00:00:17.000 That's right, we talk about college football in this episode.
00:00:20.000 And we also talk about the Israel-Hamas conflict.

00:00:49.000 Buckle up, everybody.
00:00:50.000 Here we go.
00:00:51.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
00:00:53.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus.
00:00:55.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
00:00:58.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
00:01:02.000 I want to thank Charlie.
00:01:03.000 He's an incredible guy.
00:01:04.000 His spirit, his love of this country, he's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, Turning Point USA.
00:01:12.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:01:21.000 That's why we are here.
00:01:24.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at andrewandTodd.com.
00:01:33.000 Let's start with this one.
00:01:34.000 Isaac from Oklahoma Charlie, did you see the news about a man who is considered to be one of the hottest women in the world?
00:01:43.000 What are your thoughts?
00:01:45.000 So, Maxim Australia has composed, they compose a list every year, apparently, of the hot 100 of who are the hottest people in the world.
00:01:57.000 Maxim Australia names a man to be one of the hottest 100 women in the world.
00:02:06.000 A transgender fake woman is considered to be one of the quote-unquote hottest people on the planet.
00:02:17.000 Now, I think Maxim is half doing this just to try to get attention, to be perfectly honest.
00:02:21.000 I think half of this is just a PR gimmick.
00:02:25.000 But the fact that this is tolerated is not new, actually.
00:02:28.000 Dylan Mulvaney last week, man who pretends to be a young girl, received an award of a woman's award.
00:02:36.000 And it's quite interesting to me.
00:02:39.000 And it does introduce a picture of how tolerant Western women are at the repeated deterioration of exactly what womanhood is.
00:02:51.000 And I see this on college campuses, is the indifference that so many young ladies have.
00:02:56.000 They say, oh, well, if someone else wants to understand our struggle and sympathize with what we are as a woman, welcome aboard, is what I hear.
00:03:05.000 Sure, you can, of course, be a female.
00:03:09.000 And it's an absolute, complete war on biological reality.
00:03:15.000 Clemson University is another example of some of this insanity.
00:03:19.000 So at Clemson University, they decided to remove feminine hygiene products from men's restrooms.
00:03:28.000 Now, Clemson University is supposed to be a very conservative school.
00:03:32.000 It's not.
00:03:33.000 They were very nice when I visited.
00:03:35.000 They were very sweet and accommodating.
00:03:37.000 I will say that.
00:03:38.000 They do believe in free speech, but they are not a conservative school.
00:03:41.000 In the age of woke, they now are protesting at Clemson University that in the men's restroom, there are no longer feminine hygiene products.
00:03:54.000 Quote, about 50 students, 50 students marched across Clemson on Wednesday to demand that menstrual products be returned to men's restrooms in the Cooper Library.
00:04:05.000 Take Back Pride holds an annual march, but the main student organizer of the event declared, quote, today we are marching for the reinstatement of menstrual products in the men's restroom in the Cooper Library and throughout campus.
00:04:20.000 I remember I have said before that when I say at some of these events, when I go to donor meetings, I had one recently in Texas, and we had kind of a roundtable thing.
00:04:30.000 I said, the left believes that men can menstruate and men can give birth.
00:04:36.000 And someone says, Charlie, do not exaggerate.
00:04:41.000 They said, don't do that, Charlie.
00:04:42.000 No one on the left believes that men can menstruate.
00:04:46.000 I said, oh, yes, they do.
00:04:48.000 I said, they put menstruation material in the men's restroom.
00:04:54.000 The Biden regime has come out and said that you can chest feed, not breastfeed.
00:05:02.000 They believe that men can lactate if they take enough drugs.
00:05:07.000 This is very sad, but true.
00:05:08.000 Most people would rather believe that what the left is up to is just wild exaggeration than it's obviously true and then just too powerful to stop.
00:05:20.000 Dylan Mulvaney is Virgin Atlantic's woman of the year.
00:05:24.000 This is happening time and time again, that biological men are winning female awards.
00:05:31.000 We could stop these things if we acted early and decisively, but I had to be confronted by a center-right Republican donor who was saying, Charlie, stop exaggerating.
00:05:42.000 People on the left don't believe that.
00:05:45.000 And I said, well, what do you think they believe?
00:05:47.000 He said, oh, they just want trans liberation.
