00:00:00.000We now have a little bit more color on why federal agents were searching Representative Ilhan Omar's Washington, D.C. home, according to the Washington Post.
00:00:07.000Federal authorities searched the D.C. home of Representative Ilhan Omar on Monday morning.
00:00:11.000Homeland Security investigations, the investigative arm of the Department of Homeland Security, executed the search.
00:00:16.000The DOJ confirmed it secured a court authorized warrant for a law enforcement action Monday morning, but the agency did not name Omar or confirm what the investigation search was connected to.
00:00:27.000She fled the country's civil war with her family when she was a young girl and spent four years in a Kenyan Refugee camp and then immigrated to the U.S. at the age of 12 in 1995.
00:00:35.000She was naturalized in 2000, was elected to Congress in 2018.
00:00:39.000The investigation is being hilariously labeled World War 11 internally.
00:00:44.000Obviously, a reference to the fact that she once referred to World War II as World War 11.
00:00:49.000So according to the New York Post, the big picture here is that a federal judge in Washington, D.C. signed off on a search warrant.
00:00:55.000That means there's probable cause that a federal crime was committed and there would be evidence of that crime in the area to be searched, which in this case was Representative Omar's home, according to former assistant U.S. attorney Jonathan Fahey.
00:01:05.000One source who requested anonymity suggested it might relate to long standing, unverified claims that Omar misrepresented her age to get citizenship.
00:01:12.000That she claimed that she was imported to the United States as a minor, but in reality, she was an adult, which means she would need to get her own individual citizenship granted as opposed to entering as a minor.
00:01:25.000It's also possible that her father shouldn't have been allowed in in the first place.
00:01:29.000In 2019, a concerned citizen and Minnesota local named AJ Kern called attention to Omar actually being 18 or 19 in 2000.
00:01:37.000If she was older than 17 at the time, she would have been ineligible for citizenship via the parental route.
00:01:43.000And then Omar's official birth year on the Minnesota Legislative Reference Library's website was revised from 1981 to 1982.
00:01:50.000So the question would be if she continued to use fake dates on her passport renewals or bank loan applications or all of the rest.
00:01:58.000So I'm sure we'll find out what's going on here.
00:02:01.000It is also possible that they're investigating whether her parents committed some form of naturalization fraud.
00:02:07.000Because, as the Washington Examiner has pointed out, in 1995, when her family was admitted to the United States, it turns out that a lot of her relatives held government jobs in Somalia under the Siad Barre socialist regime, which was responsible for a wide variety of human rights abuses.
00:02:23.000Nur Omar Mohamed, the Congresswoman's father, was a senior officer in the Somali National Army, which was commanded by Barre.
00:02:29.000After obtaining a military education in Soviet Russia, the elder Omar rose to the rank of colonel and played a significant role leading a regiment in the Somali Ethiopian War of the late 1970s, according to an obituary remembering Omar's father.
00:02:42.000He was recognized for his role in the war launched by Barre.
00:02:47.000Eventually, Barre's regime ended in 1991.
00:02:52.000So, it is true that the INA bars an alien from receiving asylum if it's determined that an applicant ordered, incited, assisted, or otherwise participated in the persecution of any person on account of race, religion, nationality, membership in a particular social group, or political opinion.
00:03:04.000So, you know, it's possible that that's what they're investigating also.
00:03:10.000If she is here, not legally, if she did not do the legal thing, Then we ought to do the same analysis I've suggested for literally every dreamer, people who came here as children or people who have been here for a long time.
00:03:21.000We should determine whether she is a net asset to the United States or not.
00:03:24.000I would suggest she clearly is not, given the fact that she has spent her time promoting actual terrorists.
00:03:30.000She literally wrote a letter to a judge in Minnesota asking for mercy for a guy who tried to join ISIS.
00:03:35.000Given the fact that she despises the country, you know, if she's not here legally, then she can leave.
00:03:41.000She can be swiftly, but now she's claiming, of course, that this is political intimidation.
00:03:45.000She's not going to be silenced or whatever.
00:03:46.000Okay, listen, if there's a legal violation, Then she will reap the consequence of it.
00:04:27.000She is, in fact, a terrible person, and it is up to the DOJ.
00:04:30.000Zoramandani, of course, is now complaining.
00:04:32.000He doesn't belong in the country either.
00:04:33.000I mean, the reality that his parents were also given citizenship is a blot.
00:04:37.000He says, This morning, the federal government turned the full force of the Department of Homeland Security against a sitting member of Congress for the offense of disagreeing with the White House.
00:04:45.000The path to citizenship should not be weaponized against anyone, including Representative Ilhan Omar, a naturalized American who swore an oath to this country, the same one I took.
00:04:56.000It is hard to imagine two people more disloyal to the United States than Zorhan Mamdani and Ilhan Omar.
00:05:03.000Meanwhile, by the way, there are open questions still out there about Ilhan Omar allegedly marrying her brother in order to achieve some form of status for him to enter the country.
00:05:12.000There's a picture of a marriage certificate between Ilhan Abdullahi Omar and Ahmed Noor Saeed Elmi.
00:05:34.000These are pretty terrible people we let into our country.
00:05:37.000And if there are legal means for them to exit our country, then I'm all for it.
