The Ben Shapiro Show - Why I'm Giving Money To Donald Trump

00:00:00.000 As most of you know, I'm voting for Donald Trump in November.

00:00:02.000 I've said so many, many times at this point.

00:00:04.000 But I'm not just voting for Donald Trump.

00:00:06.000 Next week, I will be co-hosting a fundraiser for him.

00:00:09.000 Now, this may come as a surprise to some of you.

00:00:11.000 I want to tell you why.

00:00:13.000 As you know, I didn't support Trump in the primaries.

00:00:15.000 I don't endorse candidates in Republican primaries.

00:00:17.000 But I do tell you who I would have voted for.

00:00:19.000 And I told you I would have voted for Governor Ron DeSantis of Florida, if given the choice.

00:00:23.000 But Ron DeSantis isn't the nominee.

00:00:25.000 Donald Trump is the nominee.

00:00:27.000 And he's facing Joe Biden, who is the worst president of my lifetime.

00:00:30.000 Because Donald Trump is the nominee against Joe Biden, I won't just vote for him.

00:00:34.000 I will walk over broken glass to vote for him.

00:00:36.000 Actually, I will go into my own pocket to support him, which is what I'm doing.

00:00:40.000 My calculus is really simple.

00:00:41.000 America was better off under Donald Trump than it is under Joe Biden.

00:00:44.000 At home, America was safer and more prosperous.

00:00:47.000 When Donald Trump was president, we did not have an open border.

00:00:50.000 We were not flooding our country with at least 7 million illegal immigrants, overwhelming our cities, leaving our country wide open to the plague of Chinese and Mexican drug cartel-backed fentanyl poisoning. 0.96

00:00:59.000 When Donald Trump was president, we didn't have a president who tried to use the Occupational Safety and Health Administration to force 80 million Americans to take a vaccine or lose their jobs.

00:01:07.000 And my company didn't have to sue to stop it.

00:01:09.000 When Donald Trump was president, we didn't have 40-year highs in inflation and decreasing real wages.

00:01:14.000 When Donald Trump was president, we didn't have a federal attempt to teach children that boys can be girls and vice versa, or to force taxpayers to subsidize abortion, or to target religious institutions for the great crime of upholding traditional Judeo-Christian values.

00:01:27.000 When Donald Trump was president, we didn't have an administration hell-bent on stymying the police in their attempts to fight crime, or an administration that values diversity and inclusion and wokeness above military readiness, all in the name of equity.

00:01:39.000 When Donald Trump was president, we did not have American businesses preparing to have their incomes robbed from them in the name of the biggest spending programs in American history.

00:01:46.000 When Donald Trump was president, we didn't have unconstitutional attempts to simply wipe away student loan debt, or a Department of Justice dedicated to the targeting of political opposition.

00:01:55.000 When Donald Trump was president, the world was not on fire.

00:01:57.000 When Donald Trump was president, we did not cut and run in the face of 8th century barbarians in Afghanistan who blew up 13 American soldiers, hunted down our allies, and re-established Al Qaeda bases.

00:02:07.000 When Donald Trump was president, peace was breaking out in the Middle East between Arab nations and Israel and Iran was in a box.

00:02:12.000 We certainly did not have a multi-front hot war between Iranian proxies and American allies, or American soldiers directly, and we weren't trying to pay billions in bribes to the Iranian mullahs.

00:02:22.000 When Donald Trump was president, we didn't have a war in Ukraine.

00:02:24.000 When Donald Trump was president, we didn't have China threatening imminent blockade of Taiwan.

00:02:28.000 When Donald Trump was president, America was better off.

00:02:32.000 Now, as I've said, I will always be honest with you about Donald Trump.

00:02:35.000 He was not my first choice in the primaries.

00:02:37.000 He's a deeply flawed human.

00:02:39.000 I've been open in my criticisms of Trump on both character and policy, and I'm not going to stop criticizing Donald Trump when I disagree with him.

00:02:47.000 I always will be honest about that, and I always will.

00:02:49.000 That's my job.

00:02:50.000 It's the job of all Americans, because Donald Trump, as a presidential candidate, works for us.

00:02:55.000 But Donald Trump is the man standing between America and a second Joe Biden term.

00:03:00.000 And a second Joe Biden term means America is in dire, dire trouble.

00:03:03.000 It is that simple.

00:03:04.000 I encourage all of you who, like me, would have preferred another nominee for the GOP to recognize this is now a binary race.

00:03:10.000 It is Trump or it is Biden.

00:03:13.000 And unlike in 2016, we don't have to guess what a Trump administration will be.

00:03:17.000 We also don't have to guess what a Biden administration will be.

00:03:20.000 We know America cannot afford another term of Joe Biden, or perhaps more realistically, a Kamala Harris term.

00:03:27.000 Joe Biden is here to finish the job Barack Obama started of fundamentally transforming America into the image of the far left.

00:03:33.000 That cannot happen.

00:03:34.000 That's why I'm not just giving Donald Trump my vote.

00:03:36.000 I'm giving him my money.

00:03:37.000 Because this election matters.

00:03:39.000 And Donald Trump must be the next president of the United States.

00:03:43.000 We'll get to more on this in just one second.

00:03:44.000 First, with inflation on the rise, $20 barely gets you anything these days.

00:03:48.000 In most restaurants, you can't get a burger and fries for under that.

00:03:51.000 How about, like, at the gas pump?

00:03:52.000 Well, you might be able to get, like, a quarter of a gallon or something.

00:03:55.000 I mean, like, really, gas is getting very expensive.

00:03:57.000 But from my cell phone company, PeerTalk, you can get unlimited talk, text, plenty of 5G data for just $20 a month.

00:04:03.000 PeerTalk gives you the same quality of service as your current cell phone provider, but for half the cost.

00:04:07.000 I want to ensure you heard that.

00:04:08.000 This is top-tier coverage on America's most dependable 5G network for half the cost of other carriers.

00:04:12.000 The average family will save almost a thousand bucks a year, all with no contracts and no activation fees.

00:04:17.000 You can switch to PeerTalk with the phone and phone number you currently use, or you can take advantage of their great deals on the latest iPhones and Androids.

00:04:23.000 Making the switch is incredibly easy.

00:04:25.000 Their U.S.

00:04:25.000 customer service team can help you join Pure Talk in as little as 10 minutes.

00:04:29.000 Choose to spend your hard-earned money with a wireless company that shares your values, supports our military and veterans, a company that creates American jobs and refuses to advertise on fake news networks.

00:04:37.000 Don't spend another day spending ridiculous amounts of money on your phone plan.

00:04:40.000 Go to puretalk.com slash Shapiro.

00:04:42.000 Right now, my listeners can get an additional 50% off their very first month of coverage.

00:04:46.000 That's puretalk.com slash Shapiro.

00:04:49.000 Okay, so just another reason why Donald Trump has to be president of the United States is the Democratic Party's decision to cater to pro-Hamasniks in Dearborn, Michigan.

00:04:58.000 So yesterday, in the biggest news of the day, Chuck Schumer, who's the Senate Majority Leader, Pathetically enough, he called on Israel to hold new elections. 0.99

00:05:06.000 The reason he is doing this is because Democrats are trying to play an incredibly stupid game right now. 0.95

00:05:10.000 They believe that they need to win Michigan in order for Joe Biden to win the presidency. 0.98

00:05:14.000 And they believe there are enough Arab-American voters who like Hamas in Michigan, that if they somehow undercut Israel in its war against Hamas, they will win those Arab votes in Michigan and therefore have a shot at winning the election.

00:05:24.000 Because if they lose Michigan, it's over, by the way.

