00:00:00.000 Well folks we're gonna get to all the news surrounding President Biden.
00:00:02.000 Will he stay or will he go?
00:00:04.000 Today he has a big press conference at 5 30 p.m eastern time which is after his bedtime.
00:00:10.000 We are told that he's been trying to restrict his activities to between like 11 a.m and 4 p.m so he's really stretching himself by going all the way till 5 30 for this presser tonight.
00:00:19.000 A lot of people talking about whether it is a make-or-break moment for him.
00:00:22.000 The problem of course is that Dr. Joe Biden has superglued his ass to the floor in the Oval Office, and there is no way to physically move him unless he wishes to be moved.
00:00:31.000 We'll get to that in a moment.
00:00:32.000 First, I have to discuss with you my trip to Capitol Hill yesterday.
00:00:36.000 So, as a human, I try to avoid Washington, D.C.
00:00:38.000 as frequently as possible.
00:00:40.000 There are nice buildings there.
00:00:41.000 The problem is it's filled with government.
00:00:43.000 And it turns out that government is filled with idiots.
00:00:45.000 And so yesterday we did a congressional hearing.
00:00:48.000 The hearing was in the House Judiciary Committee.
00:00:50.000 And it was about issues surrounding a collusive quasi-conspiratorial group called GARM, the Global Alliance for Responsible Media.
00:00:59.000 That group is essentially a consortium of 90% of the advertising market.
00:01:04.000 They sign up with GARM.
00:01:05.000 GARM sets a pseudo-objective standard for what can be advertised on and what cannot be advertised on.
00:01:11.000 That pseudo-objective standard, of course, cuts universally against conservatives.
00:01:15.000 So what they do is they label unsafe sites like The Daily Wire or shows like mine or shows like Joe Rogan or places like X.
00:01:22.000 This is one of their goals.
00:01:23.000 They tried to cudgel all of these social media sites or shows or conservative outlets into compliance with their idea of things that ought to be said.
00:01:30.000 So I was on the Hill testifying about all of that.
00:01:34.000 Here is some of my opening statement.
00:01:37.000 We're in the midst of a trust crisis in the world of media, which is because so many in the legacy media have lied in order to preserve left-leaning narratives.
00:01:43.000 To take just the most recent example, we were told by the legacy media that President Biden was just fine.
00:01:48.000 For years, anyone who questioned his health and mental fitness was trafficking in cheap fakes.
00:01:53.000 And then President Biden went out and engaged in a full-scale mental collapse on stage in front of hundreds of millions of people.
00:01:58.000 So we can see why Americans, at least Americans who are not Democrats, do not trust the media.
00:02:02.000 The question isn't really why the legacy media have lost Americans' trust.
00:02:06.000 We know that answer.
00:02:07.000 The question is why, despite that loss of trust, the legacy media continue to gain share in the advertising market.
00:02:12.000 And the answer is simple.
00:02:14.000 There is, in fact, an informal pressure system created by Democratic legislators, this White House, legacy media, advertisers, and pseudo-objective brand safety organizations.
00:02:23.000 That system guarantees that advertising dollars flow only to left-wing media brands.
00:02:29.000 So the hearing was fairly long.
00:02:31.000 It started about 10 a.m.
00:02:32.000 It ended about 2.30 p.m.
00:02:34.000 somewhere in that neighborhood.
00:02:36.000 It was a little spicy.
00:02:37.000 There were some Democrats who decided that they were not going to talk about the issue at hand, namely the collusive attempt by advertising agencies, social media bros, and government.
00:02:49.000 Because again, Democrats have been pushing for intervention in these markets for years.
00:02:55.000 And so what happens is that advertisers and social media bros,
00:02:58.000 in an attempt to avoid the scrutiny of people like Dianne Feinstein,
00:03:01.000 who has been consistently threatening until her death, obviously,
00:03:04.000 she was consistently threatening social media for years with regulation.
00:03:07.000 If they would not quote unquote regulate themselves, she's not the only one.
00:03:10.000 There are members of the committee before whom I was speaking.
00:03:13.000 People like ranking member, Jerry Nadler, people like head of the Congressional Progressive Caucus,
00:03:18.000 Kamala Jayapal, who have openly called for regulation of social media
00:03:21.000 if social media allows messages they don't like.
00:03:24.000 They call it misinformation or hate speech, but it really is just messages they don't like.
00:03:27.000 So instead of talking about all that, some of the Congress people decided that it would be fun to talk about other things.
00:03:32.000 One of the things they kept saying over and over and over was Project 2025.
00:03:35.000 Well, Democrats are trying to distract from the fact that they have a terrible record, but their record is, in fact, terrible, including, of course, a 40-year inflationary spiral.
00:03:43.000 You've heard me talk for a long time about how you can actually save money with PureTalk.
00:03:47.000 PureTalk is half the cost of other big phone providers.
00:03:49.000 Now, you might be thinking, what's the catch?
00:03:51.000 There's no way PureTalk can offer unlimited talk, text, and plenty of data for just $20 a month.
00:03:55.000 I say, well, I mean, just ask the thousands of my other listeners who have already switched over.
00:03:59.000 They are loving America's most dependable 5G network.
00:04:01.000 They love Pure Talk's U.S.
00:04:02.000 customer service, their selection of premium phones, the money they are saving month to month.
00:04:06.000 So what exactly are you waiting for?
00:04:07.000 It's time to start supporting companies who share your values, like creating American jobs and supporting our veterans.
00:04:12.000 It's time to switch your cell phone service over to Pure Talk.
00:04:14.000 Plus, with no contract and a 30-day money-back guarantee, you've got nothing to lose.
00:04:18.000 Visit puretalk.com slash Shapiro to upgrade your cell phone service to America's most dependable 5G network and save an extra 50% off your very first month of coverage.

00:04:29.000 Again, puretalk.com slash Shapiro.
00:04:32.000 Save an extra 50% off your very first month of coverage.
00:04:34.000 I've been using Pure Talk myself for years at this point.
00:04:36.000 Their coverage is excellent.
00:04:37.000 And of course, I am saving money and they don't hate my values.
00:04:40.000 Head over to puretalk.com slash Shapiro today to get started.
00:04:43.000 So for those who don't know, the Democrats have been trying for the last week or so to try to misdirect away from the fact that their president is no longer sentient.
00:04:50.000 By shouting Project 2025.
00:04:52.000 So, for example, Joe Biden just the other day tweeted out, Google Project 2025.
00:04:56.000 Naturally, a lot of people then did Google Project 2025.
00:04:59.000 So, yesterday at the hearing, I'd say half the Democrats in the House Judiciary Committee decided to rail about Project 2025, which has literally nothing to do with the subject of this particular committee hearing.
00:05:12.000 One of the people who was doing that was Representative Eric Swalwell, who I think just kind of wanted to have a Twitter battle, but in real life.
00:05:21.000 So we had a bit of a colorful exchange, the representative and I. Here is what that sounded like.
00:05:27.000 Mr. Shapiro, thank you for joining us today.
00:05:30.000 I think it is important that you're here as one of the leading conservative voices in the country, and the country has In the last couple weeks, talked a lot about and googled project 2025.
00:05:45.000 It's one of the most googled search terms right now.
00:05:49.000 And you're not going to get any censorship from me.
00:05:51.000 So I just wanted to know, from your perspective, I think it would help us understand on just like a scale of zero to 100%, how much do you support project 2025?
00:06:04.000 I think like President Trump, I haven't looked all that deeply at Project 2025, but it seems that Democrats on this committee, sort of like Peter Pan and Tinkerbell, if they say Project 2025 enough, their presidential candidate becomes alive again.
00:06:18.000 So, obviously, everybody in the room knew what I was saying was true, including Swalwell, who, to his credit, laughs, because the reality, of course, is that you had Representative Hank Johnson.
00:06:25.000 He came and he just said Project 2025 over and over and over and over.
00:06:29.000 You had other members of Congress.
00:06:32.000 You had Mary Gay Scanlon from the state of Pennsylvania.
00:06:34.000 She also was just referencing Project 2025 over and over and over.
00:06:38.000 So, they all know that what I'm saying is true, that this is an attempt to breathe life back into a failing candidacy.
00:06:45.000 And, you know, even Swalwell had to laugh at it, because, again, true.
00:06:49.000 But then Swalwell decided that he was just going to make his entire five-minute questioning time about Project 2025, which, I'll be honest with you, I haven't read.
