The Charlie Kirk Show - 3 Blind Mice—America's Failed Generals

00:00:00.000 Hey everybody, today in the Charlie Kirk show, how do we hold the unelected oligarchy accountable?

00:00:06.000 That is the key word, isn't it?

00:00:07.000 Accountable.

00:00:08.000 Well, unfortunately, Millie, Austin, and McKenzie testifying in front of Congress show that America's ruling class of generals, it's not easy to hold them in check and in balance.

00:00:18.000 We go through that and so much more.

00:00:20.000 We also talk about how segregation is back.

00:00:23.000 Unfortunately, on college campuses, black-only dormitories are getting more popular.

00:00:27.000 A Marine has decided to speak out against the regime, and he is in jail and court-martialed, unlike Millie, who is a traitor to the United States.

00:00:36.000 We also talk about how the governor of New York says that the vaccine is from God and says that you need to be my apostle and spread the good news of the vaccine.

00:00:47.000 I'd love your thoughts on that.

00:02:22.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.

00:02:27.000 His spirit, his love of this country, he's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, Turning Point USA.

00:02:36.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.

00:02:44.000 That's why we are here.

00:02:47.000 Hey, everybody.

00:03:14.000 We are monitoring the Senate hearings of Mark Milley, Lloyd Austin, and General McKinsey of a hearing that is supposed to explain what happened in Afghanistan with the Taliban and with one of the most embarrassing and humiliating foreign policy moments in American history.

00:03:39.000 We have a lot of tape to play of senators asking questions and even some Democrats asking some tough questions, including Senator Manchin from West Virginia, who actually revealed some very important information.

00:03:54.000 But before I get into that, I want to just frame what you're about to hear.

00:03:59.000 We have cut after cut of General Mark Milley, who of course is a traitor to the United States and back channeled with the Chinese and told the Chinese that, don't worry what Trump does, I got your back, we're not going to attack you.

00:04:13.000 As the U.S. Constitution clearly says, Article 3, Article 3, Section 3 of the United States Constitution, treason against the United States shall consist only in levying war against them or in adhering to the enemies, giving them aid and comfort.

00:04:30.000 Giving them aid and comfort would be telling the Chinese we are not going to attack you.

00:04:34.000 What you are seeing right now on Capitol Hill, and what we're about to go through piece by piece, testimony by testimony, is the untouchables.

00:04:43.000 These people who call themselves generals and the head of the Department of Defense, they more closely resemble college professors who wear medals they did not earn.

00:04:54.000 Accountability, separation of powers.

00:04:56.000 No, this is an untouchable oligarchy.

00:04:59.000 When you start to hear what these men have been saying, you realize these are jesters that are running our military.

00:05:07.000 Someone asked, including Senator Tom Cotton, we're going to play this tape in just a second, why haven't you resigned?

00:05:15.000 Let's start with that one.

00:05:16.000 Cut 38.

00:05:17.000 Senator Tom Cotton asked Mark Milley, if your advice was rejected and you were not sought out, but all this is true, why haven't you resigned?

00:05:25.000 Now, Senator Tom Cotton is a friend of mine, and he's very smart.

00:05:28.000 That should have been the least reason why Mark Milley resigned.

00:05:32.000 Play Cut 38.

00:05:34.000 Got one final question.

00:05:35.000 General Milley, I can only conclude that your advice about staying in Afghanistan was rejected.

00:05:42.000 I'm shocked to learn that your advice wasn't sought until August 25th on staying past the August 31 deadline.

00:05:49.000 But if all this is true, General Milley, why haven't you resigned?

00:05:52.000 Senator, as a senior military officer, resigning is a really serious thing, and it's a political act if I'm resigning in protest.

00:06:03.000 Yeah, because Mark Milley understands he is there as a spokesperson for the regime.

00:06:08.000 He's not there to actually win wars.

00:06:11.000 He's not there to crush the enemy.

00:06:13.000 No, Mark Milley arms the enemy.

00:06:16.000 He calls China ahead of time and gives them a heads up. 0.95

00:06:21.000 You see, if we were a serious country, which we have failed to be a serious country in quite a while, especially since this current regime has taken over, all three of these clowns would have resigned in disgrace, and they would have been demanded to resign in disgrace. 0.53

00:06:38.000 And even some Republican senators are saying, I just want to thank all three of you for your service every time before they ask these clowns these questions, even though they were the designers and the architects of giving $85 billion in weapons to the Taliban, back channeling to the Chinese. 0.89

00:06:55.000 Resignations, going away in disgrace?

00:07:00.000 No.

00:07:01.000 This is a very important point.

00:07:04.000 Our ruling class in our country is incapable and unwilling of doing the one thing that makes us human, feeling shame.

00:07:17.000 Aristotle famously said, human beings are the only creatures that can blush.

00:07:24.000 We are the only creatures that can feel guilty, only creatures that can feel as if an introspective analysis of our soul that we need to do something better.

00:07:37.000 Instead, we have seen the exact opposite attitude from Milley, Austin, and McKenzie.

00:07:43.000 Instead, they marched into Congress today defiant, doubling down, saying that you guys don't understand, you senators who represent people, we're the untouchables.

00:07:55.000 We're in charge.

00:07:57.000 You see, look at all these medals I have.

00:07:59.000 I'm Mark Milley and I've never won a war.

00:08:02.000 Every time Mark Milley answers a question, it is with an arrogant, pompous attitude, as if he was the one that stormed Normandy Beach.

00:08:11.000 Mark Milley acts as if he had a record of service comparable to George S. Patton or Dwight D. Eisenhower, when in reality, Mark Milley has done nothing but oversaw the endless spilling of American blood, treasure, resources, and time overseas to accomplish nothing.

00:08:30.000 Instead, Mark Milley goes into Congress and looks senators in the eye and say, it didn't end like we wanted, but it remains to be select or not the Taliban can consolidate power.

00:08:47.000 And under oath, Milley and McKenzie confirmed they recommended against President Biden's withdrawal timeline.

00:08:54.000 We'll get to that in a second.

00:08:56.000 But there's no shame.

00:08:59.000 And it's largely because the ruling class, they do not feel as if they are under a threat of a check or a balance from you or from the media.

00:09:10.000 They feel immune to this.

00:09:12.000 Sure, they're going to have some people ask them questions, give them a tough time today.

00:09:21.000 But Mark Milley will get back into his military vehicle, go back to the Pentagon, and he'll breathe a deep sigh of relief and say, well, that's about it.

00:09:34.000 I'll go add another medal because I get a medal for testifying in front of the Senate.

00:09:39.000 As Aristotle said, we are the only beings that can blush, he meant that a properly sold individual, meaning someone who has character, is someone that is willing to admit failure, responsibility, and accountability.

00:09:56.000 What stuns most Americans when they see the spectacle of disgrace, they wonder who exactly is able to check these guys?

00:10:11.000 One of the goals of progressivism, as designed by Woodrow Wilson, the anti-American Princeton College professor who became a president without winning a majority of votes in 1912, was he hated the idea of separation of powers.

00:10:30.000 He wanted what Plato would call a philosopher king, someone who understood how the world should work, but never actually has to be held accountable by the people.

00:10:40.000 The whims of the everyday man should be disconnected from the administrative state.

00:10:46.000 And what we have seen over the last 100 years in the CDC, the FDA, the IRS, and yes, the military, is this arrogant, pompous attitude.

00:10:58.000 Because deep down, they actually look at you and they say, I'm better than you.

00:11:02.000 There's nothing that will make me resign.

00:11:06.000 I'll leave when I am ready to go make millions of dollars lecturing at Georgetown University. 0.93

00:11:12.000 Mark Milley is a traitor to the United States.

00:11:16.000 He should be court-martialed. 0.84

00:11:18.000 Instead, he's warmly welcomed by most senators, including Republicans.

00:11:21.000 Oh, thank you so much for your service.

00:11:24.000 Such a wonderful thing you've done.

