00:01:33.000 What's so interesting is this question of why are we doing this to ourselves?
00:01:39.000 It's a question that Douglas Murray asks in the phenomenal book War on the West, which I encourage you to read.
00:01:47.000 And we had him on our show a couple weeks ago, and I listened to the book very carefully and I read it.
00:01:51.000 I listen to books too.
00:01:52.000 It's easier when you're working out and doing things.
00:01:55.000 And Douglas Murray makes the argument and he asks the question: why is it that the West is so intent on punishing itself?
00:02:04.000 It's almost this continual and relentless campaign of self-laceration.
00:02:13.000 It's not about justice.
00:02:14.000 It's not about improvement.
00:02:16.000 It's not about introspection.
00:02:18.000 It is about trying to harm the West because you feel as if either we're too strong, too powerful, it's inequitable, and you want the civilization to crumble as a way to trying to even out the playing field.
00:02:33.000 And that plays perfectly into what Joe Biden is doing in Geneva at the World Health Organization, which is that it's our own government that is proposing that America becomes less powerful, less free, and less sovereign.
00:02:47.000 It's our own government.
00:02:48.000 It's not as if the World Health Organization is doing this to America.
00:02:51.000 It'd be one thing if the World Health Organization in Geneva was meeting and they were conspiring against America.
00:02:57.000 But what's so perplexing, psychologically and otherwise, is that we're the ones that are asking the WHO to make us less powerful.
00:03:07.000 I'm going to think about that.
00:03:09.000 That we're the ones that are going and saying, hey, we actually don't want to be in charge of our health decisions.
00:03:15.000 World Health Organization, can you punish us potentially more?
00:03:19.000 Now, mind you, all of this is happening while there is another outbreak happening.
00:03:25.000 It is a monkeypox pandemic that is spreading.
00:03:29.000 Now, some of you might be really worried that you might be getting monkeypox soon.
00:03:35.000 Well, let me put your mind at ease or maybe not put your mind at ease.
00:03:41.000 So, monkeybox pox, the virus is spreading in Massachusetts.
00:03:45.000 It was in the United Kingdom, Spain, and Portugal.
00:03:48.000 It's all cases in men.
00:03:50.000 The transmission occurs through contact with bodily fluids or through respiratory droplets following a prolonged face-to-face contact.
00:04:00.000 So, for those of you that want more clarity on bodily fluids, I can't help you there.
00:04:06.000 So, you can figure that out yourself.
00:04:08.000 So, for the more, let's just put it this way, promiscuous members of American society, you might have to be very worried about monkeypox.
00:04:17.000 This says here, the Center for Disease Control has confirmed the U.S. case on Wednesday after initial testing completed late Tuesday at the State Public Health Laboratory in Jamaica, Plain.
00:04:27.000 The man poses no risk to the public and is in hospital and is in good condition.
00:04:31.000 Five cases were also confirmed in Portugal.
00:04:34.000 The virus does not spread easily between people.
00:04:37.000 Transmission occurs through contact with bodily fluids or long, drawn-out face-to-face contact.
00:04:44.000 Items such as clothing or bedding contaminated with fluids or sores can also spread it.
00:04:50.000 Now, again, if you're worried about this, that's your own life choice, I suppose, of why you would be worried about the transmission of bodily fluids.
00:05:00.000 But why am I bringing this up?
00:05:02.000 The point is that if we surrender sovereignty to the World Health Organization, then outbreaks like this that might be seemingly inconsequential, the WHO can immediately intervene and usurp American sovereignty and decision-making.
00:05:15.000 So, the monkeypox example is a little silly in some sense, but it's actually super important and a real-life example of how any sort of strain, if anything that might not, look, no one's going to catch the monkeypox just by walking through the mall.
00:05:28.000 Yep, it takes a lot more effort than that and a lot different life choices to get that sort of a virus in and that sort of, you know, basically to become infected.
00:05:37.000 The point is that what if the World Health Organization said, no, no, no, no, this monkeypox thing, big problem.
