Why is America able to be free? Not because of our Bill of Rights, but because of the structure of our government. The Constitution and checks and balances, and consent of the governed, allows a bottom-up, grassroots-centric way of governing.

00:01:53.000 So Florida was an unbelievable success story during the pandemic.
00:01:59.000 By remaining open and defying federal government pressure, Ron DeSantis, the courageous Ron DeSantis, was able to keep Florida free, businesses from closing down.
00:02:12.000 He was able to taper and hedge against mental health issues, depression, suicide, social isolation, alcoholism.
00:02:20.000 Florida became kind of a beacon of liberty and hope.
00:02:24.000 And you see it with the real estate values around here.
00:02:27.000 You see it with the new businesses that are moving here.
00:02:30.000 It's almost synonymous with self-government.
00:02:33.000 Ron DeSantis deserves credit, and Ron DeSantis has received some incredibly well-earned praise for doing this.
00:02:43.000 But the question is, why was he able to do it?
00:02:46.000 The reason is in the structure of our government.
00:02:49.000 We talk a lot about the United States Constitution here on this program.
00:02:53.000 And James Madison in the Federalist Papers argued that the structure of the Constitution was one of its defining elements.
00:03:02.000 James Madison, Alexander Hamilton, and John Jay, the three authors of the Federalist Papers, and were the three most involved in designing our Constitution, James Madison being the most involved.
00:03:12.000 Why is America able to be free?
00:03:13.000 Not because of our Bill of Rights.
00:03:14.000 Every banana republic has a Bill of Rights.
00:03:17.000 No, the structure of checks and balances and consent of the governed allows a bottom-up structure, a grassroots-centric way of governing.
00:03:27.000 This idea of federalism, it derives power from the roots, the bottom-up, not the top-down.
00:03:35.000 It involves citizens, not subjects or serfs.
00:03:39.000 So Florida was able to make a prudent decision saying, you know, the CDC doesn't know better than we do on how to treat our citizens.
00:03:50.000 The CDC and Anthony Fauci do not know what we need to do to be able to address the public health emergency.
00:03:58.000 South Dakota handled it very well, incredibly well.
00:04:03.000 Utah handled it pretty well.
00:04:04.000 So you look at the states that handle it pretty well, and this goes back to the structure of the United States Constitution where the states created the federal government.
00:04:10.000 The federal government did not create the states.
00:04:12.000 This idea that centralized power is usually wrong.
00:04:16.000 It can be easily corrupted.
00:04:18.000 This idea of one person being able to make a decision is an inherent threat to freedom.
00:04:23.000 The Founding Fathers knew this all the way back in the design of the Constitution in 1787 and 1791.
00:04:29.000 Now, as bad as our reaction as a nation and a country was to the Chinese Fauci coronavirus, imagine how much worse it would have been if we did not have the structure and the system to be able to have self-governing decisions like Florida beautifully embodied.
00:04:47.000 Now, what if I told you right now, this question of sovereignty and who is in charge very well might be put in permanent jeopardy using an international health apparatus?
00:05:00.000 Now, there's lots of fail-safes built into the Constitution.
00:05:04.000 The Constitution is a domestic political document.
00:05:08.000 It's the greatest political document ever written.
00:05:10.000 The United States Constitution was not written for the times.
00:05:14.000 It was written to stand the test of time.
00:05:16.000 Understanding human nature's predisposition towards greed, selfishness, lying and cheating and stealing, it diffuses power over space and time.
00:05:30.000 There's so many layers of checks and balances in the U.S. Constitution, almost as if the founding fathers were inherently distrustful of people with power, and they were.
00:05:39.000 Now, it spreads over space and time by it requires a lot of geographic landmass to be able to make decisions and time where it's intentionally long to be able to do something bold and dramatic.
00:05:51.000 This is why the CDC and the FDA swooping in and taking away individual sovereignty and states' rights was something that was deemed unconstitutional, was always kind of left to the states.
00:06:04.000 And by the way, most European countries do not have that model.
00:06:09.000 I know some Europeans, and they were perplexed when they learned about America's response to COVID that it was a state-by-state model.
00:06:16.000 You see, in Germany, if Berlin wants to do something, it impacts Bavaria as it does Ulm, as it does Munich.
