Transcript

00:00:00.000 So Donald Trump won a big PR victory yesterday.
00:00:03.000 He won a big PR victory mainly because it seems like the Democrats at the upper echelons of the party, the people who are running Joe Biden's campaign, they don't seem to know even relatively recent history.
00:00:13.000 The 2016 campaign that pitted Hillary Clinton against Donald Trump turned into a campaign about upper class elitism.
00:00:21.000 That largely predominated in places like Washington, D.C.
00:00:24.000 and New York City against Donald Trump's sort of blue-collar vibe.
00:00:27.000 And yesterday that was on precisely the same sort of display in New York City.
00:00:31.000 So you had four presidents who descended into New York City yesterday, but they went for very different purposes.
00:00:36.000 Donald Trump went to New York City to attend the wake of a New York City police officer who was murdered in the line of duty.
00:00:43.000 The visitation was for Officer Jonathan Diller, who was fatally shot during a traffic stop on Monday and was held in suburban Massapequa on Long Island.
00:00:51.000 According to the Associated Press, police said the 31-year-old Diller was shot below his bulletproof vest while approaching an illegally parked car in Queens.
00:00:58.000 Diller was married, had a one-year-old son, and was pronounced dead at the hospital.
00:01:02.000 Here was Donald Trump talking about law and order and a crackdown on crime coming out of the memorial service for this dead young officer.
00:01:11.000 This is such a sad occasion.
00:01:13.000 The only thing we can say is maybe something is going to be learned.
00:01:16.000 We've got to toughen it up.
00:01:17.000 We've got to strengthen it up.
00:01:19.000 This should never be allowed.
00:01:20.000 Things like this shouldn't take place and to take place so often.
00:01:23.000 We've got to toughen it up.
00:01:24.000 We're going to have law and order.
00:01:25.000 These things can't happen.
00:01:26.000 We need law and order.
00:01:27.000 This can't happen.
00:01:28.000 We've got to toughen it up.
00:01:29.000 We're going to have law and order.
00:01:31.000 These things can't happen.
00:01:32.000 We need law and order.
00:01:33.000 This can't happen.
00:01:34.000 Thank you very much.
00:01:35.000 The same exact time that Donald Trump was visiting this memorial service, the Democrats
00:01:42.000 were preparing for a ritzy fundraiser over Radio City Music Hall.
00:01:47.000 President Biden went to Radio City Music Hall.
00:01:49.000 He was joined there by Barack Obama, as well as Bill Clinton.
00:01:53.000 They apparently raised more than $26 million, and they had a bevy of stars.
00:01:57.000 It was a cavalcade of glitzy Hollywood celebrities, ranging from Lizzo, To Cynthia Erivo, to Lea Michele of Glee, and also who's now on Broadway, and all these stars just singing, dancing for the assembled crowd, many of whom I'm sure were paying tens of thousands of dollars for the privilege.
00:02:17.000 And it's the glitz and the glamour that were at the center of all of this.
00:02:20.000 There is video of Joe Biden, Barack Obama, and Bill Clinton literally rising from underneath the stage Like at some sort of bizarre rock concert.
00:02:34.000 Here they come.
00:02:35.000 The stage literally rises and it has these three presidents on it.
00:02:37.000 First of all, you don't know how old Joe Biden is until you see him next to Barack Obama.
00:02:41.000 It really is an astonishing thing.
00:02:42.000 Barack Obama looks significantly younger because he is significantly younger.
00:02:47.000 Joe Biden looks older than Bill Clinton, who stopped being President of the United States in January of 2001.
00:02:53.000 Obama looks bewildered to even be there.
00:02:56.000 He's getting these sorts of rounds of applause from Bill Clinton and Barack Obama.
00:03:02.000 It's so clear, by the way, that Obama is such a celebrity.
00:03:03.000 I mean, Obama obviously has charisma.
00:03:06.000 He's loose out there.
00:03:07.000 He's charming.
00:03:08.000 And Joe Biden is staggering around on the stage.
00:03:10.000 And then Stephen Colbert comes charging out to pay homage to Joe Biden.
00:03:15.000 He interviews all three presidents.
00:03:16.000 Now, this was closed to the press.
00:03:18.000 The reason it was closed to the press, presumably, is because they knew that it was actually quite a bad look.
00:03:23.000 That in a time when most Americans are deeply unhappy with the direction of the country, they're having this ritzy, glitzy, glamorous fundraiser in the center of New York City at Radio City Music Hall.
00:03:32.000 According to NBC News, Mindy Kaling...
00:03:35.000 from the office originally.
00:03:38.000 Then she had her own show, obviously.
00:03:40.000 She hosted the program.
00:03:41.000 It was also hosted by Stephen Colbert, who is, in fact, just an apparatchik for the Democratic Party.
00:03:46.000 He has been for a while.
00:03:48.000 He moderated a conversation with Biden, Clinton, and Obama in which all of them ripped into Donald Trump, of course.
00:03:52.000 And again, Donald Trump was busily going to, you know, a national memorial service for a fallen officer in a Democratic city.
00:03:59.000 So let me ask you, which one is more sympathetic?
00:04:01.000 Donald Trump going to visit with the family of a slain New York City police officer?
00:04:05.000 Or Joe Biden, who still has not gone to, for example, the Francis Scott Key Bridge, which is an hour outside Washington DC, even just to stand there for the cameras.
00:04:13.000 Instead, heading on over to Radio City Music Hall to hang out with uber-celeb Barack Obama and former uber-celeb Bill Clinton.
00:04:21.000 Other special guests included Queen Latifah, Ben Platt, Apparently, according to NBC News, during the nearly hour-long moderated conversation, Colbert joked that the moment was historic because three presidents have come to New York and not one of them appear in court.
00:04:34.000 So again, it's all these little jibes, these snide jibes of Trump.
00:04:37.000 But Trump is busy doing the thing that blue-collar people do.
00:04:40.000 And that kind of normies do.
00:04:43.000 When a tragedy occurs, we visit the memorial services, we try to comfort the family.
00:04:47.000 It's a bad look for the administration.
00:04:50.000 It's a bad look for the White House.
00:04:51.000 It's a bad look for Joe Biden.
00:04:53.000 And it's very reminiscent, again, of 2016.
00:04:55.000 You remember the 2016 Democratic National Convention?
00:04:57.000 We had a bevy of celebrities, all involved in the filming of the most obnoxious music video of all time.
