00:01:28.000 Citizen Kane joins us.
00:01:30.000 Kane, thank you for taking the time.
00:01:32.000 A lot happening in the news cycle.
00:01:33.000 Kane, you and I were talking all spring about how they were going to indict Trump.
00:01:36.000 Here we are now post-Labor Day, the summer of indictments.
00:01:39.000 It's not yet over.
00:01:40.000 More indictments are coming.
00:01:41.000 But where do you stand, Kane?
00:01:43.000 You do this 18, 20 hours a day.
00:01:45.000 Expectations versus reality.
00:01:47.000 Is Trump stronger than you thought he would be now facing 600 years in federal prison?
00:01:52.000 Yeah, thanks for having me on, Charlie.
00:01:54.000 And I would say an emphatic yes to your first question.
00:01:57.000 You know, that was the big, right, when you and I were dealing with this three months ago, five months ago, that was our big unknown, right?
00:02:04.000 Is we knew the indictments were coming, but we didn't know how the voters would respond.
00:02:09.000 And so we were sort of looking, you know, as much as we hate polls and know all the problems with polls, that was our only way forward.
00:02:17.000 And we've been sort of looking for this.
00:02:19.000 So there was a poll out yesterday done after the most recent Georgia indictment.
00:02:25.000 And Trump, you know, well, I think the last time I was on, we talked about one poll.
00:02:30.000 He was leading 4941 in swing states.
00:02:33.000 That was McLaughlin or McLaughlin poll.
00:02:36.000 And then a poll came out yesterday, Wall Street Journal, showing him dead even with Biden.
00:02:41.000 And we've started to see these sort of fearful articles from Washington Post and New York Times just wringing their hands, wondering, why aren't Trump's numbers, why aren't his poll numbers falling?
00:02:53.000 So I think we have the first answer to the question, which is the lay of the land, four indictments out.
00:03:00.000 Trump has not been hurt.
00:03:02.000 In fact, he has been helped.
00:03:04.000 And now we'll just have to sort of cross our fingers and watch if this changes as we head into the actual trials.
00:03:13.000 So the Republican primary seems largely to be over.
00:03:17.000 Now, talk for a second, Kane, and we'll play some pieces of tape here to reinforce this.
00:03:20.000 The media is now waking up that these indictments did not have the effect that they would have hoped, that Donald Trump is now turning into a martyr.
00:03:30.000 Your thoughts?
00:03:32.000 Without a doubt, I mean, I'm sure you saw what happened on Twitter after the Fulton County thing.
00:03:37.000 We had, it seemed like a pretty large percentage of the black voter population in Atlanta suddenly jumped to Trump's side.
00:03:46.000 I think Jack Smith and Merrick Garland probably, you know, like all the never Trumpers on the Republican side, I think they completely underestimated this.
00:03:55.000 You know, it isn't unknown.
00:03:58.000 And I weren't exactly sure how the electorate would react to all these indictments.
00:04:02.000 And I think that they just bought into conventional wisdom and assumed that as soon as these indictments started to flow, that the electorate would turn away.
00:04:11.000 And they had no idea that it might actually not only turn people away, but it might grab some independents who normally wouldn't lean for Trump, who suddenly see, hey, the system is stacked against him.
00:04:24.000 So I think, you know, Charlie, six months ago, we could not have, knowing that these indictments were coming, we could not have asked for a better first six-week outcome in the polls than we've had.
00:04:37.000 I totally see it exactly the same way.
00:04:39.000 I want to play a piece of tape here that reinforces it.
00:04:43.000 Let's go to cut 16.
00:04:46.000 This is going to be a close election.
00:04:48.000 They can't take anything for granted.
00:04:51.000 They should assume it's going to be decided by perhaps tens of thousands of voters in the swing states that we all know about.
00:05:00.000 And they better get cracking now because there's a real risk.
00:05:08.000 Yeah.
00:05:08.000 So, Kane, this is going to come down to just a couple states, a couple counties.
00:05:12.000 Isn't this exactly what we've been saying for the last seven or eight months?
00:05:15.000 Yeah, and that was a great find with that clip.
00:05:18.000 It's on the if people want to watch that full discussion.
00:05:21.000 It's on or in the stack from yesterday, which you found.
00:05:27.000 You were the one who originally found it.
00:05:28.000 And that's what you've been talking about.
00:05:30.000 You know, this is a six or this is a three or four swing state, six or seven county deal.
00:05:36.000 It's part of the why Turning Point USA has funded Scott Pressler and his movement in Wisconsin to the tune of 5 million, even though Ron, you know, Ronna Romney and the RNC are nowhere to be found.
