00:00:00.000 Hey everybody, today on the Charlie Kirk show, Carrie Lake, who's running for governor of Arizona, she's the frontrunner by a mile and endorsed by President Trump.

00:00:51.000 Here we go.
00:00:52.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
00:00:53.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus.
00:00:55.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
00:00:59.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
00:01:02.000 I want to thank Charlie.
00:01:03.000 He's an incredible guy.
00:01:04.000 His spirit, his love of this country, he's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created.
00:01:11.000 Turning point USA.
00:01:13.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:01:21.000 That's why we are here.
00:01:25.000 Brought to you by my friends, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage, 888, 888, 1172 or Andrew and Todd.com.
00:01:35.000 Carrie Lake will be joining us any second here.
00:01:37.000 She's been very generous with her time to come join us.
00:01:40.000 And she's running for governor of Arizona.
00:01:42.000 Arizona is our home, and we're very upset with what's been happening in Arizona on a variety of different levels here.
00:01:49.000 And she's by large measure the frontrunner in this race.
00:01:55.000 And a lot of people are saying she's doing a great job.
00:01:57.000 And so it kind of connects to this story right here, which is flights carrying illegals are now landing in Pennsylvania.
00:02:09.000 Pennsylvania has become the latest location where flights filled with illegals are being flown under the cover of darkness.
00:02:17.000 Former GOP Congressman Lou Barletta, who's running for office, has said.
00:02:22.000 So it's really interesting when you start to now see the kind of movement of illegals across the country.
00:02:39.000 You're starting to ask yourself the question: who is coordinating this?
00:02:44.000 It is my understanding that a total of 130 immigrants, 118 minors, and 12 adults arrived on board a chartered flight.
00:02:53.000 So let me get this straight.
00:02:54.000 There's still Americans that are stranded in Afghanistan, and we don't have the chartered flights to get them out of Afghanistan.
00:03:01.000 But we do have the chartered flights to move illegals into the interior of our country.
00:03:07.000 This is a legitimate scandal.
00:03:11.000 The Biden regime has already allowed plane loads of illegal immigrants or illegals to be flown into New York and Florida in recent months.
00:03:20.000 Now, why Ron DeSantis is allowing that to happen?
00:03:23.000 I don't know.
00:03:25.000 Meanwhile, the Biden regime sent over 70 flights secretly to Jacksonville, Florida over the summer.
00:03:32.000 Could you imagine if there were secret flights that Trump was doing full of Hungarians and Lithuanians?
00:03:38.000 Now, why would I say that?
00:03:39.000 Make us Hungarians and Lithuanians tend to vote Republican.
00:03:42.000 No, this is nothing more than taxpayer-funded Democrat voter relocation programs.
00:03:49.000 And even beyond that, it's a deterioration of the rule of law.
00:03:54.000 Part of the compact that we have with our government is that we won't break the law and you won't tolerate those that break the law.
00:04:01.000 It's very simple.
00:04:02.000 It's that we're going to follow the law and you will equally enforce it.
00:04:05.000 That's what the Equal Protection Clause is, supposed to be.
00:04:08.000 And with that, you're going to equally enforce the law.
00:04:13.000 So if you're an illegal that marches his way up from Honduras, you get preference.
00:04:19.000 You get a chartered flight into the interior of the United States.
00:04:22.000 But if you're a conservative, you're going to get targeted, potentially audited and outed by that very same government.
00:04:29.000 The hyper-preference on the lawbreaking and the penalization or the targeting or the criminalization on the lawful.
00:04:40.000 Ron DeSantis has done his best to stand up against this, CBS Miami.
00:04:44.000 Ron DeSantis focused on national politics as he rolled out a series of proposals for the legislative session.
00:04:50.000 This is just a couple weeks ago, saying that he's not going to allow the federal government to bring in illegals into the state of Florida.
00:05:03.000 And the Democrats have yet to answer to any of this.
00:05:06.000 They want this.
00:05:07.000 You see, borders are a symbol of a nation's humility.
00:05:14.000 Borders are a place where you say, we're not going to govern the entire world.
00:05:18.000 We're going to take care of our citizens, our fellow countrymen.
00:05:21.000 We have a social compact.
00:05:23.000 We have an agreement.
00:05:25.000 We have a promise to our citizens, as long as they have a promise to us to be lawful, to be compliant.
00:05:32.000 We're going to respect their individual rights and liberties.
00:05:36.000 And that's what made the Constitution so unique, is that the U.S. Constitution were rules that the government was not to overreach.
00:05:46.000 The Constitution starts with rules not for the citizens, but rules for the potential tyrants.
00:05:57.000 And that's what's so special about the First Amendment.
00:06:01.000 And I always laugh at people that say, you know, the First Amendment is outdated, is that every major tyrant, despot, and autocrat, they are fearful of dissenting ideas.