00:05:26.000 As the map currently stands, if Donald Trump wins both Nevada and Michigan, he wins the presidency.

00:05:31.000 And right now he's leading in Nevada and he's leading in Michigan.

00:05:32.000 By the way, he's also leading in Pennsylvania and Wisconsin, so they got a bigger problem on their hands than just Michigan.

00:05:37.000 But Democrats are figuring that they might be able to split the baby a little bit.

00:05:40.000 And what they're going to try to do here, and this has been obviously pushed by the Biden administration and Schumer is just doing their dirty work, they are trying to suggest to Jewish voters, who overwhelmingly historically have voted Democrat, not Orthodox voters like me, Orthodox voters vote 70-30, 80-20 for the Republicans, but Jewish voters broadly vote Democrat.

00:06:01.000 The thing that they are trying to do is they're trying to say that the reason that they are distancing themselves from Israel is not because they're somehow anti-Israel or pro-Hamas.

00:06:10.000 The reason they're doing this is they just don't like Bibi Netanyahu. 0.98

00:06:12.000 And what they are counting on is liberal Jews being stupid enough to believe that their opposition to Israeli policy is not about opposition to Israel. 1.00

00:06:21.000 It's about opposition to Netanyahu. 0.99

00:06:22.000 The reason this makes no sense on any sort of logical level, of course, is that Bibi Netanyahu is currently part of a war cabinet.

00:06:28.000 That war cabinet includes his prime opposition, Benny Gantz.

00:06:31.000 Of the opposition party.

00:06:32.000 If the elections were held today, Benny Gantz would be the prime minister.

00:06:35.000 Not only that, Benny Gantz would then do exactly what Bibi Netanyahu is doing.

00:06:39.000 There is zero dissent in Israel right now about whether Israel ought to go into Rafa and finish off Hamas.

00:06:45.000 This is not a matter of controversy in Israel.

00:06:47.000 There is widespread unanimity about exactly what has to happen to Hamas in the Gaza Strip.

00:06:51.000 But what the Biden administration has been trying to do is have it both ways.

00:06:55.000 They want to say to the Dearborn voters, well, sure, we're still providing some support to Israel, but we really hate Bibi Netanyahu.

00:07:01.000 So you got to believe us.

00:07:02.000 We're trying to hold him back.

00:07:03.000 That's us.

00:07:04.000 We're trying to.

00:07:04.000 If it weren't for us, he'd just be going hog wild.

00:07:07.000 And then they want to say to Jewish voters, I mean, sure, we're holding Israel back.

00:07:10.000 But the real reason we're holding Israel back is because we really hate Bibi. 0.92

00:07:13.000 And Bibi's so bad. 1.00

00:07:13.000 And you liberal Jewish voters, you don't like Bibi either. 1.00

00:07:15.000 That's the game that they're playing.

00:07:17.000 So Chuck Schumer tried to play this game yesterday on the floor of the Senate.

00:07:21.000 In which he engaged in something I've never seen an American politician of his rank engage in ever with regard to a foreign ally.

00:07:28.000 Ever.

00:07:29.000 Britain, France, Poland, Spain, like nowhere have I ever seen that.

00:07:33.000 I've never seen a top-level American politician Say with regard to an American ally overseas that we are calling for new elections in order to oust the current sitting prime minister or president of that country.

00:07:46.000 I've never heard anything like it.

00:07:48.000 It really is remarkable.

00:07:49.000 And that's what Schumer did yesterday.

00:07:50.000 So Schumer gets up there and he blames Netanyahu for the violence, which again is insane.

00:07:56.000 There was no violence in the Gaza Strip from Israel until Hamas decided to cross the border between the Gaza Strip and Israel, slaughter 1,200 people, mass rape women, kill babies, and then take 250 hostages back into the Gaza Strip and not surrender.

00:08:09.000 But here is Schumer again trying to go after Netanyahu.

00:08:13.000 The Netanyahu coalition no longer fits the needs of Israel after October 7th.

00:08:20.000 The world has changed radically since then, and the Israeli people are being stifled right now by a governing vision that is stuck in the past.

00:08:32.000 Nobody expects Prime Minister Netanyahu to do the things that must be done to break the cycle of violence, to preserve Israel's credibility on the world stage, and to work towards a two-state solution.

00:08:47.000 If he were to disavow Ministers Smotrik and Ben-Gavir and kick them out of his governing coalition, that would be a real meaningful step forward.

00:08:56.000 But regrettably, there's no reason to believe Prime Minister Netanyahu would do that.

00:09:01.000 He won't disavow Ministers Smotryk and Ben-Gavir in their calls for Israelis to drive Palestinians out of Gaza and the West Bank.

00:09:09.000 He won't commit to a military operation in Rafah that prioritizes protecting civilian life.

00:09:15.000 He won't engage responsibly in discussions about a day after plan for Gaza and a long-term, and a longer term- Okay, so he's criticizing Netanyahu here?

00:09:24.000 Benny Gantz wouldn't do any of these things either.

00:09:26.000 Benny Gantz is not going to simply suggest that the Palestinian Authority ought to be in charge of the Gaza Strip.

00:09:32.000 What's amazing here is that Schumer is saying, well, Israel needs a new election.

00:09:35.000 Okay, first of all, Israel holds an election like every five minutes.

00:09:37.000 Their last election was in November of 2022.

00:09:40.000 And before that, they'd had five elections in four years.

00:09:43.000 One thing I noticed that Schumer didn't do is call for an election in the Gaza Strip or in the West Bank for the Palestinians who have not held an election since 2005.

00:09:51.000 The reason that he's not calling for an election there is because if there were an election there, Hamas wins. 1.00

00:09:55.000 And he knows it.

00:09:56.000 And so does the Biden administration.

00:09:57.000 The last thing they want is democracy in the West Bank or Gaza Strip because it might actually validate the simple fact that the Palestinians in the West Bank and Gaza Strip do not want peace with Israel, are hell-bent on destroying the state of Israel, and would elect a government to demonstrate exactly that.

00:10:10.000 So instead, he is Pouring ire on Netanyahu's government.

00:10:14.000 Again, it's illogical on just a pure basic factual level.

00:10:18.000 It makes no sense.

00:10:19.000 Benny Gantz and the opposition are part of the current government in Israel.

00:10:22.000 The current government in Israel represents, if you include Gantz's party, it represents almost 80 seats in the Knesset out of 120.

00:10:29.000 This makes zero sense.

00:10:31.000 So here is Schumer calling for the replacement of elected officials.

00:10:34.000 Again, I've never seen anything remotely like this in American politics before.

00:10:37.000 The calling On the Israeli side, the U.S. 0.63

00:10:50.000 government should demand that Israel conduct itself with a future two-state solution in mind.

00:10:56.000 We should not be forced into a position of unequivocally supporting the actions of an Israeli government that include bigots who reject the idea of a Palestinian state.

00:11:10.000 Israel is a democracy.

00:11:13.000 Five months into this conflict, it is clear that Israelis need to take stock of the situation and ask, must we change course?

00:11:24.000 At this critical juncture, I believe a new election is the only way to allow for a healthy and open decision-making process about the future of Israel.

00:11:36.000 You don't talk about imperialism.

00:11:37.000 That's imperialism right there.

00:11:41.000 Israelis are not protesting for a new election.

00:11:44.000 Israelis, by polling data, are not interested in a new election at this very moment.

