Summary

Donald Trump is on top of the polls, and Joe Biden is nowhere near it. Joe Biden's team is trying to pretend that all is well, all is fine. But the truth is that the polls are worse than they have been for any Democratic presidential candidate since the year 2000. And it's time for Joe Biden to decide if he's going to stay in the race or jump back on the Trump bandwagon. And if he doesn't decide to run, what s the worst thing that could happen to him is for him to admit that he's not going to win the 2020 Democratic nomination? Joe Biden has to decide whether or not he s going to run for re-election or not, and it's not clear that he has the votes to do so. Joe Biden on CNN's "Morning Joe" with Joe Scarborough: "It's Time for Biden to Resuscitate" Joe Biden says he's running for president in 2020, but what does that mean for his chances of winning the Democratic nomination in 2020? And what does it mean for the rest of his campaign? And why should he even be running at this point in the campaign if he s so far behind in polls and isn't even close to being a serious contender in either party contender? And what s going on with his 2020 campaign? And why is he still running for the nomination at all? The answer may surprise you, and the answer might surprise you? - it s not what you thought it means for the Biden campaign and why Joe Biden should run for President in 2020 and why he should stay in 2020 and what he s running for President in 2020. And how he s not running at all along with Hillary Clinton in 2016, and why it s time to make a run for the 2020 election why he s a better choice than Hillary Clinton or not to run in 2020 or not Why he should he run for president next time, you ll have to vote for Hillary Clinton? What s the difference between Joe Biden and Hillary Clinton, and what s at stake in 2016? and Hillary s chance of winning re-nomination in 2016 and in 2016 What does he really mean for Joe s chances of beating Donald Trump in 2020 ? Is it time to run again in 2020 after 2016 and the other guy he s got a chance to win in 2020 in 2016 or not? Why is he running again in the midterms in 2020??

Transcript

00:00:00.000 Well, Joe Biden is in very, very serious electoral trouble.
00:00:03.000 A brand new set of polls from Emerson Polling finds that Donald Trump is currently up five points in Pennsylvania, five points in Georgia, one point in Michigan, four points in Arizona, three points in Wisconsin, and six points in Nevada.
00:00:13.000 In other words, a Donald Trump blowout.
00:00:16.000 Joe Biden's team is trying to pretend that all is well, all is fine.
00:00:20.000 Harry Enten from CNN, he says, well, no, actually, the polls are worse than they have been for any Democrat since the year 2000.
00:00:26.000 That's how bad these polling numbers are.
00:00:30.000 Right now, Donald Trump leads in an aggregate of national polls by about three percentage points.
00:00:35.000 If you go back four years ago at this point, Joe Biden was ahead by nine points.
00:00:40.000 This right now don't look anything like what we saw four years ago at this point.
00:00:44.000 The idea that the polls underestimated Joe Biden last time around simply put Does not hold any water.
00:00:52.000 So the idea in the Trump era that the polls have underestimated Democrats, whether it be in a Joe Biden matchup, whether it be a matchup against Hillary Clinton, whether it be in the midterms, at least in the national polling that right now shows Donald Trump in his strongest position, simply put, is not true.
00:01:07.000 If anything, the polls have underestimated Republicans during the Trump era, especially in the presidential races in 2016 and in 2020.
00:01:15.000 The stonewalling, the excuse-making from the White House, none of it is working.
00:01:19.000 None of it is working, but Joe Biden is not going anywhere.
00:01:23.000 So yesterday, Joe Biden put out a letter to his fellow Democrats suggesting, quote, I am firmly committed to staying in this race, to running this race to the end, and to beating Donald Trump.
00:01:32.000 I've had extensive conversations with the leadership of the party, elected officials, rank and file members, and most importantly, Democratic voters over these past 10 days or so.
00:01:39.000 I've heard the concerns that people have, their good faith fears and worries about what is at stake in this election.
00:01:43.000 I'm not blind to them, believe me.
00:01:44.000 I know better than anyone the responsibility and the burden the nominee of our party carries.
00:01:48.000 I carried it in 2020 when the fate of our nation was at stake.
00:01:50.000 I also know, says Joe Biden, these concerns come from a place of real respect for my lifetime of public service and my record as president.
00:01:56.000 And I've been moved by the expressions of affection for me from so many who have known me well and supported me over the course of my public life.
00:02:02.000 I've been grateful for the rock-solid, steadfast support from so many elected Democrats in Congress.
00:02:07.000 There are not that many of them.
00:02:08.000 And all across the country.
00:02:10.000 And taking great strength from the resolve and determination I've seen from so many voters and grassroots supporters, even in the hardest of weeks.
00:02:16.000 I can respond to all of this by saying clearly and unequivocally, I wouldn't be running again if I did not absolutely believe I was the best person to beat Donald Trump in 2024.
00:02:25.000 That's because he is delusional and his brain no longer functions.
00:02:28.000 And he's blocking out all outside interference, all outside voices at this point.
00:02:33.000 According to this letter, quote, we had a democratic nomination process
00:02:37.000 and the voters have spoken clearly and decisively.
00:02:39.000 I've received over 14 million votes, 87% of the votes cast across the entire nominating process.
00:02:43.000 I mean, he didn't have an opponent, so there was that.
00:02:46.000 This is a process open to anyone who wanted to run.
00:02:48.000 Only three people chose to challenge me.
00:02:49.000 One fared so badly he left the primaries to run as an independent.
00:02:52.000 Another attacked me for being too old and was soundly defeated.
00:02:54.000 The voters of the Democratic Party have voted.
00:02:56.000 They have chosen me to be the nominee of the party.
00:02:59.000 Did we just now say this process didn't matter?
00:03:01.000 That the voters don't have a say?
00:03:03.000 I decline to do that, says Joe Biden.
00:03:05.000 I feel a deep obligation to the faith and trust the voters of the Democratic Party have placed in me to run this year.
00:03:11.000 It was their decision to make, not the press, not the pundits, not the big donors, not any selected group of individuals, no matter how well-intentioned, the voters and voters alone decide the nominee of the Democratic Party.
00:03:20.000 Now, all those voters voted before Joe Biden basically had a mental collapse on stage with Donald Trump, of course, but he's not leaving.
00:03:28.000 He is telling you, as you said yesterday, that he is not going.
00:03:32.000 Well, how exactly is Joe Biden going to recapture the magic with the base?
00:03:36.000 Well, there's one outlet he knows he can trust, one place where everybody knows his name.
00:03:41.000 And that, of course, is on Morning Joe over at MSNBC, his favorite show.
00:03:45.000 So Joe Scarborough, who just a few days ago, after the debate, was saying that maybe it's time for Joe Biden to reconsider his race.
00:03:51.000 Well, he's back on the bandwagon, baby.
00:03:53.000 And he says the Dems should stop calling for Joe Biden's ouster.
00:03:57.000 Here was Joe blasting the media elite.
00:04:00.000 He tweeted out, Joe Biden can now say he's having to fight media elites,
00:04:02.000 billionaire donors, Washington politicians, Hollywood moguls, and MAGA extremists.
00:04:07.000 Biden allies will likely mock these elites for wanting to substitute their judgment for that
00:04:10.000 of millions of Democratic primary voters. There's a big problem with that particular argument,
00:04:14.000 which is that the Democratic base is significantly less comfortable with Joe Biden, according to the
00:04:19.000 polls, than the Democrat elite. Here was Joe Scarborough trying to defend Joe Biden.
