00:02:49.000 So a lot of the kind of Clinton characters have been called to testify in this case.

00:02:57.000 And so the chief beta male of the Hillary Clinton machine is a low testosterone, rather, let's say, I don't want to say, he's just not a good guy.

00:03:10.000 He's a bad guy, Robbie Mook.

00:03:12.000 Now, Robbie Mook was the 2016 campaign manager for Hillary Clinton for America.

00:03:19.000 He is a devout and loyal Clintonite.

00:03:24.000 Robbie Mook thought that the 2016 election was perfect and was going to be great and they were going to win.

00:03:32.000 And of course, he oversaw the shell shock loss to Donald Trump.

00:03:37.000 So Robbie Mook knows a lot about the inner workings of the 2015-2016 presidential campaign by Hillary Clinton.

00:03:45.000 So John Durham knows what he's doing.

00:03:47.000 It looks more and more clear that way, where John Durham has called a lot of these people to testify to find out who exactly approved the payment.

00:03:56.000 Who was behind all of this?

00:03:57.000 Now, up until this moment, right now, and the breaking news that has happened in the last hour, there has been no credible evidence by anybody in the Clinton clown car that has showed that Hillary Clinton herself was involved in any of this activity.

00:04:17.000 Now, we, of course, knew that she actually is because we have common sense and we can see things as they are.

00:04:24.000 It doesn't take a lot of leap to realize that Hillary Clinton would do this, but not enough where you could present it to a jury. 0.67

00:04:31.000 And not enough where you would present it to a judge.

00:04:35.000 Well, Robbie Mook was testifying and he said in court today that Hillary Clinton, quote, Hillary Clinton herself approved the idea of giving the fake Alpha Bank story to a reporter.

00:04:51.000 Quote, we told her we have this and we want to share it with a reporter.

00:04:57.000 She agreed with that.

00:04:59.000 So Hillary Clinton personally okayed the sharing of the Trump-Russia data campaign.

00:05:06.000 Now, does it go a level deeper, which of course would then criminally implicate Hillary Clinton, which is that Hillary Clinton personally sign off on the asset transfer that funded the fake dossier?

00:05:18.000 And even more so, where Hillary Clinton would be in even more trouble. 1.00

00:05:23.000 And even more, let's say, difficult waters would be if there is evidence to show that Hillary Clinton knew that Sussman going to the FBI was part of the strategy.

00:05:35.000 These are things that have yet to be built out.

00:05:37.000 But what this does for the first time is it directly links without any shadow of a doubt, Hillary Clinton's knowledge of the Alpha Bank story and then leaking it to the press.

00:05:51.000 Now, we knew this just through circumstantial evidence, but until this, Hillary Clinton firmly denied it through all of her surrogates, Mark Elias and all the other people, even though there was a $10 million payment via Fusion GPS to go get this story created and distributed.

00:06:05.000 Hillary Clinton was like, I knew nothing about this. 0.70

00:06:07.000 Come on, just the candidate.

00:06:08.000 I don't know anything about it.

00:06:10.000 She was constantly denying and creating space and trying to demand that she had distance from this story.

00:06:17.000 The New York Post writes, Mook described the end of his conversation with Clinton as him telling her, quote, hey, we have this and we want to share it with a reporter.

00:06:25.000 She agreed to that.

00:06:27.000 Mook also acknowledged the campaign hadn't verified the accuracy of the data at the time.

00:06:32.000 Part of the point of giving it to a reporter was that they could run it down further.

00:06:36.000 Now, this is probably a workshop, let's say, coordination.

00:06:40.000 As it stands, Hillary Clinton and Robbie Mook are probably channeling via lawyers on how they're going to tell this story because they can't say they knew nothing about it.

00:06:50.000 But basically, the narrative that has now been created via Robbie Mook's testimony in the Sussman trial with Durham doing the prosecution is, why don't we say we had it, but we didn't know how we got it and we didn't know how true it was.

00:07:07.000 Now, the not knowing how we got it falls apart completely because they got it through their own opposition research, opposition research, the work of fiction, via the via, what was his name?

00:07:19.000 Christopher Steele, the dossier created by Christopher Steele.

00:07:22.000 So we know how they got it.

00:07:23.000 So now Robbie Mook and Hillary Clinton, probably after many years now and many months of kind of wordsmithing and figuring it out, because Mook is still very loyal to Hillary Clinton, unless he said something he was supposed to say, which I don't think is true.

