00:00:35.000 Buckle up everybody here.

00:00:36.000 We go.

00:00:36.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.

00:00:38.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus.

00:00:40.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.

00:00:44.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.

00:00:47.000 I want to thank Charlie.

00:00:48.000 He's an incredible guy.

00:00:49.000 His spirit, his love of this country, he's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created.

00:00:56.000 Turning point USA. 0.65

00:00:57.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.

00:01:06.000 That's why we are here.

00:01:10.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at andrewandTodd.com.

00:01:18.000 Speaker of the House race is ongoing.

00:01:20.000 It's a joke.

00:01:21.000 Tom Emmer is a liberal.

00:01:24.000 He should not become Speaker of the House.

00:01:26.000 Former spokesperson for some sort of Soros-aligned organization.

00:01:31.000 He's far worse than McCarthy.

00:01:33.000 Far, it's not even close.

00:01:35.000 Worse than McCarthy.

00:01:36.000 There is no plan.

00:01:37.000 There is no strategy.

00:01:39.000 For those of you that might be roughly familiar with the cultural revolution that occurred during China, by the way, we're living through a cultural revolution now.

00:01:49.000 There's this term struggle session, and you've probably heard of the term struggle session before, but they're really deemed really better phrased as denunciation rallies.

00:01:59.000 These were public spectacles in Mao's China, where people were turned against one another, students against teachers.

00:02:07.000 They've inverted the power structure.

00:02:09.000 But in reality, the people on top of the communist society in Mao's inner circle delighted in the dividing and conquering type of strategy.

00:02:20.000 DEI is struggle sessions by another means.

00:02:23.000 Now, the public part of humiliation is very important.

00:02:28.000 If you study struggle sessions from the establishment of the People's Republic of China, you realize that Mao was really a pioneer of how to use human psychology and quite honestly, demonic political practices put them together to maintain psychological control of an entire nation.

00:02:48.000 There's these part of a struggle session was also to speak bitterness.

00:02:53.000 Struggle sessions emerged as a tactic to secure allegiance of the Chinese people during what would be best called as the land reform.

00:03:02.000 By the way, China still does this.

00:03:04.000 Bad social credit, they have pictures put up in public, very similar to what we are living through right now in our country.

00:03:11.000 If you are deemed a racist, they will put you on Twitter and get you fired from your job.

00:03:16.000 If you are a young lady who might have said something, you use the N-word, for example, when you're 15 years old in a private conversation to a friend and you want to become a cheerleader at the University of Tennessee.

00:03:27.000 Five years later, during Floyd Apalooza, someone who decides to ruin your life, they put your picture up on the internet and the University of Tennessee rescinds your scholarship.

00:03:37.000 Maybe you are a Jewish young man by the name of Kyle Kashuv.

00:03:42.000 Kyle Kashuv, who I got to know at Turning Point USA, went to Harvard, was a survivor of the Marjorie Stowman Douglas shooting.

00:03:50.000 Someone found some messages that he did when he was 14 years old, and Harvard rescinded Acceptance into an Ivy League school.

00:04:01.000 But the public aspect of this is necessary.

00:04:03.000 To keep you in line, they will destroy your life.

00:04:05.000 They will humiliate you.

00:04:07.000 I've said for a while we are living through a fusion of Mao's China and Stalin's Russia.

00:04:14.000 Today, Jenna Ellis pled guilty.

00:04:18.000 And the conservative movement is coming after Jenna Ellis rather aggressively. 0.76

00:04:23.000 Now, one part of the Jenna Ellis story that I think she needs to fix is she raised about $216,000 from the public claiming she was going to fight against the court case. 0.97

00:04:34.000 She pled guilty today.

00:04:36.000 I know Jenna very well.

00:04:37.000 I text with Jenna.

00:04:38.000 My advice to Jenna is you should donate that money back that wasn't covered for legal fees because that's raising the money under the appearance that you were going to fight the Fulton County government.

00:04:50.000 But honestly, let's take a step back.

00:04:52.000 I have the exact same tact that I did with Sidney Powell.

00:04:55.000 It is very easy to armchair quarterback somebody who's facing 20 years in prison.

00:05:02.000 People say she's a traitor. 0.99

00:05:03.000 She's terrible.