00:11:26.000 And I'm going to tell you who has been court-martialed.

00:11:28.000 We're going to get into that story.

00:11:30.000 Where a lieutenant colonel of the United States Marine Corps was court-martialed yesterday.

00:11:37.000 Why?

00:11:38.000 Because he dared speak out and be a whistleblower and call nonsense and BS on every single one of the members of the Untouchables, who are now testifying in front of Congress, and we're just getting started on this. 0.99

00:11:54.000 I've been telling you guys about Relief Factor for quite some time.

00:11:56.000 And truth is, I know millions of people are in fact, 100 million people are in some kind of pain.

00:12:01.000 Look, producer Andrew, he couldn't walk.

00:12:02.000 He was a hobbled individual. 0.96

00:12:04.000 He was bedridden in his chair complaining all the time.

00:12:08.000 And then all of a sudden, we got this call from Relief Factor.

00:12:11.000 They said, hey, we want to partner with your show.

00:12:12.000 We're going to send you some Relief Factor.

00:12:14.000 Producer Andrew got it.

00:12:15.000 He took it, got a little bit better, took some more, got a little bit better.

00:12:19.000 Next thing you know, he's doing the Falseberry flop like you wouldn't believe. 0.86

00:12:22.000 In fact, he might be training for an Iron Man.

00:12:26.000 It's pretty incredible.

00:12:27.000 Now, he says it's thanks to Relief Factor.

00:12:28.000 I ask him all the time, Relief Factor?

00:12:30.000 He says relieffactor.com, 100% drug-free supplement.

00:12:33.000 You can get it for less than the cost of a cup of coffee a day.

00:12:35.000 So go to relieffactor.com, and I'm suggesting you order their three-week quick start to see if we can get you out of pain.

00:12:41.000 And then after that, it's less than the cost of a cup of coffee a day to stay out of pain.

00:12:44.000 So go to relieffactor.com.

00:12:45.000 That is relieffactor.com.

00:12:47.000 I'm telling you, a lot of people are in pain.

00:12:49.000 It's 100% drug-free.

00:12:50.000 Don't go to opioids.

00:12:51.000 Don't go to these other things.

00:12:52.000 Check it out at relieffactor.com.

00:12:57.000 Are we citizens of our government or are we subjects under our government?

00:13:02.000 Sure, seems as if we are subjects and have been for quite some time.

00:13:07.000 Cut 33, Mark Milley, who is a traitor to the United States and should be court-martialed, but he won't be.

00:13:16.000 He will be promoted, given book deals, treated very seriously.

00:13:19.000 Look at how many medals he has when I play this on the live stream on rumble.com.

00:13:24.000 Dwight D. Eisenhower, the greatest, one of the greatest generals in American history, had like two medals.

00:13:30.000 He won World War II alongside the sacrifice, the blood, and the commitment of so many heroes.

00:13:37.000 What has Mark Milley ever done as useful?

00:13:40.000 Overseeing the destruction of the greatest military in the history of the planet?

00:13:44.000 Play Cut 33.

00:13:46.000 It is clear, it is obvious, the war in Afghanistan did not end on the terms we wanted with the Taliban now in power in Kabul.

00:13:56.000 And we must remember that the Taliban was and remains a terrorist organization, and they still have not broken ties with al-Qaeda.

00:14:06.000 I have no illusions who we are dealing with.

00:14:09.000 It remains to be seen whether or not the Taliban can consolidate power or if the country will further fracture into civil war.

00:14:17.000 So why'd you give them weapons then?

00:14:20.000 So why'd you give them Black Hawk helicopters, Mark Milley?

00:14:23.000 Why'd you give them rifles?

00:14:26.000 Why'd you give them grenades?

00:14:28.000 Why'd you give them $85 billion of our best weapons?

00:14:32.000 If they're an enemy and make no mistake, I know who they are, why did you work with the Taliban to back channel to try to all of a sudden give up Bagram Airbase?

00:14:43.000 But Mark Milley is playing lip service to something he does not even actually believe.

00:14:49.000 Mark Milley is not here to testify in front of Congress.

00:14:55.000 You see, Mark Milley is not loyal to this, the United States Constitution.

00:15:01.000 Because that is what you swear an oath over when you enter our military.

00:15:05.000 You're swearing an oath to a contract to your fellow citizen, a promise to your fellow countrymen.

00:15:12.000 The Constitution of the United States is a framework and is a document that protects what you have naturally given to you by your creator.

00:15:20.000 Mark Milley's not loyal to this.

00:15:22.000 Instead, Mackenzie, Austin, and Milley, it is very clear as you watch this hearing, they are under strict orders to defend the regime.

00:15:36.000 Not to undermine anything that Joe Biden did.

00:15:41.000 Not to tell the truth of how he lied in August, but instead do their very best to make sure that Biden, Ron Klain, Jake Sullivan, and Jen Saki come out as untouched as possible.

00:16:01.000 Cut 35, Milley and McKenzie confirmed that they told Biden the withdrawal timeline is no good.

00:16:08.000 And of course, Joe Biden said no one said that to me.

00:16:11.000 We knew Biden was lying.

00:16:13.000 And Biden will get away with it, of course, because the propagandist media will not hold him accountable.

00:16:20.000 But here it is, under oath.

00:16:22.000 Millie and McKenzie, I think, accidentally reveal that Biden lied to you.

00:16:28.000 Cut 35.

00:16:30.000 I recommended that we maintain 2,500 troops in Afghanistan.

00:16:34.000 And I also recommended earlier in the fall of 2020 that we maintain 4,500 at that time.

00:16:40.000 Those are my personal views.

00:16:41.000 I also have a view that the withdrawal of those forces would lead inevitably to the collapse of the Afghan military forces and eventually the Afghan government.

00:16:50.000 Yes, I understand that.

00:16:51.000 And General Milley, I assume you agree with that in terms of the recommendation of 2,500.

00:16:56.000 And I do agree with that, General McKenzie.

00:16:58.000 I think you've all made this statement.

00:17:00.000 Did you talk to the president about General Miller's recommendation?

00:17:04.000 Sir, I was present when that discussion occurred.

00:17:07.000 And I'm confident that the President heard all the recommendations.

00:17:11.000 If we were...

00:17:12.000 First of all, let me just say as a side note as we ramp up this segment, these Republican senators that seem to be on such good terms with these generals, why don't they pick up the phone and tell them not to dishonorably discharge U.S. service members in the Air Force, Marines, Army, Coast Guard for not taking the vaccine?

00:17:34.000 That would be too hard of a fight for Republican senators.

00:17:36.000 I wouldn't expect that from them.

00:17:38.000 The untouchables, the oligarchy, the Millie, Austin, and McKenzie's will not be held accountable.

00:17:45.000 But that does not mean that certain people will not be punished.

00:17:50.000 This is not anarchy.

00:17:52.000 This is tyranny.

00:17:54.000 Lieutenant Colonel Stuart Scheller, who you might know as someone who exposed the regime last month in a Facebook video, has now been arrested for calling out the military for abusing their power.

00:18:13.000 Look, I often talk about the crushing debt and lack of jobs that come with the broken college system in our country and how entering a trade or vocational school can provide great career opportunities where your skills will always be in demand.

00:18:26.000 I want to talk to you about the American Institute of Non-Destructive Testing.

00:18:31.000 If you go to trainingndt.com, that's trainingndt.com, you can learn how to have an opportunity to work in industries such as aerospace, oil, gas, nuclear, and alternative energy as a technician performing critical inspections that make our world a safer place.

00:18:47.000 The American Institute of Non-Destructive Testing provides 93% job placement and graduates enjoy a starting wage of about $50,000 a year.

00:18:56.000 You can earn $60,000, $70,000, or even $80,000 yearly within a couple years as a technician.

00:19:01.000 Their program consists of six months online education followed by three weeks at the American Institute campus using state-of-the-art inspection equipment such as ultrasonics, capturing x-rays, and producing magnetic fields to inspect critical components to ensure their safety and reliability.

