00:01:29.000 Joining us now is one of my favorite thinkers.
00:01:31.000 She is so clear in her commentary and brave in her approach to the entire racial regime that seems to be running our country.
00:01:41.000 It is Heather McDonald, who has a new piece out called The Corruption of Medicine.
00:01:45.000 I was reading it during the break.
00:01:46.000 It's very thorough in the wonderful City Journal.
00:01:50.000 Heather, welcome back to the Charlie Kirk Show.
00:01:52.000 It's great to be with you, Charlie.
00:01:54.000 Thank you for having me on.
00:01:55.000 So, Heather, you write in this piece: the guardians of the medical profession are discarding merit in order to alter the demographics of their field.
00:02:05.000 Now, my wife just had a baby last week, and we wanted the best experts there, and thankfully we had them.
00:02:14.000 Are you trying to tell me that the direction medicine is going is that it's not going to be on merit, it's not going to be on competency, but instead on skin color?
00:02:22.000 Is that correct?
00:02:23.000 That's correct, Charlie.
00:02:25.000 And you may soon be getting an obstetrician that knows more about white privilege and heteronormativity than he or she does about how to deliver a C-section or a breach birth.
00:02:38.000 We have the very leaders of the medical profession, the Guardians, the AMA, the American Association of Medical Colleges, who have declared a patent untruth that medicine is shot through with systemic racism.
00:02:54.000 And the solution to that is massive racial preferences, both in admissions to medical schools and then into appointments to medical positions, into who runs research labs, what kind of research gets done.
00:03:08.000 Meritocracy is now viewed as just another symptom of white supremacy.
00:03:15.000 So, I'm reading this piece here, and I just want to re-emphasize this.
00:03:18.000 According to medical and STEM leaders, you write, to be white is to be per se racist.
00:03:23.000 Apologies and reparations for that offending trait are now derujeur.
00:03:28.000 In June 2020, Nature identified itself as Nature magazine as one of culpably, quote, white institutions that is responsible for bias in research and scholarship.
00:03:38.000 You continue to say the AMA strategic plan, quote, blames white male lawmakers for America's systemic racism.
00:03:45.000 So, Heather, you know, America has always had the best healthcare.
00:03:49.000 It's not always been widely accessible, and it's obviously been very expensive.
00:03:52.000 But we're playing with some very dangerous things here.
00:03:55.000 The death of meritocracy in a field of science and medicine is something that I don't think any decent civil society would do if it was sane.
00:04:03.000 Is there any sort of institutional backlash against this, or is it just all kind of a mass social experiment in a field that should be immune from such idea pathogens?
00:04:13.000 There is no institutional backlash, Charlie.
00:04:16.000 It is utterly astounding.
00:04:18.000 Recently, the National Cancer Institute sent out a notice to its cancer research centers saying, well, we give out this prestigious grant for the most cutting-edge researchers in cancer who are most likely to make breakthroughs by engaging in high-risk ideas.
00:04:39.000 You know, maybe their research won't pan out, but it could be paradigm shifting.
00:04:44.000 And the problem with these so-called outstanding investigator awards is that they have been predominantly given to white and Asian researchers in the past.
00:04:54.000 And that, according to the National Cancer Institute, which is a branch of the NIH, means that those awards are patently prima fascia, invalid, and racist.
00:05:04.000 So they asked their cancer centers to send in a different group of nominees.
00:05:10.000 In other words, change your standards, lower your standards to make sure that you're sending us underrepresented minorities regardless of their qualifications, who will then, of course, be selected for these awards.
00:05:23.000 And I asked an oncologist, when are you guys going to fight back?
00:05:29.000 When are white and Asian researchers going to say we refuse to be sidelined?
00:05:34.000 We refuse to have our accomplishments be torn away from us and demeaned for the trivialities of our skin color.
00:05:42.000 And he answered, basically, we need our jobs.
00:05:45.000 We value our jobs.
00:05:46.000 Those few individuals who have spoken out have been destroyed and we can't afford it.
00:05:53.000 So we're facing a fear factor where there are individual doctors who see what's happening.
00:05:58.000 They are appalled, and yet they will be crushed if they speak out and say we should be admitting medical students based on their medical skills, not based on their skin color.
00:06:08.000 Right now, a Black medical school applicant with mediocre MCAT scores, these are the standardized test scores to medicine, has a nine times greater chance of admissions than an Asian applicant.