00:05:42.000 If this resolution goes as it is written in Geneva, if it goes as it is composed and as it is in its current form, what would prevent the World Health Organization from coming in and declaring what would be a molehill to be a mountain and saying that lockdowns and measures are necessary?
00:05:58.000 That is what the Biden administration wants to do.
00:06:01.000 The Biden administration is wanting America to be less powerful.
00:06:05.000 Has there ever been an American president?
00:06:08.000 Maybe Woodrow Wilson, but even he was in some ways more of a patriot than this current group of ruling criminals that run our country that advocates and lobbies for the weakening of your own nation.
00:06:20.000 Cut 72.
00:06:22.000 Dr. Robert Malone brilliantly explains that the World Health Organization is controlled by the Chinese Communist Party, Bill Gates, and the World Economic Forum.
00:06:29.000 Ooh, we knew all about the World Economic Forum.
00:06:31.000 The World Economic Forum is meeting this weekend, by the way, in Davos, Switzerland, and then the World Health Assembly is meeting in Geneva.
00:06:39.000 I wonder how much overlap there is.
00:06:41.000 That'll be really interesting.
00:06:42.000 We should do that, Connor.
00:06:44.000 We should do a study of how many people attend both, the World Economic Forum and the World Health Assembly.
00:06:48.000 Probably a lot.
00:06:49.000 There's probably a one-to-one correlation almost.
00:06:52.000 They just kind of take their jets over the hill.
00:06:55.000 Actually, Davos is not far from Geneva.
00:06:58.000 My Swiss geography is.
00:07:00.000 I'll look at the map while we play this.
00:07:02.000 Play Cut 73.
00:07:03.000 The World Health Organization is responsive to who funds it.
00:07:08.000 And the people, the dominant funders now are the CCP and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
00:07:15.000 And Bill is basically a surrogate for the agenda of Klaus Schwab and the World Economic Forum.
00:07:22.000 And the tie-in now is they're trying to apply this same strategy that allows them to suspend normal operations and normal rules and constitutional processes in these Western governments.
00:07:35.000 And they're trying to give the power to the World Health Organization.
00:07:41.000 So Davos is four hours and 51 minutes, four hours and 31 minutes by car.
00:07:46.000 For the very important people that attend Davos, they'll take their Gulf streams over the mountains.
00:07:50.000 25 minutes straight into Geneva.
00:07:52.000 They won't.
00:07:53.000 Are you kidding?
00:07:54.000 They wouldn't bear themselves down with mountain and tunnel traffic.
00:07:57.000 I mean, come on, these are important people, everybody.
00:08:01.000 Connor says, Switzerland does look nice outside of the mass concentration of totalitarian bond villains.
00:08:06.000 I have to say, Switzerland is an awesome country.
00:08:08.000 It's a phenomenal place.
00:08:10.000 That's why the world's elite always meet there because it is it.
00:08:13.000 Here's what's so interesting about Switzerland.
00:08:15.000 And this is this is as Davos happens this weekend.
00:08:17.000 We just need to kind of keep this messaging.
00:08:20.000 Why is it that the World Health Organization and the World Economic Forum, they want to meet in a country that literally has the strictest immigration policies imaginable?
00:08:28.000 You know how hard it is to immigrate to Switzerland?
00:08:31.000 Really hard.
00:08:32.000 Why don't they have the World Economic Forum in Mogadishu?
00:08:37.000 I mean, Somalia, I hear, is nice this time of year.
00:08:39.000 They're literally, they're meeting in like the whitest country in the world.
00:08:42.000 Why is that?
00:08:43.000 Why are they doing that?
00:08:44.000 They're a bunch of racists.
00:08:45.000 No, it's actually because Switzerland's super nice and clean.
00:08:49.000 Switzerland is the only country in Europe that can completely insulate itself because you can only drive into Switzerland through a tunnel or a bridge.
00:08:59.000 Why does that matter?
00:09:00.000 You can close off Switzerland within five minutes.
00:09:04.000 The alert goes off.
