00:02:25.000 So much we want to get to.

00:02:26.000 Let's get into the audit.

00:02:27.000 So last Friday, the Arizona audit came out.

00:02:30.000 We covered it extensively in great detail about what was in the audit and what it kind of showed.

00:02:37.000 And so to re-summarize it, for those of you that might not, that might not have tuned in or have seen it.

00:02:45.000 There were 55,000 potentially illegally cast ballots that were administered in the 2020 election.

00:02:54.000 Now, that is an estimate, as some of the ballots, actually, the number's up to 57,000.

00:03:00.000 So it was around 55,000 could be potentially more.

00:03:04.000 And so the question now remains of what percentage of those ballots voted for Trump versus Biden?

00:03:11.000 What percentage of those ballots can we find those ballots?

00:03:15.000 Can we isolate those ballots?

00:03:17.000 And so there's so many questions now that people have, which is, well, do we decertify the election?

00:03:24.000 Do we support prioritizing criminally prosecuting those people responsible?

00:03:29.000 Let's start with that one.

00:03:31.000 Yes.

00:03:32.000 Arizona is now the front lines of the fight to secure our elections and find out what actually happened in the 2020 election.

00:03:40.000 Thanks to several leaders in the Arizona House of Representatives and the Arizona Senate, we are seeing finally the results of the Arizona audit come out.

00:03:51.000 The Arizona legislature stepped up and I have to say they stepped up rather heroically to actually execute this audit and find out to what extent was Arizona's election conducted illegally.

00:04:10.000 And so the way that the activist media has been portraying the Arizona audit was as if it was only a recount, when in reality it was an audit.

00:04:21.000 As we said multiple times before on this program, a recount is simply putting the ballots again in one pile or the other.

00:04:29.000 Trump ballots in one pile, Biden ballots in another.

00:04:32.000 Whereas an audit is going into that pile and finding out whether or not those ballots were administered legally, whether or not they followed the law and how they were processed.

00:04:44.000 What we know is that in Arizona, there were tens of thousands of ballots that were potentially counted that should never have been counted.

00:04:58.000 The audit presentation was compelling.

00:05:00.000 And if you want to listen to the entire audit presentation, take out your phone, open up the podcast app, Charlie Kirk Show.

00:05:07.000 The audio version only is on our Charlie Kirk Show podcast feed where we have the entire unedited Arizona Senate hearing of the Maricopa County audit.

00:05:18.000 Three hours long.

00:05:19.000 Now, mind you, this is just Maricopa County.

00:05:22.000 This does not count Coconino County.

00:05:24.000 This does not count Pima County.

00:05:26.000 This does not count the more Democrat counties, even more Democrat than Maricopa, by the way.

00:05:31.000 What started as a grassroots effort to try and find out what happened in the 2020 election now has the Democrats and the national media regime completely and totally on defense because we have now found that anywhere between 57,000 or more ballots that were counted were from people that moved, were from out of state, from dead or deceased voters.

00:05:55.000 So some people, one of my friends who's a liberal sent me this note.

00:05:58.000 They said, well, the media says that the audit shows that Biden got more votes than Trump.

00:06:04.000 That should be, the fact that the audit said that should give you a complete foundation and welcome news that the other side will not be able to invalidate the findings of the audit.

00:06:19.000 This is not a recount.

00:06:21.000 It is a forensic audit.

00:06:23.000 The goal of the audit is to count all of the legal votes.

00:06:27.000 It shows that there was integrity in this audit, not just simply recounting the ballots in what pile they're supposed to go into.

00:06:36.000 Let's go to cut 20.

00:06:38.000 Newsmax summarized it as the following, that there were 17,000 duplicate ballots which surged after Election Day.

00:06:46.000 23,000 mail-ins cast from people who no longer lived at that address.

00:06:51.000 Play cut 20.

00:06:52.000 Off the bat of the hearing yesterday, you had 17,000 duplicate ballots that were identified, the majority of which, many of which came in after Election Day.

00:07:04.000 You had 17,000.

00:07:06.000 That's more than the margin of the so-called victory for Joe Biden right there.

