00:00:11.000 We talk about the timeline.
00:00:13.000 The timeline is coming up.
00:00:14.000 The timeline against Donald Trump and how they are interfering with our constitutional right to a fair and free election.

00:00:58.000 Buckle up, everybody.
00:00:58.000 Here we go.
00:01:00.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
00:01:01.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campuses.
00:01:03.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
00:01:07.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
00:01:10.000 I want to thank Charlie.
00:01:11.000 He's an incredible guy.
00:01:12.000 His spirit, his love of this country.
00:01:14.000 He's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, Turning Point USA.
00:01:20.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:01:29.000 That's why we are here.
00:01:33.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at andrewandTodd.com.
00:01:41.000 There is a fair amount of negative news out there.
00:01:45.000 But yesterday you guys stepped up and you made national news.
00:01:50.000 Yesterday we talked about the plan to prevent Donald Trump from being on the primary ballot in New Hampshire.
00:01:56.000 Breaking over the weekend, ABC News said the New Hampshire Secretary of State was playing patty cake and meeting with Quickie Corky, the quirky corky, whatever that weirdest name you've ever seen, corky quickie, whatever, corky messner, who says that Donald Trump should not be allowed on the ballot.
00:02:13.000 And the New Hampshire Secretary of State says, okay, I'm going to entertain this.
00:02:17.000 And he met with Quicky.
00:02:19.000 And this all of a sudden was starting to gain traction and momentum.
00:02:23.000 You had the Atlantic say that Donald Trump should not be allowed on the ballot.
00:02:28.000 You have the New York Times come out and say that Donald Trump should not be allowed on the ballot.
00:02:33.000 New York Times came out and said that elections are bad for democracy.
00:02:36.000 They were building and they were building and they were building.
00:02:39.000 Now, praise God, this show is growing like gangbusters.
00:02:43.000 Praise God.
00:02:44.000 It's one of the few positive things happening on the landscape right now.
00:02:47.000 And you guys are more engaged and you are more willing for action than ever.
00:02:52.000 And so I've been monitoring these issues outside of the silly stuff we see on TV, Republican good, Democrat bad.
00:02:58.000 And I'm trying to find the pressure points.
00:03:00.000 We are trying to find the pressure points of where they're going to try to pull a fast one against the United States Constitution.
00:03:08.000 And New Hampshire seemed to be the place where Corky, it's his actual name, was going to do that.
00:03:16.000 So the New Hampshire Secretary of State was like, well, I'm open to all these ideas.
00:03:22.000 And we isolated the New Hampshire Secretary of State yesterday.
00:03:26.000 You guys literally melted the phone lines yesterday.
00:03:31.000 So many phone calls from this audience from across the country saying, what are you thinking?
00:03:34.000 What are you doing?
00:03:35.000 What are you doing?
00:03:37.000 Front page of NBCNews.com.
00:03:39.000 Of course, they had to get their little jabs in.
00:03:41.000 These people are so dishonest.
00:03:43.000 These people would be editors at Pravda, but that's okay because the piece actually is fine outside of their outright lies.
00:03:51.000 Trump supporters flood New Hampshire election office with calls after false claims about ballot access.
00:03:57.000 False claims?
00:03:58.000 They're the ones that are hosting the meetings.
00:04:00.000 In fact, in the article, they say it, but that's all right.
00:04:02.000 I'll get to that.
00:04:02.000 That's the second point.
00:04:03.000 The more important point is this.
00:04:05.000 The New Hampshire Secretary of State's office was flooded with hundreds of calls Monday from Donald Trump supporters seeking reassurance that the former president is going to be on the ballot next year.
00:04:14.000 After conservative talk show host Charlie Kirk falsely told his listeners, the state is trying to sideline Trump.
00:04:19.000 The Secretary of State, this is it.
00:04:21.000 We'll get to the false part of it, because they're lying about me, they're lying about you, but whatever, here's the win.
00:04:25.000 The win is that we forced a comment from them.
00:04:29.000 In fact, the win is that you guys were so overwhelming in your communique that NBC obviously was leaked this story from the Secretary of State's office because the Secretary of State was trying to play victim, because they could not turn their phone on yesterday because of the overwhelming amount of communication that you guys issued.
00:04:51.000 Remember, we told you to be polite.
00:04:53.000 We told you to be clear and be factual.
00:04:56.000 Secretary of State David Scanlon told NBC News, quote, this is the kicker.
00:05:00.000 They are now on record.
