00:00:54.000 Buckle up, everybody.
00:00:55.000 Here we go.
00:00:56.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
00:00:58.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus.
00:01:00.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
00:01:03.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
00:01:07.000 I want to thank Charlie.
00:01:08.000 He's an incredible guy.
00:01:09.000 His spirit, his love of this country, he's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, Turning Point USA.
00:01:17.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:01:26.000 That's why we are here.
00:01:29.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at andrewandTodd.com.
00:01:38.000 Okay, let's get to some questions here.
00:01:40.000 Freedom at CharlieKirk.com.
00:01:44.000 Somebody asked, Charlie, do you think artificial intelligence is an existential threat to our society?
00:01:49.000 I saw that all the tech heads were meeting in Congress.
00:01:52.000 Okay, I want to play this piece of tape at Elon Musk.
00:01:53.000 I'm going to play this tape and then I'm going to tell you about a story of something that happened a couple weeks ago when I was in Jackson, Wyoming, that just shows the threat of artificial intelligence.
00:02:03.000 And it was right at me.
00:02:04.000 Andrew knows this story.
00:02:06.000 And we got to get the word out about this because it is scary what can be done with AI.
00:02:11.000 Very scary.
00:02:12.000 Play cut 130.
00:02:13.000 The reason that I've been so natural AI safety in advance of sort of anything terrible happening is that I think the consequences of AI going wrong are severe.
00:02:25.000 So we have to be proactive rather than reactive.
00:02:28.000 And it's important to just elevate the question here.
00:02:31.000 Question is really one of civilizational risk.
00:02:34.000 So just, it's not like one group versus another, one group of humans versus another.
00:02:39.000 It's like, hey, this is something that's potentially risky for all humans everywhere.
00:02:44.000 And it has the potential to destroy people's lives and reputations and their life savings.
00:02:48.000 I'll tell you a true story.
00:02:50.000 So I was in Jackson, Wyoming, enjoying the Grand Tetons, Yellowstone.
00:02:54.000 And all of a sudden, I start getting all these messages.
00:02:56.000 And one of the messages is from Benny Johnson.
00:02:59.000 Benny Johnson received a phone call from me.
00:03:04.000 Or did he?
00:03:05.000 There's this new thing.
00:03:06.000 What is the actual technical term Blake would know?
00:03:09.000 Where they can pretend and they can assume the control of the call.
00:03:13.000 If they have your phone number, they can make it seem like they're calling as you.
00:03:21.000 So on Benny's phone, it's called spoofing.
00:03:23.000 Thank you.
00:03:24.000 So on Benny's phone, it popped up as Charlie Kirk.
00:03:28.000 So Benny answered the phone and he said, hello.
00:03:32.000 And my voice was on the other side of the call.
00:03:35.000 And Benny, being smart, realized that that wasn't actually me.
00:03:41.000 It was my voice because of how much, but it was an artificially intelligent created chat box pretending it was me to have a conversation with Benny Johnson.
00:03:51.000 And Benny spotted it within 10 seconds.
00:03:53.000 He just, the language, the diction was strange.
00:03:56.000 It was too clumsy.
00:03:58.000 And then the person who did it ended up texting Benny Johnson afterwards from a fake number saying, Benny, I'm a scammer and I am a prankster.
00:04:06.000 How did you know it was me?
00:04:07.000 You're the only one that detected it.
00:04:10.000 So here, with artificial intelligence, and Benny knows me very well, so he's able to pick up on it.
00:04:15.000 So with AI, you could spoof a fake number so it looks like on your phone, you know, Charlie Kirk is calling, your grandmother's calling, your dad is calling, you answer it, and it's them.
00:04:23.000 It doesn't sound like them.
00:04:24.000 It is the voice.
00:04:26.000 Configured in awake.
00:04:27.000 What are the ramifications of that?
00:04:30.000 Thankfully, Benny spotted it.
00:04:31.000 We're trying to find the person that did this.
00:04:33.000 I don't know if it's illegal.
00:04:34.000 Is it illegal to spoof numbers?
00:04:35.000 If it's not, it should be.
00:04:36.000 I mean, this is crazy town.
00:04:38.000 But it's got to be illegal.
00:04:40.000 I mean, this is just out of control.
00:04:41.000 And we've been unsuccessful in finding the person that did this.
00:04:44.000 But think about the ramifications of this.
00:04:47.000 They can call the bank and would draw money if they have your personal information because it sounds like you.
00:04:53.000 They could call from what looks like your number.
00:04:55.000 So a call center could look at it and say, oh, it's Charlie's number.
00:05:00.000 And so it confirms that way.
00:05:02.000 And it would sound like they could input whatever they want through the AI.
00:05:06.000 So it had my caller ID.
00:05:08.000 Just to be clear what this was.
00:05:10.000 It's called spoofing.
00:05:11.000 It's a new technology where it has your caller ID.
00:05:14.000 It looks like it is you calling.
00:05:18.000 And so when you call airlines or banks, they say, oh, yeah, you're calling from the right number, even though you're not.
00:05:23.000 And then it sounds like you.
