apparently that's the message of that campaign.

00:57:22.000 I do love this, that apparently the Kamala Harris campaign thinks that you are being intimidated into voting for Donald Trump.

00:57:28.000 That's the only reason.

00:57:30.000 You have to secretly vote for Kamala Harris.

00:57:32.000 Okay, alright.

00:57:33.000 Now here's the thing.

00:57:34.000 They've declared that Donald Trump is the threat to the institutions.

00:57:36.000 That Donald Trump is so thoroughgoing and evil that he has to be stopped no matter what.

00:57:40.000 Which is strange because they just keep making anti-American arguments.

00:57:43.000 So Mehdi Hassan, who is one of the worst voices in American politics.

00:57:47.000 He shouldn't really be considered part of American politics.

00:57:50.000 Depends who you consider his paymasters from long ago.

00:57:52.000 In any case...

00:57:53.000 Former Al Jazeera employee who spends every waking moment finding excuses for terrorism is no matter who wins or loses on Tuesday, I will never not stop being mad at Joe Biden and Merrick Garland for allowing Trump to face the electorate this week without having seen the inside of a courtroom for his crimes on and ahead of January 6th.

00:58:07.000 Astonishing incompetence, caution, cowardice, and more from the top of the Democratic Party.

00:58:11.000 They'll say it was to try and retain faith in an impartial DOJ. But even after giving Trump a pass, the Dems and the Biden DOJ are still accused of carrying out a witch hunt against Trump and of weaponizing the justice system against him.

00:58:20.000 So what was gained?

00:58:21.000 Yeah, just to get this straight, Mehdi Hassan is saying that what should have happened is that Donald Trump was imprisoned.

00:58:26.000 These are the people who are upholding democracy in your institutions.

00:58:28.000 Mehdi Hassan.

00:58:29.000 Meanwhile, Governor Kathy Hochul, she's taking a note from the book of Andrew Cuomo, former governor, who at one point said that Republicans should basically just leave the state.

00:58:39.000 Now, here she is saying the same thing.

00:58:40.000 She says, if you vote Trump, that makes you anti-American, says Governor Kathy Hochul.

00:58:46.000 It gives me, as someone who is leading the effort in our state to ensure we flip these battleground seats, it gave me a chance to tie the Republicans running these seats, the incumbents, closer to Donald Trump and remind everybody if you're voting for these Republicans in New York,

00:59:02.000 you are voting for someone who supports Donald Trump And you're anti-woman, you're anti-abortion, and basically you're anti-American because you have just trashed American values and what our country is all about over and over and over, and you will wear this on Election Day. 0.99

00:59:18.000 Guys, you're not just garbage, you're anti-American garbage, according to Kathy Hochul. 0.99

00:59:23.000 Man, but don't worry. 1.00

00:59:24.000 They're going to come together.

00:59:26.000 Unity.

00:59:26.000 That's what they're looking for.

00:59:27.000 Meanwhile, Jamie Raskin, who actually objected to the Electoral College vote in 2016, he now says that maybe they'll uphold the peaceful transfer.

00:59:35.000 This has been a big question for Democrats.

00:59:36.000 If Donald Trump truly is a Nazi, don't you have a responsibility to thwart his election even if he wins?

00:59:42.000 Here's Jamie Raskin kind of letting the cat out of the bag.

00:59:44.000 Maybe, maybe we'll challenge it.

00:59:48.000 So when I say we will support a free and fair election, no, we're not going to allow them to steal it in the states or steal it at the Department of Justice or steal it with any other election official in the country.

01:00:00.000 If it's a free and fair election, we will do what we've always done.

01:00:03.000 We will honor it.

01:00:04.000 Okay.

01:00:05.000 Okay.

01:00:06.000 If it's a free and fair election.

01:00:07.000 I'm noticing conditionals there, Jamie.

01:00:09.000 Interesting.

01:00:10.000 Interesting how that works.

01:00:11.000 Okay.

01:00:11.000 Meanwhile, Donald Trump is making his closing pitch.

01:00:16.000 His closing pitch is, you know, him riffing off the cuff.

01:00:20.000 And they're mad at him again.

01:00:22.000 Oh, he's using violent language.

01:00:24.000 He made a joke about people shooting at him because he's in a bulletproof case outside because they've tried to assassinate him twice over the course of this election.

01:00:30.000 He's been two assassination attempts in one election cycle.

01:00:32.000 It's a lot, actually.

01:00:33.000 And he made a joke about shooting through the media and him not minding it or whatever. 0.98

01:00:36.000 And this apparently is yet another example of Donald Trump being a very mean, bad orange, bad mean Hitler man. 0.95

01:00:43.000 I have a piece at last over here. 0.97

01:00:48.000 And I don't have a piece of glass there.

01:00:54.000 And I have this piece of glass here.

01:00:58.000 But all we have really over here is the fake news.

01:01:01.000 And to get me, somebody would have to shoot through the fake news.

01:01:13.000 And.

01:01:15.000 And I don't mind that so much.

01:01:18.000 I don't mind.

01:01:20.000 Hey, not my favorite Donald Trump joke.

01:01:22.000 Also, does anyone think that Trump is going for the execution of members of the media? 0.99

01:01:25.000 Meanwhile, Joe Biden is out there still saying that he wants to, you know, for some reason, smack Trump's guys in the ass, which I don't know what's happening here. 0.99

01:01:25.000 That's what they're going with. 0.99

01:01:35.000 I don't know what happened to that YMCA with Corn Pop or whatever, but this guy is still president.

