Summary

Summaries generated with gmurro/bart-large-finetuned-filtered-spotify-podcast-summ .

Biden and his top staffers continue to lie about endemic American racism. Meanwhile, the Biden administration trotts out people like Nikki Haley and Linda Thomas Greenfield to the world stage to say that America is a racist place, with founding principles "shot through with racism." This is exactly the opposite of what Frederick Douglass suggested in the lead up to the Civil War: that the founding principles of the U.S. were based on the principles of universal universalism, and that the Constitution was written by a man who was a slave to white supremacy. And yet this is exactly what we have been getting from the Joe Biden administration: a bunch of people who have been echoing the racist nonsense of Nicole Hannah-Jones, Ta-Nehisi Coates, and others, about how America is rooted in racism and that it s the job of the Biden Administration to completely remake all of America s institutions in a mold of equity. And this is the critical racial theory nonsense: the idea that all of the institutions of America are shot through with racist ideology and tearing them out at the root and replacing them with something more equitable, namely top-down government control, seeking equality of outcome rather than equality of enforcement of rights. And you really ought to give us a listen to the latest example of this. The Ben Shapiro Show is sponsored by Express VPN. Protect your online privacy today at ExpressVPN. 00:00:00.000 President Biden and his top staffers continue to lie about endemic American racism.
00:00:04.000 Prosecutors declined to charge a cop in the death of Ashley Babbitt while moving forward with charges against a cop in the death of Daunte Wright.
00:00:10.000 And the activist media moved to pressure corporations to echo the racial resentment politics of the Democratic Party.
00:00:15.000 I'm Ben Shapiro.
00:00:15.000 This is the Ben Shapiro show.
00:00:17.000 The Ben Shapiro show is sponsored by ExpressVPN.

00:00:29.000 Well, Joe Biden was elected to be not Donald Trump.
00:00:31.000 That was the main mandate for Joe Biden.
00:00:33.000 His mandate was not to completely remould America.
00:00:36.000 His mandate was not to act like Bernie Sanders on economics or to act like Louis Farrakhan on race.
00:00:41.000 And yet this is exactly what we have been getting from the Biden administration.
00:00:44.000 His top appointees have all been echoing the Nicole Hannah-Jones, Ta-Nehisi Coates nonsense about how America is rooted in endemic racism and that it is the job of the Biden administration to completely remake all of America's institutions in a mold of equity.
00:00:58.000 And this is the critical racial theory nonsense.
00:01:01.000 This is the idea that all of the institutions of America are shot through with racism and tearing them out at the root and replacing them with something more equitable, namely top-down government control seeking equality of outcome rather than equality of enforcement of rights.
00:01:14.000 That should be the goal.
00:01:15.000 And every day, it becomes clear that this is what Biden is up to, which is an incredible thing, because again, this guy is a lifelong, semi-corrupt politician whose entire career has basically been putting his finger in the wind on a variety of issues, ranging from abortion to criminal justice reform.
00:01:33.000 And this is a guy who was in favor of locking up criminals until he was very much against locking up criminals.
00:01:38.000 This is a person who was against busing until he was quasi in favor of busing.
00:01:41.000 This is a person who used to be kind of anti-abortion until he was super pro-abortion.
00:01:45.000 Joe Biden is not the person you would go to for a principled stand, and yet here he is, staffing up his administration with a bunch of radicals who have extremely principled stands.
00:01:54.000 All of their principles are wrong, but their stands are extremely principled and not at all or in any way moderate.
00:02:02.000 The latest example of this is U.N.
00:02:03.000 Ambassador Linda Thomas-Greenfield.
00:02:05.000 So she is a Biden appointee.
00:02:07.000 And remember, this is the U.N.
00:02:08.000 Ambassador.
00:02:09.000 This is the person who speaks for the United States on the world stage.
00:02:11.000 So under Donald Trump, this is people like Nikki Haley.
00:02:13.000 These are people who went to the U.N.
00:02:15.000 and basically told all the other countries on Earth, we're the United States, our value system is indeed superior, and you really ought to give us a listen.
00:02:22.000 Meanwhile, you have the Biden administration trotting out to the U.N., a person who says that America is steeped in bigotry and racism, that America is a terrible place.
00:02:30.000 Here is Linda Thomas-Greenfield, the U.N.
00:02:33.000 ambassador, speaking to the National Action Network, which of course is Al Sharpton's group.
00:02:37.000 By the way, it remains a source of astonishment to me that Al Sharpton is well accepted in the halls of democratic power.
00:02:43.000 For a bunch of folks who say they really don't like race riots, They seem to be kind of okay with it when it's Al Sharpton promoting it.
00:02:50.000 In any case, here was Linda Thomas-Greenfield speaking to the National Action Network and explaining that the United States is a deeply racist place founded in racism with founding principles shot through with racism.
00:03:02.000 I grew up in the segregated South.
00:03:04.000 I was bused to a segregated school.
00:03:07.000 On weekends, the Klan burned crosses on lawns in our neighborhood.
00:03:11.000 I shared these stories and others to acknowledge, on the international stage, that I have personally experienced one of America's greatest imperfections.
00:03:22.000 I've seen for myself how the original sin of slavery weaved white supremacy into our founding documents and principles.
00:03:30.000 We wove white supremacy into our founding documents and principles.
00:03:33.000 This is precisely the opposite, the opposite of what Frederick Douglass, an actual former slave, suggested in the lead up to the Civil War when he said that the Constitution of the United States is a liberty document.
00:03:43.000 And the problem was that the promissory note of the Declaration of Independence had not been fulfilled for black Americans, but the foundational principles of the United States were indeed universal.
00:03:51.000 It's precisely the opposite of this that is being promoted now by the Biden administration.
00:03:54.000 What she is saying there is so despicable.
00:03:56.000 To say that on the world stage is so despicable.
00:03:58.000 I mean, that's what she's saying.
00:03:59.000 She said, on the international stage, I go around to countries like China, which is an extraordinary human rights oppressor, or Iran, and I tell them that I've experienced oppression in the United States on the basis of race, not because there are evil people who misinterpret America's founding documents, not because America has a fraught history with race that is filled with darkness and that we have overcome gradually and with tremendous success, statistically speaking.
00:04:21.000 No.
00:04:22.000 What I say is that America's founding principles, the principles we still stand upon, are shot through with white supremacy.
00:04:27.000 She also added, quote, racism is the problem of the racist and it is the problem of the society that produces the racist. And in today's world, that's every society, right? So if there is a racist in the United States, that's because of society producing that racist.
