00:00:00.000 Hey everybody, today in the Charlie Kirk show, rank choice voting.
00:00:03.000 It very well might come to a state near you.
00:00:05.000 It might be in your state, Nevada, Utah, Wyoming, Kansas, New York, Vermont, Maine.
00:00:12.000 Pay attention, everybody.
00:00:13.000 What just happened in Alaska is instructive of what might happen all across America.

00:00:50.000 Buckle up, everybody, here we go.
00:00:52.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
00:00:54.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus.
00:00:56.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
00:00:59.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
00:01:03.000 I want to thank Charlie.
00:01:04.000 He's an incredible guy.
00:01:05.000 His spirit, his love of this country, he's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, Turning Point USA.
00:01:13.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:01:22.000 That's why we are here.
00:01:25.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at andrewandTodd.com.
00:01:34.000 Our lead today, I'm going to keep hitting this for a little bit.
00:01:36.000 It's very important, is how Democrats focus on process when we focus on politics.
00:01:42.000 When you focus on process, you focus on who counts the votes, how the votes are counted, where the votes go, where we just focus on candidate selection and messaging.
00:01:51.000 Those things are important, but the war of the process, I think we've learned since the 2020 heist, is the most important thing happening.
00:02:02.000 Yet Republicans really haven't taken this nearly as seriously as they should.
00:02:06.000 So we learned in Alaska recently, just last night, Sarah Palin was defeated, but she moves on to the general election, the November election ranked choice voting runoff or the four-person primary there.
00:02:20.000 But the Democrat who won the ranked choice voting here ends up filling the vacant Democrat seat for the next month and a half in Washington, D.C., or two months, and then they have to rerun in November.
00:02:30.000 So it's not a huge loss.
00:02:31.000 It's nothing that significant in that regard.
00:02:33.000 But it does show, and it should be a warning about what ranked choice voting means for our civilization, for our republic, and for how we select leaders.
00:02:44.000 So ranked choice voting, I know this is murky, and it's murky by design.
00:02:47.000 And I know this might not resonate with you, but I'm telling you right now, this is the most important technical thing happening right now in American politics that if we say we don't care about it, all of a sudden you are going to see moderates and Democrats win in red states.
00:03:01.000 And you'll be like, oh, I remember when Charlie did that segment on the voting ranked choice thing.
00:03:06.000 Why didn't we take it seriously then?
00:03:08.000 And it's coming to a state near you.
00:03:10.000 In fact, it's already implemented in several states on local elections and presidential primaries.
00:03:15.000 I'm going to name every single state that already has ranked choice voting.
00:03:18.000 So ranked choice voting stems from basically a college thought experiment.
00:03:22.000 It stems from a bunch of kids that say, oh, we're too radical and we need to try to find the second or third place winner because deep down, most people actually want the moderate to win.
00:03:31.000 Now, this is nonsense.
00:03:32.000 It's garbage.
00:03:33.000 It also gives preference to the loser.
00:03:36.000 As Ricky Bobby would say, if you are second place, you're the first loser.
00:03:42.000 So the winner, the person who actually wins the most amount of votes, isn't the winner in a ranked choice system if they don't get more than 50 plus percent votes.
00:03:49.000 Now, I know we're going to get emails from people in Alaska that say, well, Charlie, this is the way we do it here.
00:03:53.000 And someone in Maine, every state has their own algorithm.
00:03:56.000 It might be 40%, might be 50%.
00:03:58.000 It's unbelievably confusing.
00:03:59.000 It's murky, all by design.
00:04:03.000 The power is no longer in the people when we do ranked choice voting.
00:04:07.000 The power goes to the vote counters.
00:04:09.000 The power goes to the bureaucrats.
00:04:11.000 The power goes to the kleptocrats.
00:04:12.000 The power goes away from the people, away from the sovereign, into the vote counting centers, and you do not know what's happening there behind closed doors.
00:04:21.000 It's not even a matter of, well, this person voted for this.
00:04:23.000 It's okay, well, then we have to run a formula because the second person should get this kind of allocation, and then the third place person, and then in the third round, it goes through multiple rounds.
00:04:32.000 So you have the first round, and if no one gets 50 plus percent in the first round, then it goes to the second round.
00:04:37.000 And if no one gets 50 plus percent in the second round, it goes to the third round.
00:04:40.000 And it's enough to, as for someone who's in politics, like I am, that does this stuff for 12, 14, 16 hours a day, it's unbelievably confusing for me.
00:04:49.000 I can't imagine what it's like for just a truck driver in Alaska to say, what the heck is going on?
00:04:55.000 If you are not professionally in politics, it's designed to make you disengage.