00:06:14.000 This is precisely why they do everything they possibly can to kick Dr. Robert Malone off of social media.
00:06:22.000 It's exactly why they need to restrict the conversation of Marjorie Taylor Greene on Twitter.
00:06:29.000 The main reason is that dissenting ideas will not be tolerated by a paranoid regime.
00:06:40.000 And this regime is definitely paranoid.
00:06:43.000 They're willing to use political power and tech power to restrict the dissemination of ideas that might question or delegitimize what they have over the rest of the country.
00:06:57.000 Marjorie Taylor Greene was banned from Twitter this last weekend, also banned from Facebook, two separate private companies that worked in coordination together.
00:07:08.000 Thomas Jefferson famously said that freedom from monopolies is one of the promises of the Bill of Rights and the Constitution.
00:07:16.000 And when you think about it, in its ideal sense, the promise of the U.S. Constitution is an anti-monopolistic type document.
00:07:26.000 It, by definition, does not allow a singular entity, party, person to control the apparatus of the Leviathan.
00:07:37.000 It has to have all these little different type of pockets.
00:07:40.000 James Madison called this the promise of small R republicanism and an energetic executive, and that they must collide up against each other.
00:07:50.000 That small R republicanism puts these different pockets of power against each other.
00:07:58.000 It makes the buckets of the distribution to be decentralized.
00:08:07.000 And the Constitution is very clear about this in more ways than one.
00:08:12.000 And one of the key aspects of the Constitution that we've been focusing on is the preference of states.
00:08:18.000 Now, I firmly believe that states have been underutilizing their sovereignty in recent years.
00:08:26.000 I think we have been under a mass hypnosis campaign, a propaganda campaign at the very least, by the federal government to believe that the federal government is far more powerful than it really is.
00:08:41.000 The states have the final say or the states should have the final say.
00:08:44.000 The founders found this to be rational and logical.
00:08:47.000 And again, what the founders knew in the ratification debates, what they know now, is the same thing they know now, which is that the state-based system is best because you can hold those people most accountable.
00:08:59.000 Sending an elected official into a far and distant land that is so disconnected from the reality of the state is going to have its issues.
00:09:08.000 That's why the 17th Amendment was so catastrophic, which got you basically instituted the direct election of senators and got away from the state House election of senators.
00:09:18.000 And if we do not have strong states, we have a weak country.
00:09:22.000 We right now have a strong and massive, overbearing federal government and a kleptocratic corporate class that are working in concert with each other to crush the sovereignty, to crush the future and the ability for these states to actually operate.
00:09:38.000 And in order for us to actually have a constitutional reset, we need states and governors that are willing to actually assert 10th Amendment authority and do what is necessary.
00:09:52.000 One of the states that is right smack dab in the middle of that debate is where we are right now.
00:09:57.000 And it's probably the most important question, which is the state of Arizona.
00:10:00.000 The state of Arizona, a border state, a 50-50 state, lot of California migrants coming to try to destroy Arizona after they destroyed California.
00:10:10.000 Plenty of native Arizonans that are willing to fight.
00:10:12.000 Will Arizona go the way of Denver or will it go the way of Florida?
00:10:17.000 And so we're going to talk right now with someone who is the frontrunner of the Arizona governor's race, endorsed by President Trump, someone who's been making headlines, and she's very well liked in Arizona.
00:10:28.000 I can tell you that much.
00:10:31.000 Look, stocks are at all-time high.
00:10:33.000 People are saying things are going well, but you know they aren't.
00:10:36.000 Interest rates are at zero and the government just printed $5 trillion.
00:10:39.000 What could possibly go wrong?
00:10:41.000 Consumer confidence just hit a 10-year low and inflation hit 6.8% with parts of the United States seeing rates as high as 8%.
00:10:48.000 Something is not adding up.
00:10:49.000 Inflation is here, everybody, and you've got to do something about it.
00:10:52.000 Put some of your assets into precious metals, and it will keep your money away from the volatility markets and inflation to let you sleep at night.

00:11:26.000 With us is the frontrunner for the governor's race in Arizona, Trump endorsed.
00:11:32.000 Yes, indeed.
00:11:33.000 Newcomer to politics, Kerry Lake.
00:11:36.000 Thanks for having me.
00:11:36.000 It's so good to be here, Charlie.
00:11:38.000 We have a lot of our listeners that are big fans of yours.
00:11:42.000 Thank you.
00:11:42.000 Hopefully some of them are in Arizona and they're registered to vote.
00:11:45.000 And all across the country, and yes, in Arizona, we have a lot of Arizona listeners as well.
00:11:51.000 And the Arizona governor's race is really one of the top five most important races in general, let alone just governor's races.
00:12:00.000 So introduce yourself to our audience.
