00:01:39.000 Email us as always, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:01:42.000 Let's get to the first question here.
00:01:44.000 Charlie, I see that there is a new regime at the RNC.
00:01:47.000 I know this was a focus and an emphasis of yours.
00:01:50.000 Do you care to tell us more?
00:01:54.000 Yes, so we've been focusing on this for several months.
00:01:58.000 In fact, over a year.
00:01:59.000 You see, Rana, she declared war on Turning Point.
00:02:02.000 Rana was a failed chair, and she never even acknowledged that they could be doing things better, never hired a vast amount of field staff, never built out a grassroots army capable of winning.
00:02:14.000 And Rana was up for reelection in January of last year.
00:02:17.000 And the previous December, Rana attacks Turning Point.
00:02:23.000 She was on the Brian Kilmead show, and she says, Oh, you know, Turning Point, they can't win anything in Arizona.
00:02:29.000 Like, wait a second, what is going on here?
00:02:31.000 Out of nowhere.
00:02:32.000 And we said, Okay, if she's really going to declare war on us, then we're going to respond.
00:02:37.000 And we started to realize that the grassroots were very upset.
00:02:45.000 The grassroots, you, the precinct committeemen, the people that are registering voters and chasing ballots, the people that are making elections happen, you wanted a new vision of the RNC.
00:03:00.000 And so we went to Dana Point, California last year.
00:03:03.000 As many of you know, we reported live from there to try to get a new RNC chair.
00:03:06.000 We did our best, and we fell short.
00:03:09.000 Harmeet Dillon would have been a great chair.
00:03:11.000 And we warned, we said, hey, if you do not have Rana removed, you're not going to be able to raise a lot of capital.
00:03:19.000 You're going to have a funding problem.
00:03:22.000 And they said, oh, no, you know, we have all these donors.
00:03:24.000 And it turns out the RNC this last year had the worst year inflation adjusted for raising money in 30 years.
00:03:31.000 The RNC was unable to hire the necessary staff in these states.
00:03:36.000 We're outnumbered 5,000, 6, 7,000 to 1 as far as staffing goes.
00:03:41.000 So we at Turning Point Action have stepped up.
00:03:43.000 We've raised some of the money.
00:03:44.000 We're hiring the ballot chasers, hiring the precinct organizers. 0.56
00:03:48.000 The largest GO TV effort in the history of Republican politics, early GO TV effort.
00:03:54.000 We're going to have hundreds of full-time people in Arizona and Wisconsin targeting the precincts, targeting the counties that we need to win, that are necessary for victory.
00:04:04.000 And you guys didn't let up.
00:04:06.000 We kept on leading you.
00:04:07.000 We talked about how the RNC continued to spend money on flowers and other niceties and luxury items.
00:04:15.000 How even when the RNC was exposed for its extravagant spending, that they doubled and tripled down.
00:04:24.000 It was a failed regime, the entire cabal there.
00:04:26.000 I hope they never get hired in any sort of decent job in politics.
00:04:30.000 They had contempt for the grassroots.
00:04:32.000 And then Rana turned up the temperature.
00:04:34.000 Rana, instead of spending time to defeat Joe Biden, Rana did her best to try to come after this show and this program.
00:04:43.000 She went after us personally.
00:04:45.000 She planted stories in adversarial media against us.
00:04:49.000 The RNC was more focused on trying to attack, smear, and slander Turning Point USA, Turning Point Action Charlie Kirk and Tyler Boyer than they were about building a political party for victory.
00:05:02.000 And we kept on saying, just resign, step aside.
00:05:05.000 Oh, she's never going to resign.
00:05:07.000 Never going to resign.
00:05:08.000 So then we said, well, let's create an alternative RNC meeting in Vegas. 0.92
00:05:13.000 Many of you know that, the Restoring National Confidence Summit.
00:05:17.000 Wasn't personal.
00:05:19.000 Late January in Vegas, we held our own RNC meeting.
00:05:22.000 Bannon was there.
00:05:24.000 It was an excellent gathering.
00:05:26.000 In fact, the clip from that meeting is just amazing.
00:05:30.000 State party chair, national committeeman, grassroots warrior after grassroots warrior.
00:05:34.000 Thank you, turning point.
00:05:35.000 Thank you, turning point.
00:05:36.000 Thank you, Turning Point USA.
00:05:37.000 Thank you, Turning Point Action.
00:05:38.000 Thank you, Turning Point Action.
00:05:38.000 Thank you, Turning of Action.
00:05:40.000 We're getting data.