00:07:36.000 But it's very clear that they've come up with their version of events.

00:07:41.000 And their version of events is the following, that they paid $10 million or whatever the amount was, it was an extraordinary sum, to Fusion GPS, where Fusion GPS then hired Christopher Steele and came up with this fake dossier story.

00:07:55.000 Then it goes back to the Hillary Clinton campaign for approval via Fusion GPS to the top levels of the campaign to Hillary Clinton, where then they sent it to the press.

00:08:05.000 Now, where the prosecution will have to nail it down in a future trial, because there might be more looming indictments, is: wait a second.

00:08:13.000 Did you contact anybody in the orbit of the FBI or Sussman to then bring that fake story to the Bureau, knowing it wasn't true?

00:08:26.000 So the reason why they're trying to cover their tracks, and they're doing a pretty good job of it, if Durham wasn't motivated to continue this investigation, is this point, which where Robbie Mook wanted to say this, quote, we did not know the veracity of the story.

00:08:44.000 Part of the point of giving it to a reporter so they could run it down further.

00:08:50.000 Where they could get potentially in a lot of trouble is if there's communications or testimony that shows that Robbie Mook was working to get this in front of the FBI.

00:09:01.000 Robbie Mook said, quote, a reporter could vet the information and then decide to print it.

00:09:06.000 Mook testified that he was first told about the information purportedly showing a secret back channel between the Trump organization server and Russia Alpha Bank's Pie campaign, general counselor, counsel Mark Elias.

00:09:19.000 Now, we know that name Mark Elias.

00:09:20.000 Mark Elias is the chief mastermind behind all the voter fraud operations and machinery in the country.

00:09:26.000 Mark Elias is a slippery person.

00:09:30.000 I'm going to be nice.

00:09:32.000 And Mark Elias was the general counsel for the 2016 Hillary Clinton campaign.

00:09:37.000 Mook added, he didn't recall where the data came from.

00:09:42.000 Really?

00:09:44.000 So someone's lying because Mook, I think the data came from the money that you guys gave to Fusion GPS that resulted in this entire scheme.

00:09:54.000 The campaign manager also discussed the matter with top aides, Podesta, Sullivan, and Jennifer Palmeri, apparently before going to Clinton.

00:10:02.000 This stunning disclosure came during a cross-examination of Mook by a member of John Durham's team, federal court, and prompted from D.C. federal court and prompted Judge Christopher Cooper, I'm reading from the New York Post, by the way, to order the jury out of the courtroom so he could hold a sidebar discussion with both sides.

00:10:21.000 Sussman is being charged with lying to the FBI and denying he was working on behalf of the campaign, even though there's a text message that shows he's working for the campaign.

00:10:31.000 After the sidebar, Cooper announced that he might allow prosecutor Andrew DePhillips to introduce evidence from a tweet by Clinton in 16 showing that after left-wing slate website published a report about the Alpha Bank data, Clinton, quote, wrote, Computer scientists have apparently uncovered a covert server linking the Trump organization to a Russia-based bank.

00:10:56.000 She also issued a statement from Sullivan, now president's national security advisor and member, Jake Sullivan, gets involved in this saying, quote, the secret hotline may be the key to unlocking the mystery of Trump's ties to Russia.

00:11:08.000 So we have Hillary Clinton who casually gets brought into this by Robbie Mook. 0.99

00:11:13.000 I think this is coordinated.

00:11:15.000 I think that Robbie Mook did not do this by mistake.

00:11:18.000 Now it shocked the courtroom.

00:11:19.000 I do not think after all the prep and all the years of this, Robbie Mook might be just kind of accidentally saying something like, oh, yeah, by the way, look, Hillary Clinton, Robbie Mook doesn't want to be Jeffrey Epstein.

00:11:29.000 Okay, he knows what happens in the Clinton orbit.

00:11:31.000 That's a joke, sort of. 0.86

00:11:34.000 And so Robbie Mook is not dumb.

00:11:37.000 And so Robbie Mook wants to at least appease the powers to be.

00:11:42.000 So they're going to need to establish some form of narrative of the following questions, which are very important.

00:11:50.000 What did she not know?

00:11:51.000 And for what reason did they, for what reason did they do what they did, right?

00:11:57.000 And so what we talked about on this program is that when the lower level people start to get involved, it's going to move up, hopefully, with future indictments.

00:12:06.000 Now, either that or they're coordinating.