00:06:23.000 These are scores that would be automatically disqualifying if presented by white and Asians, and yet we are admitting Blacks and Hispanics with much lower skills and they get passed along.
00:06:34.000 I mean, it doesn't take someone to understand all the intricacies of MSPE, the medical student performance evaluation, and all this, which is someone listening saying, wait a second, hold on.
00:06:44.000 You're trying to tell me that my doctor who might be performing highly complicated surgery on me, by the way, medical error is one of the leading causes of death in America, as it is, just so everyone's clear, that medical error kills a lot of people every single year.
00:06:59.000 We can get the actual number, but it's significant that now we're going to be introducing a supply of people that have subpar scores.
00:07:07.000 Can you just build that out more, Heather, just how wide the gap is now of the lowering of standards?
00:07:15.000 I'm just kind of glossing this right here.
00:07:16.000 I didn't get a chance to get to this part in the piece, but it says something like this.
00:07:19.000 The University of Pennsylvania Medical School guarantees admission to black undergraduates who score a modest 1300 on the SAT, maintain a 3.6 GPA, and complete two summers of internship at the school.
00:07:32.000 The school waives its MCAT requirement for these Black students.
00:07:36.000 UPenn's non-preferred medical students score in the top 1% of all MCAT takers.
00:07:41.000 What would a white student have to take then, Heather?
00:07:44.000 And how is that not outright in total discrimination?
00:07:47.000 It's total discrimination.
00:07:49.000 Again, a white MCAT score has to be in the top 1%, at least, if not better than that.
00:07:58.000 But if you're black, they don't even want to look at your MCATs because there are virtually no, I mean, there's few individual blacks that are, of course, are scoring high, but on average, there is what's known as a whole standard deviation of difference, and that's a fancy statistical term that basically means a really big, really significant difference between the average black MCAT score and the average white MCAT score.
00:08:22.000 Again, blacks are being admitted with scores that would be automatically disqualifying if submitted by whites.
00:08:29.000 And then what happens is, is quite predictably, according to mismatch theory, which is propounded by Richard Sander at the UCLA Law School and others, they don't do as well.
00:08:39.000 If you're admitted to an academic environment where you are not competitively qualified, you're not going to learn as much.
00:08:45.000 The teaching is going to be pitched at a higher level of skills than you have.
00:08:49.000 So they do poorly in medical schools.
00:08:51.000 So what's the next step?
00:08:53.000 Get rid of grades.
00:08:54.000 There's an essential test that is given at the second year of medical school called step one of the medical licensing exam.
00:09:02.000 Well, this year they abolished all grades in the step one test and replaced it with pass-fail.
00:09:08.000 Why?
00:09:09.000 Because blacks and Hispanics have much poor scores on step one.
00:09:14.000 And so we're saying to ourselves, we just want to destroy the yardsticks.
00:09:18.000 You know, it's like spinal tap.
00:09:22.000 You know, we're just going to change or destroy the yardsticks rather than acknowledge that there are underlying skills gap differences that need to be closed.
00:09:30.000 And it's too late to do it in medical school.
00:09:33.000 And you are putting people's lives at risk, not only when you show up at an ER with a fatal heart attack, but it's a more subtle problem as well, Charlie, which is medical research.
00:09:44.000 The federal government has encumbered medical research labs with these absurd diversity requirements for racism in who gets to work there, racism in clinical trials.
00:09:56.000 And that is slowing down the pace of research.
00:09:58.000 People tell me I'm spending more time writing my diversity, equity, and inclusion statement to try and justify how studying cell signaling and nematodes for cancer research has a diversity impact than I am actually doing the science.
00:10:15.000 So we are destroying the golden goose that has saved billions of lives the world over.
00:10:23.000 I mean, this is the most serious, one of the most serious things happening in front of us.
00:10:26.000 And it's political in some sense, but I mean, you look at science and medicine is now going to be flooded with unqualified, over-promoted people based solely on the color of their skin.
00:10:38.000 It's also an insult to minorities.
00:10:40.000 It's a huge insult to minorities, as if they can't be able to get to medical school and get the grades necessary.
00:10:49.000 There's so much to unpack here.
00:10:50.000 Heather McDonald, and also read her book, The Diversity Delusion, everybody.