00:06:56.000 And the reason I haven't read it is because it's 922 pages.
00:06:59.000 I promise you, Eric Swalwell has also not read Project 2025.
00:07:03.000 Probably no one who's criticizing Project 2025 has read Project 2025.
00:07:07.000 Certainly President Trump has not read Project 2025.
00:07:09.000 So, yeah, Swalwell is questioning me about this, and what he's really questioning me about, I assume, is just being a conservative.
00:07:15.000 And the idea is that being a conservative is just evil.
00:07:18.000 I don't think it went particularly well for Representative Swalwell here.
00:07:24.000 You probably want less bureaucracy, right?
00:07:26.000 I do.
00:07:27.000 I want less bureaucracy.
00:07:28.000 You want more efficiency?
00:07:29.000 I want more efficiency.
00:07:29.000 I do.
00:07:31.000 You want taxpayer money spent wisely?
00:07:34.000 Congrats on becoming a Republican.
00:07:34.000 I do.
00:07:37.000 My parents would be proud.
00:07:40.000 Mass deportations, it calls for that.
00:07:42.000 Do you support that part?
00:07:43.000 I support the deportation of any illegal immigrant who is in the United States who is not of benefit to the generalized American public.
00:07:49.000 So if they're picking agriculture that puts food on the tables of everyday Americans, they've never committed a crime inside the United States, they didn't come across with documents, should they be deported?
00:08:03.000 If they have not paid taxes and if their draw on the taxpayer benefits are larger than the contribution they are making to the economy, or if they're involved in criminal activity, they should be deported.
00:08:11.000 How do we measure that?
00:08:13.000 The same way that the IRS measures my income every year.
00:08:15.000 It seems like if the IRS can track down every aspect of every receipt that I've ever submitted, and they can do that with hundreds of millions of other Americans, they can do that for illegal immigrants as well, except for the fact that no one knows how many are in the country thanks to this administration.
00:08:26.000 So you would be cool with creating a system where they could pay those taxes if they wanted to, and then stay and work and put food on our table?
00:08:33.000 It depends on how long it would take for them to pay the taxes, and they would also have to go presumably to the back of the line, although I'm not sure why I'm testifying about immigration policy at this point.
00:08:42.000 How about banning the abortion pill?
00:08:44.000 That's part of Project 2025.
00:08:45.000 Do you support that part?
00:08:46.000 I think that that's a state-by-state issue, on a personal level.
00:08:50.000 I'm just asking you.
00:08:52.000 Sure.
00:08:52.000 I'm a fully pro-life person, which means that I'm not in favor of the distribution of the abortion pill.
00:08:58.000 Banning same-sex marriage.
00:08:59.000 What about that part?
00:09:01.000 I am in favor of traditional marriage between a man and a woman, and I'm perfectly fine with anyone having any sort of voluntary sexual arrangement they seek.
00:09:08.000 That's a different thing from whether the government should attach benefits to that personal relationship.
00:09:12.000 But you think it's a sin to have same-sex marriage?
00:09:16.000 I'm confused.
00:09:17.000 Are you asking me as a religious Jew what I think about biblically?
00:09:20.000 I'm just asking, is it a sin to be gay?
00:09:22.000 Is it a sin to be gay?
00:09:23.000 I mean, how long do we have here?
00:09:26.000 I mean, if the basic idea is that sexual orientation is up for government regulation, I'm not in favor of the government regulating the private consenting sexual activity of adults.
00:09:26.000 Two minutes?
00:09:35.000 That is a different thing, once again, from whether the government ought to engage in actual benefits for particular sexual arrangements that adults make.
00:09:44.000 But again, just you to me, is it a sin or not?
00:09:46.000 From a religious Jewish perspective, orientation is not a sin, but activity is.
00:09:50.000 That's also the same perspective of most major religions, so far as I'm aware.
00:09:53.000 Okay.
00:09:54.000 And how about cutting Social Security?
00:09:58.000 Do you support that part of 2025?
00:10:01.000 I'm not sure what Project 2025's position on social security is.
00:10:05.000 I'm in favor of the restructuring of social security along the lines of privatization and lowering and increasing the retirement age because you as well as every other congressperson knows social security is going to go bankrupt and yet everyone seems to have an interest in lying about it for the next decade and a half until we have to take austerity measures or radically increase inflation or taxes.
00:10:21.000 And bans against books about slavery, do you support that part about?
00:10:25.000 Why would I possibly be in favor of bans about books about slavery?
00:10:28.000 That would be absolutely ridiculous.
00:10:29.000 What I am in favor of is the idea that school libraries should be able to make decisions along the lines of what exactly is appropriate for, say, a seventh grader, and whether they ought to be treated to cartoons and genderqueer.
00:10:41.000 That's not quite the same thing.
00:10:43.000 And just because we found some receipts, you did say, I think homosexual activity is a sin.
00:10:47.000 Yes, I'm a religious Jew.
00:10:48.000 That's true.
00:10:48.000 I'm not sure there's a genetic component.
00:10:49.000 You found me out.
00:10:51.000 But the view of all religious people I know has always been that sexual behavior is something that is up to you.
00:10:56.000 And, you said, I may have a desire to sleep with many women, but I do not.
00:11:00.000 I agree with me.
00:11:01.000 Yes, that's true.
00:11:02.000 Congratulations on your, yeah.
00:11:05.000 I'm sure it's very hard to restrain yourself.
00:11:08.000 Mr. Chairman, I just want to shift to Alvin Bragg.
00:11:13.000 He was supposed to be here this week.
00:11:16.000 And then he starts randomly talking about Alvin Bragg and the hearings.
00:11:21.000 I would have jumped in at this point and said that Eric Swalwell is probably the last person in America who should talk about the difficulty of struggling with, for example, men as a genetic matter wanting to sleep with many women.
00:11:34.000 Eric Swalwell's personal history is quite checkered.
00:11:36.000 I decided not to bring that up in the congressional hearing.
00:11:38.000 But again, it just shows you what Democrats are trying to do.
00:11:40.000 Do they actually want to talk about the issues that are on the table?
00:11:42.000 Of course not!
00:11:43.000 What they actually want to do is misdirect to a bunch of issues they don't fully understand.
00:11:48.000 And how many questions can you be asked by a congressperson where the premise is just completely wrong?
00:11:53.000 Except, didn't go amazing for Representative Swalwell, and we hope he gets well soon.
00:11:58.000 In any case, back to the topic of the actual hearing.
00:12:01.000 One of the things that became clear from the House Judiciary Committee report is that the Global Alliance on Responsible Media didn't just target The Daily Wire, which they suggested was well out of bounds for advertisers, or Joe Rogan.
00:12:12.000 They also targeted Twitter slash X, The report said that Garm tried to direct all of its
00:12:18.000 members, corporate giants who together account
00:12:19.000 for 90% of global advertising dollars to quote, stop all paid advertisement on the platform
00:12:24.000 after Elon Musk purchased it.
00:12:26.000 And we have the emails.
00:12:28.000 Rob Rakowitz, who is the head of Garm, he was emailed by one of the advertisers
00:12:34.000 or one of the advertising agencies says, says, hi, Rob, I'm reaching out to ask you
00:12:38.000 if it's possible to arrange a meeting and hear more about your perspectives
00:12:40.000 about the Twitter situation and a possible boycott from many companies.
00:12:44.000 And Rakowitz then responded, quote, hi both, this is good.
00:12:49.000 I did some tweaking on the edges to help contextualize who we are and what we are doing.
00:12:52.000 I'd like to point out that nowhere in this email is the, you may recognize my name from being the idiot who challenged Musk on brand safety issues.
00:12:58.000 Since then, they are 80% below revenue forecasts.
00:13:01.000 Happy face emoji.
00:13:03.000 This prompted Elon Musk to announce today that X has no choice but to file suit against the perpetrators and collaborators in the advertising boycott racket.
00:13:11.000 Hopefully some states will consider criminal prosecution.
00:13:15.000 So, some actual positive effects from a congressional hearing other than some viral moments.
00:13:19.000 Okay, now, on to the problems with the presidential candidate.
00:13:23.000 Again, the Democrats are going to keep saying Project 2025, but the reality is that most Americans don't know what that is, don't care what it is, and most Americans, that includes Donald Trump.
00:13:29.000 If you think that Donald Trump has been browsing Project 2025 while he sits on the toilet and tweets, you're wrong.
