00:01:10.000 That's why we are here.
00:01:14.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at andrewandTodd.com.
00:01:25.000 Joining us now is Colonel Douglas McGregor, who is one of the few voices out there telling the truth about what's happening in the war in Russia and Ukraine.
00:01:34.000 So, Colonel McGregor, the senators that I talk to off the record that are in favor of this war or funding the war, they say it's just a matter of time.
00:01:41.000 Ukraine is launching a counteroffensive.
00:01:43.000 We're almost there.
00:01:44.000 Best money we've ever spent.
00:01:46.000 Colonel, what is the truth?
00:01:48.000 Well, either those individuals are deranged or they're simply doing what their donors tell them to do.
00:01:54.000 In most cases, my experience is there is a lot of ignorance and arrogance on the Hill, but the number one overriding impulse is greed.
00:02:03.000 So I think they're probably listening to their donors.
00:02:05.000 And we have very powerful figures in the United States and the financial media sectors in particular who want desperately to keep this war going.
00:02:16.000 The Ukrainians have sustained now more than 400,000 soldiers killed in action.
00:02:21.000 The cemeteries in Ukraine are filling up.
00:02:25.000 We don't know how many casualties they've had beyond that, in other words, wounded, but certainly several hundred thousand.
00:02:32.000 Amputees, somewhere between 50 and 60,000.
00:02:36.000 Hospitals are full.
00:02:38.000 The Ukrainian authorities are now essentially pressing anybody they can find into service.
00:02:43.000 Russians recently captured a 71-year-old man on a Ukrainian tank crew.
00:02:49.000 The troops aren't trained.
00:02:50.000 They don't know how to use the equipment.
00:02:52.000 So they're simply being herded into a meat grinder.
00:02:55.000 And now the Ukrainian government has approached the Poles, wants the Polish government to help them round up 80 to 100,000 Ukrainian youth who are 18 to 25 years of age living in Poland, who could be brought back to die in the war in Ukraine.
00:03:11.000 Frankly, if it were not for our financial aid, we effectively own the government, we pay for the army, and we keep them essentially in cash.
00:03:22.000 I don't think this would last today.
00:03:24.000 I think this thing is effectively over and we continue to sustain it by shipping cash and equipment.
00:03:31.000 And without any sort of understanding from our leaders of what does success look like, trying to continue this and push it forward into another no-win war.
00:03:41.000 And it seems as if we're only extending the carnage.
00:03:44.000 So could you just repeat the number?
00:03:45.000 How many people have died, Colonel?
00:03:47.000 I mean, we don't get any numbers.
00:03:49.000 We just get estimations.
00:03:50.000 I mean, how many people have died since the beginning of this war?
00:03:54.000 Well, you're saying people, I don't know how many civilians have been lost.
00:03:58.000 I have no idea.
00:03:59.000 I just know that there are more than 400,000 dead Ukrainian soldiers.
00:04:04.000 We know that because we can see the graves from satellites.
00:04:08.000 We know it because we can follow the obituaries.
00:04:11.000 We know it because Ukrainians and Russians come on telegram and tell us the truth.
00:04:16.000 I would say that the Russians have lost 10% of what the Ukrainians have, if that.
00:04:21.000 In other words, probably 40,000 killed and certainly no more than 40 or 50,000 wounded.
00:04:27.000 Most of the Russian wounded are returned to duty.
00:04:30.000 Ukrainians have enormous difficulty with that.
00:04:32.000 In fact, they leave bodies all over the battlefield.
00:04:35.000 And the Russians have shut down operations several times to allow them to collect their dead.
00:04:40.000 But in many cases, they just don't.
00:04:43.000 And of course, the numbers of Ukrainian units and soldiers that are giving up is increasing daily.
00:04:49.000 Most of it happens at the lowest level because these people have no effective training.
00:04:54.000 They're not prepared for this.
00:04:56.000 And they're being sent to their deaths in what are effectively suicidal missions.
00:05:02.000 So, no, nobody's telling the truth in the West, but the truth is out there if you want to dig and find it.
00:05:07.000 Yeah, 400,000 people, that's an extraordinary amount.
00:05:11.000 So you have some leaders, and we're getting this tape here from Mitt Romney, and we'll play the tape in a second, but he says that this is the best money that we have spent, that this is the best investment.
00:05:23.000 So, Colonel, just maybe help our audience respond to this from family members or friends, where they say, if we don't fight Putin in Ukraine, he's going to take over Europe.
00:05:32.000 You've heard this, but I know it's nauseating, but it's helpful for some people that don't do this for a living.
00:05:38.000 How should one respond to such a shallow talking point?
00:05:43.000 Well, when I was a young man growing up, and when I first went to VMI in West Point, we were still involved in Vietnam, and Lyndon Johnson and General Westmoreland and others kept telling us if we don't fight the VC and the North Vietnamese in Vietnam, we're going to be fighting them in Los Angeles and Chicago.
00:06:02.000 And that's obviously nonsense.
00:06:04.000 We heard the same thing about Iraq and Afghanistan, always nonsense.
