00:00:14.000 If the most important thing for you is just feeling good, you're going to end up miserable.
00:00:19.000 But if the most important thing is doing good, you'll end up purposeful.
00:00:24.000 College is a scam, everybody.
00:00:26.000 You got to stop sending your kids to college.

00:00:43.000 And I encourage you to do the same.
00:00:45.000 Here I am, Lord Musemy.
00:00:48.000 Buckle up, everybody.
00:00:49.000 Here we go.
00:00:56.000 The Charlie Kirk Show is proudly sponsored by Preserve Gold, the leading gold and silver experts and the only precious metals company I recommend to my family, friends, and viewers.
00:01:09.000 All right, welcome to the Charlie Kirk Show.
00:01:11.000 It is January 23rd, 2026.
00:01:15.000 Blake Neff, welcome.
00:01:17.000 Good morning.
00:01:17.000 Howdy.
00:01:18.000 We are joined right off the top here by Representative Eli Crane, a great American, a great patriot.
00:01:24.000 He's fighting hard for us in the House of Representatives in D.C. Welcome back to the show, Congressman.
00:01:30.000 So much to get to.
00:01:31.000 Honored to have you.
00:01:33.000 Thanks for having me on, guys.
00:01:34.000 I really appreciate it.
00:01:35.000 Yeah, absolutely.
00:01:36.000 There is so much congressional news.
00:01:38.000 It's tough to know where to start.
00:01:39.000 I'm going to start with, however, some of the breaking news this morning.
00:01:43.000 There is a kill switch piece of legislation where the government can apparently just turn off your car.
00:01:50.000 Am I understanding this right, Congressman?
00:01:52.000 And yet, a number of Republicans voted with Democrats to keep this piece of legislation moving forward.
00:01:57.000 Tell us about it.
00:01:58.000 Yeah, obviously we've been trying to get back to regular order here and vote through the appropriations bills, which we're supposed to every year.
00:02:07.000 As you guys know, it usually doesn't happen.
00:02:10.000 We usually fund the government through an omnibus or a CR.
00:02:14.000 So I am glad to see that the House is actually moving in regular order.
00:02:19.000 What I'm not glad to see is the House basically buying Democrat votes and allowing a lot of these Democrat amendments in.
00:02:28.000 And it's never good to see Republicans voting for stuff like this.
00:02:33.000 I think it is exposing the American people get to see where individual members of Congress stand on certain issues.
00:02:40.000 And I can't even imagine why any Republican member of the House would vote to allow kill switches in vehicles so that the government or some agency can shut off your car if they don't like what you're doing.
00:02:54.000 You said buying votes, buying Democrat votes.
00:02:57.000 Explain that for us and our audience a little bit.
00:02:59.000 How does that trade work?
00:03:01.000 Yeah, so basically, the leadership knows that if they put stuff in these appropriations bills, regardless of which one it is, that isn't righteous, it's not good, Republican, conservative, America first policy, then there's, you know, 10, 15, 20 of us that are going to take the bill down until they make those changes.
00:03:24.000 So what they do is, is that they go over to the Democrats and say, how much, you know, what's it going to cost for your vote on this non-Republican bill?
00:03:34.000 And then that's how the trades and the deals are made.
00:03:38.000 Well, I think I speak for the entirety of this audience to say that this is offensive to us that we would be giving over our own freedoms, our own control, our own agencies just to buy a few votes from Democrats.
00:03:51.000 Congressman, there's so much more to get to with you.
00:03:53.000 So I want to keep make, I want to make sure we're moving quickly here.
00:03:56.000 There was also another vote that you were raising a lot of hay about regarding the National Endowment for Democracy, otherwise known as NED.
00:04:06.000 It's a Reagan-era program.
00:04:08.000 Why were you fighting so hard against it?
00:04:10.000 What do we need to know?
00:04:11.000 What does NED actually do?
00:04:13.000 Yeah, so NED was obviously started under Ronald Reagan.
00:04:17.000 And when you look at just the title of it, it sounds virtuous, right?
00:04:21.000 You know, basically National Endowment for Democracy.
00:04:24.000 Its goal was to promote democracy around the world.
00:04:27.000 But what it's turned out, it's not what it started as.
00:04:30.000 It's what it's become.
00:04:32.000 And I want to thank investigative independent journalists like Mike Benz, who have been raising this issue for a long time and educating people to what NED has become.
00:04:43.000 And it's become a global censorship arm.
