00:02:16.000 Brought to you by my friends, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage, 888, 888 1172 or AndrewandTodd.com.

00:02:26.000 If you are driving right now, maybe you're doing errands.

00:02:30.000 Here's my advice to you: go plan a couple more errands because you're going to want to listen to the entire hour here.

00:02:37.000 So, how many times have you heard from left-wingers or from the media propagandists that what happened on January 6th was an insurrection?

00:02:50.000 Now, it was more like a trespassing and property destruction event.

00:02:57.000 Again, we are very clear on the day that it happened, and we're clear today.

00:03:00.000 We don't like what happened that day.

00:03:02.000 I think people that are smashing windows of our U.S. Capitol go get a life, honestly.

00:03:08.000 However, the treatment of many of them and the violation of the Equal Protection Clause of the United States Constitution has been flagrant.

00:03:16.000 Some prisoners are just literally being left to die.

00:03:20.000 And in the third hour of this program, we have Ben Whitegarten from the Federal, no, not from the Federalists, from Real Clear Politics, right?

00:03:27.000 He used to be at the Federalists, though, is that right?

00:03:30.000 Maybe I'm okay.

00:03:31.000 But the question, you've heard many times: it's an insurrection.

00:03:34.000 It's an insurrection.

00:03:36.000 It's an insurrection.

00:03:38.000 And it started to make sense why they've wanted to focus on that word.

00:03:41.000 First of all, you got to give it to the propagandists.

00:03:49.000 Great branding.

00:03:51.000 I mean, they went straight for the top level, right?

00:03:55.000 Not a riot, not a mob.

00:03:57.000 No, they went, boom, insurrection.

00:04:00.000 Now, let's start with the Federal Bureau of Investigation and Department of Justice have failed, and they have decided to walk away with trying to press any singular person with an insurrection charge.

00:04:18.000 Jonathan Turley wrote about this extensively: that the FBI basically has come up empty, trying to argue that it was an insurrection.

00:04:27.000 It's all the way back from August.

00:04:30.000 Jonathan Turley wrote, quote, that it's easier to excuse a response to an insurrection than a violent protest.

00:04:41.000 The point was expressly made by former U.S. Capitol Police Chief Stephen Sun, quote, this was not a demonstration.

00:04:47.000 This is not a failure to plan for a demonstration.

00:04:50.000 This is a planned coordinated attack on the U.S. Capitol.

00:04:52.000 Okay.

00:04:52.000 Well, Jonathan Torley Turley continues by saying that these people were rioters, not insurrectionists.

00:05:01.000 And calling them rioters does not minimize what they did or undermine the legitimacy of their punishment, which I agree with.

00:05:07.000 However, there is wisdom and even the chance for resolution when we call things by their proper name.

00:05:16.000 Now, the significance of this is that why, despite the fact that no one has been charged with insurrection, why does the media keep on saying, well, there's two answers to this: the obvious and the not so obvious.

00:05:27.000 The obvious is that they want to try to turn public opinion against Republicans because it is the most incendiary, it is the best branding that one could get to to try to justify the security state, the clampdown of freedom and clampdown of freedoms and liberties, and to be used as almost a nonstop commercial on cable television to try to tell people not to vote for Republicans.

00:05:49.000 Okay, we know that part.

00:05:51.000 But the second part is not so obvious.

00:05:54.000 And it's interesting and horrifying.

00:05:57.000 A new article for the communist rag, otherwise known as the nation, thenation.com, says Representative Corey Bush is right in her read of the Constitution.

00:06:08.000 Officials who give aid and comfort to insurrectionists must be removed from their positions.

00:06:15.000 And the title of the article is to avert another January 6, expel coup plotters from Congress.

00:06:24.000 So you read this article.

00:06:25.000 Basically, Corey Bush back in January of last year introduced a resolution in Congress saying that any member of Congress, it's called H.R. Resolution 25, quote, we should commemorate the one-year anniversary of January 6 by passing H.R. 25 to investigate and expel the members of Congress who helped incite the violent insurrection at our Capitol.

00:06:52.000 Now, you might think, okay, this is just kind of normal chatter.

00:06:54.000 But then you actually go into the U.S. Constitution itself, which we're big fans of.

