00:00:00.000 So yesterday, Israel's National Intelligence Agency, Mossad, pulled off what has to be the single most hilarious and effective and targeted military operation probably in world history.

00:00:32.000 So, yesterday Israel pulled off an astonishing operation. 0.92

00:00:35.000 Truly an astonishing operation.

00:00:37.000 Apparently, at some point, they must have interdicted something like 4,000 pagers that they knew were going to be distributed by the Lebanese terror group Hezbollah.

00:00:46.000 That's an Iranian-backed terror group that has been at war with the West and with Israel continuously for decades.

00:00:52.000 That war has ramped up over the course of the last year since October 7th.

00:00:56.000 Hezbollah has spent the last year or so firing some 8,000 rockets into northern Israel.

00:01:01.000 Such heavy rocket fire that not only have dozens of people been killed, Israel has basically evacuated 80 to 100,000 people from the north of Israel thanks to Hezbollah's predations. 0.98

00:01:11.000 Hezbollah's also armed with something like 200,000 rockets and maybe 50,000 that are specifically targeting capable, meaning they could actually target towers in Tel Aviv.

00:01:21.000 So Hezbollah is a very large, very powerful terror group, and they actually help control the Lebanese government on behalf of the Iranian government.

00:01:30.000 So, Hezbollah has been at war with Israel for a very long time.

00:01:33.000 They have used indiscriminate rocket fire in order to kill civilians in Israel, including, most recently, in Mashal Shams, which is an Israeli-Arab village in the Golan Heights, where 12 kids were recently killed by Hezbollah.

00:01:43.000 Well, yesterday, Israel pulled off what has to be one of the great intelligence operations of all time. 0.73

00:01:48.000 Now, listen, Mossad has become sort of a byword for effective intelligence agency pulling off astonishing operations.

00:01:54.000 Over the course of the last few years, for example, the Israeli Mossad somehow infiltrated

00:02:00.000 the Iranian nuclear facilities technological specs such that they were able to insert a virus 0.93

00:02:06.000 into the nuclear program of the Iranian regime.

00:02:10.000 And they were able to essentially feedback loop a bunch of bad data and hold up the developments

00:02:15.000 of the Iranian nuclear program for years.

00:02:17.000 It was a virus called Stuxnet that they got uploaded in some creative way.

00:02:21.000 And then just a few months ago, they killed Ismail Haniyeh, who is the political head of Hamas.

00:02:27.000 They killed him.

00:02:28.000 He lived in Qatar.

00:02:29.000 He had traveled to Tehran for the inauguration of the new Iranian president, and he was staying at the guest quarters, essentially, in Tehran.

00:02:37.000 And Israel somehow had planted a bomb in the bedroom of the guest quarters.

00:02:42.000 They waited until Khania was in there with his bodyguard at 2 a.m.

00:02:45.000 Not gonna make any implications, but... And both of them end up dead.

00:02:49.000 So Israel is very, very good at this. 0.92

00:02:51.000 Yesterday, they pulled off what has to be the single most targeted, Astonishing and hilarious military intelligence operation of all time.

00:02:59.000 Now, first of all, it would take a heart of stone not to laugh at what I'm about to say.

00:03:05.000 I understand there are people out there today who are upset if you laugh at this.

00:03:09.000 You should be laughing at this.

00:03:10.000 The people who were damaged yesterday were targeted in the most specific targeted strike in the history of urban warfare.

00:03:18.000 In history, without a doubt. 0.99

00:03:20.000 Not only that, I will just say, there is nothing immoral about laughing or twertling over terrorists who get their balls blown off. 0.99

00:03:30.000 There is nothing immoral about that. 0.98

00:03:33.000 As it says in Proverbs 11, when the righteous prosper, the city rejoices.

00:03:36.000 They shout for joy when the wicked die.

00:03:38.000 Or in Psalms 58, 5810, the righteous will be glad when they are avenged, when they bathe their feet in the blood of the wicked.

00:03:46.000 Or perhaps Deuteronomy 32.

00:03:48.000 Rejoice, O nations, with his people, for he will avenge the blood of his servants.

00:03:51.000 He will take vengeance on his enemies and make atonement for his land and his people.

00:03:56.000 And if you happen to be a devotee of the New Testament, Revelations 18 suggests rejoice over her, this is the fall of Babylon, oh heaven, and you saints and apostles and prophets, for God has pronounced judgment against her on your behalf. 0.85

00:04:06.000 Beyond that, there is something politically useful in laughing at terrorists, because the reality is what they deeply desire is fear and respect, and nothing undermines fear and respect more than laughter.

00:04:17.000 Well, this incident deserves not only laughter, it deserves celebration in the West, because it turns out that when a Western power, which Israel certainly is, blows the balls off something like 2,800 terrorists in a simultaneous pager attack, that's funny. 0.86

00:04:35.000 It's funny, and it's effective, and it's targeted.

00:04:37.000 You're seeing people out today, the Edward Snowdens of the world, who effectively is a Russian agent, and always has been. 0.83

00:04:43.000 Suggesting that this is a danger to the world, what Israel did. 0.86

00:04:46.000 No, it most assuredly is not.

00:04:47.000 It is the most targeted military operation in history.

00:04:51.000 You don't have to worry that your iPhone is going to blow up in your pocket because number one, you don't work for Hezbollah. 1.00

00:04:55.000 And number two, your iPhone does not have the components necessary to blow up in your pocket.

00:04:59.000 That's not how this operation was carried out.

00:05:02.000 When you see tool bags like the editor of Current Affairs tweeting, Israel had absolutely no idea who would be standing nearby when these beepers exploded.

00:05:09.000 No, they had a pretty good idea because the beepers are on the bodies of the terrorists.

00:05:12.000 It turns out you don't get a beeper in the year 2024 unless you are a Hezbollah terrorist in Lebanon. 0.99

00:05:18.000 How many beepers have you seen recently?

00:05:21.000 I understand that there might be some retro folks who are still using beepers from 1998.

00:05:25.000 Let's just say this is not a device in general use.

00:05:27.000 And the reason that all of these Hezbollah terrorists were carrying around beepers is because back in February, Israel had so thoroughly hacked Hezbollah's communications networks via things like iPhones, that Hezbollah's terror chief, Hassan Nasrallah, he had actually told his people to stop using modern devices and go back to a beeper system.

00:05:47.000 This is one of the things that terrorists in Hamas and Hezbollah do. 0.61

00:05:51.000 These massacres and murderers, one of the things that they do is they go low-tech in order to avoid high-tech surveillance.

00:05:57.000 There is only one problem, which is that Mossad is really, really good at what they do.

00:06:01.000 So here is what happened.

00:06:03.000 According to the Wall Street Journal, pagers carried by thousands of Hezbollah operatives exploded at about the same time Tuesday afternoon.

00:06:09.000 In what appeared to be an unprecedented attack, authorities had injured almost 2,800 people and killed 9 across Lebanon.

00:06:16.000 Many of the affected pagers were from a new shipment the group received in recent days, people familiar with the matter said.

00:06:21.000 Hezbollah officials said many fighters had such devices, adding some people felt the pagers heat up and disposed of them before they burst.

00:06:28.000 Hezbollah said a number of the pagers carried by its members exploded simultaneously at 3.30 p.m.

