00:00:00.000 Hey everybody, Andrew Colvett, executive producer of the Charlie Kirk Show, filling in one last time for Charlie Kirk.
00:00:05.000 This is an Ask Me Anything with producer Blake Neff joining me.
00:00:10.000 We take your questions, including the DOJ's investigation over Tesla and the secret glass house project.
00:00:17.000 We talk about the trending hashtag ban the ADL.
00:00:20.000 Is it a bad idea?
00:00:20.000 Is it a good idea?
00:00:21.000 What's behind it?
00:00:22.000 And what the heck is the ADL even doing these days?
00:00:25.000 We break it all down.
00:00:26.000 We bring receipts.
00:00:27.000 We talk about Oliver Anthony.
00:00:29.000 Is he a traitor to conservatives or is he just a Rogan, bro?
00:00:32.000 And then we break down the intriguing race hoax out of Canada.
00:00:37.000 Mass graves?
00:00:38.000 I think not.
00:00:39.000 We have the details and a really tragic story for Canada, which is just, you know, what can I say about Canada?
00:00:46.000 That and so much more.
00:00:47.000 Buckle up.
00:00:48.000 Here we go.
00:00:49.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
00:00:51.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campuses.
00:00:53.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
00:00:56.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
00:01:00.000 I want to thank Charlie.
00:01:01.000 He's an incredible guy.
00:01:02.000 His spirit, his love of this country, he's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created.
00:01:09.000 Turning point USA. 0.65
00:01:10.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:01:19.000 That's why we are here.
00:01:22.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at andrewandTodd.com.
00:01:32.000 I'm going to welcome back Blake Neff, our resident foil contrarian editorial producer of the Charlie Kirk Show.
00:01:39.000 Blake, welcome to the Charlie Kirk Show.
00:01:42.000 You're trapped with me for the next 60 minutes, Andrew.
00:01:45.000 I know.
00:01:46.000 That's what our audience is saying in the chat right now, too, by the way, Blake.
00:01:50.000 No, Blake is fantastic.
00:01:51.000 One of the smartest guys that we have around.
00:01:53.000 One of the smartest political minds, too.
00:01:56.000 So here's, you know, the way this works, you guys send questions into freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:02:03.000 We take your questions.
00:02:04.000 We answer them.
00:02:05.000 Normally it's Charlie, but now you got Blake and Andrew.
00:02:08.000 So our first question, Blake, and I know this is near and dear to your heart because we were tweeting and texting about it, rather texting about it.
00:02:16.000 Andrew, I just saw a news story in the Daily Mail about a fake mass grave at a Christian school in Canada.
00:02:23.000 I vaguely recall a lot of news coverage of these mass graves two years ago.
00:02:28.000 I think the Pope even traveled to Canada to apologize.
00:02:30.000 What's the deal?
00:02:31.000 And that is Clive from New London, Connecticut.
00:02:34.000 Clive, great question.
00:02:35.000 This was a story breaking this morning.
00:02:38.000 Very interesting stuff.
00:02:39.000 Blake, why don't you fill the audience in on sort of the backstory and then we'll riff.
00:02:44.000 Yeah, Andrew, it's a great story. 0.97
00:02:46.000 And maybe the audience will like me more because we get to talk about an important topic in American life, which is that Canada sucks. 0.78
00:02:54.000 And one of the problems with Canada is they really have this national identity that they've embraced over the last few decades. 0.93
00:03:00.000 That what does it mean to be Canadian?
00:03:02.000 It means to be like America, but more liberal, more liberal in every way.
00:03:06.000 And they've been really out of sorts, especially since this George Floyd thing blew up.
00:03:12.000 They're like, we don't, you know, we didn't really have slavery.
00:03:15.000 We didn't have this like great historic crime.
00:03:18.000 They kind of have this Me Too idea that they need to have a reason that they are also Hitler, that they need to be really ashamed of their history.
00:03:25.000 And what they really fixated on was they fixated on these residential schools, which is America had these two.
00:03:32.000 Obviously, they have American Indians in Canada or as First Nations, as they call them.
00:03:36.000 And to sort of try to westernize them, Christianize them, make them sort of more culturally European, they ran these boarding schools or residential schools as they called them and educated American First Nations children there for like about a century.
00:03:52.000 And these schools had issues with them, as you'd expect.
00:03:56.000 They're often in the middle of nowhere.
00:03:58.000 They were often unsanitary.
00:03:59.000 There was, you know, physical and sexual abuse would occur at them, as has occurred at, you know, in every society and in schools all around the world.
00:04:07.000 But Canada really fixated on this.
00:04:09.000 And then about two years ago, there was this explosion, this bizarre story, where they started, these kind of amateur investigators were finding they claimed to be finding mysterious possible mass graves at these various residential schools throughout Canada.
00:04:26.000 And this fueled this insane conspiracy theory that people, that children had been murdered en masse at these schools and then buried in mass graves and it was all covered up.
00:04:35.000 And instead of debunking this, the government leaned in on it.
00:04:39.000 And there were dozens of churches in Canada in response to this were attacked with arson attacks, vandalism.
00:04:45.000 Some were burned to the ground completely.