00:04:48.000 It's used in color revolutions all over the world.
00:04:53.000 It's been used to censure, you know, censor American people organizations, conservative organizations.
00:04:59.000 And, you know, it's basically been weaponized against the American people.
00:05:03.000 And so that's something that if you don't set a precedent, if we don't set a precedent up here and say, if you guys continue to behave this way, we're going to defund you or quit giving you money.
00:05:13.000 What do you guys think is going to happen?
00:05:15.000 Now, obviously, we're not as worried that this administration is going to do that to the American people.
00:05:21.000 But what happens when the balance of power shifts?
00:05:23.000 A Democrat comes back into the White House, Democrats take over the House, the Senate, you're going to see the same types of things because once again, Republicans have proven that they have no backbone, just vote with leadership and don't really dive into these bills and what they actually do.
00:05:42.000 Yeah, how much money is Ned getting?
00:05:44.000 And how many Republicans went for it?
00:05:47.000 It's getting a little over $300 million.
00:05:50.000 And I think we had 81 Republicans vote for this bill.
00:05:53.000 And I will say that I think some of the members probably didn't do research on it, but there were plenty of them that were on the floor of the House when we were debating this bill.
00:06:03.000 I had myself, Ana Paulina Luna, Scott Perry, Andy Biggs, who's running for governor in Arizona, all advocating with me that we should be defunding this organization.
00:06:15.000 So many of them heard the debate.
00:06:17.000 They didn't care because they, quite frankly, don't care what's best for the American people.
00:06:23.000 And so, you know, I think the best thing about our efforts here, even though we failed to defund Ned, was we got to expose a lot of these Republicans.
00:06:31.000 And this is where now it's in the American people's hands.
00:06:34.000 The people that are listening to this show right now, go find that list.
00:06:37.000 If your member was on the list, have a conversation with them.
00:06:41.000 You know, talk to somebody who's running against them in office.
00:06:45.000 You know, give them a donation because if we don't get these people out of here, we're going to continue to see the same, you know, uniparty, swampy system continue to move forward regardless of what the American people think.
00:06:58.000 Yeah, the vote was 81 Republicans voted with Democrats to fund Ned to the tune of hundreds of millions of dollars that will be used for God knows what if Democrats ever get power again.
00:07:10.000 Congressman, I want to shift our attention over here.
00:07:13.000 And I just want to say again, you're doing an amazing job.
00:07:15.000 If the people of Arizona are not hearing this loud and clear, we have your back.
00:07:19.000 I mean, the fact that you're on the right side of all these issues, Congressman, speaks volumes about your character and how hard you're fighting for the state of Arizona.
00:07:26.000 And we're proud to stand with you.
00:07:29.000 We have a video here that just came out from Arizona's Attorney General Chris Mays.
00:07:34.000 And I'm going to play it because it should make your skin boil, your skin crawl and your blood boil.
00:07:42.000 This is scary stuff, which she's suggesting.
00:07:44.000 She's saying, because of Arizona's standard ground laws, that people might have an opportunity to actually attack ICE agents.
00:07:51.000 Play 449.
00:07:53.000 If there are confrontations between residents and ICE agents like we've seen in other cities, Mays is concerned they could turn deadly because of Arizona's so-called stand-your-ground law.
00:08:04.000 That makes Arizona very, very different from almost every other state where this buildup is happening, Bram, is that we're a stand-your-ground state.
00:08:16.000 But to be clear, you're not telling folks you have license that you are threatened to shoot a peace officer.
00:08:23.000 No, but again, if you're being attacked by someone who is not identified as a peace officer, how do you know?
00:08:32.000 That's one reason Mays is demanding that ICE agents remove their masks.
00:08:37.000 If somebody comes at me wearing a mask and I can't tell whether they're a police officer, what am I supposed to do?
00:08:45.000 That is why this is so incredibly incendiary.
00:08:49.000 Your reaction, Eli Crane.
00:08:51.000 You know, guys, this reminded me a lot of the video that Senator Mark Kelly made several months back to sow chaos in our military.
00:09:00.000 And I see the same thing going on with our own Attorney General right now.
00:09:03.000 Let's be honest.
00:09:04.000 We've all seen the videos of ICE in Minnesota, Chicago, all over the country.
00:09:10.000 Not only are these guys, she talks about wearing a mask.
00:09:15.000 All of them are wearing badges on their uniforms.