00:05:50.000 Don't exaggerate their positions.
00:05:52.000 And this is one of the reasons why we lose, is our side is constantly making excuses for the left.
00:05:59.000 Some people are so blind to the Overton window.
00:06:02.000 And I, quite frankly, lost my patience.
00:06:05.000 The rest of the room was with me, by the way.
00:06:07.000 This one person was completely out of control.
00:06:09.000 It is a state of absolute denial.
00:06:13.000 So Dylan Mulvaney, a man, wins the Virgin Atlantics Woman of the Year.
00:06:18.000 And by the way, this is not isolated.
00:06:19.000 I think it was Miss Netherlands or something or Denmark or something.
00:06:22.000 Biological ugly man wins a woman's modeling contest.
00:06:28.000 Here it is, cut 152.
00:06:30.000 Biological man Dylan Mulvaney winning female awards.
00:06:33.000 Play cut 152.
00:06:34.000 The Woman of the Year Award, supported by Virgin Atlantic, goes to Dylan Mulvaney.
00:06:44.000 Hello, London.
00:06:50.000 I am so honored to be here with you all tonight.
00:06:53.000 And, you know, some see me as the woman of the year.
00:06:56.000 Some see me as a woman of a year and some change as I only publicly came out online 560 days ago.
00:07:05.000 Some see you as a mentally ill man.
00:07:09.000 I do.
00:07:11.000 You're a very disturbed person.
00:07:14.000 Miss Netherlands is a man.
00:07:16.000 Miss Portugal is a man.
00:07:19.000 And what was amazing about that clip of Dylan Mulvaney going up there is the applause.
00:07:23.000 Women love it.
00:07:25.000 Most women are cool with this.
00:07:28.000 I have completely become blackpilled on this.
00:07:31.000 I think most women are perfectly fine with this.
00:07:33.000 They are.
00:07:34.000 I'll be honest.
00:07:35.000 I have not seen, I mean, I see Riley Gaines.
00:07:37.000 I see some people complaining.
00:07:39.000 Nothing even close.
00:07:40.000 The winner of Miss Portugal is a man who pretends to be a woman, which means the Miss Universe pageant now has two men in competition for the Miss Universe title.
00:07:46.000 The other man, Miss Netherlands, and Miss Universe is owned by a man who pretends to be a woman.
00:07:51.000 Why do other women compete alongside of this?
00:07:54.000 Because deep down, women, these women are really, really pathetically weak when it comes to this stuff.
00:07:59.000 I'll be honest.
00:08:00.000 They actually want social acceptance and they don't want to stand up.
00:08:06.000 Women could end this overnight.
00:08:08.000 You know what's so interesting to me is that women can be really nasty to one another.
00:08:15.000 Women can be bullies and they could be caddy.
00:08:19.000 Why are the women not bullying these men?
00:08:22.000 What is that all about?
00:08:24.000 And we've been through this before with that offensive lineman that calls himself a woman at the University of Wyoming sorority, basically white Michael Orr that wants to be involved in the sorority.
00:08:36.000 Massive person could be a right tackle for the Philadelphia Eagles.
00:08:39.000 Artemis, whatever.
00:08:41.000 Why is it that women are so socially acceptable?
00:08:45.000 And by the way, I know some women are against this.
00:08:48.000 My wife thinks these men are insane.
00:08:52.000 But honestly, men wouldn't put up with this.
00:08:57.000 Women do.
00:08:58.000 Women are more agreeable.
00:09:00.000 Women are too empathetic.
00:09:02.000 Women are too compassionate.
00:09:04.000 Women are too feelings-based.
00:09:06.000 And that's our society.
00:09:07.000 Our society has become so feminized, so quote-unquote open-minded, that they're willing for womanhood as it is just to be completely destroyed because they say, well, if they think that, you know, you are what we are, great.
00:09:23.000 Here's how we should react to it.
00:09:24.000 Play cut 155.
00:09:26.000 I've got an idea.
00:09:30.000 Why on earth did you hit that woman?
00:09:32.000 Right, let me show you, baby.
00:09:35.000 That ain't no woman.
00:09:36.000 It's a man-man.
00:09:41.000 Okay, we shouldn't punch them in the face.
00:09:44.000 But the rest is hilarious.