00:05:41.000 We're getting training.
00:05:42.000 We're getting technology.
00:05:42.000 We're getting marching orders.
00:05:44.000 That's exactly why we were doing what we were doing.
00:05:48.000 And now, after a fair amount of effort, yeah, let's get that clip loaded.
00:05:54.000 Fair amount of grit, you are successful.
00:05:59.000 I don't take any credit for this.
00:06:00.000 Of course, it's Donald Trump who deserves the ultimate credit.
00:06:03.000 He's the one that forced this.
00:06:04.000 So thank you, President Trump, for acting swiftly, getting rid of Rana, putting in Laura Trump, putting in Chris LaSavita, putting in Michael Watley.
00:06:13.000 And I just want to enjoy this clip because this is a victory for you, a victory for the grassroots.
00:06:20.000 Play cut 125.
00:06:21.000 Move to a vote.
00:06:23.000 The question is on the election of Laura Trump as co-chairman of the Republican National Committee.
00:06:29.000 All those in favor, signify by saying aye.
00:06:32.000 Aye.
00:06:34.000 All those opposed, please say no.
00:06:37.000 The ayes have it. 0.95
00:06:38.000 And Laura Trump is elected as co-chairman of the Republican National Committee.
00:06:48.000 Officially elected as co-chair of the Republican National Committee.
00:06:53.000 So Rana gave a quote-unquote farewell address.
00:06:57.000 I don't want to spend too much time on that, but it's worth playing part of it.
00:07:03.000 Rana said, I'm stepping aside today because I've long promised to put the nominee and their plans for the RNC first.
00:07:08.000 President Trump deserves to have the team he wants in place at the RNC.
00:07:12.000 When I made the decision to step aside, there was no one else I supported to be the next chair more than Michael Watley.
00:07:18.000 Michael and I have had a very close relationship as he ran North Carolina.
00:07:21.000 He'll be phenomenal.
00:07:23.000 And I know an issue president cares deeply about, which is election integrity.
00:07:27.000 Did she mention that she's probably the worst RNC chair that we've had since Michael Steele leaving the organization with very little capital, very little money?
00:07:36.000 It's funny.
00:07:37.000 You know, she says, well, we had a very, very good February.
00:07:40.000 I wonder why, Rana.
00:07:42.000 Donors started to give once you said, I'm going to step down.
00:07:46.000 Let's play Cut 126.
00:07:48.000 The money's already starting to flow in.
00:07:49.000 Cut 126.
00:07:51.000 We have to raise a lot of money.
00:07:54.000 And I have great news.
00:07:55.000 I brought this up here today because I wanted everyone to know that already I have a check for the Republican National Committee for $100,000 that has been donated as of today.
00:08:06.000 As of these nominations going through.
00:08:08.000 Yeah, we're starting today, folks.
00:08:12.000 And the small dollar donors are coming in.
00:08:14.000 We're getting emails, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:08:16.000 It's pouring in.
00:08:17.000 Charlie, I'm giving $10 now.
00:08:19.000 I'm giving $15.
00:08:20.000 I'm giving $20.
00:08:21.000 Lara Trump is a superstar.
00:08:23.000 She's a great person.
00:08:24.000 She's just going to do a terrific job.
00:08:27.000 This is 129 that shows how turning point action forced the issue.
00:08:32.000 Turning point action forced the conversation.
00:08:35.000 And we stuck our neck out there.
00:08:36.000 A lot of people talked a good game about the RNC, but they were deathly afraid.
00:08:40.000 Because look, the RNC, they play for keeps. 0.99
00:08:42.000 The RNC, they're a mafia. 0.70
00:08:44.000 They're a cartel. 0.98
00:08:45.000 We took the slings and the arrows.
00:08:47.000 We held the line.
00:08:48.000 We punched back when appropriate.
00:08:51.000 And now the losers are out of the way.
00:08:52.000 It's one of the things I'm very thankful we participated in.
00:08:56.000 They attacked my character.
00:08:58.000 They tried to say that we were doing this for profit. 0.99
00:08:59.000 I needed this like a hole in the head.
00:09:01.000 Rana was far more concerned about destroying my career personally, destroying this show, because that's what, again, they work like the five-family mob.
00:09:07.000 That's all they know.
00:09:08.000 They don't care about winning elections.
00:09:09.000 They care about their own power.
00:09:12.000 This clip shows how turning point action forced the issue.
00:09:16.000 Play cut 129.
00:09:18.000 Thank you to Turning Point.
00:09:19.000 I've learned more in one day than I have in two years.