00:05:05.000 I'll take that line of criticism seriously when you're facing 20 years in prison in a very Democrat area with a Democrat prosecution that wants to lock you in jail forever. 0.97

00:05:18.000 People are calling her a squealer. 0.79

00:05:20.000 People are calling her a traitor. 0.93

00:05:22.000 People are calling her all these different things.

00:05:25.000 I'm only going to say the following: that when you are facing multiple decades in prison, in a Fulton County jail, by the way, you might have a different approach.

00:05:36.000 When the regime throws everything at you, so be it.

00:05:38.000 By the way, the deal was almost irresistibly good for Jenna Ellis.

00:05:42.000 It's pay a fine, you go on probation, 100 hours of community service in conjunction with cooperating with the ongoing prosecution.

00:05:55.000 Now, I'm not defending everything Jenna has done or she has said, but I would just like to say she shouldn't be the target of your anger or your fury. 1.00

00:06:05.000 It should be Big Fanny Willis who is weaponizing the government and trying to build a quote-unquote RICO case against Donald Trump. 1.00

00:06:14.000 But what they made Jenna Ellis do is intentional.

00:06:19.000 This is right out of Mao's playbook.

00:06:23.000 Make her publicly, in a humiliating fashion, as she breaks down, bend a knee to the regime.

00:06:32.000 The final line of 1984 is as follows.

00:06:36.000 He gazed up at the enormous face.

00:06:37.000 40 years it had taken him to learn what kind of smile was hidden beneath the dark mustache.

00:06:44.000 Oh, cruel, needless misunderstanding.

00:06:46.000 Oh, stubborn, self-wild exile from the loving breast.

00:06:50.000 Two gin-scented tears trickled down the sides of his nose.

00:06:53.000 But it was all right.

00:06:55.000 Everything was all right.

00:06:56.000 The struggle was finished.

00:06:57.000 He had won the victory over himself.

00:07:00.000 He loved Big Brother.

00:07:01.000 Now, when Orwell wrote this in 1984, I remember the first time I read this, I got chills.

00:07:06.000 I got goosebumps.

00:07:08.000 It's so poetically powerful because the entire book, the entire book, is young Winston in 1984 fighting against the regime, fighting against Big Brother, fighting against the power structure.

00:07:22.000 So how will Orwell land the plane?

00:07:25.000 How does Orwell, in his prophetic piece of literature in 1984, finish it off?

00:07:32.000 Full and total surrender.

00:07:35.000 You must understand that in the story of 1984, there is this tension: every time you look up, it's Big Brother's eyes looking down at you, and it's a menacing type of approach.

00:07:46.000 What Orwell brilliantly prophesies is that they will be able to break the actual appearance of reality for the political dissident.

00:07:56.000 He was forced to convent, not just confess, but he's forced to denounce the woman he loves, but that's not enough.

00:08:03.000 You must also love the thing that you tried to destabilize.

00:08:08.000 One of the most powerful lines in 1984 is exactly what the left believes today.

00:08:15.000 And it's when O'Brien was torturing Winston in whatever it was, room 13 or whatever it was.

00:08:22.000 And O'Brien said it is power for power's sake.

00:08:27.000 Here's Jenna Ellis. 0.98

00:08:29.000 This is a hard clip to watch.

00:08:32.000 It's tough.

00:08:33.000 I'm not asking you to feel sorry for Jenna Ellis, but this is cruel.

00:08:36.000 This is unusual.

00:08:38.000 And this is intentional.

00:08:39.000 This is getting the defendant to love Big Brother.

00:08:44.000 You will bend the knee.

00:08:46.000 You will admit that we are in charge.

00:08:50.000 Play cut 45.

00:08:52.000 As an attorney who is also a Christian, I take my responsibilities as a lawyer very seriously, and I endeavor to be a person of sound moral and ethical character in all of my dealings.

00:09:03.000 In the wake of the 2020 presidential election, I believed that challenging the results on behalf of President Trump should be pursued in a just and legal way.

00:09:13.000 I endeavored to represent my client to the best of my ability.

00:09:17.000 I relied on others, including lawyers with many more years of experience than I, to provide me with true and reliable information, especially since my role involved speaking to the media and to legislators in various states.