00:05:00.000 It's designed to make you cynical.
00:05:03.000 So Alaska now has this, and this very well might bail out the Lisa Murkowski campaign.
00:05:07.000 They never should have allowed this to happen.
00:05:09.000 And they implemented this.
00:05:10.000 I believe a Republican state legislature in Alaska implemented this.
00:05:15.000 And by doing so, they basically have put this entire system where Kelly Shabaka very well should be the next senator from Alaska, Murkowski has a fighting chance.
00:05:27.000 But it's not just Alaska.
00:05:29.000 This is where we, as the grassroots, where we as the remnant of what matters.
00:05:34.000 I was going to say we as the Republican Party, but honestly, I don't identify with the Republican Party very much anymore.
00:05:39.000 I know a lot of you agree.
00:05:40.000 We as the conservative base, we as the America first base, we have to say, wait a second, timeout.
00:05:44.000 We're not going to allow these goofy, silly voting tabulation systems to come to a state near us.
00:05:50.000 And it's going to be a shock when you hear some of these states.
00:05:53.000 And here's the way they do it, everybody.
00:05:55.000 They sneak it into presidential primaries.
00:05:58.000 They sneak it into local options for municipalities.
00:06:01.000 And then they bubble it up through lots of money of Mark Elias and George Soros to try to then make it statewide of ranked choice voting.
00:06:09.000 And next thing you know, a red state then becomes a murky purple state.
00:06:14.000 It's basically what I'm saying is this: we need to learn about the plumbing of our elections and get our hands dirty.
00:06:21.000 I know that's very easy to talk about messaging.
00:06:23.000 And what we're talking about here is the process of which the entire electoral process hinges, all of it.
00:06:33.000 So let's dive into it.
00:06:34.000 Alaska and Maine currently are the two states that use it in statewide elections, both Alaska and Maine.
00:06:41.000 Now, Alaska, I believe, is the first one to go all in on Senate races and on gubernatorial races.
00:06:48.000 Maine, I think this might be the first election they're doing it.
00:06:51.000 I could be off.
00:06:52.000 I know we have some people in Maine that listen to the program, but Maine has some form of ranked choice voting statewide.
00:06:58.000 But you are starting to see movements to implement ranked choice voting in other states.
00:07:02.000 For example, California uses it in local elections in some jurisdictions.
00:07:07.000 So does Oregon.
00:07:08.000 So does Colorado.
00:07:10.000 So does New Mexico.
00:07:11.000 So does Minnesota.
00:07:12.000 So does Michigan.
00:07:14.000 Could you imagine Michigan going to rank choice voting?
00:07:17.000 Donald Trump would not have won the presidential election in 2016 if there was ranked choice voting.
00:07:24.000 New York, Delaware, Maryland, and Vermont, they use it in local elections in some jurisdictions.
00:07:33.000 Now, these states have local options for municipalities to opt in, but this is how it starts.
00:07:37.000 It starts with local municipalities for some people to opt in, and then they start to have ballot referendums, well-funded, out of state money to make it statewide.
00:07:45.000 And the way that they frame it is so appealing.
00:07:48.000 They say, what if I told you there was a better way to vote?
00:07:50.000 That the way that you are voting is antiquated and outdated.
00:07:54.000 Better way to do politics, to run to the middle, to allow the common sense problem solvers to win, not the radical, not the radical right-wingers or radical left-wingers.
00:08:06.000 And so, in states like Utah, for example, where they allow local municipalities to opt in, it can sound very appealing.
00:08:15.000 Utah is a nice state.
00:08:17.000 I wouldn't say it's a severely conservative state.
00:08:20.000 And I use that term severely conservative because Mitt Romney used to use that term to describe himself as governor of Massachusetts, which is laughable.
00:08:27.000 But Utah is definitely a center-right state.
00:08:30.000 It is not a left-wing state.
00:08:32.000 Very, very frustrating with how Mitt Romney and the governor of Utah act.
00:08:38.000 But this is very appealing for some people in Utah, where then you could bring in this sort of process.
00:08:42.000 Yes, we can have more people like Evan McMuffin and all these other people that are able to, you know, win, even though they're moderate and they don't have a big constituency.
00:08:53.000 So it has a bubble-up campaign, but while it's bubbling up, out-of-state money pours in.
00:08:58.000 So Utah and Virginia have local opt-in for ranked choice voting.
00:09:05.000 But then three other states have already begun to implement ranked choice voting on presidential primaries.
00:09:12.000 Why?
00:09:13.000 Kansas, Wyoming, and Nevada are already starting to use ranked choice voting in presidential primaries.
00:09:21.000 This is not a mistake.