00:05:02.000 They are not seeking to remove any names from the presidential primary ballot.
00:05:06.000 And I have not said that I'm seeking to remove any names from the presidential primary ballot.
00:05:11.000 Now, interestingly enough, he's acting like, well, I don't know where this is.
00:05:14.000 Breitbart.com, they back down.
00:05:16.000 He backs down.
00:05:17.000 But did we just make this up?
00:05:19.000 NBC News acts as if I woke up and I made this whole thing up.
00:05:23.000 That I said, you know what would be a good day?
00:05:25.000 This is how dishonest NBC News.
00:05:26.000 By the way, Emma Barnett at NBC News doesn't reach out to us, doesn't ask for comment.
00:05:31.000 She just writes this article.
00:05:32.000 It's as if I woke up on Monday morning and I said, I know I'm going to spend our valuable time together to have you contact David Scanlon, the New Hampshire Secretary of State, as if I came up with it ex nihilo out of nothing.
00:05:46.000 As I just kind of grabbed it out of the sky, I said, why did we do this?
00:05:51.000 Did we make it up?
00:05:52.000 No, of course not.
00:05:54.000 This is why.
00:05:55.000 The article actually confirms that it wasn't falsely, that Bryant Quicky Corky Messner, a Republican whom Trump endorsed, met with Scanlon on Friday.
00:06:06.000 So it wasn't falsely.
00:06:08.000 Messner made a presentation to the Secretary of State about why he thinks that Donald Trump should not be on the ballot.
00:06:16.000 Scanlon said, quote, I listened just as I would listen to anybody that wants to come in with issues related to any candidate's qualifications, one way or the other.
00:06:25.000 So he was entertaining kicking Trump off the ballot.
00:06:30.000 And I said on this show, and you guys listen, we're not going to put up with this.
00:06:34.000 We are going to preempt this aggressively.
00:06:38.000 We're going to shine a light on these cockroaches.
00:06:40.000 As it says in Ephesians, we are going to shine a light on their deeds of darkness and deceit.
00:06:46.000 The time for pad cake and footsie with the enemy is over.
00:06:50.000 You see, the old Republican way of doing things said, wow, they're having meetings.
00:06:53.000 I hope that doesn't materialize.
00:06:56.000 We're not going to do that anymore.
00:06:58.000 You, the grassroots, spoke up.
00:06:59.000 And then they come out and they say, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, hold on.
00:07:01.000 We're not thinking of getting Trump off the ballot because they backed off.
00:07:06.000 Breitbark.com, New Hampshire Secretary of State backs down, not seeking to remove the ballot after Charlie Kirk and his supporters called Scanlon's office following reports Scanlon was waiting to use the 14th Amendment to keep Trump off the ballot.
00:07:18.000 What is the significance of this?
00:07:19.000 This is a scalable playbook.
00:07:21.000 Anytime we hear these whispers or these rumors, if they are not preempted, if they are not suffocated at the very, at the incubated, at the incubation phase, they metastasize.
00:07:34.000 They grow.
00:07:35.000 You have to pre-bunk these things.
00:07:38.000 The RNC war room should have handled this, but there is no RNC war room.
00:07:43.000 Instead, you guys handled it.
00:07:46.000 The article goes on to say that this is all just rumors, that Donald Trump will be on the ballot.
00:07:52.000 Fine.
00:07:52.000 Now NBC News is coming out and they're saying what we wanted.
00:07:55.000 We got clarity and we got the record set straight that quickie corky messner who's coming out with this fringe legal theory being a proxy of David French and the New York Times and the Atlantic is D-O-A, dead on arrival.
00:08:10.000 But they do say here in the article that there might be some legal challenges to Trump's qualification to run in the state under the 14th Amendment Constitution, which says no person can hold public office who was, quote, engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the United States.
00:08:23.000 NBC is just hedging a little bit there.
00:08:25.000 Like, oh, well, you know, there might be some stuff.
00:08:26.000 No, no, no, we're not going to put up with it.
00:08:28.000 This is an all-out assault on the promise of consent to the governed, on representative government, that we in the Republican Party, as dysfunctional and damaged and weak and feckless as the Republican Party is, we still get to pick our candidate.
00:08:44.000 Thank you very much.
00:08:46.000 Like, don't get in the way of our candidate selection process.
00:08:48.000 We get to choose who gets our delegates.
00:08:50.000 Get out of the way.
00:08:51.000 Secretary of State, get out of the way.
00:08:53.000 Atlantic, get out of the way, David French.