00:04:48.000 Like, I have the numbers: 83 that were burned or vandalized.
00:04:52.000 And if you could throw up that other graphic from Unheard, 83 churches were burned or vandalized in the aftermath of this fabricated hoax.
00:05:02.000 And this, this, I mean, this is an interesting graphic when they put it up.
00:05:05.000 It says, why the Canadian left is burning down churches while progressives tweeted churches serving indigenous communities burned 83.
00:05:16.000 I mean, that's a shockingly high number.
00:05:18.000 It's a huge number.
00:05:19.000 And it really was.
00:05:20.000 It's like there are, yes, there are anti-Christian people in the First Nations community, but a lot of this is really similar to how you'd see it in the US, where you have these very radical activists, often just like white activists in big cities.
00:05:33.000 And then, like, what are the actual beliefs of the First Nations themselves?
00:05:36.000 Well, a lot of them actually just are Christians because, you know, the residential schools succeeded in a lot of their mission.
00:05:43.000 And then they get these churches, which, you know, they might only have one church for tens of miles.
00:05:48.000 Canada's not a very densely populated place.
00:05:50.000 And these places are getting torched and attacked.
00:05:52.000 And Justin Trudeau's government sort of said, like, oh, well, we oppose, we oppose these attacks, but it's very understandable that people are angry.
00:06:00.000 They got the Pope to show up and apologize.
00:06:02.000 The question was correct about that.
00:06:04.000 But now, two years later, they're following up and they're actually, okay, well, you claim there were mass graves.
00:06:09.000 Let's dig them up.
00:06:11.000 Let's go find it.
00:06:12.000 And they're either discovering, one, often they're just not, they're just normal cemeteries and maybe like the headstones, you know, the headstones are made of wood and they decayed.
00:06:20.000 Or there's just nothing there at all is this story that there was no bodies in this alleged mass grave.
00:06:26.000 They literally had a massive meltdown, which resulted in an anti-Christian spasm of arson and violence that the government enabled.
00:06:36.000 And it was all based on a lie.
00:06:39.000 And it was a lie to fulfill this like BDSM type motive that the left has, where they like, they crave this abasement.
00:06:48.000 They crave the ability to be like to wail wildly about how evil their ancestors were.
00:06:55.000 And so, again, it was like, it was like Me Too George Floydism.
00:06:58.000 They're like, we want to also be evil.
00:07:00.000 We want to also be really racist in our history. 0.84
00:07:03.000 We want to say Canada is evil.
00:07:05.000 And so they just inserted this really grave crime into their history that did not happen.
00:07:14.000 Yeah, I mean, I think it's pretty tragic because we've seen this too.
00:07:18.000 And we actually have a video of this, I believe.
00:07:21.000 Let's go ahead and play some of the fallout.
00:07:24.000 As a result of this, not only were they burning down churches, they were tearing down statues, a movement that we saw happen in the United States as well.
00:07:31.000 Let's go ahead and play Cut 199.
00:07:35.000 No pride in genocide.
00:07:53.000 So here you have a bunch of petulant little children, also known as leftists, dancing on the foundation of a toppled statue saying no pride in genocide. 0.81
00:08:08.000 Meanwhile, they are.
00:08:09.000 It's a statue of Queen Victoria, which Queen Victoria did not really personally preside.
00:08:09.000 Yeah, go ahead.
00:08:16.000 I mean, she was a constitutional monarch.
00:08:18.000 She's really just a symbol of the British Empire at its apex, but she was not running a genocide.
00:08:24.000 She was just the queen of Britain.
00:08:27.000 But again, they're like, well, America, their entire identity is so bound up with America.
00:08:33.000 They're like, well, America's toppling Confederate statues.
00:08:35.000 We don't have any Confederates because we weren't in the American Civil War.
00:08:40.000 So who do we get? 0.98
00:08:41.000 Get rid of the Queen.
00:08:43.000 Well, and the self-hatred that the left has for their own history, colonialism, patriarchy, whatever, it's really this insidious virus that has crept into the West.
00:08:57.000 We call it a collective psychosis in the Western world.
00:09:03.000 It hates anything strong.
00:09:04.000 It hates anything exceptional.
00:09:06.000 It hates anything that can dominate something else.
00:09:09.000 So if you have enough power to dominate, whether it be indigenous populations in this instance or become a global hegemon, this is why you don't see the left, especially our leaders in Washington, fight back with any gusto against the de-dollarization movement that's happening.
00:09:27.000 It's almost like they want to self-flagellate to the point of parity with the rest of the world, if not us getting dominated by them.
00:09:36.000 And it's a very distinct characteristic of the left.
00:09:40.000 I believe the Unibomber actually had some interesting quotes about this.
00:09:43.000 Blake, maybe we can bust those out for next segment.
00:09:46.000 But what do you think?
00:09:47.000 And we've only got a minute in this segment.
00:09:49.000 What do you think drives this passionate response on the left?
00:09:54.000 You know, if I had a full easy answer to that question, I think it'd be easier to defeat this because it really is, it is a profound force.
00:10:02.000 You know, yeah, the Unabomber thing, he points out that they do, they hate the West, but not because of any of the bad things they've done. 0.99
00:10:09.000 They specifically, it is because they've been so successful.