00:10:54.000 She was way ahead of the curve on this.
00:10:56.000 She saw it happening.
00:10:57.000 And the reason she saw it happening is she saw it happening on college campuses.
00:11:00.000 And she started happening, she saw it happening at entry-level jobs.
00:11:03.000 And I remember some of these kind of moderate Republican types would say, oh, Charlie, who cares about affirmative action if it's a janitor or if it's this?
00:11:10.000 And now it's affirmative action for your brain surgery, everybody, or your pilot, where your hand, your life is literally in somebody's hands.
00:11:19.000 So, Heather, I have a theory here, and I'd love your thoughts on it.
00:11:22.000 Politically, I'm just talking politically, not culturally and not in the corporate world.
00:11:26.000 It seems as if there has been a de-emphasizing of the race issue versus 2020.
00:11:32.000 Crime is up, and talking about BLM and talking about equity all the time seems to turn off suburban and independent voters.
00:11:40.000 What's your thoughts on that, Heather?
00:11:41.000 Think that the Democrats specifically are getting a little uneasy about talking about defund the police and the over-racialization of our politics.
00:11:50.000 What's your take?
00:11:51.000 Well, Biden is clearly terrified about defunding the police, but I don't take any particular long-term sucker from this.
00:11:59.000 I think as soon as they get through the elections, they're going to double down on the America is racist and the beating up on whites meme.
00:12:08.000 You know, we'll see if Biden restrains himself tonight on the white supremacists as big as source of violence and threat in the United States, which is a complete joke.
00:12:19.000 So, right now, you know, they've got the bright, shiny Mar-a-Lago bauble to play with.
00:12:26.000 But frankly, I don't think this signals any kind of long-term shift because there's just too many institutional players that, but above all, the universities, but now the press and government, you know, the deep state that are utterly invested in black privilege and the demonization of Western civilization as something that is corrupt and oppressive simply by virtue of its historical demographics.
00:12:55.000 So, Heather, do you think that there is a concerted pushback from Latino and Asians?
00:13:01.000 It seems as if white voters are split.
00:13:04.000 Half are on board for this and half are scared to say anything about it.
00:13:07.000 But it seems as if there's this pushback from Asian and Latino voters or people in particular that the hyperracialization of this doesn't necessarily always benefit the kind of body politic of the left.
00:13:20.000 Are you seeing any sort of backlash to this, not institutionally, but from the bottom up?
00:13:24.000 Well, certainly, you know, the best fighters against racial preferences in admissions, whether it's in, you know, K through 12, gifted and talented programs, admission schools, you know, the Asians have been very good on trying to stand up for colorblind meritocratic admissions on crime.
00:13:44.000 There has been a Hispanic vote.
00:13:47.000 And yet, let me tell you, I still remain amazed that the leaders in the Asian community, when they're talking about anti-Asian hate crimes, are still adopting the rhetoric of the left and implying, if not stating outright, that the problem is whites that are beating up on vulnerable Asian elderly when the videos speak for themselves.
00:14:06.000 I mean, the Asian hate crime phenomenon is overwhelmingly committed by inner city blacks.
00:14:13.000 So, yes, there's grounds there and hope for peeling it off, but it's going to take a while because there's still a strong identification with the Democratic Party for whatever reason, whether it's wanting big government or not wanting to be associated with these racist Republicans that they keep hearing about from the media.
00:14:34.000 It's well said.
00:14:35.000 Heather McDonald, everyone check out her piece in City Journal.
00:14:38.000 It's very important.
00:14:39.000 The corruption of medicine.
00:14:40.000 And if you're in healthcare or if you have a son or daughter in healthcare, you have to send this piece.
00:14:44.000 It's so thoughtfully put together.
00:14:46.000 The corruption of medicine, city journal, city-journal.org.
00:14:50.000 Heather, thank you as always for joining us.
00:14:52.000 Thank you, Charlie.
00:14:53.000 I appreciate it.
00:14:56.000 How many years have I been telling you about Relief Factor?
00:14:58.000 Producer Andrew's right here doing an Iron Man thanks to Relief Factor.
00:15:01.000 And truth is, I know there are millions of people.
00:15:03.000 In fact, some say over 100 million people struggling with some kind of pain, maybe from exercise or just getting older.
