00:00:24.000 Get to all the actual news in just a moment.
00:00:25.000 But first, I rarely do this, but today I have a really important confession to make.
00:00:34.000 I've rethought my entire perspective on equality, femininity, female empowerment.
00:00:39.000 See, I used to believe that women deserved respect because of all the incredible things they do and accomplish.
00:00:45.000 I looked to my wife as a model for a woman who deserves respect.
00:00:48.000 A wife, a mother of three, doctor, community member, a wonderful person.
00:00:53.000 But I have rethought all of that because of a new Megan Thee Stallion video, brilliantly titled, I was made aware of this video because some of my viewers notified me.
00:01:05.000 The reviewers of the video had said that the song, Thought, was directed at me.
00:01:10.000 To which I responded, what does Thought mean?
00:01:12.000 And also, isn't Megan Thee Stallion, the woman who for some reason has a middle name that means you, when it should actually just specify the definite article?
00:01:20.000 But then I watched her stunning music video and whole vistas of philosophy were made available to me.
00:01:26.000 New revelations with regard to human excellence were divulged.
00:01:31.000 The light shone forth.
00:01:33.000 I was converted to Megan Thee Stallion's brilliant worldview.
00:01:37.000 As Balaam's ass made to him known the wishes of the divine, so too did Megan Thee Stallion's ass make known to all of us the platonic meaning of true womanhood.
00:01:47.000 For truly, civilization has rarely been graced with a poet of such magnificence, a genius of such magnitude, an icon of such genius.
00:01:58.000 I could go on, and I will.
00:01:59.000 But first, I wish to share her revelation, and it is a revelation, with us all.
00:02:05.000 For Megan Thee Stallion, yes my friends, Thee Stallion is not the mere definite article, but within you, comes to share a message.
00:02:13.000 And we can do little but gape in awe at her astonishing, inspiring intellect, insight, sagacity, Ah, ye gods, that we should have twerking among us such a paradigm of sheer perspicacity, sophistication, and enlightenment.
00:02:29.000 Grateful we all should be to live in such a glorious time.
00:02:33.000 Now, to our extraordinary, incandescent, resplendent music video.
00:02:40.000 Hello?
00:02:40.000 Look, motherf***er!
00:02:42.000 The women that you're accidentally trying to step on are everybody that you depend on.
00:02:47.000 They treat your diseases.
00:02:49.000 They cook your meals.
00:02:50.000 They haul your trash.
00:02:51.000 They drop your ambulances.
00:02:52.000 They guard you while you sleep.
00:02:54.000 They control every part of your life.
00:02:57.000 Do not f*** with them.
00:02:59.000 By Odin's Beard, the heartbreaking wisdom.
00:03:05.000 Can't nip the beat live, you no lil' chump.
00:03:09.000 Hands on my knees, shaking ass on my thigh.
00:03:11.000 Post me a pic, finna make me a profit.
00:03:13.000 When the h*** hits, then the f*** get toxic.
00:03:15.000 Why the f*** you in the club when n****s wild?
00:03:17.000 I been lit since brunch, that's order 42 for the table.
00:03:20.000 That's posse, missionary or a raki style.
00:03:22.000 On my top, f*** the ass, hey, know me from the closet.
00:03:25.000 by Zeus' anvil, the Aristotelian insight.
00:03:29.000 By Thor's Great Hammer, the extraordinary non-objectification and empowerment.
00:03:34.000 by Thor's great hammer, the extraordinary non-objectification and empowerment, the originality, the virtuosity, the percipience, the praise.
00:03:48.000 It is all too little.
00:03:49.000 We must investigate the supreme quality of Megan Thee Stallion's groundbreaking work within E!
00:03:55.000 The true Shakespearean artistic fluidity, rhyming thought with both profit and toxic, but also rhyming venom with dinner, and also somehow finding the room to use the word twelve times, forty-four times, twenty-four times, five times, and the n-word seven times all in just under three minutes.
00:04:18.000 And, in this song, we learn that Megan Thee Stallion will soon, at the shockingly prodigious age of just 26, graduate from the prestigious Texas Southern University with a degree in Health Administration.
00:04:29.000 As she says, 2021, Finnick Graduate College.
00:04:34.000 The true empowerment of this song, hands on my knees, shaking on my thoughts, Post me a pic, find to make me a profit.
00:04:44.000 Yes, true female empowerment is to be found in profiting from your thought.
00:04:51.000 The true beauty which lies within exposed in this song.
00:04:55.000 I walk around the house butt naked and I stop at every mirror just to stare at my own posterior.
00:05:02.000 Yes, meaning is to be found in gazing narcissist-like into the gaping maw of your own The true honor and love.
00:05:11.000 We ain't even speakin' if the n-word ain't spendin'.
00:05:15.000 Yes, indeed, true love and honor can only be found in having sex with men based purely on the amount of lucre they spend on you.
00:05:22.000 Yes, a thousand times yes.
00:05:24.000 Hands on my knees, shaking on my thoughts.
00:05:28.000 Indeed.
00:05:30.000 Indeed.
00:05:32.000 After seeing this unbelievably brilliant music video, I actually respect my own wife less today, because she decided to be an actual doctor, and went to college, and medical school, and residency, rather than going to Party City, buying a hot doctor outfit, and then twerking for the pleasure of millions of men, while reserving her sexual favors only for those who pay her the most money.
00:05:55.000 My wife, she just did not understand the true uniqueness of womanhood.
00:05:59.000 Instead opted to get married, bear children, care for those children, hold a job, rather than dressing up in a slutty public sanitation worker outfit and running over fake conservative senators in a garbage truck.
00:06:12.000 Truly, Megan Thee Stallion has set forth an awe-inspiring vision of femininity and womanhood.
