00:01:26.000 Okay, it seems like the Ashley Biden diary story is one that just disappeared.
00:01:32.000 Remember, they raided James O'Keefe's apartment over this?
00:01:36.000 Well, our next guest believes that a case brought against a Florida couple or Florida pair proves the Ashley Biden diary is indeed legitimate.
00:01:46.000 And what does that actually mean?
00:01:48.000 Well, joining us right now is Noel Frisch, who is able to unpack this.
00:01:51.000 Noel, welcome to the Charlie Kirk Show.
00:01:53.000 Hey, thanks for having me, Charlie.
00:01:55.000 So, Noel, tell us: is the diary legitimate?
00:01:58.000 And if so, what are the contents of the diary that our audience should be made aware of?
00:02:04.000 Hey, so Charlie, we at National File broke this Ashley Biden diary in October 24th of 2020, ahead of the election, about 10 days ahead of the November 3rd election, which was stolen from President Trump.
00:02:18.000 There are a lot of naysayers out there saying it's not legit.
00:02:22.000 I believe very obviously that a year later, November 10 or 11 of 2021, when the feds raided Mr. O'Keefe's apartment and a couple of his staffers, they proved that the diary was legit right there, right?
00:02:35.000 I think a lot of people sort of recognized that.
00:02:37.000 And then it quieted down for a couple of months.
00:02:40.000 And the New York Times, the busy bees got to work trying to spin this thing in the direction of, oh, it's all about, you know, how the diary was obtained.
00:02:50.000 Well, if the thing that is important is how the diary was obtained, then obviously the diary is legit.
00:02:57.000 It's bona fide.
00:02:58.000 It's proven.
00:02:58.000 The providence is fact.
00:03:00.000 It is Ashley Biden's.
00:03:01.000 Well, there's a New York Times article in March of this year, 2020, in the lead up to this most recent court case that happened, this plea deal, which was worked out in the Southern District of New York, where the New York Times, scribes for the Southern District, just go on and on and on admitting that the diary is real.
00:03:24.000 We can get into that a little bit more later.
00:03:26.000 I think the key thing here, Charlie, is the diary is legit.
00:03:30.000 There's no debating that fact anymore.
00:03:34.000 And in this diary, this is kind of uncomfortable to discuss for some of the viewers.
00:03:40.000 We have in Ashley Biden's handwriting accusations against her father of molestation at his hands when she was eight.
00:03:51.000 She says, quote, and I want to make sure I get it right so I don't mess it up.
00:03:54.000 She says, quote, I was taking not appropriate showers with her father, she says, when she was about eight years old.
00:04:02.000 And she says, quote, was I molested?
00:04:04.000 I think so.
00:04:07.000 Well, now we know why the New York Times is so desperate to make this story about anything other than the contents of the diary.
00:04:16.000 The contents of the diary now very clearly contain allegations of incestuous child abuse and child molestation, sexual molestation of Ashley Blazer Biden by her father, then candidate, but now president Joe Biden, who resides at the White House.
00:04:34.000 Yeah, so there's two separate allegations there.
00:04:36.000 There's the showering with her father, which is just really weird and creepy.
00:04:40.000 And then there's the molestation by family members and all kind of this, you know, written, she says that she's a messed up, messed up sex addict because of it.
00:04:50.000 And, you know, Joe Biden, you know, Hunter Biden's a total mess.
00:04:53.000 And then there's Ashley Biden that's just totally off the reservation here.
00:04:57.000 And so, but let's pinpoint this.
00:04:59.000 This diary is such a threat to the regime that they have to use the very same FBI that raided Mar-a-Lago to raid James O'Keefe's apartment to go get a diary.
00:05:09.000 Is that right, Noel?
00:05:10.000 We're dealing with a government that is willing to use the federal, the force of the federal government for this purpose.
00:05:16.000 And so this is what she wrote really quick.
00:05:18.000 She said, I've always been boy crazy, hypersexualized at a young age.
00:05:21.000 I remember somewhat being sexualized with a family member.
00:05:24.000 I remember having sex with friends at a young age.
00:05:26.000 Showers with my dad, probably not appropriate.
00:05:28.000 Now, look, I don't want to make light of somebody's therapy or private journals or diaries, but her father is the president of the United States.
00:05:35.000 If the father, if the president of the United States is potentially molesting his children, that's something we should know about, isn't it, Noel?
00:05:41.000 That's what I'm here to talk to you guys about today, Charlie.
00:05:44.000 And I appreciate you having me on.