00:09:05.000 Switzerland is self-contained.
00:09:07.000 Switzerland has strict immigration.
00:09:10.000 Switzerland has national language, a heritage, they're unafraid about it.
00:09:14.000 And isn't it fascinating that the globalists themselves want to go to one of the most ultra-nationalistic countries to go celebrate globalism?
00:09:21.000 Like if they actually wanted to go celebrate globalism in the entire mess of stuff, why do they go to a country that is intentionally not in the EU?
00:09:30.000 Switzerland is in its own economic zone.
00:09:33.000 It's so interesting that the globalists, when they want to party and wine and dine themselves, they don't go out of their way to go to Lisbon or Paris.
00:09:42.000 Paris used to be awesome.
00:09:43.000 Paris has been destroyed by the very same things they want to do, but there has to be one sandbox for the world's elite.
00:09:50.000 By no, out of all the cities, I mean, why wouldn't they?
00:09:54.000 I mean, come on.
00:09:54.000 The World Health Organization, to be equitable and fair, they should go meet in Benghazi.
00:10:01.000 I mean, come on, they did such a great job displacing Qaddafi.
00:10:04.000 They don't want to go plant the flag.
00:10:05.000 I hear it's nice this time of year.
00:10:08.000 They could go for a C in this, they could go for a swim in the Sea of Tripoli.
00:10:14.000 No.
00:10:14.000 No?
00:10:15.000 Instead, they want to go to the one country that actually does the stuff they say is evil and racist.
00:10:23.000 That's where the World Economic Forum wants to party and wine and dine themselves.
00:10:28.000 Borders are racist.
00:10:30.000 Really?
00:10:31.000 Have you been to Switzerland?
00:10:34.000 They don't have mass migration.
00:10:35.000 They don't allow it.
00:10:37.000 Because they know it would destroy their country.
00:10:40.000 And you might say, well, Charlie, it's hypocrisy.
00:10:42.000 No, no, no, no, it's not.
00:10:43.000 It's hierarchy.
00:10:44.000 They think they're better than you.
00:10:45.000 They know it's contradictory.
00:10:49.000 Spring and summer are the seasons for finally getting outside for entertaining pool parties and barbecues.
00:10:54.000 But if your yard looks like a plant cemetery, you're not going to enjoy it as much.

00:11:52.000 Residents in Switzerland, any foreigner in Switzerland staying for longer, 90 days, needs a residence permit or will be deported by Swiss officials.
00:12:01.000 Interesting.
00:12:02.000 Imagine if America did that.
00:12:04.000 In fact, when we try to do that, the left calls us racist and bigoted.
00:12:08.000 And yet, the world elite, they don't want to actually go to the countries that have open borders.
00:12:13.000 No, they actually want to enjoy the spoils of what could be a protected society.
00:12:18.000 Of all the countries to choose, they want to choose the country that is the most nationalistic in Central Europe, with the exception of maybe Hungary.
00:12:28.000 But if Switzerland allowed their borders to be as open as Germany's, maybe Switzerland wouldn't be Switzerland.
00:12:35.000 And they know that.
00:12:36.000 They say it openly.
00:12:38.000 But instead, they want open borders for everywhere, except they want their little carve-out backyard sandbox, if you will.
00:12:47.000 So the World Economic Forum and the World Health Assembly are meeting in Switzerland.
00:12:51.000 Most Republicans are completely worthless.
00:12:54.000 We know that.
00:12:55.000 They don't know anything about anything.
00:12:56.000 We got an email here.
00:12:57.000 Said, Charlie, I contacted my senator.
00:13:00.000 My senator said that there is no truth to the World Health Organization declaration.
00:13:06.000 This is an establishment Republican.
00:13:08.000 He obviously hasn't read the declaration.
00:13:10.000 And look, maybe most Republican senators trust the World Health Organization, but do you?
00:13:16.000 Do you listening right now trust the World Health Organization?
00:13:20.000 If you do, then keep on voting for these Republican establishment senators.