00:09:30.000 What I did not do, but should have done, Your Honor, was to make sure that the facts the other lawyers alleged to be true were in fact true.

00:09:37.000 In the frenetic pace of attempting to raise challenges to the election in several states, including Georgia, I failed to do my due diligence.

00:09:46.000 I believe in and I value election integrity.

00:09:48.000 If I knew then what I know now, I would have declined to represent Donald Trump in these post-election challenges.

00:09:55.000 I look back on this whole experience with deep remorse.

00:09:58.000 For those failures of mine, Your Honor, I have taken responsibility already before the Colorado bar who censured me, and I now take responsibility before this court and apologize to the people of Georgia.

00:10:08.000 Thank you.

00:10:10.000 They probably wrote that statement for her.

00:10:12.000 Whether or not she believes that or not, I have no idea.

00:10:15.000 But I would just add this, before you, in a angry fashion, say she's the worst, she's a traitor, and all this, would you, would you say I'm going to serve 20 years in prison?

00:10:28.000 And if yes, then let the emails fly.

00:10:33.000 I want to talk about relieffactor.com.

00:10:35.000 I want you guys to check out relieffactor.com, 100% drug-free, knee pain, back pain, joint pain, elbow pain.

00:10:40.000 Check out Relief Factor Energy.

00:10:42.000 Help makes your body make nutrients readily available.

00:10:46.000 Relief Factor Sleep.

00:10:47.000 I know a lot of you are probably having trouble sleeping.

00:10:49.000 Relief Factor Sleep could be the best solution for you.

00:10:52.000 Everybody goes to bed.

00:10:53.000 Not everybody sleeps.

00:10:55.000 We're all about helping people live lives that are filled with connection, exploration, passion, and emotion.

00:10:59.000 That is what his life is all about.

00:11:01.000 Make sure you guys are sleeping well.

00:11:03.000 It's a major part of life.

00:11:04.000 Check it out right now, relieffactor.com, relieffactor.com.

00:11:10.000 A fair amount of the emails I'm receiving, I think, see this correctly, which is they say, Charlie, I'm not thrilled that Jenna Ellis took a plea deal, but that was a hostage video.

00:11:19.000 And that's a really important way to view it.

00:11:21.000 And I think that's accurate.

00:11:23.000 She was being held hostage by this entire machinery.

00:11:27.000 The target of your anger should be to Brian Kemp.

00:11:33.000 Why has Brian Kemp not fired Fannie Willis?

00:11:37.000 Brian Kemp has the ability to fire prosecutors in the state of Georgia.

00:11:41.000 And Brian Kemp is just going to sit there as governor of Georgia and allow person after person to have to plead guilty, which is obviously a mounting type conspiracy case to Donald Trump.

00:11:53.000 And they're going to try to use all of their guilty pleas and cooperation against Trump.

00:12:01.000 Now, I fully under I believe that Sidney Powell and Jenna Ellis telling the truth, as long as they do tell the truth, will not harm Donald Trump because Donald Trump did nothing wrong.

00:12:15.000 But understand, take a step back.

00:12:17.000 I know a lot of you are saying, for example, Charlie, are you saying that we should celebrate Jenna Ellis?

00:12:22.000 I'm not.

00:12:22.000 This whole thing is a tragedy.

00:12:24.000 And I don't think you could watch that video of Jenna Ellis breaking down, reading what is obviously prepared remarks by these vile serpent maggots and act as if this is a wonderful thing. 0.51

00:12:37.000 She was left with nothing but crummy options.

00:12:40.000 She's been broken financially.

00:12:42.000 Yes, she raised $200,000. 0.98

00:12:44.000 What she didn't spend on legal fees, she should return. 0.88

00:12:46.000 I think that's a perfectly fair point because she did raise it on the, let's just say, the expectation that she was going to fight.

00:12:54.000 Perfectly fine.

00:12:56.000 But you guys know me.

00:12:57.000 I'm someone that is a very harsh grader from the turtle to Lady Graham to all of this.

00:13:02.000 Understand, you're facing 20 years in prison as a 30-something lawyer.

00:13:10.000 I'm going to reserve some of my harshest words for, I don't know, Brian Kemp for allowing this thing to occur.