00:09:23.000 This is a well-funded, quiet, subterranean, below-the-surface campaign being funded by moderate Chamber of Commerce Republicans.
00:09:33.000 Think Paul Ryan, think John Boehner, think Mitt Romney.
00:09:38.000 Those are the type of people that are funding this and that want to be behind this.
00:09:42.000 And then Democrats that are trying to go into red states like Wyoming and Kansas to change the way that you, the grassroots, have a voice.
00:09:51.000 I cannot emphasize this enough.
00:09:53.000 Alaska is teaching us a lesson that we have to be active in our state legislative districts, in our precinct districts.
00:10:02.000 We have to be active in our state committee meetings that we are going to say with banners and with signs and enthusiastically, we are not going to tolerate ranked choice voting in our state.
00:10:14.000 If we don't take this seriously, everybody, and it's spreading like wildfire to your state, to the heartland of the country, it's already in Kansas in some regard.
00:10:22.000 It's already in Wyoming in some regard.
00:10:24.000 It's already in Nevada in some regard.
00:10:26.000 It's already in Utah in some regard.
00:10:28.000 You're going to have Mitt Romney's win your primaries and there'll be nothing you could do about it.
00:10:35.000 Right now, Bank of America has just lowered its 2022 forecast for the SP 500 by a whopping 900 points to 3,600.
00:10:45.000 Saying we're headed for a recession this year, it said the new year target is the lowest on the street.
00:10:50.000 This is not good news for those of you stuck in equities or anything tied to stock markets.
00:10:55.000 I know thousands of people who have put their trust in Noble Gold to prevent losing money and the financial storm that is brewing.
00:11:01.000 You can join them by calling their expert team.
00:11:03.000 Noble Gold has recently voted the number one gold company in the country by Consumer Affairs.
00:11:08.000 No call centers, no scripted response, no bull, just a straight, honest run through options so you can decide.
00:11:14.000 And by the way, they're giving away a beautiful one-tenth of an ounce gold American Eagle coin with every qualifying IRA or 401k rollover this month.
00:11:22.000 You can't go wrong with Noble Gold.

00:11:29.000 That is noblegoldinvestments.com.
00:11:34.000 Charlie, here is our ranked choice voting result.
00:11:37.000 You're 100% correct.
00:11:38.000 It is so rigged.
00:11:39.000 So the second place person wins.
00:11:41.000 It's crap, Charlie.
00:11:42.000 We just moved here from California two years ago.
00:11:44.000 We're so disappointed in this insane voting system pushed in by Lisa Murkowski.
00:11:48.000 It's so unbelievably confusing.
00:11:50.000 And so there was well over 100,000 Republican ballots cast.
00:11:56.000 100,000.
00:11:58.000 And yet the Democrat wins.
00:12:01.000 And then there's this round one, and then there's round two.
00:12:05.000 It's so incredibly confusing for people.
00:12:08.000 And it's that way by design.
00:12:10.000 There was 111,000 Republican votes.
00:12:13.000 And this is not just isolated to Alaska.
00:12:16.000 This is my personal opinion about ranked choice voting.
00:12:19.000 I believe ranked choice voting is a maneuver by the American ruling class to quietly take your voice away because they're afraid of the populist, people-centered movement that is about to displace them from power.
00:12:35.000 I believe that the ranked choice voting movement is no different than them trying to take back control of your vote and your voice.
00:12:45.000 And I'm going to re-emphasize this.
00:12:47.000 This is not just in Alaska.
00:12:50.000 I'm going to tell you the states again that are already teasing some use of ranked choice voting.
00:12:54.000 Maine has it in statewide use.
00:12:57.000 Vermont, New York, Delaware, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, New Mexico, Colorado, California, and Oregon have it in local elections in some jurisdictions.
00:13:10.000 And that is how they start.
00:13:11.000 They start implementing it in very liberal districts.
00:13:14.000 And they say, wow, this is so wonderful.
00:13:16.000 Let's take it statewide.
00:13:18.000 Utah and Virginia have local option for municipalities to opt in.
00:13:24.000 Hawaii, Nevada, Wyoming, and Kansas have it in presidential primaries.
00:13:32.000 It is conceivable that in the next couple of years, if we are not vigilant, if we are not stopping ranked choice voting, in fact, we have to not just stop it, we have to remove it.
00:13:40.000 If you live in Kansas, if you live in Wyoming, if you live in Nevada, if you live in Virginia, it should be completely and totally removed and purged from your system.
00:13:48.000 It is an intentional dilution of our movement.
00:13:52.000 They know what they're doing.
00:13:54.000 The way elections should work, they lose.
