00:02:12.000 Here's a question here, which is really important, which is Charlie.
00:02:15.000 Hi, Charlie.
00:02:16.000 I noticed that the CDC never mentions the people that are naturally vaccinated by having had COVID.
00:02:23.000 Have you seen anything about that?
00:02:25.000 Thank you, Denise.
00:02:25.000 Denise, what a great question.
00:02:26.000 And congratulations.
00:02:28.000 You win a signed copy of the MAGA doctrine.
00:02:30.000 No, nowhere in any of these leaked documents by the CDC that we have here today that we have reviewed do they mention natural immunity?
00:02:39.000 Why do you think that is?
00:02:41.000 No one makes money off of natural immunity, obviously.
00:02:45.000 That natural immunity is not profitable.
00:02:48.000 It also is not something that gives people power.
00:02:53.000 You see, if you've naturally had COVID and you got through it, you have the antibodies.
00:02:59.000 In fact, according to health.com and a couple other websites, you probably have the antibodies for the rest of your life.
00:03:06.000 In fact, those are probably even better in some cases than getting the Chinese coronavirus vaccine.
00:03:13.000 The CDC's own documents, again, this is not me sowing vaccine hesitancy, regardless of how bad the Washington Post wants to say it.
00:03:23.000 It's this.
00:03:24.000 It's the vaccine effectiveness is 75 to 85% in their own modeling.
00:03:30.000 The CDC says this.
00:03:32.000 Denise, to answer your question, if I've already had COVID-19 and recovered, do I still need to get vaccinated with a COVID-19 vaccine?
00:03:39.000 Of course they say yes.
00:03:41.000 Yes, you should get vaccinated regardless of whether you've had COVID-19.
00:03:44.000 That's because experts do not yet know how long you are protected from getting sick.
00:03:48.000 Let me just stop.
00:03:49.000 Experts, what experts?
00:03:51.000 Experts in what?
00:03:54.000 I am so exhausted and fatigued, and you should be too, with yielding control of our life to this word experts.
00:04:04.000 Even if you've already recovered from COVID-19, it is possible, although rare, that you could be infected with the virus that causes COVID-19 again.
00:04:12.000 Studies have shown that the vaccination provides a strong boost and protection in people who have recovered from COVID-19.
00:04:20.000 The CDC continues by saying, if you were treated for COVID-19 with monoclonal antibodies or convalescent plasma, you should wait at least 90 days before getting a COVID-19 vaccine.
00:04:31.000 Why?
00:04:32.000 That's interesting.
00:04:32.000 So there are some exceptions for getting a vaccine.
00:04:36.000 Talk to your doctor if you're unsure what treatments you received.
00:04:39.000 If you or your child have a history of multi-system inflammatory syndrome in adults, consider delaying the vaccination or your child has recovered from being sick.
00:04:49.000 Interesting.
00:04:49.000 So there are some exceptions according to the CDC website.
00:04:53.000 Yet they want to mandate the vaccines for everybody.
00:04:59.000 The CDC continues by saying the question, the CDC is still, just so you know, the CDC still hasn't updated their website.
00:05:08.000 And again, it could change at any moment.
00:05:10.000 Do I need to wear a mask and avoid close contact with others while I'm vaccinated?
00:05:14.000 According to the CDC, no.
00:05:16.000 Fully vaccinated people can resume activities without wearing a mask or physical distancing, except where required by federal, state, local, tribal, and territorial laws and rules.
00:05:24.000 So if they want to try to incentivize people to get vaccinated, they're doing a really bad job of that.
00:05:30.000 Let me just be honest.
00:05:31.000 They've just totally diminished their vaccination push, which obviously we stand against mandatory vaccines.
00:05:39.000 We've been talking about that for quite some time here.
00:05:42.000 But Joe Biden is now entertaining.
00:05:45.000 He's floating the idea of vaccinating the whole nation.
00:05:49.000 We'll go to Cut 97.