00:13:16.000 It's similar, similar to would you blame all the people that quote unquote pled guilty under the Soviet show trial stuff?

00:13:27.000 They psychologically manipulate you.

00:13:29.000 They will financially break you.

00:13:33.000 So by no means defending Jenna or Sidney Powell, I am saying, let's just take a step back and understand that when you watch a video like that, that is struggle session, denunciation, public humiliation.

00:13:48.000 I mean, she's crying reading this thing.

00:13:50.000 Does she believe it?

00:13:51.000 I don't know.

00:13:51.000 It's under duress.

00:13:52.000 You want to talk about under duress?

00:13:54.000 That's under duress.

00:13:55.000 Additionally, today, a young man who did nothing wrong, who I used to have a little scuffle with, but who cares?

00:14:02.000 Get over it.

00:14:03.000 Grow up.

00:14:04.000 Owen Schroyer is going to federal prison.

00:14:08.000 Owen Schroer is a very popular host on InfoWars.

00:14:11.000 InfoWars is Alex Jones' website.

00:14:14.000 They certainly push boundaries.

00:14:16.000 And turns out they are right about a lot of different things, but you're not allowed to say that.

00:14:21.000 So Owen Schweier is a very popular host on InfoWars.

00:14:24.000 You're not supposed to talk about this story because he's an InfoWars host.

00:14:28.000 You're supposed to just kind of roll your eyes and say, oh, that's just Infowars, the same way that when Alex Jones got kicked off of iTunes and got kicked off of Spotify and got kicked off of Facebook and got kicked off of Twitter.

00:14:39.000 We're like, oh, it's just, that's just Infowars being Infowars.

00:14:42.000 I hope we have learned our lesson.

00:14:44.000 While Jenna Ellis has to be held hostage and read this transcript, obviously prepared by somebody else, while she's facing 20 years in prison, Owen Schweier, a young man, is reporting to jail today for a 60-day sentence in federal prison related to January 6th.

00:14:59.000 Owen Schroer did not go into the Capitol.

00:15:02.000 He did not go into the Capitol.

00:15:06.000 He didn't jump any barriers.

00:15:08.000 He didn't attack any police officers or tell people to attack police officers.

00:15:12.000 He was just there with InfoWars.

00:15:15.000 He stood next to Alex Jones and shouted some boilerplate political rhetoric into a bullhorn.

00:15:22.000 60 days in jail.

00:15:25.000 60 days in jail.

00:15:27.000 Owen Schweier is a political prisoner in what we call a free country.

00:15:34.000 BLM burns down the country. 1.00

00:15:35.000 They raise $100 million.

00:15:37.000 They buy mansions.

00:15:40.000 They mislead their donors at the very least, potentially and allegedly defraud donors all across the board.

00:15:46.000 You've Antifa prowling the streets.

00:15:48.000 You've got Hamas. 0.92

00:15:49.000 Literally in the next segment, you're going to see Hamas sympathizers beating up Jewish people in Skokie, Illinois, including Turning Point USA staffers.

00:15:57.000 And who reports to federal prison today?

00:16:00.000 An InfoWars host.

00:16:01.000 Why?

00:16:02.000 It's because InfoWars is a quote-unquote conservative news outlet, and the regime would love nothing more than to have a scalp.

00:16:12.000 And that scalp is: let's put Owen Schreier in prison.

00:16:15.000 Simultaneously, Jenna Ellis is reading off a script. 0.97

00:16:19.000 And yes, they broke Jenna Ellis.

00:16:21.000 And yes, they're sending Owen Schwer to prison.

00:16:23.000 What I'm trying to reiterate to you is you're living through not something that's going to become Mao's China, but Mao's America.

00:16:34.000 Public Square is one of my favorite apps.

00:16:37.000 There are progressive corporations out there that are just doing terrible things.

00:16:40.000 And Public Square is out there leading the charge against all this garbage that we see from Target, for example, Starbucks strong-arming their customers to support abortion, and financial services like PayPal canceling customers for their political views.

00:16:54.000 Thankfully, we don't have to fund these companies any longer at Public Square.

00:16:58.000 We now have a solution.

00:16:59.000 Join the movement of millions of patriotic Americans who love truth, our country, and our Constitution at publicsq.m-O-B-I/Charlie Kirk.

