00:01:39.000 It's kind of a fun thing exclusively for our members.

00:01:43.000 Okay, let's begin.

00:01:44.000 Matt, Matt, what is on your mind?

00:01:46.000 Thank you for being a member.

00:01:47.000 Happy Friday.

00:01:48.000 Hey, Charlie.

00:01:49.000 Thanks for having me.

00:01:50.000 I live in the state of North Carolina.

00:01:52.000 I was born in Arizona, but I live here now.

00:01:55.000 And my state is suing Trump for the birthright citizenship executive order.

00:02:01.000 Is there anything we can do to express our frustration with that lawsuit to our state?

00:02:08.000 So you said you live in North Carolina or you said you live in California?

00:02:12.000 Yes, I live in North Carolina.

00:02:14.000 North Carolina is suing Trump?

00:02:17.000 Do you have a Democrat attorney general?

00:02:19.000 I'm not sure if he's a Democrat.

00:02:20.000 I know we have a Democrat governor.

00:02:22.000 Mark Robinson lost here.

00:02:24.000 But I'm not sure about the attorney general.

00:02:26.000 No, I'm aware of that.

00:02:27.000 They are suing, for sure.

00:02:29.000 I looked it up just to make sure when I saw the news that states were suing and that mine was included.

00:02:35.000 Wow.

00:02:35.000 He's a Democrat?

00:02:36.000 Jeff Jackson is a Democrat suing?

00:02:38.000 Look, North Carolina is a presidentially red state.

00:02:41.000 I would raise hell about this.

00:02:43.000 I mean, I would organize locally.

00:02:45.000 Do peaceful, peaceful protests outside of the Attorney's General Office?

00:02:49.000 I would not put up with this.

00:02:51.000 I mean, this is a serious violation of the mandate that the people of North Carolina delivered.

00:02:58.000 And so let me ask you, Matt, is illegal immigration a significant issue in the state of North Carolina?

00:03:04.000 It's not a trick question.

00:03:05.000 I actually don't know.

00:03:07.000 Can you inform our audience as to the dynamics of illegal immigration in North Carolina?

00:03:13.000 Yeah, I would say that it is a problem here.

00:03:16.000 I was born in Arizona.

00:03:17.000 I just moved here at the end of 2023. But I would say yes, because of the CBP1 app where people were getting flights.

00:03:27.000 You know, some of them did come here.

00:03:30.000 Remarkable.

00:03:31.000 You have to have a bottom-up type resistance to this.

00:03:34.000 Thankfully, President Trump is in the legal right about this.

00:03:38.000 Every federal law allows for the detention.

00:03:41.000 And the deportation of foreigners and illegals.

00:03:44.000 So we are on the right side of this.

00:03:45.000 Thank you so much for being a member, my friend.

00:03:47.000 Love North Carolina.

00:03:48.000 I'll let you know when I'm there next.

00:03:49.000 Thank you.

00:03:50.000 Oh, thanks.

00:03:51.000 Anthony is next.

00:03:52.000 Anthony, what is on your mind?

00:03:54.000 And thank you for being a member.

00:03:55.000 Members.CharlieKirk.com.

00:03:57.000 So my question is this.

00:03:59.000 The nomination process is taking longer than it should.

00:04:03.000 Why is that?

00:04:06.000 Because we still have to do ambassadors and everything, and we're not even through the cabinet members.

00:04:10.000 Anthony is the greatest.

00:04:12.000 I think this is Anthony from New York, right?

00:04:14.000 Correct.

00:04:15.000 Yes.

00:04:16.000 He's been a member since like day one.

00:04:18.000 He's been like a day one member.

00:04:19.000 Anthony's great.

00:04:20.000 Lover of sports too.

00:04:22.000 Anthony, so believe it or not, this confirmation process is actually much faster than it was in 2017. And so the reason is the Senate is this ossified, just...

00:04:34.000 Very frustrating, bureaucratic nightmare institution where a single senator can basically invoke a 30-hour filibuster.

00:04:45.000 So as we are recording this program, a lot of people are going to come back and re-listen to this.

00:04:50.000 But as we are recording this program, at 8.30 p.m.

00:04:54.000 Eastern, on Friday, January 24th, the Pete Hegseth filibuster expires.