00:08:55.000 The people are still going to be in charge of the Republican Party.
00:08:57.000 You want to deal in superdelegates and backroom deals and smoke-filled rooms and treachery and deceit?
00:09:04.000 That's the Democrat Party.
00:09:05.000 Just wait to see how they treat RFK Jr., where they're going to do all sorts of different games, all sorts of different types of very suspicious activity, the same way they did with Bernie Sanders.
00:09:15.000 The Republican Party is a disaster, but at least we still have people that choose our nominee.
00:09:22.000 That's a good thing.
00:09:23.000 At least we have the people who choose our nominee.
00:09:27.000 This is a win.
00:09:28.000 So now they're on the record.
00:09:29.000 And this is exactly, see, the media has the great Rush Limbaugh, may he rest in peace.
00:09:33.000 He taught me this, and he taught us this every day.
00:09:36.000 So the media can't, the media, instead of saying, well, yeah, of course we're going to keep Trump off the ballot, they have to try to make it seem as if we were spreading something false.
00:09:46.000 That's a huge win, everybody.
00:09:48.000 They're lying about that.
00:09:49.000 But the fact that they now say it's false that Trump won't be on the ballot, boom.
00:09:53.000 That's considered to now be fake news, even though he himself acknowledges I sat down with Corky Messner and was considering it.
00:10:02.000 Oh, so you heard a presentation, you were considering it.
00:10:05.000 But now the Secretary of State says, hold on, time out.
00:10:09.000 Basically what this whole thing is, is this is them suing for peace.
00:10:13.000 They want their phone lines back.
00:10:15.000 That's what this is.
00:10:16.000 You guys called so much.
00:10:18.000 You guys kept so much pressure on.
00:10:20.000 They leaked this to the NBC News, basically saying, feel sorry for us.
00:10:24.000 The Charlie Kirk supporters keep on calling.
00:10:27.000 And now he's saying, I don't even know why they're calling because there's no such plans.
00:10:31.000 Good.
00:10:32.000 We'll stop calling as soon as you repeatedly say that Donald Trump is allowed on the ballot and emailing.
00:10:39.000 Until then, the calls will continue until morale improves.
00:10:43.000 But right now, it's fine.
00:10:44.000 We got what we wanted.
00:10:45.000 We will scale this in every precinct, every district, every county, every secretary of state.
00:10:49.000 The grassroots will be alive.
00:10:51.000 We will pick the target.
00:10:52.000 We'll be peaceful.
00:10:53.000 We'll be polite.
00:10:54.000 We'll be factual.
00:10:55.000 We'll be clear.
00:10:56.000 We will honor your office holder, but we're not going to back off and we're going to let you take people off the ballot off of some fringe, weird legal theory because David French can't get platformed anywhere else.
00:11:06.000 Oh, I woke up and I think that enough.
00:11:08.000 Get out of the way.
00:11:08.000 We're not going to put up with it.
00:11:10.000 Big win for the grassroots.
00:11:14.000 Strong cell is amazing.
00:11:15.000 I got to tell you, the combination of NADH, CoQ10, and collagen is really something.
00:11:21.000 You know, people ask me, they say, Charlie, how do you keep your energy up?
00:11:24.000 How do you just keep on pushing?
00:11:25.000 Look, part of it is diet nutrition, but I'll be honest, I take supplements really seriously.
00:11:31.000 Fact check me on this.
00:11:32.000 You can say, oh, Charlie, I'm going to fact-check you.
00:11:34.000 Type this into your search engine.
00:11:36.000 N-A-D-H.
00:11:39.000 Just type it in.
00:11:40.000 What does it tell you?
00:11:41.000 It might tell you that it is the secret to living long, anti-aging properties, more energy.
00:11:46.000 Well, all of that is being proven in more and more clinical trials.
00:11:49.000 NADH is a precursor so that your mitochondria can remain healthy and vibrant.
00:11:55.000 The elites, a lot of billionaires, people of money, they spend a ton of money on NAD.
00:11:59.000 It's a fact.
00:11:59.000 NAD just might be your secret weapon for more energy.
00:12:03.000 I take NAD every single day.
00:12:05.000 I could tell you that NADH, compared with CoQ10, the trials show very, very good things.
00:12:11.000 Don't take my word for it.
00:12:12.000 I mean, honestly, my word should be good for something, but fact-check me.
00:12:15.000 Look at it.
00:12:16.000 And if you do it over 30 days, you'll see an increase in energy.
