00:00:00.000 In Minnesota, they know who to arrest.
00:00:01.000 They know they're going to arrest the people trying to uncover actual voter fraud.
00:00:05.000 So, yesterday, a couple of conservative, sort of undercover journalists, James O'Keefe and Cam Higby, they went to a Minnesota polling place in disguise.
00:00:15.000 So, Cam Higby went in the full burqa, like the full beekeeper outfit.
00:00:19.000 Can't see anything except his eyes. 0.98
00:00:21.000 James showed up in the full robe and with the headgear and everything of sort of traditional Islam.
00:00:32.000 And they went to the Minneapolis polling station because they have a system in Minneapolis called vouching, where you don't have to bring an ID.
00:00:38.000 If someone vouches for you, that's good enough for you to receive a ballot.
00:00:41.000 Here's what it looked like.
00:00:42.000 Mr. Over there.
00:00:44.000 Hello, what is your last name?
00:00:46.000 Uh,.
00:00:53.000 Genevieve?
00:00:53.000 Genevieve?
00:00:55.000 And vouch?
00:00:56.000 I'm sorry?
00:00:57.000 Vouch?
00:00:57.000 She's vouching?
00:00:59.000 I vouch.
00:01:00.000 Oh, for her?
00:01:01.000 And is she Genevieve?
00:01:03.000 So are you wanting to vote first?
00:01:03.000 No.
00:01:08.000 You're going to have to make a phone call.
00:01:14.000 But can she vote if I vouch?
00:01:14.000 Yes.
00:01:16.000 I'm trying to get her by the way.
00:01:19.000 No, good luck.
00:01:22.000 Does she live within this precinct?
00:01:28.000 Yes.
00:01:28.000 So, are you wanting to vote first, though?
00:01:31.000 Yes, but vouch for her.
00:01:32.000 Okay.
00:01:32.000 So, if I vouch, she votes?
00:01:34.000 Okay.
00:01:37.000 Is that right?
00:01:37.000 Yep.
00:01:39.000 Can I vote with that ID?
00:01:40.000 Yes, if you're already in the system.
00:01:42.000 Okay.
00:01:43.000 Then you can vote if you're already in the system.
00:01:43.000 Okay.
00:01:46.000 Hold on.
00:01:47.000 I just need to point this out.
00:01:48.000 I walked into this polling station with a random name of a random person.
00:01:52.000 Okay.
00:01:54.000 So, again, this is just exposing how crappy the Minneapolis voting procedures are.
00:01:59.000 You can walk in.
00:02:00.000 You can vouch for somebody completely different while in a complete facial disguise, and they will try to hand you a ballot.
00:02:07.000 So here was Cam Higbee again in the full regalia.
00:02:10.000 There's a man wearing traditional female garb in Afghanistan, approaching a poll worker about vouching for seven other people without ID.
00:02:19.000 And the poll worker says, sure, no problem.
00:02:21.000 My agile, I just moved.
00:02:23.000 It is 3530 Cleveland Northeast.
00:02:28.000 Got you here.
00:02:30.000 So, do you take a look and make sure that?
00:02:33.000 Can I vouch?
00:02:34.000 Yes.
00:02:35.000 We'll get you checked in first and then we can vouch.
00:02:38.000 What is required?
00:02:39.000 You're already pre registered, so nothing else.
00:02:43.000 Just you'll sign something and we'll get your phone number.
00:02:45.000 And then she votes? 0.99
00:02:46.000 Yeah.
00:02:47.000 Okay.
00:02:49.000 Do we need ID?
00:02:50.000 Nope.
00:02:51.000 No ID needed?
00:02:52.000 Her ID?
00:02:52.000 I know.
00:02:52.000 She does not need ID?
00:02:54.000 Can I get the first one?
00:02:54.000 Nope.
00:02:56.000 I have also seven other people who I live with.
00:03:02.000 Can they not register?
00:03:04.000 You, if you live with them, you can vouch for them.
00:03:07.000 You can vouch for up to eight people.
00:03:11.000 And no ID for any?