00:04:25.000 Joe Biden now can say he's having to fight media elites, New York Times editorial page,
00:04:32.000 billionaire donors.
00:04:34.000 They've been on the phone for a week and a half.
00:04:37.000 Washington politicians, even though Mark Warner has now canceled his meeting.
00:04:42.000 Hollywood moguls.
00:04:44.000 Uh, hey there, Ari.
00:04:46.000 Uh, and, uh, Ms.
00:04:47.000 Disney.
00:04:48.000 And, of course, Maggie Extremist.
00:04:50.000 So, so Biden allies, now, here's what they're gonna say.
00:04:52.000 Oh, wait a second.
00:04:53.000 So you're telling me that media elites and billionaire donors and Washington politicians and Washington moguls, they all think that they can substitute their judgment For the judgment of millions of Democratic primary voters?
00:05:08.000 This is so wildly out of touch.
00:05:10.000 Well, Joe Scarborough is very angry at Democrats for calling for Joe Biden's answer.
00:05:14.000 What he really should be angry at Democrats for is, you know, the giant inflationary cycle that they've unleashed upon the country.
00:05:20.000 One of the consequences of that inflation, everything is too expensive.
00:05:22.000 Well, one way to save money is with changing your cell phone service to PeerTalk.
00:05:26.000 It's half the cost of Verizon, AT&T, or T-Mobile.
00:05:28.000 Now you might be thinking, what's the catch?
00:05:30.000 There's no way PeerTalk can offer unlimited talk, text, plenty of data for just 20 bucks a month.
00:05:34.000 I say, just ask the thousands of my other listeners who have already switched.
00:05:37.000 They know the truth.

00:06:21.000 Scarborough then suggested that he's been having deep, long conversations about foreign policy with Joe Biden.
00:06:26.000 I am sure that Joe Biden is just demonstrating his absolute expertise in the area of foreign policy with Joe Scarborough on the phone.
00:06:35.000 I've probably spent more time with Joe Biden than most reporters.
00:06:39.000 Talked to him about, you know, in-depth foreign policy.
00:06:42.000 Talked to him about the guy.
00:06:44.000 The guy was completely there.
00:06:46.000 If he weren't, I would have been the first to come on the show the next day and say, the President's not there.
00:06:54.000 He can't complete his duty.
00:06:56.000 I saw him up close.
00:06:57.000 Was he slow or yes?
00:06:59.000 Was he stiff?
00:07:00.000 Yeah, he was stiff.
00:07:01.000 Was he still able to talk about his plan for Benjamin Netanyahu and Israel and bringing Hamas, that war to an end?
00:07:11.000 Yeah.
00:07:12.000 Was he still able to talk about what he hoped Bill Burns was going to be doing in Russia and Ukraine?
00:07:17.000 Yeah, he was able to do all of that stuff.
00:07:19.000 Sure, sure.
00:07:20.000 Minka Brzezinski sounded an echoing note here because, again, that echo chamber is real small over there.
00:07:26.000 And she defended Joe Biden's interview with George Stephanopoulos, the one we played yesterday, where Joe Biden sounded like he was in a wind tunnel because he was speaking so softly, and they had to ratchet up the audio level so you could even hear him.
00:07:38.000 Everyone was watching the Stepanopoulos interview and obviously the debate performance.
00:07:44.000 Joe Biden, it's not like this is the first time he flubs his words.
00:07:49.000 He's been doing it for about 54 years.
00:07:52.000 How old is he?
00:07:52.000 He is a stutter.
00:07:53.000 On top of that, he flubs his words.
00:07:56.000 He mangles his words.
00:07:57.000 He is not an expert in elocution and Ivy League phraseology and never will be.
00:08:03.000 But now everyone's looking at it like it's new.
00:08:06.000 That's another thing.
00:08:07.000 And he has age-related issues.
00:08:08.000 We had a horrible day.
00:08:10.000 Mm-hmm.
00:08:11.000 Sure, guys.
00:08:12.000 Well, what was all that designed to do?
00:08:14.000 What that was designed to do for Joe and Mika was to provide the grounding for Joe Biden's
00:08:19.000 big moment, because here comes Joe calling into morning Joe.
00:08:24.000 And this is like a big moment for MSNBC because Joe Biden is now calling.
00:08:28.000 You got the president on the line.
00:08:29.000 And the President, who is widely suspected to be senile.
00:08:32.000 This is going to be the magic moment where he has the friendliest reporters on planet Earth to him, speaking with him.
00:08:37.000 So, how does Joe do?
00:08:39.000 Well, the first thing he does, he makes a bad joke about Donald Trump golfing.
00:08:44.000 I'm curious, is that an allusion also to Donald Trump, and the fact that Democrats, you believe, may now be doing the same thing that Donald Trump tried to do in 2020, and that is overthrow the popular will of Democratic voters?
00:09:02.000 Well, look, Democrats... Gentlemen, let me say it this way.
00:09:05.000 The reason I've been out on the road so much, all over the country, and while Trump is riding around in a golf cart, filling out his golf cart before he even hits the ball.
00:09:15.000 But then he hits.
00:09:16.000 He hasn't been anywhere in 10 days.
00:09:18.000 I've been all over the country.
00:09:19.000 I love that Forrest laughed at that for me, because she doesn't even know what he's joking about.
00:09:22.000 He can't even finish the joke.
00:09:23.000 I mean, he's like... Joe Biden says he's not letting up, even a little bit.
00:09:29.000 I'm not letting up, Joe.
00:09:31.000 I am not letting up a little bit.
00:09:32.000 And by the way, You know, France registered, you know, look, talk about Europe.
00:09:41.000 OK, well, that was a swaging of concerns.
00:09:45.000 And then it started to get a little worse because, again, Joe Biden can't keep with it.
00:09:49.000 So he obviously had notes right in front of him and he was actually reading from the notes.
00:09:53.000 In fact, there was one point during this interview where he's reading from the script and you actually hear him fumble with the papers.
00:09:58.000 Here is that.
00:10:00.000 And the folks out there in the local, you know, race.
00:10:05.000 I stopped by campaign field offices with John Frederman and Madeleine Dean, both strongly supporting me.
00:10:12.000 The President and the First Lady, we spoke at a campaign ice cream social for AFSCME.
00:10:18.000 Council 13 in Harrisburg, 40 minutes after we spoke with supporters.
00:10:23.000 Stopped by Denim Coffee.
00:10:25.000 I mean, I was with the governor of Pennsylvania.
00:10:29.000 Like reading from a pre-written list of things that he has done.
00:10:32.000 But even with Joe and Mika, he couldn't keep it under control.
00:10:36.000 So he was asked why he wouldn't take a cognitive test.
00:10:39.000 Joe Biden doesn't want to take a cognitive test because he's going to fail.
00:10:41.000 That's the problem.
00:10:43.000 So he starts yelling about how he doesn't need tests.
00:10:45.000 He has been testing himself.
00:10:48.000 Mm-hmm.
00:10:50.000 Have you been tested for any age-related illnesses, pre-Parkinson's, or anything like that that might explain sort of having a night like that where you couldn't finish sentences?
00:11:01.000 Look, I had a bad night.
