00:01:01.000 Here we go.
00:01:02.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
00:01:04.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campuses.
00:01:06.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
00:01:10.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
00:01:13.000 I want to thank Charlie.
00:01:14.000 He's an incredible guy.
00:01:15.000 His spirit, his love of this country.
00:01:17.000 He's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, Turning Point USA.
00:01:23.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:01:32.000 That's why we are here.
00:01:35.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at andrewandTodd.com.
00:01:44.000 What happens on college campuses does not stay on college campuses.
00:01:47.000 It goes into corporate boardrooms, goes into the halls of Congress, and also into the owners association of the National Football League.
00:01:59.000 Breaking out of the NFL's meeting, NFL says all teams must add minority offensive coach expands Rooney rule to include all women, to include women.
00:02:11.000 So every year in March, there is an owners meeting that happens in Palm Beach.
00:02:16.000 Sometimes they do it in Hawaii of all the owners.
00:02:18.000 They come together.
00:02:19.000 All 32 teams are there.
00:02:20.000 They get like three representatives in the room each.
00:02:23.000 And it says the NFL has decided, quote, that it can be a female or a member of an ethnic or racial minority according to the policy adopted by NFL owners during their annual meeting.
00:02:34.000 And it'll be paid from a league-wide fund.
00:02:38.000 So they're going to have an affirmative action coach just kind of walking around there, a female or a male.
00:02:45.000 Now, look, I believe in the differences between men and women.
00:02:50.000 Obviously, it's kind of a key hallmark of our program.
00:02:53.000 It's also just biological reality.
00:02:56.000 If there's a sport where I think women have the least to contribute, it'd be football.
00:03:02.000 Just the way it is.
00:03:04.000 I don't expect men to contribute to a lot of female sports or female-dominated sports.
00:03:11.000 Quote, it's a recognition that at the moment, when you look at stepping stones for a head coach, they are the coordinator positions.
00:03:17.000 Quote, we clearly have a trend where coaches are coming from the offensive side of the ball in recent years, and we clearly do not have as many minorities in the offensive coordinators.
00:03:26.000 So, of course, now dead is the kind of entire program of meritocracy, and now the NFL wants to employ equity.
00:03:35.000 Okay, be careful what you wish for, NFL.
00:03:37.000 I love the fact that the NFL has been always a system on meritocracy.
00:03:42.000 The National Basketball Association is as well.
00:03:45.000 So, are they going to institute this for players too?
00:03:48.000 Are you going to say, hey, we have too many black players in the NFL?
00:03:50.000 Of course not.
00:03:51.000 That'd be insane.
00:03:54.000 No, but they're doing this for coaches.
00:03:55.000 Why?
00:03:56.000 Well, it's because they're trying to pander to an ever-increasing woke regime.
00:04:00.000 Why are the owners putting up with this, by the way?
00:04:03.000 Why are the owners that 32 of them?
00:04:07.000 Why are they because they don't want the bad headlines in their local news network?
00:04:11.000 The whole thing is around fear, the lack of courage.
00:04:16.000 In addition, the offensive assisted coach mandate, the league also, quote, added women to the language of the Rooney rule at all levels.
00:04:23.000 It will now read that women and/or people of color can satisfy the requirement to interview two external minorities for top positions, including head coach.
00:04:31.000 Women are not required to be interviewed, but they are now included in the fulfillment process.
00:04:36.000 I don't even know this rule existed.
00:04:39.000 This was all spurred by Brian Flores' lawsuit, who said that there's widespread discontent amongst black coaches over NFL hiring practices, despite the fact that black coaches are earning millions of dollars for being coaches.
00:04:52.000 The Rooney rule was put into place as an affirmative action rule that requires teams to interview ethnic minority candidates for head coaching and senior football operation jobs.
00:05:02.000 So, you might not be a football fan.
00:05:03.000 You might say, oh, what does this matter?
00:05:05.000 This is just another, you can just file this in the folder of the cultural changes happening in your country where we care less about the character of an individual and more about the skin color of somebody.
00:05:18.000 And now it's come to the place where you would always think that meritocracy would reign supreme.
00:05:23.000 Sports.
00:05:26.000 That you would think that there would be a place where I don't care how you look.
00:05:31.000 I don't care where you're from.
00:05:34.000 I care, are you able to perform?
00:05:36.000 Just win, baby, is what Al Davis would used to say.
00:05:39.000 Now it's, well, you're not, you're white.