00:12:08.000 I'm too cynical to believe, to be perfectly honest, that Hillary Clinton would allow Robbie Mook to go to the stand and not say anything that she did not have in connection.

00:12:17.000 Now, this is a big revelation, but I'm going to play the tape here.

00:12:21.000 I want you to think about it.

00:12:22.000 Is it really that big of a revelation if what they say they can prove?

00:12:27.000 So I don't want to get your hopes up too much, and I'll tell you why that, but why would that?

00:12:31.000 Listen, let's listen to the news reports.

00:12:32.000 Let's start with 102, and we'll go to 101, and I'm going to tell you how they are going to defend themselves, which might be actually pretty compelling unless we can get further evidence.

00:12:45.000 There was a little bit of surprise in the courtroom when Robbie Mook, the 2016 Hillary Clinton campaign manager, just answered a question casually that she personally approved sending that story to the media. 0.55

00:12:58.000 As you mentioned, it deals with an allegation or an accusation about the Trump organization, not the Trump campaign, but the Trump organization having a back channel to a Russian bank named Alphabank, which has some ties to the Kremlin, some Russian...

00:13:15.000 Let's do 101, and then I'm going to walk through how they might actually be intentionally allowing this to leak to control it.

00:13:27.000 Give everyone a little bit of a backstory on this story, because it is complicated.

00:13:31.000 There are a lot of twists and turns.

00:13:33.000 Hillary Clinton had a campaign attorney named Michael Sussman.

00:13:36.000 He is on trial right now behind me in federal court because in 2016, September 2016, he went to his friend who happened to be the general counsel at the FBI, a man named James Baker, and Sussman said, James, or Jim, rather, I have some information linking the Trump organization to a Russian-based bank via a back channel, via a computer server.

00:13:59.000 James Baker took the information at the FBI.

00:14:02.000 The FBI investigated.

00:14:04.000 They found out there was nothing to it, Kaylee, as you mentioned.

00:14:08.000 Hillary Clinton's team at the campaign also found out about that information.

00:14:12.000 And we are learning today via Robbie Mook, the campaign manager.

00:14:16.000 She personally was briefed on this allegation about the Russian bank and Trump organization.

00:14:22.000 And she said, okay, go ahead, give it to the media.

00:14:25.000 And that's where we are right now.

00:14:26.000 Sussman.

00:14:27.000 So the way that Hillary Clinton and her team is now going to respond to this is, well, look, we were presented with bad political information on an opponent.

00:14:37.000 It's very normal to leak bad information on your opponents.

00:14:40.000 It's not like we weren't in a contentious campaign.

00:14:43.000 And they're going to say, that's it.

00:14:44.000 That's kind of our, we're walled off.

00:14:47.000 Now, what I haven't heard anyone mention, which is very glaring and I think it's very obvious, is did the asset transfer to Fusion GPS concoct and pay for this information?

00:14:56.000 If so, then it's a completely different story.

00:14:58.000 But in its current form, I could see a world where Robbie Mook is trying to say, well, yeah, Hillary was involved in just like making a reporter check it out. 0.97

00:15:05.000 I mean, come on, we just told a reporter, go check it out.

00:15:07.000 Now, does it make him look bad?

00:15:09.000 Of course it does.

00:15:09.000 It put him in legal jeopardy.

00:15:11.000 Not so much.

00:15:12.000 Now, I'm not saying that Hillary's innocent, of course not. 0.69

00:15:14.000 I'm just trying to, I'm trying to play out why Robbie Mook would possibly say this in a courtroom.

00:15:22.000 And the reason he would say this is like, well, we did nothing wrong.

00:15:26.000 We found a story that might be compromising.

00:15:29.000 We sent it to a journalist, and then we were kind of hands-off and we just kind of did our thing.

00:15:33.000 And then once the story was written and they found out the information, well, then we tweeted about it and then it was in the public domain.

00:15:40.000 And if you actually read the headline, it says, Clinton approved dissemination of Trump-Russia allegations to media.

00:15:48.000 I mean, that's, of course, we've known that the whole time.

00:15:51.000 Now, is it significant that now someone is verifying it and saying it out loud?

00:15:56.000 Without a doubt.

00:15:56.000 That is a big deal.

00:15:58.000 But is it legally compromising?

00:16:00.000 No, it's not.

00:16:01.000 You can leak stuff to the media.

00:16:03.000 The greater question is: did Hillary Clinton pay for fake information herself and approve that via Fusion GPS?

00:16:10.000 Did she then create a scheme with that fake information to send Sussman to the Bureau, aka Jim's Baker?