00:13:59.000 So the tabulation of the last votes, 27,000 of Nick Begich votes went to Sarah Palin, and 15,000 went to Mary Patola, which is why she ended up winning because she was the only Democrat.
00:14:13.000 When you are first loser, otherwise known as second place, rank choice voting rewards you.
00:14:22.000 The way the system works under rank choice voting, and you rank which one you like the best, the person that isn't the actual winner, but the person that might be the kind of leftover candidate ends up getting priority in that way.
00:14:37.000 Why does that benefit Democrats?
00:14:39.000 They just have to run enough candidates.
00:14:41.000 They have to attack and isolate our base.
00:14:44.000 So it's a way to quarantine the MAGA base to hit a ceiling.
00:14:51.000 Philosopher Ricky Bobby said it best, PlayCut 117.
00:14:55.000 You ain't first, you're last.
00:14:57.000 You know, don't talk about that phrase.
00:14:58.000 Trade Market not to use the tradition, Ricky Bobby.
00:15:01.000 If you're not first, you're last.
00:15:04.000 Ricky Bobby from Talladega Knights.
00:15:08.000 We're getting a lot of emails here, and we have to stay on top of it because this is now going to be implemented in state legislative races all across the country.
00:15:16.000 But isn't it consistent?
00:15:18.000 It's consistent where they want to break the promise of the United States Constitution.
00:15:23.000 The Constitution that decentralizes power, that gives sovereignty to the people, that allows for the consent of the governed, for the separation of powers.
00:15:32.000 What ranked choice voting does is it allows backroom deals, algorithms, moderate Chamber of Commerce preferred candidates to sneak by while the candidate that could actually do well and actually improve your state and represent you goes by the wayside.
00:15:50.000 Look at Ron DeSantis.
00:15:51.000 Do you think Ron DeSantis would be governor of Florida if it was for ranked choice voting?
00:15:55.000 Probably not.
00:15:56.000 Donald Trump would never have been president.
00:15:58.000 No, the best candidates and the best leaders we have on our side likely would not have survived ranked choice voting.
00:16:06.000 It's a maneuver.
00:16:07.000 It's a play.
00:16:07.000 And it's happening while, okay, we're focusing on poll numbers.
00:16:10.000 We're focusing on all these different sorts of things.
00:16:13.000 But it's already finding its way into Republican states.
00:16:17.000 What is Kansas doing using ranked choice voting in presidential primaries?
00:16:22.000 Why is Wyoming doing that?
00:16:24.000 They're going to try to get it in Colorado, which means a Republican will never win there again.
00:16:28.000 It's already a Republican has difficulty there.
00:16:30.000 New Mexico as well.
00:16:31.000 Nevada, they're implementing it.
00:16:36.000 Millions of Americans are waking up to a country they don't recognize.
00:16:39.000 And while they struggle to raise their families and pay the bills, the media and major corporations are telling them that they're what's wrong with America.
00:16:46.000 Thankfully, there are strong companies, very good ones like Patriot Mobile, stepping up.
00:16:51.000 Patriot Mobile is America's only Christian conservative cell phone company.
00:16:55.000 They are on the front lines fighting for the sanctity of life, religious liberty, and the Second Amendment.
00:17:00.000 This is why Patriot Mobile is different from every other provider out there.
00:17:04.000 Inflation has made it really hard on many Americans.
00:17:06.000 Thankfully, Patriot Mobile has plans for almost any budget, and they offer the same nationwide coverage as the major carriers.
00:17:13.000 Get the same great service plus the knowledge that your money is supporting the values that made America great and will again.
00:17:18.000 Go to patriotmobile.com slash Charlie or call 972 Patriot.
00:17:22.000 Use offer code Charlie and get free activation.
00:17:24.000 Special discounts are available for veteran and first responders.
00:17:27.000 Go to patriotmobile.com slash Charlie, patriotmobile.com slash Charlie, or call 972 Patriot, patriotmobile.com slash Charlie.
00:17:38.000 So who's behind all of this?
00:17:40.000 Who's behind implementing ranked choice voting in your state?
00:17:43.000 Well, you guys can all check it out.
00:17:44.000 And I'm going to tell you, you go to fairvote.org.
00:17:47.000 So when you go to fairvote.org, it is an entire organization that is focused on ranked choice voting.
00:17:56.000 And then they literally brag on fairvotevote.org.
00:17:59.000 You guys can check it out.
00:18:00.000 Results from Alaska's first RCV election.
00:18:04.000 It talks about how 30 years of impact, why we need reform, what is their solution, how to get involved, and where ranked choice voting is already being implemented, and how they are trying to get it into states like South Carolina.
00:18:19.000 They're trying to get into Georgia.
00:18:20.000 They're trying to get into Alabama.