00:05:42.000 Now you can't have that coaching position, or you're a woman.
00:05:46.000 Now, the real question is: what is a woman?
00:05:50.000 The NFL didn't mention that in their owners' meeting.
00:05:54.000 40% of the league's coaches are already minorities, which is disproportionate, by the way, to minority's share of the United States population, at least in the black population.
00:06:07.000 Continues by saying, quote, the truth of the matter is, at least, there aren't many women.
00:06:11.000 Obviously, we can address this as time goes on, but we don't see this problem as a growing issue now that we're addressing it.
00:06:11.000 I said that.
00:06:19.000 You need a publicized mission statement to encourage and attract diverse members of prospective ownership groups.
00:06:24.000 Quote, the membership will regard as a positive, meaningful factor if the group includes diverse individuals who would have a significant equity stake in and involved with the club serving as controlling owners of the club.
00:06:36.000 Now, look, the left destroys everything it touches, and they're trying to destroy football.
00:06:43.000 They're trying to destroy professional football.
00:06:46.000 We already saw the damage that BLM has done to professional football, and especially, I can't remember the last time I watched basketball.
00:06:53.000 It's impossible to watch.
00:06:56.000 Announced as part of Roger Goodell, the worst NFL commissioner in history, a diversity advisory committee to invite outside experts to evaluate the league's diversity.
00:07:06.000 Hey, Connor, let's just commit some thought crimes.
00:07:08.000 What percentage of the NFL are black or black men?
00:07:11.000 So they're saying the NFL isn't diverse enough?
00:07:15.000 Oh, you just mean coaches.
00:07:17.000 You don't mean players.
00:07:19.000 So you're okay with the NFL being a majority black league and the NBA being like a 70 or 80% black league, but you don't want the coaches to be a meritocracy.
00:07:32.000 Oh, in 2021, 71% of all the players in the NFL were people of color.
00:07:38.000 That is a race other than white.
00:07:40.000 So, Roger Goodell, are you going to now say, you know, we need to increase the amount of white players in the National Football League?
00:07:46.000 If there is any industry or any community where this racist garbage just is completely self-owning, it would be the National Football League and the National Basketball Association.
00:07:57.000 More black people have become millionaires in the NFL, disproportionate than any other major proportion, I should say, than any other major institution.
00:08:07.000 58% of the NFL is black.
00:08:10.000 58% and 71% are people of color.
00:08:14.000 Roger Goodell says, among its six members is former Houston Texans general manager Rick Smith.
00:08:19.000 It also includes New Jersey Attorney General Pete Harvey and Pamela Carlton.
00:08:23.000 Goodell has raised the possibility of eliminating the Rooney rule entirely and starting over.
00:08:28.000 Quote, it's been very helpful to our diversity efforts overall.
00:08:32.000 So if you really want diversity, why don't you want more white people in the NFL, Roger Goodell?
00:08:36.000 Or you're like, oh, no, no, it's meritocracy as long as it gets the outcome that we want.
00:08:40.000 It's not even diversity.
00:08:41.000 It's black majority, which I'm fine with because it's pure and total meritocracy.
00:08:48.000 Quote, a league record 15 minorities are among the NFL's defensive coordinators for 2022.
00:08:54.000 Overall, minority coaches now make up 39% of the league total, up from 35% in 2021.
00:09:00.000 They're also a record 12 women on coaching staffs.
00:09:04.000 Well, what is a woman?
00:09:04.000 The NFL won't tell us that.
00:09:07.000 The same corrosive, cancerous garbage that we're seeing rip apart corporate America that stems from these college campuses.
00:09:14.000 It's not going to stop.
00:09:17.000 It's not.
00:09:19.000 It's now into the place where we used to think this would be a pastime.
00:09:22.000 Now, thankfully, Major League Baseball started to go a little bit woke in 2020, and I think they've pushed back against it pretty effectively.
00:09:30.000 Out of every major sport in America, the least woke would be hockey.
00:09:35.000 And I don't even think hockey is as major of a sport as baseball.
00:09:39.000 The statement does not require minority participation in ownership groups.
00:09:43.000 The Denver Broncos will be the first test case.
00:09:45.000 They're in the midst of evaluating interested investors for their sale process.
00:09:49.000 Rooney said it was his understanding that several of the groups had minority participation.
00:09:55.000 So basically, they got to go find like Oprah, and she has to go buy a sports team.
00:09:58.000 I don't even know what that means.