00:06:19.000 May we all remember her contribution to humanity as we forge forth to ever greater civilizational heights.
00:06:26.000 Alrighty, we'll get to all the news in just one moment.
00:06:28.000 First, let us talk about the fact that my kids keep me up all night.
00:06:32.000 And then I wake up in the morning and I have to do shows like this one.
00:06:35.000 And that means I need my coffee.
00:06:36.000 But there is one coffee that I hold by.
00:06:39.000 I'm talking to you, of course, about Black Rifle Coffee.

00:07:01.000 And this summer, Black Rifle invites you to enjoy your coffee.

00:07:51.000 The big problem is Joe Biden doesn't actually know he's abroad.
00:07:54.000 Essentially, Joe Biden's tenure thus far is a lot like the Anthony Hopkins movie, The Father.
00:08:00.000 He's just wandering around, not knowing where he is and confused all the time.
00:08:04.000 It's essentially an outtake from the Super Bowl of the weekend, wandering through mirror lined hallways, weirdly bumping into things.
00:08:11.000 That is Joe Biden abroad.
00:08:13.000 And we were told, of course, that Donald Trump had shamed America on the world stage, and now America is back, baby!
00:08:19.000 America's back!
00:08:20.000 In fact, Antony Blinken, the Secretary of State, he says, the foreigners love us again!
00:08:24.000 The Europeans, they love us.
00:08:26.000 They love us so much.
00:08:27.000 Yeah, you know what the Europeans love?
00:08:28.000 They love when you give them what they want.
00:08:30.000 Because politics is a power game.
00:08:33.000 And the reality is, the Europeans know that Joe Biden thinks more like they do.
00:08:36.000 Here is Antony Blinken.
00:08:39.000 There was a major poll that just came out that showed that across those countries, 75% of the people on average now have confidence in American leadership and in President Biden.
00:08:49.000 That's up from 17% a year ago.
00:08:52.000 So we're now in a position where when it comes to dealing with Russia and the challenges it poses, or dealing with China and the challenges it poses, we can come with a much more united front.
00:09:02.000 Oh, is that what's going to happen?
00:09:03.000 A united front?
00:09:04.000 Or maybe it's that the Europeans are comfortable that we have a doddering old fool in the White House who is never going to challenge any of their preconceived notions about either Russia or Iran, about the Middle East.
00:09:14.000 They're just going to do whatever the Europeans would like them to do.
00:09:17.000 And why exactly would they feel threatened by Joe Biden?
00:09:19.000 I mean, this is the this is the key to Joe Biden.
00:09:21.000 He is perfectly unthreatening because again, near corpses are not threatening.
00:09:26.000 This is why the right is not really glomming on to attacking Biden because how do you attack a house plant?
00:09:31.000 As I've said many times before.
00:09:32.000 So Joe Biden over and over on this trip, he demonstrated that he is in fact barely sentient.
00:09:38.000 I mean, it's embarrassing.
00:09:40.000 There are folks in America who said that Donald Trump was an embarrassment on the world stage because he was so brusque and because he said crazy things.
00:09:46.000 Fine.
00:09:46.000 It is embarrassing to have a president of the United States who is wandering into walls.
00:09:51.000 Okay, that is... We've gotten to a certain point in American life when these are the people that we choose to be presidents of the United States.
00:09:58.000 Okay, so Joe Biden led off the G7 by mixing up Libya with Syria three times.
00:10:05.000 He was trying to talk about how he was standing up to the Russians, and also we're going to work with the Russians to end the bloodshed in Syria, but he missed.
00:10:13.000 By 1400 miles, Libya is nowhere near Syria.
00:10:17.000 In fact, it's not technically even on the same landmass.
00:10:20.000 Syria is up there in that Middle Eastern landmass, and Libya is down there in Africa.
00:10:25.000 Here is Joe Biden missing the mark by, oh, about 1400 miles.
00:10:28.000 Three times.
00:10:30.000 In Libya, we should be opening up the passes to be able to go through and provide food assistance and economic assistance.
00:10:41.000 For example, the rebuilding of Syria, of Libya.
00:10:49.000 They're there.
00:10:49.000 So I'm hopeful that we can find an accommodation where we can save the lives of people And for example, in, uh, in Libya.
00:11:00.000 Okay, so, um, here's the thing.
00:11:02.000 That's the wrong place.
00:11:03.000 Indy!
00:11:04.000 They're digging in the wrong place.
00:11:06.000 So Joe Biden doesn't know where he is and he doesn't know where Syria is.
00:11:09.000 Also, he gets very angry when you ask him simple questions.
00:11:12.000 So Joe Biden was asked about what he is going to do to stand up to the Russians and the Chinese, and Joe Biden was, like, growling at the reporters.
00:11:22.000 He's like, I need more time.
00:11:23.000 I mean, first of all, I don't know what happened to his voice here.
00:11:25.000 Suddenly he became one of the demons from Poltergeist.
00:11:27.000 This is real weird stuff.
00:11:30.000 You've kept in place some Trump-era steel and aluminum sanctions.
00:11:34.000 And I wanted to ask you, when you're having these conversations with European allies, who are very concerned about these sanctions, how do you justify that?
00:11:44.000 And what are your plans?
00:11:45.000 120 days.
00:11:46.000 Give me a break.
00:11:47.000 I need time.
00:11:50.000 120 days.
00:11:52.000 Give me a break.
00:11:54.000 Need time.
00:11:57.000 Dude, what is going on?
00:12:00.000 What is happening right now?
00:12:01.000 Hey, and it was consistent like across the entire G7.
00:12:05.000 So first of all, the G7 is always weird, right?