00:05:05.000 All these people singing fight song to Hillary Clinton because she was a fighter and everybody just recoiled in horror at the absolute stupidity of all of it.
00:05:15.000 This felt a lot like that.
00:05:18.000 So that was a very, very bad look.
00:05:21.000 Democrats knew it was a bad look, by the way, because they immediately launched into Trump for visiting the memorial service.
00:05:27.000 Here's former Representative Joe Crowley, the guy who was ousted by Alexandra Ocasio-Cortez in her district.
00:05:31.000 Here he is just talking about Trump exploiting tragedy.
00:05:34.000 Well, I mean, he's acknowledging a tragedy.
00:05:37.000 Joe Biden is the one ignoring the tragedy.
00:05:40.000 The notion or idea that Donald Trump cares at all for this officer or this officer's family is outrageous.
00:05:48.000 He has not an ounce of sympathy in his body.
00:05:51.000 It is hypocritical.
00:05:52.000 I think people look at it as hypocritical that he's using this grieving family for political purposes, for a political rally.
00:05:59.000 It's outrageous.
00:06:01.000 Where was that same empathy?
00:06:02.000 For the families of police officers and others who passed away as a result of the one six attack.
00:06:08.000 It didn't exist.
00:06:10.000 He doesn't care about anyone but himself.
00:06:12.000 And New Yorkers are sophisticated to know that.
00:06:14.000 I hope America is more sophisticated to understand he's exploiting a grieving family.
00:06:21.000 OK, well, he's acknowledging the grieving family.
00:06:23.000 Joe Biden is busily hanging out with Barack Obama and Stephen Colbert.
00:06:27.000 That's what was going on in New York City last night.
00:06:30.000 We'll get to more on all this in a moment.
00:06:31.000 First, despite the anticipated rate cuts by financial experts, inflation continues to rise.
00:06:35.000 The U.S. is grappling with a staggering debt of $34 trillion, and yet we're continuing to print more money,
00:06:40.000 driving up the prices of everyday essentials even further.
00:06:43.000 You can bury your head in the sand, or you can do something about it.
00:06:46.000 Consider diversifying at least some of your savings into gold with Birch Gold Group.

00:07:00.000 Precious metals have a proven track record over thousands of years.
00:07:02.000 These metals transcend government influence, They're tangible.
00:07:05.000 They can't be printed like paper money or stored as a number on a computer file.
00:07:08.000 Birch Gold makes it easy to own gold.
00:07:10.000 They'll help you convert your existing IRA or 401k into a tax-sheltered IRA in gold.
00:07:14.000 You won't pay a penny out of pocket.
00:07:15.000 Gold is part of my saving strategy.
00:07:16.000 I buy it from Birch Gold.
00:07:18.000 Text Ben to 989898.
00:07:19.000 Get your free info kit on gold.
00:07:22.000 They've been the exclusive gold partner of The Daily Wire for over seven years, now helping thousands of our listeners.
00:07:26.000 They can help you too.
00:07:27.000 Text Ben to 989898 right now.
00:07:28.000 Again, text Ben to 989898 to get started.
00:07:33.000 Corinne Jean-Pierre was so puzzled by all of this that she tried to blame the crime surge that's been happening in some of America's major cities on Donald Trump.
00:07:42.000 Surge under the previous administration, which repeatedly attempted to cut the COPS program, all of their budgets targeted that they, that key funding for the police and congressional Republicans just proposed doing it again.
00:07:55.000 So this is a president, this is a Biden-Harris administration, have done the polar opposite, taking decisive action from the very beginning to fund the police and achieving a historic reduction in crime under his leadership.
00:08:08.000 So that is not going to hunt.
00:08:10.000 That dog is not going to hunt.
00:08:11.000 Democrats, again, are disconnected from the vast majority of the American people
00:08:16.000 on issues like, for example, crime.
00:08:18.000 They also happen to have another problem, which is not the disconnection with the normal American.
00:08:23.000 It is the connection with the radical progressive base.
00:08:25.000 I've been talking about this.
00:08:26.000 I'm not going to stop talking about it because it is going to lose Joe Biden in the election.
00:08:29.000 His attempt to swivel all the way to the left to get low-propensity progressive young voters to the polls in outsized numbers, it is not going to be successful.
00:08:36.000 The more he attempts to feed the alligator, the more the alligator demands of him.
00:08:40.000 So last night, outside and apparently inside the event with Joe Biden, Barack Obama, Bill Clinton, both outside and inside, pro-Chamas protesters descended upon the event.
00:08:51.000 Here are some of the video of what was going on outside the event.
00:08:53.000 See a fairly large crowd of protesters outside.
00:09:01.000 My favorite is the trans flag right above the right below the Palestinian flag.
00:09:06.000 That is definitely a coalition that is odd, as we pointed out elsewhere.
00:09:09.000 But of course, that coalition is built on hatred for the West.
00:09:11.000 It's built on anti-Americanism, which presumably is why Down With the USA was actively being chanted outside the event for Joe Biden yesterday.
00:09:24.000 Down with the USA!
00:09:29.000 Netanyahu, you will pay!
00:09:32.000 Netanyahu, you will pay!
00:09:38.000 Okay, so, again, these are the people that Barack Obama and Joe Biden and Bill Clinton, they're all pandering to these people.
00:09:45.000 In fact, one of the protesters was questioned by Fox News what one of the protesters had to say.
00:09:50.000 What are you here protesting about?
00:09:52.000 I hate old white men.
00:09:54.000 I'm protesting the American empire.
00:09:56.000 The American government is funding a genocide with our tax money.
00:10:01.000 I'm protesting the American government, so blow us up.
00:10:05.000 Why are you mad at Joe Biden?
00:10:07.000 Joe Biden is an old white man.
00:10:09.000 He's a clown.
00:10:10.000 He supported Israel against Palestine.
00:10:12.000 That's what we're angry about.
00:10:16.000 Okay, so, these are all crazy people.
00:10:20.000 They are all crazy people with evil beliefs about the United States.
00:10:24.000 They are.
00:10:24.000 And Joe Biden is pandering to these people.
00:10:27.000 Let's be clear, when it comes to the Israel-Palestinian conflict, we've said this over and over and over, and this is the fact of the matter.
00:10:32.000 The Palestinians have failed to build a functional government or society for literally decades.
00:10:37.000 Gaza was handed over to the Palestinians in 2005.
00:10:41.000 They promptly elected Hamas.
00:10:42.000 Hamas promptly turned it into the most large functioning terror base in the world, replete with hundreds of kilometers of tunnels, with tens of thousands of rockets.
