00:00:06.000 New scandals break surrounding just what Anthony Fauci and CNN did to cover up the Chinese lab leak theory.

00:00:17.000 I'm Ben Shapiro.
00:00:17.000 This is the Ben Shapiro Show.
00:00:19.000 Today's show is sponsored by ExpressVPN.

00:00:29.000 Join them at expressvpn.com slash Ben.
00:00:31.000 So, the January 6th Capitol riot, which has become basically the touchstone for not only all of American politics for the last several years, but all of world politics.
00:00:43.000 A lot of that was rooted in the footage that we were allowed to see.
00:00:45.000 Tucker Carlson was given access by Kevin McCarthy, the Speaker of the House, to 40,000 hours of heretofore unreleased footage from January 6th.
00:00:55.000 And as Tucker made clear, the vast majority of that footage was kind of empty rooms or there was nothing going on in the footage.
00:01:00.000 But there's some aspects of the footage that are rather telling because what we were told about January 6th is that not only was it a riot, we saw outside obviously the footage exists, We all watched it in real time.
00:01:10.000 There was in fact a riot outside the Capitol building in which windows were broken and police officers were attacked and all of the rest.
00:01:16.000 But what we were told is that the pictures that were shown inside the building, it was universally of rioters.
00:01:22.000 It wasn't just two groups of people. So the reality is that what happened is they riot began from a rally, the rally was was perfectly legal and then there was outside the Capitol building a rally, a certain percentage of those people rioted, they went into the Capitol building and many of the people who went into the Capitol building actually were not rioters. Many of the people who went into the building, there were allegations at the time, were guided into the building by police officers.
00:01:45.000 The doors were open for them.
00:01:47.000 They were guided around the Capitol.
00:01:48.000 And we were told by the media that a lot of that stuff just didn't happen.
00:01:51.000 And in fact, many of the images that we were shown of January 6th featured certain people who are the faces of the riot.
00:01:57.000 People who apparently had violently broke into the Capitol building, attacked police officers, and then had rampaged through the building.
00:02:04.000 Now, again, there were some people who did that, but many of the images that we were shown, as it turns out, We're not true, as Tucker showed last night.
00:02:10.000 So the most obvious example of this was QAnon Shaman.
00:02:13.000 So if there's one picture that sort of exemplifies the January 6th day, and again, this became the tip of the spear, January 6th, for a wide variety of activities that are un-American in the extreme.
00:02:23.000 I'm not just talking about riots themselves.
00:02:25.000 I mean, obviously you shouldn't ride and break into the Capitol building based on the false pretext that you're going to overturn the results of a duly certified election at the state level.
00:02:33.000 That is, in fact, un-American.
00:02:36.000 Trying to overturn a certified election is not a thing that Americans should do.
00:02:40.000 Because that's illegal.
00:02:42.000 But what I'm talking about here is the reaction to January 6th.
00:02:45.000 The reaction to January 6th was to throw Donald Trump off of all social media.
00:02:49.000 It was to paint all Republicans as rioters, as people who are involved in criminality.
00:02:54.000 As it turns out, even a huge majority of the people who were at the Capitol and in the Capitol that day were not, in fact, rioters.
00:03:01.000 And then it became the global pretext for the attack on democracy routine from the globalized left.
00:03:07.000 Basically, any time a right-winger would win an election anywhere globally, it turned into this is just like January 6th.
00:03:12.000 It's an attack on democracy.
00:03:13.000 And what needs to happen is that we need to stop the right-wingers who are complicit in January 6th.
00:03:18.000 January 6th became the rallying cry.
00:03:20.000 And what you heard from the left is that January 6th was just as an important inflection point in American history as, for example, September 11th, when 3,000 Americans were murdered at the Twin Towers and at the Pentagon.
00:03:30.000 What we heard is that all of American politics had to be recapitulated around this signal inflection point, this signal moment in American history.
00:03:38.000 Well, as it turns out from a lot of the footage, the media accounts were, in fact, exaggerated.
00:03:42.000 Now, again, this does not mean there wasn't a riot at the Capitol building.
00:03:45.000 It doesn't mean the police officers weren't attacked.
00:03:46.000 We saw all of that footage.
00:03:47.000 But what the footage that Tucker showed last night showed is that some of the narratives that we were told were just flat out wrong.
00:03:54.000 They were flat out lies, in fact, because if members of the January 6th committee saw the footage and then they said these things, it turns out that some of those things were not true.
00:04:04.000 And that is a serious problem because, again, the same people who are out there claiming that conspiracists are becoming more common.
00:04:11.000 Oh, my God.
00:04:11.000 Conspiracy theories.
00:04:12.000 They're flying well.
00:04:13.000 You know, it's a great way to feed conspiracy theories.
00:04:16.000 A great way to feed conspiracy theories is to lie to people and then hide footage from them for two years.
00:04:21.000 And then finally, when the footage emerges, it turns out that there's some pretty significant details that should have been mentioned in the coverage of January 6th.
00:04:30.000 Two things can be true at once, as I'm very fond of saying.
00:04:32.000 One, January 6th, the actual riots were really bad.
00:04:35.000 They made America look terrible.
00:04:36.000 They were predicated on a falsehood, which is that, again, the election was capable of being overturned by Mike Pence in the Senate, or some such nonsense.
00:04:44.000 There was no actual legal theory that held that, and that was credible in any real sort of way.
00:04:49.000 That can be true.
00:04:50.000 And at the same time, it can be totally true that the media decided that January 6th was the most important thing that ever happened in American history.
00:04:56.000 And they're going to use this each and every day and that Democrats were going to use this going forward into 2022 as the basis for their election.
00:05:04.000 And in 2024, they plan to use this again as the basis of their election.
00:05:08.000 Both of those things can be true.
00:05:10.000 It can be true people did bad things.
00:05:11.000 It can also be true and criminal things and some of the people who are in the Capitol building actually did deserve to go to jail.
00:05:15.000 It can also be true that some of the people who are in the Capitol building were basically let in by the cops and that the media decided that the threat to democracy was far graver than what actually happened on January 6th.
00:05:25.000 Remember, we're told that democracy was nearly overthrown on January 6th.
00:05:28.000 That was nonsense.
00:05:29.000 The building was clear within two hours and the Senate was moving forward with the business of certifying the election, led by a Republican Senate Majority Leader, Mitch McConnell, and a Republican Vice President of the United States, Mike Pence.
00:05:39.000 So the idea that democracy was ever in serious threat because of droogs and idiots breaking into the Capitol building and a few of those people running around and threatening violence and shouting in the halls without, by the way, firearms.
00:05:51.000 I mean, again, we were told this was an armed insurrection.
00:05:54.000 Armed would actually imply that there were, you know, firearms on the premises.
00:05:57.000 And as it turns out, the only person who was shot and killed that day was an unarmed rider, Ashley Babbitt, by a police officer.
00:06:07.000 So what did Tucker actually show?
00:06:09.000 We'll get to that in just a second because it really is shocking.
00:06:12.000 Honestly, as just an observer of politics and someone who covers this stuff at a pretty granular level, I was shocked by some of the footage that Tucker showed last night.
00:06:20.000 We'll get to that in just one second.
00:06:21.000 First, if the idea is that you shouldn't trust A lot of people out there, big tech, the government, because they have narratives and they push those narratives.
00:06:28.000 Why would you trust them with your data?
00:06:29.000 I don't trust them with my data.
00:06:30.000 It's one of the reasons why I use ExpressVPN.
00:06:33.000 It's important to have a VPN to protect your online privacy, but choosing a VPN you trust is equally as important.
00:06:37.000 ExpressVPN is the best VPN on the market and here is why.
00:06:40.000 Number one, ExpressVPN does not log your online activity.
00:06:44.000 Other cheap or free VPNs make money by selling your data to advertisers.
00:06:46.000 ExpressVPN doesn't do this.
00:06:48.000 Number two, speed.
00:06:49.000 ExpressVPN engineered a new VPN protocol to make user speeds faster than ever.
00:06:53.000 I've tried a lot of VPNs in the past.
00:06:54.000 They can sometimes slow up your connection, but ExpressVPN is always blazing fast.
00:06:58.000 That's important to me.
00:06:59.000 I run an internet company.
00:07:00.000 Number three, ExpressVPN is super easy to use.
00:07:02.000 You click one button, you download it, you click another button, you're ready to go because now ExpressVPN is running and protecting you.
00:07:07.000 It's not just me saying this.
00:07:08.000 This is Insider, The Verge, a lot of other tech journals.

00:07:24.000 Okay, so there were two real major revelations from Tucker last night, and they have to do with two major sort of visual and also factual claims that were made by the Democrats, by Adam Kinzinger and Liz Cheney on the January 6th committee and by the media.
00:07:39.000 So claim number one was that QAnon shaman was the chief rioter, right?
00:07:45.000 He was on the cover of literally every magazine in America, every newspaper in America.
00:07:49.000 He was a violent rioter who was attempting to assault police officers.
00:07:52.000 He was a danger to himself and others.
00:07:54.000 Okay, well, Tucker showed footage last night that kind of blows that narrative up.
00:08:00.000 The footage shows QAnon Shaman, right?
00:08:04.000 That was what he was named, the QAnon Shaman, walking through, his name is Jacob Chansley, The one who's wearing the horns and the weird walking around shirtless and carrying a staff and all of this.
00:08:19.000 The footage shows him literally being guided through the Capitol building by police officers.