00:13:34.000 That's not a thing that Donald Trump has ever done, or will ever do.
00:13:38.000 The real issue for most Americans at this point is, will the current President of the United States survive to even make the election?
00:13:44.000 Well, Democrats, Americans, everybody is concerned that President Biden may not survive to make it to the elections, that he might be dead meat.

00:15:06.000 The fact is that so many of my, let me put it this way.
00:15:14.000 I'm very pleased that today all NATO members are making the pledge to expand our industrial base.
00:15:20.000 President Truman said, quote, we hope to create a shield against aggression, the fear of aggression, and permit us to get on with the real business of creating a government and society.
00:15:35.000 I mean, he's literally just reading off a piece of paper right there.
00:15:37.000 He's literally reading off a piece of paper and he's having some trouble.
00:15:40.000 If you want to know what it sounds like when someone reads off a piece of paper
00:15:43.000 and doesn't have trouble, go back to my original testimony yesterday,
00:15:46.000 which you have to submit into the congressional record.
00:15:48.000 And so typically you are reading.
00:15:50.000 Then Biden also did a rally and he was rambling at the rally again, as he is fond of doing.
00:15:55.000 Here's what that looked like.
00:15:56.000 I promised when I was going to have a kid, it looked like a hair.
00:16:01.000 And it does.
00:16:03.000 Oh no.
00:16:04.000 More minorities, more women, more labor.
00:16:07.000 I'm serious.
00:16:08.000 Think about it.
00:16:09.000 That's who we are.
00:16:09.000 That's why we're strong.
00:16:10.000 We're strong.
00:16:10.000 We've got to stop looking at it as a problem.
00:16:10.000 We're diverse.
00:16:12.000 It's an asset.
00:16:18.000 Things are not getting better.
00:16:19.000 Things are not getting better.
00:16:20.000 And the button on top of that particular story was placed there by one George Clooney.
00:16:26.000 So let's be real about this.
00:16:27.000 George Clooney is a little mad at Joe Biden because George Clooney's wife, Amal Clooney, wrote a horrifically anti-semitic report for the International Criminal Court suggesting the prosecution of the Prime Minister of Israel as well as the Defense Minister of Israel.
00:16:42.000 And the response of the Biden administration was not warm toward that.
00:16:45.000 So Clooney's a little mad.
00:16:47.000 He had called up the president to yell at him, to which Joe Biden answered, Then, after they made up, made a little kissy face, then George Clooney held a big fundraiser for Joe Biden.
00:16:59.000 And you'll recall that fundraiser because that fundraiser culminated in Barack Obama having to guide Joe Biden from the stage like a visiting angel.
00:17:07.000 Like he holds his hand, he puts his hand on Joe Biden's back, he tries to remind him where he is, and then he guides the shuffling old man off the stage.
00:17:13.000 Well, now George Clooney puts out a piece in the New York Times I love Joe Biden, but we need a new nominee.
00:17:13.000 You'll recall this.
00:17:19.000 And just as fascinating in this piece, as this piece, is the provenance of this piece.
00:17:23.000 What made this piece happen?
00:17:25.000 According to Politico, before Hollywood icon and Democratic donor George Clooney published his buzzy and brutal New York Times op-ed yesterday calling on Biden to step aside as the nominee, we're told he reached out to former President Barack Obama to give him a heads up.
00:17:37.000 The two men, who are friendly, both attended the LA fundraiser Clooney referenced in his piece, where the actor said he'd beheld a diminished Biden and that the leader he interacted with was, quote, the same man we witnessed at the debate.
00:17:47.000 While Obama did not encourage or advise Clooney to say what he said, he also didn't object to it, we're told from people familiar with their exchange.
00:17:52.000 The lack of pushback is an eye-popping revelation, given that the former president was one of the first big voices defending Biden following his abysmal debate performance.
00:18:00.000 Obama's team has declined to comment.
00:18:02.000 So, from behind the scenes, Barack Obama's like, you wanna- would you like to write a piece, George, that talks about how the president should step aside?
00:18:09.000 Never liked that guy.
00:18:10.000 He's a jerk.
00:18:11.000 And George Clooney was like, sure, Mr. President.
00:18:15.000 For all those who pretend that Barack Obama is no longer invested in Democratic Party politics and is just off gallivanting around doing Netflix deals, false.
00:18:22.000 But as always, Barack Obama is not a leader, and so he is leading from behind.
00:18:26.000 I will say that the Biden team is pushing back against George Clooney in the stupidest possible way, like truly idiotic.
00:18:32.000 Apparently, according to CNN White House correspondent Kayla Tausch, a Biden campaign aide is now pushing back on George Clooney's New York Times piece.
00:18:39.000 Apparently, Tausch said a campaign official at the same fundraiser told her, quote, Clooney left three hours before the president.
00:18:46.000 Asked to clarify what that was supposed to mean, Taush then said, quote, The point of this is to suggest that Biden's
00:18:52.000 stamina is better than Clooney's and Clooney didn't have eyes on
00:18:55.000 the entire event.
00:18:56.000 Uh, yeah, that that.
00:19:02.000 What now?
00:19:04.000 So their defense is Joe Biden has more stamina than George Clooney.
00:19:08.000 Good luck on that particular argument.
00:19:11.000 I'm having a tough time with that.
00:19:12.000 George Clooney is 63 years old and a movie star.
00:19:15.000 He's also the world's worst Batman.
00:19:18.000 But still, Batman.
00:19:20.000 Joe Biden's gonna take on Batman?
00:19:23.000 Even like the world's worst Batman?
00:19:26.000 Okay then.
00:19:28.000 Here's what George Clooney actually writes in the New York Times, and it is vicious.
00:19:30.000 Quote, I'm a lifelong Democrat.
00:19:32.000 I make no apologies for that.
00:19:33.000 I'm proud of what my party represents and what it stands for.
00:19:36.000 As part of my participation in the democratic process and in support of my chosen candidate,
00:19:41.000 I have led some of the biggest fundraisers in my party's history.
00:19:44.000 Barack Obama in 2012, Hillary Clinton in 2016, Joe Biden in 2020.
00:19:47.000 Last month, I co-hosted the single largest fundraiser supporting any Democratic candidate ever for President Biden's re-election.
00:19:53.000 I say all of this only to express how much I believe in this process and how profound I think this moment is.
00:19:57.000 I love Joe Biden as a Senator, as Vice President, and as President.
00:20:00.000 I consider him a friend.
00:20:00.000 I believe in him.
00:20:01.000 Believe in his character.
00:20:02.000 Believe in his morals.
00:20:03.000 But the one battle he cannot win is the fight against time.
00:20:06.000 None of us can.
00:20:07.000 It's devastating to say it, but the Joe Biden I was with three weeks ago at a fundraiser was not the Joe big effing deal Biden of 2010.
00:20:13.000 He wasn't even the Joe Biden of 2020.
00:20:16.000 He was the same man we all witnessed at the debate.
00:20:19.000 Was he tired?
00:20:19.000 Yes.
00:20:20.000 Maybe.
00:20:20.000 A cold?
00:20:21.000 But our party leaders need to stop telling us that 51 million people didn't see what we just saw.
00:20:25.000 We're also terrified by the prospect of a second Trump term that we've opted to ignore every warning sign.
00:20:30.000 The George Stephanopoulos interview only reinforced what we saw the week before.
00:20:33.000 As Democrats, we collectively hold our breath or turn down the volume whenever we see the president whom we respect walk off Air Force One or walk back to a mic to answer an unscripted question.
00:20:42.000 Is it fair to point these things out, says George Clooney?
00:20:44.000 This is about age, nothing more, but also nothing that can be reversed.
00:20:44.000 It has to be.
00:20:47.000 We're not going to win in November with this president.
00:20:52.000 On top of that, we won't win the House.
00:20:53.000 We're gonna lose the Senate.
00:20:54.000 This isn't only my opinion.
00:20:56.000 This is the opinion of every senator and congressmember and governor who I spoke with in private.
00:21:01.000 Every.
00:21:01.000 Single.
00:21:02.000 Irrespective of what he or she is saying publicly.
00:21:02.000 One.
00:21:04.000 So this is George Clooney just ripping the cover off of the conspiracy of silence inside the Democratic Party.
00:21:11.000 He says we love to talk about how the Republican Party has ceded all power and all the traits that made it so formidable with Ronald Reagan and George H.W.