00:06:25.000 One size-fits-all governing model.
00:06:28.000 In Austria, if Vienna wants to do something, it impacts Salzburg just as much as Vienna.
00:06:35.000 In Europe, the power comes from the top.
00:06:37.000 In America, the power comes from the bottom.
00:06:39.000 What's amazing is how important the structure actually is for human liberty and flourishing.
00:06:43.000 A lot of Americans kind of gloss over it and glance over, like, yeah, okay, whatever.
00:06:47.000 Constitution, it's all the same.
00:06:48.000 No, it isn't.
00:06:50.000 You do not have a Florida without the structure of the U.S. Constitution.
00:06:53.000 Now, the immediate significance of all this, outside of just kind of a rather enjoyable monologue that I'm making right now, at least I'm enjoying it, about how beautiful the U.S. Constitution is right now.
00:07:06.000 The beginning stages of the erosion of individual sovereignty and state sovereignty and national sovereignty is going to be put in jeopardy.
00:07:14.000 The World Health Organization, the highly corrupt World Health Organization, is going to be meeting in Geneva, Switzerland, in the coming days, post-Davos, to make official the complete elimination of American-based sovereignty.
00:07:34.000 America has the ability to make their own health decisions as it is today.
00:07:39.000 But this proposed declaration from the World Health Organization would basically remove all sovereignty from the American citizens and put them in the hands of international, unelected World Health Organization bureaucrats.
00:07:54.000 Bill Gates, for example, contributes much of the WHO budget.
00:07:58.000 This would completely put into jeopardy a future Florida, a South Dakota, when it comes to a pandemic.
00:08:08.000 I want to play some sound here of exactly what is happening with the World Health Organization.
00:08:13.000 Play Cut 74, Dr. Robert Malone explaining the WHO pandemic treaty and how a country will have to comply.
00:08:20.000 And this is happening, and most media is not covering this at all.
00:08:24.000 So as I'm here in the great state of Florida and we are celebrating the freedom here, I think to myself, what they're trying to do is make sure another Florida won't happen again.
00:08:32.000 Now, you might say, oh, Charlie, there'll never be another pandemic again.
00:08:36.000 Please don't be so naive.
00:08:38.000 We know these people.
00:08:40.000 Play Cut 74.
00:08:42.000 Let me go over the key points.
00:08:44.000 Why you should care.
00:08:46.000 This thing that is, remember, this is proposed by the Biden administration.
00:08:52.000 Okay.
00:08:53.000 First off, increased surveillance.
00:08:55.000 Under Article 5, the WHO will develop early warning criteria that will allow it to establish a risk assessment for a member state.
00:09:04.000 They will then have a 48-hour deadline.
00:09:07.000 This is how this is going to work. 0.96
00:09:09.000 Within 48 hours and really less, they will have to make a go-no-go decision about complying with the mandate, which is entirely under the control of Tedros. 0.95
00:09:22.000 That is Dr. Robert Malone saying that they're going to have an early alarm notification system where they can intervene to a nation's own ability to dictate and determine their public health response. 0.88
00:09:33.000 Now, they're saying they need this because, look, their lesson from the pandemic, their takeaway from the Chinese coronavirus is that there wasn't enough centralized authority, that the nations weren't all on the same page.
00:09:46.000 And those Floridas, they're the reason why this happened.
00:09:49.000 And what we need is more Australia's and less Sweden's.
00:09:54.000 Look at the philosophical underpinnings of this.
00:09:57.000 They believe the problem is human liberty and the solution is totalitarianism.
00:10:03.000 And it's happening right in front of our eyes right now.
00:10:05.000 It's coming in the next couple of days.
00:10:06.000 This is one of the largest stories on the planet that almost no one is talking about.
00:10:11.000 And you can do something about it, but we have to create a rancor.
00:10:14.000 We have to create an uproar, unlike anything we've ever done before, to demand that American sovereignty is not handed over to the World Health Organization.
00:10:23.000 Being an entrepreneur and running a business is not for the faint of heart.
00:10:26.000 I have two jobs.
00:10:27.000 I do the Charlie Kirk show till noon, then Turning Point USA till I go to sleep and all the problems in between.