00:08:24.000 Being guided through the building by police officers.
00:08:27.000 Two of them walk him through the entirety of the building.
00:08:30.000 They're walking him to various doors.
00:08:31.000 They're unlocking doors for him.
00:08:32.000 They walk past seven other police officers.
00:08:35.000 They don't even look at him, these seven other police officers.
00:08:38.000 They actually escorted him to various chambers, various entrances of the main chamber, right?
00:08:43.000 That's the chamber where he ended up like planting himself behind the podium.
00:08:48.000 And eventually they actually opened the door for him.
00:08:52.000 I mean, that's an amazing thing.
00:08:54.000 So he did a jailhouse interview with Tucker Carlson.
00:08:56.000 He said, the one serious regret I have is believing that when we were waved in by police officers, that it was acceptable.
00:09:01.000 The Capitol Police said that one of the officers that Chansley was trying to deal with was trying to quote-unquote de-escalate the situation because he was outnumbered.
00:09:09.000 But again, he walked past nine police officers.
00:09:12.000 At that point, he wasn't outnumbered.
00:09:14.000 In fact, at no point in this tape are the police officers outnumbered.
00:09:17.000 If they're outnumbered, why are there two of them and one of him?
00:09:20.000 If the idea is that they were trying to de-escalate, well, I mean, they could have just handcuffed him.
00:09:27.000 I mean, there were like nine of them there.
00:09:30.000 I get police officers trying to do their job.
00:09:32.000 I get that they were outnumbered that day, but they weren't outnumbered with regard to this guy.
00:09:35.000 When there are nine police officers around one guy, that doesn't count as outnumbering, technically speaking.
00:09:40.000 So here is the footage.
00:09:42.000 And again, it's kind of shocking because the only imagery that you've seen of Jacob Chansley, the QAnon shaman, is him bellowing from behind the podium, right?
00:09:50.000 People hanging from the rafters over in the Senate chamber.
00:09:53.000 But he was escorted into the building by the cops and then escorted around the building by the cops.
00:09:58.000 What in the actual hell?
00:10:00.000 What the hell?
00:10:01.000 Here's the footage.
00:10:02.000 Our review of the internal surveillance video Look at this!
00:10:05.000 clear what happened once he got inside.
00:10:07.000 Look at this, he's strolling around.
00:10:08.000 Virtually every moment of his time inside the Capitol was caught on tape.
00:10:13.000 The tapes show the Capitol Police never stopped Jacob Chansley.
00:10:17.000 They helped him.
00:10:18.000 They acted as his tour guides.
00:10:21.000 Here's video of Chansley in the Senate chamber.
00:10:23.000 Capitol Police officers take him to multiple entrances and even try to open locked doors for him.
00:10:30.000 We counted at least nine officers who are within touching distance of unarmed Jacob Chansley.
00:10:35.000 Look at this!
00:10:36.000 They're not outnumbered?
00:10:37.000 There's one guy and they're walking him through!
00:10:39.000 Chansley understood that Capitol Police were his allies.
00:10:43.000 Video shows him giving thanks for them in a prayer on the floor of the Senate.
00:10:47.000 Watch.
00:10:48.000 Thank you, Heavenly Father, for giving the inspiration needed to these police officers to allow us in this building.
00:10:57.000 He's saying, thank you, Heavenly Father, for giving the inspiration needed to allow these police officers to allow us in the building.
00:11:01.000 And that's the picture of him, you know, behind the speaker's desk at the at the in the Capitol building.
00:11:08.000 Thanking the cops.
00:11:09.000 Thank you.
00:11:09.000 Like, that's a shocking thing, is it not?
00:11:11.000 Because that's not what you were told.
00:11:12.000 That's not what I was told.
00:11:13.000 No one was told that.
00:11:15.000 The January 6th committee had full access to all of this tape.
00:11:19.000 They never showed you that tape.
00:11:20.000 They never showed you that tape.
00:11:21.000 Which is, frankly, scary.
00:11:23.000 Again, it prevents people from believing the idea that two things can be true at once.
00:11:28.000 It turns people into conspiracy theorists because there is a conspiracy when it turns out that you had the footage and you didn't release it.
00:11:33.000 That's relevant, is it not?
00:11:35.000 You know, the whole point of an adversarial justice system, typically speaking, is the defense and the prosecution get to see the material, and then all of it enters the public light, and then people can make judgments.
00:11:43.000 That's the whole idea of, for example, a trial.
00:11:46.000 In this particular case, this is a public trial, right?
00:11:48.000 It was a public trial over what actually happened on January 6th.
00:11:51.000 We got to watch it in real time, but only part of it in real time.
00:11:53.000 The rest of it was kept off limits.
00:11:55.000 We were never allowed to see it.
00:11:56.000 It was done behind closed doors.
00:11:59.000 Like that's, that's relevant to your judgment of what happened inside the building that day.
00:12:03.000 And that doesn't change that the people who actually committed violent acts should be in, people who commit violent acts should go to jail.
00:12:08.000 It doesn't change the fact that people who stormed the Capitol building that day were doing so on the basis of a falsehood told by Donald Trump and by others that the election was capable of being overturned if you yelled at Mike Pence loud enough.
00:12:21.000 None of that changes.
00:12:22.000 But what does change is the idea that this guy was like a true threat to America.
00:12:26.000 He was walking through the Capitol, escorted by the cops.
00:12:30.000 Or the idea that the vast majority of people inside the building, they were all violent rioters who were looking to do violent damage to legislators, for example.
00:12:38.000 Well, it makes you doubt the evidence, considering that there's also footage of people walking in queue lines through the Capitol building.
00:12:46.000 None of that was made public by Congress.
00:12:48.000 None of that was made public by the January 6th Committee, which is one of the reasons why Kevin McCarthy presumably handed it to Tucker.
00:12:55.000 By the way, Jacob Chansley, just for the record, he was sentenced in 2021 to 41 months in prison.
00:13:01.000 He acknowledged using a bullhorn to rile up the mob, offering thanks in a prayer while in a Senate for having the chance to get rid of traitors, and scratching out a threatening note to Vice President Mike Pence saying, it's only a matter of time.
00:13:10.000 Justice is coming.
00:13:11.000 He's not accused of violence.
00:13:13.000 He wasn't in the trial.
00:13:14.000 Prosecutors say he was the public face of the Capitol riot, who went into the attack with a weapon, ignored repeated police officers to leave the building, and gloated about his actions.
00:13:21.000 Okay, where are the repeated police officers telling him to leave the building in that tape?
00:13:26.000 He said he wasn't an insurrectionist, and he said he was troubled with the way he was portrayed in a news story in the aftermath of the riots.
00:13:31.000 I have no excuse.
00:13:32.000 My behavior was indefensible.
00:13:34.000 The judge said what you did was terrible.
00:13:35.000 You made yourself the center of the riot.
00:13:38.000 But again, you know, presumably this stuff was was brought up.
00:13:41.000 Why was this brought up a trial?
00:13:43.000 Like what happened in his trial?
00:13:45.000 And let's be real about this.
00:13:46.000 In a lot of states in America right now, you can rape people and get less of a sentence than Jacob Chansley got for apparently being escorted around the Capitol building by police officers before giving a speech into a microphone and scrawling out a bizarre note to Mike Pence.
00:14:00.000 And what the hell?
00:14:01.000 How is that not revealed to the public?
00:14:04.000 Where is our responsible media?
00:14:05.000 Why weren't they calling for that to be revealed to the public?
00:14:08.000 As we'll see, there are some more lies that we were told about what exactly happened on January 6th, and those lies ended up imploding as lies tend to do.
00:14:16.000 We'll get to that in just one second.
00:14:18.000 First, when you're running a business, the last thing you think about is HR.
00:14:21.000 I know, when we started a business, you don't think about HR.
00:14:22.000 You think about, you know, making schedules and making sure that you have your goods and products and services actually created and ready to go.
00:14:29.000 You don't think about HR problems, but the problem is, The thing that can bankrupt your business is HR.
00:14:34.000 If you do not have a good HR team, if you do not have people who have crafted HR policies, you can absolutely be put into bankruptcy by litigious people or by people who are correct in saying that you violated HR policy.
00:14:45.000 This is why you need Bambi.
00:14:46.000 Bambi gives you access to your own dedicated HR manager starting at just 99 bucks per month.
00:14:51.000 This person is available to you by phone, email, and real-time chat.

00:15:25.000 So again, that tape of the quote-unquote QAnon shaman is shocking.
00:15:29.000 It's extraordinary.
00:15:31.000 Police officers walking this guy around.
00:15:33.000 He was the face of violent insurrection in the United States, and literally he's being walked around by the cops into the chamber.
00:15:38.000 That's an amazing tape.
00:15:39.000 There's another piece of amazing tape that Tucker showed, and that amazing piece of tape was tape of Officer Brian Sicknick.
00:15:44.000 Now, you'll recall that Officer Sicknick was made the face of the people hurt by the riot.
00:15:51.000 The idea was that Brian Sicknick had been killed by the rioters.
00:15:54.000 In fact, the New York Times report is a headline from April, from January 8th, 2021.
00:16:01.000 This is the headline, January 8th, 2021.
00:16:03.000 Quote, Capitol Police officer dies from injuries in pro-Trump rampage.
00:16:08.000 It is the headline from the New York Times.
00:16:10.000 That officer was Brian Sicknick.