00:18:21.000 They have a map on their website.
00:18:24.000 It says right here, ranked choice voting is used in cities across the country.
00:18:28.000 For more information, check out here.
00:18:30.000 And it says, all of a sudden, ranked choice voting is being used in certain Colorado elections.
00:18:36.000 It's being used in Illinois for overseas ballots and military ballots.
00:18:41.000 It's being used in South Carolina for military and overseas ballots.
00:18:45.000 They have a plan.
00:18:47.000 They're implementing it and it's well funded.
00:18:50.000 And it has a whole list of jurisdictions, cities, and states that are using it.
00:18:54.000 St. Paul, Minnesota, Telluride, Colorado.
00:18:58.000 Palm Desert, California.
00:19:00.000 It starts in the liberal areas and it grows from there.
00:19:03.000 Utah cities using ranked choice voting in 2021.
00:19:07.000 23 Utah cities are now using rank choice voting.
00:19:13.000 The red state of Utah is now going, is being in, is being taken over.
00:19:19.000 It's being infiltrated by fairvote.org.
00:19:21.000 And I'm going to tell you more about them in a second.
00:19:23.000 But Woodland Hills, Utah, Vineyard, Utah, Springville, Utah, South Lake, Utah, Sandy, Utah, Salt Lake City, Utah, River Heights, Utah, Nibley, Newton, Moab, Mill Creek, Midvale, Magna, Lehigh, Heber, Jacanola, Elkridge, Draper, Cottonwood, Bluffdale.
00:19:39.000 All of these cities are now using ranked choice voting.
00:19:43.000 That's a way to take over a red state of Utah.
00:19:46.000 Just start in the cities.
00:19:47.000 23 cities are using it.
00:19:49.000 Amherst, Massachusetts, Boulder, Colorado, Broomfield, Colorado, Burlington, Vermont, and Westbrook, Maine are going to use ranked choice voting in 2023.
00:20:00.000 They have a well-funded campaign.
00:20:01.000 They're implementing it all across the country.
00:20:04.000 In Alaska, in Nevada, in Hawaii, Kansas, Maine, and Wyoming, they used ranked choice voting for the Democrat primary.
00:20:13.000 Ranked choice voting is used in party elections and conventions.
00:20:18.000 It's used for the Delaware Democrat Convention.
00:20:21.000 The Indiana Republican Party.
00:20:23.000 The Indiana Republican Party used ranked choice voting to nominate its candidate for attorney general at their virtual convention on July 10, 2020.
00:20:23.000 That's right.
00:20:35.000 The Utah Republican Party uses it.
00:20:37.000 The Virginia Republican Party uses it.
00:20:42.000 States that are looking to adopt it right now, several Virginia cities, Vancouver, Washington, Sarasota, Florida.
00:20:51.000 And it says here, Sarasota, Florida, adopted by voters in 2007, awaiting state law change.
00:20:56.000 Don't change the law, Ron DeSantis.
00:20:58.000 Don't allow it to happen.
00:21:01.000 Ranked choice voting is used on more than 90 colleges and universities, and it's being used all across the country.
00:21:08.000 So you go to this website, fairvote.org.
00:21:10.000 Who are these people?
00:21:11.000 They have a concerted, almost military-style campaign.
00:21:15.000 This is how they describe it.
00:21:17.000 But then I'm going to tell you who's actually behind it.
00:21:19.000 Indiana Republican Party is going along with it.
00:21:21.000 Kansas is going along with it.
00:21:22.000 Wyoming is going along with it.
00:21:24.000 Utah is allowing their whole state being taken over by ranked choice voting.
00:21:27.000 Alaska has let their state being taken over by ranked choice voting.
00:21:30.000 And I know some of you say, come on, Charlie, get to the news of the day.
00:21:32.000 I'm going to keep on hitting this to the point where it is repetition is the soul of memory.
00:21:37.000 If you don't take this seriously, if we don't take this seriously, the country is done.
00:21:42.000 We will never win another election if this scam of a process is implemented across the country.
00:21:49.000 And it is the news of the day, by the way.
00:21:50.000 Sarah Palin lost because of it.
00:21:52.000 Okay, play cut 75.
00:21:54.000 This is them explaining what ranked choice voting is.
00:21:57.000 Ranked choice voting is another voting method which allows voters to rank their candidates in order of preference.
00:22:03.000 In a ranked choice voting election, a candidate needs to earn more than half of the votes to win.
00:22:08.000 All first choices are counted.
00:22:10.000 And if a candidate has a majority, then they win, just like any other election.
00:22:15.000 If not, the candidate with the fewest votes is eliminated.
00:22:19.000 And voters who pick that candidate as number one will have their votes count for their next choice.