00:05:46.000 Very brave.
00:05:47.000 You're one of the few folks out there that's actually willing to talk about this, even in the conservative media landscape.
00:05:52.000 I hope we can change that a little bit.
00:05:54.000 We're starting to see a little bit of momentum get behind this.
00:05:57.000 It's sordid.
00:05:58.000 It's disgusting.
00:05:59.000 It's depraved.
00:06:02.000 It's morally reprehensible.
00:06:04.000 This degenerate who obviously raised a degenerate of a son and has just these really sadly messed up kids may have potentially defiled his own daughter.
00:06:15.000 Charlie, I can tell you something today here on your air.
00:06:19.000 It's old news, actually, but back in 2007, very oddly, you know, no law gets passed in Delaware without Joe Biden and his attorney general, you know, son making sure that it got passed.
00:06:30.000 They actually passed a law that said that they were changing the statute of limitations on for sex abusers specifically.
00:06:40.000 But it's very interesting.
00:06:41.000 You would think that they would open it up for specifically children victims, child victims of sexual abuse to be able to avoid that statute of limitations.
00:06:51.000 No, actually.
00:06:54.000 Child victims of sexual abuse cannot actually bring suit or case or criminal investigation against their perpetrator of that crime after 2007.
00:07:05.000 So Mr. Biden with that law was actually protected, believe it or not.
00:07:10.000 It's just amazing.
00:07:11.000 But so then, Noel, talk about the government force here, right?
00:07:14.000 So have we ever seen the FBI used to go find a diary?
00:07:18.000 I mean, what the heck is this all about?
00:07:20.000 It's unbelievable, Charlie.
00:07:22.000 So there's a phrase for some of you news geeks like me.
00:07:26.000 Back in the day of the good old Bush days, we would hear this, oh, there's a chilling effect.
00:07:30.000 There's a chilling effect of the media.
00:07:33.000 I don't hear that phrase anymore.
00:07:35.000 I don't hear them, the leftist media, Morning Joe's not talking about the chilling effect.
00:07:38.000 That's absolutely what they're after.
00:07:41.000 They are 100% bringing out the hammer to crack down on anyone who would speak out publicly, work against these criminals, these corrupt politicians who are, you know, just criminal racketeering at this point at a high level between SDNY, DOJ, FBI, and the Democrat Party.
00:08:04.000 So I'm going to shift gears here for a second, Noel, just talk about the midterms.
00:08:07.000 I also want to say National File didn't get the credit it deserved back in the 2020 election, which actually National File did more to help an establishment rhino than McConnell's PAC did when you guys actually uncovered, I think it was Cunningham, that that was his last name.
00:08:22.000 I can't quite remember.
00:08:23.000 The Democrat running for Senate, North Cal Cunningham, right?
00:08:27.000 If that's not mistaken, uncovered his affair, and that totally turned the race in favor of Tom Tillis.
00:08:34.000 And that was thanks to the reporting of National File.
00:08:37.000 Really quick, Noel, what races are you looking at in particular for MAGA America first candidates?
00:08:41.000 I know some primaries went well, some didn't go so well.
00:08:44.000 What are the races you're looking at?
00:08:46.000 Really hoping that we can see some wins in Arizona, where you live.
00:08:51.000 And I hope we can get some wins in Pennsylvania.
00:08:55.000 It's not looking great.
00:08:57.000 Georgia, of course, Herschel.
00:09:00.000 And, you know, guys, it's going to get tough out there.
00:09:03.000 It's really important that the viewers, the listeners, we can't take this stuff for granted.
00:09:08.000 For a year, we've been hearing red wave, red wave, red wave.
00:09:11.000 I hate hearing that stuff.
00:09:13.000 You can't assume you're going to have a red wave.
00:09:15.000 You got to get every family member, every friend, every palate church, everybody you can possibly drag out to the polls.
00:09:23.000 You got to get them out.
00:09:24.000 And we just have to destroy this communist totalitarian takeover of this country at the polls, guys.
00:09:30.000 We have to have everybody involved.
00:09:32.000 I totally agree.
00:09:33.000 Noel, thank you so much.
00:09:34.000 Great reporting at nationalfile.com.
00:09:36.000 And again, I think National File is going to have some big reporting coming into this election cycle.
00:09:41.000 What they did in 20 saved us the North Carolina Senate seat.
00:09:44.000 Even though Tom Tillis has been a huge disappointment on many things, he is National File largely thanked for that.
00:09:50.000 And that's a story that I noticed, and very few other people did, in my opinion.