00:05:50.000 Tucker Carlson makes a phenomenal point where he says that Americans now have to wear masks and get forced vaccines while the Biden administration is allowing an open southern border where illegal aliens are coming across.
00:06:03.000 Cut 97.
00:06:04.000 You know, Araldo, we live in a country where we are being forced to take a vaccine that some people, Newsflash, don't want to take, that Americans can be arrested for not wearing a mask because COVID is so serious, but foreign nationals break our laws carrying COVID and somehow they're exempt from the requirements that we live under.
00:06:20.000 That's not xenophobia.
00:06:21.000 That's equal application of the law.
00:06:23.000 And it's not happening now.
00:06:24.000 And it's an appalling double standard that every American, including you, should be mad about.
00:06:28.000 I miss that Tucker energy.
00:06:30.000 I love Tucker's show.
00:06:31.000 I go on there a lot.
00:06:32.000 I just said I miss it by saying that Tucker kind of combating against Geraldo is just awesome.
00:06:39.000 Tucker did that a lot in his first couple of years of his show.
00:06:41.000 I don't think Tucker does as much on his show anymore because he's so focused on having guests that actually uncover big stories.
00:06:50.000 I just love him throwing Geraldo down, saying it is an unequal application of law.
00:06:55.000 Of course it is.
00:06:56.000 Okay.
00:06:56.000 This one is important though, where Joe Biden just loses it, CUT 87.
00:07:00.000 In May, you made it sound like a vaccine, but the ticket to losing the mask forever.
00:07:05.000 That is true at the time because I thought there were people who were going beyond the stage that getting vaccinated made a gigantic difference.
00:07:15.000 And what happened was June Barrett came along.
00:07:18.000 They didn't get vaccinated.
00:07:21.000 It was spread more rapidly.
00:07:23.000 And more people were getting sick.
00:07:25.000 Old man screams at Portrait, hoping for answer.
00:07:28.000 God bless Deucey.
00:07:30.000 He's the only reporter left in the entire press corps actually asking questions.
00:07:35.000 But it goes back to this theme of things are constantly changing and there is no stability.
00:07:42.000 The mad rule.
00:07:44.000 Joe Biden is now floating out vaccinating every human being.
00:07:50.000 I just want to say something really quick.
00:07:53.000 This beautiful document that I always have next to me when I host our show, always.
00:07:58.000 The United States Constitution was written for people like Joe Biden.
00:08:04.000 Thank God we have a document like the Constitution, or else these wishes would be his command.
00:08:12.000 Play tape.
00:08:13.000 Yes.
00:08:15.000 Why not push for vaccine mandates in states, private companies, schools?
00:08:21.000 Do you want to see those entities pass vaccine mandates?
00:08:25.000 Well, I'd like to see them continue to move in that direction.
00:08:28.000 And that's why I pointed out.
00:08:31.000 I had asked the Justice Department to determine whether that is, they're able to do that legally.
00:08:36.000 And they can.
00:08:37.000 Local communities can do that.
00:08:39.000 Local businesses can do that.
00:08:42.000 It's still a question whether the federal government can mandate the whole country.
00:08:45.000 I don't know that yet.
00:08:47.000 Now, maybe I'm just completely out of the loop on constitutional law.
00:08:51.000 I didn't know that mandating medicine when you can go to get a service out of business is constitutional.
00:08:57.000 It's definitely immoral.
00:08:58.000 Let me just put it that way.
00:09:00.000 And wasn't it the left that was so upset that this baker wasn't going to make a cake for a gay couple?
00:09:06.000 They're like, oh no, you must be forced to do that.
00:09:09.000 And now all of a sudden they're like, oh, no, by the way, actually, we could totally discriminate against people whoever we want.
00:09:14.000 We love discrimination.
00:09:15.000 Wasn't that the whole argument of their entire thing that no one should be able to discriminate based on business ever?
00:09:20.000 What about the children that have had adverse events to vaccines before?
00:09:25.000 And the students, we've had some of them on our show.