00:10:54.000 And then they proceeded to launch a would-be genocidal attack against every Jew across the Gaza border.
00:11:01.000 And then they got their asses handed to them.
00:11:03.000 That's effectively what is going on in the Middle East right now.
00:11:07.000 How evil is Hamas?
00:11:08.000 Well, yesterday, Israel released some tape.
00:11:10.000 They're all these... The online space is truly toxic.
00:11:13.000 But, Israel released, in the sense that they're constantly doubting obvious evils, like the fact that Hamas are a bunch of murderers and r*****s. Some of the worst people on Earth.
00:11:23.000 Israel, yesterday, released some tape of one of the Hamas terrorists admitting that on October 7th, he participated in r*****.
00:11:34.000 The interrogator says, so you entered the house, and then you saw her in the room, and what did you do?
00:11:38.000 He says, the devil took me over, I laid her down, started undressing her, and did what I did.
00:11:43.000 And the interrogator says, what did you do?
00:11:50.000 He said, I had sex with her.
00:11:53.000 He said, you didn't sleep with her.
00:11:54.000 Sleep is to sleep.
00:11:55.000 What did you do?
00:11:56.000 He said, I **** her.
00:11:58.000 And there's widespread evidence of sexual abuse that happened during October 7th, putting aside the murder of everybody up to and including small children.
00:12:08.000 Deliberate murder, not collateral damage that happens in war, deliberate murder.
00:12:12.000 And yet somehow this is considered an issue that is worthy of massive protest by the far left.
00:12:18.000 And Joe Biden and company are still catering to these people.
00:12:21.000 Get to more on this in just a moment.

00:13:23.000 Preparewithben.com.
00:13:25.000 So apparently the discussion last night with Biden and Clinton and Obama was interrupted at least five times by protesters, according to NBC News.
00:13:33.000 Colbert acknowledged one protester and asked Biden about the U.S.
00:13:35.000 role in ensuring a peaceful and prosperous future for both Israelis and Palestinians.
00:13:39.000 Biden said more needed to be done to get relief into Gaza, but added that Israel's very existence was at stake.
00:13:44.000 And then he said there has to be a train for a two-state solution.
00:13:47.000 It doesn't have to carry today.
00:13:48.000 There has to be a progression.
00:13:48.000 I think we can do that.
00:13:50.000 Again, this is the only time I can imagine a mass terror attack met with a massive hegemonic world power suggesting that those who favor the terrorists ought to be given a fully functioning state.
00:14:04.000 That's an amazing statement.
00:14:06.000 That response was met with a standing ovation.
00:14:08.000 Then there was another protester.
00:14:10.000 And then Barack Obama jumped in.
00:14:12.000 And he said, part of democracy is not just talking, it's listening.
00:14:15.000 That's what the other side does.
00:14:16.000 And it's important for us to understand it's possible to have moral clarity and have deeply held beliefs, but still recognize the world is complicated and it's hard to solve these problems.
00:14:24.000 Now the real question is, why Democrats keep catering to these people?
00:14:29.000 Why do Democrats keep catering to the most radical conspiracy theorists on their side?
00:14:32.000 And that's what this is.
00:14:33.000 If you wonder why the elevation of this particular theory about Palestinians and Gaza and Hamas, above all else, why is it that this has become the point of the spear for the progressive movement?
00:14:44.000 We talked about this a little bit yesterday.
00:14:46.000 It's a weird thing.
00:14:47.000 There are lots of issues that you would imagine progressives on campus would be very exercised about.
00:14:50.000 You know, three, four years ago, it was systemic racism and policing, supposedly.
00:14:55.000 And before that, it was gay rights.
00:14:56.000 But right now, it's the Gaza Strip.
00:14:59.000 Why is it Hamas that they're attempting to save?
00:14:59.000 Why?
00:15:02.000 And the answer is because the victimhood mentality has pervaded the society so widely that the best way that you can show your fealty to a basic belief system, which is that the failures of individual human beings and groups are related to their victimhood at the hands of another group, the best way that you can show fealty to that perverse idea And it's a conspiracy theory, is to find literally the worst people on earth, who are the most unsuccessful, and who are claiming victimhood, and then say they're right.
00:15:33.000 That is the way that you can show fealty to the idea, just like any cult.
00:15:36.000 Any cult requires you to go through a series of steps to show what they call skin in the game.
00:15:42.000 This is why, if you're joining a sex cult, they make you get a tattoo, for example.
00:15:45.000 You have to do the most extreme thing in order to show that you have fealty to the idea.
00:15:50.000 So if you want to show fealty to a basic political idea, which is that individuals and groups fail not because they are failures, not because they have made terrible, terrible decisions, not because they are Betraying their own sense of aspirational purpose, but instead they are failing because of the evil system that surrounds them.
00:16:10.000 In order for you to show your fealty to that idea, you have to find the most obvious case of a group of people who have blown every opportunity and acted in the most evil ways and still claim that even those people are victims of the society around them.
00:16:25.000 You have to find Hamas, ****, and murderers, and their sympathizers in the civilian population, who spent 20 years allowing Hamas to run roughshod through their area and govern them, and who still, by polling data, favor October 7th and Hamas.
00:16:38.000 You have to find those people, and you have to say, those people too are victims.
00:16:41.000 And I will show you how strongly I believe they're victims.
00:16:43.000 Why does that matter?
00:16:43.000 Why?
00:16:44.000 Because again, that is the tattoo.
00:16:46.000 It's the NXM tattoo.
00:16:48.000 It is the way of demonstrating fealty to the victimhood cult.
00:16:52.000 And that victimhood cult is deeply involved.
00:16:54.000 This is a conspiracy theory.
00:16:55.000 Understand, this is a broad writ conspiracy theory.
00:16:57.000 Now I want to talk about the rise of conspiracy theories on all sides.
00:17:01.000 I talked about this a little bit yesterday, but I want to talk about this more at length because the conspiratorial victimhood cult now infuses pretty much every side of the political aisle.
00:17:11.000 I wish it were restricted to the far progressive left.
00:17:13.000 It is not.
00:17:14.000 It has now pervaded pretty much every area of American political life.
00:17:17.000 Every politician declares that you, everyone, is a member of a victim group.
00:17:22.000 Victimhood politics all the way down.
00:17:24.000 The only question is, who is the conspiratorial force and who is the victim?