00:07:10.000 Of course, we also had 23,000 mail-in ballots that were cast, even though the person that they were cast in the name of no longer lived at that address.

00:07:21.000 So the question is who actually voted them?

00:07:23.000 Those are phantom votes.

00:07:25.000 The goal of an audit is to distinguish between legal and illegal votes.

00:07:31.000 25% of all of the ballots that came in that were illegal came in after November 4th.

00:07:42.000 And by the way, that clip was Liz Harrington on Newsmax right before President Donald Trump's pretty extraordinary rally in Georgia with the wonderful Herschel Walker.

00:07:52.000 Let's go to cut nine of President Trump discussing these results.

00:07:57.000 Play tape.

00:07:58.000 As a result of the Arizona Forensic Audit, 41 legislators from across the nation wrote an open letter to the American people calling for audits in all 50 states and decertification of the election where appropriate.

00:08:13.000 A total decertification.

00:08:16.000 It is clear in Arizona that they must decertify the election.

00:08:22.000 You heard the numbers.

00:08:24.000 And those responsible for wrongdoing must be held accountable.

00:08:29.000 And so now all of the decisions of how to proceed is on one man.

00:08:37.000 And that man is someone who's been terrific on the vaccine mandates.

00:08:41.000 And he's someone that has quite honestly been very good on pressuring Arizona State University for the anti-American institution that they have become.

00:08:49.000 And that is the Attorney General of Arizona, Mark Bernovich.

00:08:53.000 Bernovich is running for the United States Senate.

00:08:56.000 And he knows that this is the number one issue for Republican primary voters and for conservative voters in Arizona.

00:09:05.000 So if he wants to have a political future as U.S. Senator, this would be a really good issue to kind of attach yourself to.

00:09:13.000 Cut 22, the audit sound, I want to get to what American News Network is, but I have to kind of finish that point, which is Mark Bernovich can now criminally go after every single person who broke the law in counting the votes and administering the votes.

00:09:29.000 This is just a small snippet of sound from the audit itself, play cut 22.

00:09:34.000 Let's talk a little bit about log management here.

00:09:37.000 So there is a federal statute that requires the preservation of election-related materials for 22 months after the date of the election.

00:09:50.000 That applies not only to paper, but that also applies to digital artifacts.

00:09:57.000 Maricopa County failed to preserve the operating system security logs to cover the dates of the election.

00:10:06.000 And so there's a federal statute that shows that you must preserve all election-related materials for 22 months.

00:10:14.000 And Maricopa County failed to preserve the operating system logs to cover the dates of the election.

00:10:19.000 They broke federal law, and they also broke state law.

00:10:24.000 These just show some of the ballots, pure blanks that are being approved.

00:10:28.000 One voter sent in three copies and got two of them approved.

00:10:32.000 Play cut 23.

00:10:33.000 Also approved.

00:10:34.000 So you see the duplicate, and here it's being stamped.

00:10:38.000 Nothing on here, it's being approved.

00:10:40.000 Duplicate one, duplicate two, this one is being approved.

00:10:43.000 And again, all of these came in after November 4th.

00:10:47.000 Same here, another duplicate being approved and a blank.

00:10:51.000 Here's another one: example three.

00:10:53.000 Two duplicates, the blank being approved.

00:10:57.000 Same here, fourth example, and there are many others, but these are pure blanks and they're being approved.

00:11:03.000 In fact, this is a three-copy duplicate where two are approved.

00:11:07.000 So one voter sent in three copies and two got approved.

00:11:11.000 Sent in three copies and two got approved.

00:11:13.000 The Arizona audit has revealed an illegally conducted election.

00:11:18.000 To what extent, that remains to be seen.

00:11:21.000 And people need to go to jail for what they did.

00:11:26.000 Look, it's back to school time, and you might be feeling the burden of college bills and private tuition expenses.

00:11:31.000 With home equity at an all-time high and interest rates low, refinancing your house could be a great way to get some cash and pay those bills.

00:11:38.000 So look, if you want to refinance your house or do anything with the bank, let's just say timeout, right?