00:09:28.000 They're not going to be able to go to restaurants like Shake Shack.
00:09:31.000 Yeah, big loss, right?
00:09:33.000 This is Jim Crow.
00:09:36.000 This is not skin color discrimination.
00:09:38.000 It's medical apartheid.
00:09:43.000 And the restaurants in Phoenix, Arizona are doing this as well, by the way.
00:09:46.000 Restaurants in Phoenix, Arizona are saying, you have to show us your papers and proof of vaccination to be able to eat.
00:09:52.000 You know, if you really wanted to make the divide in America permanent, this is a great playbook to be following.
00:09:59.000 Joe Biden.
00:10:01.000 It's still an open-air question of whether or not I can mandate the whole country.
00:10:05.000 Thankfully, you can't.
00:10:07.000 Because as much as the DOJ is going to try to do sort of movements and arguments, the Constitution is still the law of the land.
00:10:20.000 If you run a conservative or faith-based business or organizations that accept credit cards for donations, events and merchandise or anything, listen carefully.
00:10:28.000 Do not expose yourself to being shut off because of cancel culture.

00:11:16.000 Again, that's cornerstone.cc slash K-I-R-K.
00:11:20.000 Let them know I sent you.
00:11:24.000 Charlie, when having it, this is a really, really good question, actually.
00:11:27.000 Probably the best question we got so far today by Heather.
00:11:30.000 Emailed us freedom at CharlieKirk.com.
00:11:32.000 When having a discussion with someone that believes vaccine should be mandatory, you try to give them the freedom and liberty or the foundational principles of America, an explanation as to why it shouldn't be.
00:11:43.000 But then they say, what do you say that your liberty ends when you are killing other people?
00:11:50.000 What a great question, right?
00:11:52.000 It seems so self-obliged.
00:11:53.000 Oh, of course, well, you can't have liberty if you kill other people.
00:11:55.000 Well, first of all, if you knowingly have the Chinese coronavirus and start going and blowing in people's mouths, then yes, that's going to be an issue.
00:12:04.000 But if you're just living your life unknowingly, possibly having a virus, and you've decided that you're not going to get the vaccine, that is you exercising your own individual autonomy.
00:12:15.000 And by the way, there are a lot of reasons not to get the vaccine.
00:12:18.000 The first of which is, according to the United States Constitution, you have a right to religious liberty.
00:12:25.000 And there are great religious grounds to deny this.
00:12:28.000 So, Heather, the answer is this: if all of a sudden you get COVID or you get the Chinese coronavirus and you just start blowing in people's mouths, then yeah, you could be open.
00:12:38.000 That could be possibly legally held accountable for killing people.
00:12:43.000 But living your life and not being vaccinated is nowhere near anywhere, this idea of reckless homicide or killing people.
00:12:54.000 And by the way, Heather, according to the CDC, you should tell your friend, vaccinated people are actually spreading it more than unvaccinated people.
00:13:00.000 That's the CDC's own data, according to leaked documents.
00:13:06.000 It's actually surprising.
00:13:07.000 I wouldn't even think it would be that dramatic, but it said that there was no difference.
00:13:10.000 In fact, that unvaccinated had a higher rate.
00:13:14.000 So, are vaccinated people killers?
00:13:16.000 Of course not.
00:13:17.000 That's not the argument that we're making.
00:13:20.000 You see, it's like saying this: it's like saying that everyone that works at McDonald's and the CEO of McDonald's, the former founder, I think he's dead, Ray Kroc is dead, I think, right?
00:13:31.000 Could be held for contempt for murder for making Big Macs and everyone died of heart disease.
00:13:40.000 They use this argument for gun manufacturers all the time, right?
00:13:44.000 That gun manufacturers have to be held criminally liable because of all the gun deaths that happen.
00:13:49.000 The argument is ridiculous, it falls apart.
00:13:53.000 But, Heather, this is a really important question because you do not have a guarantee of safety.