01:01:39.000 Remember that time that this guy is still president? 0.96

01:01:41.000 Like how he's still president and we're supposed to ignore it because he doesn't have a brain anymore? 0.99

01:01:45.000 How it turns into a fudgesicle? 0.99

01:01:47.000 All right, here we go.

01:01:49.000 I'm serious. 1.00

01:01:51.000 This is the kind of guy you like to smack in the ass. 1.00

01:01:54.000 Yeah, smack him in the... 1.00

01:01:55.000 That's weird, Joe. 0.57

01:01:57.000 That's just super duper weird.

01:02:00.000 Now, the real closing pitch, of course, from the Donald Trump campaign is what you saw in that ad earlier, which is that Kamala Harris has presided over a terrible economy, that their foreign policy is really bad.

01:02:08.000 But there is one other aspect to the close of this campaign.

01:02:11.000 We would not be able to move on to the member block of today's show without first mentioning Peanut the Squirrel.

01:02:18.000 Peanut the Squirrel, my goodness.

01:02:20.000 So campaigning in Sanford, North Carolina on Sunday, J.D. Vance said that Donald Trump was fired up About the squirrel's death.

01:02:29.000 That's what he said.

01:02:29.000 He was fired up about the squirrel's death.

01:02:31.000 He said, quote, the same government that doesn't care about hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrant criminals coming into our country doesn't want us to have pets.

01:02:37.000 It's the craziest thing.

01:02:39.000 So what is the story with Peanut the Squirrel?

01:02:41.000 The much celebrated Peanut the Squirrel who has launched a thousand memes.

01:02:43.000 I know that all these campaigns have become a little too online, is my take on this.

01:02:48.000 The vast majority of Americans don't know or care about Peanut the Squirrel, but here's the actual story.

01:02:52.000 It is a good example of just government insane overreach.

01:02:54.000 So, According to the New York Post, Peanut the squirrel of internet fame has been euthanized after the pet was seized by New York State earlier this week, according to the Department of Environmental Conservation.

01:03:04.000 The seven-year-old gray rescue squirrel, commonly referred to as Peanut on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, was put to death, along with Fred the raccoon.

01:03:13.000 Man, stand strong with Harambe, guys.

01:03:16.000 He said animals could be tested for rabies, according to a statement from the agency.

01:03:21.000 Peanuts guardian Mark Longo took to Instagram to memorialize his beloved pet in a video.

01:03:26.000 Here's the owner of Peanuts speaking about this terrible, terrible tragedy.

01:03:32.000 It not only tears my family apart, but Peanut was the cornerstone of our non-profit animal rescue.

01:03:39.000 And 10 to 12 DEC officers raided my house as if I was a drug dealer.

01:03:44.000 I was sat outside my house for five hours.

01:03:47.000 I had to get a police escort to my bathroom.

01:03:51.000 I wasn't even allowed to feed my rescue horses breakfast or lunch.

01:03:56.000 I was sat there like a criminal.

01:03:59.000 After they interrogated my wife to check out her immigration status. 1.00

01:04:04.000 Then proceeded to ask me if I had cameras in my house.

01:04:07.000 Then proceeded to go through every cabinet, nook and cranny of my house for a squirrel and a raccoon.

01:04:12.000 Four departments and a judge signed off on a search warrant for a squirrel and a raccoon.

01:04:19.000 And then they took them and killed them.

01:04:21.000 We had him for seven and a half years.

01:04:23.000 He became the world's most famous squirrel.

01:04:25.000 We weren't hiding him by any means.

01:04:27.000 He was all over TikTok.

01:04:28.000 He became the first squirrel on TikTok to ever hit a million followers.

01:04:31.000 He did every news station around the world.

01:04:35.000 He's helped people.

01:04:37.000 He's helped kids gather joy.

01:04:39.000 And then we started a non-profit animal rescue called Peanuts Freedom Farm to help animals like Peanut fight a good fight when they're in a neglected case or they're sitting in a slaughter auction.

01:04:49.000 And he was the cornerstone of our life and our organization.

01:04:53.000 Okay, so then they came and they murdered Peanut.

01:04:56.000 He had secret information about Hillary Clinton, apparently.

01:04:59.000 So, what actually happened here?

01:05:01.000 Apparently, the DEC claimed that Peanut, who was notably docile and friendly over the course of his very public-facing life, bit one of the investigators on the hand while being confiscated from his Elmira home on Wednesday.

01:05:12.000 So, why?

01:05:13.000 Well, what actually happened, apparently, is some of the neighbors, some of the nosy neighbors, were upset with Peanut and Fred the raccoon.

01:05:20.000 There were multiple anonymous complaints about wild animals living in the Longo house.

01:05:24.000 So, they showed up en masse to the house, and they took away Peanut and Fred, and Peanut and Fred were summarily executed, which...

01:05:33.000 Again, I gotta say, like, the fact that these are national stories is kind of wild, but it does speak to the power of government overreach.

01:05:40.000 And Peanut will live forever in our hearts.

01:05:43.000 I mean, I didn't know about him until a moment ago, but I suppose he will for some.

01:05:47.000 And again, like, it is insane that the government, they'll let in, you know, like 10 million illegal immigrants over the course of the Biden administration and do nothing about it.

01:05:56.000 We don't have the resources for that.

01:05:58.000 10 to 12 officers need to remove a squirrel and a raccoon and put them to death.

01:06:02.000 I feel like we have some misallocation of priorities and resources here in our United States.

01:06:07.000 Alrighty, folks.

01:06:08.000 So, coming up on the member block, we'll get into what's at stake in the United States Senate.