00:05:47.000 So, yeah, we've been saying this.
00:05:49.000 And I think, you know, I think, again, it was sort of the arrogance of the left.
00:05:53.000 They've always, no matter how many times they've been proven wrong, they've always thought the next indictment or the next shoe to drop was going to be the one that brought down Trump.
00:06:01.000 I think they ought to be able to see at this point that the guy is Teflon.
00:06:04.000 It doesn't, you know, the base, the base is sticking with Trump no matter what.
00:06:09.000 As you said two minutes ago, sort of the primary seems to be a fait accompli at this point.
00:06:14.000 And so the left has continually underestimated the base and they underestimated how people would react to these indictments and see them as overkill.
00:06:23.000 And it's finally showing up on MSNBC.
00:06:25.000 And it is, and yes, hearing him, hearing Robinson say that, that's exactly what I heard you first say eight months ago.
00:06:32.000 You said this is six counties, seven counties, eight counties.
00:06:36.000 This is not a huge election.
00:06:37.000 And we need to focus our efforts on those counties if we want to win.
00:06:42.000 Yeah, we've been saying this for seven or eight months.
00:06:44.000 And again, the Republican D.C. consultants, they don't like that.
00:06:47.000 You know why, Kane?
00:06:48.000 They're not going to get rich that way.
00:06:50.000 If we went all in on seven counties, Donald Trump is president.
00:06:53.000 But they want to do this kind of, well, maybe a little bit of here and a little bit of there and TV in California and TV in New York.
00:06:59.000 The consultants are, they are, there's a word I could use, but I won't use it.
00:07:04.000 They're leaking you dry.
00:07:05.000 Let's just put it that way.
00:07:06.000 So, so, Kane, I want to now isolate this other part of this and the 14th Amendment.
00:07:12.000 One of the reasons I love Citizen Free Press, you're on the drumbeat.
00:07:15.000 It was totally coordinated.
00:07:16.000 David French, Lawrence Tribe, Atlantic, New York Times, get rid of elections.
00:07:20.000 Democracy and elections are incompatible.
00:07:23.000 And now here we are, lawsuits introduced in Colorado to prevent Donald Trump from being on the ballot.
00:07:29.000 Kane, you've been watching this very closely.
00:07:30.000 What's going on?
00:07:32.000 Well, I've been doing two or three headlines on it every single day.
00:07:35.000 Yesterday, the Washington Poise, Washington Post joined the chorus.
00:07:40.000 There's a lot of things happening here, so I'll spit them out.
00:07:42.000 We've had the Arizona Secretary of State already say that it's not going to happen in Arizona, that Arizona law will not allow a 14th Amendment challenge to Trump.
00:07:53.000 So Trump is going to be safe in Arizona, but we know that Jocelyn Benson, the Secretary of State in Michigan, has already said that she's, you know, not only is she looking at this, but she gave away some interesting details in the articles.
00:08:06.000 She said that she's talking on a daily basis with other secretaries of state in other blue states about just this issue.
00:08:13.000 So there's some coordination going on regarding this 14th Amendment.
00:08:17.000 And I'm sure, you know, you read this stuff like I do, right?
00:08:19.000 So I'm reading hundreds of these articles a day.
00:08:23.000 Some of them pertain to the 14th Amendment.
00:08:24.000 And you know what's in every single 14th Amendment article?
00:08:28.000 The first thing they bring up are the Republicans at, I believe it was Heritage.
00:08:33.000 I could be wrong if it wasn't Heritage Foundation, but it was a couple of Republicans.
00:08:36.000 And then they lead right into the Larry tribe.
00:08:39.000 So they try to claim that this 14th Amendment movement is somehow bipartisan.
00:08:43.000 You know, and it's incredibly infuriating because we know that 90% of the Republican base absolutely would not support this.
00:08:50.000 And we've even seen in polls that independents feel that this is, you know, that this is bad pool.
00:08:58.000 This is not, it's not a fair pool.
00:09:00.000 It's not how you play the game.
00:09:01.000 They can tell that something's wrong there.
00:09:03.000 So the 14th Amendment movement is strong.
00:09:06.000 It's not me, actually, Charlie.
00:09:07.000 It was you.
00:09:08.000 You were the one who alerted me to it.
00:09:09.000 We've been watching your show, my site.
00:09:12.000 We've been watching this closely for two months, and it's really, really been rolling out in the last three, four weeks.
00:09:17.000 But last thing I'm going to say is, and all of these articles on the 14th Amendment, when you finally get down to the last couple of paragraphs, they all admit that this is going to be that these are long shots and that this is going to be decided by the Supreme Court.