00:06:08.000 Now we're hearing it about Ukraine.
00:06:10.000 This is tired.
00:06:11.000 Americans have to wake up and realize the extent to which they're being lied to.
00:06:16.000 And as far as the best money we could spend, good God, what we've done is cultivate an enemy in Moscow.
00:06:22.000 And I would argue in many other places in the world, all you have to do is look at the BRICS, the new members that have just joined, and the desire to de-dollarize and get out from under our financial system so that we can't bully people financially.
00:06:37.000 This is a catastrophe for us.
00:06:39.000 It'll take us decades to recover because we're going to find enemies everywhere.
00:06:44.000 The Russians can escalate horizontally.
00:06:47.000 Not only do we risk escalation to the nuclear level if we do something stupid and launch a nuclear weapon, but worse than that, we can see Mexico, Venezuela, Cuba, Nicaragua, certainly Syria, other countries where our forces are at risk and engaged, where the drug traffickers and the local governments cooperate against us and our open borders.
00:07:13.000 We are courting catastrophe right here inside the Western hemisphere at home because the Russians aren't stupid.
00:07:20.000 They know that they can create trouble for us all over the world.
00:07:24.000 They are now going to do that because they've won this war.
00:07:27.000 There's no question about it.
00:07:29.000 The only question now is, do they wait for the economies in Western Europe to collapse, which is a real possibility this winter?
00:07:36.000 Or do they say, hell with this, we'll just end it and march west?
00:07:41.000 Obviously, we would rather they didn't march west.
00:07:44.000 We set out supposedly to prevent that, but now we've created the capability to do that.
00:07:49.000 So, you know, we just have to stop listening to these blowhards who know nothing about which they speak and are frankly dishonest.
00:07:58.000 They're simply, once again, echoing the talking points their donors give them.
00:08:03.000 Play cut 59.
00:08:04.000 Being able to take an amount which equals, what, about 5% of our military budget, actually less than 5% of our military budget each year to help the Ukrainians is about the best national defense spending I think we've ever done.
00:08:19.000 We're losing no lives in Ukraine.
00:08:22.000 And the Ukrainians are fighting heroically against Russia that has 15 nuclear weapons aimed at us.
00:08:30.000 So we are diminishing and devastating the Russian military for a very small amount of money relative to what we spend in the rest of defense.
00:08:40.000 A weakened Russia is a good thing.
00:08:42.000 And the best thing we can do for America is to see people who have nuclear weapons aimed at us getting weaker.
00:08:48.000 Okay, so just so we understand how sick that is, what just Mitt Romney just said, he basically said that Ukrainian rank and file are a human shield for America.
00:08:57.000 I just want everyone to understand that that is just like so perverse morally.
00:09:02.000 Even if it was what he was saying was true, right?
00:09:04.000 Even if Russia was this big enemy, the idea that we're losing, that we're losing no lives, but the Ukrainians are getting slaughtered, that's really demented and sick.
00:09:12.000 Your reaction, Colonel, to Mitt Romney?
00:09:15.000 Well, he's arguing that Russia is suffering.
00:09:18.000 Russia is now stronger militarily, financially, and economically, certainly than since the 1980s.
00:09:25.000 Russia is in splendid condition.
00:09:26.000 The population is 100% behind Putin.
00:09:29.000 They have over 750,000 troops in and around Ukraine.
00:09:34.000 They're going to go up to 1.2 million in the very near future.
00:09:37.000 They have the most modern weapons they've ever had.
00:09:39.000 They're well-organized, well-led, well-disciplined.
00:09:42.000 So the notion that somehow or another we've harmed Russia is a big lie.
00:09:46.000 In the meantime, the only thing we've succeeded in doing is murdering the Ukrainian nation.
00:09:50.000 We've destroyed the country.
00:09:52.000 I don't think this nation is going to recover for years, for decades.
00:09:56.000 That's his great achievement.
00:09:58.000 This man is either demented or he's just a pathological liar.
00:10:02.000 He certainly borders on psychopath and certainly is a sociopath.
00:10:09.000 We're consigning millions of people to misery in Ukraine in perpetuity.
00:10:14.000 And we're told that we need to continue to spend and send more money.
00:10:18.000 And so, just can you just build this out, Colonel?
00:10:21.000 This is not being covered in the West, but Russia is actually in a better position economically because of the war.
00:10:28.000 How is that possible?
00:10:30.000 Because the conventional Washington, D.C. narrative is we apply sanctions, we isolate them, we impoverish them.
00:10:36.000 But actually, Russia had basically a summer of prosperity.
00:10:42.000 The Russians I know in America, they say their relatives back in Moscow love Putin.
00:10:46.000 They're richer.
00:10:47.000 They're happier than even they were a decade ago.
00:10:50.000 Well, you have to keep in mind that the Russians took great pains to disengage as much as possible from us.
00:10:57.000 They tried to shed as many U.S. Treasury bonds as possible.
00:11:00.000 They got rid of as much of our currency as they could.
00:11:04.000 And they've been doing business as often as possible in rubles.
