The Supreme Court has ruled that the Trump administration can revoke the temporary legal status of hundreds of thousands of immigrants who came into the United States illegally as minors. They came from 4 countries, Venezuela, Cuba, Haiti, and Nicaragua.

00:02:10.000From the U.S. Supreme Court, the president has notched a win a moment ago.
00:02:15.000The U.S. Supreme Court has allowed the Trump administration to revoke the temporary legal status for hundreds of thousands of immigrants.
00:02:24.000Now, they come from four countries, Venezuela, Cuba, Haiti, and Nicaragua.
00:02:29.000They came into the country through an app that was established during the Biden presidency years.
00:02:35.000And for the moment, it appears that the Trump team who made it their objective to deport those who came in illegally, this would be a win for the administration handed down by the U.S. Supreme Court just a few minutes ago.
00:02:49.000Now, I actually want to know the composition because they kind of blend them all together.
00:03:12.000It continues to be one, and it was a legal immigration problem.
00:03:15.000So what the Biden administration did in 2022 is they granted temporary parole status to literally 532,000 people from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela.
00:03:31.000The parole program allowed them to live and work in the United States with impunity.
00:03:36.000It also made them eligible for some federal welfare programs, bondage, Biden and the mass migration great replacement zealots thought that they developed a loophole.
00:03:48.000The justification was that this parole would alleviate the surge at the border.
00:03:56.000That they thought that if they were going to have a parole program of another half a million people, then they all wouldn't line up on the border.
00:04:03.000The Biden administration created a crush at the border and then used that crush and used that traffic jam as an excuse to simply let everyone in.
00:04:15.000This is where they started using the Biden app.
00:04:18.000Remember the CBP1 border app, which was essentially Trivago for illegal aliens?
00:04:23.000It was Expedia.com for the third world.
00:04:28.000You could literally just book your illegal arrival in the United States, and there would be a concierge service, white glove treatment, brought to you by Border Patrol.
00:04:39.000They would check your baggage, and on your way, you could go to any American city of your choosing.
00:04:45.000Even though this was supposed to be a temporary parole program against immigration enforcement, left-wing judges argued that you couldn't revoke it because it would upend the lives of these immigrants.
00:04:57.000This is a key part of how this immigration scam worked.
00:05:00.000They created a fake crisis, and then they turned to temporary concessions into permanent ones, and then they lie over and over and over again.
00:05:08.000Now, this is 532,000 people that never should have been in this country.
00:05:13.000How many of them now had children since then?
00:05:16.000That's going to be a little bit of a mess because we still have birthright citizenship.
00:05:19.000And so if they have kids that are citizens, that's going to be kind of one to untangle.
00:05:23.000But the vast majority, probably well over 450,000, have not had children and have not, let's just say, multiplied.
00:05:32.000However, maybe that might be a little bit low.
00:05:38.000That is almost the population of Wyoming.
00:05:41.000I don't know the exact population of Wyoming, but I think I'm approximating it from memory.
00:05:45.000I think it's about 600,000 to 700,000 people.
00:05:48.000So they imported basically the population of Wyoming plus their children that they have the last three years.
00:05:56.000And we were not able to remove the temporary parole status and get them back to their country of origin.
00:06:03.000But luckily, the Supreme Court today ruled Remember, they allowed over 1.6 million people to come on the CBP1 border app.
00:06:18.000532,000 of them were part of the CHNV program.
00:06:23.000Bill Malusian writes, quote, The Biden administration really set these migrants for a rug pull without telling them.
00:06:31.000They were so desperate to artificially deflate Border Patrol illegal crossing numbers that they began using Executive Parole Authority to allow 1.4 million people to come in with these CHNV flights and the CBP-1 border app.
00:10:24.000And President Trump doing the largest deportation effort in American history now has a green light for the Supreme Court to remove another half a million.
00:10:39.000Ask 10 people to define the word capitalism.
00:10:42.000How many different responses do you think you'll get?
00:10:44.000This is a word that comes up all the time, but does anyone know what it really means?