00:05:01.000 So when Senator John Foon, who, by the way, has been really good on this, I've got to be honest, I've been trying to poke holes in him, but he's been very good on the personnel.

00:05:09.000 I've even asked some of the more anti-Senate leadership people to say, nope, he's doing what he should be doing.

00:05:13.000 And the Senate leadership is doing everything they can to push this through.

00:05:21.000 So when John Foon says, we're going to work through the weekend, that's like, whoa, senators don't work weekends?

00:05:27.000 Are you kidding me?

00:05:28.000 They're high royalty.

00:05:30.000 They would never, ever, working nights and weekends, but they say, no, Trump needs his cabinet so badly, we have to get this done.

00:05:35.000 Now, Marco Rubio was an exception because he passed on a voice vote.

00:05:39.000 The reason being is that senators almost always will vote for fellow senators if they're up for something.

00:05:44.000 It is a longstanding procedural tradition, and so that doesn't surprise me.

00:05:50.000 Pete Hegseth is going to be a battle.

00:05:52.000 Pete Hegseth is going to be a fight.

00:05:53.000 In fact, I am making a prediction.

00:05:56.000 That J.D. Vance is going to have to break the tie for Pete Hegseth.

00:05:59.000 And that's fine.

00:06:00.000 That will be the first time that a tie had to be broken for a cabinet nominee.

00:06:04.000 If my memory serves me correctly, Betsy DeVos actually came down to a 50-50 tie, and Mike Pence had to break the tie. 0.99

00:06:11.000 And if I'm also remembering, there was one other.

00:06:14.000 There was a procedural one.

00:06:15.000 It was Office of Management Budget or something else.

00:06:18.000 It was Russ Vogt back in 20—yeah.

00:06:20.000 My memory's good.

00:06:21.000 So that is the two tie-breaking.

00:06:23.000 Nothing wrong with that.

00:06:24.000 We'll get that done.

00:06:25.000 McConnell may be a yes.

00:06:26.000 We shall see.

00:06:28.000 So believe it or not, I am one to hold the Senate's feet to the fire.

00:06:32.000 But I gotta call shots accurately.

00:06:34.000 That's why you guys listen to us.

00:06:36.000 John Thune is actually doing everything he possibly can.

00:06:40.000 And I am not one to carry water for John Thune.

00:06:42.000 But I've double and triple-checked the work.

00:06:44.000 I've talked to Mike Lee.

00:06:45.000 I've talked to Rand Paul.

00:06:46.000 I've talked to all of them.

00:06:47.000 And they say, Charlie...

00:06:48.000 John Thune has been excellent on personnel.

00:06:51.000 He's doing everything he can.

00:06:52.000 So, Anthony, thank you for being a member.

00:06:54.000 God bless.

00:06:54.000 Talk to you soon.

00:06:55.000 Talk to you soon.

00:06:56.000 Okay, who is next here?

00:06:57.000 Trey.

00:06:58.000 Trey, thank you for being a member.

00:06:59.000 What's on your mind?

00:06:59.000 Hey, Charlie.

00:07:00.000 How's it going?

00:07:01.000 Good, Trey.

00:07:02.000 What's up?

00:07:02.000 Thanks for being a member.

00:07:03.000 Yeah, for sure.

00:07:04.000 First off, I wanted to say you and Erica looked amazing on Monday and Sunday night at the inaugural.

00:07:10.000 Well, she looked amazing. 0.98

00:07:11.000 I don't know if I looked amazing.

00:07:13.000 For the record.

00:07:14.000 I looked barely passable with a face for radio.

00:07:18.000 Erica is the most beautiful person ever.

00:07:20.000 One out of two.

00:07:20.000 But thank you.

00:07:21.000 You're being very kind, Trey.

00:07:23.000 You're working the refs here.

00:07:27.000 So I wanted to ask you about everyone's favorite guy that President Biden or former President Biden pardoned, Anthony Fauci.

00:07:37.000 Yeah, what a smart point.

00:07:39.000 Yeah, keep going.

00:07:40.000 So does Biden pardoning someone like Fauci, does this, he could have been accused of supposedly crimes against humanity with COVID-19.

00:07:52.000 So does his pardoning warrant an investigation into why he was pardoned?

00:08:00.000 Is he immune from this investigation because of the pardon?