00:16:12.000 The subhead said, the death of the officer, Brian Sicknick, appeared likely to lead to calls for profound changes to the Capitol Police, a centuries old force.
00:16:19.000 And the article said a United States Capitol police officer died on Thursday night from injuries sustained while physically engaging with pro-Trump rioters who descended on the U.S.
00:16:27.000 Capitol the day before.
00:16:28.000 The fifth fatality linked to the chaos that engulfed the nation's capital on Wednesday, according to the authorities.
00:16:31.000 Now, again, when they say the fifth fatality linked to the chaos, they're talking about Ashley Babbitt, who was shot by a cop.
00:16:38.000 They're talking about Sicknick, who, as we will see in a second, Did not die from being hit in the head with a fire extinguisher, which was the actual original report.
00:16:47.000 And then there were some people in the crowd who had heart attacks.
00:16:50.000 Later, there would be some police officers who committed suicide, but that's not directly linkable to the January 6th riot.
00:16:57.000 According to the New York Times, the officer, Sicknick, was only the fourth member of the force to be killed in the line of duty since its founding two centuries ago.
00:17:03.000 And you'll recall that his death then prompted Democrats to have him lie in state, and they did a whole ceremony, and Joe Biden went to visit, and all the rest.
00:17:14.000 Now, it was only, I mean, a few months later, there was an actual police officer murdered at the Capitol building by a person who drove a car over him, I believe the case was, and it turned out to be a person who is not of the political right.
00:17:26.000 That person didn't, you don't know that guy's name because he wasn't Brian Sicknick.
00:17:29.000 You all know Brian Sicknick's name because he became the face.
00:17:31.000 Again, there were two faces that were presented to January 6th.
00:17:33.000 One was QAnon Shaman, who it turns out was being basically guided around the Capitol building.
00:17:37.000 And the second person was Brian Sicknick, who was supposedly murdered by the rioters.
00:17:41.000 Well, what the footage actually shows, as Tucker revealed, is that after apparently he was supposedly murdered, right, I mean, after he'd sustained life-threatening injuries, according to the media, and according to the narrative, He was walking around pretty spry.
00:17:57.000 I mean, here is some of the tape from Tucker.
00:17:59.000 Here is surveillance footage of Sicknick walking in the Capitol after he was supposedly murdered by the mob outside.
00:18:06.000 By all appearances, Sicknick is healthy and vigorous.
00:18:09.000 He's wearing a helmet, so it's hard to imagine he was killed by a head injury.
00:18:14.000 Whatever happened to Brian Sicknick was very obviously not the result of violence he suffered at the entrance to the Capitol.
00:18:21.000 This tape overturns the single most powerful and politically useful lie the Democrats have told us about January 6th.
00:18:30.000 Remember, the New York Times report said, quote, These circumstances surrounding Mr. Sicknick's death were not immediately clear.
00:18:35.000 Capitol police said only that he had, quote, passed away due to injury sustained while on duty.
00:18:40.000 Law enforcement officials initially said Sigmund was struck with a fire extinguisher.
00:18:44.000 But weeks later, police sources and investigators were at odds over whether he was even hit.
00:18:47.000 Medical experts have said he did not die of blunt force trauma, according to one law enforcement official.
00:18:51.000 And of course, weeks later, the New York Times had to correct its report because, as it turns out, It wasn't true.
00:18:57.000 As it turns out, Brian Sicknick died of a multiplicity of other causes and it is not clear.
00:19:04.000 The evidence just does not exist that he died because he was hit in the head with a fire extinguisher or that his death had was directly connectable, in fact, with the events of January 6th.
00:19:16.000 In fact, in April of 2021, according to the U.S.
00:19:19.000 Capitol Police, a medical examiner found that Brian Sicknick died of natural causes.
00:19:23.000 Quote, the U.S.
00:19:24.000 C.P., that's the Capitol Police, accepts the findings from the District of Columbia's Office of the Chief Medical Examiner that Brian Sicknick died of natural causes.
00:19:30.000 This does not change the fact that Sicknick died in the line of duty, courageously defending Congress and the Capitol.
00:19:36.000 So, again, it does a little.
00:19:38.000 I mean, again, not that he wasn't courageous defending the Capitol.
00:19:43.000 That's all fine.
00:19:44.000 But the clear evidence that he died because he was hit with the fire extinguisher does not exist.
00:19:53.000 I mean, according to NPR, Sicknick died after suffering strokes, according to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner, Dr. Francisco Diaz.
00:19:59.000 In an interview, Diaz told the Washington Post that Sicknick suffered two strokes.
00:20:03.000 He was sprayed with a chemical substance outside the Capitol on January 6th, but did not suffer an allergic reaction to the chemical irritants dispensed by the rioters, nor was there evidence of internal or external injuries.
00:20:14.000 At approximately 10 p.m., he collapsed at the Capitol, was transported to a local hospital, and died about 24 hours later.
00:20:19.000 Again, they tried to open a murder investigation into his death.
00:20:24.000 That's inconclusive because it's not clear exactly how he died in the first place.
00:20:29.000 And as that tape shows, you know, again, the idea that he was hit in the head and then suffered injuries, they dragged him away, and then he died at a hospital, that obviously is not true.
00:20:38.000 These sorts of details matter when you are rolling out a narrative, which presumably is why we never saw these details until this very moment.
00:20:46.000 In just one second, we'll get to the reactions from various sides of the aisle to the new footage that's been released by the House Republicans to Tucker Carlson.
00:20:53.000 First, simple fact, dudes don't like going to the doctor.

00:21:53.000 That is rexmd.com slash men for up to 90% off.
00:21:57.000 OK, so the fallout here has been, of course, absolutely polarized.
00:22:02.000 Donald Trump put out a statement on Truth Social saying congratulations to Tucker Carlson on one of the biggest scoops as a reporter in US history.
00:22:08.000 The new surveillance footage of the January 6th events sheds an entirely different light on what actually happened.
00:22:12.000 The unselected committee was a giant scam and has now unequivocally been stamped as criminal fabricators of this most important day.
00:22:18.000 Pelosi and McConnell failed on security.
00:22:20.000 Well, I mean, that's clearly true.
00:22:22.000 I mean, who ran the Capitol Police?
00:22:26.000 If that's the responsibility of the House and the Senate, then yeah, the Capitol Police were understaffed.
00:22:31.000 The Capitol Police were guiding around QAnon Shaman, like around the place.
00:22:35.000 The police story is sad and difficult to watch.
00:22:36.000 Trump, and Trump puts himself in quotes, Trump, and most others are totally innocent.
00:22:41.000 Let them go free now.
00:22:42.000 Well, Donald Trump isn't under arrest, but you know, the fact of the matter is that again, What's amazing is that our media and our polarized political environment are so extreme right now that people were willing to essentially leave this landmine lying around in the hopes that no one would discover it for years on end.
00:23:04.000 Knowing that there's a possibility that was gonna blow up in Democrats faces.
00:23:07.000 So Democrats literally did not reveal this footage, which they could have done.
00:23:10.000 By the way, if they'd brought this out in the January 6th committee, if they'd said, guys, we just wanna tell you the whole story here.
00:23:15.000 The whole story is that there was a riot at the Capitol building.
00:23:18.000 It was a small percentage of people who had started off a much, much larger rally for Donald Trump.
00:23:24.000 And then there are a bunch of people into the Capitol.
00:23:25.000 And of those people, a percentage broke into the Capitol building.
00:23:28.000 And of the percentage who broke into the Capitol building, a small percentage were violent and terrible.
00:23:34.000 And those people should go to jail.
00:23:35.000 And then there were people who just didn't know better.
00:23:37.000 And they walked up and they saw the police escorting them.
00:23:39.000 And they figured, hey, that's a police officer.
00:23:40.000 He's going to arrest me if I'm doing something wrong, right?
00:23:43.000 If they had said that, then there would be nothing to explode.
00:23:46.000 There would be no landmine here.
00:23:48.000 Instead, they decided that they were going to cover this up, and again, they were going to make the faces of the media coverage.
00:23:52.000 Brian Sicknick, the officer who was supposedly murdered by the Capitol rioters, again, the evidence does not support that at this point, and probably never supported that.
00:24:03.000 And second, that QAnon shaman was the great And by the way, we were supposed to also believe that the guy who's dressed in the buffalo horns, that that guy was going to lead like a full-on violent insurrection that was going to take down democracy in the most powerful country in the history of the world.
00:24:19.000 That guy.
00:24:20.000 That was the narrative.
00:24:21.000 And then it blew up in their face.
00:24:23.000 So obviously they're mad that it blew up in their face.
00:24:24.000 And they're very upset that Tucker Carlson was given this footage in the first place.
00:24:28.000 So CNN this morning was reacting to Tucker revealing this footage.
00:24:32.000 And here's what they had to say.
00:24:34.000 But I mean, this is, again, the danger of when Kevin McCarthy and this also relationship that we're talking about with Fox News, look at the situation that they're in now with Dominion.
00:24:47.000 But then this is the danger of.
00:24:50.000 not fairness, unfairness.
00:24:52.000 You should give it to every news organization at the same time so that they're able to, as you say, analyze it each in real time and not one, particularly, especially someone who is not considered to be a journalist, to be able to disseminate it and give his take on it.
00:25:06.000 Don Lemon.
00:25:09.000 That's Don Lemon complaining.
00:25:10.000 He complained about Tucker Carlson's journalistic standards.