00:12:02.000 We've been talking to a lot of the Senate candidates.
00:12:05.000 A lot of people have heard of you.
00:12:07.000 You got the Trump endorsement.
00:12:08.000 Congratulations.
00:12:09.000 Oh, my gosh.
00:12:09.000 Love it.
00:12:10.000 So tell us about yourself.
00:12:11.000 I just hung up with President Trump before.
00:12:13.000 That's why I was late.
00:12:14.000 Oh, is that right?
00:12:15.000 You know, when the president calls you, you don't just say, I can't talk right now.
00:12:19.000 I'm like, Charlie or the president right now.
00:12:21.000 Sorry, Charlie.
00:12:22.000 He got preference.
00:12:23.000 He got preference.
00:12:24.000 I'm going to give him a hard time about that one.
00:12:26.000 No, I have been in Arizona for 27 years.
00:12:29.000 I was a journalist here, a fair journalist here, covering Arizona for 27 years.
00:12:34.000 And the media started taking such a hard left turn, a dangerous turn.
00:12:41.000 So much so, especially during COVID, that I walked away from my high-paying job at a good station in the middle of a great job in the middle of some very uncertain times because I no longer felt it was moral work.
00:12:54.000 It felt very immoral to do that job.
00:12:56.000 So that's kind of how I left my job with a splash.
00:13:01.000 And that's how I ended up running for politics.
00:13:03.000 When I left, I wasn't going to go run for politics.
00:13:05.000 I didn't even think about that.
00:13:07.000 But after I left, everyone in Arizona, so many people reached out and said, Carrie, you know, we really admire you, your courage.
00:13:13.000 Thank you for covering this state.
00:13:15.000 Would you consider running for office?
00:13:17.000 We need people with integrity.
00:13:19.000 And it was constant.
00:13:21.000 Every day people were reaching out and saying that, dozens of people.
00:13:25.000 So I started to think about it.
00:13:26.000 And I started looking at the 22 election.
00:13:28.000 I'll be honest, I still hadn't gotten over the 2020 at the time.
00:13:31.000 I was still kind of trying to figure out what happened in 2020.
00:13:35.000 But I started looking at what was going on in our state and who was running for governor in 2022.
00:13:41.000 And it really worried me that we didn't have somebody who could get us past the finish line and save Arizona from turning into a socialist state.
00:13:48.000 I'm not willing to let this state go blue without a fight.
00:13:52.000 And so you got into the race, and there's a couple other people running as well.
00:13:57.000 And people at first didn't really know what to make of you.
00:14:00.000 And you had this amazing kind of announcement video where you're like, I was in journalism and you were super well respected for years, still are.
00:14:08.000 And you kind of caught the entire Arizona scene by fire.
00:14:12.000 And then President Trump endorses you.
00:14:14.000 Yeah.
00:14:15.000 You know, it was really interesting.
00:14:16.000 It was during the Turning Point Action Rally.
00:14:19.000 It was an election integrity rally.
00:14:21.000 And you invited all of the candidates to speak.
00:14:23.000 Thank you very much.
00:14:25.000 And I didn't expect that rousing applause and welcome that I would get from that audience, but it was really something.
00:14:31.000 I still think about it and it kind of gives me chills down my spine.
00:14:36.000 It was really cool.
00:14:37.000 But when President Trump announced all of us one by one, the place went crazy.
00:14:42.000 The doors blew out.
00:14:43.000 And I think he really saw at that moment, wow, we have something going on here.
00:14:47.000 We have a movement going on here.
00:14:50.000 And he endorsed me a couple months later.
00:14:53.000 He mentioned that several times where he said, the crowd loves kids.
00:14:57.000 I think every time I see him, he mentions that.
00:14:59.000 That stuck with him.
00:15:00.000 But I also didn't.
00:15:01.000 He also granted me a couple of interviews, exclusive interviews when I was a journalist.
00:15:05.000 He trusted me as a journalist, to be fair with him.
00:15:08.000 And I, of course, loved President Trump.
00:15:10.000 I thought it was one of the most amazing presidents to cover as a journalist.
00:15:14.000 His story, how he knocked out 18 other Republicans to win the nomination.
00:15:19.000 That was amazing.
00:15:21.000 And then how he went on to be a wonderful, awesome president, even though he was constantly being attacked.
00:15:27.000 We had a real opportunity to cover that president as such a unique character in politics and government.
00:15:35.000 And the press refused to cover him fairly.
00:15:37.000 I did.
00:15:38.000 He gave me two exclusive interviews, and I always treated him fairly.
00:15:41.000 So I think he respected that.
00:15:42.000 Yeah.
00:15:42.000 And it was, they started to work as activists.
00:15:45.000 So Arizona is my home too, and I'm very invested in many different issues.