00:12:07.000 You always get these weird pictures of these world leaders awkwardly associating with one another.
00:12:11.000 This time, they opened their picture.
00:12:13.000 Their opening picture was of the G7 leaders in Cornwall, like on a beach in Cornwall, and they look like they just beamed down, except that Angela Merkel is wearing a red jacket, so she's the one who goes first, right?
00:12:23.000 Is usually the way that this works.
00:12:25.000 But Joe Biden, just he's not with us.
00:12:28.000 In the middle of one of his press conferences, he starts talking again about how he's going to get in trouble with his own staff if he answers unapproved questions.
00:12:35.000 He does this all the time, by the way.
00:12:37.000 He's saying the quiet part out loud.
00:12:38.000 He's actually reading the stage direction from the teleprompter.
00:12:41.000 So here is Joe Biden doing that again.
00:12:42.000 I'm sorry, I'm going to get in trouble with staff if I don't do this the right way.
00:12:47.000 Jennifer Jacob Bloomberg.
00:12:50.000 I have to, I have to, I only answer questions from the people my staff tells me to answer.
00:12:56.000 Broccoli.
00:12:58.000 And then, he, um, he tried to introduce the president of South Africa after Boris Johnson already had, leading the entire G7 to laugh at him.
00:13:06.000 Things are going swimmingly.
00:13:08.000 The president, I suppose, the president of the moon, he just did it.
00:13:12.000 And the president of South Africa.
00:13:14.000 and the president of South Africa, as I said earlier.
00:13:19.000 I did, I certainly did.
00:13:23.000 So.
00:13:25.000 When you get an exit voice.
00:13:27.000 Joe, they're laughing at you, not looking at you.
00:13:29.000 Let me tell you, when, do you like it, I'll, this president, I'm glad to hear it.
00:13:34.000 So Boris Johnson reminds Joe Biden, the President of the United States, that he already introduced the person that Joe Biden just tried to introduce.
00:13:39.000 Everybody starts laughing at Joe Biden, and Joe Biden awkwardly starts laughing along.
00:13:43.000 Yes, all is well on the international stage.
00:13:46.000 Joe Biden got lost in the wrong cafe and had to be ushered away by a young female aide, apparently.
00:13:51.000 This was put out by ITV News.
00:13:53.000 So he's just walking around the G7.
00:13:55.000 He's supposed to be in a particular place.
00:13:56.000 Where is his staff?
00:13:58.000 What are they doing?
00:13:59.000 He just wanders into a cafe and everybody's looking at him like, what is going on?
00:14:03.000 Why is the president of the United States wandering around in this cafe asking for toilet paper or something?
00:14:08.000 Here is the president of your United States wandering around in a cafe before being led away like a small child by an aide.
00:14:15.000 How are your meetings going in Cornwall, Mr. President?
00:14:19.000 How are your meetings going here in Cornwall?
00:14:26.000 They all are laughing at him.
00:14:27.000 There comes his aide.
00:14:28.000 She's like, she's like, come on, Joe.
00:14:30.000 Come on.
00:14:31.000 Come on.
00:14:32.000 Unbelievable.
00:14:34.000 Un-be-lievable.
00:14:36.000 And then there were his, I mean, his aides have a rough job.
00:14:39.000 I mean, it's a tough job.
00:14:40.000 I understand.
00:14:40.000 I have children of my own.
00:14:41.000 His aides were trying to shoo away the press.
00:14:43.000 There's a Biden-Macron photo op.
00:14:46.000 And his aides are like, we need the cameras to go away because we need to get Joe.
00:14:50.000 Joe needs a nap.
00:14:50.000 Joe needs a rest.
00:14:52.000 Joe's a little fussy.
00:14:52.000 Gotta get him his bottle.
00:14:54.000 Here are his aides trying to shoo away the press.
00:14:57.000 Thank you.
00:14:58.000 All the press are shouting out questions and his aides are like, get out of here!
00:15:03.000 Go!
00:15:04.000 Leave!
00:15:04.000 Now is not the time!
00:15:05.000 All the press are shouting out questions and his aides are like, get out of here!
00:15:13.000 Go!
00:15:14.000 Leave!
00:15:15.000 Now is not the time!
00:15:17.000 Joe needs to lie down!
00:15:18.000 My god.
00:15:19.000 Yes, yes, things are great.
00:15:21.000 By the way, you want to know the reason that the Europeans are very pro-Joe Biden?
00:15:24.000 Because he's giving them all the things that they want, including taxes on American corporations.
00:15:29.000 We'll get to that in just one second.
00:15:30.000 First, let us talk about the fact that if you are working from home, if you're working at the office, you don't want to go to the post office.
00:15:37.000 Waiting in line is just not something that is worth doing.
00:15:39.000 The post office is great.
00:15:40.000 They do a lot of wonderful things, but you can do all the stuff that you could do at the post office from your home or office, and you could do it for a lot less money and save yourself time in the process.
00:15:47.000 This is where Stamps.com comes in.

00:16:54.000 Alrighty, so.
00:16:55.000 The G7, what happened there?
00:16:57.000 A few things.
00:16:57.000 Well, one, the United States basically asked other countries to tax American-based corporations.
00:17:02.000 Now, you don't have to love the big tech companies to understand that these are America-based corporations.
00:17:06.000 And the fact they're based in America means a lot of the jobs exist here in the United States.
00:17:10.000 And that we take, for whatever taxes they pay, we take the chief margin of those taxes because they are based in the United States.
00:17:18.000 Okay, well now, the United States government, under the auspices of Joe Biden and Janet Yellen, wishes to announce a global tax on tech companies.
00:17:27.000 The goal is to tax American tech giants, according to the Wall Street Journal editorial board.