00:25:13.000 Captain, Nikki Haley has passed her prime because she's 51 years old.
00:25:16.000 Don Lemon.
00:25:17.000 Don Lemon, I'm an objective journalist.
00:25:19.000 But also, Donald Trump is a racist.
00:25:20.000 A terrible, terrible racist.
00:25:21.000 I mean, again, the reason that it was revealed to Tucker Carlson, presumably, is because... Let's be real about this.
00:25:27.000 Kevin McCarthy and the rest of the House Republicans were quite afraid that the Democrats on CNN would presumably cover up the footage because Democrats in the actual House covered up the footage.
00:25:37.000 And the Democrats in the media work hand in glove.
00:25:40.000 I didn't see CNN clamoring for the full footage when Democrats were in charge of Congress.
00:25:44.000 I didn't see them.
00:25:45.000 Did I miss the part where CNN and MSNBC were going to the January 6th committee and saying, guys, we need to see the full footage.
00:25:51.000 We want to check your work.
00:25:52.000 Can you give us access to the full footage so that we can actually see what you are doing here?
00:25:57.000 What I recall is that anybody even asking for the full footage was treated as some sort of bizarre conspiracy theorist by the media.
00:26:05.000 How dare you ask for the full footage?
00:26:06.000 The full footage isn't going to show up.
00:26:07.000 We have to trust our elected leaders.
00:26:10.000 There is the best way to undermine trust in this country right now is to make outlandishly large claims and suggest that the evidence supports those claims.
00:26:18.000 And then it turns out that you've been hiding crap the whole time.
00:26:21.000 And it's again, it doesn't mean that January 6th was a wonderful bed of roses.
00:26:25.000 It doesn't mean that everybody who's currently in jail for January 6th deserves to be free.
00:26:29.000 It doesn't mean that Donald Trump was telling the truth between November 4th and January 6th because he wasn't.
00:26:34.000 It doesn't mean any of those things.
00:26:35.000 However, what it does mean is that when you draw a giant narrative that the country was on the verge of overthrow by QAnon shaman, who's being guided around the Capitol building by police officer.
00:26:46.000 And when you suggest that that an officer who became the face of the murderous rampage.
00:26:52.000 Because, of course, he was the only officer who could be, quote unquote, directly linked to the riot was killed.
00:26:59.000 When you say that and then you don't actually show the video evidence of him walking around looking pretty good, like right after.
00:27:05.000 Of course that undermines your case, and you knew that when you hit it.
00:27:09.000 Yes, it's a story.
00:27:10.000 Yes, it's a very, very big story because cover-ups are a big story even if the cover-up isn't of the entire event, even if it is just of how the public perceives the event and the images that you chose to make the forefront of the event in the first place.
00:27:22.000 Now, speaking of cover-ups, it is the continuing The continuing Democratic media complex attempt to cover up narratives that are unfriendly to left-wing ideas, it's astonishing.
00:27:35.000 Again, the same people, Don Lemon over at CNN.
00:27:38.000 Why did the House Republicans only give the footage to Tucker Carlson?
00:27:41.000 Maybe because you are as biased in your way as Fox News is in its way.
00:27:45.000 Tucker's pretty obvious about his biases.
00:27:46.000 Tucker doesn't pretend to be an objective journalist.
00:27:48.000 CNN does pretend to be objective journalists, but as it turns out, the objective journalismers over at CNN tried to quash any investigation into, for example, the COVID lab leak theory.
00:27:59.000 According to FoxNews.com, CNN has long referred to itself as the most trusted name in news and famously launched a fast-first campaign during the Trump era.
00:28:06.000 But like many other outlets, that sentiment fell by the wayside when it came to the COVID lab leak theory.
00:28:11.000 In the early months of the pandemic, then-CNN president Jeff Zucker would not allow his network to chase down the lab leak story because he believed it was a, quote, Trump talking point, according to a well-placed CNN insider.
00:28:23.000 People are slowly waking up from the fog, the insider told Fox News Digital.
00:28:25.000 It's kind of crazy we didn't chase it harder.
00:28:27.000 Throughout Tucker's tenure as CNN chief, he pulled what was once widely seen as a straight news organization into an anti-Trump operation.
00:28:34.000 Apparently, on March 28, 2020, CNN's Oliver Darcy published a story headline, Here's How to Debunk Coronavirus Information and Conspiracy Theories from Friends and Family.
00:28:43.000 And that article said, while the coronavirus pandemic has isolated friends and family out inside their homes, it has in many cases increased online or over the phone communication with loved ones.
00:28:51.000 But in some cases, relatives and friends share poor information.
00:28:54.000 Whether it is bad science related to how to prevent the virus, debunked rumors about cities being put on lockdown, or conspiracy theories about the origins of COVID-19.
00:29:03.000 Darcy's admonition came as CNN was one of the many mainstream outlets to declare the lab leak notion utterly preposterous.
00:29:10.000 CNN host Fareed Zakaria said that the far right has now found its own virus conspiracy theory while talking about the possibility of a lab leak.
00:29:18.000 On February 18th, 2020, CNN published a faxed first examination of claims made by Senator Tom Cotton, who was one of the big supporters early of the lab leak theory.
00:29:26.000 And CNN insisted it's possible but unlikely that the lab was connected to the start of the outbreak.
00:29:31.000 CNN anchor John Valls called Cotton's theory misinformation.
00:29:33.000 So if it's true that Jeff Zucker thought that this was a Trump narrative and so they never chased it down.
00:29:40.000 Well, that would answer a lot of questions about just what kind of place CNN is.
00:29:43.000 And again, meanwhile, the Democrat media complex is undefeated.
00:29:47.000 Or the Democrat deep state complex.
00:29:50.000 So the same exact people at CNN, same kinds of people at CNN who are shutting down investigation into the lab leak theory while informing you that they were being perfectly transparent of everything COVID related.
00:30:00.000 I'll tell you who else is not transparent.
00:30:02.000 Dr. Anthony Fauci.
00:30:03.000 The great and sainted Dr. Anthony Fauci.
00:30:06.000 He who must be tributed with votive candles.
00:30:09.000 According to Miranda Devine, reporting for the New York Post, new emails uncovered by House Republicans proving the COVID-19 pandemic reveal the deceptive nature of Dr. Anthony Fauci.
00:30:18.000 They show that he prompted or commissioned and had final approval on a scientific paper written specifically in February 2020 to disprove the theory that the virus leaked from a lab in Wuhan, China.
00:30:28.000 Eight weeks later, Fauci stood at a White House press conference alongside President Trump and cited that paper as evidence the lab leak theory was implausible, while pretending it had nothing to do with him and he didn't know the authors.
00:30:39.000 He said, April 17, 2020, there was a study recently where a group of highly qualified evolutionary virologists looked at the sequences in bats as they evolve and the mutations it took to get to a point where it is now totally consistent with the jump of species from an animal to a human.
00:30:51.000 So the paper will be available.
00:30:52.000 I don't have the authors right now, but we can make it available to you.
00:30:55.000 That paper, titled The Proximal Origin of SARS-CoV-2, was sent to Fauci for editing and draft form, and again for final approval before it was even published on February 17, 2020 in Nature Magazine.
00:31:05.000 It was written four days after Fauci and then-NIH boss Dr. Francis Collins held a call with the four authors to discuss reports that COVID-19 may have leaked from the Wuhan lab.
00:31:16.000 Apparently, the House Oversight Subcommittee published emails in which the paper's co-author, Dr. Christian Anderson, admits that Fauci prompted him to write the paper with the goal of disproving the lab leak theory.
00:31:25.000 I mean, that's an amazing thing.
00:31:28.000 So basically, Anthony Fauci, he prompted and oversaw a paper dismissing the lab leak theory and then went out and touted the paper without admitting that he prompted and oversaw the paper.
00:31:40.000 But these are the people we should trust.
00:31:42.000 You wonder why conspiracy theories are blooming?
00:31:44.000 Maybe it's because the conspiracies sometimes seem to be kind of true.
00:31:48.000 It sometimes seems to be that you guys are hiding things that our experts think that you are too stupid to be given the full information.
00:31:55.000 And so they just hide it from you.
00:31:57.000 You wonder why conspiracy theories seem to be blooming about everything?
00:32:00.000 Because there's this tendency towards secrecy because the American public can't be trusted with information.
00:32:04.000 Only the good people can be trusted with the information.
00:32:07.000 Only Dr. Anthony Fauci.
00:32:08.000 Only CNN.
00:32:09.000 Only the members of the January 6th Committee.
00:32:11.000 Only they can be trusted with the good information.
00:32:16.000 And by the way, if there is a story that cuts not in favor of the left, well then we just downplay it.
00:32:21.000 Or we don't cover it very much.
00:32:23.000 So, for example, I don't know how much you've seen about this amazing Act of terrorism over in Atlanta.
00:32:32.000 CNN is reporting on it, although they are not being particularly clear about where it came from.
00:32:37.000 Quote, police say at least 23 people will face domestic terrorism charges after they were arrested Sunday amid violent protests at the site of a planned law enforcement training facility in Atlanta, dubbed Cop City by opponents who claim it would propagate militarized policing and harm the environment.
00:32:50.000 Authorities said that violent agitators attacked police officers and construction equipment with Molotov cocktails, commercial grade fireworks, bricks and large rocks.
00:32:58.000 Footage from the area shows a construction tractor was set ablaze and smoke billowing into the air.