00:15:51.000 The education issue, which I know you've been speaking out about, keeping the state from becoming California, constitutional liberty, COVID mandates, and all of that.
00:16:01.000 But the one that I really want to focus on with you, which is probably number one, it's hard to say what's number one, right?
00:16:06.000 Because there are all these multiple crises happening is the immigration issue.
00:16:10.000 And far too often, like the current governor of Arizona, he says, there's not much I can do, right?
00:16:16.000 And that's what he says.
00:16:16.000 And I've known Governor Ducey for years and we got along.
00:16:19.000 I just totally disagree with him.
00:16:20.000 I see it completely differently.
00:16:22.000 And I want to really explore that with you because as I kind of mentioned in the kind of teasing segment at the beginning, the Constitution was the states created the federal government.
00:16:31.000 The federal government didn't create the states, right?
00:16:33.000 And the Constitution was a compact of states.
00:16:37.000 Do you know what big tech and big government have in common?
00:16:40.000 They both want to silence any dissenting voices into submission.
00:16:43.000 It's true.
00:16:44.000 Let's say you're a proud gun owner, and if you want to talk on social media about the right to bear arms, well, chances are that your post will be flagged by some content moderator and you might end up on some kind of government watch list.
00:16:55.000 To fight back against having your voice censored by both big tech and big government, I recommend ExpressVPN.
00:17:02.000 You see, the problem with big tech is that they not only do they try to censor you, but they also track you and then they sell you.
00:17:08.000 When I use ExpressVPN, they can't see my IP address at all.
00:17:12.000 My identity is anonymized by a secure VPN server.
00:17:16.000 Plus, ExpressVPN encrypts 100% of my internet data for protection from hackers and eavesdroppers.
00:17:23.000 ExpressVPN is by far the best VPN I have ever tried, and that's why I use ExpressVPN all the time.
00:17:30.000 What I love most about ExpressVPN is it couldn't be easier to use.
00:17:33.000 The app has one button.
00:17:34.000 You tap it and you're protected.
00:17:35.000 It's that simple.
00:17:37.000 Go to expressvpn.com slash Charlie, E-X-P-R-E-S-S-V-P-N.com slash Charlie to get three months free.
00:17:44.000 Visit expressvpn.com slash Charlie to learn more.
00:17:51.000 As governor, I, Kerry Lake, will act boldly and aggressively to bring an end to our border crisis starting on day one.
00:18:00.000 And I will see this mission through to the final minute of my final, final hours tenure as governor of our great state.
00:18:05.000 Okay.
00:18:06.000 How will you address the border crisis from day one?
00:18:09.000 Well, I mean, day one, we obviously have an invasion at the border, and we will issue a declaration of invasion.
00:18:14.000 We're going to start with that.
00:18:16.000 And then we're going to get the ball rolling and we're going to rumble with the feds on this.
00:18:19.000 And we need to bring a coalition of states, like-minded states together.
00:18:24.000 And with that coalition, we will start working out a deal to secure our border because the feds aren't doing it.
00:18:30.000 And I don't know why Joe Biden's not doing it.
00:18:32.000 I mean, sometimes I think, okay, he's diabolical.
00:18:35.000 He wants to see this kind of lawlessness at the border.
00:18:38.000 He wants drugs smuggled in.
00:18:40.000 But then I realize he doesn't have a lot going on up there.
00:18:42.000 And maybe his team around him.
00:18:46.000 The team around him definitely wants a borderless society, but I agree.
00:18:50.000 It's not him.
00:18:51.000 We're going to have an interstate compact for border security with like-minded states.
00:18:55.000 Honestly, this is an 11-page policy paper, but it's all right here in the Constitution.
00:19:02.000 And it's Article 4, Section 4.
00:19:04.000 The government is supposed to be protecting us as states.
00:19:07.000 I mean, you could really just sum up what's in here by reading two sentences from the Constitution.
00:19:12.000 The United States shall guarantee to every state in this union a Republican form of government and shall protect each of them against invasion.
00:19:20.000 They are not doing that.
00:19:22.000 And there's a remedy in the U.S. Constitution, and it's Article 1, Section 10.
00:19:27.000 No state shall, without the consent of Congress, keep troops, enter into any agreement or compact with another state or with a foreign power unless actually invaded or in such imminent danger as will not admit of delay.
00:19:42.000 So you're willing as governor to say, all right, we've tried to play nice.
00:19:46.000 We've waited our turn.
00:19:47.000 Two million illegals have crossed into the interior of the United States.
00:19:50.000 More than that.
00:19:51.000 That's how many have been apprehended.
00:19:53.000 Yes, so we don't know.
00:19:55.000 You could be right.
00:19:56.000 It could be 5 million.
00:19:58.000 I don't know.
00:19:58.000 I don't think it's that much.
00:20:01.000 And you're saying it's time to sign a declaration of invasion.