00:06:32.000 local time.

00:06:34.000 It couldn't immediately be determined what caused the blasts, which were spread out across the country in several areas where Hezbollah has a heavy presence.

00:06:39.000 Now again, normies don't carry beepers.

00:06:42.000 The reason these people were carrying beepers is because they were handed them by the Hezbollah higher-ups at some point in the supply chain.

00:06:47.000 Israel must have interdicted ordering the production process.

00:06:51.000 Interdicted these particular beepers, knowing that they were going to be handed out to the Hezbollah fighters. 0.78

00:06:56.000 This must have been done months, if not a year in advance.

00:07:00.000 And put some sort of small explosive, like just a couple of grams of explosive, plus some material near the battery, such that when the battery was prompted by code to heat up, it exploded the small amount of explosive that was in the pager.

00:07:15.000 Now, the reason that I suggest that many balls were blown off here, and that there will be many unsatisfied 72 virgins in heaven, apparently, is because, of course, men tend to wear their beepers near that area.

00:07:27.000 If you got your beeper in your pocket.

00:07:30.000 Yeah, that would be the issue.

00:07:32.000 Hezbollah and the Lebanese government blamed Israel for the attack.

00:07:35.000 Both said civilians were killed.

00:07:36.000 Okay, well, in any military operation in an urban area, civilians will be killed.

00:07:42.000 If the terrorist-wounded-and-killed to civilians-wounded-and-killed ratio is on the order of, say, 500 to 1, that would make this the most successful targeted operation in the history of urban warfare.

00:07:54.000 By far.

00:07:55.000 It's not even close.

00:07:57.000 If Israel had sent precise snipers into Lebanon to kill Hezbollah terrorists at this scale, many more civilians would have died than in this particular operation.

00:08:06.000 Just from the ricochets alone.

00:08:08.000 It turns out warfare is really ugly and really bad.

00:08:12.000 If you could carry out a targeted operation where literally the only people carrying the devices work for Hezbollah, And you blow up the devices?

00:08:20.000 There is no more targeted operation that is possible.

00:08:23.000 It is not even possible to target it anymore.

00:08:25.000 Which is why, when you see people who are now expressing outrage at the operation, understand what they're outraged at is Israel defending itself.

00:08:31.000 That's all.

00:08:32.000 They're not outraged at the human cost of war.

00:08:34.000 If they were, they would be outraged by the 8,000 rockets that are being indiscriminately fired into Israel by Hezbollah.

00:08:41.000 They'd be outraged by the fact that the Houthis are shooting missiles into the middle of Israel.

00:08:45.000 You don't see any of that outrage.

00:08:46.000 Hell, they'd be outraged about what's going on in the Congo.

00:08:48.000 They're not.

00:08:49.000 The reason they're upset is because Israel is good at what it does. 0.99

00:08:52.000 And actually, Israel's discriminateness makes them more upset. 0.87

00:08:55.000 Because the more discriminant Israel is, the more it demonstrates that Israel actually does care about human life way more than its enemies do. 0.78

00:09:03.000 This is one of the things that boggles so many minds about the war in Gaza.

00:09:07.000 Israel has pursued the single most humane war in the history of warfare in Gaza.

00:09:11.000 Now, humane war is inevitably a bit of an oxymoron, because war is never humane.

00:09:16.000 But if you are going to pursue a war, telling people in advance that you are about to come into an area, helping to evacuate those areas, providing food to the people who leave those areas, using precise targeted munitions on specific terrorists, such that the terrorist to civilian death ratio is 1.6 to 1, That is the most humane war it is possible to fight.

00:09:36.000 Now, there's no such thing, again, as a fully humane war, because the most humane war is the one that doesn't get fought.

00:09:40.000 But it turns out that when a terrorist group overruns a boundary and kills 1,200 people, and takes 250 hostages, and murders hostages in tunnels, and continues to fire rockets, and continues to flood the zone with military munitions, it turns out that that tends to provoke a war.

00:09:56.000 So, the actual answer to stopping this war would be to let Israel finish the war.

00:10:00.000 It turns out, by the way, that the best way to achieve peace in the Middle East is through victory.

00:10:05.000 This happens to be true in every military conflict.

00:10:08.000 The best way to achieve peace is victory.

00:10:10.000 This has always been true.

00:10:11.000 Always.

00:10:12.000 Folks, the best way to achieve peace in the Middle East is through victory. 1.00

00:10:15.000 And it turns out that the best way to achieve economic prosperity is peace, which is why a Harris administration is likely going to be a disaster for your finances.

00:10:23.000 We're now looking at a proposed top income tax rate under Kamala Harris of nearly 40%, a 7% hike in corporate taxes, and a capital gains tax on unrealized gains.

00:10:31.000 Unconstitutional and insane.

00:10:33.000 But wait, there's more.

00:10:35.000 Kamala Harris would love to add almost $2 trillion to our already staggering $2 trillion deficit. 1.00

00:10:40.000 It's like they're trying to speedrun the collapse of our economy.

00:10:42.000 Now, I know what you're thinking.

00:10:43.000 Which is, Ben, how can I protect my money?

00:10:45.000 Well, again, this is where our friends at Birch Gold Group come in.

00:10:56.000 Here's the kicker.

00:10:59.000 Look, I've been working with Birchgold for years.

00:11:01.000 They are the real deal.

00:11:30.000 The notion that stopping short and signing a peace agreement

00:11:33.000 is the way to provide a long-term victory?

00:11:37.000 It may work on rare occasions. It would be particularly rare.

00:11:41.000 This is a point that has been made by military historians.

00:11:45.000 People always talk about the burdensome Versailles Treaty after World War I and how if it hadn't been so burdensome and the peace deal had been more nice to Germany than there would have been in World War II.

00:11:55.000 Or, alternatively, it turns out that after World War II, Germany was literally divided down the middle, its entire military infrastructure was destroyed, and the West effectively occupied West Germany.

00:12:05.000 And there hasn't been a war on the continent since.

00:12:08.000 Until Ukraine, really.

00:12:10.000 So, Yeah, and there hasn't been one involving Germany since, for sure.

00:12:14.000 Turns out victory is a great way to win peace.

00:12:16.000 And it turns out a great way to win respect in the Middle East is through operations like the one that Israel just carried out. 0.84

00:12:20.000 The sort of memes that you are seeing, by the way, from the Arab world about the inefficacy of Hezbollah are amazing. 0.97

00:12:26.000 Some of those memes include the fact that Hezbollah had shot some rockets into Israel fairly recently.

00:12:31.000 Big barrage into northern Israel. 0.88

00:12:33.000 Because all the civilians had been evacuated, all they ended up doing was killing some chickens at some sort of chicken farm.

00:12:38.000 And so the joke that was going around apparently on Arab Telegram was Hezbollah took out the chickens, so Israel took out the eggs.

00:12:46.000 Which is fair.

00:12:48.000 Now, the reality is this is not going to solve the underlying problem with regard to Lebanon and Hezbollah.

00:12:53.000 In fact, this operation was originally apparently meant to be the initiation of a broader Israeli operation intended to push Hezbollah north of the Litani River, in accordance, by the way, with UN resolutions.

00:13:04.000 Remember, southern Lebanon was supposed to be abandoned by Hezbollah and in control of the UN after Israel's last incursion into Lebanon, which happened in 2006.