00:33:02.000 At least four other fires burned in and around the fence site as people dressed in black swarmed both sides of a police barricade before additional officers arrived.
00:33:08.000 Surveillance videos released by the Atlanta PD show.
00:33:11.000 Some 35 people were detained.
00:33:13.000 Only two of those arrested were from Georgia.
00:33:14.000 The rest hailed from places as far as Maine and Arizona.
00:33:18.000 This was obviously Antifa-associated.
00:33:22.000 Atlanta Police Chief Darren Shearbaum said, This is not a protest.
00:33:25.000 The charges that will be brought forth will show that.
00:33:25.000 This is criminal activity.
00:33:28.000 Police in a statement said officers exercised restraint and used non-lethal force to make the arrest.
00:33:34.000 Protesters will not be deterred, according to the leader.
00:33:38.000 This was all about, apparently, going after the cops for killing a 26-year-old protester named Manuel Esteban Pez Teran.
00:33:47.000 By protester, they mean, in the case of Teran, somebody who's threatening the cops.
00:33:52.000 According to CNN itself, back in January, officers spotted someone in a tent in the woods and gave verbal commands.
00:33:57.000 The person did not comply and shot a Georgia State Patrol trooper.
00:34:01.000 Officers returned fire, fatally wounded the person, who was identified as Tehran.
00:34:05.000 A handgun recovered from the individual's possession matched the projectile from the trooper's wound.
00:34:10.000 But this is apparently a protester, according to CNN.
00:34:12.000 So CNN reports that the guy tried to shoot a cop.
00:34:14.000 And then CNN also reported the person's a protester, like five minutes later, in order to presumably grant some sort of credibility to people who are attempting to destroy police assets and harm police officers.
00:34:27.000 One of the people, by the way, who was involved in the arrest, one of the people who was arrested, was a quote-unquote legal observer employed by the Southern Poverty Law Center.
00:34:36.000 Oh, so that means that the Southern Poverty Law Center, used as a resource by the left on a routine basis in order to malign people on the political right, people will be labeled hate speech proponents by the SPLC.
00:34:46.000 The SPLC is a radical left-wing propaganda group.
00:34:50.000 And the SPLC, turns out, one of their lawyers was literally arrested.
00:34:53.000 for apparently participating in an act of terrorism, which means that despite the media's attempts to paint the NRA as the font of terrorism in America, the font head of terrorism in America, well, the SPLC has now had more people arrested for actual terrorism than the NRA.
00:35:08.000 And again, the media downplay that sort of stuff because this is what they do.
00:35:12.000 We'll get to that in just one moment first.
00:35:14.000 Are you worried about the country?
00:35:15.000 I'm kind of worried about the country when you see this sort of stuff.
00:35:18.000 A lot of Americans have lost faith in the government, media, and schools.
00:35:20.000 The good news is there is, in fact, something you can do to help the country get back on track.

00:36:13.000 PragerU.com, make a tax-deductible donation today and that donation will be doubled.
00:36:17.000 Also, folks, did you know that back in 2021, during a five-hour hearing before Congress, Mark Zuckerberg admitted he didn't let his own kids use Facebook?
00:36:25.000 Which should be enough to make you think about letting your kids use social media.
00:36:27.000 My kids don't use social media.
00:36:28.000 They will not be using social media, not in my house, not on phones that I pay for.
00:36:32.000 That's especially true of TikTok.
00:36:34.000 Well, there's a new book out published by DW Books.
00:36:36.000 It's written by Bethany Mandel and Carol Markowitz.
00:36:38.000 It drives the point home.
00:36:39.000 It's called Stolen Youth, How Radicals Are Erasing Innocence and Indoctrinating a Generation.
00:36:43.000 When I read this particular passage, well, that just doubled me down on my commitment to throw all the phones away.
00:36:51.000 Quote, TikTok was the center of a 2021 Wall Street Journal investigation, which uncovered how the app targets users with content revolving around sex, drugs, eating disorders, and more, calling it an addiction machine.
00:37:00.000 Investigators created 31 accounts, registered young teens, turned them loose to, quote, browse TikTok's For You feed.
00:37:06.000 The highly personalized, never-ending feed curated by The Algorithm.
00:37:09.000 The article explained, quote, an analysis of the videos served to these accounts found that through its powerful algorithms, TikTok can quickly drive minors, among the biggest users of the app, into endless spools of content about sex and drugs.
00:37:20.000 TikTok served one account registered as a 13-year-old at least 569 videos about drug use, references to cocaine and meth, and promotional videos for online sales of drug products and paraphernalia.
00:37:29.000 Remember, this stuff is by design.
00:37:31.000 There are radicals who want your children screwed up and corrupted.
00:37:34.000 The good news is you can fight back if you know how.
00:37:36.000 Check out the book, Stolen Youth, How Radicals Are Erasing Innocence and Indoctrinating a Generation.
00:37:40.000 It comes out today.
00:37:41.000 Order your copy on Amazon or wherever you get books right now.
00:37:44.000 Now, again, when it comes to the media, the media, they look at a story like an SPLC staff attorney being arrested on domestic terrorism charges in Atlanta.
00:37:53.000 After, like, an actual act of criminal terrorism in Atlanta.
00:37:58.000 And many members of the media don't see anything political about that.
00:38:01.000 They don't see anything that really is worth the comment, per se, about the politics of the SPLC.
00:38:07.000 The FBI, by the way, has used the SPLC as an actual source for who should be considered domestic terrorism, terrorists before, which is kind of amazing stuff.
00:38:15.000 And then you have the media host people like The Atlantic's executive editor, Adrian LaFrant, who says, well, you know, we really don't have to worry about extremist left wing violence is on MSNBC, of course, because really what we have to worry about is extremist right wing violence.
00:38:25.000 How about this?
00:38:26.000 How about we worry about extremist violence of like all sorts?
00:38:29.000 But I noticed that The terrorist attacks in Portland, which they were.
00:38:33.000 It was like a months-long terror attack by Antifa on federal buildings.
00:38:39.000 When Donald Trump actually put federal forces there to defend the federal buildings, you guys screamed bloody murder.
00:38:47.000 When there were mass riots causing $2 billion in damage during the Black Lives Matter riot summer, I noticed that you guys had no objections whatsoever.
00:38:55.000 It's that disparate treatment that leads people to not trust you, folks.
00:38:58.000 Here is the Atlantic's executive editor suggesting that extremist right-wing violence is significantly more problematic than left-wing violence.
00:39:07.000 You also write about some of the violence we saw in places like Portland in the wake of the murder of George Floyd in Minneapolis.
00:39:14.000 That violence, whatever side you're on, has become, I don't want to say an acceptable outlet, but to some people, I guess, yes, it has been a way to express their anger with what's happening in the country.
00:39:27.000 Right.
00:39:28.000 And this is really disturbing sort of the normalization of violence.
00:39:31.000 And I think it's important.
00:39:32.000 I want to say that, you know, I wrote about violence erupting from the far right, from the far left.
00:39:37.000 But when you look at what's happening, it really is extremist right wing violence that scholars who look at this most closely are most worried about.
00:39:47.000 And so it's not sort of that it's equal on all sides.
00:39:53.000 Oh, it's not equal on all sides.
00:39:56.000 It's really extremist right-wing violence that we have to worry about.
00:39:58.000 The experts say so.
00:40:00.000 In fact, you know what we could do to cure extremist violence?
00:40:03.000 What we probably could do in order to cure extremist left-wing violence is we could be more fair and more just.
00:40:07.000 Because the left-wingers, they're right, according to the executive editor of The Atlantic, who blamed the wealth gap for left-wing violence.
00:40:15.000 In your article you talk about the years of lead in Italy and the violence in Italy in the 1980s, and you write that finally it ended, you know, it was fueled by a poor economy and then people got sick of it.
00:40:29.000 What do you foresee in America?
00:40:31.000 Do you think that economic inequality here is contributing to the political unrest?
00:40:37.000 Absolutely.
00:40:38.000 I think you see this again and again throughout history.
00:40:41.000 When economic conditions are poor, people often feel like they have no other option but to turn to violence or to an extreme.
00:40:49.000 And so certainly a stronger economy and a, you know, less highly visible wealth gap would be better for our country, just for people, you know.
00:40:58.000 This is the actual story, right?
00:41:02.000 The actual story here, and that's the important part about this particular nonsense, is that violence from the left is justified very often by people from the left because after all, their agenda is okay.
00:41:10.000 Their agenda is okay.
00:41:12.000 And what that means, that if the agenda of people who riot on January 6th is not okay, that means that we can exaggerate the stuff that happened on January 6th because after all, their agenda was not okay.
00:41:20.000 This is about the agenda, not the violence, according to the great arbiters of morality in our country right now.
00:41:26.000 Well, hilariously, what this is leading to is a sort of crack up inside the Democratic Party right now.
00:41:31.000 So there was a bill that came up in Washington, D.C.
00:41:34.000 that would have essentially pushed criminal justice reform, meaning it would have loosened all the restrictions on criminal activity in Washington, D.C.
00:41:43.000 There was a D.C.
00:41:45.000 local government criminal code, and it was going to loosen a lot of the restrictions on crime, including, for example, carjackings.
00:41:52.000 It was going to relax penalties for carjacking.
00:41:54.000 So their solution to everybody in D.C.
00:41:55.000 being carjacked lately is that they're going to make it so that carjacking just isn't a crime.
00:41:59.000 Boom!