00:11:43.000 We're going to call a timeout two-minute warning, right?

00:11:45.000 Hands on the shoulders.

00:11:47.000 We're going to just kind of say, let's take a pause here.

00:11:51.000 Are you using a bank that hates your values?

00:11:54.000 It's a very simple question.

00:11:57.000 Are you using a bank that is at war with your worldview?

00:12:01.000 Well, if you have refinanced recently with the big bank, you have just given a check, a cashier's check, a wire transfer to Nicole Hannah-Jones, to Stacey Abrams, to Joe Biden, to Chuck Schumer, to Nancy Pelosi.

00:12:15.000 You see, when you refinance with the big boys, the banks of the Woakesters, you might as well give your hard-earned money to the revolutionaries that are burning down our streets.

00:12:27.000 You might as well give it to Planned Parenthood.

00:12:30.000 But if you want to support the good guys, two Christian men that I've got to know very well, they love the Lord.

00:12:37.000 They love the Bible.

00:12:38.000 They are great people.

00:12:40.000 We just hung out in Dallas and we had the best time.

00:12:42.000 We had a great meal together.

00:12:44.000 They're terrific.

00:12:44.000 Andrew Del Rey and Todd Avakian at andrewandTodd.com.

00:12:49.000 They are with Sierra Pacific Mortgage, and I know them and trust them, and you should work with them too.

00:12:55.000 Just go to andrewandodd.com and take the 30-second survey to answer a couple questions.

00:12:59.000 But look, maybe you're a calling person.

00:13:01.000 You're like, Charlie, I take enough surveys.

00:13:02.000 Fine.

00:13:04.000 Test me.

00:13:05.000 Call 888 888 1172 and say, I would like to talk to Andrew and Todd.

00:13:09.000 Charlie Kirk sent me.

00:13:10.000 That's 888 888 1172.

00:13:13.000 AndrewandTodd.com.

00:13:14.000 AndrewandTodd.com.

00:13:16.000 No more Goldman Sachs.

00:13:17.000 No more JPMorgan Chase.

00:13:19.000 No more Wells Fargo.

00:13:21.000 No more financing or refinancing with the banks that hate your values.

00:13:26.000 Again, I hate to be this tribal about it.

00:13:29.000 They hate you.

00:13:30.000 Go to people that love you at andrewandodd.com.

00:13:34.000 They love the Lord.

00:13:35.000 They love the country.

00:13:37.000 Let's support them at andrewandodd.com.

00:13:42.000 As the audit has come out and shows that well over 57,000 ballots were illegally counted.

00:13:53.000 And so some people are saying that it's high noon in Arizona.

00:13:56.000 The Arizona Attorney General Mark Bernovich is, quote, if we don't stand up now and protect the Constitution and rule of law, we'll never get it back.

00:14:06.000 And I agree.

00:14:07.000 Our friend Christina Bob from One American News Network has been keeping notes on the audit.

00:14:11.000 Here's a good summation.

00:14:13.000 Over 100,000 man hours were put into processing 2.1 million ballots by hand.

00:14:17.000 Each ballot went through an examination under a high-quality DLSR camera, along with microscopic images of the fronts and backs of the ballots.

00:14:27.000 Completed so far, hand counting of all federal races, image and microscope capture of each ballot, review and comparison of official results, and the analysis of the voter rolls.

00:14:36.000 We are soon expecting the review of Splunk logs and routers and final paper examination report.

00:14:43.000 Here are some of the findings.

00:14:45.000 The canvas showed more than 3,400 more ballots were casted than were recorded.

00:14:51.000 We also found that over 9,000 more mail-in ballots were received and recorded than the official number of mail-in ballots sent out by the county.

00:15:00.000 9,000 more mail-in ballots.

00:15:04.000 Precincts show more ballots casted on election day than people who showed up to vote.

00:15:10.000 1,551 extra votes.

00:15:13.000 Approximately 2,500 ballots were shown in the early vote returns that do not have a voter listed as casting them.

00:15:23.000 Over 255,000 early votes shown in the county's final vote file that do not have a corresponding entry in the early voting returns file.