00:04:41.000 The society itself is evil and cruel. 0.92
00:04:43.000 She also said that she believes white supremacy was the key factor that led police to kill both George Floyd and Breonna Taylor last year. 0.87
00:04:49.000 Again, there is zero evidence, I mean ZERO evidence, that George Floyd was killed because of his race.
00:04:53.000 Not one person has brought a single shred of evidence to suggest that he was killed because of his race.
00:04:59.000 It's simply a conjectural point brought out by people on the left who want to back a narrative that every time a black person dies at the hands of a white cop, or is involved with a white cop because we don't even know at this point, given the medical evidence, whether George Floyd died because of Derek Chauvin at all, anytime there's a situation involving a white cop and a black person who dies in custody, it must be because of endemic American racism.
00:05:19.000 Same thing with Breonna Taylor. 1.00
00:05:20.000 Is there evidence that if Breonna Taylor had been white, she would still be alive? 0.91
00:05:24.000 Where is the evidence on that?
00:05:25.000 Considering they fired blindly through the door.
00:05:28.000 They shot her by accident. 0.86
00:05:30.000 This whole motion being promoted by the Biden administration, it is a lie that America is endemically racist.
00:05:37.000 It is a lie that America's founding principles are shot through with racism.
00:05:40.000 They're explicitly couched in universal human terms.
00:05:44.000 That is why the United States has been able to adapt to a more diverse population.
00:05:48.000 It's why the United States has become one of the most racially tolerant places on planet Earth.
00:05:53.000 On planet Earth, do you know where black people on planet Earth have the highest household income?
00:05:59.000 Wait for it, the United States.
00:06:01.000 It is not close.
00:06:02.000 But the idea is that the United States, every part of the United States is shot through with racism.
00:06:06.000 Because the bigger you can make the crisis, the more deep you can make the crisis in America's soul, the more you need the heavy hand of government to cure it.
00:06:13.000 This is the real pitch that Biden is making.
00:06:14.000 See, if there's one thing that unites Biden's agenda throughout his career, it's that government can solve the problem.
00:06:20.000 And if you want bigger government, which is what Joe Biden wants, he wants more control.
00:06:23.000 He wants more control over your life.
00:06:24.000 He wants his administration to have more control over the things you do every day, over the systems under which you live.
00:06:29.000 But in order to justify that, you better have some sort of crisis that you can cite.
00:06:33.000 So there are many types of crisis that Joe Biden has attempted to cite in just his first few months in office.
00:06:37.000 He's attempted to use COVID as a crisis, even though it's on the wane.
00:06:41.000 Which is why you've seen his entire scientific establishment embracing false nonsense about how the vaccines are not all that effective and after you have them, you can't go to a restaurant and all this.
00:06:49.000 He's attempted to play up the COVID crisis in its waning days so that he can ram through $4 trillion in spending and then call it infrastructure.
00:06:57.000 You've seen him play up the crisis of climate change.
00:07:00.000 Now it's a climate emergency.
00:07:02.000 We have to do something.
00:07:02.000 If we don't do something, then it's going to be the day after tomorrow.
00:07:04.000 Dennis Quaid is going to be wandering through the streets of Brooklyn, trailed by a tsunami of ice.
00:07:10.000 This kind of crisis nonsense.
00:07:12.000 And now you're getting the crisis at the heart of America's soul.
00:07:15.000 Okay, here's the thing. 0.62
00:07:17.000 The United States elected a black president twice.
00:07:19.000 That does say something about the United States. 0.97
00:07:21.000 The current vice president of the United States is a black woman.
00:07:25.000 The United States, again, has the highest household income for black people of any country on planet Earth. 0.95
00:07:31.000 And the notion that the United States is deeply shot through with racism, it is a lie.
00:07:36.000 It is a lie that is specifically designed in order to promote the ability of people like Joe Biden to control all the aspects of your life.
00:07:42.000 And it's being promoted day in and day out by this administration.
00:07:46.000 It's why you have Joe Biden himself, Captain Moderate, out there saying things like, parts of our country are backsliding into Jim Crow.
00:07:52.000 Name the part of the country and how anything they are doing right now looks like Jim Crow.
00:07:55.000 You can't, because it's an abject lie. 0.99
00:07:57.000 It is disgusting.
00:07:58.000 I'm sorry, it is a moral outrage that Joe Biden is suggesting that Georgia is sliding back into Jim Crow. 0.94
00:08:03.000 Georgia currently has a black senator.
00:08:05.000 Stacey Abrams is maybe the most powerful political figure in Georgia right now. 1.00
00:08:08.000 Black Americans have been outvoting their share of the population in Georgia in the last couple of elections. 0.94
00:08:12.000 What in the hell is he talking about? 0.97
00:08:14.000 Sliding back into, like, is he? 0.93
00:08:16.000 He should know what Jim Crow is. 0.88
00:08:17.000 He's old enough to remember it.
00:08:18.000 He's old enough to have negotiated and been friends with people who are in favor of Jim Crow, was Joe Biden.
00:08:24.000 How dare he suggest that 43 states across America attempting to Attempting to verify electoral information amounts to a new form of Jim Crow.
00:08:35.000 It is a lie, but again, the lie is designed for a purpose, and the purpose is top-down control. 0.99
00:08:40.000 The larger you can make people think the crisis is, the more they're willing to hand this doddering old moron control of their lives. 1.00
00:08:45.000 Here is Joe Biden being a doddering old moron, and a morally abysmal one at that. 1.00
00:08:51.000 Parts of our country are backsliding to the days of Jim Crow, passing laws that harken back to the era of poll taxes, when black people were made to guess how many beans, how many jelly beans in a jar. 0.99
00:09:05.000 Again, he says this to Al Sharpton's group.
00:09:11.000 Again, Al Sharpton, one of the great race baiters in American history. 1.00
00:09:13.000 What the actual F is he talking about?
00:09:15.000 Can he name a law that looks like anyone in America being forced to guess the number of jelly beans in a jar to vote?
00:09:22.000 Can he name anything remotely like that?
00:09:25.000 Of course he cannot, because it's a lie.
00:09:26.000 It is not true.
00:09:28.000 Where's the fact check on this?
00:09:29.000 Where's PolitiFact on this?
00:09:31.000 I know PolitiFact will fact check Tim Kennedy for the great sin of suggesting that totalitarian regimes seek gun control, which happens to be true, but they're not going to fact check Joe Biden for saying for months that Jim Crow is happening, that America is racist from its inception, that America's DNA is rooted in this stuff, and that right now in America, there are people who want black people to have to guess the number of bubbles in a jar in order to vote.