00:13:15.000 So the UN was supposed to make sure that that place was not re-militarized.

00:13:17.000 Of course, the UN effectively works for the organization of Islamic countries, and particularly in the Middle East, works for terror regimes. 0.79

00:13:24.000 This is why the UN RWA is basically just Hamas' front group.

00:13:27.000 So, the UN was supposed to guarantee, through UNIFIL, no armed forces in the area south of the Latani River, which is southern Lebanon.

00:13:35.000 And promptly the entire thing got filled by Hezbollah. 1.00

00:13:36.000 So Israel has every right to go and restore its own security in the north.

00:13:40.000 This operation originally was supposed to be the lead-off to a broader operation in Lebanon.

00:13:45.000 It may still be.

00:13:46.000 We don't know the answer to that.

00:13:48.000 However, apparently it was prompted in terms of its urgency by the fact that a couple of Hezbollah fighters looked at their pagers and they were heating up and they were like, I don't know what's going on here.

00:13:56.000 And they started to report it.

00:13:58.000 And so Israel basically had to use the operation or lose the operation, I think was basically the idea.

00:14:03.000 According to the Wall Street Journal, ambulances soon wailed through the streets of central Beirut.

00:14:07.000 Hundreds of people gathered outside emergency rooms at hospitals across the city, where some of the most severe injuries were sent from around the country.

00:14:13.000 At American University of Beirut Medical Center, ambulances pulled up every few minutes for several hours, along with black SUVs with tinted windows.

00:14:20.000 An off-duty soldier said he was with a friend in a car in a suburb in southern Beirut.

00:14:23.000 His friend stopped to enter a shop as he stepped out, his pager blew up, injuring him.

00:14:26.000 The soldier was waiting for news outside a hospital in Beirut.

00:14:30.000 Now again, the injuries typically have been, there have been some blindings.

00:14:35.000 If people took their pager out, if terrorists took their pager out and looked at it, hit them in the face.

00:14:40.000 If they didn't quite make it to their face, then blew off hands. 0.99

00:14:43.000 If they didn't pick it up out of their pocket at all, blew off some balls. 0.88

00:14:46.000 And bottom line is, this is, again, the single most targeted operation in military history. 0.94

00:14:53.000 There's nothing like it.

00:14:55.000 Every other battle that takes place where only members of the military die are an open warfare in the field.

00:15:01.000 The thing about Hezbollah and Hamas, they operate from civilian areas, they deliberately hide behind civilians.

00:15:06.000 So the fact that civilian casualty on this one is so low is indicative of just how seriously Israel actually takes civilian life and also the extent of the targeting.

00:15:15.000 There are certain reports suggesting that the devices were imported some five months ago, that Sky News Arabia Apparently, the Mossad spy agency got hold of Hezbollah's communication devices before they were handed over to the terror group, and then they placed a quantity of PETN, which is a highly explosive material, on the batteries of the device, and then they detonated them by raising the temperature of the batteries from afar.

00:15:37.000 So, forget about moronic takes like that from Edward Snowden, this was just basically Israel remotely blowing up phones by heating up the batteries. 0.64

00:15:45.000 Don't worry, your phone is not going to blow up in your pocket because of the Israelis. 1.00

00:15:49.000 If you're an anti-Semite, by the way, I highly suggest that you throw out your phone. 0.96

00:15:52.000 Really, go for it. 0.60

00:15:53.000 Like, take all the Israeli technology out of every product you own, and welcome back to the Dark Ages. 1.00

00:15:56.000 I hope you enjoy it.

00:15:58.000 The reality is, of course, that Israel carried out this operation because Israel has been hamstrung in its operations in Lebanon.

00:16:04.000 That is why Israel carried out an operation like this, which goes to a broader failure of American military policy.

00:16:09.000 I mean, this is hilarious, and it's amazing, and it will make an amazing Hollywood film.

00:16:14.000 How you infiltrate an entire supply of pagers just for Hezbollah and you use a device that no civilian would use because again it is the year 2024 when no one has a pager. 0.80

00:16:24.000 The fact that Hezbollah devices were blown up All at one time, and then suddenly, poof, a bunch of terrorists were on the ground.

00:16:32.000 That's an amazing story.

00:16:33.000 However, it is also indicative of higher levels of conflict in the Middle East.

00:16:36.000 Remember, the Red Sea has now been abandoned by the United States and our allies to the Houthis, a ragtag group of terrorists who the State Department refuses to relist as a terrorist organization.

00:16:47.000 Remember, the Chinese are on the move. 1.00

00:16:49.000 Remember, the Russians are on the move. 1.00

00:16:50.000 This is because Joe Biden and Kamala Harris are unbelievably weak and terrible on foreign policy.

00:16:57.000 Walter Russell Meade writes in the Wall Street Journal today, The news from abroad is chilling.

00:17:00.000 Washington Post columnist David Ignatius reports from Kiev, Ukraine is bleeding out as its weary soldiers struggle against the numerically superior Russia.

00:17:07.000 The New York Times reports, China is expanding the geographical region escalating violence in its campaign to drive Philippine forces from islands and shoals that Beijing illegitimately claims.

00:17:16.000 Washington officials are fearful Russia will help Iran cross the finish line in its race for nuclear weapons.

00:17:21.000 These stories, all from liberal news outlets generally favorable to the Biden administration, tell a tragic and terrifying tale of global failure on the part of the U.S.

00:17:28.000 and its allies.

00:17:29.000 China, Russia, Iran are stepping up their attacks on what remains of the Pax Americana and continue to make gains at the expense of Washington and its allies around the world. 0.85

00:17:37.000 Now, why is all of this happening?

00:17:40.000 Well, it turns out that we have political failure, strategic inadequacy, and growing American weakness, according to a newly released report from the Commission on the National Defense Strategy.

00:17:50.000 The report says, the U.S.

00:17:51.000 faces the most serious and most challenging threats since 1945, including the real risk of near-term major war.

00:17:58.000 The report warns, the nation was last prepared for such a fight during the Cold War, which ended 35 years ago.

00:18:02.000 It is not prepared today.

00:18:05.000 So says Walter Russell Mead.

00:18:07.000 To summarize, World War III is becoming more likely in the near term.

00:18:10.000 The U.S.

00:18:10.000 is too weak either to prevent it or, should war come, to be confident of victory.

00:18:16.000 Again, this isn't new and this isn't shocking.

00:18:18.000 The reality is that the Biden-Harris administration has gone to sleep.

00:18:22.000 They believe that talking with America's enemies is somehow magically a solution.

00:18:27.000 That is not the way any of this works. 1.00

00:18:30.000 They are guided by complete dunder-headed morons like Thomas Friedman, a man who gets all of his foreign policy knowledge in the back of taxi cabs in Beirut. 1.00

00:18:37.000 The fact that Thomas Friedman is taken seriously by folks in the Biden administration demonstrates just how dumb folks in the Biden administration are. 1.00

00:18:46.000 Friedman says, for example, in his latest column, which came out yesterday, he's talking about instability in the Middle East. 0.91

00:18:53.000 He says about Israel hitting Hezbollah members.

00:18:57.000 Just when U.S.

00:18:58.000 diplomats are trying to quiet the battlefield in physical space, the one in cyberspace erupts.