00:15:34.000 Over 23,000 voted by mail after moving after the October 5th cutoff.

00:15:41.000 2,382 voters casted votes in Maricopa County in person after moving out of the county.

00:15:49.000 Over 2,000 people who moved out of Arizona during the 29 days before the election were given a full ballot instead of a presidential-only ballot.

00:16:00.000 Close to 300 deceased voters potentially voted, voted.

00:16:05.000 And there's an unprecedented number of discrepancies in the vote total.

00:16:11.000 This could only happen through malicious action or severe incompetence from the Maricopa County officials.

00:16:20.000 Too many discrepancies to declare an outright winner of Arizona's electoral votes.

00:16:26.000 And so it's very obvious that at this point, why was Arizona ever certified?

00:16:34.000 The Maricopa County has come out and said that the tabulation equipment was never connected to the internet and that Cotton's claims were misleading.

00:16:43.000 One of the machines that the auditors cited was connected to the internet because its server was for the recruiter's office.

00:16:50.000 The county tweeted, this is not the election system.

00:16:52.000 We shouldn't have to explain this.

00:16:55.000 So Maricopa County is digging in further.

00:16:59.000 So in the same statement, they say that it wasn't connected to the internet, but then they say it was connected to the internet and they say it's not the election system.

00:17:06.000 We shouldn't have to explain this.

00:17:07.000 That doesn't make any sense.

00:17:09.000 There is a special session coming up in January for the Arizona legislature.

00:17:16.000 You can believe that this is all going to come up.

00:17:20.000 And thankfully, Arizona is able to reform elections and find out what's happening.

00:17:29.000 And the federal government is nowhere to be seen.

00:17:31.000 Do you now see why the Biden regime wanted to interfere with federal agents to try to stop the Arizona audit?

00:17:37.000 Do you see why they wanted to criminalize the Arizona audit?

00:17:40.000 Because these findings all of a sudden put into jeopardy whatever mandate they thought they had.

00:17:46.000 Maybe the president didn't win Arizona, meaning Biden.

00:17:54.000 Maybe the Biden regime didn't actually get more votes than Donald Trump.

00:18:00.000 Maybe this entire process was administered illegally, to what extent?

00:18:04.000 We don't know.

00:18:05.000 We'll find out.

00:18:06.000 Thankfully, the founding fathers and our framers allowed the grassroots and all of us to regain our sovereignty.

00:18:14.000 It allowed us to be able to reclaim our citizen government.

00:18:19.000 It allowed us to be able to have transparency, accountability, checks and balances, separation of powers.

00:18:28.000 This is now the time for us to keep the pressure on, for us to go full speed.

00:18:31.000 We now have a credible audit report that took 100,000 man hours.

00:18:35.000 They say that 55,000 votes in an election that was determined by 10,000 statewide in just one county were probably administered illegally and given illegally.

00:18:43.000 People need to go in jail, go to jail.

00:18:46.000 States have plenary powers.

00:18:48.000 It's time to indict the co-conspirators that oversaw an illegal election.

00:18:55.000 Did you know that if you shop at Nike, they turn around and give your hard-earned dollars to pro-abortion groups like Planned Parenthood and the Population Council?

00:19:03.000 Sinister folks, by the way.

00:19:04.000 Did you know that Airbnb gave $500,000 to the Marxist BLM incorporated organization?

00:19:12.000 Your first vote is at the ballot box, but that isn't enough to defend our traditional Judeo-Christian values.

00:19:19.000 Left-wing corporations are subverting our nation and our republic by taking money from conservative customers and giving it to radical organizations that support abortion, gun control, and critical race theory.

00:19:33.000 You have another vote, a second vote at the checkout line, which is why there's a massively important organization called Second Vote that comes in.

00:21:20.000 In Israel, vaccinated individuals had 27 times higher risk of symptomatic COVID infection compared to those with natural immunity from prior COVID disease.

00:21:32.000 There's a new study out that is really getting circulated.

00:21:36.000 It's actually a couple weeks old.

00:21:37.000 I haven't seen it though.