00:10:32.000 A lot of stress.
00:10:33.000 330 days on the road I spent last year.
00:10:35.000 But if you're not careful, the stress can start to take a toll on your body, raising your blood pressure, making it harder to sleep, draining you of vital energy, and making you more irritable.
00:10:44.000 That's why I recommend you supplement with magnesium daily.
00:10:47.000 About 75% of people are magnesium deficient.
00:10:50.000 That number might be higher among business owners and C-level professionals.
00:10:54.000 That's because stress depletes magnesium levels.
00:10:56.000 This can trigger a various cycle of rising stress and severe magnesium deficiency.
00:11:01.000 This deficiency can lead to higher levels of anxiety, irritability, trouble sleeping, and low energy.
00:11:06.000 It can even contribute to foot and leg cramps while you sleep.
00:11:09.000 Now, you might be wondering, does magnesium really affect all these things?
00:11:11.000 Well, the answer is yes.
00:11:13.000 In fact, magnesium is involved in more than 300 chemical processes inside your body.
00:11:17.000 So a lot of different things can start to go wrong if you're deficient.
00:11:20.000 The good news, you can experience a number of positive health benefits just by getting enough magnesium, including better sleep, more energy, healthy blood pressure, less irritability, a calmer mood, stronger bones, reduced muscle cramping, and even a few migraines.
00:11:32.000 But to experience these health benefits, you have to get the right kinds of magnesium.
00:11:35.000 Truth is, most magnesium supplements you find in health stores use the only two cheapest synthetic forms.
00:11:40.000 They're not full spectrum.
00:11:41.000 There are actually seven unique forms of magnesium.
00:11:44.000 You must get all of them if you want to experience its calming stress-relieving effects.
00:11:47.000 That's why I recommend magnesium breakthrough from Buy Optimizers.
00:11:51.000 The only full organic, full-spectrum magnesium supplement that includes seven unique forms of magnesium for stress relief.
00:11:58.000 Better sleep all in one bottle.
00:11:59.000 Simply take two capsules before you go to bed, and you'll be amazed by the improvements in your mood and energy levels and how much rested you feel when you wake up.
00:12:06.000 How much more rested do you feel when you wake up?

00:12:21.000 Kirk10 for 10% off any order.
00:12:26.000 Okay, so who is leading this?
00:12:28.000 Joe Biden is the one that is leading this.
00:12:31.000 So Biden is sending a delegation to this World Health Organization meeting to unconstitutionally try to ratify a treaty without congressional approval and consent.
00:12:44.000 Now, I've looked into this and I did some research.
00:12:46.000 Now, mind you, I wanted to do this story on Monday when I first heard about it, but I demanded our research team really dive into the details here.
00:12:53.000 I wanted to get all the experts lined up.
00:12:55.000 I didn't want to just do this half-measure and mention it and move on.
00:12:59.000 I want to make sure you have all the details.
00:13:00.000 So, our research team went into this, and we have more clips than I think we have time to play, but that's okay because we're going to talk about every angle of this.
00:13:09.000 So, the commander-in-chief of the United States, who is tasked with preserving and protecting the U.S. Constitution and preserving and protecting the livelihood and the well-being of American citizens, is sending an entire delegation to quietly and secretly, and at one time this would have been done under shadows if it isn't for the light that we are shining on this, to say that health decisions will not be made in Tallahassee.
00:13:32.000 They won't be made in Pierce, South Dakota.
00:13:36.000 They're going to be made in Geneva, Switzerland.
00:13:39.000 This is not just an assault on states' rights.
00:13:42.000 This is an assault on all American sovereignty.
00:13:46.000 I've read the details of this proposed resolution.
00:13:48.000 It will blow your mind when you realize that the people, the top levels of our government, are trying to quietly, like a snake in the grass, without you watching, sign away the sovereignty of American health decisions at a meeting at the World Health Organization.
00:14:08.000 Dr. Robert Malone speaks about this.
00:14:12.000 Play Cut 77 of Dr. Robert Malone saying that Joe Biden and his regime are intentionally undermining the United States Constitution.
00:14:19.000 Play Cut 77.