00:17:08.000 Public Square is an app and a website where you can get connected to tens of thousands of businesses from all different industries that share your value for life, family, and freedom.

00:17:17.000 Public Square is free to join and get started today.

00:17:20.000 If you're a business owner, join.

00:17:21.000 If you're a consumer, join.

00:17:24.000 Check it out.

00:17:24.000 Download the Public Square app today.

00:17:27.000 Michael, who runs Public Square, does a beautiful job.

00:17:29.000 Good friend of mine.

00:17:30.000 100% behind him.

00:17:31.000 Check it out today.

00:17:34.000 Breaking in the last 24 hours.

00:17:37.000 One of our Turning Point USA staffers who helped start high school chapters in the Midwest, in the Chicagoland area, was assaulted by Hamas supporters and sympathizers.

00:17:50.000 So Peter Christos was going to attend a pro-Israel rally.

00:17:55.000 It was at capacity, and so he went outside of it.

00:17:58.000 By the way, Hamas supporters moved their location from downtown Chicago to Skokie.

00:18:04.000 Skokie is a very Jewish area.

00:18:06.000 And mind you, remember, this was the place where Nazis, actual Nazis, marched in Skokie, defended by the ACLU because they were Holocaust survivors there.

00:18:18.000 So these Hamas supporters then target Peter Christos, Turning Point USA staffer, who was escorting an elderly Jewish couple.

00:18:27.000 And Peter Christos was savagely beat by these Muslims. 1.00

00:18:31.000 And what a hate crime is, and the cop, of course, the police officer, sits and does nothing because, God forbid, the police officer arrests a Muslim person. 0.93

00:18:39.000 Only white Christians get arrested in America with this sort of stuff.

00:18:42.000 Play Cut 47.

00:18:55.000 So this story is going viral, and it's going viral for good reason.

00:19:00.000 Because here is a group of quote-unquote pro-Palestinian forces, people that are sympathetic with Hamas, that hunt down Jews and start beating them in the streets.

00:19:13.000 Has this received massive media support?

00:19:16.000 Now, this is a simple yet necessary take that you hear all the time. 0.69

00:19:24.000 Could you imagine if a group of people wearing MAGA hats went and beat up elderly Jewish people or elderly Muslims? 0.64

00:19:34.000 Could you imagine? 0.88

00:19:35.000 It would be the front page of the New York Times, front page of the Wall Street Journal.

00:19:39.000 Now, that's a simple take, but it's necessary.

00:19:42.000 Okay, I think we have Peter Christos with us.

00:19:45.000 Peter, tell us what happened in Skokie, Illinois.

00:19:48.000 Hey, Charlie, how are you?

00:19:49.000 Thanks for having me on.

00:19:50.000 So, basically, on Sunday, there was a pro-Israel event that was being hosted by various different organizations in Skokie, Illinois, which is a historically Jewish town.

00:20:00.000 So, I attended this pro-Israel event and realized that one of my coworkers from Turning Point happened to also be in town.

00:20:06.000 So, I invited him to come to this event with me.

00:20:09.000 And as I met him outside to park his car, we were stuck in between a roadblock, the pro-Palestine protesters and the police.

00:20:17.000 And we had to make our way through all these protesters.

00:20:21.000 Obviously, you know, we weren't saying anything or engaging with them because we were outnumbered about two to 300.

00:20:26.000 And we made our way up to the police barricade and they said that we were not allowed to access the pro-Israel event from this point.

00:20:33.000 So, now everyone in that crowd saw that we were pro-Israel and they began following us back as my coworker and I made our way down the street.

00:20:42.000 They began kicking my coworker.

00:20:44.000 They were screaming at us, harassing us.

00:20:47.000 And as we made our way down the street, I noticed an elderly Orthodox Jewish couple.

00:20:51.000 And I said, Are you here for the pro-Israel event?

00:20:53.000 And they said, Yes, they were.

00:20:55.000 So I said, Come with us.

00:20:57.000 And as I started walking with this couple, the mob began to grew and started screaming at us more, kicking myself, kicking my coworker, getting into this elderly Jewish lady's face and screaming at her.

00:21:09.000 She was shaking and trying to pull her phone out.