00:10:00.000 Golf is pretty non-woke.
00:10:02.000 I agree with that, Connor says.
00:10:03.000 Golf is pretty non-woke.
00:10:04.000 Baseball to their credit.
00:10:07.000 That Manny guy from San Diego Padres, he was wearing a Let's Go Brandon shirt the other day.
00:10:14.000 The National Football League and football is a uniquely American sport.
00:10:20.000 It's about brute force.
00:10:22.000 It's about machismo.
00:10:25.000 It's about the ability to persevere under pressure.
00:10:28.000 It's why Europeans don't understand football, like working hard and like hitting one another.
00:10:32.000 Like we'd rather sip wine and do the cappuccino thing in Milan.
00:10:37.000 They are now trying to woke a five football.
00:10:39.000 In fact, they already have.
00:10:43.000 Does it make any sense that the same company who controls half of online retail also passively eavesdrops on your private conversations at your home?
00:10:50.000 What about the idea of a single company controlling 90% of all internet searches, run your email service and gets to track everything you do on your smartphone?
00:10:58.000 Big tech is more powerful than ever.
00:11:00.000 In fact, they're more powerful than most countries, and they profit by exploiting your personal data.
00:11:05.000 It's time to put a layer of protection between your online activity and these tech oligarchs and juggernauts.
00:11:10.000 That's why I use ExpressVPN.
00:11:13.000 Think about how much of your life is on the internet.
00:11:15.000 Sadly, every site you visit, video you watch, or message you send gets tracked and data mined.
00:11:20.000 But when you run ExpressVPN on your device, the software hides your IP address, something big tech can use to personally identify you.
00:11:27.000 So ExpressVPN makes your activity harder to trace and sell to advertisers.
00:11:31.000 ExpressVPN also encrypts 100% of your internet data to keep you safe from hackers and eavesdroppers on your network.
00:11:37.000 ExpressVPN does all this about slowing your connection.
00:11:40.000 That's why it's rated number one VPN by Mashable and Tech Radar.
00:11:44.000 What I like most about ExpressVPN is how easy it is to use.
00:11:46.000 Download the app on your phone computer, tap one button, and you're protected.
00:11:50.000 So stop handing over all your personal data to big tech monopolies that mine your activity and sell your information.
00:11:55.000 Protect yourself with the VPN I trust to keep me safe online.

00:12:13.000 All right, everybody, what started as a joke is actually a legitimate national security threat.
00:12:17.000 Joe Biden is a threat to America, period.
00:12:20.000 Joe Biden, I wish him well.
00:12:22.000 He should go to an old person's home and have a nice rest of his life.
00:12:26.000 But him as president of the United States is a direct threat to our national security and to the American way of life.
00:12:32.000 Joe Biden had three specific blunders in Europe.
00:12:37.000 The first of which is when he was just kind of rambling to the troops.
00:12:42.000 I don't think we have this tape.
00:12:43.000 If we can get it, that'd be great.
00:12:45.000 Where he just says, like, yeah, look, you're going to be in Ukraine soon, so you'll see it yourself.
00:12:50.000 Like, wait a second, we're deploying troops to Ukraine.
00:12:52.000 He didn't even realize the cameras were still running.
00:12:54.000 No one in the activist press decided to follow up on that.
00:12:58.000 The second gaffe is where he said, yeah, Vladimir Putin needs to be kind of removed from power.
00:13:03.000 We need to remove him.
00:13:05.000 And the third one is when he said that we're going to respond in kind with chemical weapons if Russia uses chemical weapons.
00:13:14.000 Like, what?
00:13:16.000 We're going to use chemical weapons in Moscow if they use chemical weapons?
00:13:20.000 So let's kind of go through these again.
00:13:26.000 And I'm going to tell, I have a theory on this.
00:13:28.000 It's not that he said things he didn't mean.
00:13:33.000 He said something he didn't mean to say.
00:13:36.000 These are two totally different things.
00:13:38.000 It's not as if he expressed sentiments that he does not believe.
00:13:42.000 But instead, he said stuff that he was not supposed to say publicly.
00:13:48.000 Let's start with his speech where he said we need regime change in Russia, play cut one.
00:13:57.000 We will have a different future, a brighter future rooted in democracy and principles, hope and light of decency and dignity and freedom and possibilities.
00:14:05.000 For God's sake, this man cannot remain in power.
00:14:10.000 Sir, this is a Wendy's.