00:11:03.000 But the fact of the matter is, look at what I'm doing.
00:11:06.000 I mean, let me put it this way.
00:11:08.000 If there was something that was wrong that night, It's not like it comes and that's one night and it goes away.
00:11:15.000 That's why I've been out.
00:11:16.000 I've been testing myself.
00:11:17.000 I've been testing everywhere I go.
00:11:19.000 Going out and making the case.
00:11:21.000 The night of that debate, I went out.
00:11:24.000 I was out till 2 o'clock in the morning.
00:11:26.000 That very night.
00:11:28.000 That very night.
00:11:29.000 It drives me nuts, people talking about this.
00:11:31.000 Okay, it drives him nuts that people are asking him to take a cognitive test.
00:11:34.000 Don't you understand he's been testing himself?
00:11:35.000 By the same token, I've also been testing myself.
00:11:38.000 I'm now officially a nuclear physicist.
00:11:41.000 One test that Joe Biden has been giving himself consistently for years is colonoscopy with his head.
00:11:45.000 In any case, Joe Biden was then asked about, like, what happens if you can't finish your term?
00:11:50.000 And he's like, well, what happens if you get hit by a car?
00:11:52.000 I'm kidding.
00:11:54.000 This is a thing that happened.
00:11:55.000 This is him trying to, again, calm doubts about him.
00:12:01.000 How can you assure the American people that you won't have another night like the one you did in Atlanta?
00:12:07.000 Look at my career.
00:12:09.000 I've not had many of those nights.
00:12:11.000 It was a terrible night and I really regret it happened.
00:12:15.000 But the fact of the matter is, how can you assure you're gonna be on, you know, faith that can intervene on your way to go to, you know, work tomorrow?
00:12:26.000 What?
00:12:27.000 I mean, what?
00:12:29.000 But it all ended with some shouting, which is what you want from an old man shouting at clouds.
00:12:32.000 So at the very end of this interview, he starts talking about how he's frustrated by Democrats, he starts ripping into the elites, because that was his cue from Joe Scarborough, and then he shouts, CHALLENGE ME!
00:12:43.000 And it's pretty great.
00:12:45.000 Remember all this talk about how I don't have the black support?
00:12:48.000 Come on, give me a break.
00:12:50.000 Come with me.
00:12:50.000 Watch.
00:12:51.000 Watch.
00:12:53.000 I'm getting so frustrated by the elites.
00:12:56.000 Now, I'm not talking about you guys, but about the elites in the party, who they know so much more.
00:13:02.000 If any of these guys don't think I should run against me, go ahead, announce the president.
00:13:08.000 Challenge me at the convention.
00:13:10.000 You know, on Europe, the polls are wrong.
00:13:12.000 In France, they're also right.
00:13:14.000 You know, there's no right wave or tide here in America either.
00:13:20.000 Challenge me!
00:13:22.000 Okay, dude.
00:13:24.000 Again, I love Joe Biden ripping the elites.
00:13:26.000 That dude has been in Congress since he was 29 years old.
00:13:28.000 He's now 8,211 years old.
00:13:32.000 He's not an elite?
00:13:33.000 By what standard?
00:13:35.000 Joe Biden is obviously a member of the elite.
00:13:37.000 He's been in the Senate since before he was born, like forever.
00:13:40.000 He needs to wake up and smell the coffee.

00:14:44.000 So Tommy Veeder, who used to drive the bus for Barack Obama and then turned into an Obama staffer and he's now on Pod Save America over at Crooked Media, he tweeted out Biden's claim that average voters don't have concerns about his ability to win is just not factually accurate, as is the suggestion that he hasn't lost support among black voters.
00:14:58.000 And then he cites some polling data demonstrating that's not true.
00:15:01.000 75% of voters say Democrats would fare better with an alternative presidential candidate.
00:15:06.000 Whoops!
00:15:06.000 Those must be the elites that Joe Biden is very upset with.
00:15:09.000 Meanwhile, on CNN, Jim Acosta was freaking out over Joe Biden's bizarre call-in to Scarborough.
00:15:17.000 I mean, it was a little bit of a page out of Donald Trump's playbook calling into a morning show this morning.
00:15:23.000 Yes, I think we should recognize that.
00:15:25.000 I don't want to use the phrase Trumpian and go down that path as an insult because it's not meant always as an insult.
00:15:31.000 It's a recognition that certain political tactics that worked for Donald Trump might also work for other politicians.
00:15:38.000 But yes, Biden did sound a bit Trumpian in this most recent call.
00:15:41.000 He did, by the way, also on ABC.
00:15:43.000 There's an element of resentment and grievance That you and I very well recognize from the former president.
00:15:49.000 And we do know that motivates some voters.
00:15:52.000 It certainly is a way to fire up base voters.
00:15:54.000 I guess Brian Stelter trying to turn that interview into something good for Joe Biden.
00:15:58.000 It was not something good for Joe Biden.
00:16:00.000 Well, all of this broke out into the open in the White House press room.
00:16:02.000 So again, the press are not surprised by the extent of Joe Biden's decline.
00:16:07.000 They are surprised that the Biden White House let the man out of the basement.
00:16:11.000 That's the part they're surprised by.
00:16:13.000 They figured that they were fine lying for Joe Biden because the campaign would also lie for Joe Biden, and then a year into his next term, he would die, and then Kamala Harris would be president.
00:16:20.000 No one would be the wiser.
00:16:22.000 The cover-up would have succeeded, but the cover-up failed because the old man decided he needed to be on a stage with Donald Trump.
00:16:28.000 So he went on that stage, and he promptly fell over.
00:16:30.000 So the press is fighting mad.
00:16:33.000 They're also fighting mad because it now turns out that a Parkinson's doctor visited the White House like 10 times over the course of the last year.
00:16:42.000 So they went to the White House press room, all the members of the press, and they hammered away at the worst White House press secretary in American history, Corinne Jean-Pierre.
00:16:51.000 She was asked, why exactly won't Joe Biden just take a cognitive exam?
00:16:55.000 And just like Joe Biden, who says he won't take a cognitive exam because he's testing himself, she literally has no answer because she's terrible at her job.
00:17:03.000 There have been a number of people who have said, listen, you know, why don't you have a cognitive test just to rule out that there are any issues?
00:17:15.000 With the President, you know, would you counsel him to do that just to sort of put an end to these questions?
00:17:22.000 I hear you.
00:17:23.000 The neurologists have said it is not warranted.
00:17:27.000 The President himself, he said it today, he said it multiple times, and the doctor has said this.
00:17:33.000 Everything that he does, day in and day out, as it relates to delivering for the American people is a cognitive test.
00:17:39.000 And that is what the medical doctor has said.
00:17:44.000 Mm.
00:17:45.000 Mm.
00:17:46.000 Very convincing stuff.
00:17:47.000 Well, the press room turned into a yelling match because she wouldn't answer basic questions as to why a Parkinson's doctor had actually visited the White House.
00:17:54.000 She tried to claim that the doctor just comes to the White House routinely to visit with, you know, all the Parkinson's patients at the White House.
00:18:00.000 It got very, very rough for Corrine Jean-Pierre right here.
00:18:02.000 It turns out that, you know, she has never been up to the job and got exposed in this very moment.
00:18:09.000 I hear you.
00:18:10.000 Guys, guys, guys.