00:14:21.000 It's hard to believe that the President of the United States and his administration are intentionally undermining the Constitution.
00:14:30.000 This constitutes a breach of his oath of office to defend the Constitution.
00:14:37.000 This is an impeachable offense.
00:14:39.000 There has been a direct attempt with a letter on January 18th with no public awareness from the United States to the World Health Organization proposing a series of rule changes.
00:14:53.000 In parallel, there were actions in Congress that will essentially allow the president to sign a treaty without congressional authorization.
00:15:02.000 I want to reinforce that.
00:15:03.000 Now, mind you, impeachable, not impeachable.
00:15:06.000 Everything the guy does is impeachable.
00:15:07.000 Okay, I don't care.
00:15:09.000 We should have impeached him a long time ago for the open borders and for the targeting of moms and dads.
00:15:14.000 The guy's a walking impeachment violation.
00:15:16.000 Okay?
00:15:17.000 So, whether or not it's impeachable or not, everything he does is.
00:15:21.000 I want to focus less on that.
00:15:23.000 I want to focus on more what actually is happening and what we need to do is shine a light on this and get Republican lawmakers to start talking about this immediately.
00:15:33.000 And so, what you have here is Joe Biden and his entire regime, they are back-channeling with the Internationalist World Health Organization to be able to say that all public health decisions need to go through a central body.
00:15:48.000 Now, we must understand that some countries are willingly going along with this.
00:15:55.000 The Prime Minister of Australia totally agrees that, yes, look, we need to have a unified global response, that we need to have this all go through the World Health Organization.
00:16:03.000 Now, I don't even want to get into, because we've been off time, I could just touch on it briefly, the corruption in the World Health Organization, where they get their funding from, how they actually were involved in the cover-up of the origin of this virus.
00:16:16.000 That alone should be reason enough not to engage with the World Health Organization.
00:16:21.000 The World Health Organization completely fumbled the early information when it came to COVID.
00:16:26.000 They still are wrong about early interventions.
00:16:28.000 They received a massive amount of funding from very, very shadowy and disturbing forces.
00:16:36.000 But here's the thing: sunlight is the best disinfectant.
00:16:41.000 The best way to be able to stop this treaty is we need to talk about it in every corner imaginable.
00:16:48.000 Lawmakers, media.
00:16:50.000 And if you are hearing me right now, you need to do whatever you possibly can to contact every single person in power that might represent you, senators, congresspeople.
00:16:59.000 Why are you not talking about this?
00:17:01.000 How Joe Biden is about to ratify a treaty without congressional consent that will permanently make health decisions outside of the decisions of America.

00:18:14.000 The person that has really pulled the fire alarm, the person that has been able to warn us about what's happening at the World Health Organization is Michelle Bachman.
00:18:24.000 There's a clip with Michelle Bachman and the great Steve Bannon going back and forth about this that has been sent to me probably by 30 people in the last 24 hours.
00:18:34.000 And one of the most effective interviews that I've seen in quite some time warning the American population on what's happening very soon in Geneva, Switzerland, is what Michelle Bachman said on that program.
00:18:46.000 And with us right now is Michelle herself to be able to walk us through what we're just getting into at the World Health Organization meeting.
00:18:55.000 Michelle, welcome to the program.
00:18:56.000 First of all, thank you for really signaling the alarm here.
00:18:59.000 How do you learn about it and get into the details?
00:19:02.000 What are we about to do, we being America in Geneva, Switzerland, if we don't stop it?
00:19:07.000 Hi, Charlie.
00:19:08.000 I just want to bring greetings to you from Regent University too.
00:19:11.000 We adore you.
00:19:12.000 We love everything you're doing.
00:19:13.000 And you may not know this, but I'm the advisor for Turning Point University for Turning Point USA on the university campus.
00:19:21.000 So I'm a big fan of you too.
00:19:22.000 So thanks for having me on.
00:19:24.000 But the issue that we're talking about, Juan, is one that just came up recently.
00:19:30.000 No one should feel bad if they don't know about it.
00:19:32.000 This issue was meant by design to run under the radar.
00:19:36.000 The Biden administration has amendments that they took to the United Nations, to the World Health Assembly.