00:08:03.000 And could we see...

00:08:05.000 Another world leader, because I'm hearing rumors right now, but could we see another world leader try to work with President Trump to extradite him to their country so he may be tried on their soil?

00:08:18.000 So great questions.

00:08:20.000 Andrew has been doing a great job producing the program this week.

00:08:23.000 Andrew, next week I really want an expert on Fauci.

00:08:26.000 I want to do a whole week on the preemptive pardons.

00:08:29.000 I want to have one guest on Fauci, one guest on January 6th, because there's been so much news, we have to kind of go back and figure this out.

00:08:37.000 So, potentially, other countries could request an extradition if they charge him.

00:08:42.000 The other question is whether or not states could prosecute him.

00:08:47.000 But let's just take a step back.

00:08:49.000 Is this not the most paranoid pardon in the history of pardons?

00:08:53.000 We know that Fauci lied to Congress.

00:08:55.000 Okay, there was criminal exposure there.

00:08:57.000 I can't read that pardon.

00:08:58.000 What is on there?

00:08:59.000 Is it full and absolute for all crimes?

00:09:01.000 Is that what it says?

00:09:02.000 It was full and unconditional.

00:09:04.000 Does it even specify a crime?

00:09:06.000 That's the ultimate king's pardon, right?

00:09:08.000 I mean, by the way, for those of you that had to take eight jabs, or for those of you that were injured by the vaccine, for those of you that had kids commit suicide because of the lockdowns and the lies, how does this make you feel?

00:09:22.000 I think this is so outrageous.

00:09:24.000 Preemptive pardons have rarely been used in American history.

00:09:27.000 Gerald Ford used it with Nixon.

00:09:28.000 Jimmy Carter with draft Dodgers.

00:09:30.000 I find this element to be personally one of the great affronts to the justice system we've ever seen.

00:09:37.000 And why did he need a pardon?

00:09:38.000 I thought he was time man of the year.

00:09:39.000 I thought he was the greatest person ever.

00:09:43.000 Hey everybody, Charlie Kirk here.

00:10:45.000 So Trey is a great guy, smart member, members.charliekirk.com.

00:10:51.000 And so Trey's question was all about the preemptive pardon of Fauci.

00:10:55.000 I just want to make sure, Trey, you don't get your hopes up.

00:10:58.000 I am not...

00:10:59.000 Too hopeful that there's going to be crimes against humanity charges in other countries.

00:11:04.000 I'm not hopeful even on the state charges.

00:11:06.000 I do want to be clear, though.

00:11:08.000 Fauci deserves it. 1.00

00:11:09.000 Fauci is one of the most despicable, disgusting human beings. 0.96

00:11:14.000 Trey, what is your final thoughts on the pardon of Fauci and how Americans should think about it? 0.99

00:11:20.000 I think it was a very cowardly move by...

00:11:23.000 Biden, I think it's absolutely disgusting because it was rumored for a month that he would pardon Fauci, but we weren't seeing anything.

00:11:38.000 And then on his final day, pardons his family members, pardons Fauci, the war hawk Liz Cheney, and it was just a very cowardly move by him.

00:11:46.000 And I think, hopefully, I don't think, I hope.

00:11:51.000 Justice is served to not only the American people, but the people of the world that have been affected by COVID-19.

00:11:59.000 It is not just affected by the virus, which I think he lied about through gain-of-function research.

00:12:04.000 It's also about the lockdowns.

00:12:06.000 He was the author of The Greatest Immoral Action of Our Government.

00:12:12.000 And I think that's a really serious contention.

00:12:14.000 One of the greatest immoral interventions in...

00:12:18.000 The history of the species, the lockdowns, we are still recovering from the lockdowns five years later.

00:12:23.000 We are still not healed from that terrible, terrible situation.

00:12:28.000 Trey, call anytime.

00:12:29.000 Thanks for being a member.

00:12:30.000 Appreciate it.

00:12:30.000 Caleb is up next.

00:12:31.000 Caleb, members.charliekirk.com.

00:12:33.000 Caleb, what's on your mind?

00:12:34.000 Hi, Charlie.

00:12:35.000 I'm the Tri-Cities High School Chapter President in Washington, and I wanted to ask for your advice on a project that my chapter started doing with one of the Richland Library board members.

