00:03:37.000 Because if there's a right to free speech for an American citizen, that means that there, and if an American citizen were to be arrested for, say, murdering somebody and go to an American jail, why should we deport somebody who murdered an American citizen if they're from Venezuela or something?

00:04:33.000 The fact that Democrats continue to embrace the most radical aspects of the immigration agenda, they must really believe that President Trump is so unpopular they can say anything, which is a move.

00:04:46.000 It seems to me that the American people always and forever will select the candidate that they believe is more rational, close to the center, more normy.

00:07:11.000 So the new policy would allow member states to establish return hubs in non EU countries.
00:07:17.000 A non EU national found to be staying illegally within a member state would be obliged to leave the EU country.
00:07:23.000 And then that person would end up in a return hub with a country that has an agreement with an EU member state.
00:07:28.000 So let's say that you are caught in England without an EU membership, and they decide they're going to deport you to some Eastern European country that decides to have a hub, or Morocco, or something.
00:07:40.000 The agreements can only be concluded with third countries that uphold human rights, international law, and the principle of non-refoulement.
00:07:48.000 Under the legislation, the person can be detained, and if they fail to cooperate with local authorities, Or if they're found to pose a security risk, they can be deported.