00:03:13.000 Nope.
00:03:15.000 So those people don't have ID.
00:03:17.000 Cam Higby, obviously, is not showing an ID.
00:03:20.000 His name is not apparently even in the system, and he can act as the person who vouches, which is a crazy, crazy system.
00:03:25.000 Now, and James O'Keefe has done similar things going back like more than a decade.
00:03:29.000 Back in 2012, he actually basically was able to obtain dead people's ballots in New Hampshire.
00:03:36.000 In an O'Keeffe video, according to ABC News at the time, poll workers offered up ballots without requesting ID from off camera operatives.
00:03:42.000 Members of O'Keeffe's Project Veritas give names.
00:03:44.000 The video alleges belong to deceased New Hampshire voters and received ballots even when they report they forgot their IDs in their car.
00:03:50.000 So, again, all these things that O'Keeffe has been doing for legitimately over a decade are designed to show the absurdity of lack of voter security.
00:03:58.000 So, what was the outcome here?
00:04:00.000 O'Keeffe and Higby are now being criminally charged in Minnesota.
00:04:05.000 So, just to get this straight.
00:04:07.000 Here's how our voting systems work.
00:04:08.000 If you're in Alaska and you decide that you're going to essentially get somebody to fake an election effort to misdirect voters away from the person they actually want to vote for, like Dan Sullivan's, the fake Dan Sullivan scheme up in Alaska, that's totally fine according to the law.
00:04:27.000 And Democrats think that that is fine and dandy and no problem. 0.93
00:04:30.000 If you're James O'Keefe and Cam Higby and you show up in an attempt to expose the idiocy of Minnesota's voting laws, they will prosecute you. 0.95
00:04:40.000 That's how this works.
00:04:41.000 According to the New York Times, state prosecutors charged the pair with unlawful voting, which can include an attempt to obtain a ballot by impersonating a registered voter and identity theft, both felonies.
00:04:52.000 The maximum penalty for each of those crimes is five years in prison.
00:04:55.000 Prosecutors say O'Keefe impersonated registered Minnesota voters during his conversations with poll workers, though no votes were cast fraudulently during the prank.
00:05:03.000 Now, by the way, you used to just call this undercover journalism, right?
00:05:07.000 It's a prank if you want to prosecute them, it's undercover journalism if it's a left winger doing it.
00:05:11.000 He and Mr. Higby used false Arab accents and references to Muslim culture, which Minnesota's Secretary of State, Steve Simon, condemned as offensive.
00:05:19.000 Well, I'm just confused.
00:05:23.000 If it was like when they did all of that in order to obtain the ballot, didn't anybody find that offensive enough to not give them the ballot?
00:05:30.000 Or apparently, no.
00:05:31.000 I guess the answer is no.
00:05:33.000 Simon said, The misconduct by this group is outrageous and totally unacceptable.
00:05:37.000 We have zero tolerance for lying, lawbreaking, and disruptions at our poll places.
00:05:41.000 Again, for Democrats, lying by getting somebody with the same name as your opponent to run.
00:05:45.000 Totally fine.
00:05:47.000 The real problem is when you try to uncover loose and ridiculous voting procedures.
00:05:52.000 Cam Higby said, I never voted.
00:05:53.000 I never signed an affidavit.
00:05:55.000 I never violated a law for showing how Minnesota abuses votes.
00:05:58.000 They seek to take mine away from me permanently.
00:06:01.000 Minnesota's vouching law has been on the books for more than 50 years.
00:06:06.000 Voters who are new to a precinct and have a registered voter who verifies they live in the area must provide a document such as a Minnesota's driver's license and the last four digits of their social security number to establish their identity and eligibility.
00:06:17.000 The vouching system is commonly used by residents of senior living facilities who haven't updated their new address on identity forms.
00:06:24.000 Now, here's the Hennepin County attorney announcing the charges, but admitting that neither of the men actually signed an oath.
00:06:34.000 Mr. O'Keefe and Mr. Higby entered polling places in multiple instances, identified themselves using names of registered voters in those precincts without those voters' knowledge or permission.
