00:00:56.000The Charlie Kirk Show is proudly sponsored by Preserve Gold, the leading gold and silver experts and the only precious metals company I recommend to my family, friends, and viewers.
00:01:09.000All right, welcome back to the Charlie Kirk Show.
00:02:09.000So it is very organized, but it's not nearly as large as it once was.
00:02:13.000And I was thinking about it this morning for a column I'm doing.
00:02:16.000I mean, go back to Black Lives Matter in 2020, and this was right at the start, really, of the pandemic before a lot of people came to their senses and they were terrified to go outside because we were told not to.
00:02:28.000And yet there were millions of people nationwide who actually did, in fact, take to the streets.
00:02:55.000And not everyone who shows up to these protests are sort of that professional activist class.
00:03:00.000But the same level of organizing, the same level of strategy is at play.
00:03:06.000And it's this progressive protest industrial complex where you've got a bunch of folks, in this case, either activists within the community who are part of the organization, or it's Democrat lawmakers, far-left lawmakers, who are encouraging you in this case to interfere with ICE operations.
00:03:22.000Go out there, get in their faces, put your bodies on the line.
00:03:25.000That's a quote from some of these lawmakers and activists.
00:03:29.000And they end up creating a situation in which someone likes Alex Preddy ends up getting killed.
00:03:34.000Then they use that death to create more outrage that then just creates that vicious circle to get more people to then go out and interfere with ICE and put their bodies on the line and then lead to this next confrontation that ends up taking someone's life.
00:03:52.000And it just makes folks a whole bunch of money.
00:03:55.000It gets people more follows on social media and it gets them more favorable press coverage.
00:04:00.000And we see this happening over and over and over again.
00:04:03.000It's not going to stop, but it's certainly not growing at the same level that the BLM movement grew.
00:04:09.000And that's obviously a good thing because it means at least some of the American voters, the average person who's looking at this, are saying, okay, we want sensible immigration reform.
00:04:21.000We want some semblance of immigration law being enforced.
00:04:25.000And they're not falling for the far left position that underlines everything that they're doing here.
00:04:30.000They are against, on the radical left, all enforcement of immigration laws.
00:04:34.000That is a radical position that is not shared by the vast majority of this country.
00:04:38.000And I think that explains why we're not seeing this movement grow at the same level as we saw during the BLM movement.
00:04:48.000So, Jason, you've seen this unfold over a pretty long period of time in Seattle.
00:04:53.000They've had Antifa type stuff for ages.
00:04:56.000They had the explosion of homelessness there.
00:04:59.000It felt like Seattle was in really severe crisis about five years ago.
00:05:03.000I remember Seattle is dying and all of that.
00:05:05.000And it seems to me, obviously, it's still a blue city.
00:05:08.000Obviously, it still has a lot of problems, but it does seem to have pulled back from the autonomous zone level crisis they were in.
00:05:16.000Are there any lessons from that for how the whole country might regard this national Antifa as they what how do people kind of how do you defeat this process that they enact on us to use their kind of weaponized weakness against the system?
00:05:31.000Well, it's interesting because had we had this conversation a few months ago, my answer would have been a little bit more clear as it's going to be, because unfortunately the voters just took a giant step backwards or took a mile backwards because after all that nonsense with the autonomous zone, the voters put in place someone who is at least perceived to be a little bit more moderate.
00:05:51.000Now, I didn't view our last mayor as moderate, but he was booted out of office for a socialist, an open socialist who has already instituted a bunch of plans that's sending us back in the wrong direction.
00:06:03.000So I don't know if Seattle voters learned their lesson.
00:06:06.000Now, if you look back and you're just kind of dweeby like me, and you look at the general, I don't know, algorithm of voters here is the Seattle base of radicals, they push us very, very, very far to the left.
00:06:20.000Then the voters say, okay, let's dial it back a notch.
00:06:23.000Then you see some results, but then they go and say, okay, well, now that we saw some course correction, let's go back in the crazy direction.
00:06:30.000And so that's where we're at right now.