00:09:54.000 It's just a lie.
00:09:55.000 It's just a lie.
00:09:55.000 And your media, who are gaslighting the living hell out of you, they're telling you that they are the fact-checkers, they are the people you should trust.
00:10:01.000 No wonder no one trusts the media, because they are just the PR wing of this garbage administration. 0.99
00:10:06.000 It's so vile. 1.00
00:10:06.000 Okay, what he's doing is immoral. 1.00
00:10:08.000 It is immoral to suggest that your fellow Americans are in favor of Jim Crow because they disagree with you about voter ID.
00:10:14.000 And it's even more immoral to use those lies as the predicate for an assault on individual rights and free market economics, which is exactly what Joe Biden is doing.
00:10:23.000 And it's throughout his administration.
00:10:24.000 We'll get to more of this in just one second.
00:10:27.000 First, Let's talk about the fact that my kids have been keeping me up all hours of the night.
00:10:32.000 That means I need my coffee.
00:10:34.000 Need it.
00:10:35.000 Right now.
00:10:36.000 And that is why I love Black Rifle Coffee.

00:10:51.000 Special Forces And as a CIA contractor, I haven't even modified his gun trucks during the invasion of Iraq to grind coffee anywhere.
00:10:56.000 When the companies buy a bag, give a bag campaign, they make sure to give the gift of America's coffee to those that serve around the globe.
00:11:01.000 In 2020, they donated over 6 million cups of coffee.

00:11:19.000 I know the guys who run Black Rifle Coffee.
00:11:20.000 They are awesome dudes.
00:11:21.000 I've hung out with them.
00:11:22.000 True patriots, awesome people.
00:11:24.000 Go to blackriflecoffee.com slash Shapiro.
00:11:26.000 Stop giving your money, by the way, to a bunch of coffee companies who hate your guts.
00:11:28.000 Instead, give it to blackriflecoffee.com slash Shapiro.
00:11:31.000 Get 20% off your purchase.
00:11:32.000 That is blackriflecoffee.com slash Shapiro.
00:11:35.000 Go check them out.
00:11:36.000 Right now.
00:11:37.000 Okay, so it is not just Joe Biden himself or his UN ambassador who promote this bizarre notion that America is racist in all of its institutions.
00:11:47.000 It's also people he's attempting to put in positions of power with regard to the legal structure of the American government.
00:11:54.000 So Kristen Clark is Joe Biden's nominee for Assistant Attorney General of the United States.
00:11:58.000 And she is, as far as I'm aware, a race-baiter par excellence. 1.00
00:12:04.000 Anything she doesn't like becomes racist.
00:12:06.000 This is the new mantra of the Democratic Party, by the way.
00:12:08.000 Anything I do like is infrastructure.
00:12:09.000 Anything I don't like is racist.
00:12:11.000 How racist is Kirsten Clark? 1.00
00:12:14.000 Well, she once argued that the human brain was structured in a way that makes black people superior to white people and that, quote, human mental processes in the brain have chemicals that imbue one race with superior physical and mental abilities and spiritual abilities.
00:12:26.000 Clark claims that this racist diatribe was mocking the controversial book The Bell Curve.
00:12:32.000 But Clark also happened to invite a Holocaust-denying fraud named Anthony Martin, then a professor at Wellesley College, to speak at Harvard.
00:12:38.000 Around the same time Clark was writing unrecognizable satire about black supremacy, she was calling Martin an intelligent, well-versed black intellectual who bases his information on indisputable fact.
00:12:48.000 That's weird because he wrote a book called, this guy, wrote a textbook called The Secret Relationship Between Blacks and Jews, which blamed Jews for the slave trade, and also wrote The Jewish Onslaught, published by Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan.
00:13:00.000 Her notion that she was penning these letters on race as sort of a parody of the bell curve is about as plausible as her assertion today in front of the Senate that her Newsweek op-ed titled, I prosecuted police killings, defund the police, but be strategic, wasn't actually about defunding the police.
00:13:19.000 In 2019, she signed a letter supporting Tamika Mallory, the Louis Farrakhan Supporting Women's March co-founder, who asserted that Jewish people bore a special collective responsibility as exploiters of black and brown people.
00:13:31.000 Now, Kristen Clark could have made the case in her hearings that she has moved beyond her youthful hijinks. 1.00
00:13:37.000 She didn't actually make that case.
00:13:39.000 And in fact, the truth is that Kristen Clark is a racial radical. 0.99
00:13:42.000 Senator Tom Cotton of Arkansas questioned her about her viewpoint on Michael Brown.
00:13:46.000 If she is such a racial moderate now, if she has moved beyond the radicalism of the past, why is it that years after it has been conclusively determined that Michael Brown was not unjustifiably shot by Officer Darren Wilson in Ferguson, Missouri, and that Hands Up, Don't Shoot was a lie, why is it That Kristen Clarke continues to maintain the fiction that Michael Brown was shot for reasons of race, gunned down by a white police officer for no reason.
00:14:08.000 I'm asking you a simple factual question.
00:14:11.000 Was Officer Darren Wilson justified or not in the shooting of Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri in 2014?
00:14:18.000 Based on the facts that I know, I'm not privy to the details that the federal government may have been privy to in the course of its investigation.
00:14:26.000 As a private citizen, there is something that feels unfair.
00:14:30.000 You obviously do not want to take the position the shooting was justified despite what Eric Holder I mean, it's just incredible.
00:14:41.000 So that person is a person that Joe Biden wants to be the Assistant Attorney General of the United States.
00:14:45.000 But don't worry, guys.
00:14:46.000 They're not politicizing the DOJ.
00:14:49.000 And anyway, by the way, here's a list of things that Kristen Clark has called racist. 1.00
00:14:53.000 Senator Mike Lee, my friend from Utah, here he is going after Kristen Clark's claims of racism on pretty much everything in American life. 0.60
00:15:03.000 Clark, I want to read a non-exhaustive list of elements of the American society, elements that you have at one point or another described in the past as racist.
00:15:03.000 Ms.
00:15:14.000 Police departments, federal agencies, Airbnb, election laws designed to combat fraud, the workplace, America's DNA, the Virginia Military Institute, the healthcare industry, federal courts, and the Department of Justice.
00:15:30.000 Okay, and now she's gonna go work at the Department of Justice, where she has worked before. 1.00
00:15:33.000 So, no, this is not a radical administration in any way.