00:05:24.000 So voice recognition passes that.
00:05:26.000 And if they even have a little bit of your sensitive information, they could drain your entire bank account.
00:05:31.000 They could pretend that I'm saying things that I'm not saying on phone calls.
00:05:35.000 They could say that I'm saying all sorts of racist or terrible things because they could configure it through artificial intelligence.
00:05:41.000 Yeah, this is civilizational risks beyond.
00:05:44.000 They could call donors to Turning Point USA.
00:05:47.000 They could call friends of mine, and they tried it with Benny.
00:05:52.000 And they could literally try to destroy the donor base of what we're doing by faking something I'm saying.
00:06:00.000 Yeah, this is big time, and we are way behind the curve.
00:06:04.000 And they could go to my brokerage account, not just mine, but any one of you.
00:06:07.000 This could happen to any one of you where there are videos of you online.
00:06:11.000 Any one of you.
00:06:13.000 So yeah, I mean, it's at that moment, I said, we are in a whole brave new world here.
00:06:17.000 And our laws are not configured for this.
00:06:19.000 They could steal all your money.
00:06:20.000 They could, you know, tap into your lines of credit, your mortgages.
00:06:23.000 I don't even know how to defend against this stuff.
00:06:25.000 I mean, how do you defend against it if they can make it seem like they're calling from your number, if they can pretend that it's you, that they actually sound like you, and they have all your information through identity theft?
00:06:36.000 How do you even protect against that?
00:06:39.000 And basically what they need is then access, they could access your email, and then they could be on the phone and confirm the code they send to you, and they could gain access to your account.
00:06:50.000 Yeah, the only, I mean, this is the way that it has to end up being, is that banks, especially and financial institutions, they need to start to establish in-person safe words, essentially.
00:07:01.000 Not just passwords, but safe words that only you know.
00:07:05.000 And make sure the dual authorization goes through your device.
00:07:09.000 That's why whenever they ask you, hey, you know, when you want to have the code sent to you, have it to your phone, not your email.
00:07:18.000 Far more secure.
00:07:19.000 But then, of course, they could also do what happened to Matt Walsh, where they could take your phone and they could sim swipe you.
00:07:25.000 That's hard to do unless you actually lose control of your phone.
00:07:29.000 How that happened to Matt Walsh, we still haven't found out.
00:07:31.000 Remember, they hacked into his entire device.
00:07:34.000 No, we are in a brutal war, everybody.
00:07:37.000 This is not anything.
00:07:40.000 People that say, oh, you know, we need to find agreement and all this.
00:07:44.000 We are in some very, very serious times here.
00:07:48.000 And AI makes it easier is what I'm getting at, is that they can make it sound like, not just sound like, that they're talking to Charlie Kirk.
00:07:55.000 They're able to start to actually sim card swipe into your phone, be able to do it just by walking past you.
00:08:03.000 Your whole life could be robbed, all of your money, all of your resources, all of it, like that.
00:08:10.000 So, yes, AI is an existential threat, existential risk.
00:08:13.000 So, I know that was longer than I thought, but I just wanted to use that as a personal example of how I personally am being targeted by this stuff.
00:08:19.000 We're trying to wall up our defenses and sure up our defenses.
00:08:21.000 I don't even understand all the different dynamics.
00:08:23.000 I mean, when I found out that you could call, that you could make it seem like it's the caller ID, that it pops up as Charlie Kirk on your phone.
00:08:30.000 I'm like, how is it even possible?
00:08:32.000 It's like beyond any technology that I realized that existed, and/or that it's legal to do that.
00:08:38.000 They could call family members, friends, donors, associates.
00:08:41.000 They could call your boss.
00:08:42.000 They can get you fired from work.
00:08:43.000 Think about that.
00:08:44.000 If they had your phone number and your boss's phone number, they could call your boss if they had enough of your language on the internet, like if you've done videos or whatever.
00:08:55.000 They could break up your marriage, by the way.
00:08:56.000 They could call your wife.
00:08:58.000 And your wife would answer and be like, Hello?
00:09:01.000 Yeah, this is this is we are about to enter uncharted territory here.
00:09:05.000 And I'm telling you right now, it's sad.
00:09:07.000 If you are not prepared, people will lose a ton of money.
00:09:09.000 People will lose their life savings.
00:09:10.000 They'll lose reputations.
00:09:11.000 They'll get fired because the fraudsters, the scammers, the people that come after me that want me murdered, right?
00:09:16.000 Death threats we get every day.
00:09:17.000 They want me dead.
00:09:17.000 They want my family dead.
00:09:19.000 They already are trying to do this.
00:09:21.000 And Elon Musk is trying to warn us.
00:09:23.000 Our leaders really don't care.
00:09:27.000 All right, you've probably heard me.
00:09:28.000 It's actually now 25 pounds that I have lost.
00:09:32.000 And I'm sure some of you say, Oh, Charlie, I've tried everything.
00:09:35.000 That was me.
00:09:36.000 You know, my first Zoom call with my PhD weight loss, I was kind of skeptical.
00:09:41.000 I was like, Come on, guys.