00:19:44.000 The healthcare arm of the United Nations is the World Health Organization, but the World Health Organization's governing body is the World Health Assembly.
00:19:54.000 They meet once a year in Geneva, Switzerland.
00:19:56.000 They're going to meet beginning starting this Sunday, May 22nd through the 28th, and they take up their business.
00:20:03.000 Agenda item 16.2 this year are the proposed Biden amendments to the 2005 international health rules.
00:20:12.000 Those are the rules that we in the United States agreed to beginning for international health, beginning back in 2005.
00:20:19.000 This is not a treaty.
00:20:21.000 There's a proposed global pandemic treaty that's being worked on right now that will be voted on in 2024.
00:20:30.000 That's not what this is.
00:20:31.000 There are already international health rules in place that we, the United States, have agreed to.
00:20:38.000 And, you know, they were fairly innocuous, you might say.
00:20:43.000 However, these amendments change the international health rules and they change it in this way.
00:20:50.000 They take away power from the 194 member states in the UN.
00:20:56.000 194 nations make up about 99.4% of the entire population on earth.
00:21:03.000 So if these amendments are passed this week in Geneva, Switzerland, that means that authority would transfer from the individual member states to the director general of the UN.
00:21:14.000 And many of your listeners, Charlie, know that the Directorate General of the UN is a very controversial activist, a Marxist activist named Tedros.
00:21:25.000 He's not a medical doctor.
00:21:27.000 He was in charge of his own country of Ethiopia, and he was caught covering up and falsifying data in Ethiopia.
00:21:35.000 So apparently the communist Chinese thought, hey, this is our man. 0.62
00:21:39.000 And so he was installed as the director general at the World Health Organization, again, which is the healthcare arm of the UN.
00:21:47.000 And he's been there for five years.
00:21:49.000 Well, this year, without any opposition, he was re-upped, re-elected, or reappointed as the director general of the World Health Organization.
00:21:58.000 Again, we the United States taxpayers pay and subsidize the World Health Organization at the UN. 0.99
00:22:06.000 China pays about half what we pay, but the Chinese are the ones calling the shots. 0.98
00:22:11.000 That's why you saw President Donald Trump pulled the U.S. out of the World Health Organization and he pulled our money out because they were doing the bidding of the communist Chinese. 0.99
00:22:20.000 So then you ask yourself, what about these amendments? 0.95
00:22:23.000 People need to know the amendments actually began, they originated during the Trump years through the State Department.
00:22:31.000 They intended to bring these amendments to Geneva.
00:22:34.000 That didn't happen.
00:22:36.000 Now the amendments are going to be brought to the World Health Assembly now, this week, by the Biden administration.
00:22:43.000 And what do they do?
00:22:44.000 Very simply this.
00:22:46.000 There are amendments that were offered in January, January 18th.
00:22:50.000 The Biden administration shared them with the World Health Assembly.
00:22:54.000 They neglected to share them with the American people, however.
00:22:57.000 The American people had no idea what these amendments were because they weren't posted on any government website.
00:23:04.000 With very little fanfare on April 12th, these amendments got posted on the World Health Organization's website.
00:23:12.000 That's how people became aware of them.
00:23:14.000 So it's only been a little over a month that people even knew about these amendments.
00:23:18.000 And so what these amendments do is they empower, they give more power to the Director General of the World Health Organization, and they take away power from the member states.
00:23:30.000 I want to lay this in context, Charlie, because for the last two and a half years here in the United States, we've been living under emergency powers through an executive order.
00:23:42.000 The president of the United States has been powered, empowered under executive orders.
00:23:47.000 Governors have taken executive powers, emergency orders.
00:23:51.000 The same with mayors.
00:23:52.000 They've acted under emergency orders.
00:23:55.000 So, for instance, forcing us to wear masks, Congress didn't vote on that.
00:24:00.000 That came through emergency powers.
00:24:03.000 The same thing with the vaccine mandates.
00:24:05.000 Congress never voted on that.
00:24:06.000 It's emergency powers.
00:24:08.000 The same thing with lockdowns.
00:24:10.000 That wasn't a law that Congress passed.
00:24:12.000 That's emergency powers.
00:24:14.000 So under the Biden amendment, emergency powers, they worked so well to control us for the last two and a half years in America.