00:14:14.000 Not exactly sure what you're talking about.
00:14:16.000 Oh, you're trying to say we need to remove Vladimir Putin from power.
00:14:21.000 Got it.
00:14:22.000 So regime change is now the stated goal of the government.
00:14:24.000 Now, the entire White House has been walking it back ever since.
00:14:29.000 Thankfully, goodness.
00:14:31.000 So ridiculous.
00:14:33.000 23 Biden says, look, I'm not going to apologize for anything.
00:14:37.000 Play cut 23, pure gaslighting, play cut 23.
00:14:40.000 Whether those are your personal feelings or your feelings as president, do you understand why people would believe you as someone commanding one of the largest nuclear arsenals in the world, saying someone cannot remain in power is a statement of U.S. policy.
00:14:53.000 And also, are you concerned about propaganda use of those remarks by the Russians?
00:14:58.000 No and no.
00:14:59.000 Tell me why.
00:15:00.000 You have so much experience.
00:15:01.000 You are the leader of this country.
00:15:02.000 Because it's ridiculous.
00:15:04.000 Nobody believes we're going to take down.
00:15:07.000 I was talking about taking down Putin.
00:15:09.000 Nobody believes that.
00:15:11.000 Nobody believes what I say.
00:15:13.000 I mean, come on.
00:15:14.000 It's not like when I say something, you guys should take it seriously.
00:15:18.000 Play cut 25.
00:15:20.000 Mr. President, thank you.
00:15:21.000 When you say that you're not walking anything back, you do feel that Vladimir Putin should be removed from power.
00:15:28.000 Is that what you're saying?
00:15:29.000 No, what I was, I was expressing just what I said.
00:15:32.000 I was expressing the moral outrage I felt towards this man.
00:15:35.000 I wasn't articulating a policy change.
00:15:38.000 And I think that, you know, he continues on this course that he's on.
00:15:44.000 He is going to become a pariah worldwide.
00:15:46.000 Our country deserves so much better than this.
00:15:50.000 The hardworking people of this nation are veterans, the muscular class, parents that are just trying to do the best they can.
00:15:57.000 Not only is Joe Biden losing his mind, but now his loss of mind is actually impacting our country.
00:16:04.000 It's time to remove him.
00:16:05.000 25th Amendment impeachment, get rid of him.
00:16:08.000 Won't happen, unfortunately.
00:16:10.000 You know, my wife and I were watching Tucker last night, and Erica said, what do the Democrats think of this?
00:16:16.000 That's a great question.
00:16:17.000 Like, they watch this.
00:16:18.000 They're like, yeah, full confidence.
00:16:20.000 Like, troops in Ukraine, chemical weapons in Moscow, regime change, fine.
00:16:25.000 Like, the joke is kind of over.
00:16:28.000 This president is a threat to national security.
00:16:31.000 I wish that he was sane.
00:16:32.000 I never said that against Obama.
00:16:34.000 I mean, I thought Obama was sinister, but I never thought Obama was losing his mind.
00:16:39.000 You see, Obama rarely had gaffes, but he did frequently say things he didn't mean to say.
00:16:44.000 Like what was he with the Russian foreign minister?
00:16:46.000 I need more flexibility after the election.
00:16:48.000 We're just a couple days from fundamentally transforming America.
00:16:50.000 If you like a doctor, you can keep your doctor.
00:16:52.000 These are things that Obama would say repeatedly.
00:16:55.000 We need to explore what the 25th Amendment actually is.
00:16:58.000 And look, I mean, I believe that there is going to be a plan.
00:17:01.000 I don't think Joe Biden makes it all the way through his term.
00:17:03.000 I don't.
00:17:04.000 They're going to try to get him through the halfway mark.
00:17:06.000 There's going to be some sort of taking him out to pasture.
00:17:11.000 Hey, everybody, Charlie Kirk here.
00:17:12.000 The left is waging a war on free speech with the help of big tech and the United States government.
00:17:18.000 Thankfully, there are still companies that believe in our Constitution.
00:17:22.000 That's why I'm proud to partner with Patriot Mobile, America's only Christian conservative cell phone provider.

00:18:06.000 It's patriotmobile.com slash Charlie or call 972 Patriot, patriotmobile.com slash Charlie.
00:18:13.000 It's time to call for the 25th Amendment.
00:18:16.000 Play cut 26.
00:18:17.000 Look, it feels almost like we're being mean to the guy by quoting him.
