00:01:47.000 We have now set a new record.
00:01:49.000 We've been warning about this.
00:01:50.000 Elon Musk has been warning about this.
00:01:53.000 But we have a new low, a record low.
00:01:58.000 This, by definition, is civilizational ending.
00:02:03.000 If this does not get addressed or fixed, there is no way to keep a civilization going.
00:02:10.000 What am I talking about here?
00:02:12.000 U.S. fertility rate has dropped to its lowest level ever.
00:02:18.000 It is now 1.6 children per woman in 2023.
00:02:22.000 It is the lowest figure in American history.
00:02:24.000 America had fewer children born last year than in 1980 when we had 100 million fewer people.
00:02:30.000 Some of this is related to the destruction of the middle class.
00:02:33.000 It is harder than ever for people to afford to have more kids.
00:02:37.000 And Biden has accelerated that trend, but it didn't start with Biden.
00:02:41.000 America is in a cultural death spiral.
00:02:44.000 People have been sold a life script that emphasizes things that are not about having families.
00:02:51.000 The life script is very simple.
00:02:54.000 The life script includes extending adolescence and aimless hedonism.
00:03:00.000 Women have been told that they can have it all by not worrying about marriage or a family until they're 35 or even 40, or just to have it all by not having a family at all.
00:03:09.000 Our leaders, meanwhile, treat Americans as fungible economic units and think that it's far easier to replace the current generation with foreign migrants, essentially let the Nicaraguans have kids than to put in the effort of having and raising their own children.
00:03:28.000 The future belongs to the people who show up for it.
00:03:30.000 An America without children is an America without a future.
00:03:34.000 A country needs 2.1 kids per woman to keep itself going.
00:03:38.000 Countries that fall below that will lose people.
00:03:40.000 America is better than most Western countries, but we're still falling.
00:03:44.000 Our population is only growing because of the great replacement.
00:03:48.000 The amount of datable men is diminishing by the day.
00:03:56.000 NYU Stern, college professor who is on MSNBC, who's going to be joining us later this week, said the exact same thing.
00:04:04.000 Women do not want to marry anymore.
00:04:07.000 Men cannot find women suitable to their liking.
00:04:11.000 Men are afraid to date women because they'll be called as if they're engaging in rape culture or they're toxically masculine.
00:04:21.000 This is an economic issue, but even more so, it is a moral and a cultural one.
00:04:26.000 We have damaged marriage.
00:04:28.000 We've undermined the norm of having a family.
00:04:30.000 I know many young people that are married, they say, why have kids?
00:04:34.000 I'd rather have freedom.
00:04:37.000 Because we have played into this idea that you get to decide everything that's right for you, not an idea of you have a duty or an obligation to have children, to continue the species, literally.
00:04:49.000 And this is also why we have the most depressed, suicidal, obese, alcohol-addicted, and drug-addicted generation in history.
00:04:57.000 We have a generation that is shedding their attachment to traditional norms.
00:05:04.000 But remember, this is even more scary on the political side.
00:05:09.000 If you do not have strong nuclear families, then you're going to have a massive government.
00:05:15.000 A strong nuclear family is a threat to the new world order, to globalist ambitions, and to the administrative state.
00:05:23.000 When you have a generation of 32-year-old young ladies who are single, who have graduated from college, have successful corporate careers, and lots of cats, they're bitter and miserable.
00:05:39.000 Families make you happier.
00:05:41.000 Children make you more joyful.
00:05:43.000 Getting married is a gift from the Lord.
00:05:46.000 We have demonized and contaminated those cultural norms because they're patriarchal or they're systemically racist.
00:05:56.000 And now we're in a set of conditions where the numbers are in the lowest birth rates in American history.
00:06:05.000 Are you ready to lose weight, but not sure where to start?
00:06:07.000 I understand.
00:06:08.000 I was right where you are two years ago.
00:06:09.000 Let me tell you why I chose the PhD Weight Loss and Nutrition Program.