00:17:27.000 But everyone is under the bizarre belief that they are being victimized in the freest society in human history.
00:17:32.000 Now, that doesn't mean that conspiracies don't exist.
00:17:35.000 It doesn't mean that there aren't people who do victimize other people.
00:17:37.000 All of that's true.
00:17:38.000 But when I talk about the conspiracy theory of society, I'm referring to the idea that without any real specification as to who comprises the conspiracy, how it works, what are the actual evidentiary proofs that it's happening, You can simply suggest that your own victimhood, your own failures are the result of you being a victim.
00:17:58.000 And again, this is a pervasive sense that has encroached upon the entire body of politics.
00:18:02.000 It is enervating and it's un-American.
00:18:05.000 The American dream is the idea that you are not a victim.
00:18:08.000 In fact, no matter how terrible your history, no matter how much you were a victim, you can still rise.
00:18:13.000 That's the American dream.
00:18:15.000 The American Dream is formerly enslaved people in the United States rising into the middle class and then into wealth, building families, building churches.
00:18:24.000 That's the American Dream.
00:18:26.000 The American Dream is poor commoners in Europe coming to the United States, forging and surging forth across the continent and building themselves up into successful people.
00:18:37.000 That's the American dream, not them sitting around and talking about how societal forces are so militarized against them.
00:18:43.000 The American dream is people like my great-great-grandparents coming in 1907 and showing up with nothing, not knowing the language, and not considering themselves victims of the government or of the surrounding society, but treating all obstacles As barriers to be overcome rather than insuperable obstacles that bar them from success.
00:19:06.000 That's the American dream.
00:19:07.000 When we say the American dream is dead, I think that what most people mean is that there are now obstacles to the American dream that prevent them from achieving their aspirations.
00:19:15.000 But if the American dream is dying, it's because we have ceased to dream.
00:19:19.000 It's because people have decided that the dream itself is stupid.
00:19:22.000 That the reason that they are failing is not because of their own failures.
00:19:26.000 They're failing because the society around them is failing.
00:19:29.000 That's incredibly dangerous.
00:19:31.000 It's an incredibly dangerous idea.
00:19:32.000 And it does, in fact, kill the American dream.
00:19:35.000 There's nothing new particularly about these sorts of conspiracy theories.
00:19:39.000 There's a famous philosopher named Karl Popper.
00:19:41.000 He wrote an amazing book called The Open Society and Its Enemies, big bestseller back in the 1940s.
00:19:47.000 He's most famous as an empiricist.
00:19:50.000 His basic theory is that you can't prove theories true as much as you can falsify them.
00:19:55.000 Right, that through falsification we can sort of by process of alienation tell what's false and then what remains is what's true.
00:20:00.000 That was Karl Popper's basic theory when it came to scientific knowledge.
00:20:04.000 He opposed what he called inductive reasoning.
00:20:07.000 That you reason to a point from the prior evidence?
00:20:10.000 Instead, he said, you have tests and you test the theory over and over and over.
00:20:13.000 Empirical testing of theories.
00:20:15.000 Okay, but he wrote in this book, The Open Society and Its Enemies, about what he called the conspiracy theory of society.
00:20:20.000 And here's what he wrote.
00:20:21.000 He said the conspiracy theory of society is quote, the view that an explanation of a social phenomenon consists in the discovery of the men or groups who are interested in the occurrence of this phenomenon.
00:20:32.000 Sometimes it's a hidden interest which has to first be revealed and who have planned and conspired to bring it about.
00:20:38.000 So what he says is most of the societal forces that are around us are evolutionarily created.
00:20:43.000 That when there's a problem in society, usually that has been built up over the course of generations gradually and very often not on purpose.
00:20:51.000 That the unintended consequences of human action typically are the things that build up systems.
00:20:56.000 It's usually not some group of men in a room somewhere who are figuring out how all the levers of society work.
00:21:03.000 Why does that make a difference?
00:21:04.000 Because once you start attributing everything around you to a conspiratorial group of people in the back room who are trying to figure out how to screw you, things get very ugly very quickly.

00:21:52.000 Visit gcu.edu.
00:21:54.000 That's gcu.edu.
00:21:57.000 He says this view, this conspiratorial view of society, arises, quote, From the mistaken theory that whatever happens in society, especially happening such as war, unemployment, poverty, shortages, which people as a rule dislike, is the result of direct design by some powerful individuals and groups.
00:22:13.000 This theory is widely held.
00:22:15.000 In its modern forms, it is a typical result of the secularization of a religious superstition.
00:22:19.000 The belief in the Homeric gods, whose conspiracies explain the history of the Trojan War, is gone.
00:22:24.000 The gods are abandoned, but their place is filled by powerful men or groups, sinister pressure groups, whose wickedness is responsible for all the evils we suffer from, such as the learned elders of Zion, or the monopolists, or the capitalists, or the imperialists.
00:22:36.000 And so what he's pointing out here is that if you go back to pagan cultures, pagan cultures basically suggested that all the ills that you were suffering were the result of a series of gods who were conspiring against you.
00:22:46.000 And when you read the Iliad, this is what you see.
00:22:48.000 You see people who are making independent human decisions, but those decisions are constantly thwarted by a group of people in the sky, and I call it a conspiracy theory, who are figuring out how your life actually is supposed to work.
00:22:59.000 Monotheistic religion, on the other hand, actually fights against conspiracy theories.
00:23:03.000 Why?
00:23:03.000 Because monotheistic religion says there is one god, And that one God is in charge of the universe.
00:23:08.000 And that one God created a good universe.
00:23:11.000 That God is good.
00:23:13.000 His universe is good.
00:23:14.000 And that means that if you are suffering a problem, the first place you should look is not to the gods or to the universe.
00:23:19.000 The first place you should look is to you.
00:23:21.000 That's what the Bible is predominantly about.
00:23:24.000 Adam is placed in the Garden of Eden.
00:23:25.000 It is a Garden of Eden.
00:23:27.000 It is an amazing place.
00:23:29.000 And he is placed there to cultivate the Garden.
00:23:30.000 And it is his failures that lead to his banishment from the Garden of Eden.
00:23:34.000 Not God's evil.
00:23:35.000 Not the gods conspiring against Adam.
00:23:37.000 Adam's own failures lead to him being expelled from the Garden of Eden.
00:23:40.000 It's why the stories of Adam and Eve and Cain and Abel are literally the most important stories in human history.
00:23:47.000 Because those particular stories explain all of human history.