00:18:15.000 Hold on a second.
00:18:15.000 There's no reason to get back and go back and forth and be in this aggressive way.
00:18:19.000 What are you missed about?
00:18:19.000 around here about how information's been shared with the press corps about him.
00:18:23.000 What do you miss about him?
00:18:24.000 Everything he just asked about.
00:18:27.000 And then every time I come back and I answer the question that you guys ask.
00:18:30.000 And you answered it correctly.
00:18:31.000 You didn't have to come back and clean up.
00:18:32.000 I never answered the question incorrectly.
00:18:33.000 That is not true.
00:18:34.000 I was asked about a medical exam.
00:18:36.000 I was asked about a physical.
00:18:37.000 That was in the line of question that I answered.
00:18:40.000 And I said, no, he did not have a medical exam.
00:18:42.000 And I still stand by that.
00:18:43.000 Matter of fact, the President still stands by that.
00:18:45.000 He had a verbal check-in.
00:18:46.000 That is something that the President has a couple times a week.
00:18:49.000 A couple times a week.
00:18:50.000 Now in regards to Dr. Kevin Canard.
00:18:52.000 And I am telling you right now that I am not sharing confirming names from here.
00:18:58.000 It is a security reason.
00:19:00.000 I am not going to do that, Ed.
00:19:02.000 It doesn't matter how hard you push me.
00:19:04.000 It doesn't matter how angry you get with me.
00:19:07.000 I'm not going to confirm a name.
00:19:08.000 It doesn't matter if it's even in the log.
00:19:10.000 I am not going to do that from here.
00:19:12.000 But why won't she?
00:19:14.000 It was in the log.
00:19:15.000 So, again, when she says she's been totally transparent, that's not true.
00:19:18.000 She said there was no medical check-in for Joe Biden after that terrible debate performance, and then it turns out that he actually did check in with the doctor.
00:19:26.000 And now she's trying to distinguish between a medical check-in and a verbal check-in with the doctor.
00:19:30.000 Like, come on.
00:19:31.000 Come on.
00:19:31.000 Who believes any of this?
00:19:33.000 I just want to take a step back for a second.
00:19:35.000 Because I do take offense to what Ed alluded to.
00:19:36.000 who have been humiliated here. It was their complicity that was exposed. And she got very
00:19:41.000 upset. And she went into her meaningful voice as to how upset and offended she was. And she
00:19:48.000 starts schoolmarming the press. I do want to, I just want to take a step back for a second,
00:19:53.000 because I do take offense to what Ed alluded to. You know, come out here.
00:20:01.000 Every day there's a press briefing.
00:20:03.000 And we do our best to give you the information that we have at the time.
00:20:08.000 That's what we do.
00:20:10.000 And we understand the freedom of the press.
00:20:12.000 We respect the freedom of the press.
00:20:13.000 You heard me talk about this last week.
00:20:17.000 I appreciate the back and forth that we all have.
00:20:20.000 I try to respect you, and I hope you try to respect me.
00:20:24.000 And we literally do everything that we can.
00:20:27.000 My team does everything that we can to make sure we get the answers to you.
00:20:33.000 That's what we do.
00:20:33.000 And sometimes we disagree.
00:20:36.000 Sometimes we are not in agreement.
00:20:38.000 But you know what?
00:20:38.000 That's democracy.
00:20:39.000 That is what is important, to have that healthy back and forth.
00:20:42.000 And so, to say that I'm holding information or allude to anything else is not unfair.
00:20:48.000 It's really, really unfair.
00:20:50.000 I think people who are watching and have been watching this briefing for this past week could say that we are doing our best in this briefing to provide the information that we have.
00:20:59.000 And I will admit, I will be the first one to admit, sometimes I get it wrong.
00:21:03.000 At least I admit that.
00:21:05.000 At least I admit that.
00:21:06.000 No, you don't.
00:21:07.000 No, you don't.
00:21:07.000 You literally, in this very press briefing, didn't admit that.
00:21:10.000 She's a joke.
00:21:11.000 The White House is a joke.
00:21:12.000 Corine Jean-Pierre, terrible at her job.
00:21:14.000 You probably don't need her at your business, but here's the thing.

00:22:17.000 Actually, my favorite thing that the White House Press Office
00:22:21.000 has been doing over the last 24 hours.
00:22:24.000 They're very focused on the idea that Joe Biden's going to give a big presser on Thursday.
00:22:27.000 Now, there's a lot of hubbub about this presser on Thursday.
00:22:30.000 Is the pressure going to mount so high that Joe Biden actually resigns on Thursday?
00:22:34.000 That is one area of speculation.
00:22:36.000 Given the current trajectory, the answer presumably is no.
00:22:40.000 But the White House is now touting Joe Biden doing a presser because this is supposed to be like a big win.
00:22:44.000 If the president can withstand one press conference, that means he is fit for office and you should ignore everything you've been seeing for the last several years.
00:22:53.000 But they are so incompetent.
00:22:55.000 They are so truly incompetent.
00:22:56.000 So John Kirby goes out there with Corrine Jean-Pierre and they say that Joe Biden is going to do a presser.
00:23:04.000 They call it a big boy press conference.
00:23:07.000 A big boy press conference.
00:23:08.000 That's their term, not mine.
00:23:10.000 Theirs.
00:23:12.000 As producer Zach says, this is a Huggies commercial.
00:23:14.000 I'm a big boy now press conference.
00:23:17.000 It's the Huggies pull-ups for Joe Biden, according to Joe Biden's own White House.
00:23:22.000 Honestly, their branding efforts suck.
00:23:25.000 Bidenomics?
00:23:26.000 Giant fail.
00:23:26.000 How about big boy presser?
00:23:28.000 A big boy presser?
00:23:30.000 The whole question about Joe Biden is whether he has the mind of a small child at this point, whether he can actually keep his undies clean throughout the day.
00:23:39.000 And they're like, well, he is going to hold a big boy presser with his big boy potty and his trike.
00:23:46.000 After that, the president will hold a press conference.
00:23:49.000 I guess a big boy press conference is what we're calling it.
00:23:52.000 Why would you call it that?
00:23:53.000 This week, President Biden will speak to national labor leaders of AFL-CIO, host the NATO summit to show the unprecedented strength of our alliance, hold a press conference, a big boy press conference, according to Justin Singh from Bloomberg.
00:24:08.000 A big boy press conference?
00:24:09.000 Why are they using that language?
00:24:11.000 They're so stupid!
00:24:12.000 The entire question is whether Joe Biden has a functional brain like, well he will hold a big boy press conference, just like a big boy!
00:24:19.000 And then Joe will come out and be like, so you answered all the questions Joe!
00:24:23.000 Yeah!
00:24:23.000 And he's gonna stand there smiling like an idiot with the Dunn's cap in the corner.
00:24:28.000 Things are going amazing at the White House.
00:24:31.000 John Kirby, by the way, was asked, you know, you give him security briefings and such, you know, is he sentient during those?
00:24:36.000 And Kirby's like, I'm not gonna answer this question, man.
00:24:41.000 Have you, in your meetings with him, ever seen him The last thing I'm going to do is sit here and talk about every meeting I've had with the president.
00:24:58.000 What I can tell you is what I saw in that debate is not reflective of the man and the leader and the commander-in-chief that I have spent many many hours with over the last two and a half years in terms of the Wow.