00:14:01.000 This is a provocative claim, but I'm going to make this claim for you.
00:14:04.000 Explain to me where, in this preamble of the United States Constitution, you are guaranteed safety.
00:14:15.000 We, the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, ensure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution in the United States of America.
00:14:31.000 Now, some people say, well, Charlie, that's domestic tranquility.
00:14:34.000 Tranquility and safety are two totally different things.
00:14:38.000 Tranquility is not the absence of chaos, it's peace within chaos.
00:14:45.000 You're always going to have some form of upheaval, obviously.
00:14:49.000 We obviously want to limit that.
00:14:51.000 Promote the general welfare.
00:14:53.000 James Madison actually wanted to get rid of that phrase.
00:14:55.000 We've talked about that before.
00:14:57.000 Here's something that people don't like to talk about: you cannot have a culture of liberty and also a culture of safetyism.
00:15:05.000 They are incompatible.
00:15:07.000 You got to choose one or the other.
00:15:08.000 You got to say, you know what?
00:15:10.000 I'm going to let my 14-year-old live his life.
00:15:13.000 Don't go wear a mask.
00:15:14.000 If you get the virus, I'll tend to you.
00:15:16.000 Go grow up.
00:15:18.000 Encounter the world.
00:15:20.000 Let me just be very clear.
00:15:21.000 When I grew up, the type of violent, I use that word intentionally, violent sports that I was involved in were far more dangerous than ever getting COVID.
00:15:32.000 Okay?
00:15:33.000 I'm talking about tackle football on the pavement.
00:15:36.000 Okay.
00:15:38.000 Can anyone relate to this sort of stuff?
00:15:39.000 I'm talking about paintballing with just in people's backyards wearing t-shirts and shorts.
00:15:45.000 And if you've ever been hit by a paintball, I'll tell you what, that's something.
00:15:48.000 I'm not jumping off of big structures, having no idea what you're doing.
00:15:51.000 Now, I'm not defending that.
00:15:53.000 I'm not saying that was wise.
00:15:54.000 I am saying, though, that that is part of childhood development.
00:15:59.000 And I'm glad I had that.
00:16:01.000 Liberty is the pursuit of what you ought to do, not to merely do whatever you want to do whenever you want to do it, however you want to do it.
00:16:09.000 And liberty is also being able to say no if a company or an institution or a government wants to get in the way of your ability to worship your creator, raise your family, or have autonomy over your body if you're afraid that that medicine might harm you and there might be a downside.
00:16:29.000 The American system gives you the ability to say no.
00:16:34.000 We need to defend it.
00:16:35.000 Someone says here, Ori from Wisconsin, Charlie, I recently saw a tweet about porn for children.
00:16:42.000 Was that real?
00:16:43.000 Why would somebody possibly think that's a good idea?
00:16:45.000 Should we even debate such egregious concepts?
00:16:48.000 So Flora Gill, who is some person from the United Kingdom, says, and this is a real tweet, someone needs to create pornography for children.
00:16:58.000 Hear me out.
00:16:59.000 Young teens are already watching porn, but they're fighting, finding hardcore, aggressive videos that give a terrible view of sex.
00:17:07.000 They need entry-level porn, a softcore porn site where everyone asks for content and no one gets choked.
00:17:13.000 Oh, yeah, the worst part about porn is that people get choked, right?
00:17:16.000 According to Flora Gill.
00:17:17.000 This is a real tweet.
00:17:18.000 This is where this whole culture is headed.
00:17:20.000 I got to tell you, I recently spoke to a youth audience and, you know, kind of talked about some of these concepts.
00:17:29.000 And it was really interesting to hear kind of some of the feedback at how pervasive these issues and these topics have become in like 14 and 15 and 16 year old environments.
00:17:44.000 And so, and look, Tim Poole says this, and he's right.
00:17:48.000 I'm going to be on Tim Pool's show next week.
00:17:50.000 They got to test the water somehow to post crap like this.