00:19:16.000 If you're looking for a career shift or if you are in high school and you're not sure what you want to do, I want you to know that Don Booth, the CEO, is a patriot and his whole team cares deeply about the future of every graduate.

00:19:26.000 Go to trainingndt.com to learn about this exciting and rewarding career.

00:19:30.000 Check it out, everybody.

00:19:32.000 Trainingndt.com.

00:19:34.000 Check it out.

00:19:34.000 It's a wonderful program, trainingndt.com.

00:19:40.000 The incarceration of free-thinking, healthy people in madhouses is spiritual murder.

00:19:47.000 It is a variation of the gas chamber, even more cruel.

00:19:51.000 The torture of the people being killed is more malicious and more prolonged.

00:19:56.000 Like the gas chambers, these crimes will never be forgotten, and those involved in them will be condemned for all time during their life after their death.

00:20:05.000 Alexander Solshenitsyn, the author of the Gulag Archipelago, one of the greatest books ever written that exposed the Soviet Union.

00:20:17.000 Lieutenant Colonel Stuart Scheller, who many of you have seen videos of, had the courage to speak out against the Biden regime when 13 Marines were killed because of Mark Milley and Lloyd Austin and McKenzie, who are currently testifying in front of Congress right now.

00:20:37.000 And Lieutenant Colonel Stuart Scheller knew that he was going to be giving up a $2 million pension and resigned his commission after 17 years of service.

00:20:51.000 He knew that this was going to come at a price and a cost.

00:20:56.000 Let's listen to the video of Lieutenant Colonel Stuart Scheller from just last month of him asking questions, demanding accountability after 13 of his fellow Marines were murdered, doing something they were not trained to do, deployed by the Biden regime to do something that they have never done before, and 13 of them were killed.

00:21:21.000 Play tape.

00:21:24.000 I've been in the Marine Infantry for 17 years.

00:21:27.000 Post this video, what might happen to me, especially if the video picks up traction, if I have the courage to post it.

00:21:34.000 But I think what you believe in can only be defined by what you're willing to risk.

00:21:39.000 So if I'm willing to risk my current battalion commander seat, my retirement, my family's stability to say some of the things that I want to say, I think it gives me some moral high ground to demand the same honesty, integrity, accountability from my senior leaders.

00:21:56.000 In Cut 46, he continues by saying that maybe all those people did die in vain, and we keep making the same mistakes.

00:22:05.000 Play Cut 46.

00:22:07.000 And what I'll say is, from my position, potentially all those people did die in vain if we don't have senior leaders that own up and raise their hand and say, we did not do this well in the end.

00:22:25.000 Without that, we just keep repeating the same mistakes.

00:22:27.000 This amalgamation of the economic slash corporate slash political slash higher military ranks are not holding up their end of the bargain.

00:22:42.000 In Cut 47, Lieutenant Colonel Stuart Scheller says, I demand accountability.

00:22:48.000 Well, unfortunately, Stuart Scheller, you don't live in a country where the untouchables are held accountable. 1.00

00:22:57.000 They will be promoted, make millions of dollars.

00:23:00.000 And Lieutenant Colonel Stuart Scheller has the courage to speak out, to demand answers for his fellow Marines that were killed, needlessly killed.

00:23:11.000 Play Cut 47.

00:23:13.000 I want to say this very strongly.

00:23:18.000 I have been fighting for 17 years.

00:23:21.000 I am willing to throw it all away to say to my senior leaders, I demand accountability.

00:23:29.000 Well, now he's been arrested.

00:23:31.000 This Marine, Lieutenant Colonel, is now in military lockup.

00:23:39.000 Lieutenant Colonel Scheller has been arrested and awaits a pretrial hearing.

00:23:49.000 His father said he was just asking for accountability.

00:23:53.000 In fact, I think he even asked for an apology that we made mistakes, but they couldn't do that, which is mind-blowing.

00:23:59.000 Well, it's not mind-blowing because the ruling class in America does not admit mistakes.

00:24:06.000 It's no different than the people that ran the Soviet Union, the party today, the party tomorrow, the party forever.

00:24:14.000 It's the infallibility of the ruling class.

00:24:22.000 And of course, as predicted, we made on this program, Lieutenant Colonel Scheller was ordered by the Marines to undergo a mental health screening.

00:24:36.000 Of course, that is a favorite tactic of political tyrants.

00:24:43.000 In fact, there has been an incredible amount of scholarship in history.

00:24:46.000 And I just want to say, this is coming to your schools.

00:24:49.000 This is coming to your workplaces.

00:24:51.000 This is coming everywhere.

00:24:53.000 This form of tyranny, which is the abuse of psychiatry, is coming right to your neighborhood.

00:25:01.000 In the Soviet Union, this form of the abuse of psychiatry is called psychopathological mechanisms of dissent.

00:25:11.000 This was popularized by Brezhnev, who used the psychiatric wards to be able to disable and remove from society political opponents and dissidents.

00:25:23.000 These people who openly expressed beliefs that contradicted the official party dogma, like Lieutenant Colonel Scheller.

00:25:32.000 We don't like what you have to say. 0.74

00:25:33.000 Send him to the madhouse. 0.98

00:25:36.000 The term philosophical intoxication was widely applied to the mental disorders diagnosed when people disagreed with the country's communist leaders.

00:25:50.000 Or if they dared question Marxism, Leninism, Engels, or Vladimir Lenin himself.

00:25:58.000 Article 5810 of the Stalin-era Criminal Code said, quote, anti-Soviet agitation was to a considerable degree preserved in the 1958 RSFSR Criminal Code as Article 70, which continued by saying that the laws were frequently applied in conjunction with a system to diagnose mental illness.

00:26:27.000 They established a framework that allowed those that disagree at the party to be locked up forever for psychiatric diagnosis.

00:26:39.000 You don't think that Marx is the greatest person ever?

00:26:45.000 To the madhouse for you.

00:26:49.000 There is no famine.

00:26:52.000 And if you dare say that there's no crops, to the madhouse for you.

00:26:55.000 What do you mean?

00:26:56.000 It doesn't matter that in the 1930s there was no crops.

00:26:56.000 There's crops everywhere.

00:27:00.000 Psychiatric tyranny was a go-to weapon of the Soviet ruling class and tyrants. 0.89

00:27:15.000 So of course, Lieutenant Colonel Scheller, our own Marine hero, he was announced that he had to undergo a mental health screening. 0.99

00:27:21.000 Of course, he's crazy. 1.00

00:27:22.000 Go send him to a madhouse. 1.00

00:27:23.000 That is coming to your schools for your children, by the way. 0.99

00:27:27.000 That's coming to your workplace.

00:27:29.000 That's coming to your local area where they are going to try and abuse this form of diagnosing people as crazy to keep them down.

00:27:44.000 So now, as it stands today, Lieutenant Colonel Scheller, an American hero for speaking out and demanding accountability, is currently in pre-trial confinement in the regional brig for the Marine Corps installations east aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, pending an Article 32 preliminary hearing.

00:28:13.000 So for all of you keeping score at home, Mark Milley, who willingly armed the Taliban, Mark Milley, who called the Chinese our greatest enemy and gave them a heads up of our confidential and secret military operations, which according to the United States Constitution is treason.

00:28:33.000 Let me say this again.

00:28:34.000 Treason against the United States shall consist only in levying war against them or adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort.

00:28:44.000 But who's the one that actually gets court-martialed?

00:28:50.000 People do not get held accountable when they do something wrong, but they will be reprimanded and they will be put in the public square as if it's a show trial if you dare speak out and ask questions about 13 dead Marines.

00:29:08.000 Lieutenant Colonel Stuart Scheller is currently behind bars.

00:29:14.000 The old idea of the Greeks of justice is to give a man what he is due.

00:29:19.000 Many of our debate in America right now is a debate over justice, of who should be penalized and who should be rewarded.