00:41:59.000 No more carjacking, because it doesn't exist, because we don't call it carjacking anymore.
00:42:03.000 There was a D.C.
00:42:04.000 councilwoman defending the policy to basically decriminalize, in some ways, carjacking.
00:42:08.000 This is Janice Lewis George.
00:42:12.000 And this legislation would lessen the penalties for carjacking.
00:42:17.000 It wouldn't decriminalize it, but it would lessen the mandatory minimums.
00:42:19.000 That's right.
00:42:20.000 And this comes as crime is rising in D.C.
00:42:23.000 Don't the people of D.C.
00:42:24.000 need a council focused on protecting them and not making it easier for carjackers to get back on the street?
00:42:31.000 That is an inherently violent crime.
00:42:35.000 That's correct.
00:42:36.000 It's true, like cities across the country, we're experiencing a crime surge that needs to be urgently addressed.
00:42:41.000 But we have decades of data showing that long sentences do not deter crime.
00:42:47.000 What actually deters crime is the likelihood that someone will be caught and prosecuted, not the lengthy sentence.
00:42:54.000 D.C.
00:42:54.000 already has a higher incarceration rate than any state in America.
00:42:59.000 And so if long sentences prevented crime, we would already be the safest city in the nation.
00:43:07.000 Okay, so they're defending it, but Joe Biden didn't actually defend this policy because Joe Biden, at least he has his political life in his hands still.
00:43:16.000 And so, hilariously, Joe Biden could allow the criminal code to take effect by vetoing a measure running through Congress, but he's not going to veto it.
00:43:22.000 Instead, he's going to allow Congress, because Congress has plenary power over the District of Columbia, it's a federal district, Congress has said we are going to not allow this sort of criminal justice reform, quote unquote, in D.C.
00:43:32.000 And Joe Biden is going to go along with that because it turns out that reality actually sometimes sets in.
00:43:37.000 By the way, speaking of reality setting in, this is hysterical.
00:43:40.000 This is really, really funny.
00:43:41.000 So according to The New York Times, Joe Biden is now considering reinstating detention of migrant families.
00:43:49.000 Slow clap for Joe Biden gradually turning into Donald Trump.
00:43:53.000 Slow clap for all the media.
00:43:55.000 Where's AOC in her white outfit?
00:43:57.000 Weeping in front of an empty parking lot.
00:43:58.000 Where is she?
00:43:59.000 Where is she?
00:44:00.000 Gazing into the camera.
00:44:02.000 Giving the face.
00:44:03.000 Where is she?
00:44:04.000 No one knows.
00:44:05.000 I mean, obviously it was a human rights violation when Trump was doing it, according to the media on the left.
00:44:09.000 Now Biden's doing it, so apparently it's good now.
00:44:12.000 According to the New York Times, the Biden administration is considering reviving the practice of detaining migrant families who cross the border illegally.
00:44:18.000 The same policy the president shut down over the past two years because he wanted a more humane immigration system.
00:44:23.000 Officials familiar with the discussions said on Monday, although no final decision has been made, the move would be a stark reversal for President Biden, who came into office promising to adopt a more compassionate approach to the border.
00:44:32.000 Well, it turns out that your compassionate approach was garbage.
00:44:35.000 It was garbage.
00:44:36.000 And we ended up with an unprecedented wave of illegal immigrants crossing the border.
00:44:40.000 And so now you're happy.
00:44:43.000 Man, the great irony is when at the end of this Scooby-Doo episode, they remove the Biden mask and it's just Donald Trump underneath.
00:44:48.000 It's like, I would have gotten away with it if it weren't for those dumb kids.
00:44:52.000 It's gonna be amazing!
00:44:53.000 Like, basically, Joe Biden's having to come back around to all of- Joe Biden's coming back around to all of Donald Trump's border policies.
00:44:59.000 Like, all of them!
00:45:00.000 And the media are like, well, you know, he just had to do it.
00:45:03.000 Oh, you guys are so dishonest.
00:45:05.000 You were dishonest when Trump was president.
00:45:06.000 And now that Joe Biden is doing the same stuff.
00:45:08.000 The dishonesty runs very, very deep.
00:45:11.000 The Biden administration, according to the New York Times, has largely ended the practice of family detention, instead releasing families into the United States temporarily and using ankle bracelets, traceable cell phones or other methods to keep track of them.
00:45:22.000 They weren't keeping track of them.
00:45:23.000 The administration has turned to a more restrictive measure as it struggles to handle a rise in migrants, fleeing authoritarian governments and economic ruin in their countries.
00:45:30.000 Officials also fear a surge of the border after May 11th when Title 42 ends.
00:45:34.000 So apparently this is going to allow for the redetention of families.
00:45:41.000 The White House.
00:45:42.000 to comment, but administration officials reject any comparison to Mr. Trump and said Biden's policies are focused on finding ways to decrease the number of illegal crossings and expand migrants abilities to seek legal pathways.
00:45:42.000 Great, great job.
00:45:52.000 So it's not like Trump, except that it's exactly like Trump.
00:45:55.000 So yeah, great job, guys.
00:45:58.000 Great, great job.
00:45:59.000 OK, meanwhile, Joe Biden continues to do battle with the real world.
00:46:05.000 Staircases and teleprompters are his are his real problem.
00:46:08.000 So this brings us to our latest episode of Joe Biden versus the teleprompter.
00:46:12.000 Fight.
00:46:13.000 Shoot it and ask them to press you.
00:46:18.000 Yep.
00:46:19.000 So here we go.
00:46:20.000 Yesterday, he was talking about how one time he had brain surgery and things went wrong.
00:46:27.000 And I had these terrible headaches, was diagnosed with having a, anyway, They had to take the top of my head off a couple times, see if I had a brain.
00:46:40.000 The answer, unfortunately, the test came up negative.
00:46:43.000 There was no brain.
00:46:44.000 And just to prove that, he then got lost on stage, did Joe Biden.
00:46:47.000 So teleprompter KO, first round KO for the teleprompter.
00:46:52.000 Here is Joe Biden getting lost on stage in his usual arrangement.
00:46:57.000 I love when they bring up the Hail to the Chief music and then he's like... I'm just gonna jet on over here.
00:47:02.000 Watch out for the stairs, Joe!
00:47:03.000 Watch out for the stairs!
00:47:05.000 Every time that dude goes down a staircase, it's like watching the Wallendas cross a tightrope across a volcano.
00:47:10.000 Because...
00:47:11.000 He just keeps falling up the stairs.
00:47:13.000 He doesn't even fall downstairs anymore.
00:47:14.000 He's so bad at stairs that he falls up the stairs.
00:47:17.000 Remember that time when Donald Trump went down a ramp and they made fun of him for going down a ramp for like a month?
00:47:22.000 And that became like a staple gif on Twitter was him going down a ramp.
00:47:27.000 Joe Biden has fallen down on stairs, I believe, three times as president of the United States.
00:47:31.000 And everybody's like, well, you know, he does fall down stairs a lot.
00:47:34.000 He's probably fine.
00:47:35.000 He's probably good.
00:47:36.000 Joe Biden isn't the president at all.
00:47:37.000 Here's Joe Biden falling up the stairs again.
00:47:41.000 There he goes.
00:47:42.000 He's going up the stairs very slowly.
00:47:44.000 But the stairs up.
00:47:45.000 There you go.
00:47:46.000 He's stumbling on the stairs.
00:47:48.000 Oh, man.
00:47:48.000 You know what?
00:47:49.000 Bowed but unbroken, Joe Biden.
00:47:51.000 The stairs took a jab at him.
00:47:54.000 Kind of stumbled there, but didn't go down.
00:47:56.000 Didn't go down.
00:47:58.000 So he might have been knocked out by the teleprompter, but he was merely staggered by the stairs.
00:48:03.000 Well, the good news is backing up, Joe Biden.
00:48:06.000 is the greatest of all political candidates, Kamala Harris.
00:48:10.000 So, this brings us to our latest episode of Deep Thoughts with Kamala Harris.
00:48:16.000 And now, Deep Thoughts with Kamala Harris.
00:48:25.000 Can we have some thoughts from Kamala Harris about water policy, please?
00:48:28.000 Like, things she loves.
00:48:29.000 She loves Venn diagrams, electric buses.
00:48:33.000 Turns out there's another thing that Kamala Harris loves.
00:48:36.000 I don't know whether it's Doug Emhoff or not.
00:48:38.000 Whatever's going on between him and Jill, that's their business, they're adults.
00:48:40.000 They're grown-ass adults.
00:48:42.000 But here is Kamala Harris talking about her love for water policy, which I did not know that.
00:48:49.000 So think about what this means.
00:48:51.000 This infusion of such a substantial amount of resources, which also, by the way, will spur private investment, That will then incrementally and actually exponentially grow that number and what an impact we can have to really fast forward what is long overdue on a number of issues that is both about what we'll do around greenhouse gas emissions, what we will do around water policy.
00:49:21.000 I think we're going to talk about that.
00:49:23.000 I love water policy.
00:49:24.000 Let's talk about that a lot.
00:49:26.000 It can be dry but very important.
00:49:29.000 Exactly. And lady loves water policy.
00:49:37.000 Loves it!
00:49:38.000 Gray water.
00:49:40.000 Green water.
00:49:41.000 All water.
00:49:42.000 Loves the water policy.
00:49:44.000 Also, she, um, but that wasn't our only deep thought with Kamala Harris.