00:06:59.000 We have our Constitution always handy right here, brought to you by Turning Point USA.

00:07:03.000 You guys can get your Constitution.

00:07:04.000 I think it is the best Constitution, by the way.

00:07:07.000 It's just informative, it's colorful.

00:07:08.000 Isn't it great, Connor?

00:07:09.000 It's a beautiful Constitution.

00:07:12.000 And you actually go straight into the Constitution.

00:07:14.000 It says that no person shall be a senator or representative in Congress or elector of President and Vice President or any office holder, civil or military, under the United States or any state who have previously taken an oath as a member of Congress or engaged in the United States shall have engaged in an insurrection or rebellion against the same or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof.

00:07:45.000 Corey Bush and the media and the Democrats in the House, they want to try to disqualify entire groups and members of Congress.

00:07:58.000 They want to disqualify Marjorie Taylor Greene. 0.91

00:08:01.000 They've already kicked her off Twitter.

00:08:02.000 Why not kick her out of Congress?

00:08:04.000 Paul Gosar of Arizona.

00:08:06.000 Lauren Boebert of Colorado.

00:08:08.000 Mo Brooks from Alabama.

00:08:10.000 Madison Cawthorne, a friend of mine.

00:08:12.000 Andy Biggs, a good man.

00:08:14.000 Louis Gomer, another good man.

00:08:15.000 They want to try to kick them all out of Congress by calling them insurrectionists.

00:08:24.000 It's funny how when the climate protesters took over the Senate building two years ago, they were never called insurrectionists when they just stormed the Senate building.

00:08:34.000 But no, the reason they're calling them insurrectionists, of course, it creates a nice little good headline, but also it can get them to get the drumbeat for expulsion of members of Congress that they don't like.

00:08:47.000 Now, look, Corey Bush is an intellectual lightweight, okay?

00:08:50.000 I wouldn't put her, I wouldn't put her in the category of people that think about the deeper things in life, right?

00:08:56.000 Corey Bush is a typical BLM-sympathizing member of Congress, similar to Ianna Presley and AOC and kind of the squad, if you will.

00:09:08.000 However, there is a plan that is being concocted here.

00:09:12.000 And the deeper plan is if we're able to convince people this is an insurrection, we can expel members of Congress that we don't like.

00:09:23.000 And this is why it's so important for us to make the argument that this was not an insurrection.

00:09:30.000 Activists have now latched onto the provision in Section 3 of the 14th Amendment called the Disqualification Clause, which was written after the 39th Congress in December of 1865.

00:09:44.000 And many members were shocked to see Alexander Stevens, the Confederate vice president, waiting to take a seat with the array of other former Confederate senators and military officers.

00:10:00.000 If you peel back a letter, a layer from January 6, when you go a step deeper, when you go a level deeper, you really realize January 6th, which is coming up tomorrow, we're going to be doing a whole kind of remembering kind of what happened, the truth from fiction from yesterday, because there's a lot of it, right?

00:10:20.000 And even if you go into the New York Times on reporting, they debunk some of the narratives that they put forward.

00:10:26.000 All of a sudden, you take a step back.

00:10:28.000 This is critical.

00:10:30.000 This is a core staple to the aims and the ambitions of the continued domestic war against conservatives being launched by the Biden regime.

00:10:43.000 Look, everyone out there has been asking me, Charlie, how do I get more pillows?

00:10:48.000 Well, that's mypillow.com.

00:10:50.000 And MyPillow doesn't have their box stores anymore, so we got to help them out.

00:10:53.000 And part of them being canceled, they want to give you the lowest price yet.

00:11:17.000 MyPillow is not just pillows.

00:11:19.000 They have over 150 products, everything from sleepwear to new beds.

00:11:42.000 So there's so many stories I still want to get to here.

00:11:45.000 I want to talk a little about the border.

00:11:46.000 2 million.

00:11:48.000 2 million people crossed illegally in the southern border in 2021.

00:11:53.000 It's an invasion.

00:11:54.000 It's that simple.

00:11:55.000 It's an invasion of our republic. 0.80

00:11:58.000 Border encounters in Yuma are up 2,405%.