00:18:21.000 And no one wants that.
00:18:22.000 No one is making fun of his age or his diminished condition, only trying to defend the country.
00:18:26.000 Then moments later, Biden declared that no reasonable person would think he wants regime change in Russia.
00:18:31.000 All right.
00:18:31.000 Joke's over.
00:18:32.000 Too much is at stake.
00:18:33.000 Is there was ever a time, if there was in U.S. history, ever a time to invoke the 25th Amendment, it is now.
00:18:39.000 As Joe Biden himself put it, for God's sakes, this man cannot remain in power.
00:18:43.000 He's got to go.
00:18:43.000 The cabinet can remove a president of the United States.
00:18:46.000 The 25th Amendment deals with the presidential and vice presidential succession and disability.
00:18:51.000 It was passed by Congress in July 1965.
00:18:54.000 And Section 3 and 4 deals with a president who may suffer from an inability or disability.
00:18:58.000 Now, they tried to use this against Trump unsuccessfully.
00:19:02.000 So let's just kind of go through the last 24 hours.
00:19:05.000 In the last 24 hours, 48 hours, Joe Biden threatened the use of chemical weapons against Moscow.
00:19:12.000 Joe Biden called for regime change and said that American troops might be going to Ukraine.
00:19:17.000 Last 24 hours, Donald Trump hit a hole in one.
00:19:20.000 It's true.
00:19:20.000 Actually, Trump did hit a hole in one.
00:19:22.000 It's a pretty amazing video.
00:19:22.000 You guys should check it out.
00:19:24.000 Don't believe me?
00:19:25.000 Cut 36.
00:19:26.000 Joe Biden says, look, we might send you guys to Ukraine talking to U.S. troops.
00:19:31.000 When are they going to Ukraine?
00:19:33.000 Why is no one asking this?
00:19:34.000 Where is Congress exactly holding the hearing saying, whoa?
00:19:38.000 Why is the commander in chief who has the power to deploy forces at will saying that American troops are now going to Ukraine?
00:19:44.000 Play cut 36.
00:19:46.000 And you're going to see when you're there, however you've been there, you're going to see, you're going to see women, young people stand on a stand in the middle of the front of a damn tank.
00:19:56.000 Just saying, I'm not leaving.
00:19:58.000 I'm holding my ground.
00:20:00.000 They're incredible.
00:20:02.000 Just so frustrating to watch.
00:20:03.000 Yep, that's him saying that.
00:20:04.000 Yeah, you guys are just going to, you're going to go see it for yourself when you go to Ukraine.
00:20:10.000 All this ties together into the new low of Joe Biden's polling.
00:20:14.000 We played this tape, I think, yesterday, but it's worth repeating.
00:20:17.000 Play cut four.
00:20:18.000 And long term, since the start of his presidency, 2021, this number, the approval of Joe Biden on the economy, has just ticked down and down and down.
00:20:27.000 This is a new low for him on the economy.
00:20:29.000 33, 63.
00:20:31.000 Ask voters, sort of an open-ended question here.
00:20:34.000 What do you think the most important issue facing the country is?
00:20:37.000 And there you can see the top two now.
00:20:39.000 Cost of living, jobs in the economy.
00:20:42.000 Russia-Ukraine war, obviously capturing everybody's attention right now, but it's the cost of living.
00:20:47.000 It's jobs.
00:20:49.000 He should not be president of the United States for multiple reasons.
00:20:52.000 And there's more and more evidence coming out in the key battleground states.
00:20:55.000 New peer-reviewed research finds evidence of 2020 shenanigans.
00:20:59.000 That's a really important episode.
00:21:00.000 It ties into the Dinesh D'Souza stuff, the Catherine Engelbrick stuff, the Greg Phillips stuff.
00:21:04.000 Clip 35, Ducey says, look, the big things on the world stage keep getting walked back.
00:21:10.000 Play cut 35.
00:21:12.000 Are you worried that other leaders in the world are going to start to doubt that America is back if some of these big things that you say on the world stage keep getting walked back?
00:21:24.000 Very much getting walked back.
00:21:26.000 It made it sound like just in the last couple of days, it sounded like you told U.S. troops they were going to Ukraine.
00:21:32.000 It sounded like you said it was possible the U.S. would use a chemical weapon, and it sounded like you were calling for regime change in Russia.
00:21:41.000 And we know the three occurred.
00:21:44.000 None of the three.