00:15:36.000 Again, the idea here is that if you create crises, a crisis of the soul, American racism, a crisis of the economy, inequality, a crisis of global climate change, a crisis in terms of COVID, then you can do whatever the hell you want.
00:15:48.000 And it justifies any sort of crazy action, which is why you are seeing Democrats introducing legislation, I kid you not, to expand the Supreme Court.
00:15:56.000 They're doing it!
00:15:57.000 House and Senate Democrats are introducing legislation today to expand the number of Supreme Court justices to 13 from 9.
00:16:03.000 I wonder why 13?
00:16:04.000 Why 13?
00:16:05.000 Could it be because right now there are 6 Republican appointees on the court and they just want to appoint 4 Democrats?
00:16:11.000 Could it be that?
00:16:12.000 Could it be they want to outnumber the Republican appointees on the court 7 to 6?
00:16:16.000 Or probably not.
00:16:17.000 Probably it's just, you know, objectively, they think 13 is better than 9 for no reason at all.
00:16:21.000 It's time to shift the number of Supreme Court justices for the first time in like a century and a half.
00:16:25.000 And we should do that for sure, just for no real reason, guys.
00:16:28.000 I mean, we just kind of should, probably.
00:16:31.000 The radical power grab being attempted by the Democratic Party on the basis of false crises that do not exist is astonishing right now.
00:16:37.000 It's astonishing. 1.00
00:16:38.000 If you fall for it, you're a damned sucker. 1.00
00:16:40.000 We'll get to more of this in just one second. 1.00

00:18:01.000 Okay, so Democrats are now attempting to expand the Supreme Court. 0.71
00:18:05.000 They've been talking about this for a while.
00:18:06.000 It's not going to go anywhere because it requires basically a filibuster-proof majority.
00:18:10.000 There's nothing here that is even remotely connected with reconciliation.
00:18:14.000 This is not a budget bill, so it would require a filibuster-proof majority, which they're not going to get.
00:18:18.000 The bill, led by Senator Ed Markey, Democrat of Massachusetts and Representative Jerry Nadler of New York, is the first legislation in recent years designed to add seats to the high court.
00:18:26.000 Its introduction comes as progressive organizations are pushing for court expansion after watching Senate Republicans fill three Supreme Court vacancies in four years under Donald Trump.
00:18:35.000 Brian Fallon, former Hillary Clinton aide, executive director of the liberal group Demand Justice, said the bill represents, quote, a new era where Democrats finally stop conceding the Supreme Court to Republicans.
00:18:44.000 I do love the revisionist history where the Supreme Court has been a bulwark in favor of conservatism.
00:18:48.000 In the last 10 years, we have found out that the Supreme Court believes that same-sex marriage is mandated by the Constitution of the United States and that the Civil Rights Act of 1965 covers men who believe they are women.
00:18:57.000 These are things, what a bulwark the Supreme Court has been, guys.
00:19:01.000 Incredible, incredible bulwarking there.
00:19:03.000 President Joe Biden has said that he is not a fan of the idea.
00:19:06.000 Instead, the White House announced last week the creation of a bipartisan commission.
00:19:09.000 Now, is this really going anywhere?
00:19:10.000 No, but it is a signal of where Democrats would go if they actually had the power to do so, which is why you should never give them the power to do so.
00:19:17.000 And again, all of this is predicated on the lie that America's systems are thoroughly corrupt and need to be torn out at the root.
00:19:23.000 And this is the widespread feeling in the Democratic Party.
00:19:26.000 There's a reason why, if you ever see polls of how people feel about their own party, Democrats are always highly satisfied with their own party, while Republicans are always highly dissatisfied with their own party.
00:19:34.000 The reason is because Republicans look to the Republican Party and say, why aren't you cutting government?
00:19:39.000 Why aren't you defunding Planned Parenthood?
00:19:41.000 Why aren't you doing the million things that you have said that you will do?
00:19:43.000 Democrats look at the Democratic Party and they say, I know that you promised us the moon, but the truth is you're at least trying to get there.
00:19:49.000 We see what the utopian end goal is, and you guys are trying to get there.
00:19:52.000 This is why Democrats always come home.
00:19:55.000 In a way that Republicans very often do not.
00:19:58.000 And one of the things that's sort of amazing about the Democratic Party is that for all of the talk about how Republicans are terrible at ousting radicals from their own ranks and stuff, Republicans got rid of Steve King, Republicans didn't elect Roy Moore.
00:20:09.000 Can you find a, a Democrat in Congress who's still in Congress?
00:20:13.000 Because I think Max Rose is no longer in Congress.
00:20:15.000 Can you find a Democrat in Congress who's willing to say nary a word, a word at all about Rashida Tlaib or Ilhan Omar and the fact that they're blatant anti-Semites?
00:20:23.000 Are you willing to find a Democrat anywhere in America, I'm talking about just like rank and file Democratic voter, to acknowledge the anti-Semitism problem inside the Democratic Party?
00:20:31.000 To acknowledge that hanging out with Louis Farrakhan is actually a bad look?
00:20:34.000 To acknowledge that Joe Biden is addled?
00:20:36.000 You can find a lot of Republicans who will say bad things about their own politicians.
00:20:39.000 You never get it from Democrats ever.
00:20:41.000 Why?
00:20:41.000 Because they all have the same utopian goal.
00:20:44.000 And unless there are liberal-minded Democrats who are willing to stand up to the radicalism inside their own party, this is just going to continue.
00:20:51.000 Because even the most radical people in the Democratic Party, the people who the mainstream Democrats sort of tut-tut, it's not that they see those people as doing something bad.
00:21:00.000 It's not that they see those people as having bad principles.
00:21:02.000 It's that they see the most radical among them as just too committed to the cause.
00:21:06.000 They're just too committed.
00:21:07.000 It's the same way they look at Antifa rioters in Portland or Black Lives Matter rioters in every major city in the United States.
00:21:13.000 You know, it's not that they are doing bad things or believe bad things or are acting based on false information.
00:21:19.000 No, it's that they're just too committed.
00:21:21.000 They're just too ideologically pure.
00:21:23.000 So long as that's the take of the Democratic Party, we're in serious trouble.
00:21:27.000 We'll get to more of that in just one second.
00:21:29.000 First, let's talk about the fact that you spend a lot of time in front of screens.
00:21:32.000 I spend a lot of time in front of screens.
00:21:33.000 You get real headaches if you spend too much time in front of screens.
00:21:36.000 This is why you need a pair of Felix Grey glasses.

00:22:07.000 Felix Grey frames are hand-finished from Italian acetate, making them durable, lightweight, super comfortable.