00:19:03.000 Today, getting all the interests of these entities aligned at once to secure a ceasefire in Gaza is as easy as getting all the same colors lined up on one side of a Rubik's cube.

00:19:12.000 So we need a lot of allies.

00:19:13.000 That's it.

00:19:14.000 That's according to Thomas Friedman.

00:19:15.000 Or alternatively, you let your allies win.

00:19:17.000 It turns out that's a great strategy.

00:19:19.000 Historically speaking, letting your allies win is an awesome strategy for actual victory.

00:19:24.000 This notion that Thomas Friedman and his genius coterie of diplomats, the Anthony Blinkens and Phil Gordons of the world, are going to go over to the Middle East and somehow get Hamas, which wants to extirpate Israel, and Hezbollah, which wants to eliminate Israel, and the Houthis, whose actual slogan is death to the Jews, to get on the same page as Israel, That's not going to happen.

00:19:43.000 So, the question is, what are you going to do about it?

00:19:46.000 Or rather, what are you going to let Israel do about it?

00:19:48.000 The same thing, by the way, happens to be true with regard to Russia and Ukraine.

00:19:52.000 The Biden administration has been slow-walking weaponry this entire war.

00:19:57.000 Now again, you want to make the case that the United States should have put more pressure on Ukraine to basically surrender Donbass and Crimea?

00:20:03.000 Without somehow ensuring further Russian aggression? 0.89

00:20:07.000 You can make that case.

00:20:08.000 That's not the case the Biden administration made.

00:20:10.000 The case the Biden administration made is that Ukraine has to win.

00:20:12.000 And then they will withhold enough weaponry for Ukraine to even have a chance of winning, despite Ukraine's heroic holding out against Russian aggression. 0.98

00:20:20.000 You know, we need some better people on our foreign policy team because the current folks just suck. 0.88

00:20:23.000 And that may be true of your business as well.

00:20:25.000 You need the best employees and you need it to happen right now.

00:21:07.000 We've been using ZipRecruiter for years here at DailyWire.

00:21:09.000 It's why we run an increasingly efficient business year after year.

00:21:12.000 You constantly have to make And whatever you believe about the outbreak of the war, Vladimir Putin invaded a sovereign country and tried to take Kiev.

00:21:17.000 He continues to try to do that.

00:21:18.000 right now for free at ZipRecruiter.com slash Daily Wire and give it a spin

00:21:22.000 ZipRecruiter.com slash Daily Wire to get started. And whatever you believe about

00:21:27.000 the outbreak of the war, Vladimir Putin invaded a sovereign country and tried to

00:21:31.000 take Kiev. He continues to try to do that. According to the Wall Street Journal,

00:21:35.000 the number of Ukrainians and Russians killed or wounded in the grinding

00:21:38.000 two-and-a-half-year war has now reached roughly 1 million.

00:21:42.000 What is the United Again, slow walking aid.

00:21:45.000 This is, by the way, like the number one failed strategy of the Vietnam War.

00:21:49.000 There's a strategy that was used during the Vietnam War.

00:21:51.000 It was called graduated escalation.

00:21:53.000 The basic idea was that if we gradually ratchet up the pressure on the Viet Cong, then they would eventually give up, cry uncle, and go home. 1.00

00:22:00.000 It didn't work, because it turns out that if you incrementally increase pain, people don't feel it as much.

00:22:06.000 Shock and awe actually is a better military strategy.

00:22:09.000 Overwhelming force is a much better military strategy.

00:22:11.000 And yet when it came to Ukraine, the U.S.

00:22:14.000 and its allies decided they wanted to back Ukraine, and that's a choice.

00:22:17.000 They decided they wanted to back Ukraine.

00:22:19.000 If you're going to do that, you have to provide them the material necessary to force Putin to the table.

00:22:24.000 You can't do that by slow-walking aid the way that Biden did, denying particular weapon systems.

00:22:28.000 And he's doing the exact same thing with Israel against Hamas, which is even more amazing given the fact that Hamas isn't armed with nuclear weapons.

00:22:34.000 At least you can make the case that if you go too hard against Russia, maybe Putin will go nuts and fire off a nuke.

00:22:40.000 He has demonstrated, by the way, that he is not going to do that.

00:22:42.000 He keeps threatening it.

00:22:43.000 It ain't gonna happen.

00:22:44.000 But Hamas does not have nuclear weapons.

00:22:46.000 Neither does Hezbollah.

00:22:47.000 It turns out the single easiest decision in the history of American foreign policy would be to back your democratic ally in the face of predatory terror groups threatening its borders sufficient so they can wreck those groups.

00:22:59.000 Which would, by the way, be great for the people of Lebanon who have been subjected to the tender mercies of Hezbollah and Iran for 40 years now. 0.83

00:23:07.000 Beirut used to be a nice place.

00:23:08.000 Now it's a hellhole.

00:23:10.000 That's because of Hezbollah. 0.99

00:23:12.000 The same thing happens to be true of Iran generally.

00:23:14.000 Iran generally has a population that is wildly anti-regime, and yet the Biden-Harris administration continues to make overtures to Iran.

00:23:22.000 This is all incompetence.

00:23:24.000 The United States is the single most powerful force in world history.

00:23:28.000 Where the United States puts its thumb on the scale absolutely matters.

00:23:31.000 And what's become very, very clear is that allies of the United States will have to act on their own.

00:23:36.000 And that's been the story of the last several months in all of foreign policy.

00:23:39.000 Israel is acting on its own. 0.88

00:23:40.000 And by the way, it should, because you can't trust the Biden-Harris administration not to leak what it's doing to the Iranians. 0.73

00:23:45.000 That's how bad things are.

00:23:47.000 And when it comes to Ukraine, Vladimir Zelensky has basically been saying to the Biden administration, listen, you're not giving us what we want, fine, we'll just go into Russia.

00:23:54.000 And then maybe when you try to broker a peace deal, then we'll do some land swaps, right?

00:23:58.000 We'll give back the land that we're occupying in Russia and they'll give back some of the land they're occupying in Ukraine. 0.79

00:24:02.000 We're not listening to you anymore because you're not giving us what we want.

00:24:06.000 It turns out that alliances require support, actual support, not just verbal support, not just empty verbiage.

00:24:14.000 And this is the problem with Kamala Harris. 0.52

00:24:16.000 Kamala Harris will be awful as president, awful. 1.00

00:24:18.000 We're in the middle of an election cycle that is basically deadlocked right now.

00:24:22.000 Anybody who's telling you this election is over and Kamala Harris is definitely going to win is lying to you.

00:24:25.000 It's not true.

00:24:26.000 That's not what the stats show.

00:24:28.000 Nate Silver's studies right now still suggest that while Kamala Harris is gaining in the post-debate polls, the chances that Cheshire wins the election are still minority.

00:24:42.000 Right now, according to the forecast, Donald Trump still has a 56% shot of winning an electoral college majority, according to Nate Silver's forecast.

00:24:50.000 Now that may change, but that's the current stats.

00:24:52.000 Anybody pretending that Kamala is running away with this thing is lying to you.

00:24:56.000 Which is why it absolutely matters, it absolutely matters what she says and what she does, and why the media don't cover any of it.

