00:00:19.960 So the big story in the country remains the trucker convoy.

00:00:25.020 and now the legacy media have come around and begun to pay attention to it.
00:00:29.360 Now, this should come as no surprise.
00:00:31.580 Rather than giving it a fair shake, rather than covering it in a fair, neutral way,
00:00:36.020 the legacy media are immediately, they're so quick to demonize and denigrate the unvaccinated truckers
00:00:42.180 to paint them as some kind of extremist, some kind of threat.
00:00:45.280 They are coming to Ottawa and they're all unvaccinated.
00:00:48.000 It's like a zombie apocalypse heading to Ottawa.
00:00:50.140 Everyone should clutch their pearls and run inside to stay away from these scary unvaccinated truckers.
00:00:55.660 That's sort of the line that you hear from many, many people on social media, many journalists.
00:01:01.160 So the first point I want to make on the program today is that as a country,
00:01:05.360 we've sort of lost the plot when it comes to vaccines.
00:01:08.320 The narratives have changed so many times.
00:01:10.760 And I think at this point, we're all kind of just confused as to what the purpose of the vaccine mandate is,
00:01:16.300 what it was originally.
00:01:17.400 And we're kind of just running on the inertia of the initial pledge and the initial promise
00:01:21.680 that vaccines would just completely end the pandemic.
00:01:25.720 That was the idea.
00:01:27.360 So we know that the way that they sold the vaccines, the purpose of the vaccines was to go back to normal.
00:01:33.860 The overwhelming majority of Canadians complied.
00:01:36.560 We wanted to go back to normal.
00:01:37.860 We wanted to protect ourselves and our families from getting COVID.
00:01:40.760 So most of us did exactly what we were told to do.
00:01:43.960 We did exactly what government officials and experts and the elites told us to do.
00:01:48.660 We went out and we got vaccinated, myself included.
00:01:51.900 I went out and I got fully vaccinated.
00:01:54.240 Well, at this point, I think it's pretty clear that we were all lied to.
00:01:57.680 I was lied to, you were lied to, and all Canadians were lied to.

00:02:02.680 A remarkable 84% of Canadians are now vaccinated.
00:02:06.600 That's one of the highest in the world.

00:02:10.560 77, as of reading this, are fully vaccinated.
00:02:13.780 So the overwhelming majority, more than three quarters of the country, did exactly what we

00:02:19.280 We signed up for a drug because we were told it would get us out of this hellscape that
00:02:23.520 we've been living in for the past two years.
00:02:25.060 We were told that we could go back to normal.
00:02:26.620 Now, of course, it wasn't true.
00:02:28.020 The narrative quickly changed after we had gotten vaccinated, and many of us learned that
00:02:32.800 it doesn't actually stop you from getting COVID.
00:02:34.680 It doesn't actually prevent you from getting COVID.
00:02:36.880 It doesn't stop the spread of COVID.
00:02:38.960 It just makes it so that you have a milder version.
00:02:41.220 So the narrative changed from get vaccinated to stop the spread of COVID, and then all
00:02:47.140 of a sudden the narrative was get COVID so that you get a milder version of COVID, a version
00:02:52.540 that won't kill you.
00:02:53.440 If you get COVID and you're vaccinated, you're much less likely to end up in hospital and end
00:02:58.080 up dying.
00:02:58.720 That's the new narrative.
00:03:00.180 Well, hold on a second.
00:03:02.000 If you're young and if you're healthy, then the odds of you dying from COVID are very small.
00:03:06.700 So the vaccine purpose now, we're told, is to keep you from dying.
00:03:12.620 But if you're under 65 and you don't have a major underlying health condition, you probably
00:03:16.280 weren't going to die from COVID anyway.
00:03:18.480 So getting a vaccine for those of us that are young and healthy would just make it even
00:03:23.480 more so that when we get COVID that we won't die.