00:11:47.000 There will be a new election, and Bibi will probably not do well unless, somehow, Democrats spur him into victory by opposition to him. 0.97

00:11:55.000 How do you know that this is so crazy and ridiculous? 0.52

00:11:58.000 This is so crazy that Benny Gantz, who is, again, the leader of the opposition, who, if an election were held today, would probably be Prime Minister of Israel, he came out against Schumer. 0.94

00:12:07.000 Benny Gantz said that Schumer was, quote, a friend of Israel who helps us a lot, including recently, but he made a mistake in his speech.

00:12:13.000 Quote, Israel is a strong democracy.

00:12:14.000 Only its citizens will determine its leadership in future.

00:12:17.000 Any external intervention in the matter is incorrect and unacceptable.

00:12:21.000 That, of course, again, that is Bibi's opposition in Israel.

00:12:25.000 What Schumer is doing has nothing to do with the best thing for America or for Israel.

00:12:30.000 It has to do with what's the best thing for Joe Biden in Michigan.

00:12:33.000 That's all this is.

00:12:35.000 As many people have joked before, the two-state solution for Joe Biden is not Israel and a Palestinian state.

00:12:40.000 A two-state solution for Joe Biden is Michigan and Minnesota.

00:12:43.000 Both states with heavy Muslim populations.

00:12:45.000 So Schumer later in the day tried to walk it back a little bit.

00:12:48.000 He said, the U.S.

00:12:48.000 cannot dictate the outcome of an election.

00:12:50.000 That is for the Israeli public to decide.

00:12:52.000 As a democracy, Israel has the right to choose its own leaders.

00:12:54.000 But the important thing is that Israelis are given a choice.

00:12:56.000 There needs to be a fresh debate about the future.

00:12:58.000 Oh, thanks for trying to walk that one back.

00:13:00.000 You literally called for an election in which the United States would effectively cut off support for Israel, depending on whether Israel elected people that you like.

00:13:10.000 And again, the people that Joe Biden supposedly likes would pursue precisely the same policy in Rafa that they're currently pursuing.

00:13:16.000 Benning Gantz is traveling around the state of Israel right now telling people that the operations in Rafa are imminent.

00:13:23.000 It's totally crazy!

00:13:25.000 We'll get some more on this in just a second.

00:13:26.000 First, did you know that 85% of the beef sold in your local grocery store is actually imported?

00:14:25.000 Here's Mitch McConnell going after Chuck Schumer for this insanity. 0.89

00:14:28.000 It is grotesque and hypocritical for Americans who hyperventilate about foreign interference 0.88

00:14:37.000 in our own democracy to call for the removal of a democratically elected leader of Israel. 0.91

00:14:45.000 This is unprecedented.

00:14:49.000 We should not treat fellow democracies this way at all.

00:14:54.000 Things that upset left-wing activists are not a prime minister's policies.

00:15:00.000 They're Israel's policies. 0.79

00:15:04.000 Make no mistake, the Democratic Party doesn't have an anti-Bibi problem.

00:15:10.000 It has an anti-Israel problem.

00:15:15.000 Israel is not a colony of America whose leaders serve at the pleasure of the party in power in Washington.

00:15:24.000 Only Israel's citizens should have a say in who runs their government. 0.98

00:15:32.000 This is the very definition of democracy and sovereignty.

00:15:36.000 Either we respect their decisions or we disrespect their democracy.

00:15:45.000 Okay, so again, what this is really about for the Biden administration has nothing to do with Netanyahu. 0.99

00:15:49.000 And this is just another reason why Joe Biden is a garbage president with a garbage administration. 0.96

00:15:53.000 He is deploying Secretary of State Anthony Blinken to now say that the number one job for Israel in Gaza is protecting civilians. 0.99

00:16:00.000 Actually, no, that's the number two job.

00:16:01.000 The number one job is destroying Hamas. 0.78

00:16:04.000 That is the number one job.

00:16:05.000 Because if Hamas is not destroyed, all the civilians in Gaza will live under the thumb of a terrorist group for the foreseeable future, and Israel will come under attack again, and there will be more warfare.

00:16:16.000 The idea that it's Israel's number one job to protect civilians as opposed to a high priority that lands just below killing members of Hamas and preventing the threat against its homeland?

00:16:25.000 Honest to God, there's no way that Tony Blinken would say this about any foreign conflict involving an American ally.

00:16:32.000 What would Tony Blinken say about Ukraine?

00:16:33.000 It's Ukraine's number one job to protect Russian civilians?

00:16:36.000 Is that literally the number one thing he would say?

00:16:38.000 Of course he would never say that, because it's insane!

00:16:41.000 But here's Tony Blinken doing this routine.

00:16:42.000 Again, this is all about Joe Biden moving to the radical left in order to win votes in Michigan.

00:16:47.000 It's not going to help him, by the way, because he's abandoning the moderate voters who brung him.

00:16:53.000 Where there's a will, there's a way.

00:16:55.000 We look to the government of Israel to make sure that this is a priority.

00:17:01.000 Protecting civilians, getting people the assistance they need.

00:17:06.000 That has to be job number one, even as they do what is necessary to defend the country and to deal with the threat posed by Hamas. 0.83

00:17:15.000 There's nothing stupider than saying something like, where there's a will, there's a way, with regard to insoluble problems. 0.99

00:17:20.000 It's like, you have cancer. 0.99

00:17:22.000 Okay, well, where there's a will, there's a way.

00:17:24.000 That's not how this works.

00:17:25.000 That is not how this works.

00:17:27.000 You think that if Israel couldn't get aid to the civilians without risking its own troops, that somehow it wouldn't do that?

00:17:32.000 Of course it would do that!

00:17:34.000 Israel is currently shipping hundreds of food trucks into the Gaza Strip.

00:17:37.000 Like, as we speak, right now, they're flooding Gaza with aid.

00:17:41.000 The problem is that Hamas is stealing all of it and then shooting the civilians who are attempting to get it.

00:17:46.000 It's totally wild, but again, this is all politicking.

00:17:49.000 It's all politicking.

00:17:51.000 And that politicking makes the world a much more dangerous place.

00:17:53.000 Because remember, appeasing Hamas means appeasing Iran. 0.93

00:17:55.000 Iran is currently causing the Houthis to attack American allied shipping in the Red Sea.

00:18:01.000 A huge percentage of shipping that used to go through the Red Sea is now going around the south tip of Africa, the Cape of Good Hope.

00:18:09.000 And that is a massive problem because it makes everything much more expensive for everybody.

00:18:13.000 What's going to happen when oil supplies get threatened from that region in terms of shipping?

00:18:17.000 Which is what's happening right now by the Houthis.

00:18:19.000 What happens when Iran incentivizes Hezbollah to go hot on Israel's northern border?

00:18:24.000 You think you're seeing wreckage now?

00:18:26.000 Wait until Israel has to go north. 0.97

00:18:28.000 And meanwhile, the Biden administration is happily pushing all of this crap, specifically in order to try to buy off the constituents of Rashida Tlaib. 0.98

00:18:35.000 It's totally insane. 0.95

00:18:37.000 By the way, Joe Biden is now telling Israel what kind of Rafah campaign it could support, and of course, it's the kind of campaign that magically exists in Joe Biden's brain and nowhere else.

00:18:46.000 According to Politico, senior U.S.

00:18:47.000 officials have told their Israeli counterparts the Biden administration would support Israel going after high-value Hamas targets in and underneath Rafah, as long as Israel avoids a large-scale invasion that could fracture the alliance.

00:18:58.000 Okay, so if they can magically use their magic wand to kill Hamas members without actually having to do anything, I'm sure Israel's all for it. 0.98

00:19:04.000 And then again, it's all virtue signaling from the Biden administration to the far left.

00:19:10.000 The Biden administration is now putting sanctions not on Palestinian terrorists in the West Bank, but on Israeli settlers in the West Bank.