00:25:02.000 So yesterday, she did a Q&A at the National Association of Black Journalists.

00:25:06.000 Now, you remember that Trump also did a Q&A at the NABJ, and he was basically grilled by the moderators.

00:25:13.000 She went and she got the absolute massage, which you knew she was going to get. 1.00

00:25:18.000 And she had many things to say, none of them particularly relevant, except for what she had to say on foreign policy.

00:25:23.000 So, she was asked about the situation in Israel-Gaza.

00:25:27.000 And she said, she kind of paid the usual lip service to Israel having a right to defend itself.

00:25:32.000 Here was what she said, and then we'll show you why she's lying.

00:25:36.000 And yes, so I have said, Israel has a right to defend itself.

00:25:39.000 We would.

00:25:41.000 But Madam Vice President, I think my ask is the difference between aggression and defense.

00:25:45.000 But it's important to put it in context, which is what I'm doing, and I'll get to that.

00:25:50.000 And so how it does so matters.

00:25:53.000 And far too many innocent Palestinians have been killed.

00:25:59.000 Women and children. 0.54

00:26:00.000 We have seen with horror the images coming out of Gaza.

00:26:05.000 And we have to take that seriously.

00:26:08.000 And we have to agree that not only must we end this war, but we have to have a goal of a two-state solution.

00:26:19.000 Because there must be stability and peace in that reason.

00:26:24.000 In as much as what we do in our goal is to ensure That Israelis have security and Palestinians in equal measure.

00:26:33.000 One of the things that we have done that I am entirely supportive of is the pause that we've put on the 2,000 pound bombs.

00:26:42.000 And so there is some leverage that we have had and used.

00:26:47.000 OK, so she has nothing to say except she's going to just jab her about a deal.

00:26:50.000 And the only measure, she says, that was good that they have taken is denying Israel weapons in the middle of the war.

00:26:57.000 If you think that lady is going to stand up to international terrorism, you got another thought coming. 0.99

00:27:01.000 And if you don't think that radically increases the chances of massive war in the Middle East, that is totally wrong.

00:27:06.000 What increases the chances of war, always and forever, is a perception by one side that they can beat the other side, or do heavy damage to the other side, disproportionate to the damage they will take.

00:27:15.000 That is the reason you enter a war. 0.79

00:27:17.000 Hamas entered a war against Israel, believing that they would receive the overwhelming support of Hezbollah in the north, which didn't come.

00:27:24.000 They went into the war believing that they would more quickly be able to turn public opinion and that they would be able to basically exploit the political splits inside the state of Israel in order to get away with doing what they did.

00:27:36.000 That was the logic of the attack and they miscalculated.

00:27:38.000 It was a massive miscalculation because now half of their entire fighting force has been wiped off the battlefield and their leadership is hiding in bunkers using basically carrier pigeons to communicate with his aides.

00:27:49.000 But there'll be a lot more of those misperceptions in the near future because the single most powerful military force in the history of the world is the United States.

00:27:58.000 When the United States withdraws from the arena, a vacuum occurs.

00:28:02.000 That vacuum comes along with an enormous amount of misperception.

00:28:05.000 It means that you believe that you can get away with things, just like in any other situation where there's an authority figure.

00:28:11.000 If the authority figure steps out of the room, chaos ensues because somebody attempts to fill the power vacuum.

00:28:17.000 Well, it turns out that when there is no actual controlling power, a bunch of chaos ensues.

00:28:22.000 Bad things happen.

00:28:24.000 You know what is a bad thing?

00:28:25.000 If you're not taking care of your health.

00:28:26.000 You like that transition?

00:28:27.000 I know you did.

00:28:28.000 So, here's the deal.

00:28:29.000 Your body needs more than just kale smoothies to operate at its best, and that's why I want to tell you about Momentus.

00:28:56.000 It's like a secret weapon for high performers who want to outwork the competition.

00:30:27.000 Why not just get rid of it? 0.99

00:30:28.000 Your wife's been yelling at you about it for like three years. 1.00

00:30:30.000 Just get rid of it.

00:30:31.000 Get the tax deduction, 1-877-Kars4Kids, K-A-R-S, Kars4Kids, or donate online at Kars4Kids.org, slash Ben.

00:30:38.000 So you'll see people pushing every boundary.

00:30:40.000 You will see enemy states oriented against the United States and her allies attempting to ratchet up tensions.

00:30:46.000 See how far they can go.

00:30:47.000 In the words of Stalin, push where there's mush.

00:30:50.000 Well, the more mush Harris has shown, the more America's enemies are pushing, and you will see this.

00:30:55.000 China, by the way, going after the Philippines, is an attempt to basically take control of all the major shipping lanes on planet Earth.

00:31:02.000 You think this doesn't matter to you in your daily life.

00:31:04.000 The reality is you're already paying more for product right now, just in your daily life.

00:31:07.000 You're paying more for product because everything is not getting shipped via the Suez Canal.

00:31:11.000 It's now going around the Horn of Africa.

00:31:14.000 All the shipping has changed, making it more expensive.

00:31:17.000 Imagine if that happens with, for example, the Straits of Malacca.

00:31:21.000 The Straits of Malacca are located in an area in which the Chinese are attempting to exert more and more influence. 0.87

00:31:30.000 The South China Sea, which is essentially the major shipping lane for nearly all world trade, China is attempting to basically stranglehold that area.

00:31:40.000 The Taiwan Strait, a massive shipping lane.

00:31:44.000 China is taking control of a huge number of global shipping lanes, and then they're going to exploit that. 0.98

00:31:49.000 And they will do that because of American weakness.

00:31:52.000 That is, in fact, the goal.

00:31:54.000 Kamala Harris is weak.

00:31:55.000 Joe Biden is weak.

00:31:56.000 Their weakness leads to dead people on all sides, by the way, because it turns out more people in Lebanon will die if Hezbollah gets more aggressive, because that's the way that war works. 1.00

00:32:08.000 But all this comes down to, Kamala Harris is, again, just another face on the idiot machine that is the Democratic media complex. 0.99

00:32:15.000 She's just a face on that. 1.00

00:32:16.000 Okay, she's a big nothing burger. 1.00

00:32:17.000 Everyone knows she's a nothing burger. 1.00

00:32:19.000 In fact, there's a brand new poll out showing that she is really underwater with independents.

00:32:23.000 I think the American people are seeing through this, which is again, why it is incumbent on Donald Trump to run a very focused campaign.

00:32:29.000 We have 47 days until the election.

00:32:30.000 People are already voting.

00:32:32.000 Focus, focus, focus.

00:32:34.000 Kamala Harris is not a popular figure.

00:32:36.000 She is not brat.

00:32:37.000 She is not joy.

00:32:38.000 She is not happiness.

00:32:39.000 Independents don't like her. 1.00

00:32:41.000 Gallup poll, favorability ratings.

00:32:43.000 Donald Trump is currently at 46% favorable, 53% unfavorable.

00:32:48.000 Kamala Harris, this is Gallup, okay?

00:32:49.000 This is not a right-wing poll, this isn't Rasmussen.

00:32:51.000 Kamala Harris is at 44% favorable and 54% unfavorable.

00:32:55.000 So she is two points less favorable than Donald Trump.

00:32:58.000 And among independents, Donald Trump is at a minus nine, he's 44% favorable, 53% unfavorable.