00:09:32.000 So whether it's California or what other blue state decides to bring this up first, I think it will quickly go to the Supreme Court, who will, and this is purely my opinion, but I think they will want to put an end to this as quickly as possible so that there are no issues when producing ballots for all of these states.
00:09:48.000 And so I think we're going to slide by this one, but we're definitely watching it closely.
00:09:56.000 Listen, as students begin heading back to school, do you think they'll be learning about the founding principles that made America the freest, most prosperous nation in history?
00:10:03.000 Will they learn that our unalienable rights are God-given and not granted by government?
00:10:07.000 Will they be given a full and honest account of our nation's history?
00:10:10.000 The answer to all these questions is yes for students at Hillsdale College.
00:10:14.000 And these days, in addition to teaching college students, Hillsdale has extended its teaching to K-12 students and lifelong learners like you and me.
00:10:22.000 If you're not doing so already, one of the best ways to start learning from my friends at Hillsdale is through In Primus, Hillsdale's free digest of liberty.
00:10:30.000 My listeners can sign up for free at this special website, which is available for a limited time.
00:10:35.000 It's at charlie4hillsdale.com.
00:10:38.000 I look forward to In Primus each month, and you can too.
00:10:41.000 It's interesting, useful, and free.
00:10:43.000 The best and smartest in conservative constitutionalist thought.
00:10:47.000 Find out more about Hillsdale and In Primus at charlie4hillsdale.com.
00:10:51.000 They're an excellent college, America's greatest college, charlie4hillsdale.com.
00:10:59.000 There's this story, Citizen Kane.
00:11:01.000 Here's what happened.
00:11:02.000 So there is a young man in Arkansas who was president at the Capitol on January 6th, who now two and a half years later was indicted.
00:11:08.000 The feds roll up.
00:11:09.000 You have the video at citizenfreepress.com as if they're trying to storm the beach.
00:11:13.000 Again, more firepower, more artillery against American citizens than the foreigners invading and border jumping into our country on the southern border.
00:11:21.000 Anyway, so they contact Liberty Safe.
00:11:23.000 The FBI does and say, hey, we need the password to this safe.
00:11:27.000 Allegedly, they had a warrant.
00:11:29.000 And Liberty Safe says, okay.
00:11:31.000 Liberty Safe could have sued like Apple did with the terrorist cell phones.
00:11:34.000 They could have sent out a press release saying the FBI is asking us for private information and we don't feel comfortable with this.
00:11:39.000 They could have done anything, yet they complied.
00:11:41.000 Your guns are not safe with Liberty Safe, Citizen Kane.
00:11:45.000 Yeah, this is an astonishing story.
00:11:47.000 I just wanted to double check because I quickly read the public statement, Liberty Safe.
00:11:52.000 Now that this is kind of blowing up on social media and people are calling for a boycott, Liberty Safe issued a second, you know, public statement, and I can read from it.
00:12:01.000 It's astonishing.
00:12:02.000 You know, one of the craziest parts of it is says Liberty Safe had no knowledge of any of the details surrounding the investigation at the time.
00:12:11.000 So what they're saying in their statement is, as long as we get a warrant, we will comply 100%.
00:12:17.000 And they showed, and then they went ahead and admitted that they didn't do any investigation.
00:12:22.000 They had no idea what the case was.
00:12:24.000 The warrant was presented to them, so they complied.
00:12:27.000 So they're not taking it seriously at all.
00:12:29.000 You brought up Apple.
00:12:30.000 That was the first thing that came to mind that even Apple fought for the privacy of its customers.
00:12:35.000 You know, left-wing Apple.
00:12:37.000 Left-wing Apple fought harder for your privacy rights than a safe company.
00:12:37.000 Liberty Safe.
00:12:42.000 Yeah, it's astonishing.
00:12:44.000 I would expect this company to be filing for Chapter 11 in the next 12 months.
00:12:49.000 This is, you know, gun people, the left should have learned a lesson from Bud Light.
00:12:57.000 They show that that showed how strong we can be and how well sort of oiled our social media sharing is.
00:13:05.000 This one is going to go nuts.
00:13:07.000 I've got four headlines out of 25 or 30 so far today in the stack on it.
00:13:12.000 I imagine this story is going to get bigger and bigger over the next 48 hours.
00:13:16.000 The company is going to end up apologizing because they're going to see that probably the future of their business at stake.
00:13:23.000 It is truly astonishing.
00:13:25.000 We need to mobilize.
00:13:26.000 We need to say no more.
00:13:27.000 If you own a Liberty Safe, return it immediately.