00:21:17.000 Bush to a single person who seeks to hold on to the presidency, and yet most of our members of Congress are opting to wait and see if the dam breaks.
00:21:23.000 But the dam has broken.
00:21:24.000 We can put our heads in the sand and pray for a miracle in November, or we can speak the truth.
00:21:29.000 Since all the scary stories that were being told about what would happen next simply are not true.
00:21:33.000 In all likelihood, the money in the Biden-Harris coffers would go to help elect the presidential ticket and other Democrats.
00:21:38.000 The new nominee would not be left off ballots in Ohio.
00:21:40.000 We Democrats have a very exciting bench.
00:21:42.000 Let's hear more from Wes Moore and Kamala Harris and Gretchen Whitmer and Gavin Newsom and Andy Beshear and JB Pritzker and others.
00:21:47.000 By the way, I love this.
00:21:48.000 I love that tacit in this piece is Clooney saying it should not be Kamala Harris.
00:21:53.000 That's what he's saying.
00:21:54.000 That's why he's dumping all of these names into this piece.
00:21:57.000 Because Democrats, the real story here is that as we demonstrated in our documentary series that you should go check out right now over at Daily Wire Plus, Scamala, the Kamala Harris, unmasking.
00:22:09.000 She is awful.
00:22:10.000 Everyone knows she's awful.
00:22:11.000 Her poll numbers suck.
00:22:12.000 And so Democrats are like, oh my God, we can't even get rid of this corpse because standing behind him is the Joker.
00:22:17.000 It's just terrible.
00:22:19.000 He said, let's agree that the candidates not attack one another, but in the short time we have, focus on what will make this country soar.
00:22:24.000 Then we could go into the Democratic convention next month and figure it out.
00:22:27.000 Would it be messy?
00:22:28.000 Yes, democracy is messy.
00:22:30.000 But would it enliven our party and wake up voters who long before the June debate had already checked out?
00:22:34.000 It sure would.
00:22:36.000 Joe Biden is a hero.
00:22:37.000 He saved democracy in 2020.
00:22:38.000 We need him to do it again in 2024.
00:22:40.000 This time, presumably, by stepping down.
00:22:43.000 George Clooney trying to turn Joe Biden into a hero.
00:22:45.000 The problem is Joe Biden is asleep somewhere.
00:22:47.000 But you can't sleep as well as Joe Biden because, you know, you're not senile.
00:22:51.000 And if you have trouble sleeping, let me recommend Helix mattresses.

00:23:14.000 I love it.
00:23:15.000 We are big Helix fans at the Shapiro house.
00:23:15.000 My wife loves it.

00:23:41.000 HelixSleep.com slash Ben.
00:23:42.000 That's HelixSleep.com slash Ben.
00:23:45.000 And it is not just George Clooney.
00:23:47.000 David Axelrod, again, part of Team Obama.
00:23:49.000 So one of the untold stories here is how much Team Obama hates Team Biden, despises Team Biden.
00:23:54.000 They see them as hangers-on.
00:23:55.000 They see them as people who rode Obama's coattails to power, which is true.
00:23:59.000 And They, of course, helped an incredibly charismatic, if dishonest, president become president and stay president.
00:24:06.000 And they're looking at Joe Biden, who is totally uncharismatic, and they're freaking out.
00:24:11.000 So here's David Axelrod, part of Team Obama, being like, man, Clooney's right.
00:24:15.000 There's nothing we can do about it.
00:24:17.000 Clooney, who just hosted a fundraiser, a major fundraiser for the president a few weeks ago in California, said you can't win the battle against time.
00:24:27.000 None of us can.
00:24:28.000 It's devastating to say, but Joe Biden I was with three weeks ago, the fundraiser was not the Joe Biden of 2010.
00:24:34.000 He wasn't even the Joe Biden of 2020.
00:24:37.000 He was the same man we all witnessed at the debate.
00:24:39.000 That is devastating.
00:24:41.000 It was not surprising to any of us who were at the fundraiser.
00:24:43.000 I was there.
00:24:45.000 Clooney was exactly right.
00:24:47.000 And every single person I talked to at the fundraiser thought the same thing, except for the people working for Joe Biden, or at least they didn't say that.
00:24:55.000 Again, that's Team Obama.
00:24:56.000 That's Jon Favreau from Pod Save America.
00:24:58.000 He's one of the Obama boys.
00:25:00.000 Michael Douglas, also coming out of the woodwork to say, you know, probably he needs to go.
00:25:07.000 I'm deeply, deeply concerned.
00:25:09.000 I mean, especially it's difficult because the Democrats have a big bench.
00:25:13.000 I mean, they've got a lot of heavy hitters.
00:25:15.000 A lot of talent to bear.
00:25:16.000 A lot of talent.
00:25:17.000 But how do you know?
00:25:18.000 People have to catch up.
00:25:19.000 They only have a few months to catch up.
00:25:20.000 And I do worry with, like, the debate, the difficulty with the debate.
00:25:24.000 I mean, it was relatively simple.
00:25:26.000 I mean, you just, first of all, they should have just told, told the president, stand up, put a little makeup on him, you know, for the debate.
00:25:32.000 We shouldn't help him.
00:25:34.000 And then where to look?
00:25:35.000 And call the other guy a convicted felon.
00:25:37.000 And call the other guy, and just don't deal with all your facts, just deal with his lies.
00:25:44.000 By the way, Michael Douglas is 79 years old and looks significantly better than Joe Biden.
00:25:49.000 Stephen Colbert, who does not have the courage of his convictions, he's basically also implying, he's doing the Obama thing, he's implying that Biden should go, but he's not going to call for him to go, but he's implying he should go, but he's not going to call for it because he has no courage.
00:26:02.000 Could I recommend a new book?
00:26:04.000 Oh, the places for Joe.
00:26:05.000 Oh.
00:26:14.000 Is he mentally fit?
00:26:16.000 Can he serve a whole term?
00:26:17.000 Can he beat RFK with his brain full of worm?
00:26:21.000 Just ask him, just ask him.
00:26:23.000 The man loves to talk.
00:26:24.000 as long as you ask him before 8 o'clock.
00:26:31.000 Whatever.
00:26:37.000 While Congressional Democrats are conflicted, we got a clear message today from our nation's most powerful Democratic leader, George Clooney.
00:26:48.000 George wrote a New York Times op-ed titled, I love Joe Biden, but we need a new nominee.
00:26:54.000 Adding, we also need a money guy, a safe cracker, an acrobat, and Brad Pitts.
00:26:59.000 It's the plot of Oceans 24, Amal's busy with human rights stuff, and I got bored.
00:27:08.000 I watched that.
00:27:11.000 Okay, so Colbert is not calling for him to step out, but everyone knows that he's gotta go.
00:27:15.000 Even members of the media, who are very much trying not to undercut Joe Biden at this point, they're getting caught on camera saying things they shouldn't be saying.
00:27:21.000 So George Stephanopoulos was outside, walking the streets over in New York, and somebody asked him, so George, do you think that the president can do another four years?
00:27:32.000 And Stephanopoulos is like, nope!
00:27:37.000 Hey, excuse me.
00:27:38.000 Hey, how you doing?
00:27:39.000 Good.
00:27:40.000 Do you think Biden should step down?
00:27:40.000 What do you think?
00:27:43.000 You talk to him more than anybody else has lately.
00:27:45.000 And you can be honest.
00:27:47.000 You don't think he can serve four more years?
00:27:49.000 All right.
00:27:50.000 That's an answer.
00:27:54.000 Oh, he's saying it.
00:27:54.000 What?
00:27:56.000 By the way, he then had to walk that back.
00:27:58.000 The walk back ain't going to help.
00:28:00.000 Chuck Todd and another news anchor.
00:28:02.000 He says two years ago, cabinet members were saying that Biden could not fulfill another term.
00:28:06.000 This is from his Chuck Todd cast on NBC News.
00:28:10.000 Let's just say I've had somebody who wanted to run for president and still wants to run for president.
00:28:15.000 Say to me, I was on that stage when Joe Biden essentially pledged to be a one term president.
00:28:21.000 Never said it, but it certainly was OK if that's what voters heard.
00:28:26.000 And it was always the that was the intent that voters need to hear that.
00:28:30.000 And this person goes, and I was on stage.
00:28:32.000 There were three or four of us on stage there.
00:28:34.000 I heard that's what I heard.
00:28:36.000 I heard a one term.