00:23:49.000 Because what do human beings do once they are expelled from the Garden of Eden?
00:23:52.000 They start blaming conspiracy theories.
00:23:54.000 Cain looks at Abel, and he says, it's not fair that Abel's sacrifice was accepted by God, but mine was not.
00:24:01.000 Must be some sort of unfair thing happening, and he kills Abel.
00:24:04.000 Even though God explicitly warns him, maybe you should look at your own actions.
00:24:08.000 Sin crouches at your door.
00:24:10.000 Instead, you might want to look internally and try to figure it out.
00:24:13.000 And actually, the lesson of Cain enables that Cain eventually does that.
00:24:16.000 He repents and then he goes and builds cities.
00:24:18.000 But, that is what monotheistic religion did.
00:24:20.000 Monotheistic religion said, God is good.
00:24:23.000 The universe he created is good.
00:24:25.000 If there is a problem in your life, there's like a 98% shot that you should do something about it.
00:24:30.000 Doesn't mean there aren't problems that are created by other people.
00:24:33.000 And we should all find those problems created by other people.
00:24:35.000 And we should fight those problems created by people.
00:24:37.000 But there has to be evidence.
00:24:38.000 We have to find pathways of fixing those problems.
00:24:42.000 But if there's something going wrong in your life, the first place you should look before you look to quote-unquote vague systems, before you go ghost hunting, you should look at you.
00:24:49.000 Then monotheistic religion declines.
00:24:52.000 And in its place, you don't get pagan gods.
00:24:54.000 You get a new form of paganism, which is the conspiracy theory.
00:24:57.000 So here's what Popper writes, is, I do not wish to imply that conspiracies never happen.
00:25:01.000 On the contrary, they are typical social phenomena.
00:25:03.000 They become important, for example, whenever people who believe in the conspiracy theory get into power.
00:25:09.000 People who sincerely believe that they know how to make heaven on earth are most likely to adopt the conspiracy theory and to get involved in a counter conspiracy against non-existing conspirators.
00:25:17.000 For the only explanation of their failure to produce their heaven is the evil intention of the devil, who has a vested interest in hell.
00:25:23.000 You see this on all sides of the political aisle.
00:25:24.000 The only thing that stands between us and a greater world is if I can just get those group of people and I can, I need the power in order to do that.
00:25:31.000 And the reason I need the power is because they are involved in a conspiracy against me.
00:25:35.000 Give me the power and I will fix this thing.
00:25:38.000 When the reality is that the vast majority of problems are solvable in a free country like the United States, the freest country in the history of the world.
00:25:45.000 The most prosperous country in the history of the world because it is the freest country.
00:25:49.000 Those problems are mostly solvable at a personal level.
00:25:51.000 Again, politics, instead of finding discreet problems and solving discreet problems, has become about how do we blame the society around us for our own personal failings.
00:26:01.000 By the way, when it comes to monotheistic religion, the reason Marxists hate monotheistic religion is because it debunks the conspiracy theory.
00:26:08.000 Marxists hate monotheistic religion.
00:26:10.000 This is the reason why the communists tried to kill the church, because the idea was that a monotheistic religion says God is good, the universe is good.
00:26:17.000 If you're failing, you might want to look at you.
00:26:19.000 Marxism says if you're failing it's because society created a system that makes you fail and we need to rip down that system.
00:26:25.000 This is why Marx suggested that religion was the opiate of the masses.
00:26:28.000 We'll get to more on this in a moment.

00:27:24.000 So, Popper writes even further.
00:27:25.000 He says, what was one of the chief factors leading to the exacerbation of conspiracy theory of society?
00:27:30.000 Why has this become so prevalent?
00:27:32.000 He's writing this in the 40s.
00:27:34.000 He says, the big problem is what he called discretionary powers designed to empower organs of the state to act within certain limits as they consider necessary for achieving the ends laid down by the rulers for the time being.
00:27:45.000 So centralization of power turns into, we need to act against the conspiracy.
00:27:49.000 And we can't go through any sort of predictable process.
00:27:51.000 We can't go through any legalistic process because it might get thwarted.
00:27:54.000 We need to solve the problem fast.
00:27:55.000 And the best way to do that?
00:27:57.000 More centralized power in the hands of an unanswerable few.
00:28:00.000 He writes, the use of discretionary powers is liable to grow quickly once it has become an accepted method, since adjustments to discretionary short-term decisions can hardly be carried out by institutional means.
00:28:10.000 You're gonna have to move too fast.
00:28:11.000 You can't go through, like, a legislature.
00:28:13.000 You can't go through a budgetary process.
00:28:15.000 You need to have an administrative state that can move quickly and needs to be able to do things at a moment's notice.
00:28:19.000 And it doesn't have to make its excuses to you, because after all, there's a conspiracy afoot, and that conspiracy can only be thwarted by centralized collective power through discretionary means.
00:28:28.000 He says this tendency must greatly increase the irrationality of the system, creating in many the impression that there are actually hidden powers behind the scenes, making them susceptible to the conspiracy theory of society with all of its consequences, heresy hunts, national, social, and class hostility.
00:28:43.000 So, you give the government a lot of power?
00:28:45.000 You centralize power?
00:28:47.000 And then you use that centralized power in order to push discretionary power and then discretionary power because it doesn't look predictable, because it doesn't look rational.
00:28:54.000 That breeds more conspiracy theories because now you actually do have small groups of people in shady rooms making decisions for all of society.
00:29:02.000 And so now we are in a death spiral, a conspiracy theory death spiral that ends with the belief by the vast majority of Americans that they are now victims in the society.
00:29:10.000 And once Americans believe that they are victims of societal institutions around them, And that freedom is not the answer.
00:29:18.000 Individual freedom is not the answer.
00:29:19.000 Collective power is the answer.
00:29:20.000 That's the end of the American dream.
00:29:22.000 It's totally dead.
00:29:24.000 You can draw this out on a flow chart.
00:29:25.000 I want to do this just for one second because it's actually a pretty simple way to see exactly where the country is going if this doesn't stop right now.
00:29:32.000 Okay, so everything starts with a problem.
00:29:39.000 Hey, so the problem is real, okay?
00:29:41.000 The question is, is it an individual problem or a collective problem?
00:29:44.000 Is this a problem that you could solve on an individual level, or is this a problem that has to be solved by the mass power of the collective?
00:29:53.000 The vast majority of problems in your life are solvable on an individual or local community level.
00:29:58.000 That has been true for a very long time in the United States.