00:06:48.000 Both men stopped short of signing the oath we all sign before receiving our ballot.
00:06:53.000 But Minnesota law states clearly that no individual shall intentionally misrepresent their identity in applying for a ballot.
00:07:02.000 Having entered polling places without legitimate purposes and intentionally misrepresenting their identity to election judges in applying for a ballot, the charges filed today are appropriate to address the conduct of Mr. O'Keeffe and Mr. Higby.
00:07:17.000 I think I have a question.
00:07:19.000 Is it applying for a ballot if you never actually take the ballot and you don't actually sign the oath?
00:07:23.000 Or is it just exposing it?
00:07:26.000 Normally, if I apply for a thing, it's because I actually fill out a full scale form.
00:07:29.000 I don't just ask for a thing, I fill out a form.
00:07:32.000 I try to actually obtain the thing.
00:07:34.000 That's the purpose of an application.
00:07:37.000 So I think this is going to be a very difficult charge to prove criminally.
00:07:40.000 But again, it just shows you where Democrats are very upset.
00:07:42.000 Democrats, not so upset about actual voter fraud, very upset about people trying to expose actual voter fraud.
00:07:48.000 And don't worry, Democrats are fully upset.
00:07:50.000 In tune with the idea that they should lock up their political opponents.
00:07:53.000 Hillary Clinton is now on the lock him up bandwagon for Donald Trump.
00:07:59.000 And he's soon going to have a Democratic Congress trying to rein him in, hold him accountable, and investigate him, his administration, his family, his supporters and allies.
00:08:09.000 He literally has held Republicans hostage for a decade.
00:08:13.000 And that only works for so long.
00:08:15.000 One day the hostages look around and say, There are more of us than there is of him.
00:08:19.000 We need to take him on.
00:08:21.000 And I think.
00:08:22.000 We can see that happen.
00:08:23.000 So buckle up.
00:08:24.000 The election is just the beginning.
00:08:28.000 So, Democrats are very on board with the lock him up, Donald Trump, for unspecified crimes.
00:08:32.000 Very on board with the lock James O'Keefe and Cam Higme up for trying to expose ridiculous voting procedures.
00:08:39.000 At the same time, they're very upset if you are upset legally with an Alaska Senate candidate who tried to rig the election in her own favor.
00:08:46.000 And they don't care at all, by the way, if it turns out that a Minnesota Congresswoman, Ilhan Omar, married her brother or committed immigration fraud for herself and also for her brother.
00:08:57.000 Like that's totally out of bounds. 0.62
00:08:58.000 In fact, if you note that, if you even mention that, it's because you must be some sort of deep and terrifying Islamophobe. 0.74
00:09:05.000 Also, if you notice that everyone surrounding Abdul El Sayyid is a radical Muslim Brotherhood member.
00:09:11.000 Who funnels cash to terrorists allegedly?
00:09:14.000 If you notice that, it's Islamophobia.
00:09:17.000 Washington Free Beacon, which has been doing extraordinary reporting on El Sayed and all of his family members, they point out that Abdul El Sayed's father sits on the board of a notorious Islamic charity that was once busted for funneling cash to Saddam Hussein and has been raided by the FBI and U.S. military.
00:09:32.000 The board also features two current members who belonged to the Muslim Brotherhood, according to documents from federal prosecutors.
00:09:38.000 El Sayed's father, Michigan academic and imam Dr. Mohammed El Sayed, serves as a board member for the group Life for Relief and Development.
00:09:46.000 The story began in 2006 when the FBI raided the charity's office.
00:09:49.000 A year later, its CEO was charged by a grand jury with violating sanctions and money laundering laws, and the charity's accounts at Bank of America were closed.
00:09:57.000 Federal agents also raided the home of the charity's then CEO, Khalil Jassem, according to the Detroit Free Press.
00:10:04.000 Apparently, they knowingly and willfully formed a conspiracy for the purpose of transferring funds from the U.S. to Iraq between 2002 and 2003 by and through Jordan, according to the government.