00:28:37.000 And then he was going to pass the torch.
00:28:39.000 And he didn't pass the torch.
00:28:42.000 Everything that I've learned, it has made me want to rethink a lot of the Biden biography.
00:28:48.000 I think the entire narrative on Joe Biden is going to change in that he was everything has been about his ambition.
00:28:54.000 And his ambition comes first.
00:28:58.000 No bleep, Chuck.
00:29:00.000 Welcome to the party, pal.
00:29:02.000 Again, all of this is bubbling inside the media.
00:29:05.000 But for Biden's part, he keeps saying he's not going anywhere.
00:29:08.000 Well, yeah, I mean, we all knew that he was senile two years ago, and then all of you covered it up.
00:29:13.000 I'm old enough to remember when we were saying that.
00:29:14.000 I'm also old enough to remember when COVID basically shut down health care, where hospitals were overflowing, urgent care centers had eight-hour wait times.
00:29:21.000 Well, CDC is now issuing a bird flu health alert.
00:29:24.000 Is this going to be the next round of this?
00:29:25.000 I don't know about you.
00:29:26.000 I'm not about to let the government control my life.
00:29:28.000 I took control of both mine and my family's health and ordered a medical emergency kit from the doctors at the wellness company.
00:29:33.000 It's not a first aid kit.
00:29:34.000 It's a kit filled with essential prescriptions that can treat over 39 medical issues.
00:29:37.000 The kit includes strong antibiotics for infections of all types, including pneumonia, strep throat, ear infections, and more.
00:29:42.000 It's like having an urgent care in your home.
00:29:44.000 No waiting to see a doctor.
00:29:45.000 No waiting at a pharmacy.
00:29:46.000 It's all there in the kit.
00:29:47.000 Every home needs at least one medical emergency kit.

00:30:16.000 So John Kirby, national security spokesperson and actual White House press secretary, because Corrine Jean-Pierre, of course, is awful at her job.
00:30:23.000 He keeps saying over and over, I don't know how many times I have to say this.
00:30:26.000 He's running.
00:30:26.000 I'm just telling you he's running.
00:30:26.000 He's running.
00:30:28.000 Here we go.
00:30:30.000 He did make his decision, and he made it crystal clear to everybody that he's running for re-election.
00:30:35.000 The president has made it clear to the entire team, certainly at the National Security Council, what his intentions are and what his goals are.
00:30:43.000 And we exist to support him and to give him the advice and counsel and the resources he needs to get that job done, and that's what his focus is on.
00:30:53.000 Mm-hmm.
00:30:54.000 Sure.
00:30:55.000 He's focused on getting the job done.
00:30:57.000 So what is Biden doing to actually shore this thing up?
00:30:59.000 So, as we mentioned at the top of the show, there's going to be a press conference from the President of the United States.
00:31:05.000 God help him, may he be healthy and well enough to actually do it this afternoon.
00:31:08.000 Who knows?
00:31:08.000 Lots of stuff could happen to you now in 5.30 p.m.
00:31:11.000 Eastern Time.
00:31:12.000 And apparently he's gonna have what they are now calling a big boy press conference, which again, they are so incompetent at their branding.
00:31:17.000 They tried Bidenomics, and everyone hates Bidenomics, and they're like, he's gonna have a big boy press conference.
00:31:22.000 And like Huggies, he's a big kid now.
00:31:25.000 Here we go, MSNBC excitedly reporting.
00:31:29.000 You know when you're driving somewhere and you see a gas station or a liquor store right before a bridge and it says last chance for gas or last chance for liquor?
00:31:37.000 I feel like this press conference Thursday, Alex, is like the last chance Democrats have, right?
00:31:42.000 Like, they're going over the bridge and this is it.
00:31:45.000 If you want to pull over and fill up your tank or buy a bottle of bourbon before you go to a dry county or a dry state, boy, this is the moment.
00:31:53.000 This press conference on Thursday, I think, If he hits the ball out of the park, obviously the pressure will will ebb.
00:32:00.000 But if it doesn't go well, I think you will see one final round of Democrats trying to get him out of the race.
00:32:07.000 And you'll see, I think, some of these senators, especially, who have been quiet or been talking on background, go public and call for him to step out.
00:32:15.000 I think that this is a high stakes moment on Thursday.
00:32:20.000 That's Jonathan Martin from MSNBC talking about what happens this afternoon.
00:32:24.000 But Biden has already scheduled more interviews.
00:32:27.000 So apparently NBC Nightly News with Lester Holt is going to sit down with Joe Biden.
00:32:33.000 They have an exclusive one-on-one interview.
00:32:35.000 It's supposed to come out next Monday, 9 p.m.
00:32:38.000 Eastern.
00:32:39.000 That's when you watch the interview in its entirety.
00:32:43.000 You know, good luck.
00:32:44.000 The original interview is going to be aired, presumably this weekend, and it'll be all chopped up in some way.
00:32:49.000 And then you'll get the full interview on Monday.
00:32:52.000 Meanwhile, Team Biden is scheduled today to meet with Senate Democratic leadership at the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee during lunch.
00:32:59.000 But it won't be Biden.
00:33:00.000 It'll just be his advisors.
00:33:01.000 Like Mike Donilon and Steve Ruscetti.
00:33:03.000 But that's not the question.
00:33:04.000 The question is whether Joe Biden is in fact capable, whether he can handle himself.
00:33:09.000 So the Democrats behind the scenes are super uneasy.
00:33:11.000 Obviously, what Clooney says is correct.
00:33:13.000 It's being reported by everyone from Politico to Punchbowl News.
00:33:16.000 Everyone recognizes that behind the scenes, Democrats think he is going to lose.
00:33:20.000 Axios Today says Schumer is now open to dumping Biden in 2024.
00:33:25.000 In public, says Axios, Chuck Schumer, the Senate Majority Leader, has been insistent that he is for Joe.
00:33:30.000 In private, he's singing a different tune.
00:33:32.000 Over the last 12 days, Schumer has been listening to donor ideas and suggestions about the best way forward for the party, according to three people familiar with the matter.
00:33:39.000 The majority leader is one of several Democrats, including former President Obama and former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, who has the political and personal standing to convince Biden to step aside.
00:33:47.000 Even so, Biden can still dig in and delegates are pledged to him.
00:33:50.000 Schumer said in a statement, quote, As I have made clear repeatedly, publicly and privately, I support President Biden and remain committed to ensuring Donald Trump is defeated in November.
00:33:57.000 But, but, apparently Schumer's flip phone has been burning up for weeks and Schumer has been listening.
00:34:05.000 Following Tuesday's caucus lunch, Schumer invited senior Biden campaign officials to brief members and directly address any concerns they might have.
00:34:13.000 So Schumer is now open to the possibility of pushing Joe Biden off the cliff.
00:34:20.000 Pelosi has been pretty clearly trying to mobilize against Biden.
00:34:25.000 She's been signaling to Biden, in fact.
00:34:29.000 She says that she is really funny.
00:34:31.000 She did an interview where she keeps saying that Joe Biden has a decision to make on running.
00:34:35.000 He keeps saying his decision, which is that he is going to run.
00:34:38.000 But she did an interview on MSNBC where they're like, well, he says he's gonna run.
00:34:40.000 She's like, well, I hope that he makes the right decision.
00:34:42.000 And they're like, well, but he's made his decision.
00:34:44.000 She's like, well, no, I'll do whatever he says.
00:34:46.000 It's his decision.
00:34:47.000 They go, but he made his decision, ma'am.
00:34:51.000 I'm sorry, you're wishcasting that Joe Biden is going to reverse himself because you keep heavily implying he should drop out is not going to work.
00:34:57.000 Here she was on MSNBC this morning, Joe, trying to leave the door open to Joe Biden leaving.
00:35:03.000 Does he have your support to be the head of the Democratic Senate?
00:35:08.000 It's up to the president to decide if he is going to run.
00:35:12.000 We're all encouraging him to make that decision because time is running short.
00:35:20.000 I think overwhelming support of the caucus.
00:35:23.000 It's not for me to say.
00:35:24.000 I'm not the head of the caucus anymore.
00:35:28.000 He's beloved.
00:35:29.000 He is respected.
00:35:32.000 And people want him to make that decision, not me.
00:35:36.000 He has made the decision.
00:35:37.000 He has said firmly this week he is going to run.
00:35:40.000 Do you want him to run?