00:09:47.000 For the record.
00:09:49.000 I forgot about, I forgot how that clip went.
00:09:54.000 Yeah, Artemis Lankford peeped on naked college girls at the University of Wyoming, according to the Gateway pundit, and was aroused by them.
00:10:02.000 Perfectly fine.
00:10:03.000 No one cares.
00:10:05.000 Women are putting, women are perfect, most women are okay with this.
00:10:08.000 And honestly, it takes women to be disagreeable and angry.
00:10:11.000 And what's funny, we've said this point before, is that women are fine being disagreeable against Trump.
00:10:16.000 They go march with those stupid pink hats.
00:10:18.000 We're going to blow up the White House and all this.
00:10:21.000 But they're cool with men taking their awards, their positions.
00:10:27.000 Psychologically sick.
00:10:31.000 How's your life been lately?
00:10:32.000 If it feels like mine, it's a never-ending hustle.
00:10:34.000 The constant juggling of responsibilities, the endless to-do list.
00:10:37.000 And now I'm not even talking about how it affects overall well-being, sleep, productivity, and immune system.
00:10:42.000 Stress slowly infiltrates your life, silently robbing you of magnesium, a vital mineral your body depends on.
00:10:48.000 The vicious stress-magnesium deficiency cycle.
00:10:50.000 Have you heard about it?
00:10:51.000 In terms of stress spikes, your body loses magnesium.
00:10:55.000 Sleep becomes elusive.
00:10:56.000 Energy and productivity plummet.
00:10:57.000 And stress levels skyrocket.
00:10:59.000 More magnesium escapes your body.
00:11:00.000 So how do you break this cycle?
00:11:02.000 Listen up.
00:11:02.000 I found a game changer.
00:11:03.000 Magnesium breakthrough from bioptimizers.
00:11:05.000 Magnesium breakthrough contains all seven forms of magnesium, which might support stress management by promoting muscle relaxation, regulating the nervous system, controlling stress hormones, enhancing brain function, boosting energy, and most importantly, improving sleep.
00:11:18.000 I take it two capsules of our bedtime.
00:11:20.000 It's amazing.
00:11:20.000 Bioptimizers are so confident in their products that they offer you a risk-free 365-day money-back guarantee.
00:11:26.000 If you don't see results, simply claim a refund.

00:11:48.000 The American Federation of Teachers is one of the largest teacher unions in the country.
00:11:55.000 There's the NEA, the National Education Association Education Association.
00:11:58.000 There's also the American Federation of Teachers.
00:12:00.000 The American Federation of Teachers represents 1.7 million pre-K through 12th grade teachers, paraprofessionals, and other school-related personnel.
00:12:09.000 The American Federation of Teachers and teacher unions in general are the moral equivalent of the Mexican drug cartel.
00:12:16.000 They have done irreparable damage to our country.
00:12:21.000 They have never been held accountable.
00:12:24.000 They get rich.
00:12:26.000 They get powerful.
00:12:27.000 They enjoy prestige while kids literally can't read.
00:12:31.000 Randy Whitegarten is the cartel leader.
00:12:33.000 She is El Chapo.
00:12:34.000 Randy Whitegarten is lesbian El Chapo who runs the American Federation of Teachers.
00:12:40.000 Randy Whitegarten decided to come after Turning Point USA today.
00:12:46.000 Regarding the incident where two of our journalists at Turning Point USA and Frontline Reporters went to go ask a drag queen, a youth drag queen show supporter, who's a professor, some very simple questions.
00:13:01.000 That incident, which has now gone viral and we've covered it, but just in case you did not hear it, that professor assaulted our reporter.
00:13:08.000 That professor attacked our reporter, and our reporter defended himself, our cameraman more specifically.
00:13:16.000 The professor attacked our cameraman, and you can see it in this image that we should put up on screen.
00:13:21.000 The professor came up and attacked right there.
00:13:24.000 That is the image.
00:13:25.000 They struck first.
00:13:27.000 However, Randy Whitegarten from the American Federation of Teachers, instead of worrying about whether or not inner city kids can read, worrying about whether or not kids can do math at grade level, has sent out an official press release from the American Federation of Teachers.
00:13:42.000 Quote, Randy Whitegarten, who is again the moral equivalent of El Chapo.