00:13:24.000 They need to hear from you, and you should send the specifics of exactly what is in this declaration.
00:13:31.000 Cut 75, Dr. Malone expands on it, saying that Tedros, the Chinese Communist Party puppet who runs the World Health Organization, will now be able to suspend constitutions, allowing them full power over the world.
00:13:44.000 All put forth by our executive branch.
00:13:47.000 Are Republicans listening?
00:13:48.000 I know you are.
00:13:49.000 I know everyday people are listening, but why are your leaders ignoring this?
00:13:54.000 Are Republicans too busy sending money to Ukraine?
00:13:58.000 Oh, okay.
00:13:59.000 So we need to go give $40 billion to Zelensky.
00:14:02.000 And that's the most important thing happening in the world, according to Mitch McConnell.
00:14:06.000 But meanwhile, in Geneva, they're destroying American sovereignty through public health declarations.
00:14:11.000 Play Cut 75.
00:14:12.000 Under this gross new bill that they want to have passed that was proposed by our government here in the United States, our executive branch quietly has proposed that there be passage of an agreement, basically a treaty, that would allow Tedros to suspend constitutions in the Western democracies and take over and set policy for the entire world.
00:14:38.000 Now, the significance of all this is the continuation of the state of emergency.
00:14:43.000 Now, again, what makes our program different than most other conservative podcast or live streams or radio programs is we're not just going to do the kind of the Republican good Democrat bad thing.
00:14:53.000 You know, yeah, we do plenty of that, of course, when it's helpful and necessary.
00:14:57.000 But do you know that Biden has just expanded his declaration of emergency for the eighth time and Congress isn't doing anything about it?
00:15:06.000 Why would so let's just play this out.
00:15:08.000 Why are Republicans in Congress not worried that Joe Biden has infinite emergency declaration powers?
00:15:15.000 Why not?
00:15:16.000 Cut 76, Naomi Wolf, who is a liberal, by the way, talks about how Biden has extended his own state of emergency for the eighth time with no termination date in sight.
00:15:28.000 Play Cut 76.
00:15:30.000 Biden extended the state of emergency last month for the eighth time, but for the first time in an open-ended way.
00:15:38.000 No terminus date.
00:15:40.000 He also, this allowed him to send billions of dollars to HHS without going through Congress.
00:15:47.000 Bear with me.
00:15:49.000 And so now you have the World Health Organization that wants to make almost those kind of emergency powers permanent.
00:15:55.000 If you know anything about tyrants, which Joe Biden has the heart of a tyrant, he is a tyrannical thug, may never want to give up their power.
00:16:04.000 Why would they give it back to the people?
00:16:05.000 That's what made the American founding fathers so incredibly profound.
00:16:09.000 They're the first people to win a war that became less powerful after the war.
00:16:13.000 They gave up their power.
00:16:14.000 They gave it back to the people.
00:16:15.000 They created a system that diffused the decision-making process.
00:16:20.000 Checks and balances, consent to the governed, having an independent judiciary.
00:16:24.000 Every one of the promises, every one of the guaranteers of liberty will be obliterated if the World Health Organization is successful here.
00:16:38.000 With us right now is an incredibly wise and great patriot, someone who has been speaking out against COVID tyranny and has also been unafraid to go into the weeds and do research, whether it's ivermectin, hydroxychloroquine, and really waging a very effective war against Remdesavir.
00:16:54.000 And he's been one of the most articulate and effective writers in the last couple of years.
00:16:58.000 And he's been keeping the bad guys on defense, which is just terrific.
00:17:02.000 It's Daniel Horowitz, who has a new article out all about this topic we're talking about.
00:17:06.000 Daniel Horowitz says, quote, states must preemptively nullify any WHO international pandemic regulations.
00:17:12.000 Daniel, welcome back to the program.
00:17:14.000 Tell us, what is the WHO poised to do?
00:17:16.000 Separate fact from fiction and how should we respond?
00:17:19.000 You can't view this in a vacuum.