00:09:20.000 And if you comply with their orders, they don't threaten you at all, right?
00:09:25.000 The message from the Attorney General should be the message that most of us that grew up in a good home got.
00:09:30.000 Hey, comply with law enforcement officers.
00:09:33.000 And if they make a mistake, we'll handle it after the fact, you know, in the judicial branch, right?
00:09:44.000 In the courts.
00:09:45.000 But this is what Democrats are doing all over the country.
00:09:48.000 They start these massive problems, all of them voting and supporting these wide open southern borders, which we all know let in 15 to 20 million illegal aliens.
00:10:00.000 The American people gave the president a mandate in re-electing him into office to go and arrest criminals.
00:10:11.000 Candles were lit on Bondi Beach by families, by children, by people of faith to celebrate a festival of light, a festival from Bible times, one that Jesus himself celebrated.
00:10:22.000 People gathered with hope, seeking unity and comfort in tradition.
00:10:25.000 But instead of light, there was darkness, violence, fear, hatred showing itself at a time meant for prayer and rejoicing.
00:10:33.000 Times like this remind us that even with the ceasefire in Israel, Jewish people are being targeted simply because of their faith.
00:10:40.000 And times like this remind us why the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews exists, to stand in the gap, providing safety and security to God's people.
00:10:49.000 The fellowship brings together Christians and Jews to be a light to suffering Jews in Israel, the former Soviet Union, or wherever the needs are greatest.
00:10:57.000 Together, we can make a real difference in the lives of those who need hope the most.
00:11:01.000 Your gift today will help provide the security that God's people so desperately need.
00:11:05.000 Visit urgentifcj.org.
00:11:07.000 That's one word, urgentifcj.org, or call now at 866-338-IFCJ.
00:11:14.000 That's 866-338-4325.
00:11:21.000 Blake, the floor is yours with Representative Eli Crane.
00:11:23.000 Yeah, Representative, we're really, we want to keep flogging this A.G. Mays thing.
00:11:29.000 We've discussed on this show quite a bit that there seems to be this will on the Democrats to engineer situations that will lead to violence, that will lead to crises, so that they can use it to continue indicting ICE.
00:11:43.000 It's really hard for me to not see what the Attorney General said as she kind of, she wants someone to shoot at ICE so then they can posture and say, look what they did.
00:11:54.000 Look what they did by trying to enforce immigration laws.
00:11:56.000 The only thing we can do to fix this is to stop enforcing them.
00:11:59.000 Do you have the same read on things, Representative?
00:12:02.000 I do, Blake.
00:12:02.000 And, you know, I'm reminded of a quote: the issue is never the issue.
00:12:07.000 The issue is always revolution.
00:12:09.000 And when you see what these guys want to do to the United States and turn it into this, you know, top-down governmental control, socialistic, communistic, you know, country, you know, they've got to do it in a certain way.
00:12:24.000 And I think that's why you always see them trying to tear down our institutions, undermine the integrity of our laws, law enforcement that's got to go in and clean up the messes of the Democrat Party.
00:12:36.000 And this is just one more instance of that.
00:12:40.000 I think it's very dangerous, but I'm not surprised to see it.
00:12:44.000 And, you know, I just, you know, my prayers go out to these law enforcement officers who are just doing their jobs, trying to remove, you know, criminals from our streets, have a very dangerous job.
00:12:57.000 And then you got the Attorney General of Arizona basically, you know, wink-wink, trying to give, you know, some signal to, you know, citizens in Arizona or illegals in Arizona that, hey, you don't really have to comply if you feel threatened.
00:13:12.000 You can stand your ground.
00:13:13.000 And I think it's extremely dangerous.
00:13:16.000 And I wouldn't be surprised to see it lead to, you know, another issue in Arizona like we saw in Minnesota and then riots and chaos break out in our streets.
00:13:27.000 And we'd be remiss not to mention this is a woman.
00:13:29.000 She's governing like a Leninist or something.
00:13:33.000 And this is a woman who won by a margin of 0.01%, not even 300 votes.
00:13:38.000 That was the difference in her race with Abe Hamade, not even getting into any potential misconduct, but that's how close it was.
00:13:46.000 And we might literally see ICE agents who die because of that outcome, who die because we have an AG in this state who goes around saying, oh, you know, yeah, if you shoot at ICE agents, it might be perfectly reasonable.
00:13:58.000 Well, it begs the question, Congressman.