00:21:11.000 And I said, Miss, don't worry, I'm already recording.

00:21:14.000 And next thing I knew, the mob grew angrier, and I was separated from my coworker.

00:21:18.000 And the next thing I remember, I was punched in the back of the head, pushed into bushes, and beaten and kicked in the head and hit with a flagpole.

00:21:28.000 The police intervened and got me out of there, but we had to run as the mob started chasing us.

00:21:34.000 And I met up with my coworker down at the end of the street, and we had to continue to run.

00:21:41.000 And we heard gunshots ring out, and it was overall a very scary situation for everybody.

00:21:47.000 So are you doing okay, first of all?

00:21:49.000 I mean, that was a real violent attack by a group of Muslims. 1.00

00:21:52.000 Are you doing okay?

00:21:54.000 Yes, I have bruising on my hands and on my back and have a concussion.

00:21:59.000 But other than that, I am doing okay.

00:22:00.000 Oh, you have a concussion.

00:22:01.000 Well, okay, well, take that seriously.

00:22:03.000 That's not a small thing.

00:22:05.000 So the elderly Jewish couple, were they also assaulted, or did you basically experience the brunt of the attacks?

00:22:12.000 I experienced most of the attacks.

00:22:15.000 I know that the Jewish lady towards the end was trying to push them away and try to pull them off of me. 1.00

00:22:20.000 And the elderly man was kind of like protecting me, kind of like the base of my feet, and was pretty much trying to push them off of me.

00:22:29.000 I do hope that they are okay and that we can connect with them.

00:22:32.000 And I just, I really just hope that, you know, this wouldn't have ever happened.

00:22:36.000 Well, yeah.

00:22:37.000 So first of all, God bless you.

00:22:38.000 I mean, here you are.

00:22:39.000 You stepped up.

00:22:40.000 And I mean, they're old enough that they actually might have died.

00:22:45.000 And so you actually might have saved their life.

00:22:48.000 And God bless you for standing up for, you know, these innocent Jews that are being targeted by these Hamas sympathizers.

00:22:54.000 As it says in Genesis 12, 1, I'll bless those who bless you and him who dishonors you, I will curse.

00:23:00.000 So those people have something coming for them.

00:23:01.000 But let me, let me just ask you, Christos, just talk more about the atmospherics here.

00:23:07.000 I mean, it's hard to believe this is happening in the country, in the country.

00:23:10.000 Did the police officers arrest anybody after they did this?

00:23:15.000 So when all of this was happening, even when I was getting attacked, I seriously couldn't think.

00:23:21.000 All I was thinking in that moment was, I need to get out of there.

00:23:24.000 I did notice that the police did arrest one of the assailants, but I'm unsure about the rest of them.

00:23:31.000 I'll have to follow up with the local or possibly the county sheriff to see what happened.

00:23:38.000 But it was a very, it was like a very angry atmosphere.

00:23:42.000 You know, the pro-Israelis, they were holding their rally in this historically Jewish town where many Holocaust survivors went after World War II.

00:23:50.000 And the pro-Palestinian event was supposed to be hosted downtown, but instead moved specifically to protest this pro-Israel event.

00:24:00.000 Can you just talk about some of the language that I mean, the physical violence is bad?

00:24:04.000 What's some of the language that was being used just to kind of fill our audience in?

00:24:08.000 Was this anti-Israel or did it also bleed into anti-Semitic, anti-Jewish type language of, you know, these peaceful people are the media tells us draped in Palestinian flags that beat you and gave you a concussion?

00:24:22.000 Yeah, so there's some things that, you know, I wouldn't feel comfortable even repeating on your show.

00:24:26.000 Some of the things that were said to my coworker and I and this Jewish couple.

00:24:31.000 We were called racists.

00:24:33.000 We were called Nazis.

00:24:36.000 We were called, you know, we were told that we were committing genocide and all these things.

00:24:40.000 And, you know, most of what was, you know, being told to us, I just don't, you know, for the audience, I don't even feel comfortable repeating it on the show.

00:24:47.000 But it was, you know, we were called Nazis.

00:24:49.000 The people, they went up to an Orthodox Jewish man and they called him a Nazi to his face.

00:24:55.000 Just to give you a perspective.