00:19:18.000 They have promulgated regulations that are specifically designed to effectively target any administration in Israel that does not preemptively surrender land to the Palestinian Authority or Hamas.

00:19:31.000 They've been doing this for months.

00:19:32.000 They're just prepping the groundwork for all that.

00:19:33.000 Meanwhile, they're signing billions of dollars in checks to the actual Iranians right now. 0.86

00:19:40.000 I mean, just yesterday, the Biden administration decided that it was going to greenlight the payment of $10 billion, the release of sanction money, $10 billion to Iran in the middle of this war.

00:19:53.000 All this is patently insane.

00:19:54.000 Again, just another reason why Joe Biden cannot and should not win another term as President of the United States.

00:20:00.000 He is a full-scale disaster area. 0.99

00:20:03.000 Okay, meanwhile, speaking of idiotic, anti-Semitic nonsense, there is a theory that's going around now about this ban on TikTok that is totally absurd and insane. 1.00

00:20:13.000 I need to talk about it for a moment. 0.99

00:20:16.000 There's a ban on TikTok in the United States.

00:20:18.000 It is not a ban on the use of TikTok if TikTok is not owned by China.

00:20:22.000 To call it a TikTok ban is actually a bit of a misnomer.

00:20:24.000 What the bill does, and I've read the bill, what the bill actually says is that companies that are owned and controlled by China, Iran, Russia, and North Korea, foreign-controlled entities, foreign adversary-controlled entities as defined by law, that companies that are controlled by those entities Should be forced to divest of their foreign ownership to operate inside the United States in the social media sphere.

00:20:48.000 Right?

00:20:48.000 That's what the bill says.

00:20:50.000 It doesn't say that the federal government can take over X. It doesn't say the federal government can take over Facebook or Apple or any American-owned company that is controlled by Americans.

00:20:58.000 It doesn't even say that America can do that to an allied country, an allied-owned company that is owned by, say, the Brits or something.

00:21:06.000 It says specifically those four countries.

00:21:08.000 That's what the bill says.

00:21:10.000 We'll get to more on this in just a moment.

00:21:11.000 First, it's important to realize that for most of our global community, the question of where their next meal will come from is a consistent and pressing concern.

00:21:18.000 This urgency is a reality for many, even if it's not a thought that crosses your mind or my mind all that often.

00:21:23.000 Behind the staggering statistics about food insecurity among the most vulnerable kids, there are individual stories like Brandon's.

00:21:29.000 Little Brandon and his family live in a rural city in Guatemala.

00:21:32.000 His mom tries to care for him and his little brother as best she can, but it's not enough.

00:21:35.000 Earning a living is hard where they live.

00:21:36.000 Accessing food is even harder.

00:21:38.000 This is the predicament for kids all over the world.

00:21:41.000 When these kids get sick from hunger, their bodies become weak.

00:21:43.000 Something as simple as a bronchial infection could be devastating.

00:21:46.000 Every dollar you give translates into meals, nourishment, and a chance for a better tomorrow.

00:21:50.000 Thanks to a Meal for Meal match, a donation of $80 can feed 2 kids for an entire year.

00:21:54.000 $160 would feed 4 kids.

00:21:55.000 $320 would feed 8 kids.

00:21:58.000 When you donate to Food for the Poor, you're not just giving, you're joining a collective effort.

00:22:01.000 It's a shared responsibility to ensure no one, like Brandon, goes to bed hungry.

00:22:06.000 Donate right now by texting Ben Shapiro to 51555 or by visiting foodforthepoor.org slash Shapiro.

00:22:12.000 That's Ben Shapiro to 51555 or foodforthepoor.org slash Shapiro.

00:22:17.000 So here is the going theory.

00:22:18.000 Here's the going antisemitic conspiracy theory.

00:22:20.000 And it is an antisemitic conspiracy theory.

00:22:22.000 The theory is the only reason that Congress overwhelmingly passed this bill is to help

00:22:27.000 Israel and it's all about the Jews. 0.97

00:22:32.000 So here is the theory.

00:22:33.000 The theory is that because TikTok has been wildly pro-Hamas, which overall it has, the 0.86

00:22:37.000 amount of pro-Hamas material on TikTok is absolutely overwhelming.

00:22:41.000 That because of that, that is what convinced Congress people at the behest of the Jews to now pass this attempt to ban foreign ownership of TikTok. 0.91

00:22:51.000 Now again, it wouldn't actually ban TikTok.

00:22:52.000 If China sells its stake in TikTok to any sort of owner that is not from China, North Korea, Iran, or Russia, it will continue to operate the same way on your phone as it always has.

00:23:04.000 But the theory is, again, that this is all spurred, this is all spurred by the fact that TikTok is promoting messages that are anti-Israel, or that there was a moment when a bunch of people on TikTok were praising Osama bin Laden that was being pushed by China, because China obviously controls the algorithm, and that's bad.

00:23:23.000 So the idea is, no, no, no, no.

00:23:25.000 It's being promoted.

00:23:27.000 The Jews don't want people to believe in Hamas and be pro-bin Laden, and that's why the Jews made this happen. 1.00

00:23:33.000 And to prove this, they've been trafficking around a clip of Jonathan Greenblatt from the Anti-Defamation League.

00:23:39.000 And folks, you know my criticisms of the ADL.

00:23:41.000 I believe that the ADL has largely become a tool of the political left.

00:23:44.000 I've criticized it strenuously on this program.

00:23:46.000 But the clip that they are playing of Jonathan Greenblatt does not actually call for the divestment of TikTok.

00:23:51.000 So they play a clip of Jonathan Greenblatt talking about TikTok and talking about how basically Generation Z is turning anti-Semitic and anti-Israel, and TikTok is an element of that.

00:24:01.000 Which is true.

00:24:03.000 And then he says, there should be an attempt by people who care about this to start a social media program like Taglit, which would be Birthright Israel, in order to compete with that.

00:24:10.000 He doesn't even call for the censorship of TikTok, but they've been trafficking that quote around to try and claim that basically Jonathan Greenblatt and the ADL forced 350 American Congress people to vote in favor of divesting from TikTok. 0.99

00:24:22.000 Now, there are a million reasons why this is unbelievably stupid. 0.85

00:24:25.000 Let's start with the simple fact that TikTok is banned in a variety of countries. 0.98

00:24:30.000 TikTok, for example, is banned in China.

00:24:31.000 Is that because of the Jews? 0.99

00:24:33.000 TikTok, for example, cannot upload videos outside of Russia into Russia.

00:24:38.000 Russia only allows videos uploaded in Russia from Russia because it believes that foreign adversaries might actually try to use TikTok as a tool against Russia.

00:24:47.000 India has banned TikTok since 2020 in order to, quote, protect the data and privacy of its 1.3 billion citizens.

00:24:53.000 Obviously, India must be controlled by the Jews. 1.00

00:24:56.000 Pakistan, obviously a very pro-Jewish nation.

00:25:00.000 They have been banning TikTok on and off since 2020 for promoting what they call immoral, obscene, and vulgar content, which, of course, TikTok is.

00:25:06.000 TikTok has promoted the trans agenda in the United States like no other outlet.

00:25:10.000 By far, it is not close.

00:25:13.000 And I seem to recall Donald Trump in 2020 promulgating an executive order to ban TikTok on American government devices.

00:25:21.000 By executive order.

00:25:22.000 Because he couldn't do it by legislation to ban it broadly.

00:25:24.000 So instead he said you can't use it on American devices.

00:25:26.000 Again, I've said before, I'm supporting Donald Trump.

00:25:29.000 Obviously.