00:14:00.000 You see this in Virginia right now, something we've talked about on the show a lot.
00:14:04.000 They got a 6% margin for Kamala.
00:14:07.000 She won Virginia by six points.
00:14:08.000 We won Arizona by six points with President Trump.
00:14:11.000 They are governing with an iron fist.
00:14:15.000 They are ruthlessly efficient, exacting their agenda.
00:14:19.000 Why aren't Republicans in league with Democrats on a kill switch, on NED, on so many other things?
00:14:25.000 Why do we not have the same ruthlessness when it comes to governing that our Democrat colleagues do?
00:14:32.000 I think the most basic way to put it is because representing the American people and what they want is not the biggest priority for a lot of politicians in Washington, D.C. Holding on to power, winning re-election, climbing the ladder, getting into leadership, and skyrocketing your political career by working with the Uniparty.
00:14:56.000 That is the goal for many of these individuals up here.
00:14:59.000 And so they could quite frankly care less what the American people think.
00:15:04.000 And you guys know how much money is involved in politics.
00:15:07.000 There's a couple of ways you can skin that cat.
00:15:10.000 You can work with all the lobbyists, donors, special interest group to fund your campaigns so that you can achieve that goal, or you can do what I've done and what many of my colleagues in the House Freedom Caucus have done and fight for the American people and the agenda that they supported under the president.
00:15:29.000 And then hope that people that aren't special interest lobbying groups, et cetera, step up and support you so that you can stay up here and do it.
00:15:38.000 But I will tell you guys, I've never really cared if I lose re-election.
00:15:44.000 I don't like this job.
00:15:45.000 I never wanted to be a politician.
00:15:48.000 You know, I'd love to spend more time at home with my, you know, my two daughters and my wife.
00:15:53.000 But for me, this is just continued service.
00:15:56.000 And it's, I, I, I just feel too is like a lot of these moderates don't understand what time it is.
00:16:01.000 They don't understand how close we are to losing this country.
00:16:04.000 And so all they do is manage the decline of the country and they don't ever play offense.
00:16:09.000 And that's something that I refuse to join them in.
00:16:13.000 And I, that's one of the reasons I love Turning Point so much.
00:16:16.000 You guys went into the lion's den in academia when many of us thought it was gone decades ago.
00:16:23.000 And that's why I love the fact that you guys are sitting on this panel right now carrying on the legacy of Charlie Kirk and everything, you know, that he started.
00:16:31.000 And I love this organization.
00:16:32.000 I love what you guys are doing.
00:16:33.000 We're in the same fight.
00:16:34.000 We're on the same team.
00:16:35.000 We're just fighting in different arenas.
00:16:40.000 I want us to hit this email.
00:16:41.000 We just got this fresh in the inbox from someone who will remain anonymous.
00:16:45.000 He says, please keep my name anonymous.
00:16:46.000 I am an ICE officer in the Phoenix field office.
00:16:49.000 One of our officers was assaulted last night by protesters.
00:16:53.000 These are professional agitators.
00:16:55.000 They use radios to coordinate blocking our entrance and exits.
00:16:59.000 Last week, they spray painted our gate and our side door.
00:17:02.000 He has a video that we can't view just this moment yet, but he says that we're in a not terribly secured location where we have images and we have images, just some of what they're saying.
00:17:13.000 They said it says one of them says, you slaughter babies, and the other says, ICE kills.
00:17:19.000 This is the environment we're working in where we have an AG agitating people to say, oh, in some situations, it's legal for you to blow an ICE officer's brains out.
00:17:28.000 That is what the AG of this state is saying.
00:17:30.000 She wants a Kent State scenario playing out.
00:17:32.000 She wants to be able to say, look at what they did and to use that as leverage to fight them legally, morally, politically.
00:17:40.000 It's very disgusting.
00:17:42.000 We got a country to save, and there's a lot of bad people that are doing bad things.
00:17:46.000 And I just, we have your back 100%.
00:17:48.000 Thank you for your service, Congressman.
00:17:50.000 I feel what you're saying personally, intimately.
00:17:53.000 There's a lot better lives to choose than being in this fight, but there might not be one with more purpose.
00:17:59.000 And we all take it on the chin when we step into this arena.
00:18:03.000 So God bless you.
00:18:04.000 Thank you so much.
00:18:05.000 We'll talk to you soon.
00:18:06.000 Thank you guys.
00:18:10.000 Hey, guys, if you've been a faithful Kirk podcast listener for any amount of time, then you've probably already heard about Strong Cell.