00:09:22.000 Okay, what are two or three things you learned that you?
00:09:26.000 Oh my God.
00:09:27.000 So they have the Turning Point Data People have dug down to precinct level six precincts of mine that had target voters that were likely voters in 2016, 2020 that did not vote.
00:09:39.000 And they're Republicans.
00:09:40.000 Down to 25,000 voters.
00:09:42.000 I can hit those six precincts now with my walk list.
00:09:45.000 I've never gotten that dug down from the RPOF or the RNC.
00:09:48.000 Turning point has done it.
00:09:50.000 I'm taking it home to my people, my precinct captains, and going out and doing this now.
00:09:54.000 25,000 votes.
00:09:55.000 That's amazing.
00:09:56.000 It's huge, huge.
00:09:57.000 So thank you.
00:09:58.000 Thank you.
00:09:58.000 Thank you to Charlie Kirk.
00:10:00.000 Thank you, Steve, for everything you do.
00:10:02.000 We have several more like that.
00:10:03.000 It's a beautiful clip.
00:10:05.000 We are in a much better position to win in November.
00:10:09.000 And just so we're clear, coming into this new year, I was very negative on the RNC.
00:10:16.000 I said, ah, it's going to be Rana going in.
00:10:18.000 I had no idea that this was actually going to happen, but we didn't give up.
00:10:22.000 And President Trump deserves the credit.
00:10:24.000 Excellent personnel choice.
00:10:26.000 He deserves great praise for acting swiftly.
00:10:30.000 Folks, so many people I know are disheartened that our country seems to have forgotten the importance of citizenship and they wonder how a strong sense of citizenship might be revived.
00:10:40.000 That's why my friends at Hillsdale College have produced a free online course on this topic, American Citizenship and Its Decline.
00:10:47.000 Taught by historian Victor Davis Hansen, the course traces the history of citizenship and explains how it is undermined in America today by open borders, by identity politics, by the administrative state, and by globalization.
00:11:00.000 Americans are taking the course. 0.76
00:11:02.000 Americans taking the course will gain a deeper insight about the connection between citizenship and freedom, an insight they can share with their family members, friends, and neighbors.
00:11:12.000 Hillsdale's free online courses are an important component of Hillsdale's mission to reach and teach increasing millions of people on behalf of liberty and the American way of life.

00:11:37.000 Understand the checklist of things the RNC needs to do.
00:11:41.000 They are behind schedule, but a new regime will have a mandate to help get these things done.
00:11:47.000 And look, we need to get out the vote in ballot chasing.
00:11:50.000 Where legal, we need to harvest.
00:11:53.000 This is the modern electoral equivalent of the arms race.
00:11:57.000 And we're getting smashed right now, probably outspent 10 to 1.
00:12:00.000 After I saw Joe Biden's State of the Union address, and Joe Biden is likely going to be the nominee unless he drops dead or something goofy happens.
00:12:09.000 We need to get to work.
00:12:10.000 This is why polls don't materialize on election day and month.
00:12:13.000 If we're up three, we lose.
00:12:15.000 If we're up four, we lose.
00:12:17.000 Unless we chase ballots, unless we organize our precincts.
00:12:21.000 It's not enough just to say, hey, we have to throw everybody on election day and hope everything works out.
00:12:26.000 By the way, we have to secure our elections.
00:12:29.000 Where are the lawsuits?
00:12:30.000 The RNC right now with this new regime, Lara Trump should take that $100,000 check, and we need to go retain some pit bull lawyers, and we need to go sue right now. 1.00
00:12:43.000 Sue against the relaxing of signature verification.
00:12:46.000 We need to sue for ballot custody.
00:12:48.000 We need to sue against these massive drop boxes, some of which are finally improving.
00:12:53.000 The issue set is in our favor.
00:12:55.000 What is remarkable about what the Democrats are trying to do is they have an unpopular political agenda that they're successfully able to force on the American people because they're better at politics than we are.
00:13:08.000 Politics is now a game.
00:13:10.000 It's a game of who can get the most pieces of paper into the ballot box in a 30-day window.
00:13:19.000 And they have no reservations to cut corners.
00:13:21.000 They have no reservations to deploy thousands and thousands of ballot chasers into the streets.
00:13:27.000 In fact, they're proud of it.
00:13:29.000 And so at turning point action, we're going to have hundreds of full-time people in Arizona alone.
00:13:33.000 Right now, the RNC has won, and the Trump campaign has won.
00:13:37.000 We hope that changes.