00:29:28.000 Well, generally, we believe in a meritocracy in America.

00:29:32.000 We believe in individual agency and choice.

00:29:34.000 So we believe when you leak confidential military operations to our greatest enemy and give $85 billion of weapons to the Taliban, you should at least be held minorly accountable. 0.62

00:29:44.000 But no, instead, our own military is executing a show trial.

00:29:49.000 What is a show trial?

00:29:52.000 A show trial is a public display of a farce of justice to deter other individuals and movements and organizations from challenging the incumbent party.

00:30:05.000 And right now, your fellow American, an American hero who gave up a $2 million pension in 17 years of service, who's more courageous than Mark Milley has ever been on his best day, is behind bars.

00:30:15.000 Why?

00:30:16.000 Because he spoke out.

00:30:19.000 Because he dared ask questions.

00:30:23.000 And right now, he needs your help.

00:30:24.000 Lieutenant Colonel Scheller will probably go to jail for a long time because he had the courage to speak.

00:30:31.000 Lieutenant Colonel Scheller is behind bars, and later Mark Milley will be at the bar, knowing that he will never be held accountable.

00:30:41.000 Resignations, disgrace?

00:30:43.000 The military industrial complex is incapable of blushing and admitting failure.

00:30:43.000 No.

00:30:51.000 Because that would make them human, fully human.

00:30:56.000 Let me tell you a story about a woman named Lori Smith. 0.97

00:30:59.000 She owns a web design business in Denver.

00:31:03.000 It's called 303 Creative.

00:31:05.000 She creates beautiful custom websites for all of her clients.

00:31:09.000 And back in 2016, attorneys for Alliance Defending Freedom, wonderful organization, filed a lawsuit on Lori's behalf.

00:31:17.000 They challenged a Colorado law that would force her to design websites and promote messages that violate her deeply held religious beliefs.

00:31:27.000 To make matters even worse, that same law now prevents Lori from on her own website expressing her religious reasons for only creating websites that celebrate certain messages and ideas.

00:31:39.000 So the question remains: do creative professionals have the freedom to decide which messages they celebrate through their art?

00:31:46.000 So the Alliance Defending Freedom has just filed a petition with the U.S. Supreme Court asking it to hear Lori's case.

00:31:53.000 ADF has won 13 victories at the Supreme Court since 2011.

00:31:57.000 But as ADF's Matt Sharp tells us, our help is needed because the next challenge to religious freedom could be right around the corner.

00:32:04.000 Play cut two.

00:32:05.000 One day it may be your grandmother or your business that comes under attack because you wanting to operate consistent with your faith.

00:32:12.000 And maybe your kids' religious school comes under attack for wanting to teach kids the biblical values that you hold so dear.

00:32:18.000 ADF is always there to stand with people to make sure that their rights are not trampled, that their freedom is always protected, both locally, statewide, and ultimately at the U.S. Supreme Court.

00:32:28.000 ADF does all of its work pro bono for free, like clients for clients like Lori, but they need our help to cover the cost of defending our freedoms.

00:32:37.000 Go to charliekirk.com and click on the Alliance Defending Freedom banner and consider chipping in AllianceDefending Freedom banner at charliekirk.com.

00:32:46.000 That is charliekirk.com.

00:32:49.000 Let's go to some sound here.

00:32:54.000 If we have yeah, I'm not sure.

00:32:58.000 I don't think we have the one.

00:32:59.000 We'll get that in the next hour.

00:33:03.000 I want to get one of the senators cross-examining.

00:33:07.000 Let's go to cut 42. 0.75

00:33:09.000 Joe Manchin, there's another Joe Manchin clip I want to get to, but we'll play Cut 42.

00:33:13.000 Play Cut 42.

00:33:15.000 It drives me absolutely insane to see the television at night and see the Taliban and all them wearing our uniforms, wearing our night vision, doing everything, using everything we have, our MRAPs and everything else that we left there. 1.00

00:33:29.000 I just can't believe it.

00:33:30.000 I can't even get an accounting of how much equipment we really did leave.

00:33:34.000 No one knows, by the way.

00:33:35.000 There's no accounting.

00:33:37.000 There's no ledger sheet.

00:33:39.000 If you ran your business like the military runs with their equipment, you would be in prison by the IRS for the rest of your life for embezzlement and for running fraudulent books.

00:33:53.000 But instead, they get elevated and promoted.

00:33:56.000 They get all these medals.

00:33:58.000 This distance between the citizen and what has now become the subject, the people in charge, and you, it is growing.

00:34:10.000 And I remember in America where generals at least pretended to care that people were so disgusted and upset with them.

00:34:21.000 Instead, it's just kind of shrug it off.

00:34:28.000 Let's go to cut 43. 0.79

00:34:31.000 Dan Sullivan says just that.

00:34:32.000 Play cut 43.

00:34:34.000 Here's the anger.

00:34:35.000 I've never seen my constituents more angry about an issue than this.

00:34:40.000 And it's the combination of everybody knowing that this is a debacle and yet people defending it as a, quote, extraordinary success.

00:34:49.000 And here's the biggest.

00:34:50.000 No accountability.

00:34:56.000 Well, Senator Sullivan, you're a good man from Alaska.

00:35:00.000 I disagree with you on certain things.

00:35:01.000 I think you're too moderate in certain things.

00:35:03.000 But maybe you're starting to realize what we've been saying for a couple of years.

00:35:07.000 There is no holding these people accountable.

00:35:10.000 They laugh at the senators.

00:35:11.000 They laugh at the people.

00:35:13.000 They're going to do what they want to do.

00:35:17.000 It has been 60 years of the long march of the institutions, the slow and steady takeover of our treasured and valued military, academia, media, whatever you might say it is.

00:35:31.000 There will be no accountability.

00:35:33.000 This regime thinks they are untouchable.

00:35:37.000 Hey, everybody, if you're paying attention, you know we're going to face some tough times.

00:35:40.000 I'm not saying run and hide, far from it.

00:35:42.000 But I am saying you should prepare for food shortages in the very near future.

00:35:45.000 I am a big prepper, and you should be too.

00:35:47.000 The best way to be able to be prepared for what's happening, and there might be some bad things happening very soon, is this: get a three-month emergency food kit from MyPatriot Supply.

00:35:57.000 They're the number one emergency food company, and they've served millions of American families over the last 14 years.

00:36:02.000 Right now, you can save $100 on their three-month emergency food kit just in time before the entire system crashes around us.

00:36:09.000 Since you're saving $100 per kit, get one for each member of your family.

00:36:13.000 This kit gives you breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks, and snacks totaling over 2,000 calories a day with a wide variety of delicious foods.

00:36:21.000 Go to preparewithkirk.com right now and save $100 per kit.

00:36:24.000 You can't beat this price.

00:36:25.000 Prep yourself.

00:36:26.000 Prep your family at preparewithkirk.com.

00:36:29.000 Act now, and your order will ship quickly and arrive discreetly at your door in unmarked boxes.

00:36:35.000 That's preparewithkirk.com, preparewithkirk.com.

00:36:40.000 I want to get to some sound here of Millie, Austin, and McKenzie testifying in front of Congress.

00:36:48.000 And just to give you an idea, just to continue the drumbeat of who's in charge, are they being held accountable?

00:36:58.000 Where is the check and balance, if anywhere?

00:37:00.000 And I'm not trying to play into cynicism.

00:37:02.000 I'm not a cynic.

00:37:04.000 I see things as they are.

00:37:06.000 But I'm also never going to lie to you as if anything's ever going to happen to these people except to the fact that Millie, Austin, and McKenzie will now be invited to Obama's birthday party, get big book deals, lecture at Georgetown, become on the board of Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, or Boeing.

00:37:21.000 They will be treated very well for the rest of their life.

00:37:25.000 The country might be in total disarray, but they did their part.

00:37:29.000 They were loyal members of the revolution.