00:35:42.000 I want him to do whatever he decides to do.
00:35:45.000 And that's the way it is.
00:35:47.000 Whatever he decides, we go with.
00:35:51.000 Oh boy.
00:35:52.000 So what was that meant to be?
00:35:53.000 According to Politico, those comments were meant to serve as a subtle green light, one person close with Pelosi said, meant to encourage members to speak up about their desire to see change atop the ticket and to warn Biden to reconsider staying in the race.
00:36:04.000 So what you have right now is sort of a classic prisoner's dilemma for Democratic leadership.
00:36:09.000 They've got a real problem.
00:36:10.000 They have a collective action problem.
00:36:12.000 They are not sure whether or not, together, they can get everybody to push Biden off the ticket.
00:36:18.000 And so everyone has an interest in staying silent.
00:36:21.000 They're suddenly encouraging everybody else to go out and like be the person who gets shot, but they don't want to be the first person over the edge of the World War I trench.
00:36:28.000 They don't want to charge directly into Biden's line of sight here.
00:36:33.000 And so what you have here is all of them whispering behind the scenes that they want Biden to go, and nobody willing to actually say it except for George Clooney, who of course is not answerable to anybody because he's busy directing another bad movie or something.
00:36:44.000 Pelosi has apparently Not try to hide her disdain for the situation in which the party now finds itself.
00:36:50.000 She's suggested to people, according to Politico, that Biden won't win this November and should step aside.
00:36:54.000 In fact, she's advised some Democrats in swing districts to do whatever they have to do to secure their own re-elect, even if it means asking Biden to relinquish his place atop the ticket.
00:37:03.000 Pelosi's advising those members to wait until the end of the NATO summit.
00:37:06.000 Some members have already started drafting statements of what they want to say ready to drop once the foreign leaders leave town.
00:37:12.000 For members who are not in swing districts, Pelosi is encouraging them to take their pleas for Biden to step aside directly to the White House or the campaign in order to minimize public fighting.
00:37:22.000 So again, Pelosi, behind the scenes, is pushing very hard for his ouster.
00:37:25.000 You're starting to see the wall break a little bit.
00:37:27.000 Senator Peter Welch is the first Democratic senator to openly call for the president to step aside.
00:37:32.000 He said Biden should withdraw, quote, for the good of the country.
00:37:34.000 This is in the Washington Post.
00:37:36.000 He said his constituents are, quote, worried that Biden can't win this time and they're terrified of another Trump presidency.
00:37:42.000 Meanwhile, Hakeem Jeffries, who is the House Minority Leader, he has told lawmakers, according to Politico, in private meetings he will relay concerns regarding the president's electability to Biden, according to two people familiar with the situation, as more Democrats call for him to step aside.
00:37:56.000 It's still not clear when Jeffries will speak with the president.
00:37:59.000 Asked Wednesday about his plans to talk with Biden, Jeffries sidestepped and said, quote, The fact that this is an open question in July is a disaster area for Democrats.
00:38:04.000 And you can see why precisely all of this panic is breaking out.
00:38:07.000 Brand new polling from New York.
00:38:08.000 go from there. The fact that this is an open question in July is a disaster area
00:38:13.000 for Democrats and you can see why precisely all of this panic is breaking
00:38:19.000 out. Brand new polling from New York from New York suggesting that New York is now
00:38:27.000 Okay, if New York is a battleground state, this election is over.
00:38:31.000 Joe Biden, in 2020, won New York by a lot of points.
00:38:39.000 The percentage that he won New York by in 2020 was 23%.
00:38:41.000 in 2020 was 23 percent, won 61 percent of the vote in New York State in 2020.
00:38:49.000 If Donald Trump is even within spitting distance of Joe Biden in New York, this election is
00:38:53.000 over and it's a landslide.
00:38:54.000 Again, I'm not going to go into the details of this, but I'll just say that it's a very,
00:38:56.000 According to Politico, Biden aides have not focused on New York, but the warning signs are impossible to ignore and have been building over the past year.
00:39:03.000 Two private polls conducted in a swing New York House district and reviewed by Politico found former President Trump leading Biden there by one point a virtual tie.
00:39:11.000 Public polls over the last four months found Biden's lead had winnowed to just eight points across New York.
00:39:15.000 He won by 23 last time.
00:39:20.000 23.
00:39:21.000 And that lead is now down to single digits, like 8.
00:39:25.000 If that's the shift in the country, then Trump doesn't just win Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania.
00:39:31.000 He wins Virginia.
00:39:33.000 He wins New Hampshire.
00:39:35.000 He wins a wide variety of states that are within that margin of error.
00:39:39.000 And a Siena College poll in June found Biden with only an 8-point lead over Donald Trump in New York.
00:39:46.000 Full-scale disaster area.
00:39:48.000 In the state of New York.
00:39:49.000 So again, this is why Democrats are freaking out.
00:39:51.000 We'll get to more of their freak out in just one moment.
00:39:53.000 First, folks, yesterday, as I told you at the top of the show, I took our fight straight to Washington to expose the truth about the global cartel trying to control what you see in here in the media, revealing how corporations and elite organizations are using their advertising dollars to silence conservative voices like ours.
00:40:06.000 That is why we built The Daily Wire.

00:40:45.000 Again, right now, looking at the polling data, Nate Silver, who updates his presidential forecast pretty much every day, he says that Donald Trump currently has a 70% chance to beat Joe Biden.
00:40:54.000 And the polls usually undersample Trump voters, historically speaking.
00:40:57.000 Right now, in Pennsylvania, He is leading, on average, in the 538 polling average by 3.4 points.
00:41:05.000 According to RealClearPolitics, by 3.
00:41:08.000 The economy says that Donald Trump has a 74% chance of winning Pennsylvania.
00:41:12.000 And these numbers are disastrous for Joe Biden, which is why you're seeing all of these Democrats kind of, they're approaching it.
00:41:18.000 They're approaching it super softly.
00:41:19.000 They're going to try and creep around Joe Biden.
00:41:21.000 They don't want to be the first person to plunge the knife into Julius Caesar, but they'll be the second person to plunge the knife into Julius Caesar.
00:41:28.000 Here's Representative Steve Cohen from Tennessee.
00:41:30.000 The language they're going with for now is, if he wants it, he'll be the nominee.
00:41:34.000 Well, he does want it, but you're not declaring him the nominee.
00:41:36.000 What you're doing is you just keep saying over and over and over that maybe, maybe he'll reconsider.
00:41:40.000 Please reconsider, please.
00:41:40.000 I hope he'll reconsider.
00:41:44.000 Nancy Pelosi is one of the best politicians and smartest people I've ever been blessed to deal with and interact with.
00:41:52.000 And she's saying what we should do, we should, the realities are Joe Biden will determine whether he's the nominee or not.
00:41:59.000 If he wants to be the nominee, he will be the nominee.
00:42:01.000 If he doesn't, we'll have some other avenue.
00:42:04.000 And she's saying, let Joe Biden decide.
00:42:08.000 Let Joe Biden decide is not a move, guys.
00:42:12.000 Let Joe Biden decide... Again, I love it.
00:42:14.000 It's like...
00:42:14.000 I love it.
00:42:16.000 My wife asked me what movie I wanna see tonight, and I'm like, an action movie.
00:42:20.000 And she's like, well, I hope that you make the right decision.
00:42:23.000 I'm like, so like Die Hard?
00:42:24.000 And she's like, well, I hope you make the right decision.
00:42:27.000 I'm like, no, no, Die Hard's a great movie.
00:42:28.000 She's like, the right decision I hope you make.
00:42:31.000 I'm like, oh, you wanna watch Sleepless in Seattle?
00:42:33.000 Like, that's what they're trying to do right now, and it's not going to work, absent something big happening.
00:42:40.000 Democratic Senator Richard Blumenthal from Connecticut, he's saying pretty openly he's afraid that Biden's gonna lose.
00:42:47.000 I am deeply concerned about Joe Biden winning this November.
00:42:56.000 Oh, well, that's sad.
00:42:58.000 Tim Kaine, you'll remember him from being the anonymous former vice presidential candidate to failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton.
00:43:04.000 He says, don't worry, Joe Biden will do the patriotic thing.
00:43:07.000 Again, this is my wife just asking me whether I really, really want to make the right decision and watch Die Hard again.
00:43:14.000 I have complete confidence that Joe Biden will do the patriotic thing for the country, and he's going to make that decision.