00:24:22.000 Now emergency powers will be given to the Director General.
00:24:27.000 We know who he'll be, Tedros, for the next five years at the WHO.
00:24:32.000 He will have emergency powers.
00:24:34.000 And in Article 12, Section 2, Line 6, the Director General of the World Health Organization, it strikes out the United States having the ability to say no, or any member state having the ability to say no.
00:24:49.000 We're not going to go along with what you want to do.
00:24:52.000 And instead, it gives the power to the Director General of the WHO.
00:24:57.000 He unilaterally can declare, for instance, that the United States, let's say there's an outbreak in Tallahassee, Florida.
00:25:06.000 He can say, he can declare that there is a public health emergency of international concern.
00:25:15.000 And once he invokes that status against the United States, the United States is notified within 24 hours and within 48 hours of being notified, we either accept or reject what the Director General says.
00:25:31.000 What could he say?
00:25:31.000 He could issue a travel ban against the United States.
00:25:35.000 He could give us sanctions. 0.59
00:25:37.000 He could find the United States.
00:25:40.000 He can cooperate with other UN organizations, the World Trade Organization organization, for instance, the UN Agriculture Organization, and he can also work together with other, quote, affected nations.
00:25:55.000 So if, for instance, the Director General says, oh, climate change, that's a problem.
00:26:00.000 Some nation anywhere could say, hey, I'm affected by climate change that the U.S. is causing.
00:26:06.000 Therefore, I'm an affected nation.
00:26:08.000 I'm going to the director general of the WHO.
00:26:11.000 You need to issue sanctions against the U.S. Affected member nations come together, and there we are.
00:26:17.000 This is the kind of power and control, Charlie, through these amendments that are being transferred to the Director General of the World Health Organization.
00:26:26.000 So people say, okay, here's pushback.
00:26:28.000 The original rules from 2005 have an opt-out clause.
00:26:33.000 If any country doesn't like the rules, they can opt out.
00:26:36.000 That's still possible under the Biden amendments.
00:26:39.000 But take it in context, because it's the Biden administration that is depowering the healthcare decision makers in the U.S. and other nations, and they're empowering the Director General of the World Health Organization.
00:26:55.000 So if they're bringing these amendments forward and they're operating under emergency powers themselves now, it's very likely to believe that we will be acting under emergency powers with the Director General of the WHO and the enforcer won't be the WHO.
00:27:13.000 The enforcer will be the United States acting in cooperation.
00:27:18.000 And remember, for two and a half years, we've been doing the bidding of the WHO.
00:27:25.000 Whatever the WHO issued, our CDC, our directors for Center for Disease Control, has put the HWHO guidelines in place on the CDC.
00:27:38.000 So we've been forced to follow the WHO for the last two and a half years.
00:27:43.000 Facebook threw people off Facebook, off of Twitter, off of other woke social media bandits.
00:27:51.000 They've been throwing us off if we disagree with the WHO, with the World Health Organization.
00:27:58.000 So we've already been doing that.
00:28:00.000 So this is nothing new.
00:28:03.000 We've been living under that.
00:28:04.000 Only now, as we see that these emergency powers have been used to control our lives, now the UN will be empowered.
00:28:13.000 This is what's different to control our lives from their point of view.
00:28:17.000 And so it depends on who's in charge in the United States.
00:28:20.000 If Donald Trump was president, he wouldn't go along with that.
00:28:23.000 He'd pull us out.
00:28:24.000 Joe Biden is president.
00:28:26.000 I don't trust that we're going to pull out of the WHO.
00:28:31.000 Well, and you made a really amazing point.
00:28:34.000 Biden is proposing these amendments.
00:28:37.000 They are actively trying to make this happen.
00:28:39.000 This is not, this is not coming from Berlin or from London.
00:28:44.000 It is the Biden administration leaning into the WHO.
00:28:47.000 I just want to make sure I'm understanding correctly.
00:28:49.000 This is the Biden administration that's going and trying to get the WHO to pass this, which would then allow future pandemics to be declared by the WHO, but America would have to do the enforcing, almost an inside-out way to be able to prevent future places like Florida and South Dakota from being able to have their own sovereignty over their health decisions.