00:06:32.000We're headed back in that crazy direction.
00:06:34.000And, you know, this whole idea of the protesters and how organized they are.
00:06:37.000Like yesterday, there was yet another march in downtown Seattle, you know, ruining all the traffic again.
00:06:44.000And they were doing this because they wanted to speak in solidarity with what's going on in Minneapolis.
00:06:49.000Again, it's the same people who show up every single time who are engaged in this and they're allowed to do whatever it is they want to do because they're doing it for some quote unquote righteous position.
00:07:23.000Jonathan Cho, who's with TPSA Frontlines, has been doing investigations on that.
00:07:29.000This is an emerging story that you guys are going to have to confront.
00:07:32.000I'm worried that if we don't squash this right now, Jason, with a massive show of force, which seems like we're going in the opposite direction, we're going to have an even tougher problem in cities like Seattle, Portland, Los Angeles, Chicago come the spring and summer months when the weather's better.
00:07:48.000So are you worried about seeing that as well?
00:07:50.000I mean, because you could let this stuff peter out and then it flares up again, Peter out flares up again, or you could squash it definitively.
00:07:56.000And I don't like seeing guys like Bovino be left out on, you know, to take you know, take the wrap for everybody here.
00:08:07.000However, I do think it's reasonable to say, or a criticism is that I don't think he handled this over the weekend particularly well.
00:08:13.000And I think the president is trying to clean that all up.
00:08:15.000The president has been really good about putting competent people in positions of power and just sort of letting them take the lead.
00:08:22.000And he'll come in when he needs to, and he obviously needed to.
00:08:25.000Immediately calling Alex Predi a domestic terrorist was an unwise decision.
00:08:32.000It was not going to play in the context of even the video that we had at the time to just merely jump to that that quickly, knowing that the left-wing media is never, ever, ever going to be sympathetic to any messaging coming from ICE or coming from CBP or from this administration just seemed like an unforced error.
00:08:50.000I think the president is making the right move and putting Tomahoman in charge for now.
00:08:54.000I don't think Bolvino, again, to your point, he shouldn't be just thrown under the bus for any of this.
00:08:58.000Neither should be, neither should we do that to Christy.
00:09:01.000However, I don't think that they handled the messaging well in this case.
00:09:05.000And it seemed to be put out there in a way that I completely understand, right?
00:09:10.000Wanting to immediately back your staff, whether again, it's Border Patrol, ICE, or any law enforcement, makes sense because the context has been: no matter what it is they do, they're going to be thrown under the bus by left-wing media.
00:09:24.000They're going to be relentlessly attacked.
00:09:26.000And so the natural instinct is to protect them, but the way you protect them does matter.
00:09:32.000And the initial messaging went a little bit too far.
00:09:38.000They did it without the evidence on their side.
00:09:41.000And look, there were conservatives who called out some of the messaging around one's right to bear arms and have a concealed carry.
00:09:48.000You know, it's obviously not illegal in Minnesota to have concealed carry while going into a protest.
00:09:55.000It doesn't mean that what he did was wise.
00:10:30.000Charlie believed in finding good people and connecting them with other good people that he cared about.
00:10:35.000When someone truly took care of him, Charlie would never hesitate to recommend them.
00:10:39.000Andrew Del Rey and Todd of Aiken were two of those people.
00:10:42.000They personally helped Charlie and Erica with their mortgage needs, and Charlie trusted them completely.
00:10:46.000Whether it was a home buyer trying to qualify or someone needing to consolidate debt or see if they could get a lower rate in payments, these were the guys Charlie sent people to.
00:12:17.000Okay, not talking about peaceful protests anymore.
00:12:20.000We're not talking about having polite conversations anymore.
00:12:24.000Sorry, but welcome to America 2026, where Second Amendment is the only thing that's going to keep you protected from literal Nazi gunmen that are killing innocent people in the street with impunity.
00:12:55.000What we're supposed to do with it is call it out and ensure that this kind of messaging isn't normalized.