00:43:21.000 He's never disappointed me.
00:43:22.000 He's always put patriotism and the country ahead of himself, and I'm going to respect the decision he makes.
00:43:30.000 I love it so much.
00:43:30.000 It's so good.
00:43:31.000 None of them have the courage to just be like, yeah, Joe needs to go.
00:43:34.000 They don't have the courage to say it because they're afraid then they get shot by their own troops.
00:43:38.000 Joe Biden is sending his troops like Stalin to the front lines without any weaponry, and if they turn back, then they get shot.
00:43:44.000 That's what's happening with the Democratic Party right now, figuratively speaking, obviously.
00:43:48.000 The Michigan governor, Gretchen Whitmer, she too is echoing this notion.
00:43:52.000 Only Joe Biden will decide.
00:43:54.000 I mean, only Joe.
00:43:56.000 OK.
00:43:58.000 If he does decide to step aside, a big if, the caveat there, is it a job you'd be interested in?
00:44:05.000 Listen, I'm not going down that road with you, Willie.
00:44:08.000 I appreciate the question, but the field is set.
00:44:11.000 Joe Biden is the only person who is determining whether or not he sees this race.
00:44:15.000 He's made his decision.
00:44:16.000 He's communicated that decision, and it is time to get going.
00:44:19.000 We've got a high-stakes election, and all this continued talk and fretting and hand-wringing that people are doing only sets us up for a disadvantage going into this important election against Donald Trump.
00:44:33.000 Okay, so they're just going to keep trying to wish him out of office.
00:44:36.000 Good luck with that.
00:44:37.000 Meanwhile, a member of the Congressional Black Caucus, Richie Torres, he says, you know, blindness is not bliss.
00:44:44.000 This is what he's been tweeting out.
00:44:45.000 He says, you keep trying to pretend that if you go blind on this, it'll work.
00:44:48.000 He says, in determining how to proceed as a party, there must be a serious reckoning with the down-ballot effect of whomever we nominate.
00:44:53.000 What matters is not how we feel, but what the numbers tell us.
00:44:55.000 An unsentimental analysis of the cold, hard numbers, which have no personal feelings or political loyalties, should inform what we decide and whom we nominate.
00:45:01.000 If we're going to choose a particular path, we should be clear-eyed about its consequences.
00:45:05.000 Blindness is not bliss, and the terrifying threat of a Trump presidency is coming.
00:45:10.000 I mean, that's Richie Torres.
00:45:12.000 Again, they're all sort of implying it, but none of them are willing to say it.
00:45:15.000 Over at The View, which is a repository of all human stupidity, Joy Behar, she sees what's coming down the tracks.
00:45:21.000 What she sees coming down the tracks is Democrats want Biden gone, and the backup is Kamala Harris.
00:45:25.000 Again, I refer you to our three-part documentary series, Scamala, for more information on our wildly unpopular vice president.
00:45:32.000 Joy Behar is trying to prep the ground.
00:45:34.000 She's trying to soften the ground with the heavy artillery here.
00:45:37.000 What really ticks me off about him, though, is this laughing Kamala remark.
00:45:42.000 It's such a sexist remark, because a guy I was with over the weekend, a friend of mine, they said, Kamala's laugh annoys me.
00:45:49.000 Remember they said that about Hillary's laugh, that she was cackling.
00:45:52.000 And men, you know, they don't like a funny woman.
00:45:54.000 They're afraid if you laugh or you make a joke, that maybe you'll do that when they're in bed with you.
00:46:00.000 It's like this fear, this fear of women's laughing and comedy.
00:46:07.000 What now?
00:46:09.000 So if you don't like Kamala Harris's weird cackling, it's because you fear her in the boudoir?
00:46:16.000 That's a theory there, Joy.
00:46:18.000 I feel like, given her personal history, I mean, Willie Brown and all.
00:46:26.000 That's probably not what people are thinking about Kamala Harris when they are thinking about that type of activity, but sure, go with that.
00:46:32.000 The reason that she's unpopular is because of sexism and men being afraid of funny women in the sack.
00:46:39.000 Nailed that one, Joy.
00:46:40.000 As always.
00:46:41.000 As always.
00:46:42.000 Genius-level stuff right there.
00:46:43.000 Meanwhile, President Trump is doing the smart thing and he's just staying outside the spotlight.
00:46:47.000 He's been doing rallies, but nobody covers them because, you know, of the crisis on the Democratic side of the aisle.
00:46:52.000 He also did the smart thing, he was asked about Project 2025, which again is the buzzword the Democrats keep using over and over and over, as I said yesterday.
00:47:00.000 2025 so much. It's like the Democrats are gonna say it three times in the mirror and then Donald
00:47:00.000 I don't care if it's him or somebody else.
00:47:05.000 Trump is gonna appear and want to play golf or something.
00:47:07.000 It's like Beetlejuice. But in any case, Donald Trump points out the reality, which is that it's not
00:47:12.000 just about Joe Biden inside the Democratic Party. Everyone that they are running is a nut.
00:47:15.000 Here is the former president of the United States correctly noting this fact. I don't care if
00:47:20.000 it's him or somebody else.
00:47:22.000 It's also policy. It's more about policy than anything else.
00:47:26.000 And these radical Democrats are all radical.
00:47:28.000 Everyone that they're talking about is a radical left lunatic.
00:47:32.000 And whether it's Biden or whether it's somebody else, I think it's the same.
00:47:38.000 He is correct about this.
00:47:39.000 Again, Donald Trump is now the candidate of stability and normality and moderation.
00:47:45.000 Slow clap for the Democrats, guys.
00:47:47.000 You did this to yourself.
00:47:48.000 Hilarious clip from the Daily Show last night.
00:47:51.000 They had a panel of black voters and they asked them who they want, Trump or Biden.
00:47:58.000 And certainly they were expecting that every one of them was gonna be like, we love Joe Biden.
00:48:01.000 That's not how it went.
00:48:04.000 Who will you be voting for in 2024, Daryl?
00:48:08.000 Do I have to say his name?
00:48:10.000 I don't want to, but more than likely, it's going to be Trump.
00:48:13.000 Yeah, unbelievable.
00:48:14.000 Unbelievable.
00:48:15.000 Who are you going to be voting for?
00:48:17.000 And then, Victor?
00:48:17.000 Biden.
00:48:18.000 I'm with her.
00:48:19.000 Oh, Biden, okay.
00:48:20.000 Trump.
00:48:21.000 Biden.
00:48:21.000 Trump?
00:48:22.000 Biden?
00:48:23.000 Trump.
00:48:23.000 Okay, we're an even split.
00:48:28.000 I didn't see that coming.
00:48:30.000 I'm not going to say it's about Trump.
00:48:37.000 And it is, I mean, in the sense that Trump obviously is a larger than life figure.
00:48:42.000 He has pop culture relevance.
00:48:44.000 All the attempts to turn Donald Trump into Hitler have completely failed.
00:48:47.000 But a huge percentage of this is about the fact that Barack Obama levels of support among black voters in the Democratic Party are non-transferable.
00:48:55.000 Certainly, the enthusiasm that black voters felt for Barack Obama is non-transferable to the dead old white man that Democrats are trying to run as he goes around telling Morehouse College graduates they're never going to succeed in life because of the color of their skin.
00:49:07.000 It turns out that's not a particularly popular message.
00:49:10.000 Again, Donald Trump, making it scary.
00:49:12.000 He's learning.
00:49:13.000 He's learning.
00:49:14.000 He is.
00:49:15.000 There's a lot of debate over his VP reveal.
00:49:18.000 According to the New York Times, Trump's VP reveal may be this week or not.
00:49:21.000 It's not.
00:49:22.000 He ain't gonna do it this week.
00:49:22.000 And the reason he ain't gonna do it this week is never interrupt your opponents when they are making gigantic mistakes.
00:49:28.000 And right now, the Democratic Party is tearing itself absolutely apart.
00:49:33.000 If I were Trump, I'd just wait until the convention.
00:49:35.000 The convention is the middle of next week.
00:49:37.000 There are going to be eyes on the convention anyway.
00:49:39.000 That's a great time to announce who exactly you're going to select.
00:49:43.000 My feeling is that Trump is trying to go non-confrontational.
00:49:46.000 That's been every move that he has made.
00:49:48.000 He took most of the abortion stuff out of the Republican National Convention platform.