00:25:30.000 I agree with Donald Trump circa 2020 about TikTok rather than Donald Trump circa 2024 about TikTok.

00:25:34.000 Here is the executive order that Donald Trump promulgated in 2020.

00:25:37.000 Quote, TikTok, a video-sharing mobile application owned by the Chinese company ByteDance, has reportedly been downloaded over 175 million times in the United States and over 1 billion times globally.

00:25:47.000 TikTok automatically captures vast swaths of information from its users, including internet and other network activity information, such as location data and browsing and search history.

00:25:55.000 This data collection threatens to allow the Chinese Communist Party access to Americans' personal and proprietary information, potentially allowing China to track the locations.

00:26:03.000 Of federal employees and contractors build dossiers of personal information for blackmail and conduct corporate espionage.

00:26:09.000 TikTok also reportedly censors content that the Chinese Communist Party deems politically sensitive, such as content concerning protests in Hong Kong and China's treatment of Uyghurs and other Muslim minorities.

00:26:18.000 This mobile application may also be used for disinformation campaigns that benefit the Chinese Communist Party, unquote.

00:26:23.000 That is Donald Trump.

00:26:24.000 Executive order, circa 2020.

00:26:26.000 Obviously, the Jews from 2024 made this happen. 1.00

00:26:29.000 They had the Jew time machine. 1.00

00:26:30.000 They went back and they told Donald Trump what to do in August of 2020 on this one.

00:26:34.000 Also, the Jews who are totally, obviously, in control of the European Commission and European Council caused the Europeans to ban TikTok from official devices in 2023. 0.99

00:26:42.000 So this is an incredibly stupid theory. 0.99

00:26:45.000 I'll add one other point on top of this incredibly stupid theory. 1.00

00:26:47.000 The chief proponent of opposing this bill, the number one opponent of this bill, is a man named Jeff Yass. 0.99

00:26:55.000 Jeff Yass gave about a million dollars to the Trump campaign.

00:26:58.000 He is a big investor in TikTok.

00:27:00.000 His stake in TikTok is worth apparently about $33 billion.

00:27:03.000 So it's a very, very sizable stake in TikTok.

00:27:06.000 Jeff Yass has also given a bunch of money to, for example, Rand Paul.

00:27:11.000 He's donated tens of millions of dollars over the years to Rand Paul, who also opposes the ban on TikTok.

00:27:17.000 Jeff Yass is a Jew. 0.94

00:27:19.000 Jeff Yass happens to be a very pro-Israel Jew.

00:27:22.000 So, in other words, the chief proponent of TikTok being continued to be under the control of ByteDance, which is the Chinese-owned company and Chinese-controlled company, the chief proponent of that is a pro-Israel Jew. 0.79

00:27:35.000 So you're gonna have to make me a case as to why exactly it's the Jews who are responsible for the ban on TikTok when literally the leading antagonist of the bill is a pro-Israel Jew named Jeff Yaz.

00:27:46.000 None of this makes any sense.

00:27:47.000 But again, when you're an anti-Semite, anything can be blamed on the Jews.

00:27:50.000 Anything up to and including a ban on TikTok in the United States.

00:27:54.000 We'll get to more on this momentarily.

00:27:55.000 First, are you struggling with back taxes or unfiled returns this year?

00:27:58.000 The IRS is escalating collections by adding 20,000 new agents.

00:28:02.000 Oh, goody.

00:28:03.000 In these challenging times, your best defense, you need to use Tax Network USA.

00:28:06.000 Along with hiring thousands of new agents and field officers, the IRS has kicked off 2024 by sending over 5 million pay-up letters to those who have unfiled tax returns or balances owed.

00:28:15.000 These folks are not your friends.

00:28:17.000 Do not waive your rights and speak with these agents independently without backup. 1.00

00:28:20.000 That would be stupid.

00:28:20.000 Instead, Tax Network USA, a trusted tax relief firm, is the solution.

00:28:51.000 Turn to Tax Network USA.

00:28:53.000 Find your path to financial peace of mind.

00:28:55.000 That's tnusa.com slash Shapiro.

00:28:58.000 Now, there can be good arguments in favor of opposing the bill.

00:29:03.000 There are some interesting arguments.

00:29:05.000 You can say the bill is overbroad.

00:29:07.000 I've seen that argument made.

00:29:08.000 I don't tend to agree with it, but I can at least see the argument.

00:29:11.000 I've heard people make a First Amendment argument.

00:29:13.000 I don't see that in the bill, but at least it's an argument. 0.98

00:29:16.000 The argument that is full-on stupid and ridiculous, however, is the argument that the reason that the government is voting this way, the reason that the Democrats and Republicans are voting this way is because of Jewish control or outside, nefarious, conspiratorial control, that that's why this is happening. 0.99

00:29:32.000 It's ridiculous. 1.00

00:29:34.000 That is a ridiculous, ridiculous thing. 0.98

00:29:36.000 The reason that this is happening is because China is an adversary of the United States that has been using TikTok as a giant psy-op against the U.S. 0.97

00:29:41.000 people while at the same time grabbing their information.

00:29:45.000 Here was the TikTok CEO just yesterday avoiding all questions about Chinese ownership of ByteDance.

00:29:50.000 Mr. Chu, can you say with 100% certainty that the Chinese government does not have any influence over TikTok?

00:29:57.000 Mr. Chu, does the Chinese government have influence over TikTok?

00:30:01.000 Yes or no?

00:30:04.000 Mr. Chu, can you promise the American people that the Chinese government does not have influence over TikTok?

00:30:11.000 Mr. Chu, doesn't it say everything that you cannot promise the American people that the Chinese government does not have influence over TikTok?

00:30:18.000 It should be a simple and easy answer.

00:30:21.000 Thank you.

00:30:22.000 And he is not answering that question because we all know the answer to that question.

00:30:25.000 And that's the reason why there's bipartisan support for the ban on TikTok.

00:30:28.000 It's like the one area of bipartisan support in the United States is opposition to China's nefarious plans.

00:30:33.000 I know this because I know many of the congressmen on both sides who are involved in this particular bill.

00:30:38.000 By the way, both sides on this bill includes people like Josh Hawley, who's a populist from Missouri, who's one of the first senators to applaud the House vote on the bill.

00:30:50.000 He says that he thinks it's unlikely that it passes in the Senate.

00:30:53.000 He says I'd be fine taking up the House bill verbatim.

00:30:55.000 If folks want to take it up and amend it, we can.

00:30:57.000 My observation is people say I agree with the idea in principle but have concerns.

00:31:00.000 That basically means we should never do anything.

00:31:03.000 What we're likely to see happen in the Senate is people will nickel and dime it a death by a thousand cuts.

00:31:07.000 Nothing big tech doesn't want moves across the Senate floor.

00:31:11.000 His main security concern is, of course, the data.

00:31:14.000 China, by the way, has come out screaming mad about this, saying that effectively they would rather kill TikTok than sell it, which demonstrates, once again, this is a Chinese propaganda app.

00:31:23.000 Because if you are forced to the choice between selling your app for, you know, billions of dollars and shutting it down, China apparently would rather shut it down, which demonstrates exactly what this thing is. 0.97

00:31:33.000 So again, lots of stupid theories out there on the interwebs and a lot of people who believe some pretty disgusting things. 0.92

00:31:41.000 Okay, meanwhile, Speaking of the presidential race, Joe Biden is currently losing to Donald Trump in Arizona. 0.99

00:31:48.000 He is currently losing to Donald Trump in Pennsylvania, apparently.

00:31:51.000 These are the latest polls, according to Breitbart.