00:25:13.000 Wow!
00:25:13.000 specificity of the way he probes, the questions he asks.
00:25:16.000 Heck, just this morning, he was asking me questions about the situation on the European
00:25:23.000 content that I couldn't answer, and I told him I had to get back to him.
00:25:25.000 Wow.
00:25:26.000 Wow!
00:25:27.000 A stellar intellectual display from the President of the United States, who is non-compost mentist.
00:25:33.000 So again, this meltdown is now breaking out all over.
00:25:36.000 Nate Silver says that the media have to stop being blamed by the Democrats for all of this.
00:25:41.000 It's the Democrats fault.
00:25:42.000 Meanwhile, Democratic donors are pulling their money from Biden.
00:25:45.000 They're starting to look down ticket because they're already realizing that Joe Biden, if he's the nominee, is cratering.
00:25:51.000 That dude is the Malaysian Airlines flight that is just According to Politico, shaken by mounting doubts over where the President Joe Biden should lead the party's ticket, some Democrat donors have begun pinning their hopes on down-ballot races instead, and insurgent candidates like Long Island's Laura Gillen could benefit from the newfound interest.
00:26:07.000 Gillen, a former local official challenging GOP Representative Anthony Disposito, raised about $1.9 million in the past three months, more than tripling her first quarter haul.
00:26:15.000 Why?
00:26:15.000 Because donors and fundraisers are uncertain about Biden, and now they're trying to just put their money in other places.
00:26:20.000 They are diversifying away from the presidential race.
00:26:24.000 A problem for Joe Biden, who has now been overtaken in the money race by Donald Trump.
00:26:28.000 Meanwhile, according to Lisa Desjardins, who is a reporter for PBS NewsHour, there are very few Democratic senators pushing for Biden to stay in the race.
00:26:37.000 There was supposed to be a meeting with Mark Warner, who's one of the people pushing for Biden to leave, but that has now been set aside as senators try to think about what's the best way to do this.
00:26:46.000 According to Desjardins, Dems are seeing internal polling per three sources that shows serious growing issues in Minnesota, New Mexico, Virginia, and Wisconsin for Biden.
00:26:54.000 There's frustration and questions about the White House messaging that seems to deny a deeper problem exists.
00:26:59.000 One senator told me, everyone here has campaigned and politically, quote, you know a death spiral when you see it.
00:27:06.000 So that's not great.
00:27:07.000 Well, the Democrats are in chaos.
00:27:09.000 In fact, the entire government is in chaos because it turns out that our tax receipts are too low for our spending.
00:27:13.000 While the IRS is coming up with new ways to chisel money out of you, they are escalating their collections by adding 20,000 new agents and sending millions of demand letters.
00:27:21.000 Handling that alone can be a huge mistake and cost you thousands of bucks in these challenging times.

00:28:22.000 Meanwhile, more and more Democratic representatives are now coming out of the woodwork to declare that they do not want Joe Biden to be the President of the United States on a going forward basis.
00:28:31.000 Adam Smith from Washington has already said this publicly.
00:28:33.000 So, for example, did Democratic Representative Michael Quigley of Illinois says he's frail, which obviously is true.
00:28:41.000 Look, perceptions are absolutely ruling in things like this in a campaign.
00:28:47.000 He looks very frail.
00:28:49.000 His voice is very soft.
00:28:50.000 It's not robust.
00:28:52.000 And again, it is not how I perceive that.
00:28:57.000 It's how the American people perceive it.
00:29:00.000 And you can see it influencing the numbers.
00:29:02.000 Meanwhile, the more purple your district or state, the more you are very worried about Joe Biden.
00:29:08.000 Senator Jon Tester, who is running a very tough re-elect race against a Republican candidate named Sheehy in Montana, he is now coming out and being like, I don't know about this Biden guy.
00:29:18.000 Quote, President Biden has got to prove to the American people, including me, that he's up to the job for another four years.
00:29:22.000 Meanwhile, I'll continue to do what I've always done, stand up to President Biden when he's wrong and protect our Montana way of life.
00:29:27.000 So Tester's like, I'm going to run screaming away from Joe Biden.
00:29:31.000 He's gonna put on those Wile E. Coyote rocket shoes and be like vroom!
00:29:35.000 Like as fast as he possibly can get away from Joe Biden.
00:29:38.000 That's how fast he's getting away from Joe Biden.
00:29:39.000 By the way, He is likely going to lose his Senate race.
00:29:43.000 The Montana race is looking very bad for Jon Tester.
00:29:45.000 Meanwhile, Hakeem Jeffries put out a rather cryptic Bible verse today via Twitter, quote, That's Joshua 1.9.
00:29:55.000 That sounds uplifting, right?
00:29:56.000 There is only one problem.
00:29:58.000 In context, the beginning of the book of Joshua, for those who know their Bible, begins with a recap.
00:30:03.000 Moses has died, and now the new leader is going to lead them into the promised land.
00:30:08.000 Uh-oh!
00:30:09.000 The first few verses, after the death of Moses, the servant of the Lord, the Lord said to Joshua, son of Nun, Moses' aid, Moses, my servant, is dead.
00:30:17.000 Now then, you and all these people get ready to cross the Jordan River into the land I'm about to give to them, to the Israelites.
00:30:23.000 That leads into that passage that Hakeem Jeffries cited right there, so that's awkward.
00:30:28.000 Meanwhile, Michael Moore is off the train.
00:30:29.000 He says that this campaign is the cruelest form of elder abuse imaginable.
00:30:35.000 The problem here is that I think there's a form of elder abuse going on here, where the Democratic Party and the people that are part of the apparatus are pushing him, pushing him, pushing him to stay.
00:30:50.000 And then he comes out and he says, I'm staying.
00:30:52.000 And the family says I'm staying.
00:30:54.000 And I don't know about you, Eamon, but in spite of my criticisms about Gaza with Biden, Watching the debate a week ago was heartbreaking.
00:31:05.000 It was, I just, and it was like, imagine that was your father up there.
00:31:11.000 What would you want to, I'm thinking, why isn't anybody doing anything?
00:31:15.000 Why didn't they do it?
00:31:15.000 Why did they even let him go out on the stage in this condition?
00:31:19.000 Broken clock, right twice a day.
00:31:21.000 Also, Michael Moore, perfect evidence of what I call my Tootles singularity theory, which is whenever Democrats get older, they start to look like Tootles from Hook.
00:31:30.000 So, that is awkward for him.
00:31:33.000 Meanwhile, some Democrats trying to rally around the Biden flag.
00:31:36.000 Richie Torres of New York, who is one of the more moderate lawmakers in the Democratic caucus, and who doesn't actually want to surrender the party to the radical left, he's obviously been very pro-Israel, he put out a statement, quote, regardless of where one stands on a question of President Biden's political future, the intra-party mixed messaging strikes me as deeply self-destructive.
00:31:52.000 Those publicly calling on President Biden to withdraw should ask themselves a simple question, What if the president becomes the Democrat nominee?
00:31:57.000 The drip, drip, drip of public statements of no confidence only serve to weaken a president who has been weakened, not only by the debate, but also by the debate about the debate.
00:32:05.000 Weakening a weakened nominee seems like a losing strategy for a presidential election.
00:32:08.000 The piling on is not so much solving a problem as it is creating and compounding one.