00:22:38.000 You got nothing to lose.
00:22:39.000 FelixGrayGlasses.com slash Ben.
00:22:41.000 Okay, so when I say that the Democratic Party is willing to tolerate its own radicals because they think that those people are well-intentioned and have only the best ideas, let me point out James Clyburn.
00:22:51.000 So James Clyburn, who is a person who said radical things on his own, he is a person who helped elect Joe Biden president.
00:22:57.000 I think it is safe to say that if James Clyburn did not exist, Bernie Sanders would have been the Democratic Party nominee.
00:23:01.000 It was James Clyburn who motivated the voting base in South Carolina during the Democratic Party primaries.
00:23:06.000 Do you push Biden in that Super Tuesday?
00:23:09.000 Super Tuesday.
00:23:09.000 It really was super for Biden.
00:23:11.000 It elevated him above Bernie, who had all the momentum.
00:23:13.000 So Clyburn was asked about the fact that Rashida Tlaib has now called for ending the police.
00:23:17.000 Rashida Tlaib, in the aftermath of the Daunte Wright shooting in Minneapolis, said it's time to essentially abolish policing and incarceration, by the way.
00:23:24.000 Which, good luck with that.
00:23:26.000 So, James Clyburn, who's a much more responsible politician, was asked about this.
00:23:31.000 And instead of him saying, that's crazy, what the hell is she talking about?
00:23:34.000 He says, I understand the passion.
00:23:36.000 I understand where she's coming from.
00:23:37.000 Whenever Democrats talk about AOC or Shia Talib or Ilhan Omar, it's always with the tone of sort of, my cute but slightly wayward, mischievous child.
00:23:46.000 You know, they really just they're just so pure and innocent of heart.
00:23:49.000 And maybe they'll learn to be a little more practical as time goes on.
00:23:52.000 Here's the thing.
00:23:53.000 If you don't if you don't excise the radicalism now, it is absolutely infectious and it is infecting the rest of the Democratic Party.
00:24:00.000 Here's James Clyburn.
00:24:02.000 You have efforts to get this George Floyd Justice in Policing Act passed to get it through the Senate, and it's going to be an uphill climb.
00:24:10.000 Do you think her comments hurt the cause, though?
00:24:14.000 No, I don't think they do.
00:24:16.000 I think she's expressing her frustrations and what she hears from her constituents and I can understand that.
00:24:23.000 But we need to pass this Justine in Police Act just because it gives us the kind of tools that we need to deal with police officers who are not good.
00:24:36.000 Okay, part of the game here that's played by the mainstream Democratic politicians is, you see these rabid radicals on our left here?
00:24:43.000 You know, they have all the right intentions.
00:24:45.000 But you don't really want them controlling you, you want us controlling you.
00:24:47.000 So what you really need is for us to pass a bill like this so we have the tools, we'll protect you from these crazies.
00:24:53.000 But also, the crazies, they're not that crazy.
00:24:55.000 I mean, like, you understand where they're coming from.
00:24:56.000 Okay, now here is the reality.
00:24:58.000 All of this is built on the lie that America's policing is shot through with systemic racism.
00:25:02.000 So, let's talk about that for just one second, because since we've been using anecdotal evidence rather than data to support this bizarre position, let's use some anecdotal evidence, okay?
00:25:10.000 So, here is what happened in the Daunte Wright case.
00:25:13.000 So, Daunte Wright resists arrest.
00:25:14.000 He's pulled over.
00:25:15.000 He resists arrest.
00:25:17.000 He was apparently a person with a pretty serious criminal history, for example.
00:25:24.000 And so, the police may have known that when they ran his license plate and when they pulled him over.
00:25:28.000 In any case, he decided it would be a wise idea to resist arrest and jump back into his car.
00:25:32.000 As it turns out, this was not a wise idea.
00:25:34.000 But beyond that, he was, in fact, the victim of a piece of police abuse.
00:25:40.000 The officer in question meant to shoot him with a taser and instead shot him with a gun.
00:25:44.000 And he died.
00:25:46.000 Now, what is the logical outcome of that?
00:25:49.000 The logical outcome of that is that the police officer has now been arrested.
00:25:52.000 The police officer has been arrested.
00:25:53.000 Her name is Kim Potter.
00:25:54.000 She's been arrested.
00:25:55.000 And she's probably going to go to jail for manslaughter. 1.00
00:25:58.000 That is the predictable outcome of how a justice system should work.
00:26:01.000 And she's going to manslaughter. 0.52
00:26:03.000 She's going for manslaughter. 1.00
00:26:04.000 Even though, again, the idea from the left is that Daunte Wright is a completely innocent, wonderful human being.
00:26:11.000 Two things can be true at once.
00:26:12.000 One, Daunte Wright could have been a career criminal. 0.53
00:26:14.000 Who tried to run away from the police.
00:26:16.000 And two, the police still should not have shot him with a gun.
00:26:18.000 She should have used a taser. 0.99
00:26:19.000 And if you mistake your taser for your gun, you go to jail for manslaughter.
00:26:21.000 Both those things can be true. 0.72
00:26:22.000 By the way, on the Daunte Wright criminal history, the Daily Mail is reporting that he choked a woman and threatened to shoot her if she didn't hand over 820 bucks she had stuffed in her bra, court papers obtained by the Daily Mail allege.
00:26:32.000 That's the case that led to a warrant for his arrest at the time he was shot and killed by the officer, Kimberly Potter, in Minnesota on Sunday, leading to days of unrest.
00:26:40.000 Apparently, he was pulled over for having expired license plate tags.
00:26:43.000 Although he called his mom and told her it was for having an air freshener hanging on his rearview mirror.
00:26:48.000 While checking his details, they learned of the warrant.
00:26:50.000 So, it turns out that that may have affected the police officer's more aggressive behavior.
00:26:56.000 But, bottom line is, what happened in that particular case?
00:26:59.000 If America's justice system were truly racist, then the idea here would have been, everything's fine.
00:27:04.000 Everything's fine.
00:27:05.000 But you know what happened?
00:27:06.000 The officer is probably going to go to jail.
00:27:08.000 According to Mediaite, the Minnesota police officer who fatally shot 20-year-old Daunte Wright, an unarmed black man pulled over for driving an SUV with expired license plates, will be charged with second-degree manslaughter.
00:27:18.000 The Brooklyn police officer Kim Potter is a 26-year veteran of the department.
00:27:21.000 If convicted, she faces up to 10 years in prison or a fine of up to $20,000.