00:31:54.000 According to the Fox News polls in Arizona, as well as Pennsylvania, a head-to-head race shows 49% for Trump and Biden taking 45% in Arizona.

00:32:04.000 Meanwhile, when you move on over to Pennsylvania, Trump has a narrow 49 to 47 percentage point advantage over Joe Biden.

00:32:14.000 If the election were held today, Donald Trump would win somewhere in the neighborhood of 330 votes in the electoral college.

00:32:21.000 Right now, in the RealClearPolitics polling average, Donald Trump is currently leading in Wisconsin, Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Nevada, like all of them.

00:32:29.000 The closest of those states, by the way, is Pennsylvania.

00:32:33.000 But he's leading by a fairly solid margin in Michigan.

00:32:36.000 He's up three and a half points in Michigan in the real court politics polling average.

00:32:39.000 He's up five in Arizona, five in Georgia, five in North Carolina, five in Nevada.

00:32:44.000 Again, if there were no toss-up states and just held the election today, Donald Trump would be president of the United States again.

00:32:49.000 And that makes perfect sense, as we've been talking about.

00:32:52.000 Joe Biden is a terrible president.

00:32:54.000 Once again, I think there's another shoe that's left to drop here.

00:32:57.000 So I have a theory with regard to politics, and I call it the Chekhov theory of politics.

00:33:01.000 So, Anton Chekhov, famous playwright, he had a basic rule about his plays.

00:33:07.000 famously called Chekhov's rule, the basic idea was that if there is a gun above the mantelpiece

00:33:12.000 in act one of a play, it must be used by the end of act two.

00:33:15.000 And people have taken that as like a writer's tip, right? Don't plant something unless you're

00:33:20.000 going to use it. I think that when it comes to politics, that is more descriptive than prescriptive.

00:33:27.000 Meaning it's not that you should write it that way, it's that that's what will happen. Joe

00:33:31.000 Biden's health has been a gun lying on the mantelpiece for literally years at this point.

00:33:36.000 It will end up being used by the end of Act II.

00:33:39.000 I think that there is at least a 50% chance that you're going to see a serious health incident with Joe Biden.

00:33:43.000 I don't wish it on him.

00:33:45.000 He's the President of the United States.

00:33:46.000 I wish him health.

00:33:47.000 With that said, that man is ailing and it is clear that he is ailing and his handlers know that he's ailing.

00:33:52.000 Here he was yesterday.

00:33:53.000 He literally had to be dragged away by his handlers.

00:33:55.000 He's like, I want to answer some questions and handlers are like shooing the reporters out of the room because they don't want him answering questions.

00:34:03.000 We're gonna take a few questions.

00:34:06.000 Thank you, Pat!

00:34:09.000 Thank you so much!

00:34:10.000 See, I take a few questions, and they say, we're gonna take a few questions, and they're the handlers.

00:34:14.000 They're like, nope, nope, nope, nope, nope!

00:34:15.000 Get out of here, reporters! 0.95

00:34:16.000 See you later! 0.99

00:34:17.000 Bye!

00:34:18.000 What do they know that we don't?

00:34:19.000 Or, rather, what do they know that we do?

00:34:22.000 Are you coming up?

00:34:23.000 We'll get to the Biden campaign's take on whether there will be any debates with Donald Trump.

00:34:27.000 We'll get to that in just one second, but first, one year ago, Hershey's announced a man would be leading their Women's Day campaign.

00:34:33.000 Our response?

00:34:34.000 In 24 hours, we launched Jeremy's Chocolate, because you should be able to buy delicious chocolate from a company that doesn't hate your values.

00:34:40.000 To celebrate one year, Jeremy's Chocolate is giving one year's worth of chocolate away.

00:34:44.000 Ooh, goody.

00:34:45.000 To enter, simply purchase one Jeremy's Chocolate product.

00:34:49.000 So with Joe Biden ailing and trailing in the polls, what are the chances he actually does a debate with Donald Trump?

00:35:06.000 His campaign is pretty much saying nothing about it because obviously the answer is they will not put him on a stage with Trump.

00:35:11.000 It would be a huge mistake for them to put him on a stage with Trump.

00:35:15.000 Here was the Biden campaign refusing to answer the question.

00:35:19.000 The former president has said that he wants to debate the president anytime, anywhere, under any conditions, with any moderator.

00:35:26.000 Will the president take him up on that?

00:35:29.000 I think it's really funny that Donald Trump keeps saying things from Truth Social when he just stays in the basement of Mar-a-Lago.

00:35:35.000 I don't think he's done any campaigning this week while the president's been out there.

00:35:39.000 But look, Major, the president is traveling the country, talking to the voters who will decide this election.

00:35:45.000 We haven't had the conversation about something that may happen in August, but what I can say is the debate plays out.

00:35:51.000 Every time Joe Biden talks about what he is fighting for and what Donald Trump is fighting for, which is bad, it's rejected, it's toxic, and it's not the American way.

00:36:00.000 Okay, the way you know Biden is losing is when one candidate is opposing the other candidate of running a basement strategy.

00:36:06.000 The candidate who's doing the accusation is losing.

00:36:08.000 We know this from 2020 because Trump was doing this with Biden.

00:36:11.000 Trump was telling Biden, you're running a basement strategy, come out and fight me like a man.

00:36:14.000 And Biden's like, I'm watching Matlock.

00:36:17.000 And then Biden won.

00:36:18.000 So right now, if Trump runs the basement strategy, this is the great irony.

00:36:21.000 If Trump goes to the basement and stays there until the election, he will be the president of the United States again, especially given the fact that all the legal cases seem to be falling apart.

00:36:29.000 According to MSNBC, Judge Scott McAfee has now ruled in Georgia that Fulton County District Attorney Fannie Willis and her office can continue to prosecute Trump and his co-defendants, but only if Special Prosecutor Nathan Wade steps down.

00:36:40.000 So you'll remember that Fannie Willis was schtipping Nathan Wade, and there's all sorts of fiscal impropriety and conflict of interest problems for Fannie Willis.

00:36:47.000 On appeal, this case gets tossed.

00:36:50.000 I mean, if this case goes forward and if Fannie Willis even secures a conviction, which is doubtful, even if she were able to do that, this now gets tossed on appeal because the judge split the baby.

00:36:58.000 In the Friday ruling, McAfee wrote that the defense had failed to meet its burden, proving Willis, quote, acquired an actual conflict of interest in this case through her personal relationship and recurring travels with her lead prosecutor.

00:37:08.000 But then the judge said, that this highlighted a significant appearance

00:37:11.000 of impropriety that affects the current structure of the prosecution team,

00:37:14.000 an appearance that must be removed through the state's selection of one of the two options.

00:37:18.000 So either Willis has to step aside or Wade has to step aside.

00:37:23.000 But again, on appeal, if it appears to be a problem so much so that somebody has to leave,

00:37:29.000 why would that not be an appealable issue?

00:37:31.000 At this point, I'm becoming increasingly doubtful that any of these cases are gonna come to trial

00:37:38.000 before the actual election.

00:37:40.000 Which means, leg up to Trump, for sure.

00:37:43.000 And meanwhile, the Biden campaign continues to get more and more radical.

00:37:46.000 So yesterday, Joe Biden released a statement about a person named Next Benedict.

00:37:50.000 You'll remember the case of Next Benedict.

00:37:52.000 Next Benedict was a young girl, a teenage girl, who died under what were treated as criminal circumstances.

00:38:02.000 Next Benedict was a 16-year-old who claimed to be gender non-binary, but was in fact a girl.

00:38:07.000 And originally, the media reported that Next Benedict was effectively beat to death on campus by a bunch of transphobe girls in the girls' bathroom.