00:12:19.000 I wake up better than ever before.
00:12:21.000 NAD can help you potentially, again, fact check me on this with depression, anxiety, other issues that you might be dealing with.
00:12:28.000 It is nature's gift to you so that you might have extra energy and mental clarity.
00:12:33.000 You guys can use promo code Charlie for 20% off.
00:12:36.000 It's strongcell.com slash Charlie.
00:12:38.000 NAD might be nature's secret weapon for you.
00:12:43.000 I love it.
00:12:44.000 I take it every single day.
00:12:46.000 Try to try it for at least 30 days to see the maximum benefit.
00:12:49.000 And let me know, has NAD helped your life?
00:12:52.000 Strongcell.com slash Charlie.
00:12:53.000 Check it out.
00:12:54.000 Strongsell.com slash Charlie.
00:12:59.000 There's a couple lessons here.
00:13:01.000 Number one, this shows the power of just 400 to 500 phone calls.
00:13:06.000 Now, mind you, many of you are emailing us, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:13:09.000 Charlie, I couldn't get through.
00:13:10.000 Charlie, I couldn't get through.
00:13:11.000 That's great.
00:13:12.000 There was such an overwhelming income.
00:13:15.000 Number two, I think this is a lesson of how important our show is here and how important you are.
00:13:19.000 And I read your emails.
00:13:20.000 You send me freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:13:22.000 We have an ongoing dialogue together, which is why I think this show is so powerful.
00:13:27.000 I'm not talking at you.
00:13:28.000 We're talking with each other.
00:13:29.000 And I read and I learn and you guys correct my grammar, even, which I appreciate.
00:13:35.000 It was probably more like thousands of phone calls.
00:13:37.000 Let's just say it was a thousand.
00:13:39.000 But it goes to show that if you are on the edge, if you are learning, if you're watching, if you're seeing, if you're tracking, that is very important.
00:13:48.000 That's what a quote-unquote war room should be doing.
00:13:51.000 That's what Bannon does very, very well.
00:13:53.000 So we're constantly looking at the target, finding it, freeze it, isolate it, and then keep the pressure on, as Saul Linsky would say.
00:14:00.000 Not that I'm a big Saulinsky believer, but he certainly knew how to mobilize the grassroots towards an aim and an objective.
00:14:06.000 But the other lesson I think that's important here is that when there's something treacherous underway, our best response is exposure.
00:14:19.000 You have to wonder if we would have been able to shine a light early on with some of the treachery that has now grown.
00:14:26.000 You see, they're going to try this in other states.
00:14:30.000 They're going to try this in other areas.
00:14:31.000 California is probably going to try to keep Donald Trump off the ballot.
00:14:36.000 There's going to be other places that do this.
00:14:37.000 What made the New Hampshire example especially repulsive is you had Quickie, who was a Republican candidate Trump endorsed, and then you had Scanlon, who's a Republican Secretary of State, entertaining them.
00:14:53.000 Oh, you know, I'm looking at this entertainment.
00:14:55.000 No, no, no, we're not going to put up with this.
00:14:57.000 It's not going to happen.
00:14:58.000 We're long past the time of, well, I just had a meeting.
00:15:01.000 You shouldn't have had the meeting.
00:15:02.000 You should have told Quickie, this dog doesn't hunt in New Hampshire.
00:15:07.000 You take a meeting, just every meeting.
00:15:09.000 I think that Donald Trump should just get all the Electoral College votes for New Hampshire because he was a great president.
00:15:15.000 Oh, really?
00:15:16.000 Let's have a meeting about that.
00:15:18.000 It's so out there.
00:15:20.000 This legal theory is so fringe.
00:15:22.000 It is so unsubstantiated.
00:15:26.000 Lawrence Tribe just basically just pounding out things on his laptop.
00:15:30.000 I hate Trump, therefore.
00:15:32.000 You see, this is a big issue.
00:15:33.000 And I think we need to walk through this.
00:15:38.000 They start from the premise of defeat Trump, imprison Trump, hold on to power, and then they creatively use the Constitution or find clauses, sentences, words in the Constitution to fit their aim and their objective.
00:15:51.000 That is the opposite of originalist intent.
00:15:54.000 That is a living, breathing constitution to fit your aims and your ambitions.
00:15:59.000 And they're going to try this again.
00:16:00.000 They're going to try all out 14th Amendment.
00:16:03.000 They're going to try removal from ballot.