00:13:47.000 Last week's physical assault by Turning Point USA operatives on ASU professor David Boyles is a new low in the ongoing attack against higher education.
00:13:56.000 My statement with AAUP and IM Olvie can be read here.
00:14:02.000 And she writes in the American Federation of Teachers.
00:14:04.000 Union leaders condemn attack on ASU professor.
00:14:08.000 Quote, last week's physical assault by Turning Point USA operatives on Arizona State University professor David Boyles, who teaches LGBTQ plus pop culture and politics and is the co-founder of Drag Story Hour Arizona is a new low in the ongoing attack against higher education.
00:14:25.000 We commend Michael Crowe, ASU president, and Board of Regions Chair Fred Duvall on their strong condemnations of this attack.
00:14:31.000 The problem is it's a total lie.
00:14:34.000 The professor attacked us.
00:14:36.000 The professor attacked our Turning Point USA cameraman and reporter.
00:14:42.000 And how willing the media has been to cover this up has been repulsive.
00:14:47.000 That single picture debunks the entire thing.
00:14:51.000 This professor, Professor Boyles, went after our cameraman, which started the whole altercation.
00:14:58.000 Now, the American Federation of Teachers, run by Randy Whitegarten, is a cartel with a single purpose.
00:15:05.000 Prevent any accountability for teachers, maximize their salaries, and prevent parents from having any alternatives.
00:15:13.000 Do you know just 17.5% of Chicago students met expectations in math?
00:15:18.000 That's an improvement over last year.
00:15:20.000 It was 15% the last year.
00:15:22.000 15%.
00:15:25.000 There are 13 Baltimore schools where zero kids can pass the state math exam.
00:15:30.000 13 Baltimore schools where zero kids, zero kids.
00:15:36.000 And yet Randy Whitegarten is lying about this video footage that we have.
00:15:40.000 They are intentionally not showing it, where the professor assaulted our cameraman, lunged at our cameraman.
00:15:49.000 Why are they doing this?
00:15:50.000 Well, because Michael Crowe and the head of the Board of Regents in Arizona and the American Federation of Teachers, they all have something in common.
00:15:58.000 They don't care about academic excellence.
00:16:00.000 They don't care about the pursuit of virtue or truth.
00:16:03.000 They need a common enemy.
00:16:05.000 And they think they have found one in Turning Point USA, that they've picked an opponent that fights back.
00:16:12.000 We tell the truth, and we do so repeatedly.
00:16:15.000 They don't care about the truth because they don't believe in the truth.
00:16:18.000 And Randy Whitegarten, who is one of the most damaging people in the country, she's done such damage to our country, has never been held accountable.
00:16:27.000 Why is she sending out this press release?
00:16:29.000 Her, of all people, because she's trying to drum up a narrative that we're all under attack.
00:16:36.000 You know who's actually under attack?
00:16:38.000 The kids are under attack of the country where you promoted lockdowns all across the country where tens of millions of kids were unable to learn.
00:16:50.000 Do you want to take control of your financial future but don't know where to start?
00:16:53.000 Noble Gold Investments understands investing in precious metals may sound very confusing, but the team at Noble Gold Investments makes it quite easy.

00:17:35.000 Why wait?

00:17:38.000 That is noblegoldinvestments.com right now.
00:17:42.000 So Randy Whitegarten thinks that Turning Point USA is the problem.
00:17:48.000 Randy Whitegarten thinks that Turning Point USA is the issue.
00:17:52.000 Let's go to the state of Oregon.
00:17:55.000 Oregon has said that students don't need to prove mastery of reading, writing, or math to graduate because it harms students of color.
00:18:07.000 Oregon high school students won't have to prove basic mastery of reading, writing, or math, OregonLive.com reports, to graduate from high school until at least 2029.
00:18:19.000 The State Board of Education decided unanimously on Thursday, extending the pause on a graduation requirement that started in 2020.
00:18:28.000 In the state of Oregon, you don't have to say that you've learned anything, to be perfectly honest.
00:18:34.000 Leaders at the Oregon Department of Education and members of the state school board said requiring all students to pass one of the several standardized tests or create an in-depth assignment their teacher judged as meeting state standards was a harmful hurdle for historically marginalized students and a misuse of state tests and did not translate into meaningful improvements in students post-high school success.