00:09:43.000 All right, I've heard this whole thing before.
00:09:46.000 And boy, was I wrong.
00:09:47.000 They know what they're doing, my PhD weight loss.
00:09:50.000 Look, this is 100% legit.
00:09:52.000 And people say, Well, Charlie, you've lost so much weight.
00:09:54.000 And I say, Yeah, my PhD weight loss.
00:09:56.000 Hello.
00:09:58.000 But look, they have a different approach.
00:10:00.000 And it's Dr. Ashley Lucas.
00:10:01.000 She's great.
00:10:02.000 I text with her.
00:10:02.000 She does a really, really good job.
00:10:04.000 25 pounds, I'll tell you.
00:10:06.000 And I have more energy and I'm healthier than ever before.
00:10:10.000 Here's why.
00:10:11.000 The program rids your body of the inflammation that is causing so many health problems.
00:10:16.000 If you look around today, America is the fattest it has ever been.
00:10:20.000 Our families, friends, and neighbors are dying of diabetes, heart disease, and Alzheimer's, now called T3 diabetes.
00:10:29.000 PhD has helped so many people who want to have a good active life, play with their grandkids, travel, hike to a waterfall, go for a bike ride, but their weight was holding them hostage.
00:10:39.000 They don't want any of you on experimental drugs for your brain degeneration from Alzheimer's or homebound with an oxygen tank for heart failure.
00:10:46.000 My PhD weight loss knows that losing weight is the best thing for overall health.
00:10:52.000 We are way too fat as a society.
00:10:54.000 And here's the thing: if you're listening to this and you say, Boy, I'm a little overweight, it's perfectly fine.
00:11:00.000 Do something about it.
00:11:01.000 Use your free will, your agency.
00:11:03.000 Say, you know what?
00:11:04.000 I'm just not where I want to be.
00:11:06.000 This is an empowerment tool for you.
00:11:09.000 All of these things can be prevented.
00:11:11.000 You look at heart disease, the BC, you know, what they now call diabetes.
00:11:15.000 By the way, there's a great new book by Dr. Peter Atia about longevity.
00:11:19.000 You want to live long?
00:11:20.000 Lose weight.
00:11:22.000 Look, Dr. Ashley Lucas, she is the master of this, and she is the genius behind my PhD weight loss.
00:11:29.000 So you can call them today at 864-644-1900.
00:11:34.000 That is 864-644-1900.
00:11:37.000 By the way, this is not like a sign up and you're automatically going to lose weight.
00:11:41.000 You got to do some work.
00:11:42.000 You got to apply yourself.
00:11:43.000 It's not a too good to be true thing.
00:11:44.000 But if you have motivation, they will channel that motivation towards a very positive, measurable, and real outcome.
00:11:55.000 Find them online at myphdweightloss.com.
00:12:00.000 Tell them Charlie Kirk sent you.
00:12:02.000 That is myphdweightloss.com.
00:12:05.000 PhD weight loss and nutrition.
00:12:07.000 Physician and dietician developed, individually delivered.
00:12:11.000 Again, I lost 25 pounds and I feel great.
00:12:14.000 If you think you've tried everything, you're wrong until you say you've tried my PhD weight loss.
00:12:19.000 They map you as a whole person.
00:12:21.000 It's not like, hey, just read this book.
00:12:22.000 No, no, no, no.
00:12:23.000 It's a deep dive.
00:12:24.000 It's personalized.
00:12:26.000 It's going to get results for you.
00:12:27.000 Myphdweightloss.com.
00:12:31.000 A lot of people are asking us, Charlie, how do I protect against that?
00:12:35.000 I mean, here's what our team says.
00:12:36.000 Mr. Ryan says this.
00:12:39.000 Lock your credit.
00:12:40.000 Get dual authorization to your phone.
00:12:42.000 Don't answer questions to anyone who calls you.
00:12:46.000 And only if someone calls you in a panic, hang up immediately and call them back.
00:12:51.000 I think that's a fair rule, right?
00:12:53.000 If somebody calls you in a total panic, hang up and call them back.
00:12:56.000 Because if you call them, that totally short circuits it.
00:12:59.000 There's no way it, well, I don't want to say there's no way, but it seems as if that's safe because then that would get rid of the spoofing.
00:13:06.000 And then if you call that person back and they're like, what?
00:13:08.000 You know, you have a real problem.
00:13:11.000 Tyler from Wyoming, Charlie, love the show.
00:13:14.000 My family listens.
00:13:15.000 Did you hear the recent news with Peter Strzok about a special unit at the FBI?
00:13:19.000 I hope you talk about it.
00:13:20.000 Thanks.
00:13:21.000 Yes.
00:13:21.000 Peter Strzokstroke Smirk is back to us back in the news cycle.
00:13:26.000 You know where Peter Strzzok is?
00:13:27.000 He's earning a nice wage from Georgetown University.
00:13:32.000 People fail upwards.
00:13:34.000 They fail up in Washington, D.C., like Fauci.
00:13:36.000 Fauci is also lecturing at Georgetown.
00:13:40.000 Listen to Peter Strzokstroke Smirk, who should be in prison.