00:21:38.000 Comparing SARS-CoV-2 natural immunity to vaccine-induced immunity, reinfections versus breakthrough infections.

00:21:44.000 The study is quite stunning.

00:21:47.000 That a new study published by it split people into three groups.

00:21:51.000 Fully vaccinated individuals may be at greater risk of COVID than those unvaccinated.

00:21:56.000 According to this massive study, people who had taken both doses of Pfizer-Jab are 13 times more likely to have a breakthrough infection and are even at grassly greater risk for COVID-19 hospitalizations.

00:22:09.000 The vaccinated individuals were found to have had a 27 times higher risk of symptomatic COVID infection compared to those with natural immunity from prior COVID disease.

00:22:21.000 Now, you're not even allowed to mention natural immunity when we talk about all of this.

00:22:25.000 And so, of course, our leaders are so dishonest, and our media, the propagandists, they never ask the obvious questions, which is, hey, how are the really poor countries doing with COVID?

00:22:35.000 How are the countries with less than desirable health care?

00:22:40.000 Now, maybe you remember, maybe you don't, back in late May, there was a massive Fauci virus surge in India.

00:22:50.000 Huge daily cases that were making international news.

00:22:54.000 Whatever happened to India? 0.98

00:22:56.000 Well, in Uttar Pradesh, and we've covered this before, do you know that Uttar Pradesh has now reached zero COVID?

00:23:04.000 How many of you would like to have zero COVID right now in America?

00:23:07.000 How did they do that?

00:23:09.000 How did a poor country of India, in a core country part of India, how did they reach zero COVID?

00:23:17.000 How is that possible?

00:23:19.000 Well, as we've mentioned, they heavily prescribe ivermectin.

00:23:23.000 They heavily administer ivermectin as a prophylactic and as a treatment.

00:23:27.000 And now they are at zero COVID in Uttar Pradesh.

00:23:30.000 You guys can check out the data yourself.

00:23:32.000 And by the way, Uttar Pradesh is only 5% vaccinated.

00:23:36.000 So they get down to zero COVID despite being 5% vaccinated.

00:23:40.000 Here's a really obvious question: Is the vaccine keeping the virus spreading?

00:23:45.000 That's a very simple question.

00:23:46.000 How is it that India, I want one person in our public health department in America to answer this question? 0.99

00:23:53.000 How is it that Uttar Pradesh, where they have people without toilets and sanitation, they've reached zero COVID?

00:24:03.000 5% vaccinated.

00:24:04.000 How is that possible?

00:24:07.000 No mask mandates.

00:24:10.000 No massive mandates.

00:24:12.000 No mask mandates.

00:24:13.000 No COVID mandates, nothing.

00:24:15.000 Zero COVID.

00:24:17.000 And CUT 25, Dr. Liana Wen says we are nowhere near getting rid of masks in school until everyone is vaccinated or does regular testing.

00:24:27.000 This is a woman who used to run Planned Parenthood. 1.00

00:24:29.000 Now, meanwhile, the poor countries like Uganda and India, they're turning the corner on COVID.

00:24:37.000 Uttar Pradesh at zero COVID.

00:24:39.000 Dr. Liana Wen says we're nowhere near getting rid of masks.

00:24:42.000 Play tape.

00:24:43.000 But I would say that, let's say, a school where it is or a particular class, everybody is vaccinated in that class.

00:24:50.000 And also the level of community transmission is declining.

00:24:54.000 I could imagine that situation being where we remove masks because we have all these other layers.

00:24:58.000 Or if we have rapid testing, imagine if every child and teacher were tested every morning and also they're vaccinated.

00:25:05.000 You can imagine that situation, even if there's high levels of community spread, that maybe you can remove masks at that time.

00:25:11.000 But we are nowhere near that yet.

00:25:14.000 These people must think that we don't have international news on CNN, which their thing is international news.

00:25:20.000 And yet you cannot find a single reference in the New York Times, despite their obsession with the German elections, in any major paper, Wall Street Journal or anywhere.

00:25:30.000 Like, hey, how is it possible?

00:25:32.000 Like, let's just plug a time out.