00:10:49.000Hillsdale College offers more than 40 free online courses.
00:10:52.000That's right, free online courses on subjects like the Book of Genesis, the rise and fall of the Roman Empire, The History of the Ancient Christian Church.
00:11:00.000It's hard for me to even say, which is my personal favorite.
00:11:03.000You guys have got to take these online courses.
00:11:05.000They've recently launched a new course, Understanding Capitalism, that I've been watching.
00:11:10.000In seven lectures, you'll learn about the role of profit and loss, how human nature plays a part in our economic system, why capitalism depends on private property rights, the rule of law, and above all, freedom, and why capitalism is ultimately a system that encourages morality rather than undermines it.
00:11:26.000Right now, go to charlieforhillsdale.com to enroll.
00:11:29.000There's no cost, and it's easy to get started.
00:11:31.000That's charlieforhillsdale.com to register.
00:12:54.000And the story went super viral at the time.
00:12:58.000And he was helping a turning point group.
00:13:00.000And it kind of prompted President Trump to say, this is outrageous.
00:13:04.000We need to do something about this fight against these colleges.
00:13:08.000I'm quoted in this piece here where it says, Kirk, who speaks to the president frequently, tells him, quote, to crush these universities with every power that you have.
00:13:21.000He was in the Oval Office Wednesday when the president said Harvard was getting its backside kicked.
00:14:03.000That number has plummeted, plummeted as of last year down to 36%.
00:14:07.000We're talking about a 36-point drop among Republicans specifically.
00:14:12.000Get this, 68% of Americans said that higher education was on the wrong track.
00:14:19.000So it's a question of whether or not people agree with Trump's tactics, but they definitely agree with him on the idea that there is a problem with higher ed overall.
00:18:13.000We have Eli Crane, Paul Gosar, Mark Lamb, Byron Donalds, Burgess Owens, Lauren Boebert, Matt Gaetz, and of course, the great Andy Biggs will be keynoting it.
00:18:22.000A really phenomenal event that we have coming up tomorrow.
00:18:26.000It's going to be amazing at the Biltmore Hotel at 2 p.m.
00:20:02.000And by the way, Yeah, and you're a legitimate conservative.
00:20:10.000You've always argued for spending cuts and tax cuts and smaller government and for strong borders, and you're going to do a phenomenal job as the governor of this great state.
00:20:23.000And also kind of connect that to what you're hearing about what they think of Washington, what's happening in D.C. I'm on I-17 headed north, Charlie.
00:20:33.000First stop will be a school where there'll be 600 folks there or so.
00:20:38.000And then we're going to keep moving on down, coming back south towards Phoenix.
00:21:01.000Both things that I've been asking the speaker to do for months now.
00:21:05.000And the speaker told me just a couple days ago that we're going to start on it next week.
00:21:10.000And I hope he's telling me the true stuff there.
00:21:13.000But around the state, Charlie, I will tell you, people are energized both already 14 months out for the governor's race, change in the secretary of state, change in the attorney general in the state.
00:21:27.000And then also they're charged up because they see the state going to go red and we're going to be even stronger than we have been.
00:21:37.000You are a yes vote, and you voted for it to go out of the House.
00:23:12.000And so what is codifying the doge cuts mean in practice?
00:23:16.000And do you think there will be enough votes in the Republican conference to get that done?
00:23:20.000When you codify the doge cuts, what you're doing is you're actually shrinking the federal government, you're reducing spending, and you're doing it on the discretionary side.
00:23:27.000So, for instance, next week, I am told we're going to be voting on the DOGE proposal with regard to NPR and the Corporation of Public Broadcasting and also with USAID.
00:23:40.000That is basically getting in and attacking the overgrown waste, fraud and abuse of the bureaucracy that currently exists there.
00:23:51.000And we're going to do that next week, at least the first bill.
00:23:56.000Let's play a piece of tape here that's kind of around this particular topic and issue, which is about the Big Beautiful Bill and the essence of what we are seeing.