00:32:12.000 The process by which we decide how to move forward matters as much as the decision itself.
00:32:15.000 So that's not even Torres defending Biden.
00:32:17.000 That's him saying what is obviously true, which is as Democrats continue to wail on Joe Biden, They're actually undercutting his own base of support.
00:32:26.000 Now, is it really gonna undercut his base of support, or is it just that everybody had confirmed what they already knew?
00:32:30.000 I think it's more the latter.
00:32:32.000 Now, there are some people who are coming to his actual defense.
00:32:34.000 That would include the chair of the Congressional Black Caucus, Representative Stephen Horsford.
00:32:40.000 Hard to say that you're moving forward when your nominee is literally incapable of moving forward physically.
00:32:44.000 millions of voters across this country, including voters here in Nevada.
00:32:47.000 The voters in Nevada care about a thriving and equitable economy, taking on big corporations,
00:32:50.000 yada yada yada.
00:32:51.000 They know President Biden and Vice President Harris are fighting for them.
00:32:54.000 We're not going back.
00:32:55.000 We're moving forward.
00:32:56.000 Hard to say that you're moving forward when your nominee is literally incapable of moving
00:33:00.000 forward physically.
00:33:02.000 He has to be propped up on some sort of dolly and wheeled forward.
00:33:06.000 Senator John Fetterman, another one of the moderates in the Democrat caucus.
00:33:08.000 caucus. Again, I think you're seeing some moderates in the Democrat caucus who are trying to uphold
00:33:12.000 Biden mainly because they don't like the possibility of what comes next. Here is
00:33:15.000 John Fetterman saying he's fine, everything's cool. I actually spent the entire day with the president
00:33:21.000 and he was he was perfect. Perfect. Whether it was in Philadelphia or whether it was in Harrisburg,
00:33:28.000 at every single stop that we had, people were thrilled.
00:33:34.000 I mean, people were thirsty to have their picture taken with the president.
00:33:38.000 And he was crisp, and he was engaged.
00:33:41.000 And the Harrisburg event, it was actually in the 90s, and he was crushing.
00:33:47.000 He was just doing fine.
00:33:48.000 It was like a perfect, normal kinds of Joe Biden that I've always seen.
00:33:53.000 And he has to be really happy after that day because Whether we went, it was, they were all great events.
00:34:00.000 Yeah, unfortunately no one believes that.
00:34:02.000 At least points for honesty to Whoopi Goldberg.
00:34:03.000 So again, Whoopi is like the dumb version of the Democrat, so she says all the quiet parts out loud.
00:34:08.000 So here she is just saying the quiet part out loud, which is, I don't care if he's sentient, I don't care if his brain functions, I don't care if he's crapping himself on a daily basis, at least he's not Trump.
00:34:16.000 I mean, listen, I'm just gonna add my two cents because I wasn't here on the day that y'all talked about it.
00:34:23.000 I don't care if he's Pooped his pants.
00:34:29.000 I don't care if he can't put a sentence together.
00:34:33.000 Show me he can't do the job, and then I'll say, OK, maybe it's time to go.
00:34:38.000 Now, he had a bad night the first time that he went out and debated with Kamala Harris.
00:34:45.000 And everybody wanted him to quit then and say, you can't talk to women like this.
00:34:49.000 You're doing this wrong.
00:34:49.000 You're doing that wrong.
00:34:50.000 He came back, said, you know what, I got it, and gave four years.
00:34:55.000 So yeah, I have poopy days all the time.
00:34:59.000 All the time.
00:35:00.000 I step in so much poo you can't even imagine.
00:35:03.000 I don't want to imagine that.
00:35:04.000 That's horrifying.
00:35:05.000 That was, that was TMI there, Whoopi.
00:35:07.000 Didn't need to know that.
00:35:08.000 It was bad enough when you were getting, when Patrick Swayze was making out with you thinking you were Demi Moore.
00:35:14.000 Now you're, wow.
00:35:15.000 Now, now you're like, I don't, wow.
00:35:18.000 Imagery you can't get out of your head.
00:35:20.000 So that's not good.
00:35:22.000 Meanwhile, Democrats are left with the one argument they always have, which is Donald Trump is Orange Hitler.
00:35:26.000 We'll get to that argument in just one moment.
00:35:28.000 First, we've been working tirelessly on a project.
00:35:31.000 It is now finally here for everyone to see.

00:35:59.000 We're talking backroom deals, failed presidential campaigns, a vice presidency in complete disarray.
00:36:03.000 It is even more shocking than you thought.

00:36:18.000 How did she get here?
00:36:19.000 How did someone with such a knack for failure manage to climb the greasy pole to the precipice of the most powerful position in the world?

00:37:13.000 Kamala Harris poses to our nation. So in the end, Democrats faced with the prospect of a senile
00:37:18.000 president and a very unpopular vice president who would take over from him even if he were to leave.
00:37:23.000 Democrats have but one argument left in their quiver and you know what it is.
00:37:26.000 It's ORANGE HITLER!
00:37:28.000 You knew they were going there.
00:37:29.000 You knew they were.
00:37:30.000 The New Republic has now released a cover showing Trump as Hitler.
00:37:36.000 Guys, you're gonna— Guys, like, really?
00:37:40.000 Seriously?
00:37:41.000 The New Republic, what a joke they've become.
00:37:43.000 I remember a time when the New Republic was sort of the center-left magazine of record, and now they're just a clown show.
00:37:47.000 They basically turned into Slate.com.
00:37:50.000 American fascism, what it would look like with the full-scale Hitlerian font and a merge of Trump's face with Hitler's face.
00:37:58.000 You mean the guy who moved the U.S.
00:38:00.000 Embassy to Jerusalem and who has pledged support to the Jewish state and who has Jewish grandchildren and whose daughter is Jewish?
00:38:07.000 You mean that one?
00:38:08.000 Just like Hitler would?
00:38:09.000 Is that what we're talking about right here?
00:38:12.000 Hitler, famous for his Jewish support.
00:38:15.000 Like, seriously?
00:38:17.000 Also, Donald Trump?
00:38:19.000 Hitler?
00:38:20.000 Like, I'm sorry, you're gonna have to do better than that.
00:38:22.000 But they won't!
00:38:23.000 They'll do it anyway.
00:38:24.000 They'll just keep saying it over and over and over until you don't believe it.
00:38:27.000 Cause it ain't gonna work!
00:38:28.000 He was president already and he wasn't Hitler.
00:38:30.000 All that happened was that the economy did really well and there were no foreign wars.
00:38:34.000 That's what I remember!
00:38:35.000 He said a lot of dumb crap on Twitter and that was pretty much it.
00:38:38.000 Dumb crap on Twitter, no foreign wars, a bad last year because of COVID and Black Lives Matter riots, No 40-year inflation.
00:38:45.000 Good economy.
00:38:47.000 And those are the things I remember.
00:38:48.000 I don't remember the boxcars.
00:38:49.000 I feel like I would've.
00:38:51.000 I don't remember the giant crematoria under Donald Trump.
00:38:55.000 I feel like I would've noticed if that had happened.
00:38:59.000 I feel like I have, like, a dog in that fight.
00:39:02.000 Donald Trump is... But they're gonna go for it.
00:39:04.000 Again, it's all... Everyone is Hitler I don't like!