00:25:33.000 How is it possible that India, in Uttar Pradesh, the very, very poor part of India, massive province?

00:25:40.000 How did they turn the corner?

00:25:41.000 They're at zero COVID.

00:25:42.000 This is according to Google's own data, by the way.

00:25:44.000 You guys could check it out.

00:25:46.000 You can go to Google's own data.

00:25:48.000 They have ivermectin as a Sunday pill as a parasite prevention all throughout Africa and also now in India.

00:25:55.000 And they're at zero.

00:25:56.000 That's right.

00:25:57.000 Zero COVID.

00:25:59.000 Singapore's health ministry reported 1,504 new COVID-19 cases on Thursday, the highest since the beginning of the pandemic.

00:26:07.000 With 82% of the population fully vaccinated against the virus, the country has had one of the longest ongoing mask mandates in the world.

00:26:15.000 So Singapore, which did mass vaccinations, Israel that did mask vaccinations and boosters, COVID is staying alive in these countries.

00:26:26.000 Yet Uttar Pradesh, where they have millions of people without running water, they're laughing at us.

00:26:34.000 And as we've said many times on this program, what countries have the lowest rates of COVID in the world?

00:26:40.000 The African countries.

00:26:41.000 Why?

00:26:42.000 Because anti-malarials are generously prescribed and taken all throughout Africa.

00:26:50.000 And now let's segue into the obvious part of this.

00:26:53.000 And can we get the tape of the Pfizer CEO or Moderna CEO or whatever?

00:26:57.000 Let's just talk, let's just be honest.

00:26:59.000 Let's stop fooling ourselves.

00:27:00.000 It's Cut 14.

00:27:01.000 I'll say it in a second.

00:27:03.000 I'm going to be blunt with you.

00:27:04.000 No more asking questions.

00:27:06.000 These very sinister people, they do not want to have happen what happened in Uttar Pradesh because no one gets rich in Uttar Pradesh because everyone's poor.

00:27:16.000 Instead, the people that run these countries, these companies, are so dishonestly propagandizing you to go get more vaccines, to go get massively inoculated.

00:27:27.000 I want one person in the media to please explain why poor countries that generously prescribe anti-malarials are doing so much better than countries that massively inoculate and vaccinate their citizens.

00:27:42.000 Well, now the Pfizer CEO says, oh yeah, we can get back to normal as long as you keep taking your shots.

00:27:52.000 Meanwhile, billions of dollars are set to be made off of the booster shots.

00:27:58.000 So we keep on minting new billionaires off of vaccines that don't even work, by the way.

00:28:05.000 The best argument you could make for the vaccine is that it's a treatment, not a vaccine, that it might lower your likelihood of hospitalization.

00:28:15.000 That is the best case argument.

00:28:17.000 And even that argument is questionable if you've already had natural immunity.

00:28:21.000 That argument is questionable.

00:28:25.000 Billions more in profits, I'm reading from Breitbart.com from the Associated Press, are at stake for some vaccine makers as the U.S. marches towards dispensing COVID-19 boosters to shore up American treatments.

00:28:38.000 This is all about making money, everybody.

00:28:40.000 It's the same reason why Northrop Grumman and Lockheed Martin, they want to go bomb villages in Iraq because it makes them money.

00:28:47.000 The industrial war complex as well as the medical-industrial complex.

00:28:52.000 Play tape.

00:28:53.000 I agree that within a year, I think we will be able to come back to normal life.

00:28:57.000 I don't think that this means that variants will not be continued coming.

00:29:02.000 And I don't think that this means that we should be able to live our lives without having immune, without having vaccinations, basically.

00:29:12.000 And I think the most likely scenario is annual revaccinations.

00:29:17.000 I can't understand half of what he just said, but basically he's saying I'm going to make a bunch of money off of you and your children while you stay under social control.

00:29:23.000 It's basically all I got.

00:29:25.000 Dwight D. Eisenhower was one of the great American presidents.

00:29:29.000 And he warned about people like him.

00:29:31.000 Albert Bula is his name.

00:29:34.000 Or Borula.

00:29:36.000 He kind of sounds like he's got a French accent or actually kind of Israeli.