00:15:08.000 That can do it, getting older, which is why I'm so impressed with the people at relieffactor.com.
00:15:13.000 They are on a mission.
00:15:14.000 You rarely see this kind of focus and commitment.

00:15:22.000 And I believe they'll do it.
00:15:23.000 So here's the deal.

00:15:47.000 That's relieffactor.com.
00:15:49.000 Check it out right now.
00:15:53.000 We've been covering the Mar-a-Lago raid in some detail and the political fallout from that.
00:15:58.000 And there's no better person to help us unpack that than great American patriot Donald Trump Jr., who joins us right now.
00:16:05.000 Don, welcome back to the program.
00:16:07.000 Good to be with you, Charlie.
00:16:08.000 How's things?
00:16:10.000 Things are good.
00:16:11.000 You know, as you know, we just had a child.
00:16:12.000 I'm trying to catch up to you.
00:16:14.000 You have five, so I could use some advice.
00:16:16.000 And you got a lot of work.
00:16:17.000 It's going to take some time to catch up.
00:16:21.000 No kidding.
00:16:22.000 So, so, so, Don, I want to get your reaction.
00:16:24.000 There's been so much news here: Special Master abuse of the FBI, DOJ.
00:16:28.000 Kind of just riff for a little bit on your take of the abuse of power from the federal government, the continuing targeting of your family and your father.
00:16:36.000 The floor is yours.
00:16:38.000 Yeah, well, listen, I think, you know, obviously, you've seen all the details.
00:16:41.000 I think the thing that a lot of people miss is, you know, what I read, you know, that they used the FBI's hostage rescue team.
00:16:48.000 That's one of your thought maybe there was something here that isn't political, you realize that's the intimidation tactic.
00:16:56.000 I mean, for those of you who are listening who don't understand, the hostage rescue team, the HRT, that's like the Delta force.
00:17:02.000 That's the Navy feels of federal law enforcement.
00:17:05.000 I don't even know that they've used the HRT like, you know, on American soil.
00:17:09.000 So for them to be, you know, executing essentially a search warrant seems like something they've never been used before.
00:17:19.000 You know, a tactic designed simply to intimidate a political enemy.
00:17:23.000 You know, that to me was what was, you know, really crazy.
00:17:26.000 You're seeing all this stuff right now where they're leaking pictures selectively to the press of documents throughout the floor that seem like they're stage documents to make this seem.
00:17:35.000 I mean, this is an absolute farce.
00:17:39.000 It's absolutely disgusting what's going on.
00:17:41.000 You have the special master happens to be Jeffrey Etsy's lawyer.
00:17:46.000 Total coincidence.
00:17:47.000 He's an Obama appointee, probably a Trump hater.
00:17:50.000 Just magic of the thousands of magistrates chosen, I should say.
00:17:54.000 You know, he happens to be the one guy that gets, like, does anyone believe in this much coincidence?
00:18:01.000 Does anyone believe who's been watching for the last five years that all of this stuff just magically happened this way?
00:18:06.000 And this is the process functioning flawlessly.
00:18:11.000 It's just ridiculous.
00:18:12.000 So, you know, it doesn't surprise me anymore.
00:18:15.000 I guess I've gotten so accustomed to this sort of stuff going on.
00:18:19.000 But, you know, the FBI needs the HRT teams to raid Mar-a-Lago, even though they have documentation going back and forth that everyone's cooperating with one another.
00:18:28.000 But, you know, the guys that are on the quote-unquote FBI radar, you know, they magically shoot up schools or do whatever they're going to do because they check some sort of politically correct box.
00:18:36.000 We can't actually look at them, but we can persecute your grandmother because she's a conservative or your friend who happened to be within 500 miles of Washington, D.C. on January 6th.
00:18:48.000 It's a disgrace what's happened to the FBI, how politicized they become and how they've been weaponized against conservatives.
00:18:55.000 And I don't know how much longer this nonsense can continue.
00:18:58.000 You watch the press secretary, I guess it was yesterday, talking about how Trump voters are the greatest threat to democracy we've ever faced.
00:19:08.000 75 million people are the greatest threat to democracy.
00:19:11.000 Not the mushmouth idiot that's actually occupying the White House, but someone who voted for someone that thought they'd do a better job.
00:19:18.000 And that seems pretty obvious based on the facts.
00:19:20.000 That's the greatest threat to democracy.