00:06:28.000 There's no shortcuts, pills, or injections, just solid science-based nutrition and behavior change.
00:06:33.000 And finally, probably most importantly, I lost 30 pounds.

00:06:55.000 Dr. Ashley Lucas has her PhD in chronic disease and sports nutrition.
00:06:58.000 Her program is based on years of research and is science-based.

00:07:05.000 Go to myphdweightloss.com, myphdweightloss.com, call 864-644-1900.
00:07:11.000 I lost over 30 pounds.
00:07:12.000 Dr. Ashley Lucas, great American.
00:07:14.000 Check it out, myphdweightloss.com.
00:07:18.000 Joining us now is a great American patriot who hopefully will become the next Attorney General in Missouri.
00:07:24.000 I've got to get Donald Trump to endorse this guy because he's doing a lot for Donald Trump, former federal prosecutor.
00:07:29.000 He's on Trump's legal team, candidate for the Missouri Attorney General Office, and is an all-around great person who I've known for quite some time.
00:07:36.000 Will Sharp.
00:07:36.000 Will, welcome back to the program.
00:07:38.000 Great to be with you, Charlie.
00:07:39.000 Thanks so much for having me.
00:07:40.000 So, Will, let's get into this.
00:07:43.000 It's really difficult to track all of the coming and going of this trial.
00:07:47.000 First of all, it is not televised.
00:07:50.000 So we have to kind of take everyone's bits and pieces and reporting from it.
00:07:56.000 But walk us through, or let's break down the oral arguments last week.
00:08:00.000 I was hearing that this is an uphill battle, but it surprised folks that we might eke out a narrow SCOTUS ruling.
00:08:05.000 Let's start with that one in particular, the immunity, and then we'll get to the New York legal case.
00:08:12.000 Yeah, so last Thursday, we were at the U.S. Supreme Court arguing over presidential immunity.
00:08:18.000 We've argued that in this D.C. prosecution against President Trump, that he should have absolute immunity for his official acts in office, not for private conduct, but for acts that fall within the legal term is the outer perimeter of his official responsibilities.
00:08:34.000 We believe that you can't charge a president criminally for those unless he's first impeached and convicted by the House and Senate.
00:08:42.000 We believe that follows naturally from the Constitution, from hundreds of years of case law and practice, et cetera.
00:08:49.000 When we first filed that motion last fall, all the liberal media and the legal commentators and professors said that we had no chance, that this was time wasting, that this was garbage.
00:08:59.000 We got to the U.S. Supreme Court last week, and it looks like they're more on our side than they are against it.
00:09:06.000 We thought we had a great argument.
00:09:07.000 We thought it went really well for us.
00:09:09.000 And there was a massive liberal freakout almost as soon as we left the Supreme Court building, which we also took as a very good sign.
00:09:17.000 So that's a big win.
00:09:18.000 If we can get large parts of that D.C. indictment struck away as immune, as acts for which President Trump had immunity, it becomes tougher and tougher to see, one, how that case can proceed at all, and two, certainly how that case can proceed to trial before the election, which is obviously very important to President Trump and his campaign.
00:09:39.000 So Will, let me ask.
00:09:42.000 The oral argument seemed fine, but there's a chance they do a narrow ruling here.
00:09:47.000 And this is basically the idea, can a president be held criminally for official actions?
00:09:55.000 What separates official actions from private ones?
00:09:59.000 So a private act would be something like the president shooting somebody dead or taking a bribe.
00:10:05.000 Those are acts that a president is engaging in in his capacity as a private individual.
00:10:10.000 Ulysses S. Grant, for example, when he was president, was involved in an underground illegal carriage racing ring in Washington, D.C. and was ticketed and prosecuted for basically speeding in a horse-drawn carriage.
00:10:24.000 Those are private acts.
00:10:26.000 What we're talking about here is official conduct.