00:29:39.000 I don't know.

00:29:41.000 He says normal life will return within years and adds that we may need annual COVID shots.

00:29:46.000 You know where they don't need annual COVID shots?

00:29:48.000 In India, Uganda, countries that don't have the very basic medicine that we have.

00:29:56.000 Ivermectin is really cheap, everybody.

00:29:59.000 It's widespread.

00:30:00.000 Hydroxychloroquine is very cheap and it's widespread.

00:30:05.000 The companies that run our country, the oligarchy, they are salivating at the chance to keep you perpetually addicted to these treatments.

00:30:16.000 And Dwight D. Eisenhower tried to warn us about an unelected administrative scientific elite of people that engage in the cult of science and progress while smashing you.

00:30:30.000 He warned about a military industrial complex, and a lot of people know that.

00:30:34.000 But what people don't know is that Eisenhower warned us about a unelected scientific Scientific elite.

00:30:40.000 Play tape.

00:30:42.000 Yet, in holding scientific research and discovery in respect, as we should, we must also be alert to the equal and opposite danger that public policy could itself become the captive of a scientific technological elite.

00:31:01.000 This clip is so profound.

00:31:03.000 Dwight D. Eisenhower, former head of the Allied forces, won World War II, Kansas boy, served two terms as U.S. president, some of the most decisive presidential elections in American history, won decisively in 1952 and 1956, warned about the military-industrial complex, oversaw the massive domestic boom in the 1950s.

00:31:24.000 One of the greatest presidents in American history that gets almost no credit for it because he was non-ideological and very patriotic.

00:31:31.000 There he says, he says, we must, of course, understand the benefits of science, but we must have caution against a scientific and administrative elite.

00:31:41.000 I want to play that tape again, Connor.

00:31:42.000 It's so phenomenal.

00:31:44.000 Let's play it again.

00:31:45.000 I want you to listen carefully and closely and just think to yourself, Fauci, Pfizer, Burks.

00:31:53.000 Dwight D. Eisenhower knew that we should not be governed by generals or unelected scientists.

00:32:00.000 Play tape.

00:32:01.000 Yet in holding scientific research and discovery in respect, as we should, we must also be alert to the equal and opposite danger that public policy could itself become the captive of a scientific technological elite.

00:32:20.000 Scientific and technological elite.

00:32:23.000 That sounds like Google and Pfizer to me.

00:32:26.000 Wise men like Churchill and Eisenhower saw all of this coming.

00:32:32.000 Churchill did warn against how if we do not make efforts to control science, science will control us.

00:32:41.000 The Pfizer CEO sold $5.6 million in stock the day he announced the promising vaccine news.

00:32:48.000 We used to have laws against this stuff.

00:32:50.000 People used to go to jail for it.

00:32:52.000 Now what do we do?

00:32:53.000 We go buy their vaccines, despite the fact there's more COVID than ever before.

00:32:58.000 You know who's laughing at us?

00:33:00.000 The people without toilets are laughing at us because they have zero COVID.

00:33:06.000 Have you heard of shrinkflation?

00:33:08.000 Shrinkflation is where your candy bar or your burger gets smaller, but the price stays the same.

00:33:14.000 Have you noticed this?

00:33:14.000 It's happening all the time everywhere.

00:33:16.000 But the government still insists that inflation is under control.

00:33:19.000 Shrinkflation is just inflation's evil cousin.

00:33:22.000 Noble Gold is ahead of the game here.

00:33:24.000 With the precious metal IRA under your belt, you'll hedge these rising prices and plan to retire without worrying about it.

00:33:30.000 So keep up with the inflation that folks in Washington are trying to hide.

00:33:33.000 And to thank you, Noble Gold is giving you a free at five ounce, solid silver, America the Beautiful, bullion coin with every qualifying IRA or 401k rollover.

00:33:52.000 I want to briefly get to the government shutdown.

00:33:56.000 Charlie Kirk here, welcome back.

00:33:58.000 Because it seems as if there is a government shutdown looming.

00:34:01.000 I want to get to some tape on this.