00:13:44.000 Play cut 115.
00:13:45.000 And these are threats to terrorize people who are public servants doing their jobs for a political purpose.
00:13:53.000 Are we, we see something?
00:13:55.000 Are we saying something?
00:13:56.000 And are we saying the right thing?
00:13:57.000 Well, in my opinion, we're not doing enough.
00:13:59.000 I mean, look, when push comes to shove, the absolutely the FBI and DOJ need to band together and protect their personnel to allow them to do their job.
00:14:06.000 They're going to do it, but they need to be able to do that without fear for their lives.
00:14:10.000 When the FBI was fighting Al Capone, there was not a unit dedicated to protecting FBI personnel.
00:14:15.000 When the FBI was fighting organized crime families in New York and all around the U.S., there was not a unit dedicated to protecting FBI personnel.
00:14:22.000 What he's calling for is a special secret police to go after Americans that might criticize the FBI.
00:14:30.000 He would know something about using the FBI for political purposes.
00:14:35.000 He was one of the architects of Crossfire Hurricane, of which nobody was held accountable, and nobody went to jail.
00:14:42.000 Nobody.
00:14:42.000 All around the lie.
00:14:44.000 The lie that Donald Trump colluded the Russian government.
00:14:50.000 Maria from Alabama says, Charlie, did you see the recent clip of Senator Kennedy?
00:14:55.000 I would love your reaction to it.
00:14:56.000 Love the show.
00:14:57.000 Thanks so much.
00:14:57.000 Thank you.
00:14:58.000 Yes.
00:14:59.000 So I love this.
00:15:00.000 Again, Senator Kennedy is a little bit too weak on the Ukraine stuff, but he's funny.
00:15:03.000 I like him.
00:15:04.000 He's more good than bad.
00:15:06.000 I got to be honest.
00:15:07.000 And Senator Kennedy uses the playbook of exactly how we have to confront these pornographing, the pornography pushers for kids, is you must read the text directly to them.
00:15:20.000 You must read the text.
00:15:22.000 Now, just a little warning, this is very explicit, but it's also in kids' textbooks.
00:15:27.000 This is not just some sort of fringe blogger we're about to.
00:15:30.000 This is very explicit.
00:15:31.000 This is what your kids learn when they go to government schools.
00:15:34.000 If you send your grandkid to government school, this is what they're learning.
00:15:37.000 If you send your six-year-old, your seven-year-old, your eight-year-old, this is what they are learning.
00:15:41.000 Be prepared.
00:15:42.000 I warned you, but do you know this?
00:15:44.000 If your kid is currently in government schools, they are actively being taught details of gay sex.
00:15:51.000 Cut 131.
00:15:53.000 The first one is called, All Boys Aren't Blue.
00:15:57.000 I put some lube on and got him on his knees.
00:16:02.000 And I began to slide into him from behind.
00:16:07.000 He got on top and slowly inserted himself into me.
00:16:12.000 It was the worst pain I think I have ever felt in my life.
00:16:16.000 Now, if that bothers you, Charlie, why would you play such a thing?
00:16:20.000 Are you bothered enough to go to your local school board and remove these books from your classroom?
00:16:25.000 If you were cringing and turn it off, turn it off.
00:16:29.000 Do you still send your kid to government school?
00:16:30.000 Because that's what they're learning.
00:16:32.000 But Senator Kennedy does exactly what you need to do.
00:16:35.000 You must confront these people with the passages of the books they're defending.
00:16:41.000 And Gavin Nussalini, the governor of California, when he says, oh, you know, they want to ban books.
00:16:49.000 We want to ban pornography from schools.
00:16:52.000 And what's the best part of the tape is when Senator Kennedy reads it, the Democrat witness from Illinois says, oh, well, that's very disturbing what you're reading.
00:17:00.000 That is what they're defending.
00:17:01.000 That is what they are funding.
00:17:03.000 They are funding the outright sexualization of children.
00:17:06.000 It's not an exaggeration.
00:17:07.000 It's not hyperbole.
00:17:08.000 Read the book.
00:17:10.000 Read the textbook.
00:17:11.000 And Senator Kennedy did.
00:17:12.000 No BS, no exaggeration, word for word.
00:17:17.000 What is in the book?
00:17:22.000 Do you want to take control of your financial future but don't know where to start?

00:18:10.000 That is noblegoldinvestments.com right now.
00:18:14.000 I want to finish with this piece of tape here, play cut 132 of Senator Kennedy confronting Democrats.
00:18:20.000 Play cut 132.
00:18:22.000 Are you suggesting that only librarians should decide whether the two books that I just referenced should be available to kids?
00:18:37.000 With all due respect, Senator, the words you spoke are disturbing, especially coming out of your mouth.
00:18:42.000 It's very disturbing.
00:18:43.000 But I would also tell you that we're not advocating for kids to report to Senator Booker's.
00:18:49.000 What are you advocating for?
00:18:51.000 We are advocating for parents, random parents, not to have the ability under the guise of keeping kids safe to try and challenge the worldview of every single manner on these issues.
00:19:05.000 Random parents?