00:18:16.000 It was Charlie's favorite supplement.
00:18:18.000 If you want to deal with your brain fog, fatigue, lack of energy, or constant illness, then you have to try Strong Cell.
00:18:24.000 People always ask Charlie how he's able to keep his mind so sharp and his energy up.
00:18:28.000 And Strong Cell was his go-to every day.
00:18:31.000 I traveled the country with Charlie, watching people ask him time and again if he really believed in Strong Cell.
00:18:37.000 And I loved watching him tell him, yes, he loved it and he used it.
00:18:41.000 And he made us all believers too here at the Charlie Kirk show.
00:18:43.000 Strong Cell uses a proprietary delivery of NEDH to make sure it goes straight to your cells to help your mitochondria.
00:18:51.000 And since there are cells in every area of your body, then healthier cells equals a healthier you.

00:19:18.000 Check it out right now.
00:19:22.000 All right.
00:19:22.000 So we've got Tyler Boyer.
00:19:24.000 He's supposed to be joining us.
00:19:25.000 He told me he got, he's literally working the phones.
00:19:27.000 We're building the red wall.
00:19:29.000 It's a really, really big deal and a big initiative, and we're hiring for it.
00:19:34.000 And so we want to tell you guys all about that.
00:19:36.000 And when you have a conversation like we just had with Eli Crane, you realize how important it is that we are electing the right Republicans.
00:19:45.000 You've got to elect the right Republicans.
00:19:47.000 We do a whole endorsement thing at turning point action.
00:19:49.000 We need fighters that will make our elected leaders, just as Charlie always said, we want elected leaders, Blake, or remember this, that are as conservative as their voters, that are as dedicated to this country as our voters.
00:20:03.000 In the meantime, we've got JD Vance is at the March for Life.
00:20:07.000 Let's go ahead and just tune in there for one second while we're waiting for Tyler and get a flavor for what JD said.
00:20:14.000 Let me just say, my friends, that we have to be clear.
00:20:18.000 We cannot be neutral.
00:20:19.000 Our country cannot be indifferent about whether its next generations live or die.
00:20:25.000 Because think about it.
00:20:27.000 What ultimately gives meaning and life to the United States of America, this is not a new question.
00:20:35.000 Every civilization has been forced to answer it.
00:20:39.000 You march today, we march today, because you have an answer to this question about what kind of civilization we are and about what kind of civilization we're going to become in the future.
00:20:53.000 I read an article some time ago.
00:20:55.000 It was about classic archaeology, of all things.
00:20:58.000 And one particular piece of information has haunted me.
00:21:03.000 That one of the telltale signs of an ancient brothel in the pagan world was that you'd always find a large number of baby skeletons nearby.
00:21:14.000 A lot of baby skeletons.
00:21:16.000 And those bones predominantly belong to boys.
00:21:21.000 Because unlike little girls, those boys would be of no use to the future adults who were running those brothels.
00:21:30.000 Now, this is shocking to us because we grew up in a Christian culture and were formed by religious values.
00:21:37.000 Even those of us who aren't particularly faithful, it's a shocking thing to hear.
00:21:42.000 But we have to remember that in the ancient pagan world, discarding children was routine.
00:21:50.000 From the skeletons in brothels to the child sacrifice of the Mayans, the mark of barbarism is that we treat babies like inconveniences to be discarded rather than the blessings to cherish that they are.
00:22:08.000 But the inheritance of our civilization is something else.
00:22:13.000 The fact that a scripture tells us each life is fearfully and wonderfully made by our creator.
00:22:26.000 The march for life, my friends, it's not just about a political issue as important as all this politics stuff is.
00:22:33.000 It is about whether we will remain a civilization under God or whether we ultimately return to the paganism that dominated the past.
00:22:43.000 Today, the far left in this country tells our young people that marriage and children are obstacles, that it's irresponsible, even immoral, because of climate change or some other reason to encourage our young people to raise a family.
00:22:57.000 They tell us that life itself is a burden.
00:23:01.000 But we here at this march, we know that it's a lie.
00:23:05.000 We know that life is a gift.
00:23:13.000 We know that babies are precious because we know them and we love them and we see the way that they can transform our families.
00:23:24.000 We know that family is not just the source of a great joy, but it's part of God's design for men and women, a design that extends outward from the family to our neighborhoods, to our communities, and to the United States of America itself.