00:30:00.000 It doesn't mean there aren't big collective problems that we need to solve together.
00:30:02.000 It means that those are pretty few in number.
00:30:05.000 In a free country like the United States, we are not living in Tsarist Russia.
00:30:09.000 Okay, so the next move that people make, a problem really is a claim of victimhood.
00:30:13.000 You're being victimized by something.
00:30:14.000 Sometimes that's true, sometimes that's not.
00:30:17.000 The next thing that happens is that you blame that on society.
00:30:23.000 Right, so instead of you internalizing the problem, trying to fix the problem, instead, you blame the society.
00:30:29.000 And once you blame the society, you very quickly end up, if you do not have evidence, at a conspiracy theory.
00:30:38.000 Okay, now you have a conspiracy theory.
00:30:39.000 There's a group of people who are stopping you from solving your problem.
00:30:44.000 You blame society.
00:30:44.000 You don't have an answer.
00:30:46.000 So it must be a conspiracy.
00:30:47.000 There must be some sort.
00:30:48.000 And you're just asking questions.
00:30:49.000 Right?
00:30:49.000 You don't know.
00:30:50.000 This is the game that is played by so many corrupt commentators.
00:30:53.000 Just asking questions.
00:30:54.000 I don't have to show you evidence that something terrible is happening.
00:30:57.000 I don't have to actually demonstrate how the thing is happening.
00:30:59.000 I don't have to tell you who the problem is.
00:31:01.000 Wink wink.
00:31:02.000 But!
00:31:03.000 I can just tell you right now that there is, but even if I'm asked about it, hey, I'm just asking questions.
00:31:10.000 Now, let me tell you something about just asking questions for a second.
00:31:13.000 Just asking questions is a game for children.
00:31:15.000 My son is seven.
00:31:16.000 He can just ask questions.
00:31:17.000 My daughter is 10.
00:31:18.000 She can just ask questions.
00:31:20.000 If you are 50 and you are just asking questions, I don't think you're just asking questions.
00:31:25.000 I think that your level of curiosity is actually quite low.
00:31:29.000 I think that you don't care enough to know or know enough to care.
00:31:33.000 I think that the vast majority of people who are in the just asking questions business have an answer that they want to suggest, but they know there's no evidence for it, so instead they hide behind just asking questions.
00:31:43.000 In other words, they're completely full of s***.
00:31:45.000 So, you get to the conspiracy theory.
00:31:49.000 Now, in order to solve the conspiracy theory, you need to mobilize collective power.
00:31:57.000 Because you have a conspiracy.
00:31:58.000 The conspiracy can only be fought, it can't be fought by an individual.
00:32:01.000 It has to be fought by centralization of collective power.
00:32:03.000 It's the only way to do it.
00:32:07.000 And then you have a problem, as Popper says.
00:32:08.000 Collective power tends to be pretty slow-moving and large and unwieldy.
00:32:13.000 So then what you have to do is you have to delegate that.
00:32:14.000 You have to delegate that collective power to some sort of discretionary power.
00:32:23.000 You have to delegate it to the discretionary power, right?
00:32:25.000 Because once you delegate it to the discretionary power, then they can handle the problem.
00:32:28.000 The problem is that the discretionary power actually does look a lot like a conspiracy because now you actually have a small group of people who have been allocated outsized power without answerability or accountability.
00:32:39.000 And that group of people can now be blamed for other failings because they, in fact, will be involved in those failings.
00:32:46.000 And so what you end up with is, wait for it, You've shortcutted the first couple of steps, you end up back at the conspiracy theory, and now you're in a spiral.
00:32:54.000 Now you're in a never-ending spiral.
00:32:56.000 More conspiracy theories requires more collective power, requires more discretionary power, which leads to more conspiracy theories, more collective power, more discretionary power, and so on.
00:33:03.000 And that's how freedom dies, through the power of collective conspiracy theories.
00:33:07.000 And that is where we are.
00:33:08.000 There's only one way to break that chain.
00:33:10.000 The one way to break that chain is to say to yourself, And say to the society, stop being whiny.
00:33:17.000 Stop pretending that every problem is a collective problem.
00:33:21.000 If you have a problem, show the evidence of the problem so we can all solve it together.
00:33:25.000 Ghost hunting is not meant to actually find the ghost.
00:33:28.000 It is meant to mobilize the collective in pursuit of power.
00:33:32.000 That's what's going on, politically, on pretty much all sides of the aisle right now.
00:33:35.000 We have to break that chain.
00:33:37.000 We have to go back to the individual American dream.
00:33:39.000 Again, it doesn't mean there aren't conspiracies, doesn't mean there aren't bad people trying to do bad things, but we have to be very specific about what we are targeting, and very meticulous in our use of power in order to target it, or we end up in a very, very bad position.
00:33:53.000 Now, in the end, who are the greatest enemies of the conspiracy theorists?
00:33:57.000 The greatest enemies.
00:33:59.000 The greatest enemies of the conspiracy theorists are people who actually are victimized.
00:34:03.000 Who actually are victimized, and who refuse victimhood status.
00:34:06.000 Those are the people that conspiracy theories cannot take.
00:34:09.000 Because if you actually are victimized, and what you say is, I am not a victim.
00:34:09.000 They cannot take it.
00:34:14.000 I, in fact, can overcome whatever obstacles are put in my way.
00:34:18.000 Because this is a free society.
00:34:20.000 You become the enemy.
00:34:21.000 You become the enemy.
00:34:23.000 This is why anti-Semitism very often ends up connected with conspiracy theory.
00:34:28.000 Because, unfortunately, it is just a reality of the world that Jews have been disproportionately victimized by surrounding groups.
00:34:37.000 And it is also true that Jews have been disproportionately successful.
00:34:40.000 But it's not unique to Jews.
00:34:41.000 It's true for middlemen Chinese in various countries in Asia.
00:34:45.000 It's true right now of Southeast Asians in many areas of the United States, in impoverished areas of the United States.
00:34:51.000 It's not unique to Jews, but any group or person who is disproportionately victimized and also disproportionately successful explodes the entire victimhood conspiracy theory mentality.
00:35:02.000 And those people must be destroyed.
00:35:04.000 And this is how you end up with supposedly tolerant and diverse people in Berkeley, California, mocking Holocaust survivors.
00:35:11.000 That's how you end up with this.
00:35:12.000 Here's some tape.
00:35:16.000 Hi!
00:35:17.000 surge in anti-semitism. Jews are now under existential threat. The invasion by
00:35:25.000 Hamas which broke a ceasefire...