00:12:05.000 Play cut 31.

00:12:07.000 Well, it's not surprising because in 2019, if we go back for a little history, we were having a similar surge during the Trump administration.

00:12:17.000 And there were policies put in place that mitigated those numbers to nearly below 10,000 a year.

00:12:24.000 The first thing that happened in January of last year was those all went away.

00:12:29.000 And when those went away, the numbers just started climbing right away.

00:12:33.000 And it's just been building this momentum.

00:12:36.000 Now, we have been pretty vocal in regards to Greg Abbott.

00:12:43.000 Greg Abbott, though, has come out and he has told his National Guard in Texas Biden is not their commander-in-chief.

00:12:50.000 And he sues the White House over unconstitutional military vaccine mandate.

00:12:55.000 And he's willing, hopefully, to use more Texas troops on the southern border as the invasion continues.

00:13:04.000 Cut 30, Fox News reports that a border patrol agent was shot at from Mexico while trying to apprehend an illegal.

00:13:11.000 Play cut 30.

00:13:12.000 2022 picking up right where 2021 left off here at the border, beginning with a border agent being shot at from Mexico on New Year's Day.

00:13:21.000 Thankfully, the agent wasn't hit, but it is now being investigated by both CBP and the FBI.

00:13:28.000 Who is actually invested in fixing the southern border issue?

00:13:33.000 We had Kerry Lake on our program yesterday, who's running for governor of Arizona. 1.00

00:13:37.000 2 million people, for the first time ever, we have more fentanyl seizures than opioid seizures.

00:13:43.000 And both are flowing across the border.

00:13:45.000 Most fentanyl actually comes from China.

00:13:48.000 I had some questions, though.

00:13:49.000 Are we testing illegals for COVID? 0.96

00:13:51.000 Are we mandating vaccines for them?

00:13:53.000 No, illegals get free chartered flights after they cross the interior of the border to Pennsylvania, to Florida, to any place of their liking, where the citizens, us, have to go through all of these different measures.

00:14:09.000 We're not allowed to go to our own restaurants, but Mexicans coming illegally into America can do whatever they want. 1.00

00:14:19.000 Play cut 27, Fox News's William Lajanese reports on suspected terrorists apprehended at the border that was wearing a volunteer ambulance jacket.

00:14:29.000 Play cut 27.

00:14:30.000 The 21-year-old Saudi with links to Middle Eastern subjects of interest was caught sneaking in on Thursday outside Yuma.

00:14:36.000 He wore a Central New York volunteer ambulance jacket.

00:14:39.000 No one knows exactly how he got it, but it does show anyone from anywhere is crossing the southern border.

00:14:45.000 In fact, Yuma is so overwhelmed, few agents are actually on patrol.

00:14:50.000 I am told by officials that Brazilians and Venezuelans are hiring Ubers and taxis to turn themselves in at a station miles away to get their release papers faster.

00:15:02.000 Good for Julio Rojas.

00:15:03.000 I just endorsed Julio's book.

00:15:05.000 He's always on the front lines.

00:15:06.000 Good for him.

00:15:07.000 He does a great job.

00:15:08.000 Lieutenant for Texas Department of Public Safety says that we have trouble building their own border walls because the federal government owns the land and will not allow them to build on it.

00:15:19.000 Basically, Biden is paying for the wall not to be constructed.

00:15:24.000 He wants the border to remain open.

00:15:26.000 We've been through the reasons why.

00:15:27.000 He wants it for cheap labor.

00:15:29.000 He wants it for Democrat votes.

00:15:30.000 He wants it for the erosion and deterioration of national sovereignty.

00:15:34.000 If our media was even remotely honest, New York Times, they'd be mentioning the fact that we were invaded by 2 million foreign nationals this last year, record number.

00:15:46.000 Won't hear much about that?

00:15:47.000 Play cut 29.

00:15:49.000 So, again, we're taking those proactive measures, but one thing I can tell you, though, that's very challenging is some of those areas, some of those land is federal property.

00:15:57.000 So, we cannot take any type of enforcement action.

00:15:59.000 We can't construct any barriers or any type of border wall because the federal government won't allow it.

00:16:04.000 Federal government won't allow it.