00:19:07.000 So he thinks that they're disturbing.
00:19:08.000 And he was trying to make some sort of joke.
00:19:09.000 They're disturbing coming out of your mouth.
00:19:12.000 Well, you know what's more disturbing is that eight-year-olds are reading this.
00:19:15.000 The Democrat Party is the pro-porn party.
00:19:18.000 They have hookers running for the House of Delegates in Virginia.
00:19:22.000 They are defending pornography in our schools.
00:19:26.000 Those words are disturbing coming from anybody's mouth, let alone Senator Kennedy reading it back.
00:19:33.000 But Senator Kennedy do his credit.
00:19:35.000 You see how defensive Alexi got, Alexi Gianolis?
00:19:39.000 Because the reason why he was there is Illinois passed a bill on a state's anti-book ban law.
00:19:46.000 And Alexi Giannelis is the Secretary of the State of Illinois.
00:19:50.000 And he's defending it.
00:19:52.000 He defends pornography for kids.
00:19:55.000 That is the position of the American Democrat Party, period.
00:19:58.000 Which should really be disturbing for Alexi, which is not because he's a creep and a weirdo.
00:20:02.000 By the way, in Illinois, it's well known that he's a creep.
00:20:04.000 He's been running for office for the last decade.
00:20:06.000 He's a bad dude.
00:20:07.000 Is that he's okay with kids reading these?
00:20:11.000 He's okay with kids reading outright pornography.
00:20:17.000 Okay, next question here.
00:20:20.000 This one is Eric from New Jersey.
00:20:23.000 Charlie, I'm a lifelong New York Jets fan.
00:20:25.000 I saw that you were going to watch Monday Night Football.
00:20:28.000 I want your reaction on Aaron Rodgers.
00:20:31.000 Thanks so much.
00:20:32.000 I'm listening to the podcast and hope to come to AmericaFest.
00:20:35.000 By the way, you should get your tickets to AmericaFest, amfest.com.
00:20:39.000 You know that we are 40% ahead of where we were at this time last year for AmericaFest tickets.
00:20:44.000 4-0%.
00:20:46.000 I just got the report.
00:20:47.000 We're 40% ahead at the exact same time that we were at last year.
00:20:50.000 So you better get your tickets.
00:20:51.000 We might run out of space.
00:20:52.000 It's going to be amazing.
00:20:53.000 AmFest.com.
00:20:55.000 You've all seen it, but I want to just appreciate Aaron Rodgers for a second.
00:21:00.000 I'm an Aaron Rodgers fan.
00:21:02.000 Yeah, I know he's an atheist and I don't really care.
00:21:04.000 That's not the point.
00:21:05.000 And he does some, he did drugs.
00:21:06.000 He did Ayahuasca and all that.
00:21:08.000 He stood up against the vaccine.
00:21:10.000 He loves the country.
00:21:11.000 Look at this entrance, which will now go as the highlight of Aaron Rodgers' season.
00:21:15.000 Play cut 134.
00:21:31.000 And that is the 2023 season of Aaron Rodgers.
00:21:36.000 That's it.
00:21:38.000 That's the whole thing.
00:21:39.000 He still had a longer career than Anthony Scaramucci as communications director of the White House.
00:21:46.000 Play cut 133, the now infamous play where he tore his Achilles, play cut 133.
00:21:52.000 Look here at the very end, and it's hard to see.
00:21:56.000 Of course, he had the calf issue in training camp, but here's a little better look as far as what might have happened for him to go back down to the ground.
00:22:07.000 Yeah, his Achilles is torn.
00:22:09.000 He is making pledges that sounds like he is going to return.
00:22:13.000 Sounds like he is going to return.
00:22:16.000 By the way, when the Bills play on Monday night, very strange injuries tend to happen.
00:22:22.000 That was the DeMar Hamlin thing when they played the Bengals on that Monday night.
00:22:27.000 And that was probably the last time the Bengals played on Monday night.
00:22:30.000 Yeah, that's probably right.
00:22:31.000 And then Aaron Rodgers.
00:22:32.000 So don't play the Bills on Monday night.
00:22:34.000 Something bad happens on that way.
00:22:38.000 I'm just upset about this.
00:22:39.000 It's just so brutal.
00:22:40.000 It's terrible.
00:22:41.000 And I mean, look, Josh Allen completed more passes to the Jets than Aaron Rodgers.
00:22:44.000 But honestly, if Aaron Rodgers' 2023 legacy will be known as running onto the field with an American flag when we have seen nothing but BLM flags and people kneeling for the national anthem and gay pride flags, I'll take it.
00:22:59.000 God bless him.
00:22:59.000 He's a patriot.
00:23:00.000 I'm cheering for your recovery, Aaron Rodgers.
00:23:02.000 I'm cheering for your turnaround.
00:23:04.000 And Aaron Rodgers is a ridiculously competitive person by all public statements.
00:23:10.000 He is not retiring.
00:23:11.000 He is not throwing away the gear.
00:23:14.000 In fact, this might motivate Aaron Rodgers to come back even more.
00:23:18.000 He's had a brave anti-mRNA gene-altering shot stance.