00:17:54.000 Wait for the reaction, then take it down if it just goes too far.
00:17:57.000 Now she's justifying it by saying she meant consent.
00:18:00.000 Bruh, she wants porn for kids.
00:18:03.000 That is true.
00:18:04.000 That's what they want.
00:18:05.000 And parents, if you have teenagers, just keep an eye out for that because it's a lot more pervasive, I think, and widespread than people realize, and a lot more damaging than people realize as well.
00:18:16.000 Email us your questions, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:18:19.000 Let's get to some more questions here.
00:18:22.000 Just kind of a general question.
00:18:24.000 It says, Charlie, what happens to the left being so concerned about privacy and government overreach?
00:18:30.000 Well, remember Cut 109 when Nancy Pelosi said the federal government cannot require someone to be vaccinated, saying it's a matter of privacy, Cut 109.
00:18:40.000 We cannot require someone to be vaccinated.
00:18:44.000 That's just not what we can do.
00:18:46.000 It is a matter of privacy to know who is or who isn't.
00:18:50.000 I can't go to the capital physician and say, give them the names of people who aren't vaccinated so I can go encourage them to or make it known to others to encourage them to be vaccinated.
00:19:00.000 So we can't, we can't do that.
00:19:02.000 And then Biden said something similar, Cut 64 while he was campaigning, saying, look, vaccine and masks should not be mandatory.
00:19:08.000 Isn't it interesting?
00:19:09.000 They didn't say that leading into the election.
00:19:12.000 They didn't say that leading into when someone's going to be voting.
00:19:15.000 Now, you might say, well, Charlie, this is back when he was president-elect.
00:19:18.000 Why do you think Joe Biden didn't say that when he was president-elect?
00:19:23.000 The Georgia runoff.
00:19:24.000 That's why.
00:19:25.000 Because that would have been used as a winning issue to keep the Senate in Republican hands.
00:19:32.000 Play tape.
00:19:37.000 No, I don't think it should be mandatory.
00:19:38.000 I wouldn't demand to be mandatory, but I would do everything in my power.
00:19:42.000 Just like I don't think masks have to be made mandatory nationwide.
00:19:46.000 Even though they're doing both now, they're mandating vaccines.
00:19:49.000 Even said, look, I'm talking to the Department of Justice of seeing how we can mandate vaccines for all people.
00:19:58.000 Next question here.
00:19:59.000 I've been listening to your podcast consistently for the last year.
00:19:59.000 Hi, Charlie.
00:20:02.000 In this time frame, I've come to know Jesus as my Lord and Savior.
00:20:05.000 Praise God.
00:20:06.000 And I've begun to read the Bible.
00:20:08.000 I have two questions for you.
00:20:10.000 First, I've been reading the New Testament from front to back.
00:20:12.000 I'm currently in Romans.
00:20:14.000 What is your favorite scripture in the Bible and why?
00:20:17.000 Secondly, what are your top five must-read book recommendations?
00:20:22.000 Thanks, Nika.
00:20:24.000 Well, I also want to make sure we talk about thinker.org as well.
00:20:28.000 I think that's important to mention.
00:20:30.000 My favorite scriptures, I love Philippians 4:8.
00:20:32.000 It's one of my favorite verses in the entire Bible.
00:20:35.000 I'm paraphrasing whatever is good, whatever is true, whatever is beautiful.
00:20:38.000 Ponder on those things.
00:20:40.000 I'd have to say that my favorite part of the New Testament, though, that I don't think gets as much attention is the book of Acts.
00:20:46.000 I love the book of Acts because it is the price, it is the penalty, and it is the reality of spreading the gospel.
00:20:55.000 It's the early apostles just trying to figure it all out.
00:20:59.000 They all were so compelled, obviously, by seeing their Lord and Savior.
00:21:03.000 And they said, all right, let's see what this is.
00:21:06.000 And throughout the book of Acts, you see, obviously, kind of the rise of Paul.