00:17:19.000 Sure.
00:17:21.000 That's first of all.
00:17:22.000 You have to look at the broader context that the Biden administration just conducted this global COVID summit where they essentially warned there's going to be an even bigger pandemic that is even more deadly and it's going to happen in the fall and the winter.
00:17:38.000 It's kind of interesting.
00:17:39.000 They seem to always know that, you know, when it's going to happen.
00:17:42.000 So I would take them at face value.
00:17:45.000 I ignored it last decade and never paid attention to this, but now I think we should take them seriously.
00:17:51.000 So the broader point is that the impression that Republicans are trying to give you, and when I say Republicans, I mean the Mitch McConnells, I mean a lot of governors and state legislative leaders.
00:18:03.000 When I had friends of mine in the state legislatures, they're like, dude, we got to immunize ourselves against this to make sure it doesn't happen again.
00:18:11.000 Let's utilize the time we live in when all these non-pharmaceutical interventions, so to speak, have become so unpopular.
00:18:20.000 And let's make sure we permanently ban it in law and state constitutions.
00:18:24.000 And they're like, no, we're done with COVID.
00:18:27.000 Let's move on.
00:18:28.000 They don't want to talk about it, but we're not done with it.
00:18:31.000 We're not done with the biomedical state because Charlie, this wasn't some once in a hundred year natural virus that happened to come and now it's over with.
00:18:41.000 So maybe they responded inappropriately or even in an evil way, but it's over with.
00:18:46.000 No, they induced it, they created it, and they're on to the next thing.
00:18:50.000 And they've already groomed, dare I say, our generation to automatically acculturate themselves to this sort of reaction.
00:19:01.000 So what they're trying to do now, and this is coming together, is globalize and synergize this response.
00:19:09.000 They like what happened the last two years, but they think they could do even better.
00:19:15.000 They don't want any Floridas.
00:19:16.000 They don't want any Swedens.
00:19:17.000 They don't want any scientific control groups against their next human experimentation.
00:19:23.000 So what this would do is, now, Biden knows he doesn't have 67 votes for a treaty.
00:19:29.000 They've been talking about a pandemic treaty for a while at the WHO, a lot of European countries, and they openly call for it.
00:19:35.000 See, in America, it's a little bit different because the people still have a little bit more of an appreciation for liberty.
00:19:40.000 So the Biden administration has been awfully quiet, very quiet the last number of months.
00:19:45.000 I wrote about this months ago.
00:19:46.000 And I was wondering, hey, like, where is he?
00:19:48.000 Well, now we know.
00:19:50.000 In January, they quietly sent a proposal to the WHO, not for a new treaty, but to amend the 2005 international health regulations, where basically they had pandemic cooperation, where everything was, you know, at the behest of the state, with the cooperation of the state, in consultation with the state.
00:20:12.000 They redlined, and you could see the strikethrough on their 12-page document.
00:20:17.000 Anything that was may is shall.
00:20:20.000 Anything that was with consultation with the state to declare a public health emergency in an area, no, that is all that they could do that unilaterally, the Secretary General, or he could appoint a regional coordinator to do that.
00:20:36.000 They're going to track, trace, analyze.
00:20:39.000 And typically, even if you agree to something like this, you have 18 months to back out, right?
00:20:46.000 So one of the changes they make is on that provision itself, they change it to six months.
00:20:53.000 Now, Charlie, if you do the math, May 22nd, and by the way, Biden already says he has a list of 40 countries, all the Western countries, you know, Canada, Australia, Europe, that have signed on to this already.
00:21:05.000 May 22nd plus six gets you where?
00:21:08.000 Roughly late November during the lame duck era when it's going to expire before, let's just assume Republicans would do anything about it anyway.
00:21:19.000 I don't know if they would, but Biden has to prepare for that remote possibility.
00:21:24.000 Maybe they'd care.
00:21:25.000 So this would be locked and loaded that you couldn't go back on it because if it would remain 18 months, then they could come the next year and have a little bit more leverage against him.