00:37:34.000 They were loyal to the party.

00:37:37.000 Senator Kramer said something in Cut 39 that I don't think got any attention, but I'm going to just spend a little bit of time on this.

00:37:44.000 I'd love to get a little bit of clarification on this.

00:37:46.000 He said that Joe Biden once threatened to have union bosses beat him up as an attempt to be a tough guy.

00:37:53.000 I'm not exactly sure when that would have happened or what the possible or potential context that would be.

00:38:00.000 But did Joe Biden threaten to call on a hit on a North Dakota senator?

00:38:06.000 Is Joe Biden asking, hey, go take care of business?

00:38:12.000 Is Joe Biden somehow back channeling with Tony Soprano?

00:38:17.000 Cut 39.

00:38:19.000 You know, I noticed that the president was quick to take a victory lap after the first strike and push this tough guy image he's so famous for.

00:38:26.000 He once threatened to have union bosses beat me up.

00:38:30.000 He said things like, just do it.

00:38:32.000 If we find more, we'll strike them. 0.86

00:38:34.000 Of course, this was after he said of the ISIS K leaders, we will hunt you down. 0.97

00:38:39.000 He talks tough.

00:38:40.000 He's going to go get him.

00:38:41.000 But I also notice he's been equally silent, taking no responsibility for the strike on innocent civilians, including children, that was in part caused by, in my view, his insecure need to appear tough.

00:38:54.000 And then Senator Kramer asked a good question next, which is something I've been thinking of actually.

00:38:58.000 I was in the car with my wife talking to her about this.

00:39:01.000 And I said, has anyone thought to actually reach out and counsel the drone operators that were the ones that actually pushed the button that killed the seven children, just the random family in Afghanistan that had nothing to do with the bombing of our 13 Marines?

00:39:19.000 Did anyone think to actually talk to these drone operators, put them under a legitimate sort of psychiatric analysis that they're not going to engage in self-harm?

00:39:31.000 And of course, they said, no, why would we do that?

00:39:34.000 You see, it's easy to give orders behind a desk, like Lloyd Austin and Mark Milley.

00:39:39.000 Do you know what's not easy?

00:39:41.000 Being a drone operator.

00:39:44.000 Being a drone operator in the United States depends on what military base you're operating at.

00:39:51.000 But from what I have been led to understand from people that actually are in those positions, they will go home and then back to the base.

00:39:59.000 They dress in full military fatigues.

00:40:02.000 They go into kind of a box.

00:40:04.000 It's literally like a box.

00:40:05.000 Almost think of an RV.

00:40:07.000 They sit behind a computer screen with a joystick equivalent with a headset on.

00:40:13.000 They will be given their targets to follow, to track and analyze.

00:40:18.000 And they will see the most intimate movements of what those people will be doing in Afghanistan or Iraq or in Libya or Yemen or Oman.

00:40:27.000 I want you to imagine being the drone operator, getting an order from Central Command saying, hey, here's our target.

00:40:35.000 And you start following that target around.

00:40:38.000 And you say, man, that's a lot of children.

00:40:41.000 Seven kids?

00:40:43.000 Are we sure this is right? 0.53

00:40:46.000 And then from the president of the United States, Joe Biden, then the Lloyd Austin, they gave the order to then tell one of these wonderful military service people to go push the button on the joystick to go murder those seven children.

00:41:03.000 Can you imagine the psychological damage that has to be when you realize it was just completely innocent civilians?

00:41:08.000 And Senator Kramer asked the question: did you guys ever think to follow up about that?

00:41:12.000 Are you even remotely?

00:41:14.000 Of course they don't care.

00:41:14.000 They don't care for a second about our troops or about our military.

00:41:19.000 Of course not.

00:41:22.000 What they do care about is their pending book deal.

00:41:24.000 How I saved democracy while I was at Old Country Buffet.

00:41:30.000 Senator Manchin, Cut 52, Democrat from West Virginia, asks a very simple question.

00:41:38.000 Hey, you know that government that we propped up for the last 20 years in Afghanistan?

00:41:44.000 You know the hundreds of billions of dollars that we sent?

00:41:47.000 Does anyone know where this Ghani guy is?

00:41:52.000 Ghani?

00:41:53.000 Ghani?

00:41:54.000 Bueller?

00:41:56.000 Anybody?

00:41:57.000 You know the guy that was kind of the puppet presidency for the last five to ten years?

00:42:02.000 The American educated guy who has kids that live in the ruling class district of Washington, D.C.?

00:42:09.000 Where did all that money go?

00:42:12.000 And how was he able to take that much money out of the country if it wasn't for United States air support assistance?

00:42:18.000 Play Cut 52.

00:42:20.000 We know where the president, the former president of Afghanistan, is today and how much money he took with him.

00:42:27.000 We have any idea?

00:42:30.000 Sign up.

00:42:31.000 Secretary Austin, do you have any idea?

00:42:33.000 I think that he may be in the UAE Senator.

00:42:36.000 I'm not certain of that.

00:42:38.000 That's what the last report that I had.

00:42:40.000 And in terms of any money that he may have taken with him, I have no knowledge of any amounts of money.

00:42:46.000 You all haven't been able to.

00:42:47.000 I mean, there's no way that we can trace that to our, I mean, to the banking institutions.

00:42:52.000 No way that we have any insight on that whatsoever.

00:42:55.000 Why do we keep funding these intel agencies that are able to tell you the very intimate movements of Roger Stone?

00:43:03.000 Don't worry.

00:43:04.000 Roger Stone, they're able to mobilize 25 FBI agents with night vision goggles going through an aqueduct coming onto his house.

00:43:16.000 But where is the CIA or the intelligence agencies following the flow of money, worrying about the person who we propped up as the president of the country?

00:43:27.000 It is such a basic and fundamental and simple question.

00:43:32.000 It's actually impressive how little these people know.

00:43:39.000 You could pick some random guy from Resden, Virginia, and you could just put him up here and he'd have all the same answers.

00:43:49.000 Yeah, I'm Carl.

00:43:51.000 I'm a big football fan.

00:43:53.000 I don't know where Ghani is, but I did stay at Holiday and Express last night.

00:43:58.000 How about you, Steve?

00:44:00.000 Yeah, I don't know where Ghani is.

00:44:02.000 I don't know where the weapons are, but I did stay at a Holiday and Express last night.

00:44:06.000 And we have to trust these people to have drone strikes, the nuclear arsenal, the capability of our battleships.

00:44:13.000 If you are the Chinese Communist Party and you are the soulless, atheistic, godless, imperialistic-minded regime that they have to take over our country, and you're watching this court jester circus right now in front of Congress, you don't know where Ghani is. 0.97

00:44:30.000 You don't know where the weapons are.

00:44:33.000 All you got, even just from a public relations standpoint, here's what these generals should have been saying.

00:44:39.000 You know what they should be saying?

00:44:40.000 We'll get to that in secret session or private session.

00:44:44.000 Just do a little bit better job of giving us the peace of mind that you have even the most distant or remote or even just the pretend notion that you care.

00:44:55.000 Just can you go through the motions?

00:44:56.000 Can you at least play act?

00:44:58.000 Can you do a little Jack Nicholas?

00:45:00.000 You can't handle the charge.

00:45:02.000 Just a little bit of, come on.

00:45:03.000 Like, can you at least play it?

00:45:04.000 Instead, it's like, yeah, we don't know where he is.

00:45:05.000 Why would we?

00:45:06.000 It's not like we're in charge.

00:45:07.000 It's not like I have all these metals going down from my shoulder to my hip.

00:45:13.000 There are so much.

00:45:16.000 There are many more pieces of tape we want to get to here.

00:45:18.000 And I also want to get to the story of the New York governor.

00:45:22.000 The new New York governor, not Andrew Cuomo, says that the vaccines are from God.

00:45:27.000 You see, they love talking about God when it fits their purpose.

00:45:30.000 And to send out her own apostles to push jabs. 0.99

00:47:21.000 Okay, I want to get to this story here.