00:27:27.000 She did resign from her job.
00:27:28.000 The Brooklyn Center Police Chief also resigned on Tuesday.
00:27:32.000 Okay, so does that sound like an abjectly racist system?
00:27:37.000 Seriously, does it?
00:27:38.000 Does it sound like a super racist system that the police officer who shot a man who resisted arrest being out on a warrant for threatening to kill a woman with a gun to steal money from her, the police officer who mistook a taser for a gun is gonna go to jail now, as presumably she should based on the available evidence.
00:27:58.000 Does that sound like a deeply unjust racially biased system?
00:28:01.000 Let me put on the table another story for you.
00:28:04.000 Ashley Babbitt is the woman who was killed during the January 6th riot.
00:28:07.000 She's the only person we know of who was directly killed during the January 6th riot.
00:28:09.000 We still don't know how Officer Brian Sicknick died.
00:28:12.000 He did not die at the place.
00:28:13.000 He was not hit in the head with an emergency fire.
00:28:18.000 Peace with a fire extinguisher.
00:28:21.000 That story turns out not to have been true, as far as we are aware.
00:28:24.000 So that means that the only person who was directly killed during the January 6th riot was, in fact, Ashley Babbitt, who was, by all accounts, unarmed.
00:28:32.000 Ashley Babbitt was climbing through a broken piece of window to invade the Capitol building, and a police, I mean, it was all on tape, a police officer who was inside a door shot up at her and killed her.
00:28:44.000 Right, that is the story of Ashley Babbitt.
00:28:47.000 Now we are learning that an investigation conducted by the U.S.
00:28:49.000 Attorney's Office for the District of Columbia determined there is insufficient evidence to support a criminal prosecution of the officer in question.
00:28:55.000 We still, by the way, don't know the identity of the officer in question.
00:28:58.000 We do in the Minnesota case.
00:29:01.000 We knew the identity of the officer pretty much right away.
00:29:04.000 Authorities had considered for months whether criminal charges were appropriate for the Capitol Police officer who fatally shot Babbitt.
00:29:09.000 The DOJ's decision, though expected, officially closes out the investigation.
00:29:13.000 Prosecutors said they had reviewed video of the shooting along with statements from the officer involved and other officers and witnesses examined physical evidence from the scene and reviewed the autopsy results as well.
00:29:21.000 Okay, so let me just put it this way.
00:29:22.000 If Ashley Babbitt had been a black person associated with Black Lives Matter and been shot by a cop unarmed in this way, there would have been riots.
00:29:29.000 Is there any doubt about this?
00:29:31.000 I would, really, I'd love to hear the counter-argument on this.
00:29:35.000 If the officer had then been let go, if they had said, you know what?
00:29:38.000 Justified.
00:29:39.000 She was unarmed and she was climbing through a window and an officer shot her.
00:29:44.000 Do you think that people in the media would have been like, oh, no problem.
00:29:47.000 It's fine.
00:29:48.000 And if you see the reaction from the left, that is the reaction from the left.
00:29:51.000 The reaction from the left is Ashley Babbitt had it coming because she was a January 6th rioter.
00:29:55.000 But, as we have found out over the course of the last year, you can be a Black Lives Matter rioter and go loot and burn things, and the media will treat you as though you are some sort of racial justice hero.
00:30:04.000 It's pretty incredible stuff.
00:30:05.000 So if we're talking about the bias in the system, I'm not seeing it there.
00:30:09.000 I'm not seeing the racial bias in the officer who shoots Ashley Babbitt, no problem.
00:30:13.000 The officer who shot Dante Wright is charged for manslaughter.
00:30:15.000 That doesn't look like racial bias to me.
00:30:16.000 That looks like either objective justice being done or like maybe a little bit of racial sensitivity running in favor of the, running against the white woman who got shot because that woman had been black.
00:30:29.000 I think that the story would be completely different in the Capitol riots.
00:30:32.000 And this plays into the Floyd case as well, into the George Floyd case.
00:30:36.000 We have heard from every member of the Democratic Party that the George Floyd case is a case of American racial bias.
00:30:42.000 I ask you, any evidence of this?
00:30:45.000 Seriously, any evidence?
00:30:46.000 George Floyd was high as a kite.
00:30:48.000 He was resisting arrest.
00:30:49.000 Other people in his car were telling him, stop resisting arrest, George.
00:30:53.000 They tried to deal with him for 45 minutes.
00:30:55.000 He pushed his own way out of the car.
00:30:56.000 He was shouting, I can't breathe before he was out of the car.
00:31:00.000 And yet somehow this has to do with race and racism?
00:31:05.000 And not only that, the media treat it as just unquestionable that it had to do with race and racism.
00:31:11.000 But here's the problem.
00:31:12.000 What's gonna happen if Derek Chauvin, I keep saying this, what happens if Derek Chauvin gets acquitted?
00:31:16.000 Or what happens if there's just a hung jury?
00:31:18.000 Riots!
00:31:19.000 Riots are what's gonna happen.
00:31:20.000 We'll get to the latest in the Chauvin trial because that continues the pace.
00:31:23.000 We'll get to that in just one second.
00:31:24.000 First, Let us talk about the simple fact that there are a lot of dudes who are dealing with issues that they don't actually want to talk to a doctor about because they're embarrassed about it.
00:31:32.000 But here's the thing.
00:31:33.000 If you've got a medical issue, you ought to go get it solved no matter what it is.

00:33:20.000 Alrighty, so meanwhile, in the Derek Chauvin case, it's becoming increasingly clear each and every day that at the very least, reasonable doubt would be justified.
00:33:33.000 That would certainly be a justified finding by the jury.
00:33:36.000 The defense is laying out its case.
00:33:37.000 Basically, this thing has turned into what the Wall Street Journal is terming a clash of experts.
00:33:42.000 According to the Wall Street Journal, the murder trial of Derek Chauvin has shifted into a battle of expert testimony in its final days, with a forensic pathologist testifying for Defense Wednesday that George Floyd died of cardiac arrest because of heart disease, and the death couldn't even be ruled a homicide.
00:33:53.000 The testimony from David Fowler, the former chief medical examiner for the state of Maryland, contradicted prosecution expert and buttressed Chauvin's defense that drugs and health problems doomed the 46-year-old Floyd, and not the former Minneapolis police officer kneeling on him in the prone position for nine minutes.
00:34:07.000 I mean, frankly, I find that much more plausible.
00:34:12.000 All right, Fowler said that he died of cardiac arrhythmia.
00:34:15.000 That seems much more plausible.