00:13:01.000And that's been the reality, I think, for the last several years is that kind of messaging was completely normalized, where you've got these sad people, lonely people, dangerous people who have convinced themselves that they're actual heroes, that they're freedom fighters.
00:13:15.000And if not for their violence and activism, we would be headed towards a fascist country.
00:13:22.000They believe we're already in that space.
00:13:27.000And that's why so many people, yourself included, myself included, we've talked about this for the last several years of when you've got radical leftists who are in positions of power, who are out there as recently as yesterday and over the weekend talking about how, you know, they're fighting Nazis, the Gestapo, they're fighting Adolf Hitler incarnate.
00:13:48.000We know that that's incredibly dangerous.
00:17:10.000But yeah, I mean, I think this is a really interesting touch point, actually, just as a culture, because, you know, we have a guy that seems to not really like America performing at the biggest stage that we have.
00:17:21.000And that's a really unfortunate reality.
00:17:53.000But I'm not going to say I'm going to boycott an entire league or a championship game because of some people on the radical left demanding it.
00:18:03.000If we seed over football or baseball or any sports to the left, then we're going to run out of things to enjoy.
00:18:17.000Every day, Americans make choices that shape our country's future, right down to which cell phone provider we support.
00:18:23.000Here's what most people don't realize: Patriot Mobile isn't just a wireless provider, they're an activist organization funded by selling top-tier cell phone service.
00:18:32.000They've been on the front lines defending our freedoms long before it was cool to do so, standing in the gap when others wouldn't.
00:18:39.000The best part is they deliver prioritized premium service on all three major U.S. networks, giving you the same or even better coverage, backed by 100% U.S.-based customer support.
00:18:50.000Get unlimited data plans, mobile hotspots, international roaming, and more.
00:18:54.000And when you switch to Patriot Mobile, you'll help grow a movement that fuels the Christian conservative cause.
00:19:00.000Every bill you pay helps advance the values of family, faith, and freedom.
00:20:09.000I'm in the chair that was once occupied by our good friend Dennis Prager, who is with us and is brilliant as ever, but did suffer a catastrophic paralysis in an accident just over a year ago.
00:20:19.000And so luckily he's creating a lot of great content still.
00:20:45.000Yes, in a couple of days, we'll probably have Thursday or Friday drop.
00:20:48.000Andrew and I spent about an hour together.
00:20:49.000I got to tell you, both of us got misty a couple of times.
00:20:51.000We go back a long ways, and people who are listening to the show know that I went back a very long way with Charlie, back when he was still a high schooler, sending me a tip at Breitbart News, which we requested that he write up himself.
00:21:46.000Make sense of this political moment and what the admin needs to do.
00:21:50.000Yeah, I think Trump's actually been kind of spot on on this, which is great.
00:21:53.000And he has a lot of proxies, but his instincts are kind of the best.
00:21:58.000And I think that if any of you watched the Zapruder film, which I'm sure everyone has and broken it down, I don't know if it was a good shoot or not.
00:22:04.000There's smart people in my life who say it was.
00:22:06.000There's some smart people in my life who say it wasn't.
00:22:11.000The point here is to clarify that the goal is to try to tone down the interplay that's taking place between the institutional, well-funded, organized left agitators and activists.
00:22:44.000And what we got to do is move on as fast as we can to things we want to talk about, which is deportations, which is wildly popular with Americans, and cracking down on illegal immigrant and immigrant fraud that's happening in this country.
00:22:55.000We just got to pivot back there as fast as humanly possible.
00:23:13.000I believe that Tom Homan is the perfect man for the job.
00:23:16.000And Blake, you made this point earlier.
00:23:18.000Messaging discipline, there's nobody better than experience.
00:23:21.000And it's a fine thing to navigate because they are in that position where you do need to change what the narrative is around it, but you can't retreat.
00:23:32.000You certainly can't make it look like they won.
00:23:35.000And I think it's actually paying dividends that we have multiple sort of famous immigration hawks within DHS such that you can swap out personnel without making it look like a total teardown.