00:10:12.000 And in a weird way, we're our victims of our own success, which is, you know, the West kind of flagellates itself over slavery because we had the innovation of deciding that slavery was morally wrong and abolishing it purely on moral humanitarian grounds.
00:10:27.000 That was an innovation of the West that we have exported to the rest of the world.
00:10:32.000 And our reward for ourselves is to destroy ourselves over this, or in Canada's case, to go the extra mile and invent crimes that did not happen because we are so desperate.
00:10:44.000 Strong cell is amazing.
00:10:45.000 I got to tell you, the combination of NADH, CoQ10, and collagen is really something.
00:10:51.000 You know, people ask me, they say, Charlie, how do you keep your energy up?
00:10:54.000 How do you just keep on pushing?
00:10:56.000 Look, part of it is diet nutrition, but I'll be honest, I take supplements really seriously.
00:11:01.000 Fact check me on this.
00:11:02.000 You can say, oh, Charlie, I'm going to fact-check you.
00:11:04.000 Type this into your search engine.
00:11:06.000 Maybe it's Google, maybe not.
00:11:07.000 NADH.
00:11:10.000 Just type it in.
00:11:11.000 What does it tell you?
00:11:12.000 It might tell you that it is the secret to living long, anti-aging properties, more energy.
00:11:17.000 Well, all of that is being proven in more and more clinical trials.
00:11:20.000 NADH is a precursor so that your mitochondria can remain healthy and vibrant.
00:11:26.000 The elites, a lot of billionaires, people, a lot of money, they spend a ton of money on NAD.
00:11:30.000 It's a fact.
00:11:31.000 NAD just might be your secret weapon for more energy.
00:11:34.000 I take NAD every single day.
00:11:37.000 I could tell you that NADH compared with CoQ10, the trials show very, very good things on it.
00:11:42.000 Don't take my word for it.
00:11:43.000 But I mean, honestly, my word should be good for something.
00:11:46.000 But fact-check me.
00:11:47.000 Look at it.
00:11:48.000 And if you do it over 30 days, you'll see an increase in energy.
00:11:51.000 Wake up better than ever before.
00:11:53.000 NAD can help you potentially, again, fact-check me on this with depression, anxiety, other issues that you might be dealing with.
00:12:00.000 It is nature's gift to you so that you might have extra energy and mental clarity.
00:12:06.000 You guys can use promo code Charlie for 20% off.
00:12:08.000 It's strongsell.com/slash Charlie.
00:12:11.000 N-A-D might be nature's secret weapon for you. 1.00
00:12:16.000 I love it.
00:12:16.000 I take it every single day.
00:12:18.000 Try to try it for at least 30 days to see the maximum benefit.
00:12:21.000 And let me know: has NAD helped your life?
00:12:24.000 Strongsell.com/slash Charlie.
00:12:26.000 Strongsell.com/slash Charlie.
00:12:26.000 Check it out.
00:12:32.000 We've got another one here.
00:12:33.000 It says, So, apparently, Oliver Anthony is trying to distance himself from conservatives.
00:12:39.000 I'm so mad right now for ever supporting him, or should we still?
00:12:43.000 Question mark.
00:12:44.000 I love his songs, but I'm majorly upset right now.
00:12:47.000 Another traitor, Beth, mother of three from Mesa, Arizona.
00:12:51.000 So, if you're not caught up in this story, we actually hit it on Thought Crimes as well, which we'll be putting on the podcast over on Saturday.
00:12:58.000 So, let's go ahead and play 67, catch y'all up.
00:13:02.000 It's aggravating seeing people on conservative news try to identify with me like I'm one of them.
00:13:10.000 It's aggravating seeing certain musicians and politicians act like we're buddies and act like we're fighting the same struggle here, like that we're trying to present the same message.
00:13:21.000 You know, like it was funny seeing my song in the it was fun, it was funny seeing it, the presidential debate because it's like I wrote that song about those people, you know.
00:13:32.000 So, for them to have to sit there and listen to that, uh, that cracks me up.
00:13:39.000 Uh, but it was funny kind of seeing the response to it.
00:13:41.000 Like, that song has nothing to do with Joe Biden, you know, it's a lot bigger than Joe Biden.
00:13:48.000 All right, I, the Blake, you're not a huge fan of country, I don't believe, right?
00:13:54.000 I think I'm the president.
00:13:56.000 I have, in fact, avoided hearing this song so far, so I have no comment on the aesthetic merits or likely lack thereof.
00:14:04.000 We need to bring it up and force you.
00:14:06.000 Yeah, we're gonna force you to listen to part of it.
00:14:08.000 Uh, you know, no, you won't just because I will take off, I will take off these headphones and I will cover my ears.
00:14:14.000 I shall so, okay, we talked about this on Thought Crime this week, and um, my take on it was that he's just sort of like, you know, I think it's an indictment of the conservative cultural movement, right?
00:14:28.000 We don't have enough sticking power for a guy like this to look at his plays in front of him and say, Hey, I want to go, I'm going to stick with the guys who got me here, the people that made me famous, that blew me up, because you know, there's enough love, there's enough money, there's enough opportunity in this circle to be worth my while.