00:19:23.000 I don't know, man.
00:19:24.000 It's a scary place where we are today, Charlie.
00:19:28.000 Yeah, so I want to play that cut right here, and then we can expand on it.
00:19:32.000 Play Cuss 61.
00:19:33.000 The president thinks that there is an extremist threat to our democracy.
00:19:37.000 The president has been clear as he can be on that particular piece when we talk about a democracy, when we talk about our freedoms.
00:19:45.000 The way that he sees is the MAGA Republicans are the most energized part of the Republican Party.
00:19:52.000 That extreme, this is an extreme threat to our democracy, to our freedom, to our rights.
00:19:58.000 Yeah, the most active part of our party, Don, our base, is an extreme threat to our country.
00:20:03.000 Have we ever heard a government talk like this?
00:20:05.000 Don, your thoughts?
00:20:06.000 No, I mean, we have.
00:20:08.000 Didn't work out that well historically.
00:20:10.000 I mean, you know, the left has been calling us Nazis and fascists and all this stuff, and yet they seem to be the ones doing that.
00:20:15.000 I mean, imagine demonizing 75 million people.
00:20:19.000 I mean, Hillary did that once when she called us all deplorables.
00:20:22.000 I mean, what's the difference?
00:20:25.000 I mean, are they just setting it up to like where they're going to start making sure that we wear our political affiliations on our sleeves and walk around?
00:20:33.000 I mean, this historically has not ended well.
00:20:36.000 All the names they've called us for so long seem to be the tactics actually employed by people throughout history that the left is doing right now.
00:20:44.000 I mean, this does not bode well for our country.
00:20:47.000 I hope that reason prevails, but it's like they're trying to goad people into taking on the government at this point.
00:20:56.000 But it's absolutely sick.
00:20:58.000 It's disgusting.
00:20:58.000 And honestly, if Donald Trump did it and he did it the way they would, someone in the press would actually say something.
00:21:05.000 Someone in the press would actually have a problem with it.
00:21:07.000 They'd be very loud about it.
00:21:09.000 They'd actually be right for a change.
00:21:11.000 But because it's the leftist, because they control every institution, because they own the media and big tech and everything like that, it's just going to be swept under rug, like it's nothing.
00:21:22.000 But yes, I thought that the quintessential definition of democracy was people voting freely for who they think could do a better job.
00:21:30.000 And if you compare Joe Biden's track record, despite sort of the sound bites from the same press secretary about the unprecedented economic recovery, I'm not sure I'm seeing that.
00:21:39.000 I think anyone with a job or anyone who's filled up their tank or anyone who's been to a supermarket would probably disagree.
00:21:44.000 But because the press has just given up on actually doing journalism and they're pure propagandists at this point, they'll just let it go and pretend as though the nonsense that they say is true.
00:21:57.000 So it seems to me that everything coming out of this administration, while simultaneously preaching for unity, is trying to do the exact opposite of create unity.
00:22:06.000 We'll hear them say stuff like that.
00:22:08.000 In the next sentence, they'll talk about, but we'll create unity.
00:22:10.000 Yeah, it's unity as long as you go 100% along with what you say or what we say.
00:22:16.000 If you do something otherwise, you're a threat to democracy.
00:22:19.000 You're a threat to freedom.
00:22:20.000 You're a threat to everything we'll believe.
00:22:22.000 I mean, it's absolutely disgusting.
00:22:24.000 But, you know, it'll continue.
00:22:28.000 Yeah, and they're only going to stop if they are stopped.
00:22:31.000 Let's play a piece of tape here.
00:22:32.000 I want to get your reaction to it.
00:22:35.000 We had the governor, governor of New York, saying to Trump supporters, jump on a bus and head down to Florida where you belong.
00:22:43.000 Now, Don, we could joke about this, but this is very serious where you have this kind of tearing apart a national divorce almost happening in slow motion.
00:22:53.000 Your father and you are both saying, can we calm down the temperature here?
00:22:56.000 But play cut one, the wonderful governor of New York, play cut one.
00:23:01.000 And we're here to say that the era of Trump and Zeldon and Molinaro, just jump on a bus and head down to Florida where you belong, okay?
00:23:13.000 Get out of town.
00:23:14.000 Get out of town.
00:23:15.000 Because you don't represent our values.