00:20:04.000 Right.
00:20:04.000 Which would basically say it's an act of war.
00:20:07.000 Is that right?
00:20:08.000 Pretty much.
00:20:08.000 I mean, that's what's happening.
00:20:10.000 We are being invaded by narco-terrorists.
00:20:14.000 The cartels control our border.
00:20:16.000 We don't have a border right now.
00:20:18.000 I don't think people realize that.
00:20:19.000 Some do.
00:20:19.000 We don't have a border right now with the United States.
00:20:22.000 It's in the hands of narco-terrorists.
00:20:25.000 And, you know, we're living our life and we're seeing it now on the streets.
00:20:29.000 We're seeing this 1.2, I believe it was, million fentanyl pills pulled out of a Scottsdale condo.
00:20:36.000 Those were going to be in a neighborhood near you.
00:20:39.000 And they weren't just staying here in Arizona.
00:20:40.000 They're moving beyond Arizona.
00:20:42.000 We're all border states now.
00:20:43.000 We've got terrorists coming in.
00:20:45.000 We have violent crime on the rise in every single city.
00:20:49.000 And it's affecting our lives.
00:20:51.000 And Joe Biden is either oblivious to this or he's complicit in it.
00:20:55.000 And we're done.
00:20:56.000 So we're going to take the fight right to the feds.
00:20:58.000 And we challenge, go ahead, sue us, arrest us, do what you have to do.
00:21:02.000 But we want to find out in the courts if the U.S. Constitution still matters in this country.
00:21:07.000 And you're willing to mobilize Arizona Rangers, mobilize Arizona assets to the border, give them arrest authority and say, sorry, Border Patrol.
00:21:16.000 And by the way, the Border Patrol themselves, they want to do their job.
00:21:19.000 They're just being told not to do their job by the regime.
00:21:22.000 Exactly.
00:21:22.000 And not only that, they're being demoralized and the president is attacking them.
00:21:28.000 I mean, when they were trying to do their job in Texas using horses to keep the people back, he took that image, twisted it around, and made them look like they were racist.
00:21:38.000 It's really reprehensible what the president has done.
00:21:41.000 So we have a plan that involves not only finishing President Trump's wall, there's only 18 to 20 miles here in Arizona to be completed.
00:21:49.000 And we're going to get the legislature, you know, and we're going to need to have people willing to work with us that are strong in the legislature to basically call the materials down there materials that have been abandoned by the government.
00:22:02.000 And once they do that, we can then use those materials, which we paid for.
00:22:06.000 I'm sure you've seen the video, right?
00:22:08.000 They're just sitting and rusting away, right?
00:22:11.000 Right.
00:22:11.000 We paid for those to build the wall, and we want to use those materials.
00:22:15.000 And we're going to get the ball rolling to do that.
00:22:16.000 But in the meantime, if we have to purchase our own, we will do so.
00:22:19.000 We have a $600 million surplus in our budget.
00:22:23.000 And if we have to, we'll use that.
00:22:25.000 We'll also use assets that have been seized by the government, rather by police and by Border Patrol and things like that that were the cartels.
00:22:36.000 And then we will bill the federal government for this when it's all said and done.
00:22:40.000 Yeah.
00:22:40.000 And what you're really talking about here is the states taking responsibility for the crisis at hand, not waiting for the federal government to do it.
00:22:48.000 And the federal government has had their chance.
00:22:50.000 They have no concern at all over the southern border.
00:22:53.000 They don't care.
00:22:54.000 And almost treating this like a hurricane.
00:22:56.000 Like, I'm going to sign the declaration of emergency.
00:22:58.000 I'm going to use the assets necessary.
00:23:00.000 I'm going to mobilize what we have at our disposal to protect our people.
00:23:03.000 Right.
00:23:04.000 Absolutely.
00:23:04.000 It's pretty basic stuff.
00:23:05.000 We're going to get more troops on the border, Arizona National Guard.
00:23:09.000 We're going to get the Arizona Rangers and get them back in action.
00:23:12.000 Right now, they're kind of a volunteer force.
00:23:15.000 And we're going to empower law enforcement to make trespassing arrests.
00:23:18.000 That's how it's going to start.
00:23:19.000 Right now, thousands of people are coming in every day in Arizona, and they're willfully walking into the Border Patrol's arm, surrendering.
00:23:28.000 Under this plan, they will walk in, surrender to the Border Patrol, and immediately be arrested and jailed.
00:23:34.000 And we're going to send a very strong message to the cartels and anybody smuggling people.
00:23:39.000 Don't come into Arizona.
00:23:41.000 You're not welcome here.
00:23:42.000 You will be arrested, and you're not just going to get a free pass into the United States.
00:23:46.000 And we can do that.
00:23:47.000 It's going to take cooperation.