00:13:30.000 Your guns are not safe at Liberty Safe.
00:13:31.000 They literally just hand over the password with your guns.
00:13:34.000 Now, this is important.
00:13:35.000 People say, oh, well, Charlie had a warrant.
00:13:37.000 They could have sued.
00:13:38.000 You can sue when you get a warrant.
00:13:40.000 You can immediately sue.
00:13:41.000 They gave over the passcode to the firearms.
00:13:45.000 They could have sued in federal court and said, no, we're not going to give Second Amendment right protected.
00:13:49.000 We're not going to just give over a passcode.
00:13:52.000 And so, by the way, Liberty Safe says this.
00:13:55.000 They say they make their customers hire a lock safe if a locksmith if they lose their passcode.
00:14:01.000 Why?
00:14:02.000 Well, interesting, the feds, if they want in your safe, they'll just immediately ask them to send your code.
00:14:08.000 So if you own a Liberty Safe, the FBI has a backdoor channel to all of your weapons.
00:14:14.000 Kane, your reaction.
00:14:16.000 That's, yeah, that little tidbit you just supplied was stunning.
00:14:21.000 So, you know, they're like every other tech company, every other company we deal with when, you know, hire an outside service to get access to your own product, your own property.
00:14:31.000 But the, you know, within minutes from the FBI providing them with a warrant, they turn it over.
00:14:38.000 Here's it, you know, they missed a huge opportunity here.
00:14:40.000 Charlie, you and I should be in charge, should be involved in these corporate boards.
00:14:44.000 Imagine if they had taken the opposite tack and they said, no, we're going to go public with this.
00:14:49.000 We're going to turn this into the biggest First Amendment, Second Amendment case of the last two or three years.
00:14:55.000 They could have got people like Dershowitz, Jonathan Turley, sort of center of the road libertarian type people all involved.
00:15:02.000 This could have become a huge issue and their company would have floated, would have gotten so much positive press.
00:15:09.000 They would have, they would have, you know, gun owners who have never heard of Liberty Safe suddenly would have known that this is the company that stands up for the rights.
00:15:18.000 And what would it have cost them?
00:15:20.000 Nothing.
00:15:21.000 They would have gotten free legal representation.
00:15:23.000 I'm sure that this would have been a huge first, Second Amendment issue.
00:15:27.000 So they blew it.
00:15:28.000 They blew it bigly.
00:15:29.000 And that's why I said, I think they're going to realize it in the next 24 or 48 hours.
00:15:33.000 And we'll see what kind of response they have.
00:15:35.000 But there's no mercy.
00:15:37.000 It doesn't matter.
00:15:38.000 I want to put that out.
00:15:39.000 It does not matter what apologies come.
00:15:41.000 They are done.
00:15:42.000 As far as Patriots are concerned, Liberty Safe should never pass the threshold of your house again.
00:15:48.000 I personally, I do not have Liberty Safe.
00:15:50.000 Anybody I care about, I'm just going to say return it.
00:15:52.000 You need a real safe where the feds cannot get back end access to your weapons.
00:15:57.000 I mean, and they just hand it over.
00:15:59.000 Oh, sure.
00:15:59.000 You have a warrant.
00:16:00.000 How about you sue?
00:16:02.000 Or you do some sort of civil rights.
00:16:03.000 Like, hold on, our customers' privacy.
00:16:05.000 We're not going to hand it over.
00:16:06.000 It is a constitutional right fed on.
00:16:09.000 By the way, this is not an indictment.
00:16:11.000 This is a search warrant.
00:16:13.000 We're not going to hand it over.
00:16:14.000 Liberty Safe would have gone up.
00:16:15.000 Instead, they're going down.
00:16:16.000 Chapter 11 is in their sights.
00:16:18.000 Patriots will not put up with this.
00:16:20.000 We're going to have to do what we did to Target and many others.
00:16:23.000 And they will feel the wrath of the conservative movement peacefully, obviously, as they go through a restructuring bankruptcy process.
00:16:29.000 Kane, wonderful job.
00:16:30.000 Thank you.
00:16:31.000 CitizenFreePress.com.
00:16:32.000 Do not use Liberty Safe.
00:16:34.000 Your guns are not safe.

00:17:40.000 Dr. Gorka joins us.
00:17:41.000 Dr. Gorka, thank you for taking the time.
00:17:42.000 Dr. Gorka, no real agenda for us to talk about in particular, but one thing I do want to ask you about is I believe we're living through an attempt by the bad guys to demoralize our base.
00:17:54.000 And I'm seeing the opposite.
00:17:55.000 I'm seeing our side grow stronger in resolve.