00:23:19.000 You are not New Yorkers.
00:23:23.000 I mean, this language is so dangerous.
00:23:25.000 Don, your thoughts.
00:23:27.000 I mean, you know, you heard the same from Cuomo.
00:23:27.000 It's sick.
00:23:30.000 Anything that could get a sound bite, you know, in the past, didn't stop him from coming to our office and kissing butt for decades.
00:23:36.000 You know, who's more synonymous with New York?
00:23:38.000 Kathy Hochel, who no one had heard of prior to last month, or Donald Trump?
00:23:42.000 Who did more?
00:23:42.000 Who created more jobs?
00:23:44.000 But, you know, that's the thing.
00:23:45.000 They can get away with that kind of rhetoric while they continually fail the people of their state.
00:23:51.000 And, you know, they're able to get away with that perhaps because of the big cities.
00:23:53.000 If you go, you know, a few minutes outside of New York City, it's very different.
00:23:58.000 And those people don't feel that they have any representation because of exactly that kind of commentary.
00:24:02.000 Again, if you don't go along with everything the left wants you believe, you're not a New Yorker anymore.
00:24:07.000 It's like, you know, from someone who no one ever heard of in New York prior to this.
00:24:11.000 So it's sick.
00:24:13.000 It's disgusting.
00:24:14.000 And it's why I went and did a political fundraiser for Lee Zeldin, someone who believes in law and order, who wants to represent all people, who wants them in New York to be able to live their American dream, not this really, you know, previously effectively unelected official who's pretending to represent the values of New Yorkers.
00:24:34.000 I think even actual New Yorkers, even Democrat New Yorkers are watching this stuff and saying, okay, now they're going too far.
00:24:40.000 But again, because it's so easy to become radicalized, because you know you're going to have the boosting in the media.
00:24:47.000 You know, you're going to get the campaign contributions from California and New York City.
00:24:51.000 You know, it's just easy to take that approach while leaving regular, hardworking Americans by the wayside.
00:24:57.000 You know, that's what's going on.
00:24:59.000 I see it.
00:24:59.000 I see it from Democrats who are shocked that the Biden administration would weaponize and use the FBI against their political enemies.
00:25:07.000 But you haven't been watching the left if you're shocked about that.
00:25:10.000 They just didn't think it'd be possible.
00:25:12.000 You know, the party of unity, the party of tolerance is anything but, you know, it's a wonderful soundbite for them, and the press will carry their water pretending it's so.
00:25:22.000 But if you actually listen to their, you know, their actions, if you actually look at their policy, it's anything but.
00:25:27.000 And hopefully people are waking up to that because we're living in a very scary time right now.
00:25:33.000 Yeah, no doubt.
00:25:34.000 One final tape here I want to play really quick.
00:25:35.000 Don't only got a couple couple minutes remaining.
00:25:37.000 Play cut 42, Joe Biden mocking right-wing Americans for not being armed enough to potentially fight against tyranny.
00:25:44.000 God forbid it ever comes to that.
00:25:45.000 Play cut play cut 42.
00:25:47.000 And for those brave right-wing Americans who say it's all about shaping America, you're keeping America's independent and safe, if you want to fight against your country, you need an F-15.
00:25:59.000 You need something a little more than a gun.
00:26:02.000 Don, your thoughts.
00:26:04.000 Well, listen, it's sort of interesting watching Joe Biden try to mock anyone for anything since the guy can't even get through a complete sentence.
00:26:11.000 I mean, you got a mush brain president in the later stages of dementia.
00:26:16.000 But, you know, minor details.
00:26:18.000 That doesn't matter.
00:26:18.000 Again, you can get away with that if you're Joe Biden.
00:26:20.000 But I mean, imagine the sitting president of the United States essentially threatening.
00:26:24.000 I mean, I don't know.
00:26:24.000 It sounds like it's almost like he's asking for them to fight back.
00:26:27.000 Sounds like a threat.
00:26:28.000 I'd hope that's not the case.
00:26:30.000 But it literally sounds like he's doing that and threatening ordinary citizens, people who believe in their Second Amendment, that they're going to have to go up against the F-15.
00:26:38.000 I mean, that's why the Second Amendment is so important because clowns like this and the left, if you think they're acting anything other than as a dictatorship would be, that's why we have to fight so hard to preserve these rights.