00:49:47.000 She also had thoughts about conservatives during this event in which she praised water policy for its, you know, phenomenal, phenomenal fascination.
00:49:55.000 Here was Kamala Harris talking about why she didn't become a conservative when she was young.
00:50:00.000 And also having whatever disorder afflicted Joaquin Phoenix in the last Joker movie.
00:50:06.000 In fact, I'm going to share with you a very simple story, which is that I went home one day and I said, well, what's why are conservatives bad, mommy?
00:50:14.000 Because I thought we were supposed to conserve.
00:50:20.000 I couldn't reconcile it.
00:50:21.000 Now I can.
00:50:29.000 Oh, oh, sorry.
00:50:32.000 Wow.
00:50:34.000 She is.
00:50:34.000 She is, man.
00:50:36.000 She's like Dave Chappelle out there.
00:50:36.000 She is a comedic.
00:50:39.000 She was like a child and she didn't understand that conservatives are bad because they want to conserve.
00:50:44.000 Oh, boy.
00:50:46.000 Yeah, no, they are going to keep Joe Biden's taxidermy bottle stapled body stapled to that gurney.
00:50:50.000 They're just going to keep they're going to wheel that sucker around.
00:50:53.000 His face ain't gonna move.
00:50:55.000 They're gonna check inside his head.
00:50:56.000 Ain't gonna be a brain there.
00:50:57.000 He's gonna be stumbling upstairs and they're gonna be like, I don't care what we have to do.
00:51:00.000 This dead corpse is going to remain president of the United States because they cannot have Kamala Harris as president of the United States.
00:51:08.000 Alrighty, time for some things I like and then some things that I hate.
00:51:10.000 So things I like today, I do love when the mask comes off for the left and you just see the insane hypocrisy of the left.
00:51:17.000 So let us take an example today.
00:51:19.000 That example is the contrast between Ron DeSantis in Florida and Gavin Newsom in California.
00:51:25.000 So, Ron DeSantis in Florida, according to NBC News' presidential historian, Michael Beschloss, who, by the way, writes speeches for Joe Biden.
00:51:33.000 Beschloss apparently bonds with Joe Biden.
00:51:34.000 There's an article about this.
00:51:35.000 He bonds with Joe Biden over how much they love Joe Biden.
00:51:37.000 There was an actual article that talked about how the real bonding experience was talking about how awesome Joe Biden is.
00:51:37.000 I'm not kidding.
00:51:42.000 That is Joe Biden's favorite topic.
00:51:44.000 Well, Beschloss still appears as some sort of insightful commentator on MSNBC on a regular basis, though he is a historian and not a propagandist.
00:51:53.000 But he says that Ron DeSantis is like Mussolini.
00:51:57.000 I live in Florida.
00:51:58.000 Ron DeSantis is not like Mussolini, man.
00:52:00.000 I mean, like, how is he a historian?
00:52:03.000 Read another book.
00:52:05.000 All they can come up with whenever they don't like somebody, it's like, they're Hitler or they're Mussolini.
00:52:05.000 I mean, it's amazing.
00:52:10.000 Hitler was the worst fascist because of Holocaust, and Mussolini was the second worst fascist because he's the fascist without the Holocaust.
00:52:16.000 And so those are the only two comparisons.
00:52:17.000 When there is a right-winger they don't like, he is Hitler or he is Mussolini.
00:52:20.000 There is no third place.
00:52:21.000 Stalin and Mao don't exist in their lexicon because Stalin and Mao were left-wingers, and they don't really want to talk about that.
00:52:25.000 That's real awkward because Stalin and Mao were really, really, really evil.
00:52:29.000 But instead, they go directly to Mussolini.
00:52:32.000 What exactly makes Ron DeSantis the governor of a state that he just won by 20 points and who has ensured that his citizens do not have to mask and do not have to vax and who has maintained law and order in the state while allowing for civil liberties to continue and who has made sure that your kids aren't indoctrinated in school and in fact is attempting to grant school vouchers to all parents How is that like Mussolini?
00:52:56.000 He hasn't explained, but that is the new narrative because the media are terrified of DeSantis.
00:53:01.000 Let's be real about this.
00:53:02.000 The media are begging for Trump.
00:53:03.000 They think it's better ratings and because they think that Trump is more beatable than DeSantis.
00:53:06.000 So they are trotting out all the narratives early.
00:53:08.000 I told you this.
00:53:09.000 As soon as Trump became not president, literally that moment, the next Republican that they saw looming on the horizon was going to become worse than Trump.
00:53:17.000 Trademark sign.
00:53:18.000 Worse than Trump.
00:53:19.000 So here we go.
00:53:21.000 But the even more dangerous thing, Stacey and Michael, is that, you know, people who try to get a nomination in parties, you know, do it by trying to appeal to what they think will work.
00:53:32.000 Well, look what Rick DeSantis has done in Florida.
00:53:36.000 He was known as sort of a nondescript political leader, member of Congress.
00:53:41.000 Suddenly he really has tried to turn himself into sort of a local Mussolini in Florida with the book banding and the brutal tactics and even this week this suggestion that bloggers have to register with the state for the honor of writing about the governor and other political leaders.
00:53:59.000 We have to call this what this is.
00:54:01.000 This is fascism and authoritarianism.
00:54:04.000 Fascism and authoritarianism.
00:54:06.000 What a historian.
00:54:07.000 What an amazing historian is Michael Beschloss.
00:54:08.000 That dude should not be on TV.
00:54:10.000 He is garbage at his job.
00:54:11.000 Okay, let me just name the things that are wrong with the things that he said right there.
00:54:15.000 How long was that clip?
00:54:15.000 Just in one clip.
00:54:16.000 That clip is like, I'm just going to look up the length of that clip of moron Michael Beschloss.
00:54:20.000 That clip is 45 seconds.
00:54:22.000 In 45 seconds, he, number one, labeled Ron DeSantis, Rick DeSantis.
00:54:27.000 So he starts off, Captain History over here, with Rick DeSantis.
00:54:31.000 Then he says that he is like a local Mussolini.
00:54:35.000 Uh-huh.
00:54:36.000 Because that's what Mussolini was famous for.
00:54:38.000 He was famous for winning elections by 20 points and then expanding the freedom of the people who lived in his state.
00:54:42.000 Totally famous for that.
00:54:44.000 Then, he suggests that he wants to ban books.
00:54:46.000 Bulls**t!
00:54:47.000 Not true!
00:54:48.000 Ron DeSantis has never attempted to ban books in the state of Florida.
00:54:51.000 You can get any book you want in the state.
00:54:53.000 I know, because I can buy any book I want in the state of Florida.
00:54:56.000 True!
00:54:57.000 There's no cop at my door who's looking at my Amazon packages.
00:54:57.000 I can order anything off.
00:55:00.000 I can order whatever book I want in the state of Florida.
00:55:03.000 What he says is that third graders should not be treated to genderqueer in which they are watching two dudes engage in anal sex in their school library book.
00:55:12.000 Like that's that's what Ron DeSantis has said.
00:55:14.000 And you are like, oh, well, you know, he is banning books.
00:55:16.000 OK, so Rick DeSantis, Mussolini, banning books.
00:55:20.000 And then he says that Ron DeSantis wants to have all bloggers in the state of Florida Register with the government if they cover him.
00:55:26.000 False!
00:55:27.000 There's one Florida state senator who has proposed that bill.
00:55:29.000 There's not one iota of evidence that Ron DeSantis supports that bill.
00:55:33.000 Or even that any other state senator in the state of Florida supports that bill.
00:55:36.000 In fact, most Republicans in the state have called for that bill to be withdrawn because it's stupid.
00:55:40.000 That is four lies in 45 seconds from the great presidential historian, Michael Beschloss, who writes speeches for the current president of the United States.
00:55:47.000 I love when the mask comes off.
00:55:48.000 I love it when the mask comes off.
00:55:48.000 I do.
00:55:49.000 Because they're so full of it.
00:55:51.000 They're so unbelievably full of it.
00:55:53.000 And my favorite thing, you know how full of it they are?
00:55:55.000 So, what they say is that Ron DeSantis is super bad.
00:55:57.000 Ron DeSantis is super bad because, for example, he went after Disney.
00:56:00.000 And he went after Disney because Disney decided to inject itself directly into the politics of the state, despite the fact that they are just a corporation who is there to protect children's innocence.
00:56:09.000 And they decided instead to inject themselves in the Parental Rights and Education Act.
00:56:14.000 And so, Ron DeSantis is apparently super duper duper terrible.
00:56:19.000 In fact, Ron DeSantis is so terrible, Because he is calling on corporations not to get political, and he's injecting himself into corporate decision-making, that the entire left is now injecting itself into corporate decision-making.
00:56:30.000 So, Gavin Newsom over in California, remember that time that Ron DeSantis said that Disney wouldn't get special tax breaks?
00:56:36.000 He wasn't, like, banning them from the state.
00:56:37.000 He wasn't saying they can't say what they want to say.
00:56:39.000 He was just saying, you guys get no special tax breaks.
00:56:41.000 Your special tax district goes away because if you want special treatment, well, then you have to be apolitical.
00:56:46.000 If you want to be political, then you don't get special treatment.
00:56:48.000 Well now, over in California, Gavin Newsom is targeting Walgreens.
00:56:53.000 Gavin Newsom has now said that the state of California will not do any business with Walgreens.
00:56:57.000 Why?