00:12:47.000 My chapter is trying to find a way to put more conservative and Christian books into the libraries.

00:12:51.000 And we're trying to set up a format so that other groups can put these books in libraries too.

00:12:57.000 And I just wanted to ask you on what the best way was to convince the libraries to allow these books because some of the library districts banned me in 2022 for refusing to wear a mask in a public library.

00:13:10.000 And at the time, the libraries didn't have a mask mandate.

00:13:16.000 It was already taken down.

00:13:17.000 But some people, some of the liberal people in the libraries were forcing the public, everybody in the public, to wear masks when they go to the libraries, and I refused to do that, so I got banned from all the mid-Columbia libraries for a year.

00:13:32.000 But if you could give some advice on how to convince the libraries to allow conservative and Christian books in libraries, how would I look and start doing that?

00:13:41.000 Great question.

00:13:42.000 First of all, I love the...

00:13:44.000 I love the energy and the zeal to want to do this.

00:13:48.000 I think it's terrific.

00:13:49.000 So first of all, I want to thank you for being a Turning Point USA high school chapter member.

00:13:56.000 Caleb does a great job of that.

00:13:58.000 By the way, we should have some sort of special thing for high school chapters and college chapters.

00:14:02.000 I want to be members, like a special program.

00:14:05.000 I think it's great.

00:14:07.000 So thank you, Caleb.

00:14:08.000 I don't have an easy answer for you.

00:14:11.000 I'll be honest.

00:14:11.000 I get asked this question a lot.

00:14:13.000 Charlie, how do I fight the tyranny of this or that?

00:14:16.000 Instead of me giving you specific practical advice, it's through building strong community, not giving up, not taking no for an answer, and also starting with your local school board.

00:14:28.000 And if necessary, we can get lawsuits involved saying that, well, why is this book allowed and that book is not allowed?

00:14:37.000 By the way, what you're talking about is making the left live up to their own book of rules.

00:14:42.000 No pun intended. 0.98

00:14:43.000 Why are they allowed to have books of Luciferian garbage, books of transgender nonsense, books about genderqueer, but if you want C.S. Lewis or Mere Christianity, or if you want Man's Search for Meaning, or if you want any of the great books of the Christian canon, why is that such a difficult task? 0.97

00:15:05.000 You know, a Secret Service agent came up to me the other day.

00:15:08.000 He said, Charlie, where's your reading list?

00:15:10.000 I said, just read...

00:15:12.000 The top three books by C.S. Lewis, and your life will be infinitely enriched.

00:15:16.000 I mean, that's a great place to start.

00:15:18.000 And of course, the Bible.

00:15:20.000 And understand that these school boards and these schools, they will go to such great lengths.

00:15:28.000 They will go to over-the-top lengths to try to make sure that beautiful literature filled with wisdom will not be allowed.

00:15:41.000 In the public domain.

00:15:42.000 But the ugliest, most just lack of, the most shallow and ugly pieces of literature ever will be thrown around and allowed in all of these different environments.

00:15:55.000 So don't give up, Caleb.

00:15:57.000 Caleb, thank you for being a member.

00:15:58.000 It really means a lot.

00:17:06.000 Vicki, Vicki, thank you for being a member.

00:17:09.000 Where are you from and what's on your mind?

00:17:10.000 Hi, Charlie.

00:17:11.000 I am actually from Montreal, Canada, but I'm currently in the U.S., which means I have a First Amendment right.

00:17:18.000 It's super lovely.

00:17:19.000 Can you hear me?

00:17:21.000 Yes, I can.

00:17:22.000 No, I'm laughing.

00:17:23.000 Okay.

00:17:24.000 Awesome.

00:17:25.000 So, actually, I am the young lady from the city of Montreal in Canada who asked you at the YWLS 2024 event how to find a single Christian conservative man.

00:17:37.000 And it turns out I met my fiancé that very same week.

00:17:42.000 So, thanks to God and thanks to the prayers of, you know, everybody.

00:17:46.000 Praise the Lord.

00:17:48.000 Praise the Lord indeed.

00:17:50.000 So the question I have for you is, actually, I am going through the...

00:17:55.000 Absolute nightmare that is called the US legal immigration system.