00:26:50.000 I'm saying to do that peacefully, to do that voting, but we can't sit by and hope that they're going to do the right thing because to me, it's all one big power grab under the guise of freedom.
00:27:00.000 It has nothing to do with freedom.
00:27:01.000 For them, it has to do with power.
00:27:03.000 That's all they want.
00:27:04.000 That's what they're going to unass.
00:27:06.000 So, you know, watching Joe Biden feebly attempt to try to goad people into a fight, that's what it seems like to me.
00:27:11.000 Again, I hope that's not the case, but threatening citizens, if they believe in their Second Amendment rights, they're going to have to be able to take on an F-15.
00:27:20.000 I mean, man, that's stupid even for Joe Biden.
00:27:23.000 And, you know, God, it doesn't get much dumber.
00:27:26.000 You could look a level deeper.
00:27:28.000 They're asking you to move out of their states.
00:27:29.000 They're threatening you with the power of the government.
00:27:31.000 This is not a good direction.
00:27:33.000 It's not sustainable.
00:27:34.000 Everybody needs to remember, stay peaceful, don't fall for their bait or fall for their traps.
00:27:38.000 Donald Trump Jr., thank you so much.
00:27:40.000 Appreciate it.
00:27:40.000 Thanks, always done.
00:27:41.000 Great to be with you, Gad.
00:27:45.000 Uncle Tom 2 is an eye-opening documentary everyone in America should see.
00:27:49.000 Charlie Kirk here.
00:27:51.000 Uncle Tom 2 offers a compelling and brave analysis of the true history of black America.
00:27:56.000 It talks about the cultural shift from prosperity, integrity, and faith to its current perceived state of anger, discontent, and victimhood.
00:28:05.000 Uncle Tom 2 offers historical footage, photos, correspondence, and data to reveal the genuine strides of black America in the 20th century, the deliberate Marxist strategy to create racial tension and replace God with government, the NAACP's sinister agenda, the truth behind Black Lives Matter, and more.
00:28:22.000 Don't miss Uncle Tom 2 from executive producer Larry Elder and director Justin Malone.

00:28:32.000 That's salemnow.com.
00:28:34.000 Check it out.
00:28:35.000 SalemNow.com.
00:28:40.000 I want to get to just a couple thoughts here, and then we'll get to my kind of thesis on life expectancy.
00:28:48.000 Charlie, great show today on the diversity delusion.
00:28:51.000 The North Carolina Highway Patrol has been doing this for decades.
00:28:55.000 They average up the physical and written test scores to make a T-score number.
00:28:59.000 That will be the Highway Patrol Trooper candidate's total score number.
00:29:03.000 The minority candidates are able to get in with a lower score than white candidates, so they can have a diversified force.
00:29:10.000 And that is Chris.
00:29:12.000 Why do we put up with this kind of racism?
00:29:14.000 Why do we put up with that?
00:29:16.000 Charlie, can you recommend a conservative bank?
00:29:18.000 I'm looking for a replacement due to B of A's racist lending program announced yesterday.
00:29:22.000 That's true.
00:29:23.000 We have not covered that.
00:29:24.000 And also, Paul showed that he subscribed to the Charlie Kirk show.
00:29:28.000 So Paul is being such a good follower.
00:29:30.000 We're going to send him a copy of the college scam.
00:29:31.000 See, that's what happens when you guys subscribe.
00:29:33.000 You might actually win up a copy of my book, The College Scam.
00:29:36.000 So subscribe right there.
00:29:37.000 Paul did it without even asking.
00:29:39.000 Very kind of him.
00:29:41.000 We're going to cover the BOA story.
00:29:42.000 And yeah, to answer your question, there is a great bank that we use in North Dakota and in Arizona here.
00:29:50.000 And they do a great job.
00:29:53.000 And we've transferred all of our banking over to that.
00:29:56.000 It's called First International Bank and Trust.
00:29:58.000 They won't cancel you.
00:29:59.000 They're great.
00:30:00.000 They're phenomenal people.
00:30:01.000 First International Bank and Trust, non-woke, after BOA announces the most insane hiring policies.
00:30:07.000 It's not actually the story I wanted to cover right now, but I'm going to cover it just for a second here.
00:30:12.000 Bank of America announces that if you are black or Hispanic, you get a zero-down payment mortgage for first-time buyers.