00:16:19.000 That is the question.

00:16:20.000 Now, Robbie Mook might be trying to cover for Hillary, but what he did do, maybe intentionally or unintentionally, who knows, is open up a million other questions she has to answer.

00:18:34.000 If Elon Musk had announced that he was going to donate a billion dollars over the next decade to the Democrat Party, do you think that there would be a business insider piece against him?

00:18:48.000 If Elon Musk came out and said that he was going to put all of his profits for transgender puberty blocker surgery, do you think that he would be attacked?

00:18:58.000 If Elon Musk came out and said, I'm not going to buy Twitter, forget that, and said that instead he is going to try to invest money in diverse and black and LGBTQ creators, do you think that there would be a full court press against him?

00:19:19.000 Now, he's unbelievably smart.

00:19:21.000 He's brilliant.

00:19:24.000 But I don't think Elon quite understands how malevolent and how nasty these people are.

00:19:37.000 Elon is used to opposition and he's used to a fight.

00:19:44.000 But the fights that Elon has been in have been largely fair fights, but difficult fights.

00:19:50.000 But they've been kind of how the world used to work.

00:19:53.000 Can't make payroll, have to take out a second mortgage on your house, really leverage up, go raise outside money, bring Tesla back from the oblivion.

00:20:02.000 Fighting government regulators, those are tough.

00:20:04.000 What Elon has not experienced and what he is now front and center in is a political attack.

00:20:10.000 Political attack is not rational.

00:20:11.000 It's not a fair fight.

00:20:12.000 They'll try to destroy you at every possible opening.

00:20:16.000 We experience this all the time at Turning Point USA on this program.

00:20:20.000 These people are nasty, they're motivated, and they will not fight fair.

00:20:25.000 And I don't think Elon is going to play the victim, but I think Elon is processing this as, I've never really experienced anything like this.

00:20:32.000 Now, Elon has tweeted that out, basically.

00:20:33.000 If you can get Elon's tweet from the other day, where he says that all the recent attacks against me are evidence to show why I'm now voting Republican.

00:20:41.000 So now that Elon has come out and he said that he's going to vote Republican, all of the forces against him are coming.

00:20:50.000 Business Insider also came after Barstool, Dave Portnoy, after Dave Portnoy started to go on Tucker Carlson's program and bashing the woke stuff.

00:20:57.000 And so as soon as you cross the Rubicon, you cross the bridge from being an obedient member of the left and you kind of make the cross, then they're going to deploy everything they possibly can against you.

00:21:11.000 And look, the playbook is so predictable.

00:21:13.000 They're going to try the Me Too thing against Elon Musk.

00:21:16.000 They're going to try all the different regulatory stuff.

00:21:18.000 They're going to try to say that he's a racist.

00:21:20.000 They've already tried that and it's failed.

00:21:23.000 And so Elon Musk tweeted, but he's calling the scandal against him Elongate.

00:21:28.000 Elon Gate, Elongate.

00:21:30.000 I think it's hilarious.

00:21:32.000 And he's not letting it phase him.

00:21:34.000 He did tweet this.

00:21:34.000 He said, quote, the attacks against me should be viewed through a political lens.

00:21:39.000 This is their standard, despicable playbook, but nothing will deter me from fighting for a good future to your right to free speech.

00:21:46.000 Now, I really appreciate that, and I do appreciate that he's saying that it won't deter me.

00:21:51.000 And the way he's processing the information is correct.

00:21:54.000 And I don't want to underestimate Elon, but I do want to say I don't think he's quite grasping the level of desperation and nastiness that they are going to go to.

00:22:06.000 Maybe he's already gamed it out, but there is no fair rules.

00:22:10.000 There are no fair rules at all whatsoever when you engage in a political fight.

00:22:13.000 Zero whatsoever.

00:22:16.000 Okay, let's get to the next question here.

00:22:18.000 And actually, before I do, it's on this other Elon thing.

00:22:20.000 Jim Jordan said, quote, Christopher Steele created the dossier.

00:22:23.000 Glenn Simpson sold it to the press.

00:22:25.000 Michael Sussman took it to the FBI and Democrats and the media lied to you about it all.

00:22:28.000 Elon Musk just recently responded, God bless this man.

00:22:33.000 He said, all true.

00:22:35.000 Bet most people still don't know that a Clinton campaign lawyer using campaign funds created an elaborate hoax about Trump and Russia.