00:23:22.000 So God bless him.
00:23:23.000 I'm praying for him.
00:23:24.000 I'm cheering for him.
00:23:26.000 He is a rarity in the National Football League.
00:23:28.000 He's outspoken.
00:23:29.000 He doesn't toe the party line.
00:23:32.000 He talks about liberty, talks about freedom.
00:23:34.000 And how many blue chip NFL players would actually come out with the American flag like that?
00:23:40.000 Very few.
00:23:42.000 So I remain a big Aaron Rodgers fan, and I am confident he shall return.
00:23:48.000 Like Douglas MacArthur to the Philippines, I shall return.
00:23:54.000 Okay, let's get to another question here.
00:23:57.000 Oscar from Michigan.
00:23:58.000 Charlie, what is going on with the CIA and COVID?
00:24:02.000 It's a confusing story.
00:24:03.000 Can you help unpack it?
00:24:04.000 Yes, this is an important story.
00:24:05.000 We actually didn't cover it all week.
00:24:06.000 There's been so much news happening.
00:24:08.000 Go to Cut 81.
00:24:10.000 This is Richard Edson reporting the CIA, the Central Intelligence Agency, is now investigating accusations the agency paid analysts to alter the determination of where COVID-19 came from.
00:24:23.000 I'll explain why I believe this.
00:24:26.000 Play Cut 81.
00:24:27.000 The CIA now says it's investigating accusations that the agency paid analysts to alter their determinations in their COVID-19 origins investigation.
00:24:36.000 The CIA publicly reported that it was unable to determine the precise origin.
00:24:40.000 In a letter to CIA Director William Burns, the Republicans write, quote, the whistleblower further contends that to come to the eventual public determination of uncertainty, the other six members were given a significant monetary incentive to change their position.
00:24:54.000 So I totally believe this because the position and the attitude of the CIA is the Thucydides trap, that we are getting towards a war with China, and the only way we avoid war with China is we surrender.
00:25:09.000 So they were very afraid that if it would have come out that the virus did indeed come from a taxpayer-funded laboratory at the Wuhan Institute of Virology, that Donald Trump would have responded with widespread domestic response for Chinese tariffs for holding China accountable and making China pay.
00:25:29.000 So the CIA had a vested interest in their own perspective to try to bring down the temperature against China and say it came from some bat in the Himalayans.
00:25:41.000 Trump called it the China virus.
00:25:43.000 It's actually one of my great accomplishments in the American narrative war when Donald Trump retweeted me.
00:25:48.000 I came out with the China virus on Twitter.
00:25:50.000 You can find the original tweet.
00:25:51.000 It's hilarious.
00:25:51.000 I remember exactly.
00:25:52.000 I was on the tarmac in Tallahassee about to take off, and I just called it the China virus.
00:25:58.000 And then Donald Trump retweeted me, and then five hours later, it was the China virus.
00:26:03.000 And it is the China virus.
00:26:06.000 Andrew remembers that whole thing.
00:26:07.000 He just ran with it.
00:26:08.000 That was fun.
00:26:08.000 And then everyone, the whole media blamed me.
00:26:10.000 Donald Trump got this from Charlie Kirk.
00:26:12.000 It's quite fun.
00:26:13.000 All right, next question here.
00:26:16.000 Steven says, Charlie, I see more and more chatter on the media against Joe Biden.
00:26:20.000 Can you help explain it?
00:26:21.000 Yeah, I want to play this long piece of tape here.
00:26:23.000 I think it's really interesting.
00:26:24.000 There are more and more stories.
00:26:28.000 You have David Ignatius at the Washington Post that's saying Biden shouldn't run.
00:26:32.000 New York Times says the same thing.
00:26:33.000 Hunter Biden indicted.
00:26:35.000 And CNN dedicates this huge segment about Biden lying?
00:26:41.000 No, no, no.
00:26:42.000 There is an orchestrated fix that is in against Joe Biden right now.
00:26:45.000 It is coordinated.
00:26:46.000 There has now been an established war room to get Joe Biden out of the way.
00:26:50.000 I could say that now.
00:26:51.000 I've seen enough.
00:26:52.000 A week ago, I didn't see it.
00:26:53.000 In fact, I said a week ago in this chair, I don't see the evidence.
00:26:56.000 It's changed.
00:26:58.000 Polls show Donald Trump up six points.
00:27:00.000 I don't believe the polls, but this alone is enough to shock and awe the opposition.
00:27:05.000 Six points.
00:27:07.000 Six points.
00:27:08.000 Donald Trump is leading.
00:27:11.000 There is no competitive Republican primary.
00:27:14.000 They're terrified the Republican base is consolidating.
00:27:16.000 The immigration thing is failing.
00:27:17.000 The inflation thing is failing.
00:27:19.000 There is going to be an attempt to take out Joe Biden, to take him out first like Richard Nixon.
00:27:27.000 And maybe if they have to do the JFK thing, they will.
00:27:29.000 I don't know if that's even a thing, but we'll see.
00:27:31.000 They're going to try to take him out.
00:27:32.000 The deep state is tired.