00:33:02.000 53% unfavorable.

00:33:04.000 Kamala Harris is at a negative net 25.

00:33:08.000 35% favorable, 60% unfavorable.

00:33:12.000 60% unfavorable.

00:33:14.000 The vice presidential candidates.

00:33:18.000 Walls is more popular slightly than J.D.

00:33:20.000 Vep.

00:33:20.000 Who cares about the V.B.

00:33:20.000 candidates?

00:33:21.000 That doesn't matter.

00:33:22.000 Kamala Harris is unpopular because everybody knows she's an empty vessel. 1.00

00:33:25.000 She's an empty vessel.

00:33:27.000 She's a person who represents the hard left of her party, but she's lying about it. 0.99

00:33:31.000 And she is just a mush mouth. 1.00

00:33:33.000 All she does all day is just spew, just spew trash, actual tripe, and then pretend that it's policy. 1.00

00:33:39.000 So that's what she actually did at the National Association of Black Journalists. 0.98

00:33:42.000 This is why I continue to maintain that it was a political sin not to crush her in that debate.

00:33:46.000 That sin can be overcome with a meticulous campaign from here for the rest of the campaign.

00:33:51.000 No more missed opportunities.

00:33:53.000 Because Kamala Harris off script is a debacle. 1.00

00:33:56.000 She is a debacle. 0.93

00:33:57.000 Here she was again, asked by the NABJ, are you better off than you were four years ago?

00:34:01.000 As I said, the single most important moment of the debate between Trump and Harris was Trump missing the opportunity to step on her over this question.

00:34:09.000 That was the first question she was asked in the debate.

00:34:11.000 She completely avoided it.

00:34:12.000 She ran screaming with her hair on fire from that question.

00:34:15.000 If they'd come back to Trump and he had said, I noticed that she ignored the question, are you better off than you were four years ago?

00:34:19.000 Because I know, and you know, and she knows that you're not.

00:34:23.000 Then the debate is basically over in the first five minutes, but she still can't answer the question.

00:34:27.000 This is the amazing thing.

00:34:28.000 Wouldn't you imagine that her handlers, her script writers, would have come up with a better answer to this question?

00:34:33.000 She still can't answer this question because everybody knows the answer.

00:34:36.000 That is the systemic obstacle she faces.

00:34:38.000 Here she was being asked, if you're better off than four years ago, and here's her non-answer.

00:34:43.000 Are they better off now than they were four years ago?

00:34:47.000 So when we came into, well first of all let me just say it is good to be with the National Association of Black Journalists and I thank you for the work you do and that your members do every day.

00:34:55.000 It is very important that we ensure that this organization and your members always have the resources and the platforms to deliver the voices that must be heard.

00:35:06.000 So I thank you for hosting me today.

00:35:09.000 Four years ago, when we came in, we came in during the worst unemployment since the great depression.

00:35:19.000 We came in during the worst public health epidemic in centuries.

00:35:27.000 We came in after the worst attack on our democracy since the civil war.

00:35:34.000 And a lot of it due in large part to the mismanagement by the former president.

00:35:40.000 Okay, so none of this is true.

00:35:41.000 Okay, but notice the things she wants.

00:35:43.000 She just goes on.

00:35:43.000 She just blabs like this.

00:35:44.000 Okay, the answer in a normal election cycle is sure, of course you're better off than you were four years ago.

00:35:49.000 Four years ago, things were this bad.

00:35:51.000 Today, things are this great.

00:35:53.000 She doesn't do that because she can't give that answer and everybody knows it. 1.00

00:35:57.000 That's why her campaign is actually falling flat. 1.00

00:36:00.000 Don't make the mistake of thinking that just because she's running better than an actual dead person, Joe Biden, that means that her campaign is wildly successful.

00:36:06.000 It is not.

00:36:07.000 Her campaign is DOA.

00:36:09.000 If only that can be exploited.

00:36:11.000 Why?

00:36:12.000 Well, because she has to run on Joe Biden's record.

00:36:13.000 It's the only record she's got.

00:36:16.000 You know, when you form a sort of investment fund, one of the things you have to do to show prospective investors what it is that you're going to do is your investment record.

00:36:25.000 The people who form the fund have to show how they've used money in the past and why it would be a good idea to invest with them for the future.

00:36:31.000 Kamala Harris does not have a record other than the record of the administration in which she is currently vice president.

00:36:37.000 So when she says things like, I have a new approach, which is the thing she said yesterday, who believes this? 1.00

00:36:41.000 Unless you are unbelievably dumb. 1.00

00:36:44.000 Unless you are insipid beyond belief. 1.00

00:36:46.000 Here's Kamala Harris saying she has a new approach.

00:36:47.000 Really?

00:36:48.000 What's your new approach from the administration where you're currently the acting president?

00:36:53.000 You know, we grew up, our parents, where they had the ability to somehow believe the American dream was attainable.

00:37:01.000 Not so much for younger working people.

00:37:04.000 And I recognize that.

00:37:06.000 So my approach is a new approach, which is to say, let's just take this and deal with it head on.

00:37:13.000 You don't have a new approach.

00:37:15.000 There is no new approach. 0.99

00:37:16.000 You're a joke. 0.92

00:37:16.000 You're the current vice president of the United States. 0.92

00:37:19.000 I mean, she can't even answer basic questions like reparations. 0.96

00:37:22.000 So, unbelievably enough, she's to the left of Barack Obama on this.

00:37:25.000 When Barack Obama was asked about reparations in 2008, he said, reparations is a distraction.

00:37:30.000 It's never going to happen and it's a waste of time, which is the correct answer.

00:37:34.000 Kamala Harris is like, well, maybe we'll have, you know, when you think about the importance of the past.

00:37:40.000 and the future and all the time in between the past and the future. What you realize is that

00:37:46.000 slavery was a thing that happened and has many ramifications for all time, for past, future,

00:37:54.000 present, other dimensions perhaps. Here we go. On the issue of what we need to do going forward,

00:38:03.000 look, first of all, we just need to speak truth about history in spite of the fact that some

00:38:07.000 people who try and erase history and try and teach our children otherwise.

00:38:12.000 We need to speak truth about the generational impact of our history in terms of the generational impact of slavery, the generational impact of redlining, of Jim Crow law.

00:38:28.000 I could go on and on and on.

00:38:30.000 These are facts that have had impact.

00:38:37.000 We need to speak truth about it.

00:38:39.000 And we need to speak truth about it in a way that is about deriving solutions.

00:38:45.000 She's like a marionette of herself.

00:38:47.000 Honest to God.

00:38:48.000 It's like the creative marionette of Kamala Harris and it's controlled by the Democratic Party and just kind of moves all a little bit like she's wild. 0.93

00:38:55.000 She's wild.

00:38:56.000 I wonder why it is that she is having such trouble in this election cycle. 1.00

00:38:59.000 Well, this means they have to misdirect and they have to misdirect to something.

00:39:02.000 We'll get to that in just one second.

00:39:04.000 First, our 47% off deal for New Daily Wear Plus memberships ends today.

00:39:39.000 That's dailywire.com slash subscribe, code FIGHT.

00:39:42.000 Okay, meanwhile, so with this race unbelievably tight, and with the second attempted assassination against Donald Trump, the left is in a bit of a pickle.