00:10:28.000 So some of the acts that underlie President Trump's indictment in Washington, D.C. are things like asking the Department of Justice to investigate election fraud, calling members of Congress and talking to them about election fraud, considering replacing the acting Attorney General.
00:10:45.000 These are quintessential presidential acts engaged in deriving out of the president's constitutional obligations and powers.
00:10:54.000 For those acts, we believe that unless a president is first impeached and convicted, he can't be criminally prosecuted.
00:11:01.000 And it's worth noting that in 1982, in Nixon v. Fitzgerald, the Supreme Court held that for exactly those sorts of acts, for acts that fall within the outer perimeter of a president's official responsibilities, a president cannot be sued, cannot be brought into court on a civil claim.
00:11:18.000 So all we're asking really is an expansion of that existing civil doctrine into the criminal context.
00:11:24.000 And again, we thought our arguments were very strong and we thought they were very well received by the court.
00:11:32.000 Debt.
00:11:33.000 It keeps you tossing and turning at night.
00:11:34.000 You can't get away from it.
00:11:35.000 But the truth is, the system is designed to trap you in debt.
00:11:39.000 Insanely high interest rate credit cards and loans make it nearly impossible to pay off your debt.
00:11:44.000 There's a new way out of the debt trap, pivotal debt solutions.
00:11:48.000 Pivotal debt solutions isn't like the old school debt relief companies that string your debt out for years.
00:11:53.000 They have new aggressive strategies that can end your debt faster and easier than you thought possible.
00:11:59.000 With pivotal debt solutions, you can cut or even eliminate interest, find programs to write off your balances so you owe less, stop these threatening phone calls, and without bankruptcy and without a loan.
00:12:09.000 Bottom line is they find every solution possible to end your debt permanently.
00:12:13.000 Before you do anything, contact Pivotal Debt Solutions first to talk to them for free, find out how fast they can get you out of debt.
00:12:19.000 Visit zapmydebt.com.
00:12:21.000 That is zapmydebt.com, zapmydebt.com.
00:12:27.000 So now let's transition to the New York case.
00:12:31.000 It's a day off of court.
00:12:32.000 First of all, why is the court off today?
00:12:35.000 Yeah, I was talking with your producer before.
00:12:37.000 I'm actually not entirely sure.
00:12:39.000 Usually it's Wednesdays or our off days.
00:12:41.000 So there may have been a court conflict there.
00:12:44.000 I'm not entirely sure.
00:12:45.000 But we'll be back in trial tomorrow.
00:12:48.000 And we expect to proceed with more witness testimony.
00:12:51.000 And I think we'll have another couple of weeks of that and then get into closing arguments.
00:12:55.000 So just break down the play-by-play of last week.
00:12:58.000 What occurred?
00:12:59.000 What were the major developments?
00:13:01.000 So we had opening arguments, which I thought went very well for our side.
00:13:06.000 Todd Blanche, the key attorney, the lead trial attorney for President Trump in that case, laid out, I think, very persuasively, that there was absolutely no crime here, that President Trump did nothing wrong.
00:13:17.000 What President Trump has been indicted for is business records violations.
00:13:22.000 They're saying that entries in his personal ledger were inaccurate, basically.
00:13:28.000 Those entries recorded payments to Michael Cohen, who is one of President Trump's lawyers, as legal retainer payments.
00:13:34.000 Todd Blanche pointed out, first, that that's an accurate account of what these payments were.
00:13:39.000 And second, that those recordings weren't made by President Trump.
00:13:42.000 They were actually made by a woman named Deb, a Trump organization employee working in New York while President Trump was off in the White House.
00:13:51.000 And there's really no evidence, or we don't believe the evidence will show that President Trump had anything to do with making those entries in his personal ledger.
00:13:59.000 So just at a very basic level, there isn't the evidence to convict President Trump of the charges in this case because he didn't do anything wrong.
00:14:07.000 And I think so far the witness testimony has borne that out.