00:16:07.000 It's time for the states to draw a line and take the sovereignty back.

00:16:14.000 It's what some people running for governor in Arizona are talking about.

00:16:16.000 It's what Greg Abbott is talking about.

00:16:18.000 Biden is participating in the intentional opening of our borders and destruction of our sovereignty.

00:16:27.000 On a daily basis, people are being inundated with ads for overpriced boxers with some sort of slick ad campaign, and some would say innuendos.

00:16:35.000 Personally speaking, I prefer to keep this topic very private, but I'm happy to tell you about a company that is a great product and shares our values.

00:16:42.000 I want to tell you about Under TAC, the only men's basic brand that is unapologetically Christian, pro-American, pro-military, very, very proud, pro-2-A.

00:16:51.000 They put comfort and functionality first by integrating a quick release fly and secret pocket in extra-wide waistband for cash or tactical necessities.

00:17:32.000 He does a great job from Just the News.

00:17:34.000 I read his website every day and I get his briefing every night.

00:17:37.000 John Solomon.

00:17:39.000 John, welcome to the Charlie Kirk Show.

00:17:40.000 How are you doing?

00:17:42.000 Great to be with you, Charlie.

00:17:43.000 Great.

00:17:44.000 And so, John, you've been really leading on this story.

00:17:47.000 We posted about it today on our social channels, which has been really opening a lot of people's eyes.

00:17:53.000 It's on justthenews.com.

00:17:54.000 I want to read the headline so people can get it.

00:17:56.000 Georgia opens investigation into possible illegal ballot harvesting in the 2020 election.

00:18:01.000 What's going on in Georgia?

00:18:03.000 What a difference a year has made.

00:18:04.000 It was about a year ago this time when Brad Rafsenberger, the Secretary of State of Georgia, went on 60 Minutes and said, I think we had a fair and safe and secure election.

00:18:13.000 Since that time, a lot of revelations have occurred.

00:18:15.000 We found out that Brad Rafsenberger actually had a lot of serious concerns about mismanagement and irregularities in Fulton County, Atlanta, the largest voting metropolis in Georgia.

00:18:26.000 And then on November 30th, an earthquake arrived in the Georgia Secretary of State's office.

00:18:33.000 A group called True the Vote, run by Katherine Engelbreck, good conservative woman.

00:18:37.000 She filed a complaint with extraordinary detailed evidence.

00:18:41.000 What does the complaint say?

00:18:42.000 There are millions of minutes of security footage, surveillance cameras that were put on the drop boxes at Georgia distributed across the state, showing people walking in between 12 a.m. and 5 a.m., at the time when people normally vote, with stacks of vote, stacks of ballots, sticking them into the box, and turning around, taking a picture of themselves in what looks to be what's known as a ballot harvesting campaign.

00:19:06.000 It's illegal in Georgia and in most battleground states for a third party to deliver someone's votes.

00:19:11.000 They then went and got phone records and showed, well, there were 242 people that appeared to have done this.

00:19:16.000 They made more than 5,662 trips to these ballot boxes in the wee hours of the morning during the November election of 2020, the January 5th Senate runoff.

00:19:28.000 And then they went one step further.

00:19:30.000 Actually, secured testimony or statements from one of the participants, one of the ballot harvesters, one of the ballot traffickers, who said, Yeah, I did that.

00:19:38.000 I did it for weeks.

00:19:39.000 I got paid $10 for every ballot I harvested.

00:19:42.000 There were many other people like me, and we were organized by a group of nonprofits in Georgia.

00:19:47.000 It was a big operation.

00:19:49.000 All of that went to Brad Rafsenberger, and yesterday Brad Rafsenberger came on my podcast and said, It's credible enough.

00:19:56.000 We've begun a full-scale investigation, and subpoenas are forthcoming.

00:20:00.000 Well, that's extraordinary.

00:20:01.000 I'm not a fan of Brad.

00:20:02.000 I'm glad he went on your podcast, and I'm glad you covered it.

00:20:05.000 I'm not a fan because he was so condescending towards some of us that were talking about this issue about a year ago, and he's had a big shift.

00:20:12.000 Obviously, he wants to maybe keep his job or relevancy in the Georgia political scene.