00:18:00.000 And one thing that I've learned very, very quickly is that for everybody who is applying from outside of the US, our wait times have doubled under Biden for a couple of reasons.

00:18:14.000 First of all, we have a lot of...

00:18:17.000 Paroles, a lot of asylum seekers, and all of those people who came across the Mexico-US border who got... 0.97

00:18:26.000 To the tune of 2.5 million employment authorization documents that were basically processed before fiancés and spouses of US citizens.

00:18:37.000 Starting in July 2024, the chain migration visas got priority over the fiancés and spouses of US citizens, as well as the people who arrived into the US via the Visa overstay,

00:18:56.000 tourist visa, asylum seekers, and ended up marrying a U.S. citizen, essentially got front of the line while we are still waiting.

00:19:08.000 So the question I have for you is that now that this group of mostly Canadian and Brits collected this data, to whom do we send this to to prove that the Biden administration has politically Prioritized immigration cases.

00:19:26.000 Wow.

00:19:27.000 Well, you could send it to me and we can try to do a whistleblower program.

00:19:30.000 What do you think, Andrew?

00:19:31.000 Some sort of a whistleblower program?

00:19:33.000 Wouldn't that be powerful?

00:19:34.000 I mean, it's just, it's terrible.

00:19:36.000 So let me get this straight.

00:19:37.000 You live in...

00:19:39.000 I live in Canada right now.

00:19:41.000 Canada right now?

00:19:42.000 Yes.

00:19:42.000 And you want to immigrate to the United States.

00:19:45.000 And now is your fiancé American or is your fiancé...

00:19:48.000 My fiancé is from the state of Wisconsin.

00:19:51.000 Got it.

00:19:52.000 Okay.

00:19:52.000 So, therefore, once you get married, you should actually be able to come into this country legally.

00:19:58.000 Is that correct?

00:19:59.000 Right?

00:19:59.000 Yes, sir.

00:20:00.000 You can get some sort of immigration adjudication attorney, right?

00:20:03.000 So, this is a complicated issue, but if there is that kind of fraud and stuff, you can send it to me, and we'd be happy to take a look at it and help in any way we possibly can.

00:20:12.000 So, truly.

00:20:13.000 You bet.

00:20:14.000 Thank you, sir.

00:20:15.000 Okay, who is next?

00:20:17.000 Rick.

00:20:17.000 Rick is next.

00:20:18.000 Rick, what is on your mind?

00:20:20.000 Thank you for being a member.

00:20:21.000 Good morning, Charlie.

00:20:22.000 Hey, Rick Ketherington calling here from Bend, Oregon.

00:20:25.000 Go Ducks.

00:20:26.000 And hey, just thought your thoughts on Vivek leaving Doge and running and going back to run for the governor in Ohio.

00:20:34.000 I love Vivek.

00:20:35.000 I think Vivek is amazing.

00:20:37.000 Vivek is one of the greatest people that we have on our team, and I think he's going to do great no matter what he does.

00:20:45.000 Big Vivek fan and happy to see him flourish.

00:20:49.000 And I think he's going to be a phenomenal governor of Ohio.

00:20:53.000 What do you think?

00:20:54.000 Yeah, I would agree.

00:20:55.000 I was just wondering if you thought it would take away from the Doge effort in D.C. I think that's the bigger.

00:21:01.000 And again, I actually grew up in Pennsylvania.

00:21:03.000 I'm a Nittany Lions, but I would think he'd have more impact on a national basis.

00:21:09.000 No, for sure.

00:21:10.000 Doge could obviously use him, but...

00:21:12.000 I have met with the Doge team and I've been around the Doge team.

00:21:15.000 I am blown away by the brain power.

00:21:18.000 There is no lack of IQ points in the Doge team.

00:21:21.000 I mean, they could split the atom, map the human genome, circumnavigate Saturn.

00:21:27.000 I mean, I'm telling you, these guys that Elon has brought in, it is a very eccentric group, I could tell you that.

00:21:35.000 But it is off the charts.

00:21:37.000 The brain power that Elon Musk has brought into the White House.

00:21:41.000 I started sitting down with them, and I was so blown away.

00:21:44.000 Blake would fit in perfectly with these guys.

00:21:46.000 They'd all talk about Spanish generals and Roman consulates or consuls or something.