00:14:46.000 He's looking at it like, I just blew up.
00:14:48.000 I need to essentially give myself the greatest opportunity.
00:14:52.000 So, I'm gonna, I'm gonna try and be this squishy middle, somewhere middle-of-the-road guy.
00:14:57.000 And I called it right then.
00:14:59.000 I said, He is, he's like a Rogan guy.
00:15:01.000 That's what he, yeah, that's what he wants to be.
00:15:03.000 He wants to be Joe Rogan, he wants to be kind of in the middle.
00:15:06.000 Like, what does he do?
00:15:07.000 What does he believe?
00:15:08.000 Who is he for?
00:15:09.000 So, he's just being really ambiguous on purpose.
00:15:11.000 And lo and behold, Oliver Anthony goes on Joe Rogan.
00:15:16.000 Now, I will say it's a rather charming clip, and I'm going to play it for the audience here.
00:15:21.000 Um, 197, he goes on Joe Rogan and reads the Bible, although he Proverbs 4:20, I guess, in honor of Joe Rogan.
00:15:29.000 But, anyways, let's go ahead and play it.
00:15:30.000 197.
00:15:31.000 Ironically, it's Proverbs 4:20, which I thought you were like.
00:15:36.000 So, if there's anything better, perfect.
00:15:39.000 Preach, my son, pay attention to what I say.
00:15:43.000 Turn your ear to my words.
00:15:44.000 Do not let them out of your sight.
00:15:46.000 Keep them within your heart.
00:15:48.000 For they are life to those who find them and health to one's whole body.
00:15:51.000 Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.
00:15:56.000 Keep your mouth free from perversity.
00:15:58.000 Keep corrupt talk far from your lips.
00:16:00.000 Let your eyes look straight ahead.
00:16:03.000 Fix your gaze directly before you.
00:16:05.000 Give careful thought to the paths for your feet and be steadfast in all your ways.
00:16:10.000 Do not turn to the right or the left.
00:16:12.000 Keep your foot from evil. 0.98
00:16:14.000 But that's pretty fucking profound. 0.96
00:16:17.000 But the whole book of Proverbs is like that. 0.96
00:16:19.000 Like, it's not preachy.
00:16:20.000 It's not what you think.
00:16:23.000 Like, it's like it's good guidance.
00:16:25.000 It's like good guidance that you would want a father to give to his son.
00:16:30.000 So, Blake, in there, he says, do not turn to the left or the right.
00:16:33.000 I think he was sending a message saying he's not going to be owned by anyone.
00:16:37.000 Does this annoy you?
00:16:38.000 Are you as upset about this?
00:16:39.000 Is he a traitor?
00:16:40.000 What's the story?
00:16:41.000 I mean, I'm not all over Anthony.
00:16:43.000 I don't know what his real beliefs are, whether he's changed them.
00:16:46.000 So I prefer to look at the right, which is, I do think it somewhat indicts us both in the sense that we fixated on this guy so quickly.
00:16:55.000 Like we sort of crave the idea of like, oh, this new upstart celebrity, he really is with us.
00:17:00.000 He's on our side.
00:17:02.000 And we do this a lot.
00:17:03.000 We'll very much like anytime a Hollywood celebrity says something, you know, mildly in our favor, even if they've otherwise been liberal for ages, we get really into it.
00:17:11.000 I think that kind of drives like the RFK Junior enthusiasm lately.
00:17:15.000 I mean, he's otherwise a liberal on all of these issues, but he's aligned with us on this one thing.
00:17:20.000 And he's like, you know, he's a famous name.
00:17:22.000 He's got a famous father and a famous uncle among the Democrats.
00:17:26.000 And so we're like, oh, RFK Jr., we love this guy now.
00:17:28.000 And I think we have a bad habit of falling into this over and over again.
00:17:32.000 And I think if we had a little higher self-esteem, you know, we could then just enjoy the song on its own merits because you could also just say, I love this song, Death of the Author.
00:17:40.000 I don't care what he actually thinks because I like the song.
00:17:43.000 I agree with you.
00:17:44.000 And I also think that it's okay to be annoyed with this because he's choosing this sort of like both sides are bad thing.
00:17:52.000 And yes, both sides have their weaknesses, but there's one side that's gone completely back.
00:18:01.000 All right.
00:18:03.000 Do you get the feeling that something bad is going to happen soon?
00:18:06.000 Well, I do.
00:18:07.000 But between the distractions and smokescreens in the media, we probably won't see it coming.
00:18:11.000 That's why it's smart to invest in emergency food right away.

00:19:06.000 All right.
00:19:06.000 Next question here.
00:19:07.000 Andrew, ban the ADL is going viral on Twitter because the ADL's head, Jonathan Greenblatt, had a meeting with Elon Musk's new Twitter CEO.
00:19:16.000 Do you think we should ban the ADL?
00:19:18.000 Dan from Sacramento.
00:19:22.000 Admittedly, I'm getting caught up on this story.
00:19:26.000 First instinct, totally fine with it.
00:19:29.000 Totally fine with it.
00:19:32.000 I think you know more, Blake.