00:21:35.000 So what I want to understand, though, is why are our elected Republicans not aware of what's happening in Geneva in the coming days?
00:21:44.000 Why are some of them, when I'm dialoguing with them and our listeners are, they're being told that they're conspiracy theorists?
00:21:50.000 What is really going on here, Daniel?
00:21:52.000 Be as factually precise as you can with the details, because there's a lot of listeners right now that are relentlessly communicating with their representatives and they're being told, oh, no, that's not true.
00:22:02.000 And then secondly, what is the marching orders that we have to give these Republicans to prevent this biomedical fascism from becoming institutionalized on an international basis?
00:22:14.000 Again, I want to be clear.
00:22:16.000 I'm not even so into the WHO in a vacuum.
00:22:20.000 It's what it broadly represents is that the Biden administration is not done with it.
00:22:27.000 And when I say not done with it, it's not even just the next thing or the clot shots.
00:22:33.000 And that's a whole nother thing.
00:22:34.000 But even the things that we thought we were done with, remember, Wuhan level lockdown gaslit what we wound up going through.
00:22:44.000 Now we have a Shanghai level lockdown.
00:22:48.000 What do you think that's doing?
00:22:49.000 And remember, the WHO is China because the only country that wasn't invited, I wish we weren't invited, but we were, is Taiwan.
00:22:59.000 Literally the only country not invited.
00:23:02.000 So there's nothing not factual.
00:23:04.000 It's literally the Biden administration sent this.
00:23:06.000 We had the document, the strikethroughs, you could read it.
00:23:09.000 It's unbelievable.
00:23:10.000 There was no press release.
00:23:11.000 There was no press conference.
00:23:14.000 We didn't even know that until like three months later that they submitted this.
00:23:18.000 So that tells you that commensurate with how much they wanted to keep this quiet is how much you need to shout it from the rooftops.
00:23:26.000 Now, to answer the Republicans, let's see, Charlie.
00:23:33.000 You have to understand, I don't know if it's a mental illness.
00:23:38.000 They don't live in the same world we do.
00:23:40.000 So we're looking at our values are being destroyed.
00:23:45.000 The economy is on fire.
00:23:47.000 The inflation is unbelievable.
00:23:50.000 The biomedical fascism, I get heartbreaking emails every day.
00:23:55.000 It's still going on.
00:23:56.000 18-year, 17-year military active duty soldiers being kicked out of the military one year for, I mean, every day, the shocks are like, every time I speak to you, the amount of time we find, the amount of things we find out about it, the negative efficacy, the VADES, the insane degree.
00:24:17.000 I mean, it's hard data now.
00:24:19.000 This is not like, oh, they're experimental.
00:24:21.000 We don't know.
00:24:23.000 We actually do know now.
00:24:25.000 It's, you know, is everyone going to be screwed or is it this percent?
00:24:30.000 And they have nothing to say about any of these issues.
00:24:33.000 The answer is Mitch McConnell told you what he thinks.
00:24:36.000 And I want to be clear, this is not Lisa Murkowski or Susan Collins or Mitt Romney.
00:24:41.000 This is Mitch McConnell.
00:24:42.000 This is the down the line, the mainstream leadership of the GOP.
00:24:48.000 And in that is every mainstream Senator Republican, every governor, and the typical House and Senate leaderships in the state legislatures.
00:24:56.000 They're all like that.
00:24:57.000 Some are worse than McConnell.
00:24:59.000 But at a minimum, they're like McConnell.
00:25:01.000 McConnell said last week, if you remember, there is no greater issue facing us than Ukraine.
00:25:07.000 Okay, that's what he said.
00:25:09.000 And today he just bragged about they're about to vote on the 40 billion giveaway to Ukraine.
00:25:17.000 And he said he called it a bipartisan landslide.
00:25:21.000 I mean, to protect global security and sovereignty.
00:25:25.000 That's roughly paraphrasing what he told reporters this morning.
00:25:29.000 I don't know what to tell you, Charlie.