00:20:18.000 So, I just want to narrow, I just want you to repeat some of those numbers because it's so important, and you said them quickly.

00:20:24.000 You said there were 242 people that did this.

00:20:28.000 Is that right?

00:20:28.000 Can you just emphasize?

00:20:31.000 Yes.

00:20:31.000 So, let's just, so, and a lot of this were Zuckerberg drop boxes, I would imagine, right?

00:20:36.000 So, it was all of them.

00:20:38.000 All of them are drop boxes.

00:20:39.000 Yeah, so talk about that.

00:20:41.000 So, Georgia law had always allowed for drop boxes, but before 2020, no one ever thought to use them.

00:20:47.000 Obviously, the pandemic came along.

00:20:48.000 Democrats wanted drop boxes. 0.74

00:20:50.000 Zuckerberg funds $350 million to voting districts to help them put these mobile ballot boxes out there.

00:20:58.000 Georgia is one of the few states that required a security camera to go on them so you could see what's happening.

00:21:04.000 Here's the problem: they put a camera on them, but neither Brad Rafsenberger nor any state officials, Brian Kemp, the Georgia governor, none of them bothered to look at the tape.

00:21:13.000 So, they're not a deterrent if no one's going to look at them.

00:21:16.000 To the credit of Catherine Engelbrecht, she went and used open records law, and she got millions of minutes of these surveillance cameras, and she started to see these incredible patterns of people walking in.

00:21:29.000 Some had so many ballots in their hands, they were dropping them in the ground.

00:21:32.000 They were like dropping them like they were extra groceries.

00:21:35.000 And then they're putting them in there, they're taking a selfie picture, and then they're leaving, and the same person would show up time and time again.

00:21:41.000 And that was the first clue that there may have been a large mass harvesting campaign in Georgia.

00:21:47.000 Big numbers.

00:21:48.000 Let's do some simple math.

00:21:49.000 If every time they came to the box, they only delivered 10 ballots, which by the way, sometimes it looks like there's a lot more than that.

00:21:56.000 But they did 10 ballots per trip.

00:21:58.000 That would be 56,000 unlawful ballots in a state where only 12,000 votes separated Joe Biden and Donald Trump.

00:22:05.000 Well, this could be determinative.

00:22:07.000 Not only that, David Perdue never would have gone to a runoff, right?

00:22:11.000 That's right.

00:22:13.000 That was super narrow.

00:22:14.000 It was only a couple thousand votes that was between him and the teenager, Ossif, who's now the senator, right?

00:22:20.000 I call him the teenager because he's a little older than that, but that's okay.

00:22:24.000 I'm being intentionally callous because I'm just so bitter here.

00:22:26.000 Of course.

00:22:28.000 And he never should have been there, right?

00:22:29.000 And so you have a potential 56,000 vote universe.

00:22:33.000 And forget who they were for.

00:22:34.000 They were probably predominantly Democrat.

00:22:36.000 Let's just, you know, because they were in county areas, but they would have just been subtracted from the entire vote tally.

00:22:42.000 And so what we know, John, is that because of the Center for Technology and Civic Life, because of the COVID hysteria, the mail-in ballots went from 240,000 mail-in ballots that were done in 2018 to 1.2 million mail-in ballots in 2020.

00:23:00.000 And what you're saying now is you're able, because of your reporting and Katherine Engelbrecht, who's a friend of mine, I've known her for years, and I want to have her on the show for a variety of things.

00:23:09.000 We now have a way to connect the dots, right?

00:23:12.000 Which is the mail-in ballots that were going in every direction.

00:23:15.000 Now, if this was California, this wouldn't be a big news story because ballot harvesting in California is legal, but in Georgia, it's explicitly illegal.

00:23:23.000 And that's an important point that I want you to build out for our audience, that the fact that if you are carrying more than one ballot, right, by the New York Times Wall Street Journal here, let's pretend these are ballots.

00:23:33.000 As soon as it becomes more than one, it's an illegal transfer.

00:23:37.000 Is that right, John?

00:23:38.000 Yeah, as long as it's not an immediate member of your family.