00:19:33.000 Go ahead and fill us in.
00:19:34.000 I mean, I definitely the same impulse here.
00:19:36.000 Like, okay, so to be clear, I support that.
00:19:39.000 I actually support the First Amendment.
00:19:41.000 Think America should have basically absolute free speech.
00:19:44.000 You should be able to say essentially anything.
00:19:47.000 But let's be clear: whether we should ban the ADL or not, the ADL definitely wants to ban you, both you, Andrew, and everyone listening to this.
00:19:56.000 I think it's worth it, it's interesting to think.
00:20:00.000 So, our friend Donald Trump, he's being persecuted by Jack Smith right now.
00:20:05.000 One of the charges against him is under the Ku Klux Klan Act.
00:20:08.000 The claim is he engaged in conspiracy against rights with his election dispute in 2020.
00:20:14.000 Similarly, Douglas Mackey, the pro-Trump tweeter from 2016, he was convicted in a sham trial for conspiracy against rights because supposedly he was making memes that violated the right to vote.
00:20:26.000 Well, okay, so apparently we have the crime of conspiracy against rights, and it's not just violence, it's just like advocacy or memes or tweets.
00:20:34.000 Well, who in America engages in a conspiracy against rights right now, if not the ADL?
00:20:39.000 The ADL goes to the federal government, the ADL goes to Twitter, they pressure people to ramp up censorship, they pressure people to deplatform others, they pressure financial institutions to de-bank people, and they do all these things like to in order to suppress authentic freedom of speech.
00:20:57.000 They basically engage in a conspiracy, a public conspiracy, but a conspiracy, nevertheless, against your freedom of speech.
00:21:04.000 And in some cases, even due process.
00:21:07.000 So they have their sister, I don't want to say sister organization, they're not affiliated, but the SPLC, a very similar organization on the left, during the Mackie trial, they engaged in essentially witness tampering because they basically planned to dox one of the expert witnesses on Mackie's behalf and caused him to, I believe, not testify in the trial.
00:21:28.000 So they basically harassed an expert witness to cause someone to not be able to get a fair trial.
00:21:34.000 That seems like a conspiratorial act.
00:21:37.000 Well, and to me, the ADL has basically been irrelevant for a while, but I understand that they still have relevance, much like the SPLC and some of these other legacy civil rights organizations that have become modern hate groups.
00:21:52.000 The key point, I think, here is how the federal government uses them and leverages these civil rights organizations to exact their regime of censorship.
00:22:03.000 And it's only going to get worse.
00:22:05.000 And I think this is the key tie-in here.
00:22:07.000 So, for example, we have a couple breaking stories.
00:22:10.000 Gaming publisher Activision will deploy AI to monitor voice chats for hate speech and harassment during online matches.
00:22:18.000 New, the U.S. Special Operations Command has contracted a New York-based AI firm to deploy Argus, a system to detect and neutralize real-time disinformation threats on where?
00:22:28.000 On social media.
00:22:30.000 Okay, so these groups like ADL and the SPLC, they're irrelevant to us.
00:22:35.000 We know they're whacked out, far-left, woke, formerly great civil rights organizations, or at least formerly relevant civil rights organizations, but now they're going to be equipped with something called AI.
00:22:47.000 And AI is going to pour jet fuel on their censorship.
00:22:51.000 So that's why voices like, I mean, I think I saw some tweets going on that like Elon Musk liked one of the ban the ADL tweets.
00:23:00.000 So apparently he's on board with it.
00:23:02.000 And I think he's going to be a nice break pad to his CEO that's meeting with the ADL.
00:23:07.000 But I think you can make too much of this at the same time because just because the CEO is meeting with the ADL does not mean that Elon Musk and X and Twitter are going to embrace their calls for censorship out of hand.
00:23:24.000 But I will say this.
00:23:26.000 It is a tacit acknowledgement of the financial power that the ADL can put on the leverage that they can place on Twitter and X because Twitter and X is bleeding money.
00:23:38.000 They need advertisers.
00:23:39.000 They need to be considered a safe space for advertisers.
00:23:41.000 And the ADL is coming in there and going, Hey, you're not safe.
00:23:44.000 Let us give you some recommendations.
00:23:46.000 We've seen anti-Semitism on your site rise to record levels under your tenure, Elon.
00:23:52.000 So here's some AI that can help censor some of this.
00:23:56.000 I think that's really what's going on here.
00:23:57.000 And context is important.
00:23:59.000 You are correct that meeting with them doesn't mean that they're going to follow all their demands.
00:24:04.000 But contextually, the ADL used to be on Twitter's sort of board of information values.
00:24:11.000 I can't remember the name of it off the top of my head, but they're like sort of media safety information security thing.
00:24:16.000 So they were essentially on Twitter's outsourced censorship operation when it was still a censoring website.
00:24:21.000 And the ADL badly wants that back.
00:24:24.000 And we really have created this network of private organizations that essentially outsource the regime's censorship operation.
00:24:34.000 So yeah, we've basically had the government can't come in and ban what you speak, what you say, but we can have these organizations that agree with the left on every single issue and will adopt all of their innovations anytime they change their opinion on something.