00:34:17.000 My colleague, Matt Walsh, had a good thought experiment.
00:34:20.000 Let's say that you had a choice today between taking the amount of fentanyl and meth that was in George Floyd's system or having a 140-pound man with 40 pounds of gear kneel on your shoulder for nine minutes.
00:34:32.000 Which one do you choose?
00:34:36.000 Also having a 75% artery blockage.
00:34:39.000 Which one of those things do you choose?
00:34:40.000 Either all the health conditions on the one hand, or a guy kneeling on your back for nine minutes, 49 seconds.
00:34:45.000 A good thought experiment.
00:34:46.000 Doesn't mean that it's just positive, but to pretend that George Floyd's prior health conditions, we already have testimony that he had been hospitalized for an overdose just a few months before.
00:34:58.000 We have the medical examiner, the original medical examiner, suggesting that if he'd found George Floyd dead in his apartment, he immediately would have ruled it as an overdose.
00:35:05.000 Did you form, in your opinion, to a reasonable degree of medical certainty what you thought was the principal cause of Mr. Floyd's death?
00:35:10.000 And what is that?
00:35:10.000 medical examiner David Fowler saying Floyd died of cardiac arrhythmia.
00:35:10.000 Yes.
00:35:13.000 Did you form in your opinion to a reasonable degree of medical certainty what you thought was the principal cause of Mr. Floyd's death?
00:35:23.000 Yes.
00:35:25.000 Cardiac arrhythmia due to hypertensive atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease during restraint.
00:35:25.000 And what is that?
00:35:34.000 Okay, he didn't just say that.
00:35:37.000 He also added that this notion that prone position makes you unable to breathe is just not true.
00:35:42.000 Cops routinely use the prone position on people.
00:35:44.000 It does not mean that you die.
00:35:46.000 In certain situations, people are examined in the prone position.
00:35:50.000 There are therapeutic maneuvers where people are deliberately placed in the prone position.
00:35:56.000 One of the best examples right now is COVID, where patients will be put in a prone position, which is face down, and it improves their ability for oxygen exchange, not decreases it.
00:36:13.000 So the proposition by itself does not have, or at least there is no evidence right now, that that is a significant issue.
00:36:24.000 So Fowler said that it was not a profound low-oxygen state induced by the police via subdual restraint and positional asphyxia that caused Floyd's heart to stop.
00:36:30.000 He said instead it was Floyd's exceptionally fragile physiological condition, a condition unknowable to the arresting officers according to legal insurrection.
00:36:38.000 According to the defense narrative, it was Floyd's own physiological fragility that killed him when he chose to subject himself to the justified use of force by police officers compelling his compliance with lawful arrest, including his forcible 10-minute struggle with multiple police officers and subsequent restraint.
00:36:52.000 This, again, makes a fair bit of common sense.
00:36:55.000 The reality is that the medical examiner that was brought forth last week by the prosecution, the testimony that they could tell just from the tape alone that the cause of death, I find that almost impossible to believe.
00:37:09.000 I find that really, really difficult to believe.
00:37:10.000 I'm not the only one.
00:37:11.000 There are legal analysts on Court TV.
00:37:13.000 We've had them on the program talking about this.
00:37:16.000 I've never seen anything remotely like that in a courtroom.
00:37:18.000 Somebody suggesting that they can watch a videotape and determine cause of death had nothing to do with drugs simply by watching somebody breathe on tape from a distance of 10 to 15 feet.
00:37:26.000 Like, I...
00:37:30.000 It's a magical ability, if that is the case.
00:37:32.000 Fowler looked at the autopsies.
00:37:33.000 Fowler looked at the available information.
00:37:35.000 He said, you know, one thing that is worthwhile noting here is that the defense, is that the prosecution has completely shifted its case, which, by the way, it has.
00:37:41.000 Originally, the prosecution case was that it was Chauvin's knee on the neck that cut off the circulation of oxygen to the brain and thereby killed George Floyd.
00:37:50.000 Then it turned out that the defense had pretty good evidence that, in fact, Chauvin was not on his neck for nine minutes, 49 seconds.
00:37:56.000 Not only that, Chauvin was not using the kind of hold, in any case, that actually cuts off oxygen to the brain.
00:38:02.000 In fact, this is what the medical examiner testified yesterday, Fowler.
00:38:07.000 Based upon your review of the video in this case, did you observe Mr. Chauvin's knee obstructing the carotid artery of Mr. Floyd?
00:38:21.000 That knee did not obstruct either carotid artery.
00:38:24.000 And even if it had obstructed one, Okay, so here's the bottom line.
00:38:40.000 If Chauvin ends up in a hung jury, there will be riots.
00:38:43.000 And we all know there will be riots, and everybody's preparing for riots.
00:38:46.000 And that's why the media love this particular case.
00:38:48.000 You may notice that as soon as a case is disposed of, With the officer going to jail, it's just, it's never a headline again.
00:38:55.000 It's just not noticed.
00:38:56.000 When you have Walter Scott in South Carolina who's shot in the back by a police officer running away, and the police officer then drops a gun next to the body, and then that police officer goes to jail for murder.
00:39:06.000 That does not become a riot.
00:39:07.000 Why?
00:39:08.000 Because it's pretty obvious what happened.
00:39:09.000 Everybody agrees what happened, and the officer goes to jail.
00:39:12.000 In the case of Daunte Wright, what you're going to see is if the officer is tried and convicted, there will be no riots.
00:39:21.000 Uncontroversial cases are not the ones the media love.
00:39:23.000 The media love the controversial cases because what they like to do is impute bad intention to people who actually look at the evidence.
00:39:29.000 And this is all part and parcel, again, of driving that crisis mentality.
00:39:32.000 America is in a state of constant crisis, and if you don't take a side, then you are on the side of evil.
00:39:37.000 And this is being driven by the media.
00:39:39.000 In an act of activism that is just, it's clear activism.
00:39:42.000 This is not journalism in any way.
00:39:44.000 The New York Times has now printed a piece of quote-unquote journalism.
00:39:48.000 It's not journalism.
00:39:48.000 It's basically McCarthyite lists.
00:39:50.000 It's from Andrew Ross Sorkin, Jason Kurian, Sarah Kessler, Michael J. DeLamar said, Lauren Hirsch, and Efrat Livni.
00:39:57.000 Okay, so it's 87 people writing for the New York Times.
00:40:00.000 The CEOs who didn't sign a big defense of voting rights.
00:40:03.000 Hundreds of leaders and companies signed a letter opposing strict limits.
00:40:06.000 They did not.