00:24:09.000We want the U.S. to be more like Florida, less like New York.
00:24:16.000New York spends about $235 billion a year.
00:24:19.000State of Florida spends about $125 billion.
00:24:22.000Both states have approximately the same number of people, but Florida doesn't have an income tax.
00:24:27.000And I can tell you, having lived in both, it's better not to have an income tax, and Florida gives better services.
00:24:33.000So connect that with the macro vision that you guys are fighting for in Congress and also what you want to do here in Arizona as the next governor of Arizona.
00:24:43.000Yeah, so the macro view nationally is to shrink the federal government, stop spending so much money, and get our spending under control because then it impacts inflation rates and makes us a freer people.
00:24:55.000And then it gets us back to the states, which is why you need, I think, a strong governor because I think that's where President Trump's trying to get to.
00:25:03.000When we look at it, when I look at the state, and we want to make sure that we're the safest state, we want to make sure that our public police officers, first responders, have all the resources they need.
00:25:15.000And we want to make sure that we can do this with no taxes.
00:25:20.000And make sure that we're securing the border, too.
00:25:23.000And so the way you do that is we have massive amounts of resources that basically have been tied up by some of the environmentalists, some of the folks.
00:25:32.000In the federal government that have prevented us from developing our resources.
00:25:38.000Arizona has massive amounts of copper, zinc, uranium, molybdenum, all these incredible resources.
00:25:45.000We've got massive forests, resources that can be tapped.
00:25:49.000We used to have a lot of lumber mills.
00:25:53.000When you bring those back online, you actually bring in tax revenue, which allows us to have No income tax.
00:26:01.000And make sure that all of our services are fully funded.
00:26:04.000And then when you clean out all the abuse and fraud, Charlie, you're going to get actually good service delivered on time for a more efficient price.
00:26:36.000He's doing a phenomenal job, and he's going to help save this beautiful state that I adore and that I love.
00:26:45.000America's small businesses rely on TikTok to succeed, helping them attract more customers and drive more growth.
00:26:51.000From small batch sellers to fast-growing brands, 74% of businesses on TikTok say it's helped them scale.
00:26:58.000We go super viral on TikTok here on this program, reaching billions and billions of views.
00:27:03.000You see, by hiring more employees, boosting sales, and expanding new locations, like AZ Taco King, who grew up from a mom-and-pop taco cart to two thriving restaurants in just a year, or Coco Asante, who upgraded to a larger facility and brought on more staff, letting their handcrafted chocolates reach more customers, or Dan O's seasonings, who went from a one-man show to a team of 45, now supporting dozens of hardworking families.
00:27:27.000With TikTok, small businesses are thriving.
00:27:30.000Ours certainly is, again, reaching hundreds of millions of people a week on TikTok.
00:27:34.000One of the reasons we're able to win the youth vote is thanks to what we can do on TikTok.
00:27:39.000Finding their customers and expanding.

00:28:03.000Next governor of the great state of Arizona, state 48. Congressman, final thoughts here on what, besides Big Beautiful Bill and codifying Doge, you guys have the power.
00:28:13.000What else do you want to see Congress do?
00:29:24.000We have been in the process of getting the most important priority done, and that is the one big beautiful bill, the reconciliation bill, that is not just a proposal.
00:30:25.000No, you want it to be a recession because you hate Trump.
00:30:30.000I don't know how this is going to bear out.
00:30:32.000It might end up being that the experts were right.
00:30:34.000But I can tell you this, that the capturing of even the financial and economic media has been very disappointing.
00:30:47.000You would think that we're just talking about finance and economics that would be immune from political infiltration or from political pressure.
00:31:17.000There is an AI boom that is about to pop in this country in a way that will create wealth, the likes of which we have never seen in the next 10 years.
00:31:27.000You have to look at investing over a decade and decade.
00:31:29.000And I'm not here to tell you where to put your money, but this is a material fact.
00:31:33.000Absent some sort of black swan event, we have an AI incumbency advantage that no other country has.