00:24:48.000 And they will act as the private actor that will bring all this pressure on you, that will give you sanction whether you can have advertising dollars or not, and can basically act to try to destroy you.
00:24:59.000 And I think people are wising up about this.
00:25:02.000 There was this period where there was a lot of legacy influence that the ADL and the SPLC had.
00:25:07.000 I think, you know, the SPLC would be brought in to give lectures at the FBI about hate groups.
00:25:12.000 And I think there's a much wider realization now that if there are, to the extent there are powerful hate groups in the United States, it is the ADL and the SPLC.
00:25:21.000 Like the Ku Klux Klan doesn't really exist.
00:25:24.000 It's like 10 guys in like rural Arkansas.
00:25:28.000 No one cares.
00:25:29.000 No one joins them.
00:25:30.000 No one gives them any money.
00:25:31.000 They have zero impact on popular discourse.
00:25:34.000 Whereas you do have the ADL putting out statements that are like, yeah, you know, so there's a song in South Africa, Kill the Boar. 0.98
00:25:40.000 It says, kill the boar, shoot, shoot, shoot. 0.79
00:25:43.000 But, you know, this is a historical song. 0.99
00:25:45.000 It's not really calling to murder people, even though white people do get murdered in South Africa and blatant racial killings all the time.
00:25:52.000 But, you know, it doesn't, it's very historical.
00:25:55.000 We need a lot of context on this one.
00:25:58.000 Well, let's go through some of their greatest hits.
00:26:00.000 Let's put up 203 right here.
00:26:02.000 This is, we're just going to go through a few of them.
00:26:04.000 This is a tweet from the ADL.
00:26:05.000 Former President Trump also delivered remarks that were in character, but still dangerous.
00:26:10.000 His claims about expelling warmongers, driving out globalists, casting out communists, and throwing off those who hate our country echo what?
00:26:18.000 Classic anti-Semitic rhetoric.
00:26:21.000 Okay, next, let's go to 205.
00:26:24.000 So this is an image.
00:26:26.000 ADL, it's okay to be a white, or it's okay to be white is what?
00:26:29.000 A hate symbol.
00:26:31.000 So they have this categorization that helps people identify hate when you see it, what to see, what to identify.
00:26:39.000 It's okay to be white is apparently a hate symbol. 0.84
00:26:42.000 Meanwhile, you have black is beautiful.
00:26:44.000 You have, you know, I mean, you have a litany of...
00:26:47.000 It's okay to be white. 0.99
00:26:48.000 It's okay to be white is racist, but kill the boar, essentially kill the white in South Africa is fine. 1.00
00:26:55.000 That's historical. 1.00
00:26:56.000 Yeah. 0.97
00:26:57.000 And it's pretty ridiculous. 0.95
00:26:59.000 It really is. 0.99
00:27:01.000 Everything is either white supremacy or anti-Semitism to these people.
00:27:05.000 So go ahead and play, put up 206, I believe.
00:27:08.000 This is Mark Pitcavage.
00:27:11.000 He's one of the attorneys for the ADL.
00:27:13.000 He says, Jake Shields, a multiple MMA champion with nearly 400,000 followers on this platform, is spreading the anti-Semitic hashtag ban the ATL.
00:27:22.000 So not liking the organization is apparently automatically anti-Semitic, claiming the long-standing Jewish civil rights organization is evil.
00:27:29.000 White supremacists have been happy to oblige.
00:27:32.000 But it's not just that.
00:27:34.000 Now, you mentioned this boar thing, 207, I believe.
00:27:38.000 Jonathan Greenblatt, ADL CEO and national director, issued the following statement.
00:27:43.000 ADL is focused on fighting the surge of global anti-Semitism, but we have observed the recent debate over the song Kill the Boar.
00:27:49.000 While it is a historic protest song that called for the dismantlement of the racist apartheid system in South Africa, its crude lyrics could be interpreted as a call for violence.
00:27:59.000 Next slide.
00:28:02.000 Such rhetoric can prompt real-world consequences.
00:28:05.000 This is true in the physical world.
00:28:06.000 This is true on social media, including X.
00:28:08.000 It has no place.
00:28:10.000 At the same time, baseless claims of white genocide.
00:28:14.000 So it's like they're buttering us up.
00:28:16.000 They're like, okay, cool, cool.
00:28:17.000 Yeah, you're right.
00:28:17.000 This song is probably, it could cause violence.
00:28:20.000 Oh, but at the same time, baseless claims of white genocide have been made by right-wing extremists in the U.S., particularly white supremacists for years.
00:28:28.000 Such wild charges have been used to excuse hate, to justify harassment, and rationalize violence.
00:28:33.000 It's so great.
00:28:35.000 Well, they're saying they're like, it called, it's, you know, it's historic.
00:28:38.000 It calls for dismantling the oppressive system. 0.91
00:28:40.000 No, like, the literal lyrics are just the cowards are scared. 0.99
00:28:43.000 Shoot, the boar, shoot, shoot, shoot the boar, shoot, shoot, shoot the boar. 0.99
00:28:48.000 It goes on like that. 1.00
00:28:49.000 Motherly.