00:56:58.000 Why will the state of California not do any business with Walgreens?
00:57:00.000 Because Walgreens said it's not going to distribute abortion medication in 20 states.
00:57:05.000 That does not include California, by the way.
00:57:07.000 They'll still distribute mifepristone, an abortion drug, in 20 states, apparently including California.
00:57:16.000 And he's like, we still won't do business with them in California.
00:57:18.000 But he's a hero.
00:57:19.000 He's a hero of the republic, is Gavin Newsom.
00:57:21.000 Not only that, people in the media are calling on MLB.
00:57:25.000 They didn't get enough of MLB getting its butt kicked around the block over the Georgia voting nonsense.
00:57:32.000 Remember that MLB withdrew the all-star game from Georgia, from Atlanta, Georgia, because of the lie that Joe Biden, the over-absolute lie Joe Biden was telling about how Jim Crow 2.0 was on the verge of happening in Georgia.
00:57:43.000 And then the election happened, and you literally could not find a black voter in the state of Georgia who did not have the ability to vote.
00:57:47.000 Did not exist.
00:57:48.000 It was just nonsense.
00:57:50.000 Remember that MLB completely be-clowned itself on that one.
00:57:53.000 Well now, Kevin Blackistone, who is a clown, writing for the Washington Post says baseball can no longer ignore Ron DeSantis' culture wars.
00:58:01.000 So he says that it's time for baseball and its 15 franchises that started spring training last month in Florida to consider making the annual exercise an all-Cactus League affair as long as DeSantis commands an attack on diversity.
00:58:15.000 So what that means is, presumably, that everybody should move over to Arizona.
00:58:19.000 They should just move to Arizona because they don't like Rhonda Santos.
00:58:21.000 Yeah, let's see if that works out well for you.
00:58:23.000 Seriously.
00:58:25.000 Let's do it.
00:58:26.000 F around and find out.
00:58:28.000 Let's find out how well that works for you.
00:58:28.000 Do it.
00:58:31.000 Let's see if MLB decides to decamp from Florida and Georgia.
00:58:35.000 Good luck with that.
00:58:37.000 That's Kevin Blackistone's shtick.
00:58:39.000 That's Kevin Blackistone's shtick.
00:58:40.000 It's a again corporate involvement from the left. Totally, totally fine. Corporate involvement from the right just saying don't get political. Not saying get political. The opposite saying don't get political. That's really, really bad. Well, that would be the reason why Ron DeSantis was over in California mocking Gavin Newsom the other day as well he should. I know you guys got a lot of problems out here, but your governor's very concerned about what we're doing in Florida, so I figured I had to come by. Okay, that that is that is correct. He is.
00:59:10.000 Gavin Newsom, it is amusing that Gavin Newsom continues to run for president just assuming that Joe Biden is dead.
00:59:17.000 That continues to amuse.
00:59:17.000 Okay, time for a couple of quick things that I hate.
00:59:25.000 Okay, goodie goodie gumdrops, we have more heroic parenting.
00:59:27.000 So much heroic parenting.
00:59:29.000 Heroic parenting whereby parents deem themselves heroes by completely screwing up their kids for life.
00:59:34.000 It's really exciting stuff.
00:59:35.000 According to US Magazine, Us Magazine, proud mom, Heather Zubrow announced her 12-year-old child has come out as transgender.
00:59:43.000 12.
00:59:43.000 12.
00:59:44.000 You're a terrible parent.
00:59:48.000 Sorry, you are.
00:59:49.000 Number one, nothing your 12-year-old child does should be public.
00:59:52.000 Ever.
00:59:53.000 Under any circumstances.
00:59:55.000 As a rather public figure, there are zero pictures of my kids online.
00:59:58.000 There's a reason for that.
00:59:59.000 My kids are kids.
01:00:00.000 They deserve their privacy.
01:00:01.000 Them being in the public eye is wrong.
01:00:04.000 No matter what they do, good, bad, indifferent, doesn't matter.
01:00:07.000 Shouldn't be in the public eye.
01:00:08.000 Certainly, your gender confusion should not be in the public eye.
01:00:12.000 Also, it turns out that when you indulge your child in the bizarre fantasy that they can be a member of the opposite sex and start pretending that 12-year-olds are capable of making that decision to transition themselves into boys, for example, constructing, presumably, you go all the way through the process, a false penis from arm flesh that will never work properly, you will never be a man, it's never going to happen, that you are somehow a better parent for this.
01:00:39.000 You pat yourself on the back as you screw your kid beyond all recognition for life.
01:00:44.000 So Heather Dubrow writes, quote, It's International Son's Day.
01:00:46.000 We love you, our youngest son, Ace.
01:00:48.000 Our job as parents is to give our kids a safe and supportive environment so they can grow up as healthy, happy, confident, independent humans.
01:00:53.000 That is not your job as parents.
01:00:55.000 I am sorry.
01:00:55.000 It is not your job as parents to give your kid a, quote, safe and supportive environment so that they can grow up in a screwed up way.
01:01:02.000 It is your job to provide rules and rules and actual guidance.
01:01:06.000 That is your job as a parent.
01:01:08.000 Safe environment would be from outside influences that, for example, teach them lies like you can be a member of the opposite sex.
01:01:14.000 And you do not have a duty to support delusion.
01:01:16.000 In fact, you have a duty to fight delusion in your children.
01:01:20.000 I'm sorry, this is textbook crap parenting.
01:01:23.000 Since Ace is a 12 year old child with a long life ahead of him, we will let him tell his own story someday if he chooses to do so.
01:01:29.000 So I have a question.
01:01:30.000 Why are you telling a story?
01:01:32.000 I noticed that this is I noticed that you posted this online.
01:01:37.000 I noticed.
01:01:40.000 She captioned a photo of the name Ace written in sand on the beach.
01:01:45.000 All we can say is Ace, we love you so much.
01:01:47.000 We are proud to be your parents.
01:01:48.000 Your brother and sisters love and support you too.
01:01:50.000 Ace is the youngest of Terry and Heather's four children, the couple who married in 1999.
01:01:55.000 Also share twins at Nick and Max and daughter Kat, 16.
01:01:59.000 And this prompted support from many Real Housewives alums.
01:02:03.000 So, we love you guys in age, said Gretchen Rossi.
01:02:05.000 Alex Bellino, who also has a trans son added, we love you, Ace.
01:02:08.000 Why, it's almost as though, why, it's shocking.
01:02:12.000 By the way.
01:02:13.000 Why, it's almost as though this is a s**t show provided by zero guidance from your parents.
01:02:18.000 The New York native has supported all of their kids as they've explored their gender and sexuality.
01:02:21.000 It's weird how we're getting all these weird genetic bottlenecks, guys.
01:02:23.000 I gotta say, the genetic situation here, the notion this is all biologically driven and non-environmental at all, I don't think that's true.
01:02:31.000 I think that is a giant-ass lie.
01:02:33.000 In June 2020, Max Who is one of the 19-year-old twins.
01:02:38.000 Max came out as bisexual.
01:02:40.000 Quote, I love you, my beautiful, hilarious, amazing child.
01:02:42.000 She said, I'm so proud to be your mother.
01:02:44.000 Heather captioned a post of the teen wrapped in a gay pride flag at the time.
01:02:47.000 Kat, meanwhile, came out as a lesbian in February 2022.
01:02:50.000 Kat's out of the bag, she wrote via Instagram.
01:02:54.000 Her mother reposted the image, adding, I'm so proud of you, Kat.
01:02:56.000 I love you so much.
01:02:58.000 So this is a weird genetic bottleneck in this family.
01:03:01.000 So you're telling me that this family Has four kids, and the only one of the kids who is presumably a straight cisgender person is Nick.
01:03:13.000 And that's just because we don't know Nick.
01:03:14.000 Max is gay, Kat's a lesbian, and Ace, we don't know the fourth kid's name, Ace is a transgender boy, is what you're telling me.
01:03:22.000 So, hmm, question.
01:03:26.000 Question.
01:03:27.000 Like, um, Darwin, do you think that this is like, Basic evolution.
01:03:34.000 Are we watching here like the evolution in real time of humanity as we enter a new phase of sexual orientation and sexual identity?
01:03:40.000 Or perhaps, are we engaged in a mass sh** where my parents wreck their lives?
01:03:45.000 Because I'm finding that this is, I'm finding it weird to think that genetically speaking, you have four kids and three of them end up as LGBTQ.
01:03:55.000 Just by the percentages, I don't see how that works.
01:03:59.000 Is it just you and your husband?
01:04:01.000 Is that genetic parenting?
01:04:03.000 Or is it maybe that when you decide that the height of parenting is you being a good mom, you being a good mom, is to essentially mainline your kids into radical gender ideology and sexual orientation culture, that they enter into that culture.
01:04:20.000 Maybe that's what's going on.
01:04:21.000 And guess what?
01:04:22.000 You think these kids are all going to be happier?
01:04:23.000 Are they all going to be happier?
01:04:24.000 This is all genetic, guys.
01:04:25.000 It's all genetic.
01:04:27.000 I have serious, serious doubts.
01:04:29.000 Serious doubts.
01:04:30.000 All right, guys, the rest of the show is continuing right now.
01:04:31.000 You're not going to want to miss it.
01:04:32.000 We'll be getting into the mailbag.
01:04:33.000 If you're not a member, become a member.
01:04:34.000 Use code Shapiro.
01:04:35.000 Check out for two months free on all annual plans.