00:23:49.000 Well, and so here's the federal government will tell you you can, and then there will be this tension, right?
00:23:54.000 Right.
00:23:54.000 And what will you do then?
00:23:56.000 Well, we're going to have to work with the legislature to get this compact between states going.
00:24:00.000 And we're going to have to wait then for the U.S. Congress to okay it.
00:24:04.000 But while we're waiting for that, we're still going to just keep getting the ball rolling and moving as if we have the authority and the okay.
00:24:11.000 We will keep the federal government abreast of what we're doing, but we're not going to wait for their opinion on it or their approval.
00:24:18.000 And this will eventually make it into the court system, obviously.
00:24:22.000 And that's what we want.
00:24:23.000 We actually want a showdown in Arizona with the federal government.
00:24:26.000 Well, and I think the states have so much more power than we realize.
00:24:29.000 For example, there are sanctuary cities right now in America, right?
00:24:33.000 So let me get this straight.
00:24:34.000 Portland is allowed to say that illegals are welcome, which is in defiance to federal law, but Arizona's not allowed to enforce the law itself.
00:24:41.000 And so I would just say, you know, if you become governor, whatever, Biden, arrest me, do whatever you want.
00:24:47.000 I'm going to ignore you.
00:24:48.000 We are going to protect our people.
00:24:49.000 We're going to do whatever it takes.
00:24:51.000 Well, they're ignoring a court order right now to put the Remain in Mexico back policy back in.
00:24:57.000 So they're ignoring laws as well.
00:24:59.000 But I would welcome him, Joe Biden coming down here and trying to arrest a sitting governor for trying to protect her state.
00:25:07.000 But he would have, what would he arrest you for?
00:25:10.000 Yeah.
00:25:10.000 Well, I don't know.
00:25:11.000 And with what body, right?
00:25:13.000 And with what people.
00:25:15.000 This is the point is that we must provoke this moment where it's like, who's actually in charge?
00:25:20.000 Defy the feds and force, really kind of force this to come to a head.
00:25:26.000 Yes.
00:25:27.000 And we're going to find out then when it goes to the courts if the U.S. Constitution still holds.
00:25:32.000 And if not, then we're going to have to ask other questions.
00:25:35.000 We're going to have a lot of questions if it doesn't hold.
00:25:38.000 Yes.
00:25:38.000 But, you know, right now, there's a lot in this plan.
00:25:41.000 I would love to go through all of it.
00:25:42.000 Yeah, go ahead.
00:25:42.000 Well, some of the things I want to do, and right now in the 1980s, 1988, we created a tax court to deal with tax issues.
00:25:51.000 We need to work with our legislature to create a border court to deal with all of these trespassing arrests that we're going to have and in a speedy way deal with these issues to then eventually work people out and deport them back to Mexico.
00:26:06.000 And we'll work talking to our friends in Mexico and the government there.
00:26:10.000 And all of this stuff, when you start having interstate compacts and start working with the federal government, that's going to trigger the feds to get involved because they're going to start looking and say, wait a minute, is there really an invasion at the border?
00:26:22.000 And if they try to take back our troops, the National Guard, they'll have to admit that there is an invasion.
00:26:28.000 In order to do that, they pretty much have to have an invasion.
00:26:31.000 Now they could nationalize the Arizona National Guard, but like make them enforce it.
00:26:34.000 But the reason for them nationalizing it, they'd have to have a reason.
00:26:37.000 It would have to be that we're being invaded or that we're at war.
00:26:41.000 And if they say we're being invaded, then that just proves our point.
00:26:44.000 We are being invaded.
00:26:46.000 They can't nationalize the Arizona Rangers if you made it separate.
00:26:49.000 Right.
00:26:49.000 So just kind of create your own entity and let it go.
00:26:53.000 That's right.
00:26:53.000 So we've got this plan is amazing.
00:26:55.000 We're going to be putting it up on our website.
00:26:57.000 We're actually working, trying to get the op-ed put out.
00:27:00.000 As I said, we tried to put it in the Arizona Republic, which is our state paper here that has gone completely liberal.
00:27:07.000 And they did not like the op-ed because in it, I talked about an invasion at the border, and they wanted me to change that and use a different word.
00:27:15.000 And I said, I will not change that.
00:27:19.000 Either you run it as it is or we find somebody else to run it.
00:27:21.000 So I don't think we're going to be able to work with them.
00:27:24.000 Maybe they'll change their mind.
00:27:25.000 I said, this is my op-ed, not your op-ed.
00:27:28.000 And this is what's happening at the border.
00:27:30.000 But imagine that.
00:27:31.000 The local paper who covers this does not admit we have an invasion going on.
00:27:37.000 Two million plus, more, probably, yes.
00:27:39.000 Well, I'm trying to look at the facts I wrote down on Yuma.