00:47:22.000 It's almost hard to believe.

00:47:25.000 We have so much going on today on this very busy Newsday on the Charlie Kirk show.

00:47:32.000 We have said for quite some time, we're not the only ones to say that we're one of the few, that the left has created their own secularized religion, that the left has tried to abolish Christianity and abolish any of the traditional Western religions and replace it with this same sort of religious tradition,

00:47:57.000 but have it be with their own sacraments, their own priests, their own orthodoxy.

00:48:09.000 So Governor Kathy Hochl, she preached from a pulpit in Brooklyn on Sunday and said that citizens should be thankful to God for the Fauci virus vaccines, which she claimed were divinely inspired.

00:48:26.000 She said, we're not through this pandemic.

00:48:28.000 I wish we were, but I prayed a lot to God during this time.

00:48:31.000 And you know that God did answer our prayers.

00:48:33.000 He made the smartest men and women, the scientists, the doctors, the researchers, he made them come up with a vaccine.

00:48:39.000 That is from God to us.

00:48:40.000 We must say, thank you, God.

00:48:41.000 Thank you.

00:48:42.000 She continued by saying, I need you to be my apostles.

00:48:46.000 I need you to go out and talk about it and say, we owe this to each other.

00:48:49.000 We love each other.

00:48:50.000 Jesus taught us to love one another.

00:48:52.000 And how do you show that love but to care about each and others and say, please get the vaccine because I love you and I want you to live.

00:48:58.000 Play tape.

00:48:59.000 I prayed a lot to God during this time.

00:49:02.000 And you know what?

00:49:03.000 God did answer our prayers.

00:49:05.000 He made the smartest men and women, the scientists, the doctors, the researchers.

00:49:10.000 He made them come up with a vaccine.

00:49:12.000 That is from God to us.

00:49:14.000 And we must say thank you, God.

00:49:17.000 Thank you.

00:49:18.000 And I wear my vaccinated necklace all the time to say I'm vaccinated.

00:49:22.000 All of you.

00:49:24.000 Yes, I know you're vaccinated.

00:49:25.000 You're the smart ones, but you know there's people out there who aren't listening to God and what God wants.

00:49:30.000 You know this.

00:49:31.000 You know who they are.

00:49:33.000 I need you to be my apostles.

00:49:35.000 I need you to go out and talk about it.

00:49:38.000 Jonathan Mayhew, who largely inspired the American Revolution, said that disobedience to tyrants is obedience to God.

00:49:50.000 So Kathy Huckel, excuse me while I rebel publicly and repeatedly against people like you.

00:50:01.000 What's so interesting is that the other side always accuses us of trying to conflate church and state, even though it doesn't say that anywhere in the United States Constitution, even though it does not say it anywhere in our founding documents.

00:50:18.000 But instead, she's the one now going into churches, trying to take the moral high ground and literally trying to deputize apostles.

00:50:30.000 So what would that make you, Kathy Hochul?

00:50:34.000 Jesus, the governor of New York.

00:50:38.000 She also says that she may call in the National Guard to cover for fired or unvaccinated workers from Breitbart.com.

00:50:46.000 Kathy Hochul said that we're still in a battle against the Fauci virus to protect our loved ones.

00:50:52.000 And we need to fight with every tool at our disposal.

00:50:55.000 I am monitoring the staffing situation, and we have a plan to increase our healthcare workforce.

00:51:01.000 She continued by saying.

00:51:04.000 Now, here's an interesting question: How are the schools that have, how are they doing that have extremely high vaccination rates?

00:51:14.000 Are they getting infected?

00:51:17.000 Are they not getting infected?

00:51:19.000 Well, Harvard Business School has now locked down again for this semester, despite 95% of the Harvard Harvard student body being vaccinated.

00:51:32.000 They are locking down again because of the spread of the Chinese coronavirus.

00:51:40.000 So they say, We need to get, we need you to get vaccinated so we could protect the vaccinated.

00:51:46.000 I thought that's what the vaccine does.

00:51:48.000 I thought the vaccine protects the vaccinated from whatever you're afraid of.

00:51:54.000 Yet, Kathy Hochul says, I need you to be my apostles.

00:52:00.000 In Matthew, in the book of Matthew, Jesus famously said to his apostles, Who do men say that I am?

00:52:08.000 And his disciples repeated, they say, Well, some say you're John the Baptist, some say that you are Elijah.

00:52:14.000 And it continues by saying, On this rock build my church.

00:52:20.000 Now, the new way of the secular left says, On this rock, put the jab in the arm, or else.

00:52:31.000 Hillsdale College, the beacon of the North, the last college, the place of liberty and freedom, they have four purposes: learning, character, faith, and freedom.

00:52:40.000 Education and faith thrive in freedom, and freedom requires an educated people, a people of good character, to preserve it.

00:52:47.000 Hillsdale College has been providing the education needed to preserve free government for over 175 years.

00:52:54.000 It continues to provide that education today, not only to its 1,500 undergraduate and graduate students, but nationwide through its free online courses, its support of classical K-12 charter schools, and its other outreach efforts on behalf of liberty.

00:53:08.000 Hillsdale's Articles of Association, dating back to 1844, commit the college to preserving the blessings of civil and religious liberty through the provision of sound learning.

00:53:20.000 This learning includes the Constitution.

00:53:22.000 It includes the laws of nature and nature's God as described in the Declaration of Independence.

00:53:29.000 It includes America's beautiful heritage of liberty that too often is falsely derided or denied.

00:53:35.000 I'm actually going to be at Hillsdale College in just a couple days.

00:53:38.000 And Hillsdale's model is pursuing truth and defending liberty since 1844.

00:53:43.000 It will continue to fight to live up to that motto, come what may.

00:53:46.000 Check out the Beacon of the North, the place that is so beautiful you won't believe it.

00:53:50.000 They have statues of Frederick Douglass, Winston Churchill, George Washington, Maggie Thatcher, Hillsdale College, the place where liberty and truth are defended.

00:54:01.000 So check it out at hillsdale.edu.

00:54:04.000 That's hillsdale.edu.

00:54:08.000 What if I told you that segregation is back?

00:54:13.000 Segregation is legal. 1.00

00:54:16.000 And in fact, the people in charge, the ruling class, the cartel, they're in favor of it.

00:54:24.000 Reading from Foxnews.com, a university in Washington has created segregating housing specifically for black students.

00:54:32.000 Western Washington University has designated the fourth floor of Alma Clark Glass Hall as housing reserved for black affinity housing program, becoming the latest school to adopt such a program.

00:54:45.000 Quote, the program will explore and celebrate the diversity of black and African American people and culture with historical and contemporary context.

00:54:53.000 Western students residing in the program help foster a warm and vibrant communities supporting social, personal, and academic success.

00:55:02.000 Black affinity housing residents represent all diverse identities, pride themselves on fostering a sense of belonging for all residents.

00:55:10.000 The black student organization and black applicants have called for the new housing program and defended the move, saying it's not anything new to segregate people based on skin color.

00:55:22.000 Segregating people based on skin color is what we've always wanted. 1.00

00:55:26.000 American University in Washington, D.C. has also said they are offering black affinity housing after the conviction of George Floyd and the conviction of Derek Chauvin.

00:55:38.000 I'm sorry, for the murder of George Floyd, is what it says here.

00:55:41.000 You see, one of the lies of the civil rights movement was that if we passed the Civil Rights Act, we would have a de-emphasized race conversation in the country, that we would be less race aware than ever before.

00:55:58.000 When in reality, the opposite has happened 60 years later, that our race awareness and consciousness has only become more.

00:56:07.000 The promise was colorblindness, which is the moral position.

00:56:12.000 I don't care about what you look like. 0.60

00:56:13.000 I care about who you are.

00:56:15.000 Instead, we have received the exact opposite, where when you send your child to college, they might go to a school where they will be segregated based on skin color.