00:35:28.000 Time! Time!
00:35:30.000 Okay, Mr. Witt, ladies and gentlemen, if you can please let me facilitate the meeting.
00:35:36.000 Led to the murder of 1,200 Israelis and the brutal torture and rape of women, the destruction of property...
00:35:45.000 of course they have to heckle the holocaust survivor Of course they do.
00:35:58.000 And of course they have to stand up in favor of Hamas.
00:36:01.000 And of course this room is replete with signs for Black Lives Matter and gay pride.
00:36:06.000 Of course.
00:36:07.000 Because the conspiracy theories that believe that the West is the obstacle to your success, those conspiracy theories always end with going after people who have experienced victimhood and refuse to be the victims.
00:36:20.000 Because it explodes the entire basis for their attempt at collective power.
00:36:25.000 Okay, in just one second, we'll bring you all the updates on Sam Bankman-Free and everything else.
00:36:29.000 First, I recently went to Kensington, Pennsylvania.
00:36:31.000 It's a neighborhood of Philadelphia.
00:36:32.000 What I witnessed was the most horrifying thing I've ever seen in this country.
00:36:35.000 Streets plagued by people shooting up, a homeless population spiraling out of control, and the most tragic aspect, of course, is the heartbreak of moms losing their kids to fentanyl overdose.
00:36:44.000 I talked with many of those moms.
00:36:45.000 The fentanyl crisis has engulfed the country, has become the deadliest drug epidemic in American history in 2023 alone.
00:36:51.000 The total fentanyl related deaths soared to a staggering 112,000 lives lost.
00:36:56.000 Behind those numbers are actual real heartbreaking tales of loss and despair, a growing sense of abandonment.
00:37:01.000 Joe Biden is doing nothing.
00:37:03.000 Join me on the ground as we look into the consequences of Joe Biden's policy failures and how they are contributing to the gravest drug crisis in the history of the United States.

00:37:15.000 Meanwhile, Sam Bankman Freed.
00:37:17.000 He defrauded people out of literally billions of dollars.
00:37:17.000 You remember that guy?
00:37:20.000 He is now going to go to jail for the next 25 years, according to The Wall Street Journal.
00:37:25.000 Inmates can make ceramics or crochet at a federal prison in Lompoc, California.
00:37:29.000 At a federal prison in Mendota, a few hours away, inmates have a harmonica or play basketball on one of five facility courts.
00:37:35.000 Those prisons represent possible landing places for FTX founder Sam Bankman-Fried, who will, in coming months, report to begin serving his 25-year sentence imposed Thursday by U.S.
00:37:43.000 District Judge Louis Kaplan in Manhattan.
00:37:45.000 Kaplan recommended the one-time entrepreneur be assigned to either a low- or medium-security prison near where his parents live in the San Francisco Bay Area.
00:37:53.000 They suggested, the judge did, that he has autism and his association with wealth that make him a target for other prisoners, so they're going to put him in a minimum or moderate security prison.
00:38:03.000 He is going to stay there for the next 25 years of his life.
00:38:06.000 He'll probably be 50 by the time he gets out.
00:38:09.000 And of course, a well-deserved sentence for a fraudster.
00:38:12.000 This is the second biggest sentence that we have seen for this kind of fraud since Bernie Madoff
00:38:16.000 got 150 years in prison and then died in prison.
00:38:19.000 Benjamin Fried's sentence, of course, was based on the fact that he essentially told people
00:38:25.000 to invest in FTX and then took the money from FTX and poured it into a fake Bitcoin scam
00:38:31.000 while simultaneously skimming off the top.
00:38:34.000 He got away with it because for a very long time, he was pretending that he was a charitable entrepreneur.
00:38:40.000 He had this whole theory about how if you made more money, this meant you could give more charity,
00:38:44.000 which of course is true, but it also meant that since he was passing that money
00:38:47.000 around to politically connected people,
00:38:49.000 he could get away with it for a very, very long time, which apparently he did.
00:38:54.000 Bankman Freed's sentence is good evidence that you should really check the financial bona fides of the places you invest rather than simply trusting people based on their virtue signaling.
00:39:03.000 That is the short story of Sam Bankman Freed.
00:39:06.000 And meanwhile, The Democrats are starting to get very nervous about RFK Jr.
00:39:10.000 RFK Jr.
00:39:11.000 in current polling is somewhere between 6 and 10 percent.
00:39:14.000 The question is where those polling numbers are coming from.
00:39:17.000 Are those coming from Republicans who are dissatisfied with Donald Trump?
00:39:21.000 Or are they coming from Democrats dissatisfied with Joe Biden?
00:39:24.000 James Carville believes that maybe he's drawing from Trump.
00:39:27.000 That's not really what the evidence suggests at this point.
00:39:31.000 So the Bobby Kennedy thing.
00:39:35.000 I actually think Bobby Kennedy might hurt Trump more than he hurts It's funny you say that.
00:39:39.000 We have one headline, Politico said, RFK is a spoiler, but for who?
00:39:44.000 Yeah.
00:39:45.000 And you can't, you take a poll now, but I think there's a certain percent of people in the country that they're just like, just F the whole thing.
00:39:53.000 F it all.
00:39:54.000 I can't take it.
00:39:54.000 F it all.
00:39:55.000 Yeah.
00:39:55.000 And Biden is not going to get any of the F it all vote.
00:40:00.000 Now, the reality is that RFK Jr., because of Nicole Shanahan, the person he just brought on as VP, who actually has been bankrolling a lot of his campaign, he's going to be on a lot of state ballots.
00:40:10.000 And if he's on state ballots in places like Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania?
00:40:15.000 That's gonna hurt Biden.
00:40:16.000 According to the RealClearPolitics polling average, Trump leads Biden by a little bit under two points in a two-candidate race, but in a three-candidate race, with Kennedy earning somewhere around 12% nationally, he is beating Joe Biden by five points, 41 to 35.
00:40:31.000 He's actually leading by almost six.
00:40:36.000 Not a lot of battleground polling on the three-candidate race, but The reality is that Kennedy is going to do better in a three-candidate race than, say, Jill Stein did in 2016, when her voters provided a margin of error large enough to hand the election to Trump in many of the swing states.
00:40:53.000 In the RealClearPolitics polling average, Trump's lead, for example, grows from 5.2% to 6% in Arizona in a three-way,
00:41:00.000 5.2% to 7.4% in Georgia, 3 to 6 in Nevada, 4.4 to 6.7 in North Carolina.