00:11:08.000 In other words, their own currency.
00:11:10.000 Now, as part of BRICS, they're bringing in new members.
00:11:12.000 And one of those new members, starting in January, of course, is Saudi Arabia.
00:11:17.000 That means that the Saudis will be doing business with India, China, Russia, Brazil, and other countries, not in dollars.
00:11:25.000 I mean, you're staring at the end of the petrodollar.
00:11:28.000 The end of the petrodollar is the first decisive step in the direction of eliminating the dollar as reserve currency.
00:11:34.000 We're going to have serious problems economically as a result of this.
00:11:37.000 So we've got to stop lying to people.
00:11:40.000 This is awful.
00:11:41.000 The Russians have profited enormously.
00:11:44.000 Everything has backfired on these frauds in Washington.
00:11:48.000 And that's what this Mr. Romney is.
00:11:50.000 He's a shameless fraud.
00:11:52.000 It's interesting.
00:11:53.000 Joe Biden attempted to rally the world behind Ukraine and break Russia.
00:11:58.000 Instead, he's breaking America.
00:12:00.000 Instead, it's our dollar that's being broken, and Russia is actually stronger.
00:12:04.000 So all the experts at the CIA, all the experts in the permanent war machine of Washington, D.C., tell us, okay, this war is terrible.
00:12:12.000 Sanctions, tariffs, trust us.
00:12:15.000 And in reality, we now have the emergence of BRICS.
00:12:17.000 And I want to talk about that because this is a real thing.
00:12:19.000 It has not received nearly the amount of conversation that I think it warrants, where we're seeing the American dollar kind of being put to the side and a whole different new global hegemon rising.
00:12:34.000 Strong Cell is amazing.
00:12:35.000 I got to tell you, the combination of NADH, CoQ10, and collagen is really something.
00:12:41.000 You know, people ask me, they say, Charlie, how do you keep your energy up?
00:12:44.000 How do you just keep on pushing?
00:12:46.000 Look, part of it is diet nutrition, but I'll be honest, I take supplements really seriously.
00:12:52.000 Fact check me on this.
00:12:52.000 You can say, oh, Charlie, I'm going to fact-check you.
00:12:54.000 Type this into your search engine.
00:12:56.000 NADH.
00:12:59.000 Just type it in.
00:13:00.000 What does it tell you?
00:13:01.000 It might tell you that it is the secret to living long, anti-aging properties, more energy.
00:13:06.000 All of that is being proven in more and more clinical trials.
00:13:09.000 NADH is a precursor so that your mitochondria can remain healthy and vibrant.
00:13:15.000 The elites, a lot of billionaires, people of a lot of money, they spend a ton of money on NAD.
00:13:19.000 It's a fact.
00:13:20.000 NAD just might be your secret weapon for more energy.
00:13:23.000 I take NAD every single day.
00:13:25.000 I could tell you that NADH compared with CoQ10, the trials show very, very good things on it.
00:13:31.000 Don't take my word for it.
00:13:32.000 I mean, honestly, my word should be good for something, but fact-check me.
00:13:36.000 Look at it.
00:13:36.000 And if you do it over 30 days, you'll see an increase in energy.
00:13:39.000 I wake up better than ever before.
00:13:41.000 NAD can help you potentially, again, fact check me on this with depression, anxiety, other issues that you might be dealing with.
00:13:48.000 It is nature's gift to you so that you might have extra energy and mental clarity.
00:13:54.000 You guys can use promo code Charlie for 20% off.
00:13:56.000 It's strongsell.com/slash Charlie.
00:13:58.000 NAD might be nature's secret weapon for you.
00:14:03.000 I love it.
00:14:04.000 I take it every single day.
00:14:06.000 Try to try it for at least 30 days to see the maximum benefit.
00:14:09.000 And let me know, has NAD helped your life?
00:14:12.000 Strongsell.com/slash Charlie.
00:14:14.000 Check it out.
00:14:14.000 Strongsell.com/slash Charlie.
00:14:19.000 What is BRICS and the significance of the new member countries?
00:14:24.000 Well, the new member countries, including Saudi Arabia, are all agreed that they are going to do business with each other in currencies other than dollars.
00:14:35.000 They're also agreeing tacitly to the long-term strategic goal of pegging currency to gold.
00:14:42.000 And of course, India, China, Russia, Saudi Arabia in particular, the Emirates, all of them have amassed great quantities of gold so that the currencies can actually be traded as pegged to gold.
00:14:57.000 All of this puts us at risk because remember, we're entirely dependent on the fiat financial system.
00:15:04.000 And we have been able to compel everyone to use our dollar.
00:15:07.000 People have to borrow in dollars and spend in dollars.
00:15:10.000 This is about to end.
00:15:12.000 Nobody is going to allow us to pass our debt onto them any longer.
00:15:15.000 So the real question is, how much longer do we get away with anything?
00:15:21.000 No, I just think the audience needs to understand because they hear constantly, oh, the economy is fine.
00:15:26.000 Everything's going gangbusters, and we're going to be sitting in clover over the next year.