00:16:05.000 This thing is probably going to get up to the Supreme Court, but we need to get people on the record that there are no such removals from ballot.
00:16:12.000 By the way, poor guy from South Carolina, I must have got 10 messages while we were doing the show.
00:16:17.000 Charlie, no, they were misunderstanding what I was saying.
00:16:20.000 He's like, no one's getting kicked off the ballot.
00:16:21.000 No one's getting kicked off the ballot.
00:16:22.000 I said, I wasn't suggesting that the sweet Secretary of State man from South Carolina was kicking Trump off the ballot.
00:16:28.000 What I was saying is that if another state kicks Trump off the primary ballot, we should kick Biden off the ballot, fight fire with fire.
00:16:35.000 Here's the thing: NBC News says, Charlie Kirk supporters flooded the office.
00:16:42.000 Hundreds of calls Monday.
00:16:44.000 Bad guys do not like being called out for their treachery.
00:16:50.000 We need to scale this, keep the pressure on, continue to expose what they are doing.
00:16:59.000 The power of this audience is real.
00:17:02.000 We shouldn't do it all the time.
00:17:04.000 But when we find it necessary, when they are going after the Constitution itself, there will be full, all-out mobilization.
00:17:13.000 Very thankful for you guys.
00:17:14.000 You guys are terrific.
00:17:15.000 Now, the timeline is coming together, but the question is: what is the intent?
00:17:19.000 What do they really want to have happen here?
00:17:20.000 I'm going to debunk one of the low IQ takes from the neoliberal Republicans regarding the timeline.
00:17:31.000 I want to talk about ReliefFactor.com.
00:17:33.000 I want you guys to check out ReliefFactor.com, 100% drug-free, knee pain, back pain, joint pain, elbow pain.

00:18:02.000 Check it out right now: relieffactor.com, relieffactor.com.
00:18:08.000 So, Judge Chutkin has officially scheduled Donald Trump's trial.
00:18:15.000 The first trial looks like it's going to be on March 4th.
00:18:19.000 Now, Donald Trump is going to appeal this, but just to give you an idea, this is the day before Super Tuesday, the day before Super Tuesday.
00:18:29.000 Now, consider all the attack vectors that are currently underway against Trump.
00:18:35.000 September 6th, Trump will be arraigned formally in the Fulton County on conspiracy.
00:18:42.000 March 4th, and by the way, there's so many other pretrial deadlines that we're skipping over.
00:18:46.000 Here's as it is right now: March 4th, Jack Smith begins his trial before the number one January 6th punisher, Judge Chutkin.
00:18:55.000 And just take Trump out of the picture, former president, former president while trying to become president again, has to stand trial on garbage, never before in American history, on a legal theory never before tested in American history.
00:19:10.000 On March 25th, New York trial begins on the ridiculously fringe novel criminal theory from Alvin Bragg.
00:19:20.000 In May, Trump's document trial begins in Florida.
00:19:24.000 Now, legal scholars are also pushing this harebrained, Republic-ending legal theory simultaneously that the 14th Amendment somehow empowers local election officials to unilaterally move Trump from ballot access across the nation.
00:19:37.000 So, let me just take a timeout.
00:19:38.000 Let me tell you how this is going to work.
00:19:40.000 If the trial dates are as they have them currently outlined, the DC one in particular will be very difficult for Donald Trump to win.
00:19:52.000 Boy winning is you get acquitted, not guilty.
00:19:56.000 Very, very hard.
00:19:59.000 We live in this sick, brave new world of zip code justice, where you get a completely different trial based on where your trial occurs on jury selection in particular, but also the judge.
00:20:15.000 Look at Andy No's trial in Portland.
00:20:18.000 We didn't cover this on the show and we should have.
00:20:21.000 Andy No was suing civilly against Antifa.
00:20:26.000 And at the end of the trial, despite having video evidence, he lost the trial, the lawyer for Antifa points to the jury and says, I will remember every single one of you.
00:20:44.000 We are watching you and we are Antifa.
00:20:47.000 And the judge does nothing.
00:20:48.000 That is outright jury intimidation.
00:20:50.000 Cars were broken into of journalists that were covering the event.
00:20:54.000 And the judge just kind of sits there and says, welcome to Portland.
00:20:59.000 Despite having video evidence, having the goods, because it's Portland, Antifa are the shock troops of the left of Portland.
00:21:08.000 They're untouchable.
00:21:09.000 They are the Praetorian guard.
00:21:12.000 They act with impunity.
00:21:14.000 They do what they want.