00:09:53.000 Noel, thank you so much.
00:09:55.000 Thanks, Charlie.
00:09:59.000 Okay, I want to get to a piece of tape here.
00:10:01.000 Let's go to where is Mr. Joe Biden joking about F-15s.
00:10:06.000 I know we have that cut somewhere.
00:10:08.000 As I find it, so basically, Joe Biden has been on a PR campaign recently talking about all sorts of different things.
00:10:15.000 And so he goes off the teleprompter yesterday and says, hey, for all the brave right-wingers that might want to fight the government, you're going to have to fight an F-15 as well.
00:10:26.000 Now, I'm going to tell you, this argument is actually strategically incorrect.
00:10:30.000 We'll talk about that briefly, but then we're going to go into the deeper aspect of this.
00:10:33.000 Play Cut 42.
00:10:34.000 And for those brave right-wing Americans who say it's all about keeping America independent and safe, if you want to fight against the country, you need an F-15.
00:10:47.000 You need something a little more than a gun.
00:10:50.000 Now, first of all, that's a threat.
00:10:53.000 He's trying to tell you that we're going to take guns away.
00:10:57.000 We're going to take your weapons away.
00:10:58.000 And he's also trying to, and he does it rather clumsily, push back against the true intent and the reason for the Second Amendment.
00:11:06.000 The Second Amendment is not there to hunt deer.
00:11:08.000 It's not there for self-defense.
00:11:09.000 The Second Amendment, those things are nice.
00:11:11.000 The Second Amendment is there to protect people's liberties and freedoms against a tyrannical government.
00:11:17.000 One of the only reasons why we are able to remain free and we're able to remain not completely and totally under an authoritarian collectivist administrative state government is because we have weapons.
00:11:31.000 Hong Kong was taken over almost instantaneously by the Chinese Communist Party because they were not an armed people.
00:11:37.000 A stronger country will be able to take over a weaker people or a weaker region if those people have no way to defend themselves.
00:11:44.000 And then also, let me just say how silly and how stupid Joe Biden's argument is.
00:11:48.000 If you needed F-15s to win a war, then why did the Taliban outlast us for 20 years?
00:11:54.000 If you need F-15s to win against a government, how did the Viet Cong exactly outlast us and win in Vietnam?
00:12:03.000 Now, Joe Biden actually didn't think this one through, and they always say, oh, well, you're going to need a rocket launcher.
00:12:07.000 Like, hold on a second.
00:12:08.000 First of all, I'm not going to get into the kind of tactics of what hopefully an unthinkable scenario would be of where our government becomes so tyrannical where we'd have to defend ourselves against it.
00:12:19.000 But if we were, if this is what I hear from people sometimes, they say, Charlie, I agree with you in some part, but it will never happen here.
00:12:28.000 It will never happen here.
00:12:31.000 And then you have to ask the question: why?
00:12:34.000 And then just let the silence absorb the room.
00:12:38.000 They'll say, well, I mean, come on, we have a Constitution.
00:12:42.000 Is our Constitution being followed currently?
00:12:45.000 If the Constitution is no longer adhered to, it's nothing more.
00:12:48.000 It becomes nothing more than a piece of paper.
00:12:51.000 God forbid that ever becomes the case.
00:12:55.000 Oh, because we have a Bill of Rights.
00:12:56.000 Every banana republic has a Bill of Rights.
00:12:59.000 If people don't follow the words on the piece of paper, if they don't follow the promises of separation of powers, consent to the government, natural rights, and an independent judiciary, what exactly is preventing that tyranny?
00:13:10.000 Oh, they say, oh, it'll never happen here.
00:13:12.000 America is a freedom-loving people.
00:13:14.000 How'd that work in COVID?
00:13:16.000 Where we were double-masking our children who now have speech impediments, highly suicidal, alcohol-addicted, and psychiatric drug-addicted?
00:13:22.000 Where is the freedom-loving people when we lock down for nearly a year and a half?
00:13:27.000 Where is the freedom-loving people where right now, schools are still mandating vaccines for children?
00:13:34.000 Where's the freedom-loving people for that?
00:13:36.000 Where is the freedom-loving people when they were arresting pastors and keeping strip clubs open, deeming them essential, and marijuana clinics and liquor stores essential, but places of worship non-essential?
00:13:46.000 Where is the freedom-loving people there?
00:13:48.000 Now, I'm not saying everybody was on board for that.
00:13:50.000 Many of you in the audience fought back against it, but come on.
00:13:53.000 Let's be honest.