00:17:33.000 New rules would allow jurisdictions where global companies earn revenue, market countries, to tax a portion of the resulting profits.
00:17:39.000 This would upend a century of global standards that tax companies where their headquarters are based.
00:17:43.000 The G7 makes it sound like this would apply to all large global firms.
00:17:46.000 One might even think it's an improvement on the patchwork of digital services taxes the G7 promises to replace.
00:17:51.000 But Janet Yellen and her peers didn't devise this idea in a vacuum.
00:17:54.000 Their proposal builds on negotiations already underway at the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, the OECD, for taxes that would apply specifically to digital companies.
00:18:04.000 So in other words, you might think that their new rule, which taxes profits where they are earned, would be good for the United States.
00:18:08.000 We're a giant market.
00:18:09.000 That means that a bunch of businesses selling their product over here, we'd get to tax that.
00:18:13.000 Except for the fact that this is explicitly designed in order to tax only giant companies based in the United States.
00:18:20.000 The exemption of profits up to a margin of 10% is the clue, and only a few industries do companies consistently achieve profit margins above that threshold.
00:18:27.000 Digital services is one such industry.
00:18:29.000 Negotiators are carving out exclusions for other industries that otherwise would have to pay the tax.
00:18:34.000 A few non-tech companies may eventually get caught, but witness the efforts to minimize their numbers.
00:18:38.000 One step is Ms.
00:18:39.000 Yellen's offer this spring to limit the new tax to companies with revenue above $20 billion, which captures most American tech firms and excludes the vast majority of the world's other multinational companies.
00:18:48.000 So basically, we're going to allow everybody to tax America-based companies, but we are not going to be able to tax their companies in return.
00:18:54.000 Amazing work.
00:18:55.000 I can't imagine why the G7 loves Joe Biden so much.
00:18:57.000 Why?
00:18:58.000 Why?
00:18:59.000 I mean, clearly Joe Biden is a leader.
00:19:02.000 Meanwhile, according to the New York Times, there are cracks in the coalition.
00:19:06.000 President Biden and fellow Western leaders issued a confrontational declaration about Russian and Chinese government behavior on Sunday, castigating Beijing over its internal repression, vowing to investigate the pandemic's origins, and excoriating Moscow for using nerve agents and cyber weapons.
00:19:22.000 Concluding the first in-person summit meeting since the outbreak of the COVID pandemic, the leaders tried to present a unified front against a range of threats, but they disagreed about crucial issues, from timelines for halting the burning of coal to committing tens or hundreds of billions of dollars to aid to challenge Beijing's Belt and Road Initiative.
00:19:39.000 Still, as they left Cornwall where they had met at a resort overlooking rocky outcroppings in England's far west, almost all of the participants welcomed a new tone as they began to repair the breaches from four years of dealing with Biden's predecessor, Donald J. Trump.
00:19:53.000 President Emmanuel Macron of France said, Yes, I've noticed.
00:19:55.000 to have a US president who's part of the club and very willing to cooperate.
00:19:58.000 Yes, I've noticed. I've noticed.
00:20:00.000 Yes. So basically, the United States is going to get nothing out of this.
00:20:06.000 Instead, what's going to happen is that the United States is going to cave to everything that Europe wants, which means that the United States will look the other way and actually actively promulgate Iranian involvement in the world economy.
00:20:16.000 The United States will green light things like the Nord Stream 2 pipeline while killing Keystone XL.
00:20:21.000 The United States will look the other way as China rolls over countries in the surrounding regions.
00:20:27.000 The fact of the matter is this administration has zero interest in facing up to Russia or China.
00:20:31.000 This administration has demonstrated very little willingness to actually take harsh action with regard to either the Putin regime or the Xi Jinping regime over in China.
00:20:40.000 It's pretty obvious that they wish to do exactly what the Europeans want to do, which is dither around until these regimes continue to gain strength.
00:20:47.000 Which is kind of amazing because we were told for years that it was Donald Trump who was a cat's paw of the Russians.
00:20:54.000 And then Donald Trump, you know, he was just, he was racist against the Chinese.
00:20:56.000 That was the big problem.
00:20:57.000 He just kept being racist when he said things like Wuhan virus.
00:21:00.000 Now, in reality, when U.S.
00:21:02.000 leadership is soft, the Europeans like to, the Europeans are all for soft U.S.
00:21:06.000 leadership until we have to come in and save their asses every 40 years.
00:21:08.000 But the reality is that a soft United States means a more powerful China, more powerful Russia, actors on the world stage getting aggressive.
00:21:16.000 And that's about, that's what we're about to see.
00:21:17.000 We'll get to that in just one moment.
00:21:20.000 Let us talk about your workout routine.

00:22:37.000 E-C-H-E-L-O-N-F-I-T dot com slash Ben.
00:22:41.000 Echelonfit.com slash Ben.
00:22:43.000 Can't speak of it highly enough.
00:22:43.000 It really is terrific.
00:22:44.000 Okay, so when it comes to foreign policy, this administration has essentially no interest in doing anything about China.
00:22:51.000 So the G7 put out a statement about how we need to hold China accountable.
00:22:55.000 Here's what their statement said, quote, strengthening transparency and accountability, including reiterating our commitment to the full implementation of and improved compliance with the international health regulations of 2005.
00:23:07.000 This includes investigating, reporting, and responding to outbreaks of unknown origin.
00:23:12.000 We also call for a timely, transparent, expert-led, and science-based WHO-convened phase two COVID-19 origin study, including as recommended by the experts' report in China.
00:23:21.000 So, the G7 is like, we're gonna hold China accountable by going to the World Health Organization, the Chinese-run organization that covered for China's malfeasance in the early months of the pandemic, that lied to the world at China's behest in late January and said that COVID-19 was not human-to-human transmission.