00:21:14.000 They are black block.
00:21:16.000 So zip code justice is the new way our country operates.
00:21:21.000 So Donald Trump will not get a fair hearing.
00:21:25.000 If I am proven wrong here, I hope I am proven wrong.
00:21:29.000 But I also want to make sure we tell you the truth because I don't do the hopium stuff.
00:21:33.000 You know, some of these broadcasts I get sent of other people, oh, Donald Trump is going to beat all these charges.
00:21:38.000 I'm sorry, that's nonsense.
00:21:41.000 Should he, of course, it's a bunch of trash.
00:21:43.000 It's gibberish.
00:21:44.000 It's garbage.
00:21:46.000 He is most likely going to be found guilty in Washington, D.C., if the trial date happens under its current scheduling.
00:21:55.000 Now, that will be immediately appealed up to the United States Supreme Court.
00:22:00.000 Presidential immunity, executive privilege.
00:22:02.000 This is going to start an avalanche of questions.
00:22:06.000 But let's just focus on the dates really quick.
00:22:09.000 And then I'm going to also mention something that some people that do not like Trump that call themselves Republicans are talking about.
00:22:16.000 Number one, this is the day before Super Tuesday.
00:22:21.000 The day before Super Tuesday.
00:22:24.000 Direct election interference, but they don't want elections.
00:22:28.000 Evidence?
00:22:29.000 How could you say such a thing?
00:22:30.000 They don't want elections.
00:22:31.000 Just read the New York Times.
00:22:33.000 Just read The Atlantic.
00:22:35.000 Elections are an annoyance to the insiders.
00:22:38.000 Elections bother them.
00:22:41.000 They prefer selections.
00:22:44.000 A constitutional republic has elections.
00:22:47.000 Oligarchies have selections.
00:22:51.000 Important difference.
00:22:53.000 But as soon as Donald Trump is convicted, and hopefully not, but he probably will be found guilty in D.C., then all of a sudden, all of these fringe legal theories, the 14th Amendment, will resurface.
00:23:07.000 Because then they'll say, well, previously we said you don't need to be convicted, but now he's convicted.
00:23:13.000 So now you totally should not allow him on the ballot in the midst of the Republican primary.
00:23:20.000 So some people are coming out who are in the Ron DeSantis camp or in the Nikki Haley camp, and they say this.
00:23:28.000 They say that the Department of Justice and the Democrat Party, they want to run against Donald Trump.
00:23:36.000 So they're doing these indictments so Donald Trump will win the primary and they'll run against him in the general election.
00:23:43.000 This is ridiculously stupid.
00:23:47.000 Instead, here's what they really believe.
00:23:49.000 They believe Trump will win the primary no matter what, and they're trying to weigh him down ahead of the general election.
00:23:57.000 They're trying to damage him, smear him and slander him, that by the time he takes the stage at the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee of July of next year, that he will be a multiple convicted felon.
00:24:13.000 They want to have the description, the adjectives for all of the info babes at MSNBC and CNN, the Dylan Mulvaney lookalike, Caitlin Collins and all of them.
00:24:26.000 Twice convicted felon, Donald Trump, twice convicted felon, once convicted felon, Donald Trump, facing XYZ years in prison.
00:24:32.000 They want that.
00:24:34.000 It's a psyop.
00:24:36.000 They want to be able to describe him as a felon because, yes, it does make it harder to win over independent voters if you have felon in front of your name.
00:24:45.000 But CNN.com just published.
00:24:48.000 Yes, of course Donald Trump can win in 2024.
00:24:51.000 CNN.com, the chance of Trump winning another term is very real.
00:24:54.000 Politico.com, Trump actually has a pretty good odds of getting back in the White House.
00:24:58.000 Yes, he can win.
00:25:00.000 And understand, their ultimate insurance plan is Fulton County.
00:25:06.000 New York is a, it's a weak case.
00:25:09.000 It might end up being successful is even if he wins the presidency, there is a chance that a local DA could say, Mr. President, you have to report to prison in Fulton County, Georgia.
00:25:22.000 They have thought this through.
00:25:23.000 You are living through their plan.
00:25:25.000 As we talked about with Tyler Boyer yesterday, not trying to demoralize you, not trying to depress you.
00:25:29.000 We're going to build you back up with actual some spiritists.
00:25:32.000 There is no plan.
00:25:33.000 No one has thought this through.
00:25:34.000 There's no war room.
00:25:35.000 There's no central nervous system.