00:49:53.000 He took pretty much everything about same-sex marriage out of that platform.
00:49:57.000 He has presented the least controversial Republican platform of my lifetime, bar none.
00:50:03.000 Just by polling data.
00:50:04.000 So picking a vice president who is likely to generate controversy, I think, would be a mistake for him, considering, again, he's running toward the middle.
00:50:10.000 So the question is, which candidate for VP is likely to bolster the image of him as a moderate candidate of stability?
00:50:18.000 That is where we are in the election cycle right now.
00:50:22.000 So picking the least controversial VP candidate would probably be the best move.
00:50:26.000 We'll see what he does with that.
00:50:28.000 Meanwhile, Democrats continue to double down on the radicalism.
00:50:31.000 I mean, it really is insane.
00:50:33.000 So yesterday, the House Republicans and like five Democrats passed a bill titled the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility Act.
00:50:41.000 All that bill did was seek to expand proof of citizenship requirements to vote in federal elections and impose voter roll purge requirements on states.
00:50:48.000 And it's pretty obvious stuff.
00:50:50.000 Why exactly?
00:50:52.000 Should there not be an obligation to demonstrate you are a citizen of the United States by photo ID, for example, before you get an application for voter registration?
00:51:04.000 Why should the voter rolls have illegal immigrants on them?
00:51:06.000 Makes no sense.
00:51:08.000 But every Democrat voted against it.
00:51:11.000 President Biden has vowed to veto it.
00:51:14.000 Please explain to me the logic of that.
00:51:16.000 Why not just sign that?
00:51:17.000 If you're Biden and you want to ensure that people don't feel like you're trying to stack the deck electorally, why wouldn't you sign that?
00:51:21.000 Like, what is the optic victory here?
00:51:24.000 Opponents of the bill, according to The Hill, say its core idea, establishing non-citizen voting as illegal, is redundant, and argue its provisions will more likely lead to U.S.
00:51:31.000 citizens being denied their right to vote than to preventing votes by foreign nationals.
00:51:34.000 But again, this is like the dumbest thing in the world, because polling data shows that the vast majority of Americans believe in voter ID.
00:51:40.000 And whenever people say, well, black people can't get ID, yes, they absolutely can.
00:51:44.000 And they do.
00:51:45.000 It turns out that black people are perfectly capable of getting voter ID.
00:51:48.000 So are Hispanic people.
00:51:49.000 So is everyone.
00:51:50.000 You have an ID, don't you?
00:51:53.000 Again, it is quite amazing that Democrats almost universally voted against this thing.
00:52:01.000 So, Chip Roy, excellent member of Congress from Texas, In an op-ed in May, he wrote, And he pointed out Joe Biden saying, back in May, that Hispanic immigrants were quote-unquote voters.
00:52:11.000 leverage open borders and tens of millions of illegal aliens in the United States to
00:52:15.000 fundamentally remake America by cementing one-party rule.
00:52:17.000 He pointed out Joe Biden saying back in May that Hispanic immigrants were quote-unquote
00:52:22.000 voters.
00:52:23.000 He was talking there about illegal immigrants too.
00:52:26.000 Again, somebody please explain to me the logic the Democrats are presenting here.
00:52:30.000 That it is a danger to the voting public if you have to show some sort of identification demonstrating you're a citizen of the United States.
00:52:37.000 It's like basic election security kind of stuff, and Democrats are kicking back against it anyway.
00:52:42.000 That's the reason Donald Trump is doing really well.
00:52:44.000 If he puts some duct tape over his mouth and just goes down to the basement for the next four months, that dude's gonna be president again.
00:52:49.000 Meanwhile, in just another example of how the left has basically turned everything into a partisan political issue.
00:52:56.000 Letitia Wright is the star of Black Panther and an executive producer on the faith-based movie Sound of Hope.
00:53:00.000 The story of Possum Trot has now issued an Instagram statement ripping into us here at The Daily Wire for helping to distribute the film, which is an amazing thing.
00:53:10.000 Like, she's a producer on the film.
00:53:12.000 The film is about the evils of the current foster care system.
00:53:18.000 It's about the amazing heroism of this town, Possumtrot, that adopted 77 foster kids.
00:53:24.000 We are in favor of that sort of activity in the real world.
00:53:28.000 We love the movie.
00:53:29.000 We've helped distribute the movie.
00:53:31.000 She's mad that we're even associated with the movie, apparently.
00:53:34.000 She posted on Instagram, quote, Producing this film alongside Peacetree Productions to tell the incredible story of Bishop W.C.
00:53:40.000 Martin, First Lady Donna Martin, and all the incredible families of Possum Trot has been nothing less than inspiring.
00:53:44.000 We've created a beautiful film that gives a voice to vulnerable children with the hope that families across the country and world, no matter their faith, race, or diversity, would join together to help kids to be moved to make a difference in any way they can.
00:53:54.000 Which is why it's a shame to see small pockets of discourse online take a divisive political turn.
00:53:59.000 This story isn't about politics, it's about children.
00:54:01.000 It's about sacrificial love for children who have experienced unthinkable horrors, and how communities at a grassroots level, like the community of Possum Trot, can help provide these safe, loving homes they so desperately need.
00:54:09.000 Any conversation that detracts from that is unnecessary and harmful.
00:54:12.000 The potential for this film to positively change lives is far too important.
00:54:15.000 To be clear, after we completed production of this film, Angel Studios were brought on board to handle its distribution, and they later partnered with The Daily Wire.
00:54:21.000 That was not my decision, and I was not given an update or made aware of this decision.
00:54:24.000 I am in no way aligned or affiliated with The Daily Wire.
00:54:27.000 I am thankful for all who want to positively champion this film and campaign to serve children.
00:54:30.000 However, I do not condone using this beautiful film for divisive political purposes.
00:54:34.000 That is not why I joined the project.
00:54:38.000 So, I just don't understand who she thinks is making this partisan.
00:54:42.000 We certainly have not.
00:54:43.000 We have not talked about this as a Democrat-Republican issue in any way.
00:54:46.000 This is a human rights issue for children.
00:54:49.000 What is the blowback that she has received?
00:54:51.000 Again, this is the demonstration, full scale, of the left's radical intolerance in the cultural arena.
00:54:56.000 Even the minutest association with anybody who's perceived to be conservative over things that are utterly uncontroversial and just good for humanity like fixing the foster care system and getting kids adopted by loving families.
00:55:10.000 The left is even willing to turn that into a partisan political fight in order to shred any level of association between left and right over issues we all should agree upon.
00:55:21.000 So DailyWare co-CEO Jeremy Boring put out a statement, quote, on its opening day, July 4th, Sound of Hope was one of the highest grossing films nationwide, second only to Disney's biggest release of the year.
00:55:30.000 This movie is tracking to be huge and has the potential to launch a movement to end America's foster crisis.
00:55:34.000 The Daily Wire is truly honored to partner with Angel Studios on such an important project.
00:55:38.000 But such is the intolerance of the modern left that instead of celebrating this accomplishment and all it might mean, one of the film's producers, Letitia Wright of Black Panther fame, used the occasion to condemn The Daily Wire's involvement in sharing this message across the country.
00:55:49.000 Letitia and I probably don't share the same politics, but I believe we share Christian faith, and more importantly, the same goal of shining a light on something we can all agree on, a community banding together to help kids in need.
00:55:57.000 We hope people don't allow this distraction to steal from the message, from the film, and the impact it can have.
00:56:03.000 Everyone should see this movie and join the fight for kids.
00:56:05.000 It's too important not to.
00:56:07.000 And that's the sad part, is when Hollywood is so wildly intolerant that even when we agree on something, left and the right, they would proceed to shred that level of agreement just to make a political point?
00:56:20.000 You wonder why the country is falling apart culturally.
00:56:22.000 That's why the country is falling.
00:56:23.000 If we can't agree on the foster system needs help and loving families should adopt kids, what the hell can we agree on?
00:56:30.000 And if the idea is that we can't even hold hands over that one, what can we hold hands over?
00:56:36.000 You want to talk about all of this phony talk about a civil war inside the United States and the country falling apart, but it's this kind of stuff that leads to that.
00:56:46.000 Making these issues into partisan issues is a tragedy for the country.
00:56:49.000 It's an excellent film with an important message, and I don't care who distributes the film.
00:56:53.000 It is worth seeing.
00:56:54.000 Go check it out right now.
00:56:56.000 Alrighty, guys.