00:28:51.000 The boar are Afrikaners. 1.00
00:28:54.000 It means farmer in their allegedly Dutch is a language, but it kind of just sounds like stupid English. 1.00
00:29:01.000 So in stupid English, it means farmer. 0.99
00:29:05.000 But hey, Blake, it's not just anti-Semitism and race. 1.00
00:29:05.000 All right. 1.00
00:29:09.000 209.
00:29:10.000 Children's literature can open doors to exploring important topics and concepts.
00:29:10.000 Look at this.
00:29:15.000 ADL Education compiled this list of LGBTQ plus themed books to, is that an LGBTQ plus minus?
00:29:24.000 I don't know if that's not sure there.
00:29:26.000 The resource also includes discussion guides for educators and families.
00:29:30.000 Explore the list.
00:29:31.000 And then it's got a bunch of the lists that we proudly recommend that you ban at your local school.
00:29:36.000 Thanks, ADL.
00:29:37.000 11 phenomenal books to read for LGBTQ Pride Month.
00:29:41.000 So here's, here's, let me just say this one caveat, Blake, before we go back and forth.
00:29:47.000 You know, Charlie is a proud supporter of the nation of Israel.
00:29:50.000 He's a proud supporter of the Jewish people.
00:29:53.000 I'm an evangelical.
00:29:54.000 Charlie's an evangelical.
00:29:56.000 We love the Jewish people.
00:29:58.000 There's nothing anti-Semitic about taking a specific angle and position on the fact that the ADL has become a shadow of its former self.
00:30:07.000 It's become woke.
00:30:08.000 It's become weaponized against conservatives.
00:30:10.000 It's a censorship arm of the Democrat Party.
00:30:13.000 It's been co-opted by social media companies and by the FBI and the federal government and our law enforcement agencies.
00:30:20.000 And it's become a hurtful, damaging thing to our society and to free speech.
00:30:26.000 You can go further than that, which is like, okay, yes.
00:30:30.000 So we like Israel.
00:30:31.000 We like Jews.
00:30:32.000 And it's enormously hurtful to say, for them to go around taping themselves and saying, like, we are the representatives of this entire, you know, religious, racial, ethnic group.
00:30:43.000 And that, you know, equating it with these radical ideas that are about 10 minutes old, all of this insane, like race hatred, all of this insane LGBT stuff, and saying, if you disagree with any of this, you're anti-Semitic because we're equating all of this with Judaism.
00:30:59.000 If I were a Jewish conservative, of which there are millions, I'd go insane from that. 1.00
00:31:04.000 It's incredibly demented.
00:31:06.000 And that's like the best argument you could make for banning the ADL.
00:31:09.000 Their effect on American politics is enormously toxic and negative.
00:31:13.000 I don't think we should ban anyone's speech, but if we had to start somewhere, I would start there.
00:31:18.000 There is nothing more intoxicating than basically going to people and saying, you can hate someone as much as you want, and it's okay because it's morally justified.
00:31:26.000 And that's what the ADL does.
00:31:28.000 They go around and they basically take anyone who disagrees with the left and they're like, they're a hate group.
00:31:32.000 It's okay to hate them.
00:31:33.000 It's okay to censor them. 1.00
00:31:34.000 It's okay to punch Nazis. 0.99
00:31:36.000 It's okay to burn their churches down if it's, you know, in Canada. 1.00
00:31:40.000 Ban the older. 1.00
00:31:41.000 Well said, Blake.
00:31:42.000 Well said, Blake.
00:31:45.000 I got to tell you, Public Square is one of my favorite apps.
00:31:49.000 There are progressive corporations out there that are just doing terrible things.
00:31:53.000 And Public Square is out there leading the charge against all this garbage that we see from Target, for example, Starbucks strong-arming their customers to support abortion, and financial services like PayPal canceling customers for their political views.
00:32:08.000 Thankfully, we don't have to fund these companies any longer with Public Square.
00:32:11.000 We now have a solution.

00:32:40.000 You can also go to publicsq.m-O-B-I slash Charlie Kirk.
00:32:44.000 Check it out.
00:32:45.000 Download the Public Square app today.
00:32:47.000 Michael, who runs Public Square, does a beautiful job.
00:32:50.000 Good friend of mine.
00:32:51.000 100% behind him.
00:32:52.000 Check it out today.
00:32:55.000 All right, Blake.
00:32:56.000 This is a question about the DOJ going after, well, Biden's DOJ.
00:33:03.000 This is how the question is listed.
00:33:05.000 It says, hey, Charlie was actually written to Charlie, but it's all right.
00:33:08.000 We'll do it in his stead.
00:33:09.000 Hey, Charlie, have you seen that the Biden DOJ is attacking Elon Musk again?
00:33:16.000 Not only are they attacking SpaceX for not hiring enough refugees, now they're investigating Tesla about how it compensates Elon Musk.
00:33:24.000 Make it make sense, Dwayne from Indiana.
00:33:27.000 All right.
00:33:28.000 So I, you know, this is a big story on a lot of levels.
00:33:34.000 It kind of connects to what we were just talking about.
00:33:36.000 I do think that Elon Musk standing up for free speech, which has become incredibly unpopular on the left, which is incredible.