00:13:54.000 The vast majority of America during the COVID lockdown taught us that we are far more likely to obey and comply than we would have originally thought.
00:14:06.000 So it will never happen here.
00:14:09.000 Strip yourselves of the American arrogance, tyranny, the destruction of what is beautiful can happen anywhere.
00:14:18.000 And so for Joe Biden listening out there, you're not going to take our 150 million guns away or 200 million guns away.
00:14:24.000 It's not going to happen.
00:14:26.000 And I'll say this clearly, and I've said it before, and I'll say it again.
00:14:29.000 The Second Amendment is not about hunting.
00:14:33.000 The Second Amendment is not about self-defense.
00:14:35.000 The Second Amendment is not about target practice.
00:14:38.000 The Second Amendment is about preventing against the unthinkable.
00:14:42.000 And if you think it never happened before, just read any honest take of the 20th century.
00:14:51.000 How many years have I been telling you about Relief Factor?
00:14:53.000 Pruducer Andrews right here doing an Iron Man thanks to Relief Factor.
00:14:56.000 And truth is, I know there are millions of people.
00:14:59.000 In fact, some say over 100 million people struggling with some kind of pain, maybe from exercise or just getting older.
00:15:04.000 That can do it, getting older, which is why I'm so impressed with the people at relieffactor.com.
00:15:08.000 They are on a mission.
00:15:09.000 You rarely see this kind of focus and commitment.
00:15:11.000 They recently shared with me that they are doubling down and want to literally double their total number of happy customers in the next year.
00:15:17.000 And I believe they'll do it.
00:15:18.000 So here's the deal.
00:15:19.000 If you're struggling with back pain, neck pain, shoulder, hip, or knee pain, even general muscle aches and pain, then I'm suggesting you order their three-week quick start, still discounted, only $19.95.

00:15:41.000 Go to relieffactor.com.
00:15:42.000 That's relieffactor.com.
00:15:44.000 Check it out right now.
00:15:48.000 With us right now is Congressman Andy Biggs.
00:15:50.000 He is from the great state of Arizona, where we are right now.
00:15:53.000 Love Arizona.
00:15:54.000 Arizona is the beachhead.
00:15:55.000 It all comes through Arizona.
00:15:58.000 All the fights for liberty and for freedom go straight through Arizona.
00:16:03.000 And it seems as if there's this new story.
00:16:04.000 House conservatives prep plans to impeach Joe Biden and also impeach the entire roster.
00:16:11.000 Andy Biggs joins us right now.
00:16:13.000 Congressman Biggs, welcome back to the program.
00:16:15.000 Charlie, good to be with you.
00:16:16.000 So talk to us about the plan.
00:16:18.000 Day one, we got no time to waste.
00:16:21.000 You said we're not just going to impeach Joe Biden.
00:16:23.000 We'll be coming for Mayorkas and Garland.
00:16:25.000 Tell us the plan, and then I'll play devil's advocate.
00:16:27.000 Go ahead.
00:16:28.000 Well, so already we have numbers of filed resolutions, articles of impeachment.
00:16:35.000 So they're already there.
00:16:37.000 And as soon as November happens, we have to update those and get those ready and to prepare to refile again on day one.
00:16:47.000 So early January, when we're sworn in, you refile those.
00:16:51.000 Second thing is the preservation letters have gone out to various individuals and agencies to save documents that are going to be necessary to go through and provide the adequate oversight, necessary constitutional remedies that we have here.
00:17:07.000 Third thing is the leadership has got to make sure that the committees are formed and ready to go.
00:17:15.000 And I've talked to the two putative chairmen, Jamie Comer for oversight, Jim Jordan for judiciary.
00:17:25.000 They are quite frankly making preparations now to do the adequate oversight and constitutional obligation that we're going to have to do.
00:17:35.000 So it's not just Biden, though.
00:17:37.000 It's also Mayorkas and it's also Garland.
00:17:40.000 What does a process look like of impeaching a cabinet official?
00:17:44.000 It's going to look very similar to that for a president.
00:17:46.000 It's got to go through the House.
00:17:48.000 You're going to have a committee, the whole referral to the whole House, and then you have a presentation and then you actually press forward to have that vote.
00:17:58.000 So it'll look a lot like what you've seen in the last administration where the Democrats impeached President Trump twice.
00:18:06.000 And so you'll see that.
00:18:08.000 And that's the process.
00:18:12.000 So, you know, the chances of convicting the Senate are going to be low.