00:24:56.000 Yeah, that's that sounds about right.

00:24:58.000 So, so, Peter, at Turning Point USA, you know, we are fighting for America, fighting for freedom and liberty.

00:25:06.000 We also have a lot of pro-Israel programming.

00:25:08.000 I'm really glad that you were there and we're honestly fighting for civilization.

00:25:12.000 Just kind of fill in in closing here: this is the type of courage that we want to see out of our students.

00:25:18.000 I'm very proud of you.

00:25:18.000 You did the right thing here.

00:25:19.000 I'm sorry that you had to experience the concussion and you were brave and courageous because, again, those elderly Jews could have been killed by this mob.

00:25:29.000 And I just want to reinforce this: that in Skokie, very Jewish area, there was a Stand With Israel event that was on Tui Avenue.

00:25:39.000 I know it very well.

00:25:40.000 And the Muslim groups changed their location from downtown Chicago, that's them right there, really peace-loving people, to Skokie.

00:25:51.000 Peter, what is some other takeaway in closing here?

00:25:54.000 Do you have for people watching?

00:25:56.000 And talk about the kind of venom, the menace, and anything you want.

00:26:03.000 Just kind of closing thoughts.

00:26:05.000 Closing thoughts is: I know that the world is a very scary and hateful place, but I just think that we need to all come together and love one another, to be honest, at the end of the day, because we all believe the same.

00:26:17.000 There's no reason to be such a hateful person to someone that you don't even know.

00:26:21.000 I know that people are angry at times, but that doesn't give someone the excuse to harass and assault and beat someone just because you think differently.

00:26:31.000 And I think that, you know, Chris, whether you're Christian or whether you're Jewish or whatever faith you may believe in, it's important to stand up, even if it's scary, even if you're alone, even if you feel threatened.

00:26:41.000 It's super important to stand up and vocalize for things that you believe in and for things that are right.

00:26:46.000 Honestly, good for you.

00:26:48.000 And you embody the turning point ethos beautifully, which is that we go into the line of fire.

00:26:55.000 We defend those that can't defend themselves.

00:26:57.000 You fight for the vulnerable.

00:26:59.000 You fight for civilization.

00:27:01.000 And honestly, if it means that you have to take a punch so that other people can remain safe, God bless you.

00:27:09.000 Peter, very proud of you and really thankful that you're part of the Turning Point USA team.

00:27:14.000 And I know our team, I know our audience feels the same.

00:27:16.000 Turning Point USA is fighting for civilization and you might have saved an elderly Jewish couple's life. 0.84

00:27:22.000 Thank you so much.

00:27:23.000 Thanks for having me.

00:27:25.000 TPUSA.com, by the way, if you want to get behind the Turning Point USA movement, there's no movement quite like it.

00:27:31.000 And yeah, can you see why I lose patience when Ben Dominich and Eric Erickson come after us saying that Turning Point USA is an anti-Semitic organization?

00:27:40.000 Eric Erickson, did you get punched in the face and have a concussion through a bunch of Muslims saving an elderly Jewish person's life?

00:27:48.000 Like, just curious.

00:27:50.000 We are in a battle for decency against barbarism.

00:27:53.000 In Skokie, Illinois.

00:28:53.000 That is members.charlikirk.com.

00:28:59.000 Now, I don't mean to belabor the point, but it really bothers me when our organization gets lied about.

00:29:03.000 Ben Dominich, who is Megan McCain's husband, and Eric Erickson and many other people were trying to launch this whole smear campaign against Turning Point USA saying that we hate Jews and we're Holocaust and there's just insane stuff, right?

00:29:16.000 And honestly, smeared and slandered by two largely irrelevant people that just sit on their tail and tweet all day long.

00:29:22.000 And meanwhile, here's our Turning Point USA staffer who literally has a brain bleed and a concussion because he went to go save two elderly Jews from a Muslim mob. 0.96

00:29:34.000 Anyway, it just bothers me.

00:29:36.000 This is kind of one of the problems with the quote-unquote conservative world right now: it's so overly emotional.

00:29:43.000 It's like filled with zeal.

00:29:45.000 There's reason and rationality is being cast aside.

00:29:49.000 It is not a healthy time for the conservative movement.

00:29:52.000 It is not.