00:13:38.000 The Trump campaign has taken over the RNC.
00:13:40.000 We need to have at least 1,500 full-time people in Arizona alone if we're serious about winning it.
00:13:46.000 The game has totally changed.
00:13:47.000 Used to be that you used to be able to have like a field director, a couple volunteers.
00:13:50.000 No, no, no, no.
00:13:51.000 Because of mass mail and voting, you need bodies.
00:13:54.000 You need to flood the zone.
00:13:57.000 You need full occupation of the target states.
00:14:02.000 Joe Biden knows this.
00:14:04.000 I was just recently in a meeting, and this will shock many of you.
00:14:07.000 It might not shock you.
00:14:08.000 And they said, Charlie, who do you think has the advantage?
00:14:11.000 I said, of course, Joe Biden has the advantage.
00:14:13.000 And they said, what do you mean? 0.68
00:14:14.000 He's feeble. 0.55
00:14:15.000 He's weak. 0.98
00:14:16.000 I said, okay, yeah, fine, sure, of course he is.
00:14:19.000 I said, but he's an incumbent president with the entire oligarchy backing him, with superior election machinery.
00:14:27.000 And the RNC is a complete joke that's now turning into something real, thankfully.
00:14:34.000 And I said, what makes you think elections are about issues anymore?
00:14:40.000 It might be on the margins.
00:14:42.000 It might be for certain swing voters.
00:14:44.000 And that's why they run so much TV advertisement.
00:14:46.000 Elections are about the plumbing.
00:14:50.000 It's about getting into the weeds.
00:14:52.000 It's about the boring stuff that Republicans largely don't focus on. 1.00
00:14:58.000 It used to be, hey, it's the economy stupid. 1.00
00:15:01.000 Now it's, hey, it's the clipboards stupid. 1.00
00:15:05.000 Or it's the community organizers stupid. 1.00
00:15:07.000 We don't give our people clipboards. 0.99
00:15:09.000 There's a mobile application that they're able to use, but you get the point.
00:15:12.000 It's the community organizers.
00:15:15.000 And we are still living in this antiquated 2016 model where we think that we have Election Day.
00:15:21.000 You want a fun fact?
00:15:23.000 In the target states that matter, a majority of the voters will vote before Election Day.
00:15:31.000 A majority in the states that matter.
00:15:34.000 So people say, oh, you know, we have 271 days till Election Day.
00:15:37.000 I say we have 271 days till the ballots start to get announced and counted.
00:15:41.000 We have 30 days ahead of that.
00:15:45.000 And the Democrats, they're already profiling their swing independent voters.
00:15:49.000 They're already doing that.
00:15:51.000 Plus, Joe Biden is going to outspend us five or six to one.
00:15:53.000 Joe Biden will raise billions of dollars.
00:15:56.000 Joe Biden is a spokesperson for the corporate oligarchy, for the billionaire class.
00:16:02.000 He'll have as much money as he wants.
00:16:04.000 They love what is happening to this country.
00:16:07.000 Enthusiastic about no borders, cheap money, stock market highs.
00:16:13.000 So we are the underdog, and we are currently not acting like the underdog.
00:16:18.000 Way too much pride, way too much cockiness.
00:16:21.000 If I have to hear another person ask me, Charlie, can I be on the presidential transition team?
00:16:26.000 I say, why don't we win before you worry about what role you're going to serve in the government?
00:16:34.000 None of that matters if you don't win.
00:16:36.000 And currently, we're the underdog.
00:16:39.000 They are the favorite.
00:16:42.000 The world is in flames, and bidenomics is a complete and total disaster.
00:16:47.000 But it can't and won't ruin my day.
00:16:49.000 Why?
00:16:49.000 Because I start my day with a hot America first cup of blackout coffee.
00:16:53.000 It's 100% America and 0% Grift. 0.93
00:16:57.000 Blackout Coffee is 100% committed to conservative values, from sourcing the beans to the roasting process, customer support, and shipping.
00:17:04.000 They embody true American values and accept no compromise on taste or quality.
00:17:08.000 Look, you've got to check out right now, blackoutcoffee.com slash Charlie or use coupon code Charlie for 20% off your first order.
00:17:14.000 That is blackoutcoffee.com/slash Charlie.
00:17:16.000 Be awake, not woke.
00:17:17.000 That's blackoutcoffee.com/slash Charlie.
00:17:20.000 Check it out, promo code Charlie.
00:17:24.000 Okay, let's get to some more questions here.
00:17:25.000 This is a remarkable story.