00:21:51.000 I mean, it is just...

00:21:52.000 These are the types of people that, in their spare time, will go become first in some sort of trivia game show.

00:21:59.000 Daniel is next.

00:22:00.000 Daniel, what is on your mind?

00:22:02.000 Thank you for being a member.

00:22:02.000 Members.charliekirk.com.

00:22:04.000 Hi, Charlie.

00:22:05.000 Can you hear me?

00:22:06.000 Yes, Daniel.

00:22:06.000 What's on your mind?

00:22:07.000 Okay, so...

00:22:09.000 I want to ask about election integrity legislation because this is something that, you know, obviously here with the fraud that we saw in 2020 and in 2024, that we can codify some of these things into law.

00:22:25.000 The SAVE Act, I believe, was reintroduced in the new Congress, but I haven't heard it go anywhere.

00:22:31.000 Is there a plan for it, or what are your thoughts about that?

00:22:34.000 So, the SAVE Act, it's a great question.

00:22:37.000 Andrew, do we have a whole write-up on the SAVE Act?

00:22:39.000 I think we do, don't we?

00:22:41.000 Andrew?

00:22:42.000 I'm trying to find that.

00:22:43.000 So, look, it empowers citizens to bring civil lawsuits against election officials that fail to uphold proof of citizenship requirements for federal elections by expanding the NVRA's existing private right of action and add penalties for election officials that register non-citizens to vote in federal elections.

00:23:00.000 Is that right?

00:23:01.000 Is that the SAVE Act?

00:23:03.000 It's basically election integrity stuff.

00:23:05.000 And look, the Democrats were ridiculing Senator Mike Lee's Save Act, which would require proof of citizenship to vote in federal elections because they say they honor the system alone is enough to prevent illegal voting.

00:23:17.000 Right now, all you need to do is register to vote.

00:23:19.000 This is Blake's great write-up back from May.

00:23:21.000 Thank you.

00:23:22.000 All you need to do is register to vote.

00:23:24.000 For any federal election is to check a box and fill out a form and use a form somebody else filled out for you.

00:23:29.000 These days, even requiring ID is not enough because it's trivially easy to get an ID as a non-citizen.

00:23:35.000 The only check is that, in theory, you could be prosecuted for illegal voting, but since Democrats already insist that voter fraud never happens, it's never investigated, and it's simple as that.

00:23:43.000 Confirming that American voters are citizens is the most obvious policy in the world.

00:23:47.000 There's only one explanation for Democrats' behavior on this issue.

00:23:50.000 They know that non-citizens, including illegal immigrants, are voting in our elections. 0.92

00:23:54.000 And not only are they losing the votes of Americans, but they're collapsing so rapidly so that they can't even wait for the replacement Americans to become citizens.

00:24:03.000 So that's a little bit of a write-up.

00:24:05.000 We need to pass it.

00:24:06.000 Only citizens should be voting.

00:24:07.000 Not complicated.

00:24:09.000 And thank you for being a member.

00:24:10.000 Really appreciate it.

00:24:11.000 Let's go to the next one here.

00:24:12.000 Members.CharlieKirk.com Okay, Shane, what is on your mind?

00:24:16.000 Thanks for being a member.

00:24:17.000 Members.CharlieKirk.com Hey, Charlie.

00:24:19.000 How are you doing?

00:24:20.000 Good.

00:24:20.000 How are you?

00:24:22.000 I'm doing pretty well.

00:24:23.000 I'm calling from Wisconsin.

00:24:24.000 So I heard that the lady before, her fiancé is from Wisconsin, so I just want to say that we're happy to have her, and welcome to the United States.

00:24:35.000 My question is in regards to Second Amendment rights that were put in place by the Biden administration.

00:24:43.000 What kind of plans does Trump have regarding Second Amendment rights and gun laws that were put into place previously?

00:24:52.000 And what kind of plans does he have for the future regarding the Second Amendment?

00:24:58.000 Well, the number one thing is good judges.

00:25:00.000 And that's what he's going to do.

00:25:01.000 He's going to put excellent judges on the United States Supreme Court that will interpret the law that is consistent with the Second Amendment and put judges in place that will be able to analyze the laws and review them.

00:25:15.000 People that are pro-Second Amendment and the pro-Constitution won't be anything.