00:29:52.000 I've been doing this not for a long time, but significant enough to have perspective for 11 years.

00:29:59.000 And it is, I don't want to say the most divided, but it's the sickest I've seen the conservative movement in quite some time.

00:30:08.000 It's not to say that we can't get rid of the tumors and get rid of the bacterial infection, but this Israel issue is kind of the straw that broke the camel's back in some ways. 0.93

00:30:23.000 Because a lot of the pent-up anti-Trump hatred, we're not going to win the primary.

00:30:29.000 Like Eric Erickson, who thought he could, like with all of his power, like make Ron DeSantis the nominee because he had him at some sort of a candidate for him.

00:30:38.000 They have all this like pent-up anger, and then they use the smears of the activist press to come after Turning Point USA because we are the biggest organization, because we're the most conservative organization, because we're a grassroots organization.

00:30:52.000 And then they throw it at them because they have all these other complaints that they want to vocalize, and they use left-wing attack vectors against us.

00:30:59.000 That's what's really going on here.

00:31:00.000 I don't want to belabor this too much, but it looks as if right now a Tom Emmer wins the GOP House Speaker nomination.

00:31:07.000 Now, there's no guarantee that Tom Emmer will then become Speaker of the House.

00:31:13.000 Tom Emmer is far, he's far more transactional than Kevin McCarthy.

00:31:20.000 Okay.

00:31:21.000 Tom Emmer does not hold America First MAGA type perspectives.

00:31:25.000 And if Tom Emmer becomes Speaker of the House, you will have made this House of Representatives far more liberal post-Kevin McCarthy.

00:31:34.000 So hopefully we can block Tom Emmer.

00:31:37.000 But, you know, we're told that there was a plan, that there was all this strategy.

00:31:41.000 If you get Tom Emmer, this motion to vacate will have been a serious and significant mistake.

00:31:47.000 If you would have gotten Jim Jordan, it would have been an upgrade.

00:31:49.000 But Jim Jordan is obviously stepped aside.

00:31:52.000 Tom Emmer was working with Soros-aligned organizations to get rid of the Electoral College.

00:31:57.000 He is at best socially moderate, at worst, socially liberal.

00:32:03.000 He's a typical transactional uniparty type DC politician.

00:32:08.000 So we'll see.

00:32:08.000 We'll see who ends up voting for Tom Emmer, what deals are cut.

00:32:13.000 Matt Gates, who I have a lot of respect for, is backing Tom Emmer.

00:32:17.000 Why, I don't know.

00:32:19.000 I'm waiting for an answer on that.

00:32:22.000 Unlike Scalise, Jordan, and McCarthy, Emmer voted to certify the 2020 presidential election results.

00:32:28.000 Emmer currently sits on the House Financial Services Committee and the House Republican Steering Committee and has been a supporter of crypto.

00:32:35.000 Okay, that doesn't bother me.

00:32:37.000 What is Emmer's relationship with Trump?

00:32:40.000 Well, Trump, the former President Trump, the frontrunner in 2024 election, continues to exert significant influence, and yet Trump has reportedly told allies he opposes Emmer's bid for Speaker.

00:32:51.000 He voted to support gay marriage.

00:32:53.000 Tom Emmer.

00:32:54.000 Could you imagine if he becomes Speaker of the House, you have a pro-gay marriage Speaker of the House?

00:33:00.000 Now, by the way, I know some of you probably might be more libertarian on the issue.

00:33:03.000 This is more than libertarian.

00:33:05.000 This is not indifference.

00:33:06.000 This is actually trying to codify saying that marriage is not between one man and one woman, which is not a principle within the Republican Party.

00:33:14.000 It's actually at odds with the Republican policy committee that happens every four years at the convention.

00:33:21.000 Tom Emmer close with all of the establishment kind of moderate wing, and we'll see.

00:33:27.000 Sure hope he doesn't become Speaker.

00:33:29.000 I sure hope that gets derailed.

00:33:32.000 And according to Steve Bannon and many others, he's a never Trumper.

00:33:36.000 And he's also just taken money from every single possible swamp creature.

00:33:41.000 So I sure hope that Tom Emmer's bid for Speaker gets derailed and denied.

00:33:49.000 We shall see.