00:21:12.000 You see the soning of Stephen.
00:21:15.000 You see the entrance of the Holy Spirit on Pentecost.
00:21:19.000 And I love the book.
00:21:21.000 It really speaks to me personally.
00:21:23.000 Out of the four gospels, I love the book of John.
00:21:27.000 I also, so the book of Luke and the book of Acts was written by the same person that was actually underwritten by the same person by the name of Theophilus.
00:21:37.000 He was kind of the sponsor of the book of Luke and Acts.
00:21:40.000 And in fact, if you put Luke and Acts together, I believe, and someone fact-checked me on this once, it actually accounts to more pages or more word count than everything that Paul wrote in all of his letters.
00:21:53.000 That could be fact-checked.
00:21:54.000 That's fine.
00:21:55.000 But they're big books.
00:21:57.000 So Luke and Acts.
00:21:59.000 So Luke ends.
00:22:01.000 Acts begins right where Luke ends.
00:22:02.000 So if you read Luke and Acts together.
00:22:05.000 And also, the book of Romans is a phenomenal book to read.
00:22:08.000 I'm so glad that you have given your life to Christ, Nika, and top five other books outside of that.
00:22:14.000 Well, I do want to plug thinker.org, T-H-I-N-K-R.org slash Charlie, where you guys can get big ideas distilled quickly in a short period of time.
00:22:24.000 Five books that I think everyone has got to read.
00:22:26.000 The Book That Built Your World by Vashal Mangal Waldi, 1984 by George Orwell.
00:22:33.000 I'd really recommend anything by Milton Friedman, but I'm going to say The Conservative Mind by Russell Kirk, from Burke to Elliott.
00:22:40.000 Basically anything by Russell Kirk is just phenomenal.
00:22:43.000 I would also then recommend just rereading the Federalist Papers.
00:22:47.000 And then I would read something on Winston Churchill.
00:22:50.000 Dr. Larry Arn has a great book called Churchill's Trial.
00:22:52.000 I'm working my way through it right now.
00:22:53.000 It's absolutely phenomenal.
00:22:55.000 And then another really great book is Case for Christ.
00:22:58.000 I try to read a book a week.
00:23:00.000 Don't always succeed with that.
00:23:02.000 But God bless you, Nika.
00:23:03.000 Thank you so much for that wonderful question.
00:23:05.000 Okay, here's a question.
00:23:06.000 I'm hoping to attend one of your events soon.
00:23:08.000 I have a question that makes sense to me.
00:23:11.000 It's so funny.
00:23:11.000 I actually had the same question.
00:23:13.000 I had the same realization.
00:23:15.000 If the government mandates vaccination, does that not set precedent would help overturn Roe versus Wade?
00:23:20.000 My reasoning is that mandate is this mandates vaccination takes away your freedom of choice, you know, my body, my choice.
00:23:28.000 So I think in this case, Roe versus Wade should be overturned on the basis that my body, my choice no longer applies.
00:23:33.000 What do you think?
00:23:34.000 Well, Sean, I think you are very wise.
00:23:37.000 And you win a signed copy of my book, The MAGA Doctrine.
00:23:40.000 Email me, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:23:43.000 You will take care of you.
00:23:45.000 My body, my choice is a slogan.
00:23:48.000 It wasn't actually used in legal briefs in Roe versus Wade, but you're not wrong, Sean, because what you're getting at here is that I guess the sovereignty of the individual no longer matters in deeply held medical decisions.
00:24:02.000 That's basically what we're saying, what the government is saying.
00:24:05.000 And you're right, Sean, is that, well, if that's true and that's the legal precedent behind Roe versus Wade, why should abortion be legal then?
00:24:13.000 Are they not invalidating their own abortion argument?
00:24:17.000 I think that's very wise.
00:24:20.000 When's the last time you think you had American meat?
00:24:23.000 Well, many people, it's far too long.
00:24:25.000 Did you know that 80% of grass-fed beef sold in the U.S. is imported from overseas like China?