00:19:00.000 High school rates, higher rates of students of color, students learning English as a second language, and students with disabilities ended up having up to take intensive senior year writing and math classes to prove they deserved a diploma.
00:19:14.000 That denied those students the opportunity to take an elective despite the lack of evidence the extra academic work helped them in the workplace or at college.
00:19:27.000 Hold on a second.
00:19:28.000 I want to make sure I'm reading this correctly.
00:19:30.000 The state of Oregon is saying doing extra work to learn to read.
00:19:38.000 It's not clear if learning to read or write will help you in your life.
00:19:42.000 Higher rates of students of color ended up having to take extra classes to prove they deserved a diploma.
00:19:52.000 Hold on a second, it's not a matter of proving.
00:19:53.000 Can you read?
00:19:56.000 Can you write?
00:19:58.000 If not, you shouldn't be able to graduate.
00:20:02.000 And Randy Whitgarten from the American Federation of Teachers, where's her press release about this?
00:20:08.000 Where's Randy Whitgarten from the American Federation of Teachers coming out and saying, hey, what's going on here?
00:20:17.000 So now you have entire generations of kids, a whole generation of kids for nine years that can graduate with a diploma and they cannot read and they cannot write.
00:20:28.000 They cannot do math.
00:20:31.000 Organlive.com.
00:20:34.000 All to try and crush white supremacy.
00:20:39.000 Despite the lack of evidence, the extra academic work helped them in the workplace or at college.
00:20:48.000 Let's get to another question here.
00:20:51.000 Getting lots of feedback here.
00:20:52.000 Freedom at CharlieKirk.com and several questions.
00:20:56.000 This one is noteworthy.
00:20:59.000 Trying to think of the best one.
00:21:01.000 Let's go to cut five, please.
00:21:03.000 It ties to the question.
00:21:04.000 Let's play cut five.
00:21:05.000 Would you support Israeli occupation of Gaza at this point?
00:21:09.000 I think it'd be a big mistake.
00:21:11.000 Look, what happened in Gaza, in my view, is Hamas and the extreme elements of Hamas don't represent all the Palestinian people.
00:21:22.000 And I think that it would be a mistake for Israel to occupy Gaza again.
00:21:33.000 But to going in and taking out the extremists, the Hezbollah is up north, but Hamas down south is a necessary requirement.
00:21:46.000 This is a mess.
00:21:47.000 There are no easy solutions.
00:21:49.000 They voted for Hamas.
00:21:51.000 They wanted Hamas.
00:21:53.000 There are no simple or easy solutions to this.
00:21:56.000 Money is on Israel's going to invade.
00:22:00.000 And what is repulsive is how the media and Joe Biden even are considering this as moral equivalents.
00:22:09.000 There's this incredibly powerful ABC News clip where you see ABC News say, well, you're killing these kids.
00:22:18.000 Hold on.
00:22:19.000 Who is responsible for women and civilians being killed?
00:22:24.000 Hamas uses them as human shields.
00:22:26.000 Play cut 139.
00:22:27.000 Now, for the deaths of, I mean, nearly 3,500 Gazans, a great number of those women and children, you say you're trying to target Hamas.
00:22:37.000 It's what you said.
00:22:38.000 You said Israel is responsible for the deaths of 3,500 Gazans.
00:22:43.000 Israel is responsible?
00:22:46.000 Are you sure?
00:22:46.000 Well, if he's in small areas where there are civilians, that means that Israel is responsible, surely.
00:22:54.000 No, no.
00:22:55.000 Those who are responsible are Hamas who target and shoot rockets from those very locations.
00:23:03.000 They shoot rockets from hospitals.
00:23:06.000 They shoot rockets from schools and they use people as human shields.
00:23:12.000 Hamas doesn't care about life.
00:23:15.000 And imagine the brutality it takes to go walk into a kibbutz and to slaughter children.
00:23:24.000 But the reason why the media is allying with Hamas is it's the same narrative as George Floyd.
00:23:33.000 I don't know if this is in English or not, but this is Yahwar Sinwar, the head of Hamas in Gaza, panders to the left over the quote, racist murder of George Floyd.
00:23:43.000 George Floyd was killed as a result of racist ideology.
00:23:47.000 The same type of racism that killed George Floyd is being used by Israel against the Palestinians.