00:21:45.000 None of the three.
00:21:46.000 Phenomenal question by Ducey, by the way.
00:21:48.000 He's the only journalist left.
00:21:49.000 All the rest are just clamoring, obedient SEALs doing their training of clapping and asking Joe Biden whether he's going to enforce martial law against the unvaccinated in our country.
00:22:02.000 It's a joke.
00:22:04.000 Meanwhile, as we're clamoring about Ukraine, the southern border remains wide open.
00:22:11.000 We are on pace for 1 million.
00:22:15.000 That's right.
00:22:16.000 1 million people crossing into America this year alone so far.
00:22:22.000 1 million.
00:22:24.000 It's an invasion on our southern border.
00:22:26.000 I saw it for myself in Yuma.
00:22:28.000 I saw cartels on the hills with drone reconnaissance.
00:22:31.000 I saw sophisticated binoculars being used.
00:22:35.000 I saw triangulation strategies of multiple points of entry.
00:22:40.000 Quote, the United States will surpass 1 million encounters of non-citizens attempting to enter the country by way of the southern border in the next couple of days.
00:22:48.000 For the next six months of fiscal year 2022, according to U.S. Border Chief Raul Ortiz, a massive spike is occurring.
00:22:57.000 Here's some facts.
00:22:58.000 In January of 2021, when Biden just got inaugurated, 78,000 illegal border crossings.
00:23:05.000 January of this year, 154,000.
00:23:08.000 February of last year, 100,000.
00:23:10.000 February of this year, 164,000.
00:23:12.000 How about February 2020 when Trump was president?
00:23:15.000 36,000.
00:23:17.000 Illegal border encounters.
00:23:20.000 Record-breaking surge of illegal border jumpers anticipated at the U.S.-Mexico border, Border Patrol Chief says.
00:23:28.000 But instead, your Republican leaders and Joe Biden are scrambling to authorize $14 billion for Ukrainian assistance.
00:23:38.000 Might be a great cause, fine, but nothing for the border.
00:23:43.000 Joe Biden has a budget that he's proposed where he seeks twice as much funding for the Ukrainian border than the U.S. border, play cut 33.
00:23:51.000 There was $1.9 billion that was in this most recent omnibus bill that's been carried over to finish the border wall.
00:23:59.000 Is this administration going to finish the border wall?
00:24:02.000 Just so we're clear, the $1.9 billion wasn't rescinded.
00:24:06.000 New money was not provided.
00:24:08.000 And what are you obligating it to?
00:24:10.000 Because you're not doing any construction.
00:24:12.000 So are you just paying people to hold the rusting materials?
00:24:15.000 No, we're actually doing environmental restoration, something that was woefully lacking.
00:24:21.000 We're also doing community consultation.
00:24:23.000 I think that's important to many of you who represent constituents.
00:24:26.000 What is community consultation?
00:24:28.000 What is her name?
00:24:28.000 Shoshonda?
00:24:29.000 Whatever her name is.
00:24:30.000 I mean, no offense, but I can't remember her name.
00:24:32.000 Or Shalanda, whatever her name is.
00:24:33.000 I went down to Yuma and I actually saw the border wall rotting, just rusting right in front of there.
00:24:39.000 Not allowed to use steel.
00:24:40.000 In fact, you can go down to Yuma, just like I did, and you can go see one trailer after the other of contractors that are being paid to sit there, wake up, and do nothing all day long.
00:24:53.000 Is that what community relations is?
00:24:56.000 It's exactly like rubber rooms.
00:24:58.000 The rubber rooms are places in downtown Chicago and Baltimore where they pay the teachers that have raped students or molested them or can't show up on time to literally sit and not teach.
00:25:11.000 We pay them not to teach.
00:25:13.000 Play cut 34, Jim Jordan.
00:25:16.000 It shouldn't surprise us.
00:25:17.000 These guys have been wrong on everything.
00:25:18.000 I mean, in the president, you talked about what's happening on our southern border.
00:25:22.000 These guys have taken a secure border to complete chaos.
00:25:25.000 They've taken energy independence to the president begging OPEC, Iran, and Venezuela to increase production.
00:25:31.000 We went from safe streets to record levels of crime.
00:25:33.000 We went from stable prices to 40-year high inflation.
00:25:37.000 Bill Malujian reporting from the border as our country continues to be overrun.
00:25:41.000 Play cut 37.