00:23:45.000 And we know, we here know, that treating everyone with dignity isn't always easy.
00:23:51.000 It's not always convenient, but it's the right thing to do.
00:23:59.000 We know that the people telling our young men and women that discarding family and children is a form of liberation, we know that those people are telling a lie.
00:24:10.000 And so to our fellow Americans, we march in part to serve as a witness.
00:24:16.000 To our fellow Americans, we say, you're never going to find great meaning in a cubicle or in front of a computer screen, but you will find great meaning if you dedicate yourself to the creation and sustenance of human life.
00:24:35.000 Now, I must address an elephant in the room, and I've heard the guy over here talking about it.
00:24:43.000 A fear, a fear that some of you have that not enough progress has been made, that not enough has happened in the political arena, that we're not going fast enough, that our politics have failed to answer the clarion call to life that this march represents and that all of us, I believe, hold in our hearts.
00:25:03.000 And I want you to know that I hear you and that I understand.
00:25:07.000 There will inevitably be debates within this movement.
00:25:10.000 We love each other, but we're going to have open conversations about how best to use our political system to advance life, how prudential we must be in the cause of advancing human life.
00:25:22.000 I think these are good, honest, and natural debates.
00:25:26.000 And frankly, they're not just good for all of you, they help keep people like me honest, and that's an important thing.
00:25:37.000 But I think all of us also have to remember that we are commanded to let not our hearts be troubled.
00:25:44.000 Because I look at this crowd and I see young people for whom Dobbs is the only world they've ever known.
00:25:55.000 And I see people with just a little bit more gray in their hair who for 50 years toiled to live in a country where questions of life would be answered by we the people rather than tyrants and rogues.
00:26:10.000 All of us have heard their stories.
00:26:13.000 They've heard of the movement betrayed of taking one step forward and then two steps back and then three steps forward after that.
00:26:21.000 They know stories of heartbreak and of triumph.
00:26:24.000 Some of them I've known very personally from ballot issues that I fought very hard for, some of which have gone the right way and some of which have gone the wrong way.
00:26:33.000 And I remember friends of mine who spent their entire lives fighting for the unborn without ever seeing the victories that have accumulated in recent years.
00:26:43.000 My friends, I'd ask you to look where the fight for life stood just one decade ago.
00:26:50.000 And now look where it stands today.
00:26:59.000 We have made tremendous strides over the last year and we're going to continue to make strides over the next three years to come.
00:27:09.000 But I'm a realist.
00:27:10.000 I know that there is still much road ahead to travel together.
00:27:15.000 Take heart.
00:27:17.000 Take heart in how far we've come, but don't lose sight of why we march.
00:27:22.000 And so long as you are out there marching for life, I hope you know that the Vice President of the United States will march with you.
00:27:29.000 God bless you all, and thanks for having me.
00:27:34.000 Vice President JD Vance was bringing it.
00:27:38.000 I love this, by the way, this clip.
00:27:40.000 I have to play it back for you because we didn't take it.
00:27:43.000 He said this before we took the feed.
00:27:45.000 But obviously, many of you know that JD Vance and Usha Vance are expecting their fourth child.
00:27:51.000 And JD Vance wants the record to show that he practices what he preaches, 479.
00:27:56.000 Now, some of you may remember that in my remarks last year, I told you all that one of the things I most wanted in the United States of America was more families and more babies.
00:28:11.000 So let the record show you have a vice president who practices what he preaches.
00:28:24.000 Hi, folks.
00:28:25.000 Andrew Colvett here.
00:28:26.000 I'd like to tell you about my friends over at YReFi.

00:29:16.000 Just go to YReFi.com and tell them your friend Andrew sent you.
00:29:23.000 We are joined by Tyler Boyer, COO of Turning Point Action, and really the architect of a lot of our ballot chasing initiatives, our ballot.
00:29:31.000 Well, I wouldn't say harvesting.
00:29:32.000 We don't really do that in our states we're working in, right?
00:29:34.000 But really the field game, the machine, building out the machine at Turning Point Action.
00:29:40.000 Wanted to have him on today to describe that.
00:29:42.000 We're coming up against a minute break.
00:29:44.000 So in the interim, I just want to say that Tyler and I have been practicing what the vice president is preaching, but Blake here is still lagging behind.
00:29:55.000 Blake needs to get hitched and start procreating, making babies.
00:29:59.000 I'm going to call the spade a spade.