00:23:52.000 We were ahead of the curve here on the Charlie Kirk show.
00:23:55.000 We said that intersectionality is going to be a central piece of the coalition against Israel.
00:24:02.000 We're going to play this tape.
00:24:03.000 I'm not sure if it's in English.
00:24:04.000 Playcut 1-24.
00:24:29.000 Wow, you understood the George Floyd part.
00:24:31.000 He's saying that the same sort of racism that was done against George Floyd is the same racism of Israel against Hamas.
00:24:37.000 If you view the world through oppressor and oppressed lens, through victim and victor lens, if you view the world that Gaza is somehow the victim in all of this, then it's completely and totally justified.
00:24:50.000 They say, oh, yeah, it's fine.
00:24:52.000 Go and kill women and children.
00:24:54.000 Go on their high holy day.
00:24:55.000 Instead, the pressure needs to be put on the Hamas and the Gazan and the Palestinian Authority.
00:25:01.000 Why do you spend all your money on rockets?
00:25:03.000 Why don't you educate your kids?
00:25:05.000 Why don't you build a good economy?
00:25:06.000 Why don't you teach solid values?
00:25:09.000 Why don't you build something wealthy and prosperous and peaceful?
00:25:12.000 Israel would come to peace in a second.
00:25:14.000 By the way, Israel does not want Gaza.
00:25:17.000 They're happy to back off from it.
00:25:19.000 Happy to.
00:25:21.000 The issue is not Gaza.
00:25:24.000 The issue is that terrorists are controlling Gaza to kill Jews.
00:25:29.000 And now Israel is contemplating whether or not to invade.
00:25:32.000 It could happen at any time.
00:25:34.000 Israel has traded land for peace, land for peace, land for peace, Camp David Accords, Abraham Accords, Oslo Accords.
00:25:42.000 And in fact, look at the Sinai used to be controlled by Israel, the Sinai Desert.
00:25:46.000 They gave it to Egypt in pursuit of peace.
00:25:50.000 So they said, hey, you know, you can have the whole Sinai Desert because we care more about peace than we do about land.
00:26:00.000 There are no easy solutions here.
00:26:02.000 But Netanyahu and the head of the Israeli government, who are under a lot of fire right now, need to be very clear soon to the world and to their allies about what they plan to do.
00:26:16.000 Israel is open to a two-state solution, but terrorists want a final solution.
00:26:21.000 It's going to be tough because any military action that Israel does is going to be used to try to get other Arab partners involved and try to strengthen the resolve of the rank and file Muslims in Gaza and Hamas.
00:26:35.000 Oh my goodness, they bombed this, they bombed that.
00:26:38.000 Take up arms.
00:26:39.000 Intifada, Intifada, which means to throw off.
00:26:44.000 Hamas puts arms in schools.
00:26:47.000 They don't leave them in abandoned buildings.
00:26:49.000 They want this.
00:26:50.000 Hamas is engaging in the propaganda war.
00:26:55.000 And if Israel does decide to invade, which of course they have a right to do, and I support it, it's going to be nasty.
00:27:01.000 And wait till you see the international community turn on Israel.
00:27:06.000 It's going to get really tough for them.
00:27:08.000 And I think Netanyahu knows that.
00:27:10.000 I think Netanyahu is trying to build as much international support as possible before he does a ground invasion of Gaza.
00:27:17.000 And if he doesn't do it, to be perfectly honest, he'll basically send a message that you're able to kidnap, hold hostages, kill women and children with reckless abandon, and kind of get away with it.
00:27:30.000 So they're left with nothing but bad options.
00:27:32.000 The question is, what is the best bad option?
00:27:36.000 One report says that it will take 18 months.
00:27:40.000 I'll be honest, Israel is going to have to move very fast.
00:27:44.000 And I think that's one of the reasons why Israel is waiting.
00:27:46.000 I think they're measuring twice and cutting once.
00:27:49.000 I don't think they want an 18-month war.
00:27:51.000 Israel is used to short, shock and all-type wars, six days, 10 days, 14 days, 20 days.
00:27:56.000 They don't like long, drawn-out conflicts.
00:27:58.000 They're not built for it.
00:27:59.000 And so I think Israel is trying to say, can we get this done in 20 days?