00:25:37.000 We're just kind of hoping and guessing.
00:25:39.000 Like, oh, well, maybe we could do this.
00:25:40.000 Meanwhile, the Democrats have this planned down to the date.
00:25:44.000 Pure coordination, sophisticated harmony, harmonization.
00:25:51.000 And this is going to be happening right in the middle of the Republican primary.
00:25:57.000 Now, to the best of our knowledge, we've asked around.
00:26:02.000 There is not a single district attorney or Republican attorneys general that has an active criminal investigation and or plans to indict a single Democrat anytime soon.
00:26:12.000 Not one.
00:26:14.000 Just so we're clear about our side.
00:26:17.000 Now, if these trials are done in the first half of 2024, then if they get a conviction, they can smear Trump as a convicted criminal in the second half.
00:26:25.000 They might be able to get an appeals court to affirm the conviction by election day, or they might even be able to manage to get an order sending Trump to prison in the midst of an election, forcing Trump off the campaign trail and giving them an enormously powerful image.
00:26:41.000 At that point, they're just trying to provoke the right to violence.
00:26:45.000 Do not take the bait.
00:26:47.000 How could you possibly say that you're trying to heal the country?
00:26:52.000 Which they're such liars, that in the midst of an election, you wheel off the opposition candidate who was president for four years.
00:27:03.000 And here's a fact.
00:27:04.000 Donald Trump has been president longer than Joe Biden has been president.
00:27:07.000 That's an obviously, but it's just worth repeating.
00:27:10.000 He was president for a full term.
00:27:13.000 And if and when he gets convicted, there's all these appeals that will eventually make its way up to the Supreme Court, mainly on technical issues.
00:27:23.000 But even if Donald Trump gets acquitted by everybody, the Democrats still win.
00:27:27.000 They will have made Donald Trump spend tens of millions of dollars on legal fees.
00:27:31.000 They will have slowed down his campaign.
00:27:33.000 They will have tattered his image.
00:27:35.000 They are using every cheating trick in the book, every possible cheating trick.
00:27:44.000 The whole kitchen sink.
00:27:46.000 They are maximizing their advantages for the 2024 election.
00:27:51.000 This has never been about the law.
00:27:52.000 It's never been about justice.
00:27:54.000 This is about keeping power and crushing you the enemy.
00:27:57.000 They think they are close.
00:27:59.000 They think they are one election away from permanently turning the country into California, which is a one-party state.
00:28:04.000 I got asked recently by somebody, well, Charlie, what's their goal?
00:28:07.000 One-party state.
00:28:08.000 They want the country to become California, New York, and then they can really start the tyranny.
00:28:13.000 This is just a warm-up.
00:28:15.000 They have not even begun really what they want to do.
00:28:21.000 Okay, so then a very obvious question.
00:28:23.000 You know, a good friend of mine who runs Prana IV, by the way, if you guys are in the Valley of Phoenix of the Sun, you guys should check out Prana IV Therapy.
00:28:35.000 They do a really great job if you're ever sick or you want some wellness.
00:28:37.000 So Kirk, who runs Prana, he asked me, he says, well, Charlie, does that mean that Trump will pardon himself?
00:28:42.000 Yeah, that means that Trump would have to pardon himself.
00:28:45.000 Understand that this is leading up to where they're trying to force the issue where if he's convicted, Trump would have to run on a self-pardon, which they think would be very, very unpopular.
00:28:55.000 But let me tease a little bit of good news here because that's all very heavy.
00:29:00.000 It's very, very heavy, no doubt.
00:29:02.000 But this show, we look at things that are not always news before they, it's kind of news before it becomes news, the things that are below the surface.
00:29:10.000 And by the way, I don't care if Trump pardons himself.
00:29:12.000 In fact, I think he should pardon himself.
00:29:16.000 He needs to pardon a lot of people.
00:29:17.000 January 6th defendants, he needs to do a lot of stuff.
00:29:20.000 But let me tell you about this story that's bubbling up, bubbling up, bubbling up.
00:29:24.000 There is a wing of the Democrat Party that really no longer exists.
00:29:27.000 These are the old crow Democrats.
00:29:30.000 You could call them blue dogs.
00:29:32.000 You could call them Warhawks.
00:29:34.000 I'm talking about Joe Lieberman.
00:29:36.000 I'm talking about even Republicans in quotes like John Huntsman.
00:29:40.000 And there really isn't a place for them in the modern Republican Party, and there really isn't a place for them in the modern Democrat Party.