00:27:43.000 In just one day, in two months rather, their folks coming across went up by 2,405% in Yuma.
00:27:54.000 They're just walking across.
00:27:55.000 I was down there in Yuma.
00:27:56.000 Within five minutes of arriving at the border, a guy comes over.
00:27:59.000 He's Cuban.
00:28:00.000 He's dressed in all white, like he just came from out of the mall, brand new clothes, white shoes.
00:28:07.000 He did not walk.
00:28:09.000 He was dropped off at the border and walked across into the arms of the Border Patrol, who's powerless to do anything.
00:28:15.000 This has to stop.
00:28:16.000 So then what happens?
00:28:17.000 Border Patrol just has to let them keep going?
00:28:19.000 They apprehend them, they process them, and then they say, okay, you're going to have a court date, come back.
00:28:24.000 Right.
00:28:24.000 We know what's happening.
00:28:25.000 It's welcome to America.
00:28:27.000 It's welcome to America, and that's got to stop.
00:28:30.000 We have big hearts in this country, but we have to start using our brains.
00:28:33.000 Yeah, instantaneous deportation if you invade the country.
00:28:36.000 Forget about it.
00:28:37.000 Well, arrested.
00:28:37.000 You know, and I was talking to a rancher a couple weeks ago down in New Gallis.
00:28:40.000 He said, Carrie, I found four bodies on my ranch, four bodies since Biden's been elected.
00:28:46.000 They're pouring across.
00:28:47.000 Drugs are pouring across.
00:28:49.000 And this is out of control.
00:28:51.000 We're afraid to walk on our own property because we might come across smugglers.
00:28:55.000 It's dangerous.
00:28:56.000 And not only is it dangerous on the border, but when these drugs make their way into our kids' lives, that's when the mama bears out there are going to stand up and start raising some hell.
00:29:05.000 100,000 opioid deaths so far this year.
00:29:08.000 100,000.
00:29:09.000 And a lot of it comes back to the southern border, which is happening on Arizona.
00:29:16.000 Well, and it's not just Mexico.
00:29:17.000 I mean, fentanyl's coming over from China.
00:29:20.000 That's correct.
00:29:20.000 So these are international crime cells that are working on this.
00:29:23.000 And Joe Biden's given them control of our border.
00:29:28.000 Hey, everybody, Charlie Kirk here.
00:29:30.000 People make a big deal out of New Year's resolutions, but I want you to commit to one right now.
00:29:34.000 Resolve to do something that will help make this country get its greatness again and get it back on track.

00:30:40.000 Okay, Arizona audit.
00:30:41.000 Actually, you want to make one more comment about the immigration.
00:30:44.000 You know, we talked about my plan for the border, defend Arizona is what it's called.
00:30:49.000 And we can't, I think a lot of people want President Trump to come back.
00:30:52.000 We wish he were president.
00:30:54.000 I do.
00:30:55.000 And maybe that will happen someday.
00:30:56.000 Maybe he'll run again.
00:30:57.000 I hope and pray he does.
00:30:58.000 But we can't wait for Superman to come and save the day.
00:31:01.000 We have to do it.
00:31:02.000 President Trump laid the groundwork.
00:31:04.000 He told us how things should go.
00:31:05.000 He told us that we should stand up for our country.
00:31:07.000 He told us that we should put America first.
00:31:09.000 We know what to do.
00:31:11.000 We need to go out and be that superhero and do the job.
00:31:14.000 I agree completely.
00:31:14.000 So what's going on with the audit?
00:31:16.000 What's the latest here with that?
00:31:17.000 Well, we're still waiting for our attorney general, Mark Bernovich, to do something.
00:31:21.000 And crimes were committed in that audit, or crimes, not in the audit.
00:31:25.000 Crimes were committed, obviously, in the election.
00:31:27.000 The audit revealed that.
00:31:29.000 We need our attorney general to do the right thing.
00:31:32.000 We saw a video of him with the nunchucks.
00:31:33.000 Did you see that video of him?
00:31:35.000 He needs to put down the nunchucks, pick up the handcuffs, and make some arrests.
00:31:39.000 We know that election laws were broken.
00:31:42.000 And there's people on video breaking the law.
00:31:44.000 So let's get some arrests made.
00:31:46.000 That's how I feel about it, because I want to know that going forward, our elections, we can have faith in our elections, that they're run honestly, and that they're secure.
00:31:54.000 And we still haven't gotten the analysis of the paper ballots or the routers.
00:31:57.000 I think we could still get some information to come out of there.
00:32:01.000 But I'm not willing to give up.
00:32:03.000 keeping pressure on Bernovich on this.
00:32:05.000 And we all need to keep the pressure on our elected officials to make sure that we get laws in place that secure our election.