00:17:58.000 Talk about the psychological warfare of how Marxists attempt to try to break the resolve of the core base of a political party to take over a country.
00:18:08.000 Well, look, first things first, the proof of the lie that we're losing steam and momentum is what you did Monday before last when we heard about this rhinos secretary of state in New Hampshire scandal and trying to remove President Trump from the ballots.
00:18:26.000 You unleashed the hammers of hell on your show.
00:18:29.000 You told everybody to get engaged.
00:18:32.000 And in less than 24 hours, he said, oops, sorry, I didn't mean that.
00:18:36.000 And he backed down.
00:18:38.000 So God bless you, Charlie.
00:18:40.000 Everybody who listens to your rallying cry, and that's the truth.
00:18:44.000 I've had it.
00:18:45.000 I mean, you must get this every day as well.
00:18:47.000 I've had it with ostensible conservatives, Trump voters.
00:18:51.000 I met one at a church fate two Sundays ago who says, oh, he can't win or they're just going to steal it again.
00:19:00.000 And it's like, you know, those are the talking points the left has generated for you to propagate that psychological warfare.
00:19:10.000 Just watch the video from the 1980s of this Soviet double agent, this, I think, plays it.
00:19:19.000 Yes.
00:19:19.000 Yeah, Yuri Bezmanov.
00:19:21.000 If you haven't seen it, Yuri, just watch the short version.
00:19:24.000 The short version, he says, you can demoralize a whole nation.
00:19:28.000 It takes about 10 to 12 years, and you do it in the schools.
00:19:31.000 And within 10 years, if you allow the children to doubt the veracity of the values upon which the nation is founded, you've taken control of that country.
00:19:42.000 Yuri Besmanov told us, and that's, I think, why you created Turning Point USA, because that's how we stop them, Charlie, and that's what you're doing.
00:19:51.000 That's right.
00:19:52.000 And it takes effort and it takes deliberate obedience to the values you care about, to the divine, to not allow these intentional demoralization tactics to wear you down.
00:20:04.000 And so there's this clip from Donna Brazil.
00:20:06.000 We played it a couple times yesterday, but I'm going to paraphrase it and we might play it again, Dr. Gorka.
00:20:10.000 But I want your reaction where she basically said, I've never seen a movement quite like this.
00:20:15.000 And yes, the odds are stacked against us, right?
00:20:18.000 They have the intel agencies, they have the major corporations, they have obviously the media, they have social media.
00:20:24.000 Donald Trump is facing 600 years in prison.
00:20:27.000 But I am encouraged.
00:20:28.000 In fact, I have hope with how the conservative base, whoever you want to call it, the MAGA base, has a new spirit, a new resolve.
00:20:36.000 We still have to shake off kind of the skeletons of Pence and Christie, who are a complete waste of time.
00:20:43.000 But no matter, it's the old Nietzsche quote, which is not always true in politics.
00:20:47.000 What doesn't kill you makes you stronger.
00:20:49.000 She actually quotes this: Dr. Gorka, we've never seen anything like this before.
00:20:54.000 No, I still would love to know the real reasons she said that because this isn't a good woman.
00:21:00.000 This isn't an honest woman.
00:21:01.000 Remember, this is the woman that gave Hillary Clinton the questions beforehand surreptitiously during the DNC primary debate.
00:21:11.000 That's who Donna Brazil is.
00:21:12.000 Maybe she's, you know, this is a wake-up call: hey, Democrats, you need to take Donald seriously.
00:21:19.000 Unlike in 2016, remember, till the final moment, what did they say about my former boss?
00:21:24.000 They said, this is a joke.
00:21:26.000 He doesn't mean it.
00:21:26.000 This is a PR stunt.
00:21:28.000 They didn't take him seriously.
00:21:30.000 But even then, what happened?
00:21:32.000 Here's the silver lining.
00:21:35.000 We spent $700 million on that campaign.
00:21:37.000 Hillary Clinton, officially, that we know of, spent $1.4 billion.
00:21:42.000 She outspent the MAGA movement by a factor of 100%, and still she won.
00:21:47.000 So, despite everything arrayed against us, we can still win.
00:21:51.000 But if you listen to that quote, it's really interesting because she says a couple of things.
00:21:55.000 Number one, she called the Reagan movement, what did she say it?
00:22:01.000 Reactionary, which is Marxist language.
00:22:04.000 Why is Donna Brazil using Marxist language about conservatism?
00:22:10.000 And then she said, and he's been convicted.
00:22:12.000 Oops, charged.
00:22:14.000 Like, you know, when the quiet part is said out loud.
00:22:19.000 Right, right.