00:27:33.000 It's over.
00:27:34.000 They said, we'll play this out.
00:27:36.000 We'll try the law fair.
00:27:38.000 We'll try the incumbency thing.
00:27:39.000 It's easier said than done because once you open up the Game of Thrones, once you cut off the head of Ned Stark, war happens.
00:27:50.000 You got the red wedding.
00:27:51.000 You got dragons all over the place.
00:27:53.000 It's not good.
00:27:53.000 They don't want it.
00:27:54.000 The Democrat Game of Thrones is nasty.
00:27:56.000 Look at the California Senate primary.
00:27:59.000 That's why they're afraid to take out Joe Biden.
00:28:03.000 They're afraid that blood oaths will be given.
00:28:07.000 It will become nasty.
00:28:08.000 It will be like the English Civil War, and the Democrats will be in chaos.
00:28:12.000 And the Republicans hilariously, while they thought they were going to be the competitive primary, will not.
00:28:16.000 Listen to this.
00:28:17.000 This is CNN, everybody.
00:28:18.000 You're trying to tell me that CNN woke up on Friday the 15th, the same week as Ignatius' article and the New York Times article and the Hunter Biden indictment, and they magically decided to dedicate segments to Joe Biden's lies a year ago.
00:28:33.000 No, no, no.
00:28:34.000 This is scripted, orchestrated, planned, plotted, targeted.
00:28:37.000 Play Cut 135.
00:28:38.000 And he has done, I don't know if it's similar things, but he's sort of told some stories that don't line up quite like this before.
00:28:46.000 He had, this president has a pattern at this point of either inventing or embellishing stories about his own past, his biography.
00:28:54.000 He did it three times in one speech last month alone.
00:28:58.000 He claimed he had witnessed a bridge collapse in Pittsburgh when he actually showed up about six hours later.
00:29:04.000 He claimed that his grandfather had died just days before he was born himself at the same hospital.
00:29:09.000 In fact, his grandpa died more than a year before in a different state, not the same hospital.
00:29:15.000 And he also repeated a favorite false story that I and others had debunked over and over again about a supposed conversation with an Amtrak train conductor he was friends with who was actually deceased at the time the conversation would have had to take place.
00:29:26.000 And that's not all.
00:29:27.000 There are some more serious ones in my view.
00:29:29.000 Previously in his presidency, he claimed at one point he'd been arrested during a civil rights protest when in other versions of the story, he just said an officer had taken him home from a protest.
00:29:38.000 He said he had visited the Pittsburgh synagogue where worshippers were killed in a 2018 match shooting.
00:29:44.000 In fact, he'd actually spoken to the rabbi but never went.
00:29:48.000 And he's made a whole bunch of others too.
00:29:50.000 He said at one point, Republicans like to bring this up, he said that he used to drive a tractor trailer, used to drive an 18-wheeler.
00:29:57.000 Never happened.
00:29:57.000 The White House later clarified he used to drive a school bus at one point as a job briefly.
00:30:02.000 School bus, of course, not an 18-wheeler.
00:30:05.000 So whatever his intentions, whether it's foggy memory about stuff that's going on decades ago or deliberate embellishment, this is an unfortunate pattern that keeps coming up again and again with Joe Biden.
00:30:14.000 Boy, that CNN segment was like John McCain's funeral.
00:30:16.000 It just kept going and going and going and going.
00:30:20.000 Is it over?
00:30:20.000 Nope, still going.
00:30:21.000 Next day, up there in Arizona, it's still going.
00:30:24.000 No, no, no.
00:30:25.000 CNN is just playing their part.
00:30:27.000 They deployed David Ignatius as the Overton window mover.
00:30:30.000 New York Times responded.
00:30:32.000 They indict Hunter Biden.
00:30:33.000 CNN does that.
00:30:34.000 You get in the memo, Joe Biden.
00:30:36.000 You get in the memo, Joe Biden.
00:30:37.000 The same deep state that you thought was going to get you a second term that's going against Donald Trump is now going to take you out.
00:30:43.000 Live by the sword, die by the sword, pal.
00:30:45.000 I don't think it's going to work out very, very well for you.
00:30:49.000 As you know, I am an enthusiastic supporter of President Trump, receiving lots of emails about President Trump's interview with Megan Kelly.
00:30:56.000 I thought he was excellent.
00:30:57.000 I also think people are being a little unfair to him about his answer on the trans stuff.
00:31:01.000 I think he could have been stronger, but I think it's being a little unfair.
00:31:04.000 Let's play it.
00:31:05.000 You decide for yourself.
00:31:07.000 And as you well know, the trans thing, there's no negotiating.
00:31:12.000 It's my number one issue right now with the border.
00:31:15.000 I think immigration, DOJ, trans are like the top three, which by the way, they all play in with another because it's the erosion of truth, the erosion of standards.
00:31:21.000 Trump did very well in the Megan Kelly interview.
00:31:24.000 And I'm going to cut President Trump some slack here because his record has been terrific on no trans people in the military.
00:31:30.000 He's been very clear on the women's sports thing.