00:10:16.000 Those cash transfers took place at the height of U.S. tensions with Saddam Hussein.
00:10:21.000 Also, that group gave millions to a group the FBI identified as Hamas's Jordanian operation, according to the New York Post.
00:10:28.000 So, yeah, but if you ask questions about El Sayed and his family at all, it's just because you're challenging his loyalty.
00:10:33.000 It's dual loyalty, blah, blah, blah, blah.
00:10:35.000 Just insane.
00:10:36.000 Well, even Democrats at this point, like Senator Cory Booker, don't even want to say El Sayed's name because they understand that that dude is toxic.
00:10:45.000 Senator, I didn't hear you mention Abdul El Sayed's name.
00:10:48.000 I wonder if you have concerns about.
00:10:50.000 His candidacy and his viability among black voters.
00:10:53.000 This is my focus right now winning back the Senate.
00:10:57.000 And it's why I'm traveling all over the country.
00:11:00.000 I'm going to do everything I can to make sure that Democrats have control in the gavel and can hold Donald Trump accountable, can actually check and balance his policies that are hurting people.
00:11:12.000 And I certainly hope we have a 55 vote seat majority in the Senate.
00:11:18.000 I'm not hearing a ringing endorsement.
00:11:20.000 Nevertheless, I have to move on.
00:11:23.000 I mean, even CNN going on, dude, I'm not hearing you really say anything here, like at all.
00:11:28.000 And there's a reason Democrats are having some trouble.
00:11:31.000 At least the same Democrats, the ones who are crazy, the DSA members, Daria Lisa Avila Chevalier, right, who's a full scale DSA member in New York, she says that obviously the biggest issue for Democrats has to be yelling about Israel.
00:11:46.000 If we want to win the White House, if we want Democrats to take power back, right, then Democrats have to be serious about.
00:11:53.000 This issue.
00:11:54.000 It is a moral issue.
00:11:55.000 It has been a moral injury to so many to watch the horrors that are coming out of Gaza, right?
00:12:04.000 And watch our elected officials justify it or underplay it or act as though there's any reason why we should be continuing to use our tax dollars to engage in it.
00:12:19.000 Again, scratch a Democrat and get Darylisa Chevalier. 0.50
00:12:22.000 Scratch a Democrat and get Abdul Al Sayyid. 0.57
00:12:24.000 But they're all hiding it. 0.76
00:12:25.000 They're all hiding it.
00:12:26.000 Abdul Syed is trying to hide this. 0.58
00:12:29.000 He's got to be lagging with black voters in Michigan because he's spending an awful lot of time with them trying to get them out to vote for him.
00:12:34.000 He went to a barbershop in Grand Rapids in the most stereotypical act he could imagine to chat healthcare with black voters.
00:12:42.000 Who do you think is the biggest lobbyist industry in the whole country?
00:12:45.000 Who do you think it was?
00:12:47.000 Farm.
00:12:47.000 Farm.
00:12:48.000 Yeah, big farm.
00:12:49.000 And you know how much it was?
00:12:51.000 And then who do you think is number two?
00:12:53.000 Insurance.
00:12:54.000 20 years, $4 billion.
00:12:56.000 Most folks don't know that there's this middle entity that manages the relationship between you.
00:13:01.000 Why is he sitting back in the chair?
00:13:03.000 He's about to get this hair wash.
00:13:04.000 And your insurance.
00:13:06.000 And they skim off every interaction.
00:13:07.000 Why isn't he just sitting, standing around like all these people look so bored?
00:13:12.000 All these people are like, I can't believe he's bothering us right now.
00:13:15.000 I'm just trying to get my hair done, man.
00:13:17.000 Like, what are you doing?
00:13:18.000 And here's leaning back in the seat like he's about to get his hair colored.
00:13:23.000 Man, again, I do not believe that Al Syed is leading the way that so many people seem to believe that he is leading.
00:13:31.000 By the way, he's campaigning on Medicare for all, including illegal immigrants in Michigan.
00:13:35.000 Like, he is so radical on every possible front.