00:15:32.000 What they need to understand right now, which is very, very serious, it's not just the BRICS and the new members that come in in January.
00:15:39.000 They're going to trade in their own currency and ultimately, as a long-term strategic goal, want to peg everything to gold.
00:15:46.000 It's the fact that our treasuries now, in terms of yield, are going up, but the prices of our treasury bonds are going down.
00:15:54.000 Now, why is this?
00:15:55.000 Obviously, it's the interest rates that are rising.
00:15:58.000 But as people, both in our own domestic banking system and foreign banking systems, look at the U.S. treasuries they've been buying for now almost two decades.
00:16:09.000 They look at these and they're not worth anything because they bought these things when the interest rates were near zero.
00:16:16.000 All of a sudden, now they're dealing with interest rates that are rising rapidly.
00:16:20.000 So how do we sell our bonds?
00:16:21.000 Well, we drop the prices to the point where they're worth almost nothing as it is.
00:16:26.000 And the Fed cannot add that much more toxic debt to what it's already got on its books.
00:16:32.000 So everything has to be viewed against that background economically.
00:16:36.000 You said it took about five years for the American public to turn against the war in Vietnam, but this is at a much accelerated timeline.
00:16:44.000 Probably started at 10 to 15% of Americans that wanted nothing to do with involvement.
00:16:49.000 Now it's 55%.
00:16:50.000 It's 95% of the conservative base.
00:16:53.000 Walk us through this.
00:16:54.000 This is a promising development.
00:16:57.000 Well, remember that from 1965 until almost 1969, our media stood behind the Johnson administration and its lies about what was really happening in Vietnam.
00:17:09.000 What was really happening was very different from what was reported.
00:17:13.000 And obviously, the Tet Offensive threw that into sharp relief.
00:17:17.000 So then the media at the time said, you know, we've got to stop lying.
00:17:20.000 Let's start telling the truth.
00:17:21.000 It made them unpopular with diehards who thought we were actually fighting communism when we weren't.
00:17:27.000 Communism was not really the issue in Vietnam.
00:17:29.000 It was a civil war we had involved ourselves in.
00:17:32.000 But today, you have a different phenomenon.
00:17:34.000 Today, the media is universally in the West backing this insanity against Russia.
00:17:40.000 They're part of the same lobby that wants to essentially destroy the regime and then divide the country and sell off its resources at bargain basement prices and enrich themselves.
00:17:51.000 In other words, the ruling political class in Washington is bound up with the people who run finance and the media in the United States, who are dominating all the policymaking.
00:18:02.000 But the American people are smart enough to figure out, wait a minute, why are we shipping all of this overseas?
00:18:08.000 What about all the people that don't have jobs in the United States?
00:18:11.000 What about the growing numbers of homeless?
00:18:13.000 What about the fact that our borders are open and we're adding 2.3 million people about whom we know nothing, people that we probably can't employ, and more important, will never assimilate.
00:18:24.000 So frankly speaking, the American people have figured this out.
00:18:28.000 The problem is that there are still too many listening to the lies.
00:18:33.000 They haven't wakened up to the fact that you can't trust the government.
00:18:39.000 Quite a concept.
00:18:40.000 And as the public opinion continues to move, the Democrat Party is all messed up.
00:18:47.000 They used to be the anti-war party.
00:18:48.000 Now they're completely on board for this, which is really interesting.
00:18:51.000 And the Republican Party actually has more people out speaking out against it.
00:18:55.000 Is one of the reasons why the West is so against Russia is because they're not totally on board for this LGBTQ stuff that they stand against some of these kind of social liberal impacts.
00:19:05.000 Is that kind of a component of this that doesn't always get covered?
00:19:09.000 Oh, no, I think it is a component.
00:19:11.000 I mean, clearly, Russia has said we're not opening our borders.
00:19:14.000 We're not going to subject our population to the influx of millions of foreigners who are coming to Russia not to join us, not to work with us, not to assimilate, but to take us over.
00:19:24.000 And they've looked at Europe and they say, well, if Germany and France are examples of success stories for globalism, we don't want anything to do with it.
00:19:31.000 Then, of course, the underlying foundation of Russian Orthodox Christianity and the people that are currently leading the charge against Russia utterly hate Christianity.
00:19:41.000 That's right.
00:19:42.000 They despise it.
00:19:43.000 Let's be frank.
00:19:44.000 You know, we're talking about people that are atheists, nihilists, Marxists, and ultimately globalists.
00:19:52.000 It's all bound up together.
00:19:53.000 It's one sick, perverse ideology, and wokeism is perversion.
00:19:57.000 The Russians know it.
00:19:59.000 We know it.
00:20:00.000 Why are we pretending it's not?
00:20:03.000 Colonel Douglas McGregor, wonderful commentary.
00:20:05.000 Thank you for being one of the lone voices of sanity in the midst of this tragedy that we're involved in.
00:20:10.000 Thank you so much.
00:20:12.000 Okay, Charlie.
00:20:12.000 Thank you.