00:34:02.000 Let's go to Cut 15, Bernie Sanders.

00:34:05.000 These two bills, the bipartisan infrastructure bill and the reconciliation bill, are marching down the path together.

00:34:10.000 It would be a terrible thing for the American people if both, and you'll see.

00:34:14.000 Cut 15.

00:34:15.000 These two bills, the bipartisan infrastructure bill and the reconciliation bill, are marching down the path together.

00:34:21.000 Mr. Manchin, I know, worked very hard on the bipartisan bill.

00:34:25.000 It would be a terrible thing for the American people if both of those bills failed.

00:34:30.000 They are linked together.

00:34:31.000 They're going to go forward together.

00:34:33.000 Now, look, part of me feels sorry for Bernie because he had the nomination stolen from him twice.

00:34:38.000 But honestly, he's a very dishonest person and he's a revolutionary.

00:34:42.000 And so I really don't care that he's had it stolen from him twice.

00:34:46.000 Vermont's a wacky place, by the way.

00:34:47.000 Let me just say.

00:34:48.000 There's a lot of friends I have in Vermont.

00:34:50.000 It is a wacky place.

00:34:52.000 Cut 16, Jake Tapper, he asks the chair of the House Progressive Committee caucus, Representative Zhayapal, this woman is nuts, if she is planning on tanking the bipartisan infrastructure package. 1.00

00:35:07.000 This is a good primer on the entire debate, which is also happening within the left.

00:35:11.000 Cut 16.

00:35:12.000 So that's all the stuff that's in the Build Back Better Act, what we're calling the reconciliation bill.

00:35:17.000 And our point is just we're ready to vote for both.

00:35:20.000 We are excited to vote for both, and we will vote for both, but we need to actually get the reconciliation bill done.

00:35:27.000 That was what we said three and a half months ago, Jake.

00:35:30.000 And so, you know, our belief is that we'll get there.

00:35:35.000 We're very close, but we have to get to that reconciliation bill first.

00:35:40.000 I know this is a lot of in the weeds, but here's the essence of it.

00:35:44.000 Democrats are trying everything they have to spend $5 trillion quickly, even though all the money from the previous bills haven't been spent.

00:35:52.000 They are trying to pass slush fund after slush fund to expand the administrative state despite inflation, despite the fact that cost of goods are going up.

00:36:04.000 Now, the administrative state is a characteristic of the progressives, really authored by Woodrow Wilson, implemented under this idea that we need to embrace the science of administration, that the desk workers or the bureaucrats, that's where the word bureaucrat comes from in French, the desk people, that they are the ones that need to run the government.

00:36:27.000 Did you know that in 2016, there were 1.35 million executive agency employees.

00:36:32.000 Now they are 1.4 million disclosed employees, and it's only going to get better and bigger, and that does not include Department of Defense and USPS.

00:36:41.000 Did you know there are 532,784 employees that made $100,000 plus in 122 executive agencies from 406,960 employees?

00:36:53.000 This is from openthebooks.com, Adam Ngieski's terrific work.

00:36:57.000 Not to mention that if you work for the government, you get 44 days of paid time off on average for bureaucrats employed in the executive agencies, 11 holidays, 13 sick days, and 20 vacation days.

00:37:09.000 The estimated taxpayer subsidy of this benefit is $22 billion annually.

00:37:13.000 And that is just a beginning of what the machine in DC has become, the fourth branch of government, the administrative state, the bureaucracies that are now basically the same as the massive corporations.

00:37:27.000 The essence is this.

00:37:28.000 Democrats, despite inflation, they want to do everything they possibly can to strengthen the machine that is the unelected branch of government.

00:37:38.000 They want to strengthen the machine of the IRS, of the EPA, of every single one of the agencies that many of you do not even know.

00:37:49.000 Their goal, their incentive structure, is not to create assets.

00:37:53.000 It is to create liabilities to make your life more difficult.

00:37:59.000 That is what the Democrats are trying to do, pass $5 trillion to create a permanent industrial complex, which already exists, but to strengthen it that can crush your life and be loyal and obedient to the Democrat Party.