00:56:28.000 The Atlanta public schools are segregating grade school children based on skin color.

00:56:36.000 The San Diego public schools are segregating children based on skin color.

00:56:42.000 It reminds me of that famous quote by George Wallace: segregation today, segregation tomorrow, segregation forever.

00:56:52.000 And this is a great test for all of you listening.

00:56:54.000 And I got this from the wonderful Dennis Prager.

00:56:58.000 Do you want to find out if the person you are talking to is a liberal that means well or a leftist that wishes to destroy the country?

00:57:06.000 Ask them if they support black-only dormitories.

00:57:11.000 Anyone who supports black-only dormitories is a bigot and wants to re-segregate the country based on skin color.

00:57:24.000 We're going to post that article on CharlieKirk.com.

00:57:27.000 I know that comes as a surprise to a lot of Americans.

00:57:29.000 They say, what do you mean they're segregating based on skin color?

00:57:32.000 It's what they're doing.

00:57:33.000 Black-only dormitories at Western Washington University.

00:57:38.000 It's going to continue to spread across the country at a record pace.

00:57:42.000 Okay, let's get back to the court jesters that call themselves generals. 1.00

00:57:47.000 Let's see here.

00:57:48.000 Let's go to Cut 55, Tom Cotton Girls, Millie, and Secretary Austin over the fact that Biden waited 10 days after Kabul fell.

00:57:55.000 Play Cut 55.

00:57:56.000 And as General Milley just said, that assessment was made.

00:58:01.000 We tasked him to make that assessment on the 25th, and he came back and provided his best military advice.

00:58:06.000 Secretary, Kabul fell on August 15th.

00:58:11.000 It was clear that we had thousands of Americans.

00:58:13.000 It was clear to members of this committee who were getting phone calls that we had thousands of Americans in Afghanistan behind Taliban lines on August 15th.

00:58:19.000 And it took 10 days to ask these general officers if we should extend our presence.

00:58:23.000 I suspect the answer might be a little different if you were asking them 16 days out, not five days out.

00:58:29.000 They didn't even have to do an assessment regarding the August 31st deadline.

00:58:34.000 Senator Josh Hawley, Cut 54, says, you left Americans behind.

00:58:38.000 Joe Biden left them behind in Afghanistan.

00:58:40.000 Play Cut 54.

00:58:42.000 With all due respect, sir, you have left past tense, Americans behind. 0.84

00:58:46.000 We have no presence any longer in Afghanistan.

00:58:49.000 There are hundreds of Americans, and not just Americans generally, civilians you left behind against the president's explicit commitment not to leave until all American citizens were out and to safety.

00:59:04.000 That is not what happened.

00:59:06.000 And now we have people who are desperately, frantically trying to get out of this country, coming to me, coming to members of this committee, asking for help.

00:59:13.000 They can't get that help.

00:59:14.000 They're stuck behind enemy lines.

00:59:16.000 So please don't tell me that we're not leaving Americans behind.

00:59:19.000 You left them behind.

00:59:20.000 Joe Biden left them behind.

00:59:21.000 And frankly, it was a disgrace.

00:59:24.000 It was a disgrace.

00:59:25.000 That is well said, Senator Hawley.

00:59:28.000 But if you have a government that has betrayed its own citizens domestically, don't be shocked when that government betrays its citizens internationally.

00:59:38.000 And this is the question, and I'm curious, as we continue to unpack this, email us your thoughts, freedom at charliekirk.com.

00:59:46.000 Are these people incompetent or are they malevolent?

00:59:52.000 Do these people not know any better? 0.97

00:59:55.000 Or are these people in on the game?

00:59:58.000 Do they want something that they aren't telling us?

01:00:01.000 Do they want to see the country go in a certain direction that they're not currently articulating?

01:00:07.000 So much to get to.

01:00:08.000 I want to get to this story here.

01:00:08.000 Joe Biden has come out and he has said that his new bill, the $3.5 trillion bill, costs $0.

01:00:16.000 That's right.

01:00:16.000 He's come out and he said, my Build Back Better agenda costs $0.

01:00:22.000 He said that it adds $0 to the national debt, which of course is not true because the Associated Press says that it will add nearly $1.4 trillion to the national debt.

01:00:33.000 Now, we haven't been covering this a lot on this program, but I've been monitoring the kind of palace intrigue and the drama behind the multi-trillion dollar bill that is currently being pushed through Congress.

01:00:48.000 And the Democrats have many different points of crisis on their hands right now.

01:00:56.000 They have inflation.

01:00:58.000 They can't explain away Afghanistan. 1.00

01:01:00.000 The borders are completely and totally wide open.

01:01:02.000 Crime is going up dramatically, which if we have time, we'll cover it.

01:01:06.000 If not, we'll do it tomorrow because the crime statistics are stunning.

01:01:09.000 But the Democrats are stonewalled by the people in their own party.

01:01:15.000 And one person in particular is deciding to wage war on Kirsten Cinema and on Joe Manchin.

01:01:24.000 The ingrate Elon Omar, who is only in America, thanks to the generosity and the benevolency of our own country who rescued her from a Kenyan refugee camp, she calls Manchin and Cinema Republicans.

01:01:38.000 Now, it took a little bit longer than I would have thought, but finally we are seeing Democrats start to fight amongst themselves.

01:01:45.000 Finally, we are starting to see the people in charge of the feast, they're starting to argue over who gets the most amount of food.

01:01:57.000 They are tearing each other apart.

01:01:59.000 It's happening privately, and it's pouring into the public discourse.

01:02:03.000 PlayCut 44.

01:02:05.000 My colleague Manu Raju asked her for her thoughts a short time ago about Senators Kirsten Cinema and Joe Manchin.

01:02:11.000 Here's what she said.

01:02:14.000 It is saddening to see them use Republican talking points.

01:02:18.000 We obviously didn't envision having Republicans as part of our party.

01:02:23.000 And I hope that they will understand that Democrats need to be united behind the president's agenda.

01:02:32.000 And we need to have urgent conversations on how to get this agenda done.

01:02:36.000 There's a lot of things I want to say about that, but I'm not going to say it.

01:02:39.000 So email us your thoughts, freedom at charliekirk.com.

01:02:42.000 But as this is continuing to happen in Congress, the question is, are they going to be able to pass their massive spending package?

01:02:53.000 Are they going to be able to pass the infrastructure package with the $3.5 trillion reconciliation bill alongside the debt ceiling?

01:03:06.000 And Senator Mitch McConnell, who gets fair treatment on this program, has done a terrific job of holding the line on the debt ceiling.

01:03:14.000 Now, in return, they should demand something and say, you just don't want transparency, but we want a southern border.

01:03:23.000 Make Joe Biden shut down the government.

01:03:26.000 Make Joe Biden oversee the locking down and the shutting down of the government.

01:03:31.000 Do we have Cut 58?

01:03:32.000 But don't worry, everybody.

01:03:34.000 Nancy Pelosi says that we need to keep the government open because we have to fulfill Obama's agenda.

01:03:41.000 Play Cut 58.

01:03:43.000 Keep government open.

01:03:45.000 We have to do those imminently, more imminently even to address the full Obama agenda of building back better.

01:03:56.000 And I love to say building back better.

01:03:59.000 We are run by our country is truly being run by people that should be in Del Boca Vista. 0.99

01:04:09.000 Anyone know what Del Boca Vista is?

01:04:11.000 Oh, you guys got to watch more Seinfeld.

01:04:15.000 It's back to school time, and you may be feeling the burden of college bills or private tuition school expenses.

01:04:20.000 With home equity at a all-time high and interest rates low, refinancing your house could be a great way to get some cash and pay out those bills.

01:04:27.000 But look, I'm going to cut it to you straight.

01:04:28.000 Stop using banks to refinance your home that hate you.

01:04:31.000 Every big bank hates you.

01:04:33.000 They hate your values.

01:04:34.000 They hate your worldview.