00:18:17.000 And so I guess the devil's advocate question would be: I understand how tempting it is to do this, but is this the best use of our time, right?
00:18:25.000 I mean, for example, are there plans to have a church and pike committee to oversee the federal bureau of investigation?
00:18:32.000 Are there plans to have a massive oversight type campaign for the Internal Revenue Service and their targeting of conservative Americans and businesses and organizations?
00:18:41.000 I guess my question for you, Congressman, is bandwidth.
00:18:44.000 If we take back the House of Representatives, which looks very likely if people show up and vote, are we going to have the bandwidth to impeach cabinet officials, impeach a president, and also oversee the administrative state, which I would argue is actually in some ways more important than just the clown that is temporarily in charge of some agency?
00:19:05.000 Yeah, no, those are fair comments, but I want to impress upon anyone who's listening that, yes, we will.
00:19:14.000 One of the things I've been talking to the oversight committee is: are we going to be doing something specifically with IRS and these 87,000 new agents to oversee them?
00:19:23.000 And in the meantime, we're going to have to introduce legislation to repeal that and remediate against that spending, everything from the IRS Within that IRA, that Inflation Reduction Act.
00:19:38.000 And then also, you're going to have to deal with additional problems like border security.
00:19:43.000 So, yes, do I think we have the bandwidth?
00:19:45.000 Absolutely.
00:19:46.000 I think that people are energized, they're geared up, they're ready.
00:19:51.000 And so, here's why you have to hold people accountable, like a Majorca.
00:19:55.000 So, I will always focus on Majorca.
00:19:58.000 I just got back from the border last night, and I can tell you this, Charlie.
00:20:02.000 It is worsening day by day.
00:20:06.000 And I was everywhere from Sierra Vista over to Yuma.
00:20:10.000 And I will tell you this: Secretary Mayorkas and Chris Magnus, his subordinate, they are actually facilitating the imposition of over 3 million illegal aliens into the United States since the inauguration, in some estimates as high as 5 million.
00:20:30.000 Charlie, you cannot allow that to go if you're the legislative body.
00:20:36.000 We don't enforce the law.
00:20:37.000 We pass the law.
00:20:38.000 We require you to enforce it.
00:20:40.000 And if you're not going to exercise that constitutional check of oversight, and in this instance, impeachment of somebody like Secretary Mayorkas, then you basically undermine the very Constitution of the United States of America.
00:20:55.000 That's why that's so important.
00:20:56.000 On the other hand, you have to start reigning in the bureaucratic state.
00:21:01.000 And I personally, I think I've got the personal bandwidth to keep working on those things because I have a broad interest and broad work and a great staff to help me.
00:21:11.000 But I think the entire Republican conference is ready to go forward in these two areas because we need to do that.
00:21:19.000 Yeah, I mean, look, Majorkas is a traitor to the United States.
00:21:22.000 We've said that for a while.
00:21:23.000 I don't use those words lightly.
00:21:24.000 But if you open up the doors continuously for multi-millions to waltz in, and I mean, you've been to the border more times than I have, but I recently went down to Yuma and it is so clear that it is intentional, it is deliberate to try to change the fabric of the United States.
00:21:42.000 And so, Congressman, I suppose, you know, some people are wondering: is a mandate for oversight enough to get us the seats necessary to be able to win a majority?
00:21:54.000 And I would just love your question, your answer here.
00:21:56.000 Do you think it's helpful for the America First movement, for the House Freedom Caucus movement, to have a narrow majority or a massive majority?
00:22:04.000 I've heard both sides.
00:22:06.000 Are you hoping that it's a 50 or 60 point seat majority?
00:22:11.000 Now, of course, you might say, Yeah, absolutely.
00:22:13.000 But in some ways, that actually might make the House Freedom Caucus less powerful.
00:22:17.000 What are your hopes in that regard to make sure that we actually have a conservative House of Representatives, not a Chamber of Commerce House of Representatives?
00:22:24.000 Well, I mean, that's a fair question.
00:22:26.000 It's a great question.
00:22:27.000 So, look, I will just tell you, my prediction is that the Republicans are going to have an 18-seat, somewhere between 18 and 20-seat majority, somewhere right there.
00:22:39.000 That means that we'll flip 25 seats.
00:22:42.000 It's not going to, I can't imagine that we're going to flip 55 or 60 seats.
00:22:48.000 You're right.
00:22:48.000 The Freedom Caucus will have a more conservative conference if it is a 20-seat majority.
00:22:55.000 And that will, quite frankly, bring the leadership team, whoever that is, to the right a significant amount.