00:25:31.000 I don't.
00:25:33.000 I think some of them are subversive.
00:25:35.000 They're in with big pharma.
00:25:36.000 They're in on it.
00:25:37.000 Others, I think, are so marly and intellectually bankrupt, they just don't care.
00:25:42.000 They just don't see it.
00:25:43.000 It's like they're like, do you see what happened to Ukraine's sovereignty?
00:25:47.000 Literally, as we came out with 235,000 apprehensions in one month, it's on video.
00:25:55.000 You can't miss it.
00:25:56.000 I mean, I don't know what to tell you.
00:25:56.000 The lineup.
00:25:59.000 There's some disease that you're not allowed to care about Americans.
00:26:04.000 And if you had kind of an artificial intelligence technology to rate for you the top 100 most devastating issues from one to 100, they'll flip that pyramid on its head and make number 100 one.
00:26:20.000 I'm saying, even if they're not wrong, and I don't know how to relate to these people other than to tell you, like, this is the rule, not the exception.
00:26:31.000 I don't.
00:26:32.000 Yes.
00:26:33.000 When I was younger than you, you know, let's say teens, early 20s, it started in this.
00:26:39.000 And I knew you had back that back then, you had a couple of rhinos.
00:26:43.000 You had, you know, people like Lincoln Chafee, Jim Jeffords back then.
00:26:47.000 And I thought it was just like a handful of them.
00:26:50.000 And I've realized it's a handful of ones that are sane.
00:26:55.000 Aside from them, they're all problems.
00:26:56.000 So what do we have to do?
00:26:57.000 It's got to be the states.
00:26:58.000 The governors and state legislatures need to pass a resolution and say, I don't know what Biden's doing, but we are criminalizing the enforcement of that in this state.
00:27:08.000 I want to reinforce that.
00:27:09.000 The solution is Congress is a waste of rations, but every state right now needs to have a special session and pass a bill signed by the governor saying we do not honor the WHO in the state of Florida, in the state of South Dakota, the state of Nebraska, whatever it is.
00:27:24.000 The states need to secede from the WHO.
00:27:27.000 Let me say that again.
00:27:28.000 The states need to have a declaration and preempt intervention from Ted Dros and from all these people.
00:27:35.000 I could not agree more.
00:27:36.000 That is the only solution.
00:27:37.000 And guess what?
00:27:38.000 The state legislatures, some of them are bad, but they're far better, in my experience, than the halls of Congress.
00:27:44.000 So Daniel, expand on this.
00:27:46.000 How can states act and preemptively secede from the World Health Organization?
00:27:51.000 What does that look like?
00:27:52.000 What can be done?
00:27:53.000 Walk us through it.
00:27:54.000 Sure.
00:27:55.000 So obviously it looks like nothing because the WHO is nothing and it's not even the Constitution.
00:28:00.000 I mean, there's harder things that we need to broach at a state level, which I think is justified.
00:28:04.000 If the federal government violates the social compact, then states, you know, through the doctrine of lowest magistrate, you have to interpose between the liberties of the people and the corrupt, you know, legal system up on top.
00:28:19.000 So this is really easy because this is international.
00:28:21.000 It's not binding.
00:28:23.000 It's nothing.
00:28:23.000 It's garbage.
00:28:24.000 It's China.
00:28:26.000 So, you know, I would say they should do it even if the Congress adopts it.
00:28:29.000 So certainly the fact that it's not, it's very simple.
00:28:33.000 And it comes in several forms.
00:28:35.000 So number one, I think every state needs to pass a sanctuary resolution, constitutional sanctuary.
00:28:41.000 And I've written up some examples of what that should look like.
00:28:44.000 I've talked about it on my podcast.
00:28:46.000 I've gone down a list of a statement of principles and human rights that certain things are ironclad, like you can never be locked down.
00:28:54.000 You can never have your body forcibly masked and injected and discriminated against in the realm of public accommodation as a result of exercising that right.
00:29:04.000 And I think some of that language needs to be codified in state constitutions, right?