00:29:46.000 And financiers are getting together, and we have warned about this in a good way.
00:29:51.000 No Labels is holding a nominating convention in April.
00:29:57.000 NBC News, No Labels chair McCrory, who is the former governor of North Carolina, says those saying third party can't succeed thought Trump couldn't win.
00:30:07.000 They are talking a big game.
00:30:09.000 Understand that as overwhelming as it might seem, Donald Trump v. Biden, Donald Trump v. Biden, because we're not making the investments.
00:30:19.000 I mean, we're trying our best at turning point action with a shred of a budget, but the big oligarchs, they're too busy spending money with DeSantis.
00:30:25.000 I'll get to that if I have time.
00:30:27.000 No labels getting into the race.
00:30:29.000 We do not know how it's going to work out.
00:30:31.000 It could help Trump.
00:30:32.000 It could hurt Trump.
00:30:33.000 I think it actually helps Trump.
00:30:34.000 And the Democrats agree.
00:30:36.000 The Democrats are doing everything they possibly can to prevent no labels from running.
00:30:39.000 They're trying to cut deals.
00:30:41.000 They're trying to offer stuff.
00:30:42.000 And Joe Lieberman, who is the former vice presidential nominee with Al Gore in the 2000 election, says, quote, we do not look to be a spoiler.
00:30:50.000 We'll launch a 2024 campaign to win, and they would be very well financed.
00:30:56.000 If there is an entry of a third party type campaign with Cornell West with no labels, all bets are off.
00:31:03.000 This is one of the reasons why they have to try to weigh down Donald Trump as every way they can.
00:31:10.000 Now, I'm not a fan of David Axelrod's politics, but I think David Axelrod, about 50% of the time, says something smart when he's just talking about pure politics.
00:31:18.000 And David Axelrod said Donald Trump's ceiling is capped, but so is his basement or his floor.
00:31:26.000 That Donald Trump has a ceiling problem, but a floor advantage.
00:31:30.000 Thought that was really well put by David Axelrod, where his base will not move from him, but there might be a difficulty moving beyond the 46, 47% of a base.
00:31:40.000 But if you have multiple candidates, that ends up being an amazing advantage for you.
00:31:46.000 So we don't know if no labels, who they will nominate, if it will work, if it will help, will it hurt Donald Trump in certain states like Utah?
00:31:53.000 It remains to be seen.
00:31:54.000 But here's the story that made me almost throw my coffee at the wall this morning.
00:32:00.000 While the Democrats are currently pouring hundreds of millions of dollars into ballot chasing, voter registration, they have hundreds of full-time staffers in Arizona, Wisconsin, and Georgia.
00:32:10.000 Turning Point Action has a couple dozen.
00:32:12.000 We're doing the best we can.
00:32:13.000 We know of no other full-time organizers out there.
00:32:16.000 The RNC certainly doesn't have them.
00:32:18.000 Ron DeSantis Super PAC, sitting on $110 million, has just said that they are doing a $12 million ad placement right now to support Ron DeSantis.
00:32:28.000 I think Ron DeSantis is a great governor.
00:32:30.000 Why is he trying to ruin his political career right now?
00:32:32.000 Spend that money to help us win in the general.
00:32:35.000 Why are you buying ads to make consultants rich in Iowa?
00:32:40.000 Just say, look, I'm going to go be governor of Florida and turn Florida into the most Republican state.
00:32:44.000 I'm going to deploy my $100 million to help us defeat Joe Biden.
00:32:48.000 He would be hero status in the Republican Party, win or lose.
00:32:52.000 He would look magnanimous.
00:32:54.000 He would look like a confident leader.
00:32:56.000 He would look like he is bigger than just the personal pettiness that's going on right now.
00:33:01.000 Instead, you might as well just burn that money.
00:33:03.000 Donald Trump will be the nominee, absent an unforeseen black swan event.
00:33:09.000 We need that money as a movement right now, and you're lighting it on fire.
00:33:13.000 Lighting it on fire.
00:33:15.000 This is why the Democrats are so confident.
00:33:17.000 They're so cocky.
00:33:18.000 Indict Trump, weigh him down, make the Republicans fight amongst themselves, burn the money, do the boring stuff in Arizona, Wisconsin, Georgia, and squeak out a win.
00:33:26.000 And meanwhile, we're worried on a vanity project.
00:33:28.000 It's got to change very soon.
00:33:32.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
00:33:34.000 Email us your thoughts as always, freedom at charliekirk.com.