00:05:41.000Meanwhile, speaking of terrible people who shouldn't be in our country, Abdul Al Sayed continues to run a very competitive race in Michigan.
00:05:47.000Now, Barack Obama, who agrees with Al Sayed on everything, okay, can we dispense with this nonsense that Obama is somehow in tangential disagreement with Al Sayed?
00:05:55.000He agrees with Al Sayed about everything.
00:05:58.000In the same way that Barack Obama once claimed to be in favor of traditional marriage but was lying, when Barack Obama somehow claimed that he was moderate on America, Or claim that he was not a sympathizer with radical Islam.
00:07:55.000Probably you walked into some sort of store and then the person gave you 97 plans and you had no idea what the hell they were talking about.
00:08:07.000And Pure Talk offers you a better way.

00:08:59.000All you have to do is be anti Israel, preferably anti Semitic, and Tucker Carlson will find an excuse to support you from Graham Platner to Abdul El Sayed.
00:09:06.000Well, now Megan's jumping online here.
00:09:08.000I mean, that's one of the reasons El Sayed is doing so well, is because he is very firmly against the United States getting involved in any more of Israel's conflicts.
00:09:20.000And Mike Rogers is more your typical Republican neocon.
00:09:25.000As you guys know, there's a large portion of the Republican base now that is not neoconny and is tied.
00:09:30.000Tired of foreign wars and really wants the president to be laser light focused on domestic issues, not Israel, not Iran, not the Middle East, and certainly not another war.
00:09:42.000It is amazing to me that here she is ripping on the Republican candidate in Michigan because that Republican candidate is anti Iran and also anti Hezbollah and anti Hamas.
00:09:52.000And she's siding with the radical Muslim who sides with Hezbollah and Hamas specifically because he does.
00:09:59.000I love hiding this behind, oh, he just doesn't want us to be involved in any foreign wars.
00:10:02.000Oh, that's, yes, I'm sure Abdullah Syed.
00:10:05.000Is deeply, I'm sure that's what he is worried about.
00:10:16.000But again, all that it comes down to for so many of these people is if you buy into the very online narrative, then you jump behind Abdul Al Said, which is really pathetic.
00:10:30.000His sister literally tweeted in 2012 about how the family was associated with the Muslim Brotherhood and then tweeted, quote, Asked my aunt about the Muslim Brotherhood when she was visiting the U.S., she was surprised by respect for civil liberties, women, and religious minorities.
00:10:45.000By the way, this is about the time that Abdul Al Sayed was signing on to a letter calling on Mohammed Morsi, the leader of the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt, to crack down on dissidents, which was also about the same time that the American reporter Lara Logan was being sexually assaulted by Muslim Brotherhood members in Egypt in 2011.
00:12:19.000I voted for Barack Obama, but this year I'm voting for Mike Rogers.
00:12:24.000Abdul is way too arrogant and way too extreme.
00:12:27.000He will kill our jobs and make our communities less safe.
00:12:34.000Again, it'll be interesting to see what happens in that particular race.
00:12:37.000Okay, meanwhile, in White House news, now the White House is announcing that they are thinking about firing Kimberly Guilfoyle.
00:12:43.000Kimberly Guilfoyle, of course, was the paramour of Don Jr. before he broke up with her and got married.
00:12:49.000She's also the former spouse of Gavin Newsom, so she's going to have a hell of a memoir.
00:12:53.000Well, basically, the scandal surrounding Kimberly Guilfoyle, who was made ambassador to Greece because she was.
00:12:58.000Basically, as a, as a person tangentially connected with the Trump kingdom, she was given a post far, far away in Greece.
00:13:06.000And there she began to allegedly sell access.
00:13:11.000According to the Wall Street Journal, for months, Guilfoyle had been chatting with Eric Dieters, a former congressional candidate in Kentucky, who was seeking her help in getting the attention of the new Trump administration on some personal tax and legal issues and had promised payments of as much as a million dollars if she was successful.
00:13:24.000Dieters sent her a photo of a printed memo addressed to her, quote, I have paid you $300,000 over the years.
00:13:29.000As of this memo, I've not received one favor.
00:13:39.000I wrote a very nice message, told him how important it was that you're close to me and Don.
00:13:43.000Also, very privately, she continued, if you write an email or text about it, I'm going to kill you because I love you, but you're so out of control.
00:13:51.000A week later, on July 3rd, she placed two missed calls to Dieters' phone and sent him instructions on how to wire money to an American Express account.
00:13:57.000And he wrote back, you're needing $100,000.
00:14:06.000So, when she was preparing for her congressional hearing to become U.S. Ambassador, that's when she asked for the $100,000 in a way that would not leave a paper trail.
00:14:20.000So, the brand new White House press secretary, Katie Zachariah, had her opening debut today, and she confirmed the administration has asked Guilfoyle to resign.
00:14:29.000We have asked Ambassador Guilfoyle to resign.
00:14:33.000She has been a wonderful asset to the team, and we wish her well.
00:14:38.000Well, um, Unfortunately, I think this is only the beginning.
00:14:42.000Because, yes, Guilfoyle should resign.
00:14:45.000But if you think that Democrats aren't going to open every can of worms inside the Trump administration and drag every single person associated with the administration through the corruption mud, get ready.