00:39:49.000 Because the reality is that Kamala has hit her high watermark.

00:39:52.000 What's she going to do from here on in? 0.99

00:39:53.000 Now, there are not that many undecided people left in this electorate.

00:39:57.000 Harry Anthon of CNN was pointing this out yesterday.

00:39:59.000 He was suggesting the number of people who are now currently undecided is lower than at any time in the late stages of any election that we know of.

00:40:08.000 4% of voters say that they are undecided.

00:40:10.000 That is just half the level that we saw in 2020, well less than the 10% we saw at this point in 2016.

00:40:16.000 So the bottom line is, in this particular election, Kamala Harris and Donald Trump are focusing their attention on this tiny, tiny sliver, much lower than we're used to.

00:40:26.000 In fact, it's the lowest level of undecideds that we've seen in polling at this point this entire 21st century.

00:40:34.000 Okay, so there isn't that much of the electorate left to move, which suggests that both sides really need to be working on their get-out-the-vote operation.

00:40:39.000 But when it comes to the attempted assassination of President Trump, this obviously might be a good time for a bit of self-reflection on the part of the left, which has declared that Trump is, in fact, Orange Hitler.

00:40:49.000 But that's not what's happening.

00:40:51.000 Instead, it's a doubling down.

00:40:52.000 It's a doubling down in an attempt to get out the base, which is, in fact, a pretty dangerous strategy.

00:40:57.000 So, for example, MSNBC had on a brigadier general named Steve Anderson, once again, calling Donald Trump a Nazi.

00:41:06.000 But since 6th January, things have changed.

00:41:09.000 Insurrection, I've said, now's the time to step up.

00:41:13.000 I mean, what are we going to do?

00:41:13.000 Are we going to wait until the jackboots are marching down the street and the brown shirts come rolling out?

00:41:18.000 Our kids get enrolled in Trump Youth.

00:41:20.000 Is that the time to start getting involved?

00:41:24.000 Okay, so again, they keep going with this sort of rhetoric.

00:41:27.000 In fact, Corinne Jean-Pierre was specifically asked by Peter Doocy about all of this yesterday.

00:41:32.000 And she then claimed that it was dangerous to even ask the question.

00:41:36.000 How many more assassination attempts on Donald Trump until the president and the vice president and you pick a different word to describe Trump other than threat?

00:41:45.000 If anything from this administration, I actually completely disagree with the premise of your question, the question that you're asking.

00:41:54.000 It is also incredibly dangerous in the way that you're asking it, because American people are watching.

00:42:04.000 It's dangerous to ask that.

00:42:05.000 How dare you ask a question about the kind of rhetoric that we use that may in fact generate crazy people to do crazy things.

00:42:11.000 Again, it is not your fault if you don't call for violence and somebody takes your words and twists them and use them for violence.

00:42:17.000 However, raising the temperature does have some predictable side effects, obviously.

00:42:22.000 And now, the reason that the left won't let go of this particular argument is because they want to keep making it. 0.94

00:42:26.000 They want to keep making the argument over and over to their base that Donald Trump is an actual abject threat to the Republic of the United States and that he is evil and terrible.

00:42:34.000 And so they focused in on, as like tip of the spear of the evil Trumpian threat, what's going on in Springfield, Ohio.

00:42:40.000 So Alejandro Mayorkas, the Secretary of Homeland Security, he says that one of the big issues in the country right now is that Springfield, Ohio feels threatened.

00:42:49.000 My colleagues in the department have been in touch with the mayor of Springfield.

00:42:53.000 We're concerned about the situation there.

00:42:56.000 Schools have closed.

00:42:58.000 The community is feeling extraordinarily threatened.

00:43:02.000 They've received bomb threats and other threats of violence based on false statements.

00:43:11.000 So, again, this is the pitch.

00:43:13.000 The pitch is that Donald Trump is uniquely evil because he said something about eating the dogs and the cats in Springfield.

00:43:19.000 And Kamala Harris retailed this argument, again, at the National Association of Black Journalists.

00:43:23.000 She says that what she's fighting for, she's actually asked about the assassination attempt on Trump.

00:43:27.000 And she immediately swivels it into the threat to safety, not against Trump, but against the people of Springfield, Ohio, despite the fact that every bomb threat called in has been a hoax, according to the governor, Mike DeWine.

00:43:38.000 And many of those bomb threats have been called in from overseas, apparently.

00:43:42.000 Do you have full confidence in the Secret Service to protect all of you?

00:43:46.000 I do.

00:43:47.000 Do you feel safe for you and your family?

00:43:49.000 I do.

00:43:50.000 But, I mean, you can go back to Ohio.

00:43:53.000 Not everybody has Secret Service.

00:43:57.000 And there are far too many people in our country right now who are not feeling safe.

00:44:01.000 I mean, I look at Project 2025 and I look at, you know, like the Don't Say Gay laws coming out of Florida.

00:44:09.000 Members of the LGBTQ community don't feel safe right now. 1.00

00:44:13.000 Immigrants or people with an immigrant background don't feel safe right now. 1.00

00:44:17.000 Women don't feel safe right now. 1.00

00:44:20.000 And so Yes, I feel safe.

00:44:24.000 I have Secret Service protection.

00:44:28.000 But that doesn't change my perspective on the importance of fighting for the safety of everybody in our country.

00:44:37.000 I mean, that's an absurdity.

00:44:38.000 So Donald Trump, they tried to assassinate him.

00:44:40.000 When I say they, I mean specific assassins, tried to assassinate him twice inside of two months.

00:44:44.000 And her response is, the real threat is not to Trump's safety, because that would mean I might have to tone down what I'm saying.

00:44:49.000 The real threat is to the residents of Springfield, Ohio, because Trump said something about, they're eating the cats, they're eating the dogs.

00:44:56.000 They don't have Secret Service protection, says Kamala Harris.

00:44:58.000 Truly pretty egregious, pretty egregious.

00:45:01.000 I noticed that you just placed the onus on the person who, you know, almost got shot in the head twice.

00:45:06.000 And not on yourself for sort of ramping up the rhetoric.

00:45:09.000 Kamala Harris says she's fighting for our safety and she's fighting for a new way forward.

00:45:13.000 I'll tell you what she's not fighting for. 0.98

00:45:14.000 A better economy because all of her economic plans suck. 1.00

00:45:17.000 And the current economy is crushing the average American. 0.96

00:45:20.000 Wages are flat.

00:45:20.000 Expenses have been climbing.

00:45:22.000 Paying bills without grabbing a credit card sometimes feels impossible.

00:45:24.000 Now, if you're a homeowner and you're sick and tired of this financial circus, I have a lifeline for you.

00:46:15.000 To find out what's been going on in Springfield, Ohio, we sent reporter Spencer Lindquist,

00:46:20.000 he's an investigative reporter for The Daily Wire and correspondent for The Ben Shapiro Show,

00:46:23.000 to Springfield.

00:46:24.000 Spencer, thanks for joining us.

00:46:26.000 Thank you very much for having me.

00:46:29.000 So, you've been in Springfield, Ohio.

00:46:31.000 There's been a lot of talk, a lot of conflicting reports about what's going on on the ground.