00:22:20.000 And then, and then lastly, this point that you made that, you know, we have to take him seriously.
00:22:26.000 Why?
00:22:27.000 Look at what they've done.
00:22:29.000 This is not a group of individuals driven by strategic thinking.
00:22:34.000 Yes, they're cunning.
00:22:35.000 Yes, they're evil.
00:22:36.000 Yes, they're utterly soulless.
00:22:37.000 What kind of man can go to Hawaii, stand in front of people who've lost loved ones, who've had everything burnt to the ground, and say, well, once I almost lost my Corvette.
00:22:47.000 I mean, these are really soulless individuals.
00:22:50.000 But at the end of the day, they're also clinically imbeciles.
00:22:53.000 They're not very smart.
00:22:55.000 If you read the Constitution, if you read the 14th Amendment, they can't do what they're planning to do.
00:23:02.000 It doesn't matter how many charges they bring.
00:23:04.000 14th Amendment applies to who?
00:23:06.000 It applies to senators.
00:23:08.000 It applies to state senators, officers of the state, of the military.
00:23:12.000 It doesn't apply to a president.
00:23:13.000 It has a long enumeration and it never says the word president.
00:23:17.000 Likewise, who in the Constitution can be a president?
00:23:20.000 There's only three conditions.
00:23:21.000 You have to be 35 years old, a natural-born citizen, and a 14-year continuous resident of the United States.
00:23:28.000 They can convict President Trump.
00:23:30.000 They can put him in an orange jumpsuit, but he can still be president.
00:23:34.000 So this is where we have to embrace the conflict.
00:23:37.000 This is where we have to be ready to fight because as I say every single day, if not you, dear friend, then who?
00:23:44.000 If not now, when?
00:23:46.000 That's the only two questions you have to ask yourself.
00:23:48.000 So Dr. Gorka, let's zero in on that.
00:23:51.000 I find that there's a limiting belief problem of some Vichy French Republicans that don't want to embrace the conflict.
00:23:56.000 They want the storm to pass.
00:23:58.000 How should we deal with such people?
00:24:05.000 You know, there's a point at which you just have to decide who will bear fruit, where the seed should be scattered in such a way that it actually grows.
00:24:18.000 If you go back to Jesus' parable about the seas sown on the path, if you look at the rhinos, if you look at the Christie's or even the Pencees, at some point you've got to realize they're not in it for America.
00:24:33.000 It's either ego, it's either status quo, and you move.
00:24:38.000 My wife, it was 98 degrees yesterday.
00:24:41.000 I was in this air-conditioned studio.
00:24:43.000 Where was Katie Gorker?
00:24:44.000 She was out door knocking.
00:24:46.000 Not only is she a senior election official in Virginia, she has volunteered for the GOP and they've given her 900 houses.
00:24:53.000 That's what she was doing.
00:24:55.000 And she was very clear.
00:24:56.000 We're not going to go to the Democrat houses.
00:24:59.000 We're not going to go to the strong Republicans.
00:25:01.000 We're going to go to the soft Republicans, the ones who may be disinclined to vote.
00:25:06.000 Why?
00:25:06.000 Because they hear the talking points, Charlie.
00:25:09.000 He can't win.
00:25:10.000 He can win a primary.
00:25:11.000 He can't win a general.
00:25:13.000 Focus your efforts on those people who will bear fruit.
00:25:18.000 And also, remember the catalytic power of key issues.
00:25:22.000 Yes, we've got to talk about clean elections.
00:25:24.000 Yes, we've got to talk about de-weaponizing the justice system.
00:25:28.000 But I think, and tell me if I'm wrong, because you have a real feel for what's the pulse of the general public.
00:25:33.000 I think the transgender movement is the Damascene moment when the scales fall from the eyes.
00:25:41.000 You don't have to be deeply imbued in politics, but when a girl who's been swimming for six years is at the highest level as an athlete in high school or college and that gets it all dashed away because of a guy who says he's a woman suddenly, or when a grown man goes into a girl's locker room, that's when the average person goes, no.
00:26:05.000 And I want everybody to watch the video of you at that event.
00:26:09.000 I think it was a religious event where you said, where are the fathers?
00:26:13.000 Yes.
00:26:13.000 That's correct.
00:26:14.000 At those swim meets, I mean, you had some righteous indignation.
00:26:18.000 I've been channeling that as much as I can, because if you're a father of a girl who's at one of those events competing and along comes, you know, Will Thomas pretending to be Leah, you should be making a human wall around that swimming pool and saying, you do not get, that man does not get in that pool with my daughter.
00:26:38.000 So wake up and take responsibility for your country and your family.
