00:00:00.000Democrats have totally lost the plot on immigration policy.
00:00:02.000We've started the year with ICE deporting criminal illegal immigrants.
00:00:05.000So, on your insurrection in Minnesota, on the other side, a ton of controversy.
00:00:09.000All polls still point to the fact that Americans largely support President Trump's immigration agenda, still.
00:00:14.000So, when Democrats are out there saying no one should be deported ever, which is a thing that a DSA congressional candidate in New York, endorsed by Zora Momdani, is saying, or that rioting at courthouses is fine and that ICE agents should be prosecuted, that's a weird political move.
00:00:28.000It's not just the Momdani socialist candidates who've been saying this, it's the supposedly moderate Democrats as well.
00:00:36.000They are now prosecuting 15 members of a Minnesota anti ICE group.
00:00:40.000According to the Justice Department, they announced that 15 members and associates of Direct Action Minnesota have been charged with various federal crimes, including conspiracy to impede a federal officer, multiple counts of interstate stalking, interstate threats, solicitation to commit a crime of violence, multiple counts of assault on a federal officer, and destruction of government property.
00:00:59.000So, this does mark one of the first sort of investigations and prosecutions of one of these Antifa associated groups.
00:01:09.000Over the last 24 hours, federal agents with Homeland Security conducted a coordinated law enforcement operation, culminating in the arrest of 14 direct action Minnesota members.
00:02:52.000Like, if we're saying all deportation is wrong, though, that would seem to also include people who were convicted of breaking U.S. criminal law.
00:02:59.000Is the deportation of those people wrong?
00:03:08.000And it is one that, if we accept as the process by which we want to engage with these issues, right?
00:03:15.000The issues of harm, issues of criminality, or what have you, then we need to make sure that it is one that isn't also discriminatory on the basis of where people were born.
00:03:29.000Points for consistency that we can't discriminate based on where people were born.
00:03:35.000So that means we can never deport anyone.
00:03:37.000Because if there's a right to free speech for an American citizen, that means that there, and if an American citizen were to be arrested for, say, murdering somebody and go to an American jail, why should we deport somebody who murdered an American citizen if they're from Venezuela or something?
00:03:51.000Admirable consistency in hatred of the country from these Democratic Socialists of America candidates.
00:03:56.000Amazing to me that Democrats continue to humor this nonsense, but they're not just humoring it.
00:04:17.000I was the first in this race to say that ICE not only needs to be abolished, they need to be prosecuted.
00:04:23.000We need to hold them accountable to the law.
00:04:26.000And again, he is running for Senate in Massachusetts, and this is how apparently you win a Senate seat in Massachusetts.
00:04:33.000The fact that Democrats continue to embrace the most radical aspects of the immigration agenda, they must really believe that President Trump is so unpopular they can say anything, which is a move.
00:04:46.000It seems to me that the American people always and forever will select the candidate that they believe is more rational, close to the center, more normy.
00:04:55.000That seems like that's just what the American people do.
00:04:58.000They bounce side to side on their perception of who that is.
00:05:01.000But do they really believe that they need to elect people?
00:05:04.000Who take sides with those who say that no one ever should be deported?
00:05:09.000Who defend rioters at courthouses and act in violence against ICE?
00:06:53.000According to DW.com, the European Parliament on Wednesday approved more stringent migration measures that grant member states wider ranging powers to deport failed asylum seekers.
00:07:04.000EU lawmakers approved the changes to EU policy with 418 in favor to 218 against 30 abstentions.
00:07:11.000So the new policy would allow member states to establish return hubs in non EU countries.
00:07:17.000A non EU national found to be staying illegally within a member state would be obliged to leave the EU country.
00:07:23.000And then that person would end up in a return hub with a country that has an agreement with an EU member state.
00:07:28.000So let's say that you are caught in England without an EU membership, and they decide they're going to deport you to some Eastern European country that decides to have a hub, or Morocco, or something.
00:07:40.000The agreements can only be concluded with third countries that uphold human rights, international law, and the principle of non-refoulement.
00:07:48.000Under the legislation, the person can be detained, and if they fail to cooperate with local authorities, Or if they're found to pose a security risk, they can be deported.
00:07:55.000So the fact that this was passed, the wide majority in the EU Parliament suggests that the Europeans have finally tired of all of this.
00:08:02.000And we discussed yesterday that shocking report from a member of Parliament about the massive grooming gang scandal in Great Britain.0.77
00:08:10.000Again, he's estimating up to a quarter million girls were involved in the grooming and rape by a large group of Pakistani Muslim men.
00:08:19.000Now, whether that stat is right or whether it's wrong, we do know that that was happening.
00:08:23.000Even if in smaller numbers, but on a widespread basis in places like Rotherham.
00:08:28.000It turns out the Europeans, at a certain point, the Europeans get tired of this because all majority societies do.0.70
00:08:33.000They get eventually tired of people coming in, taking advantage of their system, and then committing acts of criminality and deciding that essentially the assimilative culture of the country that they are entering is not important any longer.0.57
00:08:47.000That's going to happen in the United States too.
00:08:49.000And when moderate Democrats and Democrats more broadly believe that they can maintain an open borders policy, Or a policy of quote unquote multiculturalism that suggests no assimilative qualities are necessary in order for you to enter the United States.
00:09:04.000I just don't understand what these candidates think they are doing.
00:09:08.000I mean, I understand you can win a local race in New York probably based on this, but how do you think that's going to go over for the broader slate of Americans?
00:09:16.000Do Democrats really believe that if they embrace the AOC wing of the party, that is going to win them broad electoral purchase in 2028?
00:09:24.000What an amazing video you just watched.