00:46:35.000 It's been pretty much centered on the kind of outlandish accusation that there's mass eating of cats and dogs or kidnapping of pets or something.

00:46:42.000 There have been some allegations, I understand, from people in Springfield that are unverified and unverifiable, I think, at this point, as to whether that was actually happening or not.

00:46:50.000 But what is the actual situation in Springfield that requires attention?

00:46:54.000 Well, from every resident that I spoke to in Springfield, Ohio, they certainly do feel that there is a threat to their culture, to their way of life, to their social services.

00:47:03.000 This is an all-American town of about 57,000 people, and the estimate right now is anywhere from 15,000 to 20,000 Haitians have been resettled in their community in just the last couple of years under the Biden-Harris administration.

00:47:16.000 So they're certainly feeling the effects, they're seeing the effects on their social services, and they're also feeling the effects on their physical safety.

00:47:23.000 There was one woman who spoke at a city council meeting, and she said that she has been followed, she has been groped, and now that she, now she rarely leaves the house without being armed and carrying a dog with her, a pit bull, for protection.

00:47:36.000 Here's what she had to say.

00:47:37.000 I am a disabled elderly woman.

00:47:44.000 that has such high anxiety leaving my house that I rarely do.

00:47:50.000 And when I do, I'm armed, and I have my 120-pound pit bull with me.

00:47:57.000 I have been... I've been followed.

00:48:01.000 I've been groped.

00:48:03.000 I'm 58 years old.

00:48:05.000 The influx has come in so fast, and they haven't been educated on our ways, on our laws, They need to know these things. 0.70

00:48:18.000 Exactly.

00:48:18.000 So you've got people there who are experiencing the effects of this, experiencing the effects of this mass immigration under the Biden-Harris administration.

00:48:25.000 And I think important context is that this is a community that voted for Trump overwhelmingly in 2016.

00:48:31.000 They voted overwhelmingly for Trump in 2020.

00:48:33.000 They did not vote for mass immigration.

00:48:35.000 They weren't asked if they wanted 20,000 people from Haiti to be resettled in their communities.

00:48:39.000 People like me are homeless.

00:48:40.000 I'm homeless right now, but the Haitians have all the housing. 1.00

00:48:43.000 And they're feeling the effects not just in their public safety, but also they're seeing

00:48:47.000 the drain on their public services.

00:48:49.000 There's also another woman I spoke with named Tabitha Ellis.

00:48:52.000 She's a homeless woman in Springfield, Ohio, and she says that the resources are going

00:48:56.000 to the Haitians, not to Americans.

00:48:59.000 Here's what she had to say.

00:49:00.000 People like me are homeless.

00:49:01.000 I'm homeless right now, but the Haitians have all the housing. 1.00

00:49:06.000 It's not fair.

00:49:08.000 And they're coming to get food here.

00:49:09.000 Yeah, and they take food away from people like me that really need it.

00:49:15.000 So these residents are very grateful that there is increased media coverage on this issue.

00:49:20.000 And what so many of them tell me is that they don't know why Springfield, Ohio has become the resettlement ground for these Haitian migrants.

00:49:27.000 It's an all-American town.

00:49:28.000 It really could be any American town.

00:49:31.000 And the fact that we're seeing it here in Springfield and hearing from these residents gives a bit of a preview of what more mass immigration under this administration might look like.

00:49:42.000 Well, Spencer, I mean, obviously the big question that everybody is asking is about the accusation with regard to the cats and the dogs.

00:49:48.000 You're pointing out much bigger issues in Springfield, Ohio.

00:49:51.000 I mean, I have to ask, did any of the residents express any concerns about their pets?

00:49:56.000 You know, I did hear people speak about potential geese and ducks that had gone missing.

00:50:02.000 There have been reports that have come out saying that there were police reports of, of Haitian migrants taking geese and ducks from the park.

00:50:10.000 There was also a pig carcass that was actually found in public view.

00:50:13.000 You know, of course, these are things that are very tricky to verify, but we do know that there have been police reports.

00:50:19.000 And that this is a concern among the residents, but across the board, those that I spoke to said that really they're grateful that there is more coverage on this area because they're experiencing these issues when it comes to just the surge in population, the issues that you'd expect to find when a town of 57,000 people is forced to take in 15,000 to 20,000 people overnight and the strain that it puts on their public safety and on their social services.

00:50:43.000 So the residents of Springfield are concerned.

00:50:46.000 For their well-being, and they're grateful there's more coverage and more attention on their town.

00:50:52.000 Well, Spencer, really appreciate you going over there and reporting on this.

00:50:55.000 Thanks for the time.

00:50:56.000 Thank you very much.

00:50:59.000 Okay, well, meanwhile, again, the goal here for the Biden-Harris administration, for the Harris campaign in particular, is to pretend that the issue doesn't exist by focusing in on the shiny object over here.

00:51:10.000 Presumably, the goal of the Trump campaign was to provide the shiny object to get people to sort of ingest the bigger issue, and that is having an impact.

00:51:17.000 The immigration issue is, in fact, turning toward President Trump.

00:51:20.000 What does this suggest?

00:51:22.000 It suggests that, once again, this election is a dead heat.

00:51:25.000 It is a dead heat.

00:51:26.000 And so, from here on in, No more shiny objects.

00:51:29.000 Just do the thing you need to do.

00:51:31.000 There's a new poll out of Georgia.

00:51:32.000 Chose Donald Trump up three points in the RealClearPolitics polling average.

00:51:35.000 Donald Trump is currently leading in Georgia.

00:51:37.000 North Carolina, he's still up very slightly.

00:51:39.000 In Pennsylvania, like dead heat.

00:51:41.000 Michigan, he is down by a little under a point in the RealClearPolitics polling average.

00:51:45.000 Down by a little over a point in Wisconsin and ahead in Arizona.

00:51:49.000 Nevada is again a dead heat.

00:51:50.000 Pretty much every one of these states is inside the margin of error.

00:51:53.000 All of them are in fact within one and a half points in the RealClearPolitics polling average.

00:51:58.000 And that's what actually matters.

00:51:59.000 So if you look at the no-toss-up map right now from RealClearPolitics, very, very slight advantage for Trump fans.

00:52:07.000 Anybody who tells you that the debate ended the campaign is missing the fact that there is so much embedded opinion about these candidates, and that means tiny margins are going to matter.

00:52:15.000 It also means get-out-the-vote is going to matter.

00:52:17.000 So vote early, really.

00:52:20.000 If you're worried about being able to vote day of, vote early.

00:52:23.000 Get a mail-in ballot.

00:52:23.000 Do the thing.

00:52:25.000 Tell all your friends to vote.

00:52:26.000 This is not a year where you want to lose the presidency by a thousand votes across four states.

00:52:32.000 That would be a historic, blown opportunity.

00:52:35.000 Okay, coming up, Sean P. Diddy Puffy Combs or something, whoever that guy is, that guy has now been arrested and indicted.

00:53:13.000 What you're doing is you're stretching out of your whiteness.

00:53:16.000 Listen more for you in this view.

00:53:17.000 Is America inherently racist?

00:53:19.000 The word inherent is challenging there.

00:53:21.000 You want to rename the George Washington Monument to the George Floyd Monument?

00:53:24.000 America is racist to its bones.

00:53:26.000 So inherently? 0.98