00:17:28.000 It almost seems fake, to be honest.
00:17:31.000 Someone emails us here, Trevor from Georgia.
00:17:35.000 Charlie, did you see the story about the guy that went on Joe Rogan and then they found a decapitated body in his freezer?
00:17:42.000 I would love to have you riff on this.
00:17:44.000 Yeah, this is something else.
00:17:45.000 So essentially, there's this guy that goes on Joe Rogan's show, and his name is Sheldon Johnson.
00:17:53.000 So Sheldon Johnson has kind of become the face of a criminal justice advocate.
00:17:59.000 And so his whole idea, his whole thing is that, look, I was in prison, and now I'm no longer.
00:18:09.000 And apparently he goes on, I made a mistake, I'm reformed, and give me another chance.
00:18:14.000 So he appears on Joe Rogan's show last month, who was just arrested for murdering a man and dismembering his corpse.
00:18:22.000 But it gets even worse.
00:18:23.000 So on Rogan's podcast, the Innocence Project lawyer, Josh Dubin, calls Sheldon, quote, a miracle, and complained that he was sent to prison for 25 years over two stitches.
00:18:32.000 In reality, Sheldon was an experienced drug dealer with a prior conviction who pistol whipped somebody during an armed robbery, an attack that, contrary to the movies, can easily kill or seriously maim a person.
00:18:43.000 Johnson said that his son, quote, got into a fight with this Chinese guy who tragically died.
00:18:48.000 In reality, his son viciously attacked a random Columbia grad student, punched him in the face, and chased him to the street where a card killed him.
00:18:55.000 Despite committing murder, his son served less than two years in juvie.
00:18:58.000 A police officer testified he shows no remorse for the killing. 0.92
00:19:02.000 Johnson's father, meanwhile, raped a seven-year-old three times, blaming the fact his wife wouldn't have sex with him due to his drug habit.
00:19:10.000 A judge just gave him five years of probation.
00:19:12.000 This is the family that the Innocent Project, by the way, I was attacked for going after the Innocence Project, that the Innocence Project trotted out as proof the justice system is overly punitive and systemically racist.
00:19:23.000 So this guy was the favorite.
00:19:27.000 He got on Joe Rogan.
00:19:28.000 Joe Rogan's one of the hardest podcasts to get booked on.
00:19:31.000 The Innocence Project picked this guy specifically.
00:19:35.000 They picked, hey, this guy is a great example.
00:19:41.000 And I usually don't read the Daily Beast, but I have to read the Daily Beast headline.
00:19:46.000 Quote, Joe Rogan guest arrested after discovery of headless torso in NYC.
00:19:52.000 The Innocence Project exists purely to get criminals off the cook.
00:19:57.000 They exist to promote crime.
00:19:59.000 So I'm going to play this tape here.
00:20:00.000 He sounds reasonable.
00:20:01.000 Joe Rogan fawns over him, by the way.
00:20:03.000 He gets on the Joe Rogan program.
00:20:06.000 It turns out, for whatever reason, he has a headless torso in his apartment.
00:20:13.000 Probably should have done your research, Innocence Project.
00:20:15.000 Let's play.
00:20:16.000 I think it's 127, please.
00:20:18.000 I need my money.
00:20:19.000 I'm just me being honest.
00:20:21.000 This is being straight.
00:20:22.000 You know, I gave you something, and we had an understanding that you were going to pay me.
00:20:28.000 And when I came home, when I finally located this particular individual, he had his girlfriend with him.
00:20:35.000 And this guy owed me $5,000 for some drugs that I gave him on consignment.
00:20:40.000 I gave him an eighth of a kilo, which is 125 grams of cocaine.
00:20:48.000 And when I saw him, he had a bunch of jewelry on.
00:20:50.000 He was with his girlfriend.
00:20:51.000 She had a bunch of jewelry on.
00:20:52.000 I said, hey, man, where's my money at?
00:20:56.000 So Rogan basically fawns over him.
00:20:59.000 And it's all about reforming the criminal justice system.
00:21:03.000 In 1999, Johnson was convicted of murder, robbery, and attempted charges in New York court.
00:21:07.000 So the Innocence Project comes in and sues.
00:21:09.000 So he went on a February episode of the Joe Rogan podcast to discuss his advocacy work and how he turned his life around while incarcerated.
00:21:17.000 He claimed he'd gone to prison as a high-ranking member of the Bloods, but he's been able to untangle himself from gang ties.
00:21:23.000 Quote, I really said, I have to change my life.