00:23:39.000 The WHO is a Chinese tool.
00:23:42.000 And now you got the entire G7 being like, you know what, let's let the WHO do its work.
00:23:46.000 I mean, it's gotta be the WHO here, right?
00:23:48.000 Joe Biden called for transparency from China.
00:23:51.000 I mean, or he was eating oatmeal with a fork, one of the two, here he was.
00:23:56.000 I think China has to start to act more responsibly in terms of international norms on human rights and transparency.
00:24:07.000 Transparency matters across the board.
00:24:10.000 We have to build a system whereby we can know when we see another lack of transparency might produce another pandemic.
00:24:24.000 We have to have access.
00:24:27.000 Yes, he is definitely going to be able to stand up to this Chinese authoritarian regime when he cannot make it through a sentence.
00:24:34.000 And also has sort of a congenital unwillingness to face up to the threat that China represents.
00:24:39.000 I love this.
00:24:40.000 Senior Biden officials, according to Politico, have said investigations into the pandemic's origins should be shepherded by an independent international body like the WHO.
00:24:48.000 But the WHO's first crack at the investigation, released in March, called the lab leak, quote, extremely unlikely after an investigation.
00:24:56.000 Here's the parenthetically, ready?
00:24:57.000 However, China did not share QLab data and records.
00:25:00.000 Oh, so you mean they came up with a finding that's completely not grounded in any sort of data because the Chinese wouldn't provide the data to the all-knowing, all-seeing WHO?
00:25:09.000 Secretary of State Antony Blinken was asked about this.
00:25:12.000 So you guys keep saying you want to hold China accountable and you want to get to the bottom of this, and then you're kicking it over to the WHO.
00:25:17.000 So, um, you got any idea, like, how you're going to pressure China to be involved in investigating itself here?
00:25:22.000 Here's Antony Blinken, inspiring stuff from the Secretary of State.
00:25:26.000 We need to get to the bottom of what happened.
00:25:29.000 We need accountability, but we also need to understand what happened, why it happened, how it happened, if we're going to be able to put in place the necessary measures to prevent it from happening again, or at least to be in a better place to mitigate the next pandemic if we can't fully prevent one.
00:25:44.000 And so we need this transparency.
00:25:46.000 We need this information.
00:25:47.000 The WHO, you're right, the first study that they put out was highly deficient.
00:25:52.000 The leaders of the G7 have come together insisting that China cooperate with the so-called phase two study by the WHO to really get to the bottom of what happened.
00:26:01.000 Oh, so that's very, very encouraging.
00:26:04.000 I feel secure in their hands.
00:26:06.000 Things are going to go absolutely spectacularly well here.
00:26:09.000 So I'm so glad they've called for a probe of China.
00:26:12.000 Everything's going to be great.
00:26:13.000 Just great.
00:26:14.000 Meanwhile, how's it going on Russia?
00:26:16.000 So Joe Biden is supposed to meet with Vladimir Putin.
00:26:20.000 And he knows he's about to get his lunch eaten publicly by Putin because Putin is still very much with it.
00:26:25.000 Putin is out there wrestling bears and icy rivers and crap.
00:26:29.000 Also as a murderer.
00:26:30.000 Okay, so first of all, you have to admire Vladimir Putin's commitment to being a Bond supervillain.
00:26:36.000 Like, have you ever seen his house in Sochi?
00:26:38.000 You're gonna have to get a picture of his house in Sochi.
00:26:40.000 It looks like a Bond super lair.
00:26:41.000 A supervillain super lair.
00:26:43.000 It's pretty spectacular.
00:26:44.000 And of course he murders enemies and or jails them.
00:26:47.000 So Vladimir Putin was asked this straight up by a reporter from NBC News.
00:26:51.000 So are you a killer?
00:26:53.000 And Putin's like, Mr. Bond, it's pretty.
00:26:57.000 His commitment to the role is pretty spectacular.
00:26:59.000 Mr. President, are you a killer?
00:27:03.000 Over my tenure, I've gotten used to attacks from all kinds of angles and from all kinds of areas under all kinds of pretexts and reasons and a different caliber and fierceness.
00:27:14.000 and none of it surprises me.
00:27:16.000 So as far as harsh rhetoric, I think that this is an expression of overall U.S.
00:27:20.000 culture.
00:27:21.000 Of course, in Hollywood, there are some underlying deep things in Hollywood, macho, which can be treated as cinematic art, but that is part of U.S.
00:27:28.000 political culture where it's considered normal.
00:27:31.000 Okay, and then you cut to the postscript where that reporter is dead in his room at Vladimir Putin's hands and poisoned with uranium or something.
00:27:38.000 In any case, Joe Biden is supposed to face up to Vladimir Putin.
00:27:41.000 Now, there was a lot of talk about how Donald Trump was enthralled to the Russians, right?
00:27:44.000 He was a Russian tool.
00:27:46.000 They had twisted the election in favor of Donald Trump.
00:27:50.000 There's only one problem, which is that Donald Trump was a lot harsher on the Russians than Barack Obama was.
00:27:54.000 Barack Obama handed Syria over to the Russians, handed part of Ukraine over to the Russians, with pretty much no repercussions at all.
00:27:59.000 Okay, so Joe Biden was asked about, you know, are you going to do like a joint presser with Vladimir Putin?
00:28:04.000 How's any of this going to work?
00:28:05.000 And give credit to Biden, at least he's sentient enough to know that he's not sentient.
00:28:09.000 He's like, I'm not going to do a presser with Vladimir Putin, because if I do a presser with Vladimir Putin, he's going to look alive and I'm barely alive.