00:28:04.000 The tunnels alone to decouple from that.
00:28:06.000 And the problem is Hamas and the PA, they are not evacuating civilians.
00:28:10.000 It's causing a major, major issue.
00:28:13.000 Hey, everybody, Charlie Kirk here.
00:28:15.000 As you know, following this week's horrible events, Israel is at war.
00:28:18.000 The people of Israel are under attack from brutal terrorists, targeting innocent civilians, including women and children.
00:28:23.000 There's over a thousand casualties, as well as kidnapping and infiltration of southern Israeli towns.
00:28:28.000 Israel is now retaliating and could escalate with a ground offensive against Hamas militants.
00:28:32.000 The situation is critical, which why I'm partnering with our friends at the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews to rush emergency relief to the hardest hit areas.
00:28:39.000 Call the special phone number 800-492-5454 to make an emergency donation.
00:28:45.000 Again, that's 800-492-5454.
00:28:48.000 Your emergency gift will help the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews save lives and provide critical essentials needed right now.
00:28:54.000 During this dark time, the need in war-torn areas will be tremendous.
00:28:57.000 The fellowship has extensive network of staff, partner organizations, and more.
00:29:01.000 Immediately respond with life-saving security and support measures.
00:29:04.000 We ask all people to pray for safety and protection.
00:29:06.000 Call 800-235-887 as we rush urgent need right now to help Israel through the International Fellowship of Christian Jews.
00:29:16.000 We're going to talk about a topic of college football.
00:29:21.000 So University of Michigan football team is probably the best team in the country.
00:29:25.000 I think they are.
00:29:25.000 J.J. McCarthy is a special talent.
00:29:26.000 Jim Harbaugh's done a nice job.
00:29:28.000 So Michigan football is under NCAA investigation for sign stealing.
00:29:32.000 Okay, the NCAA is run by Charlie Baker, doing a bad job.
00:29:35.000 This is selective enforcement, okay?
00:29:37.000 This is selective enforcement.
00:29:39.000 This happens all the time, sign stealing.
00:29:40.000 So if sign stealing is you bring someone in person, okay, let's say you're about to play Wisconsin, you're about to play Ohio State, you bring them in person and they come with binoculars, whatever, and they're looking at the sideline and they're correlating signs with what is happening for the next play, right?
00:29:55.000 So slant option routes, blitzes, whatever it is, right?
00:29:59.000 And so it's not allowed according to the NCAA.
00:30:01.000 NCAA bylaw in question is 11.6.1, which states, quote, off-campus, in-person scouting of future opponents in the same season is prohibited.
00:30:10.000 Now, I don't know if you guys knew that was a rule in college.
00:30:13.000 You're not allowed to actually send scouts to the stadium of where your future opponents are playing.
00:30:18.000 So if you're about to play Ohio State, you're not allowed to actually go to the shoe and see them play in person.
00:30:21.000 You're only allowed to watch film or watch it on TV.
00:30:24.000 And I think that's silly.
00:30:25.000 I think they should get rid of this rule.
00:30:26.000 My controversial take is to get rid of all the regulations regarding sign stealing.
00:30:34.000 Now, you're not allowed to go watch practice in high school, but in high school, you're allowed to go to the game, obviously.
00:30:40.000 Is that really?
00:30:41.000 You're not allowed to go to the opponent's game?
00:30:43.000 Really?
00:30:44.000 I think you should get rid of all this.
00:30:46.000 I think you got to make it more fun.
00:30:47.000 And by the way, this is about going to the game, not the practice.
00:30:52.000 At least I think that's what they're saying.
00:30:54.000 The point is this, is that this is selective enforcement, and the NCAA has been trying to go after Jim Harbaugh for years.
00:31:01.000 There's a deep state of the NCAA that is going after Jim Harbaugh.
00:31:04.000 You heard it here first.
00:31:05.000 The Michigan fans are going to love me saying this.
00:31:07.000 The Ohio State fans are going to hate it.
00:31:08.000 They have been trying to go after him for years, recruiting violations and sanctions.
00:31:13.000 And by the way, it's a huge part of sports.
00:31:16.000 And in baseball, you know, they went after the Houston Astros, and Andrew is going to just light this chat up right now because, you know, they cheated, they stole, they whatever, all that sort of stuff.