00:21:26.000 I have to change my life.
00:21:27.000 I just can't do this.
00:21:28.000 I had a wife.
00:21:29.000 I had kids.
00:21:29.000 I had family.
00:21:30.000 Still, my son was growing up.
00:21:31.000 He was hearing stories of the so-called notoriety, but he just didn't want to be that dad.
00:21:36.000 Civil rights attorney Josh Dubin calls him a miracle.
00:21:42.000 Now, while a group of people were doing, I think it was on parole, were doing a wellness check on Mr. Sheldon.
00:21:53.000 The Daily Beast reports, quote, police found a headless torso and arms in his Bronx apartment while conducting a wellness check.
00:22:02.000 So he knew they were coming to do a wellness check or like a parole visit, and he doesn't clean up the arms. 1.00
00:22:10.000 Not only is this guy sick, he's stupid. 1.00
00:22:13.000 You got like a decapitated, you got a torso and you got a bunch of arms. 1.00
00:22:19.000 Mr. Johnson, we're here to do our wellness check.
00:22:22.000 And he doesn't, I don't know, like put it in the freezer or something? 0.91
00:22:26.000 Hey, but guys, our criminal justice system is punitive and racist, and if you dare disagree, you're a bad person.
00:22:33.000 The remains were identified of that of Colin Small.
00:22:36.000 Police said that Small was pronounced dead at the scene.
00:22:39.000 His relationship to Jordan was Johnson does not know, but law enforcement told sources they have a beef dating back to their time back together in Westchester's County's notorious Sing Sing prison.
00:22:50.000 Police said that neighbors in Johnson's building had heard at least two gunshots coming from inside a six-floor apartment early Tuesday, followed by a man shouting, please don't.
00:22:57.000 I have a family.
00:22:58.000 Another two gunshots followed.
00:23:00.000 Later on Tuesday morning, the neighbors informed the building superintendent who then called 911.
00:23:05.000 Police who arrived at the apartment that night were met by Johnson, who then they took into custody later.
00:23:10.000 They obtained a search warrant and discovered Small's torso and foot inside a large blue bin.
00:23:14.000 The other foot, as well as his arms and legs, decapitated head, were found inside the apartment freezer.
00:23:18.000 Oh, so he did utilize the freezer.
00:23:20.000 I'm sorry.
00:23:21.000 So it wasn't about parole.
00:23:24.000 He put the head in the freezer. 0.54
00:23:26.000 I mean, how obviously psycho must this guy be?
00:23:30.000 So let's talk about this.
00:23:31.000 What is the Innocence Project?
00:23:33.000 To be perfectly clear, I just typed in the Innocence Project.
00:23:36.000 There is not a single article about this tying the Innocence Project to this.
00:23:42.000 Could you imagine if Turning Point USA had a screw-up this large, that if we sent somebody on Joe Rogan's podcast, this is the best representative that we have.
00:23:56.000 This is our, and we find out that this person has like decapitated.
00:24:02.000 But even worse, this is their life's work.
00:24:04.000 The Innocence Project is all about making you feel sorry for hardened criminals.
00:24:09.000 I typed in the Innocence Project, and it's all about Scott Peterson, which I'm sure Blake has strong opinions about the Scott Peterson case.
00:24:17.000 I don't have strong opinions.
00:24:18.000 I don't know that much about it.
00:24:20.000 So the Innocence Project, quote, exists as a 501 nonprofit legal organization that's committed to exonerating individuals who have been wrongly convicted to the use of DNA testing and working to reform the criminal justice system to prevent future injustice.
00:24:36.000 You go to their website, Kim Kardashians endorse them.
00:24:40.000 You know what?
00:24:41.000 I should look up on their, if they still have Sheldon Johnson on their website or did they scrub it?
00:24:45.000 Sheldon Johnson.
00:24:48.000 I think they might have scrubbed it.
00:24:53.000 Got to get rid of that one.
00:24:56.000 Let me see if they have this one here.
00:24:59.000 Yes, it's just amazing.
00:25:00.000 Sheldon Johnson has disappeared from the Innocence Project's website.
00:25:05.000 I thought, but Innocence Project thought this is your job.
00:25:08.000 Come on, he's a miracle.
00:25:09.000 Aren't you guys going to defend him, Innocence Project?
00:25:14.000 Amazingly, Sheldon Johnson is nowhere to be found on the website anymore.
00:25:18.000 It's just poof, gone.
00:25:22.000 That's weird.
00:25:24.000 They have a massive staff of people.