00:26:45.000 To answer the point you make, yes, the trans thing, as Ernest Hemingway said, I think it's happening gradually than suddenly, the awakening.
00:26:53.000 I mean, tonight we have Riley Gaines tonight at an event and we're interviewing her.
00:26:59.000 And she's the perfect spokesperson for this because she's not political.
00:27:03.000 She had a championship legitimately robbed by a freak and no one stood up for her.
00:27:08.000 And she's fearless.
00:27:09.000 And she's fearless.
00:27:10.000 But she's fearless.
00:27:10.000 Yes.
00:27:11.000 And she's articulate.
00:27:12.000 She understands the issue.
00:27:13.000 And she's working very hard in traveling the country.
00:27:16.000 And then, of course, the media attacks her and says she sucks at swimming and that whole thing.
00:27:20.000 So yeah, I think the trans thing, I think you're exactly right.
00:27:23.000 I think the trans thing, in my opinion, we must double or triple down on this.
00:27:27.000 But, you know, I want to just, I want to play this piece of tape, play cut 27.
00:27:31.000 This is the attitude.
00:27:33.000 I want you to listen carefully to the word selection of Mr. Pence, Play Cut 27.
00:27:38.000 Our digital team got a copy of your speech today, Bill.
00:27:41.000 And one of the lines you're set to deliver is that, are we going to follow the siren song of populism away from the timeless conservative principles of the Republican Party?
00:27:51.000 To whom are you referring?
00:27:53.000 Right.
00:27:55.000 Well, look, you look at this Republican field, whether it's my former running mate or some of his imitators.
00:28:02.000 And there is a push in this Republican primary to move us away from our party's historic commitment to American leadership on the world stage, to a commitment to fiscal responsibility and reform in the face of a massive national debt crisis.
00:28:19.000 And many of those people I shared the stage with, including my former running mate who wasn't there, want to marginalize the right to life and relegate it to a state's only issue.
00:28:29.000 My former running mate.
00:28:33.000 He doesn't have the wherewithal, the spine, the testicular fortitude to use the man's name and to try and say that he's weak on the right to life.
00:28:43.000 This pains me every time I say it.
00:28:45.000 There's only one president who addressed the March for Life as president, and it wasn't even Ronald Reagan.
00:28:51.000 It was my former boss, President Trump.
00:28:53.000 And populism, that you're using it as like a dirty word like the left does.
00:28:58.000 So the most people like him?
00:29:01.000 Are you against the most people supporting the president?
00:29:04.000 That means you're an elitist, Mike.
00:29:06.000 It pains me to say it.
00:29:07.000 It means you're part of the elitist nomenclatura.
00:29:13.000 He's an oligarch, and he's sad that the commoners have a voice.
00:29:17.000 Yes!
00:29:20.000 Time to take a stand for life, everybody.
00:29:22.000 We can say we're pro-life, but what does that actually mean?
00:29:24.000 In a pro-Roe versus Wade world, there are states that are more radically pro-death than ever before, aborting babies up until the moment they draw their first breath.
00:29:33.000 We have a word for that.
00:29:34.000 It's called murder.
00:29:35.000 The Biden regime is more radically pro-abortion than any other in American history.
00:29:39.000 They celebrate abortions the way we celebrate life.
00:29:42.000 It's time to do something that we know will make a difference.
00:29:45.000 That is providing ultrasounds with pre-born.
00:29:47.000 When a pregnant girl sees her baby on an ultrasound machine and hears that baby's heartbeat, she's twice as likely to choose life.
00:29:54.000 Just $28 provides that ultrasound and saves one baby.
00:29:57.000 $140 saves five.
00:29:59.000 A gift of $15,000 provides an ultrasound machine that can save literally thousands of babies for years to come.
00:30:05.000 I donate to this cause and you should too.
00:30:07.000 Call 833-850-2229 or click on the pre-born banner at charliekirk.com.
00:30:12.000 Become a donor, charliekirk.com, and click on the pre-born banner.
00:30:18.000 I want to play two tapes here.
00:30:20.000 Remember, so this is just another just kind of piece of data on the trans thing.
00:30:25.000 This thing has not got, this story has not received as much attention as the Riley Gaines, Mr. Thomas freak.
00:30:31.000 Let's first cut 41, MSNBC talking about a biological man who forced his way into a sorority who gets an erection watching girls change.
00:30:40.000 The court said that the biological man is allowed into this sorority, play cut 41.
00:30:46.000 Wyoming and made history last fall as the first openly transgender woman to join a sorority.
00:30:51.000 Being the first can be incredibly hard, and this case is no exception.