00:25:43.000 You here in the Del Rio sector where Eagle Pass is, they have been getting absolutely inundated with migrants.
00:25:48.000 Just this past weekend alone, more than 2,500 apprehensions.
00:25:53.000 The border patrol facilities are now way over capacity, and the federal government has started mass-releasing migrants into communities to help ease some of that pressure.
00:26:02.000 Mass-releasing them into some communities.
00:26:05.000 Now, the apprehensions in a prior administration under Donald Trump, that means they'd be sent back to Mexico or remaining in Mexico.
00:26:14.000 Instead, when they get apprehended, they get lunch.
00:26:19.000 They get the paperwork that is necessary to board a plane and vote in some states, thankfully not Arizona, and they're released into the interior of the United States.
00:26:27.000 Mass releasing.
00:26:29.000 Justthenews.com.
00:26:32.000 Border Patrol to send more agents to border for likely end of Title 42 and a massive immigration surge.
00:26:39.000 Customs and Border Patrol is asking agents across the country to come to the Southwest sector to assist with the soon expected end of the Trump administration's emergency use of Title 42 Federal Health Statute.
00:26:49.000 Now, why we don't mobilize the Marines, mobilize the National Guard, and secure this border once and for all?
00:26:55.000 Well, we know why.
00:26:56.000 Our leaders don't actually care about the country, both Republican and Democrats.
00:26:59.000 They want the cheap labor or they want the cheap votes that come across the southern border.
00:27:04.000 Title 42 grants the government the ability to take emergency action to stop the, quote, introduction of communices.
00:27:09.000 The Trump administration used Title 42 to designate hundreds of thousands of illegals for expulsion, arguing that allowing these migrants to enter the United States may help the spread of COVID-19.
00:27:20.000 They were right.
00:27:20.000 And it was a COVID era rule that Trump put in place at the beginning of COVID, just like we did with China.
00:27:26.000 The issue is that that is coming to an end.
00:27:28.000 But of course, they're going to end that to allow migrants to come across without testing your vaccines or anything else.
00:27:34.000 While you have to take a vaccine to go to work, if you work at a hospital, and you have to wear a mask when you board a plane.
00:27:40.000 When you go and see the southern border for yourself, it is hard to believe.
00:27:45.000 It's hard to believe that in a wealthy, previously strong country, that we don't have the will or the ability to secure our own southern border.
00:27:59.000 Our leaders just don't have the creativity, the ingenuity, or the willingness to actually get it done.
00:28:06.000 You go down there and you will see billions of dollars of steel rusting away.
00:28:15.000 Not allowed to put it together, not allowed to put it into a wall.
00:28:18.000 When you go talk to Border Patrol down in Yuma, they will tell you, look, I want to be able to do something.
00:28:24.000 I wish I could do something, but I can't.
00:28:28.000 We catch them, and that's it.
00:28:32.000 He said, We catch them, and then we release them in the interior, gave them paperwork.
00:28:36.000 Less than 10% actually show up for their court dates.
00:28:39.000 We have become an unnecessarily overly tolerant society, tolerant of crime, tolerant of the erosion of our sovereignty, tolerant of the illegal invasion of America.
00:28:53.000 Someone who explains how we got here better than anyone else is Christopher Caldwell in his book, Age of Entitlement, one of the best books ever written about how we got into the state of affairs we are right now, where we prioritized the disadvantaged victim over the nation, the alleged disadvantaged victim.
00:29:10.000 So there's a question of whether or not the kind of woke regime will, well, people ever correct themselves.
00:29:16.000 Is there going to be kind of a moment where they try to walk some of it back?
00:29:18.000 Well, MIT, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, my grandfather was a Sloan fellow, so some family ties to MIT.
00:29:27.000 They have this very controversial new announcement where they're saying, okay, we're now going to bring back the SAT and ACT requirement because the last couple of years, due to the woke-ism that has taken over the country, they're like, yeah, we don't need SATs and ACTs anymore.
00:29:43.000 But they're bringing it back, and it's very controversial at MIT.
00:29:47.000 So they have this guy that they interviewed who is Schmill.
00:29:52.000 His name is Stuart Schmill, and he is responsible for trying to implement the standards of how one gets into MIT.
00:30:03.000 And so they have an entire, it's so funny.
00:30:06.000 They have an entire website dedicated at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology website, MIT, which is supposed to be, it's one of the best engineering schools on the planet, that and Caltech, where they have a long explanation as to why they're bringing back exams.