00:25:28.000 And just, I mean, I'm looking at their entire staff here.
00:25:32.000 Imagine your life's work being, I want to make it easier for criminals to get out of jail.
00:25:41.000 And they pose it as the wrongly accused, and I'm sure they do some good work every so often there.
00:25:46.000 But if this is not a glaring example of how the choice nonprofits of the American ruling class are doing a disservice to the country, so think about it.
00:25:57.000 Joe Rogan wants to have some person talk about how screwed up the criminal justice system is.
00:26:00.000 Joe Rogan has a soft spot for drug use and oversentencing.
00:26:04.000 Fine.
00:26:06.000 So Joe Rogan probably gets pitched by a lot of people and they say, hey, let's bring this guy on.
00:26:09.000 He's got an amazing story.
00:26:12.000 I think the world of Joe Rogan, I want Joe Rogan to do like a comedy bit on this.
00:26:16.000 Could you imagine Joe Rogan doing a stand-up routine?
00:26:20.000 Joe Rogan saying, so I had this guy come on the show.
00:26:24.000 He's talking about how reformed he is.
00:26:27.000 And next time, he has an effing torso in his apartment two weeks later.
00:26:33.000 He would do a much better job.
00:26:35.000 But it's like built for Rogan stand-up comedy.
00:26:38.000 If Rogan doesn't lean in on this, it'd be like one of the great missed opportunities. 0.91
00:26:46.000 I mean, Rogan gets a lot of crap for being conservative lately.
00:26:49.000 So he's trying to balance out his programming. 0.98
00:26:51.000 So he has Riley Gaines, Christopher Rufo, and Charlie Manson, black Charlie Manson. 0.98
00:27:00.000 You got to have like, you got to have all the different groups represented, I guess.
00:27:05.000 It would be a huge missed opportunity if Joe Rogan didn't lean into this.
00:27:10.000 He shouldn't avoid it.
00:27:11.000 He should just make fun of it.
00:27:15.000 Have one of his fellow comedians come on.
00:27:17.000 They could smoke a couple joints.
00:27:19.000 I hope Joe doesn't dodge this.
00:27:22.000 Joe would just make, he'd make a Mona Lisa out of this whole thing.
00:27:27.000 And I don't fault Joe at all.
00:27:29.000 I mean, you don't know who comes on, booking guests, innocent pro.
00:27:33.000 I don't, what I'm saying is that Joe could make a great light about this, being like, yeah, I really thought this guy had his life back together and he was transformed and he was changed.
00:27:42.000 He's cutting people's limbs off and putting heads in a freezer.
00:27:48.000 That's the Innocence Project, what they call a miracle. 0.94
00:27:52.000 Turns out 25 years wasn't enough.
00:27:56.000 Hey, everybody, Charlie Kirk.
00:27:57.000 You might be wondering why someone my age is talking to you about an organization that's been associated with older generation.
00:28:02.000 And no, I don't mean the radical AARP.
00:28:04.000 It's because preserving the foundation of our nation and promoting conservative values isn't just for seniors, it's for all Americans regardless of age.
00:28:11.000 That's why I want to talk to you about the other organization, AMAC.
00:28:14.000 Yes, they champion issues that are critical to the senior community, but their mission and impacts go way beyond that, offering incredible benefits and opportunities for conservatives of every age.
00:28:23.000 Joining AMAC means you aren't only supporting advocacy for older Americans, you're also becoming part of a larger movement to protect our freedoms and ensure our nation endures for generations to come.
00:28:33.000 Plus, here's the fun part: you'll enjoy member-only benefits and discounts on things like travel, food, theme parks, movie tickets, special car insurance rates, and more.
00:28:41.000 The bottom line is that our fight for conservative values need fresh energy and wisdom and experience.

00:29:04.000 Do not wait.
00:29:04.000 Join AMAC now at AMAC.us slash Kirk.
00:29:09.000 I want to get to two more questions here.
00:29:11.000 Nathan says, Charlie, my thoughts of why do you think men and women are going different politically?
00:29:16.000 My thought is that women are more emotional, men are more rational and reasonable. 0.86
00:29:20.000 This goes across all races, white, black, or anything.
00:29:23.000 It's because it's just my thoughts keep it up.
00:29:25.000 I mean, look, of course, when I go to these campuses, there are so many young women that support Turning Point USA and support our movement.
00:29:32.000 But generally, generally, the young ladies do not resonate with my rational arguments. 1.00
00:29:38.000 They always say, but that doesn't seem nice.
00:29:41.000 I want to love all people.