00:39:08.000 Uh, strong stuff here from the Democrats.
00:39:09.000 Democratic Representative Gregory Meeks of New York, he says that they are, people who support Trump are supporting Hitler, which is weird, because every damned weekend, there are people who actually support Hitler rallying who are Democrats.
00:39:22.000 People who are rallying in favor of Hamas, a Hitlerian hate group that wishes to extirpate every Jew from planet Earth.
00:39:29.000 And the Democrats are patting those people on the shoulders.
00:39:31.000 Meanwhile, they're looking at Trump and they're like, God, that guy, he's just like Hitler.
00:39:34.000 I mean, just like Hitler.
00:39:35.000 I mean, if you ignore everything, then he look, he is like Hitler.
00:39:39.000 Honestly, Democrats, their take on Donald Trump is reminiscent of one of my favorite jokes.
00:39:43.000 What is the similarity between a plum and a cow?
00:39:46.000 They're both purple except for the cow.
00:39:48.000 That's the similarity between Donald Trump and Hitler.
00:39:50.000 Like, come on.
00:39:52.000 Just come on.
00:39:53.000 Here we go.
00:39:53.000 Gregory Meeks.
00:39:55.000 Donald Trump cannot be president again.
00:39:59.000 He's an existential threat to democracy.
00:40:03.000 Now, what I think, thank God Democrats are not Republicans.
00:40:08.000 Republicans just flock in one line.
00:40:11.000 That's something that endangers democracy.
00:40:15.000 That's what happened in the 1930s.
00:40:17.000 The Germans just walked in line with Hitler and Stalin.
00:40:24.000 They just walked in line.
00:40:26.000 Oh my God.
00:40:30.000 By the way, the people who are walking in line right now are the people who are pretending that Joe Biden is just fine.
00:40:34.000 By the way, can we get to Hitler's platform for a second?
00:40:36.000 So, Donald Trump has now approved the Republican National Committee platform.
00:40:42.000 And I would like to point out at this point, That this platform is the most moderate platform in the history of the Republican Party by far.
00:40:49.000 By like a huge long shot.
00:40:50.000 Because Donald Trump is playing the smart.
00:40:52.000 He realizes that Joe Biden and the left have completely abandoned the political center in America.
00:40:57.000 And so he is going to fill that political center by presenting some pretty popular policies.
00:41:02.000 And he's going to edge out pretty much all the edgy Republican conservative policies.
00:41:06.000 So, for example, in his brand new platform, the 2024 platform, There's effectively no mention of abortion.
00:41:15.000 It just kind of goes away.
00:41:17.000 He suggests that we believe that there is a right to life, but that has to be effectuated at the state level.
00:41:23.000 So no federal legislation with regard to abortion is what is now in the Republican platform.
00:41:29.000 And then he lists some 20 key principles, all in caps, as Donald Trump's want, because we know Donald Trump, just like your great-aunt Mary, loves the caps lock button in using email.
00:41:39.000 So anyway, here are the actual things.
00:41:42.000 And put aside the fact it's in caps lock and the phraseology with the weird capitalization and all the rest of it.
00:41:46.000 The reality is that the things he is proposing here are like 70-30 propositions in American politics because Donald Trump is actually playing this super smart.
00:41:54.000 He's actually playing this smarter.
00:41:56.000 Democrats are out there right now like, where is Donald Trump?
00:41:58.000 Hey, you keep saying that Joe Biden can't get on the campaign trail.
00:42:01.000 Why isn't Donald Trump on the campaign trail?
00:42:03.000 Because he's following Napoleon's law of war.
00:42:05.000 Never interrupt your enemy when they're making a mistake.
00:42:08.000 Here are the principles in the RNC platform.
00:42:10.000 You ready?
00:42:11.000 Seal the border and stop the migrant invasion.
00:42:14.000 Carry out the largest deportation operation in American history.
00:42:16.000 These, again, are all majority propositions.
00:42:19.000 End inflation.
00:42:19.000 Make America affordable again.
00:42:20.000 That's not an actual policy, that's a goal, but everyone agrees with it.
00:42:24.000 Make America the dominant energy producer in the world by far.
00:42:27.000 Again, a majority proposition.
00:42:28.000 Stop outsourcing.
00:42:29.000 Turn the United States into a manufacturing superpower.
00:42:31.000 Now, again, I'm more of a free trader than Donald Trump, but that's a popular proposition in the United States.
00:42:36.000 Large tax cuts for workers and no tax on tips.
00:42:39.000 Defend our Constitution, our Bill of Rights, and our fundamental freedoms, including freedom of speech, freedom of religion, and the right to keep and bear arms.
00:42:44.000 Prevent World War III, restore peace in Europe and in the Middle East, and build a great Iron Dome missile defense shield all over our entire country, all made in America.
00:42:52.000 Now again, Iron Dome is actually for rocket defense, not missile defense per se, but a missile defense shield around America would be a good thing, obviously.
00:42:59.000 End the weaponization of government against the American people.
00:43:02.000 Stop the migrant crime epidemic.
00:43:03.000 Demolish the foreign drug cartels, crush gang violence, and lock up violent offenders.
00:43:07.000 Rebuild our cities, including Washington, D.C., making them safe, clean, and beautiful again.
00:43:10.000 Strengthen and modernize our military, making it without question the strongest
00:43:13.000 and most powerful in the world. Keep the U.S. dollar as the world's reserve currency.
00:43:16.000 Fight for and protect Social Security and Medicare with no cuts,
00:43:19.000 including no changes to the retirement age. I disagree with that.
00:43:22.000 As a conservative, I think that's unsustainable.
00:43:24.000 Also, that is a popular political position.
00:43:26.000 Again, Donald Trump is running directly to the middle of the political spectrum.
00:43:30.000 All this talk about he's Hitlerian fascist on the right.
00:43:33.000 No, he's not.
00:43:34.000 This is a perfectly moderate centrist document.
00:43:37.000 Name the thing here that's wildly radical.
00:43:39.000 Seriously.
00:43:40.000 Cancel the electric vehicle mandate and cut costly and burdensome regulations.
00:43:43.000 Cut federal funding for any school pushing critical race theory, radical gender ideology, and other inappropriate racial, sexual, or political contents on our children.
00:43:50.000 Keep men out of women's sports.
00:43:52.000 Deport pro-Hamas radicals and make our college campuses safe and patriotic again.
00:43:56.000 Secure our elections, including same-day voting, voter identification, paper ballots, and proof of citizenship.
00:44:01.000 Unite our country by bringing it to new and record levels of success.
00:44:05.000 Please, name the thing here that is wildly controversial.
00:44:10.000 Well, is there anything there that's even remotely super right-wing?
00:44:13.000 Maybe the deportation line?
00:44:14.000 But Americans are in favor of that.
00:44:17.000 So, what in the actual F are Democrats talking about?
00:44:20.000 And the answer is, they have to, of course, say that he's Hitler.
00:44:23.000 But they said that Bush was Hitler.
00:44:24.000 I'm old enough to remember that.
00:44:25.000 Bush-Hitler.
00:44:26.000 You remember this?
00:44:27.000 If you're older than about 30, you remember it.
00:44:29.000 They said the same thing about Mitt Romney and John McCain.
00:44:31.000 Everyone is Hitler.