00:20:14.000 He's always so generous with his time, and we appreciate it.
00:20:16.000 He's one of the few people that tell the truth.
00:20:20.000 Balance of Nature, changing the world one life at a time.
00:20:24.000 I try to take care of myself.
00:20:26.000 I try to eat right.
00:20:27.000 And I love fruits and vegetables.
00:20:28.000 I'd rather have them than anything else, but I know I don't get nearly enough.
00:20:32.000 So I thought, I'll try it for two months and no harm, no foul.
00:20:35.000 If it doesn't work after that, then I'll try it and at least I know.
00:20:39.000 Within two weeks, I noticed a huge difference in my energy, sleeping better at night, and just energy.
00:20:46.000 I would get up in the morning and get up, not just sit around.
00:20:50.000 You guys have got to try this.
00:20:52.000 You owe it to yourself to try it.
00:20:52.000 You have to try it.
00:20:54.000 The wife and I both think it's done a lot of good.
00:20:57.000 We both think it's, you know, it's improved your overall day-to-day how you feel.
00:21:02.000 And we've turned everybody on to it.
00:21:04.000 Our kids are on it.
00:21:06.000 We have brothers and sisters that are on it.
00:21:08.000 We've got some neighbors we've turned on to it.
00:21:11.000 So we're very pleased with the product and the results.
00:21:14.000 It's not like you're Superman, but you definitely know you're healthier.
00:21:17.000 You don't lose weight.
00:21:18.000 And I've never heard that said in any of the commercials, but by golly, you do.
00:21:22.000 I work in a school, so I'm around like a thousand kids a day constantly.
00:21:27.000 And so I wash my hands and use alcohol on them probably 100 times a day or better.
00:21:32.000 And my hands are always cracking open and splitting.
00:21:35.000 And I did not have that this entire winter.
00:21:38.000 And I've bet you anything.
00:21:40.000 This is me.
00:21:41.000 I bet you anything it's failed for nature because it's the only thing I've done different.
00:21:44.000 Like the guy on your commercial says, I'm going to keep on taking it the rest of my life.
00:21:48.000 And I feel the same way.
00:21:50.000 It's going really good.
00:21:51.000 I mean, I feel better.
00:21:53.000 Got more energy and, you know, I can go through my day better.

00:22:23.000 Last couple of days, there's been this story going viral of a company, Liberty Safe.
00:22:27.000 We touched on this yesterday.
00:22:28.000 Liberty Safe, which pretends to be the number one safe company in the country, formerly endorsed by a lot of conservative commentators.
00:22:37.000 A lot of people trusted them.
00:22:39.000 Liberty Safe was contacted by the FBI for a search warrant.
00:22:45.000 Liberty Safe was asked by the FBI, hey, we want to get into one of the safes of a home that we're raiding in January 6th.
00:22:52.000 By the way, for nonviolent offenses, nonviolent, and we want to get the guns.
00:22:57.000 And Liberty Safe said, okay.
00:22:59.000 Liberty Safe said, sure, here you go, FBI.
00:23:01.000 Here's the password.
00:23:02.000 Didn't fight it, didn't contest it, didn't do anything.
00:23:05.000 Unlike Apple, by the way, when Apple was asked by the federal government, unlike unlock terrorist cell phones, Apple said no.
00:23:13.000 Apple said, we take the privacy of the phones very, very seriously.
00:23:18.000 But when it comes to allegedly conservative safe companies, they said, sure, feds, you can go get all the guns you want.
00:23:26.000 If you have Liberty Safe, you need to return it, get rid of it, remove it from your home, demolish it, and never buy Liberty Safe again.
00:23:35.000 The FBI has backdoor access anytime they ask.
00:23:38.000 Joining us now is Michael Sieffert for all things, new economy and parallel economy.
00:23:43.000 And he has stepped up beautifully from PublicSquare, publicsq.com.
00:23:47.000 I was texting him yesterday, Michael, welcome to the program.
00:23:49.000 I said, hey, do we have a competitor to FedSafe, the FBI Safe?
00:23:53.000 And Michael, you do.
00:23:54.000 Michael, your thoughts and tell us about what company people should purchase from.
00:23:58.000 Well, Charlie, thanks for having me on.
00:24:00.000 I'm glad you mentioned Apple because in the Twilight Zone reality we seem to live in now, I never thought I would have said that Apple values our privacy more than a gun safe manufacturer, but that's where we're at.
00:24:13.000 So it's an unfortunate revelation that's emerged over the course of the last few days that a company that we really thought was with us has turned out to not be.
00:24:20.000 And actually, you pointed out on your Twitter yesterday when you highlighted the correct fact that Liberty Safe was overtaken by activist investors, an East Coast investment firm, and a CEO who has donated thousands of dollars to Obama.
00:24:34.000 So this is like a longtime Democrat.
00:24:37.000 So you really think that they're going to value your privacy, your Fourth Amendment?
00:24:40.000 You think they're going to love and appreciate your Second Amendment when the feds come knocking?
00:24:43.000 Of course not.