00:38:15.000 And then it turned out that pretty much every element of this story was a lie.

00:38:18.000 So, for example, Next Benedict was actually on tape.

00:38:21.000 She went to the hospital with her family after she got in a fight.

00:38:24.000 And on tape, she effectively said that she started the fight with the other girls.

00:38:31.000 So I went up there and I poured water on him, and then all three of them came at me.

00:38:37.000 Pouring the water, because I'm trying to get this in my mind so I see... I had a water bottle.

00:38:43.000 Thank you.

00:38:44.000 Where did you get this water?

00:38:45.000 Was it a cup you found?

00:38:46.000 Was it your water bottle?

00:38:48.000 It's my... Your daily water bottle you'd carry around?

00:38:50.000 I think it was a plastic water bottle.

00:38:52.000 Okay, fair enough.

00:38:53.000 Okay, so you squirted him with water, threw water on him, whatever it was.

00:38:56.000 Okay.

00:38:57.000 Then at that point what happened?

00:39:01.000 They came at me, they grabbed onto my hair, I grabbed onto them, I threw one of them into a paper towel dispenser, and then they got my legs out from under me and got me on the ground.

00:39:11.000 Okay.

00:39:14.000 And then my friend's trying to jump in and help, but I'm not sure I blacked out.

00:39:18.000 This is obviously a troubled teen, she started a fight, and she didn't die of head trauma.

00:39:22.000 She did not die because of the fight.

00:39:24.000 As it turns out, the final autopsy showed that she died of toxicity from diphenhydramine, which is an antihistamine, and fluoxetine, which is an antidepressant medication.

00:39:37.000 The medical examiner called it a suicide.

00:39:40.000 So this was a drug-induced suicide.

00:39:44.000 Ryan Walters, the state school superintendent, sent the Oklahoman a statement, quote, The loss of our student in Owasso is tragic for the family, the community, and our state.

00:39:50.000 The LGBTQ groups pushing a false narrative are one of the biggest threats to our democracy. 1.00

00:39:54.000 I remain more than ever committed to never backing down from a woke mob.

00:39:57.000 That is correct, the state's superintendent.

00:39:59.000 Now, again, you'll remember that an Oklahoma lawmaker, actually named Sean Cummings, actually blamed libs of TikTok and the state of Oklahoma for an ex-Benedict's death, despite the fact that an ex-Benedict, again, was a troubled teen who committed suicide.

00:40:13.000 Older girls don't just jump a 16-year-old in the bathroom for no apparent reason. 1.00

00:40:17.000 Especially when they're of the alphabet community. 1.00

00:40:20.000 Who you personally have attacked ever since you ran for office.

00:40:24.000 And you brought in the chief attacker of this.

00:40:27.000 Chaya Reichach.

00:40:28.000 Okay?

00:40:29.000 It's on you.

00:40:31.000 There is legal culpability here.

00:40:34.000 No Title IX was followed.

00:40:36.000 Teacher didn't turn it in.

00:40:37.000 Principal didn't turn it in.

00:40:40.000 Is it mandatory reporting?

00:40:42.000 Is that what it's called?

00:40:42.000 Mandatory?

00:40:43.000 Give me a nod if you're on the school board.

00:40:44.000 You should know.

00:40:45.000 Is it mandatory reporting for somebody to report a hate crime?

00:40:50.000 Is it mandatory?

00:40:51.000 Did I not tell you this was going to happen?

00:40:54.000 You emboldened these three girls yourself.

00:40:59.000 Chaya Raychak emboldened these three girls by being on the library board. 0.69

00:41:04.000 It's already difficult to be in high school.

00:41:06.000 It's very difficult to be different.

00:41:08.000 But when somebody's attacked for being different, this isn't even about the death part, because that's coming next.

00:41:13.000 And we'll see who gets charged and how many families lose their children to prison.

00:41:18.000 Okay, so this was all a lie.

00:41:20.000 It wasn't Khaya Raychik that did this.

00:41:21.000 It wasn't the state of Oklahoma that did this.

00:41:23.000 And so Joe Biden put out a full statement on ex-Benedict.

00:41:25.000 Just remember, Joe Biden has never pronounced Lakin Riley's name correctly.

00:41:31.000 She was Lincoln Riley to Joe Biden at the State of the Union address.

00:41:35.000 The woman who was murdered by an illegal immigrant, and he downplayed her murder at the hands of an illegal immigrant by saying that it doesn't happen all that often.

00:41:40.000 When it comes to Nex Benedict, a person who committed suicide because she was obviously

00:41:45.000 in a state of depression, he put out a full statement on Twitter saying, quote, in memory

00:41:49.000 of Nex, we must recommit to our work to end discrimination and address the suicide crisis

00:41:53.000 impacting too many non-binary and transgender children. 0.99

00:41:57.000 Again, this is just propagandistic, absolute nonsense that's largely been debunked.

00:42:01.000 Quote, Jill and I are heartbroken by the recent loss of Next Benedict.

00:42:04.000 Every young person deserves to have the fundamental right and freedom to be who they are and feel safe and supported at school and in their communities.

00:42:09.000 Next Benedict, a kid who just wanted to be accepted, should still be here with us today.

00:42:13.000 So again, the idea is that all of society is responsible for Next Benedict's suicide, despite the fact that the original story is that she was beat to death by a bunch of transphobes in the bathroom, and it turns out she started the fight and actually OD'd. 0.60

00:42:25.000 Quote, non-binary and transgender people are some of the bravest Americans I know.

00:42:28.000 This is always the shtick that Biden uses.

00:42:30.000 So brave.

00:42:31.000 Like the 18-year-old storming the beaches in Normandy, declaring that you're a gender non-binary person to the cheers of the people on TikTok.

00:42:38.000 But nobody should have to be brave just to be themselves, says Joe Biden.

00:42:41.000 In memory of Next, we must all recommit to our work to end discrimination and address the suicide crisis impacting too many non-binary and transgender children.

00:42:48.000 Bullying is hurtful and cruel.

00:42:49.000 No one should face the bullying that Next did.

00:42:51.000 Okay, again.

00:42:52.000 The story that she was being bullied in the bathroom for no reason because of her non-binary status?

00:42:57.000 There is no evidence to support this to date.

00:43:01.000 Well, actually, that's not true.

00:43:02.000 You don't even love you exactly as you are all too often because you wish to change your body parts or pretend that you are not a member of the biological group to which you actually are a member.

00:43:07.000 But again, this is the radicalism of the Biden administration.

00:43:09.000 I feel so personal, know this, I will always have your back.

00:43:12.000 To LGBTQI plus minus divided by sign young people across the country, 0.94

00:43:15.000 you are loved exactly as you are.

00:43:17.000 Well, actually that's not true.

00:43:18.000 You don't even love you exactly as you are all too often because you wish to change your body parts

00:43:22.000 or pretend that you are not a member of the biological group

00:43:24.000 to which you actually are a member.

00:43:26.000 But again, this is the radicalism of the Biden administration,

00:43:28.000 super duper radical on these issues, even so much so that they are willing

00:43:33.000 to completely ignore fact patterns in order to promulgate a false narrative.

00:43:36.000 So just how radical is this administration?

00:43:38.000 Well, one, this administration is not promoting lies about the death of a teenager for political gain on the trans issue.

00:43:45.000 Kamala Harris literally visited an abortion clinic yesterday because the Democratic Party has moved very, very far from the origins of the Democratic Party on these issues.

00:43:53.000 From safe, legal, and rare, which was the Clintonian third-way slogan in the 90s, which acknowledged that Abortion was a moral evil at best.