00:30:01.000 All right.
00:30:02.000 Well, so email us, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:30:05.000 Freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:30:07.000 Let us know if you have somebody that would be the perfect match for Blake Next.
00:30:10.000 Because he is an absolute steal.
00:30:14.000 I promise you.
00:30:15.000 So, Tyler, tell us, this is a massive new initiative.
00:30:18.000 We're launching it this week.
00:30:20.000 We are hiring in two key states.
00:30:22.000 Explain.
00:30:23.000 Yeah, so we've already been, obviously, hitting the ground running in Arizona early on.
00:30:28.000 Again, this was early last year.
00:30:31.000 Charlie Kirk came out and endorsed Andy Biggs for governor in Arizona.
00:30:35.000 He will be the most conservative, greatest governor ever in Arizona.
00:30:40.000 Arizona has been a subject of, obviously, ours.
00:30:43.000 If you've listened to the show, watch the show for ballot chasing.
00:30:46.000 Because the proof is in Arizona, what we did in 2024 was we swung this state the furthest to the right of any of the swing states.
00:30:54.000 Repeat, this was the most successful swing state because of multiple factors, but the prime factor was because of the work that Turning Point Action did.
00:31:05.000 We swarmed the state.
00:31:06.000 Tyler did a great job.
00:31:07.000 We hired a ton of ballot chasers.
00:31:10.000 And we won the state by almost six points.
00:31:12.000 We have a great team, and we had the greatest outcome with, and that's because low propensity voters were targeted with a full, completely filled-out field staff.
00:31:23.000 And we have an incredible team across Arizona.
00:31:25.000 We kept those people in place, and we hired up, scaled up again for this election cycle.
00:31:31.000 So, repeat, we had the most, so it was like Arizona was the, we threw the kitchen sink at it.
00:31:36.000 We were in other states, but Arizona, we threw the kitchen sink at it.
00:31:39.000 That's right.
00:31:40.000 And we kept those people in place.
00:31:42.000 That's right.
00:31:42.000 Permanent field army.
00:31:44.000 Permanent infrastructure is what we call it.
00:31:46.000 And so the plan was we scaled back and we said, okay, or we didn't scale back.
00:31:51.000 We stepped back and we said, okay, what do we need to do to scale up in other states to prepare for 2028?
00:31:57.000 We looked at the map.
00:32:00.000 The best way through the blue wall because we know that's the strategy the left's going to take.
00:32:05.000 The left has basically two strategies.
00:32:06.000 One is try to fracture the South in Georgia and North Carolina.
00:32:11.000 We see that happening right now, what they're doing in the Senate race in North Carolina and the Senate race in Georgia.
00:32:17.000 And then, you know, obviously they just need to win at least one, if not multiples of the blue wall, which is Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan.
00:32:24.000 The best way to make it so that they can't win by just winning the blue wall on a national scale in 2028 is by winning Nevada and New Hampshire and New Hampshire and Arizona with Arizona and continuing with Arizona.
00:32:40.000 So this week we are happy and pleased to announce we've launched full hiring, opening up offices in both New Hampshire and Nevada.
00:32:47.000 We're putting our money where our mouth is.
00:32:51.000 I spent all day with our team.
00:32:53.000 Lacey and our team is incredible knocking out tons of interviews.
00:32:59.000 We have great people that we're hiring in both of those states and offices opening, laying the groundwork for 2028.
00:33:06.000 But also back ending in 2026, because we have a Senate race that's winnable in New Hampshire.
00:33:11.000 It's the closest blue state that is flippable in addition to Michigan and Georgia.
00:33:18.000 And then you have in Nevada and really important governor's race and keeping Joe Lombardo the governor through 2028.
00:33:26.000 Yeah, I mean, this is a huge initiative, huge, huge, huge initiative.
00:33:30.000 So we are hiring up.
00:33:31.000 So where do people go if they want to apply for a job?
00:33:34.000 Yeah, tpaction.com/slash careers.
00:33:36.000 That's tpaction.com/slash careers.
00:33:39.000 The graphic is up.
00:33:40.000 tpaction.com slash careers.
00:33:42.000 Follow us at anywhere that you can get consumed turning point action content.
00:33:45.000 We're going to be hiring, hiring, hiring hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of full-time people in each of these states.
00:33:52.000 Arizona, New Hampshire, Nevada.
00:33:54.000 Yeah.
00:33:55.000 And so I think there's often a question about why are we not in other states?