00:24:44.000 So what we wanted to do starting yesterday is get in touch with the safe companies on our app, learn a little bit more, understand the world of gun safes, because what we learned is that there is a lot of interesting nuance.
00:24:55.000 We discovered a few companies on our app that would gladly stand and make statements and say, we're a safe manufacturer.
00:25:01.000 We're a safe company, and we proudly stand with the privacy of our consumers.
00:25:06.000 Companies like we've got, let's see, I'm actually going to pull up a few for you here right now.
00:25:11.000 We've got Sun Welding Safe Company.
00:25:13.000 Charlie, if you go to publicsq.com and you search for Sun Welding Safe Company, they make all their safes right here in the United States.
00:25:20.000 They are heavy duty.
00:25:21.000 These safes are incredible, incredibly fireproof.
00:25:25.000 They're an equal competitor liberty and quality.
00:25:28.000 And yet the owner yesterday said very explicitly that they do not keep any access codes to their safes on file.
00:25:37.000 They refuse to.
00:25:38.000 They honor your privacy too much.
00:25:39.000 Specifically, your Second Amendment, your right to bear arms, and your Fourth Amendment, your right to privacy against these unreasonable searches and seizures.
00:25:47.000 We also have incredible businesses like VLINE Industries.
00:25:49.000 So if you go to VLINE Industries on Public Square, head to publicsq.com, search VLINE Industries, or even just search gun safes and you'll see these companies.
00:25:57.000 VLINE Industries actually left a statement for us yesterday.
00:26:01.000 They said they respect and support every individual's Second Amendment rights.
00:26:06.000 The majority of VLINE cases are secured with a mechanical lock only capable of storing one individual unlock code.
00:26:12.000 Once the customer changes that original default code, there is no record amongst anyone of any such change.
00:26:18.000 We take our customers' security and privacy extremely seriously.
00:26:21.000 It's pretty amazing.
00:26:22.000 And then we've got, oh, another one.
00:26:24.000 Anytime a VLI case is produced with an electronic lock that does contain a master code, that code is sent with the case to the original owner and is never saved or archived by VLINE Industries.
00:26:34.000 Very important.
00:26:34.000 We also have Parker's Safes and Vaults.
00:26:37.000 Check them out out of Tennessee.
00:26:39.000 They've said very explicitly, and I really loved this statement as well, because I thought the owner was very clear about his views.
00:26:46.000 He said that Parker's Safes and Vaults is a veteran-owned family-run business started in 2009 with the vision of providing quality safes and vault doors to our customers.
00:26:53.000 We value our customers' privacy and security and therefore do not keep a database of lock codes and combinations on file.
00:26:59.000 Then he even added this: he said, and even if we did, I'd rather go to jail than relinquish a customer's code.
00:27:04.000 These people are patriots.
00:27:05.000 They even offer instructions on their site.
00:27:07.000 If you're buying a safe that has a master code from one of these big manufacturers, they'll help you with solutions to make sure that you can protect your code from the original manufacturer.
00:27:17.000 It's an awesome set of businesses that we have on Public Square, Charlie.
00:27:21.000 We're happy to provide alternatives.
00:27:22.000 And I agree.
00:27:23.000 If a business has shown that they are not willing to respect your constitutional rights, they do not deserve your business.
00:27:28.000 Simple as that.
00:27:30.000 Yeah.
00:27:30.000 And so what we have here is an opportunity to move our focus, our emphasis from, you know, just, hey, you know, there is, you know, an issue out here to saying like, look, Liberty Safe, we're done, but also we have competitors.
00:27:50.000 And that's what Public Square does very well at publicsq.com.
00:27:53.000 I want to just, this is a very interesting thing of events.
00:27:56.000 We mobilized our whole audience yesterday, Michael, and we went, you know, very, very hard.
00:28:02.000 And so Liberty Safe, first, they said, oh, come on, why are you guys attacking us?
00:28:06.000 We got a warrant.
00:28:08.000 And now Liberty Safe came out today and said, oh, well, next time we're not going to abide by the warrant and we'll sue.
00:28:16.000 Oh, so there is another way.
00:28:19.000 You see, we broke Liberty Safe.
00:28:20.000 They are groveling and begging for mercy.
00:28:22.000 Guess what?
00:28:23.000 No quarter, bankruptcy, chapter 11, we're done.
00:28:25.000 We don't trust you.
00:28:27.000 You guys give it over to the FBI.
00:28:28.000 There's plenty of other competitors you can find at publicsq.com.
00:28:31.000 That is publicsq.com.
00:28:34.000 And you guys could check it out.
00:28:35.000 And so, Michael, but talk about this.
00:28:38.000 Once companies reveal who they are, it doesn't matter how much groveling they do.
00:28:42.000 There's a new statement where they say, please forgive us.
00:28:44.000 Please forgive us, Michael Seiford.
00:28:46.000 Here's all you need to know if you're watching or viewing this program and are learning of this maybe even for the first time.
00:28:52.000 Liberty Safe shut off their replies yesterday when they initially came out with this statement.
00:28:57.000 When a company shuts off its replies, it means they're afraid of hearing the noise.