00:22:24.000 This process continues until a candidate earns a majority and is declared the winner.
00:22:29.000 So effectively, the most moderate candidate, the loser, ends up winning.
00:22:34.000 So who's behind all of this?
00:22:36.000 This is where Republicans need to wise up.
00:22:39.000 Just go to the website.
00:22:42.000 Go to fairvote.org.
00:22:44.000 And literally in three clicks, I found this out.
00:22:46.000 This is not some sort of investigative research.
00:22:48.000 It's not some sort of big team we have.
00:22:50.000 I mean, we have a wonderful team.
00:22:51.000 But I just literally was like, okay, who's behind this?
00:22:53.000 Oh, the officers or the board members of fairvote.org.
00:22:59.000 First is Chair Alice Underwood, a recognized leader in the actuarial profession.
00:23:03.000 Okay.
00:23:04.000 But then there's Secretary Mark De La Iglesia.
00:23:09.000 What does he do?
00:23:11.000 Oh, he's a program officer with the Open Society Foundation fiscal governance program.
00:23:19.000 What is the Open Society Foundation?
00:23:21.000 George Soros' foundation.
00:23:24.000 So, George Soros' lieutenant, Mark De La Iglesia, sits on the board of directors of the organization that's bringing ranked choice voting to your state.
00:23:36.000 Why are Republicans going along with this?
00:23:38.000 Utah is implementing a George Soros' lieutenant's agenda in their local cities and states.
00:23:44.000 How many Republicans know about this?
00:23:46.000 And they say, well, it's a way to get rid of dark money, yet they fund these campaigns with dark money to get into these states.
00:23:54.000 So you read about Mark De La Iglesia.
00:23:57.000 He's the senior program officer at the Open Society Foundation, where he supports organizations that fight international corruption and kleptocracy, right?
00:24:07.000 A native of Washington state, Mark has volunteered on U.S. voting rights campaigns and various other democracy reforms over the years.
00:24:15.000 So effectively, you have George Soros's, one of his top guys, that sits and runs one of the programs of a $20 billion foundation, the Open Society Foundation, to change your voting laws, to change the way that you vote.
00:24:33.000 Who else is on the board?
00:24:35.000 How about this one?
00:24:37.000 Danielle Allen.
00:24:39.000 She said she's the author of the book, Our Declaration, Reading the Declaration of Independence in Defense of Equality and CUS.
00:24:47.000 She continues to advocate for democracy reforms to create a greater voice in our democracy.
00:24:52.000 You go through and it says, wait a second, these people that sit on this board, they're not exactly right-wingers.
00:24:57.000 These are the most radical, left-wing people that are on the organization boards that are changing the way that we fundamentally choose who represents us.
00:25:07.000 And guess what?
00:25:08.000 They're most focused on red states because they know they destroy red state America through rank choice voting.
00:25:16.000 This is a five-alarm fire, everybody, after what we saw in Alaska.
00:25:20.000 After the 2020 election, they are now doing 2022.0.
00:25:24.000 This is a way they focus on the way we do our elections.
00:25:27.000 Mail-in ballots is phase one, ranked choice voting phase two, and you no longer have a voice.
00:25:33.000 Conservatives, Christians, gun owners, business owners, this is a way to disenfranchise you, to shut you up, and you don't even realize it.
00:25:42.000 You don't recognize it.
00:25:45.000 They are retooling the entire machinery, chaired by this guy, Mark De La Iglesia, who is a senior program officer at George Soros' foundation, the Open Society Foundation.
00:26:00.000 Cindy asks the freedom at CharlieKirk.com.
00:26:03.000 Thank you, Charlie, for whatever you do.
00:26:04.000 Tell me what to do and consider it done.
00:26:06.000 Can't have these Soros chosen losers.
00:26:08.000 How do we stop ranked choice voting?
00:26:09.000 Here's the good news: we got to get the message out.
00:26:11.000 Right, every single candidate you have to say, do you stand for ranked choice voting?
00:26:14.000 Why do you stand for it?
00:26:15.000 You have to make it.
00:26:16.000 We have to make ranked choice voting and the support of ranked choice voting as unthinkable as taking someone's guns away.
00:26:22.000 That's what we have to do.
00:26:24.000 The same way that a Republican candidate is afraid to say for good reason that, well, I'm going to take your guns away, you have to make it unthinkable that someone is going to say that they support ranked choice voting.
00:26:33.000 We have to make ranked choice voting stigmatized, that we have to repeal this.
00:26:38.000 The grassroots have to do this because the party leadership is either too incompetent or too corrupt to recognize this.
00:26:44.000 They are on the march.
00:26:46.000 You guys can check it out.