00:31:32.000 I just think President Trump has to get a little up to speed at really what's happening here when it comes to the trans thing.
00:31:38.000 And that's okay.
00:31:39.000 It's fine.
00:31:40.000 Everyone can learn on it.
00:31:41.000 I don't even think it was that bad of an answer.
00:31:43.000 I think that all the DeSantis people are being unfair.
00:31:46.000 But you be the judge for yourself.
00:31:47.000 Play Cut 112.
00:31:52.000 In my opinion, you have a man, you have a woman.
00:31:57.000 I think part of it is birth.
00:31:59.000 Can the man give birth?
00:32:01.000 No.
00:32:02.000 No.
00:32:02.000 So people are upset about how he responded.
00:32:09.000 He said the right thing.
00:32:10.000 He said men can't give birth.
00:32:11.000 He says, you have a man, you have a woman.
00:32:13.000 I think President Trump is trying to be probably overly sensitive to some people that might think differently on the issue.
00:32:20.000 Here's my one piece of advice.
00:32:21.000 There is no negotiating.
00:32:22.000 There's no middle ground.
00:32:23.000 There's no moderate.
00:32:24.000 And by the way, he's 99% in the right place.
00:32:27.000 This really doesn't bother me that much as other people.
00:32:29.000 People are getting really fired up.
00:32:31.000 You guys are overreacting.
00:32:32.000 I'll be honest, if you're fired up about this.
00:32:33.000 And that's fine.
00:32:35.000 And I get the overreaction.
00:32:36.000 In fact, I'm going to defend your overreaction because this issue is not a little issue.
00:32:39.000 It's not a fringe issue.
00:32:39.000 We're talking about biological reality truth.
00:32:41.000 Can you all of a sudden change the being of what you are based solely on the will?
00:32:44.000 So it's a, look, let's, I see both sides.
00:32:48.000 I see, I'm going to defend President Trump 100% on this.
00:32:50.000 I also understand if you overreact.
00:32:51.000 I see where you're coming from 100%.
00:32:53.000 I really do.
00:32:54.000 But you're still overreacting.
00:32:55.000 Remember in 2017, President Trump said, after consultation with my generals and military experts, please be advised that the United States government will not accept or allow transgender individuals to serve in any capacity in the U.S. military.
00:33:04.000 It's true.
00:33:04.000 Trans people should not be in the military anywhere, period.
00:33:06.000 They should be completely kicked out of the military.
00:33:08.000 They should not be in the fighting force.
00:33:10.000 Go do something else.
00:33:11.000 Go work for the post office.
00:33:12.000 Our military must be focused on decisive and overwhelming victory and cannot be burdened with the tremendous medical costs and disruption that transgender the military would entail.
00:33:19.000 Thank you.
00:33:20.000 Okay, he was, that's the right policy, 100% the right policy, way before this issue became so huge.
00:33:26.000 But let's go a level deeper and let's just focus on what is also the thing.
00:33:29.000 President Trump has pledged that he'll sign an executive order outlawing trans surgeries.
00:33:33.000 He has talked about how kids should not be operated on or chemical castration.
00:33:37.000 So he's right on all the policy stuff.
00:33:39.000 I would have just liked to see a little bit more based Trump, a little bit more forceful where him to say hard and decisive, no.
00:33:44.000 You cannot change who you are.
00:33:46.000 A man cannot become a woman.
00:33:47.000 A woman cannot become a man.
00:33:48.000 You cannot change how you were created.
00:33:51.000 No drugs can do that.
00:33:52.000 No surgery can do that.
00:33:53.000 No force of will can do that.
00:33:54.000 No masquerading, no costume, no pretending, none of it.
00:33:59.000 You do not become a black person if you wear a black face.
00:34:01.000 You do not become a woman if you cut off your private parts.
00:34:05.000 Doesn't happen.
00:34:06.000 It's a question of standards, the natural law.
00:34:10.000 And look, it's just, I think that's a minor tweak.
00:34:12.000 This is not some sort of huge thing, not some sort of fire alarm, not some sort of cause for concern.
00:34:16.000 And his policies have been 10 out of 10 on the whole thing.
00:34:19.000 And by the way, you must understand, that's Megan Kelly's number one issue.
00:34:23.000 And so whoever's on his team, I'm going to shoot him up.
00:34:25.000 I'm like, he should have been a little better prepared for that.
00:34:26.000 I'll be honest.
00:34:28.000 You're walking in with an interview with Megan Kelly.
00:34:30.000 The thing she is 10 out of 10 based on, the thing that I think I'm just like a huge fan of Megan on is the trans thing.
00:34:34.000 So it shouldn't have had as much hesitation, in my opinion.
00:34:36.000 Could have been prepped a little bit better.
00:34:37.000 That's fine.
00:34:38.000 His team's doing a great job.
00:34:40.000 I really mean that.
00:34:41.000 Susie and the whole team, they're running a phenomenal primary campaign.
00:34:43.000 I'm impressed.
00:34:44.000 He's up to 55 points.
00:34:45.000 There is no Republican primary.
00:34:46.000 They've effectively ended it.
00:34:48.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