00:41:07.000 Only in Michigan does it seem like the addition of these other third-party candidates actually hurts Trump a little
00:41:13.000 bit.
00:41:13.000 This is according to Ed Kilgore, writing for the New York Intelligencer.
00:41:15.000 So this is not somebody who is on the right.
00:41:18.000 This is why Joy Behar is freaking out about RFK Jr.
00:41:22.000 Here she was yesterday.
00:41:24.000 Why do you want to destroy the election and hand it to Trump, if possible?
00:41:28.000 He's a Kennedy.
00:41:31.000 His forefathers are rolling over in their graves with this.
00:41:33.000 His own family is telling people.
00:41:36.000 We already have one clown in the race.
00:41:37.000 Do we need two of them?
00:41:40.000 Now, weirdly enough, Donald Trump is attacking RFK Jr.
00:41:43.000 as a candidate.
00:41:44.000 Earlier this week, he attacked him, casting him as a liberal Democrat in disguise, but he also was backing him as a spoiler against Joe Biden.
00:41:52.000 He did say, I love that he is running.
00:41:54.000 And he should.
00:41:55.000 I mean, RFK Jr.
00:41:57.000 is basically a stand-in for people who are dissatisfied with Biden but can't bring themselves to pull the trigger for Trump.
00:42:02.000 And that's going to be a lot of people.
00:42:03.000 Joe Biden has disappointed an enormous number of people, particularly moderates.
00:42:07.000 Everybody's talking about the progressive disaffection with Joe Biden.
00:42:12.000 Moderate disaffection with Joe Biden is going to be just as high, if not higher.
00:42:16.000 Progressive voters are louder about it, but moderate voters are the ones who are going to make a difference in this year's election.
00:42:20.000 And as I've said over and over and over and over, Joe Biden has steered away from the voters that brung him, which is usually a very bad strategy in a national election.
00:42:28.000 We'll get some more on this in just one moment.

00:43:46.000 Meanwhile, there is more information on the death of Next Benedict.
00:43:50.000 So you remember, Next Benedict's death was exploited by the media to pretend that it was anti-trans bigotry that led Next Benedict to die.
00:43:56.000 Originally, they suggested that Next Benedict, who was a 16-year-old girl who claimed that she was gender non-binary, they claimed that she was abused by other students at her high school, beat up in a bathroom, and then died because of being beaten up.
00:44:09.000 And it turns out not one element of that was true.
00:44:11.000 It turns out that Next Benedict started the fight in the bathroom, It turns out that next Benedict was actually in full decent health after that fight?
00:44:21.000 It turns out that NextBenedict committed suicide.
00:44:24.000 So literally every element of that was false.
00:44:25.000 And now we are getting new details into the life of NextBenedict, which demonstrate once and again, again, again, again.
00:44:31.000 When you are talking about young people committing suicide, it is not because society is mean to them for their gender non-binary status.
00:44:38.000 According to RedState, now that we have the full autopsy report for NextBenedict, many of the questions surrounding her overdose have been answered.
00:44:45.000 The full report released by the Chief Medical Officer and Board of Medicological Investigations confirms what the earlier Medical Examiner's Office reported.
00:44:52.000 There were massive amounts of diphenhydramine, more commonly known as Benadryl, in Nex Benedict's Dagny, was her actual name, in her blood.
00:45:00.000 Dr. Paul Wax, the Executive Director of the American College of Toxicology, reviewed the results, confirmed she could have consumed 50 to 100 pills to reach that toxicity level.
00:45:09.000 Her death was intentionally self-inflicted.
00:45:12.000 While advocacy groups remain insistent her distress sourced from bullying at school, Dagny did not indicate this in her last notes.
00:45:18.000 The Owasso Police Department released a statement saying, quote, although the notes do not make any reference to the earlier fight or difficulties at school, the parents indicated that Benedict reported being picked upon for various reasons while at school.
00:45:28.000 As is usual in these cases, there's much more to the story, says Red State.
00:45:31.000 A hint was provided by the Washington Post on February 21st, 2024 that never made it beyond that report.
00:45:35.000 Describing Dagny's funeral, the article states that Dagny's cousin spoke along with her mother and Benedict.
00:45:41.000 Next, his biological mother was among the mourners.
00:45:42.000 Their father, who was in prison for abuse, was not.
00:45:46.000 So what exactly?
00:45:46.000 Where was dad?
00:45:47.000 What happened to the father?
00:45:48.000 Well, on July 17th, 2019, when Dagny was 11 years old, an arrest warrant was issued for James Everett Hughes, Dagny's father.
00:45:55.000 He was arrested on July 31st, 2019, in Sebastian County, Arkansas.
00:46:00.000 The charge was for rape of a minor, under the age of 14, during the time period between May 2017 and August 2017, when Dagny was 9 years old.
00:46:08.000 Among many witnesses was Sue Benedict, the grandmother who had adopted Dagny in 2019.
00:46:13.000 Hughes would accept a plea deal to sexual assault in the second degree, November 27, 2019.
00:46:17.000 He was sentenced to 5 years in prison with 10 years suspended.
00:46:20.000 He would be placed on the sex offender list and have no contact with his daughter.
00:46:23.000 He was then arrested again January 25th, 2024 by Little Rock Police Department for failing to comply with reporting as a sex offender two weeks before Dagny's suicide.
00:46:32.000 Hughes' new case was filed March 5th, 2024 for the offense of failing to register as a sex offender or report the address change.
00:46:38.000 Case details are difficult to read.
00:46:40.000 The following information is graphic.
00:46:41.000 In the report, Dagny, age 11, would tell investigators her father anally raped her when she was nine years old and that he had molested her for years prior.
00:46:50.000 So in other words, this is obviously a story of horrific physical sexual abuse of a child by her own father, and that resulted in problems that deserve nothing but sympathy.
00:47:01.000 But the media treated this as a case of conservative anti-trans bigotry, which is insane and sick and wrong.
00:47:10.000 Just terrible stuff.
00:47:12.000 Will the media walk any of what they did back here?
00:47:15.000 Of course not, because it backs their particular narrative, and that particular narrative is that America is a terrible, horrible, no good, very bad place, and their proof of that is that, next Benedict, a young girl committed suicide, and that she must have done so because society was too mean to her, as opposed to because of the very specific circumstances of what appears to be a deeply tragic life.
00:47:37.000 Are you coming up?