00:33:42.000 It's our birthright as Americans.
00:33:44.000 They see this man as an existential threat, do they not, Blake?
00:33:48.000 They really do.
00:33:49.000 You know, the DOJ can investigate essentially whatever it wants.
00:33:52.000 It could investigate tax cheats.
00:33:53.000 It could investigate foreign influence operations in America.
00:33:57.000 It could investigate Chinese espionage.
00:33:59.000 It could investigate any number of frauds, charitable frauds.
00:34:04.000 They can investigate the SPLC.
00:34:07.000 They could do all these things.
00:34:08.000 And instead, they're going to Tesla and they're saying, Tesla, our problem is the way you compensate Elon Musk.
00:34:14.000 Now, if you check their financials, I've got them right in front of me.
00:34:17.000 Tesla turned a profit of $12.5 billion in 2022 on revenue of $82 billion.
00:34:25.000 They're doing pretty well.
00:34:27.000 I suspect your typical Tesla investor and shareholder is pretty happy with Elon Musk as CEO over the past decade.
00:34:35.000 But they're investigating this.
00:34:37.000 And it's just, it's so transparent, in my opinion, that they're like, we have to do lawfare against Musk the same way they do it against Trump.
00:34:43.000 They're going to pile up five different cases because maybe one of them will get through.
00:34:48.000 A year or two ago, there was a big investigation of Tesla on like supposed, basically they had racism allegations where if you dug into the details, the reporting would frame it like this was classic anti-black racism by white people.
00:35:02.000 But it was really basically that Hispanic, Spanish-speaking employees at a Tesla plant had some like hostility with black employees, which whatever it happened, it's bad, but it didn't justify.
00:35:14.000 They hit Tesla with like a $2 billion fine or some huge amount of money over it.
00:35:20.000 And you can look that up.
00:35:23.000 I remember that.
00:35:24.000 It was like, it was some interaction.
00:35:25.000 I remember reading the reports.
00:35:26.000 It was some interaction in like an elevator shaft.
00:35:29.000 It was like people getting in and out of an elevator.
00:35:31.000 And it wasn't, you know, Elon Musk is this big racist in the Bay Area. 0.86
00:35:35.000 It was black. 0.64
00:35:37.000 I think it was contractors even.
00:35:39.000 It was like subcontractors at one of their building.
00:35:41.000 And they're like, nope, this is a centralized conspiracy by Tesla.
00:35:44.000 They owe $300 million because this is the worst thing ever.
00:35:48.000 And then this SpaceX thing.
00:35:49.000 We have laws in the U.S. that regulate, you know, if you go to NASA's website, they'll basically say, if you're not a citizen, you basically can't work at NASA.
00:35:57.000 It's too sensitive.
00:35:58.000 And if you're not a legal U.S. resident, you're not supposed to work at a permanent U.S. resident.
00:36:03.000 You're not supposed to work in rocketry, other defense-sensitive fields.
00:36:07.000 And now suddenly they've gone after SpaceX and said, well, actually, we've decided that refugees and asylum seekers are legal U.S. persons.
00:36:14.000 So you're super bad for not hiring them.
00:36:17.000 And after you lose this lawsuit, you have to pay full back compensation to any refugee or asylum seeker whoever applied to work for you and you didn't give them a fair shake.
00:36:26.000 It's just so blatantly pursuing this maximal anti-Musk agenda that is essentially related to he's marked himself out as like a critic of the regime, more or less.
00:36:38.000 He's not under control.
00:36:40.000 Get in line.
00:36:40.000 I completely agree.
00:36:42.000 We all sort of warned him.
00:36:43.000 I remember Charlie was tweeting about this when Elon actually bought Twitter and we said, you know, you don't even know what's about to come after you.
00:36:51.000 In some ways, it's been more muted than I would have expected.
00:36:54.000 Twitter has exploded.
00:36:56.000 X has exploded in usership, apparently, and there was the Threads threat and Threads has collapsed.
00:37:02.000 You know, all the liberals were saying, we're done with Twitter.
00:37:04.000 We're going to Threads.
00:37:05.000 Well, nobody's over there.
00:37:07.000 It's a completely dead site now.
00:37:09.000 So Musk won Zuckerberg zero.
00:37:13.000 But yeah, I mean, this is the weapon of the DOJ.
00:37:17.000 It's selective prosecution.
00:37:18.000 They enforce the laws that they want.
00:37:20.000 They don't enforce a heck of a lot of laws.
00:37:23.000 And we see that on the streets every day across the country, the decriminalization of blatant crime, of blatant violence, of blatant shoplifting.
00:37:31.000 You can just go into Home Depot and take as many power tools as you want, apparently now.
00:37:35.000 But yet the hugely successful Elon Musk is getting investigated for some sort of glass house that he's making for himself.
00:37:46.000 I really don't know what he's.
00:37:46.000 Do you know what he's making?
00:37:48.000 30 seconds.
00:37:48.000 We got to wrap it up.
00:37:49.000 Do you know what this is?
00:37:50.000 That's the claims that basically Tesla paid to build his glass house.
00:37:54.000 And so they're saying that you can't throw stones at the government because you're in a glass house.
00:37:59.000 Right.