00:22:47.000 So Elon is going through something that I've experienced with other people.

00:23:34.000 Now, Donald Trump came out with a pretty nasty statement against Elon Musk.

00:23:42.000 The statement was like, oh, he only wants to be there because he's got all these regulatory problems.

00:23:46.000 There might be some truth there.

00:23:47.000 But I have a different view.

00:23:48.000 I think we should try to invite Elon on our team.

00:26:42.000 There was a meme on Twitter where basically it shows that Elon Musk is using SpaceX, Tesla, boring Neuralink Twitter to try to save humanity.

00:31:39.000 But I do believe this idea of seemingly infinite outcomes for a particular situation actually at least gives you some promise and gives you some opportunity and some magic and mystery for how things might end up.

00:31:59.000 And I think this Elon chapter is just one of the more exciting things that I've seen, not just because of world's richest man coming on team anti-woke and he's standing against it, but all the sub-kind of decisions that are made out of this, the reason you have despair, why would somebody have despair about America?

00:32:20.000 Because you think the downfall is inevitable or certain.

00:32:24.000 You despair when you think that, or you have anxiety when you have thoughts about the future that you think are irreversible or unchangeable.

00:32:36.000 The minute I might tell you that there actually is more risk and flex in those joints, that there actually is more opportunity for maybe an inconclusive outcome or a revival or for people to act a certain way, all of a sudden your cynicism can turn to doubt.

00:32:54.000 Doubt is a lot better than cynicism.

00:32:57.000 I have my doubts about the future of America, obviously.

00:33:01.000 But what I'm trying to say is that the future is not fixed for the country.

00:33:06.000 Now, theologically, as a Christian, I do believe the ultimate future is fixed.

00:33:10.000 The Bible is very clear about that.

00:33:12.000 There's no debate about it.

00:33:13.000 However, in the time being that we're here, the future of the nation, the future of your life, the future of your family, it's not fixed.

00:33:21.000 It's incumbent on your own agency, your own decision.

00:33:24.000 What are you going to prioritize?

00:33:26.000 And a lot of that actually comes down to your own individual mindset.

00:33:30.000 What is the attitude?

00:33:31.000 And I like that even better than mindset, because you can have wacky thoughts, you can have good thoughts, you can have bad thoughts, but an attitude transcends that.

00:33:40.000 An attitude is a general disposition towards how you want things to go or how you want to conduct yourself.

00:33:47.000 Is the attitude that you have towards the future of America, is it completely and totally pessimistic?

00:33:54.000 And now, I'm not saying you have to be optimistic if you don't believe it.

00:33:58.000 I'm not asking you to believe something that you don't believe, but I do think it is a moral necessity to have an attitude of the willingness that your actions matter and that things can change for the positive.

00:34:14.000 What I'm asking is that I think America has so much political despair because of a lack of open-heartedness and mindedness that things might not actually end up being as bad as you think they will be.

00:34:26.000 And that's a big ask, by the way.

00:34:29.000 I have to check and balance that in my life all the time.

00:34:32.000 And to Brendan's question, how do you talk about that hope?

00:34:37.000 Well, one of the great hopes I can give you for the nation is that the outcome hasn't yet been determined.

00:34:46.000 For every negative, there could be a positive.

00:34:49.000 For COVID, we got online learning.

00:34:52.000 For Biden, we got a stronger Republican Party.

00:34:55.000 Now, is that an immediate positive?

00:34:58.000 Of course not. 0.98

00:34:58.000 Obviously, we're all suffering under this garbage, more people suffering than others. 0.98

00:35:04.000 But if we believe that there could be a potential seeded equivalent benefit and our attitude and our disposition is at least an open-mindedness that better days could be ahead, that is the first step towards actually improving the country.

00:35:19.000 You just have to allow yourself, and I will say it does take a little bit of internal courage to think you might be wrong that America is going to smash into a million pieces.

00:35:31.000 You could call it doomerism, that no matter what, you think things are just going to kind of collapse, no matter what, it's all going to go and just be worse than ever.

00:35:41.000 You could be right, but don't be certain of that.

00:35:45.000 The moment you are certain about that, you are less engaged, less active, less happy, less wise.

00:35:51.000 My ask for you is just to have a little bit of the courage and a little bit of the willingness to believe that the outcome has not yet been determined of this nation, theologically separate issue.

00:36:03.000 I think that can give you a lot of hope.

00:36:06.000 That'll actually make you a happier warrior along the way.