00:24:29.000And these young women apparently took up a selfie with some ICE officers, apparently in support, and they instantly got harassed and chased by activists.
00:24:39.000So this is my whole point with this, this, what we're seeing in Minneapolis.
00:25:17.000And apparently there's some other video that's coming out right now, Alex, that shows that he had an interaction with ICE about a week before.
00:25:24.000He's claiming that he was tackled by ICE officers or whatever.
00:25:42.000Because first of all, you're not a legal alien evading arrest, and you're not a white leftist, well-funded protester who's not really a protester, really an activist who's armed, who's showing up to agitate.
00:25:53.000The problem is, is that when people like Tim Walz and people like Jacob Fry actually has acknowledged at least that there's Somali fraud going on, he's at least said for whatever reason that, yeah, there is some bad stuff happening here to his credit.
00:26:21.000The most important thing here is that for all of us to understand is that we cannot be perceived as weak because our eye on the ball needs to be that we are going to make America more affordable.
00:26:35.000What they're doing is they're trying to deliberately stop the enforcement of our laws because they know a lawless society is better for them politically.
00:26:40.000And we've got to be able to explain that to people in an efficient and effective way.
00:26:45.000And we've got to cut through the noise, which I think we can do, especially when they're running so far to the extreme where they're calling Stephen Miller.
00:26:53.000Rick Wilson from the Lincoln Project was saying Stephen Miller needs to be hung.
00:26:56.000He seriously needs to be hung in public.
00:26:59.000You had that crazy guy with the pink P-word hat on on CNN yesterday who was talking about how they're going to put people in ovens.
00:27:06.000That level of extremity, we need to use that to our advantage to point out that these people are truly radical and they have no sense of common sense.
00:28:15.000So they get some casualties, then they play victim.
00:28:18.000The martyring part is really essential because I don't know what was in Alex Predi's heart, but I know that if he was trying to commit suicide by ICE, he would have not behaved any differently.
00:28:29.000That's exactly how he behaved is in a way that was designed so that he would get killed and then he would become a martyr.
00:28:53.000But they're there deployed to try to enforce what's clearly immigration violations that's taking place in the area.
00:28:59.000And so their lives can be made difficult when these media cycles play out the way they have, because what's happened now is this is penetrated in the broader culture.
00:29:08.000People are not following shows like this or content like ours, people who are just casual observers of the news.
00:29:18.000They don't hear any sort of corrections that take place.
00:29:20.000And that is something where we need to be very conscious.
00:29:22.000And I think President Trump is, to be honest with you.
00:29:25.000Yeah, I mean, Blake, I'd love your thoughts on this because, you know, you have been advocating for less, I guess, boisterous, performative tweeting from DHS.
00:29:37.000What you want here is what the base wants is they want proof that it's working.
00:29:42.000And for a lot of people, like the boisterous stuff, the performative stuff, it's kind of a way of showing like, hey, we're serious about this.
00:31:39.000I'm just getting details on some breaking news here that Alex Predi who was shot in Minneapolis and died this past weekend, had an earlier incident.
00:31:49.000He stopped his car after observing ICE agents chasing what he described as a family on foot, began shouting, blowing his whistle.
00:31:56.000And then he later told the same sources that five agents tackled him and one leaned on his back, appearing to break his rib.
00:32:24.000I don't know what to necessarily make of that, but obviously this was a person that was devoting his life and his time to confronting law enforcement, to stopping ICE.
00:32:34.000The definition of an anti-ICE organizer.
00:33:35.000White Christians are so oppressed in this country.
00:33:37.000And it should come as no surprise to anyone that of this cult that I'm talking about, white evangelicals, I think over 80% went and voted triple Trumped.
00:33:48.000This person is basically, it's if you read about like the Rwanda genocide, there's a thing called Hutu Radio.
00:33:57.000And Hutu Radio is basically just this radio station that broadcasts constant anti-Tutsi propaganda that, you know, called them cockroaches, things like that.
00:34:06.000And this woman just feels like that for, well, white evangelical Christian America.