00:29:08.000 Is that correct?
00:29:09.000 Yep, that's right.
00:29:10.000 And so as a significant, so because of that, then what can we do to actually block this at this phase in this juncture?
00:29:19.000 Well, recognize that most U.S. senators and representatives haven't even heard of this issue yet.
00:29:25.000 So there's three great articles that I'll make sure that your listeners and viewers have, Charlie, I'll send them to you.
00:29:32.000 One is AmericaOutloud.com by Dr. Peter Bregan.
00:29:37.000 He describes this issue from a medical point of view, what it's going to mean.
00:29:41.000 Also, an investigative reporter, Leo Holman, H-O-H-M-A-N-N.com, LeoHolman.com.
00:29:49.000 He has a great article with the direct link to the actual amendments.
00:29:53.000 So you can read them for yourself.
00:29:55.000 Another one is at the Gatestone Institute written by former House Chairman Peter Hookstra, Representative Peter Hookstra, H-O-E-S-T-R-A.
00:30:06.000 Pete Hookstra, he wrote a great article on this as well.
00:30:10.000 So those are good resources.
00:30:12.000 I would send those articles to your representatives and to your senators because they're not aware of this.
00:30:18.000 When they go back to their congressional staff, the congressional staff goes back to the original source who wrote the amendments during the Trump era in the State Department, and they'll be told that these amendments were meant to force transparency on China so that China would come forward and be held to account, and they would have to tell the UN and tell the world what they have done.
00:30:42.000 Well, let me tell you, since COVID began with Wuhan, that still hasn't happened. 0.52
00:30:47.000 This is not going to happen because Communist China is controlling the director general of the World Health Organization. 0.71
00:30:55.000 These amendments in reality are going to be used against us because contained in the new Article 5, it's a surveillance mechanism.
00:31:04.000 So the WHO will have the right to come into member countries and surveill our countries.
00:31:09.000 A new Article 6 deals with notification.
00:31:12.000 And the kicker again is Article 12, Section 2, Line 6 that changes authority from the member state to the Director General of the World Health Organization.
00:31:22.000 Primary source documents are always the best.
00:31:24.000 Start with them.
00:31:26.000 So look at the actual amendments.
00:31:27.000 And if you go to these three articles, there's links and your viewers can go and read these amendments for themselves.
00:31:33.000 But read it in the context of the last two and a half years.
00:31:37.000 We have been living, we are living today under emergency powers used by the Biden administration.
00:31:44.000 These amendments create emergency powers for the Director General of the World Health Organization.
00:31:51.000 So you said it's not a treaty, but it might need some congressional input.
00:31:57.000 Some people are, so is there this can just be done unilaterally?
00:32:00.000 Is that right?
00:32:01.000 Well, this is this is this is it it will be it will be done by a vote this week in Geneva, Switzerland.
00:32:07.000 So the vote will happen.
00:32:09.000 The vote goes into force and effect this upcoming November.
00:32:14.000 So in some ways, it doesn't matter who wins the election because this creates a platform for global governance.
00:32:19.000 Just like our lives were controlled with health by health care through healthcare in the U.S., it'd be the same now at the international level.
00:32:26.000 So it creates a platform for global governance.
00:32:29.000 So again, what can we do?
00:32:31.000 Contact our representatives, demand that the Biden administration withdraw these amendments, but demand also that there be a debate in the U.S. Congress, in the Senate, and the House, that we debate this and that we vote on this vote that in all likelihood would be taken and passed this week in Geneva.
00:32:51.000 Michelle, thank you so much for your phenomenal work on this.
00:32:53.000 We'll have you back on.
00:32:54.000 Your clarity is so incredibly important right now.
00:32:57.000 We need to create a tsunami of grassroots people that are talking about this.
00:33:02.000 Every media person needs to talk about this, every elected representative.
00:33:05.000 And then there should be a bill introduced right now in the U.S. Senate demanding the process of review and debate.
00:33:13.000 This cannot be done unilaterally.
00:33:15.000 It needs to happen today.
00:33:16.000 Michelle, thank you so much for joining us.
00:33:17.000 Thanks, Charlie.
00:33:18.000 Bye-bye.