01:04:35.000 They want to take our guns away.

01:04:36.000 They fund Planned Parenthood.

01:04:38.000 So let's go with the good guys.

01:04:38.000 Enough.

01:04:39.000 I got two good friends.

01:04:40.000 These guys love the Lord.

01:04:41.000 They love their country.

01:04:43.000 They're really fun people.

01:04:45.000 They're down to earth.

01:04:46.000 It's Andrew Del Rey and Todd Avakian at andrewandTodd.com.

01:04:50.000 They are with Sierra Pacific Mortgage, people I know and trust with them, and you should too.

01:04:54.000 So it's super simple.

01:04:56.000 Anything you need for a home loan, anything at all, refinance, take out a loan.

01:05:00.000 Don't go to Chase.

01:05:01.000 Don't go to Wells Fargo.

01:05:03.000 Definitely don't go to Goldman Sachs.

01:05:05.000 I don't think many people would because I don't think they have a retail operation.

01:05:07.000 Don't go to this brick and mortar nonsense of these people that are woke USA, wearing two masks, take your money and deposit it, charge you fees, and then say, oh, let's take out a loan.

01:05:18.000 By the way, the money we make is going to go fund the downfall of America.

01:05:21.000 Ain't done with that.

01:05:22.000 Instead, just go to andrewandtodd.com.

01:05:25.000 Again, these are two patriots who love the Lord and they love their country.

01:05:28.000 Take 30 seconds to answer a couple questions.

01:05:31.000 That gives them the info they need and gives you value information often on the first call.

01:05:36.000 Andrew and Todd, they are not brokers.

01:05:38.000 They are bankers, which means they can handle your loan from start to finish.

01:05:41.000 So you always have someone in your corner.

01:05:43.000 Again, they're honest.

01:05:44.000 They are great people.

01:05:46.000 I've got to know them so well.

01:05:48.000 So take that first step towards getting the cash you need today.

01:05:51.000 Stop taking out loans from banks that hate you.

01:05:54.000 Go to andrewandtodd.com, andrewandtodd.com.

01:05:57.000 Call 888-888-1172.

01:05:59.000 That's 888-888-1172.

01:06:01.000 Go to andrewandtodd.com.

01:06:04.000 I'm about to use them for something at andrewandtodd.com.

01:06:07.000 They've been so easy to work with.

01:06:10.000 And you know what gives me some peace at night?

01:06:12.000 I know that when I use them, they love the Lord and they love the flag and they love the country.

01:06:18.000 It really makes me feel good about it.

01:06:20.000 AndrewandTodd.com, start supporting the good guys and stop taking out loans of people that hate you and hate your values.

01:06:29.000 Joe Rogan has become a freedom fighter.

01:06:32.000 And he always has been.

01:06:33.000 I had a chance to meet Joe Rogan while shooting guns in California.

01:06:37.000 We exchanged notes on Ivermectin, amongst other things.

01:06:41.000 And I've always been a Joe Rogan fan.

01:06:44.000 Obviously, I disagree with him on plenty of things.

01:06:46.000 I got these emails from people.

01:06:47.000 Charlie, how dare you praise Joe Rogan?

01:06:49.000 He smokes weed.

01:06:50.000 Yeah, he smokes weed.

01:06:52.000 Not a fan.

01:06:52.000 Okay.

01:06:53.000 Happy to talk to him about that.

01:06:55.000 My own personal views on that, how I think the law should reflect that.

01:06:58.000 Do I think that Joe Rogan is one of the best interviewers of the modern era?

01:07:02.000 Yes.

01:07:03.000 Is he endlessly interesting?

01:07:06.000 Yeah.

01:07:07.000 He's incredibly entertaining and he's fair.

01:07:11.000 Joe Rogan is fair.

01:07:13.000 Joe Rogan doesn't put up with nonsense on his program.

01:07:15.000 He doesn't allow his guests to meander in areas, liberal or conservative, that is unfactual or speculative or quite honestly ideological.

01:07:24.000 Joe Rogan is a non-ideological being.

01:07:27.000 He's someone that just loves the country, has made a lot of money in the country, has worked really hard, sees things a certain way that yields to the promise of the Declaration of Independence, which we have a separate and equal station that we get our rights from, of the consent of the governed.

01:07:48.000 He believes in the laws of nature and nature as God.

01:07:50.000 Very simple stuff.

01:07:52.000 And for that, Joe Rogan has been crucified by the activist media for believing that we shouldn't have locked down the entire country and that we shouldn't have vaccine mandates.

01:08:05.000 But there's a new video that is going viral that Joe Rogan has posted that was him talking.

01:08:11.000 We'll play 32 seconds of it.

01:08:13.000 And yes, if you watch it on social media, it's full of vulgarity and swear words.

01:08:17.000 Again, not my style.

01:08:18.000 We're a family-friendly program here.

01:08:20.000 But when you have someone as mainstream as Joe Rogan, the number one podcaster of all time, let me say that again.

01:08:26.000 Joe Rogan is the number one podcaster of all time.

01:08:30.000 He is the most influential cultural icon, non-musical cultural icon for young men under the age of 40, and it's not even close.

01:08:42.000 He does long-form podcast interviews.

01:08:45.000 He is someone that has always been contrarian on certain issues, but he right here has been heroic and quite honestly helpful in getting people to wake up and realize what's actually going on in the country.

01:08:59.000 Play a small taste of Joe Rogan arguing for freedom from COVID tyranny.

01:09:04.000 Play Cut 57.

01:09:06.000 As soon as you give politicians power, any kind of power that didn't exist previously, if they can figure out a way to force you into carrying something that lets you enter businesses or lets you do this or lets businesses open, historically, they are not going to give that power up.

01:09:25.000 They find new reasons to use power back.

01:09:28.000 We have to protect those freedoms at all costs, whether you agree with people's choices or not, because it is the foundation that this country was founded on.

01:09:36.000 Freedom.

01:09:38.000 Now, that's just a small taste.

01:09:40.000 We're going to post it on CharlieKirk.com.

01:09:42.000 Again, there's a couple swear words throughout it.

01:09:44.000 But this video has millions of views, by the way, and the press, they are losing their mind.

01:09:50.000 They say, how dare you call out tyranny?

01:09:52.000 This is not tyranny.

01:09:53.000 It's actually comfort.

01:09:54.000 It is wonderful.

01:09:56.000 Do you notice that every single time the other side says we need to unite?

01:10:01.000 You know what they actually mean?

01:10:02.000 Conform.

01:10:04.000 When Joe Biden gave his speech, his inaugural address, he said, we're going to unite the country.

01:10:10.000 We said from the beginning, no, no, no, no.

01:10:13.000 You are going to make the country obey and conform.

01:10:16.000 Their idea of uniting is to make you take a knee and be subservient to their agenda.

01:10:23.000 And Joe Rogan, in a non-ideological and dare I say, effective way, is moving the Overton window and waking people up.

01:10:32.000 Joe Rogan is more effective in preaching liberty than most Senate Republicans will ever be in fighting for liberty in the United States Senate.

01:10:42.000 The tattooed, weed-smoking, deer-hunting comedian and the number one podcaster of all time has become an ally in the fight of self-government, separation of powers, the consent of the governed.

01:11:00.000 I'm thrilled to see it because many people thought that Joe Rogan was going to back down once he signed that Spotify deal.

01:11:07.000 But the way that he was smeared and attacked after he took Iver Mecton, I think it's red-pilled him in a way that people would not have expected.

01:11:16.000 You could take the blue pill, you could take the red pill.

01:11:19.000 And Joe Rogan was like, yeah, give me the red pill.

01:11:23.000 When you win over, and by the way, we're running out of time on this, but in the next tomorrow, remind me to go over Russell Brand, another unusual cultural icon who's coming around.

01:11:36.000 They built this regime of social media dominance.

01:11:40.000 And all of a sudden, they're going to realize that a lot of these social media influencers are not having what they're selling.