00:32:12.000 I wouldn't want my guy, President Trump, to win the way that Joe Biden allegedly won.
00:32:18.000 We want honest elections.
00:32:19.000 I want to know that when I go to bed after the election night, results are in, that whoever won was won fair and square.
00:32:27.000 And we don't have that right now.
00:32:28.000 We have lost faith in our elections.
00:32:30.000 So we're going to go through and take anything we learned from the forensic audit when I'm governor and we're going to fix it.
00:32:35.000 Yeah.
00:32:36.000 And so the question, I guess, isn't this special session also coming in the Arizona legislature as well?
00:32:40.000 Well, that would be nice, but we'd have to have our governor call a special session.
00:32:43.000 Are they meeting this month?
00:32:44.000 I thought they were, maybe I'm, maybe I'm wrong.
00:32:46.000 I don't know.
00:32:46.000 I thought they were meeting.
00:32:47.000 I don't know about that.
00:32:48.000 So, and what else can be done to secure our elections?
00:32:51.000 Well, I think we need to put some laws in place to actually shore up the election laws that we have.
00:32:58.000 We have to stop mailing out mail-in ballots to every Tom, Dick, and Harry out there.
00:33:02.000 And we need to clean up our election rolls because we saw that ballots were going out to people who were dead.
00:33:09.000 They were going after people who had moved years and years and, you know, 10 years before, and they were still going out to those homes.
00:33:15.000 So we got to get that cleaned up.
00:33:18.000 I want to know that election results are good, honest, and we can have faith in them.
00:33:25.000 And I don't think we have that right now.
00:33:27.000 No.
00:33:27.000 And Arizona's election integrity, kind of ability to handle election integrity is going to be one of the most important issues for all elections and the balance of the U.S. Senate and otherwise.
00:33:40.000 So you're looking at Arizona.
00:33:41.000 You look at the kind of the field.
00:33:45.000 Why is this race so important?
00:33:46.000 What are the national implications of this race?
00:33:49.000 It's hugely important.
00:33:50.000 I mean, right now, if people call it a blues state or a purple state, I believe it is a red state.
00:33:56.000 You've got to throw away this last election because of all of the issues.
00:33:59.000 It was shady, shoddy, and corrupt.
00:34:01.000 So we can't look at that.
00:34:02.000 And we can't judge what Arizona is based on that last election.
00:34:05.000 It's a conservative state.
00:34:07.000 If we allow Arizona to become another California and a blues state, then we've lost the entire Southwest.
00:34:12.000 And then imagine what our borders will look like.
00:34:15.000 We won't have borders.
00:34:17.000 We won't have a governor sitting in office who cares about that.
00:34:20.000 And so I think it's a critically important state.
00:34:23.000 And I believe there's going to be a red wave.
00:34:26.000 And I'm sure that you feel that way with what you're seeing.
00:34:28.000 Yeah, we're seeing that on the ground.
00:34:29.000 Talk about your campaign.
00:34:30.000 It's growing quickly.
00:34:31.000 You have the Trump rally coming up on January 15th, right?
00:34:34.000 Yep, in Florence.
00:34:35.000 How do they check that out?
00:34:36.000 Go to Donaldjtrump.com slash events, and you can sign up for that.
00:34:42.000 There's going to be so many people there.
00:34:43.000 I'd like to see it be the biggest rally ever.
00:34:45.000 I'm going to be speaking at it.
00:34:46.000 I'm thrilled to have that opportunity.
00:34:48.000 And the president's going to bring me up on stage, which I'm excited about.
00:34:52.000 So we're going to have a big section with our Cary Lake supporters there as well.
00:34:56.000 So we're thrilled about that.
00:34:58.000 It's his first rally of 22.
00:34:59.000 I don't know what he's going to say, what his message is going to be, but I'm sure it's going to be about the election, probably about the border.
00:35:07.000 He didn't give me any indication of what he was going to say if he's going to break some news there, but he's very excited and looking forward to coming to Arizona.
00:35:14.000 DonaldJ Trump.com slash event.
00:35:16.000 Event.
00:35:17.000 Is it event?
00:35:17.000 Or events.
00:35:18.000 DonaldJTrump.com.
00:35:19.000 They could check it out.
00:35:20.000 And then your website, carrylake.com, K-A-R-I-Lake.com.
00:35:24.000 Yeah.
00:35:24.000 And, you know, the issues are obvious.
00:35:26.000 Everyone says, what's your top issue?
00:35:28.000 And I say there are so many, but if we don't get to the bottom of the corruption in our election system, then none of those other issues matter.
00:35:36.000 Elections, borders, our education on our children, we can't have this indoctrination, this Marxist ideology being forced on our children from K through 12.
00:35:46.000 Then they go on and in our woke universities, they finish the job.
00:35:49.000 Carrie, you're doing a great job.