00:28:16.000 This is not a contest about who can do better in front of a press conference or try to embarrass each other.
00:28:22.000 It's about making myself very clear what the conditions are to get a better relationship are with Russia.
00:28:30.000 We're not looking for conflict.
00:28:34.000 We are looking to resolve those actions which we think are inconsistent with international norms.
00:28:39.000 We're not looking for conflict.
00:28:41.000 We're looking to be friends.
00:28:42.000 Yes, this is going to go extremely well.
00:28:43.000 Meanwhile, Nancy Pelosi, another geriatric daughter, explains that Vladimir Putin is going to meet his match in Joe Biden.
00:28:51.000 Yes, yes, I'm sure.
00:28:52.000 I mean, I'm sure that Putin isn't just going to deceive him and lie to him and be exactly the sort of evil dictator he's been for, you know, 20 years at this point.
00:29:02.000 He's probably, probably this guy, Joe Biden, this houseplant over here is going to stand up to Vladimir Putin in magnificent ways.
00:29:08.000 Again, I'm rooting for the president of the United States to do better here.
00:29:11.000 I'm rooting for him to stand up to China and rooting for him to stand up to Russia.
00:29:14.000 He is not congenitally disposed to do this, nor is he, I think, mentally capable of standing up to Vladimir Putin at this point by all available indicators.
00:29:22.000 But here's Nancy Pelosi assuring us that probably we should take her at her word.
00:29:26.000 The former president of the United States, for whatever reason, whether the Russians had personal, political, or financial leverage over him, just kowtowed, catered to Putin in a way that was humiliating to the United States of America.
00:29:45.000 And when Putin hears about some of the violations of the rights of his own people, he laughs.
00:29:53.000 This is a thug.
00:29:55.000 This is a thug.
00:29:56.000 But he is the head of an important state.
00:29:59.000 In terms of the issues you raised, the president should meet with him.
00:30:02.000 And I think he's going to meet a very different president than one who was at the mercy of Putin.
00:30:11.000 Mm.
00:30:11.000 So yes, I'm sure, yes, Nancy Pelosi is the kind of person who definitely would stand up to bad actors, right?
00:30:16.000 I mean, she's assuring us here that Joe Biden will stand up to bad actors.
00:30:19.000 And Donald Trump was weak.
00:30:21.000 But Nancy Pelosi herself is the kind of person who would stand up to bad actors, right?
00:30:24.000 Yeah, not so much.
00:30:26.000 We'll get to that in just one second.
00:30:27.000 First, let us talk about the greatest Father's Day gift.

00:33:03.000 So meanwhile, while Nancy Pelosi is explaining that Joe Biden is going to stand up to Vladimir Putin, a couple of things. One, One, Joe Biden is not, in fact, standing up to Vladimir Putin.
00:33:17.000 In fact, how much is he not doing so?
00:33:18.000 Well, President Biden apparently said over the weekend that he would be doing swaps of cybercriminals with Moscow.
00:33:25.000 He said, well, if Moscow catches American cybercriminals and we catch Russian cybercriminals, maybe we'll just swap them, you know, like we'll just swap them out.
00:33:31.000 And then the White House is like, not, you know what, we're not going to do that.
00:33:34.000 The White House is like, pay no attention to Grandpa over there because he doesn't know what in the world he's talking about.
00:33:39.000 Biden had entertained an idea Putin floated in a TV interview about x-rating criminals who engaged in ransom hacking either against the United States or Russia when he was asked about it at a press conference.
00:33:49.000 Biden was like, you know, maybe, maybe we could talk about swapping criminals.
00:33:53.000 And then, and then the White House is like, yeah, don't pay attention to him because he's crazy.
00:33:59.000 Meanwhile, Nancy Pelosi saying that Joe Biden is definitely gonna stand up to Vladimir Putin.
00:33:59.000 So that's going well.
00:34:04.000 Nancy Pelosi cannot stand up to a mild wind.
00:34:08.000 I mean, we know that Joe Biden can't either.
00:34:09.000 Like, he falls down Air Force One stairs if there's a breeze that's above seven miles an hour, apparently.
00:34:13.000 But Nancy Pelosi cannot stand up to her own party in the slightest.
00:34:17.000 You'll remember the last week, there was a large-scale conflagration when 12 House Democrats condemned Ilhan Omar and asked her to clarify her anti-Semitic and anti-American comments.
00:34:26.000 And then, she sort of walked him back a little bit, and then Nancy Pelosi was like, I guess we're done here.
00:34:31.000 So over the weekend, she was asked about this.
00:34:33.000 And she was asked, you know, have you chided Ilhan Omar at all?
00:34:36.000 And Nancy Pelosi was like, everything's fine with Ilhan, she's great, she's just... Here we go, Nancy Pelosi, you know, the person who was saying we need to stand up to Vladimir Putin, she can't even stand up to the anti-American wing of her own party.
00:34:51.000 Congresswoman Omar is a valued member of our caucus.
00:34:53.000 She asked her questions of the Secretary of State.
00:34:56.000 Nobody criticized those about how people will be held accountable if we're not going to the International Court of Justice.
00:35:04.000 That was a very legitimate question.
00:35:06.000 That was not of concern.
00:35:07.000 Members did become concerned when the tweet that was put out equated the United States with the Taliban.
00:35:15.000 And Hamas.
00:35:16.000 Rashida Tlaib is accusing them of policing them in a car.
00:35:19.000 And, and, then she clarified it and we thanked her for clarification.
00:35:26.000 So do you want people to just let it go and move on?
00:35:28.000 They can say whatever they want, but what I'm saying is, end of subject.
00:35:33.000 She clarified, we thanked her, end of subject.