00:29:43.000 And you might talk about the cost or the consequence, and a lot of times they say, but that feels mean.
00:29:49.000 Women generally want to fit in, they enforce rules and norms, and that could be very good for a society. 1.00
00:29:55.000 It can also be very bad if the rules they're told to enforce are bad. 0.91
00:30:02.000 Men, on the other hand, are far more disagreeable.
00:30:07.000 Women are more stable, which is a good thing. 1.00
00:30:11.000 Men, on the other hand, they want a different type of politics.
00:30:17.000 And you're seeing that collide.
00:30:18.000 The conservative agenda of order, tradition, direction is speaking to a lost generation of men that have been drowning in the sea of secular liberalism.
00:30:31.000 And we see that on campus.
00:30:32.000 I mean, by far, the group that is the most excited to become in the right-wing revolution direction, it is young men.
00:30:43.000 And so this was really funny.
00:30:44.000 And then I want to get to this question about Elijah.
00:30:47.000 So the Democrats have made a big mistake.
00:30:50.000 This guy comes up.
00:30:50.000 They want me to sign stuff at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.
00:30:53.000 This guy comes up.
00:30:53.000 He says, hey, can you sign my Zin?
00:30:56.000 I was like, yeah, sure.
00:30:57.000 So I sign it.
00:30:57.000 All of a sudden, I am not, I think we have it on camera.
00:31:00.000 I am not exaggerating.
00:31:01.000 10 young men come up wanting me to sign their Zin things.
00:31:05.000 Zin, what do you call it? 0.90
00:31:06.000 Pack pouches?
00:31:08.000 Zin, whatever, containers.
00:31:11.000 And I start signing.
00:31:12.000 Again, I have no moral opinion on Zin.
00:31:16.000 Apparently, it's a nicotine pouch.
00:31:17.000 Some people say it's good for you.
00:31:18.000 Some see it's bad for you.
00:31:20.000 Some people say it does wonders.
00:31:22.000 I don't, that's not my fight, okay?
00:31:24.000 I don't think it should be banned at all.
00:31:26.000 And I said to these young men, I said, and will never ban Zin.
00:31:32.000 And they screamed with enthusiasm, like how women scream when they say we're never going to ban abortion. 0.63
00:31:38.000 I am not exaggerating.
00:31:41.000 Is Zin the white man abortion issue?
00:31:45.000 I don't know.
00:31:46.000 I'm just asking the question.
00:31:48.000 I didn't talk about banning Zin.
00:31:50.000 Chuck Hugh Schumer did.
00:31:52.000 Chuck Hugh Schumer came out and he said, we're going to ban Zin.
00:31:55.000 Exactly.
00:31:55.000 Those little things.
00:31:56.000 I signed 10 of those things yesterday.
00:31:59.000 Again, I have a very indifferent, I'm not going to promote it.
00:32:03.000 I'm not going to ban it.
00:32:05.000 But the Democrats, I'll tell you, they are sitting on a thermonuclear weapon here.
00:32:10.000 Is Zin the white man's abortion issue?
00:32:14.000 If you want to win, don't ban Zin.
00:32:17.000 Okay, so someone has a question here.
00:32:19.000 Carlos, Charlie, what Bible story have you really been focusing on?
00:32:23.000 I love the Bible.
00:32:24.000 I'm trying to read it.
00:32:25.000 I also love your wife's Bible ministry.
00:32:27.000 Thank you.
00:32:27.000 You guys should check out Biblein365.com.
00:32:29.000 You should check it out, Biblein365.com.
00:32:32.000 The story of Elijah.
00:32:34.000 The story of Elijah is a beautiful story.
00:32:35.000 It occurs in 1 Kings.
00:32:37.000 Elijah is, without a doubt, one of the most important figures of the Bible.
00:32:41.000 So important, though, he's unusual that, like Jesus, he did not write about his own life.
00:32:47.000 And that's what makes his life a little bit different.
00:32:50.000 Moses wrote about his life.
00:32:52.000 It's not the only one.
00:32:53.000 I suppose Abraham didn't, nor did Isaac or Jacob.
00:32:55.000 However, Elijah did a couple things.
00:32:57.000 Number one, he was very political, challenged King Ahab.
00:33:01.000 Who is God?
00:33:02.000 Let's have a throwdown.
00:33:03.000 Elijah was also very demoralized, went almost into the desert, basically said, I'm giving up.
00:33:08.000 I'm totally demoralized.
00:33:10.000 God rescued him from that.
00:33:11.000 And he trusted in God.