00:29:08.000 When you say a federal constitutional amendment, it's like basically saying go to hell, right?
00:29:13.000 It's never going to happen.
00:29:14.000 State constitution, you know, Republicans have super majority trifectas all over the place.
00:29:18.000 Those states, it's very easy for them to do it.
00:29:21.000 Sometimes maybe they'll have to wait a year.
00:29:23.000 They have different rules.
00:29:24.000 They could change those rules.
00:29:25.000 Frankly, they have the votes to do it.
00:29:27.000 I mean, I've been pushing this all year, and there's a friend of mine who introduced it in Pennsylvania.
00:29:33.000 It at least got out of committee.
00:29:34.000 And that's the farthest we've gotten in a single state.
00:29:37.000 And that's really disappointing.
00:29:38.000 Again, that we've gone through such a cathartic time and we haven't come out of it with a Nuremberg Declaration, with a Nuremberg code.
00:29:48.000 That's what we need.
00:29:50.000 And related to, so it's not just that we're going to reject the WHO, but it's wherever it is.
00:29:55.000 If it comes from Biden directly, this doesn't happen here.
00:30:00.000 And in fact, we're going to criminalize that behavior.
00:30:03.000 That is going to be a felony in this state for any state, local, or state-funded NGO to implement any of those human rights violations, right?
00:30:14.000 So that is something they could preemptively do.
00:30:18.000 And don't just view it in terms of the technicality of the language of a resolution, but it's the political momentum.
00:30:26.000 The worst thing you can do, what Biden wants to do is come out like boom, you know, when it's too late.
00:30:31.000 We want to drag him out behind the bushes and just pounce on it before he could even talk about it.
00:30:39.000 That is the strategy politically.
00:30:41.000 But again, like I told you, they've moved on.
00:30:43.000 You know, this week, the FDA announced literally a Joseph Mangala policy that they're going to push a third shot on five to 11 year olds.
00:30:51.000 I want you guys to understand it's for a virus that never affected them.
00:30:56.000 75% already a couple of months ago according to CDC had immunity.
00:31:01.000 It's negative effective from every single data point, including CDC now has data showing that.
00:31:07.000 There's a higher infection rate, perfect correlation with the higher vaccinated states have the highest rates now.
00:31:13.000 Walgreens data, UK data, it's everywhere.
00:31:15.000 There's not a single data point that doesn't show that.
00:31:18.000 And the amount of problems we are seeing from this, What several data points have honed in on is roughly a 1% severe adverse event rate.
00:31:32.000 1%, one entire percent.
00:31:36.000 240 million Americans got it, something like that.
00:31:39.000 That is several million people.
00:31:42.000 And then what Dr. Malone and Peter McCullough, they've been worrying about subclinical myocarditis.
00:31:51.000 Okay, this is very important.
00:31:53.000 The myocarditis rates, they say for the teenage boys, maybe one in a thousand, one in two thousand.
00:31:58.000 Pfizer's leak documents, it could be one in a thousand.
00:32:02.000 FDA, in their document, approving commerity, they have a pharmacovigilance document.
00:32:07.000 And it's a zip file on the FDA's website.
00:32:09.000 It's not the court release documents.
00:32:10.000 It's right on their website.
00:32:12.000 And they say, you know, look, we'd like for Pfizer, commerdity, whatever, to go and conduct a subclinical myocarditis study.
00:32:21.000 Why?
00:32:23.000 Because they say that the only data they do have on that is from a smallpox vaccine, the only other thing that I think has ever caused myocarditis.
00:32:31.000 And they found a 60 times greater rate of subclinical to clinical.
00:32:36.000 That would put you at 1 in 15.
00:32:40.000 And Malone is downright saying that it's a majority.
00:32:43.000 And yet Latipo from Florida was the only Republican-controlled Department of Health to say we're not doing that here, lash out against it.
00:32:52.000 Daniel Hora, what's everybody?
00:32:53.000 Daniel, thank you so much for coming on on short notice.