00:35:36.000 Oh well, she clarified, we thanked her, end of subject.
00:35:40.000 Yeah, except for, you know, that little calendar from Futurama that says days since Ilhan Omar said something terribly anti-American and or anti-Semitic, and now it's reading like two.
00:35:49.000 It's been like two days.
00:35:50.000 Yeah, that calendar has never gotten to more than about 20.
00:35:53.000 Okay, so we'll just be right back here in a couple of weeks and Nancy Pelosi will surrender to the squad once again.
00:35:58.000 Meanwhile, the squad continues to feel its oats.
00:36:01.000 Alexandra Ocasio-Cortez out there in public ripping this Democratic leadership.
00:36:06.000 So meanwhile, while the Democratic leadership is like, Oh, Hannah's doing great.
00:36:09.000 We love her.
00:36:10.000 She's leader on the Foreign Affairs Committee.
00:36:12.000 Here is Alexandra Ocasio-Cortez, a full scale dullard, slamming the Democratic leadership for rebuking Ilhan Omar.
00:36:19.000 How dare they?
00:36:20.000 Like, like, it's just all like, like, wow.
00:36:24.000 We know that, you know, these very intense news cycles, which, by the way, started this whole hubbub started with right wing news outlets taking what she said out of context.
00:36:35.000 And when we feed into that, it adds legitimacy to a lot of this kind of right-wing vitriol.
00:36:41.000 It absolutely kind of increases That target.
00:36:46.000 And as someone who has experienced that, you know, it's very difficult to communicate the scale and how dangerous, you know, that is.
00:37:00.000 Oh, it's so dangerous.
00:37:02.000 Her life is so tough, Alexandra.
00:37:04.000 Weep for her!
00:37:08.000 It's just, it's unbelievable.
00:37:10.000 Right, so Nancy Pelosi's kowtowing to these folks.
00:37:12.000 And meanwhile, you got AOC out there.
00:37:14.000 Like, you know, it started with the right- Really?
00:37:15.000 Were all those Jewish Democrats right-wingers?
00:37:17.000 I missed it.
00:37:17.000 They're all registered Democrats in the Democratic Party.
00:37:20.000 Elected Democrats.
00:37:21.000 Who are ripping on Ilhan Omar.
00:37:23.000 And yet it- So there she is.
00:37:25.000 How could- And Nancy Pelosi clearly is a right-winger.
00:37:27.000 Secretly, she's a right-winger, according to AOC.
00:37:29.000 Meanwhile, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez didn't- Here's Alexandra Ocasio-Cortez using her strategic mind.
00:37:34.000 I mean, she's so strategic, guys.
00:37:35.000 She's brilliant at this.
00:37:36.000 She's Von Clausewitz-like.
00:37:36.000 Democrats because it turns out that the smartest way to ensure that your radical legislation gets passed is by crapping all over Joe Manchin and Kyrsten Sinema.
00:37:43.000 That's definitely going to work.
00:37:44.000 Here is Alexandra Ocasio-Cortez using her her strategic mind. I mean, she's she's so strategic, guys. I mean, she's brilliant at this. She's she's von Clausewitz like here she is.
00:37:56.000 I do think that we need to talk about the elephant in the room, which is Senate Democrats, which are blocking crucial items in a Democratic agenda for very, I think, for reasons that I don't think hold a lot of water.
00:38:15.000 And for folks saying, OK, you know, we need where are you going to get these 50 votes?
00:38:19.000 I think we really need to start asking some of these Democratic senators where they plan on getting 60 votes.
00:38:24.000 Um, so, yeah.
00:38:26.000 So she's attacking the House Democratic leadership and the Senate Democratic leadership.
00:38:29.000 Here's the thing about the Democratic Party and their majority right now.
00:38:32.000 It is a fragile coalition.
00:38:33.000 It's a coalition of people like Joe Manchin, who has nothing in common with AOC, and Kyrsten Sinema, who has very little in common with AOC, and then AOC.
00:38:41.000 And the House Democrats have decided that they need to cater to the most woke among them, the most progressive members of their own party, which is silliness.
00:38:47.000 Those are the people you need to cater to the least.
00:38:50.000 Seriously, they're going to vote with your progressive priorities when you actually encode those in legislation?
00:38:54.000 When's the last time that these votes were the swing voters?
00:38:57.000 Really, if you want your party to be able to pass anything, you need to be looking to placate the blue dogs.
00:39:02.000 You don't need to be looking to placate your far left wing.
00:39:04.000 But Nancy Pelosi is so scared crapless of the squad that she continues to just feed them more rope.
00:39:09.000 They're going to hang her with it.
00:39:10.000 I mean, it's amazing.
00:39:11.000 It's amazing to watch.
00:39:13.000 Meanwhile, AOC also had words about whether Justice Breyer should retire.
00:39:17.000 I'm sure that Justice Breyer is sitting there just on tensorhooks waiting to hear what AOC has to say about whether he should leave his position on the Supreme Court.
00:39:26.000 Just to be clear, you do think that Justice Stephen Breyer should retire at the end of this term?
00:39:35.000 You know, it's something I'd think about, but I would probably lean towards yes.
00:39:44.000 But yes, you're asking me this question, so I would give more thought to it, but I'm inclined to say yes.
00:39:50.000 Yes, and I'm sure that Justice Breyer will take that under advisement.
00:39:53.000 Also, AOC said the quiet part out loud.
00:39:55.000 She said that we have to rig the election processes from now on.
00:39:58.000 We can't just rely on winning elections anymore, she says.
00:40:01.000 Especially if Senate Democrats are not going to pass reforms on H.R.
00:40:09.000 1.
00:40:09.000 We cannot rely solely on a wish of winning elections.