00:03:26.360 They still insisted that everyone get vaccinated, regardless of your age, whether you're in
00:03:31.400 a vulnerable category.
00:03:32.620 And also importantly, regardless of whether you've had COVID before, because if you've
00:03:36.560 had COVID before and you've recovered from it, you had the antibodies, you're safe.
00:03:40.500 In fact, you're safer than if you get the vaccine.
00:03:43.180 So it doesn't even matter.
00:03:44.560 It didn't even matter to the politicians and the experts that are rolling this all out.
00:03:48.700 They insisted that everybody get vaccinated.
00:03:51.240 And that's where we are now.
00:03:52.020 Again, most people, listen, most people complied, but alongside this, when they rolled out the
00:03:58.360 vaccine mandates, we were told the purpose of the mandates was to stop the spread of

00:04:04.120 We don't want unvaccinated people going to restaurants because they could get everyone
00:04:07.520 else sick and then we could have more cases and we could have another wave and we would
00:04:11.940 overwhelm our hospitals again.
00:04:13.900 So if you were unvaccinated, you couldn't go to restaurants.
00:04:16.740 You couldn't go to work if you had a job in a frontline as a frontline worker because they
00:04:21.380 didn't want people exposed to COVID.
00:04:23.000 So the whole purpose of the mandate was based on the original assumption about COVID, which
00:04:28.560 was that once you get vaccinated, it stops you from getting it, stops the spread.
00:04:33.060 But now that we know that you can still get COVID when you're vaccinated, the whole purpose
00:04:38.140 of the mandates doesn't make any sense anymore.
00:04:40.560 Because if getting vaccinated only stops you from getting a worse version of it, a version
00:04:45.700 of it that might land you in the hospital or kill you, that has nothing to do with the
00:04:49.160 spread that has nothing to do with how viral it is.
00:04:52.620 So you can continue to get COVID if you're vaccinated.
00:04:55.440 It doesn't make a difference.
00:04:56.340 And especially now with Omicron, being vaccinated does not stop you from getting Omicron.

00:05:18.160 We've had three different babysitters that come to our house that have all had COVID and

00:05:24.120 They got it from the outside world because everyone has COVID and they came back and brought

00:05:29.180 Just saying everyone's getting it, even though they're vaccinated.
00:05:31.720 I'm sure you have similar stories that many, many people that you know, probably yourself
00:05:35.340 have gotten COVID recently, even though you're fully vaccinated.
00:05:38.840 So we know that being vaccinated does not stop you from spreading COVID.
00:05:44.120 So the whole idea behind a vaccine mandate, just, it just doesn't make sense anymore.
00:05:49.020 And you don't even really hear the argument at this point.
00:05:52.200 You don't, you don't hear it as much that, that the idea of the vaccine mandates is to

00:05:58.280 So, so, so if that's no longer the narrative, what is the new narrative?

00:06:05.540 Well, the new narrative is basically just shut up and do it.

00:06:11.920 Shut up, get vaccinated, comply, do what you're told.
00:06:16.840 And the reason, the rationale, well, because we say so basically because the science, because
00:06:21.540 the experts say so that's where we are as a country.

00:06:27.320 We will raise your taxes.
00:06:29.000 We will ban you from going to the grocery store.
00:06:31.340 We will stop you from traveling.
00:06:32.940 We will tell you that your family should not invite you to Christmas dinner.

00:06:39.000 We will do everything we can to force you to make a health decision that you don't want

00:06:44.120 If you are unvaccinated in this country, you have become the untouchables.
00:06:48.360 And that's what we're seeing.
00:06:49.260 That's what this is all about.
00:06:50.700 Now, now in response to this horrific movement that we are seeing in this country, that we
00:06:55.200 are seeing in Canada and all over the world, in response, we have seen an incredible story
00:07:00.700 emerge, an incredible story of bravery and courage among a growing number of people who say
00:07:06.020 no, who say enough is enough, who say I will not comply.
00:07:10.200 And we saw these tremendous rallies all across North America over the weekend.
00:07:14.640 We saw huge crowds.
00:07:16.340 We saw people come out.
00:07:18.020 We saw speeches.
00:07:19.180 We really saw something inspiring.
00:07:21.240 Canadians, Americans, people all over saying no, saying we want our freedom.
00:07:26.080 We will not live under medical tyranny.
00:07:28.380 And this is the people uniting, using their voice to say no, to say I will not comply.
00:07:34.200 And again, truly incredible, truly incredible.
00:07:36.320 So building off the momentum of these incredible rallies that we saw over the weekend, we see
00:07:40.860 the trucker convoy, which is now making its way across the country and heading to Ottawa.
00:07:45.880 Again, people saying, look at the important role that we play.
00:07:49.380 Look at what the government is doing to us.
00:07:51.380 Look at the supply shortages that are being caused by forcing our industry to do something
00:07:56.200 that most of us don't want to do.
00:07:57.420 20% of truckers are not vaccinated.
00:08:00.100 We don't know why.
00:08:00.760 Maybe they've had COVID.
00:08:01.740 Maybe they have health reasons.