00:31:26.000 I have a different view.
00:31:27.000 I think you should deregulate all of it.
00:31:29.000 I think that you should allow the sign stealing because it's always selective enforcement.
00:31:34.000 It's a huge part of the sport.
00:31:36.000 And it kind of ends up being a gentleman's agreement, to be perfectly honest.
00:31:39.000 And then if a team does it and wins the championship, how do you go back and crawl it back?
00:31:44.000 So I think you have to deregulate it.
00:31:46.000 And then it would also force the offense or force the defense that's doing the signs.
00:31:49.000 You got to change your signs week to week.
00:31:51.000 You have to change how you communicate.
00:31:52.000 You could misdirect based on it.
00:31:53.000 And by the way, Oregon was kind of the pioneer of the hurry-up offense and doing sideline to team type signs, right?
00:32:01.000 So this Michigan investigation is ridiculous.
00:32:04.000 The Big Ten Conference considers the integrity of the competition to be the utmost importance and will continue to monitor the investigation.
00:32:09.000 The conference will have no further comment at this time.
00:32:11.000 That's a bunch of trash, okay?
00:32:12.000 I guarantee you, Georgia is stealing signs.
00:32:15.000 I guarantee you, Alabama is stealing signs.
00:32:16.000 I guarantee it, okay?
00:32:18.000 You're trying to tell me that the only team in the country is Michigan stealing the sign?
00:32:26.000 Give me a break.
00:32:26.000 Producer Andrew really wants me.
00:32:28.000 He says, oh, Charlie, you have to mention that UW beat Oregon.
00:32:31.000 Yes, they did.
00:32:31.000 100%.
00:32:32.000 It was a tough day, but there's still a Pac-12 championship.
00:32:35.000 Dan Lanning's really got to get his act together, okay?
00:32:38.000 You go forward on fourth down when it's fourth and sixth, fourth and three.
00:32:41.000 You can punt.
00:32:42.000 Okay.
00:32:42.000 It is the last Pac-12 championship.
00:32:44.000 It keeps on going on fourth down.
00:32:45.000 Oregon was poised to win that game.
00:32:47.000 I hate when fans say they should have won the game.
00:32:49.000 That's not fair.
00:32:49.000 Okay.
00:32:51.000 It's fair to say they were on pace to win that game, and then they just collapsed.
00:32:55.000 It was not good.
00:32:56.000 Anyway, they invest.
00:32:59.000 I have to, and just kind of as a political side note, I find it funny that they investigate like sign stealing, like it's some sort of massive investigation, and you still have these anti-Semites that are teaching college classes.
00:33:11.000 I just think that it's a little bit of a different topic, but it's like the NCAA is really worried about Jim Harbaugh and Michigan stealing signs, right?
00:33:20.000 Meanwhile, it's perfectly fine that Thomas goes into a locker room with Riley Gaines and disrobes and is naked in front of Riley Gaines.
00:33:32.000 Excuse me, NCAA, when I say you are trash.
00:33:36.000 How about NCAA you do an investigation into biological men that are walking into locker rooms?
00:33:42.000 So one thing that you should regulate is men going into locker rooms in convening female sports.
00:33:48.000 I'll be honest, like, this is a stupid rule in football.
00:33:53.000 It is a stupid rule because this could end up derailing Michigan's season.
00:33:56.000 I can see the deep state opera.
00:33:57.000 It's the same sort of thing that we're seeing in politics.
00:34:00.000 Quote, sign stealing does not violate the NCAA rules unless the team uses in-game electronic equipment to relay the information to players on the field or amongst coaches.
00:34:08.000 The 2023 NCAA football rule book addresses sign stealing in a general way under a section titled Prohibited Field Equipment.
00:34:14.000 It states that any attempt to record either through audio or video means any signals given by opposing player or team personnel is prohibited.
00:34:20.000 That is a dumb rule.
00:34:21.000 You should get rid of it.
00:34:22.000 The more laws, the less justice.
00:34:23.000 They're trying to go after a team that is poised to win the national title.
00:34:27.000 I don't even like Michigan.
00:34:28.000 I don't like it.
00:34:29.000 Thanks so much for listening.
00:34:31.000 As always, email me, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:34:34.000 Thanks so much for listening, and God bless.