00:44:02.000 And now it's shout your abortion.

00:44:03.000 Abortion is amazing. 0.92

00:44:04.000 Abortion is the guarantor of liberty. 0.78

00:44:06.000 Abortion is incredible.

00:44:07.000 It's not a tragic circumstance under any circumstance.

00:44:09.000 It's just it's a wonderful thing.

00:44:11.000 It's a wonderful freedom.

00:44:12.000 So Kamala Harris headed on over to an abortion clinic herself to champion abortion. 1.00

00:44:18.000 So I'm here at this health care clinic to uplift The work that is happening in Minnesota as an example of what true leadership looks like, which is to understand it is only right and fair that people have access to the health care they need.

00:44:39.000 And that they have access to health care in an environment Where they are treated with dignity and respect.

00:44:47.000 And please do understand that when we talk about a clinic such as this, it is absolutely about healthcare and reproductive healthcare.

00:44:57.000 So everyone get ready for the language.

00:44:59.000 Uterus.

00:45:03.000 That part of the body needs a lot of medical care from time to time.

00:45:07.000 That's not what they do there.

00:45:08.000 Issues like fibroids.

00:45:11.000 We can handle this.

00:45:14.000 Breast cancer screenings.

00:45:17.000 Contraceptive care.

00:45:18.000 That is the kind of thing that happens here.

00:45:21.000 In addition, of course, to abortion.

00:45:26.000 Oh, in addition, of course, to abortion care.

00:45:28.000 In addition, of course, to abortion care.

00:45:31.000 That's what it is.

00:45:32.000 So let me just point out that Planned Parenthood gains the stats.

00:45:36.000 Okay, the stats that Planned Parenthood puts out is they treat every single thing they do as a separate act in order so they can minimize the percentage of the services they provide, their actual abortion services.

00:45:46.000 What they will do is if you come in and you ask for a pamphlet, On contraceptive care.

00:45:50.000 And then you make an application for contraceptive.

00:45:53.000 And then you get the contraceptives.

00:45:54.000 That's three separate acts according to Planned Parenthood.

00:45:56.000 So they can pretend that one quarter of what they do is abortion. 1.00

00:45:59.000 Which is not true.

00:46:01.000 It is not true.

00:46:03.000 The vast, vast, vast majority of what Planned Parenthood does with regard to quote-unquote pregnancy services as in like over 90% is abortion.

00:46:14.000 What they pretend is that the abortion services Are like, equivalent, an abortion is equivalent to you asking for a pamphlet. 0.50

00:46:22.000 Which is ridiculous.

00:46:24.000 Rich Lowry wrote about this years ago in the New York Post.

00:46:28.000 He said such cracked reasoning could be used to obscure the purpose of any organization.

00:46:31.000 The sponsor of the New York City Marathon could count each small cup of water they hand out, some 2 million cups, compared with 45,000 runners, and say they are mainly in the hydration business.

00:46:39.000 Major League Baseball could say they sell 20 million hot dogs and play only 2,400 games in a season, so baseball is only 0.012% of what they do.

00:46:49.000 Okay, so she has to minimize. 1.00

00:46:52.000 Even when they're attempting to say that abortion is just the most wonderful thing in the world, they still have to minimize that that's actually what Planned Parenthood mostly does.

00:46:57.000 They have to subsume it under the broader rubric of healthcare, because in reality, it turns out most Americans are not super hot on abortion.

00:47:04.000 They don't love it.

00:47:05.000 At the best, they may want it available under certain circumstances, but they're certainly not on the shout-your-abortion, Lena Dunham side of the political aisle, which is where the Democratic Party is at this point in time.

00:47:15.000 They are so extreme.

00:47:17.000 And all of this is not going to redound to the benefit of the Democrats come November.

00:47:21.000 Meanwhile, in New York City, the most shocking story of the day, there was, according to the New York Post, harrowing footage capturing a violent clash between two men on a Brooklyn subway car and the sheer panic among commuters after one of the brawlers was shot aboard the rush hour train on Thursday.

00:47:37.000 Apparently there were witness accounts shared with police that showed one man provoking another before at least four gunshots rang out on the crowded train as it pulled into the A.C.

00:47:45.000 Hoyt-Shermerhorn Streets station.

00:47:48.000 The agitator 36 was shot with his own gun when the other man, 32, managed to grab it away from him and open fire.

00:47:54.000 Before the shooting, the two strangers tussled for several minutes as others on the train pleaded for them to stop, noting there were children aboard.

00:48:00.000 The 36-year-old man was even stabbed by a woman as the pair sparred.

00:48:02.000 The woman was said to be riding with the 32-year-old man on the train at the time of the incident, but later fled.

00:48:07.000 I'll beat you up, said the 36-year-old man, wearing a black sweatshirt and yellow baseball cap.

00:48:11.000 He says, you think you're gonna beat up cops? 0.97

00:48:14.000 A woman off-camera chimes in, he thinks you're a migrant, he thinks you're an immigrant. 1.00

00:48:17.000 F your kind, F your race, F you, shouted the instigators. 1.00

00:48:20.000 He hurled threats at the man and egged him on to stand up for himself. 1.00

00:48:22.000 Unclear exactly what started the fight, but, um, here is, uh, the agitator, by the way, told the victim he, quote, only likes black people, adding F your kind. 0.94

00:48:31.000 Again, national news story, if that's a white guy saying that, but nope, it's a black guy saying that, and so we have to pretend that he didn't say that. 0.77

00:48:39.000 Here is some of the tape from the subway.

00:48:45.000 Everybody is huddling in the corner trying to, you know, avoid the fact that somebody just got shot two feet away from them.

00:48:53.000 Things are going amazing in the New York City subway system.

00:48:58.000 The 32-year-old was wearing a yellow shirt and black jacket and tried to ignore the relentless threats, but ultimately jumped out of his seat at the back of the car and put up his fist after being berated for nearly two minutes.

00:49:06.000 The aggressor then screamed, let's get it. 1.00

00:49:09.000 The two danced around each other, occasionally throwing fists as these strangers begged them to stop.

00:49:14.000 Come on, there's babies here. 1.00

00:49:15.000 One woman can be heard pleading the aggressor, then pounces on the other guy, pushes him onto the two-seater, and delivers several blows. 1.00

00:49:21.000 A young woman intervenes and then hits the 36-year-old's back, which caused him to immediately turn his ire on her.

00:49:27.000 So, yeah, things are going well in the New York City subway system, obviously.

00:49:31.000 Clearly, the Democratic Party has turned New York City into, yet again, a bad place to live.

00:49:39.000 This is what happens when you leave Democrats in control of New York City.

00:49:41.000 It was a terrible place to live up until Rudy Giuliani became mayor, then Rudy was mayor, and then Mayor Michael Bloomberg was mayor, and then they handed it over to Bill de Blasio, and then they handed it over to Eric Adams, and, um, it is a pit.

00:49:52.000 Sufficient that the New York governor now has to deploy the National Guard, but it isn't working.

00:49:56.000 This is also what happens when you arrest people, like Daniel Penney, for the grave crime of stopping other people from getting violent on the subway.

00:50:04.000 This is what happens if you block the Good Samaritans from actually stepping in and stopping violence on the subways.

00:50:09.000 Guess what happens?

00:50:10.000 More violence on the subways.

00:50:11.000 So things are going great in New York City.

00:50:13.000 Already coming up, we'll be talking to Gabe Kaminsky of the Washington Examiner.

00:50:16.000 He's uncovered some shocking emails showing the University of Virginia's DEI staff downplaying a professor who offered students extra credit to attend a pro commerce rally.