00:14:10.000 I can't comment on individual witnesses because of the unconstitutional gag order that we're working under.
00:14:15.000 But basically, the prosecution is engaging in a smoke and mirrors deception campaign, a distraction campaign.
00:14:22.000 They're trying to throw up all this sort of sex, drugs, and rock and roll type stuff, you know, years-old allegations that really have nothing to do with the charges here.
00:14:31.000 I think to sort of pollute in the jury's mind what this case is really about.
00:14:36.000 This case is about the accuracy of business records.
00:14:39.000 And as long as those business records were accurate, which we believe they were, there is no case.
00:14:44.000 End of story, Trump should be acquitted.
00:14:47.000 So I want to just understand, though, what is the crime?
00:14:51.000 Because they say they did this to cover up the crime of which they cannot articulate.
00:14:56.000 Have they explained that yet?
00:14:58.000 So under New York law, It is a misdemeanor offense to have these sorts of business records violations.
00:15:05.000 Now, if the reason for those business records violations, if the reason was to cover up another crime, that can escalate that relatively minor misdemeanor into a felony offense.
00:15:19.000 What the prosecution's theory seems to be, and we've tried to pin them down at a number of stages of this litigation, and they seem to have a number of different theories, but their basic theory seems to be that these business records violations occurred in order to cover up election fraud,
00:15:38.000 that these payments were actually disguised campaign contributions or campaign expenditures in violation of either federal election law or a New York conspiracy law relating to elections, and that therefore these business records violations were actually felony offenses.
00:15:58.000 That's the case as it was laid out in the prosecution's opening argument, that under a New York law that penalizes essentially depriving a rightful winner of their election, that that's their predicate felony here.
00:16:13.000 I don't think that case has any water.
00:16:16.000 I don't think the process is ever happened, Will.
00:16:19.000 Sorry to interrupt.
00:16:19.000 We're short on time.
00:16:20.000 Ever.
00:16:21.000 Totally unprecedented, never been charged this way before.
00:16:24.000 In the history of the state of New York, these laws have never, ever been used in this way before.
00:16:31.000 Hey, everybody, Charlie Kirk here.

00:17:19.000 Glenn is amazing.
00:17:20.000 I was just hanging out with him in Scottsdale.
00:17:22.000 Great guy, great American, really terrific what they're doing.
00:17:25.000 PatriotMobile.com/slash Charlie.
00:17:27.000 That is patriotmobile.com/slash Charlie or call 972 Patriot, patriotmobile.com/slash Charlie.
00:17:35.000 These protests are ongoing.
00:17:37.000 There are some riots some places.
00:17:38.000 There are occupations in other places.
00:17:41.000 Your take on the Hamas movement that is engulfing American college campuses.
00:17:49.000 Yeah, look, it's absolutely terrifying.
00:17:51.000 We've allowed fifth columnists into our country, foreigners, both illegal immigrants and these college students on foreign student visas who hate America.
00:18:01.000 And they have allied with American leftist students who also hate America.
00:18:05.000 And they are hell-bent on destroying America and the West.
00:18:09.000 And they're weaponizing this Israel-Hamas conflict to do what they do best, which is disrupt culture, disrupt society, and throw stuff at police officers.
00:18:20.000 The answer is very simple.
00:18:22.000 They should be arrested.
00:18:23.000 They should be expelled from their schools.
00:18:25.000 They should be held accountable for their acts.
00:18:28.000 That's how civil disobedience throughout American history has been treated and dealt with.
00:18:32.000 And that's the answer.
00:18:34.000 And these weak-need college administrators and local prosecutors and local politicians who aren't willing to do what's necessary are going to end up getting us all killed.
00:18:44.000 I mean, it's just insane to me that there isn't more of an impetus for action with a few notable exceptions, like at Texas AM and at the University of Florida.
00:18:53.000 But the fact that you have the campuses of major American universities being occupied by pro-terrorist shills is just insane to me.