00:23:41.000 They created a carve-out just for your mother, father, brother, sister, immediate members.

00:23:45.000 But you see the same people coming with 10, 12 ballots night after night.

00:23:48.000 There's no chance they have a family that large.

00:23:51.000 And that's where it becomes prima facie obvious that these were an illegal ballot harvesting campaign.

00:23:56.000 And the cooperating witness, who's named John Doe, in the complaint, he describes this operation where these nonprofits create lists of people that they want to get ballots from because they think they're Democratic voters.

00:24:09.000 And they go around and they keep harassing these people until they can get the ballot filled out.

00:24:13.000 And then they take it back to the nonprofit.

00:24:15.000 It gets logged.

00:24:16.000 Okay, take that person off our list.

00:24:17.000 They voted.

00:24:18.000 And then they go at the dead of night and they deliver these ballots.

00:24:21.000 Now, what is this?

00:24:22.000 At the end of the day, people say, well, what's the big deal?

00:24:24.000 Those are people who are entitled to vote.

00:24:25.000 Yeah.

00:24:26.000 The difference is if they didn't deliver the vote themselves, they didn't lawfully vote.

00:24:30.000 And if one side does this, if the left only did it and the Republicans, because they abided by the law, didn't, the Democrats gave themselves an unfair advantage.

00:24:39.000 They cheated in the election.

00:24:41.000 If this is proven, this is cheating.

00:24:43.000 Well, yeah, and that's exactly right.

00:24:45.000 And I would go a step further and you could say it, conjecture, I'll say it as well, which is we don't know if all these ballots were actually people, right?

00:24:52.000 They could have been ballots that were laying around.

00:24:55.000 I did an event in Georgia in between the election and the runoff, and I asked the audience, how many of you got more than one ballot?

00:25:02.000 Every hand went up.

00:25:02.000 How many of you got more than three ballots?

00:25:04.000 Every hand goes up.

00:25:05.000 So there was a mass mail-in balloting problem of errant ballots, of people that could have been scooping them up, especially college dormitories, people that moved out of state.

00:25:14.000 We know in nursing homes, it happened.

00:25:16.000 It happened in Wisconsin nursing homes for sure. 1.00

00:25:18.000 We know it.

00:25:19.000 And we reported on it.

00:25:20.000 So did you.

00:25:21.000 And most of the mainstream media ignored it.

00:25:24.000 So, John, let me ask you the obvious question that everyone's asking, but I don't know if there's a good answer.

00:25:30.000 What does justice look like in a situation like this?

00:25:33.000 Well, there are many remedies.

00:25:35.000 The first is that you can prosecute the people who illegally were involved in this.

00:25:39.000 So if you're someone carrying a vote and doing it, you're in violation of law.

00:25:43.000 If you voted that way, you could also be found in violation of law.

00:25:46.000 So the first step will be proving it, then sending the evidence to the state election board, which then refers criminal prosecution to the state attorney general, who's a Republican, to then prosecute these people.

00:25:56.000 In Arizona, already a half dozen people have been accused and some have already been convicted of ballot harvesting.

00:26:03.000 And there are indications in the court files there that there may have been a much larger scheme.

00:26:07.000 We're going to keep an eye on Arizona.

00:26:09.000 After that, there's a secondary question because this informant, this alleged witness, John Doe, he describes a network of nonprofit tax-exempt organizations that were facilitating and paying for this.

00:26:21.000 There could be IRS and FBI investigations into the misprision of nonprofit money if that man's allegations turn to be true.

00:26:29.000 So there are multiple phases of this.

00:26:32.000 The third thing is, if we now learn that it went on, you have to make sure that in 2022 it doesn't go on so we don't have deja vu all over again in Georgia.

00:26:41.000 Our reporting and Catherine Engelbrett's work indicates that there are at least four states where this most likely occurred in Arizona, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Georgia.

00:26:50.000 Georgia's the most advanced investigation.

00:26:52.000 Arizona's right behind it.

00:26:54.000 Wisconsin is just beginning an investigation and we're waiting to see what Pennsylvania is going to do.

00:26:59.000 But four battleground states, if all of those had a widespread harvesting campaign, the results in those states can all be called into question.