00:29:02.000 They're afraid of facing the music.
00:29:04.000 And they are silencing the voices of their consumers that are rightfully frustrated with the actions of Liberty Safe.
00:29:10.000 When they shut off their replies yesterday, I knew that they felt no remorse for what they had done and they no longer deserved our business.
00:29:17.000 And then, as you mentioned, when they doubled down with a pseudo apology, but basically admitted that they would have had another option all along, it really reaffirms the questions we all should be asking, which is like, well, this never really was a safe in the first place then, anyways, was it?
00:29:33.000 Like, why did you, A, why did you ever have the master codes?
00:29:36.000 B, you said that there wasn't another option.
00:29:39.000 You had to give them to the feds.
00:29:41.000 And that yet in the second statement here, you're saying that there is another option.
00:29:45.000 And C, why are you shutting off replies?
00:29:48.000 If you're really confident in your position here, why wouldn't you let the people talk?
00:29:52.000 And if you really value the freedoms of those folks, why would you try to silence them on the internet?
00:29:56.000 So it's a really awful turn of events for Liberty Safes this week.
00:30:00.000 There's a broader point, Charlie, and I want to finish with this.
00:30:02.000 Please, when we see companies that have incredible origin stories, they're family owned and operated.
00:30:07.000 They have this beautiful message.
00:30:09.000 They've got a great ethos to their business.
00:30:11.000 And then they sell to a private equity firm, to a big multinational conglomerate, to a proctor and gamble or a unilever, whatever it might be.
00:30:19.000 We as the American people should rightfully question the existing integrity of that business.
00:30:24.000 Does it stay through the acquisition?
00:30:27.000 Most often, you're going to find that it doesn't.
00:30:29.000 We know way too many stories of incredible Christian-owned companies that had great stories to tell that got bought by a Unilever or a Procter ⁇ Gamble.
00:30:36.000 You look at them five years later and they're doing the pride stuff.
00:30:39.000 We have to be aware that unfortunately in our country, we have this private equity slash conglomerate enterprise that gobbles up these small businesses, strips them of everything that made them so special in the first place.
00:30:53.000 And then we need to take our money elsewhere.
00:30:55.000 This is yet another example, Charlie, of this more broader macroeconomic point.
00:30:58.000 And I hope consumers will recognize that we have the power to shut down that sort of enterprise with our consumer spending.
00:31:03.000 That's why I'm an enthusiastic supporter of Public Square, publicsq.com.
00:31:08.000 We do a lot of good stuff together.
00:31:09.000 Everybody should download the Public Square app.
00:31:14.000 Listen, as students begin heading back to school, do you think they'll be learning about the founding principles that made America the freest, most prosperous nation in history?
00:31:21.000 Will they learn that our unalienable rights are God-given and not granted by government?
00:31:25.000 Will they be given a full and honest account of our nation's history?
00:31:28.000 The answer to all these questions is yes for students at Hillsdale College.
00:31:32.000 And these days, in addition to teaching college students, Hillsdale has extended its teaching to K-12 students and lifelong learners like you and me.
00:31:40.000 If you're not doing so already, one of the best ways to start learning from my friends at Hillsdale is through In Primus, Hillsdale's free digest of liberty.
00:31:48.000 My listeners can sign up for free at this special website, which is available for a limited time.
00:31:53.000 It's at charlie4hillsdale.com.
00:31:56.000 I look forward to In Primus each month, and you can too.
00:31:59.000 It's interesting, useful, and free.
00:32:01.000 The best and smartest in conservative constitutionalist thought.
00:32:05.000 Find out more about Hillsdale and In Primus at charlie4hillsdale.com.
00:32:10.000 They're an excellent college, America's greatest college, charlie4hillsdale.com.
00:32:17.000 Somebody emailed me, Charlie, do you really use the public square up?
00:32:20.000 Of course I do.
00:32:21.000 It's right here.
00:32:22.000 We partner with them on a lot of stuff, and I'm a big believer in Public Square.
00:32:26.000 Michael is a great American and does a beautiful job.
00:32:29.000 So, look, I want to do a couple things.
00:32:31.000 Number one, Michael, you made such a profound point.
00:32:34.000 Good company sells out to the vultures on Wall Street, who, by the way, donate to Warnock, donate to all these left-wing politicians, and then hand over to the feds.
00:32:46.000 But Michael, there's a buried lead here.
00:32:48.000 The smugness of their first press release.
00:32:50.000 Can we get that first press release, guys, and then contrast it with the 24-hour later begging for mercy press release from Liberty Safe?
00:32:58.000 And the team is going to send it.
00:32:59.000 The one first they say, they're kind of like telling the audience, we come on, like we handed, what would you do type thing 24 hours?
00:33:06.000 We have changed all of our policies at Liberty Safe where we are never going to comply.
00:33:11.000 They underestimate us.
00:33:12.000 That's it right there.
00:33:13.000 If you read it, we're not going to read the whole thing, but let me just say, they basically say this.
00:33:17.000 We are contacted by the FBI requesting the access code.