00:44:33.000 Everyone who runs on the Republican ticket is Hitler, including Donald Trump.
00:44:36.000 That dog, again, is not going to hunt.
00:44:38.000 It's not going to work.
00:44:39.000 Meanwhile, Democrats continue to get more and more radical.
00:44:42.000 Astonishingly, House Democrats are now launching a united effort against an election bill that requires voters to show that they are citizens before they vote.
00:44:52.000 Now I'm gonna need an explainer on this.
00:44:54.000 Where are Democrats coming from?
00:44:55.000 Like what is the actual good faith explanation for why they're against showing that you're a citizen before you vote?
00:45:02.000 That seems really easy.
00:45:05.000 Forgive me, but we do it every time we fly?
00:45:08.000 Like what?
00:45:09.000 According to the New York Post, House Democrats launched a united effort to vote against a Republican-backed election bill that would require voters to provide proof of citizenship to cast ballots in federal elections.
00:45:17.000 Republicans are pushing the passage of the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility Act, otherwise known as the SAVE Act, which would amend the National Voter Registration Act and require states to obtain proof of citizenship from voters for federal elections, as well as purge noncitizens from voter rolls.
00:45:31.000 Democratic leadership is urging House members to vote against the bill, saying it would place an extreme burden on countless Americans.
00:45:39.000 How in the world does that place an extreme burden on countless Americans?
00:45:43.000 Please explain your logic.
00:45:46.000 That's absurd.
00:45:48.000 Apparently, the law would require state election officials to ask about citizenship before providing voter registration forms, require an individual to provide proof of citizenship in order to register to vote in federal elections, allow state officials to accept a wide variety of documents that make it easy for citizens to register to vote in federal elections, and provide states with access to federal agency databases so they can remove non-citizens.
00:46:10.000 Voters would be required to provide proof of citizenship via ID and documentation, like a passport, a government issued photo ID showing proof the individual was born in the United States, military ID or valid photo ID, as well as documentation showing proof of citizenship like a birth certificate.
00:46:23.000 Again, this is not tough.
00:46:24.000 You have to do this stuff to get a passport.
00:46:27.000 And the idea that this is wildly complicated is beyond, it's beyond, it's crazy.
00:46:34.000 What in the, like, what exactly is the alternative Why would you be obstructing this bill unless you actually do want illegal immigrants on, for example, the voting rolls?
00:46:45.000 The Biden administration then put out a full statement explaining that they oppose it.
00:46:49.000 Okay, I don't believe you.
00:46:49.000 do nothing to safeguard elections, it would make it much harder for all eligible Americans
00:46:53.000 to register to vote and increase the risk that eligible voters are purged from voting rolls.
00:46:57.000 The evidence is clear. The current laws to prevent non-citizen voting are working as intended.
00:47:01.000 Okay, I don't believe you. I just don't believe you. I find this hard to believe, given that this
00:47:06.000 administration has facilitated the entry of somewhere between 7 and 10 million illegal
00:47:10.000 immigrants on Joe Biden's watch.
00:47:12.000 So, speaking of the Biden administration border policy, can we point out now that they are just... They complained about Donald Trump's border policy.
00:47:21.000 One of the things they complained about was kids in cages.
00:47:23.000 Remember this?
00:47:23.000 Kids in cages.
00:47:24.000 Oh my god, the kids in cages.
00:47:26.000 It's just the worst.
00:47:27.000 And it turns out that Barack Obama started the kids in cages and then it turns out a policy mandates the kids in the cages if you wish for them to stay with their families.
00:47:36.000 And then it turns out the kids were let out of the cages.
00:47:39.000 And what did Joe Biden do with them?
00:47:41.000 He just handed them off to random adults.
00:47:43.000 According to the Wall Street Journal, in 2021, when the new Biden administration was struggling to cope with a sudden influx of unaccompanied migrant children at the U.S.-Mexico border, the government repeatedly overrode the concerns of lower-level workers who warned about placing them in certain households, documents and interviews show.
00:47:58.000 A caseworker wrote about a child slated to live in a hostel-like home in Florida with at least three adults, quote, A few days later, an official dismissed that recommendation to reject the proposed guardian, according to internal government memos.
00:48:12.000 At another facility in Pomona, California, more than a hundred children that summer were sent to temporary guardians who were issued denials earlier in the process by case coordinators, according to a review of internal government data.
00:48:23.000 About two dozen more denials were overturned because of clerical errors or issues such as missing fingerprints that were resolved, but many of the others were approved with scant details explaining why.
00:48:31.000 Some of those home addresses were tied to histories of criminal activity or other behavior that indicated the possibility kids would be put to work.
00:48:39.000 So Joe Biden literally turned over children to child labor or abuse in order to avoid a bad headline about kids in cages.
00:48:45.000 That's what it appears like from this Wall Street Journal article.
00:48:48.000 The findings show the Biden administration officials sometimes overlooked concerns about potential guardians as they faced a political crisis over an unprecedented surge of unaccompanied minors soon after taking office.
00:48:58.000 Officials said at the time they wanted to avoid the images that had plagued the Trump administration of children in severely congested facilities, widely derided as kids in cages.
00:49:07.000 So instead, they decided that they were just going to shuttle these kids out to adults who had not been vetted.
00:49:14.000 Well done.
00:49:15.000 Again, the attempt to avoid bad headlines by this administration, resulting in later bad headlines, just another indicator of just how crazy these people are.
00:49:23.000 Meanwhile, over in France, complete deadlock has resulted from Emmanuel Macron's decision to basically prop up the communists in order to stop the right wing.
00:49:31.000 According to the Wall Street Journal, France's elections have now produced a fractious parliament that threatens an unprecedented period of political paralysis.
00:49:38.000 No party came close to a majority.
00:49:39.000 Lawmakers elected Sunday are now grouped into blocks with profound differences.
00:49:42.000 The new popular front, those are the commies, is a diverse coalition whose most powerful faction is a polarizing far-left party called France Unbowed.
00:49:50.000 Leaders of the pro-business bloc, allied with President Emmanuel Macron, have said they can't form a government with France unveiled.
00:49:55.000 Marine Le Pen and other leaders of the far-right National Party, which came in third, have signaled they won't form a party, a government with either Macron's party or the left, who say the feeling is mutual.
00:50:05.000 So, again, this is now a complete deadlock in France, largely because of the attempt by everybody in France to turn anyone to the right of Emmanuel Macron far-right.
00:50:16.000 This is part of the linguistic game that is happening here.
00:50:19.000 And so instead, he just empowered actual communists.
00:50:24.000 Jean-Luc Mélenchon, who is the head of the National Front Party over here, he has said one of his first moves will be to recognize the state of Palestine, a terror state, of course.
00:50:34.000 Shocker.
00:50:36.000 So apparently, the divergences appear to offer few areas for compromise between the New Popular Front and Macron's party.
00:50:42.000 In addition, France Unbowed has outraged much of France's political establishment with their strident criticism of Israel.
00:50:47.000 By the way, just like full-on anti-Semitism sometimes from France Unbowed.
00:50:52.000 You'll notice that at the rallies in favor of France Unbowed, there were zero French flags.
00:50:55.000 There's all Palestinian flags, some Hezbollah flags, a lot of commie flags.
00:51:00.000 Welcome to the New France.
00:51:02.000 Well done, Europe.