00:34:01.000 We are going to be.
00:34:02.000 So explain that because I think some people want turning point action to do all 50 states.
00:34:08.000 They want us to fight on every congressional race.
00:34:10.000 And on some level, we can.
00:34:12.000 There's endorsements.
00:34:13.000 There's, you know, we'll interview them here.
00:34:15.000 There's volunteers.
00:34:16.000 There's the app.
00:34:17.000 The answer is simple.
00:34:18.000 The answer is we want to do it properly in as many states as we can, not just be in as many states as we can.
00:34:25.000 I wish we had the resources.
00:34:26.000 Properly, you need a certain amount of people, a certain amount of money, a certain amount of infrastructure, a certain amount of time.
00:34:32.000 Yeah, we would love to get to a place where we are scaled to every state.
00:34:37.000 But we have full-time staff in 10 of the most important key target states.
00:34:41.000 We're the only national organization on the right that has full-time staff in all 10 states.
00:34:46.000 And then in addition to that, you brought up swing states, swing districts within swing states.
00:34:51.000 So there are congressional districts that are at play that are really important that are in some states that it's difficult to fund people for.
00:35:00.000 A good example of that is we had a swingy situation in Alaska.
00:35:07.000 You have a really important one in Maine.
00:35:10.000 You have a handful of important congressional races in New York and California.
00:35:17.000 We organize around the turning, you brought up the Turning Point Action application, so anyone can download the Turning Point Action application and get to work to help out in those states.
00:35:27.000 And we also have a huge volunteer army that we're wanting to support and continue to grow.
00:35:33.000 But we're also leading by example to Blake's points because we can't be everywhere is show people how to do the work that we're doing in these specific key target states so then they can help build their own operations in their own states.
00:35:45.000 And so we're working together with national organizations across the country to help fortify these individual places.
00:35:53.000 We're focused predominantly this early ahead of the election, putting as many bodies on the ground so we can win and set up for success, not just in 2026, but also 2028.
00:36:03.000 Yeah.
00:36:04.000 I mean, it's huge work.
00:36:05.000 I mean, the Senate is going to be tricky.
00:36:08.000 I think we're going to hold the Senate.
00:36:09.000 The real question is, can we hold the House?
00:36:11.000 So we're playing in these swing districts in swing states.
00:36:15.000 We have full-time staff in 10 states.
00:36:17.000 We've endorsed in many of these places.
00:36:19.000 We've endorsed staffing up by the hundreds in New Hampshire, Arizona, and Nevada.
00:36:29.000 Which, by the way, just to underscore Tyler's larger point, if we build a red wall and we hold the states that we've held in the past, which is a big if, admittedly, in Georgia and North Carolina, those are going to be battles, no doubt.
00:36:43.000 But if we hold the Sunbelt and we expand to New Hampshire, we hold Arizona, Nevada, Democrats can't win a national race.
00:36:51.000 So people need to understand the electoral math.
00:36:53.000 That puts us already over 270.
00:36:55.000 They can't win back the White House if we hold ground that we've already held.
00:36:59.000 So that's a big if.
00:37:00.000 It's going to be a big challenge.
00:37:01.000 But listen, at that point, if you win a blue wall state, it's bonus.
00:37:05.000 It's gravy.
00:37:06.000 And so that's what we're trying to do is build permanent infrastructure in the states that matter.
00:37:11.000 New Hampshire is a really interesting case as well because we have a chance to pick up a Senate seat in New Hampshire.
00:37:17.000 A Senate, a potential congressional, at least one congressional seat.
00:37:20.000 Right.
00:37:21.000 You already hold the governorship.
00:37:22.000 You hold conservatives.
00:37:23.000 There's more conservatives than there are legislators.
00:37:25.000 There's more Republicans than Democrats in the state of New Hampshire.
00:37:28.000 The independent vote is the big toss-up.
00:37:30.000 New Hampshire is the only perceivably Democrat-controlled state that has way more Republicans in it than Democrats.
00:37:38.000 And so there's no reason to lose those states.
00:37:41.000 So you have to put the bodies on the ground to chase the votes, to talk to the voters, and get the vote out on election day.
00:37:49.000 If I was a Massachusetts Republican, I would just probably just move.
00:37:52.000 You should.
00:37:53.000 Every Massachusetts Republican, every Vermont Republican should just move right across the border and make New Hampshire a deep red state.
00:37:59.000 New Hampshire, great again.