00:26:47.000 Check out fairvote.org.
00:26:49.000 It's all right there.
00:26:51.000 It shows their resources.
00:26:52.000 It shows their glossary of terms.
00:26:54.000 It shows their advocacy.
00:26:56.000 It shows their financials.
00:26:57.000 It shows all of it.
00:26:58.000 And they're very, very well funded.
00:27:00.000 It shows that fairvote.org is spending millions of dollars.
00:27:06.000 And there's other money we can't probably even track or know of to try to change the machinery, the tooling, how actually elections are tabulated themselves.
00:27:15.000 And that's just one of several organizations, by the way, that are doing this and are getting behind this.
00:27:20.000 Why?
00:27:22.000 They're doing this because they can't win in any other way.
00:27:24.000 By the way, if you're worried about machines, which I totally understand, if you're worried about mules, obviously I'm understandable, ranked choice voting is institutionalized in that way.
00:27:37.000 Let's remember this clip, Cut 72, Project Veritas action, got on tape how Murkowski's team was admitting that the entire system of ranked choice voting is a backroom deal to benefit Lisa Murkowski against the will of the Alaskan voters.
00:27:53.000 Play Cut 72.
00:27:55.000 They say the race is going to come down to Kelly Chewbacca and Senator Murkowski.
00:28:00.000 So anyone who votes for Pat Chesborough first and ranks Senator Murkowski second, that vote is going to become a vote for Senator Murkowski.
00:28:08.000 So ballot measure two is her key to winning.
00:28:11.000 Yeah.
00:28:11.000 While we were working on ballot measure two and voting for ballot measure two, we have Senator Murkowski in mind the whole time.
00:28:17.000 Every single Pat Chesborough voter who ranks Senator Murkowski second, we get their votes.
00:28:24.000 And then let's play Cut 73.
00:28:27.000 Ballot Measure 2 asks voters to pick second and third choice candidates in addition to their favorite.
00:28:32.000 And those preferences are counted if no one wins a majority.
00:28:35.000 Some people's ballots don't end up counting in the final results.
00:28:38.000 And between you and me, ballot measure two is actually created.
00:28:41.000 I think it was craving truly, and some are why it was created because there were people in the state who wanted to see a better system.
00:28:48.000 But they also want to wait so they get re-elected.
00:28:50.000 Our comms director, his name is Shay.
00:28:52.000 He was the comms director for ballot measure two.
00:28:54.000 That was his job previously.
00:28:56.000 So that's how we know.
00:28:57.000 So someone asked Charlie, what do we do?
00:28:59.000 Well, Tracy emailed us.
00:29:00.000 This is why we do our show.
00:29:01.000 Thank you for supporting us and getting behind us because shows like ours, I think, can end up making a difference thanks to you.
00:29:06.000 Charlie, thank you for telling me about Kansas using ranked choice voting.
00:29:09.000 I looked it up and you're right.
00:29:11.000 It was used in the 2020 presidential election.
00:29:14.000 It wasn't voted on by the people.
00:29:17.000 Or where was this passed in the Kansas state legislature?
00:29:19.000 I am beyond furious.
00:29:20.000 I knew our state was corrupt, but this is the cherry on top of state corruption.
00:29:24.000 Thank you, Tracy.
00:29:25.000 That's exactly right.
00:29:26.000 We got to get the word out.
00:29:26.000 You got to wake up.
00:29:27.000 We have to know what's happening around here.
00:29:30.000 We don't take this seriously.
00:29:32.000 It's going to make mules and machines look like little blips.
00:29:36.000 You will never win again.
00:29:38.000 This is how they starve and suffocate the MAGA movement without ever having to defeat us in an election.
00:29:47.000 They defeat us not by votes, but by process.
00:29:53.000 There's multiple dark money organizations that are out there that their full-time job.
00:29:59.000 Your full-time job might be: hey, you know, my full-time job is to be a welder, a plumber, a parent, a pastor, a counselor, a truck driver, an accountant, all great things.
00:30:12.000 The full-time job of these people is to change our elections.
00:30:15.000 Their full-time job.
00:30:16.000 They're paid to change our elections.
00:30:19.000 And fairvote.org, which is obviously the best-funded effort that is getting this done to get ranked choice voting.
00:30:28.000 And by the way, they brag about how they did it on their website.
00:30:30.000 Published last night.
00:30:31.000 Alaska held its first ranked choice voting election on August 16th.
00:30:36.000 Ranked choice voting gave Alaskans better choices and more competition on election day.
00:30:40.000 That's the George Soros group that's saying that.
00:30:43.000 The guy that sits on their board is the George Soros lieutenant.