00:30:24.000 First question: why is MIT reinstating the SAT and ACT requirement?
00:30:30.000 It says, quote, this is one of my favorite lines in the entire thing: quote, we want to be confident that an applicant has academic preparation and non-cognitive skills to do well in our challenging, fast-paced academic environment.
00:30:42.000 Really?
00:30:43.000 You would want that at MIT?
00:30:45.000 My favorite part of this, though, is when they say, quote, our research shows that in most cases, we cannot reliably predict students that will do well in MIT unless we consider standardized test results alongside grades, coursework, and other factors.
00:31:02.000 And the math component of testing turns out to be the most important.
00:31:05.000 Who would have thought that math would be necessary at MIT?
00:31:08.000 Now, of course, the wokeys, they've been trying to get rid of standardized testing for a long time.
00:31:15.000 You read Heather McDonald's phenomenal book, Diversity Delusion.
00:31:20.000 It goes into that into great length.
00:31:21.000 In fact, I'm rereading it.
00:31:23.000 There's like a whole part on how they're trying to get rid of standardized tests.
00:31:26.000 Fact, I think California, the UC system, I think they've removed standardized tests.
00:31:30.000 If I'm not mistaken, if you guys could pull that article.
00:31:32.000 Now, this is my favorite thing.
00:31:34.000 Quote, I just said this, our research has shown that in most cases, we cannot reliably predict students will do well at MIT unless we considered standardized test results.
00:31:42.000 Really?
00:31:42.000 The geniuses at MIT need to figure that out?
00:31:45.000 Now, here's my favorite thing, though, is where they say the journalist says, Well, what do you say to those who argue that tests create structural barriers for socioeconomically disadvantaged and or underrepresented students?
00:31:57.000 He, of course, Stuart Schmill responds very politically correct.
00:32:01.000 I appreciate this question, which we've kept foremost in our minds as we reviewed our research and policies.
00:32:06.000 MIT admissions has a strong commitment to diversity, and it's important to us that we minimize unfair barriers to our applicants wherever applicants wherever possible.
00:32:13.000 Now, MIT more than any other college, because they are engineering-focused, which is team reality, not stuff about how men can become pregnant, is that they can't afford to make diversity more important than competency.
00:32:28.000 So, MIT, very quietly, that's why they do this whole press release of question and answer.
00:32:32.000 They're like, hey, we kind of can't keep doing this thing or else our entire school is going to fall apart.
00:32:37.000 California is one of a handful of states.
00:32:39.000 Yep, I was right.
00:32:40.000 California education code that allows a parent or guardian to submit a written school request to exclude his or her child from state-mandated assessments.
00:32:48.000 Okay, it continues at MIT, quote, we have found, however, that when we use SAT and ACT increase access to the MIT for students from those groups relative to other things we can consider.
00:32:58.000 The reason for this is educational inequality impacts all aspects of a prospective student's preparation and application, not just test taking.
00:33:06.000 As I wrote, low-income students, unrepresented students of color, and other disadvantaged populations often do not attend schools that offer advanced coursework.
00:33:14.000 This is so unbelievably racist, by the way.
00:33:17.000 He's basically be like, okay, students of color aren't as smart, so we're going to have to compensate them.
00:33:21.000 That's exactly what MIT is saying.
00:33:23.000 They often cannot afford expensive enrichment opportunities, cannot expect lengthy letters of recommendation from their overburdened teachers, or cannot otherwise benefit from this kind of educational capital.
00:33:35.000 Meanwhile, we know that the pandemic was most disruptive to our least resourced students who have no consistent coursework of grading for the last two years now.
00:33:43.000 I realize that my argument may sound counterintuitive to those who have heard that the SAT and ACT exam raises barriers for access, but I don't want to ignore those challenges with, or he answers none of these questions.
00:33:53.000 Basically, this is all camouflage.
00:33:56.000 And I'm actually proud to see this.
00:33:57.000 MIT is basically saying in like this word salad, this is what they're saying.
00:34:01.000 They're saying, listen, we need a school.
00:34:05.000 We need to keep some sort of standards, and we're going to pretend it's for diversity.
00:34:08.000 But in reality, if we don't, this entire enterprise will fall apart.
00:34:12.000 Lesson, the woke regime is going to have some pushback.
00:34:16.000 And if they're pushing back to now bring back SATs and ACTs at MIT after they got rid of them, there might be some trouble in paradise when the wokeys were in charge.