00:27:08.000 Yeah, and so what does that mean, John?

00:27:10.000 And I try to taper people's expectations because immediately people say, well, then we can reinstate Trump as the winner.

00:27:17.000 Like, that's not going to happen, right?

00:27:19.000 No, it's not going to happen.

00:27:19.000 Yeah.

00:27:20.000 So, I just want to make sure everyone has a realistic expectation here.

00:27:23.000 That's right.

00:27:24.000 You're going to bring people to justice.

00:27:26.000 If they did violate the law, they'll be brought to justice.

00:27:29.000 There'll be an exposure how this was conducted.

00:27:31.000 Maybe some of these groups are shut down or penalized if they funded it.

00:27:35.000 And then you go into 2022 with eyes wide open.

00:27:37.000 It's what Glenn Young did to make sure cheating didn't occur in Virginia.

00:27:41.000 It was a much more robust surveillance system that conservatives had on the ground in Virginia, and that's why there were not many questions about the integrity of the Virginia election.

00:27:50.000 That's got to be built.

00:27:51.000 The RNC has never built a good system, they've constantly let the Republican Party down.

00:27:56.000 The Democrats have a very robust system to carry out these sort of things.

00:27:59.000 So, I think punishment and accountability exposure are the first steps.

00:28:03.000 Then, building foolproof systems, because the 2020 systems were not foolproof to make sure that 2022, 2024, you don't have this happen again.

00:28:12.000 I think that's the best outcome.

00:28:13.000 You're right.

00:28:14.000 President Trump's not going to get reinstalled as president.

00:28:17.000 That train has left the depot.

00:28:19.000 One thing the president could do, though, is he could file a lawsuit in these states after the numbers are made available and say, Listen, I want as a symbolic action for the state legislatures to rescind the certifications as a symbolic option, not to throw Joe Biden out of office, but to make a statement that there was some illegitimacy in the way this election was conducted.

00:28:40.000 I could imagine that happening down the road, but there's a lot of history that has to happen between those things.

00:28:45.000 And the first thing is to find out if the allegations in the True the Vote detailed complaint turn out to be true.

00:28:51.000 If they do, that's a big explosion, a big starting point for a lot of states to shore up election counting in the near future for 2022 and 2024.

00:29:01.000 Well, John, I trust your reporting, and I trust Catherine.

00:29:04.000 She's a very ethical person, both of you guys are.

00:29:07.000 And the fact that you guys have this, let's pretend the margin of error is 50% and it's 20, let's say it's 20, let's say it's 23,000 ballots, not the 56, could be more than 56, by the way.

00:29:17.000 That's still more than enough to make David Perdue senator and Mitch McConnell leader, not Schumer, right?

00:29:23.000 That's still more than enough to have Trump win the state, right?

00:29:27.000 And so, this is a massive, explosive report, and you guys are on top of it.

00:29:34.000 So, John, thank you so much for joining us.

00:29:35.000 I really appreciate it.

00:29:36.000 Thank you, Charlie.

00:29:37.000 Much appreciated.

00:29:37.000 JusttheNews.com.

00:29:38.000 Everyone, check it out.

00:29:39.000 Okay.

00:29:40.000 I just want to play the sound from the Brad Roffensberger deal, and then I want to play a little Dr. Robert Malone.

00:29:45.000 Play cut 39.

00:29:46.000 Well, on day one I launched ballot harvesting when I took office in 2019.

00:29:51.000 And now credible evidence was given to us that people were harvesting ballots.

00:29:57.000 Ballot drop boxes were previously allowed under Georgia law, and we put some guardrails on that.

00:30:04.000 One of that was having 24-7 surveillance during the pandemic.

00:30:08.000 Otherwise, we wouldn't even be aware of this.

00:30:10.000 So, information was provided to us, and they said there's a yeah, this guy's worthless.

00:30:14.000 And so, I mean, that he called all of us conspiracy theorists if there was any ballot harvesting.

00:30:18.000 Now, he says we have credible evidence while he's playing with his dogs.

00:30:21.000 Well, at least he's looking into it.

00:30:22.000 Okay, so let's get into this story here.

00:30:25.000 Okay, I want to just play more about Dr. Robert Malone.