00:30:20.000 You hear that, Mikey?
00:30:21.000 If you were black, Mikey, right here, Mikey is very much not black.
00:30:25.000 But Mikey's trying to buy a home.
00:30:27.000 You just got married.
00:30:28.000 But Mikey is not able to get zero.
00:30:31.000 You could use a zero down payment, right?
00:30:34.000 But he's white, so he doesn't get that.
00:30:36.000 That is discrimination against white people.
00:30:38.000 It's an anti-white policy by Bank of America.
00:30:41.000 It's just that simple.
00:30:42.000 Bank of America said it's now offering first-time homebuyers in select groups of cities zero down payment, zero closing cost mortgages.
00:30:49.000 Yeah, nothing can go wrong with this.
00:30:52.000 Zero down payment, zero, just only for black and Hispanic and Latino communities.
00:30:58.000 You know what?
00:30:59.000 We could get Steve, you could sue.
00:31:01.000 Stephen Miller might be able to represent Mikey for this.
00:31:04.000 I'm not kidding.
00:31:05.000 We should look into that.
00:31:07.000 Andrew, reach out to Stephen Miller.
00:31:09.000 I bet he could represent Mikey against BOA.
00:31:11.000 That's not a joke.
00:31:12.000 I'm serious.
00:31:13.000 It's a married white couple that is discriminated against based on the color of your skin.
00:31:21.000 Possibly suing the big bank, Bank of America.
00:31:26.000 I looped into this one, Mikey.
00:31:27.000 Sorry.
00:31:28.000 All right.
00:31:28.000 Didn't plan to cover that.
00:31:29.000 But yes, we use First International Bank and Trust.
00:31:32.000 Again, it's not a commercial.
00:31:33.000 If you like them, they're great.
00:31:34.000 I know the family behind them.
00:31:34.000 They're wonderful people, great patriots.
00:31:37.000 U.S. life expectancy plunged again in 2021, down nearly a year.
00:31:44.000 U.S. life expectancy has dropped for the second consecutive year in 2021, following by a year from 2020.
00:31:51.000 So let me just pause here.
00:31:52.000 One of the selling points of modernity, one of the kind of compelling reasons why all of us have to work so hard and keep this kind of thing, this whole thing afloat, is you get to live longer.
00:32:06.000 If you kind of look at the charts of the people that defend free markets, and obviously I'm one of them, but the people that like almost pathologically defend markets at all costs, they say, well, we're living longer than ever before, and we're living longer than we did in the early 1900s.
00:32:21.000 Now, if you actually take out infant mortality and pregnancy-related deaths, life expectancy has only moderately increased over the last 50 years, but it's still legit.
00:32:32.000 But now that life expectancy is going down, and the last time life expectancy went down was during the height of World War II, we should probably take a pause and say, what the heck is going on?
00:32:45.000 The Center for Disease Control and Prevention officials blame COVID-19 for about half the decline in 2021, a year where vaccinations became widely available, blah, Okay.
00:32:54.000 It's a dismal situation.
00:32:56.000 It was bad before and it's gotten worse.
00:32:58.000 But it's also gone down because of fentanyl.
00:33:03.000 That's right.
00:33:04.000 Drug overdose is fentanyl, suicide, people harming themselves.
00:33:10.000 This is a major issue.
00:33:16.000 Experts say that there are many possible reasons for such differences.
00:33:19.000 I'm so tired of hearing about experts.
00:33:21.000 Whenever I hear expert, I immediately discount what it's saying.
00:33:24.000 They say it's because of low vaccination rates.
00:33:26.000 Let me tell you, it's not because of low vaccination rates.
00:33:29.000 A greater share of the population and lower paying jobs.
00:33:31.000 How about this?
00:33:32.000 You lock down the entire country unnecessarily for two years.
00:33:36.000 But its decline in 2020, 2021 will stand as the first two consecutive years of declining life expectancy.
00:33:43.000 Life expectancy for women in the United States dropped about 10 months from just under 10, from just under 80 years.
00:33:50.000 Maybe our leaders should be more concerned about why life expectancy is declining rapidly more than the MAGA base are sending money to Ukraine.
00:34:02.000 If your country seems to not care when life expectancy goes down, you need new leaders.
00:34:12.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.

00:34:16.000 Thanks so much for listening.