00:40:16.000 Particularly in the Senate, when voting rights are under attack in Georgia, Arizona, and Texas, across the country, and if we're not going to pass H.R.
00:40:27.000 1 with the preemptive clauses that can roll some of that voter suppression attacks back, yeah, I believe that we should protect our Supreme Court, and I thought that should absolutely be a consideration.
00:40:38.000 Mm, mm.
00:40:39.000 Yeah, I mean, we can't rely on winning elections anymore.
00:40:42.000 It's probably better if we just rely on rigging the strategy by which we vote in the first place.
00:40:48.000 Meanwhile, democratic governance in the city continues to be absolutely terrible.
00:40:51.000 Statistics out of Atlanta demonstrate massive increases in homicides.
00:40:56.000 According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, after historically deadly 2020, Atlanta homicides are up nearly 60% in 2021.
00:41:01.000 It turns out radicalism has consequences.
00:41:06.000 According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Atlanta police have investigated 64 homicide cases in 2021, a 58% increase over this time last year.
00:41:15.000 The surge follows a historically deadly 2020, when authorities investigated 157 homicide cases, the most in more than two decades.
00:41:23.000 Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms has referred to the spike in violence as a COVID crime wave.
00:41:27.000 But the city's death toll continues to mount as more Georgians get vaccinated and life returns to normal.
00:41:33.000 Because it wasn't a COVID crime wave, gang.
00:41:34.000 It was a BLM crime wave.
00:41:36.000 We all know when the crime wave began and it wasn't with the beginning of COVID.
00:41:39.000 As of June, Atlanta's murders are up and shootings have increased by 40% according to the latest data.
00:41:44.000 Meanwhile, overall arrests are down by about 43% as Atlanta's police force remains more than 400 officers under its authorized level.
00:41:52.000 More than 200 officers quit the force in 2020, many after criminal charges were filed against the two officers involved in the deadly shooting of Rayshard Brooks and other officers who used their tasers on two college students during last summer's protests downtown.
00:42:03.000 Another 75 Atlanta police officers have left since the start of the year, records show.
00:42:08.000 But department leaders say that morale is stabilizing.
00:42:10.000 They plan to hire 250 new officers in the next fiscal year, beginning July 1st.
00:42:15.000 Except for how that's not going to work at all, because it turns out that when you take up radical grievances and destroy the law enforcement community, it's very difficult to restaff.
00:42:24.000 Dr. Karen Sullivan, Fulton County medical examiner, said her office conducts death examinations from cities across Fulton.
00:42:30.000 Most of the homicide victims they encounter are killed in Atlanta.
00:42:32.000 Remember, Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms was widely considered a final possibility for Joe Biden as his VP candidate.
00:42:38.000 And she's presided over this mass murder increase in her city.
00:42:41.000 city. Anecdotally, it seems as though the complexity of the homicides is increasing, said Sullivan. Years ago, the vast majority of homicide cases due to gunshot wounds were one, maybe two, rarely three gunshot wounds. Now it's quite common for people to have been shot 10 or 12 times. So things are going great in Atlanta.
00:42:59.000 Crime in Atlanta has become a central issue in this year's race for city hall, especially after Bottoms announced she would not seek re-election in the fall.
00:43:05.000 Some have called for Buckhead residents to break away and form their own city.
00:43:08.000 State officials have started stepping in to address Atlanta's rise in crime.
00:43:11.000 Homicides are up in many cities across the nation, yet critics believe Atlanta has not done all it could to stem the rise in violent crime.
00:43:17.000 Many saw Bottoms as slow to respond to the surge in killings.
00:43:19.000 Momentum was building for opposition in November's election, even before she dropped out of the race.
00:43:25.000 And this is happening in major cities across the country, because the radicals are in control.
00:43:31.000 And now the Democrats wish to extend that radicalism across the spectrum.
00:43:35.000 Make no mistake, the DOJ policy pursued by the Biden administration, which is directed against police departments across the nation, will result in fewer officers working, it will result in less policing by the officers who do work, it will result in more crime.
00:43:49.000 It's amazing how good intentions are, for the left, invariably paired with crappy results.
00:43:55.000 Meanwhile, you have the entire Democratic Party circulating around the idea now.
00:44:00.000 The economy is falling apart, right?
00:44:02.000 We can see that the economy is in serious trouble right now because we have something like 9 million open jobs and 3.5 million people applying for those jobs.
00:44:10.000 We only gained 3.5 million jobs since this pandemic effectively ended.
00:44:14.000 And that is because of the bad economic policy pushed by the Biden administration.
00:44:17.000 And yet every day we hear how they're going to double down.
00:44:19.000 Every day.
00:44:20.000 And in fact, now, they're beginning to change their messaging.
00:44:22.000 They've got Ezra Klein over at the New York Times.
00:44:24.000 He put out a piece today, literally talking about how it's good that we are paying people to stay out of the job market.
00:44:29.000 It's good now.
00:44:31.000 They're always going to move the goalposts.
00:44:32.000 The goalposts used to be, look how many jobs we're creating.
00:44:35.000 Now it's, look how many jobs we're not creating.
00:44:37.000 Because, you know, if we pay people to stay out of the workforce, then maybe we'll raise wages as a result.
00:44:43.000 Good luck with all of this, Democrats.
00:44:45.000 You break it, you bought it, and you don't have Trump to kick around anymore.
00:44:47.000 So at a certain point, you're going to have to start to govern.
00:44:49.000 Good luck to you.
00:44:51.000 Alrighty, we'll be back here later today with an additional hour of content.
00:44:54.000 In the meantime, go check out The Michael Moll Show today.
00:44:56.000 He discusses YouTube censoring, a sitting United States Senator.