00:19:02.000 Will, are you seeing a change in the Jewish community as far as their allegiance or attachment to the radical elements of the Democrat Party?
00:19:10.000 Yeah, I'll make a prediction here.
00:19:12.000 Donald Trump is going to be the first Republican candidate to win the Jewish vote in modern American history.
00:19:17.000 And it's going to be because of how anti-Semitic, not just anti-Israel, but anti-Semitic the left has become.
00:19:25.000 I think that's people are going to call me crazy, but I think that's absolutely what's going to happen this cycle.
00:19:30.000 I think Jews across America are waking up to the fact that the left is not their friend, that the left hates them, and that the left does not see a place for them in American society.
00:19:42.000 And I think it's going to fundamentally realign Jewish opinion in America.
00:19:46.000 I mean, when Jewish students can't walk safely across their own college campuses, not protest, but just literally walk safely across their college campuses when they're having swastikas carved in their doors.
00:19:58.000 This is a red pill moment for the American Jewish community.
00:20:01.000 It's been a long time in coming.
00:20:03.000 I'm sorry that this has had to happen to get us there, but I'm also thankful that I believe Jews across America are waking up to the threat that the radical left poses to this country.
00:20:13.000 Will, that would be a huge deal.
00:20:16.000 And I know a lot of people are pulling their gifts and their donations from these universities.
00:20:20.000 Can you just get some context and detail who are funding this infrastructure on campuses?
00:20:26.000 I just, one takeaway, if you look at the pictures from the West Coast to Harvard, they all have the same tents.
00:20:34.000 They're brand new green tents.
00:20:37.000 You're trying to tell me that the same, the students on the West and UCLA have the same tent company menu.
00:20:44.000 There's some NGO that is behind this.
00:20:46.000 Who is it?
00:20:46.000 Yeah.
00:20:47.000 Well, look, it's Students for Justice in Palestine is one of the big ones.
00:20:51.000 It's AMP, American Muslims for Palestine.
00:20:55.000 Those are two of the key coordinating arms of all of this stuff.
00:20:59.000 The key people involved in both of those groups have close ties to Hamas and to the Muslim Brotherhood.
00:21:05.000 American Muslims for Palestine, one of their key operatives is Salah Sarsour, Linda Sarsour's cousin, who's been one of the Muslim Brotherhood's key fixers in America for several decades now.
00:21:15.000 And these groups are being funded by the same left-wing dark money groups that we talk about all the time, by George Soros, by Arabella Advisors, by the Tides Foundation.
00:21:25.000 The same people causing the crisis at the border are causing this crisis on our campuses and on our streets.
00:21:31.000 We need to investigate them.
00:21:32.000 We need to hold them accountable.
00:21:34.000 And we need to name names and just stop this insanity before it destroys the country.
00:21:40.000 I completely agree.
00:21:41.000 Will, mention your race, Missouri, how's that going?
00:21:44.000 I want to come out and help you.
00:21:46.000 What's going on with your race?
00:21:48.000 We'd love to get you in state, Charlie.
00:21:50.000 You have a massive following here.
00:21:51.000 As you saw when you were down in Springfield just a couple months ago, that was an incredible event at Missouri State.
00:21:57.000 Look, our race is about taking on the political establishment in this state.
00:22:00.000 And what we've heard from grassroots conservatives across the state is that they are sick and tired of business as usual in Jefferson City, the same way they're sick and tired of business as usual in Washington, D.C.
00:22:11.000 I think 2024 is going to be a great awakening for grassroots conservatives across the country.
00:22:16.000 And we're seeing that on the ground in Missouri.
00:22:18.000 We think our race is going really well.
00:22:20.000 Our primary's on August 6th.
00:22:22.000 We think we're going to win.
00:22:24.000 And yeah, I just couldn't be happier about how it's going.
00:22:27.000 Will, you're doing a great job.
00:22:28.000 Everyone's support Will.
00:22:29.000 Is there a website that they can go to for your Attorney General's race?