00:34:14.000Like a lot of that is just insane lies.
00:34:17.000And she does it non-stop all the time.
00:34:20.000Like she's kind of, she's the final boss of awfuls, as it were.
00:34:28.000And, oh, man, we're probably going to be stuck with her a long time.
00:34:31.000But she's a lunatic, like a very, a very hateful lunatic.
00:34:35.000And like, you, you can just tell like this woman, this woman would be like having that incredibly sinister grin of hers as she funnels you into a gas chamber or whatever.
00:34:46.000She's good at the otherizing language.
00:35:26.000Obviously, she disagrees, but I'm just very pro of her saying this stuff publicly because if people want to hold up this person who is so unappealing, is so unconvincing, is so angry and so petty as a champion of their values.
00:35:40.000This is the thing is that when you look at their slate of spokespeople right now, the tampoon Timmy Walls, I mean, these people are so unlikable.
00:35:50.000They're so full of baloney that I think that it is just a remarkable opportunity for the rest of us, especially happy warriors in the Christian faith in particular, to stand up and say, We're not going to tolerate any of this and we're going to beat it.
00:36:02.000You know what struck me with that clip is she, you could you could insert LGBTQ, you could insert black America, you could insert any of their preferred victim groups, their marginalized groups, their special interest groups, and that would be 100% true of basically any leftist flavor of the week.
00:36:21.000And she, so it just strikes me as this massive projection.
00:36:24.000And to your point, Christians are the best of this country.
00:36:29.000Yeah, we make mistakes, but you try having an America without Christianity and it will fail.
00:36:34.000The country that she's enjoying, the country that she's blessed to be in, whether she acknowledges it or not, is a blessing because it is good.
00:36:44.000This is something Charlie talked about so much, so much.
00:36:47.000That is what makes America great, actually, is how great its people are.
00:36:51.000To look at this at a literal point where she says that evangelical Christianity is a cancer and these are the worst people in the country.
00:36:59.000Well, they're the worst because they're threatening to her because we tend to vote conservative.
00:37:04.000And that's the main thing to understand is that we people of faith believe that God is above all else, God, family, and then maybe politics is third for us.
00:37:13.000Maybe it's fourth behind career, stuff like that.
00:37:16.000But for the left right now, it's politics above all else.
00:37:19.000They believe that politics is their guiding principle and the ends justify the means in order for them to achieve political victory.
00:37:26.000And just note that if there is a group of people who are God-fearing, who pay their taxes, who are not criminals, who do a lot of volunteer work, who give a lot to charity, they do not care if you don't support their guy politically.
00:37:40.000If you support the opposite side, the Donald Trump side, then you are inherently bad and wrong.
00:37:45.000And it's very important to understand that because there's not a lot of a place where we can agree.
00:37:50.000There's a huge amount of daylight between the two positions in this country.
00:37:55.000And that's relatively new where there's such a big gulf.
00:37:59.000We actually talked about this in our conversation, Alex, and this is the Charlie Kirk show.
00:38:03.000So we're going to play a clip of Charlie talking about just this: 345.
00:38:07.000John Adams seamlessly said the Constitution was only written for a moral, religious people.
00:38:11.000It was wholly inadequate for the people of any other.
00:38:13.000The body politic of America was so Christian and was so Protestant that our form and structure of government was built for the people that believed in Christ our Lord.
00:38:21.000One of the reasons we're living through a constitutional crisis is that we no longer have a Christian nation, but we have a Christian form of government, and they're incompatible.
00:38:29.000So you cannot have liberty if you do not have a Christian population.
00:38:58.000Yeah, I'm optimistic that with the message of Charlie, with what you guys are carrying forward, what I'm trying to do, and so many others like us, that this will just fuel people to get focused.
00:39:07.000You play this clip to someone who's not a hardcore leftist and they say, this woman is completely insane.
00:39:12.000I don't want anything to do with anything she's associated with.
00:39:15.000So that's why I'm going to keep playing clips like this myself.