00:08:17.420 Again, we shouldn't even have to have the justification for anyone, because now that we know that everyone
00:08:22.340 can get COVID regardless of vaccine status, the basic idea has been thrown out the window.

00:08:29.240 But regardless, these people are fighting back, and God bless them so much so.

00:08:50.240 A beautiful, beautiful message.

00:11:03.780 Now, on the flip side, the contrary is, of course, the legacy media is doing its best to
00:11:09.660 delegitimize these voices, to denigrate and to demonize, doing the exact same
00:11:13.880 thing that they always do to make people who oppose a vaccine mandate seem like they're
00:11:17.900 fringe and they're crazy and that they don't represent the core values of Canada.
00:11:22.340 They paint them as anti-vaxxers, even though there's obviously an important distinction
00:11:26.020 between someone who opposes a vaccine mandate, opposes forced segregation, opposes the scapegoating
00:11:31.740 and all the things that are happening in our society versus someone who just is opposed
00:11:37.180 to vaccines.
00:11:37.960 Those are two different categories.
00:11:39.000 The media always conflates them.
00:11:41.320 And when it comes to Aaron O'Toole, this is what I want to focus on as well in this
00:11:45.360 show, is the media are going to try to set him up.

00:11:50.920 They love to try to kind of play a game of gotcha.
00:11:53.180 They want Aaron O'Toole to come out in support of the truckers so that they can say, aha,
00:11:57.440 gotcha, look at this one guy over here and how crazy he is.

00:12:03.400 And try to conflate and compare and somehow put them in the same category as Aaron O'Toole.
00:12:08.240 We saw them doing this all the time with Andrew Scheer when there was those yellow vest rallies
00:12:13.300 and people protesting Trudeau's over-the-top anti-energy policies.
00:12:17.920 Anytime that Andrew Scheer, the former conservative leader, would come out in support of them,
00:12:22.740 the media would use that as a sort of way to twist and turn and make it seem like Andrew
00:12:27.720 Scheer was some kind of an extremist.
00:12:29.640 And obviously they're trying to do the same thing here to Aaron O'Toole.
00:12:33.700 The problem is that Aaron O'Toole cannot answer a question.
00:12:36.340 Nobody knows where he stands.

00:12:39.480 You could tell that he doesn't really want to come out and support them because he doesn't
00:12:42.700 want to be painted as an anti-vax or he doesn't want to be connected in case some of them are,

00:12:50.640 So he's just sort of treading carefully, but he doesn't do it very skillfully.

00:13:25.820 One of them saying that he felt the Prime Minister had a vendetta against people who were unvaccinated.

00:13:39.780 And to follow, again, repeat Louis' question, will you meet with them when they come to Ottawa?

00:16:35.480 Let's stand up for our liberties.
00:16:36.600 Let's say no to these awful vaccine mandates.

00:16:44.540 Here is the former conservative leader, Andrew Scheer, saying what Erno O'Toole should be saying.

00:16:51.620 Trudeau is attacking personal liberty and threatening everyone's ability to get groceries
00:16:55.660 because of his overreach on vaccine mandates.
00:16:58.880 He is the biggest threat to freedom in Canada.

00:17:02.980 That's that's what Erno O'Toole should be saying.
00:17:05.280 And would it really be so hard for Erno O'Toole to just say that?