00:30:46.000 They're telling you, George Soros' people are telling you that you have better elections.
00:30:51.000 Where are the Republicans?
00:30:53.000 Oh, Lisa Murkowski's on the side of George Soros.
00:30:57.000 And it talks all about it, it details the whole thing about how wonderful this all is.
00:31:02.000 And basically, they're bragging how great it is because Sarah Palin lost.
00:31:07.000 It talked about how round one, If you would have tabulated the round one winner, Sarah Palin and Nick Begich, and then you have round two, all of a sudden, then you have a Democrat that wins.
00:31:24.000 So who is George Soros?
00:31:27.000 Let's just do a little refresher.
00:31:28.000 George Soros is one of the most sinister and evil people on the planet by far.
00:31:36.000 PlayCut 76, just a little refresher of who George Soros is.
00:31:39.000 Clearly, I consider the Trump administration a danger to the world, but I regard it as a purely temporary phenomenon that will disappear in 2020 or even sooner.
00:31:57.000 That's just a little taste of George Soros.
00:31:59.000 George Soros is worth anywhere between $20 to $30 billion.
00:32:03.000 He has donated a mass amount of his wealth to the Open Society Foundation, of which his lieutenant, this guy that sits on the ranked choice voting board, is in charge of one of the initiatives there, charge one of the initiatives at the George Soros Foundation.
00:32:15.000 By the way, that's a news story.
00:32:16.000 I hope someone writes it up, the Federalist or Postmillennial or Human Events.
00:32:19.000 Just so everyone knows, if you're supporting ranked choice voting, you're on the side of George Soros.
00:32:24.000 If you support ranked choice voting, you are doing the bidding of Soros.
00:32:28.000 Just so everyone knows what's going on here, it's on the website.
00:32:31.000 Just look it up.
00:32:33.000 And it gets even worse than that.
00:32:36.000 George Soros is also the number one political donor of this election cycle.
00:32:40.000 George Soros has donated $120 million.
00:32:46.000 He has donated $123 million in political donations this cycle alone.
00:32:51.000 But they know they can't stop our movement unless they stop the way our movement is able to represent itself.
00:32:58.000 What's hilarious is that they always say that Donald Trump is such a threat to our democracy that he's breaking our democracy.
00:33:05.000 At the same time, we're not democracy, but it goes to their website.
00:33:08.000 They say, our democracy is broken.
00:33:10.000 Let's fix it.
00:33:11.000 Ranked choice voting makes democracy more fair and functional.
00:33:14.000 It's simple change that can have a big impact.
00:33:16.000 They know what they're doing.
00:33:18.000 And the only thing that can stop ranked choice voting is you.
00:33:22.000 We have to create a rancor about this, everybody.
00:33:25.000 It has to be a top-tier issue at every state party convention, every time you see a congressman, every time you see a senator, every time you show up at a local legislative district meeting, and everyone out there should be a precinct committee man, by the way.
00:33:38.000 We should have shirts.
00:33:39.000 We should have signs.
00:33:40.000 No ranked choice voting.
00:33:41.000 Alaska, you should repeal ranked choice voting.
00:33:45.000 If you do not want your vote diluted, we must terminate ranked choice.
00:33:49.000 If we want our movement to continue to be robust and strong, we must get rid of ranked choice voting.
00:33:54.000 But we're up against Soros.
00:33:56.000 We're up against tons of money.
00:33:57.000 They are well-funded.
00:33:58.000 They are intentionally trying to subvert our representative process through these gimmicks, these games, and this murkiness.
00:34:08.000 They know exactly what they're doing.
00:34:10.000 When we're focused on politics, they're focused on process.
00:34:14.000 It's going to take us to get our hands a little bit dirty.
00:34:16.000 It's going to take Republican legislatures to be able to say no and to reverse this.
00:34:20.000 Kansas, fix it.
00:34:22.000 Nevada needs to fix it.
00:34:23.000 Wyoming needs to fix it.
00:34:24.000 Virginia needs to fix it.
00:34:26.000 Utah is next.
00:34:28.000 Utah is next.
00:34:30.000 Very important.
00:34:32.000 And some systems force you to rank all.
00:34:34.000 Some let you rank others.
00:34:36.000 Alaska allows you to just rank one.
00:34:38.000 It's very confusing and murky.
00:34:40.000 The point is this: repeal it all.
00:34:42.000 No more ranked choice voting and reject this Soros lieutenant takeover of our elections.
00:34:48.000 Wake up, everybody.
00:34:52.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
00:34:53.000 Email me your thoughts as always.
00:34:54.000 Freedom at CharlieKirk.com.
00:34:56.000 Thanks so much for listening.
00:34:58.000 God bless.