00:23:03.000 But your question about is it enough to say oversight for us to win?
00:23:09.000 And the answer is a resounding no.
00:23:12.000 I put out a year ago an America First plan, Charlie, and you and I have talked about this before.
00:23:18.000 You must talk about inflation.
00:23:21.000 You must talk about energy.
00:23:23.000 Look, you've got Europe going back to the medieval times.
00:23:26.000 The German government is telling people to gather firewood to help heat their homes this winter.
00:23:33.000 That's a move back to medieval times.
00:23:36.000 You've got Poland back to communist times, people waiting in lines.
00:23:40.000 And the left is moving us in that direction.
00:23:44.000 So you have to talk about inflation economy.
00:23:47.000 You have to talk about the border.
00:23:49.000 You have to talk about crime.
00:23:50.000 You have to talk about the woke agenda, where they're encouraging men to play in women's sports.
00:23:58.000 Those are the types of things that drive people absolutely crazy, no matter what side you're on.
00:24:04.000 You know, some of the even election integrity issues are 90% issues.
00:24:09.000 90% of Americans say you should have to show an ID when you vote.
00:24:13.000 That's not a hard thing, but the left does not want that.
00:24:17.000 So, Charlie, I think we've got to do more than just say we're going to have oversight over this wayward, not just wayward, but anti-American administration of Joe Biden and company.
00:24:30.000 You've got to do more than that.
00:24:32.000 You have to say, we've got the solutions, we've got the answers, and this is how we're going to do it.
00:24:37.000 And if we do that, I think we win, including crime.
00:24:43.000 I mean, crime is a major issue that most Republicans are just afraid to run on.
00:24:48.000 And it's really, I just said this yesterday.
00:24:50.000 I want our audience to just marinate on this and ruminate on it over the next couple of days.
00:24:54.000 And, Congressman, I want you to think about it.
00:24:55.000 Do you notice how the left has avoided all the BLM chatter and all the racism stuff and all the racial stuff?
00:25:03.000 Because that is now perceived by swing voters as defund the police and increase crime.
00:25:08.000 Crime is a huge vulnerability for the Democrats right now.
00:25:11.000 In fact, polls show that 46% of swing voters rate crime as a top two issue right now, violent crime.
00:25:17.000 So, in closing, here, Congressman, I want to ask you about Arizona.
00:25:20.000 I'm very worried.
00:25:21.000 I think Kerry Lake is in a good spot.
00:25:23.000 She's running against a total buffoon and she's running a good race.
00:25:26.000 But I'm worried about Blake Masters.
00:25:28.000 I'm worried about how much money Mark Kelly has.
00:25:30.000 I'm worried about some of our House seats.
00:25:31.000 I'm also worried about the Secretary of State race Mark Fincham and even the Attorney General's race.
00:25:35.000 Some of the polling is all over the place.
00:25:37.000 Arizona is a strange state in some ways, lots of independence.
00:25:40.000 What's your take to get the America First movement successful across the finish line in November?
00:25:45.000 Is it conceivable that the establishment might actually be trying to knife the America First movement in the back?
00:25:50.000 What's your analysis of what's happening in Arizona right now?
00:25:54.000 I share your concerns, Charlie.
00:25:56.000 I've been meeting people with people regularly.
00:25:58.000 I've talked with Blake.
00:26:00.000 I've talked with other candidates.
00:26:02.000 What has to happen is we're going to have to win with grassroots.
00:26:06.000 The left is throwing unfathomable amounts of money in here to try to silly money.
00:26:13.000 Yes.
00:26:13.000 Yes.
00:26:14.000 That's right.
00:26:14.000 It's ridiculous.
00:26:15.000 It shows how corrupt our government is when you see the kind of money the left is throwing into this.
00:26:19.000 That's right.
00:26:20.000 We're going to have to be government, excuse me, grassroots-oriented.
00:26:24.000 And we have to get out, knock doors, make calls, social media.
00:26:29.000 All these candidates need to go to social media to have a chance here.
00:26:32.000 But I am like you, you got to win the Secretary of State's because that governs your elections.
00:26:37.000 You have to have an AG because they're the ones who take on the federal government.
00:26:41.000 And the left's candidates in Arizona, the Democrats, are the most radical group of leftists in the entire country, Charlie.
00:26:49.000 I mean, you can look anywhere.
00:26:50.000 You're not going to get a more radically left set of candidates than the Democrats here.