00:40:07.000 Does that sound like activism or journalism to you?
00:40:10.000 When somebody doesn't sign a letter?
00:40:11.000 When's the last time that was news?
00:40:13.000 There's a collective letter.
00:40:14.000 I didn't sign it.
00:40:15.000 Was there a letter on all the people who didn't sign the Harper's Weekly letter?
00:40:17.000 Was there like a big story about that?
00:40:19.000 No.
00:40:20.000 The goal here is to pressure all of these corporations and to pretend that they're in favor of voter suppression and the new Joe Biden-esque Jim Crow if they don't do exactly what the New York Times wants them to do.
00:40:30.000 Our media are just the activist propaganda wing of the Democratic Party at this point, and they are the ones who are pushing forward into the private sphere all of the lies being told by the Democratic Party.
00:40:40.000 Here's the New York Times.
00:40:47.000 The statement, which ran as a two-page ad in the New York Times, comes amid a flurry of voting-related proposals from Republicans who have generated competing calls for corporations to take a stand and to stay out of politics lest lawmakers retaliate.
00:41:00.000 Just as notable as the names who signed the statement are those that didn't.
00:41:05.000 Those evil corporations staying out of political matters that don't involve them.
00:41:10.000 Those evil, nasty corporations not doing what the New York Times tells them to do.
00:41:14.000 There are some notable omissions, says the New York Times.
00:41:16.000 Many companies declined to sign the statement.
00:41:18.000 Some executives, such as Warren Buffett, signed for themselves, but not on behalf of their companies.
00:41:22.000 Coca-Cola and Delta declined to add their names, perhaps fearing more blowback for earlier statements and also not feeling the need to speak again.
00:41:28.000 JPMorgan Chase declined to sign the statement.
00:41:30.000 Despite a personal request from senior black business leaders to Jamie Dimon, who made a statement on voting rights before.
00:41:36.000 Doug McMillan, Walmart's CEO, who also chairs the Business Roundtable Lobby Group, sent a note to employees to explain the company's position.
00:41:42.000 He said, While our government relations teams have historically focused on core business issues like tax policy or government regulation, Walmart and other major employers are increasingly being asked to weigh in on broader societal issues such as civil rights.
00:41:54.000 The company didn't sign the statement, but quote, So they're all going to be bullied into speaking on topics that have nothing to do with their companies and that are controversial at the very least.
00:42:07.000 And the media are just going to push this stuff.
00:42:09.000 They're going to push it as hard as they possibly can.
00:42:11.000 The virtue signaling will continue until America is all better, which is why you get Ben and Jerry's announcing that they don't like the police anymore.
00:42:18.000 So free ice cream for everybody, gang!
00:42:20.000 Seems to me that if Ben and Jerry's doesn't like the police, next time somebody robs Ben and Jerry's, They have nobody to call.
00:42:26.000 Quote, the murder of Daunte Wright, murder, not manslaughter, murder of Daunte Wright is rooted in white supremacy.
00:42:32.000 Again, what's the evidence this is rooted in white supremacy?
00:42:35.000 And results from the intentional criminalization of black and brown communities.
00:42:38.000 Intentional criminalization?
00:42:40.000 I mean, again, Daunte Wright shouldn't have been shot.
00:42:42.000 Also, Daunte Wright was a criminal.
00:42:44.000 That's not intentional criminalization of Daunte Wright. 0.85
00:42:46.000 The man was a criminal.
00:42:47.000 There's a warrant out for him and he resisted arrest.
00:42:50.000 Says Ben and Jerry's, the system can't be reformed.
00:42:52.000 It must be dismantled.
00:42:54.000 A real system of public safety rebuilt from the ground up.
00:42:56.000 Okay, I look forward to all of the free ice cream for everyone.
00:42:59.000 Meanwhile, Coke is realizing that they have made a very large mistake. 0.99
00:43:03.000 Coca-Cola is now striking a conciliatory tone after coming under pressure from conservatives, according to the Washington Examiner, which shows that there is hope moving forward for conservatives, and that is stand up on your hind legs and stop getting into this crap.
00:43:15.000 The soda giant based in Atlanta was absent from that list of more than 500 corporations and individuals that signed a statement condemning any election legislation that would quote-unquote restrict voters from having quote an equal and fair opportunity to cast a ballot.
00:43:27.000 Coca-Cola said that the company had not seen the letter but is certainly open to hearing their perspective.
00:43:32.000 They said, Why?
00:43:32.000 Because they felt it in the pocketbook.
00:43:34.000 Right?
00:43:34.000 That's all that happened here.
00:43:35.000 They felt it directly in the pocketbook.
00:43:36.000 And this is true of all of these corporations.
00:43:38.000 They're all virtue signaling because they know that the left is attempting to eat them.
00:43:41.000 who may have differing points of view.
00:43:44.000 Why? Because they felt it in the pocketbook.
00:43:46.000 Right? That's all that happened here.
00:43:47.000 They felt it directly in the pocketbook.
00:43:49.000 And this is true of all of these corporations.
00:43:51.000 They're all virtue signaling because they know that the left is attempting to eat them.
00:43:55.000 That's all.
00:43:56.000 By the way, this is also true for some of your favorite places like the NBA.
00:44:01.000 It's a good thing.
00:44:02.000 It turns out that the NBA, according to Clay Travis's outkick, has been outsourcing to Chinese companies who acknowledge that they've been using slave labor cotton.
00:44:13.000 This is according to Clay Travis.
00:44:15.000 So the same people who are virtue signaling at you about how America is a terrible, horrible, no good, very bad, racist place, that same league, They're pushing companies that overtly engage in Muslim slave labor, according to Clay Travis's OutKick. 0.82
00:44:31.000 He'll be joining the show a little bit later on today.
00:44:33.000 Okay, so should we push back on this?
00:44:36.000 Of course we should push back on this, and there will be success if we do push back on this.
00:44:39.000 This is the point.
00:44:41.000 The left is pushing, and they're pushing, they're pushing, they're pushing a false narrative about you.
00:44:44.000 They say that you are a racist if you believe in American systems.
00:44:47.000 They're pushing a false narrative about America's founding principles.
00:44:50.000 And they're using that as a fake crisis in order to ram through tremendous change to a system that is not only functional, is the greatest system created in the history of mankind.
00:44:59.000 So, it's time for the pushback.
00:45:00.000 Be part of the pushback.
00:45:01.000 Don't be part of the surrender caucus.
00:45:03.000 All right, we'll be back here later today with an additional hour of content coming up soon.