00:13:39.000 Here he was.
00:13:40.000 Should undocumented folks be eligible for federal health care plans? 1.00
00:13:45.000 So we want to make sure that, you know, to me, if you pay in, then the program's there for you, if you pay in, right? 0.89
00:13:52.000 So undocumented or documented?
00:13:53.000 It's about if you pay in.
00:13:54.000 But here's the thing I want to get to a world where there's not a conversation about undocumented.
00:13:58.000 Everybody has a pathway forward.
00:13:59.000 But there is.
00:14:00.000 I get it.
00:14:00.000 I get it.
00:14:01.000 But my point is just this if you are paying into the system, right?
00:14:05.000 The idea is that the system is there if you pay in, right?
00:14:08.000 You paid in.
00:14:09.000 Okay.
00:14:11.000 Everybody should have a pathway.
00:14:13.000 Everyone should be a documented member of the community, no matter how you got in here, no matter what you've done.
00:14:18.000 That guy from Michigan?
00:14:20.000 According to our sponsors over at CalShee in the CalShee markets, El Sayed is still heavily favored over Mike Rogers.
00:14:25.000 71% of the money says El Sayed is going to win that race.
00:14:29.000 In Minnesota, apparently, Peggy Flanagan in the CalShee markets is up at 90%.
00:14:36.000 Now, again, I think that Flanagan is likely to win in Minnesota.
00:14:39.000 It's a very, very heavily blue state.
00:14:41.000 Michigan, I'm not so sure.
00:14:43.000 And here's why I say that I think that much of the data that we're seeing right now is skewed.
00:14:46.000 So if you go to the Daily Wire election hub right now and you take a look at Florida, Florida is my home state. 1.00
00:14:51.000 Angie Nixon's a nut job and she's running against Ashley Moody, the Republican incumbent. 0.99
00:14:55.000 According to the polling average right now, Ashley Moody is only leading by six and a half points. 1.00
00:15:02.000 Uh, Ashley Moody is going to walk all over Angie Nixon. 1.00
00:15:07.000 So Angie Nixon's been having herself a sort of fascinating week. 0.93
00:15:12.000 Here she was dancing at a Florida AM University homecoming.
00:15:17.000 This happened like a few hours before some shootings in the area.
00:15:24.000 She was rapping about murder, awkward. 1.00
00:15:45.000 So that was Angie Nixon rapping about murder.
00:15:49.000 And things went poor.
00:15:50.000 That aged poorly, like really poorly.
00:15:52.000 By the way, Angie Nixon is as radical as radical can be. 0.99
00:15:55.000 Here she was saying that we were founded on stolen land. 1.00
00:15:58.000 I mean, again, you think this lady is going to win 43, 44% in Florida? 1.00
00:16:04.000 If she does, then her opponent, Moody, is going to win the other 58% of the vote. 1.00
00:16:10.000 This could be a 58 42.
00:16:12.000 This very nation was founded. 0.66
00:16:16.000 On resistance, even though we own stolen land.
00:16:22.000 But in the founding of this nation, they were oppressing us, taxation without representation, and we matched that oppression with resistance by throwing tea into a harbor.
00:16:35.000 Oh boy.
00:16:36.000 By the way, same thing happening in the Florida Democratic gubernatorial candidates' race.
00:16:41.000 So his name is David Jolly.
00:16:42.000 David Jolly is another one of these Florida Democrats who's been a Republican and an independent before.
00:16:47.000 Well, now he is running against Byron Donald.
00:16:49.000 He's going to get smoked.
00:16:50.000 The polls suggest it's closer than it is.
00:16:52.000 And here he was saying that boys have a right to play in girls' sports.
00:16:58.000 Either wrestling trying to resolve it on behalf of all Americans, their fundamental and constitutional rights, their respect and their dignity, or you're working to humiliate them.
00:17:07.000 And I think it's been pretty disgusting what we've seen from Republicans in the past several years on this.
00:17:12.000 Look, I don't think we need to knock down that youth soccer player who is working with their family and their doctor on whatever their current crisis is personally.