00:33:20.000 Our company protocol is to provide access codes to law enforcement if a warrant grants them access to a property.
00:33:25.000 After receiving the request, we received proof of the valid warrant and we gave over the access code.
00:33:30.000 Even though, and then today they've now backtracked saying, now it's new company policy.
00:33:34.000 We're going to fight such warrants in court.
00:33:36.000 Michael, they underestimate us.
00:33:39.000 They do.
00:33:39.000 They made a bad bet that consumers would just roll over and accept their rights being trampled on.
00:33:46.000 But that's not the case.
00:33:47.000 Maybe that was the case a decade ago.
00:33:48.000 It's not the case now.
00:33:50.000 Target, Anheuser-Busch, Ben ⁇ Jerry's, Disney, they all need to learn a very profound lesson.
00:33:55.000 And many of them have chosen to learn it the hard way, which is that the American consumer is tired of being indoctrinated.
00:34:00.000 We're tired of being sold out to countries that hate us and to a federal bureaucracy that does not have our best interests at heart.
00:34:07.000 And if what needs to teach them their lesson is that consumers go elsewhere, then great.
00:34:11.000 That's the free market.
00:34:12.000 And we are proudly supporters of that.
00:34:14.000 I think that Liberty Safe had to learn the hard way that you cannot abuse the rights of Americans and expect to get away with it and conduct business like nothing ever happened in the first place.
00:34:25.000 And by the way, for their company, a gun safe company, to be ran by a company, a CEO specifically, that took over this entity from its original intentions in order to sway it to a more corporate environment.
00:34:40.000 Like it's the same story over and over and over again.
00:34:43.000 So my encouragement to folks, Charlie, is that realize the power in your wallets.
00:34:46.000 Realize that the true nature of the system in the United States, which is all based on profit centers.
00:34:51.000 What if we, the people, could profit again?
00:34:53.000 Wouldn't that change the power structures of society?
00:34:56.000 That's the message that I know you're preaching.
00:34:58.000 It's the message that we're standing behind as well.
00:35:00.000 I love it.
00:35:01.000 And I just hope everyone understands you have more power than you realize.
00:35:05.000 And, you know, some people are emailing us, Charlie, by the way, tons of emails.
00:35:09.000 Never doing Liberty Safe again.
00:35:10.000 Don't feel safe.
00:35:11.000 And this just shows how out of touch their management is.
00:35:14.000 If you know anything about gun culture in America, one of the things about gun culture is that there is this understandable, historically based fear the government is going to come and take your guns.
00:35:25.000 Like that's a thing, okay?
00:35:26.000 I have that fear.
00:35:27.000 Everyone should have that fear.
00:35:29.000 And so, therefore, as a gun safe company, you should probably have some sort of awareness that people are trusting your product to prevent that happening in a way that's unfair, right?
00:35:40.000 And they're like, wow, we're so shocked that we're under attack.
00:35:43.000 They know nothing about Second Amendment gun culture in this country, and they're going to suffer.
00:35:49.000 I don't know anyone that's going to support them.
00:35:51.000 Michael, give us kind of the update.
00:35:52.000 Public Square, you guys are growing like crazy.
00:35:54.000 Users are up.
00:35:55.000 The app is beautiful.
00:35:56.000 Riff, tell us how it's going.
00:35:59.000 Well, to be real relevant, we have lots of safe company alternatives.
00:36:02.000 So, if you're tired of everybody, we have also publicsq.com, head there.
00:36:09.000 You can find Sun Welding Safe Company, makes all their safes here in the United States and is an incredible company that does not keep access codes to their safes, their customers.
00:36:18.000 We've got VLINE Industries, an amazing company that is actually from California.
00:36:22.000 They're in the belly of the beast and they're trying to fight the good fight.
00:36:25.000 And they also do not keep access codes of their customers' safes.
00:36:28.000 We've got Parker Safes in Tennessee that said, I would literally rather go to jail than keep the codes.
00:36:34.000 I don't have the codes, but even if I did, I'd rather go to jail than ever give them to the feds.
00:36:37.000 We have real patriots on this platform that are trying to create high-quality alternatives to the major brands, and they're crushing it at doing so.
00:36:45.000 We're proud to support them.
00:36:46.000 You can go to publicsq.com to learn more.
00:36:48.000 We're the nation's largest marketplace of pro-American, pro-family, pro-freedom businesses and consumers that the country has ever seen.
00:36:56.000 And we are just getting started.
00:36:58.000 We've got e-commerce right around the corner that'll help our platform exist almost as a real Amazon competitor with that sort of functionality.
00:37:05.000 Payments with one click of a button, one shopping cart, multiple vendors.
00:37:08.000 That's released this fall in time for Christmas shopping season.
00:37:10.000 It is an exciting time in the parallel economy.
00:37:13.000 And I'll finish with this: there is a broader cultural zeitgeist happening right now.
00:37:17.000 Sound of freedom, Richmond, north of Richmond, public square advancing while the corrupted institutions that have abused our rights for far too long are falling.