00:30:57.000 But this week brought some very good news for Artemis.
00:31:00.000 Artemis Langford scored a major legal victory when a judge dismissed a suit brought by six fellow members of her Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority who sued to kick her out of the chapter over her trans identity.
00:31:13.000 Yeah, obviously kick her out.
00:31:15.000 She is not a she.
00:31:16.000 It is a man who's masquerading as a woman.
00:31:21.000 Listen to the freak, Artemis.
00:31:23.000 Just one more tape and your reaction.
00:31:25.000 Dr. Gorka, I want the reaction I want, what I want is normal people are going to see this and they're like, come on.
00:31:31.000 Play cut 40.
00:31:32.000 Here's the freak.
00:31:33.000 It takes a very brave and unique person to do this, to be a first in a situation like this.
00:31:39.000 And then to continue on.
00:31:41.000 I want people to know that everything that they've experienced, that I'm certainly not the first trans person to ever be attacked by elements in the media.
00:31:55.000 I want people to know that it's never okay for that kind of scrutiny on a person just because of their identity, just because I'm trans.
00:32:07.000 Every day that they can be themselves is a good day for us all.
00:32:12.000 Dr. Gorka, biological man, the court says biological men find to go into kappa, kappa, gamma, sorority or reaction.
00:32:19.000 The host called that thing brave and unique.
00:32:24.000 Just look at the visage of that individual.
00:32:28.000 That's an ugly pervert.
00:32:30.000 That's a freak.
00:32:31.000 That's a man who the women, the sorrier sisters who said, stares at them from the couch with an erection under the blanket.
00:32:41.000 That's what they've said of this.
00:32:44.000 What have we done?
00:32:45.000 We've allowed legal protection for perverts.
00:32:49.000 Remember how the left talked about the conservative war on women?
00:32:54.000 This, this is the war on women.
00:32:56.000 Title IX, Title IX is the Will of the Wisp.
00:32:59.000 It's disappeared now.
00:33:01.000 And now sexual perverts get to sit in the lounge of the soriety and stare as they play with themselves as the real women walk around in what?
00:33:13.000 Their pajamas.
00:33:15.000 Stop.
00:33:16.000 Stop the world.
00:33:18.000 We need to get off this insanity and that enough people have given in.
00:33:24.000 It's not tolerance.
00:33:25.000 It's perversion.
00:33:27.000 Okay.
00:33:27.000 It is dangerous.
00:33:29.000 This is the negation of the feminine.
00:33:32.000 Forget about men.
00:33:33.000 All right.
00:33:34.000 We'll look after ourselves.
00:33:36.000 This is a threat to the safety of women.
00:33:40.000 And it is the negate.
00:33:41.000 The trans movement is ultimately the negation of womanhood.
00:33:46.000 That's what it is.
00:33:47.000 So where the hell are the real feminists, Charlie?
00:33:49.000 I'll tell you where.
00:33:50.000 I mean, and this is my theory, and I've said this for a while, that feminism never actually believed in womanhood.
00:33:57.000 It was making women more like men.
00:33:59.000 It was always, it was about making femininity, okay, don't stay at home, go into the workforce, freeze your eggs, go start up.
00:34:05.000 So it would actually make sense, Dr. Gorka.
00:34:08.000 The feminists are cheering this on because the next natural step of a young lady freezing her eggs, becoming a corporate partner, becoming a law firm partner, and having a bunch of cats and not kids is just do the last thing, become the man, Dr. Gorka.
00:34:22.000 Yeah.
00:34:23.000 Yeah.
00:34:23.000 No, absolutely.
00:34:25.000 It is the logical end game.
00:34:28.000 You know, have the surgical procedure done, take the hormones and live forever as a chemical and surgical freak.
00:34:38.000 This is when it has to stop.
00:34:40.000 And this is where the subsidiarity, this is where the Republic, you know, the state, the Republic of States is so essential.
00:34:47.000 This must be fought, not just when President Trump, God willing, if we do our part, comes back to the White House, but at the state's level.
00:34:54.000 So many states have said, no, this must not happen.
00:34:57.000 The idea that a 12-year-old can't buy a packet of cigarettes or get a tattoo, but they can have their genitals removed without supposed to make them happy without their parents.
00:35:09.000 And that's supposed to make them happy.
00:35:11.000 I mean, it's like Jordan Peterson, who's a clinical psychiatrist, says there is no condition, no mental condition where we affirm the condition.
00:35:19.000 If I walk into a psychiatrist and say, I'm Napoleon, or I've got 48 identities, we don't say, oh, congratulations, you're Napoleon.