00:25:20.000 I think in the Supreme Court side, we're going to be very good.

00:25:23.000 And then also on the executive order.

00:25:25.000 On the executive order stuff, the ATF and all of the agencies going after the over-prosecution of people being owned weapons, that is going to stop under President Donald Trump.

00:25:34.000 President Donald Trump is a big believer in the Second Amendment and will continue to be so.

00:25:40.000 And remember, Trump received the NRA endorsement as he vows to protect gun rights.

00:25:44.000 And he is a major fighter for the Second Amendment.

00:25:48.000 Thank you so much, man.

00:25:49.000 Really appreciate it.

00:25:50.000 What do we have here?

00:25:51.000 Lizzie.

00:25:52.000 Hey, Charlie.

00:25:53.000 On the topic of Fauci and those involved in crimes against humanity, what is up with Project Stargate?

00:26:00.000 Do you believe Trump has sincere interest in this, or is this an example of a keep your enemies closer tactic?

00:26:06.000 It's a great, great question.

00:26:08.000 For the record, I am not a fan of the mRNA vaccine thing.

00:26:11.000 Count me out on that whole project.

00:26:12.000 I think President Trump was looking at this through one prism, one prism only, on economic development.

00:26:17.000 He saw somebody that wanted to build an economic data center.

00:26:22.000 And was not looking at the mRNA thing.

00:26:25.000 Again, count me out on the mRNA vaccine.

00:26:27.000 For the record, I even sent that in a very fun group text that if you guys would like to see the participants of that, you would get a chuckle out of that.

00:26:34.000 And a lot of people agreed in the group text.

00:26:36.000 I said, count me out on the mRNA vaccine thing.

00:26:39.000 However...

00:26:40.000 I will say other applications of using such data centers for personalized medical health records, I'm totally on board for that.

00:26:47.000 I think we could all agree in the audience that it would be good that when, again, I have a loved one in the hospital right now, and they constantly have to go around, oh, where's your paperwork?

00:26:54.000 Where's this?

00:26:55.000 Where's your file?

00:26:56.000 To be able to use better data sets to analyze and find consistencies and find patterns in people's diagnoses, totally on board.

00:27:05.000 However, count Charlie Kirk out.

00:27:09.000 on the mRNA vaccine.

00:27:10.000 Hey, everybody.

00:27:13.000 Charlie Kirk here.

00:27:14.000 The numbers don't lie.

00:28:05.000 Use discount code Charlie to get 35% off plus free shipping.

00:28:08.000 That is balanceofnature.com.

00:28:14.000 Okay, just to kind of recap that on the mRNA vaccine.

00:28:19.000 Not a fan.

00:28:20.000 Not a big believer in gene-altering technology.

00:28:24.000 If you guys are, so be it.

00:28:26.000 The president, I will defend him on this, the president saw a $100 billion investment data center, and I'm totally on board for that.

00:28:34.000 Build the jobs.

00:28:35.000 Build the factory.

00:28:37.000 Employ the people.

00:28:38.000 Expand the jobs.

00:28:39.000 Just be very aware of the president's prism on this.

00:28:43.000 He did not mention on the actual technology itself.

00:28:45.000 That was a separate speaker and a separate thing.

00:28:47.000 And I think once Bobby Kennedy is at HHS, there'll be a whole, let's just say, vetting process of separate announcements there.

00:28:54.000 But I totally support the president wanting to attract American business because, remember, that was with the SoftBank CEO who's investing hundreds of billions of dollars in the United States.

00:29:04.000 President Donald Trump is the nation's cheerleader, as he should be.

00:29:07.000 He's the salesman-in-chief, and I think it's a great thing on his second day of his presidency.

00:29:11.000 He says, we want to bring a $100 billion investment.

00:29:14.000 The U.S. is open for business.

00:29:16.000 Now, some of the details of what that data center is going to do, it's not limited to that, by the way.

00:29:20.000 There's other applications of AI that are very exciting.

00:29:22.000 We talked about putting lawyers out of business being one of them.

00:29:24.000 Email us, as always, freedom at charliekirk.com and subscribe to our podcast who we have next.

00:29:28.000 Holly, what's on your mind?

00:29:31.000 Hey, Charlie.