00:25:49.000 Question here, Mike.
00:25:51.000 Hi, Charlie.
00:25:51.000 I have a simple question.
00:25:52.000 If the vaccine manufacturers were held liable for negative vaccine outcomes, do you think they would be pushing it so hard?
00:25:58.000 Thanks, Mike.
00:25:59.000 No.
00:26:00.000 In fact, I think it was 1976, 1978, maybe 1980.
00:26:03.000 I got all my years messed up.
00:26:05.000 Where the vaccine companies were actually no longer held liable.
00:26:09.000 1986, thank you.
00:26:10.000 1986, held liable to the vaccine, to the downsides of creating a vaccine.
00:26:17.000 So let me tell you why this is so unprecedented, okay?
00:26:21.000 So imagine you are going to a restaurant.
00:26:23.000 Let's say you go to Chipotle and 1,000 people get salmonella from Chipotle.
00:26:30.000 You can sue Chipotle in civil court for reckless endangerment, for damages.
00:26:37.000 So Chipotle therefore goes through extra precautions and measures to try to prevent any sort of salmonella outbreak.
00:26:47.000 They might do recalls.
00:26:48.000 They take that very seriously.
00:26:50.000 So being able to be sued for a, for being down, for something wrong with vaccines is something that must be suing as a regard as a check and balance of a vaccine is something that would empower the consumer and would make them take this more seriously.
00:27:13.000 And just for the fact checkers out there, you can sue the vaccine companies, but they cannot be held liable.
00:27:20.000 I just want to be very clear, okay?
00:27:21.000 You can sue them.
00:27:22.000 They cannot be held liable.
00:27:24.000 Instead, they have the VARES database, and the government has its own way to settle vaccine-type adverse reactions.
00:27:32.000 They have a whole fund for that.
00:27:34.000 So no one sues them because you would ultimately never win.
00:27:38.000 I just want to make that very clear.
00:27:41.000 Hey, Charlie, who do you think is really leading well right now when it comes to the looming COVID or Chinese coronavirus lockdowns?
00:27:47.000 I know who, Ron DeSantis, Cut 68, where he says that we need to reject the Faucian dystopia, Cut 68.
00:27:55.000 Floridians are free to choose, and all Americans should be free to choose how they govern their affairs, how they take care of themselves and our families, and they should not be consigned to live, regardless of which state in the union, consigned to live in a Faucian dystopia in which we're governed by the whims of bureaucratic authorities who care little for our freedom, little for our aspirations, and little for our happiness.
00:28:24.000 No more.
00:28:25.000 We can't let it happen going forward.
00:28:28.000 Governor Ron DeSantis continues in Cut 106: no lockdowns, no school closures, no mandates, no restrictions.
00:28:36.000 Why is not every Republican governor doing this as well?
00:28:39.000 And why are Republican senators not saying this?
00:28:41.000 And instead, they're negotiating an infrastructure package with the other side, CUT 106.
00:28:46.000 There's a movement to try to impose more restrictions on the American people.
00:28:52.000 And I just want to say in Florida, there will be no lockdowns.
00:29:00.000 There will be no school closures.
00:29:05.000 There will be no restrictions and no mandates in the state of Florida.
00:29:13.000 Floridians have been, are, and will remain free to choose what's best for themselves and their families.
00:29:21.000 Free to choose.
00:29:22.000 What a concept.
00:29:23.000 Trust the citizenry.
00:29:26.000 Don't impose it.
00:29:26.000 Don't mandate it.
00:29:27.000 Don't shut it down.
00:29:28.000 No more restrictions.
00:29:31.000 And Governor Doug Ducey has just said Arizona does not allow mask mandates, vaccine mandates, vaccine passports, or discrimination in schools based on who has been vaccinated.
00:29:41.000 We pass all this into law, and it will not change.
00:29:44.000 Governor Doug Ducey, good for you.
00:29:48.000 You deserve credit for that.
00:29:52.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