00:30:28.000 So, Dr. Robert Malone went on Joe Rogan, and I want to reemphasize this: Joe Rogan is one of the most courageous people that took a stand against the COVID tyranny that did not have to do it. 0.80

00:30:39.000 He did not have to do this, and he has moved the Overton window.

00:30:43.000 He has moved the perspective that people have of the treatments regarding the Chinese coronavirus in a very profound and powerful way.

00:30:55.000 So, there is okay, cut 25.

00:30:59.000 Dr. Robert Malone basically indicts our entire federal government's response to COVID.

00:31:04.000 Now, you might say, who is Dr. Robert Malone?

00:31:08.000 He's the inventor of the mRNA vaccine technology.

00:31:12.000 I got a couple texts from non-political friends yesterday.

00:31:15.000 I got a text from a lawyer friend of mine, and he says, Charlie, I listened to Rogan.

00:31:20.000 This Malone guy seems he's legit.

00:31:22.000 Have we been lied to?

00:31:23.000 And in real time, I saw people waking up.

00:31:27.000 It's really special, very powerful.

00:31:29.000 Play cut 25.

00:31:31.000 Our government is out of control on this, and they are lawless.

00:31:37.000 They completely disregard bioethics.

00:31:39.000 They completely disregard the federal common rule.

00:31:42.000 They have broken all the rules that I know of that I've been trained on for years and years and years.

00:31:47.000 These mandates of an experimental vaccine are explicitly illegal.

00:31:52.000 They are explicitly inconsistent with the Nuremberg Code.

00:31:56.000 They're explicitly inconsistent with the Belmont Report.

00:31:59.000 They are flat-out illegal, and they don't care.

00:32:02.000 And the only thing standing between us, and it's too late for many of our colleagues, including my, you know, the unfortunate colleagues in the DOD, hopefully we're going to be able to stop them before they take our kids.

00:32:15.000 Robert Malone sat down with Joe Rogan for, what, three hours?

00:32:18.000 Robert Malone's coming to our studio next week, right?

00:32:22.000 We're having a whole white coat summit. 1.00

00:32:24.000 Who's coming to that, Andrew?

00:32:26.000 We're doing a roundtable.

00:32:27.000 We're going to do a two to three hour conversation unedited about everything.

00:32:32.000 And I want to have more than one of these doctors.

00:32:35.000 We did this back in the summer of 20, and we're going to really dive deep into this.

00:32:39.000 Dr. Malone continued by saying in cut 10 on how the Omicron is a vaccine escape variant, play cut 10.

00:32:51.000 There's the high zone tolerance issue, and then there is with their multiple jabs that are mismatched for the current circulating virus.

00:32:59.000 That's akin to repeatedly taking a flu vaccine from two seasons ago and hoping it's going to protect against this flu.

00:33:05.000 Well, that's one of the more confusing things about this push for people to get boosted now with Omicron because they keep saying with Omicron, we need to get, but that's a vaccine escape variant, isn't it?

00:33:16.000 Yeah.

00:33:17.000 Among other things.

00:33:18.000 So do you want to open that can of Omicron?

00:33:22.000 Well, I want to, what we know so far is, at least Peter McCullough said this, and I believe several other people have said this as well, that the immunity that you may have had to the alpha variant or the Delta variant, it does not seem to work very well against Omicron.

00:33:37.000 That's true.

00:33:37.000 Nor does the immunity imparted by vaccines.

00:33:41.000 And I just have to re-emphasize this.

00:33:42.000 Rogan does not have to be doing this.

00:33:45.000 He's super rich.

00:33:46.000 He was well-liked, comedian, Netflix special, MMA host.

00:33:51.000 There's something special about him.

00:33:53.000 There really is.

00:33:54.000 And he has shown himself to be courageous and wise.

00:34:00.000 60 million people have listened to his conversation with Peter McCullough.

00:34:06.000 So there's so much more I want to get to with Malone.

00:34:08.000 But if you guys want to hear our conversation, we have Dr. Malone, Dr. Paul Alexander, epidemiologist and global expert on COVID, and Dr. Pierre Corey.

00:34:17.000 Did I say that right?

00:34:18.000 Right?
