00:03:55.000If they couldn't, the solution would be to get some government money and produce voter IDs for anybody who needs it.

00:18:03.000The Black students at Harvard, at MIT, for example, as Tom Sowell pointed out, are in the top 1 or 2% of all high school graduates in the country.