00:26:55.000 I pray that our friends that are more establishment-oriented just swallow their pride for a second or at least be rational about it and say, Look, I don't like the MAGA,
00:27:09.000 the guys and gals on the MAGA side, but how can I possibly turn this country and our state over to some of the most leftist radicals who will destroy our state and take us to be perhaps irretrievably down the path to become California?
00:27:27.000 Charlie, it's a dangerous time.
00:27:28.000 That's right.
00:27:29.000 But I think we can win this thing.
00:27:31.000 I think we can.
00:27:31.000 It's going to take a lot of work.
00:27:33.000 No, we have to win this thing.
00:27:34.000 And Arizona is a largely independent state.
00:27:37.000 It's a center-right state.
00:27:38.000 I don't say that lightly.
00:27:39.000 You know that.
00:27:40.000 It is not a liberal state.
00:27:41.000 It's not.
00:27:42.000 But when bad candidates run on the Republican side and we're outfunded and you have all this different movement and confusion, Democrats can sneak across the finish line here.
00:27:50.000 I think Kerry Lake is running a great race.
00:27:51.000 I think Blake's running a great race.
00:27:53.000 But Blake is running up against an enormous tsunami of Mark Kelly money.
00:27:59.000 Congressman Annie Biggs, great commentary as always.
00:28:01.000 Thank you so much.
00:28:02.000 Thanks, Charlie.
00:28:03.000 Jigger.

00:29:09.000 Here's one here: Charlie, when you're talking about MAGA candidates, please tell candidates to give directly to the candidate, not the establishment Republican committees.
00:29:16.000 This is very important.
00:29:17.000 We've been probably covering this more than any other program about how the Republican establishment abuses small dollar donors, about how the Republican establishment abuses you and sends you these incessant emails and text messages.
00:29:31.000 If you like a candidate, go to the candidate's website directly and support them.
00:29:36.000 You guys can also support, obviously, Turning Point Action, Knock on Doors.
00:29:39.000 We do the events.
00:29:39.000 It's very transparent how we spend the money.
00:29:43.000 But if you want to support organizations, you want to support people, just you could also run them by us.
00:29:47.000 You can email us freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:29:49.000 But the place where I can guarantee you the money will be best spent is directly on the candidate's website.
00:29:55.000 So, for example, you want to support Herschel Walker?
00:29:57.000 Go to Herschel Walker's website.
00:29:58.000 By the way, Herschel Walker is now up.
00:30:00.000 We're going to talk about that in just a second.
00:30:01.000 Blake Masters, go to blakemasters.com.
00:30:03.000 This is important.
00:30:04.000 Someone says, Charlie, why does conservative TV sell ads to Mark Kelly?
00:30:09.000 You can't say no to political advertisement.
00:30:12.000 There's all these laws about fair and equal access.
00:30:15.000 You have to charge a certain amount.
00:30:18.000 And also, it's done through an independent broker, through over-the-top television.
00:30:22.000 But if it's a political advertisement, there's some provision in the law where you have to be able to sell your inventory to a political candidate.
00:30:30.000 You can't discriminate against it.
00:30:32.000 Now, you could have certain legal ramifications that you could sue and there's other stuff, but we're getting a lot of emails on that.
00:30:38.000 Okay, there's some good news, everybody.
00:30:40.000 Part of the good news, and this is why they raided Mar-a-Lago.
00:30:45.000 This is why they're spying on Donald Trump.
00:30:46.000 This is why they're doing all these different things.
00:30:48.000 Right now, compared to 2018, are you more enthusiastic or less enthusiastic about voting in the 2022 midterms?
00:30:55.000 Republicans are 12 points more enthusiastic to vote in this midterms than they were in 2018.
00:31:03.000 But it goes even beyond that.
00:31:05.000 There's some really good news out of Georgia, everybody.
00:31:08.000 Georgia, which has been kind of a long, drawn-out battle for quite some time.
00:31:13.000 Herschel Walker, who we endorsed at Turning Point Action, seemed to be struggling throughout the summer, has just taken a phenomenal turn.
00:31:20.000 Georgia seems to be kind of going back to a common sense, normal center-right direction after just being just total, bizarrely Democrat in the last couple years.
00:31:31.000 Herschel Walker with a two-point lead over Raphael Warnock.
00:31:35.000 Brian Kemp with a four-point lead over Stacey Abrams.
00:31:38.000 I am not a Brian Kemp fan, but if I were to ever become a Brian Kemp fan, it's running up against Stacey Abrams.
00:31:45.000 Woo!
00:31:46.000 Stacey Abrams.