00:29:31.000 Appreciate what you do.

00:29:33.000 I've just been seeing a bunch of...

00:29:35.000 I haven't done my research, to be honest, but I've been seeing a bunch of things on social media about taxes and how it's going to be worse for middle class, for the middle class, and I just wanted to get your thoughts on that, if that's accurate.

00:29:49.000 That is not accurate.

00:29:50.000 In fact, President Donald Trump is authoring and pushing an even greater middle class tax cut.

00:29:55.000 Secondly, we are going to see major reforms when it comes to inflation, and inflation is the hidden tax.

00:30:03.000 So whatever you are reading is incorrect, and I would dismiss it.

00:30:07.000 That is my answer to you.

00:30:08.000 Thank you for being a member and really appreciate it.

00:30:11.000 Megan, thank you for being a member.

00:30:13.000 Where are you from and what's on your mind?

00:30:15.000 Hey, Charlie.

00:30:16.000 I am from Kansas, and I actually also have a question about the Stargate AI initiative.

00:30:24.000 I was just curious what your thoughts were about this, but you also just gave your response about the...

00:30:34.000 When I heard about the vaccines that they want to create for cancer, I got a little worried about it.

00:30:40.000 And I also wasn't sure if you thought this might be a slap in the face to people who voted for Trump who are also there for RFK. But maybe I haven't seen the full...

00:30:57.000 What this Stargate is all about.

00:31:00.000 There's probably more to it, right?

00:31:02.000 There is.

00:31:04.000 So let's just kind of recap this.

00:31:06.000 So just to say again, so President Donald Trump, this was not about a vaccine rollout for him.

00:31:13.000 It was about artificial intelligence.

00:31:15.000 And so for him, it was all about investment in the country.

00:31:18.000 So it's not President Trump.

00:31:19.000 I wouldn't put that on him.

00:31:20.000 There were other speakers there that were talking about the vaccine and very excited about that.

00:31:25.000 That's for them to defend and for them to own.

00:31:27.000 I'm totally against it.

00:31:28.000 This was an infrastructure investment.

00:31:30.000 And so understand, the president was presented, understandably, hey, SoftBank is here.

00:31:35.000 They want to do an announcement, $100 billion data center.

00:31:37.000 I would do that announcement.

00:31:38.000 Are you kidding me?

00:31:38.000 If I was president, he's like, yeah, sure, come on.

00:31:40.000 And the president did not mention the mRNA vaccine, if I'm not mistaken.

00:31:44.000 Right, Andrew?

00:31:44.000 He didn't comment on it.

00:31:45.000 It was just one of his other guests that were involved in this.

00:31:50.000 Having Bobby Kennedy in the administration is like the greatest wrinkle that we could possibly have in all this.

00:31:55.000 And understand, in the current information age, data and energy infrastructure is important.

00:31:59.000 And he's also fulfilling the promise to bring more jobs to this country, which is exactly what he talked about.

00:32:04.000 But you have a partner in me where I'm like, I'm no-go on the mRNA vaccine thing, for the record.

00:32:10.000 So you and I are in complete tandem.

00:32:12.000 And when I saw that, I was like, ooh, I don't know if I like that.

00:32:15.000 I like the jobs, but count me out on the mRNA part.

00:32:19.000 Can I ask what other jobs are included in this?

00:32:22.000 Because all I've heard about the health care stuff.

00:32:24.000 That's a great question.

00:32:25.000 No, no, no, no, no.

00:32:26.000 So that's a phenomenal question.

00:32:28.000 They're talking about building the equivalent of like a thousand football fields of data centers for construction jobs.

00:32:39.000 For infrastructure jobs, for data managers.

00:32:42.000 These are people that are just using the data, that are building the data centers.

00:32:46.000 Data engineers, electricians, batteries, admin jobs.

00:32:49.000 So these are the muscular class that will keep these data centers going, if that makes sense.

00:32:54.000 They're not involved in the healthcare, the vaccine thing at all.

00:32:56.000 They're involved in making these data centers.

00:32:58.000 Because essentially...

00:32:59.000 The argument is this, is that artificial intelligence requires significant energy and significant infrastructure.

00:33:05.000 So to build such data centers, you need to create a lot of jobs and a lot of wealth for a lot of people.