00:31:47.000 I'll tell you what.
00:31:48.000 Anyone who runs against almost anyone that runs against Stacey Abrams would have my support.
00:31:51.000 So I passively say I'm glad Brian Kemp is up.
00:31:55.000 And then Donald Trump, five points on Joe Biden if they were to run in Georgia.
00:32:00.000 So give you an example.
00:32:01.000 Donald Trump is more popular than Brian Kemp, more popular than Herschel Walker in the state of Georgia.
00:32:06.000 What does this mean?
00:32:07.000 So this is an important thing.
00:32:09.000 They raided Donald Trump, in my personal opinion as well, to take the month of August away from Donald Trump.
00:32:16.000 Have you noticed something that hasn't happened in the month of August?
00:32:19.000 Have you seen a Trump rally in the month of August since the raid?
00:32:25.000 Have you seen a media interview with Trump since the raid?
00:32:28.000 You've seen a couple, you know, Truth Social stuff.
00:32:32.000 I believe one of the strategies of the Bureau was to take Donald Trump and put him on the sidelines during the midterm election.
00:32:40.000 He's very popular in these states.
00:32:42.000 Now, you might say, well, Charlie, why isn't he out there?
00:32:45.000 It's when you are on your current DOJ investigation, that could be rather time consuming.
00:32:51.000 Now, my advice would be, or my take would be: Donald, you know, Mr. Trump, get out.
00:32:55.000 Go push through it and go do it.
00:32:58.000 But they've taken a three to four week window away from him.
00:33:00.000 New Emerson poll shows Republicans up five points on the generic ballot.
00:33:04.000 This is an Emerson poll, by the way.
00:33:06.000 Now, he's just been announcing some new rallies.
00:33:09.000 He's been announcing some new public displays of support, which is great.
00:33:13.000 But it's been a couple of weeks since he's been out there, and you could thank the DOJ for that.
00:33:18.000 And so there's some new events, I think, coming up this weekend.
00:33:20.000 President Trump's going to be doing some, he's doing one in Pennsylvania coming up this weekend, which is great.
00:33:26.000 He's going to be doing a rally in Scranton and Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania.
00:33:30.000 So finally getting back out there, going to be campaigning against Fetterman, and it will be very interesting to see what he has to say.
00:33:36.000 Now, in Pennsylvania, this is a Susquehanna poll, shows Fetterman only up five points on Dr. Oz.
00:33:46.000 Now, look, I know a lot of people out there in our audience are not fans of Dr. Oz.
00:33:50.000 I certainly have my disagreements with Dr. Oz, but boy, you want me to be a Dr. Oz fan?
00:33:54.000 Show me Fetterman.
00:33:55.000 That guy is a taller, clumsier Bernie Sanders.
00:34:01.000 And I'm not trying to make fun of any health issues or anything like that, but my goodness, he is as radical as it gets.
00:34:09.000 And someone said it's Bernie Sanders on stilts.
00:34:13.000 What we are seeing is a predict on this program with Rich Barris: a turn for the better for Republican candidates coming towards Labor Day weekend.
00:34:22.000 Carrie Lake up two points on Katie Hobbs in the Arizona governor general election poll.
00:34:27.000 Awesome.
00:34:28.000 And so the Pennsylvania polls are tightening.
00:34:30.000 JD Vance is opening a lead.
00:34:32.000 Blake Masters down a couple points in Arizona.
00:34:34.000 What's the takeaway from all this?
00:34:35.000 Polls are finally getting in the better direction.
00:34:38.000 Okay.
00:34:39.000 And the other takeaway here is this is why they're acting so desperate.
00:34:43.000 This is why they're acting so paranoid.
00:34:45.000 If Donald Trump, though, gets on the trail, if Donald Trump decides to go do, I don't know, 30 or 40 rallies in the month of September or October leading in, he'll probably do 20 or 30, the entire election changes.
00:34:56.000 And I think he will.
00:34:57.000 I think President Trump post-Labor Day is going to come out guns ablazing and is going to bring this thing across the finish line.
00:35:04.000 That's my prediction.
00:35:06.000 This is why they raided.
00:35:08.000 This is why they did this.
00:35:08.000 They were trying to intimidate him.
00:35:10.000 He's been a little distracted.
00:35:11.000 These polls are going to open.
00:35:13.000 Herschel Walker could end up winning by five to seven points.
00:35:16.000 Blake Masters could end up winning by two to three points.
00:35:19.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
00:35:20.000 Email me your thoughts as always.
